Despite having been promised a call from @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp within 48 hours we've heard nothing. No heating and no sense of when the problem might be fixed. Again: think long and hard before getting a Nest thermostat.

@googlenesthelp It first occurred during the first week after installation. Has happened sporadically between then and now eg 1x every 6 weeks. Nothing has changed in notification settings. Usually notifications are 1-3 seconds after actual event, which is fine. This week has been poor perf.

Hey @BBCRadio2 @googlenesthelp - Google's Nest devices are currently not working with BBC Sounds app - no BBC Stations will play when asking it to do so. Other media via Tune In or other radio apps work fine.

@googlenesthelp Heatlink has power supply but no lights on, can't turn heating on with button in center of unit as unit completely dead. Unit cannot be reset by any method on help pages so needs replacing. Cannot find just the heatlink to replace failed unit.

@googlenesthelp It has been installed since end of June. Rebooted router and wi-fi. Rebooted nest. Nada. But you know about this issue with nests disconnecting from wi-fi. And I told you I went through all the steps. What gives?

@googlenesthelp App is up to date (v2.44.105) on an iPhone 12 Pro Max on iOS 15.0.2 (also up to date). Also seeing other users reporting the same issue on Reddit. So I’m not alone!

@googlenest your new cameras and app our awful. The nest app works MUCH better then google home. Slow loading times, new camera only works on home and not nest like the rest of my cameras. And forget the history, just spins. Lord help me if I ever need to see the history. #google

@googlenesthelp I just noticed it today because I turned my furnace on for the year, I am not sure how long it was an issue before today. No recent changes to WiFi, the Nest thermostat doesn’t see any networks in my neighborhood not just my router.

@googlenesthelp my Nest Thermostat cannot connect to WiFi. Restarted etc and checked WiFi etc everything fine but this won’t connect to my WiFi!!! Help!!! It’s so frustrating, got this to make my life easier but it’s more stressful than the old bog standard programmer 😭😭😭

@googlenesthelp @re_reech Same problem for a week with all BBC radio stations, but only on nest wifi point. Other two speakers (JBL portable and nest mini) will play BBC radio. Have re-set the point and also main nest router. I noticed before this happened BBC radio was getting slow to start after request

@googlenesthelp First time experiencing the issue, but also the first time I’ve tried. Confirmed the same issue on all 3 of my Nest Hubs. Restarted the Google Home app but no difference. Really seems like a bug within the app.
