@googlenest I was initially getting an error stating could not access instant pot account. However, when I tried it again now, it worked flawlessly. I didn’t make any other system changes. I guess either instant pot or Google may have been down when I was trying. Sorry to be a bother.

We got a @googlenest mesh router and now we can't hook up our @EcovacsUS to it because the deebot won't go on the 5ghz. We tried walking down the street to get on the lower one but it's just not working. Help!

@googlenest I need help with broadcasting. I was apart of 2 homes and things would cross over. So I left my in laws house on google home and just kept my home. I’m still having issues when I broadcast a message it plays in their house as well. Any ideas on why?

@googlenest Make and model is GOOGLE PIXEL 3. It seems to be a pretty easy two-step thing and nothing happens when I do the two steps. I have now returned and purchased a second Google TV and same issue on this one. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Google home

@googlenest That doesn’t really address what I’m mentioning here. To be clear, your site says Apple TV is supported for Nest Cameras when it is currently NOT working and has not since at least May of this year. I purchased based one this false information. You should update that page asap.

I rarely get on Twitter, but I just had the WORST customer service experience with the @googlenesthelp team. It was two hours for them to tell me I need a new one... obviously I know. THAT'S why I CALLED! I wasted so much time AND I have no heat!! Your faulty device is the reason

Factory reset everything - trying for about 2 weeks, but google home app does not recognize (previously working) light bulbs. C by ge app will synced them though... no problem but then I have to factory reset them again lol.

@googlenest No specific error message it just fails. It requires the 2.4 band, and since the router only puts out one wifi network to join, I don't think I can get my phone onto the 2.4 band to let the app set it up.

@googlenest Google just says that the device is no longer connected and then it tells me to reconnect and/or reboot and reinstall device. I can move it, sure. Don’t think it’ll make a difference. Seems to be an ongoing issue on all your online forums for customers.

@googlenest thermostat not working after only 20 months but because it’s out of warranty they won’t do anything about it. I definitely would not recommend this product to anyone.

@Rubbers29 @googlenest Good idea! I have booster fans installed in our current house, but adding smart switches would allow me to boost ‘output’ to a specific room. The system may overwork a little bit at least I would have boosted output to the problem areas.... The baby room is an issue!
