hey @wendoverpro we love Jet Lag but we’ve been getting a green screen and just audio when watching via Nebula on Roku. Is it just us? Any ideas for a fix?

@Jimmy555brooks Did we watch the same show? Roku was there every step of the way? Besides popping up once in a blue moon to give aang advice he didn't do much. His "help" is nothing compared to what Korea received- and let's not pretend like Korra didn't have access to her past lives as well

@Shibby120 @Idris_Isle I have experience with Roku, fire stick, and Chromecast. My fire stick can also be weirdly glitchy and cause me issues at times. The Chromecast is pretty good, but I'm not sure it's exactly comparable to the others because you need the apps on your phone to use the cast.

@RokuSupport I'm having issues with my Roku box and the #Crunchyroll app. It keeps messing up. When will your 2023 model be out? No point getting a new one if the newer model will be out soon you know?

If I were to go to an electronics store and ask for a 20" HDTV without Roku, the sales help would look at me like I was ordering a plate of spaghetti and meatballs without the meatballs.

@Shibby120 The ease of use. SO much easier than the firestick. I had no connection issues with roku but the firestick was ALWAYS losing connection. And Roku allowed ALL my apps and streaming services (we have a lot) firestick did not....

Are you ******* kidding me? Disney+ Basic, with ads, doesn’t work on Roku. So your only choice is to watch on your phone or laptop or upgrade to a premium account.

@CalebJames17 @PrimeVideo What are you using? The firestick? I switched to roku a long time ago because the firestick runs too many background apps at the same time. It bogs down the very little bit of processing power it has, and i had the same issues. Google cast is probably the same.

@4oureye “Didn't have anyone to help him” is too false. Roku was there EVERY step of the way opening doors for him. Especially when the deserter told Aang he couldn't teach him 🔥 cause he wasn't ready. Roku came in like “he's my boy, teach him”. Oops, Katara got burned.

That was weird. I hit reset on the router and the WiFi came back on my phone so tried to go connect my roku but it wasn’t there. Literally had to unplug it and plug it back in just to get it to work

@ITVXhelp Samsung say it’s your app is the issue. I can connect cable but I don’t want cables trailing round my room so I bought a roku express to access itvx. You’ve already stated here that there is an issue with roku. Can you not see how many issues there are with your app?
