@googlenest when are you guys gonna do something about the fragmented Nest & Home apps? Seriously tired of bouncing back & forth. Please fix already!! I have 12 Hub Maxes & 6 cameras. This is a pain in the… Also, my new Spotlight cam won’t finish installing on the last step. 😬

@googlenesthelp Will the Google Nest Hub 2nd Gen display all the cameras through Google Home? Since my tweet earlier, we are now using Google Home to access all the cameras on the iPhone & iPad. Only issue I have is that I cannot access Google Home on a Windows Laptop - you can only access Nest.

@googlenesthelp Hi, I bought Google nest thermostat 2 gen on March 05th. Yesterday it stopped connecting to wifi and today it starts restarting after every 1 minute 40 seconds. I did reset the thermostat,followed the other troubleshoot steps, still no luck. Please help.

@googlenesthelp Google customer service is pretty poor. On my second nest camera (first one broke within gtee period) but as the replacement broke outwith the initial gtee period they're not interested in repairing or replacing. Cheaper taking a contract with alarm company.

Even worse this could’ve caused a way worse incident like a house fire/electrical fire. Glad I was home and @googlenesthelp alerted me right away that my camera was offline via the app. Still very upset though how the cable can’t disconnected from the camera considering the price

My @googlenest thermostat doesn't seem too smart. I literally turn it down every day and it hasn't figured out that I want it cooler. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I have higher expectations.

@googlenest all of my merkury bulbs disconnected from my Nest and Home Mini. Everything works well in the Geeni app but will not show in Google Home even though the sync was successful. Help 😩

@googlenesthelp Also, I tested the adapter with one of the other three cameras and it repeats the same issue. So at this point the cables and cameras seem fine. Just 1/3 power adapters.

@googlenesthelp i need help with home/away mode. We came home at 13:01. By 13;39, one of two thermostats didn't switch to home. We had to manually reset the temperature, even though it recognized (from the logs) that we were home.

It's official, I think I hate my @googlenest thermostat, stupid thing is using energy while I'm on vacation, cooling the house down overnight and only because it doesn't have a simple hold temperature option or even use it's own home and away settings properly

Ever since @Google forced @googlenest to be controlled in the Home App it’s been a buggy nightmare. Just bought another nest camera and can’t get it or additional WiFi spots to work. Cmon y’all. Don’t regress!
