@googlenesthelp I am still having issue after a long time: 1) the new device that sent to me was even faultier than my own nest. ( they send refurbished devices without proper screening) and i had to put 200 dollars on hold for that.

The @googlenest mini is worst home speaker I’ve ever used. It always crashes randomly I’ve set thing thing up 4 times since I installed it this week. DO NOT BUY it’s a waste of time and money.

@googlenest @Google when are u going to fix this? Seems like false advertising tbh. Nest Cam battery is not (currently) compatible with the Nest App and the Home App does not give access to 24/7 video even if you have purchased the $12/month nest aware subscription

Here's a quick warning... If you buy @googlenest devices, keep in mind that you can't set them up with a G-Suite (Google) account. You are required to use a Gmail (Google) account instead. So when you're considering @google stock, keep this in mind #WTF

@googlenesthelp None of that is the issue. I’m on auto update. The videos make it to the cloud just fine. I t’s not my wifi. Same problem when I’m on LTE. The issue has lasted 3-4 phones I had. As a software engineer: please formally triage this with the engineering team. It’s been long enough.

@googlenesthelp 1 foot, basically standing in front of it. Already tried the trouble shooting of removing the battery for 10 minutes. This is happening to 4 of my sensors, none will connect and I even removed them from my account and tried to re-ad them.

@googlenesthelp Negative to other devices nearby. It’s in a hallway by itself. iPhone 13 Pro Max. I disconnected one of the other thermostats and re-added it without issue, I don’t believe it’s the phone. Software is updated on the therm. Turned off and back on multiple times.

@googlenesthelp We also tried to cancel the old subscriptions online and kept receiving error messages. The frustrating part is that the come-on for the new $60/yr subscription made it seem like it would be a seamless transaction.

@googlenesthelp please help. My nest learning thermostat will no longer connect to Wi-Fi. I have tried resetting it and deleting from the app. It won’t detect my network and even manually entering the information doesn’t work.
