@purpleparrotuk @googlenest I made them aware of the issue on the 11th April. They keep telling me the same, that it’s being looked into. So frustrating, paid for 24/7 cloud recording but can’t view the footage as the app is broken.

@googlenesthelp hi, we have a nest hub max, it works great, however I have YT premium, which plays on all our other devices but not this. It let's me choose songs & skip but still plays adverts. Ironically the adverts are for YT premium which I've already paid for! Please help!

Cool life hack! If you're a paid @youtubemusic subscriber but still hear ads on @googlenest you can reach out to technical support and get stuck in a neverending nightmare loop where nothing is resolved because you keep getting passed back and forth like a party favor.

@googlenest Am I doing something wrong? If I want to cancel my alarm on my Nest Hub by clicking on the alarm I set, it takes me to a page where I have to scroll down for an endless amount of time before I get to my set alarm to cancel it.

@googlenesthelp Looking for some help here. Nest thermostat been working great and wake up this morning now cannot get it to connect to wifi. Tried rebooting, resetting, other wifi devices work, and restarted all network devices and still nothing.

@googlenesthelp hi, please can you help? I have just realised that my nest hasn't been connected to the WiFi for 10 days. Its not picking up any WiFi network even though all other devices are. Tried network and factory reset and neither have fixed it

@googlenest @Google Chromecast is a pain since the recent change wherein casted videos can no more be controlled using the TV remote. Worst is when you command the speaker to play on Chromecast and you are helpless. Please revert to allow us to pause/seek using remote control.🙏🏻

Example of M&A (dis) integration: @Google screwing up @googlenest. Forcing loyal Nest users to migrate to a 1) an additional app 2) inferior app to Nest is arrogant, inconvenient, bad decision. Not unusual for acquirers to f’up great products. Google has done it here #nest

Do you think ERCOT is controlling our @googlenest thermostat temperatures here in Texas? Its funny how the temperature keeps being raised to the temperatures that they are telling Texans to move their thermostats to, to avoid the system shutting down

Hey @googlenesthelp I'm coming up on a week where all of my Nest products are unusable and unable to be added back to my home. Support has escalated after lots of ongoing troubleshooting but is not any closer to a solution. Anything you can do on your side to help?
