Frustrating because there is no other way to get help. They changed their subscription to screw the people like every other company FU!

But wtf, you just pull all smart functions and no longer connects to app. You made it dumber instead of just stopping the progress. It’s messed up.

So, Trying to find what works/is available in canada (NA). There are "smart" ones from Kidde and a homebridge plugin. Any help?!

Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

Billy Rowe™ Ph.D (@rowebil) reported@GilBenelli @googlenesthelp I ran into this issue before and might be experiencing it now. We had to remove the thermostat from the account, do a complete reset, and re-add. Their support was not helpful - complete opposite really.

Recently, our local church was vandalized. I have been a loyal Google user for years and personally promised our pastor that Google’s ecosystem was reliable and spectacular. Based on my recommendation, we purchased four new Google Nest cameras to secure the building. Here is the exact timeline of what has happened: I set up a new dedicated Gmail account specifically to manage the church's new security system. I successfully set up all 4 new Nest cameras on that account using my mobile phone. Everything worked perfectly on my device. I then gave the email and password to our pastor so he could log in and monitor the system from his end. Instead of letting him log in, Google’s automated security randomly locked the account and sent an email demanding an explanation for why the account was created. I provided the full explanation, and the account was officially "restored" 2 days later. The Current Issue: Despite the account being restored, the system is STILL blocking any login attempts from the pastor's devices or any computer. It continuously throws an "unrecognized device" error, even with the correct password and recovery information on file. Because of this endless security loop, we cannot hand over the account to the church. Right now, these four cameras are essentially $650 dead sticks. We cannot monitor our recently vandalized church. I understand Google has automated security measures, but I need a human being to look at this account, lift the device lock, and allow us to actually use the hardware we purchased. I need this escalated to someone who can resolve this immediately.

Audio Engineer (@aud_eng) reportedI was excited to install a new Nest 4th Gen learning thermostat to replace my ecobee which was working fine, @googlenest. The only reason I have one is remote sensors. THE NEST TEMP WAS SET TO 68 BUT IT'S STILL HEATING AT 77 DEGREES! WHY?? Do I need to have this unit replaced? I can't turn enough of this eco-garbage off. I'm smart enough to know exactly what I want to temp to stay at and not have my temperature change on it's own. Please advise, I thought we were over the frozen dead grandmas of 8 years ago.
