@XfinitySupport @DA_Dadx3 This does not work. I did all of that and still no TV. First fix this. Then, create an app for smart TV’s so we won’t need the Roku’s

@XfinitySupport my stream on roku isn’t working either. It’s obviously not an us problem. It’s an Xfinity problem. It needs to be fixed asap since we overpay for these services.

@marsritch @XfinitySupport The Xfinity Streaming App for the Roku is also not working in Bonita Springs. When my contract is up, I’ll consider T-Mobile internet and just stream YouTube TV. If an App is not reliable, it’s worthless.

@ANewAmy8 @RokuSupport this keeps happening to us too for about a week now. Only the Netflix ap on our roku Hisense TV. It lets us open the ap, select a show, and as soon as it starts streaming crashes back to roku home page, no error code.

Our Wi-Fi wasn’t working one night so I couldn’t watch a movie like I’d wanted to…so I fell asleep watching Roku City…I’m obsessed and I do think it’s becoming a problem.

@XfinitySupport @MarshaJNewHeart Having the exact same problem. Just reset my network, restarted my Roku, checked app for updates. Still no TV. The app on my iPad works so it’s clearly a Roku app issue. Please fix.
