@Google @googlenest had a free year sub for nest aware, received an email offer for 1/2 price year sub. Paid and lost my free year sub. Now the won't revert it back or add the time on my new sub. How does that make sense? Why would I lose my year sub, should they combine? Help!

@madebygoogle @google @googlenest You are telling me same thing that I have already told you. The question is why should anybody face any issues because Google has put country specific restrictions? As per you, if I purchase a device in USA should I throw it away if I move elsewhere? HELP!

@googlenest Issue with humidity accuracy on your Nest thermostat . It’s been this way since purchase . Bought several $5 hygrometers that are WAY more accurate than your $$$$ thermostat. Attend to your customers.

@googlenesthelp Yes they are offline I’m the next app. They keep connecting and disconnecting to the network. I’ve reset my wife and turned off and turned on every device in the home

@googlenest can you get your productive colleagues to help me with my issue. It has been a month. And the outcome of that has been only you getting 200 dollars from me for nothing. In general, the customer service seems to be acting worst compared to Amazon and Apple.

@southplank @ABMMikeMendes @googlenesthelp Same issue here. I rebooted the hubs and I get the same error message that "Nest services are unavailable". Works fine on the app. Internet and wireless network is working fine.

Another day, another 💩 experience from a supposedly trillion $ software company. @Google @googlenest thermostat's "self-learning" feature is utter trash. Woke up hot & sweaty last night to find that it had "learned" to set the temp to 82 F, something we've never taught it to do.

@madebygoogle @Google @googlenest I have used Chromecast 3 on Mobile Hotspot for a year or more and it has always worked fine. The problem with this Chromecast-2 is only because it says "This Chromecast was manufactured for a different country & may not be compatible with your Wi-Fi"... Why??

@googlenesthelp Nest Learning Thermostat and it started overnight. Followed all troubleshooting steps including full factory reset. Won't see any wifi networks (believe it's a known issue requiring replacement)

Migrated @googlenest to @Google cuz the thermo had to be fully reset & no longer worked w #GoogleAssistant. Lost #NestAware 1st Gen with no way to get it back. Now cost is OVER DOUBLE to get back the 24/7 recording on my doorbell. WORST MISTAKE EVER and I'll be switching services
