@Namecheap @Bancointer can use the case to review your process regard frauds. I kmow it’s a very serious thing that needs extreme caution - but asking before shooting os ALWAYS the best approach to take. My NC account is back online again, but the agony I went through during this issue was not small.

@Namecheap It did work when attempting to login to manage my domains, and then go to the checkout flow. The login-during-checkout sent me to a CloudFlare-looking sentry page and never asked for my security key. Regular login kept me on the site and successfully requested my key.

@Namecheap @NamecheapCEO why have you given your risk management team with so much power that they would kickout a customer without notice? I should have been asked to submit my details if there is a doubt and if I failed then yes you can block my account. this cant be happening god!!!

Testing Namecheap as well, only to find out one of my test email providers sinkholes email to .xyz domains (which I bought to test). So far they seem to offer what I need as well. Issue with Google is it formally only supports business registrations? VAT (or lack thereof) thing?

we learnt that decentralised TLD's aren't fully ready for widespread use by @Namecheap adding HNS (Handshake) TLD's, which you need to either switch DNS(over-HTTP), use proxy sites or run your own resolver, concept is good, execution is bad

@Namecheap is the worst possible domain registrars out there. Can't even purchase a domain without your account getting suspended due to "suspected fraud". ****. And no, I'm not opening a ticket with your Risk Mgmt Dept to verify identity. Shouldn't have suspended in the first.

@Namecheap I don't know who the registrar was, but along with .pro and .top then I've ONLY seen it as the sender spamming me. Never as a legitimate site. And given spammer business models then "get it ***** cheap for the first year (then pay loads every year after)" works for them.

@Namecheap @NamecheapCEO they are not helping in any way. the so called amount refunded by risk management team was never received. ignoring it and top up done again made the system active and however domain server is not the same. i lost data.
