@RokuSupport terrible customer service. Sent my streaming stick back for replacement. It was received by Roku on 3 Dec. Still no replacement despite promise of 1 day turnaround to issue replacement and 3-5 business days for delivery. Also no communication.

Everyone sit back and watch @Roku and @YouTube but blame each other for the freaking fix. And Roku will just tell me to reset my device as they have no troubleshooting other than factory setting fixes oh and that is Covids fault

@Knees2NoseBasis No problem! I had issues with it too, but mine were because Roku doesn’t support the app yet so I have to watch it on my laptop or iPad instead. I’m really enjoying the show though so it’s worth it.

@hulu_support @hulu So why are the ads 4x louder only on Hulu? Prime, roku channel, and Netflix work perfectly fine. I will be taking my business elsewhere because your to incompetent to compete with Netflix and Amazon prime.

No I was wrong. If Hulu+HBOMax (minus originals & other content), then HBOMax app (plus originals etc) as Roku channel + specific HBOMax login that is also tied somehow to Hulu. This is still absurdly baroque.

@HBOMaxHelp we have hbo max through youtube tv, and want to sign in ok a roku, however there is no log in button just a subscribe now option. Do we really have to cancel the subscription and get one through roku?

@Knees2NoseBasis You might be able to stream/cast it from your phone to your TV, depending on the options your TV has. Hopefully Roku and HBO will reach an agreement soon and it won’t be a problem for much longer.

@Roku My nephew who's 7 yrs old, has a mental disorder related to FPIES which he doesn't like eating. It takes him 1 hr to eat chicken nuggets. If he coughs, he'll throw it up. He's 39 lbs but my wish would be to help him receive the help he needs to continue to live.

@TribelessOH @Roku @hbomax I have the itt through at&t too and one of my 3 TVs had the sign in option, the at&t subscription check errored, but it let me type my email and password and log in that way, the other two TVs the sign in email password option or subscription check method wasn’t even there.
