    @googlenest W5 error on thermostat - tried reset, router reset, alternative SSID. Thermostat does not see any WiFi networks. Everything else in house still connected to WiFi.

    @googlenest Hi, I really hope that the functionality for netflix can return as that was one of the draws in the first place to the Chromecast with Google TV. Also do you know if they can fix that bug of slingbox showing up when searching, even when it's not selected as one of my providers?

    @Lauren76821 @googlenest I've managed to get it to cast to an old Google Home Mini, and can play fine through a Bluetooth speaker, but I've still got the original problem, and my wife is having the same problem with her iPhone playing Spotify through her Airpods. Definitely a @SpotifyCares issue I'd say.

    @Lauren76821 @googlenest For it to be affecting my Chromecast Audio as well as your Nest it would appear to be either an issue with their software, or with @SpotifyCares

    @googlenest my nest mini keeps flicking to the next songs from my spotify by itself, please help. i have factory reset it but that didn’t help.

    @Lauren76821 @googlenest Same problem for me too. Spotify was down for a while but is back on. Now I can’t cast to my Nest without it skipping every song.

    @googlenesthelp I have been trying to return the thermostat that you said would work. Your recommended Nest installers don’t respond. The system won’t work with my central heating system as you said it would. Your help centre is terrible and phone doesn’t connect. Pissed off!

    @googlenest Started 2 or so days ago without warning. I've tried unplugging it and plugging it back in but Still doesn't work. Only seems to be Spotify that's broken on my Nest at the moment but works fine on my mobile 😒

    @googlenest It’s okay, think Spotify is down when playing on Google/Alexa but the wonderful @Hudski79 suggested I connect my phone by Bluetooth instead and it’s working

    @googlenest Hi ! Not so many so far. As the message displayed says that it is a connexion problem, I tried switching from WiFi to cellular data. I will try rebooting my smartphone now.

    @googlenest @THOMLS Exactly the same issue. @SpotifyUK plays fine on my phone but keeps skipping as soon as I connect to my Nest Mini 2nd Gen

    @googlenest when I play cast Spotify from my phone to my nest it skips each song in a playlist after 1-2 seconds. Doesn’t do it when playing on my phone. The connection is good. Can you help?
