@JadahParadox I use VZ for internet. Then everyone else via roku. (Amazon, Netflix, Disney, HBO max, apple). I know I have problem lol.

@RokuSupport Unable to access Amazon Prime, starts to load showing the logo, then disappears and takes me back to the Roku home screen showing all apps. Have restarted Roku, still the same issue. Help please. Thanks

@JoeMerrick But why can't the dock output to 4k and the handheld just keep doing what it's been doing. That's the issue, the dock should be able to do 4k if a little roku stick can.

I'm so annoyed. My Roku remote crapped out, I ordered a new one. It doesn't work. In the fine print it says, "NOT for use with Roku Stick". ****. Had to order a different (more expensive) one.

@JHendrix6426 @nfldraftscout For two weeks I can only watch Antenna tv because TCL Roku force quits to home screen on every app within ten minutes of starting a program. Nothing works except Firestick on another tv. No fix, upgrade or support has made it work.

@EyesOpen345635 @Ask_Spectrum Nah, it’s def spectrum. I’ve had that pop up as well and ignore it. My app was working fine. Nobody uninstalled. It was a system wide app issue they had. Spectrum always has issues. It wasn’t just on the Roku. People were having issues with the app on all devices.

@Roku My remote and android app suddenly stopped working I can open it but it doesn't allow me to select a channel or move the selector to do a system update or restart I am double checking everything t have read & currently have it turned off unplugged but is there a fix?

Hey @Roku guess what? I STILL can't play the @ESPN channel on my player! ESPN refuses to help, saying it's YOUR issue and your so-called support section won't get me to an agent w/my device. Does anyone there actually give a damn that this channel hasn't worked in WEEKS?

@TImperitive I’m trying to figure out a few options and plan on making the switch by the end of the month. Definitely dropping everything but internet with Xfinity. Then I decide between Roku & Firestick, find out if my tv will work with a digital antenna. Pick a couple streaming services…

@rohindhar We are 6 weeks in on our 1st cabin (9 guests so far) and we've had someone smoke inside (not allowed), someone lost the wireless remote for the fan/light (had to order a new one), someone burned our S'mores sticks (ordered new ones) and had to virtually help someone use the roku

@AmazonHelp Thank you, I did all of that first. I strongly believe the issue is with @RokuSupport . I have heard from multiple other customers that Prime Video stopped working a few hours ago after Roku pushed out an update. Still waiting for a response from them.
