@blerg_rush @GoogleStadia The latest firmware update to Nest WiFi totally broke how packets are prioritized and as a result it’s destroyed speeds and network stability. @googlenest team needs to release a firmware fix.

@googlenesthelp I have 2 nests learning 3.0 and they both worked for a few months. At some point the second one stopped connecting with wifi. I have tried resetting it but it always says it cannot locate networks. What can I do to resolve this issue?

@googlenest My wife's is linked as well and her questions show up in her app. Issue is the kids ask Google for things and there's no history. I can usually go down and ask "what did you hear" and it'll read back the last one but I've got them asking for something, my TV turning off.

@googlenesthelp USA. Tough to say for certain, but sometime around July. It still functions as a thermostat and that was ok in the summer but it has become more problematic for me in the winter as temperatures fluctuate more so I am hoping to figure out what is the issue.

@googlenest two active devices currently Cable Modem > Single Google Wifi Router That is all. I have gone through tech support, this is a bigger issue than what they can resolve. Factory resetting each time is not a solution. This has something to do with latest firmware/priority device

@googlenest The voice recognition is just really really bad. We get it to do the command we asked 1/4 of the time. It's just frustrating when you ask it to resume play on the TV, and instead it starts playing some random song on Spotify. It's more of a hassle than helpful.

Thinking of replacing all my @googlenest devices with @amazon devices. Though I’d much prefer my own server and pay the full price for the device. Clouds blow big chunks and seem to not support open standards like IMAP, CalDAV, or CardDAV. But at least Alexa supports Plex.
