@FitbitSupport hi, Fitbit inspire HR is losing its charge within a couple of hours. From 100% to 14% in just 2 hours for example. It's also not keeping the time correctly. Bought in May 2021, please can you help?

@FitbitSupport Hey there. Me again. The Sense that I unboxed and started using on 12/5/21 is broken. Had nothing but problems with it in the 11 months of use (replaced 10 chargers), and now it won't turn on. I'm done. Going with Garmin. Can I return this for any kind of a refund?

@FitbitSupport I spoke via a live chat re my charge 4, the clip on the device that connects to the strap has broken can i get this repaired or covered under warranty (if Im still in warranty) live chat was not really helpful just said it would be passed on, had no email reply

@fitbit We had 3 fitbits in our house hold. One worked for a few weeks, the rest was straight garbage, never worked. I contacted customer service who told to send it back for repair/refund and never heard from fitbit again. 100% not impressed.

@FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, for a while the charger of my Fitbit Sense has been intermittently not working. Now not working at all. I have tried using different plugs, sockets and USB ports. I have cleaned the contacts on both charger and Fitbit but to no avail. Any Warranty..?

@DARKDEXX @AndroidAuth @fitbit Fitbit is awful bad, just read the reviews on Amazon. I also had a friend who had to turn in three times his Fitbit after it locked up in a boot loop in less than a month. If you wanna spend your money on something reliable and accurate get a Garmin, Samsung or Apple watch.

@FitbitSupport:sense was paired to prev phone. I removed sense from my fitbit account on new phone. Now, when I try to pair same sense to new phone, I can’t enter pairing code from phone. Pairing code is never displayed. Sense keeps on saying, Unlock with phone. Deadlock. help!

@FitbitSupport hello, my Versa 3 has completely shut down while performing a sync. Before that the battery was 96% full. I cannot open it again, whatever I try. If I connect it to the charging tool, it makes a short vibration but is not opening again. Please advise! Thank you

But she’s obviously overweight and it’s not healthy. Fitbit Using her as a model for a fitness product is a poor ad decision.

Why is the @fitbit #Sense2 charger the worst thing in the world?? The cable is mad short so can't use a low plug and it still takes me 3 tried to find the right placement for the magnet. Then you can touch it because the magnet just pops off. Ridiculous.
