Matthew Keys (@MatthewKeysLive) reported@Roku UPDATE: I was proven wrong! The Roku TV in question suffered from a software bug, one that the company is aware of and is in the process of fixing. A small number of TVs experienced the glitch, and the company is working to address it. Roku's terrific customer support restored my faith in the company, and I'm so glad we don't have to replace this TV!

Bryan Wayne (@mrhappybw) reported@BrianKemm @Roku Mine is the hdmi ports are corrupted and it is for sure on them as I tried different cable even used a different TV and no issue. If I unplug cables and do an audio/visual reset it will “fix” it for a day then it comes back. It is listed as known issue since update.

I have a @Roku TV upstairs and have no issues playing my subscriptions. Today I ordered another Roku controller for downstairs. Shame on you Amazon. Bye fire stick. A Shubert (@ashubert) reported@roku @YouTube problem with private listening on iPhone app. If you get a call, or switch to IG for a minute, anything that requires sound, YouTube will pause and then when you close whatever that app is YouTube resumes but automatically restarts the video from the beginning.

Many makers and retail chains can sell same models but last few numbers are dif so you get less quality out of it. There’s some fantastic options out there though

I put the remotes up when I’m done. This isn’t really a dog problem It’s a somebody else in my house doesn’t put the remote up problem.
