@fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Absolute joke. Ongoing issue with Huawei phones for 18 months not advertised anywhere, I now have a watch I cannot use, your customer service refusing to do anything. I've tried EVERYTHING you suggest MULTIPLE times before you suggest it again.

  • boliwankenobi Oli Sierra (@boliwankenobi) reported

@fitbit and @FitbitSupport continue to disappoint. After my second watch in a year broke when I put it down as I do everyday, I can be provided no warranty information by support. Only an email. Super disappointing to see their product materials decline. May be time to leave FB

@FitbitSupport Okt have tried out some of the tips. Will come back if still a problem. Fitbit 3 I had only needed charging every 6 days. Fitbit 3 had lines on display. This was replaced foc by you but after over a year time was gradually blacking out. Hope this doesn't happen with 5.

Hi @FitbitSupport, my Fitbit Charge 4 has dark spots all over the screen. Parts of the screen are now unreadable. Does this mean the end of my Fitbit or can I fix it?

Hi @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK does your customer support work on weekends? Because if not maybe you could mention that on your webpage. Maybe you could also fix the two-year-old 'white line' problem for new models.

@FitbitSupport I shouldnt need to download an app after paying over $100. You guys need to fix your stuff so it works without apps and synching. I have better things to do than read articles on how to use a defective product. You clowns need to fix things. But my family’s done with your stuff.

  • thor_himmler Thor himmler (@thor_himmler) reported

@Indrani_Kar @_AllyRose_ @FitbitSupport They just replied expecting me to synch regularly. Lol. Man! Why cant they make products that just work without a damn app?! I advised my family to avoid fitbit. They need to improve their stuff. Tired of companies demanding we download apps or read articles on how to use trash.

I have had 4 iterations of @fitbit to-date. Versa 3, currently, if you're interested. And, as I've experienced the same thing with every single device, I can categorically say the sleep tracker is absolute garbage.

  • MelissaIsArtsy melissa jacobsen (@MelissaIsArtsy) reported

Hey @FitbitSupport last night I had a full charge on my battery and this morning it was at 50%. I've done nothing so far today and it's at 29% - what the actual ****?

@FitbitSupport seriously dont buy fitbit. Its trash. Their "tech support" is a joke. I depend on this thing to tell me when my heart rate is too high and I need to take my meds. Its been on the charger all ******* day, it's only 4% cause it won't charge and refuses to soft reset
