    @pclauterbach @FitbitSupport Can you help me? I can't even get a response from Fitbit. Sense is under the extended warranty (13 months into 24 month extended warranty) - I returned it October 25th and can't get an update on my replacement (also my device burned my arm)..any advice appreciated

    @fitbit My blaze is having a meltdown. The screen shakes and will not stand still. The clock and all screens do it and it is sometimes a double screen doing it-meaning it splits right in the center and has a shaky look. It seems electrical dysfunction. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit sense SPO2 readinds are inconsistent and unreliable. I have reached out to you 4 times on this issue and evry time Fitbit asks me to factory reset and update.But it does not work. Very unhappy about this situation

    @FitbitSupport #FitBitFail 12 days with nothing but circles. I was told my case was escalated only 2 receive an email 2 go 2 your help page. WOW that's real customer support. Device dead after 5 months! Now 0 refund for $79.99 Premium service started 5 days before. I CAN'T USE IT

    **** @fitbit for real. Zero marks for customer satisfaction. So many people with the same complaints but all we get told is, "Sorry. There's nothing we can do. You just have to suck it up and buy a new one." So ridiculous. Do better.

    @FitbitSupport My wife had a charge 3 , 4 &. My issue with Fitbit is your Bracelets always break apart . bought new ones from you & they still break. The latest is the fitbit unit portion snaps to the bracelets has fallen apart. a 25 % discount is not an option, HELP

    @FitbitSupport i am having problems syncing my charge 5. I have tried everything and when i have disconected the watch from my from and then trying to sync it again i get an error code. com.fitbit.HTTP error 403
