    @fitbit Consider adding an option on the app to add 'disabled' days. It would allow some of us to track flares, broken things, etc., that mess up our workout goals. For example, I was on Prednisone and a cane for five days last week and couldn't get my pitiful little steps in.

    If you have a Fitbit and it prompts you to move to Google wallet, just ignore it. It's totally broken on Android and all @FitbitSupport have to say is that they know it's an issue and don't have a solution. I can't use my wallet on the watch at all anymore.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I just want a new device without having to jump through hoops. Your company sent me a defective product. I sent photos, explained the situation multiple times. Why do I have to print the label, find a box, return this 1 before I get a new one? Send me new one, I send you bad one.

    @FitbitSupport Your customer service is terrible. I have a brand new Charge 5 that doesn’t work and just want a new device sent out, I’ve sent photos and explained the situation multiple times now. At this point I just want a refund and get rid of this trash device.

    @FitbitSupport Ordered a fitbit charge 5 who's battery died. Problem remained unresolved and no replacement was provided. Ordered another charge 5 since I am a patron of the brand. Had a white screen issue and i was told a new fitbit will be provided. The new fitbit started

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Due to a bug in the NFC functionality of FW 57.2001.188.58, it is not possible to use 'Suica' with Japanese transportation systems. This issue has been acknowledged by Fitbit since Dec 2022, with no announcement. When will it be fixed? #fitbit

    I thought others were bad, but WOW! @Google and specifically @GooglePlay has the absolute worst support system on earth. They had a bug in their subscription system but refuse to give me my money back because @fitbit's stupid support system doesn't show the developer details.

    @fitbit @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport You literally have the worst customer service! Did minimum 10 followups on call. Did all you asked. ITS BEEN A YEAR OF DELAY! Still no refund! Come on, guyz! You have a good reputation & thats why we chose you for our purchase! embarrassing!
