  @googlenesthelp Thank you, it’s a 3rd gen thermostat and the bit that is attached to the boiler is not working, no lights or power to it. We’ve had not heating now for a week

  Trying to setup a new Nest camera and ran into the "Can't connect to assisting device" issue. After some searching, it's the stupidest issue I have ever seen. Just let us pick the Wi-Fi like every other device in the world! Stupid. @googlenest

  @googlenesthelp Thanks for replying. I am about 3 meters from the router. I think the setup flow copies networking configuration into the camera, so it has to be "same". It's frustrating that it's not way to debug it further. "Move closer" doesn't help at all. An error code would be nice.

  2 of the 3 didn’t announce last night, so I unplugged & rebooted the 2, now all 3 don’t work—the reminder is for time-sensitive anti-stroke medication so no biggie @googlenest continue being amazing ****-ups

  @MartinSLewis @bbc5live I bought a @googlenest thermostat hoping it would save on my gas bill. £200 plus paying electrician to fit. Replaced once under warranty but still not working.

  I know from Google search, ironically, that @googlenest is not fit for purpose—buggy, prone to failure. First thing I noticed was a Nest Mini in another room answering instead of the one I was talking to. But devices just go ‘dead’ w/o warning & stop doing things. #smarthome

  Come on @googlenest, do you not give a **** about user experience anymore??? All I can say after being a customer for years is… 🖕 for giving up on UX… From a very unhappy customer just trying to reset my password on my iPhone. Did I mention, 🖕

  Well. After months of having completely given up on my @googlenest ever displaying the weather again, my @ASUS router died completely. RMA'd. Haven't had an issue in weeks. So I think we know what the problem was. Technology has not been kind to me this year.

  @googlenest had ontech out 5/18 to install the c adapter, now error n254 is coming up, I see no jumper from y to g is this why the error is coming up? Ontech can't come for another week and it's to humid out to wait.

  @googlenesthelp It always worked before. Since I did factory reset it does nothing at all. I don't believe it has two bands. We just installed AT&T fiber. I had no issue with the Mini speakers, but I did not factory reset those.

  @Forbes I had one and it stopped working after 6 months and they wouldn’t replace it. They offered 20% off a new one. I threw it in the garbage and got @googlenest that works even better. Thanks @ecobee

  *When* #GoogleNest Family Bells work it’s really helpful for my mom, who has dementia but also needs to take various medications at set times—the announcement is set to go off in all rooms so we don’t miss it. But when it fails bad things happen. And it fails too often.

  @googlenesthelp ... Add one protect smoke alarm then attempt to add your second and it fails ... Common issue and there is no fix. It's not WiFi as I've a mesh, it's not batteries as they're new. The nest app is up-to-date. Any tips before I box them up and send them back?
