I am trying to pair my Fitbit with my iPhone. After I enter the 4 digit code, it says pairing on the Fitbit but then an error on the phone appears “Something went wrong. There is an error. Try again”. Details in comment… @FitbitSupport @FitbitDev

Apparently @FitbitSupport can't keep their app running. Widespread outage. Can't log food. Makes @Google even more annoying to those of us that have had fitbit for years. Unreliable. Out since midday yesterday. No status updates from fitbit/google.

@FitbitSupport the app is doing a weird glitch where it took randomly took away how many calories I had left to eat for the day and somehow defaulted to a random total calorie intake. I changed it to a 500 calorie deficit and I have watched it revert back 3x. Please fix.

@fitbit fix the glitch where the screen wake keeps auto selecting button and motion when I only want button on. Its making me want to toss this thing waking me up in the middle of the night flashing me in the eyes, and the battery is dying like crazy. Husband and I both are mad

I'm about to throw my @fitbit Charge 5 in the trash. Some time after Google took over, the App just launches to a blank screen half the time until I reinstall or clear cache/data. Are there any good alternatives I should consider?
