@Rogers I called your line to get help. The supervisor I spoke with was SO rude and condescending. She was so disrespectful. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. She didn’t take the time to read the notes on my file but was quick to talk over and say no.

@Rogers the least you guys can do is fkn listen with your EARS instead of talking over the client and not letting them speak at all. I’m so exhausted and drained from this stupid phone call and **** Rogers I would never recommend this dumb brand to anyone.

@RogersHelps Rogers is very frustrating. They do not let their customers change their own network settings, I cannot change my own DNS address. I will be considering Bell once my contract is up.
