    @googlenesthelp Hi. I messaged you just now. My nest camera is not working. Blue spinning circle and won’t connect to WiFi. I am in the UK. Old camera in the back is working fine and my doorbell too. But not my front of house camera, which I got in March from you as a replacement for old one.

    @googlenest Hello. Yes I just bought the camera and I noticed there is no noise at all. So I put the camera to my ear and I could hear a faint noise. I tried changing the microphone sensitivity but it did not help. Does this mean it is faulty? Or is this how it is always?

    @googlenesthelp Your support is terrible. My family has had an issue with the Google nest for over two weeks, and your support continues to not respond to our inquiries. Based off of my own research, we need a new router. Do your job, and get back to people when you say you will.

    @googlenest help. Nest thermostat will not turn on heat unless I manually change the mode every time. Gets cold at night when it doesn’t turn on when scheduled

    @googlenest No, it was a product issue! The WiFi has not changed! The batteries were fully charged and new! The mechanism that turned the deadbolt failed. When attempting to unlock with code or App put it in a deadbolt is stuck state.

    @googlenesthelp hey after the outage my nest learning thermostat lost The ability to find my home wifi. I rebooted it, reset it, rebooted my nest Wi-Fi, rebooted the modem, and did that a second time. What can I do to help get my thermostat working again?

    @googlenest I've reset the device / the language settings multiple times from the mob app. Only thing that stops it from switching back to Hindi is to set the primary language to Eng-UK and not Eng-India. Once I switch back to Eng-Ind, the problem's back.

    @googlenesthelp Purchased a new Chromecast with Google TV and set it up. I can't control it using my Google Home speaker. when I ask Google to show me action movies on Bedroom TV it says it is doing it but nothing happens. After a few seconds it says something went wrong. Help

    @googlenest my router is upstairs in the living room and i’m in the basement, but i’ve never had a problem with that before. i’ve tried to redo the google with lights, make sure govee works with google, i have no idea what it is

    @googlenesthelp my one year old nest thermostat refuses to find my network. All other devices work and router is working. This nest thermostat needs to be replaced. I would appreciate some help.

    @googlenesthelp Do you also cover Chromecast devises? My latest Chromecast and Chromecast 2nd gen have same problem; The music always stops at 20min when I cast AppleMusic with the song 20min or longer. Even on the different Wi-fi, same happends.

    @googlenest Turning it off and on seemed to have resolved the issue :) That is normally what I try first, but since it coincided with the outages, I assumed that that was the cause. Thanks for the assistance.

    @googlenest Aside from laughing at it and turning it off and on (unplugging it), I haven't tried to troubleshoot. Since it heard right, I figured the problem was in the cloud, not the hardware.

    @googlenest I am using a Home speaker from 2017 and a Home Mini from 2018. Both started acting up about a week ago (saying "There was a glitch..." once in a while) so I power-resetted them yesterday and now they are saying they are not setup yet even after completely reconfiguring one.

    Who says big companies are faceless... Thanks to @googlenest who has been working with me for several days now to diagnose this issue... It is now working. I did end up rebooting my entire house... Literally... turned off the main breaker

    @googlenesthelp hi, there’s not much to be found about the N9 error online. Do you have a phone support number for Belgium? Problem is that the heat link won’t connect with the Nest 3rd Gen thermostat. Factory reset with both didn’t do the trick.

    @googlenest hi, I've been in touch with support but they aren't helping at all. The Google assistant has stopped working on my best hub, Google homes and my pixel 5. It's been down for a few days now either saying "there was a glitch" or "cant connect to Google"

    @googlenest Thank you for your prompt response. I reinstalled the app and cleared the cache, then I proceeded to factory-reset one of the speakers again before going through the setup process another time. Unfortunately, the issue is still present.

    @googlenest There was no issue with deadbolt alignment per the locksmith and it was not impeded in any way. The mechanism that turned the lock just died.
