    @googlenesthelp problem with nest doorbell. Wiring has been checked by nest installer and he says it’s the camera. Constantly shorting

    @googlenesthelp When there is a power surge some (2 out of 4) of my cams go off line and stay off line from the WiFi. One that is off is only 20 feet from the WiFi modem. The big issue is they are 3000 miles away! Any ideas?

    @googlenesthelp Hi Nest Help, my Nest Hello wired Doorbell seems to have bricked itself. It went offline at 03:30am; it has a small solid green status light, but no light around the doorbell button. Turning it off/on again and factory resets are not fixing it. Help! (Please)

    @googlenesthelp Reset network, reset full thermostat, reset home WiFi network (although everything else is working), I’ve followed all your online trouble shooting. Only message is the WiFi sign and then no network in the settings menu.

    @googlenesthelp App is not working and can’t log in via computer either. Keep getting notices from cameras but unable to check them.

    @googlenesthelp I have tried all the steps and even a factory reset with no luck. It’s obviously broken / a hardware failure. I don’t understand why it’s so painful to get a replacement 😒

    @elisled2 @LBC DAB, Alexa, GoogleNest. Doing it by web you have to log on and it’s all rather slow and tedious compared to saying “Hey Google, LBC please”.

    @googlenesthelp help. I’ve been charged for a replacement faulty camera, I’ve been trying to get someone to deal with this for 3 weeks and it appears that your customer service is either incompetent or deliberately defrauding

    @googlenesthelp I’m a now disgruntled user of 8 cameras, 7 WiFi, 2 thermostat and 2 protect. Why oh why is the google home app support for nest products so awful? You can’t access protect devices, camera history features much poorer. This is really disappointing!! Please fix this

    I think @googlenesthelp are fast becoming the worst customer support I have ever experienced. They deemed my device to be faulty over a week ago and despite chasing are still asking me to reboot it and factory reset 😭😭😭

    @madebygoogle Surprise surprise the help and concern lead to nothing again. @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp are once again not customer focused and have disregarded the fact that Google nest life span lasted 2 years. I expected a quality product but unfortunately Nest underdelivered.

    @googlenesthelp The thermostat is 2m from the WiFi router. My other Nest products are much further away and still work perfectly. There is no error message, the thermostat just can’t find any wifi networks (living in a city that’s amazing as I can find plenty on my other devices).

    @googlenesthelp I have two google home minis and also use Google assistant on my phone. I live in Brazil and a workaround for this problem was changing my language from Portuguese to English, but now even that doesn't help. I also tried on other phones but the problem persists.

    @googlenesthelp my nest stopped seeing WiFi the other day and cannot connect. I’ve reset the router and thermostat and still has the problem.

    Absolutely let down by the service from @googlenest and just how unreasonable such a sizeable company can be. After just 2 years using Nest thermostat it failed due to faulty chip which controls the WiFi connection. Now I have nothing but a fancy on/off switch. Do not purchase!!

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply! I’ve had an issue with my thermostat for 3+ months. And I’ve reached out to your support team hoping for a resolution. It’s been a total waste of time with no resolution. It always reads 21+ degrees when in a cold room.

    @googlenest what’s up with the dropped frame rates? Everything seems like it’s in slow motion. This happens on two different locations, this is happening in the app and from a pc

    Having my whole basement under 18" of water and losing so much of my stuff wouldn't be so bad if @googlenesthelp would just let me switch my drowned WiFi puck for another puck in the house, but of course that's completely impossible with the new Home app.

    at least 5x a day @Spotify crashes my @googlenest display. anyone else have this issue and/or a fix?

    @googlenesthelp Hey, my nest is not connecting to the internet, it won't grab any wifi signal. I've tried all the basic trouble shooting and still don't get it to pick up any wifi networks, any other help you can offer?
