@googlenesthelp First time experiencing the issue, but also the first time I’ve tried. Confirmed the same issue on all 3 of my Nest Hubs. Restarted the Google Home app but no difference. Really seems like a bug within the app.

@googlenest your new cameras and app our awful. The nest app works MUCH better then google home. Slow loading times, new camera only works on home and not nest like the rest of my cameras. And forget the history, just spins. Lord help me if I ever need to see the history. #google

@googlenesthelp Hi. Google Nest won't play BBC Radio 2. Say "Hey Google Play Radio 2" it responds with "Streaming 88-91 FM BBC radio 2" but nothing plays, can play on phone using BBC Sounds app and cast to Google Nest ok. Based in the UK. Been an issue for about 5 days. Help!

@googlenesthelp my Nest Thermostat cannot connect to WiFi. Restarted etc and checked WiFi etc everything fine but this won’t connect to my WiFi!!! Help!!! It’s so frustrating, got this to make my life easier but it’s more stressful than the old bog standard programmer 😭😭😭

@googlenesthelp Heatlink has power supply but no lights on, can't turn heating on with button in center of unit as unit completely dead. Unit cannot be reset by any method on help pages so needs replacing. Cannot find just the heatlink to replace failed unit.

@googlenesthelp Just tried changing the default audio device on the home hub to (this device) then it will play the radio. Problem seems to be related to starting the music on the Chromecast Audio from the home hub. Hope this helps.

In a past life i was an assistant manager Home Sales @BestBuy so please take note when I say the @Google @googlenest is by FAR THE WORST PRDODUCT I've purchased/owned in the last decade. I feel like it's ran by the same AI as in Portal. The cake is a lie, and so is this product.

Despite having been promised a call from @madebygoogle @googlenesthelp within 48 hours we've heard nothing. No heating and no sense of when the problem might be fixed. Again: think long and hard before getting a Nest thermostat.

@googlenesthelp @re_reech Same problem for a week with all BBC radio stations, but only on nest wifi point. Other two speakers (JBL portable and nest mini) will play BBC radio. Have re-set the point and also main nest router. I noticed before this happened BBC radio was getting slow to start after request

@googlenesthelp I just noticed it today because I turned my furnace on for the year, I am not sure how long it was an issue before today. No recent changes to WiFi, the Nest thermostat doesn’t see any networks in my neighborhood not just my router.

@googlenesthelp Hi Google, I have 3x 2nd Gen Nest Minis. One of them has stopped playing BBC Radio; or rather it tells me that it is playing, but is silent. Other stations work fine, and BBC works on the other devices. Have rebooted etc. Seems a common problem. Any fix please?

Hey @BBCRadio2 @googlenesthelp - Google's Nest devices are currently not working with BBC Sounds app - no BBC Stations will play when asking it to do so. Other media via Tune In or other radio apps work fine.

Still poor customer service @googlenesthelp #Badservice call your call centre for a 2nd time today. So far 2 e-chats 2 calls and an email. Still haven't got a replacement heatlink. Posted on here two hours ago and still nothing @BBCWatchdog taken 5 days and am still no closer...
