    @FitbitSupport Hello, I got a Charge 4 from you in November. It was working fine & only needed charging roughly once a week, but now its suddenly needing to be charged nearly everyday as the battery just isn't lasting. Never had this problem before...can you help? @FitbitUK

    @FitbitSupport I need your help!! I have change my ionic for a verse 3. I uninstalled my ionic, but after some sort of error. The ionic is saying unlock with your Phone. I am trying to reinstall the ionic, but as the screen is locked. I cannot put in the 3 digit code. Please help

    @FitbitSupport Hi I purchased a fitbit versa special just under a year ago, the last week or two it’s not been charging correctly, and sometimes wouldn’t charge at all then other times it would, however I cannot get it to charge at all now? i’ve tried all steps on your help page
