    @googlenesthelp I don't need help, just tell your engineers to add code that if I talk to a speaker in my house it means I'm home and that the nest thermostat should exit "away" mode

    @googlenesthelp my ticket is 0-9421000032002. worst experience... Im using google nest camera with Google Nest Wifi... the camera goes offline randomly... they want to connect to google wifi 2.4ghz. isn't the frequency select automatic with Google Nest Wifi? @googlenesthelp @sundarpichai

    @googlenesthelp I’m in the US. Chicago. Moving into a place that has a 3rd gen learning thermostat. I’ve attempted to sign in multiple times. And restarted it. Then watched a few videos from folks with comparable issues and learned their solution was to contact support via twitter.

    @googlenesthelp notifications issue is still not resolved. First started a couple days ago showing up late but as of today zero notifications at all. Frustrating.

    @googlenesthelp It infuriates me that you guys assume it's our fault. Obviously when 100s of people have the same issue. It's not the user. Also you fixed it later that night. So yea.

    @googlenesthelp I received a notification at 0830hrs GMT indicating that my network was offline. It was / is not, and all devices remain connected to the internet including Nest Cams etc. I have tried rebooting both the modem and each of the WiFi Points but the app stills reports as offline 🤷

    @googlenesthelp Sorry. Please help me to understand what is conflicting in time here. Imagine in the middle of the night if I schedule it for an hour which is default it would be very hot and wakes everyone up. It’s waste of energy and waste of money.

    @googlenesthelp @googlenest worst customer support ever. Admitted they sent us a faulty thermostat but have delayed 10+ days to send us a new one. Meanwhile we have a freezing 3 month old baby and 2 year old in the house. Worst company ever

    @googlenesthelp Wired. Tried all sorts of troubleshooting steps, but your guide doesn't have any support for that error code (nc019) and searching for it finds a page that no longer exists.. so what to do?

    @googlenesthelp Hey I just installed 8 brand new googlenest thermostats and was told we needed power connectors (after they were installed) and set us up with On Tech Smart Services who said connectors wouldn’t help. Need a solution!

    @googlenesthelp Yes. The network was down. The app was showing old status or was being "optimistic". Either way, it's wrong.

    @googlenesthelp I've carried out all the troubleshooting tips. Contacted the help chat and worked through the steps they asked me to take, to be told the unit needs replaced. Awaiting an email with confirmation details for new unit

    Hello @googlenesthelp I have been fighting with my nest learning thermostat for the past one week. It’s 3-4 months old. Suddenly, the WiFi gone bonkers and it’s not showing any networks. I did restart, reset WiFi setting, reset entirely but nothing worked out. Please help!!

    Since I'm not seeing anyone else tweeting this today, I gather that my getting "Sorry I couldn't reach WYZE Home" is some local problem for @googlenesthelp and @WyzeCam making all my Wyze bulbs and switches unusable at the moment.

    @googlenesthelp @p0ffee Woke up to same issue here. Rebooted router, unlinked and linked Wyze, resync devices…bulbs still show offline in Google Home and work fine in @WyzeCam app.

    @googlenesthelp Hi team! Trying to figure out why, several times a day, stuff stops working. Hard to diagnose if it is a service issue (hi, @comcast!) or hardware issue. I've got 3 Google Wifi units all wired, trouble occurs whether I'm wired or wifi to it. Are there any diagnostics I can run?

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp I’m getting a lot of false vehicle alerts on my nest cams, I didn’t have an issue till I had to reinstall to new network. Nest battery cams.
