Why is Pretty Boy Detective Club the only funimation show with subtitle problems?? This is the 4th episode now that im missing out on bc the subtitles just VANISHED. And its the last ep of the season too 😭😭😭😭 (for context i guess, i use the roku app)

@hulu_support Well, it’s been over three weeks since we reported the issue of programs reverting back several hours when selected from the guide. Occurs with certain Roku devices. After several messages and two phone calls, still no resolution. Why? We lost our regional sports.

@Roku Before you deny it, you give the address to go to for help. You begin the chat with an “AI,” which in turn takes you the page you have to enter your information for the 5 dollars. You will not continue or receive help unless you pay the 5 dollars. #fact

Anyone else having trouble with @hbomax lately? Pressing the play button on any show causes the screen to briefly go black and then it just goes back to the same screen. Other times it just sends us back to Roku’s home page. Is it just us?

@RokuSupport I am having trouble with my Hulu live television. It is going to shows that have already aired at prior times. It has been doing this for weeks. I have contacted @hulu_support .They are blaming on your Roku Express device that I am using.

@TVandDinners I don’t know if this would help, but if you happen to have a Roku, you can turn captions on always and they will stay on for every channel. I think you can do it on a Firestick too. That way you can circumvent HBO Max’s crappy settings.

@Roku Reminder: Customers have to pay five dollars, which is a week-free trail for some sort of subscription, which is 50.00 a month, in order to get any type of assistance from an agent. The number you give us is for billing issues only. It’s a lie to say otherwise.

@HBOMaxHelp is there a fix in the works for your Roku app? At times over the last month it’s been unusable. Slow, episodes and movies won’t load, sometimes sound isn’t synced, no picture other times and will crash randomly. Has already taken 10 minutes just to start an episode
