@googlenesthelp It happens about a week or 2 ago. I got it back online but like I said it keeps going offline and then sees no networks untill a full reset. No code other than no WiFi connection/offline in Google Home

@Google @googlenest had a free year sub for nest aware, received an email offer for 1/2 price year sub. Paid and lost my free year sub. Now the won't revert it back or add the time on my new sub. How does that make sense? Why would I lose my year sub, should they combine? Help!

@googlenesthelp This keeps happening a lot, I’m always closer to the Google home when connecting bluetooth, but I want to know what causes the issue why it keeps disconnecting my device. it wasn’t like this in the past years

@googlenesthelp It’s just a Google home, I paired Bluetooth from my iPhone, but for some reason it lags and disconnects automatically that I have to keep connecting this again. I also sent feedback about the issue

@googlenesthelp Restarting the router didn't do anything. Restarted the thermostat and nothing happens. I did another reset to factory on the thermostat, it was able to see the network and connect. About an hour later it showed offline in Google home. Checked the thermostat -no networks

@googlenesthelp No help codes or messages. The last power outage was a few weeks ago. No HVAC work. I did charge the thermostat over USB and will see what happens from there (never had to do that before).

@googlenest can you get your productive colleagues to help me with my issue. It has been a month. And the outcome of that has been only you getting 200 dollars from me for nothing. In general, the customer service seems to be acting worst compared to Amazon and Apple.

Migrated @googlenest to @Google cuz the thermo had to be fully reset & no longer worked w #GoogleAssistant. Lost #NestAware 1st Gen with no way to get it back. Now cost is OVER DOUBLE to get back the 24/7 recording on my doorbell. WORST MISTAKE EVER and I'll be switching services

Another day, another 💩 experience from a supposedly trillion $ software company. @Google @googlenest thermostat's "self-learning" feature is utter trash. Woke up hot & sweaty last night to find that it had "learned" to set the temp to 82 F, something we've never taught it to do.

@googlenesthelp There seems to be a huge issue with Google Wifi/Nest pucks resulting in thousands of users experiencing daily severe slow downs until they restart their primary puck. The issue appears on forums for the last 7 months or so. Is there a fix coming for this?

@googlenest Issue with humidity accuracy on your Nest thermostat . It’s been this way since purchase . Bought several $5 hygrometers that are WAY more accurate than your $$$$ thermostat. Attend to your customers.

@southplank @ABMMikeMendes @googlenesthelp Same issue here. I rebooted the hubs and I get the same error message that "Nest services are unavailable". Works fine on the app. Internet and wireless network is working fine.

@googlenesthelp Unfortunately, it is all false promises, sending refurbished and faulty nests and charging money for that. It has been a long time that my issue has not been addressed. I expected google should have been better.
