@F1Help I'm getting a "failure to acquire entitlement" error on Roku while trying to watch qualifying replay (I'm on an annual account, not Pro). Logging out and back in does not help. Reinstalling the app does not help. Help!

@Roku the Streaming Stick was probably the worst version to buy. 1. The cable that connected from the power cube to the stick, the male adaptor broke off 2. The reconnect of the remote controller is impossible 3. And if you do have to Factory Reset, you lose all your settings.

@Unauthorizedbe1 Awesome! I work a lot but hv some news source on all day and listen in and out. I hv NBC News Now w my Roku and adore Alison. I cannot force myself to watch FauxNews tho I should just to keep enemy close but they all just sicken me.

@AmazonHelp U can uninstall something that never was installed, rebooting the device doesn’t work either. I’ll just go get a Roku.

@gummibear737 @joerogan I agree their app doesn’t work well. They don’t even have video on their Roku app. I’ve listened to very few of his new shows, it’s a shame.

@DashingChrisBey Me too especially since it's not available on my Amazon fire stick and the roku we bought just to be able to get peacock wouldn't work on our tv. We are going to have to buy a new tv just to be able to watch peacock.

Wait... me being frustrated about trying to get Lao/Thai subtitles for my mom to work to only realize the subtitles have to be controlled via @roku settings and they only support English, Spanish, Dutch, French and Portuguese. I see... 😒

4/4 As an example during March Madness, Roku has a partnership with TurboTax to allow streamers to shoot virtual hoops on their TV screens with a customized Snapchat AR lens with TurboTax branding throughout. This should help consumers engage more with the brand.

@bluboy333 @Roku The 'agent' is stalling you. They've messed up with the latest release (shaded green logo) and not tested it properly on the Roku sticks - it has failed since March 19th - nothing you can do to fix it.

@tcm Problem with your app on ROKU. It won't play any films available. I get bounced out of the app. I've rebooted everything. I've signed out and back in and still won't work. Yet the live broadcast works. Films work on my laptop and my android app though. Fix please.

@gspence1 @Roku @RokuSupport Had the same problem. I scrolled over, logged out, or to where it says log in then you put in your credentials from your tv provider.

@dplushelp I’ve read online the many incidents of others submitting a ticket & nothing has been done to resolve the issue. There is, from what I read, no cache on Roku & 1 of the Roku’s was brand new out of the box & immediately after downloadingDiscoveryPlus-the 1st thing I did was test it

@HBOMaxHelp are you aware that issues arise when trying to change the audio from English to Spanish? Ex. 1 When on Roku doesn't have an option to put movies in Spanish Ex. 2 When in Spanish on phone and you broadcast on TV it loses the Spanish audio and turns back to English
