    My Fitbit Sense @fitbit will not charge again, 4th time calling in a year. Now out of warranty so NO help. Offered discount on new watch. Shame on you @fitbit for not standing behind your products and replacing a defective product. I can kiss that $200 away. Shame

    @FitbitSupport 1.) Already did the troubleshooting routine. Did not work. Do you replace out of warranty fitbits for this issue? 2.) Suggestions to make the Aria scale work with other fitness trackers is consistently marked as "not planned" on the forums. It's been suggested thousands of times

    @FitbitSupport I don’t need to change the time. That issue has been resolved. I can’t get it to display anything even after following the instructions.

    @fitbit they are telling me they can’t find my order. When they found it to send the fedex return label. As ofthe 5th of Sept it will be a month of back and forth. No return label for post office, as I stated I live nowhere near a fed ex facility. FB refuses help in any way!!!!!

    @fitbit my Fitbit scale is not syncing with my Motorola edge. This is an ongoing problem and is now not working even when I reboot my phone. Definitely the last @MotorolaUS phone I will ever buy.

    @fitbit No positives. First @fitbit bricked just after an update at 13 months old. Of course no help cause the warranty was expired. Then I got an ionic. Sent it back in April...still waiting for my refund.

    @FitbitSupport Google play coupons given as part of Ionic refund are not retrievable for the email link. It’s more than 72 hours and it keeps saying they will be available in 24hrs. No support on this issue anywhere. Need help.

    @Argos_Online @FitbitSupport Product experts who are not contactable and who assure in their calls that any ‘dropped out calls’ will be returned. That’s not happening either. Meanwhile my @FitbitSupport premium product is still not working and repetition of the Argos guidance isn’t getting it sorted.

    @FitbitSupport Large problem with FitBit Charge 4 and 5 is, that battery works only 3-4 days. Xiaomi Bands can set interval between measurements of heart pulse and SpO2 max to 1/2 hour and battery works 20 days.

    @FitbitSupport hello a while back I received a message saying my Fitbit is not safe and it's been call back for replacement, I fill in the online application and I still haven't received nothing and my fit bit is not working anymore either, I won't mind if you can just restore it
