Hey @Shudder Is something going wrong between you and @Roku? I have a year's membership through Roku but when I bring up the app and sign in, it says I don't have it so start a free trial then when I put in my email, it says there's an account here. So I changed my password

My 1st-gen Google Mini/Nest, until recently, had issues staying connected to the bluetooth of my other smart tech- like my mac, phone, even my Roku. But this week it's suddenly working with no problems??? My phone's been playing music on it for 2 hours & counting. I'm confused.

@cdrich2 @srosenthal13 @RokuSupport 1. We can’t do that until probate court names us administrator. 2. It’s a matter of principle: Roku shouldn’t be billing dead people. No other service has had trouble resolving this. Roku doesn’t even have a way to contact them accept a form to which they haven’t responded.

@DisneyPlusHelp I’m trying to use the account I’ve been using for over a year and now I can’t load anything. The log in page doesn’t load on pc. I get errors on Xbox and Roku. I just get a blank screen with an ok button on iPhone and iPad.. Why?

Do NOT buy any @Roku devices ... they do not work with their own wirelesa speakers and you are stuck because they are incompatible with any other wireless speakers. Their customer support is non-existent. @RokuSupport

I just bought a Roku TV Tues & I’m having issues with the remote. It seems like the remote is having a hard time connecting with the TV unless I’m literally right in front of it. Do I take it back to @Walmart or can @Roku send me another remote? Please advise.
