Been Xfinity customer 30,40+ yrs & still cannot communicate. Chat has never worked. My smartphone incompatible w Xfinity app so no help there either

Sean N.🔫 (@dsean) reportedI've already done all of the troubleshooting suggestions. None have worked. The only device your service has an issue with is a Roku stick 3600X on a Starlink network. Every other app works fine. It's just the Hulu app that has performance issues. And by that I mean the video and audio on both live and DVR'd shows are out of sync and usually crash after a few minutes (if that). The workaround is to go to a different TV or to use a different app - i.e. use Disney+ to watch shows because it works there but not on your app. A recent example is the new Librarians show. Works fine on the TNT app using Hulu's login (though I have to sit through ads). Completely unwatchable on the Hulu app. Barely plays off the cloud DVR with out of sync audio and crashes the app every 2 minutes or so.

It's now the 10 second rewind button. So never mind. But you can add this bit of knowledge to your repertoire.

After doing a Factory Reset, it STILL doesn't work. HDMI CEC is no longer in the settings. WTF? Please FIX this ASAP!

I pretty much did everything reopened the app, restarted the TV and neither of those things worked. Like I said it could be the app that's causing the problem.
