@DrAnthonyGrieco @googlenesthelp Yup, down on my end too, for about 20 or 30 minutes now. This is getting more and more frequent. Back in the days before Google took over it happened a couple times a year - now it's a monthly thing. Absolute disgrace given how expensive their cameras are.

@googlenest @googlenesthelp I'm paying for a Nest Aware subs and I have no video history when my camera goes offline. Support doesn't get that this is wrong. Why am I paying for 30 day video history if I can't access it if someone pulls my camera (like in a crime)? #fail

@googlenest can’t chat with support. Support form broken. Can’t subscribe to Aware with Apple. Can’t use Apple Pay. can’t check out easily. and after all this when I finally did subscribe, you deleted all the previously existing events from my camera feed.

@googlenesthelp Looks the the Hub Max is out too. No green light for nest cam function but Hub Max has internet (can query Assistant, YouTube, etc). This is definitely a Nest specific issue.
