    @SleepXclear @9to5Google @fitbit Unfortunately, the person who is doing the twitts doesn't know English so that we might get blocked anytime. I believe in this company, but Twitter is one of the best ways to pump the stock by adequately informing the investors. I hope they will fix this issue.

    @FitbitSupport It’s not recording any steps at all, it’s frozen. I’ve spoken to someone online who seems to have fixed the problem for now, we shall see

    @FitbitSupport I’m out. Gave you guys a second chance already and you’ve proven to me that you are the same bad company that wouldn’t exchange my charge 1 a few weeks after warranty even after the product was so bad I had it replaced 3 times during the first year.

    @FitbitSupport absolutely fed up with Fitbit, had issue with charge 3 that couldn’t be resolved, upgraded to charge 4 literally weeks ago, now it won’t count steps, rebooted countless times and it STILL won’t work. Fuming

    @FitbitSupport I have a Fitbit charge 3. Screen went black today. I have tried to reboot and get to the smiley face, but it stays black. Also tried changing the clock on the app but no joy. Help.

    @FitbitSupport If there is good reason, I'm happy to accept that, I've had to go buy a third party band on Amazon already anyway. Is it because I got the watch as a gift earlier this year? That still shouldn't be your out for bad design... It's clearly a design flaw..

    @fitbit None of your devices work very well. Nor does your customer service. Email sends me to chat, chat sends me to email, I come to Twitter for help and get blocked. Go back to chat and told to wait for email, email sends me back to chat, and on and on and on.

    @ShazF1981 @FitbitSupport @fitbit Same issue here.. started a few month ago with having brownis shade on the sides, now the screen is completly black, the watch still works as the app can reach it.. reboot not helping, and no guarantee as this was a replacement of a previous screen fault/picel lines were missing

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I got problem with charging cable (sense) When a inspected cable, I can see that one of the pins has crawled back into the hole. Is happen to me two times ( two cables). I can't use my device because of that ! Could you help me to solve this problem please

    @fitbit don't bother buying the charge 5..do your research..main problem tho it won't sync with my smart phone my charge 4 had no problem..should have waited til it was out a while instead of being a beta tester.. and no button..waste of $179..DON'T BUY

    @FitbitSupport I need help with my Versa 2 please! It randomly shut off yesterday & had to be rebooted. When it came back on, it was saying 3pm. Then it shut off again overnight, so I rebooted again this morning and it came back on as 3pm again.

    @FitbitSupport I had to remove the luxe device from the app & Bluetooth and reinstall it. Tried everything else. Very weird . This was the iOS 15 update that caused the issue.

    @FitbitSupport hello. I believe that there is a defect with your Versa devices. For the second time, the face has dislodged from the device. You just sent me a replacement in April and it’s already broken again in the exact same manner. I need someone to address this issue.
