    Hey @googlenest @googlenesthelp Why does the Google Wifi and Nest Wifi not work together? Please put that warning on the product so people do not end up buying something Google cannot support or fix.

    @googlenest I have tried connecting with different devices, shortening the distance between devices to <1m, adjusting the group delay correction setting, and searched online which suggests it's a known issue. Acceptable minor audio lag when using a single Nest Audio, but not when paired.

    @googlenesthelp Is there any way to tell Google Nest WiFi to always give particular devices 5GHz when in range? It's incredibly frustrating to be on a video call and realize my speed is terrible because I'm on 2.4GHz. I may need to return these if I'm unable to find a fix.

    Hey @madebygoogle I'm trying to listen an album that is (Deluxe) version and it's not working on my @googlenest devices. I've tried, Hey Google, play the album Shawn Mendes (Deluxe) on @youtubemusic But it only plays the regular one.

    @_bowandarrows_ do a factory reset and set it up again. i've had issues with my speaker as well, and that seems to have fixed it. also, @googlenest are aware of a software issue regarding this as i've been speaking to them

    @googlenest I was getting poor speeds yet WiFi signal was strong using the nest wifi. I think its due to the nest router getting super hot, and throttling. Is there a cooling solution for this? Signal getting weak, when it gets hot. "Thermal throttling" could it be the new FW?

    @googlenest I think its always been hot, but the signal was spectacularly poor today, I can't use WiFi in the bedroom, or living room, dining room. I have 3 points so shouldn't be this way. I let it cool for a bit and put it back on. Its working a bit better, but unreliable

    I normally wouldn't use Twitter this way, but I'd just like everyone out there to know that @googlenest is a trash product. Bought one and it didn't even last two years. Now they refuse to replace their defective product.

    @googlenesthelp Hi just bought a Google Nest (replaced my Echo Dot) but it won’t connect to my Apple Music account. Can only play via Bluetooth. I’d rather just ask the Google assistant! Can you help? Any way I can incorporate Apple Music?

    @googlenest Only thing left is reset of CC but I don’t think you are the problem here. Disney said Google had an Chrome update (?) and has/had 4K issues.

    @googlenest The router is blinking with I white light like it’s supposed and I always have the trouble on the screen that shows the router with the blue circle around it and it tries to look for a connection but it always says that it’s failed even if I am connected.

    @googlenest I've done as you've asked but I'm still getting "Sorry, it looks like Philips Hue is unavailable right now" but it still does turn on/off the lights before saying that. It's not a massive issue, just would be nice when it's resolved. I expect it's an api issue between home & hue.

    @googlenest I can control through the app, voice control works it just gives me an error after. I said sync my devices & it said 2 things weren’t available & I should set them up again

    @googlenest No. Not even with everything on Disney. When talking to their SD they said Chromecast issue due to their update so factory reset. Known issue. 😳

    @googlenest - Looking for a solution to play the music I own on my Nest Mini. Nothing I see as an option seems to fit this requirement. Though Google Music did attempt to do that. YouTube Music seems to like to dump out of any playlist and start playing random garbage. Whats up?

    @googlenest The power being plugged in, is why its heating up. If I disconnect it, it cools down.

    After some tinkering, it appears that two Nest Audio's *paired* have an unacceptable ~1 second lag when connected via Bluetooth for video audio. However a small insignificant lag when a single Nest Audio is connected. A hardware limitation? Or can @googlenest advise how to fix?

    @googlenest 1.) I have an overall issue with a new heating system which I’m trying to figure out on why the boiler won’t keep the thermostat charged. 2.) Also I’m charging the thermostat separately in order for the boiler to function but that is not working.
