@TeamYouTube Clearing the cache on Roku seems to have done the trick: Home 5, Up 1, RW 2, FF 2. Thanks for your help! If the problem persists I’ll delete and reinstall the app.

@HisenseUK I have trouble with my Roku TV it keeps saying it over heating it is not by any heat source and is well ventilated. All I have pulled in is one HDMI for a Nintendo switch and an Ariel cable. Any suggestions please

@jeffgordonla I have a Roku for 1 tv, stopped working for Disney+. At one point the other tv that had the app was not working either, app not tv 😡. The tv w/app works now, but it’s in the cold, uncomfortable room 😭

@PrimeVideo For the last couple of days, Prime won't play on Roku for us. When we select a title, the app crashes and we end up back at Roku main menu. Help!

UPDATE - got it working on my Roku TV, but still broken on my phone. There was an app update in the Apple App Store today. I’m guessing that the update broke the app.

It appears that @disneyplus isn't working on ANY of my iOS devices. I've tried it on all three Apple TVs, an iPad, and now my phone. Signed out and ever uninstalled the app and still getting an Error 83. Oddly enough, my Roku device is working fine.

@ATTHelp Just a bug report. Service: ATT TV Internet ATT fiber 1 gb/s Issue: When connected wirelessly, all ROKU ATT apps fail in playback of cloud DVR recordings, and restart from the beginning. Issue does NOT occur when connected via ethernet. Gateway rebooted. 5' away.

((fe file explorer), but for some reason my Roku devices are having issues seeing the drive via DLNA. The Roku will usually initially see the drive, but only shows less then half of the contents, then it usually just disappears. The drive is formatted to NTFS. HELP

@CBS Hi CBS! I have @Roku Can you make it so that I can stream my favorites easily? Also, there is a glitch when I try to stream @CBSThisMorning & go to the next clip. It freezes & I have to go all the way out to Roku Home & back in. Thanks!

@kamp0104 @shanebacon I get it in my TVs that are Roku based. Just ridiculous that all of these apps/broadcasts companies are getting paid extra for programming and don’t allow across all devices. Same issue with peacock and premier league

@p1ttsportsfan @EpsonAmerica Problem is most people take it out of the box and watch it on defaults. I have a 8 year old 55 in Hisense that's 3D 120hz smooth motion it's not 4k and I'd put it up against anything twice it original price today. Its smartTV side is now a bit antiquated but Roku to the rescue😎
