    @googlenest The worst customer service. No answers on any of the Nest products, especially Nest Secure. The Nest app has not been updated since Nov 2019 (over a year), yet Google Home doesn’t provide the functionality needed to fully operate Nest Secure. Where’s the help????

    @Google How about those of us fighting for better customer service with our costly Nest Secure products? The Nest app has not been updated since Nov 2019, yet Google Home doesn’t provide the functionality needed to fully operate Nest Secure. Where’s the help? @googlenest

    @googlenesthelp Google nest is 3 months old, having to daily set it up as disconnecting from WiFi. Other Google Nest and Home that are 2 years old are fine. Please help!

    I caution anyone who is thinking about getting a @googlenest thermostat. If you have an issue, customer service is very poor, if you can even get it. They’ll tell you “24-48 hrs” and never get back to you again. Recurrent issue. Now waiting 2 wks.

    @googlenest ive had this problem ever since i bought home mini, which was back in september, only now i upgraded to nest hub and its still an issue.

    @googlenest Just now. Saw this for the first time. Using the buttons on the chromecast, I hit the "Try again" action and recovered it. Powercycling in that state didn't solve the problem.

    @googlenest I have changed the home name, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. No this is not my first set up. A few months ago I noticed trouble with my devices and the app. I said today was going to reach out I did not want to go into the new year with bad or non working devices.

    @googlenest wow does anyone else have this problem, you say turn lights off, it turns them on you say turn lights on and it turns them off, really getting on my nerves now! Didn't used to have this problem but seems to be getting worse!!! Pissing me right off/on which is it!!!

    @googlenesthelp No changes at all, no reason that we can think of why it’s happening. As stated no problem with other Google devices.

    @googlenest You mean the setting in the Google Home app? Yeah, that's the first thing I did. Guys, you need to pass on to your developers a recast for a firmware fix. An internal firewall option would be great!

    @googlenest Its too late for me but I'll put in the request for parents of young kids. Call the y2k function or something. Simultaneous changing of time. Even have the home do a little one minute countdown with streamers and a ball and the whole bit. Help us sell it. We will thank you

    @googlenest About 10m through two walls. The mini is saying it can’t find the Wi-Fi network but I’m using a mesh Wi-Fi system and all the other devices in the house have no problem finding the network and staying on it

    @googlenesthelp What? This has nothing to do with Netflix of YouTube. It’s casting a local file from my computer. It normally goes black on the laptop but that’s not happening now. This is more of a chrome issue than a chromecast one

    @googlenest ...problem connecting to cloud. No troubleshooting steps have been done so far as I’m not too sure where to go from here.. I’ve tried signing into the account on a different device, but i couldn’t even log in as it would just show the same error. 2/2

    @googlenest 👋🏼 Sure...again 🙄. The Nest App has not been updated since 11/2019 and it is extremely slow. The lag time for security notifications is 2-5 minutes (sometimes longer), AND Google Home does not any functionalities for Nest Secure.
