@michelle_cat @lisaquestions Im saying if you log into the Xfinity app from a Roku or streaming device or smart TV, it will block your access if you aren't on your home network. I literally work for thay company, Im not making this up.

Now the Roku remote control is working now, with one exception the volume is not working, so I must use the TV remote, wow. Maybe it will work later with more updates mercy. It should be user friendly not stealing information, FBI. I report it for using all this time, thief.

@Crunchyroll I love you. But you have the worst Roku app EVER. At least HBO fixed it over time but not a single change came from you guys. It’s glitchy, sometimes I have to close the app 2-3 times just to watch my anime

@RokuSupport no of your apps will open. Are you experiencing an outage? I've reset my network,tried updating, restarted my Roku and none of that apps will connect. My wifi is running fine.

I spent my morning troubleshooting There is a fix OK If you buy a Roku Some of this kids return the product to Walmart for a big gain Ok The bug is the remote control to rob you. If you find yourself in German language yes you are infected. Tell someone to bust this kid.

@samrumpza Good to know. My directv price has been outrageous recently. I honestly don’t watch any cable live (except sports). We watch everything on Roku apps thru my Directv login. So I hope that YouTube TV has that.

@BacchusFan I have a Roku stick that I use for my outdoor TV (which is in the back of my basement now because it's February). Do I need to dig that out and fire it up once a month? Legitimately have no idea how this could possibly work.

@RokuSupport Hi, just purchased a Roku Express and I can't update software on setup. Error code is 005, tried resetting router, resetting Roku Express and still doesn't work. I know the internet is working as other devices are connected fine with it. This is really poor so far

@SeanDuschane They removed the regular app. Now it shows up through The Roku Channel. Unfortunately,there's no way of entering your sign in info. They only let you sign up for a new subscription. That's not great news for someone with an annual subscription paid for already.

I went to Walmart to a Roku for my TV, during set up I’m a slow reader. Hook is all fine, but while I reading it said English OK. But it comes up in German language. I can’t complete the set up. What do I do? Should I go back to Walmart to get a new one. Help.

@NewbergReport You may need to also check for app availability in your TV. Up until September when I canceled it, LG still did not have an app for Direct TV Stream. Not a problem on my Roku TV but I had to use a Firestick on my LG.

The whole time Roku is working on Cellphone. Now it won’t let me go to menu to complete this. If I used the Roku remote back to German language twice, since last night. It will work today. They got my money.

@ThatGirl1971 Ah. I’m in the UK so we don’t have access to Roku, etc, unfortunately. At least the film isn’t lost. Is it any good? I bet it’s great (I’d feel better if you told me it was terrible and I wasn’t missing anything!)

@MationMiss There's also lots of issues with this. Like, what is someone is traveling and tries to watch Netflix on their phone, Tablet, laptop, Roku device and so on? If anything that'll just cause more people to pirate their stuff.
