@seememelo @googlenesthelp We’re having the same issue. Seems like it’s a server problem from what I could find. We also use it for our daughter, so ended up sneaking in with the old baby monitor so we had something.

@googlenesthelp Something’s not working w/Nest cameras…says “Network error. Nest app had trouble communicating” Please help w/troubleshooting. Cameras are in place to make sure elderly relative is safe on their own. I am not at the same location as cameras. Can you pls help?
