@Bkworm16 I'm using the Apple TV app on my Roku. Not sure if you're interested in one of those. A fire stick may work as well. (Our "smart" TV will no longer access the wifi in our house, so I have to use the Roku for all our apps).

@lexi203 @Viki They must have taken the weekend off. I’ve not seen them reply to anyone. Very disappointing. If they are having technical issues they should at least post about it. I don’t like watching my dramas on a phone or iPad. I want my roku AP fixed.

The issue is also very simple to resolve. Just let me exchange a diff item of similar value, since the Roku Streambar they sold me does not work as advertised. Yet they've kept on denying that request. Instead, the management's response was that it's working as intended.

I just tried to watch Episode 11 of #KokduSeasonOfDeity released Friday on @Viki and (although it’s at 99%), I can see no English subtitles on my Roku device. But they do show on the older episodes of the series. Please help @VikiStatus.

@CraveCanada If only you could actually watch them when they come out. Try to stream them on my Roku and all it does is buffer and then convert back to Home Screen but yet it works on my iPad. Stopped trying to watch the more popular shows the night they air due to being unable to connect.

Hulu, you got to fix things on your end because I was watching General Hospital and got knocked off. I had to sign back on through my Roku TV. I am paying money for this service and I should not be interrupted by technological errors like this @hulu

Just grant me my exchange request or even a refund and resolve your issue with Roku separately. All I know is you sold me a product under false pretenses, then gave me a ****** CS experience for an issue that was apparently because of your negligence.

@rocketb00ster @OrlandoCitySC According to Apple TVs website, you’ll need a minimum 720p digital TV and at least 80 mb/s internet speed to avoid issues. If your TV is not a smart TV then you must buy an Apple TV kit $150 (or someone else’s like Roku or Fire Stick) which also costs money per month.

@TSNHelp I also have no sound for the XFL game. It worked for about the first 5 minutes. I've tried from both my Roku and on my phone. Also none of the feeds in channels(all) work. They all say "empty page view" when you click on them. You can only watch from main page.
