@dav1dc @Google @exodus_io My mom fell for crap like this when she was trying to find a fix for her Roku. One solution is to stop using Google since they seem to have no ability to control this.

@AmyLeeDeacon Mine is a Roku 2, I think. I kinda got it secondhand from my dad when he bought a new one and we got rid of satellite TV for a while. I don't think they even make these Roku devices anymore. I'll probably deal with it until it just won't work anymore.

@loveofcinemasf8 Have it for a month now. Just checked the catalogue. Bad quality prints with wrong aspect ratio. Even the newer movies don’t have 5.1 audio. The Roku app is buggy @ZEE5USA

@hbomax I have been using the Roku version of your app and it seems a little flaky. The app crashes out at times and have to log back in. I do not have this issue with the other Roku apps I use. Is this normal?

@TeamYouTube my Sony Bravia AndroidTV YouTubeTV app keeps freezing one second after I start ANY show. I can't watch a thing. I tried restarting, clearing cache, uninstalling, still freezing. My Roku TV works fine. How do I fix this?

@00blueflame00 @Roku @YouTube If you get the emails from Roku, one thing they warned was to NOT delete the youtube channels, because you won't be able to add them again, but they should work if you already had them

Just watched The Crash on Roku. Put your money in a sock! I think the elderly are right again by hiding their money in lip stick tubes (true story) and other places in their homes. Where will we ever find inspiration of true goodness in this world that we live?

I still think they’re best served as an acquisition (if they would even want to do that) for maybe a Comcast, or even Roku or someone else. I think they need to own the remote to make the experience really work. But they’re still pretty cheap for how fast they’re growing.

@AshxoFabulous @HBOMaxCaribbean Yeah the HBO Max Standard Plan only working on PC, Laptop, Tablet and Phone, noting else. It would not work on Roku, FireTv Stick or PS4, which is a shame. Also considering that they don't have the cinema content and their content is limited compared to the US makes it worthless

Is @YouTube giving anyone else problems on @Roku? I even tried deleting and reinstalling the channel. Also restarted Roku. The app just won't open. It worked fine until this morning.

I swear @hbomax has some great content but it is the worst app I’ve dealt with in years. The app on my Roku TV starts up but nothing will play. The apps on my PS5 & Xbox Series X will play, but crash constantly. Just tried to watch a show & had to restart the app three times.

@hbomax is there an issue with your Roku app? Tried several times, but it won't load. Even tried removing and re-addimg the app. Netflix, Hulu, etc working fine, so it's not a connectivity issue...

@AmyLeeDeacon One problem with my Roku is sometimes I have to tap the remote or roll the batteries to get the home and pause/play buttons to work. Another is sometimes it stops playing an app & needs to reset itself. But I've had this device for a few years.
