    Tell me how I got a new @googlenest cam Gen 2 from @Google but it can't be added to the #NEST app ... it's called a NEST CAM lol ... who's running things over there? wtf .. What do you guys use for home cameras cuz #Google consumer experience sucks, looking to change now.

    @GooglePlay @GoogleIndia @googlenesthelp Don't add the amount in Google Play Balance, they will suspend your account and then give excuses that we can't help in re-activating your account. They are stealing people's money and misusing their Google Payments T & C's

    @googlenesthelp Now coming up with a W5 error. Shows on the nest app that the unit disconnected from Wi-Fi 7 days ago. Have tried the steps I mentioned several times to try to fix it.

    @googlenesthelp 3rd Gen Learning thermostat & no. My AC is just thudding repeatedly when I put the AC to cooling. It lacks a common wire so I’m assuming that’s the issue

    @farid__jalali @googlenest Your Nest is just looking for movement. The technical problem is that the AI to recognize a weapon accurately is not in a small embedded camera. It just has a video processing chip, and simple CPU. You are describing something like an iPhone CPU, probably more.

    @googlenesthelp every device in my home can only say "there was a glitch" or "hmm something went wrong" nothing else connected to the internet is ****** up, just your ****** products. when I called, you ******** had the gall to say there's a problem with my internet connection

    @googlenesthelp 3rd gen heat link is dead and won’t connect to thermostat with H71 error meaning no heating. Have followed trouble shooting guide and no success. Please advise on next steps 🙏

    Cannot recommend @googlenest. My subscription is about to renew and I'll cancel it. Google home has fewer features, no web app, can't display all cameras at all times, doesn't even work with Nest itself. On top of that, the 2022 models have a known issue of dropping videos.

    @Google @googlenest I hate having to use two apps (google home & Nest) to look at my home cameras. Can you please fix it? Having all these notifications from two apps for “nest” cameras is ridiculous and annoying. Switch it all to the Nest App or make the Google home app bettr

    @googlenesthelp Already opened ticket in your system and zero response. If its not the wifi not working, it’s the inability to recharge on the dock. It’s tiresome. Some stuff just doesn’t need to be this difficult especially at this cost.

    @googlenesthelp Along with the network issue, it is unresponsive. The device doesn’t display anything without a hard press and hold for at least 10 seconds.

    @googlenest I want a refund on these cameras the subscription. Have been with support all day getting no where. This is a known, widespread issue, but it defeats the purpose of having cameras if randomly you can't view the events it records.

    HVAC had issues, after all the basic troubleshooting called a professional in. $100+ to learn that NEST was bad (fairly new unit) Professional also told me 8/10 thermostats he replaces are NEST. Stick with Honeywell! I believed in you @Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp

    @googlenesthelp Had to change our router today, successfully reconnected our Nest thermostat to it and did the key thing with the Nest app. App obvs thinks it’s connected to the thermostat but doesn’t mirror the temps showing on the thermostat and also won’t control it. Help…

    @googlenest your doorbell is terrible. It alerts me 10-15 seconds after someone had entered my house! That’s Not helpful!!
