@generalelectric can you check an issue with connectivity? There is a widespread complaint about Cync by GE losing connectivity with @googlenest and Google home. I like your 800 lumens 💡being defending but now I too lost connection and can’t fix it despite my tech expertise.

@googlenesthelp This appens only with residual timer command. If I say "Quanto tempo rimane" as indicated in linekd help page i got same result. The strange thing is that if i set two timers instead as one both command "quanto manca al timer" e "quanto tempo rimane" reply works.

@googlenest Cams have a problem that they most of the time lost connection and stop recording exactly the moment they detect movement (this had happened in all my 6 cameras) and in all the events when I had to have evidence of some event

@googlenesthelp My Nest e thermostat will not find or connect to my WiFi. Unit worked fine 10-12 months. Performed Nest reset 15 times, reset modem, router no luck. Ran diag no joy. Charged unit remotely no change. All google products, phones find network and work. Option? Help

@googlenesthelp Hi, I own a Home Hub (Gen 1), and I cannot get it to pair a Bluetooth connection. I've tried rebooting it from the app, rebooting it from the device itself, and even factory resetting it, with no luck. Any other steps I can do to fix this? Thanks.

@googlenest thk u 4 ur prompt service in rectifying my issue, your service was great. I am still disappointed with the discontinued product line of nest IQ product line. Nest is easy to to set up and user friendly. hard to fall out of love with something as good as Nest. thks !

Credit where credit is due: after almost three hours spread over two phone calls, @googlenest Tier 2 tech support solved my problem. Lesson learned: a “WWN” reset clears network information that survives an “All Settings” factory reset!
