    @googlenest @Google we need a way to merge homes. The removal and re-adding is not a good customer experience. Or, there needs to be a way to migrate accounts. These are paid services. Please help. The people on the chat aren’t resolving my issue.

    @googlenest Please fix the malfunctioning Google speakers. So many of them say “hmm something went wrong” Then the next command I give it it works fine. I already tried the factory reset didn’t work. Many angry customers online feel the same way and are having the same problem

    Anyone else have a @googlenest that doesn’t turn on when it’s scheduled to do so? I spoke to @googlenesthelp on the phone and they talked me through resetting it, but it still doesn’t work. Is this a common problem? It’s starting to get cold in the middle of night!

    @googlenest The router (I use google fiber) is ~ 2 feet from the chromecast. I’ve only noticed the issue with my movies in the Google Play Library. It’s been an issue since I received the chromecast.

    @googlenest Thanks for asking. I use this device like 14 hour nonstop. Maybe too much but it starting with latest news than continuing with music and podcasts. So it’s still buzzing after 5 hours of usage. I was thinking to buy the new nest audio but this issue scares me a lot :/

    @googlenesthelp No recent changes, upgrades or outages. I have many WiFi devices in the house and no problem with any of them. I also noticed the Nest Thermostat is not seeing any WiFi networks and when when I manually enter the network info it instantly states it’s unable to connect.

    @googlenest I have cameras, thermostat, doorbell, alarm, and lock. Today, I spent over 3 hours in a chat and it ended without any notice. I have had several 3+ chats when I face an issue. Any solution is always some sort of compromise rather than a complete resolution. Happy to provide more

    @googlenest I know VLAN tagging isn’t supported. I’m asking if that message is coming up because VLAN tagged packets have been detected or if it’s a standard message. There’s so little debug information available it’s hard to know what my problem is.
