@Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum I just tried opening my Spectrum App on Roku and get the error message "RLC-1002" telling me I'm not in the US. I know you are in a disagreement with Roku, but please help us fix this. I've restarted my Roku 3 times so clearly this is a Spectrum issue

Anyone else in Ottawa having problems with @Rogers cable. Trying to watch the Habs game and cable doesn't work. Thank goodness for our @Roku TV, even with the 90 second delay.

Dear Crunchyroll, I love you I like the service you provide but could you please fix the Roku app so it's not constantly logging me out and also so it's not slow as mud. Every time I want go watch CR on the TV it wants me to log in, about 3/4 the time I go watch something else

****. I was having problems with the Spectrum App on my Roku. I looked up the code it gave me and was told to delete and re-install the app to fix the problem. Only issue: You can’t download the Spectrum App on Roku anymore, which I didn’t realize until I had deleted it.

@GetSpectrum umm. My app on my Roku which hasn't been reinstalled because you no longer can get along with @Roku says I need to live in the U.S. and it regions RLC-1002. Fix please would like to watch my TV since I don't have a box and was using these now useless roku devices.

We have a Sharp Roku TV that is probably 5+ years old. Without 👏🏼 Fail 👏🏼 it crashes anytime we watch something on HBO Max or Disney+. Three minutes in - crash. TV does a full restart, then no issues. I will never understand.
