@TELUSsupport so after days/weeks of issues I just tried to call TELUS to verify I signed up for month to month and to cancel. First time actually getting through and I got “call back another time”. Omg the service at TELUS needs a little improvement

I just had the nicest exchange ever with a @TELUS CSR. I was calling to have my service restored, because I had it temporarily suspended when I had to leave town due to my mother dying. 1/2

@my_bijutsu @TELUS This is so exhausting and disrespectful, I’m sorry you have to deal with this. When I was managing my mom’s estate, I was shocked at the awful, stupid, incompetent way I was treated by large corporations while closing up various accounts (while tender and grieving, of course).

Come on Mastercard you got to do better. Received a pre paid Mastercard from Telus. Tried 4 times separate occasions doesn’t work. Getting ahold of real person very difficult. Lastnight Saturday got ahold of somebody and have to say the customer service was brutal.
