    Hi @FitbitSupport - my inspire HR died on me yesterday and it’s only 10 months old. I’ve gone through several cycles of logging off app, turn off blue tooth, shut down phone, restart Fitbit, and nothing. Any other solutions? TIA!

    Very disappointing experience of @fitbit so far! First, they promised one year premium subscription which I couldn't avail so far. Talks are going on & now while exercising can't stop the workout. What is this yaar, fix these technical glitches pls! @FitbitSupport

    Sent my @fitbit Sense because it was bad quality. Its been 11 days sent by Fitbit provided shipping label.. its still in transit Dont know what @fedex service used. Customer service at @FitbitSupport is very bad.. Complained no effect so far cant imagine its part of Google. bad.

    can anyone recommend a wearable tracker that monitors your heart rate and doesn't break the bank? And don't say @fitbit total garbage. Mine had a black screen, 1000s of people having same problem and @fitbit says too bad but here's a discount to buy another @fitbit!!! NOPE!!

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my mother was offered a replacement or 50% another Fitbit product, offer via email. But she was too slow to respond and the offer (made on April 27) is expired, can this be enabled again?

    @FitbitSupport Sorry but not good enough to be sending out refurbished products to replace a faulty product that was only worn and used for 6 weeks. Hence why I feel this is the worst customer service Ive ever received. Online reviews reveal I'm not the only one to feel this way! #disappointed

    @fitbit @fitbitsupport you really have a horrible product. Unreliable, the bands break every few months (maybe talk to Swatch, they've worked that out?), you don't honor warranties, and your customer service is the worst I've ever encountered

    @eyesofthejackal @fitbit @GarminFitness LOL I FEEL YOU ON THAT POINT. I wear this thing and input all this info so I can TRACK DATA. I haven't had issue with my Garmin missing things, except sleep data occasionally.

    Such a shame that once again there is an issue with my Fitbit Inspire HR.This time last year,after only having it a year, the plastic holders broke.After one year of having a replacement it's decided it will no longer turn on after working perfectly fine yesterday.@FitbitSupport

    My fitbit versa 3 kept rebboting itself so i got on the live chat, they took me through some steps to fix it and now it is dead. Less than 6 months old and they would not agree right then to replace it. Awful again by @FitbitSupport

    @ladonnapietra @fitbit These are two solid on the Garmin. Meanwhile, @FitbitSupport is doing its best to convince me that it's somehow me that is sustaining a 1550-170bpm for days (and nights!) on end and not a sensor problem.

    @FitbitSupport Hi team My fitbit blaze is getting charged, shows battery full but still after suppose 10-15 minutes, it's getting discharge. Sometime it shows dead nothing comes up till you restart it. Please help to get it resolved ASAP.

    Does anybody make an Android compatible smart/fitness watch that isn't a steaming pile of ****? Never had a @fitbit device last longer than a year - and my current @GarminFitness device decides at least once/week that my mid-workout HR is in the 50 BPM range (it isn't).
