@hulu_support I'm using it on a Roku. I am watching a recording of a show that is in progress. I am trying to skip over parts of the show I don't care about. But the way your ads work, it ended up sending me BACKWARDS 30 minutes and won't let me forward anymore.

@paramountplus please fix your Roku app! It no longer remembers where you were if you don't finish an episode of a program, it always starts at the beginning on other platforms the app remembers where I was so it seems to just be a Roku problem

@F1Help No because I keep getting the BM1300 error code abd video playback is at half speed before the whole app crashes, followed your instructions… with so many people having the issue, maybe its not our servers but YOUR app on Roku thats the problem, @paramountplus had these issues

@robbiefaulk247 I don’t have Hulu live, but if you’re watching on an Amazon Firestick or Fire TV I had apps lock up and run bad all the time. I use Roku now and they run great. Not sure if that’s the problem here though.

@optionflowjoe @Stockrateez94 I agree. Thanks for the help from both of you guys. I guess maybe I jump the gun a little early. I could give some example like Roku puts when it broke support then immediately darted to 120. Maybe I should wait a little longer for 100% confirmation.

@GeekintheCity @paramountplus Never had a problem with my Roku other then, the last update broke Paramount's HDR / 4k encoding. Spring Roku update should fix it.

.@AppleTV/@AppleTVPlus seriously needs to work on their captions/subtitles. There are long stretches when no captions show up at all, it's very annoying. This is across all platforms: The app, the browser site, & Roku.

@robbiefaulk247 You could try a different method of accessing your app. Like if you have been using a smartTV with a Hulu app, instead try using a roku or other streaming device to access hulu. I know that's inconvenient but it could potentially help.

@Doug_Tilley @Tubi Legit Tubi question - I was previously using the PS4 app and i could pretty much scroll indefinitely and find whatever gets buried. But now i use Roku and results are limited to 200 so all the stuff that gets buried i don't even see. Anyone else have this problem?

@RokuSupport the roku app I use as a remote isn't working on my android phone or iPhone; it won't detect any devices on our network when we have like 3 tvs in the house. Fix it.

@f1help fix your Roku app! Multiple complaints about the video going into slow motion within a minute of (re)starting the pre-race show. Goes to error BM1300 eventually. Unwatchable.

@f1help pre-race show on Roku streaming stick keeps going into slow motion while the audio continues at regular speed. Switched to watching on my PC now, but hope to switch back to the Roku for the race if it gets fixed. Already checked for updates and rebooted the Roku, no fix.
