@googlenesthelp so my Nest e Thermostat will not detect WiFi. I have unplugged & reset router, restarted the thermostat, checked the Neat weave, yada-yada-yada and still doesn’t recognize any of the 5 or so networks available in area. What is the trick I am missing? HELP!

@jpatanooga @googlenest Yes, we have wireless temp sensors and power consumption. The challenge is old houses don't have room specific hvac controls. I looked into some DIY options, but the chatter seemed to be smart vents might be bad for the furnace in the long run.

@googlenest Thanks for reaching out. You guys are really good at that. I tested playing a ***** Wonka clip and it stopped no problem when I said “Hey Google stop”. So I have no idea why the other video didn’t stop with the same command. You can see in the video the Hub clearly heard me.

Hi @googlenest, whenever I request @radioparadise on my Nest Mini speakers, it tries to play via @tunein - but I only get a looping message saying the station isn't available in my country. This is despite RadioParadise offering free worldwide audio streams. How do I fix this?

@sleighttrickery @RedMiracleFish @googlenest Nope! My issue was solely with color lights (tv strip lights, HueLiv floor lamp). They worked fine in the SL app, but in GH, they showed as unresponsive. However, non color devices worked fine in my GH app (xbox, sockets,etc.). All fine now!

If you are thinking of purchasing @googlenest cameras, DON'T they have the WORST customer support I've ever had, 2 months now since they forced me onto a new Nest Aware plus subscription service and since then the cameras have been missing events ! Absolute joke @googlenesthelp

@googlenest Done all of this, multiple times. The problem is with Google defaulting to TuneIn for station selection, with no apparent way to change aggregator service for streaming radio. Without casting to the Nest, how else can I add a station stream so I can request it via voice command?

@googlenest Currently flashing red; however, sometime when experiencing the problem, it'll be white. No changes to the network settings and I just confirmed with my provider that they aren't experiencing any outages.
