    wtf @Roku? What is the deal with our TV. Just left my dad’s house 2 hrs away & his Hisense/Roku TV had logged him out and removed all of his app’s & settings. Just got home to my house and guess what….. all my apps are out of order & all of them require a new login/pw…. Ffffff

    Don't know whether it's my @TCL_USA @Roku TV or my @dish Hopper 3, but Lordy, I have to do a hard reboot on them nearly everyday to get them to work together.

    @roku @YouTube problem with private listening on iPhone app. If you get a call, or switch to IG for a minute, anything that requires sound, YouTube will pause and then when you close whatever that app is YouTube resumes but automatically restarts the video from the beginning.

    @MatthewKeysLive @Roku Problem is... finding an actual "dumb tv" is almost impossible anymore. The business model for TV companies has shifted. They don't make $ when I buy the TV anymore.

    @Roku I have purchased numerous Roku devices, but all were purchased as appliances, not applications or services… your new home screen is quite possibly the worst intrusion of all. You are either assuming to know how we use our appliances, or you are spying on us. @DOJFraudDiv

    @Roku So about that redesign…how about you stop repopulating my Quick Access section with crap I don’t want/have after I’ve removed everything I don’t want or use? You’ve done it THREE TIMES NOW, and I don’t appreciate having my time wasted as I go back in and delete everything but my YouTube App, which is all that I use on this TV! section with yet more channels I have never used, and shoved YouTube back to the end, again. later. So how do I fix this PERMANENTLY? You can put whatever you want to after the YouTube app, but It’s MY interface, you give us the option to customize it, and while it’s not life ending to have to click several times to get to what took 2 clicks before, it’s very aggravating and I don’t appreciate the level of arrogance that a company displays when they undo the changes I made to shove stuff I don’t want down my throat. I’d appreciate a response, this is ludicrous. So please, help

    @Roku I'm a minimalist. On the home screen, your recent update added several items such as "the best across your streaming services" row, "jump to" row & an add apps button. The screen now feels very cluttered. Please help me hide these. ChatGPT says it cant be done.

    @KirkYuhnke @MatthewKeysLive @Roku Our dumb TV is 10+ years old — biggest issue we’ve ever had: a volume button is a little touchy. We’ve swapped out smart tech multiple times, always on sale. Likely saved us a crazy amount of $$$ in a decade-plus.

    Hey @Hisense_USA @Roku, I bought a brand new 75" tv on july 5th and it's stuck in a boot loop out of the box. I've already tried every troubleshoot with support and emailed my receipt for escalation but now I'm being ghosted. Can someone actually help? Case # is S100002681

    Since the latest @Roku update is trash and ruined the simplicity I loved with the device, which alternative should I go with? Thinking Firestick, although it will have similar issues, at least it is the most widely supported. Thoughts?

    @Roku I need the apps I use right at the top. I need to rearrange the quick access area and I cannot. Tell me how to rearrange them. I have to scroll all the way past a bunch of stupid junk to see my apps on the order I want them in. Tell me how to fix this immediately

    @Roku It's awful. More clutter I do not need and I need to click down just to get to all of my apps. Simple and streamlined is always better. Why are you trying to fix things that aren't broken?

    @Roku WHY isn't TBS channel updating it's episodes on Big Bang Theory? It says expired TODAY IT said that yesterday and still hasn't changed episodes! TBS people are asleep or not paying attention? 🙄 Please fix this!

    @Roku Now, with this new thing, when I turn off the tv it comes back on. Also, many functions that used to work with Alexa are gone. This is not an upgrade, it's an inconvenience. I have three ultimate boxes all doing the same thing. I had better not have to start unplugging the TV.

    @DeadCarnival @Roku It’s crazy how @Roku doesn’t realize that a clean interface is their one best quality. I am tired of having to turn off the same unwanted features over and over again. And with the latest crappy update, I’m stuck with a lot of junk that can’t be turned off. Awful.

    @Roku, I’m not happy. We have a ONN Roku TV. We have an antenna. Until today, I could watch local channels. Now I can’t. I followed all the steps to fix this. Every one. Then I hoped onto chat and had to talk to two different reps, neither of which fixed the issue. One said (1)
