    @askparamount I have a Roku 9101x Stream Bar. I have every major streaming service - Netflix, Prime Video, HBO max, AMC+, Hulu, Apple TV, Peacock, etc. They all work flawlessly. When I try to play content on Paramount + I get a green screen with audio. Can you help?

    @ojartist @RokuSupport Paramount seems to be the problem here. If I reset the Roku, I can use any other app. But if I use Paramount first, I can’t get anything to play.

    @RokuSupport Forgot to also say that we had the same issue on 3 different Roku devices, but it works fine on the @ParamountPlus app on my Android device.

    @askparamount Can't stream content on Roku get an error message when playback starts. Works ok on my phone.

    @munchbrunch1 @RokuSupport @paramountplus This is happening to a LOT of people. The problem lies with either ROKU or Paramount+ We aren’t ALL Idiots…it on YOUR end!

    @ceosonson And 1 Roku remote don’t work the all TVs because Roku TVs are combined with other companies now so don’t try it lol

    @paramountplus On ROKU P+ app. For @criminalminds audio plays...but no video. Only CM:E Other P+ shows work fine.

    It would be nice to be able to watch this week’s @NCISHawaiiCBS on @paramountplus with my @Roku but there is no picture, only sound. I went into other apps and they appeared to be working. I tried to reset and that didn’t help either. I’m disappointed since it’s the crossover.

    @Roku getting a green screen and garbled sound on 1923 and Tulsa King. Works as expected on old shows like Frazier. Unplugged the unit and plugged back in and that did not help. What can you do to fix this?

    @paramountplus what the hell is going on with the service. Constantly getting error occurred loading playback. Reset my roku still not working. FIX IT !!

    @tiacalenture If it has HDMI it should work with Roku. They support 1080P and that is what this set will support. That square thing lower down on the left of the lowest HDMI port is an ethernet port. For internet. But I'd stick with the Roku. Just try HDMI 1 and see what you get.

    @netflix Having a problem with your services on my TLC TV with baked in Roku. When i start a show, it runs for about 5-7 seconds and then just stops and kicks me out, back to the Roku homepage screen. I've tried multiple shows and it does it on everyone. No issues on amazonstk

    Anyone migrated from @BritBoxHelpUK to @ITVX and having issues with the itvx app on Roku? Every time an episode ends it exits all the way to Roku homepage. I assume it’s a bug/crashing. There’s no resume watching feature either so it’s a faff getting back to where you were.

    @tiacalenture The Roku LE HD (just a box that plugs in to the TV) is like $30 on Amazon. That would work for the big TV.

    @RokuSupport we are struggling to see any video and hear any sound on any apps we have on our Roku. Any suggestions to help us? We’ve tried shutting it off, restarting it, and even restarting our internet. Please help!
