@hulu_support It’s happening on all devices: Firestick, IPhone, Roku, and ipad. Tried these items on the ipad and it didn’t work. Given that this is only happening for 1 specific program doesn’t seem to be a device issue.

@BillEiseman if reinstalling the YouTube TV app fails to fix the problem, what you're experiencing is most likely the Bandwidth Saver Feature in your Roku device. You can toggle this by going to Settings > Network > Bandwidth saver > Off. let us know if that does the trick!

@RokuSupport Only on the direct TV stream app, only on my roku tv, the error message was in the picture I included but it says "Somethings not right. Press Home to quit, and try again."

@Roku Hey, You need to get Roku Channel to work on Sony TV OS. Please, make it sooner than later. Thanks a lot. The browser doesn't work well with it since browsers in general don't work well on almost every TV OS.

@angiebulkeley I save as soon as I get my ACP benefits $60 my bills only $100 now. It was 212 I'm going to get rid of basic cable cuz I'm getting Roku that'll be even cheaper then I'm glad you got money back in your pocket you work hard

@YouTubeTV can you tell me why since switching to @MSNBC while I work during the day, my app closes out to the main roku screen every few hours? Only on this app, and only msnbc channel. (Recently switched from cnn where this did not occur).

@DIRECTVhelp Unfortunately these suggestions to trouble shooting did not work. The app has to be uninstalled and reinstalled everyday on my ROKU Ultra device. This started happening after the last app update. It’s probably a bug on your end.

@TalkTalk trying to watch to via the Roku but all apps are glitchy and stuttering. Reset roku, reset router and even resorted to watching Netflix via the tv, still glitchy like mad. Your outage map says no problems yet there clearly is

@PrimeVideo has lost its mind w/ its latest Apple TV update. Overriding the buttery-smooth scrubbing that the OS gives them for free for a monstrously unusable FF/RW that’s worse than a Roku from 15 years ago. The UX exec who greenlit this should be publicly hanged.

@TeamYouTube I watch YouTubeTV on @Roku . Is there a way to change my setting for this channel so it doesn't time out every hour or so? This is the only Roku Channel I have this issue with. After about an hour it freezes and then kicks me out of YTTV.
