    @googlenest NEST keeps turning on when im not home. Bad for the environment and $s. 45 min on hold -told to fix I need to b home. Im 1,500 miles away. With all this time on hold, I TWEET. Do not buy.

    @googlenesthelp 2 weeks ago green light flashing above the Nest logo. App showed stat offline & the stat attempted several times to reconnect to wi fi. When I interrogated the stat it showed nest w5 error. Reset the stat in settings & reset network. Wont connect to WiFi. Still shows w5 error.

    @googlenest I lost all of my Nest products after migrating account from Nest to Google home. They're not in my old Nest app or new Google Home. Lost 9 Nest Protects, 1 thermostat, Nest Secure, Nest Hello, 3 Nest Cams, 1 of which is our baby monitor. Demoralized... Need help ASAP!

    @googlenest worst customer service ever. Returned my new but broken thermostat 3 weeks ago. Hours and spent on the phone trying to get them to send me the new one they promised. 18 inches of snow coming tomorrow!! Still nothin from them.

    @googlenesthelp Dude its the app telling me my nest is not online, when in fact it is. This started with your @Google outage. The app couldn't communicate with the nest until I did a soft reset. I'm just sharing my troubleshooting steps.

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp we bought a house. Old owners left the nest, no manual. Have reset it, cancelled settings but still seem to have some remain and doing crazy things with temp. Help us please!

    @googlenest Yes. Tried unlinking it and relinking, issue persists. Also confirmed that this same error happens on my Nest WiFi/speaker.

    @googlenest my mini speaker won't play the news for me anymore. How can I fix this? I'm trying to play @CBCNews highlights. The speaker says ”here's the latest news” and then goes silent. I don't know why.

    My dad has been on a chat with @googlenesthelp for 90 minutes trying to get his hub max replaced (because the volume button is broken) and THEN they said they had to call him back later because they couldn't read the ridiculously small serial number in the damn machine 🙄
