    @fitbit Loving the new Fitbit Sense; not loving the rash though. I've had the Ionic and never had an issue. Are y'all STILL using nickel/stainless steel in some if your products?

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I have a question. Any time I try to hard restart my Charge 4 I cannot get it to work. I try pressing the button for 8 seconds on the side but I just get to the Do Not Disturb section. Help!

    @FitbitSupport I'm in the PAT study and have submitted an issue through the feedback form linked in that part of the Fitbit app and also sent an email to the study with no response. How can I get help with the PAT app? (Sync error when it gets to the "Calculating" step)

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport still hasn’t resolved my fitbit issues. Terribly slow customer support that obviously does not intend to create long-term clients who continue to buy their products. I certainly will not invest in their products if they don’t invest in their clients.

    @FitbitSupport how do I actually get a resolution to an issue? I contacted @FitbitSupport a month ago and nothing. I’ve followed up but you just say, we are working on it and still offered 0 ideas to help. Such disappointing service.

    Dear @FitbitSupport, why do you direct people from recover account to help where there is no help about recovering it? Also if I need to recover account then most likely I cannot log in in order to use live chat either.

    Hi @FitbitSupport ... I keep DISABLING all notifications on my Charge 4, and they just keep re-enabling on their own. How do I turn OFF email notifications? So frustrating... started with the recent update, but today's update didn't fix it.

    @FitbitSupport since I have updated my Versa 2 to Firmware 35.72.1.9 the battery runs out in two days when it would usually last for 5 on the settings I use?? Is this a known issue? Do we know when we can expect a fix?

    Seriously @fitbit @FitbitUK why is my replacement for your poor quality product going to ship? You have had my returned piece of junk since 6th. Why are @WhichMoney not on this? The shocking quality of these products is a scandal!!

    @fitbit It would be tracking steps with son and his fitbit, but since you broke it, and won't fix it, we can't do that anymore. 15 months old, you pushed a firmware upgrade that killed it, and your support team's response is "Sorry, go buy a new one" #Sad

    @FitbitSupport Your response is woeful and a cop out!! You’ve been telling me this for a week. I haven’t got patience as I’m paying for premium and you’re not delivering and you don’t care!! Now auto fitness tracking is not working either! You’re product and software is god awful!

    @ThymelessC @fitbit Thank you ☺ There is nothing that motivates more than being sick and afraid that you will not get well. I truly was committed to doing everything I could to feeling well again. I still have bad days, but I'm having more good days now.

    @FitbitSupport my charge 3 has gone very dim and I can hardly see the face inside let alone outside I can’t see a thing!! Can anyone help with this? I have changed the clock face, brightness and restarted the whole thing but nothing works. Anyone?!

    @FitbitSupport I syncs the new versa then when it’s finished it says incomplete then please download the update. I done this many times and it’s not working
