    @FitbitSupport hi there. Yesterday my Fitbit Charge 2 just stopped working on me. Tried charging (even tho it had 70% battery before it broke) but no response from the tracker. Tried holding the button- nothing. Just completely dead. Help?

    @FitbitSupport You have. And your email support admitted there’s issues with the firmware update and you’re doing all you can to fix it. It’s been over a month!!! And this watches data for the entire year now is skewed because of it. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @FitbitSupport Hi. every few weeks my charge 3 needs resetting eg yesterday showed normal screen + battery @35%... when I tried to swipe down it froze. Put on charge and reset..battery was actually 10%! Plus can't see detailed metrics on heart rate during day on app any more.

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your help. After updating the app, the app freezes and cannot be tapped. I can't even see sleep. I restarted it, but it doesn't change. Please take immediate action.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I have been trying for 5 days to get an issue w my Fitbit resolved. Phone calls and emails and no resolution Time to campaign on social media w friends and family if I can’t get this resolved today! Been using Fitbit for years, my 4th device! HELP!

    @FitbitSupport Hi! I can’t connect my Fitbit app to my Facebook. When I press the “Connect Facebook” button, nothing happens :(. There is a “loading circle” that spins but it never loads. I have tried reinstalling both apps. Any help is appreciated!

    @FitbitSupport hi team, my heart rate isn't tracking properly on my versa 2 when doing workouts. It has been this way for a few weeks and a few people I know are also experiencing this issue. Is this a large scale matter? I cannot see an update on the App Store either. Thank you.

    @lettabeth @fitbit I had that problem with an old Fitbit. I cleaned the strap regularly (baby wipe or something will do) and used hydrocortisone cream from Boots on the worst irritation. My newest Fitbit doesn’t do it for some reason.

    @fitbit Dear company, pls design devices for repairability when out of warranty, say with bad heart rate sensor..etc. Else you are not only denying customers the experience they paid heavily for, but also generating tons of e-waste with those devices. At least care of earth !!

    @fitbit The latest app for iOS (3.39) is awful. It’s extremely slow, freezes, and scrolling works only intermittently. You need to roll it back and try again.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the super quick reply - I’ve just reinstalled the app and the problem seems to be fixed - it was a Charge 3 and iPhone XS. Will get back in touch if it reoccurs. 👍👍

    @FitbitSupport It fixed itself during the night. It did it to all my watch faces and I did restart it the way it said. I don’t know why but problem solved

    I’m coming back to @fitbit after three years of boring, socially-isolating @Apple Watch. This is despite my annoyance about FitBit’s music partnerships / lack of offline storage. The community is just too good and the software is better! Will report back! 🙏

    @FitbitSupport I've tried all of that, and have an ongoing email with support, as I've been having this issue for weeks now. I already emailed them again and am waiting. Though after three years of being a customer and have this go downhill like this I may just get a refund. We'll see.

    @FitbitUK @fitbit @FitbitSupport hi i came in from my daily run and had done roughly 7,000 steps. after, i did not move from the sofa. however when i stood up my fitbit buzzed and it was congratulating me on reaching 14,000 steps. it does this a lot. why & how do i fix it?

    Been 2 months since @fitbit @FitbitSupport have refused to give me my refund. The worst customer service EVER, would not recommend buying from there website.
