    @googlenesthelp 2-5790000030856 This is the reference number about the issue of Bluetooth connection drops from nest audio speaker which I chat with custom service. I followed the advice. Even though again the problem is repeating.

    @googlenest just wondered if your servers are down? My cameras have been offline for 2 days. Everything else in the house working perfectly! Quite frustrating!! Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks

    @googlenest I have a 2nd gen (puck). I've tried resetting it from the Home app and streaming a 20 minute video from YouTube to see if it had the same problem (YouTube worked fine).

    @googlenest @adysoru Best App + doorbell is useless. It rings, I answer it crashes. I open app to see who rang doorbell, App crashes. Honestly, how do you sell this. I thought maybe it was just me, my iPhone or the latest update will fix it.m. I see you’ve promised to fix this for years now. Joke.

    @googlenesthelp I started getting the "there was a glitch, try again in a few seconds" and "can't reach Google at the moment" errors on my Google Home, minis, Nest Hub and Pixel 3 devices on Friday afternoon. I haven't made any recent changes.

    @googlenest Motion and people are fine, I get they're needed. Being offline I can't help, the proximity to the router is what it is as it can't be moved. I just don't want an email every 2min about it. Should be able to disable it IMO

    @googlenest No power outages in my area recently that I have been aware of. We did have one about a week or two ago but I didn't start having this problem until last Friday (2 days ago).

    @googlenesthelp Hey, same issue different day. I do not want to merge my account with Google. However I expect the app to work properly as I pay a monthly subscription. Plus I expect my camera to notify me when there is motion every single time. Not when it feels like it. I’m angry. Fix it

    @googlenest I kow but that is th problem. I do not want 20emails every night and 30 every day. I'll just cancel my subscription of I cannot disable them. I've seen on forums the issue is winding a lot of people up!!

    @googlenesthelp Ok. The App is crashing upon opening all the time today. I cannot even raise a support ticket. How do I get a refund for 12 months of poor service and poor customer support getting a fix?

    @googlenest I own multiple chromecasts and like clockwork they break after a year. The chromecast gen 2 in particular is the worst with needing factory resets constantly to keep it functional. Constant crashing and freezing on gen 1-3 in general. I regret each purchase.

    @googlenesthelp UK. Tried removing device, reinstalling app. Been through it with your colleague on chat. They said it's weird I got the data so early after install. But all seems a bit weird considering other having same issue.

    @paulrdon @googlenesthelp I've got the same issue. There is even a thread on Google support with hundreds of other people with same issue but Google have not solved it and closed the post.

    @googlenest I am still having the same issue after rebooting the iPhone and chromecast and removing and then downloading again the @hbomax app. I do not have this issue on other streaming apps so most likely an @HBOMaxHelp issue

    @googlenest Nest thermostats are unreachable very often from google home mini !!! Almost every day there is that failure...fix it or I will return all of them back to Best Buy

    @Moosemanstein @NBCTheVoice @googlenest I have direct TV so I missed it all. Sure that Desz would win then my Sattelite provider has an issue with my NBCaffiliate in the St Louis market. Haven't seen NBC for weeks. Gonna get worse soon. One Chicago comes back to the market and between that and football being absent.

    @googlenest They are less than 1 meter away from each other as I said. I don't see how, after I've described the issue, you think completely resetting my network will fix it. But sure, I'll do it (at a less inconvenient time) and deal with the other work that will arise from doing so.

    @googlenesthelp 6 wks ago we started trying to get our google nest replaced for the broken wifi chip. Were told they would follow up with an email to send us a new one. Then radio silence, despite repeated attempts to get back in touch. Very frustrated, terrible customer service!

    @googlenesthelp My wifi completely died on my Nest Learning Thermostat. It can no longer see any network. All other wifi devices are fine including 2 other Nest thermostats. I've already reset the thermostat once, but it did not help. Any suggestions on what else to try?
