@samphipps17 The ROKU comes with an HDMI cable, but it's a short one. If need longer 2ft then buy one at 5Below, on Amazon or at Walmart. You don't need a $30 dollar cable. Like I said if have problems let me know & can talk about it through DMs. The instructions are easy.

Somehow there is a glitch in my Roku TV in my bedroom/office/den/cave hole space. I had a free trial of a service, rhymes with shmaramount+, every other tv says “you are not subscribed” Mine works. If you try to watch a sub-channel, showtime etc., it cannot verify subscription

@RokuSupport, Roku app (iPhone) is a disaster. Crash & crash. On Private listening, OFTEN a drift between audio/video & then it will crash. Or it will just crash. Also reports not on wifi when u are & though u still have audio thru app. Deleted/reinstalled app. iOS 16.3 (20D47)

Gotta love that the Crave app crashed my XSX 3 times tonight. Worked fine when I used it earlier but when I put on the last of us it froze my console. Tried it on the roku TV app and it rebooted my TV. It's 2023. A STREAMING APP shouldn't crash a gaming console. @CraveCanada

@SalamSaladin @Ask_Spectrum There's no competition so they know they don't have to. It's disgusting I just bought the Roku time to get rid of spectrum. If it's not an outage, my channels don't work, or they pixelate. Even when I DVR a show it pixelates and jumps past most of the show so an hr show is 25min

@DJSnM The problem as I see it with long videos on Twitter, the audience isn't looking for it or will be willing to sit through it at a browser. I guess if Twitter develops a Roku app, that might change.

@DcatBry We're aware of this saving issue affecting Roku users and we apologize for the inconvenience! A software update will be released soon to address this issue. For now, you can still save (+) programs when searching for the title using the Search Tool.

@robcwv @jim4wvu The problem I have with the Roku apps is that I have to re-sign in to multiple times a month. It’s a minor inconvenience, but it has caused my wife to stop using it because she doesn’t know all the passwords

@wolverine66 @jim4wvu Your issues are likely resident to your apps. All 3 of our Roku sets have generally held passwords longer term, except for a couple apps that routinely need re-entered often. Willing to bet those are a feature of providers not wanting stuff left open on a bunch of devices at once

@kornbreadTMFS Ooooh this would make me mad. I watch a lot of foreign-language stuff when I don't know the language at all. It's *possible* that the Apple thingy just needs a reboot. I've had issues with CC on our Roku before and restarting the whole thing fixed it.

Siding people accidentally cut my fiber cable so I’ve been without internet, wifi, or Roku for 3+ days. I did survive and repair work is underway. This is cause for rejoicing.
