    @googlenesthelp Nest hello is not listed under devices when I went to add it it asks for an entry key but my wired camera is mounted. Is there any other way to add my camera without the entry key or a way to get the key without removing my camera from its mount? Please help.

    @googlenesthelp, thanks for not doing nothing to help customers after their manufacturers warranty runs out. Literally a waste of money investing in your smart home systems if your tech goes defective.

    @RDRv3 @googlenest Do you have the Google home app at all? I had the issue and one app was using location presence while the other didn't so they conflicted with each other.

    @googlenesthelp I don't need more personal accounts. Accounts don't work together. One account for my Youtube subscription, another account for my Nest, different browser logins, come on! Just fix it!

    @googlenest My wifi was unplugged, now it’s back on I’m being asked to log back in to the Nest. Nothing’s working & when I ‘reset password’, I’m not receiving an email. Help?!

    @googlenesthelp I recently purchased a replacement HVAC system, and it came with a Google nest and my nest has lost Wi-Fi signal. I’ve rebooted my router and restarted my Nest. Is there any other help you can give me with this.

    @googlenesthelp What help? Yes I turned on ECO when I set it up. That apparently means it’s my fault it turns on the heat when the temp is 10 degrees higher than the setting I have in. Thanks so much!

    @googlenesthelp I'm in the USA and I don't get any message on my watch other than the option to login to the Fitbit app on my phone which opens the phone app. I try to sync it and get the same error message from the Fitbit pixel app every time

    @googlenesthelp No it’s working now so I don’t need to do anything because like I said the issue wasn’t on my end it was a service issue on your end, but you just failed to take initiative and start investigating you’re always quick to point the finger at the user versus looking your system.

    @googlenest this morning my nest (yrs old) has only a red flashing light which I see is usually a battery issue. I charged it with a charger for a bit and it worked but then drained again. If it’s determined the issue is the nest device itself do you offer replacements?

    Worst decision ever was to change the regular thermostat for the Google nest thermostat. The worst UI/UX ever. Keeps changing temperatures randomly in the middle of the day and worst at night, I don't know where to change the presets, is so hard to navigate. #googlenest
