I go warranty checker and confirm I'm under warranty and submit a claim. It just says "refresh this page and try again. Sorry, there was a problem with the form" help!

It just would NOT show up with full config/control in the home app. I even tried installing some janky old revision of ho.e-wifi configurator, still failed. Now it's in the trash
