    @FitbitSupport CHARGE 4 known problem. I have to forget it and re-pair it 2-4 times a day. I’ve done all the resets and troubleshooting and it never works. Ready to ask for a refund.

    @TruPlaya1870 @fitbit You can just change location to US in profile and settings.. there are many bad reviews for fitbit. They also charge monthly premium for acess to data details. SpO2 requires 4 hrs to process and see.

    hey @fitbit, what the heck? You don't suppor the google pixel 3a? But you did a few months ago. Now my tracker won't pair. Alta HR with Android 11 is impossible? Do you have a timeline to fix this? Thanks. @FitbitSupport

    The @Fossil sports watch gen 4 really isn't **** lol not intuitive, the screen never stays on, can't get features to work. I should have gotten a @fitbit 😭😭😭 I'm so mad

    So @fitbit has trackers that never last more than 12 months. When you call for help they say that the trackers syncing to the app (the whole point of using it, for health data) isn’t covered for replacement. I’ve been a customer over 5 years. They refuse to help us. #dontbuy

    Hi @FitbitSupport my charge 3 just charged up and wouldn’t sync so as I was trying to fix that issue, the Fitbit stopped working and is black screen. I’ve have it about a year or so but I’d lost it in March. Just charged it again and it smiled at me, then wouldn’t connect. Help

    @FitbitSupport So it takes me telling people the truth letting others know as warning, publically, for you to “act” like you want to help or really what it is: “look into” the case? When honestly, it’ll just be the same answers for the last 5 years & the last 3 hours I’ve been speaking to you?

    @FitbitSupport I had the same problem come back, and had to clear user data and go through the setup process again to resolve. Hope this doesn't happen every three days

    @FitbitSupport It says it’s synced to the Fitbit - how do I make it sync to my sons Fitbit rather than my 0 steps since I don’t have a Fitbit - just an account. I think that’s the problem - it’s registering me not him!

    @FitbitSupport I have spoken to four people at fitbit 'support' today. Not one of them was able to actually respond to questions out to them nor resolve (or even acknowledge) the issue...I feel like I'm speaking another language to them! #terrible #customerexperience #failure

    @fitbit hi, My fit bit keeps dropping connection and I have to unpaired and repair(which sometimes takes a number of attempts to repair). Even after being repaired it won't record my exercise minutes at all and hasn't done for a few weeks. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport hi I have a fitbit versa and yesterday the screen stopped responding when I tried to log an excercise and then it just turned Black - it's still counting steps but no display on the screen please help

    @FitbitSupport Hi. I'm very happy with my Versa 3 but the last week or so the breakdown of the sleep analysis has gone a bit strange. When you press for more information the data it provides is incorrect. Eg it say it's light sleep when you were awake. Could you fix this please?

    So my @fitbit Alta has the well known ‘black screen of death’ fault and is out of warranty. @FitbitSupport have only offered a 30% discount on selected products despite knowing there is a known fault with the Alta! POOR customer service from such a big brand 😡@fitbituk

    @FitbitSupport got new fitbit for birthday on 04/12/20. Installed qicjly no problem but in the few days since I got it I have had problems no movement reminders at all and today no sleep record. Why are your devices so susceptible to errors?
