@aaronbronsteter When this kind of thing happens, they need to make it easier to access. On my tablet, they wanted me to download their app. So I did and I got an error message. It's not good enough. I should be able to go to the website and cast it to Roku.

@RokuSupport @Roku i reached out to speak to someone about questions i had. I asked for a phone call. They sent me back 3 paragraphs worth of confusing text that did not help. Now, they are canceling subscriptions i have through you. Someone needs to fix this now. I'm NOT happy

@TeamYouTube Problem seems to be the feed you get from ABC. (I’ve researched a bit) Checked all my audio settings etc. It also happens on my phone indicating it’s not my TV or Roku. I did check those settings as well just in case.

@hulu_support Hulu Live TV will buffer when a new program starts. Sometimes the feed jumps ahead and sometimes it jumps back and repeats. This has been happening 2 Roku Ultras, one wired and one WiFi. Have done all the suggested "fixes".

@davidvkimball Don't buy a TV for it's Smarts. Buy a TV for it's Picture quality etc. Then buy some sort of Smart Stick/Box I'm using Roku as it doesn't seem to miss any streaming channels unlike other options.

@thejudecox VPNs don't work on Roku unless on the router. Wouldn't want to just watch it myself on PC since my mom and I already caught up at that point

@anildash I think streaming boxes solve this. Apple TV, for instance, provides all of the apps w/o those sprivacy issues. I can’t speak for Roku and the rest.

Anyone else having issues with their @Roku devices? Our newest one (only a year old) stopped loading @hulu or @disneyplus this week, but the old one which we’ve had for half a decade (or more) still working with those apps just fine.
