Just to clarify, any Vizio tv I’ve used or owned had software issues. I’m wondering if using a fire stick, roku, Apple TV, any contraption of the sort, will bypass those issues.

@RokuSupport Seems pretty clear that Paramount+ had the wrong media published to the channel (on their Roku app only). Affected everyone trying to watch. Don’t think it spoke to any Roku product problems.

@WNBA When I mentioned not having access to games, I asked why not add the League Pass to Roku? You said maybe an option before the end of the season. Some awesome games today, I can not view, my cable does not have CBSSPORTS and now I find out the same issue if Amazon has the game.

@JuicyAdorePJ Fire stick broken. My brother do them for $40 if you buy stick I haven’t had cable in 7 years I get all cable channels, live tv, live steams, ppv, all the movies & I have a antenna for local channels However I do pay for prime & starz on my roku

The way the men gatekeep the tv at work is hilarious. To even be allowed to control the tv I had to buy a remote because no one would give up the password to the Wi-Fi the roku is on. **** the patriarchy.

@DaleJr Assuming it's a recent Firestick - it needs high quality wifi or a hardwire connection. Also - if you're running it off the TV's usb and not a AC adapter - fix that. As someone who owns both the best solution is a hardwired Roku Ultra

@RokuSupport why in the last few weeks I have to constantly change display type because some shows or events stutter? I had on auto but now some shows I have to go in and change to 4k 60hrtz UHD. Some I don't. Something with update? Never had this issue in 3 years of roku

@DestinLegarie Used to work at Roku and most of the deals require some kind of fee to be on the platform and maybe revenue too. Google has to pay Roku if they want the youtube app on there platform. Could be Nintendo is o.k. with game pass but want the extra fee from MSFT. Should MSFT accept?

@DaleJr Hate to say it, but after our 3rd fire stick died on us, we switched to Roku. We picked it up at Walmart instead of waiting for shipping and we've had no trouble with it. You can still get to all of your Amazon Prime content that way.

How to stream on Roku: 📺 Hulu: open the app 📺 Netflix: open the app 📺 Disney+: open the app 📺 @AppleTV: try many times to open the app. Watch it crash each time. Shout at screen. Delete the app. Reinstall the app. Find app in its new place on your screen. Log in again. Easy!
