@googlenest I purchased on the Google store a C by GE smart plug and it worked for about a week. Then every time I tell Google to turn on my lights it tells me sorry it looks like two outlets aren't available right now. I've tried all the tips to fix this issue but it doesn't work.

@googlenesthelp Hey, my nest cam suddenly went offline this evening, I’ve tried everything unplug/plug back in, restart phone, reboot Wi-fi, reset up the Wi-fi connection in the app.. I’m at a loss. It’s less than 1 year old too! Please help!

@googlenesthelp By the way the reason I even went on Reddit to research is because my AT&T gateway gives me about 700mbps down when I’m connected to its WiFi. Yet Google WiFi only gets about 100-150. The speedtest in the WiFi app shows about 750.

@googlenest the WORST service I have ever experienced! Putting someone on the phone that speaks poor English and then having to tell them about the issue 10 times as it doesn’t sink in and still not sorted!! On hold for an hour on and off!!

@googlenest why oh why do you use a heating and cooling schedule, but then put the fan schedule all on its own. Let users schedule a fan event before a heating or cooling event to help regulate temperature. It's limiting and a disjointed user experience

@googlenest Hi, it was working fine this morning and just got home from work and the apps just say this, unplugged the main router and restarted that and the Nest WiFi etc . I’m still connected to it, it’s just the apps that say it’s offline when it is

@googlenest @LGUK @TCL_USA Now on the TV app and it is fine. Switch to Google tv chromecast and there is a sound lag. The issue is my Google tv is supposed to encompass all apps and its frustrating having to use multiple apps on my TV. As I said, it is a known issue I just would like to know how much 2/

@googlenest Update... Google customer service is still non existent. As of yesterday the issue with my nest hello has been "bumped up to the THIRD level" Really never had responses to the first and second level.

@googlenest Your google homes predictive tech is garbage. We have 2 homes setup in our house, I had the TV paused through harmony hub on home 1, I then told home 2 to pause the TV when it has a harmony hub in the same room and it unpaused the TV in home 1.
