    I’m currently on hold with @fitbit @FitbitSupport a supervisor refuses to come to the phone to deal with an on going issue I had since March. The absolute worst customer service I have ever had. #neveragain would I purchase or recommend this product to anyone.

    When you ask @FitbitSupport they can't even help you or tell you what is going on. They just don't know. Recall center also doesn't know when a refund will be issued, so it's basically a lost cause for us. We are like waiting for nothing

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport was told that refund will come on Payoneer account. Since then I have been trying to call back on the refund status but not they ask give us Registration reference number to see your request as I don't have registration number they can't help (2)

    @fitbit Thanks, I sent a DM. And those tips are terrible, I haven't changed any settings in order for the battery to die this fast and having to turn off settings that you bought a Fitbit for is ridiculous.

    @FitbitSupport my husband received a virtual prepaid card as a refund for his iconic. He has followed all the steps and registered, he has made one small transaction using the card but can no longer log in to the site. Contacted b4b payments but can’t get through, help please!

    @fitbit You also might think @fitbit will stand behind their products and actually issue a refund on a recalled ionic. But you'd be wrong. 5 months and waiting for my refund.

    @fitbit have got the worst customer service I've ever come across - won't replace my product that has broken twice in the past year, refuse to transfer me to somebody that can help and have been actively ignoring me for the past week along with the rudest customer service staff.

    @FitbitSupport Hello! I have recently encountered a problem with my Fitbit. The wristband broke, but that wouldn’t have been much of an issue if the band connector hadn’t gotten stuck. I’ve been trying to get it out for a few weeks now, but to no avail.

    @FitbitSupport I processed and disabled two of my Fitbit ionics back on the 18th May. I have STILL not received my refunds? That's 11.5 weeks!! The emails promised refunds within 3-6 weeks? Please help.

    @fitbit Hey guys. My FitBit Luxe screen has been acting like it's shorting out (screen darkening, randomly colored lines appearing, etc). Is this a known issue with the Luxe? The device has not been submerged in water.

    @fitbit Shame the software for the watches has gone backwards. The charts are terrible. Doesn't matter what the watch offers if the interface is a pain to use.

    @Stevejo52766426 @FitbitSupport Their recall is a scam. After 5months of waiting, i don't think they even have plans to issue the promised refund. They can't even tell the status, which is basically telling us that they are not processing it at all
