    @FitbitSupport thank you for "frying" up my charge 6 with your latest app look. Not syncing, installed app twice, tried to pair the tracker 4+ with "something went wrong". Every single time you make a change everything goes down the toilet!

    @FitbitSupport help. I’m a premium subscription holder. My app isn’t working barely any of the different categories are showing any activity. I tried to get chat help and it says not available. Please this has been a ongoing issue now for months and I was hoping an update

    @fitbit @madebygoogle Pixel 9 Pro XL user here and Pixel Watch 3 user. Not having the ability to see active calories burned as a field is EXTREMELY DEMOTIVATING. Total calories burned including your BMR doesn't tell any user ANYTHING if I want to check immediately how many active calories I have burned. This is my and many others main motivators and I would suspect turning many away due to a simple metric it would take your team no time to create. You have no idea what your active c calories are. Don't tell me to check the exercise specifically because that doesn't account for active calories burned outside of exercise. Please fix this.

    @FitbitSupport I am having major issues with Inspire 2. On chat the agent advised to remove Inspire 2 and reinstall. Now it is asking for 4 digit code which is not displaying. HELP!

    @FitbitSupport I’ve noticed issues with my Fitbit battery charge since the app was updated: e.g. Fitbit says 100% battery charge vs app says 52% after sync. Thus, battery goes out often because I don’t know the true percentage. Help!

    Hey @fitbit @fitbitsupport Bought my Fitbit May1,2023 Never showered with it, never swam with it, always kept it clean etc Yesterday the charging plate fell off and within four hours the whole device was dead not a trivial purchase but it lifespan was trash Disappointing

    Is anyone else having issues with the @fitbit app not opening the camera for scanning barcodes? This has been happening since yesterday. @madebygoogle, I’ve tried closing and reopening the app, uninstalling and reinstalling, and restarting my phone. Your app is broken.

    @FitbitSupport Hi there — my Versa 2 stopped working after a recent swim in saltwater. I didn’t go very deep and understood it was water-resistant. I rinsed and dried it after, but now it won’t turn on or charge. Can you help or advise on a replacement?

    @FitbitSupport I bought a charge 5 Dec 2022. I’ve never had a bad drop or bump. Never showered with it or swam. In the last 6 months, it now turns off for no reason, half the functions aren’t available, like ECG, and it’s not even 3 years old?
