I have spent hours on phone with roku support and had conference call with roku and my internet provider. No fix and all because of a software update! Paying for streaming services that can’t be accessed. Come on Roku You can do better!

I watched other 4K content from various sources with differing audio quality from stereo to TrueHD and it all played fine on Plex and YouTube. So the Apple TV+ app on both the Roku and Shield is garbage. I don't have a $$$ 4K Apple TV box, but I bet it's peachy there. 🖕🏻

@HBOMaxHelp I am using the app on a TCL Roku TV. The screen goes black and then I have to go back to the main Roku app screen and reload the HBO Max app. It's the only app I use that has this problem on this TV.

@PhilNobileJr I’ve run netflix and HBOmax through my PS5 and gotten the same image on all titles but I've never had that issue on my Roku. And not that localized. Odd.

@paramountplus having issues with app on roku tv. Taking forever to load and then seems to get stuck with the auto scroll on top of screen. Wont let me move down to select anything. All other apps load fine. Have tried deleting and reinstalling

@RomanvmLarper @Milkym0o Idk. The mark-up on “smart” tvs can be insane when you can just buy a 4K fire stick or Roku for $40-$50. Some of the smart menus are trash and load like ****. I avoid smart when picking a tv and just go for best picture quality then use the fire stick.

Hey @hulu_support can you please add an option to your @Roku app that allows me to change the video stream quality. I'd like to lower the resolution to reduce my internet data usage. But, you don't have that option in your Roku app. @hulu #Hulu

Amazing what changing a cable can do, i was having trouble with a Roku Express 4K+ disconnecting & sometimes reboot itself, bought a new Micro USB from Walmart today, changed the cable & it seems to be working fine now. Maybe the previous USB cable wasn’t supplying enough power?

@Roku I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO PURCHASE A ROKU!! I am a disabled invalid/shut-in and depend on my TV. the ROKU does not sync with the programs. I fight everyday turning off and on. Can't get any help from ROKU. I AM SO FRUSTRATED and need HELP.
