    @FitbitSupport @fitbit literally the worst experience for handling a warranty claim ever! Have spent the last 2 days 30+ minutes each time on the phone dealing with your horrible CS reps. Do better!

    @Jesus_porvida @fitbit That's it. Just threw that bad boy out. No doubt I'll wind up with just the clothes on my back. Some Christian companies need to get on the band wagon!! There has to be more than Hobby Lobby and Chick-fil-A!!

    @fitbit I spent all week dealing with (very polite) Fitbit Support & messing with lousy software. Now a watch is coming that I have to return. I missed the discount field. Nobody can cancel the order to let me try again. This is the worst customer experience I've had in ages.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport you have disabled my Fitbit ionic device and given google play voucher as refund which is as good as trash for iPhone users…looks like a well planned scam…I need you to replace my device. Google play balance is total useless..@GooglePlay

    6 weeks has been and gone and no fitbit ionic refund after watch was disabled :( @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @fitbit . Called the helpline to be told systems were down and theyd return my call . Guess what ..... no call ! Shambles

    @FitbitSupport I received a replacement Fitbit charge 3 for the 3rd time due to the screen going black and not being able to see anything but the watch still functions and records all data. I have tried all the troubleshooting and nothing appears to fix it.

    @housuke @FitbitSupport For me, it started just before midnight when I went in the app to sync. I’m beyond annoyed and support was no help—since I already did most of the troubleshooting before contacting them. I am thisclose to just trashing it and buying an Apple Watch once my premium is up.

    @FitbitSupport I spoke with FB tel support 2 days ago. T1 couldn’t fix the problem & said I would be contacted by email. No email came so I tried to contact FB chat but that isn’t working! My issue is that my Aria scale has started doubling my body fat figure. How to get help?

    @kinsonalley @FitbitSupport I’m curious, are you using an iPhone 11 and the Fitbit Versa 2 too? My brother has the same watch as me, but a different phone, so he’s not having the same issue.
