@googlenesthelp I noticed it the other night.changed batteries.Fixed.Noticed it again tonight.Changing batteries not fixing it. But it’s not completely not working. The you tube button and Netflix button work and I can then scroll around in them. Now on YouTube and notice the volume not working

@RDRv3 @googlenest It's bad, but it's not that bad. You need to reinstall. I hate now long it takes to load, that's my gripe. I've had numerous iPhones, Nest cams, thermostats over the years and I've never had those issues. Other less glaring ones. Maybe start over 😎

The @googlenest app for iOS is a real embarrassment. Literally signs me out every other time I use it, constantly sends failed action messages, and says my hardware is offline when it definitely is not. I don't know who runs the app product team for Nest anymore, but they suck.

@googlenesthelp It was also affecting @radioeins for example. I tried "102.6" an hour ago without success. Now it works. And ... now "radio fritz" works again, too ... So ... I'd better waited for the problem to disappear by magic?!?

@googlenesthelp Rebooting your router has nothing to do with the fact that the Google Home is saying TuneIn is not supported. All my other devices are connected to the internet just fine. I have Fios gigabit with a $400 router. The internet connection is not the problem.

Our @googlenest keeps turning the A/C on and off in about 3 minute bursts. I have the C wire connected, so it should be getting power. Anyone else here have this problem and fixed it? 🤷🏻

@googlenesthelp we’ve had legitimate alarms from cooking smoke but those were at different times than these events. the app alerted us to “smoke sensor problem” so we rushed home & the device was chirping, had a yellow light, and when you push the button it said “sensors failed, replace nest”
