@Ask_Spectrum hey, is there an issue with your @AppleTV app? Channels come in fuzzy, voice track goes off, images freeze. I’ve rebooted all network devices, and no updates are available. It’s just the AppleTV box having the issue. @Roku boxes are A-O-K!

@MacabreMotherLT That's unusual. Does it happen on *every* show? Maybe there's an audio setting you need to change. It could be a Roku issue. Something wrong with the incoming signal. Weird it takes that long to act up.

@CrazyEagle98 I went on Roku and downloaded the Mountain West Channel. I went to the channel and searched live. The USM at UNLV is listed. I did create a login but I do not see any charges.

@RokuSupport My tablet is recognizing three Roku's; probably because I have three Roku's. The issue is when I go to "Always allowed devices," it always says "The allowed devices is empty." I love your product, but this is maddening. Software is up to date.

@MileahKromer I'm not in charge of tech at my house, but I can tell you that you don't have to get married to any platform. Watch what you want on one for a few months, then explore another. A Roku might help. The only one I can't do without is @PBS passport with @marylandpubtv.

Roku promised to respond to my complaint in 48 hrs. It's been 96 hours, I think they just forgot about me. I never have problems with the apps like HBO, it's always the little guys with freaky content. I'm getting tired of paying money that they flush down the toilet.
