@googlenesthelp Led is white...it's a nest wifi router and point. There is a network switch hooked to the nest router with 6 connected devices to that. Wireless devices connected. . .maybe another 5-6. Again, never a problem with OnHub.

@googlenesthelp @danpaddy When will the volume setting issue on nest speakers in pairs be solved? I know Google is aware of this, but no solution up to now. It's frustrating Google rolls out changes without testing.

What am I doing wrong with my @googlenest ? I put the thing on 68° and then I come downstairs 30 min later it’s on 63. Later in the day it does same ****. I just want the damn thing to stay at the temp I put it to. #Nest #HelpMeFixIt

@googlenesthelp I finally got it to work! It seemed to be a glitch error. If one entered the wrong password. Which I did. I got my complex password correct eventually & the app eventually let me reset it! Thank you! Now I just need good adhesive to tape it outside my door. Any ideas for renters?

@googlenesthelp Hi, I’ve had this response from Bose Support. 1/2 “The issue you are facing is related to your connection. We do not advise that our Wi-Fi products be used with mesh networks and extenders. The connection is hit-and-miss.”

@googlenest so frustrated with y’all. 9 months pregnant, due any day, thermostat installed for less than 12 months stops working, support can’t help bc my “warranty expires today” and the best you can do is get back to me in 24 hours and maybe send a replacement in 4-7 days??

@googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply. I am one of hundreds, if not thousands of customers that are or will have this issue. Every single Nest 3rd gen will not last more than 5 years and will need to be replaced. This will create an alarming amount of e-waste. I recommend a replacement program.
