    Checking with the Fitbit community to see if anyone else has had a problem with Fitbit honoring it's 1 year warranty? Purchased my Inspire HR in October 2020, and was told today by @FitbitSupport that my device is not in warranty. What? How is 11 months not less than one year?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I've been trying to get help with my Versa 2 for months on a known issue and keep getting the run around. Now I'm told it's not covered by warranty even though it's a known issue on your end. Can you have someone reach out that can actually help me?

    Superb customer support from @FitbitSupport after my wife’s inspire hr stopped working. It wasn’t a recent purchase so we feared the worst. Replacement sent within one week no questions asked. Thank you. Loyalty goes both ways 🤝

    @FitbitSupport I ordered Fitbit versa 2 on @PaytmMall but I received old and used one I requested them to return and I uploaded all the photos and all details from last four days they simply telling wi required time I’m not able to contact their customers care to explain problem

    @AmazfitGlobal These support replies are useless with all due respect. You just link people to an email address or a ticket page. Look at the support replies offered by @FitbitSupport They actually try and resolve the issue with a reply. I wouldn’t purchase another Amazfit product again 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Anyone else have bad luck with @fitbit? I'm on my 3rd one and as per usual has started to go downhill after 2 years. First the heart rate disappeared, it came back but was stuck, then erratic and now can't go a full day without having to be charged during the day Recommendations?

    @FitbitSupport I love my Versa 3 but you really need to fix your warranty policy. I've never had to send in a defective product before receiving the replacement and having to include all items that came with my device. 2 weeks without a fitbit, might be time to switch to Samsung.

    @FitbitSupport I had a very bad experience with Charge3. My friend from USA gifted me this band. From the day I got it one or the other issue I am finding it. Two times I had a display issue and u people replaced it. Now I am facing the problem with battery backup.

    @FitbitSupport Yes. I’ve gotten that pop as well but no matter what I put I get the same error so at this point I give up with your app and am moving on with my life. Of course I will not be buying any more or your products and will be telling people about my experience.

    @FitbitSupport Since earlier this week, both mine and my husband’s Fitbit apps have started giving us bedtime reminders at 10pm. However, the reminders haven’t been set / turned on in our apps so we don’t know how to turn them off. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport I am using Alta HR. The display is not working and because of that I am unable to link my phone with the device. I know my tracker is working as before delinking it with my device yesterday the vibration and other features in app was working .

    @FitbitSupport Hey, I talked to your team over call related to my issue. They explained to me that I face this issue because they remove the Fitbit app from the playstore for some devices. On my playstore, it shows this app is not available for you so contact the developers' team

    So finally @fitbit responds after weeks of waiting for an email response. They have no clue what the problem I'm reporting is and the "special team" that handles these issues only gives generic answers that dont work. Continued crap customer support from @FitbitSupport
