    @fitbit Hi, I need support, the screen of my Fitbit versa 2 doesn´t work, I bought it in january 2020, i have restart it but nothing works, and as the screen doesn´t work I hasn´t been able to apply total restart. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport Frankly speaking, I had gone through the GPS setting during the installation and done as per that still GPS stopping issue was faced that's why it was reported.

    @LonnieCripps @fitbit Hold off on that. I’m dealing with serious issues with my sense right now and I’m having trouble getting them to respond to my messages on here this morning. My wifi/calling/snoring detection/music streaming are ALL not functioning. Totally ridiculous for how much this costs.

    Hi @FitbitSupport @fitbitireland im having an issue adding my revolut card to my fitbit app, it says this card cannot be accepted? Its one of the reasons i got a fitbit was to pay on the go with my smartwatch. I have tried my girlfriends revolut card & it accepts that, any help?

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my Charge4 GPS gets auto off during run after 10~12 minutes. It says not connectivity with phone and without phone. Basically I bought this one to run without phone and now landed in this situation. Sometimes I feel I was better with Charge 2 due to GPS issue

    @tariamoumazou I honestly wouldn’t bother! Had a Fitbit since July 2015 and best I get is an email template saying they’re aware of the issue, but can’t do anything about it. Going to get a Garmin/Apple Watch next – no chance am I getting another Fitbit with this shoddy CS! 👋🏻 @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport This is definitely not my issue. My Versa no longer syncs without me having to go through restarting my phone, my watch, forgetting on Bluetooth, etc., MULTIPLE times.

    @tucano2 @fitbit @FitbitSupport yep - this is my 3rd now as they've replaced it twice and both times the replacement hasn't worked. I'm fuming. If you research it's clearly a well-known issue so the fact that they keep selling these is appalling!! And I've lost so many hours trying to get it to work.

    ARRRGH now on my 2nd replacement device from @fitbit and it STILL won't connect/update 😡😡😡 @FitbitSupport don't seem to care, and after researching it seems to be a super common issue. Great. Don't buy the Fitbit Alta is all I can say.

    @fitbit my son was bought and inspire for Christmas last year, but the fittings between the watch and strap look to have broken so the strap will not fit in and stay in the actual Fitbit it’s self. Can you help.

    @FitbitSupport I’m being harassed by you team over the emails for taking replacements which doesn’t work. Every time I receive non workable machine and I don’t want that. I would request for an upgrade as this model is discontinued and doesn’t work at all. Expecting your help!

    Hey @fitbit @FitbitSupport, why does my Alta suddenly think it's 7:20pm when it's actually 6:20pm PST? I got it to reboot, and it still says the wrong time. My phone still has the correct time. I did nothing. I just got home to walk puppy & noticed it was an hour ahead. Help!

    @FitbitSupport still can’t get text on my watch after latest iOS update as well as your latest update. Your Sense kind of sucks. I want a replacement. I’ve sent messages and also called, told a fix would be in this latest update.
