    @Ask_Spectrum is there any plan to fix the "last channel" function on app for @Roku using the RW button. Functioned for years & it just stopped. Every Roku I have no longer has this function. It's really annoying to not be able toggle back/forward. V15.2 B:0

    Just a consumer FYI!!! @Roku WILL NOT HONOR A WARRANTY. My Roku ultra will not keep connectivity. Done ALL troubleshooting. Called my internet provider. JUMPED THROUGH A MILLION HOOPS, still boots off. After all this I get told sorry, your warranty don’t cover connection issues🤔

    @Roku @TheRokuChannel Just had the worst customer service experience with ROKU. Dealt with 6-7 different reps. Each one telling a different story of why my purchased subscriptions wouldn’t work. Ranged from uninformed to just plain lazy & uninterested in helping. NEVER AGAIN!

    Anyone else while watching #wrestlemania after a commercial break, it goes back to the beginning of the match that just ended or just a different part in general! watching on @Roku fix this, I'm tired of fast forwarding, then watching another 4-5 mins of ads then back to Mania!

    @Roku Would you please add support for Siri Shortcuts / automations? I would love for my tv to have a trigger phrase to go to a specific app after turning on at a specific time of day, and could make that work with Shortcuts

    @Roku Just bought a new stick just a few months ago, and it’s already taken a crap on me. Freezes all the time, and now doesn’t pick up my WiFi. It was fine when I first got it, now it just doesn’t work. And this is about the 4th stick that’s done this. Really terrible. Smh.

    @F1Help @Roku @tvglobo This broadcast is becoming unbearable. The audio is out of sync, now there’s a random zoom that fixes nothing. Ever since it moved to Globo, it’s been nothing but headaches. The broadcast quality is terrible, and honestly I’m seriously considering stopping

    @TCL_Global @PlayStation Turns out it was @Roku's new screen Trial. If this issue happens to you, go into TV Settings > Home Screen and disable the Screen Trial that is listed in there. Fix my issue right away.

    Dear @Roku @rokuone I have been nothing but a fan and advocate, until now. Your last update is atrocious. I don’t know who your UX/UI team are or what they were thinking, but they got this all wrong. I could not be more unhappy. You turned one click into 3 or 4. How could that have ever been your goal? Who approved this? It’s just absurd. I will be looking for alternatives because that’s how bad you’ve broken this. And don’t think I didn’t notice that you continue to jam Howdy down my throat. I have deleted it every time, why would you continue to force us to have that channel when we say we don’t want it? It is clear to me that Roku no longer cares about what the customer wants - the death spiral of just about every company that has ever existed. You ruined a good thing. It is going to have unforeseen consequences, starting with me. Unless, of course, your goal was to shed users. All five of my TV’s will be turned over to another streamer by end of next week as I do some research. What a shame.
