    @FitbitSupport But not the exercise app. It's been CRAPPY since day one, then you DM me and email me to ask about it and DON'T ANSWER ME. WORST. CUSTOMER. SERVICE. EVER!!! If you're not going to answer customer emails and messages, WHY DO YOU REQUEST THEM?!?!? HAD it with @FitBit AND @Google

    @fitbit Yeah don’t bother. I bought the luxe and have reported a problem on one of the guided programs on it. 4 weeks so far and no update, no fix, just repeated requests for me to be patient. Fitbit help your loyal customers or you will lose the loyalty.

    Just synced my @apple health data via an app with @fitbit data this was a disaster ... as the health data already goes to Fitbit and now I have double data on my apple device #wtf I am a noob

    @FitbitSupport Not helpful. I log food in MyFitnessPal and the issue is that as I modify calories in MyFitnessPal it doesn’t update correctly in FitBit app… FitBit only ever adds calories if I add them in MyFitnessPal, but FitBit doesn’t subtract them if I remove calories in MyFitnessPal.

    @FitbitSupport I noticed a defect with my Versa 3 charger where one of the four pins is depressed and brought it to your attention on 13 July 2021, well within the warranty period. Your response is not helpful inspite of the fact that many users are facing the same issue.

    @StaceyMissayn @MichelleJS71 @FitbitSupport I’m having the same problem at the moment! 🤬 they have confirmed it’s faulty but just outside it’s warranty & have in writing that they say “Fitbit devices are made to last” but can only offer me a discount that matches the sale price!! Joke!!

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for your answer. I've been using a FitBit Alta HR after consulting with my doctor.but it recently broke down and I'm trying to replace it. The doctor is not an expert in machines. Is there anything in the latest models that might have a negative impact on my pacemaker?

    @FitbitSupport received an email from a "supervisor" at 2:31 AM. For some odd reason, I don't think "Liliam" is based in the US. Could I talk to someone who works directly for Fitbit in the US--since my issue is a US-specific issue--and not a contracted employee from overseas?

    @UpFitbit @FitbitSupport @simensayz I have noticed that my Versa 3 charger has one of the four pins depressed. I have sent a picture to Fitbit and waiting for replacement. I understand that many people are facing the same issue with the same electrode getting depressed.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN I have a Fitbit sense and the screen has gone black, nonresponsive. I have sent my Fitbit back once and I received a new Fitbit in replacement and the same issue occurred. I cannot believe this. I bought a Fitbit believing I will not have these issues.

    After yrs as a loyal @fitbit customer I’m switching to an @Apple fitness watch. The Versa3 I bought last fall has never accurately measured heart rate or cals burned during exercise. Fitbit “is aware of the issue” & promises someday a firmware update. Hasn’t delivered. I quit.

    @FitbitSupport iPhone 12 and Versa 2 keeps losing Bluetooth connection, have to open the app to get it working and it only stays connected as long as the app is open. Tried all trouble shooting tips, what’s going on?!
