@googlenest It happens in every app. A forum user suggested changing the frequency on 5 GHz and that seems to be working ok, but I need to watch more to see. I've seen video freeze and audio continue quite a bit too. It is pretty bad on performance at this time.

@googlenesthelp my nest hub max camera is saying it's offline. I have rebooted the device and my WiFi, restored to factory settings, removed and put back from app. Took back to the shop as I thought it was faulty, got a brand new one and same issue.

@googlenesthelp I’m on an iPhone X. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, factory resettled the camera and tried to reinstall it. It seems to be an app issue.

@googlenesthelp My Nest thermostat's wifi stopped working 23 days ago. I've reset it multiple times and still the same issue - can't find wifi networks. We have multiple wifi networks near us. No other device in the house is having an issue - including the other 3 nests.

@googlenesthelp The issue was with chrome - not really the Chromecast but it resolved on its own. My Chromecast sound is still randomly cutting out - definitely a bug you should look into

@googlenest Yes, the network I'm on recently got a new router (dual band). But the devices all share one band and were all successfully reconnected. This problem didn't start until days later, and impacts devices both on this network (in this home) and on a different network (another home).

I work with tech and have never had a worse UX than with @googlenest the Nest Hub simply appears to be a completely flawed device. Will not connect to wifi, then requires a factory reset only to repeat the same error process #FAIL

@googlenesthelp It’s two different cameras that are on separate routers on different ends of the house. So I have not tried that and they both went out at the same time. Makes more sense to me that it’s a Nest problem more so than a ‘local’ problem. One is blinking light blue though.

@googlenesthelp I have two nest thermostats purchased 4 weeks ago. One unit lost wifi connection and is unable locate the wifi again. I don’t have the issue with the other nest unit or any other device. I’ve tried resetting and removing to power down. Need assistance.

@googlenest The eero runs both 5 and 2.4 GHz. I can pause the 5GHz and restrict to 2.4 if you think that would help?

@googlenest About a week ago give or take. No changes on the WiFi router & still happens after a reboot or factory reset. All of the 2nd gen ones in the house are falling off while the 1st gen ones are working fine - pretty poor at £50 a pop when I bought them😬

@googlenest I just installed a Nest Hello video doorbell. It’s seems to work great, but I can’t login to my Google account via the Nest AppleTV app. After searching, this has been broken for over a year? When will it work? I’d like to buy more cameras, but not until this works!
