I love Roku, but I hate their remotes. Two remotes now have had this issue where you push the mute button and for some reason the damn thing starts seeking backwards on the show's timeline. Otherwise okay remotes, but I mute/unmute often so this is very annoying.

@YouTubeTV sporting events that we record on your dvr cannot rewind w/o screen freezing and having to reboot tv and app. This is happening on our smart tv’s and tv we use with a Roku. Been about six months of this now. Please fix or reply with a solution.

@MitchellBerning @RealFKD1974 It’s tough to change channels, you have to go back to the guide and do it that way. And I cast from my phone so it has some playback issues. I will say it’s much easier with a Roku or Fire stick and you have the remote.

@hellomcfc Investors don't have data that shows Roku Smart Home is working nor any other investments that Roku is making. Roku lost money for the last couple of quarters by a big enough amount for investors to question what is happening behind the scenes. Plus general economic issues.

@SamFreeman2717 @scrowder @rumblevideo I use my Roku Rumble app and just watch on TV. Of course I'm home to watch it, but its pretty good. It crashes rarely, but I just reboot it. They seem to be upgrading all the time to fix things.

@jaketorgy4 @BryNoLie @smithc555 Correct. Fire Stick is the worst. Gets laggy fast. Mine just melted down and doesn't even boot anymore. The Roku honestly works really well, just isn't as glitzy.

@WilsonFrontier I can’t do that because they use some weird streaming service app through a Roku instead of normal cable. I’m not even sure what it’s called. And when they did have cable, I tried, but it didn’t even work.

Oh fck. France scored & i missed it. Why bother watching at this point if I get the blue circley thing again. Live TV shouldn’t have to buffer. Maybe I should splurge with Roku.
