Never have I experienced as horrific customer service as that of @googlenest been trying to get an issue resolved from August. Avoid at all costs people. Oh and just to note when they do reply they’ll just repeat themselves and refuse to answer your questions.

@googlenesthelp my nest cam is not working. Says it's offline, but it's plugged in and my other nest cam in another room is working. I've checked the plug and that isn't the problem.

@googlenesthelp I purchased our nest thermostat 16 months ago. One week ago it stopped finding wifi. We have tried resetting our router and the factory reset on our nest, nothing works. Our house is either overheating or frigid cold- not good for our new baby. Please help!

Hey @googlenest if you're going to wake us all up because you think there might be smoke in the garage, can you at least have some record of doing so in the app? I have no problem with the very occasional false positive, but I'd like to see them logged please.

@GoogleNest I'm having a bad onboarding. Setting up both fire alarms and a doorbell, and your app is totally useless on iPhone. The website gets me further but forces me to drag a pin on an inaccessible Google Map. So, blind folks simply can't set up Nest, full stop? #a11y

@googlenest following up after 2 months of nightmare. Can won't power on after following every support guide I can find: try different power adapters, try different cables, attempt factory reset, leave powered off for 24 hours then try same process. Something bad happened on 1/23 @ 20:00

Had a customer with a faulty @googlenest , returned it to supplier who refused to take it back saying I need to deal with Nest. Now the customer was left with no heating, we fitted a thermostat to get them by at our cost. Just beware of the poor support from Nest !

Are you aware the 'weather service' is down @madebygoogle? My Assistant @googlenest devices currently have no idea what the weather is outside, and at best, simply read a Wikipedia entry about the history of weather forecasting. @Google

@googlenest Duo calls need the other side to answer to connect & Broadcast is no help. Please bring in Amazon's DROP-IN like feature as that comes really handy. Lets call it 'CONNECT'. We can have an option in Home app & also via voice command to Enable/Disable CONNECT feature.

@googlenesthelp They are both standard chromecast devices, not the newer ones with the remote control, everything is on the same WiFi network, one of the chromecast devices was purchased and installed today and the issue has been there since installing, ill try rebooting the hubs in the morning
