    Anyone with a @fitbit having syncing issues with @MyFitnessPal recently? Tried removing and re-syncing them through both apps and no luck. I know this was an issue on one of their ends a few months back, so curious if that's the case again.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK Dear Fitbit ypu are without a doubt the worst Company I have ever had to deal with. I am going to take the partial refund you gave me and instead of spending the money with Fitbit, who I will NEVER use again, I will spend it elsewhere.

    Hi @FitbitSupport My daughter’s Fitbit Charge 3 has vertical lines down the screen. It does still work. We have done the hard reset (smiley face) but the lines are still there. Any advice?

    @FitbitSupport I have two Fitbit sense devices and both of them started experiencing rapid battery draining over the last few days. Nothing changed on my end. Is this an issue you’re aware of and fixing? Going from 52% to 23% in less than 12h 🤯

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I have a Versa 2 and it keeps giving me steps I don't do. I woke up and I had 5 or 600 steps. I wasn't wearing it in bed last night cuz I thought that might stop it. Then I walked to the bathroom and it gave me 3000 steps. It's not that far. Help me please

    On Monday I had a pretty bad wreck. While I was sitting in the ambulance, waiting to go to the hospital, my brother approached the door. My @fitbit was in his hand and it was broken. I said “nooo I was almost done with my steps!!!”

    @vijaysharda_75 @FitbitSupport @MartinSLewis . Are Fitbit allowed to issued a virtual card for refund to use online at certain retailers or do they have to issue the refund back to the card your purchased the Fitbit on? They are refusing to payback on the original card.

    @randallcmoore @fitbit @parkjames Greetings - How about a replacement for Adidas recall, took 3 weeks to get it. Bought the sense, band lasted a week at best. Called for replacement, told it i s3 weeks out, so bad product line.........Company does not care

    @FitbitSupport My sense stopped charging and the culprit was the charger. One of the pins is not retracting. I have tried cleaning it and pulling out the pin manually but no use. No one is selling the charger in stores in India. Please help me with this as the device is useless

    Day 4 #UFFProgram Night shift! My @fitbit says I got around 3 1/2 hours kip during the day, in between shifts. Damn sugar cravings all night, I put it down to being so tired. I caved and had some birthday cake. Clearly, getting adequate sleep is a priority which I need to fix.

    @fitbit anyone else had trouble gettlng their money back from Fitbit after the ionic recall. Has anyone managed to log a complaint? .Such bad customer service. Nearly 6 weeks since registrating the request and no further on.

    @_gilbo @fitbit Just been on the Fitbit community board and people have been having the same problem with refunds and virtual cards since 2019 where they cannot use the virtual card. This now needs to be sorted out as people are not being treated fairly. I have tweeted Martin Lewis on this.

    @FitbitSupport @harriet852 @FitbitUK Just an update on this as I have spoken to Amazon who are taking the faulty product and will try a repair. If the repair fails then they will replace it under warranty like a fit and proper company is suppose to. It’s a shame Fitbit are not able to fix or replace there faulty
