  @madebygoogle @FitbitSupport Fitbit Air is great in what it is supposed to do except floor calculation or stairs. i live in a place with 2 floors and in the office i take stairs but as of now the floor count is 0. My pixel watch 2 was good at it. please get it sorted in next fix

  @googlehealth can y’all fix the running stats on the new app??? Firstly, I start the “Run” on my Pixel Watch 4 and once I end it, it somehow ends up as “Workout” on the Health App and no stats. I change it to Run and only GPS is displayed but no cadence. @FitbitSupport

  UGH! @googlehealth has made my FitBit watch nearly useless. I've depended upon being able to see my calories burned & calories consumed but it's just gone! Calorie deficit is is what I paid for. There's more frustrations, but that's the biggie. FIX THIS! @FitbitSupport

  @FitbitSupport why can't we sync with the new fitbit/Google marriage? Why has the "Sync now" button been removed? Why can't I find a help screen in the updated app? You took an easy to follow app and made ridiculously more difficult.

  The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice.   @FitbitSupport @googlehealth Was forced to update Fitbit app. to Google Health, and it is atrocious that VO2 is exclusively tied to "Walk/Run + GPS". Why even do such disruptive change? Help forums are so filled with complaints about it, that you had to disable further comments.

  @actualstephen @Google @FitbitSupport This is why Garmin still wins on trust. They push firmware that adds features to 5-year-old watches instead of bricking them. Fitbit under Google has the worst update track record in wearables right now.

  @FitbitSupport I have a permanent red light on the back of my charge 5 and no display on the front. I've done a hard reset using the charger cable. This fixed the problem, but less than 5 minutes later it's back to red light and no display. Please advise next steps.

  @FitbitSupport @Google After more then a decade using Fitbit watch for GPS tracking of my (hundreds) of exercise, I inform you that I am leaving the brand. On my Sense 2, the GPS is since beginning of the year total garbage. You screwed up. ByeBye

  Oh @googlehealth you @FitbitSupport update is kinda trash. Can't add custom foods anymore, search is slow, you have to swipe a million times to find everything then spend time rearranging tiles because the default is atrocious. Body fat percentage field removed from weight entry.
