@RogersHelps This is getting ridiculous. You better pay for all the data everyone has been using. I understand it was a power outage but we pay big money for your crappy service. Everyone has ask you guys when it will be fixed and a game plan. You guys keep saying thank you for your patience.

Any chance @Rogers internet will ever be connected in Barrhaven again? I spoke to several people yesterday in my community and we don’t get it. Power is back. No trees down and @Bell is working fine. Tonight will be night 6 for us. Some feedback from @RogersHelps please. ETA?

@RogersHelps complete blackout since last Saturday! The lack of communication seems to be par for the course considering the astronomical prices we pay. The least @RogersHelps could do is update the affected customers with a real response and notfrom a Bot.

Poor communication from @RogersHelps to residents of Ottawa is a result of being part of a protected oligopoly. Their merger with Shaw should not be supported @anitavandenbeld

@RogersHelps You really should be doing something. People are going over on data just to be connected to help, or to work, or anything. As I understand it, Bell is offering to waive some data costs. That’s the least you can do.

@RogersHelps DM provides no info/ETA for resumption of service. I’m not able to work without internet & now thanks to Ignite don’t have cable, which is also tied to wifi. @bell if I switch internet/cable/cel to Bell, can you let me know how long it would be to get set up in K1V area code?

@RogersHelps I find it hard to believe you don’t have a game plan or which areas will be fixed when. This is very unprofessional of rogers and I hope many people quit your horrible service.
