    @googlenest two different hvac specialists saying that the google nest fried my HVAC circuit board and a transformer. Called Customer service but no warranty or support available for this issue.

    @googlenest To fix the volume controls I can switch the settings off (not the TV) then save, then reselect the tv. That works, them two days later need to redo.

    @googlenesthelp you say you will continue to support the $1500 in hardware I bought for Nest Detect, Nest Guard, and Yale locks. But as soon as you stop selling them mine all stop working. Buy then back out fix!

    @googlenest No changes made. As you can hear on the Video, the Google assistant can hear me properly, so I'm not sure it can be a WiFi issue. It has just misunderstood what I said. It worked when I repeated the command.

    @googlenest England, UK. Nope - I do not wish to log in with Google - I prefer to keep disparate services, separate from each other, by using service-related login credentials. Nothing has changed at my end.

    @googlenest I bought the device new about 2 months ago. Remote issues for past three weeks. The recent firmware update didn't help. There was a second firmware update yesterday. Not sure if it helped

    @googlenest Appreciate it. Your Google employee stated that the last update was Nov 2019. I have version 5.60.0 on my iPhone 8+ which was updated 4 weeks ago, yet the app is still extremely slow.

    Hmm...@googlenest turns on the heating strip when the AC is turned on. Sending me a new base to see if that's the problem. It's a new issue. Haven't had it before. Anyone else experience this? #googlenest

    @googlenest It’s right beside the router. Not sure about the band. I’ve rebooted everything in the last few days and it doesn’t help. Playing things within Google TV is fine, it’s the NowTV app specifically that has problems.

    @googlenest So, we’ve been down this road already. Who can assist us Nest customers with your outdated Nest app? I’m not the only Nest customer having this same issue. And why have you guys not updated the Nest app since Nov 2019? That’s the first problem.

    @googlenest my nest indoor cam produces no image on app, has a blinkimg blue light and giving me error C105 when I try to reconnect it to my network. My nest doorbell is producing image, so it can’t be my router right?
