@RokuSupport Thanks. If you could mention to your team please & ask them to speak to @DisneyPlusUK as I am not the only 1 using Roku with the Disney+ sound problems & they won't listen to me, keep sending me to chat which doesn't work instead of saying they will tell their tech team & fix. 👍🏼

@hbomax @HBOMaxHelp Your Roku app is garbage. It's slow and it keeps crashing my devices. Everything's updated. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. The Rokus conveniently reboot themselves they're crashed. Fix your ridiculous software already. It's an embarrassment.

@espn On the ESPN App on our @Roku and we are getting this error, “Media not allowed Needs to re-authenticate”. Deleted and reinstalled the app and reverified our TV provider. Nothing works. Very disappointing.

@rmayemsinger I managed to misplace a Roku remote once - searched ALL over, up/down stairs, floors, sofas, trash etc. Gave up after a week & ordered a new one. About a month after, friend came over, sat down & found it. In one of the sofas I had repeatedly checked. Fresh eyes help, I think.

I still remember the episode when the avatar cycle was lost, Aang, Roku, Kyoshi, Uruk... all of them gone forever... can't handle something like that again.

I’m gonna have to buy a roku because my smart @vizio tv always has the apps volume so low you can’t hear it even at 100. It’s dumb. Fix your stuff Vizio
