    @FitbitSupport Since recently I can't seem to login to Fitbit website or approve third party apps via web login. There is no flash in 2021 and the web used flash, is that it or do we have any other known issue with web logins? Or is it just me.

    @fitbitsupport I am having trouble with my Fitbit. I've deleted the app reinstalled it, I've restarted my device and tried another device as well as unpairing the tracker. Now I can't repair them.

    Annoyed. Replaced my broken Charge 2 with a versa 2 after recommendations etc. Tracked sleep fine for a week, now nothing. Looks like last year lots of people had issues. Can only think it was the firmware update (& took 50 mins) that caused it as was fine before @FitbitSupport

    @itsmemattiet @FitbitSupport Interesting you feel that way. This is the only problem I’ve ever had with FitBit. I had my Charge 2 for four years and no issues. My hubby thought I needed a new one, just because. And my “problem” was fixed with a system update... CTFO

    @FitbitSupport Yes this FAQ tells me to download Fitbit Connect. The problem is, I can't find where to download it. It seems like the software is gone?

    @FitbitSupport my versa two that is supposed to be water resistant broke after getting wet out on the boat. I don’t know if I have a bad one or what. But I’m sad. Can I make a warranty claim?

    @AlexWithAK @FitbitSupport Fitbit is garbage. I was sold a knowingly defective product and when it failed the same way the second time just weeks out of warranty, they merely offered a discount on a new — and probably also defective — product. Never again.

    @FitbitSupport I keep disconnecting from bluetooth. no other bluetooth devices disconnect. Stop sync.More than frustrating at the point . Go back through the set up. But it keeps happening. Help. I am not satisfied if this keeps happening.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit app no longer properly reflects Insire. Example-the inspire says I walked 13,634 steps. The app says I walked about 7,000. How do I fix this? I have tried everything I can think of. Beyond frustrated!!
