@Ask_Spectrum Terrible app streaming for several days now in western MA! It’s been hanging up buffering and going back and forth from HD to totally blurry. Not sure why no other apps in Roku have this issue but seriously thinking it’s time to give up with our Spectrum account.

@tennistv Your app won't work on any Roku that I have. How long before this is fixed? I have Uninstalled and reinstalled it, used my new password and nothing works. Also, the support options on your website are non-existent.

@TennisAsia The phone app isn't obvious that it's a totally different app to be installed. I found it by graphics. Had issues with my Roku but now good on all platforms. 👌

@paramountplus so I guess you care nothing about fixing your Roku app that shows 'content unavailable - try later' on the ad breaks and prevents us from finishing ANY tv show for the past 3 months? f -ucking useless company. Check & you will see this is a widespread complaint. FIX IT.

@RokuSupport......having problems with pretty much all of my streaming apps.....Paramount+, Disney+, etc......they get into the app, you can look around, but nothing will stream.....no problems from phone, laptop, etc.....only thru the Roku TV.....wifi is working perfectly....

@YooNeverNo @Ask_Spectrum I used to have issues on my Roku cause I used wireless . Once I went back to wired my issues ceased. Numerous devices can interfere with signals too

@tennistv your new app doesn't seem to work on my Roku Ultra. After I input my user name/password, the app just closes now each time I try to open it. The app (and login) works fine on a super old Roku stick I have, but not the higher quality Ultra.
