    @FitbitSupport when will you add Turkey as a location option and also food source? You sell this device in Turkey but don’t support your customers to get the full benefit from it. I believe this problem is mentioned by many other people who live here many times.

    @FitbitSupport hey! My Fitbit screen has gone blank. It’s still syncing fine and tracking. Just nothing on the screen. This is the third Versa Lite it’s happened to now. Is this a common issue?

    Updating @fitbit. "Your battery is too low to continue. Make sure the device is turned on and charged to at least 50%." Srsly? It's plugged in and charging. Why is this an issue?

    @FitbitSupport @slickfixation Fitbit, asking your users who have been negatively affected by your product to handle your feature prioritization is bad design. This isn’t how you show people you care, it’s how you show that you only value a subset of younger people. If you’re only for young users, pls state it

    @FitbitSupport How about some better customer service. My Charge 4 broke during normal use. Now you want me to wait 2 weeks for a replacement. You won't replace it until I send the broken one back. Bye bye @fitbit. The new ownership by @Google isn't helping customer no service.
