    I work with tech and have never had a worse UX than with @googlenest the Nest Hub simply appears to be a completely flawed device. Will not connect to wifi, then requires a factory reset only to repeat the same error process #FAIL

    @googlenest Made no difference, as expected considering it is on the same network...also tried another SSID with the same error process requiring yet another factory reset!

    Hi @googlenesthelp Google nest mini is one of the worst piece of shitty tech I have ever seen till date. It keeps on getting disconnected too frequently when ever there is disturbances with internet or power fluctuations. Also, it don't get connected back to the network 😠😡🤬

    When I tell @Google @googlenest I'm not interested in school (I have no kids).. That doesn't mean show me like 10 more closure notices in the past 2 days on my now feed.. I said I'm not interested, bad suggestion. I havnt even googled school closures :S

    @googlenesthelp it has now been 67 days since I first reported the problem with my two thermostats. You still haven't bothered resolving the issue. Horrendous, horrendous behaviour for Google. When will you send new devices and will you provide something as a goodwill gesture?

    @googlenesthelp I’m on an iPhone X. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, factory resettled the camera and tried to reinstall it. It seems to be an app issue.

    @googlenesthelp I just started having an issue with my Nest thermostat is only months old and is not connecting to our WiFi is saying OFFLINE and does not see any networks my WiFi is working and I have trouble shooted everything I could find online.

    @googlenesthelp It’s two different cameras that are on separate routers on different ends of the house. So I have not tried that and they both went out at the same time. Makes more sense to me that it’s a Nest problem more so than a ‘local’ problem. One is blinking light blue though.

    @googlenesthelp I don’t know what color the light is since it is located outside and the offline notice is on my iPhone. All my thermostats are online but the cameras go offline.

    @googlenest About a week ago give or take. No changes on the WiFi router & still happens after a reboot or factory reset. All of the 2nd gen ones in the house are falling off while the 1st gen ones are working fine - pretty poor at £50 a pop when I bought them😬

    @googlenesthelp Thanks, but I think it's broken. When I click on the edit button for the time, it doesn't look like there's any way to change it. No way to scroll to a new time, no number input or anything.

    @googlenest Well it is too late for that one. I ended up throwing the Google mini hub across the room, kicking it and then throwing it on the ground repeatedly. It broke apart. So no need to troubleshoot it now. It is in pieces in the garbage. :)

    @googlenesthelp The issue was with chrome - not really the Chromecast but it resolved on its own. My Chromecast sound is still randomly cutting out - definitely a bug you should look into

    @googlenest The documentation included in packaging had only 3 steps to connect by Google Home. This does not prepare a user to replace Google network with a Google NEST network at all. There needs to be more information included to help the end user with setting up their network.

    @googlenest I just installed a Nest Hello video doorbell. It’s seems to work great, but I can’t login to my Google account via the Nest AppleTV app. After searching, this has been broken for over a year? When will it work? I’d like to buy more cameras, but not until this works!

    @googlenest Thanks. This is a HUGE hole in your support. I can’t believe it’s been broken this long. It impacts my decision to purchase more Nest equipment. I would happily replace this doorbell with a different brand that works with my stuff. Please commit to a date for fixing this.
