@RokuSupport My internet connection is working.I've checked all my devices and the only things not working are my two roku's. Are you having some kind of outage or am I going to have to switch to another device because I can't get any kind of customer service support.

@Round_vii It cost a little less than the Roku. Figured I give it a try. Never had an issue with a Roku or fire tv. I just hate this thing and wish I had paid a little more for the Roku. Ut reminds me of my dumb galaxy s5 that Samsung refused to update 6 months into owning it.

@Elderta I have the latest Gen, and while it’s better in some ways, the touch aspect still sucks. If it wasnt for the (still) lousy remote it would be a winner. Picture quality is better than Roku & it feels more modern all-around. Like the “one ecosystem” aspect but god damn that remote.

Meanwhile. Yes I’m just holding NEE and GS (leading bank ). Maybe these techs can snap back after being weak on up day. Roku broken snap sq msft can move up. Looking for some more risk

@Seanfucious @BusinessmanLego Interesting. I've had some issues with Hulu on Android TV but I cut them some slack since I sideloaded it. Worked great for me on FireTV. Never had problems with it on Roku though didn't really use it a whole lot. My experience with HBO Max is more limited.

@HBOMaxHelp Yeh - on roku. Why I open the app, it loads the full way, I open a show, it watches like 2-3mins (after lagging and looking like a slideshow the whole time), and then crashes me back to the role screen. Been doin this for months dude it’s horrible quality.

.@Hulu Live TV failing on @Roku today. Whenever we try to go to Live TV, the app closes. Already: -Updated the app -Deleted the app -Restarted Roku -Reinstalled the Hulu app. Still seeing the same behavior. Can we get an issue status for central Illinois?

@rodimusprime Always pause out of the show when you're finished viewing (rather than just use the remote's power button). Doing this solved the problem with Apple+ app on Roku.

Decided to transition from Amazon Fire TVs to @Roku. We got the $100 Roku Ultra and it turned out to be a bust. Playback of 4K introduces an onslaught of decoding issues, and my other 4K HDR devices aren't doing this. Switched from AVR to TV. Cable swap. Factory reset. No change.

@jcice773 @BitOfTheBubbly7 @WrestlePurists They need a streaming deal at least. If they could get on Netflix or something like that it would help. Don't bother suggesting Twitch. Those aren't the viewers we're talking about. You ever try the Twitch app on Roku? Its horrible. They need casual viewers. Not on Twitch.

@CharlieMarlow_ @hbomax Through a roku it's terrible. Fine on my chrome cast. Maybe device you're using has weaker wifi or area of house has slower speeds.

@discoveryplusUK Why can't you release an app that we know is finished and working? The US has a Roku app, had it on launch day. It's the same app, just pointing to different servers.

@HBOMaxHelp It’s “Ooos we’re having trouble playing this title right now” or “An error has occurred”. The error is on my PS4, Roku TV, Phone and Xfinity flex box.
