@thefrav @cogeco Calling cogeco support routes through sales first (at least it has in the past for me). Brutal. Their Twitter support is way better.

  • jasonrosewell Jay (@jasonrosewell) reported

Cogeco internet has been out since we woke up. Their outage website just keeps moving the eta for repair by an hour every hour 🙃

  • Rathiega Gage In Da Cage (@Rathiega) reported

@cogecohelps hi Cogeco. I just reset my router about an hour ago and has been having issues loading back up stuck on the "Online" option with no other signals or cues.

  • Matt1nTheHat Matt Holiga 🐋 (@Matt1nTheHat) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps I was having trouble reaching you guys but instead of getting this number from your online chat I was just ignored. Just like my street that has no internet is being ignored due to an outage from a cut line but you guys refuse to fix it sooner then a week from when it happened 🖕

  • SteveCoville Steve Coville (@SteveCoville) reported from Kingston, Ontario

@ekiledjian @cogecohelps @cogeco Yes I got this on my phone.. but not on my TV.. it went black or blacked out.. this isn't the first time Cogeco dropped the ball on emergency/amber alerts..

  • KurtSasso Two Geeks Talking (@KurtSasso) reported

And no internet. Because the techs didnt bother coming out. Now waiting until Tuesday. I may have to cancel all the rescheduled and saturday nov 12 interviews thanks to #cogeco techs not doing what they were scheduled for.

  • DaTT78 Mike (@DaTT78) reported

@cogeco is there an outage in Burlington?

  • PatGaetano Pat Gaetano Desjardins Insurance Agency (@PatGaetano) reported

Our phone lines are currently down and Cogeco has no idea on how to fix it yet. In the meantime please call (877) 659-1570 as we patiently wait for our lines to be repaired. We apologize for the inconvenience.

@cogecohelps @cogeco your services are horrendous at best TSN channels, that I pay extra for, consistently not working and when I change channel it’s in potato vision #trashservice

  • jasonrosewell Jay (@jasonrosewell) reported

@thefrav @cogeco Would be cool if they’d at least say that then. What’s the point of an outage system if it auto generates this?
