@Dr_H_Bus I have a Roku and a Smart TV (neither of which HBO Max will work with), and a 2nd Gen Apple TV that will also not play it. So if I want to watch something, I have to pull it up on my phone and airplay it. 🙄 I cannot imagine trying to explain it to my parent.

EVERY WEEK there is some issue with the @hulu app, and @hulu_support refuses to do anything about it. It does not matter if you use roku, chomecast, apple tv, it is crap. Please @Disney dissolve them.

@AppleSupport I purchased a roku premiere and activated it and didn't get a free 3 month trial of apple tv+ like I was told upon activation. No code in email and nothing once signed in on the app. I was wondering if this is an apple issue or a roku issue

Just got a roku so that my spouse can watch some football game tomorrow because local @KMOV isn’t available right now on Uverse. Trying to help him figure out how to use this is driving me to Jameson’s. Impossible.

@startrekcbs I am on #StarTrekDS9, although, it's upsetting that the closed captioning doesn't work on the CBS All Access app on my Roku. It works great on Discovery, but not on DS9. I can't imagine how difficult it must be for those who can't hear at all.

After a moment it finished pairing and all was working again - net access worked and the remote could control the interface. Phew! So, lesson learned - if a #Roku Stick days “not connected”, it’s light blinks and the remote doesn’t seem to work, try pairing the remote again.

If you have #Roku do not subscribe to #YouTubeTV. There is no technical support for recurring issues. @TeamYouTube will not even reply to pleas for support @RokuSupport #firetvstick works much better.

@Roku I have been going back and forth with your customer service through e-mail for a week. They just basically told me they don’t have any way to fix my problem. They claim it’s the channel’s fault. Everything streams fine on that channel but 1 or 2 shows. What the hell @Roku?!

@listgirl @hulu_support Okay. Mystery solved! Apparently, the HBOMax Hulu add-on has all the HBO content, but for HBOMax content you have to watch through HBOMax app. I was able to login w/ Hulu credentials & can watch on my computer BUT there is no HBOMax app for Roku so I can't watch on my TV.
