@blerg_rush @GoogleStadia The latest firmware update to Nest WiFi totally broke how packets are prioritized and as a result it’s destroyed speeds and network stability. @googlenest team needs to release a firmware fix.

@googlenesthelp can you help me my nest thermostat rarely finds a network and when it does find one it will not connect. I have a new born and I rely on this thermostat to keep her warm. Please respond asap. Thank you. My battery, Voc, Vin & Lin numbers all look good.

@googlenest Ah. Duh 🙄 Therein lies the problem. Old Apple Music subscription expired yesterday. I intentionally waited for that expiration in order to change it to Apple 1. Just purchased. I have original Google Home devices. USA. Thanks so much.

@underwaterryan @googlenesthelp any of the Wi-Fi devices moved , are there any other radio devices been moved nearby(is neighbour be a new radioAM) Any large metal plates nearby transmitter (no correlation with garage door open/shut?) had a similar issue with an intergas controller that got stroppy erratically

@googlenest I don't think I need help. It's doing something crazy. I added her account so she could find her own stuff, like every service (Hulu, Netflix), but those don't stop a show from playing to ask you to sign in again. GoogleTV does that.

A riddle @googlenesthelp - x2 cameras on a dedicated WiFi setup keep dropping offline. Worked for months until this week. Nest hello works fine. It moans about upload speed. Full fibre 900mbps down 100mbps up (verified). Something changed recently, nothing my side. Ideas ?

@googlenesthelp my Nest thermostat gives the wrong temperature outside (7 degrees too cold) despite my postal code being correct. Set it to another postal code and the temperature is correct. Any postal code with V0H prefix gives wrong temperatures. Please fix

@nestsupport_at One of our nest thermostats keeps loosing WiFi. Will not see any networks even though it’s less than 3 meters to the next AP. Installed less than a year ago. 2 others perfectly fine. Reset won’t help. Only removing it from base, draining the battery. @googlenest
