I use @Roku and the left and right buttons for changing channels instead of rewind and fast forward is the worst. Also allowing 3 streams outside but only 2 from TVs is dumb.

Each one telling a different story of why my purchased subscriptions wouldn’t work. Ranged from uninformed to just plain lazy & uninterested in helping. NEVER AGAIN!

My ROKU is running software version 15.1.4 Build 3321. Yes I've restarted the unit and no it doesn't help. Your app is version 5.45 Build 3 I've cleared the ROKU cache, removed & reinstalled your app.
