It’s been two weeks since I reached out to HBO re: their unusable Roku app, & TODAY they finally emailed me back with the same generic “troubleshooting” that I did with their online CS chat. What do you call a paid service that fails to deliver, is it fraud? Feels like fraud.

@HBOMaxHelp No, no thank you. You want to know what the problem is, your app is total garbage. You don’t need to know anything on my part except that my roku it fully up to date, the app is supposedly up to date and I’m running giga bit internet. Get your house in order.

@Iron_Spike Anyone reading this who's also screening this make sure to get the Roku app ahead of time and sign in. I had an issue with the app not recognizing I had purchased a ticket. Support was able to work it out but it took a couple of hours of back and forth emails.

@A24 Your screening room app is not loading on our Roku soundbar suddenly. It loads and them immediately crashes. Are you guys possibly having technical issues on your end?

If anyone is having trouble watching the @A24 Screening Room for #TheGreenKnight on Roku, delete the app/channel, then reinstall, and log in. That did the trick for me.

@hbomax Can't stream. It's terrible. It freezes up and then goes back to the Roku home screen. Netflix, hulu, everything else works. My internet signal on Roku is strong. Me and my son are trying to watch The Fresh Prince, and we can't.

Why @hbomax are there so many issues with your app on roku? Every single time I launch the app I have to restart roku sometimes 1, 2,3,4 times. After all of that I start program and can’t rewind, FF without it crashing. Then have to repeat.

@ESPNPlusHelp Have you figured out the Roku app issue yet? I’ve two hours (two separate service agents…) both tried to troubleshoot my computer, instead of my Roku. And when I asked for a credit bc I can’t watch anything… your rep closed my account instead … #customerservice

@Iron_Spike Can’t relate to 2 out of the 3, but I had issues with Screening Room as well (my most notable being that I don’t have Apple TV or Roku so I’m just using a browser, which they’re very particular about), so no Green Knight for me either…

@hbomax - Your Roku app is literally unusable. I've just tried to load an episode for 15 minutes straight and it keeps crashing. Confirmed it's up to date. Please fix.
