@hulu_support I tried reaching out via chat, wasn’t any help. Pretty easy to recreate. Sign into the Hulu Roku app with a pin-protected profile. Now ask someone else who doesn’t know the pin to try to sign the first person out and sign in with their own Hulu account.

@AskPlayStation I just switched from a Vizio TV to a TCL Roku TV. On the Vizio I could use my TV remote to control my PS5 but on my TCL it won't work. Ideas? HDMI CEC is on for the TV and PS5.

@HBOMaxHelp We have several different TV's with several different login methods, some are apps on tv, some on Roku. We signed up with @youtubetv, and every week or two I need to login from a pc, because the app thinks that we don't have a subscription. Highly annoying

@hulu_support It’s not *my* PIN that is the issue. *Someone else* signed into the Hulu app on my Roku TV with a PIN-protected account. There is no way to sign them out. I do not know their PIN. Deleting the channel and re-adding it didn’t help. Nor did a factory reset of the Roku TV.

@TeamYouTube I have tried the restart of the app and power down the RoKu and restarting with no luck. The reporting the problem on line doesn’t seem to work either.

Has anyone figured out how to get closed captions on @HBOMax and @Roku to reliably work? Some shows/movies (succession, insecure) are perfect; others (station 11) are a mess and not at all synced.

Has anyone else experienced any problems with @paramountplus? I signed up for a trial and it gives me playback error messages on my @Roku and now after watching shows on my laptop it suddenly claims it can't upload sponsor messages. I don't have an ad-blocker either.

So why tf can't I listen to my liked songs on spotify on my tv anymore??? I keep pressing the like songs play button and it doesn't work..I've even disconnected the roku and forgot Spotify on my roku device and reconnected all of them. I didn't have a problem last night

@AtlanticBBInc @Westinghouse_TV @Roku Westinhouse sold me a TV, they are trying to run out the warranty, with the junkie TV..their techs ( not as smart as Atlantic people) gave me the wrong info to help fix a TV and now it is complely shot...and no CEO will contact me..

@bouffantbecky Thats great news! Once we got my dads weight up (that was a climb) his lingering issue has been short term memory. It really frustrates him not to be able to remember how to find a movie with his Roku. I ended up buying a VCR & a box of old western videos. "Work arounds work"

@VIZIO My 2018 Vizio E series TV is now unusable, from a firmware update. I've had firmware updates before that made your Smartcast platform unusable, but I managed with a Roku. Now, you've gone and made this TV completely unusable! It crashes and lags just powering up!! Unacceptable!
