@RokuUK i bought a hisense tv with roku on (unfortunately) and its the worst tv ive EVER bought. Its so ****. Cant connect my phone to the tv, the 4k is absolute ****. I dont actually have a settings button on the remote, just a star button. Do not buy anything with roku on.

Anyone with a Roku TV have a good recommendation for apps to rent movies from? Amazon Prime always gives us issues and I don't want to use it. I used to use Google Play but they got rid of that.

@fuboTVsupport I'm experiencing buffering this week after no issues for the past 2 years. Issue only with the live TV and not the dvr. Same issue across Roku/appletv/firetv/iPad. Issue also when directly connected vs wifi. Zero issues with live TV on espn+ or paramount+

@F1Help I am getting maybe 30 seconds of playing then video freezes, audio still going, a min later I get BM1300 error. Happened several times on my roku. My phone is streaming fine

Also remembered that my roku bricked itself lol And update caused it to no longer connect to the internet Everyone said “its cool just factory reset it” Then i did and now not only can i not connect to wifi, it’s unusable until ita connected to internet Nice

@adndotcom Switched to Yukon since required and quickly discovered it’s awful. Cancelled and got Direct Stream. Same channels for much cheaper, functionality far superior, & works on Roku. Yukon going to be the death of GCI TV service. Should’ve waited until fully baked and priced properly.

@askparamount The streaming app for Roku is horrible. I can watch a show in the same room, using the same WiFi, on my phone without interruption; the Roku app stops to buffer every 5 - 8 sec.

Swapped from one gigabit ISP to another, same speed package, 1g up and down (it averaged like 875 up down before) the new one can’t even buffer YouTube videos, buffers on my roku, and crashes on the speed test the guy says to me I might have problems streaming 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
