@hannaemilyy Yep, it’s a tossup, app has been that way for years. nothing else to do unfortunately. The Apple TV, Amazon box, Roku box should work better. Or — you can hook up a laptop. Annoying, yes.

@Andrew66391277 Yeah it sucks. Tried for an hour on my Roku and ps4 and would just play the trailer. If you’re able to cast it from your phone I was able to get it to play proper on the iphone app and cast it to the Roku. @VuduSupport really needs to fix it asap.

@AMCPlus I know this is a first world problem, but is there a known issue with captions on the Roku app? I've tried watching both Killing Eve and TWD and neither have captions. Not an issue with other Roku apps. Any help would be great!

@DanteRoss Many apps/streamers allow you to sign in using a device sync with your phone/device if you have it installed. It can speed up the process. The fastest and most seamless way is to use streaming devices like Roku, Firestick & AppleTV...

@LeviathanCapit1 Android buying mkt share. Hard. Roku is now more expensive for OEM's (hence move by TCL et al). Android already 50% of Europe. If u think Android will lose your investment thesis is very broken.

@BritBoxHelp So when I turned on Britbox on my Roku Ultra today, it wanted me to sign in again. When in signed in, it said my password was wrong. So I changed the password and it still won't let me sign in. What's going on?

@iwanttfc @renzdvr I also have the same problem. Are you all having an issue? TFC is used predominantly on our Roku device so there is NO password or login change. I tried online as the person above and got the same. My payment is up to date

@hannaemilyy Is that the built in TV app? The HBO apps are notoriously slow/stupid. On my Roku I have to unplug and reboot sometimes. On my iPad/Chromecast it would hang like this sometimes. It’s a trial and error process.

@ANN_Lynzee Funi’s apps on Roku and Apple TV are still terrible. Roku is still missing subs all the time and (for me at least) the video on AppleTV goes down to 240p anytime there’s movement. But I’ve also been using VRV instead of Crunchy for a long time, so I can’t compare there.

How the hell are people watching #killingeve ? The @BBCAMERICA app won’t work on ANY of my devices. I’ve tried logging in w cable provider and it still won’t work. It’s not on the @AMC_TV app or @hulu - neither apple products, Dell computer, or my Roku work. So frustrating
