@googlenesthelp It has been migrated to Google. The subscription status is showing as ‘Pending Activation’. Support said they don’t see any actual subscription in Google Store. Also get an error when trying to sign up again

@googlenesthelp Status light is completely off on both doorbells (front and back door). This has happened before when google experienced an outage months ago, status lights were out but everything came back on its own. It rained yesterday evening, no known power outage. What should I try?

@googlenesthelp Hello, my Nest thermostat has lost WiFi connection and keeps rebooting. It eventually says “Date & time incorrect” but the dial is unresponsive and the nest shuts down and reboots. I’m in the UK, can you help? Thanks

@googlenesthelp They are hard wired, so I would say transformer? In this case would I undo the wiring, bring it inside and plug it in? Never had this issue since we’ve had them.

@scotgov I have 2 nest smoke alarms that are interlinked & alert me to where the problem is. @googlenesthelp don’t do a suitable heat alarm,so after forking out £200 on alarms,I’ve to start again. No chance,my current set up is more than enough. Thank you.

@googlenesthelp Must be set up to NEVER assist customers in warranty claims. A failed cord leads to two 20+ minutes (& counting) calls always leads to a runaround requesting more information. Worst customer service ever.

@googlenest @madebygoogle My Google Nest Thermostat stopped connecting to WiFi. Contacted the company, they sent a replacement. Not even 5 months later, the replacement has the SAME ISSUE! Now, they are saying that their defect replacement pushed me past my original warranty period and to buy a new one!
