    @googlenesthelp So my thermostat stops charging after an update then charges fine after the next update then stops charging after the next update and you’ll take that as feed back? No I don’t need anymore help with it I enjoy pulling it off the wall every week to manually charging it. Ty

    @googlenesthelp Can you help me with an error when adding a structure in nest? Case number 7-2805000031047 I've followed up about a dozen times. But I keep being told to "contact the developers", nobody ever actually explains how i would do that...

    @googlenesthelp One specific problem: our Nest frequently switches from 'Home' to 'Away' while I'm just sitting here at home. What's up with that? The phone is connected to the same WiFi network as the Nest all in the same room so I don't get it.

    @googlenesthelp It worked fine 6 hours ago. I unplugged it and it's working again. I've had this for 8 months and that's the first time I've had that specific issue.

    @googlenesthelp The address wasn't set. I've fixed that and the other stuff, we'll see if that works. Thanks for your help. Can you tell me if this nest contains any camera or microphone? It shouldn't, but I wanted to check.

    @googlenesthelp really terrible experience. Ordered doorbell, they don’t get me my product. Replacement sent still not here and lost. 18 emails later and 5 chat sessions and no one will help. Have to wait another 5 business days for an answer. Terrible customer service.

    @googlenesthelp Still getting freezing/buffering in our streaming content. We don’t have blazing internet (20-25 Mbps) but have never had an issue until I migrated the WiFi to the Home app.

    @googlenesthelp No. Continue it in public. I have gotten emailed from no fewer than 8 different people, none of them read the other emails, none understand what the issue is. I have been called the wrong name, been asked for the same info over and over. You do NOT take feedback seriously.

    @googlenesthelp returned faulty nest thermostat, waited two weeks for replacement.they sent the same thermostat back and it had the same problem. What a nightmare this is turning out to be!!!!

    @googlenesthelp There is no error code.. the second one just not detecting the Wi-Fi.. I purchased it on Nov 2nd through NationalGrid Market place..

    It is now day 20 since @googlenesthelp Updated the thermostats causing them to no longer work. It is now 20 days of different customer support people asking me for the same screenshots that they keep losing and not looking at. Fix your update. Get it together

    @googlenesthelp You have acted just as smart as your non functioning thermostats. This is why I will NEVER connect the Nest to you google "family" of smart aps or get any google "smart" anything. You have failed miserably and continue to do so. Step 1) Acknowledge the faulty update 2) FIX IT

    @emilyymata Installed a @googlenest thermostat for my mom, and … well … she calls me on the reg totally confused. Too hot!! Too cold!! I ended up adding it my network so I can turn it up or down for her. LOL. Sigh.

    @googlenesthelp I toggled the home/away assist off, which didn't help. There's probably a way to restart it, right? But I'd also like to mention how annoyingly hard and slow it is to sign into the Wifi on it. I can give you the info on the unit if that's helpful. It's not particularly new.

    @googlenest @madebygoogle my Gen 3 Nest thermostat has stopped “learning”. I have the learn setting on, but changing temp throughout the day never adds new set points for temp in the schedule. Everything is online and up to date. Help?
