@googlenest If you know that there is not currently a fix to the problem, why don't you make sure that every consumer on the face of the Earth knows that? Your pleasant response gets me nowhere. Bus fare, still will get me downtown. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC.

It’s absolutely wild how thoroughly @googlenest has destroyed the reliability and usability of Nest cams since acquiring the company. Camera notifications arrive late or never, the apps crash every few seconds, seeking rarely works. What a disaster.

@googlenesthelp The wires do make the doorbell chime inside. I plugged it into the wall with a micro-USB and there is still no light on the ring and it says it’s offline.

@googlenest Google Home Mini. We’ve had for a couple years. They’ve worked great up until recently any command is responded with “Please Log in in the google home app”. I am logged in so totally baffled how to fix.

@dhay55 @googlenesthelp Google does this to everyone. It is a major problem. Since Nest migrated to Google, the Nest APP is a virtual brick. Has an insane amount of bugs and can’t even use it. Let alone long delays with support. You’d think with billions being made they would invest in good support. 👎🏽

@googlenesthelp can you help me my nest thermostat rarely finds a network and when it does find one it will not connect. I have a new born and I rely on this thermostat to keep her warm. Please respond asap. Thank you. My battery, Voc, Vin & Lin numbers all look good.

@googlenest That guy had me uninstall the latest version of Chrome, so get rid of all the security updates included there; and move down an iteration, to 86. That was just another waste of my time.

@googlenesthelp It says it’s offline. There’s no color on the doorbell and it doesn’t ring. I’ve done the Bluetooth off/on as the troubleshooting said for an NC023 error code but no luck.

@AlBrownCTO @googlenesthelp I think that and the power line adapter. The range of the cameras is fairly poor so it's a necessity. Not a single outage in the last 3 hours so it's back as it should be

Experienced worst after sales service after buying @googlenest. Google doesn't have any control on their service center Redington. Waiting for my replacement since 40 days. Never buy Google products in India. Going to file complaint in Consumer forum @jagograhakjago @GoogleIndia

@googlenest my nest thermostat is a piece of ****. It’s 63 in my apartment and it’s set on 71. I’ve factory reset this thing and it’s still not operating. My apartment put these things in as an “upgrade.” It is the coldest night of the year and my heat won’t turn on.

@googlenest Worked fine last night when turned off. Pulled it down and used another TV to reset it. I know now the location of the reset button, but odd it was working great and then it wasn't.

@googlenest - I can’t select specific songs or playlists in AppleM from GHome. Works w Pandora. Current iOS, GHome and AppleM app. Saying or tapping the app icon doesn’t take me to the app to select songs or playlists like it does when in Pandora. Only plays random songs. Help!

@googlenest It seems to be an issue with Apple music. This was also happening prior to you guys integrating Apple music. I can only play music on one speaker at a time. It's working fine with Spotify.

Has anyone else found the @googlenest Home camera app to just be unacceptably slow, laggy, and buggy recently? Totally unable to try and interact with the video stream, whole app just locks up every time.

@googlenest Problem: Giving the Nest Hub a verbal command (like turning on/off lights), suspends streaming of camera. Solution (Google): Provide an option to prioritize ALL video streaming, so that verbal commands are process silently (verbal commands for routines do this!) 1/2
