@BlueTxBlue @johnpavlovitz I haven't subscribed to Disney+ yet because I can barely get internet coverage in the room where the TV is, so I'm sure video would be impossible. I did get Roku hooked up but I'm going to have to get Comcast out here to see how to make it work with them.

@hulu_support we are watching SVU but tried other shows and same thing we normally play it on our playstation but also tried our TV which is a roku tv and same issue. turned on subtitles through our tv as well and still nothing

@AskWWENetwork I'm having problems again watching the app on my Roku TV...especially last night during TLC. Today I keep getting the error message "Something went wrong." then the app goes back to the menu. I've restarted it twice but the issue still remains.

@Roku Gee my other option for watching MSNBC was The Roku Channel which also is not working. Good job. Evidently AMAZON is the way to go.

@TeamYouTube Again.. Software Systems Engineer here. These are obvious coding errors or performance problems on your end. First thing I did when it started : delete, reinstall, reset - No difference. Those won't fix coding errors. Not the first time I've complained recently. This is for @Roku

@AllieWhiteley My Roku occasionally has this problem, but pushing the reset button on the Roku, and/or resetting the hub always sorts it out, I've never had to change any of the settings on the hub lol

@AmazonHelp Streaming using a Roku 3 device. My internet connection: 500mbps. All other streaming channels play seamlessly in pin-sharp 1080p HD. Limited wi-fi devices using the router. Amazon Prime streaming quality: poor, stop-start, worse than VHS.

@HBOMaxHelp Trying to watch Our Boys on my Roku devices: When pressing PLAY, HBOMax shuts down and my Roku is taken to its home screen. Tried resetting, uninstalling & reinstalling, powering down...still won't work. I can watch it on my laptop but it's inconvenient please help

@RokuSupport won't connect to router keeps disconnecting even though I don't touch the device or router. Why is this? Happens at least once a day. It's really annoying. I also don't want to reset my roku again I'm tired of having to sign in to every account over and over.

@RokuSupport You took Spectrum away even though that was my sole reason to buy YOUR product over Amazon. My second option to watch MSNBC, the single reason I bought your device, was the Roku Channel which ALSO IS NOT WORKING. THANKS FOR THE USELESS PIECE OF CRAP DEVICE.

@hbomax @Roku reinstalling the app doesn’t fix the crashing problem. It did (for now) seem to fix the issue with continue watching. So...what’s your plan for resolution?

You'll need to either tune in tomorrow or use a different device.”

Bloody Roku disconnected itself from the internet. Support chap says that there is a communication problem between Roku & the router & in order to sort it I need to change the name & password of the network. No idea how to & presume this will knack up all other devices.

Of course it's an issue with @Roku. You guys need to get this crap figured out. I'm tired of having to watch on a laptop when I have a TV to be able to watch stuff like this on.
