    I use @fitbit Flex 2 only for its silent alarm. It wakes me in the morning, not everyone in the house. I rarely sync it (which is buggy). Today I synced & saw on the website the company became part of @Google on 14 Jan. I was surprised. They never tweeted about it!

    @FitbitSupport my wife (Claudia Parvanta)and I have had Charge 3 fitbits for two years and love them but now the displays are so dim we can't use them at all. We have tried all the suggested fixes and none of them work. Our fitbits are up to date. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport my Peloton had automatically synced workouts to Fitbit until Thursday when suddenly it stopped. I didn’t change any settings. How can I fix this so they sync again?

    @fitbit I have been corresponding with your support team and have still not had a further update from a week ago! My versa lite has stopped syncing, therefore unable to use. The initial advice offered did not resolve the issue and my response has not been acknowledged.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve already been through the Chat help twice, each time getting new suggestions for how to fix it. I now have to wait until my workout tomorrow to see if it works. I wish Fitbit would just realize it was the update that messed things up.

    @FitbitSupport I just purchased my fitbit sense recently. My nighttime sleeping, temperature and other nighttime things worked about a week and stopped. I have logged out and logged back in. I have shut the phone down, I have reset everything. It is not working correctly

    @SeanMichaelSmif @FitbitSupport Mine seems to be asleep. It will keep me around 94 despite an intense workout, and then 20-30 minutes into the workout it suddenly jumps to 140+. But if it ever drops back down, it stays there.
