  @googlenesthelp please help. I have a thermostat. The controls in the app don’t respond. It’s difficult to change presets or temp or time. UI really sucks.

  @googlenest is such garbage that when someone hits their doorbell, the app beachballs before you can get a single sentence out. On top of the line Android and iOS phones.

  @googlenesthelp We've had this conversation before. Problem comes and goes in severity. Not particularly interested in being told the same lines such as my internet isn't fast enough (300mbit at devices, gig backend) - it's not first level tech support and that's all I've managed to get.

  Used to have a @googlenest smart thermostat and it was the most over-engineered, infuriatingly unreliable, buggy piece of tech in the house. I’ve switched it for a @HiveHomeUK and am so impressed. The Support desk are also fantastic. @googlenesthelp were useless

  @googlenest The Nest Thermostat subApp on iPhone has to be the WORST possible UI design I've seen in decades. Complete and utter crap. Someone needs to teach Google some Human Factors. You make the most basic thing - changing the temp virtually impossible.

  Oh @googlenest I am pretty upset with you. I have a bad detect but since I'm out of warranty I can't get a new one.. I can't even buy a new one.. you have them, but you just cant give me one and that is pretty ****** since I've been a customer long enough to go out of warranty..

  I absolutely hate our @googlenest. On the hottest days, our air suddenly stops working and in the coldest nights suddenly our heat stops working. Get your **** together.

  @googlenesthelp Last week I was asked to spend three days with the home away assist switched off. I did that and sent the screen shots. The CS representative told me it showed the thermostat worked with the schedule. Yes! 😡I know that. It’s the home away assist that is not working.

  @googlenesthelp Is this normal? I’ve told you I have a problem with home away assist not working on all three if my thermostats. I’ve spent hours sending you screen shots and explanations of what is happening. Your customer services are useless and still I have three thermostats that don’t work

  @googlenesthelp My nest hasn’t worked right since install. It connects to Wi-Fi but not the Nest server. Support team was nice, but not helpful. After their troubleshooting suggestions my device will no longer connect to Wi-Fi either. And now I have to start the process over!?

  @googlenest @SantanaSamuels I’ve had this problem for weeks now. App shows offline but unit on wall shows connected to wifi. Restarted router multiple times, restart the thermostats daily and it always does it again on both thermostats. Doesn’t seem to be any info out there on how to fix it

  just spoke to nestSupport turns out theres no replacement for the Heat Link controller therefore your Nest Thermostat (£200+) device is than compleatly unusable if it goes wrong. Thats the worst decision any company could make. @googlenest next step is to bin it than ??

  @jonmaddison @googlenest @NodeRED That’s a bit poor and surely a basic requirement for a thermostat that’s been out for a while? We have Heatmiser here as Nest couldn’t manage underfloor heating when we had it installed, it’s a decent system even if the interface is a bit clunky

  @googlenesthelp And when I do that you will say that you therefore can’t resolve my issue and close my complaint. I’ve already asked for replacement thermostats and that has been refused. You are not actively doing anything to sort this out you just keep sending me emails with ridiculous tasks.

  Hey @ASUSUSA, if this firmware update actually fixes the AC3100 I just replaced with a @googlenest (which works flawlessly), you lost a customer forever. 6+ months same DNS issue w/ zero acknowledgment from @ASUS it was legit. Abysmal customer service.
