@googlenesthelp No using the Nest login w/ my email & password as I’ve done for 6 years! It then tells me it’s going to send me a security code. Correctly logged in 4X and never got it! Checked junk mail as well. Frustrating. Have 2 Nests.

@googlenesthelp Hi, no change to the wifi network and settings completely untouched. Think maybe a few days, no more than a week since not working. It’s situated in main bedroom so now shines like a beacon at night. Reverted to unplugging it every evening!

@googlenesthelp I’m in US. I tried following troubleshooting steps. 1) restart nest thermostat. 2) reset it. 3) searched for wifi connection. 4) also restart the router and give it a try but still having the same issue.

@googlenest I'm truly taken back on how bad the connectivity from thermostat to heat link is! Consumed so may hours of my life and such slow help from support team who demand my time going over the same things! Stay away from generation 3 nest thermostats! Go hive much easier

So I can’t add a nest thermostat to @amazon echo because I haven’t migrated my @Google gsuite account to @googlenest So the account I pay for can’t be migrated but someone with a free Google email is ok? WTF?

@googlenesthelp is the thermostat not being able to find a WiFi network a regular problem , had my thermostat over 2 months now , had it as an extra with my new house , and not once have we been able to connect it to the WiFi!

@googlenesthelp Hi, my 3rd Gen Nest thermostat has stopped working during the night. Heat link is not turning on. Checked fuse, it's ok, & went through troubleshooting guidelines online, no light coming up. Bought 3/07/20. Could you help? I'm based in Republic of Ireland.

@googlenesthelp There is a known issue with Nest thermostat wifi chips kicking the bucket. Do you have any recourse for customers out of warranty to get replacements? A two year lifespan on a $200 thermostat is abysmal. Very unhappy.

@googlenesthelp Hi. I’ve just tried a reboot of my router and Nest Hub Max device. Still the same problem. I also have a Nest Mini with the same issue. It doesn’t seem to be happening with YouTube Music though.
