    @googlenesthelp my thermostat has gone offline the past 2 mornings. It is losing connection to my network. I turn it up manually and it connects again. I see no updates available. Any reason why?

    @googlenest thermostat insisting no power but line tests output say otherwise. Thermostat error code says R wire not connected but tests positive for continuity. Very frustrating. It should work. Brand new 18/5 wire to the box. Need answers.

    @Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp you’re techs aren’t doing what they tell customers they will do. We are freezing in our house waiting for replacement that was never put through as we were told. You should do that right thing and overnight my replacement! Bad customer service

    @googlenesthelp On the Nest app it just said “camera is turned off/make sure it is connected, etc” but nothing changed. Was working intermittently before that. Now it is not lighting up unless you hold down the button for a while. Also tried resetting & restarting. No lights and same issue!

    @googlenesthelp got 3 nest protects that batteries have died on and put recommended lithium batteries in they wont turn back on with a fourth saying low battery. Also had power cut today and now 2 of the cameras are offline.

    @Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp when you’re told you will get a call back from a manger within 30 mins they should honor that & I’m still waiting for my call back. This is completely unacceptable and bad business. You should care more about customers freezing waiting on item

    @googlenest I am having issues with my Nest and connectivity to the app. It has gone offline two times the past two mornings. I have to go to the dial and manually turn the temp up. Any reason why? I haven’t lost internet and I don’t see an update available.

    @googlenesthelp I've been Googling whilst waiting. I believe the issue may be that this camera is fighting between the band widths and can only connect the 2.4GHz in the UK? I've never found a problem setting them up before but I did change provider in October last year.

    @googlenesthelp My Google Nest Hello stopped working and I had two electricians come out, replace transformer, wiring etc & have determined unit is the issue. It’s only four months old. How do I replace it? Looks like warranty is a year. Thanks

    @googlenesthelp Our Nest doesn't see any Wifi networks. I've restarted my router, WiFi is working for everything else, reset the Nest multiple times, used a WiFi hotspot but nothing seems to work. There's about a dozen networks around our home but it can't see those. Help please!

    @googlenesthelp The thermostat was installed around 2015 or 2016. I am connected to the same network as the thermostat and I am controlling it from my phone. It also goes offline on my wife’s phone.

    @googlenesthelp My sister (who I have not given any authority to access my Google nest speaker) can control music over my nest speaker from a different room in the house. How can I fix this? Only one Google nest device, only one account set up (mine).
