@mcmurrym Well, anecdotal, but I am out of it and I still get the sense that they are known for good UX. The problem with the Roku app is not that it's not good (average), it's legit bad. Especially compared to all the other apps I use that aren't dog slow.

The @paramountplus app on @Roku is so bad, it runs better when I play on my computer and screen mirror to that same TV. It’s frankly embarrassing for a media conglomerate to have such a poor quality distribution system.
