From an investment lens, these stocks never make sense. For example: Tech darling Cloudflare (stock symbol NET) — 2021 total revenue was $656Mil, up 52.3% YoY (with an operating loss of -128Mil). The market cap for the company today is ~$20 Billion, more than 20X the REVENUE.

I sound like a broken record But there are moves like CloudFlare or Trade Desk - great companies, great products, down 10% today, on no news or macro changes There's some kind of cascading liquidation happening - which means people paying any price to get out

I’m getting so sick of recruiter calls/emails, but I’ve had an idea, I’m going to make an “Information For Recruiters” page on my site, make it load really slowly, add 100MB of javascript, a few rounds of fake Cloudflare captchas,then when it load it just says “**** Off”

@johnspurlock Yes, but what exactly that means is a bit up in the air. Everything will be supported for local testing at least. I'd like to come up with a production-capable DO implementation but the way Cloudflare implements it is not really something you could run on another network.

@jayrayner1 @sayates I suggest your "website people" at least enable the "Flexible SSL" option of your Cloudflare service. That reported message indicates your own website does not have SSL, which it can get by without, but is strongly recommended. [Insert restaurant-critic analogy here!]

@AmiAmi_English If you already have cloudflare why isn't the entire site cached and crosschecked with the master across the world? Why are there no local copies of this site on US and EU servers? Why does everything have to go to Japan and back?! Do you know how abysmally slow this is?

Of course, we believe we'll always be able to run Workers faster, cheaper, and easier on Cloudflare's edge network. But we understand that many people are uncomfortable writing code for a platform that they feel like they can't easily leave. This should address that.

@KentonVarda Every time I think "well, it's finally time to try Cloudflare workers" I remember that it still has 1mb script size limit and end up with "nah, will stick to AWS for a while", maybe Cloudflare fill finally fix this issue someday

Almost 1 week ago that I raise a support ticket to @vercel @vercel_support - No reply... Instead of transferring out to @Cloudflare, Vercel decided to renew instead (due to a UI bug - no confirmation or anything)... So now I'm out 200$.. Great experience
