Ben (@TableTopLiberty) reported@DIRECTV I did the trial and I have some feedback on what would win me (and I assume others) over from @YouTubeTV. I use @Roku and the left and right buttons for changing channels instead of rewind and fast forward is the worst. Also allowing 3 streams outside but only 2 from TVs is dumb.

It's now the 10 second rewind button. So never mind. But you can add this bit of knowledge to your repertoire.

Currently, I am unable to add the new device. In addition, I am able to log into my account via the Web but not the Android app.

One about 6 months ago just went black screen. Fine it was cheap replaced it. Might have failed because of the issue in the recent class-action. But what is really getting me ready to leave the platform is Roku search. It always pushes the rental or paid options over what is available from the streaming services I already have. EVERYTIME. I'm looking for something to watch find a couple things in this app or that app, keep looking around decide XYZ movie is the best I'll find right now, but can't remember which out of the 5 I saw it in, go search and the options presented are paid. Half the time it doesn't even include the streaming services it knows I pay for. @Roku you are pushing too hard on your profit over the customer experience that has had me over the years adopt and standardize on. Example. Free on Peacock but these are the options you present.

This is not an upgrade, it's an inconvenience. I have three ultimate boxes all doing the same thing. I had better not have to start unplugging the TV.

Have to exit to a different channel before I can adjust settings. Is there a fix (or way to disable scoreboards)?

Born Free Pronoun-free 🇺🇸 (@SLnat) reported@Roku you’ve got to do something about your remote control design. It’s terrible! The buttons don’t depress well, they roll and often require pressing multiple times to make a selection. Take a page off Xumo, Apple TV or FireTV. Redesign your remote!!

Moe's Place (@MeetYouAtMoes) reported@theblaze Please tell me why your app on @Roku has CONSTANT buffering problems. It's the only streaming service I have that does this. Every show, every day, I have to back out of the live show and come back in every 10 to 15 minutes because of buffering. It's making all the shows I dearly love completely unwatchable. Please respond, or I'm going to have to cancel, because there is just no point paying for this.
