    @googlenesthelp you tricked us into migrating from native Nest accounts into Google accounts but when you want to login to Nest either on the new Chromecast or Google Home app, you can only use a native account. This is getting worse and worse.

    The @googlenest is total garbage. Setting it up three times in a month doesn’t make my life easier.

    @googlenest I only set the nest wifi up today! Tried changing all my settings on the nest wifi until as recommend on your help page. ISP router was in full modem mode so this wasn’t causing any throttling just a straight pass through.

    @googlenest It's dual band, not sure the make and model. All I know is this is the only device in my house that consistently has this issue

    @marcoarment @googlenesthelp Seriously though. I had some issue setting up an ikea hub recently. Set up went perfectly smoothly when I turned off the VPN on my iPhone Could be be something like that 🤔

    @googlenesthelp Hello, my nest Thermostat lost WiFi connection and now I’m getting w5 error. I tried rebooting my modem and router then tried restart nest. Nothing is working. Please help!

    @googlenest Gen 1 I think, Asus zenfone 6. Google home app is up to date. However, the UI of the home app is different from your support page instructions. I have a new router, so I'm trying to change/add Chromecast to the new network but there are no WiFi settings. Reboot unit doesn't help.

    @googlenest That's the problem, the UI don't match the instructions. In the Google home app, my Google account profile is at the top right corner and there are only account settings. There are only home info, rooms and groups settings. No Chromecast or WiFi settings.

    @googlenest Unfortunately due to the issue I couldn’t justify keeping the nest wifi so I have returned it to the store I got it from. If I left it much longer I wouldn’t have been able to return the it for a refund. Shame as I have a lot of other nest products 😩

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp Google Nest 2020... Worst smart product I've ever owned. 1. Immediately, it wouldn't install. 2. Spent 3 hours on the phone with support doing resets/reinstalls. 3. Has an equipment error. 4. Next week, Google Assistant stops being able to communicate

    @googlenest Hi there, I accidentally deleted my home in the Google home app when trying to reorganise all my devices but then later on I then accidentally cancelled my nest aware annual subscription with ~6 months left on it. I can't describe the rest of the problem on this mesg

    @googlenest There's a lot of buggy behavior. I can't turn my TV with a Chromecast on/off half the time; the Assistant gets results completely wrong sometimes; when I try to adjust lights, Google says they're not set up. This behavior is new.

    @googlenesthelp I'm getting a w5 error on my thermostat. I restarted it and still no Wi-Fi. My cameras are all working fine, so it seems to be a thermostat issue.

    @googlenest i had to replace my thermostat as it wasnt holding charge and then i recieved a replacement yesterday which was a refurbished 1..now the new 1 wont connect to my heat link..i was on the chat help for hours yesterday and nothing they suggested solved the issue

    @ecstasias @googlenest @Apple Product is really just a fancy version of what you get at the hardware store at 3x the price. In theory, being able to mute from your phone and get notifications would add value, but setup is a nightmare. Weirdly, worse than 5 years ago when we got our first.

    Spent a festive couple of hours trying to put a new @googlenest protect on our home network today. The app is full of bugs; when it fails it spits out error codes not covered in online support. Worst user experience ever; @Apple u need to be in this market. #BourgeoisProblems

    You advertise @googlenest works with @smartthings but no one can confirm this as no one can add a Nest product to ST. Advertise a date when we can add Nest or stop advertising this partnership until you can provide a date! Plus, fix your new app, it’s God awful, horrible app!!!!!
