@alexa99 @googlenest Thermostat has a major problem that cannot find any WIFI network. My device lost the WIFI connection and can't reconnect anymore. It is a known problem and you can search for it. @googlenesthelp doesn't want to replace my unit anymore

@googlenesthelp It would certainly be awesome if my Nest Audio (made by Google) could pair with my Pixel 5 (made by Google) via Bluetooth instead of being undetected when in pairing mode. Even after rebooting. Why has just about every Google device I've had so bad with Bluetooth?

. @googlenesthelp all of the sudden with no changes to my home network my Nest thermostat decided to not talk to my network again. All I get is a w5 error and won’t detect any wifi networks... Reset did not work.

@danieldevine @googlenest Yeah apps are another issue altogether but this is the actual UI when you turn it on. It’s fully owned by google so there is no real excuse for it to be stuttering etc. It’s also not tied to internet speeds at all.

@googlenesthelp My Nest Home devices have become extremely unreliable in the last few weeks. "OK Google" is much more faulty, voice recognition fails very often. Nest cam is frequently offline. They used to work just fine, but something changed a few weeks ago for the worse.

@googlenest @googlenesthelp Been troubleshooting a Nest Wifi issue for 3 days now with support. The router took 2 days to send a diag report (and they can't help without one). Now they claim it's a mesh issue (devices haven't moved in yr) but issue only started a few months ago.

@googlenesthelp It's 2 feet away from the router. No recent changes. I have restarted the devices. The connection is strong, so I don't expect it to be a network issue, do you think it is? It is connected to wifi, just doesn't do voice recognition well anymore.

@googlenesthelp Oh, we've been down this path that involves resetting the device. Doesn't seem to work out so well. Level with me - isn't this on the server side? I don't think the Hub Max has enough compute power to do on the fly interpretation.

@googlenesthelp Hello I am having a very annoying problem with my nest 3rd generation. I installed it and it worked for about a day. Now it doesn’t connect to the WiFi and even when I press it, it does t really turn on for at least 10 seconds. It’s pretty annoying. Can you help

@googlenesthelp sadly, one of my nest thermostats has lost connectivity with wifi. I’ve got 4 nest thermostats which were installed last July 2020. This is the second unit to lose wifi😕. Starting to wonder if installing these was a bad idea ?

Hey @googlenesthelp, my Nest randomly logged me out (first time in 2 years). Says it sent me a password recovery email, but it hasn't arrived (not in spam folder either). Is there an outage or something...?

@googlenesthelp Why is there no 800 # to get help with a new Nest Wifi Mesh router? I'm returning a brand new one because it wouldn't connect to a Spectrum modem & there's no help to be had. I even swapped out the modem, still won't connect. Wish I could've talked to someone.😢

@googlenesthelp Voice recognition fails a lot more than it used to. Home Hub doesn't always detect "Ok Google" and I have to repeat it multiple times. Even simple commands (eg. Play Music) don't always work. Nest Cam is frequently offline and can't be streamed.
