    @FitbitSupport I have never had such terrible product support in my life. If your even interested in fixing this the case # is #43966797. For anyone else, the short version - don't buy the FitBit Scale, over 2 months waiting on replacement since my brand new scale was defective

    My @fitbit sense paused 3 times during my workout today.. this happens A LOT & it is due to my wrist pushing on the side button & there seems to be NOTHING I can do about it. I have tried wearing it higher on my wrist but sweat makes that a bad fix. 🤬 When will fitbit fix this?

    Have been using a @fitbit for a while, then mine unceremoniously died. Got the RMA and shipping label. Shipped the watch Feb 2. 26 DAYS AGO. Still "in transit," says @FedEx . Fitbit says no one can help until it's received, makes escalation virtually impossible.

    @fitbit @FitbitUK customer service is horrendous. We’ve had a broken watch and then a replacement watch sent out that doesn’t work either and you are doing nothing about it. When will this be dealt with as we keep getting fobbed off by your customer service team who don’t care.

    @fitbit You have got to fix this damn "prepare for bed" notification. I have no sleep settings enabled, but every night, I get a notification. Just deleted the app, since it seems to be the only solution. People have been complaining about this for years.

    Does anyone else find their #fitbit charge 4 has essentially become useless, with dropped gps all the time? I’ve tried turning on both types of gps but it doesn’t seem to help. It hasn’t accurately recorded a ride or a run in quite a while now. @FitbitSupport
