@NOW @NOWHelpTeam Given up waiting now for the Roku problem to be fixed - have already paid a week's subscription for no service - so I'm cancelling. No information or statement from NOW and this seems to be the only way I can let you know why you are losing a subscriber.

@hulu_support We’ve tried three different Roku devices and the Hulu app on our Samsung smart tv. Having the issue on every device. Just unplugged everything and restarted our internet modem, still no luck.

What am I paying @Ask_Spectrum for TV service? No longer works on Roku. Doesn’t work on Firestick. My Apple TV is too old. If I cancel the TV, they jack up my internet rate.

@RokuSupport I see there was a update 3/26 @ 3:20 EST Which makes sense because my Roku 4 & it's remote have issues now that they didn't before When I turned on TV after update remote @ 1st would not control the R4 After trying: removing batteries, then changing them I reset R4

@SLawson1417 Just based on Fastlane, it was fine. I didn't have trouble with it, I get peacock through my cable company, so my upgrade is cheaper. I'm watching through my cable box (though I have roku). There's no rewind feature, or start from beginning, but I hope those get added later.

@HSouthwellFE Roku, LG TV, and Android phone work fine, laptop is like watching the Alpine launch, NOW TV smart box on the other hand is total trash trying to navigate to something but if you persevere at least it plays the content okay... Alas, can't find any F2 on demand, or FP2/3 😭

@3illSweet I always had issues with HBOMAX on my Roku. It sucks. I would have to restart the app, restart the roku, restart the movie. Then it would pause constantly if it was something everyone was watching like Wonder Woman.
