@amlb52 @FitbitSupport I have the same problem and I really don't have time or energy to always sync it EVERY TIME many times a day it decided not to notify me of calls or messages. I'm too busy for always checking my phone and playing with it. The update RUINED the device!!

@FitbitSupport @FitbitIN Third charge 3 not worked as advertised. GPS does not sync with android 10 as advertised OR windows 10 as advertised. This has been a known issue to them since 2018 and is not resolved yet they still sell them. Shameful

@FitbitSupport Okay then. Fitbit syncs with MFP just fine, but never transmits the steps I walk and also doesn‘t show how many calories I burn. I have tried every single one of the solutions on your forums, NONE of them worked. I have been trying to fix this for 4 days.

@FitbitSupport hi, I have reinstalled my versa 2 twice. Reset it many times. Deleted and added the app again to my phone and restarted my phone. Bluetooth on and off etc. But it won’t sync! iPhone se 2020!! Help!!!!! Thank you! Xx

@nextgencali @fitbit @FitbitSupport Mine broke in a different spot too! The bits that keep the buckle on broke completely. Haven't been able to wear it which is so trash when you wear it for a medical reason. I hope they do something!!

@fitbit help!! I bought a new charge 4 off your website and your courier GLS are useless. Still not got it after 7 working days. I have done live chat with you & you just tell me to contact GLS direct. Ive done this & they dont respond. I should have just bought it off Amazon.

@Freckles3921 @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I keep getting the same stock responses from Fitbit - it’s with the couriers so it’s not our problem. Apparently they see this as fulfilling their warranty obligation. I’m shocked at how bad their customer service is.

@FitbitSupport my iOS 14.3 update happened last night and today I cannot add an exercise in the app. The entire app freezes. I have installed the latest version of the app and did a force reboot of the phone a couple times and it’s still not working. I have a charge 4.
