@HBOMaxHelp It's not my Roku, it's your app. It isn't remotely supported on PS, and if I don't use the rewind button and track back or forth on an EP using the d-pad freezes the app and requires an complete blackout from the app. Fix that. You don't need my email.

@RokuSupport I used to have a Mexican Roku account which I have closed but a Vix account remained active on that account. I want Roku to help me either close that account with Vix or help me get back my former account and I'll do it myself. please help . Vix's support is useless

@ITV your ITV Hub on Roku is absolutely rubbish. It never remembers where we paused, and then forces us to watch a volley of adverts when we que it to the correct place - every time!!! Help

@RokuSupport i’m still having the same issue with my Roku. It won’t stream video anymore. I have now reset this device seven different times. It works for about a week or two max then it happens again. Is there a solution for this yet? Support is basically ignoring me.

@hbomax HBOMAX is a STREAMING platform. How do u guys suck so bad at making an app that literally only works well on phones. I got a Roku 4K for the express purpose of not having to deal with the PlayStation HBO app because it was so ****** and it's exactly the same problem. WTF????

@CannataPFN Regular occurrence. I've had multiple tickets and they fix it and it happens again. Now it works on phone but not Roku, regardless of what I do.

@Roku Please fix the Roku App for iPhone! I used to be able to use the remote/search function to look up a show or film & CLEARLY see what channels they’re on. Now, you CAN’T SEE the channel info in the boxes. Either the words are too small or just aren’t there. Useless! Fix it!!!!

@Hisense_USA is trash. TV just stops working after 2 years, and they refer me to @Roku like its their failure. Then Roku doesnt even support troubleshooting issues over the phone. I followed the steps on their website which didnt work. Is that it? Is this thing a paperweight now?

@hulu_support we have had issues for 4 days now app opens fine but nothing will play we have deleted and cleared cache on ps4, ps5, roku, and tablet/cell phones same thing happens any video will start and keep restarting till an error pops up

@Ask_Spectrum TV buffers all day long. Saturday, I spoke with support. Went through the house unplugged all ROKU devices. The modem was rebooted on your end. Same issues again today. Constant buffering, or audio and visual don’t match up. It’s horrible. Can’t wait to get another provider.

@Ask_Spectrum You obviously DON'T understand. My issue is with the ROKU app and not with my actual spectrum service. The app says I must log in after checking my subscription for about 4 minutes. It has NEVER done this other than when the app was broken.
