Rob Sauertig (@rob_sauertig) reported@googlenest experienced the worst customer service of my 55-year life. Was on the phone for over 6 hours with incompetent CSR and supervisor about a faulty thermostat. Great product but worst customer support in the world. Buyer beware!!

Norman Leftly (@thepartyphotos) reported@googlenesthelp Hiya, sorry but there's still a problem with the bluetooth. I have speakers in the bathroom and Mini outside. This morning, Mini didn't play on bathroom speakers. Looked at the app and it showed no link to BT. Power off and on then linked to BT OK.

Located a out 20 feet from router in same room. Tried mobile tethering with phone 1 foot from unit. Still no luck.

Ms. Lewis (@klinspwritings) reported@googlenest I’m chiming in on my Nest App. I have IOS. It keeps going offline, but the thermostat is working. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the issue still exists. Disgusting. WE NEED ANSWERS.

Robert (@Lance1823) reported@googlenest when my internet was down my morning commute alarm did not sound. That program needs attention. The alarm should engage if the network wifi is on or off.

Yasir M (@yazz12345) reported@googlenesthelp why am I not getting anywhere with google in trying to help with my nest thermostat. All I keep being asked to complete a form which I have done about three times and they asking me the same questions again. What a waste of money buying a google product.

Ian 🤿 (@ianjeffrey) reported@googlenesthelp have nest hello for years. No issue. Just got new nest protect. Cannot get it to connect to wifi. Tried on iOS and Android. Keep getting p017 error. Clear it’s memory and start again. Same issue. It’s running firmware 3.1.4.3. Help. This should be simple.

Mark Barrey (@markbarrey) reported@googlenesthelp Today the camera was mostly online. The funny thing is during the many hours the cam was "offline", it was actually online and recording footage during this "outage".

Told our thermostat working but we cannot access thru phone app when away so all functions not working. Needs resolution
