Google repeatedly denied a Nest upgrade promo for 1 of the units since it was offline during a reno. If this is how they treat loyal users, I’m done. All 4 will be replaced with competitors. #GoogleNest

Jason (@JasonKatz633411) reported@googlenest both of my nest temperature sensors disconnected in the middle of the night. I've gone through all the troubleshooting to reconnect. They get added to my account but perpetually show no connection. Is this part of a larger outage? Can you assist?

Couldn’t have happened at a worse time. I used to think Google was the better of the big companies, (with Apple, Meta) but it appears their need for control and obsolescence is just as bad if not worse. How dare you Google? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I know Nest would’ve never done this. Google, you SUCK.

Since the forced Gemini rollout, basic features (hands-free calls, routines) are broken unless I hand over more data. Safety risks in the car too.
