    @AdalCarrol @FitbitSupport That’s proactive and admits an issue! I’m sure they prefer to just send out the canned uninstall and reinstall reply to everyone. Their customer care is truly poor!

    @jackieshoes @FitbitSupport 100 percent agree. I un-paired my fitbit as the help instructions suggested and then couldn't re-pair it to my phone because the site was down.

    @FitbitSupport If we've already followed the previous support steps to try and sync, before we were aware of the issue (i.e. re-pairing, re-loading the app, etc.) will our historical data repopulate in the app or is it just lost?

    @FitbitSupport I can see the services are down. I factory reset my watch, on the watch. So when I register a new device it says I can see it says I'm replacing it. Have I screwed my watch up now? Or can I carry on trying to do that when Fitbit is back online.
