@hulu_support it's a tcl roku. the captions said they were on (i restarted the application twice). there was a glitch each time I selected "on" where a caption from the movie would show up, but went away when I closed settings :/

I thought my Roku remote was dead bc the TV wasn't responding and fresh batteries didn't help, so I bought a new remote from the website. Turns out the old remote just somehow un-synced itself from the TV, so now I have two working remotes :-\

@Rickster5 @Roku I take that back….. I HAD an insignia 32” that only lasted 3 years …. Didn’t have any issues until a couple months ago when screen would slowly turn black like ink was spilling over it? then go complete black but sound still worked. So maybe it’s just insignia.

Ahhhhhh, why do I get signed out of @Shudder nearly ever day on Roku!? And they have the most difficult way of signing in (typing in app). I’m so sick of this. They have the worst app of all streaming channels and this is my last year of their service. I’m starting to hate them.

@paramountplus video quality on your roku app = much worse. 4K tv w proper picture settings - every other app looks great from Apple to Hulu. Paramount+ is all washed out, so dim, skin tones bleed into hair color. 4 seasons of a good fight looked great. Now it just doesn’t. Help!

I bought a new tv. One of the things I am most looking forward to is never seeing @Roku’s awful “more ways to watch” banner ever again, which pops up and asks you to spend money on the thing you’re already watching. 0/10, bad feature

Hey, @hbomax and @Roku. I'm trying to watch Kung Fu Hustle on Roku, but the default audio is Spanish. I can change the audio language to the original Cantonese on Android, but not Roku. Please fix your app.
