@googlenest No Need. I went back to the Nighthawk router we had in place, and the problem has not repeated itself. So far, we have tried, and had failures from the Nest doorbell, 3 Nest protects failed within 5 years, and Nest wifi. All replaced with other brands.

@googlenesthelp What utter bullshit, Google Nest. I've tried for a month to fix this defective thermostat using your messenger service and all you do is ask to fill out the same complaint form. I've filled it out three times now and still have a broken thermostat.

Just unexpectedly spent 2 hours talking to a @googlenest rep who couldn’t help me delete an old nest account so I could migrate to Google (can’t add guests) only to find out they couldn’t help me and I have to set up all my dumb smart home stuff all over again. I cried.

@gedbannon70 @googlenesthelp Don't count on help from googlenest. They told me 3 weeks ago I could replace my (under-warranty) Nest thermostat for free. I've been told 5 times I'd receive an email in 24-48 hrs. 5 times! Those Nests are notorious for wifi problems

One thing that was surprisingly terrible about 2020 is the state of home automation. The new @smartthings is a disaster. @googlenest longer works with Alexa. @WyzeCam continues to be barely usable for automation. My Hue Bridge is nearing EOL. They seem to have forgotten the user

@googlenest @googlenesthelp Nest says it’s connected to heat link. Heat link has a green light. Have restarted both. Heating only coming on if I manually turn it on at the heat link though, despite the thermostat telling me it’s on. Controls the hot watr fine. Help urgently plz

@googlenesthelp Hi, I have rebooted the hub, rebooted the device, tested the WiFi signal strength in the room, removed the device and the nest app from my phone and reinstalled, factory reset the device. Got fed up and brought a brand nest hub max and still the same issue

@googlenest is weak..i spent 3 times the amount for a #GoogleNest Wifi as a Linksys and it works worst than the 3 year old Linksys. Don't waste $200 on this product. They'll keep trying to get you to buy more access points. What about when I am 2 feet away and signal is trash?
