@mgrabois @googlenesthelp Having the same issue here! I already chatted with you guys today and you had me factory reset my Nest Thermostat E only for it to go offline again shortly after. Please release a fix ASAP. I’m seeing a lot of similar complaints online about v6.2-22.

@googlenesthelp Yes it is 15 to 20 feet away. Android yes. That it cannot connect. Internet provider has been changed and now it doesn't seem to be working with my new Internet any help would be amazing

@googlenesthelp The service technician put his nest thermostat on the wall and it worked fine so it was just my unit. He actually has to carry one around with him because this is apparently a common issue.

@googlenesthelp I don't understand. Why can he use it on his phone no problem, but can't on the Chromecast with Google TV? He uses my account instead and I end up with suggestions based on his viewing unless he casts from his phone. It doesn't make any sense

@googlenesthelp Why do you make it soooo difficult to switch emails with this app? I wish Google would stay in their lane and quit acquiring companies like Nest. Stick to computers. You make products a living hell! I shouldn’t need to login to my email on some1 else’s phone! Wtf!

@googlenesthelp No problem, I am located in Stoughton MA within the US. This problem started happening a week ago and at that time, I reset the thermostat and then tried to reconnect to my WIFI. It is a Nest Learning Thermostat.

@googlenesthelp Yes the Roborock is working at Mi Home e not Working online on Google Home, and I already erased the Google Home from the iPhone XR and reinstall it, still not online the Roborock but is working the Yeelight bulb

@googlenesthelp Not sure the exact distance, but I'd say about 20-25 feet. It wasn't an issue before, it's been running fine for about 5-6 months. Not baby monitor or cordless phones (are those still around?) no appliances. The one downstairs works fine. I have a 3rd one, but it's not installed

I spent the last hour and a half trying to set up the Google nest hub gen 2 @madebygoogle and it keep bootlooping on me right as it's about to finish. Resting the device doesn't help any. Pretty crappy experience to say the least @googlenesthelp
