@RamyShalaby @googlenesthelp same thing happened with mine, google sent a replacement -- it was working fine for 2 weeks-- all of sudden has stopped working again. Google nest's help is really annoying and will expect you to troubleshoot for 30+mins before they will agree to send out another one.

@evergypower @googlenesthelp well, after three hours and forty minutes on hold with Evergy, and the hour and a half with Google Nest Support (ha!) I hope my faulty Nest thermostat doesn't burn my house down.

@googlenest Unfortunately not. Still many issues with combining Google Tv with Nest Devices within a group. E.g. delays in the next song coming on; or the song starts playing too loudly, then quiets down; or I have ask several times to play music before it does.

@googlenesthelp I have a serious issue with nest v3. Temperature is measured 2 degrees higher than other equipement. All suggestions to solve it don't work. After reset about 5min correct temperature, than rises 2 degrees. Many others have the same problem. Can you help 2 fix?

@bellahollyoak Can we all hear what you have to say #googlenest ? I understand you’ve insisted on a pre-authorise prior to shipping replacement. Then YOU decide if it’s in warranty. A BAD idea! Once you have the faulty item you can say what you want.. I see‘bye bye money’ -2deg no heat 2 weeks!

@googlenest UK, it used to work, then randomly stopped. I cannot imagine there are many trouble steps to take. You either have the action in the routine or not. There's no options etc. It has been rebooted (the Nest Audio)

@googlenest Bingo! It was "offline" for like 3 weeks and I couldn't do anything to get it reconnected. So I removed it from the app and am trying to re-add it to the app to make it function w/app (and Google Asst/Siri controls).

@googlenest It stopped functioning around 12pm today and it went unnoticed for three hours after feeling super chilled. A walk to the thermostat revealed error code on E Nest unit all of a sudden. Unit has never displayed error on the 7mo heat/ac system. Nest <2.5yrs.

Hey @googlenest I'm having trouble w/ my Nest/Yale Lock. It lost cxn w/Nest app. Just said it was offline. I removed it & am trying to re-add it & it won't connect. I'm at a step where it says to press button on back of the lock to install, but the button never becomes active.
