    I was involved in a fire on March 1 in Roselle, NJ and lost both of my fitbits due to water damage. I had and Versa 2 and Charge 2 Is there anyway that you’d be willing to replace them. I’d appreciate any help you can give. @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Hi nothing is showing up on my Fitbit Charge 3 It is completely black. I tried the reboot where you put it to charge and hold the key down. As soon as I count to 8 it has this pulse feeling? Nothing else. I take such good care of it? I hope you can fix it. Yvette

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Versa has stopped auto-tracking tennis and aerobic activity. I rebooted the Fitbit two weeks ago and it was okay for a day or two, then stopped again. I’ve shut down and tried rebooting again, to no avail. Any suggestion for what might be going on?

    @FitbitSupport hi, can you help with issues I'm having with Fitbit 2, 1. My steps keep jumping back e.g. was over12k a few mins ago, now its back @ 10k. 2. When using the run function the middle part of the screen keeps going blank and the watch randomly vibrates. Can u help?

    @FitbitSupport For the past few days I have been unable to open my notification settings inside my app. I’m not receiving text messages or Snapchat alerts on my device anymore. I already logged out remove the app and restarted my phone. That didn’t seem to help.

    @FitbitSupport How do I get my steps to sync correctly in team challenges? Problem only started two weeks ago. I have reinstalled app, checked wifi and Bluetooth, and restarted my fitbit. Correct steps in app, but incorrect in challenges. Thanks for help.

    Legit @fitbit is trash. My fitbit is about 2yrs old. My first one wouldn't update then they replaced with a refurbished one that dead freezes, battery drains within hrs and now they can't help me because my warranty is over. Trash service

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Charge 3 just shows blank nothing on it. I can’t even reset it. Can you tell me whether it relates to the technical issue that’s going on or if it’s my watch? It’s been over 24 hours now.

    hey @fitbit, when will you be re-introducing something like the Fitbit Zip? Some people do not want to wear a watch thing. Some people can't. It makes no sense why you tossed that piece of technology on the trash heap.

    @FitbitSupport I just got a versa 3 last week and am noticing it isn’t counting all of my steps. I looked down during a treadmill workout and the numbers were stopped - I counted over 50 steps before it started counting again, and only compensated about 20 steps

    @fitbit I had a Blaze for several years. I’d still have it but the battery finally wouldn’t hold a charge. It counted floors accurately. It only had a problem with the basement steps not being quite 10’ deep. So I got a Versa 3 and it’s a disaster. I’ve done everything suggested.

    @FitbitSupport sent me a discount code on a new watch because my old watch won't work since they have done an update. This is terrible. The watch worked fine before the update... there is nothing wrong with the watch. Has anyone else had this as it seems very suspicious? #fitbit
