@googlenesthelp I have rebooted both my nest and home (I have 1 of each) and I have uninstalled/reinstalled YT Music app. Set to Pandora and it plays music no problem. Set default back to YT Music and it refuses to play. YT Music sub is up to date and paid.

Had to throw a @googlenest cam in the trash because I don't have access to the original email it is associated with. Total @Google garbage. Just use @ring instead.

@googlenesthelp I have the doorbell and the hub. The chime for the doorbell has stopped working and I am now trying to get the doorbell to ring via the hub but it is not working. I have visitor announcements turned on. What else do I need to do?

Ever since I had to sign into my @googlenest with my Google account, it constantly signs me out and makes me sign back in about three times before I can see maybe 30 seconds of activity and then signs me out again. Frustrating. Any suggestions on a fix?

@googlenesthelp I made sure that the Google Account I use in my Home App is signed into everything Google related on my phone (Chrome, assistant etc.) but it still doesn't work. Reset my router as well to see if that would help but it doesn't. Everything else works (directions, googling etc.)

@googlenesthelp Nope it’s not turning blue on my app when it should it’s seems like you’re Ali has a built in rounding error problem. The second the thermo reads 74 instead of 73 I need it to turn on.

@googlenesthelp Unable to download. No error code. Video won’t even load and I’ve got full 5G and my house has 400mbps. As for the faces, it’s just lazy and doesn’t want to tell me who is at the door anymore. I go into the settings and everyone’s faces have names. But google just says “person”

@googlenest please fix your new wifi pro units. This is almost unworkable to have them crash every day. My router is a million degrees. For such a high price item this is terrible. I love you Google, fanboy for life, but this is not hitting the mark!

@googlenesthelp Yea, other devices are having no problem finding the SSID. I also tried with a guest SSID in the house but to no avail. It was purchased in may of this year, new in box from eBay.

@googlenest our Google nest the one with the orange face went offline while we were away possibly because we had to split Wi-Fi for new lights went to go to settings and display blank do we need to remove screws on back and replace batteries as was plugged into mains.

The @google home app paired with the @googlenest doorbell is terrible. Trying to replay and save a video is hit or miss 80% of the time. It takes way too long to answer. The AI face recognition just decides not to work. Get your **** together google.

@googlenesthelp Hi - it’s the Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd gen. Yes - first instance of Wi-Fi not working since install in Dec 2021. It has been offline from WiFi for 3+ weeks. I have a 2nd exact model connecting fine to WiFi.

@googlenesthelp Finally the issue to play music via the Google assistant on the Nest Audio speakers is solved! Sadly to be replaced by never finding the second speaker of a stereo pair. Will Google take months again to resolve?

@googlenesthelp @googlenest I have a 3rd gen Nest thermostat in my bedroom that goes offline several times during the day. I've tried rebooting it, even factory reset it. Its signal strength is strong (93), but the ping is all over the place from 400-4,000ms! What else can I do?

@hubitat_support been trying to troubleshoot this all afternoon. Have 6 total @SengledUSA element color plus. Setup first 2 without any issue, ported to @googlenesthelp fine. Setup next 2 bulbs working fine in Hubitat, but won't port to Google app. Reconnected app and still 2?

@googlenesthelp Yes, why isn’t my air conditioner kicking on when it should, my program is set to no hotter than 73, it is 74 in the room. That’s what the thermostat is reading. It should be on why isn’t this happening? please fix it

Looks like the @googlenest apps have gone loco. Say on both that nest is offline but it’s online and working currently. Had to get up and go to room to change temp as its not showing on app. Seem others have issue as well from tweets to @googlenesthelp
