I am working with the @Microsoft tools since a week (yes, including Outlook) and I agree that @satyanadella did a great job. The UX is not 1995'ish anymore, it is 2005'ish, congrats! 👏 Everything is so time consuming and error prone, unbelievable.

So paid to see a specialist nurse for good discussion and plan way forward: too obese for HRT,thyroid issues not helping but have a positive outlook looking forward to my 3rd woman age & reflexology

@jason_koebler @NC_CyberLaw Clinics, hospital workers corresponded via email. Hotmail was my main account before 2012. Those files are confidential. There were patient repirts, financial data for work. There was my apple secure I.D., my CAMRT sign in, my kids private info & credit card receipts. Not theirs!

@MicrosoftHelps I have been waiting since Friday for a callback from a support engineer to deal with an Office 365/Outlook issue. No one calls back after hours on hold. A manager promised a call back hours ago. No call. Plus, your hold music is gruesome and soul-crushing.

@CrissAngel I have read articles watched my parents suffer I’ve listen to conversations about other people stories and I’ve heard One theory is it starts in the gut and my conclusion is it all comes down to food and trying to keep a positive outlook on healing I wish I knew the answer
