    @googlenesthelp I cannot reset my password on my Nest Thermostat app. It signed me out, then when I try to sign in it says my password is invalid.

    As a huge fan of @Google I have to say, the @googlenest wifi is the biggest piece of garbage. And, I HATE LEVEL 1 tech support. They have no idea what they are doing.

    @googlenesthelp My nest thermostat will not connect to the internet or I can’t even click for WiFi, nothing happens. I walk by it and it doesn’t light up like it use to. ?? Any help would be great. I have done all the steps numerous times.

    @googlenesthelp @mikebender13 Again, this isn't an individual issue. Clearly nest has a bigger problem. Can you address all of us at once and let us know what @googlenest is doing to fix it?

    @aemcburney @googlenest Lol but being able to turn the ac down and heat up from my bed with just my voice is so damn nice! I need enough $$ for a smart home that works on a closed system

    Anyone else having an issue with the @googlenest thermostat app, reporting no usage, when it was definitely used. In fact I have been using it quite a bit. I'm sure my electricity bill will show that. It's just nice to know on the app. It's been like this for 3 days now.

    @googlenesthelp Nest .. .you said my serial number was outside the warranty to replace wifi known issue by Google nest but unit was bought last year. you should honor replacement . i don't think i will ever consider buying Google product

    @googlenesthelp I have a Google Nest Thermostat that keeps loosing WiFi. I have done the following but nothing is working. Restarted router, restarted nest thermostat, factory reset thermostat, removed all history of the device on my router. Can anyone help?

    @googlenesthelp Thanks. Actually it’s really annoying, never had this problem in the old apartment but now I have to constantly shut down the system to have a pause from the air blowing

    @googlenesthelp Resetting the device, clearing the cache, reintegrating my Google account, removing it from my "Home" in the app....This seems to be a widespread issue, that's impacting more than me (based on a quick Twitter search). So I'm guessing this is an issue on Google's end.

    @googlenesthelp having a WiFi connection problem. Thermostat has been working great for about 9 months and all of a sudden the thermostat can’t seem to find any wireless networks. Networks are fine in fact 2nd nest thermostat is connected and working great. Reset - no luck

    @googlenesthelp My Nest thermostat is showing no usage for the past three days (even though I know it ran, and there were no outages). I see many other users are also having the same issue. What is going on?
