    @maynard42 @FitbitSupport Same here. Their latest firmware broken the charge 3. Only solution I've received is to purchase a new device with a 35% off coupon. Hope they come up with a better plan for you.

    @FitbitSupport my charge 3 screen went grey 4 weeks ago, ive been on fitbit community and they say they have created a ticket for me and should hear back by email, im still waiting, says live chat ia unavailable, have tried all the trouble shooters such as changing clock face etc

    @FitbitSupport Daily mile target is set to 5 miles. Ive completed 5 miles but its still showing I have more miles to do so not counting miles correctly. I have checked that it is indeed set to miles and not km. Help

    @margaretlees4 @FitbitSupport I had that problem on my Versa 3 with an Android phone, the new Fitbit 3.37.1 update fixed it...if it didn’t work check to make sure your battery on phone is not putting your Fitbit app to sleep after awhile. Mine was clicked on...after I shut it off my Versa 3 synced.

    I bought Sense as I saw it support Spotify, only to learn that it cannot store music offline as it is possible with Deezer/Pandora. Can anyone from @fitbit explain this? I hope this will be fixed soon, as I'm used to listen to music and podcasts on Spotify on my run.

    @FitbitSupport The fitbit versa lite I bought for my wife gives her a burn on her arm when she wears it. It didn’t do this until a month ago. Any suggestions? Cleaning the back of the watch doesn’t help.

    Even better! The @fitbit Charge 4 did not record my bike ride either! I started my bike ride by using the BIKE shortcut I added in device settings on the web. Piece of junk recorded NOTHING! Not even the steps to get on the bike. What a piece of ****. Can I get my $$ back?

    @FitbitSupport I did water aerobics in my swim proof Fitbit Versa and it does within 2 hours after my class! It should not have been the battery as I charged it before my class. Help please!?!
