    @Scott_Helme @googlenest I had problems similar to this and there was a thing on their help page about it being a known issue. I got a free replacement within 1/2 days and it's worked perfectly since then!

    @Scott_Helme @googlenest Google sent a email a few weeks back about getting the link replaced on mine for free apparently their is a issue that causes that, mine does the same. You might want to talk to Google Support.

    As you ask know, I'm a big fan of @madebygoogle but my recent issues with @googlenest wifi and having a mesh of Google wifi routers is frustrating. The WiFi works better with just one and slows down when I have a mesh which defies all logic. It takes weeks for Google's support…

    @shashib @madebygoogle @googlenest It’s quite logical … poor mesh design could lead to co-channel interference which degrades quality. A single AP won’t have that problem.

    @googlenest I had the worst experience ever with any customer support. Wifi kept dropping every 2 mnts. I had to call support 5 times in last 2 months and finally gave up. Moved to TP Link router and life is good. Please learn support your customer before you sell.

    @Scott_Helme @googlenest We’re quite happy with our Tado setup, especially as they do smart radiator valves which has taken our gas usage down to half the national average due to lots of scheduling and tweaking

    @YaleHomeUs How long does it take for your team to reply to emails. We have a major issue with our lock that needs to be resolved. I sent an email a week ago but still no response. This is terrible customer service! @googlenest why do you partner with them?!?

    @Scott_Helme @googlenest Does the Heat Link still have the power LED on? Mine broke a while back. It's was a known issue (a single diode that malfunctions). Google replaced mine (even though it was just out of warranty.

    @madebygoogle My 'GoogleNest Hub Max' camera keeps disconnecting. I can't get the live feed from the camera. I have tried all sorts of suggestions on the G community. Works for a day & disconnects. Can't rely on this for security. Ran out of all options. Could you please help. Tx

    @googlenesthelp Still nothing shows up on my nest connect. I think it’s faulty. The worst part is, it never worked and I have given up on it. Just use the lock to open with a codex so a hell lot of money going to garbage since it never worked 😕

    Hi @madebygoogle / @googlenest !!! Me again!!! Have you addressed the issue with your battery NestCam's supposed 3 month battery, but only lasting 4 or 5 days?? Without having to lower the resolution, sensitivity, etc etc.... (Which renders the camera useless) Thanks!

    @googlenesthelp The good news is a got a working replacement. The bad news is I've been charged for it. I want to return the defective thermostat, but Nest will not furnish a working fedex label. The original fedex label furnished was never usable or has expired. This whole support thing is scam

    Locked out of my Adsense and all Google products just bc I changed phone numbers and can’t auth via 2fa. Backup codes and recovery emails were never set up back in the days when it wasn’t required. Dunno what to do at this point 😢 😭 @gmail @googlenesthelp @AdSense pls help

    @Scott_Helme @googlenest YES! Happened me 6 months ago. H72 was my error, but could be related. Basically my heat link died. Is the light on on your HL? Mine was off, I called nest support and they were really good - known hardware issue

    @googlenesthelp Both my Nest Cams Indoor and my Nest Cam Outdoor cameras do this. The Outdoor one is THE WORST! Every night starting 6:45/7:00 it starts spinning and goes off/on multiple times for hours. I notice it does it during the day as well and I have two WiFi extenders!

    @googlenest I am having trouble setting up a Nest and I’ve tried multiple times; Reset the nest itself, reboot router, reboot router + change wifi password, change Nest’s battery. I get the same error, Something went wrong please reset router. Help 🙏🏼

    @googlenest won't show any videos for the events it recorded (like a person on my porch) Spent the first hour of support chat on a wild goose chase through the app (hint: it's not the app's issue) Just made it to level 2 support let's see how this goes.

    @Scott_Helme @googlenest Had some recent issues myself. On the back side there is a micro usb. I plugged it in for a good 8 hours and been 💯 again. Not saying it will fix anything but worth a shot?

    @googlenesthelp Used to be I'd never have trouble with Assistant understanding the names of rooms or routines I've added in Google Home - almost 100% accuracy. Lately it's screwing up more and more, with frustrating and alarming frequency. It's almost unusable at this point.
