  • RobbieBizzle Robbie Byron (@RobbieBizzle) reported

@googlenesthelp …second and then pause. This continues until I kill the camera stream, at which point it all works again. Check your forums, it’s a known issue which has apparently been acknowledged but still not fixed.

  • MikeShreves1 Mike Shreves (@MikeShreves1) reported

@googlenesthelp hi, my nest thermostat will not connect to my network. I’ve restarted my network several times as well as the thermostat. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting instructions several times. Can you help? Thanks!

  • wolfofdena 𝔚𝔬𝔩𝔣 🐺 (@wolfofdena) reported

@googlenesthelp Thanks for the response, the issue has been like this since we have had it, it works to control the air conditioner but thats it, I did a system reset and it still shows no active wifi network, I tried manually inputting our network with all 4 security options and nothing still

  • ashkirk smash (@ashkirk) reported

.@googlenesthelp My Nest Cam Indoor IQ works about 50% of the time. When I open the app to view the video I get the loading wheel, and then the camera restarts. My other devices in my house work well so it's not a wifi issue. Where can I find a solution to this?

  • insanitystate Cory (@insanitystate) reported

@googlenest can’t add my nest doorbell to the nest app. I don’t want to use the junk google home app! I have a camera and thermostat that I use with the nest app, want the doorbell there also. Help

  • YoMeanTweets There is NO PLAN ⚔️, #MeanTweets 🇺🇸 (@YoMeanTweets) reported

@jajajojo415 @googlenest I don’t know. I had 2 nests. I got rid of the newer and more expensive one already. Down to 1. It will let my house get up to 78 to “conserve” energy. F that. I need the house at 7 at all times. Saunas don’t work for me.

  • austinhanddoc Manish Patel (@austinhanddoc) reported

@googlenesthelp My Google nest lost Wi-Fi and this is a known problem. I tried the online chat and they said that my warranty had expired but Tom’s hardware on YouTube states that he got one after 18 months. Could you please help me as the Wi-Fi does not work.?

  • cdawn814 cha-tang (@cdawn814) reported

@googlenesthelp Have you ever come across this issue?

  • michaelsyeoman Michael Yeoman (@michaelsyeoman) reported

@googlenesthelp Sure, there’s no power at all going to the Heat Link - as a result we can’t control the boiler. The electrician who installed it came out to fix it and advised us that we need a new heat link. Is there anywhere we can purchase just this part?

  • PXGUY Utah Prevention Guy (@PXGUY) reported

@googlenesthelp my nest thermostat dropped off wifi and refuses to find it (or any other wifi in the area). it just spins as it looks for wifi. Never been an issue for 18months that I've had it. I've gone through all the troubleshooting steps including a full reset, no luck.

  • regowens Reggie Owens (@regowens) reported

@googlenesthelp I am in the US and this has been an ongoing issue for me for several months. I have read several posts online where several users are reporting the same issues.

  • mondeep Mondeep Bora (@mondeep) reported

Hi, my google nest hub is just a year old and its display has turned pixelated with colored lines (burn -in). Reset didn't help. No physical damage. Please help. @googlenesthelp

  • RobbieBizzle Robbie Byron (@RobbieBizzle) reported

@googlenesthelp I have 4 of the new indoor/outdoor battery cameras and the new video battery doorbell and honestly I've never felt so ripped off by a purchase in my life. This is the biggest issue (but there's a good few more) so lets tackle that first.

  • drdrewdown drdrewdown (@drdrewdown) reported

@hautlle @googlenest I agree, thought that was weird. Typical, I do love the video previews in the drop down notifications though

  • MatttBeannn Pack Bean (@MatttBeannn) reported

@googlenesthelp Very sad, why not update your app so we can “login with Google”

  • skwisage Leo (@skwisage) reported

@googlenesthelp Hi my Google nest no long can find any WiFi networks … please help.

  • UConnFanDotCom Boneyardigans (@UConnFanDotCom) reported

@googlenesthelp The condenser will run even when there is no call for it. The air handler will stay off, so with no air flow, it freezes over very quickly. HVAC guy pinpointed the issue to the Nest base. I swapped in the base from our other nest and found that he was correct.

  • regowens Reggie Owens (@regowens) reported

@googlenesthelp I am CONSISTENTLY getting "Sorry I don't understand" after giving VERY basic commands to my Google Home device (Nest Max Hub,Mini, etc.). I am able to control all of my devices through the Google Home app. Can you please help me?

  • cdawn814 cha-tang (@cdawn814) reported

@googlenesthelp Hello, we have 2 Google nest hubs. We have loved them for years and use constantly. Recently, the alarm volume is barely loud enough to hear despite the volume on the device being at max level. Any tips on how to fix? PLEASE HELP. TYIA.

  • TheSimArchitect 🥰 Sim 🎃 Architect 🏡 (@TheSimArchitect) reported

@googlenesthelp The issue persists. It seems Google Assistant only understands the question when it's very near sunset time, but that should be a valid question any time of the day. This issue is spread to other simple things it should answer or do instead of showing search results.

  • bigred3xxx Guy Rousseau (@bigred3xxx) reported from Hoboken, New Jersey

Just installed my new Nest E thermostat and it worked for 2 hrs and now it doesn’t see ANY Wi-Fi networks at all! I tried the troubleshooting steps and still nothing… HELP @googlenesthelp

  • jajajojo415 Jo (@jajajojo415) reported

@YoMeanTweets @googlenest Is this the same as Google Home? We got a hand me down Google Home but don't use it much.

  • RobbieBizzle Robbie Byron (@RobbieBizzle) reported

@googlenesthelp Usual stuff from your support team: 1, reboot the device 2, reboot your router 3, Factory reset your device 4, It’s your router, here’s some vague settings to you should alter It’s not my router, it’s something google need to fix.

  • Abcmsaj Alex Dixon (@Abcmsaj) reported

@googlenesthelp hi, think my heat link has packed in after a power cut yesterday. Checked all fuses, rebooted everything, tried pressing and holding buttons on the heat link... No error code in app. How can I get help? Thanks

  • brucegreenberg brucegreenberg (@brucegreenberg) reported

Hey @googlenesthelp , why does it take so long for support? My ticket was escalated a week ago and I still haven't heard anything. I know that not having a doorbell is a first world problem, but hey google, there are other companies and subscription contracts I can go with.

  • TheSimArchitect 🥰 Sim 🎃 Architect 🏡 (@TheSimArchitect) reported

@googlenesthelp I sent feedback multiple times but it always feels feedback in the app will go to a vortex where it's completely ignored, since Google doesn't reach out when we report bugs. Hence why the contact here. I hope you can fix it.

  • chlaa1 Luke Avsejs (@chlaa1) reported

@googlenest @stevemcniven Same issue here. I'm able to use a dummy Google account to create a new home but not from my original Google account. Spent a long time with support but they don't have access to remove the corrupted data.

  • UConnFanDotCom Boneyardigans (@UConnFanDotCom) reported

@googlenesthelp Installed a couple of years ago. (US) We went away and apparently the base malfunctioned and the yellow wire was stuck “on” which ran the condenser when the handler was not on, so both became a block of ice. Ice formed, melted, water came down from the attic, rinse, repeat.

  • TheSimArchitect 🥰 Sim 🎃 Architect 🏡 (@TheSimArchitect) reported

@googlenesthelp Thanks no matter what. I hope you can fix those little things. I am also trying to find a camera that sends a real time feed to your displays, since most have a 10 second delay and a 2 minute or less play time (can't let it run continuously). Even if paying for cloud.

  • EER1987 EER (@EER1987) reported

@googlenesthelp My Nest thermostat will no longer identify WiFi networks. I have tried all the support solutions I can find and still have had no look. What are my options? Can I receive a replacement as this seems to be a known issue?
