@googlenest @googlenesthelp Bought the Google Nest Camera and subscription in India through @TataPlayin .. The setup was easy, the camera quality is good.. but have observed that apparently there’s a 5-10min delay in notifications.. Can someone help on the same ?

Also incredibly frustrating that I then have to adjust the volume on each nest device individually to lower the Google assistant volume back down... It's a really poor setup and really ruins the user experience. Seems like it should be obvious to fix.. @googlenesthelp

If you have the opportunity to get a smart thermostat, stay far away from @googlenest. It's garbage and the support from the company is an absolute joke.

@000_Mike_000 @googlenest Nest wifi pro? It's such a damn shame that on their own support forum, all they've been saying for over a year is that they're aware but they're not actually doing anything to fix it. Gonna send this straight back it seems as there's no fix for it

@dcseifert @nirave @googlenest Hmmm. I have FiOS gigabit with a Google (old) router, never had this issue. Could it be because I'm connecting the router directly to the ONT via Ethernet?

@googlenesthelp I can't log into the Nest app on my phone - it says "problem connecting to the Nest service". (It worked an hour ago) I was able to log in on a computer and it shows my two locations, but no devices. Is there an outage?

The music alarm function on @googlenest sucks so hard. You want Google to play your favorite songs? No problem. You want to set your favorite song as an alarm for tomorrow? Impossible

@googlenesthelp doorbell battery kept going offline. Removed it from Google Home, factory reset doorbell, and now it won't connect. Says cannot find Google assistive device. My phone and devices are on the same network. It's now a very expensive regular doorbell.

The new @googlenest Pro Wifi routers are hot garbage. I don’t know if it’s just that the iPhone app needs an update, but the previous model setup in 10 minutes, and I spent 2 hours trying to get the points to connect. So back they go!
