@FitbitSupport I had a very bad experience with Charge3. My friend from USA gifted me this band. From the day I got it one or the other issue I am finding it. Two times I had a display issue and u people replaced it. Now I am facing the problem with battery backup.

@Garmin had sent me replacements and then let me send the wonky/broken ones back. Three times. And quickly. The @fitbit still worked, it just broke where the strap attached. But if this was the policy, then so be it. So on Monday, August 2, I put it in the mail. 3/x

So my Pixel 2XL was showing down on me, freezing up, hard crashing and rebooting. Thought I was going to have to get a new phone. Decided to very meticulously remove an app, wait and see if anything improved, remove another etc. Hey @FitbitSupport, your Android app is broken.

@FitbitSupport I love my Versa 3 but you really need to fix your warranty policy. I've never had to send in a defective product before receiving the replacement and having to include all items that came with my device. 2 weeks without a fitbit, might be time to switch to Samsung.
