  • DragonFlyy69 DragonFlyy (@DragonFlyy69) reported

@googlenesthelp @Brian_M_West77 I have also run into an issue. My Geeni lights are all "off line" and I tried re-linking geeni and now it just says my geeni account has no devices. They all work just fine in my Geeni app.

  • Jsullivan322 Jon Sullivan (@Jsullivan322) reported

@googlenesthelp all of my geenie lights and plugs suddenly all went offline and when I try to add them back to Google home it says they don't exist but they work fine in the geenie app

  • TriciaDasilva1 Peaceful🦋Healer (@TriciaDasilva1) reported

@googlenesthelp still waiting for u to do a simple troubleshoot, One of my five thermostats is not working I’ve been disconnected three times and nobody has had the audacity to call me back even though they asked me for my phone number they keep saying they will troubleshoot

  • lrichardson727 ʞooן noʎ ǝpɐɯ (@lrichardson727) reported

@googlenesthelp Well, I mean, I've gone through DMs on such a topic last time and it just turned into blaming my phone or device without an ability for Nest to look into (nor acknowledge) an issue on their end. I'm not interested in that again, so unless you now have that ability.. I'll pass.

  • leviticus787 Aaron Anderson (@leviticus787) reported

@googlenesthelp When are you going to implement the simple fix of letting users fix it when the camera thinks 2 people are the same. It’s not hard but with hundreds of complaints in the forum you do nothing. Just let us select specific faces and rename them.

  • GrahamRodger56 Graham Rodger (@GrahamRodger56) reported

@googlenesthelp raised a case online 2 days ago (camera - support -eu) following the breakdown of a replacement camera. Acknowledged but no action! Help

  • EatWithDan Eat With Dan (@EatWithDan) reported

@googlenesthelp I need help with my Google nest… please respond to my DM.

  • R0oTk1t a whole host of rollercoaster riders 🌐🎢🤌🥳 (@R0oTk1t) reported

@googlenesthelp i know you guys probably wont be able to help, but could you maybe pass this question over to someone you think could.

  • BiggCoffee Bigg #Coffee (@BiggCoffee) reported

@googlenesthelp @Albwiz222 Having the same exact issue with my Google Nest Cameras and Hub. Tried everything to correct and nothing has worked. Please help.

  • Godisklown (@Godisklown) reported

@googlenesthelp Today afternoon I saw the change on the screen. No, it has never been dropped or knocked over. I plugged out the power for half an hour, but the problem is still there.

  • titanium_trout tRoUt (@titanium_trout) reported

@googlenesthelp I tried that multiple times. I tried different wifi networks. I can't even see who it is registered to. Is there a way to look it up other than how it help says to in the instructions?

  • RockyTrails Brady Dresselhaus (@RockyTrails) reported

It's official, I think I hate my @googlenest thermostat, stupid thing is using energy while I'm on vacation, cooling the house down overnight and only because it doesn't have a simple hold temperature option or even use it's own home and away settings properly

  • ManuKumar Manu Kumar (recruiting @HiHello 🚀) (@ManuKumar) reported

@joshu @googlenest @googlenesthelp I find the Google Home app to be frustratingly bad… the original Nest app was so much easier to use when configuring the thermostats.

  • BiggCoffee Bigg #Coffee (@BiggCoffee) reported

@googlenesthelp Very much related. Issue is, 4 well over a year owners have reported this but have not been provided a solution by @googlenest. People buy multiple Google products for seamless integration. Clearly Google displays have an issue and support is needed from @Google,it is way overdue

  • MrKyleHayes Kyle Hayes (@MrKyleHayes) reported

@googlenesthelp After totally uninstalling 4 Google speakers/displays, 5 Nest cameras and two Nest thermostats, deleting all home data and starting completely over. All to get one single camera to recognize the Nest network, I got it to work. This whole “use an assisting device” step is TERRIBLE

  • chrismhutton Chris Hutton (@chrismhutton) reported

@googlenesthelp hi ya any issue with the app today. Mine keeps erroring today

  • tinytheclanger tinytheclanger (@tinytheclanger) reported

@googlenesthelp I’ve just received a new router & have been trying to connect my Google Wi-Fi to it for the best part of 5hrs. I’ve tried everything I can think of, also some things suggested on other forums. Can you advise if it’s a known issue and is there a work around?

  • DiabetoLive Kyle Herbert (@DiabetoLive) reported

@Brian_M_West77 @googlenesthelp I was having the same issue, my lights removed themselves and wouldn't let me add them back, but it seems fixed now, for me at least.

  • DanielB63128866 Daniel Bowman (@DanielB63128866) reported

@googlenesthelp It's still not working right. I've reset the router and the thermostat multiple times still won't stay connected

  • Xirallics OLD PAINTY-CAN NED (@Xirallics) reported

@googlenesthelp @googlenest And that's the problem. Literally every other thermostat on the planet lets me run the fan independent of heat/cool mode. I turned the system on, picked a high setpoint to run the fan for a couple hours without AC, then my schedule kicked in and it began running the AC

  • datatrek0 datatrek (@datatrek0) reported

@googlenesthelp YES, YES…! I have ton of recommendations and problems to share, still having issues. Happy to get on a call to talk. I switched from your competition for all home automation and i feel like there is lot of potential for you to fix things. We are all google for home automation.

  • SAndersonWJI Scott Anderson (@SAndersonWJI) reported

I have 3 Nest thermostats, a doorbell, and a camera. Was going to buy 2 cameras for our pool that being built. But they don’t work with the Nest app? And the Google app is terrible. @googlenest

  • MelvinVick Melvin (@MelvinVick) reported

@googlenesthelp I don’t stay logged into twitter so pardon slow reply.

  • emaan_behboodi Emaan Behboodi (@emaan_behboodi) reported

@googlenest is a scam and @googlenesthelp is useless. Please if you are looking for devices to make your life easier stay as far away from this garbage as possible.

  • ryanstrug Ryan Strug (@ryanstrug) reported

That the @googlenest thermostat thought 4 degrees above the cool point was ok, presumably because of the bull **** eco mode, is a crime against humanity.

  • RobbiePRguy Robert Kerns (@RobbiePRguy) reported

@googlenesthelp My Nest Lock is appearing offline. My thermostat is appearing online. I am very concerned here. I am seeing something that some locks will no longer appear online starting this month. Please assist.

  • MrKyleHayes Kyle Hayes (@MrKyleHayes) reported

Setting up a new @googlenest camera is one of the most frustrating, annoying, terrible experiences I’ve had as of late. What a convoluted process. Nest was an infinitely better company and customer experience before Google got involved.

  • Godisklown (@Godisklown) reported

@googlenesthelp Just tried! No luck..the fonts are really pixelated. The screen edge (pic shared, marked with red) issue is still there. The other issue comes back and forth. Thanks for your prompt reply.

  • subhramani Sowkydor SuBz (@subhramani) reported

@TataPlayin How many days, @TataPlayin ? Can you just answer just one question here? Can I only purchase a nest aware subscription? I already have cameras. @googlenest please help in getting me an answer.

  • nmeans Nickolas Means (@nmeans) reported

My @googlenest thermostat just kicked into pre-cool mode, setting itself back to 74º to get ready for an Energy Rush Hour starting at 3:30p. The only problem is that there's no electric supply _now_ either. Law of unintended consequences and all that.
