Anyone else have issues using Skype on the Xbox Series X? Everytime I try to join a group chat it connects and then immediately freezes and tells me to exit the app and restart it. Any fixes? Tried reinstalling and power cycling. @Xbox @xboxuk @XboxSupport

@dr_barnowl @tinyblob I.e., explicitly a device designed for Zoom/Meet/Skype that gets around ****** bluetooth transmission (bluetooth microphones are always **** because in order to get the latency down they have to have an ultra-low bitrate which is fine for phone calls but terrible for Zoom)

@howdydogchair @SuggestiveGames Impotent move, the shut down napster inside three years it gave rise to kazaa and morpheus, kazaa going more popular and loner lived than napster. Which in turn muscled morpheus out of the space (which became gnutella). The p2p backend on kazaa lead to the development of skype

@LesStonehouse Who are they? My Grey Boomer parents (80s) use their PC (albeit basically) and communicate with family around the world via Skype. They CAN do better, they're just comfortable with Jones, Bolt et al - which is the issue.

@song4anton depends what you need to do to work but i can log into my skype for business / teams on my phone or laptop + login to outlook email remotely so i used to work from home on my own laptop all the time before we got our work ones

@KingCar56616235 yeah, been steady on My skype list for while not sure how long couple months maybe more. I lose track of time easily. First interaction, I wasn't down the method of $ he was using. Then is steady climbed to deeper begging and desperation, LOL! Then the head came off, BOOM delete.

@TriciaBarker49 @JohnCCoupar Yes and right away I found it more user friendly than Skype which I used a lot a decade ago. I got my desktop camera going but the picture is awful and I can't find out how to fix it. I'm using Windows 10.

When you hit the "X" on a window, the program should close and shut down. I have only encountered it a few times. But there are some applications that treat the X like it is the minimize button. - Skype - Twitch Soundtrack **** programs that do this.
