@googlenesthelp Around 1:00 EST, my Nest Doorbell went offline. I attempted to troubleshoot, with no resolve. After that failed, I tried to factory reset the device and am now receiving an NC009 code, preventing me from adding the doorbell back onto my Nest system. Someone HELP!!

@googlenesthelp my Nest Hello has been offline since around 10EDT. I’ve RESTARTED it, RESET it, redownloaded iOS app, RESTARTED Google Mesh AND Router. Green light on, ring light on, doorbell activates. But offline.

Of course @GoogleNest is having issues. 🙄 This honestly should not be an issue every few months yet alone not being able to see your cameras. Ridiculous.

@SuperBillyN @googlenesthelp Yeah mine is pretty bad too tbh. I've just learnt to put up with the daily disconnects which is pretty sad in itself really. Just waiting for an alternative doorbell with the same or better features and i'll switch in a heartbeat.
