@cogecohelps @TekSavvyCSR so do I still pay for my 'service' today. At least once a month we lose service because of Cogeco...if I wanted to put up with this I would have signed up directly with Cogeco

Hey Matt Wickham @Cogeco. Our modem is glitching constantly. You are sending a new 1 which you say will be here within 5 business days! I wanted to pick 1 up curbside in Burlington, but becuz there is an order in the system I cannot. Are you kidding? WFH is bad enuf without this

@cogecohelps Cogeco Internet service seems to have been restored as of 6:33pm on Tue Aug 10 However I am not getting the Gigabit bandwidth performance I am paying for. Are there additional issues that are being addressed?

Give me strength - I have to go to Cogeco today to get them to swap out our digital cable box that no longer works. I know I will be treated like an idiot (are you sure it was plugged in?) and offered dubious solutions. I’m ready - a new cable box or cancel the account.

@cogecohelps How do I find out WHEN internet service will be provided to my address in J0T 1J0 I know Cogeco has been contracted to expand service in the Laurentian’s. But no one can tell me when. It’s been almost a year since the Government funding has been provided. Still NO SERVICE AT ALL
