@RokuSupport I have unplugged device from TV and all power from outlets, I have taken out device from HDMI port and reinserted it, I have reset the Roku (not factory reset), I removed device from USB and put it on power cord to wall outlet. None of these measures work. Pls assist

@Roku my tv keeps shutting down, all is connected and even went on YouTube for tips which I found about the reset button but that too does not help. I'm going on 3 hrs trying to get it up and running and when it does its stays on for about 1 minutes then off it goes. Frustrated

Sure would be nice for @DisneyPlus to work on my @Roku by @TCL_USA without having to reboot. Every day after using the app once then daring to go to another app coming back to Disney plus gives me the protected content error…

@theswitchbit I have both, but I unplugged the Fire Stick. It gave me issues a lot. Roku just always works as it should for me. Especially the newer models.

@RokuSupport Have had a ROKU 4K streaming stick for about 1 yr. Liked so much, bought a 2nd one. Long-range wireless receiver USB cable has stopped working (confirmed that is problem by swapping with cable from my first stick). How do I get ROKU to send me a replacement cable?

@NOWHelpTeam Done and they can’t help! This makes no sense. @RokuSupport can’t help and tell me to speak to you, now you tell me to speak to them. Your channel isn’t showing anywhere on the channels to download via the device or on the roku website

@justkarl I don't know. My parents have zero trouble with their iPad (when they can't figure out the Fire Stick I gave them). My logic for getting a Fire (in lieu of a Roku, say) is Amazon was the one (at the time) which had content (and had a trade-in program when new devices come).
