My Roku Ultra updated to OS 11 yesterday and I'm not at all shocked to find out that they were full of **** and their Roku app is still a steaming pile of crap!

Transferred me to Customer Care who said just get Optic TV and call back when I want to switch. Funny that my Roku works connects with no issues 🤔

If it is happening on mine then I would guess it is happening to others. Amazon Prime, Hulu and Tubi never crash on me.

It used to be quick and simple to access live CNN programs, but now it's complicated, with unclear highlighting/graphics & it never works or loads properly...it's just easier to switch to other cable news channels.

It's almost always Prime, Hulu, HBO or one of the smaller services. That's a big part of the problem for Netflix. You know what I miss? The magic of the red envelopes.
