Tech support said out of warranty and they didn’t even bother to understand why the update killed my watch. Terrible customer service and terrible product! I hope you guys can’t sleep yourselves!

Dale Kristina Valiukas (@dkvaliukas) reported@ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

Shaun Thomas (@BonesMoses) reportedI'm about to throw my @fitbit Charge 5 in the trash. Some time after Google took over, the App just launches to a blank screen half the time until I reinstall or clear cache/data. Are there any good alternatives I should consider?

There is an impacted Ionic on my account, I provide the ref number, then says it's not connected.

My spo2 hasn't been working for days, and I have to keep force stopping the app because I get a blank page in the morning and have to start it back up. Im a paid subscriber, and I shouldn't have these problems. Help

Selim Oz (@selim_oz) reported@FitbitSupport We’ve been through this, you guys can’t even explain how my two year old Sense 2 turned into a brick a day after I installed the update. It’s not a free watch, I paid $200 two years ago. I think the update had malware in there because Fitbit sales slowed down.

Shashank (@joinshashank) reported@fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???

Looking at the statistics I cannot understand why this is dropping. It would help you gave a brief explanation e.g. less deep sleep or more light sleep or not enough rem🤫

Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported@FitbitSupport the app is doing a weird glitch where it took randomly took away how many calories I had left to eat for the day and somehow defaulted to a random total calorie intake. I changed it to a 500 calorie deficit and I have watched it revert back 3x. Please fix.

Now they tell me it’s been fulfilled and to check on that status with @FitbitSupport who also tells me they can’t check on the shipment status since I ordered thru third party. Dave Kettley (@dkettley) reported@FitbitSupport The face plate on my Versa 4 has fallen off. I keep my fitbit dry, don't allow fat or oil to get on it, wipe it down daily when I take it off to shower. The first two both died the second the warranty died.

Tom Brander (@dartdog) reportedIrritated that the new @fitbit app no longer tracks hourly movement and gives nudges on the watch to move, it also no longer has a "cardio fitness" score, which was a proxy for vo2 max, nor does it have a place to record water intake, better graphics dumbed down. @google
