    @googlenesthelp I need help as our Nest that has been working great for about 6 months, suddenly dropped its ability to connect to our Wi-Fi. We have no other issues with any of our devices or TV (we steam) on our wifi. Followed online troubleshooting guides but nothings worked

    @googlenesthelp My nest unit is less than 6 months old and suddenly won’t find internet. I’ve rebooted the router & nest unit; tried adding manually; moved closer to the router but still it’s disconnected and can’t find ANY wifi network. Please help!

    @googlenesthelp I have a 3rd generation nest that lost connectivity to WIFI after using it for more than an year. I have tried to reset the device to factory settings, reset the wifi routers etc. and nothing helped. Need your help ASAP pls.

    @googlenesthelp Yes I have a gen 3 learning thermostat which I’ve had for 3 years it doesn’t work correctly with heater and when called support they said sorry can’t help just buy a new one! 😡

    @googlenesthelp this is a warning to anyone hoping to get a simple issue rectified with Google for my nest doorbell don’t bother they are useless I have had issues since October and no one will sort out the problem I strongly advise you to think about a different doorbell

    @googlenesthelp Yeah, tried that already. It's still beeping and low volume. I got help with the online chat and I was told I need to provide proof of purchase even though I bought them 3 months ago, recently moved and probably don't have the receipt anymore.

    @googlenesthelp two reps on the phone hung up the phone on me after I told them that I would be recording the conversation because they are admitting that there is a known issue with the Wi-Fi chip in the nest thermostat but because my units are out of warranty they won't help me

    Bit disappointed @googlenesthelp I fitted a Nest 3rd gen 22 months ago for one of my customers and developed a Wi-Fi issue, after ringing nest and going through all the troubleshooting,you emailed customer to say it needs replacement, he emailed back and was told needs to buy one

    @googlenest Why am I all of a sudden being asked to sign in everytime I want to change my temp. Get rid of this or I’ll rip the Nest thermostat right off my wall. I went years without having to log on. Dave Singletary.

    @Google @googlenest When casting to Android TV, earlier when I said STOP Android TV or Stop Casting, the Mini speakers used to Stop the casting on TV. Now when I say Stop TV it switches TV off and STOP CASTING does nothing & the casting continues. Please fix it.😰

    @googlenesthelp @googlenest My Google Nest hub the past 3 days I give it a command to add a grocery item to my shopping list (in Google Keep), & it responds with "Sorry, something went wrong while I was trying to change your shopping list". Worked fine b4 for many months. Help!

    @googlenesthelp - Nest Thermostat lost connection to Wi-Fi and now can’t find any networks. Gone through all options around rebooting and reconnecting as suggested but it just not picking any of the networks. This is frustrating and spending too much time. Please HELP!

    @googlenesthelp My Nest 3rd gen cannot connect to WiFi any longer. It stopped 2 days ago. Everything else in my home, including other Google home devices, connect to WiFi. I've followed the steps on your help page too Any further advice?

    @googlenesthelp my 3rd generation chromecast isn’t working. I have tried a factory reset multiple times. The remote works perfectly. I have it on the right HDMI setting. The chromecast just stays on a black screen and nothing changes when I press the home button or back. Help!

    @Google @googlenest $2.5K tvs + Google Chromecast, and now I find out if you have a Google account for Nest you can't use the App on Chromecast... seriously Google? I bet ChatGPT could fix this.

    All of my @googlenest Protects went offline on Saturday night. I had NO CLUE until I saw one of them blinking orange at night tonight. Opened the app to see all my Protects offline for 48+ hours! No app notification, even the device itself didn’t indicate anything until later!

    I'm I the only to have a lot of Google Home Minis vanishing from Spotify "Play on device" list after enabling preview on @Google home app? cc @googlenest Also groups of speakers are not working at all.

    @googlenest After got help from Google, I do the factory reset on my Nest Mini and the problem is almost gone. I only see this issue once in about 10 days normal usage. Thanks Google team’s help.
