The remote randomly stopped working and the device itself now reboots itself multiple times a day (often in the middle of viewing something). Very annoying.

Eventually a member of staff on your online chat told me to try later because he couldn't get into the system.

My ROKU is running software version 15.1.4 Build 3321. Yes I've restarted the unit and no it doesn't help. Your app is version 5.45 Build 3 I've cleared the ROKU cache, removed & reinstalled your app.

It simply does not adjust bandwidth ever; I proved it on the PC with some technicals and Discovery's answer was "use tethering on your PC to force it into mobile mode." It's now the 10 second rewind button. So never mind. But you can add this bit of knowledge to your repertoire.
