trying to put YouTube on this TV while I work on dumb ****. Wii U has working YouTube thanks to homebrew ****, but I need captions and it doesn’t support captions on the TV for some reason. Roku 2 has YouTube, but the app works about as well as Crysis would on an Amiga.

@hulu_support Why does my Hulu buffer and stop working? The buffering happens on the Laptop and it hangs and gives me a restart error on my Roku device.

@ctjlewis @HipCityReg Quarter mil is a scooch helpful. Hardware is hard but worthy. It's ludicrous, if building some SaaSyness. It's a big bet. God only knows if it'll work. Magic leap, phoneless phone, many others are relevant comps. Nothing is determinative. Sonos, Roku, etc shouldn't exist either

@Cup_Cake314 @hulu_support I was having the same issue. If you have ROKU, go to settings, check updates. Also in settings go to device updates. Hope this helps.

@slinganswers You haven't helped. You didn't even respond to my second updated message. FREE APPS, have Cinevault, yet you won't fix yours. Roku's works. Tubi too. We refuse to pay month after month for a shabby product. Fix the channels or lose another customer.

@4080FE @NBCSCeltics @NBCSportsBoston I can still watch it in my phone. It hasn’t played on the roku app for 3 straight games now. It says Error Code: CloudpathErrorReyransUsetMVPDBlacklisted, whatever that means.

85% of my life is logging BACK into my TV provider on @Roku apps - I use to be team Apple TV, but I truly prefer Roku. This is a 2015 problem still wreaking havoc in 2023 though.

It's so ****** up that theres no way to cast to a ******* Roku lmao. It seems so standard now, but it just doesnt work at all. (That said, I do not have a Roku newer than a Roku 3 which also cannot play modern Youtube any higher than 720p)

So frustrated with @Roku and @Target support and their product today. Bought a Roku Ultra for March Madness. Open it up and the remote won't work or charge, tried multiple different cables and power sources. Roku support takes an hour to tell me they won't do anything.
