@RogersHelps NOTHING HERE ADDRESSES STRATHROY NOR ARE THERE UPDATES. I’M SORRY, BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. YOUR SO CALLED SERVICE HAS GONE SO FAR DOWNHILL AND I’M SORRY JUST DOESN’T CUT IT. YOUR SERVICE AND OPERATIONS JUST SIMPLY SUCK. I’M CALLING BELL CANADA TOMORROW MORNING. I’M DONE WITH YOU.

  • samanthadjb Samantha (@samanthadjb) reported

@RogersHelps Hey, my package with you has gone up $45 a month. I can't do this; that's an insane price jack. Nobody on the phone seems to be able to help me. Do y'all actually want customers?

  • HaroldFeitNS Harold Feit (@HaroldFeitNS) reported

@Rogers I had an emergency alert test for pei come through on my phone this morning even though I have two nova scotia towers closer to me than the pei towers. What would cause this?

  • Ellie_Mirni Ellie (@Ellie_Mirni) reported

@Rogers but I didn't find a place within 2 months so I didn't transfer my internet service. Since I had pre-authorised set up, they kept charging me every month until April 2020 (though I had told them I had already moved out and no modem was connected)...

  • FerdousQ Ferdous Qasem (@FerdousQ) reported

@RogersHelps Experiencing internet going in and out at my business. Can't find anyway to find information on outages in the area but am hearing similar complaints. Can you please help?

  • 905Jatin Jatin.905 (@905Jatin) reported

@Rogers To contact when the issue is with rogers CCTS said it's out of the mandate and I would have to resolve it with the provider

  • 905Jatin Jatin.905 (@905Jatin) reported

@Rogers They have stated what they wanted to I don't see how they will resolve it they are trying to tell me to contact the CCTS when it's out of their mandate. I called CCTS and it's just terrible.

  • TheSciLibrarian Jessica Shiers-Hanley (@TheSciLibrarian) reported

@Rogers rep lied to me about the plan I'd get in order to get my business back. Just got my bill... Was told I'd get unlimited NA calling and only got Canada wide. Can't believe I was stupid enough to give @Rogers a second chance. Learn from my mistake guys.

  • 905Jatin Jatin.905 (@905Jatin) reported

@Rogers Let the media see what kind of company rogers is, I thought id try to resolve everything internally but they don't want anything to do with this issue. I have got 15 phone calls now and they told me to talk to CCTS and that's how they just hand it off to another company for me
