    @googlenest @SantanaSamuels I am having the same issue with my Nest thermostat I got it 2 weeks ago, and I am getting tired of that. In the app shows offline, but it is online it self. I don’t think is a wifi issue, because I have smart lights, several google nest screens and a roomba.

    @googlenesthelp Also, sometimes I buy and return a device I didn't like, Google seems to keep some phantoms hidden and complain from time to time device X or Y isn't found, but it's not listed for me to remove so I keep getting those error messages.

    Hi @googlenesthelp! I switched two rooms (bedroom and second bedroom) and renamed their corresponding lights. It shows ok in the app but when I give a voice command it always toggles the second bedroom light on/off never the "bedroom" light, no matter what I do. How to fix?

    So my nest recently stopped working. It worked fine until the recent update. Now it's unable to connect to any network. It gives me the error code /w5. I've tried all steps to attempt a fix. @googlenesthelp Please help my heat isn't working and it's getting cold!

    @googlenesthelp Yes, I can control them using Tuya App (they're mostly from LSC) and I can also control them using Google Home's interface on my phone. Voice commands are the ones that seem to be broken and Google Assistant always thinks I am operating the Second Bedroom even if I try to...

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for the response. Yes I’ve tried multiple different sockets and no luck. Same issue. I am using the official charger, yes. Any other ideas? I can see some other users had similar issues?

    Despite having been promised a call from @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp within 48 hours we've heard nothing. No heating and no sense of when the problem might be fixed. Again: think long and hard before getting a Nest thermostat.

    @googlenesthelp I have posted, and subsequently watched dozens join discussion, in Nest Support forum about W5 error on Learning Thermostats. Why is Google ignoring this or providing stock response that doesn’t work??

    @googlenesthelp It first occurred during the first week after installation. Has happened sporadically between then and now eg 1x every 6 weeks. Nothing has changed in notification settings. Usually notifications are 1-3 seconds after actual event, which is fine. This week has been poor perf.

    @googlenest your new cameras and app our awful. The nest app works MUCH better then google home. Slow loading times, new camera only works on home and not nest like the rest of my cameras. And forget the history, just spins. Lord help me if I ever need to see the history. #google

    @googlenesthelp I also have a neat doorbell as you saw from my last compliant. It is failing too. I brought both 2 years ago (August 2019). You guys told me it was sun damage and that you won’t help me further.

    @googlenesthelp plumber has investigated issue with heating and concluded our 3rd gen Nest thermostat is at fault. What is guarantee on them? Stopped working all of a sudden.

    Hey @madebygoogle @googlenest just bought a floodlight cam and knew it would only work in the home app. Underestimated how annoying it would be to have to use 2 different apps for different cameras / camera functions. Fix this please.

    @googlenesthelp Yes, I did that multiple times on all my Google Hubs, the error persists. Weird the devices show their correct names and they're in the correct rooms, which also have correct names in the app but voice commands aren't properly assigned.

    @googlenesthelp I’ve done all the trouble shooting steps listed on the website. I was getting a W5 error but as of this morning the thermostat won’t even start up at all. It doesn’t respond to anything I do. Again, I’ve changed noting on the setup.

    @googlenesthelp I’ve been experiencing an issue with my thermostat for over three weeks. It refuses to connect to the wifi and it’s in the same room. I have TVs cellphone laptops nest doorbell ring and they’re all connected however the thermostat refuses to. I NEED HELP!🤬

    @googlenesthelp It has been installed since end of June. Rebooted router and wi-fi. Rebooted nest. Nada. But you know about this issue with nests disconnecting from wi-fi. And I told you I went through all the steps. What gives?

    @googlenesthelp Yes. I’ve tried everything but I can’t get any wifi signal out of the thermostat. The help docs on Google’s site were not helpful.

    @googlenesthelp Nest Learning. I just did my research and the code is w5. Apparently your organization has been aware of the faulty hardware issue. This cannot be corrected (hence why attempts have failed) i need a new thermostat immediately
