@NCShangriLa I like Samsung for picture quality. Super easy to set up too. I also have Sony. Lasts long time but usually more $$. Stay away from Roku; doesn’t work with some cable or Universal remotes. Price shop online daily deals. I bought my last 55 Samsung at Best Buy.

I was really cool on the “The Government is spying on us.” Type stuff cause I know the private sector is in charge of that. That is until none of my remotes work and my Roku goes to the local news. NOW IM CONVINCED there is a conspiracy here that I can’t articulate.

@AppleTV please support the keyboard input from the Roku remote on your Roku app. My password isn’t simple, and it’s ridiculous to click around for 12 MINUTES and it doesn’t work.

@WritingIlliniFS Terrible service. Never worked on Roku app and stream just stopped on iPad. @BigTenNetwork just spent $10 to have to download your app on every device in my house and it not work on any of them, it’s 2021. ESPN never has an issue and it’s free!

Either the new @Roku Ultra hates my @SonyElectronics television, or the Sony hates the Roku. Seems EVERY evening I try to watch something with it, I either get an error, a faulty display, or the Roku just won't start unless I unplug the power from BOTH and plug them back in. 😡

@strangerswmandy so am I, for the third time...getting up at 4 am because I "couldn't" sleep and deciding to watch it didn't help...I fell asleep during the subtitled beginning, next thing I know I'm waking up staring at the Roku asking me if I wanted to watch Iron Man 3

@mearn it's a hand-me-down old enough to have some suspicious burned-in bits on the screen from ESPN, so i doubt it will have the option, but it never occurred to me that it would be possible. not that mixing up the dvd/roku ports every time is a huge problem. just annoying, lol
