@googlenest @madebygoogle Each time I factory reset the #CCWGTV I have the issue where too many apps try to update at once in the queue - so *no* apps will install from Google Play upon first use. I now know how to fix that issue, but I'm aware that others may not, and believe they have a faulty device.

@googlenesthelp Began yesterday when I noticed on the app it was disconnected from wifi. Troubleshooted with no luck. Today when I tried again it said low power and it would shut down. Now unresponsive with blinking red light. Connected to power on the wall base.

@googlenesthelp i have several google nest devices, 2 camera, 2 thermostats and 2 temperature sensors and 4 nest aware's. One of the nest thermostats started a network issue yesterday. Cannot connect to network. Sees no networks. I have tried a hot spot and does not see it.

You really find out about a company when something goes wrong. Never buying a @googlenest product again. Worst customer support I have ever experienced and I’ve had to call BT with an issue before. Should have chosen @HiveHomeUK ffs

Google Nest Hub isn’t playing CBC radio station in my location. Every morning, it travels around Ontario. KW, Sudbury, Thunder Bay ... I had the same problem before but it was fixed and it started again. @googlenesthelp @cbcradio #Toronto #cbcradioone

@JSPartisan @googlenest The router is connected to the modem. But I don't want to disconnect my entire house to*maybe* connect this one device and then risk other things not reconnect. ESPECIALLY SINCE THIS IS HAVING AN ISSUE SINCE I CHANGED THE NAME.

@googlenesthelp That’s the problem though, the cart link can take up to 72hrs. Another 3 days without heating. Then the delivery time also without heating. The fact you can’t do it any quicker is unbelievable
