Today my parents told me that my uncle bought a 4K tv and he plugged his old roku into it and noticed the picture was blurry. Instead of trying to find out what the problem was he assumed the tv was broken and sent it to the recycling center.

He did this to 3 tvs and almost did it with a 4th but called my dad for help. My dad had to explain to him that it was the roku not the tvs.

@Roku Can you just fix your damn sound issues with the @Roku stick?!! It goes out in the middle of watching a show at least twice (or more) an episode so I have to turn the tv off & on to reload Roku sound again. 😠 didn’t happen with the Roku box #throwitaway #updatealready #annoying

@blind_scholar What device? I've had that problem on a Roku TV before, and a hard reset (unplug for 30 seconds, then plug in and turn on) seemed to fix it.

@HBOMaxHelp I stream mainly from the app on roku tv. There’s always a lag when I’m browsing. The movie selection is terrible considering you guys have been number 1 my whole life.

@TeamYouTube Are there any known issues with the YouTube app on Roku, specifically TCL tvs? Videos require long buffering to start. Often buffers again after a few minutes. Other video apps no problem. Reinstalled app, rebooted, no avail. ?

@techradar Definitely not the @Roku device, they freeze all the time and play up alot even when fully updated, and @Roku still haven't replied to people's issues

@YouTubeTV @Roku How much do both of these companies have to not give a **** about their customers to put us in the middle of their greed battle. About to toss all of my Roku hardware and drop YouTube TV. Give us the YouTube TV app back, why force us into this work around?

@theosib2 I've been using Roku for almost 10yrs, & have had quite a few of them. There's been a couple times where I've been activating a new device, then just logged in via dashboard. Usually that has maintained login credentials unless I make a change to the account subscription itself.
