    @googlenesthelp Rebooted router, restarted Nest, reset Nest 4 or 5 times. Setup always stops at WiFi setup. It says it can’t connect to the network. It had been flawless until today when it went offline.

    @hautlle @drdrewdown @googlenest Watch your camera life really closely. We got just over a month and it is terrible how quickly we lost the battery power. Far, far less than Google promises

    @googlenesthelp problem with a nest stat. Doesnt click on and no green flame on heatlink. Works on manual button and stat acknowlages its on manual when button is pressed.

    @googlenesthelp is quite possibly the WORSE aftercare entity we have to deal with. NOW at my companies COST i will have to remove these **** products and pay to install a DECENT product with GOOD aftercare (should there be a fault) SHAME ON YOU GOOGLE!!!

    @googlenesthelp 3 units. Gas-Hot Water & AC. Worked fine for 3 years. Now one is giving me n72 and only AC works. Unit has clean wires (checked, stripped, put back into place). Said next has a c-wire, voltage is constant and not an issue.

    @googlenesthelp It just searches forever and finds nothing. If I manually enter the network name and password it says “failed to connect.” Router is fine, everything is online. Network settings reset and restart didn’t help. :/

    @Google @googlenesthelp I'm just trying to invite my fiancée into our Google Home. Why is that feature restricted? Why in ********? Us former Google Apps users were never asked if we wanted to become part of your insanely locked down enterprise bullshit. I don't have any nuclear codes to protect ffs.

    @googlenesthelp I certainly do need help please. I have called the Nest support twice and on both occasions been told a technical expert will call me back. I have still not had a call and I’m thoroughly disgusted with the service levels.

    @Google @googlenesthelp @googledevs It's nice that your Home Minis use #IPv6, and all, but when the IPv6 tunnel goes down, they don't switch over to #IPv4 automatically and become pieces of junk.

    @googlenesthelp one of my Nest cameras is offline but the other is online. They both have been going off line at night for a significant amount of time. Wondering if there is a reason for this? The cameras are used for kids so this outage every night doesn’t work.

    @oreillypatrick @googlenesthelp Just set it up without wifi in the settings menu. Then you can scroll through and enter it another day. Just don't do a reset. I find that Google hardware just had terrible luck entering 2 wifi networks on a device. And it never clears old info

    @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle Have to say, your products awful quality is only superseded by the shockingly **** aftercare! We once felt your products were fantastic. now they are ****. 3 customers of ours have wasted HOURS of time trying to get faulty items sorted! AVOID

    @googlenesthelp hi, I have a 3rd gen thermostat. I purchased and installed on Nov 2019. Its been working perfectly until this week. I now have a H71 error. The heat link is dead. No LEDs, doesn’t reset, I’ve checked it has 240v input. Boiler is fine. Can you advise how I replace?
