    @Roku I need the apps I use right at the top. I need to rearrange the quick access area and I cannot. Tell me how to rearrange them. I have to scroll all the way past a bunch of stupid junk to see my apps on the order I want them in. Tell me how to fix this immediately

    @Crunchyroll @Roku Hey is there a way to fix the Crunchyroll app on Roku tv?? It's been saying "session expired. You've been logged out" for weeks. I can still use my account no problem on every other device like normal.

    @Roku @RokuSupport i got a problem with playing video files from a NAS using the roku media player app i have videos that worked before but after i started using the format MPEG2 and AC3 and it's a .MKV file the video works but not the audio doesn't work it works on my

    @Roku Roku refuses to let me login to my HBO Max account. Now HBO says email and password don’t look right. Yet when I use the Vizio remote, there’s no problem. 🤷🏼

    @Roku I’m a long-time Roku fan, but this latest home experience is terrible. It’s so bad I’m considering Apple TV. Please roll it back to the last version or give users the option to do so.

    Dear @Roku @rokuone I have been nothing but a fan and advocate, until now. Your last update is atrocious. I don’t know who your UX/UI team are or what they were thinking, but they got this all wrong. I could not be more unhappy. You turned one click into 3 or 4. How could that have ever been your goal? Who approved this? It’s just absurd. I will be looking for alternatives because that’s how bad you’ve broken this. And don’t think I didn’t notice that you continue to jam Howdy down my throat. I have deleted it every time, why would you continue to force us to have that channel when we say we don’t want it? It is clear to me that Roku no longer cares about what the customer wants - the death spiral of just about every company that has ever existed. You ruined a good thing. It is going to have unforeseen consequences, starting with me. Unless, of course, your goal was to shed users. All five of my TV’s will be turned over to another streamer by end of next week as I do some research. What a shame.

    Even after buying a brand new HDMI wire I am still getting the ************* error code PLYB_122. A ******* 8k capable wire. What in the ******* hell @Verizon or @roku??

    Dear @Spotify and @Roku , It has come to my attention that @Google is regulalrly attacking my Roku streaming device. The first time I installed a Chromecast in the house, my Google Play functionality immediately disappeared from my Roku player. I was forced to use the YouTube app, but could only see movies I had purchased, no TV shows. Recently, I tried connecting the Chromecast to our new wifi. It said I needed to donload the Google Home app to change the wifi, so I did. From that point on, anytime I watch a podcast on Spotify, the video will not work. None of this is a problem on my phone, sitting in the same room, usung rhe same accounts on the same wifi. The common denominators here are me installing or updating something on my Google Chromecast and instantly having a major, negative change to my Roku streaming box. How is this legal? Why is Google allowed to attack my Roku player and disable functionality from other apps?

    @TCL_Global @PlayStation Turns out it was @Roku's new screen Trial. If this issue happens to you, go into TV Settings > Home Screen and disable the Screen Trial that is listed in there. Fix my issue right away.

    . @Roku Why did you mess up the main menu? Now I've got a bunch of stuff, I don't want, that I have to scroll through to get to my apps, and I can't remove or move them. Also the app icons are smaller? Seriously? Fix this, please, and stop messing with our menus. #Roku

    @james37144 @Roku It's working for a lot of people but as Glenn said on radio and on the Commuity page it still needs polishing but we tried to get it up in time to work out the kinks before the special.

    @DisneyPlus I'm havig this issue several times now, I't started with @Roku devices and @Roku Tv's at home saying we were not in the same household that I should update my household, so I logged off from all devices, nothing same problem 1/2

    For years I had my elderly mother perfectly able to operate her @Roku TV. Now the software is so convoluted and dumb I can't even figure out how to fix it for her anymore. It just wants to stream everything with no antenna channels. It was fine and they broke it with software.

    @YouTube @RokuSupport @Roku Also when watching YouTube and listening on private listening the controls on the iPhone app don't work either. You can't pause a video replay a video backspace you can't exit nothing you can see your finger moving on the pad but it doesn't do anything. Only w YT

    wtf @Roku? What is the deal with our TV. Just left my dad’s house 2 hrs away & his Hisense/Roku TV had logged him out and removed all of his app’s & settings. Just got home to my house and guess what….. all my apps are out of order & all of them require a new login/pw…. Ffffff

    What’s the problem @directv with logging into my account for my @Roku ? The login hasn’t changed as in password until you’ve stated otherwise in my several attempts to access through my Roku. Further makes no sense since other TV/Roku in household is ‘up’ right now.

    Don’t ever buy @Roku theyre making junk that’s overpriced significantly. Every tv I have their POS products to use for @GetSpectrum has problems. By problems I mean everything they have including the most basic functions frequently do not work.

    @Roku hello, whatever forced update that was just received by my Ultra just bricked my device. Factory reset not working. Error 023.4. “Reset to factory settings” fails. Any suggestions?

    This entire @F1 and @Apple agreement has been fine broadcast wise but it's this entire bullshit around it being forced into another subscription, lagging latency when using a smart TV, and crap. Just give me my F1 app on @Roku with a single sign in and one reasonable subscription

    @Roku The May 8, 2026 software update ****** up the HDMI CEC, so that it no longer allows me to control the VOLUME or MUTE for my audio receiver with my Roku remote. After doing a Factory Reset, it STILL doesn't work. HDMI CEC is no longer in the settings. WTF? Please FIX this ASAP!
