    Hey @fitbit @FitbitSupport my Fitbit one is losing its mind. It turns off for no reason. 10 mins ago I had 20k steps. Then it went to 1521 and now it says zero. Please fix it.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport Extremely poor customer service. I ordered a Fitbit Ace 2 for my daughter for Christmas (from Father Christmas). 8 days on, it still hasn’t arrived & seems stuck in Netherlands. There will be one very disappointed 6 yr old!

    @FitbitSupport I got my fitbit charge 3 in Feb 2020. Over the past 2 weeks the screen has gone dim the screen is no longer readable. I have tried all trouble shooting. Please advise.

    @FitbitSupport my last fitbit died after a year, so i ordered a fitbit charge 4 on Sept 20th. Now it has gone dim and i can hardly read it. After just 3 months. On fitbit forums i see that this is not an unusual problem.

    @thai_stowell @fitbit they just break older models to make you buy new ones and don’t read a single thing you say to them when you ask them to fix it! i’ve tried to contact them so many different ways and they’re just such a **** company now.

    @fitbit rip off Britain is now called Fitbit. Buy at £159 a new Versa2 in September have it certified broken in October and a refurbished second hand one sent as a replacement. Wish i had bought a superior iWatch and get a 1st class service instead of this rubbish shame fitbit

    @FitbitSupport. I am trying to ad apps and set my Versa 2 but certain apps tell me to make sure my Versa is up to date with updates. So, I check my Versa 2 and it says it's up to date but the apps aren't reading it as such. How do I fix this?

    @FitbitSupport since I made the last update, my versa 2 no longer tracks my active minutes. It’s just a blue circle. My app registers them, but they are no longer displayed on my versa 2. Help. AM is my daily goal, so frustrating
