@chrissyteigen @paramountplus needs to be your first stop. Their navigation is awful and not user friendly in the least bit. Roku, laptop, phone, smart tv it doesn’t matter, the nav sucks on all of them.

Thank God @BallySports is offering a free trial on the Plus version. It’s broken and there’s no way to fix it. Hardwired into the internet on my Roku TV and the location is 5 miles away - which is apparently the dividing line. 🙄 So much for that idea.

@paramountplus Please fix your Roku app. Anything we have watched to the end of its credits we can no longer watch again. It always restarts at the last fraction of a second and then returns to the episode selection. No Strange New Worlds or Lower Decks for us now. 🤬

@hulu - why does my broadcast of Monday night football keep getting stuck at the end of an ad? I can hear the next one, but video doesn’t change. This has happened 6 times tonight. I have to close out of the app on my Roku and start over. Help?

Yo, NEVER buy a device from @Roku! Mine's being stupid, their support can't fix it, and their "solution" is to shrug their shoulders and tell me it's PBS' fault. I'm buying an Apple TV 4K and tossing this thing into the trash. NEVER buy one!

Now though although I do not have hearing problems or am legally deaf or anything I got CC activated on my Roku TV so I can actually listen and read what is being said. Double reinforcement for a more accurate memory.

@RokuSupport We purchased our Roku device a year ago but have hardly used it. The reason being, we can never get the power button to work or even the device to turn on at all. In fact, the only button that turns anything on is the Netflix one. Are we missing something?

Hey, @Roku, I'm about to throw my Roku box in the TRASH and buy an Apple TV because the idiot thing keeps the narration for the blind on whenever I try to watch PBS. The feature is turned off, the shortcut is disabled, it WILL NOT STOP. Tell me how to fix it, or I'm tossing it!

Hey @BallysSportsNOR - As a paying subscriber, I was able to watch the first quarter of tonight’s Timberwolves vs Spurs game. I left briefly and upon coming back to the app on my Roku, the game is no longer listed. Fix this or you will lose my business very quickly.
