I own 3 @Roku devices. All of the sudden one will not connect to my wifi. Every other device in my house that connects to wifi is working fine. Restarted Roku and wifi 3 times. Did a factory reset. No luck. Cannot get any help from Roku. Chances of me getting another Roku = 0%

To get an "answer," @Roku automatically kicks you onto a page where you must enter credit card info and be billed $46 a month for "help." I have never been this exasperated in dealing with a company.

@bigddan11 @mattsarz Very disappointed in BYUtv. I much rather prefer watching the games on there instead of having to watch on Stadium (and the quality isn't that great) So now what? Do I get a Firestick just to watch the WCC tourney games? (Stadium ain't on Roku from what I know)

@hbomax Just added/signed in via browser. Added channel on Roku. Where's my watchlist?? Didn't get any authentication code. Read all the "help" suff. Removed, added channel back on... no access to watch list, no way to add to a watch list while on tv Roku. How do we fix this?

@MichaelToole there's def a sort of convenience in having the redundant remotes though. Would suck to lose one and have one screen you always have to get up to turn on/off, though I guess the Roku app solves that problem for those TCL tvs

@discoveryplus There's a problem with the roku DiscoveryPlus channel. When playing a program, hitting pause and then resuming, about a minute or so later, playback will freeze-skip and then resume. As long as you start a program without pausing, playback is fine.

@AmazonHelp I’m not sure that this is an error as much as a limitation on your app when loaded through the Roku TV. The app works completely fine except for NBA league pass. Are you 100% certain these features exist on Roku TV for NBA league pass through Amazon prime?

@mltrotter Definitely not my wifi. My roku soundbar is fine and my Roku3 is hard wired ethernet. Also, the one thing my roku3 does really well is screen cast from my laptop so it's not a LAN issue
