    @FitbitSupport is there a problem with the app specifically aria 2 scales. All my weights have vanished and I now have 2 users I don’t know replaced with myself and my husbands. I keep removing them but they are back within minutes.

    @fitbit cnet didn’t even rank the versa4 or sense2 as one of the best smart watches of 2023. The versa 3 made the list. Fix your mistake y’all. Ur charging full price for a product with a 3rd of the capabilities of previous models.

    @fitbit just got a versa 3, awful bit of kit, it drops to being minutes slow on time every day, have to sync manually every day to reset to correct time, how do i solve this / get a refund, had a casio in 1990, kept time no problem why in 2023 do your watches not? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport hi, my Versa 3 freezes, goes to a black screen which I can’t get off. When I called live help I was told to turn it off and on and charge jr half an hour before I want to use it. Not helpful. Where can I check the warranty on this please ?

    @fitbit Like promised I would. I know fitbit has read my messages, both here as welll as facebook, as well as trying in their words "to cool down". I am now dobling the outreach of my original post. If i wanted to cool down I wouldnt of been spending 5k on a tweet u fools @fitbit #google

    @FitbitSupport Good Luck in the future , because your company policies and customer support are worst in class. Your product is even worse. I had my NonSense 2 for 35 days and it died but Fitbit will only replace after you mail it back to them and you are w/o your watch for 20d

    After posting about cracking my Fitbit, @FitbitSupport reached out to help me even though it was past the warranty. They hooked me up with a discount that helped me get a new Fitbit even though they totally didn’t have to. A+ customer service. So glad I didn’t get an Apple Watch

    @FitbitSupport It takes multiple attempts to sync my FitBit Charge 5 to my iPhone 13 - turning Fitbit off/on and iPhone off/on does not help - very frustrating - been a FitBit user for over 5 years but going to get an iWatch is syncing does not improve

    @szetoinsitu @fitbit @Pebble The pebble didnt have an sdk either, but i feel you. Problem is for #fitbit they actuallt have an sdk for their sense and such, but you dont need an sdk to force a software upgrade

    Between stopping my sleep log in the middle of the night arbitrarily or just not recording my sleep, I’m getting fed up w my #Charge5 @FitbitSupport. If I do “sensitive” it creates logs when I’m relaxing. Resetting it doesn’t fix the issue. Seriously considering an @Apple watch.

    @neilsalmon71 @FitbitSupport I'm in the US and had the same issue this morning. Looked like it stopped while I was asleep. Started syncing this afternoon after several re-starts.
