Was a bit chilly this morning so thought I’d put the heating on for thr first time since Spring. I smugly tried to put the heating on via my phone only to find out that the Heat Link doesn’t work any more. Resets don’t fix the issue, the unit is powered. Advice @googlenesthelp ?

@googlenesthelp have nest hello for years. No issue. Just got new nest protect. Cannot get it to connect to wifi. Tried on iOS and Android. Keep getting p017 error. Clear it’s memory and start again. Same issue. It’s running firmware 3.1.4.3. Help. This should be simple.

@googlenest experienced the worst customer service of my 55-year life. Was on the phone for over 6 hours with incompetent CSR and supervisor about a faulty thermostat. Great product but worst customer support in the world. Buyer beware!!

@googlenesthelp the enter button on our Nest Yale lock doesn’t work 50% of the time. I can hit the Yale button, enter the code, but it doesn’t register that I’ve pressed the check mark. The keypad goes back to sleep after a few seconds. I can’t find any support articles - help?

@googlenest hello we purchased a third generation nest in Nov 2019. The heat link is faulty, it is not receiving from the boiler, there is power to it but nothing is happening at the receiver. An electrician has been out to check it this morning. Please help :)

@googlenesthelp I bought 4 Nest Hubs to be able to monitor web status pages, but I need to login. I just read that in firmware v1.54, you are including a keyboard for browsing. I have waited 2 years for this (I'm on v1.52 in the "Preview program"). I hope you release this soon!

@SimpliSafe @googlenest There's nothing to investigate. I spent about 90 minutes on the phone with two different reps and they had me reset the camera about a dozen times and turn it upside down. It doesn't pick up humans that aren't within about 3 feet. They even sent a new one. They don't work well.

@googlenesthelp Hiya, sorry but there's still a problem with the bluetooth. I have speakers in the bathroom and Mini outside. This morning, Mini didn't play on bathroom speakers. Looked at the app and it showed no link to BT. Power off and on then linked to BT OK.

@googlenesthelp This seems to happen half the time; the other half, the check mark button functions normally. I have a video I can DM if needed. Do you have any advice or support articles on how to troubleshoot? We tried a factory reset but it didn’t help.

@googlenest @thacery1 Same problem here, GE c lights keep failing, i keep resseting them over and over, finally did factory reset of google home, thet worked for a few hours but same problems again. All c lights have been upgraded using cync app. What else can i do.

@madebygoogle While I have had success with many of your products, after 14mo of trying to access support for a #GoogleNest I am highly concerned by the poor #customerservice provided through email and Twitter. I received contradictory messages, original concern never addressed.
