All they do is clutter up the screen. I've used Roku for over a decade. Bought several, including for others - just loved them. Now? They're so annoying, I may need to find an alternative. It's just not for me. And they don't even let me "hide" them. Not cool. I neither need nor want all this junk.

pompanoj (@pompanoj) reported@MoriahJovan @Roku I feel your pain. I will supress the male urge to try to fix it and simply say "TVs are so cheap they are disposable". Walmart has a 75" TV for under $400. OTOH, I used a firestick to resurrect a TV with lame internal smart tv features. The picture is much better too.

cru λ (@crufro) reportedThe issue here is that pre-generated AI slop doesn't retain. @mesastream on the other hand is multiplayer media. Live, consequential, and influenced by the audience. Humans curate. AI directs scenes and writes the dialogue in realtime. Anyone have a contact @Roku?

Ever since your new 'improvements', my TV shows a blank screen and repeated attempts cause it to crash and reboot. Dog **** new home screen and this issue make me never want another one from y’all.
