I tried recreating the #Quibi experience by watching one of their Originals on the Roku app and, you know what? Quibi's tech was impeccable. No delays, no hiccups, great video quality, quick ad breaks. NO battery suck. Everything always functioned. You laugh, but that ish worked

@ashleyfox_nyy @Zellyanks But that’s how it works, it sounds like you may need to go to settings and update your software/firmware. The ROKU updates are via software online. They don’t actually upgrade your hardware. @Roku, can you help Miss Ashley update her Roku software to download Peacock? Thanks.

@TangoIX21 @YouTube The thing is that Roku recently went after YouTube because YouTube actually disabled a lot of their security on the Roku platform causing infrastructure issues with the Roku devices. Is one of the reasons you cannot get YouTube TV on the device now and other restrictions.

@ioana19 @WTA_insider @TennisChannel I don't know what TC's issue is. I have TC+. I kept getting error codes on my Roku tv, tablet and phone. I was not able to watch 1 WTA match from start to finish on Tuesday or Wednesday. Today 'seems' to be okay. *knocks on wood*

I’m always dropping and losing my remotes…they are so jacked up they barely work, so I went to Google to see if I could purchase a new one and a roku remote app popped up so dope now my phone is the remote for both tvs 🥳

@joe2of3 It’s simple. Took me 15 minutes after a google search to set up including the necessary downloads and browser extension on my laptop. Now I have the Pittsburgh market channels available on my Roku TV using Locast. Already tried it out and the picture quality was excellent.

@HBOMaxHelp @i_Ariel_ @bocxtop Thought it was my Roku tv + HBOMAX. All other apps work w/no problems. Apparently there are problems w/Roku + HBOMAX. Have to wait, patiently, as the HBOMAX app takes inordinate amount of time to load. It’s kicked me out of the app more times than I can count. To name 2 issues.

@Roku I had an Express 2 yrs. Suddenly, a power input message. Tried everything. No help, warranty, or customer service. Bought a new Express. Installed using same wires and USB jack. No issues. If it’s planned obsolescence shame on you. If product fails in 2 yrs. again - shame.

I know Roku absolutely sucks to make apps for, but the Youtube app for Roku has gotten steadily worse and worse in pretty ridiculous ways, considering it's owned by Google and it's not like they can't afford to hire someone to work on it.

@GlobalForceGold I've a roku that's never had an issue. Casting from the app to the TV has issues, casting from the app to the chromecast never does. More blame on the Samsung TV for that but then it launched its own app. Which is ***** to FF so I mix n match them all tbh
