@googlenesthelp oh, one other thing, during all of this trouble shooting, there were times when the display would go black and pressing on the display would not wake it back up, I end up having to remove nest from the wall and then put it back on in order to get it to wake up.

@Google @googlenest @googlenesthelp I've been trying to get in contact with you all day. I sent out my broken camera 2 weeks ago after purchasing a new one through the replacement link but the weather has delayed it and I've just been charged!? This is outrageous.

@googlenesthelp It's been happening regularly for over a year. A search of your own support pages shows many many people having the same thermostat problem and everyone who's reached out to Google just be ignored. Model shows as Display-3.4. Software 5.9.5-2, no updates available

We'll it's -34°C, wired @googlenest outdoor camera is working, plugged in battery outdoor nest camera is shutdown due to the cold temperature. Another reason why not to buy @Google product.

@googlenesthelp I’ve reset my doorbell about 5-6 times and factory reset on the phone with customer service. It will fix the camera for about 1-3 minutes and then it turns off again saying it’s disconnected from Wi-Fi. Nest Doorbell (wired).

@googlenesthelp Thanks for the reply. It's a 3rd gen Nest thermostat. I bought it in 2017 and could never get it working with my old HVAC. I just installed a new system and so I'm trying again, but now I'm having this WiFi problem so I'm back at square one again.

5. Thermostat Save yourself from high utility bills. Remotely manage the temperature in your home. Know if there’s a problem or prevent your guests from keeping it too hot or cold. I use @googlenest

@googlenesthelp I have a Battery Nest Cam, I didn't get to troubleshooting. But it doesn't want to charge, I use the cord that came with it, and none of my other cameras have any issue at all, but just the one either doesn't accept the charger, or stops charging within 2 minutes of registering

@googlenesthelp It’s the home app that is the problem. It does too much and has a horrible UI and missing features. Like I cannot even control the hot water on the thermostat. The camera part crashes often and scrubs really poorly compared to the best app.

Hi @googlenesthelp I can hear audio on my nest doorbell when I open the app, but when someone rings the doorbell I can't hear them speaking... But they can hear me ok... What do I need to do to fix this?

@googlenesthelp Don’t think that would help it’s buggy on my partners phone too. But beyond that the Ui is just less useful. I get you want to make things more seemless but not convinced the home app is the way.
