    @googlenest Why dO get this email? “Nest was granted access to your Google Account” .. this is already setup and nothing was changed! BTW I’ll never setup two-step verification on my iPhone. My iPhone is always locked, there is no security issue unless you have been hacked.

    @googlenesthelp Yes, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The issue remains. Camera schedules cannot be created or edited via the Nest app. This seems to simply be a bug with the app itself.

    @googlenesthelp help. I’ve been charged for a replacement faulty camera, I’ve been trying to get someone to deal with this for 3 weeks and it appears that your customer service is either incompetent or deliberately defrauding

    Even that has had some choppy video. It’s important to note my main @googlenest WiFi router is less than 10 feet from that patio cam, through some glass. It’s not a matter of poor signal getting to it. /5

    @googlenesthelp 1 of my 4 Nest thermostats lost internet connection. I did everything. Reset network and routers. Reset thermostat. Removed thermostat from app. Etc. watched the you tube videos. Apparently it’s a know. Problem. Can I get a replacement please ? Thanks

    @elisled2 @LBC DAB, Alexa, GoogleNest. Doing it by web you have to log on and it’s all rather slow and tedious compared to saying “Hey Google, LBC please”.

    @googlenesthelp Can I order a replacement chime connector for my nest hello? Ive been having issues and was troubleshooting everything possible and I believe that’s the issue. My old doorbell still works. And the chime will ding.

    @googlenesthelp hello. Please can you help. My gen3 thermostat has stopped picking up any WiFi. No list of network names appear on the screen. I’ve heard it’s a known problem your having and you send out a replacement. That would be great. I look forward to your reply. Rob Hunt

    @googlenesthelp I have tried turning microphone off but I still get the problem. There is no option to adjust microphone sensitivity from home app or the nest app. I have the wired version

    @googlenesthelp my nest stopped seeing WiFi the other day and cannot connect. I’ve reset the router and thermostat and still has the problem.

    @mtzlblk @googlenest @jmwein At least stop trying to push account migration every app open if you're not going to fix this. I'm not going to set up another gmail account just to manage Nest, when I already have a managed gsuite one.

    @googlenesthelp Verified same issue on wife’s iPhone as well as another person who also uses iPhone and Nest cameras in their own house. This is simply a bug in the app.

    Hi @googlenesthelp renewed my annual Nest aware subscription June 2021. Now you have sent me message it’s been deactivated and to pay again. And Nest aware 5 days has been removed. Can you help ? #nest @googlenest

    Absolutely let down by the service from @googlenest and just how unreasonable such a sizeable company can be. After just 2 years using Nest thermostat it failed due to faulty chip which controls the WiFi connection. Now I have nothing but a fancy on/off switch. Do not purchase!!

    @googlenesthelp When there is a power surge some (2 out of 4) of my cams go off line and stay off line from the WiFi. One that is off is only 20 feet from the WiFi modem. The big issue is they are 3000 miles away! Any ideas?

    @googlenesthelp I have both Spotify Premium and Pandora free linked in the US. I’ve used both in the past as default with no issues. I’ve tried toggling both since the issue but no reaction from Home.

    @googlenesthelp (nest outdoor) set up connects and works inside the house but when i unplug to set up outside at the outdoor power source, i remain offline and will never connect. Ideas?

    @googlenesthelp I’m a now disgruntled user of 8 cameras, 7 WiFi, 2 thermostat and 2 protect. Why oh why is the google home app support for nest products so awful? You can’t access protect devices, camera history features much poorer. This is really disappointing!! Please fix this

    May be #China needs to ban devices like #GoogleNest which are a nightmare for most parents struggling with their kids.. May put some pressure on their product teams which have been sleeping on Request for better control on Apps and sites their kids use when a Google mesh is used.

    @googlenesthelp So my Nest thermostat had the wifi problem (error w5). Was replaced but now the replacement device (just received today) doesn’t connect to the HeatLink (after 9 tries / error h71). Apparently, support is going to replace to full system (thermostat and heatlink).
