@googlenesthelp All of a sudden my nest learning thermostats lost network and can’t connect it back!! Tried reset and factory reset. It doesn’t even find phone’s hotspot. Is this a known issue? What is the solution? Or is the lifespan of this product is just 2 years?

My 1 year, 7 day old @madebygoogle #nest has stopped holding a charge and keeps turning our ac off. Support says it needs to be replaced. But we are 7 days passed our warranty @googlenesthelp please help! We’re sweating over here in south Florida summer 😓😓

Nest Thermostat is still broken after multiple painstakingly long tel & chat sessions. @googlenesthelp refuses rush replacement! I am supposed to wait 7 days for a replacement while temp 79 at night& 90 during the day? Also No HVAC refund as promised after 60 days 1st problem!

@googlenesthelp Good evening, at first the app worked fine, but now we usually get a loading screen with the circle and then it just crashes. This happens 9 times out of 10 when we are out. When at home it’s not as bad, I will give it a go now I’ve reinstalled the app and see what happens

So the Nest Protect only works in the Nest app but the Nest Outdoor Camera only works in the Google Home app, and compared to the Nest app the Google Home app user experience sucks. Get your **** together, @googlenest

@googlenesthelp And how do I share a stream with other people? You know, like you could do with your other nest cameras. Basically, you have broken or removed a lot of functionality, marketed it under the nest name, and have not mentioned this on your website.

@googlenesthelp. Please help. Our upstairs nest smart thermostat all of a sudden lost wifi. I reset it and now it doesn't show any networks at all. Our downstairs Nest Thermostat is working fine with no issues with wifi. What can I do to get this fixed?
