@Azure @Microsoft has to be the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Even business critical situations they place you in a cue and advise 24-48 hours for a call back. I've been waiting over 24 hours and still have not heard a word. Have called back several times.

@Azure The problem with learning azure is that it costs a lot of money to just learn. I wish #azure have a daily credit scheme where subscriber get 1 hour of free services every day. It will help students learn without financial burden.

@QuinnyPig @Azure Tenants are isolated? I recently discovered an endpoint / application for one tenant hosting a secret that was allowing a (java) app to manage a major resellers Partner tenant and customer deployments AND no one knew it, or how it got that way. Nor why it even worked.

Interesting issue I ran into today. It appears that @awscloud blocks Microsoft @Azure public IPs from accessing websites behind an elastic load balancer. Turning into a huge issue for one of my clients utilizing #AVD. They are unable to access websites needed to do their jobs.

I don't think I ever wanted to know this much about "scale units" and "webspaces" in @Azure, but here we are. Stuck with a resource group that cannot create premium service plans in a region, because it's "stuck" on old hardware. So much for cloud...

@QuinnyPig @Azure Imho I think all the big cloud vendors have had these kind of issues or will in the coming years. When working on such a pace, there will always be bugs, human errors etc. At least Microsoft has been brave enough to acknowledge and speak publicly about this.

@JannickOeben @QuinnyPig @Azure Every cloud has bugs and vulnerabilities. None had have anything like the MS issue, and MS has been far less transparent than other clouds (AWS, GCP) have been with far less bad exploits.

@QuinnyPig @marypcbuk @Azure ChaosDB attack walkthrough was showed significant design and tactical deficiencies which could indicate larger problems. Some of those were rookie mistakes I used to see in the early 2000's. Appalling.

Follow up-it’s been 2 months and @googlecloud support haven’t figured out the issue + their reps have been snarky, lazy, + impossible to speak with by phone. Months could’ve been of hours if they had initiative and a phone. Think 2x if u need support, go @microsoft @Azure instead
