    Dear @Spotify and @Roku , It has come to my attention that @Google is regulalrly attacking my Roku streaming device. The first time I installed a Chromecast in the house, my Google Play functionality immediately disappeared from my Roku player. I was forced to use the YouTube app, but could only see movies I had purchased, no TV shows. Recently, I tried connecting the Chromecast to our new wifi. It said I needed to donload the Google Home app to change the wifi, so I did. From that point on, anytime I watch a podcast on Spotify, the video will not work. None of this is a problem on my phone, sitting in the same room, usung rhe same accounts on the same wifi. The common denominators here are me installing or updating something on my Google Chromecast and instantly having a major, negative change to my Roku streaming box. How is this legal? Why is Google allowed to attack my Roku player and disable functionality from other apps?

    @Roku Roku refuses to let me login to my HBO Max account. Now HBO says email and password don’t look right. Yet when I use the Vizio remote, there’s no problem. 🤷🏼

    @Roku @raizalicea Roku is still broken. My continue watching has necroed shows I've completed over a year ago, and still has items i cannot remove. I get it, you guys have no real competition so there's no reason to worry about quality or reliability.... Just outsource it to programmers that know

    @Hisense_USA Installed @Roku app to @GoogleTV U7 and when I record to existing Tablo drive, Tablo error = "CANNOT RECORD, DRIVE IS FULL". Had to uninstall #ROKU app and power all off, on to fix. Tv confused.

    @DIRECTV I did the trial and I have some feedback on what would win me (and I assume others) over from @YouTubeTV. I use @Roku and the left and right buttons for changing channels instead of rewind and fast forward is the worst. Also allowing 3 streams outside but only 2 from TVs is dumb.

    I'm currently watching the YouTube algorithms rebuild my profile. I just got a new Roku, didn't sign in but they're pushing me stuff that's narrowing down who I really am based on the information they have. Very interesting.

    @hulu_support Hulu live is down AGAIN on all platforms - Roku, app, etc. I've tried all of your steps and nothing works . . . the problem is on your end not the customer!

    @TCL_Global @PlayStation Turns out it was @Roku's new screen Trial. If this issue happens to you, go into TV Settings > Home Screen and disable the Screen Trial that is listed in there. Fix my issue right away.

    @peacock seriously needs to fix their subtitle problem on @roku. The subtitles just drop off and stop. I tweeted about this years ago. Luckily I am not hard of hearing but for people are, they cant watch the movie/show!

    @DisneyPlus I'm havig this issue several times now, I't started with @Roku devices and @Roku Tv's at home saying we were not in the same household that I should update my household, so I logged off from all devices, nothing same problem 1/2

    Don’t ever buy @Roku theyre making junk that’s overpriced significantly. Every tv I have their POS products to use for @GetSpectrum has problems. By problems I mean everything they have including the most basic functions frequently do not work.

    What’s the problem @directv with logging into my account for my @Roku ? The login hasn’t changed as in password until you’ve stated otherwise in my several attempts to access through my Roku. Further makes no sense since other TV/Roku in household is ‘up’ right now.

    @Roku your streaming stick is not working and I can’t find a way to return it. Your support page is asking to speak with someone but the number is not connecting. Not a good support model I see

    @Roku hi, I live in the UK, I have a Roku streaming stick I bought in November 2025 from Tesco. I have had no problems with it until today. I am not able to use BBC iPlayer app. I have done all the resets but still not working. All other TV apps are ok ?

    @Roku I had the worst experience with Aileen in support chat. She was very rude and unhelpful. I love Roku but this is making me very unhappy. I have an overheating device and she said she had to confirm it was overheating before she could help. I mean im telling her. 😞

    @tagesschau Please fix the Tagesschau Roku app in the US! Viewers can't watch Tagesschau in the US. I've tried calling NDR in Hamburg to fix the problem, but they couldn't help.

    @roku @Walmart Do any of you care that the updated pushed out to the tvs have effectively bricked them? Having to turn a TV off and back on to change a channel is ridiculous. Fix your software!

    I have had @Roku streaming and TVs for over 7-8 years. I have currently 5 Roku TVs in my house. And I am about to dump them all. One about 6 months ago just went black screen. Fine it was cheap replaced it. Might have failed because of the issue in the recent class-action. But what is really getting me ready to leave the platform is Roku search. It always pushes the rental or paid options over what is available from the streaming services I already have. EVERYTIME. I'm looking for something to watch find a couple things in this app or that app, keep looking around decide XYZ movie is the best I'll find right now, but can't remember which out of the 5 I saw it in, go search and the options presented are paid. Half the time it doesn't even include the streaming services it knows I pay for. @Roku you are pushing too hard on your profit over the customer experience that has had me over the years adopt and standardize on. Example. Free on Peacock but these are the options you present.

    @DisneyPlus Your Roku TV App won't work. Anything I try to watch comes up as a black screen. I can see things when fast forwarding/rewinding, but playing is a black screen. I did not just renew for the month to not watch your programming you know.
