    @RogersHelps I've had back and forth chats with about 10 representatives over the past month - got a new modem from you guys and that didn't fix the issues either. I've about given up hope on this being fixed - so if you have any other ideas, feel free to let me know.

    @rogers, actually lost 1.5 days of work due to no internet, and multiple calls to your help desk, until tech came out end following day! Not impressed.

    @rogers NOT a good job, we requested changes to our TV channel package, however you stopped our internet and cable TV boxes from functioning BEFORE we physically received the new boxes via Purolator. RESULT: I lost a day of work due to not having internet and calls to help desk!

    @RogersHelps after 3 full internet disconnections today I am now running 0.05 Download / 0.10 upload. I’ve sent a dm already asking if there is an outage. That’s all I want to know.

    @RogersHelps After what Rogers has pulled on us after cancelling our services, we will never again be Rogers customers. 1. Confirmed Returned modem check. 2. Rogers giving us the run around because they “lost” it. 3. Collection agencies calling everyday. And they owe us money!

    @Rogers Well how come my Ignite internet speed has trouble getting 30Mb down today, I’m paying for 200...really getting frustrated with your service!
