@Xfinity No go on #SNF #NBC. Internet seems to be working, but my Wireless cable box, my Stream app on Roku, and my NBC app all don't work.

@Azrael_Speaks @GirlOnAHippo Only thing I'll add, avoid onn. tvs They're Walmart brand, but I've had to return multiple due to the myriad of problems they have, and they're just bad quality comparatively to Samsung or other top brands. I have a Roku brand one that I do really like tho.

@verge Trust me if it works like the Fire HD tablet, the Fire TV and remote,(both of which had serious issues) you would be MUCH better off with Roku or Google : wouldn't own another Amazon product if they paid me, too much hassle (doesn't work right) and too much personal info REQUIRED

@slinganswers on the “chat” option for 1 1/2 hours and still no answers as to why Redzone isn’t accessible on my phone app or Roku. The charge happened just fine! Plus, the second chat person just stopped responding. Can’t fix the problem - just ignore the customer I guess - nice

@schotts @Verizon I picked up one of their 5G boxes this past week and have been underwhelmed. My home is full on TCL/Roku TVs and they can’t see the WiFi. Computers and iPhone can. I called tech support but their only suggestion was to change the router name. Didn’t help.

@TCL_USA I got played when I thought I was buying a Roku tv and it was a damn google tv. I have to crest a new login for google just to access my apps that have their own logins…. Negative.

Probably should have revealed this sooner but I was too optimistic, there won’t be streams until I can get my damn ROKU to work again, YouTube and google didn’t help so I’m in contact with ROKU support, be back when I can but I’ll keep in touch via voice memos?

Hey @therugbynetwork, every time I launch the app on my roku, I need to log back in (even tho it has my info saved). I don't have to on my fones app. Any idea why I have to on the roku app? Tech support help? (it's just an annoyance not a deal breaker lol)

@Ask_Spectrum It's not a service issue. It's a usability issue. I use the app on my Roku and the Samsung version on my Samsung TV, and they are both terrible. The developers clearly don't use the app they design.

@michaelharriot I would say great. And I just put it on my Roku. But the problem you have is I didn't know this at all until your tweet. And I follow the grio news site on my laptop and I still didn't know I about all the services. That is a problem in itself!!!!

@peacock you need to fix your @Roku app. It always freezes the second the “Play From Beginning” or “Resume” mini menu times out and disappears. Even if I select something. It has been doing this for weeks, even after an uninstall and reinstall of the app.

@murphel if you don't mind watching a movie on your phone, you can download the roku app, it doesn't require a subscription or purchase the roku app does not work with chromecast, to my annoyance, but that's not exactly a surprise
