@googlenest question: how do I view activity my hub had from kids accessing it? They asked it something that triggered several devices to shut down. When I look at activity it's only my activity.

@googlenest No updates? Man, between the YouTube Music disappointment, upcoming space restrictions, and overall quality decline...what happened to Google? Used to be way superior. Now barely worth paying for if the stuff needs constant maintenance/fixing.

@googlenesthelp USA. Tough to say for certain, but sometime around July. It still functions as a thermostat and that was ok in the summer but it has become more problematic for me in the winter as temperatures fluctuate more so I am hoping to figure out what is the issue.

@gmail Hi, I was told by the @googlenest account to contact you in regards to some issues I have with my account. Attempted to troubleshoot a loss of connectivity with all nest devices. Not a network problem as I could use a brand new account and get everything to work.

@googlenest Hey @googlenest , I just found out a new issue with my Pixel 5 with the Home app. When I try to access the configuration of a device, like the Chromecast ultra, from the app it jumps to the ambient mode and doesn't let me change the language settings nor the name. Can be fixed?

  • timbibby
    bib (@timbibby) reported

@googlenest two active devices currently Cable Modem > Single Google Wifi Router That is all. I have gone through tech support, this is a bigger issue than what they can resolve. Factory resetting each time is not a solution. This has something to do with latest firmware/priority device

@googlenest So I have a supply chain management question. Can you give me a figure of how many units Spotify have ordered from you for their Mini Nest offer? They don't seem to know when I'll get the one I ordered 3 months ago. It might really help them if you had the numbers

@googlenest Also users should be able to configure alerting by time schedule. Enabling alerts according to the clock. This configuration should be separate from camera on/off scheduling. Keep recording but alert only during certain time of the day. Current usability is pretty bad

@googlenesthelp I have 2 nests learning 3.0 and they both worked for a few months. At some point the second one stopped connecting with wifi. I have tried resetting it but it always says it cannot locate networks. What can I do to resolve this issue?

  • bakabreath

@googlenest Also is this just a step to see what the issue is? If I link with a different Google account, won’t I lose all access to my Google photos and YouTube music account (on the smart devices)?

@googlenest Thanks, well ... when i need media alarms i put my Google Home Mini on 15% volume, but when the speakers sounds, the speakers change the volume on 40% or 75%volume. I don't know why this problem happens.
