@valleyshook It’s the only app on our roku tv that has that issue. We really only chose it for the kids channels but one the contract is up it’s gone for use

@RokuSupport Literally all it says is “an error has occurred”. We’ve deleted and reinstalled, deleted again, rebooted, then reinstalled. Always the same error, on multiple Roku devices in our home.

@askparamount I’m watching Big Brother S17 E20 and around the 13 minute mark, the audio goes out of sync with the video. The video is ahead of the audio. I’ve tried on both Roku and iOS, I’ve tried reloading the episode, and I’ve restarted the app multiple times. Please help!

They also closed down customer service, completely, during the pandemic. I'm all for making sure your employees are safe... I'll give them that... However, no work from home was allowed. If you called ROKU Support, you simply got a message saying they were closed (24/7).

I just tried to boot up Batman v Superman and it just crashed to the main Roku menu after like 20 seconds of black screen. Please fix the app @hbomax @HBOMaxHelp, this is really obnoxious.

While I go to the kitchen to get a snack after work, Mia found the Roku remote, navigated to movies, opened F9 on my Amazon Prime, and rented the movie for $20. I have a feeling it's something I can't cancel or return, but if you can help @PrimeVideo I'd appreciate it

@Roku the user interface color choice aesthetic is terrible. remote look feel terrible though with good functionality. they can be improved. just hire someone who work with Apple they can make interface look lot better aesthetically.

@Evtona500 @IceTitan80 That’s fair. Ultimately depends on the devices themselves too I feel like. Never have any issues with my desktop that’s wired to my router, sometimes with my Roku depending on amount of devices in use, but for the most part it’s been acceptable for my usage personally.

@adastroworld @bocxtop Yeah this is basically what I’ve found. My living room tv is hooked up to an Apple TV and then the other is a roku tv. The performance is awful on the Roku and I feel like it’s a combo of the software and limited hardware that’s in the roku tv but who knows.

@KyleKashuv It's not terrible on a Roku, Think Disney+ is the worst, with hulu 2nd worst. Hate the ones that don't keep track of what you've watched. And D+ you cant just put it on hold, have to cancel so lose your watchlist.

@lenubienne @SeauxMelaux I got one of those Roku TVs last Christmas (a gift to myself on sale) and it seems to handle the HBOMax "channel" just fine, but I may just be lucky there because my parents have trouble with their smart TV on everything that isn't Netflix.

@Bjams2am @BlazeTV Been having issues on both iPhone and appleTV. Website has also been hit or miss lately. Last Wednesday I was unable to watch the live show, today I’ve been unable to listen to anything on Blaze. Not limited to Roku.
