    Cannot recommend enough NOT to buy a @googlenest ever since @Google got their grubby hands on it, total trash product. Never loads the history, app is constantly slow and awful, they couldn’t have made it worse if they tried. DO NOT BUY IT.

    @googlenesthelp It has since been resolved. The issue was it was asking me to confirm my identity and the only way it would do so is with the Gmail app which I don’t want to install

    @googlenesthelp Most video conferencing/screen sharing applications that aren't in the list of apps shown in "preferred activities" quickly degrade the video bitrate below 1Mbps, but without the ability to access diagnostics on the router it's impossible for me to determine if it's the problem

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp constantly seeing the blue animated circle when trying to view live feed this has been the case for the last 2 to 3 weeks this is a paid for service through nest aware which isn’t working. When are you gonna have this problem fixed?

    @googlenesthelp my nest thermostat has connectivity problems both wifi and Bluetooth. Restarting six times no help even with pulling batteries resetting router, turning other devices off/on. What can you do for me?

    @googlenesthelp As much as I'd love for y'all to be able to help, this is just as likely to be caused by any number of devices on the network that you don't have access to, and I'm not particularly happy that I don't have full access to a device in my home that I own.

    the @googlenest mesh system used with @ATT fiber is total trash. I DO NOT recommend purchasing if you have @ATT 1gb plan. Speeds are capped at 100mbs up and down.

    @googlenesthelp My Nest Thermostat dropped its connection a few days ago and I cannot get it reconnected. I've reset my internet, reset the thermostat, tried manually connecting to my WiFi. Nothing is working. Please help!

    @googlenest @SantanaSamuels Having the same issue for the first time. Shows offline in app but actual thermostat is working has great WiFi signal and battery is good. I’ve rebooted thermostat to no avail

    @googlenesthelp nest help good nest hub glass cracked accidentally which can not be replaceable by @Google what a shame #nosupport asking customers to find a local repair shop. So what is the worth of #googlenesthub ?

    @googlenesthelp I'm not sure exactly when it began happening. I think it's likely been an issue the entire time I've had the router but I only started connecting the dots to suspect it was a systemic problem recently. It happens for wired devices as well.

    @googlenesthelp What's especially frustrating is that it looks like there used to be a way for me to access the kind of detailed information I'm hoping to get to help diagnose the issue, and it was actively removed as part of the migration to the google home app

    @googlenesthelp I just checked the cameras on the Nest website and I didn't encounter a blue spinning circle that never loaded, which has been my issue on the app. I'll check the app again today to see if it's performing better.

    @googlenesthelp On the app, it seems to happen after I have viewed an event once and then I try to go back and view it a second time - then I get the endless blue spinny wheel. Ive tried closing and restarting the app but didn’t help.

    @googlenest you don’t appear to be doing anything to fix viewing the history in the IOS apps. I have had an open case for a month and you just keep replying with the same scripted reply. When is this going to be resolved?

    @googlenesthelp Yeah that's not really a viable fix. I'm not gunna go walk down the street every time to connect each smart device. I'm just going to buy my own router that actually allows me to change the frequency. Thanks!

    @ring How about using Sezzle or another company for INTERNATIONAL payment plans. Affirm is a joke. Won't even let me use it in Canada. Still North America. Wtf is the problem? Might as well check out @googlenest products...

    @AmazonHelp My wife is sick and keeps sneezing. Each time, @Alexa wakes up to tell us she couldn't understand what my wife said. Not only did she not say Alexa but she literally didn't even say a human word. How tf is that a me problem? I'm buying a @googlenest.

    Update on the @madebygoogle saga, just got off the phone with their support. They won't refund me the $100 they charged me for a broken product from their store because they say they no longer make the item. Yet they sold it to me just last month. @googlenest are scammers.

    My @googlenest Thermostat says it's 80 degrees in my house. It's obviously not - maybe 68/69. There's no heat near the thermostat...anyone ever had this happen? Powering down didn't help. Factory reset didn't either

    @googlenesthelp Another six weeks later. Still no sign of my refund. Your organisation is either dishonest or embarrassingly bad. Its been over six months I've been waiting now. For £70. How does it take six months for an organisation of your size to refund £70 for defective kit replacement?

    @googlenest trying to add my nest IQ cam keep on getting error C102 have reset my iPhone. Contacted community fibre who split the fibre so I have 2.4 still won’t connect please advise urgently
