    @WAServers @JackPosobiec @googlenest Many cameras have internal memory to store footage in the event of slow wifi or wifi outage. I'm sure Nest tells people this in their terms and conditions which no one ever reads.

    Hey @AmazonAustralia I purchased a Google Nest and I have been sent a European plug. It will not work in an Australia and your site is not allowing me to replace it. Your chat bot did not help either. How do I get this exchanged so I can use it? @googlenesthelp

    @googlenesthelp the 3-day notice that my thermostat was not going to work by app was bad enough. Since I “upgraded” my nest cameras to the Home app (3days ago) 3 nest cameras have completely quit working in the app. What a fiasco

    @googlenesthelp It's pretty obvious that your service is down since all these people are reporting it so it's not just me. You're returning 503 errors from a desktop. You guys don't seem to be too on top of things.

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp why are your nest devices suddenly garbage? Owned a nest mini for years and recently it has multiple times a day just lost connection to all other smart devices on the account. App shows them as “offline” but they are online and functional. Fix this

    @googlenest stop sending me reminders to replace my nest smoke/ CO sensor, when there is no google nest replacement device in the UK… wholly pointless and VERY annoying, exceptionally poor customer service … I’m sure Google has loads of useless excuses though …

    @googlenesthelp The connection between Google Home and Xbox servers is down for everyone since yesterday. Google Home is showing Xbox as offline and when we try to reconnect the service it says it cannot connect to Xbox. When can we expect a fix?

    @googlenest who's the idiot at Google that absolutely ruined the Nest with this Gemini crap? Absolutely horrible, it has completely ruined my Nests. I won't be buying any more Google products unless you roll this **** back. Everyone is complaining about this, everywhere.

    Ok.... I am after homekit enabled smoke/carbon detectors. @googlenest protects are all at the end of their lives. They don't make them anymore. So, Trying to find what works/is available in canada (NA). There are "smart" ones from Kidde and a homebridge plugin. Any help?!

    @Google @GoogleNest @madebygoogle I own 14 Google Home/Nest devices across two homes. Since the forced Gemini rollout, basic features (hands-free calls, routines) are broken unless I hand over more data. Safety risks in the car too. Any chance of a buy-back program for loyal customers whose paid-for hardware is now deliberately degraded? #GoogleHome #GoogleNest #GeminiFail

    @googlenest Hi I have a 3rd generation thermostat that went out of warranty last year. Wifi no longer works on it and apparently it's a known issue. Everything else still works. Called tech support and they tried everything. I assume I'm out of luck on a 3 year old thermostat?

    Done with you @Google @googlenest, bricking remote connectivity to perfectly working Gen1/Gen2 Nest thermostats and forcing hardware upgrades that aren't needed? Go **** yourselves. I'm replacing ALL of my Google/Nest devices in my properties with Ecobee. 🙄🖕🖕🖕

    @googlenesthelp I have google mesh routers & every few months I’m having trouble with accessing internet. When I contact the customer care, only solution I get is reset router. Resulting in a new network name and setting up a new password on all the 50 +devices. VeryFrustrating
