    Contacted @RokuSupport last week after their own service (@TheRokuChannel) stopped working properly. A week and a half later, it's still not working. So glad I don't have a subscription through the Roku Channel or I'd be upset.

    Need help from @DisneyPlus and @Roku ! My 4 year old son was pushing buttons and now I’m getting charged $12.99 a month. Need help stopping and reversing this!

    @paramountplus @ufc is not working on any @Roku devices. Works perfectly on my iPhone. Figure it out! I’ve completed all troubleshooting possibilities.

    @russ998 @Thrones_Facts I buy the cheapest Roku TV’s that Walmart/target sell in their respective sizes, and I did not have any issues seeing what was happening.

    @paramountplus has the absolute worst customer service?I have ever seen in my life.I startED Paramount+ with the roku channel. They asked me for my debit card and started charging me two accounts and despite proof keeps saying nothing they can do! give me MY MONRY BACK!!!!

    @Mickultra12 @comcast @Xfinity I don't seem to have a problem with connecting but I have to unplug the Roku every day - then reactivate it and then plug it back in - Very strange. 🤔

    Hey @Roku I’m in an Airbnb and you’re the most inconvenient thing on earth to login 12 times to everything. Don’t need help, just stating facts. You suck. Help your customers not be cheap and get actual cable, you’re extremely inconvenient

    What’s the problem @directv with logging into my account for my @Roku ? The login hasn’t changed as in password until you’ve stated otherwise in my several attempts to access through my Roku. Further makes no sense since other TV/Roku in household is ‘up’ right now.

    @peacock seriously needs to fix their subtitle problem on @roku. The subtitles just drop off and stop. I tweeted about this years ago. Luckily I am not hard of hearing but for people are, they cant watch the movie/show!

    Hi @NetflixUK you charge me a fortune each month. But I can’t and haven’t been able to watch anything for 2 months cause the Roku app is broken. And it’s on multiple boxes

    @Roku @TheRokuChannel Keep getting connection issue error and telling me to check my connection, then it dumps me back to main Roku menu. Connection is fine. I have no problems with other apps, just with Roku Channel. I have checked for updates and rebooted. Still getting error.

    @Ask_Spectrum I noticed a bill for $115 MORE on my Spectrum. Turns out, without getting my permission, anyone can add TV services from their TV. Spectrum blamed @Roku - NOT Roku's fault! This is 100% Spectrum ALLOWING my credit card to be billed. Yo Spectrum, FIX IT!

    @tatere @Crunchyroll I was just trying to share some ideas that could help out. It worked for other Roku users, so I thought it would improve your situation. I guess you’ll have to wait for Crunchyroll to make another update to fix your specific problems.

    @slinganswers Are you guys having issues with your Roku app? Two of my Roku devices updated the Sling app and now sling will not start. Just stuck on the red loading wheel.

    @Roku I brought a brand new Roku TV on 07/05/24, now it does not work. It has a black screen. I called Roku and did all the troubleshooting, and they said the hardware is dead. I think they should replace their defective product. Yet it says it should last 5 years minimum.

    @fuboTV @Roku @AskAmex Amex, fuboTV and Roku will not cancel my subscription. They each say via bot chat that the other has to do it. But no one will. Can you just block payment? Or where/how can I get help to cancel my subscription?

    This is such an inconvenience especially for the money I paid. I contacted customer service so assistance only to be rerouted to get tech help with a fee. I googled if this was normal and there are SO many complaints about TCL Roku tvs blackscreening!
