@hbomax your roku app is the worst piece of spftware I've ever used. Can't even sign in without it clearing the password. Whoever wrote it should quit software dev forever. Complete trash, should start over.

Hi @Roku I've had a call open with you re all4 crashing, waiting to hear from you. Sky news also won't play live tv. Have reset soundbar to factory default, still same issues. Both apps show as up-to-date. Can you help?

@hbomax can someone explain why I can watch a TV show on your app on my Roku TV, but movies will not start at all? It is so weird. We have never had this happen before, in 2 or 3 years of having the app AND my other apps are playing everything without issue.

I'd bought my Roku from @GeeWizSA who were very quick to deliver, and who refunded my purchase with no problem, even though (as they pointed out) I hadn't properly read the T&Cs. So I used them again for the purchase of the replacement device - a Google ChromeCast /4

So I've been using the ppl under me WIFI but now I have my own WIFI coming but imma stay logged in their WIFI on my roku cause I get to login all the channels they pay for 😭

my roku tv just had the weirdest glitch out ever. i’m watching a youtube video and at random the volume went up to 40 and sam smith started playing. the video was still playing but the audio was just sam smith at a loud volume?? 😭 why him???

@Roku your customer service line is trash. I’ve been calling for 3 hours getting sent to straight voicemail, no one has returned any of my emails and the text support like doesn’t help with any information. That’s not ok. Please do better.

I have a TV that won't turn back on after using a game console (PS4 and Series S) unless I unplug the power cord and replug...Roku and blu Ray player don't cause this issue. Multiple HDMI ports tried with the same results. Vizio smart tv. Anyone else's experience?

@mctowelie Yeah, I have Pluto, etc. Just the time doesn't work. I don't sit to watch anything on TV til 10 pm or even later, then I'm so tired... I make it through an episode of "Mountain Men" on Roku these days and the local news and then I pass out lol. 😐

@keivamp1 Unless you mean the Remote Play which I've tried and it lags so bad it's nearly unplayable for me. I also tried to send it to my tv and found out it doesn't work with Roku tv but I have a fire stick and tried it with that. The lag is atrocious.
