    @googlenesthelp we renamed our “Home Info” in the Nest app & it rendered our Nest Aware sub useless even tho we paid for a year. Had to cancel & resub with no refund for the first sub. Can someone help? Your in-app support people aren’t helping. Sucky experience.

    Was forwarded to a senior technical specialist to help me troubleshoot. Spent 20 minutes reading my issues and responded with "the unit is end of life. You should buy a new thermostat, we come out with new ones every year". Almost like its designed to fail at 2 years @googlenest

    @googlenest I cannot cast Hoichoi Byomkesh season 6 to Chromecast. I am getting a message like DRM controlled content. However season 5 can be casted. I have tried Netflix or YT. No issue there. I believe Hoichoi has to allow the casting. It is not a Chromecast issue

    @googlenest It is at less than 10 ft of the router, there is always a changing beautiful picture on the tv screen from Chromecast so I think it is connvet to the witi. However it isnconnect to the tv usb for power. Coult that be the problem of under power?

    @googlenest The Nest Audio speakers came out not long ago, this is something that should’ve been fixed from previous models. This has been a known issue for years, how much longer should we wait for a fix?

    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp I recently migrated my Nest account to a Google account so that my Google Nest Hub will announce and show video when someone rings my Hello doorbell, and the Nest and Google apps are terrible. I’ve been randomly signed out and unable to login multiple times.

    My google nest will not detect or connect to wifi. It worked for 1 month and then one day stopped working. Tried resetting the router and the nest but no luck. Nest keeps searching for wifi. Help needed urgently!! @googlenesthelp @googlenest

    @googlenest I have been trying to contact best support regarding non functioning google nest as identified by HVAC professional. I called customer service they mentioned that they won’t return it and didn’t provide me any other information or help.

    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp I've actually had similar problems with my Nest thermostat in the past. The issue ended up being that my DNS configuration prevented it from connecting to its services. Do you have some kind of weird DNS config going on here?

    Hi @googlenest . First thing I asked and you have many asking the same thing. 'How do I know what present temp is? ' Apparently it's the number you can see on the display. Bad u.i. .. think u need to have a 'current temp ' title or something. No need to thank me

    @googlenesthelp H71 error message. There are no lights on the heat link. It is dead. The boiler works as I get hot water BUT I HAVE NO HEATING as that will not work independent of the thermostat

    @googlenesthelp Recently I noticed that our Google Home devices didn't seem to properly connect to our @Sonos anymore. When we ask Google to "play some music" it replies that it will play from Spotify on our Sonos, but it doesn't actually start playing. Any idea how to fix?

    @googlenest @expressvpn I've already tried, but they can't do anything because it’s not possible to configure my Orange Livebox router and my issue is precisely to bypass the detection of the router in wifi so their help doesn’t concern my problem. Thank you anyway!

    @googlenest products and customer service are literal garbage. Been on chat for two plus hours to hear "you're one week out of warranty, you'll have to buy a new unit." Apparently one can't reasonably expect to have a google nest device to last 2 years and 1 week.

    @googlenest so your device app is telling me my thermostat is offline but when I goto the thermostat, it says it’s online. I’ve restarted and everything is fine with the device but app is still saying offline. Wth?!
