    @Roku I need the apps I use right at the top. I need to rearrange the quick access area and I cannot. Tell me how to rearrange them. I have to scroll all the way past a bunch of stupid junk to see my apps on the order I want them in. Tell me how to fix this immediately

    @Roku Now, with this new thing, when I turn off the tv it comes back on. Also, many functions that used to work with Alexa are gone. This is not an upgrade, it's an inconvenience. I have three ultimate boxes all doing the same thing. I had better not have to start unplugging the TV.

    @Roku I have done all that and I am not the only one complaining about this. Interesting an older Roku device in another room doesn't have this issue. It started with a new purchase of a new 4k streaming stick.

    @Roku It changed over today and it's absolutely terrible. Everything is all over the place and has messed up my apps and home screen. How do I change it back, cause I'm just getting rid of this TV and will avoid using Roku system and products. You know how to lose customers

    @Hisense_USA So I call Hisense and they were helpful but didn't fix the problem. They referred me to @Roku support. After a brief time on the phone with them the issue was corrected. Both were helpful which frankly is surprising these days.

    @thegreat_hair @Roku How to FIX your #ROKU home screen: Go into: -Settings -Home Screen -Recommendation Rows ---> set to HIDE -Quick Access ---> set to HIDE Now everything is back to normal!

    @MLB can you please fix your streaming app for @Roku and Apple TV so they don’t suck? EVERY SINGLE game I watch on ANY of my streaming devices stops at least 3-4 times per game with spinning circle of death. No other apps have buffering problems on my 1GB line and mesh WiFi.

    @Roku your streaming stick is not working and I can’t find a way to return it. Your support page is asking to speak with someone but the number is not connecting. Not a good support model I see

    @CordCuttersNews Great! I will make sure after I throw this POS TV down the stairs that I never buy another @Roku TV again. Every update makes my TV more useless and unusable. Can't wait! 😒😑

    @F1Help @Roku @tvglobo This broadcast is becoming unbearable. The audio is out of sync, now there’s a random zoom that fixes nothing. Ever since it moved to Globo, it’s been nothing but headaches. The broadcast quality is terrible, and honestly I’m seriously considering stopping

    So @Roku just not going to address the issue they cause on the TCL and I assuming other TV’s with that horrible update or fix it? I am tired of having to reset things to get i to recognize the HDMI ports or them not be corrupted every day since.

    @Roku The new Home Screen is terrible. I had everything set up exactly how I wanted it, in the order that I wanted it, and now I can’t change it back. Go back to the old Home Screen. Clearly the comments here, like mine, do not support this change. Listen to your customers.

    @Roku Ghaaa......What did u do?! Update bad! Please don't fix what is not broke. Let user decide! 2 nights in find organize LOCAL ANTENNA channels, renam lil tile, now it's GONE! 😱 Where is it? Want on home screen! Hisense Roku TV

    I have no idea what anyone else thinks, but @Roku's new Home Screen adds are awful!! There is NO way to remove the adds. All they do is clutter up the screen. I've used Roku for over a decade. Bought several, including for others - just loved them. Now? They're so annoying, I may need to find an alternative. It's just not for me. And they don't even let me "hide" them. Not cool. I neither need nor want all this junk.

    Wow - this new @Roku Home Screen update they forced on everyone is one of the worst technology “upgrades” ever. Lost the ability to customize the Home Screen - and they added a lot of apps no one wants, that you can’t remove. Horrible decision - the customer is always last…

    I generally just let the @Roku screensavers scroll while I do other stuff, but I think it got an update recently because the Roku City screensaver just flat does not work anymore. It's a black screen. Back button doesn't work. Gotta use the Home button to return to the menu.

    @thatoneguychaz @FOXSoccer @Roku Fox One is a hot mess. They seem to have blown it on capacity planning. A Grok survey of complaints confirms the issues are multi platform. Roku has a 100 million user base so they are going to get mentioned more than others, but it's cross platform. If there's something roku can do to help fix thst would be great though. The games on Fox over the air have worked just fine. This is when having a $40 Walmart antenna or even better a Tablo antenna tuner/dvr is helpful. The problem is they seem to have 37 games scheduled for streaming only.
