@VikiStatus Hi, the subtitles since yesterday 3/3/2023, a few shows like kokdu & delivery man, 100% translated but subtitles doesn’t show up and we’re using @Roku . Please help fix the soonest. Thank you. @Viki

@slinganswers It has nothing to do with my internet it has to do with the Sling Samsung app Sling works fine on my Roku TV and my Fire stick. I can not even uninstall because its part of Samsungs apps that cant be deleted. I am able to reinstall but this does not help.

@VikiStatus The subtitles done for 3/3/2023 are not showing up even if they are 100% translated, I did reload on my viki app channel already and reboot my roku to no success. Please fix this. Thank you. Kokdu both episodes this week, subtitles are not showing. @Viki @Roku

@fuboTVsupport I'm having issues with the Fubo app through Roku. Open the app and get the rotating circle. rotates for 30 seconds then freezes for 30 seconds then goes back to Roku home page. HELP! all other apps are perfect...no issues. It's been a week

@ThatBrowncoat I feel like the only times Shudder ***** up is when I actually really NEED it to work. Like during live tweets and Joe Bob livestreams. I think it's more Roku's fault though.

@SportsBizMiss I’ve had issues with them not updating the app on certain devices. IE - one season I couldn’t watch on my Sony TV directly from the MLBTV app on Sony. But I could pull it up on other devices - Roku, iPhone, laptop, but not my largest/best TV.

What feature did you like/use that broke or a vendor stopped supporting? I remember when @Roku used to work with @alexa99 voice control. This has been an issue for well over a year with no progress on the support forum

I just had to help my grandparents log into my account because I have all the premium channels with my cable package. They’re not tech savy. My grammy getting frustrated cause she the one who wanna watch the game. I’m having to walk them thru how to type on the Roku remote (cont)

@ahess247 I did see there was a requirement that you had to sign in at least once with an Apple device (iPhone etc) which is absurd. Hopefully that’s changed or they drop it if they’re trying to go for mainstream. I have mine on Roku, had an AppleTV years back and thought it was awful.

Hey @TSNHelp , I literally bought tsn+ only for indycar, I have tried the app on my Roku, Xbox, and web browser, nothing works...what do I do??... honestly this app is terrible compared to Sportsnet, Im about to cancel and find an illegal stream.

This is a problem! Netflix Canada took away @SchittsCreek and it’s available on cbc gem, but my roku doesn’t have cbc 💎 🥹 I can’t watch it in 🇨🇦 first world problems I know 😣
