@googlenest Since long when an Alarm or timer goes off, asking 'What's the alarm/timer?' does not automatically stop the alarm which is okay, but problem is that when the speaker responds it also plays the timer sound when responding even for an Alarm. Please fix it.

@googlenesthelp hello, my nest thermostat says it’s unable to connect to Wi-Fi all of the sudden. It still looks like it works, but just doesn’t connect. App says it went offline 15 hours ago. I reset Wi-Fi and router. Reset thermostat too.

@TheBrianSmithNC @googlenest @AlarmDotCom They tried 100 times to add networks to make it work right and it never did. The app is slow and the functionality is just atrocious By contrast, Nest is super user friendly and everything actually works.

@googlenesthelp hi I have owned google nest thermostat 3rd gen for 2 years. This morning it started showing no wifi connection. I have gone through trouble shooting steps in nest app to no avail. I have tried searching for my network from the device and it can’t find wifi.

@googlenesthelp Restart, it doesn’t see any Wi-Fi networks. We have a google Wi-Fi system, which i reset the power to. We have nest cameras as well. All but one are working right now. “WI-FI connection error nest.con/w5”

@googlenesthelp Over the last few days the Nest doorbell notifications are delayed approx 10 minutes on the two phones in our household. This renders the Nest doorbell virtually useless. Wifi is fine, all settings are good. Please advise how to fix this!

@googlenesthelp I own a nest learning therm v3 black. It can't connect to Wi Fi anymore. I tried to reboot it from scratch, I did reboot also my Wifi. Nothing works. It can't detect any Wifi nearby although there are a lot of them (and I can connect my cell). Can you help? Tx

Screwed by @GoogleNest. Door lock item arrived 3/28 from @Google Store. Installer said it is not compatible with our doors. Tried to return 4/14. Would not accept return, bounced around to many evasive Google support people without help. Don't buy from the Google Store.

@googlenesthelp Hey, my Google Nest Mini 2 keeps losing WiFi, forcing me to set it up again. It's unbearable. It worked fine for months or rarely had this issue, but in the last few weeks, it fails every 2 days. My Google Home Mini 1 works fine and never gets disconfigured. HELP!

Hey @googlenesthelp @Android @SonySupportUSA - You've introduced a terrible bug that is automatically re-enabling Google Assistant voice recognition on my Sony Android TV whenever I try to use the voice command 'Ok, Google' for my Nest Mini. I've turned this setting off 4 times!
