@googlenesthelp regarding the dropcam replacement, it's unfair to retroactively decide eligibility of replacement. My camera was always "connected" to my account, but offline because of on going renovations in the room. But customer service says, i'm not eligible.

@googlenest Since long when an Alarm or timer goes off, asking 'What's the alarm/timer?' does not automatically stop the alarm which is okay, but problem is that when the speaker responds it also plays the timer sound when responding even for an Alarm. Please fix it.

Hey @google @googlenest @googlenesthelp Who do I need to talk to to get a fair resolution to the expensive problems caused by your faulty product? Would a formal complaint + publicity of the issue help get you to do the ethical thing? Surely someone knows how to make it right.

It’s a shame that @Ubiquiti won’t sponsor my security build. I recently had a serious security issue and having the G4 Cameras and the PTZ would really have helped but I guess I’ll have to look at @googlenest or something else unless someone gets back to me.

@canary has gotten terrible this year. Not only do they want a paid subscription for EACH device you own but now they have ads in their app?! Never seen this on a security monitoring system. I’ll be switching to @googlenest soon and complete the ecosystem

@googlenesthelp M15, TD006, can't see wifi SSIDs at all. I've troubleshot it already. I just thought a $250+ thermostat suffering a well known, well documented manufacturing defect that leaves it with $50 thermostat functionality might get additional support. My bad--I'll find a new brand then.
