    @googlenesthelp has the worst product & policies. doorbell was offline so often I didn’t realize someone ripped it off the wall. Instead of replacing it immediately, the policy had me jumping through hoops in hopes I would give up. No concern for my safety, why I bought it #nest

    @googlenesthelp If I use my Google Home account, I have to REMOVE my already connected Nest Devices and then I would be unable to use them on my Nest HUB or any other devices. Seriously this is not cool. You screwed your most loyal customers - fix it. Support G-Suite Accounts!

    @googlenesthelp Wifi enabled using a personal gmail account. Just tried rebooting everything and the error is persisting 😢

    @googlenesthelp I'm trying everything I can think of to get it to connect, but no luck so far. I get "could not communicate with your chromecast" error everytime. I have reset it, my modem, removed it from my google home app, changed networks, nothing is working

    @googlenesthelp i have the same issue tiku is describing. Purchased 2 Mi Home devices and cannot connet mi home to google home. Any ideas?

    @googlenesthelp Well this keeps happening, after i do the steps on the help page it starts working again with my phone however my pc hasnt been able to find it and they are all on the same wifi and it finds my brothers smart tv, I've had it for 5 maybe 6 years now...idk whats going on

    Quite possibly the worst user experience decision I’ve seen in a long time forcing happy #Nest app customers to use the awful, dreadful #Googlehome app for new camera purchases - it’s not ready for prime time darlings!! Brain fart decision @googlenesthelp way to annoy customers!

    @googlenesthelp your customer service is terrible. Gen 3 thermostat was working fine until forcing me to switch to google account now temp sensors do not stay connected. Forcing me to purchase a new gen 3 instead of exchanging. What crap service!!!!

    @googlenest @jmwein Wow, 18 months on and this is still an issue. I've only just struck the problem after buying another Nest Home device then trying to control my heat pumps. I'm told that I need to migrate my Nest account but cannot as I use GSuite. I use GSuite for the whole family.

    @googlenesthelp I appreciate it but the app is garbage. I’ll never use that app anymore. I gave you guys several years and just tired of it all. It’s got the whole janky Android feeling, ya know? Like no concern to UI design.

    Hi @googlenesthelp! I'm having trouble with my notification settings on my iPhone. I've set the Nest to not give me alerts unless I'm home, but it's constantly alerting my phone when it see anything outside (the latest software is installed). Can you help?

    I have to remember to replace my garbage Google Nest Thermostat. @googlenesthelp I have NEVER in my entire life set my temp above 25C. For some reason my Nest thinks the temp should be 26.5C (!) and I don't figure it out until I wonder why I'm sweating while seated. "Smart" 🙄

    @googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp Well, I got an email... From "Miguel C" that now says that email support can't help me, only chat support can. Which is funny because chat support told me on 3 separate occasions that I can only be helped by email support. Still no way to return the cameras.

    @googlenesthelp No looks to have righted itself. Some sort of syncing issue between thermostat, my phone, and nest backend.
