DobieGillis (@EP1tch91469) reported@p_e_a_c_e5566 @MAGABarbie317 @googlenest So what you're saying is that it shows Karen hitting Officer Okeefe yet the MSP/NDAO didn't request it? Wouldn't that prove their entire case? Explain it like we're all 5 year olds as to why they wouldn't want the smoking gun or better yet the broken taillight?

Ramesh Nukala (@rameshnukala) reported@googlenesthelp I have google mesh routers & every few months I’m having trouble with accessing internet. When I contact the customer care, only solution I get is reset router. Resulting in a new network name and setting up a new password on all the 50 +devices. VeryFrustrating
-
Walt (@WaltIsHereNow) reported@RepMikeCollins @epaleezeldin Good. Please enact Right to Repair legislation - people need to be allowed to fix what they purchased. Electronics depending on online services need to be open-sourced if that online service goes away. @googlenest is currently rendering tens of thousands of WORKING thermostats useless because they are discontinuing service.

Rocky Mountain Air (@2ThinAir) reported@WAServers @JackPosobiec @googlenest Many cameras have internal memory to store footage in the event of slow wifi or wifi outage. I'm sure Nest tells people this in their terms and conditions which no one ever reads.

Dr. Bill Davis (@Dr_Bill_Davis) reported@googlenesthelp Hi Google Nest Support — I requested a phone callback through the official Help Center for my Nest Wi-Fi Pro issue, but never received the call. I’ve tried multiple times with no follow-up. Can you help escalate this or advise the best next step to reach a live support agent? Thank you.

Leslie 🏳️🌈 (@madetea) reportedHey @googlenest - your app is the worst ever. Switching to Hive immediately.

Kyle Field (@mrkylefield) reported from Montalvo, CaliforniaI can't wait until somebody replaces the garbage Google puts on its nest devices with @xai's @grok. It's frustrating having @googlenest hardware in the house when it's effectively useless for anything other than playing music and playing a slideshow of my photos.

brn (@Von_der_Land) reported**** you @googlenest you ******* piece of ****.

christy penders (@MomOnTheFly) reported@googlenesthelp the 3-day notice that my thermostat was not going to work by app was bad enough. Since I “upgraded” my nest cameras to the Home app (3days ago) 3 nest cameras have completely quit working in the app. What a fiasco
-
John (@TheKramalan) reported@sundarpichai @Google @googlenest Please read ALL the apple App Store most recent reviews over the last year regarding the garbage dumpster fire the app is with Google nest cameras. Crashes. Lagging. Spinning wheels. Freezes. I have 9 cameras all unusable. Not just me. 1 stars!

Jason Silver (@Da_Big_Dogg) reported@googlenest just wanted to say Thank you for basically making my v1 Nest garbage, you pissed me off enough to look at other products and now I’m going away from Nest! Nicely done!!! Idiots!
-
Leah Bass (@leahmbass) reportedHey @googlenest get your **** together. Why would you discontinue support on older generations of thermostats when they work perfectly fine. I bought mine brand new 11 years ago & it still works good as new. I’m not going to drop another couple hundred bucks just to use the app

TWNPKS • Open For Commissions (@DeadlyDraws) reported@googlenest @googlenesthelp why are your nest devices suddenly garbage? Owned a nest mini for years and recently it has multiple times a day just lost connection to all other smart devices on the account. App shows them as “offline” but they are online and functional. Fix this
-
Captain Cuddles (@CaptainCuddles4) reported@googlenesthelp thanks for nothing google support. I did everything your support told me, on the phone for nearly 2 hours with them, all for them to tell me there’s nothing they can do, but wouldn’t admit the device is the issue… I’m done with google.

Wendy Bunt (@wendy_bunt) reported@BanHammerJags @MAGABarbie317 @googlenest O.M.G, you don't know how to google either? Persistent Login: The app remains active in the background, allowing you to receive notifications and live view camera feeds without re-entering credentials. Either Karen or her dad deleted it.

Kevin (@McNamara_Group) reported@googlenest @madebygoogle Subject: URGENT ESCALATION: $650 Nest Hardware Unusable / Account Locked After Church Vandalism To Google Nest Support / Escalation Team: I am writing to urgently escalate a situation that has rendered $650 worth of brand-new Google Nest cameras completely useless due to an automated account lockout loop. Recently, our local church was vandalized. I have been a loyal Google user for years and personally promised our pastor that Google’s ecosystem was reliable and spectacular. Based on my recommendation, we purchased four new Google Nest cameras to secure the building. Here is the exact timeline of what has happened: I set up a new dedicated Gmail account specifically to manage the church's new security system. I successfully set up all 4 new Nest cameras on that account using my mobile phone. Everything worked perfectly on my device. I then gave the email and password to our pastor so he could log in and monitor the system from his end. Instead of letting him log in, Google’s automated security randomly locked the account and sent an email demanding an explanation for why the account was created. I provided the full explanation, and the account was officially "restored" 2 days later. The Current Issue: Despite the account being restored, the system is STILL blocking any login attempts from the pastor's devices or any computer. It continuously throws an "unrecognized device" error, even with the correct password and recovery information on file. Because of this endless security loop, we cannot hand over the account to the church. Right now, these four cameras are essentially $650 dead sticks. We cannot monitor our recently vandalized church. I understand Google has automated security measures, but I need a human being to look at this account, lift the device lock, and allow us to actually use the hardware we purchased. I need this escalated to someone who can resolve this immediately.
