@quickdropz618 @googlenest I thought it was maybe just an issue specific to the device I was using, until I checked the other one. Hope it doesn't last too long. My chronic pain issues are flared up today, so being able to have access to the app is helpful on those days.

@googlenest WTF Google! I pay for 5 bloody Nest Cam Battery cameras and 2x 24/7 nest aware subscriptions and your stupid algorithms miss the first 10s of every event! can still play non events but can't download them! support is 2 hard to contact. your features are crap. 1/2

@googlenesthelp My Nest Learning went offline a few days ago, I have reset the Nest unit, my router/modem, full Nest reset (all data), and it still won't find ANY wifi networks. Please advise! :(

The worst thing @googlenest did was force you to use the home app for any new cameras. The nest app is great works fine great replay time lapse of events. The nest cameras on the Google home app is an absolute disaster and with every home app update nothing is done to address it

My @googlenest app, on both my iPad and cell phone (diff OS) is having trouble right now. It says, "There was a problem connecting to the Nest Service. Try again in a few minutes." Anyone else?

@madebygoogle @google @googlenest And I had already mentioned that earlier I was able to broadcast from one Home to a speaker in another Home which now does not work but thankfully I can use Assistant on Phone to broadcast to any speaker in any home. Fix the software on the 1st/2nd Gen MINIs

@googlenesthelp Yeah it came back up eventually. But the issue was the best service viewer. Both the app and web viewer were not accessible for 30 mins. Cameras were still working and recording. Can we just build nest controls into the google home app? The nest app is terrible!

@googlenesthelp I just installed my new Google Nest thermostat and I can't get it to connect to the Home app or my WiFI. I've tried restarting it and resetting it back to factory defaults. It says it's looking for a Nest device to help connect but isn't finding anything.

@googlenesthelp Nest thermostat won’t recognise my network! The unit is only 12 months old. I can still get heating using the dial but the unit can’t find my WiFi network even when I enter it manually. I’ve reset the Network, turned my router off & still nothing. Help!!!!
