@StoyCoy @PluisPedro @unusual_whales And shut down the fake Apple store …. Lot of Chinese mobile companies design thrived mostly based on IP theft from companies like Apple, Samsung …. They unknowingly maligned their authentic talent pool, which anyways would have succeeded. But all their successes are under lens.

ATT told us to go to the Apple Store to see if the phones had any problems with it, and they have said that the phones are great, nothing was wrong with it. They also said that it could be the service and gave us some options to switch to @Verizon + @TMobileHelp

Instead I spent my afternoon in (a physical) Apple Store while a persistent assistant, 2 managers, and another staff member just to check, unfucked an error a previous assistant made in adding my trade-in for new purchase arrangement. It was complicated.

@LukeMiani M2 Thermal issues, recycle iPhone parts and remarketing as something good, New iPad Pro 99% same. And price increase on media, more Ads on the Apple store, Freaken dongle to charge apple pencils. I say apple is doing great this year.

I just had a terrible experience with @Apple and @AppleSupport. They assured me I could purchase Apple Care+ after a repair (in the Apple Store and phone). Now, Apple Spain is telling me that they can't do it but Apple US could, and Apple US is telling me Apple Spain lied to me

@AppleSupport Joke of a company. You are losing me... MacBook Air M1 - purchased 18 months ago has been god-awful - Apple Store techs couldn't fix my issues, but also refused to replace the unit. Final Cut Pro is losing my files. iCloud takes up too much space on my HD. Ventura is rubbish

@brianstucki Mail-in issues for me with Apple. I sent them a perfectly good iPhone which they declared damaged and wanted to give me only $80. I rejected the offer and they sent it back. The phone was still perfect. The Apple Store did trade it in but for less $ since prices dropped.

Recently upgraded to the iPhone 14 Pro Max, from the 13 Pro Max and sadly I've been disappointed as the battery has been awful. Having to go to the Apple Store on the 1st of November to get it checked as it's just not holding a charge, despite the phone not reporting any issues.

@Robert_Freeman_ @TheQuartering Amazon are the biggest server providers, Google play, and apple store are the only providers of phone apps, where most people use Twitter. All 3 of them teamed up to kill off Paler. They can easily do the same to Twitter if they don’t comply

@CaseyNewton Don't get me wrong, the Apple Store ads are gross and should stop. But the problem Apple had with Facebook was the tracking, not the ads. Apple targets ads using very little contextual info while Facebook builds detailed user profiles by tracking a huge amount of personal info.

@tize4PF My phone was perfectly fine and i did the update and it just stopped reacting, the touchscreen stopped working…i went to the apple store, had them take a look at it and send it to the repair…they couldn’t fix it so my phone just became trash because of that update ugh

@AppleSupport how ridiculous it is that there's not a single apple store in India(Mumbai). My iPhone 13 is still in warranty and the display is not working anymore. Going to authorized apple reseller and service provider in Borivali West had the most ridiculous response.

@jasonkneen @shaktimtripathi @Google To be brutally honest I wouldn't have another iPhone, they're more trouble than their worth, I used to have an iPhone 6s, if it needed repaired I couldn't have it done locally I had to travel to Edinburgh to the official apple store, I have a Samsung galaxy a10.

Sir actually i bought the iphone 12 on January 2022 from march itself i have got issues from earpiece..the. Its fine till last month and again the speaker is bot worked so i reach your authorized apple store they said that it ismanufacturing defect and we can fix it in warranty
