Extremely frustrating that I can't get the @Shudder app on the @Roku in my bedroom to work properly (Collections, Movies & Series tabs to load). It works fine on the other Roku devices in my house.

@paramountplus So my Paramountplus account will not work on my Xfinity Flex Box, even though I have the correct model. Now adding insult to injury Paramountplus will not work on my Roku either. I also have what paramount says is the correct Roku model. WHY?????????

@askparamount I’ve been trying to watch FBI season 5 episode 1 for several days, but it keeps kicking me off of the app on my Roku at around 25-26 minutes in. I tried on my iPad and got a fatal error saying there was trouble playing the video.

So I signed up for ESPN+ thinking I’d get access to whatever is live on ESPN (playoff baseball, in today’s case), but Roku and my mobile ESPN app don’t wanna let me watch live ESPN? Is that a thing? Or is this user error? It can’t be a thing, right?

@hbomax hey your app has been crashing on my Roku TV for three days now. I select a show and when the show opens the app begins to hang and then it eventually crashes after a few minutes. Is there a fix to this?

@ChibiReviews I think it actually is an app/website issue. I have found missing subtitles on some Sonyroll episodes the first time I view them on the Roku app but when I close the app and reopen it, the subs appear. I had a similar issue on the Sonymation app so it seems like they imported it.

@hbomax HoD on Roku says new episodes Fridays but it’s Saturday already and no new episode. Also it says Dolby Atmos but unlike other streaming apps HBOMax is *not streaming Dolby Atmos audio* on my Roku - Please Fix!

Most recently: ATT pushed out some upgrade to the router, which as a result no longer communicated with the Roku. Required a call to ATT. Also presupposed being able to troubleshoot and isolate the router as the problem. It’s expecting too much of them.

@Roku @RokuSupport How can I get to the billing Dept or SOMEONE regarding an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE from ROKU. So far I’ve ran into brick walls trying to get customer service. However I want my money refunded. I’m sure a professional employee will be glad to help me with this issue.
