@FitbitSupport @CTSI_UK Fitbit issued a product recall on faulty goods in March. Their process was followed and completed on the 9th May. Since then Fitbit have done nothing but present obstacles to issue a refund. Can you investigate them? I'm not the only one in this position.

@FitbitSupport on going issue, it's 1030am I woke up at 700am, went to the gym, did some weight training and 15 min walk on the treadmill. My Fitbit states I've climbed 38 floors. Does my versa 3 detect an incline on the treadmill?

@FitbitSupport That's very sad. I don't mind to wait longer than 30 days but I don't want to use it on other Fitbit devices. Perhaps it's a bad timing that my Charge 3 got broken but I don't have a choice, do I? Is there something you could do?

@FitbitSupport I can't send a screenshot of what doesnt exist... You can't assist further. You don't have simple, readable, watch faces. That's it. That's the issue. Make accessible faces with readable numbers in one line without clutter. That's how you fix it.

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit versa two ent bad and it was returned 07/22. After waiting one month I got the replacement August 27. I am not able to get there active zone minute icon on the device please someone tell me what to do. All I am seeing is the active minute icon.
