@szetoinsitu @fitbit @Pebble The pebble didnt have an sdk either, but i feel you. Problem is for #fitbit they actuallt have an sdk for their sense and such, but you dont need an sdk to force a software upgrade

@FitbitSupport It takes multiple attempts to sync my FitBit Charge 5 to my iPhone 13 - turning Fitbit off/on and iPhone off/on does not help - very frustrating - been a FitBit user for over 5 years but going to get an iWatch is syncing does not improve

@FitbitSupport Good Luck in the future , because your company policies and customer support are worst in class. Your product is even worse. I had my NonSense 2 for 35 days and it died but Fitbit will only replace after you mail it back to them and you are w/o your watch for 20d

@FitbitSupport recently my Fitbit started counting every pat to a kid's back as a step. I teach prescool and pat backs for an hour a day. So I'm suddenly getting thousands more "steps" a day than I used to. How do I fix this? I don't get what changed.

Between stopping my sleep log in the middle of the night arbitrarily or just not recording my sleep, I’m getting fed up w my #Charge5 @FitbitSupport. If I do “sensitive” it creates logs when I’m relaxing. Resetting it doesn’t fix the issue. Seriously considering an @Apple watch.

@HipstersChoice @FitbitSupport Same issue. I was on the phone twice w/ @FitbitSupport (got disconnected the first time after being on for 15 min) They can't figure it out. I've rebooted the device, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the ap. I have a case # to use if it's acting the same way tomorrow

So, I finally got sent a replacement Fitbit. It connected to my iPhone fine, went to do the update, and my Fitbit decided to disconnect from my phone halfway through, and now it’s stuck on the update screen and won’t reconnect to my phone. Help? @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport hi, my Versa 3 freezes, goes to a black screen which I can’t get off. When I called live help I was told to turn it off and on and charge jr half an hour before I want to use it. Not helpful. Where can I check the warranty on this please ?

@FitbitSupport is there a problem with the app specifically aria 2 scales. All my weights have vanished and I now have 2 users I don’t know replaced with myself and my husbands. I keep removing them but they are back within minutes.

After posting about cracking my Fitbit, @FitbitSupport reached out to help me even though it was past the warranty. They hooked me up with a discount that helped me get a new Fitbit even though they totally didn’t have to. A+ customer service. So glad I didn’t get an Apple Watch

@fitbit cnet didn’t even rank the versa4 or sense2 as one of the best smart watches of 2023. The versa 3 made the list. Fix your mistake y’all. Ur charging full price for a product with a 3rd of the capabilities of previous models.
