    Hey @googlenest that whole "you can't register your thermostat with a GSuite email address" thing, requiring a SEPARATE gmail account (weird policy? bizarre technical block?) is just nuts, and a terrible UX. You do know a lot of families & households use GSuite too, right?

    @googlenest I think its always been hot, but the signal was spectacularly poor today, I can't use WiFi in the bedroom, or living room, dining room. I have 3 points so shouldn't be this way. I let it cool for a bit and put it back on. Its working a bit better, but unreliable

    @googlenest I was getting poor speeds yet WiFi signal was strong using the nest wifi. I think its due to the nest router getting super hot, and throttling. Is there a cooling solution for this? Signal getting weak, when it gets hot. "Thermal throttling" could it be the new FW?

    @googlenesthelp hey soo im just picking up my google mini from my boyfriend house and its not turning on ..so i used my other mini in the kitchen, plug, and still nothing ..soo please help me ..do i send it in or do i buy another one, because the one in my kitchen is lonely 😩

    @googlenest We had a 2 hour power outage overnight. Power is back and all my cameras are back online except my Nest Hello. It’s not even lighting up. Any ideas?@googlenesthelp

    @googlenest Thanks for the responses here. I worked it out over chat with Google support. The problem was that somehow the assistant settings on the nest wifi got out of wack. Doing a factory reset on the nest wifi solved the problem.

    @googlenest suggestion, don't get your customer service agents to ask if there is anything else they can help you with when they have been unable to help you in any way whatsoever. Not a good customer experience

    @googlenest 1.) I have an overall issue with a new heating system which I’m trying to figure out on why the boiler won’t keep the thermostat charged. 2.) Also I’m charging the thermostat separately in order for the boiler to function but that is not working.

    @googlenesthelp I have 2 Nest 3.4 thermostats purchased from Costco in 4/2019. One works fine, but the upstairs unit suddenly cannot connect to my Wifi - I turned off the router, rebooted the unit, turned off the power at the fusebox - nothing works. HELP - it's cold upstairs!

    @googlenesthelp Hi just bought a Google Nest (replaced my Echo Dot) but it won’t connect to my Apple Music account. Can only play via Bluetooth. I’d rather just ask the Google assistant! Can you help? Any way I can incorporate Apple Music?

    @googlenest The power being plugged in, is why its heating up. If I disconnect it, it cools down.

    @googlenest if you can't fix the constant issues with devices dropping off WiFi and being unable to reconnect... I'm kicking all my best devices to the curb. Been through all the troubleshooting.. have separate aside and tried both bands. No problems with any other devices at all
