@disneyplus Any eta on when the login issues will be resolved? Same issues on IOS Apps, Roku App, Website.. Login, request code, reset PW, repeat. Support Chat and Call gave no clue. @DisneyPlusHelp

@HBO your HBO max wont stop playing narration on lovecraft country season 1 episode 6 i turned off the closed captions but still playing. I checked my Roku and that’s not the problem. But just thought i would let y’all know I have video if needed.

three days in, sling+willow is definitely a life-changer over straight willow. sling on roku is... quirky. UI does weird things that made me think scrolling through the video and skipping commercials didn't work as promised. took me two days to figure out how to work around them

@NBALPSupport restarted the Roku, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, still the same. Version is 3.8 b 10. I don’t know if a screenshot effectively shows you that the button is not working.

@tom_forsyth @JustJakeSimpson @ID_AA_Carmack Sadly, at least on my 8k tv, the clunky Samsung versions of those apps have higher quality than the Roku versions. Especially youtube since they actually have 8K HDR content.

@NBALPSupport NBA League Pass app in my Roku doesn’t want to play the live summer league games. Watch Live button doesn’t work. I can watch through my phone app & desktop, but not through my Roku app. Appreciate assistance please.

Me: Oh man! Can't wait until Mom is out of town to finally watch stuff I've been meaning to watch. Me: Well, tennis is being DVR'd on about thirty channels so I can't use the Roku rn, if I turn the TV down I'll have to fix it before Mom gets home, and why are cartoons?

Don't get me wrong, I often have terrible ideas, like owning Pinterest into earnings. Like buying Roku's dip expecting more bounce. Like believing the Delta variant will boost PTON and ZM. But many other ideas have been largely correct and in some instances, I didn't maximize 💸

Watching $ARKK funds is like an eye example Snellen Eye Chart. I mean they sell entire stake in $ROKU then buy some back today. @CathieDWood is all over the place with this fund. Hint: nothing innovative at Roku - move on. 50mill subs vs 100m for $DIS. I'm available to help!

@RevRevvinEv the big breakthrough of modern web is the API, which lets 3rd parties connect apps to your data. so a company like roku might actually be building their own netflix / spotify / hulu apps, which means these companies have little control over actual app quality

@saxena_puru @FromValue Not an investor but a customer - ROKU has a unique value proposition that makes them stand out and a great quality product (physical and digital). But the one thing that they have to improve A LOT is customer service and touch points that are super outdated.
