@HBOMaxHelp Stream w/ Roku. Started Gomorrah. First ep played fine with Italian audio. Second ep only plays the terrible English dub. On the episode screen I have it set to Italian. But when I check the language with the ep playing, it says English and won’t let me switch it.

eventually just gave up and bought a roku to make it easy, but no time for more problems, tv only has two hdmi ports. it’s a new ******* tv from like maybe 2020.

@LucyKDenver I was able to stop mine by unplugging the Roku and waiting two minutes before plugging it in again. That might work on your internal unit too. I did about two months ago and it hasn’t acted up since

@Tennesseine I haven't had any issues with it. What issues are you having? I was having issues with some apps on my old Roku, like HBO Max, but they went away once I upgraded. I dud a little research and found my old Roku didn't have enough storage for the newer apps.

@KathrynHallPR Yes do that. I get Netflix thru Roku streaming on my TV sometimes I uninstall/reinstall Netflix when it runs funny. Might help. Also, check to make sure subtitles are on or check TV settings. Call Netflix too & report b/c it didn’t happen for me. Wierd! Hope you find a solution.

@Trikslyr @Kachelle__ Which is great, but it shouldn’t be *** on regular streaming devices. Fire Stick, Roku, NVIDIA Shield? Like how is that so hard?! It shouldn’t crash when you try to sign in or when you try to choose every episode

@danielegentle Very true. Roku has these features too but you have to launch the app and sometimes it doesn’t work, the Apple TV remote on iOS is just as reliable and quick as using the actual remote

@LucyKDenver Darn. ROKU has been having issues today. Check their info page must be some way to reset the built-in. When I reset it stopped timing out. Luck!

@carrie4beto Unplug your router for 5 minutes. Plug it back in. Wait 15 minutes more. Now Roku should work.

@hulu_support been trying to watch CBS-WLKY all afternoon from 47112 and continually cuts out. I’ve seen dozens of people complaining, and I’ve done all of the troubleshooting you suggest and still have the issue on both fire stick and roku device.

@Roku my control remote stopped working 😭😭 turns off and on and put the volume up and down but other than that nothing else work. Any idea of why?? Have a brand new set of batteries too .
