@Xfinity I usually stream my service in a few of my bedrooms through Roku. My streaming service has been down since about 11:30am EST. Are you aware of any outages? Also, I tried streaming through the app on my phone and it's not working either.

The search function on my @Roku Ultra is useless now. Instead of list results, you get pictures, out of order, and it’s missing results. How is an update from May just now changing search functionality? It’s terrible, bloat-ware. It’s bad enough for me to switch to @AppleTV

@garygastelu Have a bunch of Roku players and a Roku TV - they work well and seem to support all (most?) of the services. Certainly they are cheap. To me Roku’s interface is better than Amazons but that may be Persian preference. Never used Apple TV though…

@RokuSupport might sound like a silly question. My first tv that I connected Roku to died and I need to buy a new tv. Will my Roku (express K) work on the new tv as well? Do I need to unlink something or reinstall?

Hey @RokuSupport I can't open Netflix on my Roku for some reason. I have restarted both the TV and the device itself, I have unplugged it and plugged it back in, I updated the device and even removed then reinstalled the app. Please help.

@VilDotMPEG Yes! I've been out the last few days for the Labor Day weekend. Come home and discover Netflix kicks out every time I try to start it on Roku. Netflix works fine on my phone, so I presume it will also work fine on my PC.

Hello, .@PrimeVideo ... For a week or more now every time we start watching _any_ video via our @Roku smart TV Prime app the video stops & we get kicked back out to the main app menu. Even watching through subscriptions such as BritBox, same. Logged out & back in, same. Help!!!

@GetSpectrum I HEAR Spectrum is terrible. It acts more like the mob. Ppl who hv ACP I think that’s wht it’s called - govt helps to pay for internet. If ur svc is disconnected u still hv Internet. Even w Roku & FS Spec will LOCKOUT most watched shows even tho u hv Internet. Spec is CUTTHROAT.

@yup_that_erin @TeamYouTube Oddly enough my phone is working. But cannot log into computer with it. Getting the prompt for me to open my app on phone to accept the connection but it never shows up. I own multiple Roku(s) and they are all failing. Seems like an authentication issue.

@btsport Oi, how come all of a sudden my @Roku btsport isn’t coming in as HD? Is it coz you’re trying to bilk more money out of us now the @ChampionsLeague has started? All other channels/apps in HD, no problem, just BTSport isn’t. Shady af. #ChampionsLeague
