    @FitbitSupport I have chatted to live chat about versa 2 being non responsive with charge. It just shut down after working perfectly fine for ages, No one could help, been thru everything. Is there any complaints procedure? As I feel its not acceptable that a device can just end

    @Klarna Klarna did a very classy move. Klarna stepped in a resolved an issue I had with Fitbit. At there own expense. Than you Klarna. Klarna should not allow Fitbit to be purchased off there service. That would be smart since @fitbit is garbage and the support is worse.

    @FitbitSupport So I have to manually change my activities because the device doesn’t work correctly? This appears to be a very common problem with the Sense. Never had a problem with the Charge series. Really wishing I had stuck with that.

    @LatelyAI I experienced ✨ excellent ✨ customer service--and it was delightful. My new @fitbit's been acting weird & I'd tried all the reset, clock change tips & reached out for help. They dropped a replacement in the mail the next day, hassle-free. I now need to be friends w/ their CXO

    @FitbitSupport Hi, the screen on my wifes fitbit charge 3 has gone completely black. Its like the didplay has failed. Tried all resets to no avail. Seems like this is a common problem from looking online. Can you help?

    @Google said the Pixel Watch was the most advanced @fitbit device available but currently it is severely lacking compared to the @fitbit Sense. Really pissed off that I now have to return the Pixel Watch because it's so terrible in comparison. Significantly worse battery life too

    @fitbit I’ve already done that. I also did a warranty claim for the actual device because the part that holds the band on broke. They replaced it and then a few months later it happened again so I was told it was no longer under warranty. Love the functionality but hate the poor quality.

    @fitbit I finally received my sense 2 yesterday after my Ionic was recalled. Set up and sync was impossible. After resetting the watch according to the Fitbit help forum my watch flashed blue and black to a red x. Now nothing works. I'm over it. Support has been useless.
