    Not having any issues with Roku Channel, Pluto TV, Peacock, Tubi, freevee, etc. Just checked with a friend who has YouTube TV. No issues there. Might be time to switch.

    @PlutoTV I'm having a lot of issues with your app on my @Roku . The app freezes during commercials and I have exit to Home. My ROKU is running software version 15.1.4 Build 3321. Yes I've restarted the unit and no it doesn't help. Your app is version 5.45 Build 3 I've cleared the ROKU cache, removed & reinstalled your app.

    @hulu_support Network error message. Streaming on @Roku TV. Settings indicate I’m connected with excellent signal strength.

    Anyone else have issues with @Roku remotes? 3rd time replacing it and now the one I bought in January is broken and they won't replace it either!

    @Roku Are you guys having some kind of outage? One of my devices failed to update... I factory reset it and now cannot add Apps. Your web site says there is a known issue. How about an update?

    I've already done all of the troubleshooting suggestions. None have worked. The only device your service has an issue with is a Roku stick 3600X on a Starlink network. Every other app works fine. It's just the Hulu app that has performance issues. And by that I mean the video and audio on both live and DVR'd shows are out of sync and usually crash after a few minutes (if that). The workaround is to go to a different TV or to use a different app - i.e. use Disney+ to watch shows because it works there but not on your app. A recent example is the new Librarians show. Works fine on the TNT app using Hulu's login (though I have to sit through ads). Completely unwatchable on the Hulu app. Barely plays off the cloud DVR with out of sync audio and crashes the app every 2 minutes or so.

I agree. dialing things back to drama doesnt solve things. doesnt matter from whom.i just got riled up and apologize. i hope others actually involved and knowing more who dials what can be of rightious help for both being this awful situation.

    For years I had my elderly mother perfectly able to operate her @Roku TV. Now the software is so convoluted and dumb I can't even figure out how to fix it for her anymore. It just wants to stream everything with no antenna channels. It was fine and they broke it with software.

    @peacock seriously needs to fix their subtitle problem on @roku. The subtitles just drop off and stop. I tweeted about this years ago. Luckily I am not hard of hearing but for people are, they cant watch the movie/show!

    @hulu_support Hulu live is down AGAIN on all platforms - Roku, app, etc. I've tried all of your steps and nothing works . . . the problem is on your end not the customer!

    @TCL_Global @PlayStation Turns out it was @Roku's new screen Trial. If this issue happens to you, go into TV Settings > Home Screen and disable the Screen Trial that is listed in there. Fix my issue right away.

    I'm currently watching the YouTube algorithms rebuild my profile. I just got a new Roku, didn't sign in but they're pushing me stuff that's narrowing down who I really am based on the information they have. Very interesting.

    @gcanderson57 @PlutoTV @Roku I'm using a Hisense Roku TV and mine does the same thing you've mentioned. I pretty much did everything reopened the app, restarted the TV and neither of those things worked. Like I said it could be the app that's causing the problem.

    @XfinitySupport @StreamOnMax Got Xfinity email. since I was having wifi issue, I clicked. Reminds me why I reduced bill yrs ago to just basic wifi & got a roku. Been Xfinity customer 30,40+ yrs & still cannot communicate. Chat has never worked. My smartphone incompatible w Xfinity app so no help there either

    @Sling on @Roku Sling channels with scoreboard inset (e.g. ESPN), the Roku "*" function button does not work (to bring up menu to adjust brightness/other settings). Have to exit to a different channel before I can adjust settings. Is there a fix (or way to disable scoreboards)?

    @Roku WHY isn't TBS channel updating it's episodes on Big Bang Theory? It says expired TODAY IT said that yesterday and still hasn't changed episodes! TBS people are asleep or not paying attention? 🙄 Please fix this!

    FYI - no one sure ever by another #tcltv #rokutv - they are the worst. And then you call and the phone hangs up. Never again. @Roku @TCL_USA

    @DIRECTV I did the trial and I have some feedback on what would win me (and I assume others) over from @YouTubeTV. I use @Roku and the left and right buttons for changing channels instead of rewind and fast forward is the worst. Also allowing 3 streams outside but only 2 from TVs is dumb.

    @DisneyPlus Your Roku TV App won't work. Anything I try to watch comes up as a black screen. I can see things when fast forwarding/rewinding, but playing is a black screen. I did not just renew for the month to not watch your programming you know.

    @Roku you’ve got to do something about your remote control design. It’s terrible! The buttons don’t depress well, they roll and often require pressing multiple times to make a selection. Take a page off Xumo, Apple TV or FireTV. Redesign your remote!!

    @Hisense_USA Installed @Roku app to @GoogleTV U7 and when I record to existing Tablo drive, Tablo error = "CANNOT RECORD, DRIVE IS FULL". Had to uninstall #ROKU app and power all off, on to fix. Tv confused.

    @james37144 @Roku It's working for a lot of people but as Glenn said on radio and on the Commuity page it still needs polishing but we tried to get it up in time to work out the kinks before the special.

    @Roku @caseyrosewilson Latest update on Roku has brought on tons of issues. Can't remove finished listings from continue watching, completing episodes goes on to random programs, etc. And periodically it just resets itself. How about rolling back to stability?
