EVERY SINGLE game I watch on ANY of my streaming devices stops at least 3-4 times per game with spinning circle of death. No other apps have buffering problems on my 1GB line and mesh WiFi.

Mike (@Hyper_59) reported@Roku you guys and whoever you have working over there are awful for releasing a tv software update and taking away home screen customization. I have a tv imput that i’m not using anymore (HDMI 2) and I can’t delete or hide it like we used to be able to. 😤🙄

Starko (@Starko2341) reported@ojkoj @Roku *Exact* same problem with all my HDMI inputs, I have three consoles and it started after the recent update. I thought my TV was going bad. Someone suggested going to the input from the Nav menu rather than the button on the home screen. I will try that tonight.

Smigman (@Smigman1) reported@Roku ROKU got rid of their community support forum. Their TVs are now like the rest. When buying my next one, it will be which one has my apps and which one has the best price and picture quality. The support forum was a huge plus. Goodbye Roku.

Ever since your new 'improvements', my TV shows a blank screen and repeated attempts cause it to crash and reboot. Also, I hate that I cannot control the way I want the home screen to appear the way it was before.

If your lucky enough to not have a bricked tv you are left with just horrible service. FIX THE SOFTWARE UPDATE.Hopefully Fox will rethink the purchase

KrisNVnmiP (@SophieMae1022) reported@red_chem_lite @Roku Try the bitter apple spray, it really deters some dogs from chewing specific items. A little of it rubbed on the remote might work. Also have you tried the ultrasonic sound deterrent? That stopped our dogs from bad behaviors. If you see them going near the remote press it. After a few times they should associate the remote with that unpleasant sound (that only they can hear!) Good luck

LG (@lisagrim2002) reported@Roku I have Backdrops set to start after 1 min of inactivity. It never starts on its own. I never had this issue with the photo streams app. It always started reliably. I've looked online for trouble shooting (like start it manually) then it might work once but not anymore
