-
Daniel H (@bakabreath) reported@gmail Hi, I was told by the @googlenest account to contact you in regards to some issues I have with my account. Attempted to troubleshoot a loss of connectivity with all nest devices. Not a network problem as I could use a brand new account and get everything to work.
-
Justin Merz (@JustinMerz4) reported@googlenesthelp @surajgaikwadg Having this same problem.
-
Sean Bob (@SeanBob604) reported@googlenest It's working for both of us now. The point was to let you know of an issue with your systems. It was not at our end.
-
Valoria (@valoria_z) reported@googlenest Also users should be able to configure alerting by time schedule. Enabling alerts according to the clock. This configuration should be separate from camera on/off scheduling. Keep recording but alert only during certain time of the day. Current usability is pretty bad

James Gavigan (@JamesGavigan25) reported@googlenest Yes I have gone through all the basic trouble shooting and it still doesnt work. Can you give me a call so we can walk thru other steps or send me a new google mini?
-
𝚊𝚖𝚋𝚎𝚛 (@garbageglamour) reported@googlenest Unfortunately, I don’t think it’s on your end. It only happens with the Crunchyroll app. Everything else is fine! It seems this has been an issue for years when I looked it up.
-
DP (@MrDJP86) reported@googlenest having trouble connecting more than two nest products. I have my backyard/doorbell cam working perfectly. Try connecting my nest protects and has trouble connecting through my doorbell cam WiFi. Any suggestions?
-
Daniel H (@bakabreath) reported@googlenest Also is this just a step to see what the issue is? If I link with a different Google account, won’t I lose all access to my Google photos and YouTube music account (on the smart devices)?
-
Thomas T. (@thacery1) reported@googlenest No updates? Man, between the YouTube Music disappointment, upcoming space restrictions, and overall quality decline...what happened to Google? Used to be way superior. Now barely worth paying for if the stuff needs constant maintenance/fixing.
-
Doc (@Docsaidit) reportedHey @google @googlenesthelp @madebygoogle even with the bass turned down completely, my Nest Audio paired speakers still have WAY too much bass. Any way around this?
-
Jake Garvey (@JakeGarvey) reportedGoogle’s customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. After numerous calls and chats over months they have not been able to resolve the issue. @googlenest @Google @googlenesthelp

-
Guillem Roca (@6uillemRoca) reported@googlenest Hey @googlenest , I just found out a new issue with my Pixel 5 with the Home app. When I try to access the configuration of a device, like the Chromecast ultra, from the app it jumps to the ambient mode and doesn't let me change the language settings nor the name. Can be fixed?
-
🥑 (@Lufeh9) reported@googlenest Thanks, well ... when i need media alarms i put my Google Home Mini on 15% volume, but when the speakers sounds, the speakers change the volume on 40% or 75%volume. I don't know why this problem happens.
-

-
redpaperrose.com (@redpaperrosecom) reported@googlenest I'm confident the issue isn't on the client side and would place my bets on an issue either with the software on the doorbell itself or on the nest server side - only thing i haven't tried is switching over from my virgin router to an alternative (I have no stable alternative)
-
Steve Klein (@shklein) reported@googlenesthelp I have 2 nests learning 3.0 and they both worked for a few months. At some point the second one stopped connecting with wifi. I have tried resetting it but it always says it cannot locate networks. What can I do to resolve this issue?

No settings were changed in the meantime.
-
damn it! (@2Disabled) reportedWow. @pureprotein has a minor issue and sends me a coupon to replace a couple bars and more. Cool! Made in America. @googlenest breaks under warranty and @google is too cheap to reimburse me $215. Made in China Too bad Pure Protein doesn't make thermostats.
-
Daniel H (@bakabreath) reported@googlenest Interesting. Different account. Factory reset hub is connected to the network but says “Problem connecting to cloud. Please try again later.” Same error I’m getting from my previous attempts with previous Gmail account. Brand new account. Everything works just fine. what’s next?
-
Anxious Boy (@highlandcow20) reported@googlenest So I have a supply chain management question. Can you give me a figure of how many units Spotify have ordered from you for their Mini Nest offer? They don't seem to know when I'll get the one I ordered 3 months ago. It might really help them if you had the numbers
-
toddevans (@toddevans) reported@googlenest why am I constantly having a problem connecting to the nest service through the app?
-
QC Adventures (@PsychicMoonSan) reported@RyanMcKeon1 @gmail @googlenest I created a new account. After either a day or two the new account will be broken as well. Do you have Hubs? I'm finding this appears to be an issue with the UI update being sent to the hubs. People who dont have hubs aren't having this issue.
-
scooby miranda (@scoobysnapstory) reported@googlenesthelp how about an issue with my YouTube tv that is not activated? Why am I being charged?!?
