    Ha, @TwitterSupport banned me because I dared to share that @googlenest sells subpar products with TERRIBLE customer service. My pipes are FROZEN in my house because my Google Nest died in the middle of a Wisconsin winter. It's -20 out! WTF!?!?!?!

    @googlenesthelp why did my Nest screw up my furnace today after your update. Emergency call to my HVAC guy on the coldest day of the year only to find out all his customers today had same problem. Unplugged Nest and put old thermostat on and heat works. WTF?

    @googlenesthelp I have a gen 3 nest and the wifi chip is not working. It cannot find any networks in the area when we know there is available networks, and then it gets stuck in search mode. Please help!

    Finally installed a @honeywell Lyric I received from @Feryl now that we're renovating the house, and I can't finish the setup because their service is down. It was like this 18 months ago when I tried too. Not a good impression. Debating getting a @googlenest if this persists. 😒

    @JakeEchanove @googlenest @honeywell I had one at my condo, and had no issue. One unit had the MAC mislabeled. The other has a physical defect preventing the professional from installing it properly. 2 out of 3 is not a stat I would be confident with. I don’t want to have to go through this setup process again. EVER

    @googlenesthelp Since I upgraded my broadband to fibre and my router went from Sagemcom to Zyxel I cannot get my Nest to link to the new wireless network. I have tried both the 5G and 3G network broadcast on the unit, power cycled, reset my mobile network settings. Help!

    @googlenest what does “away” mode actually do? I can’t seem to find a straight answer in any of the help articles. I don’t care about how nest automatically figures out away. I want to know what happens when I set away manually.

    @googlenest Did you even read my message? I’m not interested in how “away” is enabled. Can you please tell me, in plain English, what “away” actually does???? I’ve read the article you sent carefully and it doesn’t help.

    @googlenesthelp please help. I have been chatting with various reps since December trying to resolve an issue. It makes absolutely no sense that I am being redirected repeatedly this cannot be the way your intend to help your customers.

    @googlenest It has been happening for the past month. I changed the smart adjust setting on the app but the problem persisted. Your support team said “sometimes it’s better to make the change on the thermostat”. That is not smart, acceptable, and is putting all your customers at risk

    @googlenest It's happening again. The lights got turned off at the switch then back on, now they're unresponsive. No message this time, just an error chime. "Sync my devices" doesn't help.
