@AmazonHelp There was no help you, as suggested. It seems Amazon doesn't care about the problem faced by customer. The problem has been shared to your C care 2-3 times, but no +ve response. It seems I have no other option, but to go for other online sites.

@Molson_Hart Or causing them not to even sell off of Amazon because of the threat of this problem. We created fully new SKUs for a wholesale customer to avoid the possibility of it messing us up on Amazon.

@AmazonHelp Shambles. A pressure washer and £100 down. Is there someone I can actually email in the UK as opposed to someone from offshore customer service who calls a UK police force during their local hours which in turn means they cannot corroborate the crime ref no I have given them

I bought this TV for 20k through Amazon. I called the Onida customer service and they have assured to send a technician to my home to fix it. But they called me again and asked to send a pic of TV screen and I did it.

@aykutelis47 @daddycr @wishsupport Same issue. But they can’t explain WHY they need photo ID. Does Amazon ask drivers to check your ID? No … so why do Wish need to see it before selling you a phone screen, which then gets sent via the postal system? SCAM!!
