    @Google @googlenesthelp @googledevs It's nice that your Home Minis use #IPv6, and all, but when the IPv6 tunnel goes down, they don't switch over to #IPv4 automatically and become pieces of junk.

    @googlenest my Nest thermostat says it's offline on the app. On the unit itself it says it's connected on wifi. The Nest sensors are working fine and displaying the proper temps. Did the usual reboot, reconnect and no help

    @googlenesthelp problem with a nest stat. Doesnt click on and no green flame on heatlink. Works on manual button and stat acknowlages its on manual when button is pressed.

    @oreillypatrick @googlenesthelp Just set it up without wifi in the settings menu. Then you can scroll through and enter it another day. Just don't do a reset. I find that Google hardware just had terrible luck entering 2 wifi networks on a device. And it never clears old info

    @googlenesthelp There is no light at all. It’s off. It’s worked with no problem for 2 years…I’ve tried checking the wires and manual and powering down and restarting the breaker it is on. Everything powers back on but the doorbell

    @googlenesthelp I am having trouble with my heat. The furnace turns on but there is no air blowing out through the vents. If I put the fan on manually it blows out cold air. I opened the furnace and confirmed it is lighting. Wondering if it could have anything to do with thermo.

    @googlenesthelp I'm having issue where the nest is offline on the app but online and connected to wifi on the wall. Any ideas? I've reset and restarted the nests multiple times with issue just creeping up over again.

    @googlenesthelp just had a nest representative try and assist technical issues on my nest protects. Told me he couldn’t help and disconnected call. Is this the customer support google provides? What a joke.

    @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle Have to say, your products awful quality is only superseded by the shockingly **** aftercare! We once felt your products were fantastic. now they are ****. 3 customers of ours have wasted HOURS of time trying to get faulty items sorted! AVOID

    @googlenesthelp is quite possibly the WORSE aftercare entity we have to deal with. NOW at my companies COST i will have to remove these **** products and pay to install a DECENT product with GOOD aftercare (should there be a fault) SHAME ON YOU GOOGLE!!!

    @googlenesthelp my thermostat won't connect to wifi anymore and keeps changing temperature to really cold or 90 degrees before the wifi issue. I've fallowed all of the troubleshooting steps please help

    @googlenesthelp 3 units. Gas-Hot Water & AC. Worked fine for 3 years. Now one is giving me n72 and only AC works. Unit has clean wires (checked, stripped, put back into place). Said next has a c-wire, voltage is constant and not an issue.

    @hautlle @drdrewdown @googlenest Watch your camera life really closely. We got just over a month and it is terrible how quickly we lost the battery power. Far, far less than Google promises

    @googlenesthelp when servicing your UK customers please employ people who understand English. Hopefully then your service levels will be acceptable and you can resolve my nest thermostat issue rather than me constantly calling and getting no where. #2ndrateservice

    @Google @googlenesthelp I'm just trying to invite my fiancée into our Google Home. Why is that feature restricted? Why in ********? Us former Google Apps users were never asked if we wanted to become part of your insanely locked down enterprise bullshit. I don't have any nuclear codes to protect ffs.

    @googlenesthelp one of my Nest cameras is offline but the other is online. They both have been going off line at night for a significant amount of time. Wondering if there is a reason for this? The cameras are used for kids so this outage every night doesn’t work.
