So this whole time I thought my dock for my switch just didn’t work for Roku tvs and I finally tried it on a different tv and it also didn’t work and I’m fr gonna have to break and buy an almost $200 brand new dock if I wanna connect it to the tv.. I AM MAD

Don’t order @Roku. They don’t insure their packages and will not offer refunds if the package is stolen in transit. Terrible customer service. Stick with @AppleTV and @amazonfiretv

@TeamYouTube ESPN on a Roku. Here's some additional feedback.. users of your product just want to turn it on and have it work. We don't care about your revenue model and the need to add 3 commercials for the "right" to rewind. Pretty sure Alphabet has enough money w/o making users miserable.

@hbomax instead of watching The Matrix Revolutions on your app I am watching it on Hulu since your app won’t work on my Roku TV nor my Xfinity Flex box. Wondering why I have either right now @Xfinity @Roku maybe time to just get a fire stick and by pass both.

@HBOMaxHelp Roku TV No error message. It loads the content I want to see, then backs out like I hit home button. Tried numerous titles, and had the same outcome each time. Did system reset, app reset, etc.

@RokuSupport Tried those. Problem, I think, is how Roku handles info re subscrs; it doesn't really delete them. HBOMax doesn't know anything except what Roku sends it. Roku sends my old (deleted) subscr info, & HBO reacts to that. How do I get Roku to really delete the old subscr info.

Today I upgraded my Hulu to include the Disney plus and ESPN plus because I canceled my DirecTV. I found out that my smart TV isn't smart enough for the newer Hulu app and I either have to get Roku or Firestick to make it work or a new TV. I pick up my new TV next Tuesday.

@nflnetwork @nfl #nflnetwork I pay $99 per year to use your app on Roku, and it literally crashes on me every 20 mins. Someone HELP! Sincerely, someone trying to enjoy TNF without refreshing the app every little bit. 😣 (has been happening for a few weeks now)

@cryptodaddydrew Merry Christmas! Just had to go buy a new Roku TV (our old one bit the dust after 3.5 years...) and would really like one of the Roku Voice Pro Remotes to go with it. I think they're $30... $100 would help pay off the new set, though! :)
