@hbomax what is wrong with yalls app on Roku?? I’ve had nothing but problems since I downloaded it. It take at least 4 tries to get anything to play and half the time it won’t let you finish what you watch. Any suggestions?

@WanderinDreamr Same here. I don’t think tixr on roku works at all for anime expo. Hope they fix it soon or at least in time for the vod to be available on it.

@AnimeExpo I bought my pass in advance & can't access anything on Roku. Had to switch to browser - latency & buffering problems are terrible. Will be super sad if this continues during the streams that won't be on VOD.

@Apple Why is your Roku Apple TV+ app such rubbish? It’s by far the worst user experience of all the streaming services I use. No auto play from one episode to another, and it never remembers where I am in an episode if I leave and come back. You can do so much better.

@Writing0n And my roku is a 3700 and it needs at least a 3900 which is like 2ish years later than the version I have. It’s annoying. It’s the only streaming service that I have issues with. Like I can watch it on my phone but??? No.

Looking up the specs of the old Roku device, they seem pretty stingy for a device from 2017 (and might’ve explained some problems): 256MB storage space? Only 512MB of memory? A cheap fitness tracker probably has more horsepower than that...

@vlsrn54 Just following up to let you know that the issue on licensing videos is now fixed. If you're still having the same issue, updating your Roku by going to Settings > System > System Update should do the trick. Thanks again for your report and patience.

Another problem with Roku and Netflix, when rewinding a program gets stuck, you have to exit and re-enter to continue. It is very annoying.

@jinxeptor Also I have tried downloading the app to use a phone remote and I have not been able to get it to work for years now when I know when I had my first Roku in 2012 that it was like a 2-second process

@HBOMaxHelp HBO max is not working on my Roku. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still nothing. You can select a show or movie but when you do you just get taken back to the description page for it.

Hi @ESPNPlusHelp, the audio on the Euro 2020 Alt Feed is out of sync with the video, been like this for every game. Please fix ASAP. same issue on iOS and Roku
