    @googlenesthelp hi, my thermostat recently keeps going offline (multiple times in a few days) despite wifi constantly working. The only fix so far is doing a factory reset. I have several other Google home devices with no issues - it’s just the thermostat. Please advise.

    @googlenesthelp I have an apple device. Tried reinstalling as well. I would like to return the nest cams as I don’t want to wait around till you solve the problem. You need to allow users to manually select the wireless network in case assisting devices are not found

    Hey @googlenesthelp is there a timeframe on when the volume issue with the #nestaudio pair will be resolved? Like me there are probably a lot of people that got them for Christmas and are frustrated.

    @googlenesthelp @dorothyboruta I've been having the same problem over the last two days. Just factory reset and it still took multiple attempts to add my thermostat to my Nest account. Also I've been unable to add my two sensors to my thermostat too.

    @googlenesthelp why does the nest app keep turning on heat and upping the temperature I’ve set? Auto schedule is off. This is annoying and wasting heat/money. Please help.

    @googlenest can you help me get my account back? I need to see the camera from my phone. My account is associated with my old number so I can’t get in because of the 2factor authentication. This is ridiculous bc it sends codes to the old number which I don’t have access to

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat is not finding my wifi whatsoever. i have tried restarting it, tried restarting my wifi modem, tried connecting to my wifi using other devices and it finds them perfectly fine, i tried a wifi hotspot. nothing works, how do i fix this?

    @googlenesthelp Hi I don’t know what specific model - it was installed by electrician. The issue is this thing turns on and resets to higher temperatures even when within range. I’ve gone through all the troubleshooting and this shouldn’t happen. I just want it to stay within range. Pls help.

    @googlenesthelp Thanks for getting back to me. I went online and found help from the Nest Community. I took off the display and plugged it into the wall for 90 minutes. That did the trick.

    @googlenesthelp I have a Nest learning thermostat that lost connection to WiFi and says it can’t find any networks. I’ve tried resetting the thermostat and I’ve rebooted my router. Still nothing. Heard this is a common issue with these devices. What can I do?

    @googlenesthelp Don’t worry @googlenesthelp, I’m already an hour and a half into talks with the support team. I don’t expect to fix the problem. Not because of anything to do with support help, they’ve been great, but simply because your product sucks.

    @googlenesthelp My nest learning thermostat is having trouble connecting to the WiFi. It is failing to find the network, tried manually adding the WiFi name and password but it refused to connect, resetting the router, thermostat etc didn't work either.

    @orenjacob @googlenest It does take an unconscionably long time to load. I actually use Nest with Homebridge, so I can control it with Siri, which is surprisingly nice. My only real gripe is that the Nest algorithm is a miserly, judgmental, passive-aggressive dad; always secretly turning down the heat.

    @googlenesthelp Could you please help me with my Google Nest thermostat...It suddenly lost connectivity to wifi and now it doesn't recognize any wifi networks..I followed all the troubleshooting steps and reset router and nest too but nothing works. Could you please look into it?

    @googlenesthelp I purchased in Best Buy at 2021 ! Reinstalled and reset nest again , reset our WiFi too , but same problems! I watched tuber , they said it happened many , it best Technically issue ! Should be contact nest support. Thank you

    @googlenest previously we used IFTTT to call people when smoke was detected, this way we could keep an eye on vulnerable family members and help them to stay safe. Since you deprecated “Works with Nest” and didn’t provide a replacement, we can’t any more.

    @oldestsole @googlenest @jmwein I feel this to my core. New house has 4 Honeywell thermostats and we loved our Nest thermostat in our old house (which worked great with a G-suite account). Went to setup the first Nest in the new house and hit this error. Now what?! 5 Chromecasts, 2 Nest Cams, 4 Nest Wifi...

    So we bought this house with @googlenest thermostats in it 1.5 years ago, I finally caved and tried to connect them to my network to debug heating issue, and I'm now confused.. Nest app? Google home app? Why am I being asked to change my default browser? Argh. Help.
