@Cupc4keGaming @FacebookGaming The problem is you putting in a ticket will get it closed right away as you’re not the one with the issue. your top supporter would have to put in a ticket/complaint and if that doesn’t work possibly put in a refund ticket if they paid through PayPal or credit card

@JFeetzz @FacebookGaming Don't think this tells me anything I didn't already know. The problem is the number of people that have notifications turned on and say they didn't get one. The other problem is the metrics that state how many of your followers have notifications turned, it can't be right.

@JFeetzz @FacebookGaming The notification system is broken, its been admitted to be broken because the code is a mess and they can't understand why notifications aren't reaching their destination most of the time. It doesnt matter what we do this end. It needs cleaning up and making more reliable.
