@googlenest Gen 1 I think, Asus zenfone 6. Google home app is up to date. However, the UI of the home app is different from your support page instructions. I have a new router, so I'm trying to change/add Chromecast to the new network but there are no WiFi settings. Reboot unit doesn't help.

@googlenest That hasn't worked for months. And if you Google it that hasn't worked for anybody. There's like a known issue. I assume you're aware of that issue.And if you guys ask me for another set of screenshots to show you the issue I'm going to scream. These are like known issues.

@googlenest Just to be clear, the problem is not connecting the mini to the phone (bc I haven't even got to that step) the problem is logging into the home app.

@googlenest That's the problem, the UI don't match the instructions. In the Google home app, my Google account profile is at the top right corner and there are only account settings. There are only home info, rooms and groups settings. No Chromecast or WiFi settings.

@googlenest Having trouble getting it to play a specific playlist from Spotify (not a paid user), and the Character alarms appear to be US/Canada only, I'm in Australia... regardless, please.. just give us a Beep Beep option. As every alarm clock has done for longer than I've been alive

@googlenest It is directly plugged into the wall socket I am waiting since past 20 mins but when nothing worked I rebooted the device when I didn't work I reset the device and still the same is going on... I think it is a problem with the device

Bought my parents a @googlenest thermostat for Christmas. Now, with freezing temperatures outside, and the day after both of them tested positive for COVID, it stopped working. Currently 65° in their house. Trying to troubleshoot from 400 miles away is a uniquely **** feeling.

@googlenest It is fully wired up and professionally installed but we keep getting an E74 error. Happens every 3 days. So then we have no heat. Furnace is fine. We had to pay for HVAC as well so we will be taking it out and putting back up our old thermostat. This is ridiculous

@googlenest i had to replace my thermostat as it wasnt holding charge and then i recieved a replacement yesterday which was a refurbished 1..now the new 1 wont connect to my heat link..i was on the chat help for hours yesterday and nothing they suggested solved the issue
