@WietseWind @googlenest I've never liked those gu10 lamps, quite a poorly designed lamp holder. It may have melted because of poor contact with the lamp holder.

@googlenest is the most worthless monitoring camera out there...so slow and constantly doesnt take pictures when people arrive. This product is absolute junk for the price compared to others.

This is a random thought but i truly hate my @ecobee . Nothing like being on vacation going to check your thermostat when it's 95 degrees out back home and you have workmen coming, and finding out it's "offline" for the 1000th time Do yourself a favor get yourself a @googlenest

@googlenesthelp ✅ I can choose a specific song through nest hub from my music app. ❌ However, I cannot do the same through nest audio. It defaults to YouTube music. Any idea how to fix this? Your customer care made me change regions, etc and the issue is still open.

@googlenesthelp I sent a request a few days ago and I have been doing community posts for the last few weeks my Google doorbell. Doesn't charge and takes 10 hours to change 5 percent. Ive tried multiple chargers including the original charger in the box with no change. Plz help..

Trying to setup a new Nest camera and ran into the "Can't connect to assisting device" issue. After some searching, it's the stupidest issue I have ever seen. Just let us pick the Wi-Fi like every other device in the world! Stupid. @googlenest

@googlenesthelp I'm getting no information from the seller. I can understand the limitations in general, but there has to be some way to prove it's not stolen & fix this. it came in the box w/ *all* the inserts, hardware, etc - just not the entry sensors & one tag - not like just a bare "guard"

@WietseWind @googlenest you need to either change them all out for gu10 led's (cool to touch but light is poor) ( direct replacement) or have transformers fitted and drop them down to 12volts ( same heat but transformer gas thermal cut out.) check to see if insulation is sitting above lamp.

@Forbes I had one and it stopped working after 6 months and they wouldn’t replace it. They offered 20% off a new one. I threw it in the garbage and got @googlenest that works even better. Thanks @ecobee

@googlenest had ontech out 5/18 to install the c adapter, now error n254 is coming up, I see no jumper from y to g is this why the error is coming up? Ontech can't come for another week and it's to humid out to wait.
