  The process for setting up a @Roku device could be much easier to do. Took a while walking my dad over the phone. Using an onboard keyboard with their remote to enter things is terrible. Sync it with the app or other Rokus in the house to make this process easier please.

  It worked for me I'm not tech support for #Roku #Rokutv it worked for me and it could help you. Also change out the batteries every so often.

  I swear to God I spend 80% of my calls with my parents trying to help them figure out how to manage their duplicitous Apple TV/Roku/Chrome cast hardware. They just managed to break one of the above by trying to jam one into a USB port on the TV.

  @misterbrandon32 So if you are streaming on an older device(Roku Stick or whatever) it has this problem because they changed the compression to prevent piracy. I got a new Roku a while back and it runs fine.

  @ashubert @LocastOrg Maybe they could also fix the app. It’s not loading consistently on @roku or iPhone app. Roku it kicks you out after splash screen, iPhone app is just hanging. I pay for this crap too.

  @TeamYouTube Google Fiber directly connected via ethernet to the switch. Speedtest to Google servers over 700Mbps up & down. One one TCL Roku tv on at a time Stats for Nerds -all in the green with connection speed around 18Mbps. Trial of Hulu on the same device & game looks great.
