Google repeatedly denied a Nest upgrade promo for 1 of the units since it was offline during a reno. If this is how they treat loyal users, Iโm done. Raymond Snijders (@rsnijders) reported@googlenesthelp Resetting the Nest Mini (unplugging/plug back in) does fix the problem temporarely but somehow the Nest Mini or the Tunein app fetches new and wrong geodata location info and it refuses a new radio session for Dutch stations like Radio 10 and Radio Veronica. Will DM tomorrow.

I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.
