    @FitbitSupport @jessical6719 You don't strive to improve at all! Keep replacing devices with same poor model. Only give silly discounts towards a new one. Ignore people with issues. Then block people on Facebook for telling others the truth! AVOID FITBIT! @FitbitUK

    @FitbitSupport Hi, having problems with Versa not syncing current battery level on the app. If I force quit the app it will, but if left alone or pulled down to make it sync, it stays at lest level shown!! Help please

    @fitbit hi Fitbit, just had truly awful customer service on chat. And they tell me that you don't have a complaints procedure. Is this true? How do I get my issue resolved?

    @fitbit broken screen after falling from low table to the ground. Not very resilient for a sports watch. I’ve been told by your support that no option to repair. Offered an offensive £8 off current UK price for new watch and told cannot deal with complaints. Poor service.

    @FitbitSupport I figured out the issue with hourly activity. Since fitbit is stuck to resetting at midnight, you cannot program hourly reminders to go past midnight. Example, if I wanted it to remind me between the hours of 4pm and 1am it simply breaks the app.

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 4 just broke and bought Charge 5 to replace it. I am having a problem connecting it with iPhone through Bluetooth. However it is not finding… How can I wake Charge 5? There is no button on a side.

    @fitbit I purchased this device and it broke. You replaced it. It broke again months later and you’ve now offered to replace it at a 50% discount. I’m not happy with this, mainly because if it’s broken twice now, why would I want to PURCHASE it again? Why am I spending more money

    @MyFitnessPal why do I have to disconnect and reconnect my @FitbitSupport each day with you app to get it to work? Prior to you last update it worked great. Now, this app....not so much! CS is zero help as well.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the prompt reply. I sent a reply DM but have had no response. Please can you let me know if you are investigating this on-going problem. I was told months ago that Fitbit were developing a "fix" which would be applied to users' apps on a rolling basis, when finalised.

    The heart rate sensor of my #fitbit Versa 2 is broken. Since 2 days I‘m trying to communicate with the live chat a. support from Fitbit. Every step I've done, has NOT worked. Btw: the warranty hasn’t run out yet (bought my watch in April 2020). @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport I’ve not had a response for almost a week… After a broken screen to my new watch (which cracked extremely easily after falling to the floor from a low side table)… told cannot be repaired, offered £8 discount on current price and told no complaints department!

    On top of this it was clearly edging closer to his 5pm clock off time. He decided it was time to cut the chat and still leave my issue unresolved. Extremely frustrating when you pay a lot of money for one of these devices. I bet @Garmin has better support @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport just bought a redmi note 10s. my Versa has paired but no app notifications work. Have restarted phone as per red text in 'app notifications' but see on community some other redmi phones have same issue and it's being worked on. Any updates?

    @Google please can I have your thoughts on @fitbit handling of my non functional new Charge 4? GPS hasn't worked for almost 2 months now (watch is barely a few months old) and yet I'm just told to wait because it's a widespread issue and so not on warrantee. Shocking service.

    @FitbitSupport Called customer support to inquire about the extra insurance offed for 39 dollars covers loss, breaking and if it’s lost. Agent wouldn’t listen misunderstood then hung up on me. Some of the worst service I’ve received. I was kind.

    Forgot to set up my alarm on my phone. 🙃 I have an alarm setup on my @fitbit but there's an issue where it just shuts off when I'm sleeping and I have to reconnect it to the charger to turn it on

    @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport Dear Team I have ordered Versa 3 watch from Fitbit website on 31st Dec'2021 at 22:40hrs but till date update on delivery. It's very poor response. Amazon is delivering in 3 days but Fitbit is unable to deliver on time and no update about shipment. SAD

    The @fitbit charge 4 is such a clunky price of ****. What a downgrade from previous versions. Constantly freezes when I’m trying to start a workout. Hung again this morning so I stomped it to death.
