Support has admitted that the issue is on their side "There is no eta as to when or if there will be another resolution available". #dontbuynest I am now left with thousands of dollars in Nest products that just don't work. #NEST #Google @googlenest

@lgreenberg @googlenesthelp I have Verizon Fios. Had this problem with a rachio sprinkler controller. I had to go in the Verizon app and remove it from the list of products connected to the router

@yangtheman @googlenest Yep, they don't care about thier product or customers. I am 5 weeks into a support issue on all Nest products and I was told "there is no eta for a resolution at this time" by a supposed tier 3 support rep.

@googlenest I cannot believe you use a wifi chip that is critical to operating Nest thermostat that dies around or shortly after warranty. It’s very well known issue all over the internet too. Shame on you. I am never buying Google hardware.

Hey @Google @googlenest Your Nest Hub Max SUCKS ***! The screen CONSTANTLY goes black for no reason. CONSTANTLY. The online help instructions basically say unplug it and plug it back in. For a multi-hundred dollar product that’s crap! Any response?

@ominousbliss @googlenest You don't want them as a security system. They don't care about your safety. All of my nest products stopped working at once after 5 years. Support said issue is on their side and "there is no eta for a resolution at this time". Safety is no concern of theirs.

Stay away from murderous @googlenest thermostats. If you can't afford or won't pay their subscription fee. You will wake up multiple times a night during record heat due to the dial turning to 80°. It sadly came with the house, gonna rip this **** out and get a dumb thermostat.

One out of my four @googlenesthelp Protects is offline and will not stay reconnected to my home network. It’s also reporting the power is out, which it’s not. The three others are working fine. I’ve tried everything, including swapping the unit, with no fix. @nest

Has anyone set up other thermostats to a Honeywell prestige system with zones? @Resideo says that they are unable to help customers connect their own thermostats to their own system so need to find alternatives.@googlenest @ecobee

@tyler_back @googlenest Yup, same. It appears it's a known and reported issue with Wifi6 routers and Nest Audio, yet they have done nothing to address it. I picked up some Echos, plugged them in and they are working flawlessly. Done with Google products. Lack of support and updates.

Six year old Google Nest - heat link broken. @googlenesthelp - sorry! Not in warranty and we no longer make replacements. £200 thermostat is now a brick. I won't be buying another.

@SXM_Help Update, I see the SiriusXM app link to my @googlenest Home speakers in the Radio settings on the Home app is broken. Is there an ETA on a fix? I can not currently stream SiriusXM to my @Google speakers.
