    @m0nk3yphd is having the worst conversation with @fitbit @FitbitSupport. Somehow they've activated a fake 6mo "subscription" for a fitbit he doesn't have, so he can't subscribe for a fitbit for himself and they somehow can't fix it.

    @JoniKni56808241 @fitbit I am. I just have to get back to walking. I lost 15 pounds or so when I was walking around 10,000 steps each day. Our neighborhood is good for walking because there are hills to go up and down. For now, I have to get myself down on the stationary bike. Just have had lots to do

    @b_debangana @FitbitSupport @fitbit Such a flimsy product! My strap broke off too and I've already gotten the watched replaced because of an issue. This is the 2nd time it's conked off. I see that they've got a lawsuit in the USA for their products overheating. Only want to track burning calories, not my skin! :(

    @FitbitSupport my Charge 4 no longer turns on the screen when I flick my wrist. I've looked at the online Help, there is no Quick View option that I can find. The Screen Wake icon is greyed out on my appliance. Any suggestions?

    @FitbitSupport is there any update on when the android 13 issue will be fixed? I still can't pair with my phone, it gets to the point of giving me the code but just gets stuck on trying to pair after that. It's been over a month since this started and it's getting ridiculous.

    @FitbitSupport my Charge 5 stopped working all of a sudden. I went through all troubleshooting steps and I even bought a brand new charger (in case that was the issue) but it’s still dead. That happened right after a recent firmware update. Please have a look!

    @FitbitSupport Nope. I have been through every step. It doesn’t not work. Even tried different devices. Considering this day and age I feel like it should definitely not be an issue but yet here I am unable to track my heart rate.

    @FitbitSupport have a Charge 5 and after using in for swimming it stopped working. After contacting support I was told passed 1yr wrty. I was offered a 35% discount on a new one. Watch is supposed to be water resistance 50 Mts and is not. Poor manufacturing. Never buy again!
