@TechBrotha @AppleSupport It’s in the Apple TV app. I have tried this on my iPad my iPhone my Mac my Apple TV my Samsung TV with Apple TV app installed my Roku TV with Apple TV app installed they all give the same error.

It does eventually works, but takes a few attempts or more. But I'm glad its on roku anyway. I'm not sure if its a roku issue or HBOMAX. But all other apps work fine.

@DynastyChrisS @Sling When I had sling I had nfl network & redzone, on my sling app & tv, but I used a Roku if that matters. If you log in through your phone to get it on your tv, then make sure you go to “other providers” & search for yours, the nfl network login through your phone is poorly set up..

@Mel102208 I had AT&T when I first got Fubo, and here in Chalmette I was lucky to get 16mps out of the 25 they offered, and FuboTV still didn’t buffer. I upgraded my speed for other apps on my ROKU.

@HBOMaxHelp I’ve done all those steps already and it’s still not working. I’ve had HBO max since it’s launch so I was excited to see it launch on roku finally but this frustrating.

@HBOMaxHelp Yes. I should be able to but the issue is that there doesn't appear to be a screen on the Roku where I can enter my account login and the instructions you linked has not been updated to include anything specific to the Roku.

@Crunchyroll please fix the roku app! It’s crazy sluggish and terrible to navigate. Especially when you’re trying to watch one piece with all their eps. It should show newest to oldest and not the other way around.

@davidbix But I was a Computer Science major. My ex-wife said I don't have a computer, I have a network. Which is true. I counted them at work the other day. There's 7 desktops, 1 laptop, and 2 Pi's running on it. Not to mention a Roku, Apple TV, and some other devices.

@ProfessorDNA @RokuSupport It would be helpful is Roku and/or HBO Max admitted this and fixed it. It would be helpful if they offered help instead of grabbing the money and running. The stock is leaping, but is due for a crash too if this is not fixed.
