    @googlenest Yeah... for some reason apps seem to be stuck in a download pending status. Also the time isn’t correct. I’ve verified network is connected bia Ethernet. It seems a lot of folks are having this problem.

    @googlenest I tried returning to factory settings. Adjusting the audio settings and using a different hdmi. Restarting doesn't fix it, I have to take it out of the hdmi port and plug it back in.

    @googlenesthelp okay I have without security for a month now have been on the phone multiple times trouble shooting with customer. Service my 3 nest detects been offline for 1 month straight now. This is bullshit. They wanna replace my nest secure but they are trying

    @googlenest nest mini (2nd Gen) - I have 3 of them. And the nest hub. Same problem on all of them. In terms of troubleshooting, not much, but they've all been restarted at least once at some point since the problem started.

    @googlenest 1. I cannot figure out how to make a duo call to the hub from duo on my phone; 2. The sound is delayed by 2-3 seconds between home mini and the hub; 3. duo doesn't work on assistant built in into Harman Kardon and LG speakers; 4. the set up via app is terrible.

    @googlenest The night mode itself works just fine, the only problem is that I can’t change the time for when it should activate and deactivate. I’ve only had my hub for a few days so I don’t know if I could change it before

    @googlenest Also, WiFi connectivity is wildly inconsistent. It’s right next to the wireless access point, and is the only device in the house that has trouble. Ethernet seems ok though.

    @googlenesthelp I’m having issues with my Nest thermostat connecting to Wi-Fi. It never finds any network to connect to. Other devices connect fine. Rebooted the router with no luck. Reset the thermostat with no luck either. The network is a 2.4Ghz network Any help would be great

    @googlenest It was a red led light for a good hour and my google home app was error out I had to unplug my google WiFi multiply times and it finally reconnected . What is causing this ?

    @googlenest hello! When I’m trying to change the time settings on my google nest hub for the nightmode it won’t change. It stays stuck at 22:00 and shuts down at 06:00. Is there a solution to this problem?

    @googlenest having significant issues with firmware 130199.118.19 on the original google wifi. Wired speeds are good (100 mbps down), but wireless speeds fluctuate wildly, often to kbps. Seen a lot of other users on reddit with the issue. Will there be a fix?

    @googlenest hi my 3rd gen thermostat started heating my house permanently 5C above the temp set on the thermostat and the schedule. The house is too hot and it won’t turn off the heating. Told ‘try later’ with chat and can’t get through on the phone - please help. Thanks.

    We have recently had the @googlenest thermostat installed by our heat engineer with our new boiler and our whole Christmas was a disaster, as it will simply not stay connected. Getting constant error codes and it disconnects continuously. Anywhere I can get help from a person?

    @googlenest I use YouTube Music. I've definitely rebooted them all at some point since the problem started (power went out). I don't have any other paid music services, so can't try with them.

    Disappointed with @googlenesthelp. Snow on the ground outside and the best they can do about our 1 year old broken down Heat(!) Link is send us a new one - in 5-7 working days. So that's no heating for us for another - what - fortnight, potentially 🥶
