    @FitbitSupport I had to reset my WiFi hub a few weeks back and ever since it has been impossible to reconnect my Aria 2 scales back to my WiFi. I’ve tried everything the app tells me to do and nothing is working! Please help!

    @fitbit I bought 2 Fitbit versa 3 watch’s at Christmas one went wrong on the 15th March 2021 and Fitbit will do nothing to help now 6 months on they are waiting for the guarantee to run out, I have done everything they have asked, I can now only advise do not buy a Fitbit watch

    @FitbitSupport Thanks @FitbitSupport @fitbit for a super efficient replacement of the device.. though given that it’s my second such experience with the “charge” series, it would be deeply appreciated if you fix the core issue of long term reliability of the device..

    Hey @FitbitSupport I am not sure but this something too disappointing. I had two Charge 4 watches and both have a broken belt within the waranti period. I replaced one of them and based on my recent communication with customer care, they say the other one doesn’t exist?

    @FitbitSupport I need help. 2 Fitbit sense stopped working back to back within 3 months. Call center is horrible. Astrid, in particular. I was told via chat that the shipping would be expedited both ways so I can receive a replacement before my vacation. They lied!

    @FitbitSupport never ever buy a Fitbit! If you have any problems you were spent hours trying to fix it, it took me a month for a replacement and they sent me a bad one now I have to go through it all over again you suck Fitbit!

    Fitness tracker update. This **** is getting complicated! After binging @dcrainmakerblog I've bought a @fitbit Charge 4 while I work things out. Got a great deal on it. Spoiler: I'll probably end up with the next Apple Watch. #fanboy

    Hey, @fitbit ... My Versa Lite has decided to forget how to Bluetooth and is losing time. It's now 20+ minutes behind. I've deleted and redone the Bluetooth, and it works for a few minutes and then fails again. Help?

    @FitbitSupport It's outrageous your customer support @FitbitSupport!!! I'm a Premium annual subscriber since I wanted to use Fitbit Coach and benefit from Premium features. Now with the shutdown of the Coach app I don't have access to my guided programs and Fitbit doesn't reimburse me

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport I sent my versa 3 for repair a few months ago and was sent a replacement/repair. Now I've tried using the microphone functions for the first time and it's not working... any solutions to the issue? Only had problems with this versa 3... not good!
