    @Roku Just bought a new stick just a few months ago, and it’s already taken a crap on me. Freezes all the time, and now doesn’t pick up my WiFi. It was fine when I first got it, now it just doesn’t work. And this is about the 4th stick that’s done this. Really terrible. Smh.

    Dear @Roku @rokuone I have been nothing but a fan and advocate, until now. Your last update is atrocious. I don’t know who your UX/UI team are or what they were thinking, but they got this all wrong. I could not be more unhappy. You turned one click into 3 or 4. How could that have ever been your goal? Who approved this? It’s just absurd. I will be looking for alternatives because that’s how bad you’ve broken this. And don’t think I didn’t notice that you continue to jam Howdy down my throat. I have deleted it every time, why would you continue to force us to have that channel when we say we don’t want it? It is clear to me that Roku no longer cares about what the customer wants - the death spiral of just about every company that has ever existed. You ruined a good thing. It is going to have unforeseen consequences, starting with me. Unless, of course, your goal was to shed users. All five of my TV’s will be turned over to another streamer by end of next week as I do some research. What a shame.

    @Roku Are you guys having some kind of outage? One of my devices failed to update... I factory reset it and now cannot add Apps. Your web site says there is a known issue. How about an update?

    I'll NEVER buy another @Roku TV. Mom's is 8 years old and it was fine. Turn it on, it had all her channel numbers on antenna. Recently it's "updated" with no channel numbers, no way to just have antenna channels, and she wants to replace it because it's "broken". Garbage product.

    Hey @Roku. I had a device apparently fail. Bought a new streaming stick and there was nothing wrong with the device. Now I am thinking this is a "you" issue. Currently, I am unable to add the new device. In addition, I am able to log into my account via the Web but not the Android app.

    @CordCuttersNews Great! I will make sure after I throw this POS TV down the stairs that I never buy another @Roku TV again. Every update makes my TV more useless and unusable. Can't wait! 😒😑

    @Roku @TheRokuChannel Keep getting connection issue error and telling me to check my connection, then it dumps me back to main Roku menu. Connection is fine. I have no problems with other apps, just with Roku Channel. I have checked for updates and rebooted. Still getting error.

    Finally watching @this_is_acw After Shock. Starting from beginning. Had issues with devices so eventually settled in on canceling the subscription through @Roku and then subscribing to @Triller_TV+ itself and hopefully this will let me watch it on 2 tvs.

    @Roku @raizalicea Roku is still broken. My continue watching has necroed shows I've completed over a year ago, and still has items i cannot remove. I get it, you guys have no real competition so there's no reason to worry about quality or reliability.... Just outsource it to programmers that know

    @Roku hi, I live in the UK, I have a Roku streaming stick I bought in November 2025 from Tesco. I have had no problems with it until today. I am not able to use BBC iPlayer app. I have done all the resets but still not working. All other TV apps are ok ?

    @DisneyPlus I'm havig this issue several times now, I't started with @Roku devices and @Roku Tv's at home saying we were not in the same household that I should update my household, so I logged off from all devices, nothing same problem 1/2
