This is hardly news but @Bell has the worst setup for customer service I have ever encountered. Trying to help mom and dad change the credit card their automatic mobility payment comes out of and it’s a positively comical procedure

@Bell Can anyone explain to me why it is that every time I try to watch a Leafs game on @Sportsnet I lose reception? Every. Single. Time. No issues on any other channels. Only Leafs games and only on @Sportsnet

@Bell_Support Yeah done this and called and the great solution you give, unplug and let them reset. I think they will be going in the garbage

@TrueNorthSOS @Bell Brutal and wrong. These companies have no compassion so they virtue signal to make up for it. So unauthentic.

@Bell These pods are absolute ****, a total waste of money. Had two since they first came out and they never work. Pure robbery by bell, selling products that won’t work

@ChappellMJohn @Bell "Let's Talk" ....... About their double speak + absolute lip service to the covid cult narrative of corruption.. #revolting

@Bell I have had Bell for the last 7 years. The wifi started to get very slow during covid with everyone on Zoom.Bell told me to add these pods to boost the signal. The real problem was Bell throttling down the service and over selling speeds the infrastructure can't handle.

Was told @bell_support is “working on” the notion of sending out alerts whenever there is an outage. What next, the wheel? How will we manage with such progress.
