After 2 years of fighting @googlenest @googlenesthelp paying engineers, fitting, refitting, tweaking my house, trying to stop the H71 error, even their own engineer reviewed the installation, said thermostat faulty, they still refused to swap it. @HiveHomeUK thermostat on order!

@madebygoogle hi there! I just installed my Nest. I purchased Nest Aware because it didn’t allow me to have Nest Aware features.. I purchased Nest Aware and it still isn’t working. I saw online that I get it for 6 months free. I did not have it... Please help! @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp I noticed it the other night.changed batteries.Fixed.Noticed it again tonight.Changing batteries not fixing it. But it’s not completely not working. The you tube button and Netflix button work and I can then scroll around in them. Now on YouTube and notice the volume not working

@googlenest since last 2 nights I am waking up just to see my nest thermostat is getting disconnected and stops working. Thermostat is not visible on the Home app as well, says its offline. Worst thing is that on thermostat, it shows that it’s connected to the network.

@googlenesthelp It was also affecting @radioeins for example. I tried "102.6" an hour ago without success. Now it works. And ... now "radio fritz" works again, too ... So ... I'd better waited for the problem to disappear by magic?!?

Our @googlenest keeps turning the A/C on and off in about 3 minute bursts. I have the C wire connected, so it should be getting power. Anyone else here have this problem and fixed it? 🤷🏻

@googlenesthelp Rebooting your router has nothing to do with the fact that the Google Home is saying TuneIn is not supported. All my other devices are connected to the internet just fine. I have Fios gigabit with a $400 router. The internet connection is not the problem.
