lol the spectrum app on roku isn't working for me anymore and it's not like i can do anything about it bc spectrum went "bye" at roku so i can't troubleshoot even though it SHOULD still work???? even if it's not supported? had to use the spectrum app on my phone & screenshare

@dudebroing @YouTubeTV Roku isn't the one playing games here. I'm not replacing my TV if Google can't play fair. Plenty of other steaming options that will still work on Roku.

@DTB777_ lightning hit my crib, ****** all the lights n almost all the outlets upstairs. roku stick blew up while in the tv so i think thats why the tv dont work💀

Is anyone else's HBO Max app on roku glitchy as hell? The app's two favorite things to do are secretly go back to the first episode of a series no matter which episode it says it's playing and cut to the end of an episode when you try to fix it

@jseiden I pay for a box from Fios I don’t use (it’s broken anyway), just to have access to a channel lineup that I watch on Roku/Apple TV...it’s like tech debt tax.

@Jason_R86 @NOW Since the update to the new 'NOW' branded app, on roku, LG tv app and through chromecast from a phone, im getting buffering at some point through EVERYTHING i watch. Never had this problem until the app update. Not my broadband, All other streaming services work amazing!

@CatLadyRossi @FUNimation Streaming on roku is horrible, the shows randomly stop and buffer for like 5 minutes then just stops playing all together and takes 3 to 4 retries to get it going again.

I currently have @YouTubeTV and love it. Unfortunately for them, I have @Roku TV's throughout my house and office. If they refuse to work with Roku anymore, I will have to switch to another streaming platform, any suggestions? #DoTheRightThingGoogle #IDontWantToSwitch

@verdejosee I’ve had both. The fire stick always glitched and froze on me. Hardly ever worked. I have the roku now and I download all apps I need. Netflix Hulu HBO etc. and it has never given me any problems. I also have a roku tv and it’s just life lol

@YouTubeTV Extremely tired of Youtube TV. It's pretty obvious Google, and how I loathe them, is squeezing Roku out of the market with their own device. That's how tyrannical companies work. Eventually they'll just be Amazon and Google, **** them both. Get Locast for free or a small donation

@YouTubeTV I've been a YTTV customer for abt a year. Right now, I'm not a happy camper. Prices went up substantially right after I signed on. My local Fox sports are out now, tennis channel is out, the Roku deal will put me over my limit. Fix this please or I'm out.

@fritz_hotspaces on roku is better than on amazon fire stick. It sucks on the fire stick. It is tolerable on Android. For all the work DTV did and T&T being the largest telco, it should be better.

@Roku Don't confuse the YoutubeTV situation with HBOMax. Users waited for you to work things out with HBO. YoutubeTV is the centerpiece of many users' cord-cutting bundle. If Roku doesn't have YoutubeTV, I'm not the only loyal customer that will jump ship.

Firestick has the best UI, doesn’t have Peacock or Spectrum apps Roku has the best sound & picture but doesn’t have Spectrum app & is constantly threatening to remove app Samsung has a terrible UI & doesn’t have Peacock

@PFuentes74 @YouTubeTV The fact that Google hasn't seemed to have an issue with plenty of apps like Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, etc tells me that's not true. It sucks if you have Roku in your tv. But honestly I'd never in a million years buy a tv with a streaming device built in. Tech changes too fast.

Renting a one-room office. I need fast, reliable internet for client work. (And I need my Roku lol.) Do I upgrade my (grandfathered unlimited data) mobile plan to include a hotspot? Or do I wire it for wifi? I like simple solutions but don’t want to skimp. Ready to level up.
