@zachheltzel The HBO Max app on Roku is unresponsive and unintuitive, but hoping that improves. While I agree the content library is unrivaled, there is also a lot more shovelware content to sift through than when it was just "HBO Now/Go" reducing the avg. level of quality across the app.

I don’t know what it takes @Roku @RokuSupport to get some help from you guys. I’ve tried all your troubleshooting tips and my device still won’t appear in my list of network devices. I didn’t even get a response to my last tweet. Wouldn’t be bad if you had a customer service line

@videocrime @brandynicole Cannot get AppleTV app to work on my Roku TCL TV with some of their streaming shows like Mosquito Coast, Cherry and others. AppleTV app works just fine when using other Roku Devices on other televisions like Samsung.

@DylanWaco Just recently had the issue watching in the last week. I can add stuff to a watch list but there’s no watch list on the Roku, and it’s not adding it to the resume watching list. If I search it it’ll let me resume it

I’m glad @WatchVRV seems to have finally fixed their technical double subtitle error for the closed captioning on their Roku app so now I can watch subtitled anime on the @HIDIVEofficial channel on my TV. Thank you VRV staff.

@HBOMaxHelp Roku. 1st thing I did was restart. WiFi signal was strong. Eventually was able to watch, but had to restart & FF 5 times. Never had this problem before!

Im canceling my subscription going forward until you sort all the problems with your app out for real. Roku crashes constantly, getting ads when shouldnt be, you keep telling people these problems are fixed but they keep coming back almost immediately @paramountplus @askparamount

@Kennymack1971 @PragObots ATT really screwed up when they got Direct TV IMO. Customer service is terrible. We use Roku now. No more cable. We have phone contract with them so we’re stuck for awhile.
