  • BillyJura Hit Em Where They Ain't 🍐🐢 (@BillyJura) reported

@nicholosberry Yes, and often amazed. Looking up an error code from @googlenest this morning and nobody remotely local came up...yet 10,000+ agencies post the same cold weather tips

  • petrolhead_UK Petrol_Head (@petrolhead_UK) reported

@eakangk @googlenest sounds like Google have a problem! Mine went this week too ! Perhaps they’ve sent a corrupted update out ?

  • porttacksailor Jim (@porttacksailor) reported

  • stefbontinckx Stef Bontinckx (@stefbontinckx) reported

@googlenesthelp Hi Google Nest 👋 when will you please fix the software bug where the indoor chime randomly stops working? It’s been going on for years now.

  • porttacksailor Jim (@porttacksailor) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest One of mine went offline, battery too low. Whole house dropped to 55. Fortunately no frozen pipes, but not a great performance by the @googlenest

  • nw3777 Neil Whitaker (@nw3777) reported

@googlenesthelp Hi Google Nest. My Nest has suddenly stopped working on the App and shows offline. I've tried all the options in rebooting both the Thermostat,my Router and other options but still nothing.

  • MatthewPelkey Matthew K. Pelkey 🇺🇦 (@MatthewPelkey) reported from Buffalo, New York

  • mikeoconnell1 Michael O'Connell (@mikeoconnell1) reported

@googlenesthelp One of our 3 Nest thermostats will not connect to the home wifi. Has worked fine the last several months. Have tried resetting but refuses to connect. Looks like this is a known issue. Would like help. Thank you.

@googlenest ARE YOU EVER GOING TO FIX THE APPLE TV APP FOR MIGRATED ACCOUNTS?

  • bails43 Peter Bailey (@bails43) reported

    @TedNesi @googlenest Yes - same issue.

  • heidi_waters Heidi Waters (@heidi_waters) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest We disconnected the A/C wire and that did the trick. Temporary fix until we get a different power source. Apparently the a/c shuts down as a precaution in suoer low temps.

  • rbutler23 Roberta Butler (@rbutler23) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest We just replaced our @googlenest thermostat with a good old-fashioned digital thermostat. Nest kept sending “offline” message and could only be fixed by being within about a foot of the device! Reason we got it was for remote management. Dump it!

  • dadekian David Dadekian (@dadekian) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest I get it, first world problem, still annoying I’m sure.

  • porttacksailor Jim (@porttacksailor) reported

@googlenesthelp Learning, either Gen 2 or 3. House is stuck at 55. Thermostat has been set to 65-68 all day but not warming. Furnance is running. Getting some heat, but thermostat 1 has gone offline 2x today.

  • DavidAHolley David Holley (@DavidAHolley) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest Never had an issue. We have two in different homes and have never had an issue. We do not use the smart features - only the remote capabilities and monitoring from afar, but never in 7-8 years had an issue. Surprised really.

  • TedNesi Ted Nesi (@TedNesi) reported

@porttacksailor @googlenest Battery the problem for me too, I think! But not sure what initially kicked the Nest into a power problem.

  • iticer85 iticer85 (@iticer85) reported

@googlenesthelp help! My nest protect won’t reconnect to my account and I no longer have the QR code or code. Is there a way to link to my account still?

  • raquel_wofford Raquel (@raquel_wofford) reported

Suggestions on doorbell cameras? I’ve been having issues with my @googlenest doorbell for months and there’s no possible way to talk to an actual human 🙄 and the troubleshooting answers they give online are not working!

  • RI2APAC G Valentine (@RI2APAC) reported

@TedNesi @SenArchambault @googlenest If you're in the market for a smart thermostats that use a common wire for power let me first help you pick out a shotgun so you can blow it off the wall in frustration. What a pain in the *** for older systems, i.e. running new wires.

  • CONYERSTHREE JC3. (@CONYERSTHREE) reported

Does anyone else’s @googlenest repeatedly turn the temperature down in their place? I’m getting very frustrated here folks.

  • OceanStateWitch Gina (@OceanStateWitch) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest Hubby does hvac and we have American standard thermostats. No issue. Nest cameras have become useless needing two diff apps between google home and nest.

  • IntegrityTeach TeachWithIntegrity (@IntegrityTeach) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest I threatened divorce if my husband installed one. Thankfully, he backed down.

  • GamingPoliceDP Gaming Police Department (@GamingPoliceDP) reported

@Google @googlenesthelp When I create a speaker group I always have to manually adjust every speakers’ volume in the group. They are never at the same percentage. Even if they are the same and I adjust the main volume in the group it shifts the volume on some speakers. Help #lol

  • GRIPPEDx GRIPPEDx (@GRIPPEDx) reported

@googlenesthelp Please fix your apple tv app for migrated accounts

  • stefbontinckx Stef Bontinckx (@stefbontinckx) reported

@googlenesthelp Everything in the chime is well connected. Like I said, and have shared before with other examples of people experiencing the same issue; it’s seems to be a software bug.

  • JScout33 Jeff Fortin (@JScout33) reported

@TedNesi @googlenest Do you have the blue C wire attached to your Nest, or was it just 4 wires? They advertise it works without the C wire, but in reality, it should have the full time wire hooked up to power it without playing with the battery. May need to run new thermostat wire to fix…

  • mikeoconnell1 Michael O'Connell (@mikeoconnell1) reported

@googlenesthelp I have the NEST 3rd generation wifi thermostat. No error codes. Have tried the troubleshooting. Does not even recognize the home wifi. The other 2 we have work fine.
