update #2 on my TV issue well i just talked to my brother and he thinks my tv is fried so i am trashing it but thanks to my Nephew i am getting a Roku Smart TV that he was selling for $125 witch i think is a good deal but i will lose some of my SSI but its a small price to pay

@legoJETTA @Kory_B12C 2 reasons…. It was the first gen Apple TV and didn’t work with phone remote app. Second, baby daddy hung a 55inch roku tv in the bedroom so don’t need anymore. Let me tell you that tv saved me during pregnancy. Laid in bed a lot there at the end

i finally figured out the solution to the hbo captions not working all the time on my roku tv - if i just rewind a little bit (10+ min) they usually come back on.

@Naaackers They’re not working on it, most of the time mobile apps and other ransoms apps for pets say smart tvs and Roku and such get ignored especially when you’re trying to rollout new feature to the main platform

New to Hulu/live etc.on a Roku, we have T-mobile home internet, now IP address bounces from Denver to KC or other locations. I cannot log in at at all based on home location or I have a Roku issue and logged in don’t have a live option on app. @hulu_support or @Roku, thoughts?

My dad got his credit card stolen. Someone has been using it to pay for Roku. He has canceled his card three times since February but the Roku charges don’t go away. There is no account for him to log into to change the billing because he does not have Roku. Could you help me?

Can Google be sued for restricting non Google casting devices, like Roku? Google while selling phones, does not inform that no other cat devices other than Chromecast will work on Google phones. I bought a pixel pro 6 but facing now a restocking fee or wasting 5 Roku devices!
