    @Roku OK I have a Roku 4K stick and good Wi-Fi and a very good Samsung TV and I've had Disney Hulu ESPN now paid through Roku I started getting error 83 error 43 couldn't login on TV couldn't watch it deleted everything restarted updated no help from Disney so I canceled them

    @DIRECTV & @Roku rcount your days! Why would you allow a customer to sign up via Roku and thru your services for the same exact product. Why tf would i sign up for the same sorry *** service twice! & for @Roku not to issue refunds after I’ve been charged twice is crazy

    I generally just let the @Roku screensavers scroll while I do other stuff, but I think it got an update recently because the Roku City screensaver just flat does not work anymore. It's a black screen. Back button doesn't work. Gotta use the Home button to return to the menu.

    @hulu_support I have 1G internet using a @Roku Ultra. It’s not an internet or device issue. Like I said, it’s ONLY on this channel and ONLY for games, not regular programming.

    @Roku is there a reason why your devices stopped connecting to WIFI? And is this a regional issue? I could connect to the Hotspot on my iPhone. But I can’t connect WIFI to the device. I’ve tried multiple WIFI from different ISPs.

    @Roku What the HECK did you do to live tv pause? There is no way to fast forward and see where you are in the program. You’ve literally broken the best feature of having a Roku TV.

    @Hisense_USA Installed @Roku app to @GoogleTV U7 and when I record to existing Tablo drive, Tablo error = "CANNOT RECORD, DRIVE IS FULL". Had to uninstall #ROKU app and power all off, on to fix. Tv confused.

    wtf @Roku? What is the deal with our TV. Just left my dad’s house 2 hrs away & his Hisense/Roku TV had logged him out and removed all of his app’s & settings. Just got home to my house and guess what….. all my apps are out of order & all of them require a new login/pw…. Ffffff

    @F1Help @Roku @tvglobo This broadcast is becoming unbearable. The audio is out of sync, now there’s a random zoom that fixes nothing. Ever since it moved to Globo, it’s been nothing but headaches. The broadcast quality is terrible, and honestly I’m seriously considering stopping

    @Roku your streaming stick is not working and I can’t find a way to return it. Your support page is asking to speak with someone but the number is not connecting. Not a good support model I see

    Anyone else while watching #wrestlemania after a commercial break, it goes back to the beginning of the match that just ended or just a different part in general! watching on @Roku fix this, I'm tired of fast forwarding, then watching another 4-5 mins of ads then back to Mania!

    Our @Shentel internet has been out all day. That means no cable tv (because they stream it now), no phone (because our home phone relies on the internet) and @Roku tv’s have to have internet so the app to watch over the air antenna tv can work. 1/2

    @AppleTV and @Roku need to figure out why I can't watch @F1 without the Roku freezing and restarting after 10 minutes. Having no such issues watching on my phone.

    @Roku POOR execution! great idea. I have many roku sound bars thinking they had all I want - WRONG! They all, within 9 months, have problems with: pairing to TVs, won't turn on TV or Roku box, sound crackles, Batteries drain FAST, etc. AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE reply! don't buy...

    @Roku @TheRokuChannel Just had the worst customer service experience with ROKU. Dealt with 6-7 different reps. Each one telling a different story of why my purchased subscriptions wouldn’t work. Ranged from uninformed to just plain lazy & uninterested in helping. NEVER AGAIN!

    @Roku @calvinbrain97 I have a issue with it. On several Roku’s and EXCLUSIVELY ON SPECTRUM app, the closed caption feature just stops working even though it says it ON. And it’s in ALL programs and channels on the app. WTF. I have to exit app, load something else then come back to Spectrum to fix
