  • PucksOnDave Pucks on Dave (@PucksOnDave) reported

@schaaptop I switched from Bell to Videotron last year and the rate and customer service I’m getting has been terrific. The “little guy” infrastructure fears were unfounded as well. I had great coverage on an international business trip last month. No issues.

  • elij Elijah Charles (@elij) reported

@mike_r_edwards @jabberwock951 @GaryMcAllister @UKLabour @jeremycorbyn Openreach should never have been private. The last mile space is super uncompetitive because of the critical mass BT had in 1990. All entries to that space have fallen on their swords until VM (videotron, c&w etc.) outside metros.

  • BrokrBindr Joseph Valenti (@BrokrBindr) reported from Beaconsfield, Québec

@DisneyStudiosCA I paid for a subscription today for my residence in Montreal. My ISP (Cronomagic) is a reseller for one of the major ISPs (Videotron). Disney+ is blocking me, identifying my IP address as "outside of Canada", which it is not (!). No service unless my cellular data. Not happy!

  • fanCRTCProfling Commissioner Miner (@fanCRTCProfling) reported

@glenbeer @mgamble I suppose, the way it's worded one can think that, but really the big Telco's (Bell, Rogers Videotron etc) asked for it. Would maybe help if all the court doc's were online.

  • Meagan_Morin7 Meagan🌻🌈 (@Meagan_Morin7) reported

Honestly wow centre videotron has their shit TOGETHER! They have a restaurant that is actually open so I don’t have to wait for an hour in the cold. Love that for me.

  • KevinBowrin Kevin Bowrin (@KevinBowrin) reported

Called @Videotron yesterday, and was disappointed to find out that not only do they not provide any protection against SIM swapping attacks, their customer service folks have never even heard of it. DoB and mother's maiden name are no protection at all. Things need to change.

  • Pepperfire Tina Brooks, Âûtistic Witch - I call it Halloween. (@Pepperfire) reported

Aaand now the internet is down while Videotron finds out if all of their hardware is working properly or not. The loss of productivity is hideous.

  • kbelly_76 Kelly Brassington (@kbelly_76) reported

@Videotron this might sound like a stupid question when paying the bill I just got due Dec 1 am I paying for Nov or Dec services

  • luclang2182 Luc Lang 2182 Quebec (@luclang2182) reported

@jacktodd46 Hi Jack, FYI, I live in Charlesbourg, and we are desserved by CCAP cable which rents the signal from Videotron. To get RDS and TVA Sports, (5 channels in all), it costs 15$ a month. To get SNET (4) SNET360, TSN (1-5), NFL Network, NBA CDN, Golf Ch & more: 12$ a month. Go figure.
