@googlenest @googlenesthelp On hold…again. A second best product to fail this month. Quality is certainly not job 1. My resolve to rid myself of your garbage products is only growing stronger.

@googlenest My V2 Nest doorbell hardware fails within single-digit days of the warranty expiration and the answer from support is "tough luck". Is this really your policy? It feels really bad. Anything you can do to remedy?

@googlenesthelp It's still happening. But since you're about to release a whole new revamped version of home, it's pointless to fix now.

@googlenesthelp Hi- I have a Nest that I'm trying to connect to my heat pump heating/cooling system. I am having trouble getting it to turn the heat pump on. It controls the fan and aux heat just fine, but only turns on the heat pump for ~30 seconds. Old thermostat works fine

@rakeshlobster @tfadell @googlenest Google just messed up their whole HOME ecosystem pretty bad. Google Home app is a shitshow, Google speakers are confusing, buggy and super slow now. The company is doing too many things without focussed effort.

@rhys_gosling @googlenest I’d say it’s a control fault and not breaking the link. No way if wired correctly your getting 230v back feeding down a 2 port, through a cylinder Stat and back to the control.

Some days technology sucks. Wasted an hour with @googlenest support with one guy actively yelling at me for asking questions just to be told they couldn't help me. What's another good smart thermostat?

@googlenesthelp So, if I understand, I cannot use the app unless I allow it to constantly track my location so that two features that I don’t want will work? Your app/device is a privacy nightmare and demands access that is not required with no options for consumers to choose what they provide.

@google @googlenest Now its my bedroom Nest Mini again this time since today evening that suddenly Continued Conversation has got disabled for it. The only way to fix it is to remove it from the room, reset it physically, and then set it up & add back to the room. Ease-of-use! 🙏🏻

@googlenesthelp It hasn't worked for a while I just never got around to look into it until I set up for my mom and hers works without issue. We first installed it in April 2019. It still notifies all the home devices that "someone is at the front door" it just didn't say the known names.

@googlenesthelp our Nest Thermostat has a wifi w5 connection error. It can not find any Wi-Fi connections when searching or when entered by name. All of our other devices are connected to Wi-Fi and functioning. We have tried rebooting our router and the Nest itself with no luck.

Why does @madebygoogle take everything that is good and destroy it? Looking at you @googlenest. I've been a nest supporter for a long time and I don't want 2 different apps to look at my cameras. The nest app works great. Why move the new cameras to the Home app which is trash?

@googlenesthelp Why is it that you helped me troubleshoot my issue then when everything you suggested didn’t work, you ghosted me? The moment you realized the issue wasn’t with my setup, rather with your equipment, you stopped responding.

@googlenesthelp You give smart devices a bad name and slow the adoption of potentially useful tech by grabbing as much data as you can and preventing consumers from making choices about their data.

@googlenest Have you ever used your web interface to view security incidents for older Nest cameras? No way to get a photo. No way to pause at exactly the moment something happens. Clip feature is limited. It's an unbelievably bad interface that hasn't changed in years. Why?

@googlenesthelp Hello, I’ve been unable to get a 2-step code sent to my phone all day to login to the Nest app for my thermostat. Possibly associated with 5.69.1.1 iOS app update.
