@googlenesthelp Done that. Doorbell is still offline, hub max camera is currently working. But as I said, it's been like that since 4pm - intermittently offline.

@googlenesthelp You have hundreds of reports of the Nest Hello being down on Down Detector. My camera was down. I removed and tried to re-add, and now it will not connect. Keeps giving me NC009 Error. My thermostat and Protects are working just fine. No issues until this morning.

@googlenesthelp Been installed for just under 2.5 years. Android user. Cameras (doorbell and hub max) have been going offline since around 4pm. WiFi is fine and seen plenty of others tweeting the same thing. Currently both cameras are offline, but have been intermittent since 4pm.

@googlenesthelp Nest IQ Outdoor cameras black or spinning wheel. Resetting wifi via app doesn't help. Now Nest app giving error messages but Nest Status still showing green. Nest Hello (doorbell) seemingly working fine. Same experience both app and web interface

@googlenesthelp I see others reporting this but my Nest Doorbell is no longer connecting to wifi. I have tried reconnecting to the wifi and rebooted the doorbell but it is still offline. It still has power and other devices have no issues. It went offline around 11:20 AM (ET).

@googlenesthelp My doorbell camera isn't showing anything or alerting anything. Rebooted router and un/reinstalled Nest app. Still not working. Other Nest functions seem ok.

@drkrmdvlpmnt @googlenest Also having problems, started yesterday I think. Keeps going offline and is very laggy, running about 10 second slow. The app also can’t decide what day it is or how many events have happened in a day. Any idea?

@googlenesthelp Hi, thanks for responding. Yes, as it happens I was streaming, via cast, YouTube to my nest hub max at the time it reported as offline. Camera set to on only if nobody in house. External cam is IQ Outdoor. All seems good right now

@googlenesthelp Seems my Nest doorbell and IQ outdoor are down.. but two (NON IQ) outdoors are fine. Doorbell and IQ are at two Separate locations, two different ISP’s.. Seems you guys have an issue your side!

@googlenesthelp My Nest Hello is showing as Offline. It's showing as connected to my router and I've also gone through the steps in the app to reconnect to WiFi which was apparently successful but it hasn't fixed it. Also tried power cycling. No luck. Any ideas?

@katebevan @googlenesthelp Just had the same notification re my Nest Hub Max camera being off. I know wifi-s good as I can connect tot he Ring doorbell & see all the devices. I'm guessing an issue with the video-handling server-side?

@googlenesthelp Yes. WiFi is fine for all other devices. Both hub max and doorbell are connected to the WiFi, just both online. With lots of other people reporting the same issue, surely the problem is at your end?

@googlenesthelp what’s going on with you guys? First my outdoor cam goes down, and still no resolution from you guys almost a week later. Now my nest hello won’t reconnect to my wifi. I even tried factory reset. Seems to be a widespread problem Get your act together Google!!
