@googlenesthelp I have a Nest thermostat and WiFi has stopped working. I replaced the thermostat with another one that I had and it instantly found the WiFi and connected to my network. I’ve done the restart, reset methods of troubleshooting and nothing worked. Help?

@Google customer service is awful! 3 months out of our warranty when @googlenest thermostat dies & refuse to do anything to make it right. Whatever “savings” from the smart thermostat just went down the toilet when it needs to be replaced after 27 months.

@madebygoogle @googlenest I would love to save money on my heating bills with your thermostat, but too bad I am spending more on thermostats to see that savings. I bought a Nest 3rd gen in Nov of 2019 and the device no longer can connect to wifi, so I was told by another one.

@googlenesthelp Still no fix for my Nest problems. Home away assist does not work. Nest does not recognise when people are home/away and leaves heating on full in empty house.

@googlenest Google Wifi Mesh is online but the Google home app shows it is offline. The Google home app even shows all my connected devices but when I test the wifi in the app, it still shows it is offline. No issues with connectivity.

Wow. @googlenest had gone from bad to dreadful! - “smart” scheduling turning heating on in the middle of the night… disabled! - keeps switching to “away” despite “not hearing from my phone for a while”… disabled Today, despite the above disables… just switched to away! 🤬

@googlenesthelp it has been happening since i purchased this thing about two years ago. there literally is a long list of complaints from iPhone users online & in the google forums 😒. most ppl say the best fix is finding a new wifi mesh system bc google isn’t trying to fix it.

@googlenesthelp I have been exp 10 minute delay, on the nest doorbell battery, from push to notification. It’s been several months. Any good ideas. I can see that it’s been a known problem earlier, but i’m still exp it.

@erinLYYC @googlenest Yes, absolutely dreadful. The whole point of the Nest thermostat is that it is meant to switch on and off when it senses someone is/not at home. Function no longer works. Google Nest are unable to fix it. Hundreds of £s spent on heating an empty home with energy prices going up.

@googlenesthelp Nest camera stop working as soon as somebody press the button. Problem is with internal battery after one year, camera disconnect after switching power to bell. is there anyway you can help resolve this? Now system is not as useful as it was.

Once again @BestBuy Goes above and beyond to help their customers. Was told by an agent over the phone That I only had to bring back the damaged camera of my two pack of @googlenest Cameras for the @GeekSquad Protection. Just to have the store manager tell me the exact opposite.
