    Ready to return the #Versa3 from @fitbit. Syncing issues with the Versa are a nightmare which is a shame because the features on the watch are really nice. And don't hit me disconnecting all my Bluetooth devices, etc. Resolve the issues cause I regret this purchase.

    @FitbitSupport have been trying to download fiit app for nearly a week to no avail. Consistently see the same error message. I’ve called and tweeted but you don’t seem to be responding. Please help

    @darren_toogood I use a @fitbit and @Nutracheck to help calorie count cut a lot of carbs and have increased my exercise. Lost 2 stone since start of November lockdown, and clearly built new habits as I feel stuffed if I order too big a takeaway and can’t finish it.

    @FitbitSupport This is still not fixed. Synching is very slow, sleep tracking is even worse, still can’t get text notifications 2 YEARS later and can’t even access the notification settings!

    @4bethel4 @lexifragola @FitbitSupport Same problem, going on at least a week now. Have an updated app and I don’t want some canned answer BS. Obviously a wide spread issue...fix it!

    The ability of an @fitbit to connect to a device is simply an issue. Great my daughter got a new fitbit for her birthday. Too bad it is useless.

    @FitbitSupport please help - my watch / the app has added 16000 steps I haven’t done today and it’s not the first time. Can I edit it anywhere? Wouldn’t really matter except I’m doing the 310000 step challenge for #Samaritans so I feel I’m cheating myself and my sponsors!!!

    @PastorRyanK @fitbit :-( I also continue to have problems with mine and the regular updates do not fix it. I have to restart my phone and go to Fitbit first to fix the problem--but only temporarily. It is a hassle. I had 0 problems with my old Fitbit. Sorry for you and your daughter :-(

    @fitbit you’re app is broken for IOS. Screen freezes in sleep every single time and app needs a restart to do anything else.

    Hey @FitbitSupport! Have you fixed the issue yet where iOS 14 devices do not send text message notifications to fitbit devices? My phone is running iOS 14.5 beta 3. I can get every other notification to my Inspire 2 except my text messages 😒

    @fitbitsupport @fitbit Server issues????. My Versa is not recording sleep and I switched to my Ionic where is recorded a run at under zone minutes despite my heartrate being 184. Clearly an issue with your servers processing data. Your customers chat were as useless as always.

    @FitbitSupport hi there. My BPM has been grey showing “- -“ for two days now and my sleep hasn’t been recording. I have contacted live chat but they couldn’t help fix the problem via rebooting etc. They said someone would email but I haven’t heard back yet.Please can you assist?

    @Arkd2Blog @fitbit They are in real trouble that’s why so many tweets here. Shocking service and a lot of angry customers left without any solution due to broken trackers and problems with the app! I think it’s the end of Fitbit era

    @__leaves__ @FitbitSupport Every single software update causes damage to the tracker and it doesn’t work properly afterwards! I’m not coming to Fitbit until they improve the quality of their products because it’s poor!

    @FitbitSupport Different person asking me to do EXACTLY the same thing as the previous person, TOALLY IGNORING the fact that IT IS NOT WORKING! There are pictures to show the stages and results! WHAT MORE DOES FITBIT need before someone ACTUALLY tries to resolve this?! #poorcustomerservice

    @FitbitSupport, hi there, my Fitbit was not syncing to my phone. I then followed all the trouble shooting steps and still nothing. I eventually did a Factory Reset after 4 days % now it refuses to go on!☹
