@googlenesthelp Issue I have is some access points connect to access point so speeds reduce as AP should connect to router for best speeds. So want to bring 2nd router so AP can connect to it to optimize speed. To confirm, 2nd router will act as router if connected through switch to main router?

@SamsungSupport @googlenesthelp I've been having this problem with my S20+ that it's always disconnecting from my Wifi. I have a Google Nest Wifi router but I don't know what's the problem. I tried everything on my phone and my router but it's still acting up

    @wakeupspoon @googlenesthelp What... ********?

  • ross_glover Ross Glover (@ross_glover) reported

@chrisoshea @googlenest I've had multiple support calls and chat (10-15), alongside a bunch of emails and they still can't get it working. The refuse to issue a refund and now their own system won't let me order a replacement that they offered three weeks ago.

  • bigdotears Nick Harvey (@bigdotears) reported

@googlenesthelp hi - I took it down, have cleaned it with a vacuum as suggested, put it back up, it did checks was fine then about 10 minutes later gave smoke sensor error again - have left it located in a different room & same - I have now rest it but haven't added it back again yet

  • hanaharuna10 hanaharuna (@hanaharuna10) reported

@googlenest Reboot nest mini and not work. Unplug and connect power supply again, its not work. Reset from nest mini, its same. Not working. What next? Should i throw it??

  • CroninTyler Tyler Cronin (@CroninTyler) reported

@googlenest Same network, same iOS device running the app, just get the error with one account like others mention in the linked thread.

  • LilShady182 Master Chief (@LilShady182) reported

    @googlenest is trash.

  • thetruetrue shaun williams (@thetruetrue) reported

  • amp910 Amit Patel (@amp910) reported

@googlenesthelp I keep getting notifications when I’m home — I have them turned on for when no one is home. I already rebooted. Didn’t work. Help!

  • 787abelcross Abel Burgos (@787abelcross) reported

@googlenesthelp Hello. I am having the issue with my thermostat where it lost wifi connectivity and is unable to connect back to it. I guess this is a very well known problem. What can I do to fix mine? What's the number to call? Thanks

  • CroninTyler Tyler Cronin (@CroninTyler) reported

@googlenest No changes, I can, but that doesn’t explain why on the same device and network, one account signs into the app and the other gets an error about cloud connectivity.

  • amp910 Amit Patel (@amp910) reported

@googlenesthelp Did that. Still the same problem.

  • kgreen43 Keith Green (@kgreen43) reported

@googlenesthelp I purchased the Google Nest Learning thermostat about 3 months ago, it has been great until yesterday when it disconnected from my WiFi. I have followed all trouble shooting steps with no resolve. What do I do to fix this issue? Thank you.

  • itsbrandontamez Brandon Tamez (@itsbrandontamez) reported

@googlenesthelp I’ve been on 6 chats to help fix my wifi, and it’s still failing. Im frustrated

  • cgtboiler Jon C. Junger (@cgtboiler) reported

@googlenest All same account, same profile photo, everything...login doesn't work on google tv for the best app

  • CP25813683 C P (@CP25813683) reported

@googlenesthelp Yes all devices just went down for 15 mins, I just look at my nest cam feeds and see all the drops. Very unhappy with Google nest WiFi!

  • Doug_J_Smith Douglas J Smith (@Doug_J_Smith) reported

@googlenest - your support team is abysmal. They do no investigation- just rote “press the reset” style instructions. 90min later, still doesn’t work. Great engineering can be undone in a poor interaction like this.

  • Benjabola Paid Employment (@Benjabola) reported

@googlenest I restarted my desktop PC. It did not fix the problem. I think there was a power outage a week or two ago. The router must have been restarted when there was a power outage. The Chromecast problem happened after that. I do not know how the check the router

  • AndreSegers André Segers (@AndreSegers) reported

@googlenest It only started about an hour ago, but I just checked and it seems to be working fine now. Weird issue

  • CroninTyler Tyler Cronin (@CroninTyler) reported

@googlenest Well, I was setting up a Hub Max when it started, but now it happens just trying to login into the app with my email address. I can login with other accounts just fine. Just having issues with the account that I created my “home” with a year or so ago.

  • Liam_JF_ORourke Liam O'Rourke (@Liam_JF_ORourke) reported

@googlenesthelp Yeah it's not about not getting no help at all and then been cut off after waiting 40 minutes on the phone

  • cmschritter Christen Schritter (@cmschritter) reported

@googlenesthelp My issue is still not resolved despite DMing you! I bought a defective nest and mailed it back but the replacement was only one part of the product. I now have less than I starters with and I’ve been trying to get this resolved for 3 months. THIS IS THEFT!!

  • TheTree Kevin (@TheTree) reported

@googlenest also, good question, paired them as well to see if it would fix the issue... thats a negative. why would every other bluetooth device i have had zero delay, but these expansive stereo paired speakers have a 2 second delay? seems like an easy software update or fix.

  • SergioGzzTamez Sergio Gonzalez (@SergioGzzTamez) reported

@googlenesthelp How many more times I nees to respond to the same e-mail. Is being far too long for you to send my replacement. I need solutions now. Please help...!!!!!!

  • cgtboiler Jon C. Junger (@cgtboiler) reported

@googlenest Yes, I'm logged into both with my google account on my phone, this is a known issue on google TV

  • RealBadrose 𝕭𝖆𝖉𝖗𝖔𝖘𝖊 😷😠🌹 (@RealBadrose) reported

@googlenest Windows Home 10, 64 bit. The problem started few days ago, no change made to Wi-Fi network or settings. Chromecast is way below 10 feet. I see Chrome recently get an update, so I think the problem is on browser side. As I said, chromcast still works with my android devices

  • Whartonloser John Gault (@Whartonloser) reported

@googlenesthelp Hello. I have had my Nest for less than 6 months and the unit will not recognize any wifi networks. It was working fine but now will not see any networks. Rebooted nest and wifi, still nothing. looking for help!

  • lomadia Hannah Rutherford (@lomadia) reported

@googlenest can login fine on two Apple devices, but my partner’s Android is saying the same credentials are invalid - any idea?

  • ross_glover Ross Glover (@ross_glover) reported

@googlenest It's my view that your Nest Wifi simply doesn't work properly with products running Apple IOS - one of your team agreed with me that this was the case. There is clearly an issue but three weeks later and you guys are still stalling. It's not acceptable.
