    @googlenesthelp It typically goes straight back to the login screen. I’ve force closed the app a few times and tried again. Occasionally it stays in a spinning processing circle but usually just straight back to login.

    @madebygoogle really means made “worse” when it comes to the @googlenest products. The historical cam video viewing is great on nest app, and totally sux on @google home app…but newest cams will no longer work with #nest app. How can #Google be so bad at this?!?! #designfail

    @googlenesthelp 2/2 All devices and software are up to date. All are rebooted. Changing to a different speakergroup does not help. There are speakerpairs in the group. I'm sorry, but all these bugs (I have more) makes me regret ever buying your products.

    @googlenest my Nest Hello is no longer announcing visitors on my Google Home speakers. I have double checked all settings and they look correct. This used to work without issue but recently stopped. Any ideas?

    @googlenesthelp my nest learning thermostat heat link unit stopped working. Result is no ability to switch on heating and just before Xmas. I’ve now had to buy a new unit to get some warmth. Can you help me about the faulty unit - I’d like a refund or some recompense.

    @googlenesthelp This is my second nest hub within 6 month, I am facing same display burning and flickering issue like previous one. Previous nest hub display was dead and replaced by redington team and same issue occur with replaced one. Is all the nest hub display get faulty?

    @googlenesthelp my nest app has lost connectivity and won’t let me log in. I have force restarted the app and my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled the app. It just cycles back to the login screen.

    @googlenest why is it so hard to get a faulty doorbell replaced. I have been on chat with Andrew (case ID - 2-2849000031410). Two hours to tell me that he can not replace a dead unit and no resolution. Exceptionally bad experience.

    @googlenesthelp I have a Nest Learning Thermostat that shows the continuous searching for a Wi-Fi network, never finds one. I have reset it - no change. Other Nest I have find Wi-Fi Networks no problem. Please Advise! T3017US White S/N 09AC01AF302106WJ
