    @FitbitSupport Hi. Does Versa work on Iphone 5? The app works ok. Looking to update my Alta to a hand me down Versa. But app/phone can't find it to pair. I've done all the Bluetooth tricks and no luck.

    @jentlejen101 @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Hi: nothing left at all. Guy didn’t know why but if you google GLS they are awful. Parcels missing all the time. I’ve agreed a refund of my money if it isn’t here on Friday. I’ll never buy or recommend fitbit to anyone. Customer Service terrible.

    @Brampto18996083 @fitbit Don’t expect Fitbit support to help you on this. I ordered mine in December & still not here. Fitbit not interested. GLS useless & can’t even contact them. Best bet is to do as I have done & request a refund & do yourself a favour & buy anything but another Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport I've tried for ages to find one at a retailer and have not been able to. I will try the band replacement link but I think I am not within the time limit (I tried to get help before via FB but no help) so not sure I qualify. I will try again.

    @FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit. App is up to date. If you look at the screen shot, the app cuts off half of the sentences. Been like this for over a year. (I have seen this glitch on iPhone 5s, 8 and 11). How can I remedy it on my iPhone 11?

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN Third charge 3 not worked as advertised. GPS does not sync with android 10 as advertised OR windows 10 as advertised. This has been a known issue to them since 2018 and is not resolved yet they still sell them. Shameful

    @fitbit help!! I bought a new charge 4 off your website and your courier GLS are useless. Still not got it after 7 working days. I have done live chat with you & you just tell me to contact GLS direct. Ive done this & they dont respond. I should have just bought it off Amazon.

    @FitbitSupport after months of poor customer service and a poor product ive finally ditched the fitbit versa. a fitbit inspire 2 at £80 and a versa 2 special edition at £210 a complete waste and to receive a “refurb” replacement that was second hand was the final straw

    @amlb52 @FitbitSupport I have the same problem and I really don't have time or energy to always sync it EVERY TIME many times a day it decided not to notify me of calls or messages. I'm too busy for always checking my phone and playing with it. The update RUINED the device!!

    @fitbit "Garmin" - FIX YOUR ISSUES - why is a Google Pixel 3a/4a not supported but regular Pixels are supported? Fitbit has definitely gone downhill since I got my first tracker. Not sure Google can save you...

    @MariAndAnne @FitbitSupport I've sent a private message to Fitbit through Twitter. They've got back to me within an hour or so and have told me some tips on what to do and the problem is solved. Give it a try.

    @nextgencali @fitbit @FitbitSupport Mine broke in a different spot too! The bits that keep the buckle on broke completely. Haven't been able to wear it which is so trash when you wear it for a medical reason. I hope they do something!!

    @Freckles3921 @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I keep getting the same stock responses from Fitbit - it’s with the couriers so it’s not our problem. Apparently they see this as fulfilling their warranty obligation. I’m shocked at how bad their customer service is.

    @FitbitSupport Okay then. Fitbit syncs with MFP just fine, but never transmits the steps I walk and also doesn‘t show how many calories I burn. I have tried every single one of the solutions on your forums, NONE of them worked. I have been trying to fix this for 4 days.
