    @fitbit Why do I always have trouble with my Fitbits?! Now my 2-month-old Charge 5 will NOT sync, and I was told I must ship it back and then wait for a replacement!

    @FitbitSupport spoke with customer service because my Sense was not charging. So many bad cables they are on backorder. Wouldn't/couldn't credit me a month of my premium service since it will be no use for a month since it quit and I was able to get someone to talk to.

    @JuraWho @btshapir @fitbit the new iWatch ultra version seems to solve this issue, but I am a Coros fan, the battery is infinite :)

    @fitbit Fix the flawed sleep scores as well as other features. You guys have literally thousands of complaints but it doesn’t get fixed.

    @Ivan_Thomas95 @fitbit Barely over a year old, you say? Mine too and just started to not display numbers or words that a factory reset doesn't fix. I was offered 30% off a new product. I wonder if others experience the same so soon after warranty expiration. Are there any lawyers on here? Class Action?

    @fitbit That’s zero help. Charge 5 says it senses skin temp. I don’t see that option. Only manual input.

    Hi @FitbitSupport I've been having issues with my @fitbit soon after I got it. I've had multiple discussions with your customer service, have done all the updates, etc they wanted me to do, and it has been escalated. This was over a month ago. No one has called me back. Help pls

    @FitbitSupport I have been trying to fix an issue with my Fitbit for at least a month or so now and still no resolve. Receiving a stock email multiple times that says that you're working on it but do not have a solution is not a solution. #fixit

    @FitbitSupport My FB Sense charging cable is broken, no signs of damage visually, has warranty, and your support they cant do anything for me because you ran out of charging cables? Cant use the watch, cannot use my premium account, and best you tell me is, wait&call back later?

    @fitbit Really? Less than 2 months out of warranty and my FB Sense stops showing numbers and words. The best you can do is offer me a discount on a new device? If I knew your product support was this bad, I would have gone with an Apple watch.

    The @fitbit app became so bad, since Google took over. The heartrates of yesterday are still missing after syncing. And in the graph, swiping heartrates from day to day is not possible anymore.

    Surprise surprise it’s now been 11 weeks…..STILL no refund from @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @fitbit for the recall of my Fitbit Ionic!! It’s really starting to look like there is absolutely NO intention of refunding your customers! - Terrible treatment.

    @FitbitSupport Having an issue with my Charge 5. Got it brand new January 31, 2022 and screen has gone black and device will not sync to my app. It is less that’s a year old so the manufacturers warranty is still in effect. Need help ASAP please!

    @parkjames it's sad that the versa 3 display went on me 15 months after buying it. It's even worse that @FitbitSupport does nothing because past 12 months except offer 35% which can only be used to downgrade. Terrible company you are running here.
