@googlenesthelp So not only my IOS app is not displaying my heating history for January, but after resetting the Nest 3rd gen, it suddenly discovered that my room temp was actually 1 degree centigrade lower than previously displayed. WTF? It’s a global issue.

@b1keridingpinko @googlenesthelp I noticed my nest went offline for 4 hours last Thursday and been doing it awhile before that.. our WiFi and internet all working perfect. Must be a issue at Google.

@zahid_ramzan @googlenesthelp I just noticed it yesterday - last data on the app, Sunday Jan 14th - I recently turned on two-factor authentication - still using old Nest account login not Gmail integration - but we’re not the only ones - lots of people have been reporting this issue for some time now.

@nickpandher @googlenesthelp Still no energy history this AM. Google the email telling me to use the website isn’t helpful, neither the App nor Website show the history. How many people have to say they have the same issue before Google sees this is not a user issue and fixes it

@googlenest Some livestreams are automatically set to 144p and there is nothing I can do to fix it. I also tried to set the quality before streaming it to chromecast, but it does not work.

@jim_m7 @googlenesthelp Same issue here. No history since 21/1/21 on Android, iOS and web. Best community reporting the same. Last time I looked at the forum 80+ people have the same issue, not just the UK!

@googlenesthelp @sk0rp10 I too have this issue. No history since January 20th. I had removed a Nest protect that had expired then. On weekend I removed all Nest products and re-installed. Still no history. I have a 2nd Gen Nest Thermostat.

@zahid_ramzan @googlenesthelp I’m having the same problem in 🇨🇦 and it’s just an issue with the history - available on the thermostat itself but not online or via the app - wifi is working though as i can access the thermostat through the app and online.

@googlenest Well, I don’t think it’t a Chromecast issue. Other streaming media’s (NFL GamePass, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ etc.) work great! Read a lot of comments regarding these issue with NHL GameCenter. They’re not keen on fixing this issue now for some years.

@googlenest I had to remove it because it stopped working and was very buggy, I reset the bulb, redownloaded hue Bluetooth app, Switched it off, updated and so on

Hi @googlenest - your hardware broke down and I was forced to buy new kit and have a plumber install as we couldn’t wait for your replacements in minus temps. You are now refusing to refund us for your broken product. Terrible- actually, zero- customer service. Do you care?

@googlenesthelp 2 thermostats in 2 houses 1,030 miles apart, 2 different ISPs. Both on same day Jan 19th stopped sending usage data to cloud. Note that the humidity, room temperature & temperature setting display on app/web no problem.
