    Hi @fitbit - how do I get in touch with your customer service team? The buckle on my son’s Ace 3 has gone. Luckily he noticed the watch slipping off. It’s well within warranty but we just need a new buckle/strap not full replacement- can you help.

    @FitbitSupport What an atrocious decision to take away the Challenges etc - that is what makes the Fitbit fun and useful. I think the senior people need to re-think this change otherwise you are going to lose a ton of customers. Really bad PR and customer service #Google #Fitbit

    @vincenthong @fitbit @FitbitSupport Fitbit replaced the first one (the first one lasted a year), this is the replacement that died, which lasted just over a year... But it's the fitbit itself that's broken, not the band.. Such a waste cos the tracker itself works.

    @fitbit we have been a fitbit family for years and have stuck with fitbit mainly because of the challenges that give it the edge over other trackers. Getting rid of something that so many customers love is a very very bad move and we won't be renewing our memberships.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport so how long does it take to get your recall processed? Received my device in October and nothing but escalations 4 calls to y’all and they can’t give any info. Don’t buy a Fitbit the support is terrible.

    @FitbitSupport Please can you help? My Inspire stopped syncing on Saturday 18th. I've force stopped the app, re installed the app, restarted my phone, reset my Inspire, turned Bluetooth on and off. No sync. Any more ideas? Thanks

    @FitbitSupport This is after chatting twice and calling once to explain the problem and the fitbit support acting as if they have never heard of such problem and that my concern is "elevated to higher level". Seriously doubt sticking with this company...

    @FitbitSupport Why are you selling defective Fitbits? I just purchased a Charge 5 and come to find out this model has a problem staying connected to bluetooth and has been an ongoing problem for over a year. It's not just mine BUT many others have the same problem which you haven't fixed.

    Fitbit not working bought in July 2023 Service centre number is a fraud. He was trying to take access to my phone. Will real Fitbit customer support please respond and take action @FitbitSupport.
