    @FitbitSupport I wanted to change clock faces on my Charge 4, but when I chose one, the web-page just showed 'loading' and never went anywhere. I just gave up. Web-page glitch.

    Time to find a watch that works!! Hasnt synced in a wk, no notifications in 6 months. Told every time by support they are working to fix this. Will not be recommending to anyone. Pay money and buy a product for a few months of it working.Not worth the price. @FitbitSupport

    @CordeauxMelanie @FitbitSupport on my second fitbit can sync all my friend that have fitbit have the same problem, it's the app. I hope Google will do some thing, can I sync to my google home? This is the worse service EVER great when it does work but too stressful when it doesn't

    @FitbitSupport so, your Versa 2 product only lasts a year and then you only give a 35% discount on a new one?? Why would I buy another one?? Unbelievably bad product and horrible customer service. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

    First World Problem. Walking the slowly recovering @MiniSchnau today, my @fitbit fell off my wrist & is lost forever. Lonely. Scared. Vulnerable. The wild streets of London are no place for an unaccompanied @FitbitUK. It's dark now. It will be missing me.

    @fitbit my device is not pairing. I’ve had it for over 125 days. I disconnected and tried to pair it but it says it there is a problem connecting to your device even after I enter the code on the charger 3

    @FitbitSupport having a problem with posts. If I share a badge, i can't see it but friends can. Turns out I've shared the same post a few times now & would like to delete some of them but can't see them myself! I see this is a common problem since 2018. What's the fix? Buy Apple?

    I am beginning to believe that my Fitbit was an ineffective buy. Heart rate monitor not working. Not syncing. App UX/UI so effing unfriendly. Can’t charge properly because of the chargers design. Argh. Argh. Argh. I should’ve bought an Apple Watch. @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @MatthewSoley1 You guys know there is a problem with the heart rate tracking. Just admit you don't know how to fix it and refund people's money.
