For my part, I’m wishing I’d stayed with Fido & Shaw instead of getting duped into Telus’ marketing-first service-last model

    @EComm911_info congrats on your new Dispatch centre here in Victoria, however tried calling to report an incident and it was like calling Telus and was on hold for nearly 10min as it said call takers were busy. As such, missed the ability to report as parties left scene #yyj

    Frustrated by #TELUS they never gave a call back and I went into a busy work weekend with a data block on. @CopyDarryl fix it as they won’t deal with me!! So much for their Business department, sure they had a good weekend off!!

My inlaws signed up freedom not knowing and were constantly roaming. Service was also spotty at best. I'm with Telus, $75 for 10GB+unlimited 3g plan. No issues. No billing errors.

    @CoachBombayy @Bell I have been with Telus, Rogers and Bell over the last 15 years.. Telus coverage was terrible in Barrie. Literally had to restart my phone 5 times a day while at work to get a network. but their pricing at the time was great.
