    @FitbitSupport The face of my Versa2 popped off today while I was just reaching for my phone while on my sofa! I can snap it back on but it’s not holding in place. I haven’t dropped it or hit it on anything. What can be done to fix it?

    Hey @FitbitSupport I have been without a watch since March 25th due to a design flaw with you Charge 4. I am STILL waiting on a replacement and the customer service rep I've talked to is hiding behind a "policy" when you have the tracking info. This is terrible customer service.

    @fitbit Will this one all die after you push a firmware update? Mine did and you won't fix or replace since it is 3-months post warranty. Working great until you updated it...

    @FitbitSupport Well that’s a huge shame isn’t it 😔 I’ve used FitBits for years & I really wanted the Sense on discount, I’m registered w @MyUNiDAYS & not receiving any error messages, no.

    @FitbitSupport I have a @fitbit Versa 2 that has become seriously slow to respond and more often than not doesn't respond at all. It's up to date & everything. I've tried resetting and clock face is a fitbit one. Can anyone help? #fitbit

    @FitbitSupport My Versa 3 is a nightmare. Will not autoconect to my devices although it's been set to do so with all permissions. Really thinking I should've bought the cheap knock off. It takes at least a half hour or more to get it synced and set up daily.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for putting me through support. I now have a totally useless watch after trying to help troubleshoot the battery problem. Still hoping we buy another fitbit? Yeah right.

    @fitbit hi! I have been having issues with my Sense syncing with my app, ever since I downloaded and started the PAT study. I can’t record any activity when I take the PAT, now the app isn’t syncing with the sense. Slowdown started yesterday, today no syncing. Please help😢

    @FitbitSupport Not helpful but I have a different issue now. My side button refuses to initiate a reboot when connected to its charger. I've held it down for about 2 minutes to no avail

    @tearsofgold23 @fitbit Just make sure you don't upgrade the firmware. My son's was working great, then they told him to update his firmware and the device died. They have refused to fix or replace it. Their argument - "it's 3-months past warranty" They don't care that they are the ones that broke it!

    @FitbitSupport @twinkygem I'll save you the time. Wait about 4 hours, and then you will get a response saying you should buy a new one. If you are lucky, they will give you a discount code. They don't stand by their products. Sorry! Mine died doing an upgrade and they won't fix it. 15 months old.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the reply - telling me again that since this is 3-months past warranty, you won't do the honorable thing and FIX OR REPLACE the Fitbit that YOU BROKE. This isn't a issue where it was dropped, abused, mistreated. We installed your firmware. That's it.

    @FitbitSupport my charge 3 has gone very dim and I can hardly see the face inside let alone outside I can’t see a thing!! Can anyone help with this? I have changed the clock face, brightness and restarted the whole thing but nothing works. Anyone?!

    @melissadmoran @FitbitSupport @fitbit Garbage product and service. Amazing how old products die right when the company releases new products, isn't it? What a coincidence. Alta HRs suddenly stopped connecting and customer service has been zero help.

    @fitbit can you explain why your costumer support is so poor? Ive been in contact with 9 agents and 2 managers regarding an issue with a Charge 3 and almost three months later still has not been resolved.

    @shebroe_dave @FitbitSupport Did everything on the website, all in forums, and then I contacted support. They had me do it all again and then said that I would be sent to a diff. depart. for help/warranty replacement. The "diff. dept" was SAME rep, she just wanted to avoid telling me to get lost directly.

    @KLomas11 @FitbitSupport Did you install the firmware upgrade as they want you to? I did, and then my fitbit no longer worked again. Their advice to fix? Buy a new one. They don't stand by their products. It was 15 months old,

    @fitbit - This is very unfortunate that the customer services are very poor in India. Your support IVR does not work/exist, not much help on twitter, issue with app. It is must to provide good services for a product based company which you are failing in India at-least.
