    @FitbitSupport # I have purchased a new mobile Samsung galaxy s 23 ultra & now I am unable to login into my fitbit account. Error is that this email has been taken by another account. Requested to rectify the problem at earliest please.

    @Abhishe61178126 @FitbitSupport They give users a lot of runaround on issue like this, You can Message hack_ravenadler_ on Instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine.

    @FitbitSupport I got my Charge 5 12/22. Display not working. Fitbit Chat not working, directs me to email fitbitsupport. Email says you no longer provide e-mail support. Restarting device doesn't help. Help?

    @belliveaul @fitbit I hadn't noticed it too much with the stroller (maybe because I'm taller). The Costco shopping carts are the worst culprit because the handles are up so high. I'll take @fitbit advice and put it in my pocket on Costco trips!

    @FitbitSupport repeatedly does not record sleep pattern due to “Short sleep” times.A pedometer is cheap,premium doesn’t help, so not appropriate for anyone who may wake for a short time.Even if it’s not known.Sleep patterns is why I bought it.

    @FitbitSupport Hey, my fitbit account was hacked And i reported this issue long time ago After you reset my account i cant connect to my fitbit again Cause my fitbit was IONIC, and someone finished a refund process I reported this issue 2months ago but u were silence!

    @FitBit @FitbitSupport I have a Charge 4 and the band won't stay on anymore. I don't think there is fix. I could get another Charge 4, but I'm thinking of a Charge 5. I'm hesitant with the subscription ... is that required? If so, what do I get and what is the price.

    @FitbitSupport so disappointed that have a versa2 bit strap keeps coming out and has dropped on the floor and broken the screen. I have extended warranty with shop however they won't honour it as they call it a 'mishap' even thought the strap that comes with it fails.

    @FitbitSupport Repeatedly sleep doesn’t work,even if asleep for 7 hours,says too short.Even premium, Pedometer is cheap,we buy for sleep score.Fix or refund.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit Mexico city timezone and overall Mexico states timezones are setup to an hour later of the actual time. Please fix the timezones on your servers since it is making it really frustrating
