Now the software is so convoluted and dumb I can't even figure out how to fix it for her anymore. It just wants to stream everything with no antenna channels. It was fine and they broke it with software.

It was fine when I first got it, now it just doesn’t work. And this is about the 4th stick that’s done this. Really terrible. Smh.

Recently it's "updated" with no channel numbers, no way to just have antenna channels, and she wants to replace it because it's "broken". Garbage product.

I even did a whole damn factory reset to my TV and still getting error code PLYB_122 for over a month. My TV is BARELY 5 years old.

Just left my dad’s house 2 hrs away & his Hisense/Roku TV had logged him out and removed all of his app’s & settings. Just got home to my house and guess what….. all my apps are out of order & all of them require a new login/pw…. Ffffff
