@FitbitSupport my brand new Charge 5 will not sync to my phone. I have closed and reopened the app, restarted the device and phone, and turned Bluetooth off and on - nothing works. Please help. Device is <1 month old.

@FitbitSupport my charge5 stopped syncing today. It partially syncs when re-pairing it with my phone through the app, but every subsequent pairing attempt fails. While the data sync from watch to phone fails I can still install a new face on the watch without any problem.

@FitbitSupport My Charge 4's display has failed. I have tried all the fixes suggested on your User Forum and also in a case number yesterday without success. Judging by other comments on the forum this is a widespread problem. Firmware update? Either way, how do I get this fixed?

@FitbitSupport My Fitbit Charge 5 is not syncing. Tried everything like Application force close, Bluetooth of/Off, charge 5 and iPhone restart. Both Fitbit(v 3.65) and charge 5(20001.171.50) is upto date. Even I have re installed the Fitbit app. Can you please help?

@FitbitSupport is there a firmware issue causing the device not to sync with Android phones? Did a reboot, hard reset, forgot device and reinitiated and nothing. It tracks heartbeat but nothing else. Thanks.

I really should just check the @FitbitSupport Twitter when there are sync issues because then I won't waste all that time trying all the suggestions to fix it restarting and reconnecting my phone & Charge 5 when it's a widespread issue affecting all users. 😒
