Telus Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • Sockless_Hobo Scruffy McBlunt (@Sockless_Hobo) reported

@TELUS Worst customer service and company for cell / internet in existence.

  • jfmezei Jean-François Mezei (@jfmezei) reported

In its submission, Telus also raises the issue that the Proposed Policy Direction exceeds powers under Section 8 which are limited to broad policy matters. McCarthy Tétrault, Bell and now Telus raise this and I agree. #CRTC

  • HSD81 Harvinder Dhillon (@HSD81) reported

@dockevinmcleod @TuraEmanuela Staffing issues at UPCCs are due to the contracts that are offered. They are not utilizing their manpower and resources efficiently. UPCCs acting like walk-in clinics are a waste of resources. They and telus have destroyed local walk-in clinics as well

  • missmatsuko Matsuko (@missmatsuko) reported

@ElizabethRBess @dockevinmcleod @TuraEmanuela We have virtual walk-in clinics, although many people seem to not know about them. AccessVirtual is shutting down but I used to be able to see someone same-day. Only Telus Health now I think.

@DeondreSmiles I think I mentioned I have Koodoo which is Telus light. I still get the internet discount for having a Telus mobile. Get free calls and texts in Canada & the USA. I've been pretty happy with the Telus service but aside from bouncing to a US celltower I haven't roamed with it

  • WhoTrollsTrolls He Who Trolls The Trolls (@WhoTrollsTrolls) reported

    @TELUS I can't wait until I'm no longer a telus customer

  • Iseabail90 izzy 🇺🇦 (@Iseabail90) reported

@TELUS I've been waiting a month for someone to resolve an issue with my SIM

  • YYCtj1 Mr. Canuck🇨🇦 🇺🇦 (@YYCtj1) reported

@FreedomMobile Don’t be fooled. This plan is cheap because the Freedom network is awful. Poor coverage/dropped calls are the norm. They occupy a bad end of the frequency bandwidth which Telus and Rogers and Bell would never want to bid on.

  • marladeanna Marla Taylor (@marladeanna) reported

@PoundHoundsResQ I can’t. Mine is very old. I-Phone 6SE. Telus Network employee actually laughed at me at Xmas when I asked to buy a new case for phone. Snarky kid. Said they only dealt with modern working phones. Grrr.

  • otter_bean Sarah and sprouting (@otter_bean) reported

@DeondreSmiles You your full plan. Same question for coverage though, I think Telus is partnered one US network and Bell is another, but not totally sure. If you already have them for internet you should be able to negotiate something, but call into the main office line and not the store, any
