    @digiwonk @fitbit Colton threw my fitbit down the stairs to see if it would bounce after I let him wear it and he cried because the screen broke and he thought he was in trouble, but I just said: "honestly buddy, I'm not mad, but this is why we don't throw things", so it improved all of our lives.

    @FitbitSupport today is 4th day in last 2 months the app starts out working but shorty after the app freezes. Can’t log food, tracking exercise or any other function. Downloaded an available update & rebooted iPhone 3x’s What’s fitbits problem today & when will it be fixed???

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport not sure how your warranty works but letting someone spend money on your product that goes faulty within 3 months then constantly replacing the subsequently faulty product until it’s out of warranty then expecting a 35% discount code to fix everything?🤬

    @FitbitSupport my Charge3 died and I got a 35% discount on a new device. I ordered a Versa 3 but it’s too big for my wrist. I want to return it and get a Charge 4 instead but am being told no discount because I already redeemed it. Cannot get thru to speak to a human. Help pls

    @FitbitSupport Dear Fitbit my charge 3 screens are flickering and the side button is not working. So I am unable to restart/rest it. Is there a way I can reset it using app?

    @FitbitSupport @pixelfox911 It's not just me who has thus problem. You have pushed out a broken update. Look at all the complaints on Google play store, the app is broken. You have since removed the latest version and gone back to an older verdion from March. Keep resetting phone and watch is not a fix.

    @fitbit Thanks, but there's nothing to look into - this thing is from Feb 2012, lol. It's just old, eats through batteries, and has hands-down the worst, most obnoxious setup process EVER when you change the batteries.

    @fitbit I bought the charge 4 for sleep analysis, no where did it say I needed to pay a monthly fee for that. You really havent changed, your app still sucks, you dont embrace open standards like BT/Ant for my bike computer, im out, **** you #Fail #ReturnToAmazon

    @FitbitSupport hi!I just wanted to say thank you for having an option to not see my hr.I suffer from a panic disorder so seeing it was causing me physical issues that landed me in the ER.Once we figured out the issue, I was able to hide the HR and ive been slowly getting better

    @cdogg83 @FitbitSupport @FitbitSupport it’s not great and you wast your time chasing them for solution. The same issue with the same tracker and ongoing case for weeks still not resolved! Sorry but Those trackers are not made to last

    @FitbitSupport I've sent you a number of crash reports via the play store already, but please revert the changes you made in the April 24th Androdi update ASAP. It hard crashes when opening the "Health Metrics" section. I very much want to see my HRV from this weekend and can't.

    @FitbitSupport Customer services said the warranty is 1 year. I threw my Fitbit Zip away as you no longer support it. My Fitbit One just won’t charge. neither would my Fitbit Charge. ironic really. Customer service offered me a rebate to buy another 1 but am not throwing good money after bad 3x
