    @googlenesthelp Hi Nest help, My Nest Thermostat is disconnected and unable to find any networks since two days. I tried restarting and resetting and all possible options but it still couldn't find any networks to connect to wifi. Could you please address how to fix the issue?

    @googlenesthelp Have tried tapping to edit/adjust the existing value. Have tried deleting/recreating schedules entirely. Once deleted, you can't recreate with new values. Have tried on 8 different Nest cameras, and they all have the same issue. Multiple users on Reddit reporting the same issue.

    Please do not buy @googlenest thermostat, we have ours 2.5 years, wi-fi chip is gone, and they do not offer any help nor replacement since warranty is only 2 years?!?! Problem with chips is well documented but they don’t care.. Not recommend them at all!

    @googlenesthelp our Nest thermostat (3.0 version) has been offline and not able to find any network. We have gone through the restart steps with WiFi and with the Nest several times with no luck. Our WiFi shows all devices in the area and it doesn’t see the Nest signal at all.

    @googlenesthelp it's the white lds. they're blinkin as same as they are searching for a device, but the problem is that it's not responding neither to the microphone push button so I can't reset it at all.

    Apparently @googlenest Google Nest has a bug that keeps changing my A/C temps on it's own, moving the temps to 90. Zero fixes online. Support doesnt have a fix and seems shocked by this issue, despite numerous complaints of this same issue online everywhere.

    @googlenesthelp About a week ago our 1 year old 3rd gen learning thermostat got a wifi error and since we haven't been able to get it to connect again. We've tried resetting our router / access points / thermostat to factory defaults. Removing / adding to the nest app.

    @googlenesthelp I have spent two days on the phone to you to try to find out why I can’t upgrade my nest aware subscription. I keep getting passed around and no one cares. Why is your uk login for nest aware subscription not working. My nest cam battery is useless without a sub.

    @GoogleNestHelp Why do you still not support #OpenTherm when multiple Nest thermostats are used to control multi zone heating? Not supporting a digital communication channel between thermostat and boiler is not "smart" at all. This is a software issue, why hasn't this been fixed?

    @googlenesthelp I’m on iOS 14.7.1 (iPhone 12). I’ve not tried reinstalling the app, but given the number of others reporting this issue, I don’t anticipate that will resolve it. I have logged in via the web and was able to set schedules there. That’s a sufficient workaround for the time being.

    @googlenesthelp It's not an issue. You could implement it as a feature. Let us choose from different themes (ringtone). I was used to the old one and suddenly I hear another theme I did not choose and can't alter.

    @googlenesthelp my husband & I have spent almost 3 hours on calls w/ your customer service & sent numerous emails back & forth, trying to resolve a doorbell camera issue. No answers - it’s been almost 2 weeks. I call & I’m back at square one. This needs to get fixed.

    @googlenesthelp I am disappointed to learn that as I pre-ordered the Nest Doorbell, there was no offer for free nest mini included. I only saw this offer in the UK today on your store. Also, I was slow on the uptake that it doesn't have a speaker and that you need a nest mini.

    the @googlenest @madebygoogle is one of the most poorly conceived solutions. While the camera may be nice, the number of accessories needed to get it installed is pretty long. Not having a wired option is a security nightmare for a "security" solution.

    @googlenesthelp The Nest iOS app logs me out about once a day. It seems any time it has trouble loading it gives up and logs me out. Very frustrating.

    @googlenest My Chromecast Ultra, Home Mini & Nest Hub all integrated fine. Cancel Gsuite and stop paying? Probably not, but I will at least look into options. Dump Nest Thermostat and eat the $230 I paid for it? Probably..and post several low ratings with reviews to help people avoid same

    @googlenesthelp Looks like its out of warranty (Bought & Installed in July 2020). It appears that's the reason my order was cancelled. Just searched on Google and looks like this is a very common issue (probably a defect). I guess I'll start looking for an alternative solution/doorbell.
