@_DC86 I have roku TV’s and a RokuTV express. I’ve never had any issues. I even use one of the rokus to watch cable through the cable provider app instead of paying extra for a cable box.

@musocktheblog My tv is old as **** (2012) and the port only works with certain things. I can’t plug my switch in, and my laptop is too new, my tv can’t support it, so I ended up getting the fire stick bc that one had less trouble with older TVs than the Roku at least according to reviews

I really truly can't tell you how much I hate hate hate hate hate hate hate @Xfinity and the ******* Error 500 on Roku that just won't be fixed. Also, xfinity/activate and xfinity/authorize just don't work. I hate you with all of my heart right now, Xfinity.

@AmazonHelp I'm currently watching through a Hisense 50R6+ series Roku TV through its built-in Prime Video app. It's possible this a problem with the Roku app and using a separate device like an Xbox will improve it.

@paramountplus yet again another tortuous night trying to watch @evil on our roku. Everything from content not available to sound cutting out to it coming back with some weird ratio issue. I've had it with this. Going to cancel mu subscription. No other service does this.

@hacks4pancakes @TantumVero Yes to replace everything, but this can be done when upgrading. The computer was provided by work, so it's "free". In my experience, this TV is less expensive than buying 2 monitors. It takes the same space and no installation or mounting required. Plus it's a working Roku TV!

@veteranrhys I’ve been using it for years and I can count on one hand how many times I’ve had an issue with it. Besides, it’s an HBO max channel problem not a Roku problem. What system would you recommend instead?
