Hey @googlenesthelp and @tweethue I cannot control my lights anymore. I've unlinked/relinked in Google Home, cleaned up my Hue account (and removed all references of Google). It will link up, but say the dreaded "Sorry it looks like Philips hue is unavailable right now" error.

  • cathalos Cathal O'Sullivan (@cathalos) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@jamesyob @OffTheBallAM @googlenest Don't know what you mean by losing the cast on another person. If you leave the room, you turnoff the cast and listen on your phone! Not sure what the problem is 🤷

  • KiLL_PHiL_VoL_1 Phil (@KiLL_PHiL_VoL_1) reported

@googlenesthelp I don't seem to be getting an error message, just seems to loop/get stuck looking for the network. It also seems to triggering my heating despite it being warmer than the target temp 👎

  • madebygoogle Made By Google (@madebygoogle) reported

@emily_georgina_ @googlenesthelp Having the same issue only after 5 months very frustrating

  • coreyv87 Corey (@coreyv87) reported

@EYFSBen @madebygoogle @googlenest I sent a diagnostic report to google and it found multiple faults with the router. My advisor wanted to change units, but I’m 6 months out of warranty. Google does work with you to help figure out the issue, but it’s laborious and you don’t always get a favourable conclusion.
