    @kgc89 @FitbitSupport Garmin is where I'm going after this stupid over priced useless premium FitBit subscription ends. If the watch even lasts that long. I'm tired of the constant problems week after week that they can't seem to fix and keep working.

    @FitbitSupport Bought a Versa 4 to replace my Versa 3 and noted it didn't even come close to accurate heart rate and calorie burn. I look down and see - - for heart rate. Same thing with a Sense 2 I just bought. WTF is up? GPS too is very inaccurate, I know exactly how far around my hood.

    @Shan_Mixhelle @fitbit Omg this happened to me too!! I didn’t realize it was a thing I thought my skin was just sensitive. I know I’m not allergic to nickel and it happened so it could be something else. I wear Apple Watch now though and haven’t had this issue

    @fitbit has been down since yesterday evening @FitbitSupport. Tried updating the app, resetting my phone and going on airplane mode and all other suggested troubleshooting in your "help/support forums" and nothing works. @Google was this your plan when you bought fitbit?

    @NianticHelp any idea when the Fitbit/Switch Bluetooth connection issue will be resolved? It's a real pain to uninstall @fitbit app every day and then reinstall it because I want to track my health.

    @FitbitSupport Oh, I did try your help forums. Believe me. Guess I purchased the device too long ago to receive a refund per your policy. I was hoping the "features" that were advertised would start working consistently. I can see why people filed a class action against your company.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit desktop app is asking for a login, but when I try it says 'authorization failed'. Trying to reset my password gets me a failed to send message, which mentions the API is not authorized by Fitbit to access the resource required.

    @FitbitSupport Hi. I own a Fitbit charge 4. One of the sections where the straps attach seems to have broken off. I understand this is a known issue? Can anything be done? I’ve had it just over 2 years and am in the UK, if that’s relevant.

    @FitbitSupport If it helps, my fix was to go into airplane mode, open the app, and then switch airplane off. Worked great after that.

    @FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, my brother’s fitbit fell off his writst and now it won’t turn on and it isn’t recognized on the app. The logo appears, then shuts off then appears again. I got it for him for Christmas 2022 and it already broke. Help!

    @FitbitSupport As of this morning, Fitbit is not syncing with Carb Manager app. YES, I have tried restarting both of the apps, and YES I have checked the settings to make sure they are supposed to work, if they have up until today, but it's not working.

    @FitbitSupport watches aren't up to quality.. down two watches and they never last at least two years.. bands also fall apart with 6months. Where is the customer service? And solution.. waste of money 💰

    The @fitbit app crash was a software malfunction which caused my watch to stop working. They said I could buy a new one instead of replacing it. Anyway I heard the @Apple watch was good so I think I’ll get that instead.

    @FitbitSupport Seriously, I was using it with no issue for *5 months* after the supposed end of service, this was not a strain on Fitbit's servers. How long will it keep working without being able to sync? What happens when the clocks change next week?

    The support even sends you an article where it says the battery lasts for a week with the charge 5. Right before explaining to you how to charge! Thanks I do it every day, I'm quite familiar with the process. Fix your product, reimburse, or send a new one @fitbit
