    @fitbit That link doesn’t take me anywhere. I dm’ed Fitbit support because you wouldn’t show up on direct messaging. I’m having the same issue. Ever since I got my inspire 2, the hr has been so erratic. You’ll be able to tell when I switched from charge 5 to inspire 2.

    Something's going on with my @fitbit Sense. Worked great during hike. Noticed at restaurant it turned off. At home, put on charger. Back on & recording steps but switching screens is slow/doesn't work. Now hard shut down to see what happens ⌚

    @FitbitSupport hi Fitbit! I've had my charge 3 just under 2 years and it's now got a crack in the screen and is not accurately tracking any of my movements or exercise. Bought off Amazon and still under warranty. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport As my original tweet noted, I have done that twice with ZERO success. There are a few online forums discussing how @fitbit is treating customers. Would @FitbitSupport like me to publicly complain about the service OR will you solve the problem and help me remain a loyal customer?

    Appalling service from @FitbitSupport. 4 months waiting for a refund. Ionic support line asks to wait (not saying how long) and regular support doing nothing. No accountability or help. Disgraceful.

    This is insane. @fitbit somehow allowed someone to change my account email without having access to said email. Now someone has access to my personal data. @FitbitSupport says it will take days to resolve the issue. Don't buy a Fitbit if you care about your personal data.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I’ve got two year Fitbit HR Inspire , you’ve updated app & now I’m constantly having charge my watch - what have you done - you’ve killed my watch. One charge usually lasts week now not even 2 hours help sort this out

    @fitbit I bought my wife a Charge5 from your website on 6/11.It came broken we contacted support, we sent it back we've been waiting for weeks for a replacement.Your company sold us a faulty product and we are still waiting for that screw up to be corrected.Punishing the customer

    My @FitbitSupport Charge 5 is broken after 6 months. Even after using the water lock feature it won’t turn back on after swimming. Non stop vibrations from the moment I plugged it in! What a bad company!

    @FitbitSupport I have a Charge 3, my screen has turned off but it's still syncing/counting steps. Have tried resetting whilst on charge etc. The screen had been getting dimmer over the past few months, and from what I've seen online this looks like a common issue. Advice please?

    Avoid #fitbit Versa 3. It stopped notifying calls not long after I got it. Tech support no help, went on fitbit community site to see 100s were having same issue. Then fitbit 'admin' delete posts rather than helping. Obvs aware but offering no solutions. Poor form @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Thanks. Have restarted multiple times that way..sometimes it gets stuck on the boot up logo screen. Other times it reboots well but powers down after an hour or so, Other times it boots up with no touch screen. Very frustrating....Any other suggestions or is my fitbit kaput?
