Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

Whenever I call support they ask me to reset the camera which I have done multiple times. I was told it is an issue that upper mgmt is aware of it,

Persistent Login: The app remains active in the background, allowing you to receive notifications and live view camera feeds without re-entering credentials. Either Karen or her dad deleted it.
