    @fitbit My Fitbit versa Lite device was not working and I have given the request for replacement and sent my pebble in July 2020. I have not received the new pebble yet. Still, you people are cheating on me and saying that you will send me the pebble device. I hate Fitbit. I hate Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport when logging on to the challenges and attempting to open the box a server error is displayed. It says to try again later. I have logged out and back in but remains the same.

    @FitbitSupport Hi - I just set up my charge 2 again because there was a problem with it not tracking my sleeping. An option came up for a 90 day trial, after which I would be charged, but I was charged today. Could I please ask for a refund?

    @fitbit 2 calls to your team, 2 different ways to reset my fitbit charge 3. the resets are not working and no-one at fitbit seems to be able to help. Its only 7 months old and my second one as this first one was faulty also. can someone get in contact from FITbit to sort

    Hey @FitbitSupport is there a reason anytime I call for help I get people who don’t give me a second to actually explain the issue? I’ve had various Fitbits for YEARS, and ANY time I’ve used customer support I get people who can’t be bothered to listen. 🙄

    @FitbitSupport called for a problem with my Ionic and your team sent me an email 2 hours later saying it’s a replacement and no help offered. It’s not a replacement nor have I ever submitted a claim. I’ve had the same device since 2018. This makes it easy to move to Apple. 😡

    @FitbitSupport my versatility 3 won’t gain rain a connection. Frankly, it sucks. It has me with no activity for 3 days, the calls/texts don’t come through because the controls option doesn’t sync either. Basically, it’s total garbage. Is this a known issue? 3rd attempt at support

    @FitbitSupport hi!! So I’m a nurse and have had my Fitbit Versa for maybe a year or two. I looked down today and noticed that the screen is coming loose at the bottom! It’s flapping open and lifting up, I can see the insides. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport Yes, that is the link I am using. I cleared my cache. It still does not work. I want to report a broken band on my son's device. He's only had it since May and this is the second time we have had this experience. Not cool that I can't even report it and get a new one.

    @FitbitSupport like many others, my charge 3 screen is failing. It has black lines through it and can only barely be read with one clockface. I bought it in Sept. 19. Is there a fix for this? I have not been able to find one in the community.

    @FitbitSupport It shows the lethargic behavior of the company. This is the worst level of service provided and no response from the so called support team on the mails sent.
