@googlenest hi, I have the Nest ecosystem and lately the app has consistently shown that I am away when actually I am at home. It automatically changes its mode to away when it shouldn't.....how can I fix this please? Thanks

My fiancé just had to stop me from smashing our @googlenest hub because Google assistant went rogue again and instead of turning on the lights started playing some terrible music and wouldn't stop. At this point I think I'd rather use Siri.

@dcinet @1stChoiceElect1 @googlenest This is why I don't generally bother with these "pro installer" things, you're still just fitting the garbage they supply that doesn't work. To get pro installer status you just have to read the instructions, it's all bollocks.

@whampplumbing @googlenest I was thinking about this yesterday mate as I walking up and down stairs to each thermostat to add them to wifi and setting them up. Be good to do it once to set the whole system up.

How the hell do you consider yourself to have any decent customer service? You wanted my serial numbers and I gave them in November 2020 and now you want them again??

@googlenest I woke up @ 9am with a really bad headache. By 11:30 my nest protect alerted me 2 a carbon monoxide leak.The alarm my property management installed never went off. @PGE4Me came & caped off the gas line 2 my heater that isn’t venting well. Headache is gone. Thank you

@googlenesthelp Are there any plans to fix the nest app? It has become really unstable and is almost unusable now. The app just becomes unresponsive and crashes after opening other times it just becomes unresponsive . It is impossible to review camera timeline on the iOS app.

It's bothersome that @google warranties on critical items like @googlenest thermostats can't be done seamlessly unless you have a credit card. Poor folks should be allowed to use the thermostat in dumb mode until the replacement arrives, too.
