.@googlenest my Nest has decided to become intentionally defiant of my temperature wishes. Any tips on how to make it less obstinate? I am constantly readjusting the temp, and even deleting the new (wrong) schedule temp points it creates. This is a new problem - what gives?

@googlenesthelp No changes to wi-fi name or password recently. Also it shows no networks in the area. I have multiple other devices on my wifi network throughout the home, so it's not an issue with my wifi router or any interference.

At this point I may just have to stop using routines on Google Nest coz I can't deal with this "I don't understand" error message every other time. It sucks big time. Fix this @googlenesthelp

@googlenesthelp I’ve got a 2nd gen Nest thermostat (U.K.) that is no longer able to see any wifi networks. Tried all the troubleshooting steps (including personal hotspot on my iPhone which the Nest couldn’t see). There’s no error, it just can’t see any wifi networks. Any ideas?

@googlenesthelp There is no damage on the wires and the Nest IQ was never without power during the wifi SSID change. But as soon as the SSID changed the IQ outdoor bricked itself like it is unpowered. Unplugging, waiting, reconnect power did not fix it.

@Google @googlenesthelp Nest protect gave false smoke alarms and woke up everyone two times in the night. This is very frustrating and absolutely scary when you can’t ignore an alarm and then resulted in being a false one. Need immediate help to address that.

Hey @googlenesthelp any ideas why our nest protect smoke alarm is going off over & over when there is no smoke anywhere? We’ve unplugged it & removed batteries. Yet it keeps alerting us like some nightmare zombie robot of insomnia.

@googlenesthelp I have very robust wireless network within my home (Computer Engineer, Masters, in IT), the nest is close enough. Other network components in the same area connect no issues. I swapped this nest for a 2nd one in my house for 2nd zone, it works fine, so clearly a hardware issue.
