@googlenesthelp I moved everything & plugged directly into the mains and it’s still the same… I bought a new one but it’s no annoying this one won’t work - maybe I need to try and borrow another tv to try it with to see if that’s the issue (altho hope not cos can’t really afford a new one)

@therealmania @googlenesthelp Yeah! My thermostat itself is connected to Wi-Fi and is working in general, just the server seems to think it’s offline so I can’t control it with the home app or google assistant 🤷🏽

@googlenesthelp @ManuuMejias @googlenesthelp Connection is working through Yeelight but not through Mi Home. Apparently it's not concerning people using China Mi Home servers, here, only services from other servers than Mainland China may be impacted (Mi Home France Server here)

@idkartemis @googlenesthelp I’m starting to have this exact issue. The app on my iPhone was stating the heat was on, but it wasn’t. I thought my furnace was broke. The physical thermostat showed it was not heating.

@googlenesthelp Thank you - I factory reset it from the device as it couldn’t be found on my Google home but even after that it still won’t show up. There is 3 bars of wifi in this room so I don’t understand why it’s not working… So frustrating

@googlenesthelp @madebygoogle Nest Guard went offline earlier today, followed by Thermostat a few minutes ago. I've tried rebooting Nest devices including Nest WiFi. Nest Cams are still online, as are Protects. Nest status dashboard shoes no issue but there's clearly something up
