@AcornTV Acorn hasn’t worked on my new Roku Ultra since I bought it 3 weeks ago. At the beginning of 90% of shows, the screen goes static and Roku device reboots. I don’t have this issue w/any other app. I have checked for updates and I’ve deleted and re-added the app. Issue is now worse!

@Roku I have left several DMs for @RokuSupport and they have failed to respond. @RokuSupport is not very helpful, especially in a time where you don’t take phone calls for customer support...should have bought something else from another brand, awful customer service! #roku

@HisenseUK Bought the Hisense Roku 50 Inch R50B7120UK last week from @Argos_Online and Netflix, BBC iPlayer, All4 etc are so glitchy. They buffer, freeze and then the TV reboots. So frustrating. I'm going to return the TV unless you can help sort the problem.

@hulu_support your app on my Roku TV is terrible. Twice in the last two days it has marked that I've already watched an episode of a show that I have not watched and then auto play skips to the next episode. Also you don't even have a play from the beginning feature?

@Roku @hbomax the volume for HBO Max is super low and I’ve increase the volume by nearly 50%. All other apps seems to be fine, so it’s not a device issue. Please fix.

@tcm Is the Watch TCM Roku app broken? Watchlist disappeared, haven't been able to watch movies since last week. (Message says "movie not available now".) Logged out and in, deleted app and reinstalled, nothing works. Can you help?

@Stadium How come your Roku app doesn't have the live games that your website is showing? The Gonzaga & Utah State games don't come up as live & available games on Roku but I can view them on your website. Please fix.

@AmazonHelp @blake_words This is happening to me too, actually has been happening for months. I have 3 different fire tv sticks and a cube and it is happening on ALL of them. No problem on Roku or my phone or YoutubeTV on fire tv. This is a constant problem with the ESPN app on Fire TV. Total trash! Fix!

@RuschmanTony Hello Tony, Are you able to remove the ESPN app/channel from Roku and reboot your devices? that should allow you to re-login with your provider login. Keep in mind you need ESPN as part of your TV package. - I.W.

@cr0_mag @hulu_support In my experience, Hulu’s Apple TV app is hands-down their most unstable. My iPhone and Roku streaming sticks rarely experience the problems that seem to crop up routinely on my Apple TV 4th Gen. Case in point - History network is regularly freezing tonight.

No issues with our 2 Roku Ultras for a full year....but in the last month both controllers have have become unresponsive...until they decide to work for 5 minutes and then stop working again. Same issue with the volume. Wtf is going on @Roku?

@apex_perihelion @espn Glad to hear it's not just me. The Roku app won't even load the MNF stream for me. It's ridiculous, but I can Chromecast a pirate stream from Chrome tab and it works flawlessly. Stealing it shouldn't work better than paying for it.

@slinganswers @BGFan01 You also have an issue. At the top of the hour, every hour, when the clock strikes, the screen goes dark and the buffer dumps. The next show has already started when video returns. Roku. Thanks.

@roku @Crunchyroll what happened to the Crunchyroll app? It’s gone to ****! Constantly requires me to log in, continually forgets who I am. Freezes, crashes to a blank screen. It’s nearly unusable! Someone needs to get their **** together!

@Jon_Hoover @espn @amazon The ESPN app is trash and these updates don’t work. send this bug to ESPN/amzn product team. The app literally does not support MNF streaming wo constant buffering across 4 diff fire devices I own, firmware and apps all updated. MNF stream works without glitch on Roku and Apple
