@hbomax I have hbomax thru hulu..its not showing new shows..do i have to go to hbomax app on roku and sign in bec it wants me to pick out 14.99 plan...that will make me pay twice...it doesnt show a sign in with provider

woke up this early bc my roku decided it was no longer connected to the internet, despite my wifi connection being fine and i tried everything to fix it but it just won't connect. now i have to wait for my switch to charge 🙃

@ruff_bluffs The Roku app is so freaking slow and sometimes freezes while I'm watching something. The Android app doesn't allow you to fill the screen so a bunch of movies and shows have huge black bars all around them. The website works with zero issues for me.

@kaytlencheyenne I have 3 TCL Roku Tv’s. I only have problems with 1 of them. And it’s every once in a blue moon. Usually if I just unplug it and let it reset for a little and plug it back in, usually goes back to normal. Nothing major.

@HBOMaxHelp Can't launch your app on a Roku Express running Roku version 10.0.0 build 4209-51. HBO Max says "Something made the app close." Ran through all troubleshooting steps with no change. HBO Max version is 50.13 build 3 with no update available. Please help.

@Shann_ME @samtheaustinP1 If you're using the built-in smart TV apps, I would highly recommend getting a Roku or some other device. I gave up on my Samsung apps after about 6 months. They didn't work well, and they never got updated.

Anyone having an issue with NFL Sunday Ticket App? It used to show a video of the channel after you open the app. Now it's just a Screensaver that has no video, no thing. Is this normal or is this a Roku issue?

@samtheaustinP1 I don't know what people are complaining about precisely, but I've noticed a huge difference in apps, depending on the platform. It's really slow and a little clunky on Roku, but I don't have any issues with it when it comes to actual playback.

@RokuSupport No error message. The logo comes up then closes back to the home screen on my Roku tv.
