I am not able to see any pictures of new movies and series on my @Roku TV. I can hear only the sound. Free episodes/ trailers are working well on my TV. Please solve the issue asap or else refund my money.

SynRen (@SynRen) reported@Roku I brought a brand new Roku TV on 07/05/24, now it does not work. It has a black screen. I called Roku and did all the troubleshooting, and they said the hardware is dead. I think they should replace their defective product. Yet it says it should last 5 years minimum.
