Daniel Peretz (@dsperetz) reported@googlenesthelp Hi.All of a sudden the WiFi died in my nest thermostat. I have restarted & reset it, & now it can't be added to the app or even used manually! I have rebooted my WiFi, & it is working fine for everything else, including my other Nest thermostat. Please help quick!
-
Meghal Shah (@meghals16) reportedHey @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle, please ask anyone to help me on this 6-6546000032020. Same issue is happening again.
-
James S Welling (@SpeedySticks007) reported@googlenest doorbell is ******* useless. Keeps going off line. What's the point in it alerting that somebody was at my door if then I try to see, but says its offline. 😡♿
-
Matt Serlin (@mattserlin) reportedthought it was so nice of @googlenesthelp to send me a new router when they saw an issue of mine...too bad they count on the @USPS to get the original back to them on time as I'm out $180 as a result!
-
christina (@travelonehappy) reported@googlenesthelp so 2 factor authentication is still broken for nest and support asked me to try it on an android device when did I become a google employee? Fix 2 factor authentication!
-
Todd Enders (@toddenders) reportedHey @googlenesthelp your 2FA service is down.
-
Daniel Peretz (@dsperetz) reported@googlenesthelp It's a Learning Thermostat, 3rd gen, purchased November 29, 2019 and installed within a month or so after that. I'm in the USA. I can't even get it added to the app. I got an M15 error at one point. But now nothing really.
-
Christine Gostomski (@CGostomski) reported@googlenesthelp In the US. Says your thermostat is having trouble connecting to wifi right now
-
Victor Agreda Jr (@superpixels) reported@towndrinker @googlenest that's the problem -- this was pre-google (barely) Nest. Google came in, decided they wanted to hoover up more data, and changed the settings irrevocably. Close to monopolistic practice, removing a feature to require a hardware upgrade.
-
Aravind Jai Don Bosc (@aaravind20) reported@googlenesthelp Hi my google nest is not connecting to the Wi-Fi and I tried all steps to reset and connect but says W5 error
-
cole (@cole96215065) reported@googlenesthelp Hey my best has no wifi please help

-
Simon Taylor (@darthsi) reported@googlenesthelp so 5 months + waiting and your “customer care” team still hasn’t replaced my defective outdoor camera, and now the nest Thermostat is acting up - What you gonna do to help?
-
CityGasJoe (@CityGasJoe) reported@googlenesthelp You made a statement last year that you would be replacing faulty thermostats with the W5 error. Yet you have refused my customer, telling him it is out of the 2 year warranty. Could you clarify.
-
Scott Marcus (@TechnicalTrain) reported@googlenesthelp Two of my nest gen 3 thermostats haven't been able to connect to the Nest app in quite a while. Others have stayed connected with no issues. All are connected to WiFi. Have tried rebooting the thermostats and the router. No luck. Help!
-
Freckles and dimples (@GinaChixa) reported@google The google nest has got to be your worst product ever 🙈 #googlenest
-
Rene Vega (@rgvega909) reported@googlenest I’m also having the same issue on multiple apple devices iOS with most current Nest app. App shows thermostat offline but the device itself is online. Additionally Nest cams are working fine.
-
ampang701 (@ampang701) reported@googlenest camera experience has gotten so bad. I suspect if I switch to a Google login things will get better, but I can’t. Looking for an alternative
-
dgrant96 (@DevonKGrant) reported@googlenesthelp It’s a gen 3. I get a W5 error. When I try and connect to WiFi, it can’t pick up any networks.
-
Meghal Shah (@meghals16) reportedHey @googlenest, please ask anyone to help me on this 6-6546000032020. Same issue is happening again.
-
Lee ♿️ (@mrleeleencfc) reportedAhhh @Google @googlenest. You never fail to disappoint me. Just bought a Nest Protect only to find there is ZERO integration with my Google home hubs. Seriously? How hard would it be to have the hubs announce that the Nest Protect has detected smoke? So poor @googlenesthelp
-
Christine Gostomski (@CGostomski) reported@googlenesthelp my downstairs nest learning thermostat (3.4) can’t find wifi network. Upstairs one works fine. I have restarted the thermostat, the router and nothing is working. Confirmed wifi works and it’s working fine on my other nest. Help?
-
Churd Smith (@ChurdSmith) reported@googlenesthelp @googlenesthelp All of my Nest products (thermostat, cameras and smoke detectors) have unlinked themselves. When I open the app or go online, it asks me to setup my account again. Then an error message saying trouble connecting to Nest Services, try again later?
-
nosferatu mane (@towndrinker) reported@superpixels @googlenest my pre-Google Nests are as far as I’ve ever cared to go with smart home ****. it’d take some real specific lifestyle circumstances for me to branch out at this point… the cost/benefit just doesn’t add up, and corporate access to my basic personal life is a big part of that
-
Victor Agreda Jr (@superpixels) reported@towndrinker @googlenest It's always this galaxy-brain "TRUST US WE KNOW BETTER BECAUSE DATA" ****, and it's beyond ridiculous. I've considered "smart appliances" before, but now I'm looking for the least complicated replacements for so many things.
-
Daniel Peretz (@dsperetz) reported@googlenesthelp The worst thing is I can't even control it manually...no heat, no A/C, no fan...nothing.
-
Wisangel (@Wisangel13) reported@googlenesthelp hello google can you help me regarding my google email that got HACK. thank you
-
nosferatu mane (@towndrinker) reported@superpixels @googlenest yeah I’ve had the same problem. I bought this thing to dictate the temperature from my phone, not just view the temperature that’s been dictated for me
-
Ed Chew (@ed_chew) reportedBEWARE: Google Nest Doorbell Battery - doesn’t integrate with Nest App, bad form Google! @googlenest @google
-
Michael J. Stern (@MichaelJStern1) reportedI really like the @googlenest cameras but if you have a problem, the @googlenesthelp is miserable to deal with. I hate to see a good product with horrible support.
