Sometimes my @peacockTV for Roku app just decides I'm done watching it. ...and ya know what? Thank you to that glitch because yes I have been watching snapped on a loop for 10 days and need to get my life back.

@hbomax I have reset my router, unplugged my Roku TV, preformed a WiFI analysis and everything works great. Your streaming App doesn’t buffer right or something and resets my TV to menu mid show every time. Out of all the streaming Apps only yours does this. How do I fix it?

Who did the tech on @hbomax? Holy cow is it awful. Every day for the last four, I’ve tried to watch something on Roku and it gives me the three dots of death before crapping out and sending me back to the Roku home screen. No other channel’s app does this.

@thecorlew @startthemachine Yeah, we watch it on Roku all the time and it runs a shitload better than Netflix (which is awful). I used an Amazon stick before and it worked on there too.

@HannahVaughan91 @itvhub @AppleTV It’s utter crap, Hannah. I ended up buying a Roku box to plug in, so at least I can now steam from their itv app - the luxury! (Albeit in absolutely dreadful quality…) ITV are way off the mark in this field.

@kaitynjojomom @5BellaKnack19 Paramount app took so long to switch from All/Access and be usable. I had to reset my Roku a few times for it. Is their a way to reset or ask for an update on the tv? It may help. I always think forcing an update gets it to "wake up" and finish.

@RJStahelski @JoeMerrick Roku is not rendering a game just outputting video. If you want to just watch/stream 4K videos then yes possible. A 4K capable GPU does a lot of work that generates a lot of heat. Let's not forget a PS5 is about 60% heat sink (that is going to be a big dock). Plus other issues
