@black_jack_iris @googlenest I don’t know if you would consider this a permanent fix. But I have only had the mini disconnect two times since this. I switched the mini to connect to my 2G wifi and took it off the 5G wifi band.

@googlenesthelp This concerns Google Nest app on Chromecast for Google TV. When I try to sign in, I get a message "Incorrect eMail address or password". I've double-checked, & the eMail address & password are correct. I've enabled 2nd factor authentication. Could that be it?

  • CoyotyDave Coyoty (@CoyotyDave) reported

@googlenest I got it to work again. Apparently the cable went bad. It works with another cable I had.

  • WangChangBackup Erik Johnson (@WangChangBackup) reported

@TomOB419 @googlenest No problem, Tom! I just thought you were cool, but it's fine.

  • jc8654 Jonathan Crass (@jc8654) reported

@googlenest Google Home, Google Home Mini, Google Home and my Pixel 5. So it's not a specific device issue - it's an issue with Google Home/Assistant and Ecobee. Google changed stuff before and Ecobee stuff stopped working like this. Sounds like maybe it's happened again?
