@TeamYouTube my sound keeps cutting out about every 15 seconds. It was working fine earlier. I know it is not my Roku, TV, or sound system because it does not happen when using other apps. I even tried uninstaller and reinstalling the Channel. Please help.

.@paramountplus app has started acting up on 3 different devices. Randomly decides current episode is over and wants to jump to the next one. Windows, Roku x2. Fix this!! I’m paying good money for a crappy app.

@chelseariffic Apple TV+ is weird for us. On the Roku it has such a hard time with current shows but with watching something like the office (that we bought on it) it works fine, but to watch shows like Ted Lasso and Central Park we have to watch on the PS5 for it to work?

Hey @NBA - your #NBALeaguePass tech still sucks. Whenever I try to use the Roku app I just get a black screen when I try to watch a game. I can watch on my PC but the app is just terrible

@RokuSupport I am aware and the “ update”. IS awful!! “My List” and the ability to search across platforms were the only features that set ROKU apart from the competition. You have lost a customer over this and I doubt I’ll be the only one.

ROKU set up. Called to disconnect from DirectTV. Omg! Sales push to stay including $20 credit. NO! then the survey of how many in my house, ages, etc. NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. DISCONNECT ME!! I'm now free! Unleashed from #Directv . The worst company and incorrigible.

Another issue I've found is that in regards to focused advertising, which Roku talks a lot about, it's pretty clear that Roku knows absolutely nothing about me, except that I have an IP address in New Jersey and that I apparently have an awful taste in regards to TV comedy.

@Jordan_Runge14 @JeskeDennis @BallySports Do the free trial before you cancel your cable, app wouldnt work for me and I stream everything without any issues. Couldnt get through 5 straight minutes without it failing out and my internet/modem isnt the problem. Firesticks, roku, and Google TV wouldnt work on any.
