@googlenesthelp I can’t sign in to my Google account through the nest app. It shows it loading and then stops and the screen freezes. I’ve deleted the app and tried downloading it and still has the same issues

Thanks to @googlenesthelp for helping me sort out my transition from Nest to GoogleNest. At first they asked for a lengthy triple-checking with data-harvesting-forms but ended up handling my problem without me having to enter *all* my data again.

Hey @Google I just had to turn off all my @googlenest wifi router & mesh units and change the network ssid over to my Netgear router to handle. You all need failsafes you can not take down entire home networks like this. This is not the 1st time, either.

@googlenesthelp Well just stop. Everything doesn’t need to be integrated. It works fine just leave it alone it was so convenient to use and now it’s just irritating. You need less people trying to think at google. It’s not working.

@googlenesthelp When i try to add it to my google home app it will sometimes tell me it can't detect any of the wires, and then sometimes just that it cant see power to the C wire. So I've tried removing it and putting it back in. I also sometimes see an error code E298 on the screen.

@googlenesthelp I'm using the Nest app. This has been happening since the middle of the night last night. I woke up and non of my Nest products are showing as connected and the app endlessly loads. Inside Google Home they are shown as offline also.

@Google @googlenesthelp can you please fix your garbage app from spinning all the time!? Spent too much money for your app not to respond half the time. ATT GB up and down speed and a google mesh network thats perfect but your app blows. Please fix it, you’re better than this
