@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp Any chance nest would consider repairing my thermostat to avoid adding to the landfill? If everything else works, why not fix the wifi chip and reduce your carbon foot print? The product has a trending wifi hardware problem, type it in any search engine. @nytimes.

Hey @googlenesthelp and @tweethue I cannot control my lights anymore. I've unlinked/relinked in Google Home, cleaned up my Hue account (and removed all references of Google). It will link up, but say the dreaded "Sorry it looks like Philips hue is unavailable right now" error.

@googlenesthelp Done. The problem is what I've stated though. You guys have these set to activate 2º above their set temperature. That's too long, & it makes the system run longer than it should to get back down to set temp. But THEN it just keeps going past the set temp, too, & for way too long

@madebygoogle So, my @googlenest assistant/speaker that's 25 ft away overrides the one 3 feet from me and your first thought is "wow he needs to change his settings". That's what's wrong with @google; you break **** or make it crappy, then blame the customer. This is like the Twilight Zone

@googlenest @madebygoogle I've spent loads on google nest products throughout my home. Never had an issue. The Nest app is absolutely rubbish now. It never loads and is so slow. I have good Internet too. The Google app works fine but I pay a subscription to use the nest app to record video!

@googlenesthelp That's not the issue at all- And the settings hardly matter when they freeze. They either don't run when they should or they keep running when they shouldn't, & they do this *all* the time until you wake it up yourself. ECO is turned OFF & has turned on 2x today w/ me in the room

@googlenest im sorry your support is so awful. Love your nest WiFi but customer support is awful. My house is drowning in google nest speakers. Any word on when the team plans on fixing the pop and crack issue with the nest mini (2nd gen) via firmware been going on with 2 spkrs

@googlenesthelp Thank you for the follow up. The HVAC repairman came and fixed the problem. Luckily it wasn’t a Nest issue. Everything is working properly now.
