@dishumor @fitbit @FitbitSupport 100% agree I am on my 3 fitbit in 5 years after 2 years they just die. And the only thing fitbit support does is help you buy a new one... On to a new fitness tracker... becausr I am tired of this cycle of short lived devices.

@FitbitSupport Got shipping label Fitbit Sense. Thank you for that. In my experience,@Fitbit always sent device and then asked for customer to return..Looks like they stopped trusting customers. Not trusting customers is bad strategy. Costco Vs Bestbuy. Its hard. Waste of money

@fitbit I was given a Fitbit Versa 2 in Dec of 2019. It got stuck in a boot loop 2 days ago and your support wasn't able to fix the problem. The only alternative offered was to buy a new one w/a 35% discount. So, you're devices are only supposed to last a yr and a half? #fail

So @fitbit I returned my Charge 4 due to a defect, and you replaced it.... Kudos! However, you also had me return the band with my broken device. Can someone explain why I didn't get a band with the replacement?

I will caution my followers into buying a @fitbit Versa 3: 1. HR zones don't work, never have, only got canned responses from @FitbitSupport. 2. Floor count is broken for alot of users, they won't acknowledge it publicly but @FitbitSupport confirmed to me. No plans on fixing it.

@FitbitSupport received the worst customer service. My Fitbit broke after 1 year you sent my another faulty product with no one in your customer service team or supervisors offering adequate support to resolve this! I won’t be buying Fitbit or recommending it every again!

@mishra_baibhav I had a @fitbit watch. Unfortunately cracked the glass in a fall. Had to run around for a replacement. Finally had to throw it to the back of my garage. Problem - lack of service center.

@FitbitSupport Hi, I am owner of charge 3, I continuously have trouble getting the device to sync, it says there is no internet, "To Fix It". I go Around and back but still it says I didn't use the device today. Its software problem that you should be able to fix with an update

@fitbit your Charge 3 is garbage. I've gone through 2. The 2nd one lasted under a year. Tech support confirmed it wasn't a simple issue, said to get in touch with warranty department. Warranty department says our 1-year warranty doesn't cover it. Bought it June 5, 2020.

@FitbitSupport Thanks for looking into this, seems the issue is it is stuck with DHL. Your response of my having to contact them is frustrating. I am still waiting to hear back. A warranty replacement should not take this long. My faith in the fitbit brand is now completely gone.
