    @googlenest we buy cameras, pay 4 the service, 1 camera decides 2 not work, call up, tell me it’s not registered, issues with serial number in computer on ur part, now we r out of luck with warranty when the issue wasn’t ours! We had both cameras working for a while!

    @Google @googlenest @GoogleDevExpert when I open my nest app to view cameras on a computer, no audio issue. When I view the same video from my phone, the audio is choppy going in and out. Have updated my phone, the Nest app, etc. Nothing is working. Please help.

    @googlenesthelp For clarification, Google doorbell was previously installed and working for 10 months. No change in location of modem router or doorbell. One day it is offline and I begin troubleshooting.

    @googlenest someone can someone assist me with H72 error on my thermostat please im heating that there is an ongoing issue with Google updates to nest and once updated the heat link box is dead! Please get in touch as most are saying this will need a replacement if so!

    @madebygoogle @googlenest 2. I switched my WiFi channel from 153 to 161 & all 7 of my hubs went into setup mode (not just the disconnected msg) and all 6 spotlight cams went offline. Switched back. No go. Had to setup hubs from scratch. Cameras are being replaced with Arlo Tues.

    @googlenest Google Wifi has really gone down hill 😢 Once a pretty revolutionary product. Now many functions of the app simply don't work. So many issues getting devices talking directly to the router. And terrible UX - loading spinners everywhere.

    @googlenesthelp Support has been atrocious. Got a w5 error for a Nest thermostat we bought new this summer. They sent replacement, didn’t work. Sent another replacement, didn’t work. Said they would follow up in a day about what to do next, and now it’s been 3 days, no response

    @madebygoogle @googlenest 1. seriously tired of your half baked busted *** hw/sw. Your cameras constantly go offline, GHome app feels like it’s beta for years, Nest app is hardly working now, hub reboots in the middle of the night (stays bright), can’t setup cameras on any hub.

    @googlenest I've removed all but one Nest device. Why? Because the WRONG ONE RESPONDS EVERY DAMN TIME. They're useless and you want these to control people's homes?! Are you insane? They're terrible.

    @googlenest what's going on? My Google Nest Cameras were working perfectly and all of a sudden they were all disconnected and now it's been 3hrs and a dozen resets they won't connect back to my wifi... Thanks #GoogleNest #Trash thank God Costco has a very nice return policy...

    @googlenesthelp It started this afternoon. I have tried clearing the app cache,data, and reinstalling the app. The doorbell also shows offline on the Nest web portal. I have not restarted the doorbell as clearly it is still working as it is visible in Google Home / SmartThings.
