@googlenesthelp The past 6 months there has been issues with the website, camera pics just spinning, cameras going offline, now the entire site is down. Every other website works perfect, we bought range extenders, new router… Nothing but issues!

@googlenesthelp another reason why I have already ordered a Reolink to replace my nestcam. The camera is sending alerts but I cannot access to view while service is down. Nest also blocks me accessing MY camera over MY Wi-Fi network!

Do not ever buy a @googlenest doorbell. Worst customer service. Told me my product was defective but couldn’t replace it and blamed my electrician. Who can recommend @Apple doorbells?
