@googlenesthelp I bought 5 Nest Hub displays for Xmas. For some reason, only 2 of them have a French display. I’ve setup the bilingual audio assistant, and that works. I really need the visual to be in French. Help??

@googlenest @youtubemusic We’ve opened cases to get the WiFi/W5 error resolved and get a new thermostat twice now, and your team has shut both of them down after saying a new one will be shipped. It’s been 2 months. Are you waiting us out hoping we will just buy a new one? Please figure this out.

@googlenesthelp I’m having the same issue. One of my thermostats is acting up. Will not recognize my WiFi and Keeps trying to tell me my wiring has changed (it has not). It’s becoming a real problem with winter coming.

@googlenest the mini doesn't have an audio out (the echo dot does). Bluetooth streaming to external speakers on the mini sucks (both old and new). Terrible jitter and skipping. Aaand you killed chromecast audio. It's almost as if you want me to leave your eco system.

@googlenest Nest wifi points which do not have any Ethernet connectors are piece of garbage. Google trying to scam people by selling the Google speaker disguised as wifi mesh.

@googlenesthelp my nest learning thermostat lost connection from WiFi yesterday and hasn’t connected since. No networks are found by it but all other devices in home are connected to WiFi. Tried all of the steps in the help forum, nothing works.

@googlenest I was able to control them in the C by GE app. Originally they were all on firmware 2.6 and I thought an update would fix the issue, so I updated them all. Now on firmware 3.4. To be clear, the issue was present before updating. Just want to clarify the fw update didn't fix it.

@googlenesthelp It is also giving erratic temperature readings this afternoon. Earlier today it said it was 75 in here while other temperature reading in our house said 67. Now it says temp is 65 and heating to 68. This issue appears to have started today

@googlenesthelp First of all, the Nest temp controls work. The issue is with it connecting to the app. Error msg: 'We're having trouble connecting to your thermostat. Make sure you're close to it and that it's mounted to the backplate. TD023'

@googlenest I actually going to use it with projector later, it have speakers. So not a big problem, I just didn't expect it :)
