They say it's an ongoing issue that their IT team is "working on", but come on - almost 2 WEEKS? I just signed up on 3/8, 6 days of which I had no service then it gets fixed but w/ABC missing! I'm so mad. 🤬

@BasementBros69 You can access most of Shudder via the Amazon app, but apparently not all titles are available on it for some reason? And the PS5 Amazon app kind of sucks and has stuttering issues. I ended up just getting a Roku

@peacock so when are you going to fix the fact that subtitles do not work on smart TVs? on both my roku and my amazon fire tv, the subtitles will not come up when i watch anything on the app. it makes the entire service basically worthless as an HOH person.

the Netflix app on the Roku TV is dogshit. it literally freezes, crashes, lags ALL THE TIME (it could be my cheap *** TV but the Netflix app is the only one I have issues with)

It’s not the container (I’ve seen posts say it won’t play MKVs but will play MP4s but the latter just did it and I’ve had the former work just fine before). I think it might be a Roku thing.

@zczbob Apologies for the frustration, LG smart TV's are not currently supported so streaming issues on this platform are to be expected. You can currently watch Philo on your TV using Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Android TV, Samsung TV, and Chromecast 2nd generation or later.

@Roku you have made our screens black (can see some data w a flashlight) but we can hear audio. On the forum you said engineers are aware of the issue but it’s been 5+ days … where is the resolution??

@dapp6410 @BravesOnBally I usually haven’t had any issues streaming on Roku through a cable provider. It’s a shame they lost Chip and Paul Byrd this year, but maybe it will improve as the year goes on. Maybe you could apply for a color analyst position? You would do well!

The Roku app of @NESN is terrible. Why don’t you guys fix the bugs? Still doesn’t start until the third try - every time! Also, for $30/mo would it be too much to ask for pause and rewind?
