Dear @Bell_Support I was sold FibeTV on top of my home internet with a promise that I could cancel it anytime without affecting my internet price. Now the customer service tells me the internet price would go up if I cancel FIbeTV. Did you lie to me?

@Bell I would like to get a discount as a costumer each month for having a slow data connection/hotspot/online gaming even when I have my both 5G on it’s still slow. Because of a small rain I lose connection/bars or when there’s clouds or mild wind. Do I deserve discount?

Cancelling Internet service with @bell is so much harder than it needs to be. I don't need your scare tactics or your delays. Once again, @teksavvy 's customer service comes out on top.
