@googlenest Has anyone else had any dealings with these amateurs. Nest thermostat not working still under warranty but I have to wait until Tuesday for someone to come out and I have to pay £85 in case it’s not a nest issue because they’ve had people not pay 🤦🏼

@googlenesthelp Home/Away keep marking me away, while home. Would appreciate help. Presence sensing enabled on phone, location permissions for app always on, battery optimisation disabled. Phone is connected to Google WiFi even.

@googlenest Ok thanks. Also, I just did a reset and it played a private local station. When I asked for a different station, same issue as before. Also would not play the station that was playing a few mins before. So reset works, for one station one time :(

@googlenest I get same result; confirms that it's streaming as I directed, then says, Sorry, I didn't understand. Tried with a different radio station, WRTI, as well. Same result. As noted, the problem is with Home; the Nest mini is working. They're in a Home group, but only the Nest plays.

@googlenest Thanks Google team. it's been resolved.Appreciate your feedback and follow-up. I used centre touch to factory reset and then configure @googlenest like a new one. It worked. KUDOS!! Though I would like to know what caused this issue.

@googlenesthelp Another example of how this has all been about moving people off the original plan in order to double revenue. I got another reminder that trial of hamstringed Nest Aware 2 is going away, whereas I got no such message about my billing issue last month. Goodbye Nest, hello Ring.

@googlenest yes I've tried rebooting. all other features work. Problem is very specifically that it will not play canadian radio via TuneIn. I say "Hey Google, play CBC Radio One Halifax" and it replies "Streaming CBC Radio One from TuneIn" then nothing

@googlenest Thank you for responding. I've tried this and it still remains below set temperature by more than 10° at times. Never the temperature that I've set it to. Old thermostat held temp no problem

@googlenest Yes please! (call me Tony) whenever I try to view a camera (phone or Android TV) I get an error that the camera cannot be streamed. The cameras do work from the Arlo app itself however.
