    @googlenest Thermostat purchased in December. It took three tries to get through the extremely bad script your front line support is required to say. One of them I could hardly hear because of the noise in the background. The WiFi in the unit is dead when it sees no networks.

    @MartinSLewis please help, I sent a faulty £200 thermostat (under warranty) back to @googlenest in September for a replacement, they keep fobbing me off about a replacement / now ignoring me and I had to pay to get a new one installed so I’m hundreds of pounds out of pocket.

    Hi @googlenesthelp. I'm in the UK with an open-vented Y-Plan system with heat-only boiler and hot water cylinder. Got a Nest 3rd gen stat already. Looking at Intergas boiler for OpenTherm support. Can't find any info if OpenTherm works on Y-plan configuration? Can you help?

    @googlenesthelp my nest mini disconnects from my wifi and home group daily and I have to set it up as a new device each time, I’ve submitted feedback on the device several times and moved it right next to my router. My home mini does not have this issue, so it’s not a wifi issue

    @googlenest Tried my old firestick and its working, so the internet isnt an issue. The chromecast isnt working.

    @googlenest What details? I have shared a video where the speaker tells me how much time is remaining & then also says there are no timers. That's a bug! Its no Rocket Science to simply escalate with the video to the tech team for them to investigate since the issue is so visible on video.

    @googlenest No. The problem isnt in connecting to the chromcast. It connects to the app. When I try to play the game it gives me the "... media not available on chromcast." I was able to watch some small clips from the app though.

    @googlenest Those are workarounds which will clear the issue... The reason I have highlighted is for Google to clear the bugs...

    @googlenest Sure! I’m in the US. The issue started Saturday, but the heating tech who was out to check my furnace got it going again by turning off eco mode. I tried that again today and it didn’t fix the issue.
