    @FitbitSupport is there an update on how to prevent the repeated alerts that come from iCloud shared events? Only recommendation at the moment appears to be turn off calendar notification which doesn’t help!!!

    @FitbitSupport my track exercise when choosing the “+” turns off while I’m still exercising.I am loosing all my data (gps) then it will not allow me to reopen despite restarting app or phone. Is this a known issue? It’s happen for at the past 3 weeks.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge HR Fitbit and the tracker is not keeping track of every time I go up the stairs in my home. It's a steep staircase and I have counted 11 times for today, but the app says I've done 4 floors. Is there a way to adjust this? Thank you for your help

    @FitbitSupport my new charge 4 is not logging the correct distance. When my phone GPS says, I've done 7Kms, the app shows only 6.5 Kms. Also the charger is not working. I have to use my wife's charger which works fine.

    @fitbit I purchased a Versa a little more than a year ago. Worst purchase ever, battery dies every 2 days and I would not recommend. Why don’t they use a replaceable watch battery and then it would last for a year . Not recommended

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 4 is unable to sync with my phone, and now my Charge 4 won't do stuff like keeping track of pulse or steps. I followed the instruction, kept a stable internet and the devices close together, but after half an hour it just says sync "failed". Help, please.

    @FitbitSupport I have a problem with my versa 3. I don't know whats happen but my versa application on my cell phone didn't work anymore. It can't syncronise my versa with the application. Everything was working properly, I charge it and now it didn't work. I boot my cell too.

    @FitbitSupport This is about when notifications don’t arrive. The problem is that there appears to be a known problem whereby notifications are sent again and again and again for the same calendar event.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Charge 3 suddenly has white vertical lines all across the screen. I tries restarting multiple times but no change. It happened after it shutdown due to empty battery. What can I do?
