@NBALPSupport restarted the Roku, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still the same. Version is 3.8 b 10. I don’t know if a screenshot effectively shows you that the button is not working.

amazon prime has the catalog of films / television i find most interesting and the absolute worst ui (on roku anyway) (I've never used hbo max or apple tv +)

Why is hbo max so dog **** and it’s not being fixed like if I pause my show my app crashes. If I fast forward the app crashes. If I don’t use for a day or two it won’t even load till I restart my roku. And everyone talks about it on Twitter and no fix.

@FromValue @AntiFragileRock @monkey_luffy I have a Samsung Smart TV that I use my old Roku device on bc it works better and has all the apps/channels I want. I also used to have a fire stick which was terrible compared to Roku. There's definitely a moat/stickiness there imo.

@RevRevvinEv the big breakthrough of modern web is the API, which lets 3rd parties connect apps to your data. so a company like roku might actually be building their own netflix / spotify / hulu apps, which means these companies have little control over actual app quality

@hbomax Doesn’t stream on Roku. Keeps buffering. It works fine on the LG tv app. Also streaming some movies on off the Roku app are very poor quality. Please fix this issue.
