Omg again with @googlenest and the offline smart lock I am so disappointed with the fact that after almost 2 years with minor issues it is having disconnects a few times a day and not syncing with the app anymore.

@googlenesthelp Sorry - not on twitter much. Thermostat does not show any error as far as I know. When I try to connect to a known-good and connectable network, even manually, it cannot find any networks. I'm in the USA.

Hey @googlenesthelp: I have a nest account I now access thru google. Initially, my spouse ended up being the owner which means I cannot control Nest subscriptions. So I removed the cams fr owner's acct, added them in mine, and he's still the owner! What a mess? How do I fix this?

Hey @googlenesthelp : How can a person who is designated "owner" in Nest pass ownership to someone else and take themselves out of the group altogether? Managing Nest has become such a nightmare now with google, I wish I'd never bought #NestCams. What a bad investment.

Our poor @googlenest Nest Guard stopped connecting to WiFi at the start of April. We contacted support on Apr 17 and the debugging steps bricked it entirely. Now we've been waiting to hear back from a senior support rep... and nothing after they asked for our serial number.

Wtf is happening w @Google Home app? I upgraded to a @googlenest router explicitly bc it is backwards compatible w Google wifi. No wifi points are found, forced to use Home to set them up and a bug just sends me back to home screen whenever I try to add a device @googlenesthelp.

@googlenesthelp Hi, it’s an apartment; I don’t know what software. I’ve turned it down very low & the number remains the same. (Is the 81 the temp inside?). I stood on a chair & tried to feel air & It’s warm air. I switched it on & off trying to reset the system.

@googlenest Hello, I'm having issues with my nest hello, it wont connect to wifi. It has a nc023 fault code. I tried to reset it by pressing the button in on the hello for 10 seconds but still no luck. It has a solid green lite above the camera. Help please

@googlenest I have tried everything, but my best hello keeps going offline! Followed all Recommended Wi-Fi router settings for Nest products, but still goes offline. Downgraded quality too. Can't get more than a day, and have to power cycle the router each time!.#nesthello Help!
