Anyone else having a hard time playing @KFIam640 on their @googlenest because it keeps thinking you said "KKFI"? Just started like yesterday and its absurd, no matter how slow I say it. I can't figure out how to make it stop happening like 9 out of 10 times. @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp why wouldn’t you allow the new cameras to connect to the Nest App?! You have to realize that your app lacks functionality compared to Nest. None of my cameras have 24hr smooth playback, it’s event only, and it’s complete trash! Fix this nonsense!

@googlenesthelp my biggest beef with Google WiFi is that we are unable to *force* ethernet backhaul for homes with multiple points. And unfortunately, they seem to auto-connect via wireless mesh instead. Tested and certified ethernet connectivity left unused! Please fix!

@googlenesthelp yeah can’t log into my gmail account. It sends me a code to recover my username with no issue but only gives me the option to send a text with a code to recover password, and no other option like email code or call for code 😞

Added Nest Hub Max camera to my home. Shows up in room "Camera". Moved to "Living Room" in Home App; removed "Camera" room. Nest App will not recognize any room change and still shows "Camera". Removed device, readded, factory reset. Same. All @googlenest is buggy broken **** .

@googlenest OMG, please fix the Google Home App to work! I paid for 30 days of videos to be saved, I can’t watch any. Why did I have to leave the Nest App, it worked well. I’m furious with Google Home!

@googlenesthelp It’s right down the staircase from the router. There’s nothing like that in between that would cause interference. It’s been connected to the Wi-Fi and worked fine since originally installing it ~6 months ago until last week

@googlenesthelp Google wifi 2016 suddenly drop download speeds to 1/3 every day. Restart fixes it only to reoccur later in day. No other devices soaking up bandwidth. Worked perfectly for years- a bad firmware update, or is my primary pod at hardware fault?

Google @googlenesthelp Nest thermostat is hands down the single worst product I’ve ever used. Just woken up yet again at 12.30am to sweltering heat despite the temperature being set to 9 degrees and then switched off entirely. This thing is so bad it’s shameful. And dangerous

My Nest cam has been a huge help with my 1yo, but has failed after just over a year’s use. CS acknowledged product is faulty but they can’t do anything and to buy a new one. Not how a respectable devices co should behave, for the planet nor its customers @nestsupport @googlenest

Ooof. So frustrated with customer/technical support these days. Example 1: I have been going back and forth with @googlenesthelp and @google Home since mid-February trying to resolve sound detection issues with our devices. No resolution yet and poor support and communication.

@googlenesthelp I've read everything you've ever written about OT, but it doesn't help. The issue (from what I've read) is controlling both heating and DHW. Something about the Nest DHW with OT doesn't seem to work with most UK boilers. Trying to find a workaround.

@wplate @googlenesthelp The new cameras are a monstrous step backwards. The 24hr smooth video functionality was why I bought Nest. I’m about to trash every Nest product I have and find something better. Why would they completely screw this up?!

@googlenesthelp @googlenest since the latest ios update on the nest app… I can’t get an video’s to load… I have another phone with pre updated version and it loads no problem … latest version if you scroll to a time it just freezes and nothing? How do I go back?

@PETERSYOUNG Might be worth looking at @googlenest or equivalent. I often down regulate thermostat as a result of checking it. Obs won't help electric though.
