    Not a good experience with @fitbit @FitbitSupport. My device failed and they acknowledged it was unfixable so offered me a replacement device (yay!). So they provided a label and I shipped it in — 3 weeks now and it still hasn't arrived to them (boo!). (Maybe a @FedEx issue too?)

    @FitbitSupport I am satisfied with FitBit, but seriously the same exact problem with every single band. My cheap Chinese bands from Amazon are okay so far, except I seem to be allergic to some chemical in the band.

    @FitbitSupport Good morning I am having issues with my Versa Lite. For quite a while I am not receiving notifications such as reminders to move or when my phone rings. Yesterday I did a workout at gym but it showed no zone minutes which can’t be right. Help please.

    Today's BS is that my @fitbit is a defective product but because it happened to rear its defective head after 1 year and outside of warranty time period I'm now left with a garbage, dead product and they will only give me a discount towards purchase a brand new one?

    @FitbitSupport I don't need to learn about your warranty. I need a product that isn't faulty. Two Versa's in less than 18 months And now I'm left with an expensive bracelet that doesn't do anything. You have threads on your support page of people with the same issue dating back to 2018 😳

    @FitbitSupport hi, hope you can help. My Versa always has the wrong time on it. I have to tap numerous times for it to show the correct time. I’m no talking a few minutes out, it can be hours out. Any ideas on how to fix?

    @FitbitSupport I literally gave up with fitbit a couple of months ago. Nobody will admit there is an issue connecting to a Hwawei p30lite. There is no point wearing one if I have to delete data to sync. 😤

    @nickmcleanuk @fitbit @FitbitUK And they don’t even have anywhere to fix them, so if it breaks you just have to buy a new one. Mine was faulty hardware so completely not my fault, I’m so pissed! Horrible customer service!

    @FitbitSupport been a customer for over 6 years. Bought a new device less then a year ago. Steps aren't working. It's not syncing. Clearly it's broken. I just spent 30min with a very rude chat agent. WTF is happening with @fitbit you used to be a great company

    Only response from @FitbitSupport? Keep waiting. Serve level expectations were set at 5-10 business days. It's been 15. "Sorry that there isn't anything we can do for you." Bad look for customer experience when your product fails *&* you miss your own timelines for replacement

    @FitbitSupport At one point, you sent me a new band. However, all of the bands wear out at the connection to the actual Ionic timepiece. The receptionist at my office was a FitBit user and she had the same problem. She went up to Versa. And finally ended up with Apple.

    Paid £270 for a Fitbit sense watch 7 months ago....absolutely loved it.....screen cracks with a small knock on a cupboard and they won’t help or even offer a repair service....just not good enough! @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK

    @FitbitSupport hi, I bought my versa 2 around 12 months ago from Amazon and over the past week the heart rate monitor is no longer working. I’ve tried recharging and resetting it and also updating the app, but it’s not working on my wrist. It just freezes on one number all day?
