    Hey @FitbitSupport, my Fitbit sync on my iPhone 11 Fitbit App, but the app does load all the stuff, like my profile picture and the sleep icon won’t show up, I tried updating the app and checking for Versa 2 updates, but no use, help? @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport My family has 4 of your watches. Extremely disappointed that 6 months out of warranty and you won't replace one with a defective button. A discount coupon to purchase another item is a horrible way to deal with what looks like a common issue in design.

    @FitbitSupport Wife’s Versa 3 is stuck on always on screen. When I tap it or shake it screen goes black with no functions or screen. Button makes it vibrate, but does nothing on screen. Time on always on screen shows…screen works for that. Sensors on back seem ok. Help.

    @FitbitSupport the problem is the device wont sync unless i open my app, it wont sync anything, weather, steps, anything. the app wont stay on to* sync, unless its open either. many people have had this issue and its not being addressed as an issue with your newest update as it should.

    So @fitbit charge 3 not working! Service say warranty team will email, in other words out of warranty! For a product like this surely the life should be better. Will have to think very hard whether to get another

    @FitbitSupport Hello. We purchased a Versa 3 for my husband Feb/21. It has been working fine until now. The battery does not last more than 2 to 3 hours. He has let it completely loose its charge and then then recharge. Help please. He loves it but is getting frustrated.

    @FitbitSupport I will try a reboot. However, when you go to an exercise, you do one thing to start (tap screen) and something else to stop (2 screen taps and a squeeze). And God help you if you got off that exercise screen and your hands are a little sweaty. Tracking workout is a real challenge

    @FitbitSupport My Versa has packed in again for the 2nd time. It won't switch on, it won't charge and it was working till 23:00 then it just died. Not a power issue as I got no low battery email. Can you help please?

    @FitbitSupport Raised an issue 2 weeks ago. Still not resolved after 2 weeks!!! I’ve just been told by email to log out and log back in again. Is this a joke?? It’s very very poor support and customer service. Is this usual?? I’m thinking of changing provider

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Charge 3 is not working again. Was only sent it in Feb and I think it's the 2nd replacement I've already had. Completely dead. I treat it with care and don't misuse it. Getting a bit frustrated! Lasts less than 6 months every time 😡
