@HiveHelper @HiveHomeUK thermostat has not been able to receive internet for last 3 days so I have no heating, have called customer services and had no help, furthermore they hung up on me! Great service. No heating with two babies in cold house! Should’ve gone with @googlenest

@googlenest - you are just the worst. The frequent need to re-sign into my account to access my camera and thermostat - and the lack of compatibility with Alexa - is driving us to pull your products and send them to recycle.

This is the 3rd winter in my home, & it wouldn’t be winter w/out a heat issue. Thanks @googlenest for dying without warning. Even better, the warranty expired on Christmas, which is when I got it as a gift. Thanks @Google. Shoutout to my @Columbia1938 jacket for keeping me warm

@owletbabycare Hog wash, your support team have been utterly useless. We’ve had this issue over and over again. This time I’ve had enough because the camera is completely gone from the app. How buggy can one system be And we have @googlenest cams everywhere else in our home, they run flawlessly

@googlenesthelp hi folks, out of nowhere we are getting a H71 error message. Have tried the suggested trouble shooting bit nothing is fixing it. It's only been installed 4 months and other heat link is OK. Looks like online it's a common problem. Is heat link faulty?

Ok so google wifi, I give up. No SNMP, and the API for basic stats is abysmal. I’m troubleshooting an issue where my nameserver is 75.75.75.75 when I check via API, but my DNS inside the google home app is set to custom and it’s a local addr (pihole)…. @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp The green dot light at the top flashes twice and then turns off and the nest doesnt record for maybe a minute before the nest comes back on. Have not tried to trouble further

@googlenesthelp team my nest thermostat has been offline for 12 hours.. i have done troubleshooting with all basic steps..Nest restart..Wi-Fi reboot, tried connecting to Wi-Fi on nest , it shows no network found ( whereas all other devices can view dozen Wi-Fi networks).

@googlenesthelp I am having trouble with my Nest thermostat... It reads the wrong temperature.. and turns on the air conditioner when it's not needed.. Actual temperature is 71 and the nest reads it as 82... Can this be fixed? MikePoly

@googlenesthelp My Google Nest was not connecting to wifi so google sent me a refurbished one for free if I return the broken one. So I returned my thermostat via ups and have proof of delivery but Google charged me full price for the refurbished thermostat.
