    @googlenesthelp Yes. On both it tries to connect for a while (Bluetooth is on & I'm close and each are connected to the same network as my phone), but then I get a "Something went wrong" error page (yellow triangle with exclamation point shows). The code at the bottom is: TD013(4096)

    @googlenesthelp Yes, I have a 1st-generation Google Nest Display & I had bought the same from the United States but I currently reside in India. I tried factory resetting the Google Nest but yet it doesn't solve the issue. I also tried unpairing my phone and repaired it but still doesn't fix.

    @googlenesthelp I have the Nest Learning Thermostat , I have two of them but just the one upstairs is the one that randomly … is giving me a network problem 😫

    @googlenesthelp my nest 3rd gen thermostat recently decided it can’t find wifi. Tried a reset of both nest and router. No dice. Help! It’s gonna get cold in NY soon… can’t turn the heat on!

    @BBCRadio3 & @googlenest for some reason, since 4 Oct, none of the BBC radio stations stream on Google Nest devices. Just silence. Per Nest's support centre, it's a BBC server issue. Other users have reported the issue starting the same day. Is there fix in the works? Thanks.

    @tylerwolf2000 @googlenesthelp Hi I think there's a good chance of Fixing that and Recovery, I suggest you reach out on *𝐖𝐄𝐁𝐂𝐑𝐀𝐂𝐂𝐊𝟏* on Instagram He helped me to Fix mine Few hrs, so that's pretty much the only viable option you've got amongst others, I hope this helps.

    @googlenesthelp hi there !! I need some serious help… my thermostat randomly disconnected from wifi and keeps saying it cannot find any network.. i tried restarting, resetting… still same issue. Not even a year old! How could I get this fixed?!

    @googlenesthelp Hello support Pros! My thermostat Display-3.6 decided to stop detecting any Wi-Fi signals. Router and thermostat resets didn’t help any. All other devices on same Wi-Fi are working correctly. Can someone please reach out with next steps. TY!!

    . @googlenest @googlenesthelp UK user. I suddenly can't hear BBC radio stations. All other stations OK. BBC radio stations on Alexa are OK. Have rebooted Nest, no difference. BBC radio on mobile app OK (BBC Sounds) (on same wi-fi) Please help.

    How loud do complaints need to be for @googlenesthelp to let us view/manage new #NestCam devices in the Nest app/service until the @madebygoogle Home app is worth using? They should trash the awful Home app and expand/rebrand the lovely Nest app, not the other way around 🙄.

    @googlenesthelp Your Home app is horrible, too many glitches, only records events, and it's slow with fast internet. Have a Nest developer go and fix it or just let the Nest app connect new cameras instead of google Home...

    So Google “updated” the @googlenest with the Snow model and the entire experience is so bad. Laughably much worse that what it supposedly replaced. Both hardware & app are less intuitive and more confusing to use. Would love to have been in the room during that design process.

    @zedsmiles @BBCRadio3 @googlenest Same here, BBC radio does not play on my Nest Audio (but strangely works ok on my Nest mini). Any help would be appreciated. Rebooting doesn't help. All other radio stations are fine.

    @zedsmiles @BBCRadio3 @googlenest Hi - I have the same issue, can’t play any BBC radio station on one of my Nest Mini speakers - I do have one other speaker that does work though. I have tried a factory reset with no joy. System firmware version : 250118

    @googlenesthelp Hey, thanks for responding so quickly. It’s a 3rd gen Nest learning thermostat. I’ve gone through the troubleshooting for the screen being off but with a green light showing (pressed down for 10 seconds), and nothing. The display is completely off and unresponsive.

    @googlenesthelp I have 4 nest thermostats. Just 1 of them can no longer find my Wi-Fi network. The other 3 thermostats and all other devices in my home see the Wi-Fi network. I tried entering the Wi-Fi manually, resetting the thermostat, and rebooting my router. Help!
