    @googlenesthelp I have a nest thermostat that will not connect to wifi (2.4 ghz). I've tried everything from reset, to router reset, an other trouble shooting methods. It's never connected since the day I purchased it new. I firmly believe its the nest device not working.

    Don't use @Weather_Makers in Northbrook if you are brown. The lady I asked if they had a backup battery option because our association harasses us by cutting the power. They don't know that @googlenest makes a power connector that connects to the furnace. No laws broken Karen.

    @googlenesthelp Resetting the Nest Mini (unplugging/plug back in) does fix the problem temporarely but somehow the Nest Mini or the Tunein app fetches new and wrong geodata location info and it refuses a new radio session for Dutch stations like Radio 10 and Radio Veronica. Will DM tomorrow.

    @ahails @googlenest Yes, Nest Hub and Max plus the mini now as well. Buying an Amazon echo dot...problem solved.

    @googlenesthelp Hello, I have a recurring issue with my camera flood lights, the lights work but the app does not show the lights. Whenever I call support they ask me to reset the camera which I have done multiple times. I was told it is an issue that upper mgmt is aware of it,

    @sundarpichai @Google @googlenest Please read ALL the apple App Store most recent reviews over the last year regarding the garbage dumpster fire the app is with Google nest cameras. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

    @googlenesthelp I don't have a Radio section under Services in the Home app. Could that be because i'm in the Netherlands? Anyway, it's a TuneIn problem i think. Even when i cast from the (working) TuneIn app on my phone, i get the same notice that the station isn't available in my country.

    No home owners are going to see this but I am still going to scream into the void: do not replace your working but ugly 1980s or 90s thermostats for a @googlenest thermostat. They are garbage.

    @madebygoogle I've made a support request for my nest thermostat 5 days ago and not heard back, you're not replying on Facebook at all! I dont have heating or hot water. This is so bad I have a young family and it is winter! #googlenest #CustomerServiceFail

    @Google took #Nest and made it @googlenest and now my perfectly working thermostat will no longer work with the app after October 25, meaning it will no longer be able to be controlled remotely via WiFi. Couldnโ€™t have happened at a worse time. I used to think Google was the better of the big companies, (with Apple, Meta) but it appears their need for control and obsolescence is just as bad if not worse. How dare you Google? You should be ashamed of yourselves. I know Nest wouldโ€™ve never done this. Google, you SUCK.

    @googlenest After your Gemini update to Google home everything is slow and broken. I ask for the weather and it gives me the weather for New York City. I donโ€™t live in New York City. Asking to play Spotify seems impossible for Gemini. This update is terrible.
