It is only about connecting them, not troubleshooting after they have been connected. What would be great is if FitBit would tell during exercise whether it is recording properly or not.

I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice. I got a woman called Jona guessing from the Phillipines who has absolutely no idea what she is doing or how to behave to someone. I can’t synch my charge 6 to the disastrous new app. Never had an issue before. She even pretended she couldn’t hear me but then could when I said I want to speak to a manager then claimed she will call me straight back and hasn’t!!! What on earth? I pay good money Fitbit and premium membership.
