Josh Fields (@partiallypro) reportedPretty incredible that @fitbit's food/calorie tracking has been down for -everyone- for over 24 hours and they are owned by Google which is a 3.8 Trillion dollar company. This is something you'd expect from an independent developer.

Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

Selim Oz (@selim_oz) reported@FitbitSupport We’ve been through this, you guys can’t even explain how my two year old Sense 2 turned into a brick a day after I installed the update. It’s not a free watch, I paid $200 two years ago. I think the update had malware in there because Fitbit sales slowed down.

Professor Lycan (@ProfessorLycan) reportedI think it’s time I ditch @fitbit as a brand. They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I can’t fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?

Shashank (@joinshashank) reported@fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???

I’ll put it on the charger and it’ll show it still has a significant amount of charge on it. No help from Fitbit support. How do I fix this?! It’s become unreliable and useless.
