    @googlenest Hey google, sure im trying to re-connect my philips hue account with my google home account and after various troubleshooting continue to get the error message " couldn't update the settings, check your connection" do you have any additional troubleshooting steps?

    @googlenest unfortunately these steps haven't worked, i have now tried on both the android and ios google home apps, on the android app when trying to link it states almost instantly the same error message >>

    @googlenesthelp is your chat online not working? Every time I go to submit it tells me something went wrong but doesn’t actually tell me what went wrong 🙄. I’m getting really frustrated with these products! I need to get in contact due to the THIRD failure of our IQ outdoor 😠

    @HiveHomeUK @HiveHelper So fed up with your system. Over the past 2 weeks, it's been offline several times A DAY, leading to no heating for hours! No point in home technology if it doesn't work. Thinking of switching to @googlenest as it's so rubbish. 😡

    @googlenesthelp I'm trying to change/remove my Google Home "Houses" to start fresh, but I can't remove it. It keeps saying, "Problem with connecting to the cloud". Even renaming a House doesn't work.

    @daveandpenguin @googlenesthelp Mine got broken too, cannot connect to WiFi anymore. I called Nest support, but unfortunately this $250 thermostat only has warranty for 2 years. I’m in the third year, so I’m out of luck.

    What a load of junk Nest Cams are. 3 months and still no fix for iPhone app crashing. Support are useless and never provide an update unless you take to Twitter. Not the support I expect. @googlenest #googlenest

    @googlenest My nest thermostat won’t connect to the WiFi all of a sudden (WiFi working fine with all other devices) and none of the reset routines work. After some research, I read that there is no fix for this? Can that be right?

    @googlenest when I play cast Spotify from my phone to my nest it skips each song in a playlist after 1-2 seconds. Doesn’t do it when playing on my phone. The connection is good. Can you help?

    @googlenest Suddenly my Thermostat says it cannot connect to wifi. Literally every other nest product we have here can. Internet has been restarted and everything else reconnected. It also complains time is wrong. I set it but loses after a restart. Help!
