    @daniellesimps27 @FitbitSupport This is the second time mine fails just out of warranty. And they don't help although I take really good care of my fitbit, dont get it wet and dont over charge it. You should check their website on this issue.

    @FitbitSupport Just found your reply. Already deleted @Pandora. Getting @Spotify set-up. Long time customer at both 🎶 sites. The problem was with your download not having the last 2 Versa and products on it. The HP app would not recognize the Versa 3. I want the data back Pandora gobbled up.

    @fitbit Purchased premium membership in Dec 2021. I bought a new luxe in Jan which came with a 6 month subscription to be activated within 60 days. I reached out to Fitbit without any help! I subscribed to membership, purchased a new device and can’t get any HELP!

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit stopped working. I have done the trouble shooting “reboot” it is not responding. I have cleaned the the charger and the little sense holes. It had a charge of 48% and just turned off. Black screen and no sign of it turning back on. Please help!

    @fitbit fitbit Sense is the worst version fitbit produces. Can’t tell you how many times I have issues charging it. Don’t waste your time, go Apple Watch. They make the best everything. Their products just work. Unlike all the competition trying to catch up

    @FitbitSupport Short story: Shawn-Tea tried to help me yesterday and failed. Today, Andrew gave me directions, and now my phone doesn’t work at all and can’t connect with the app. In essence, Andrew broke my phone. The other reps have been no help. Who can help me?

    @fitbit My mums Fitbit wouldn’t sync or keep it’s time last year. After trying all the problem solving techniques and multiple reset you sent her a new one. Almost a year on and it’s doing the exact same thing. This is very disappointing and she has now decided to buy from another brand

    Bought a @fitbit May last year and it has never worked. I have spoken to customer support multiple times they just say it's a known problem they're trying to fix but don't know when it will be fixed. Nearly a yr later, they are refusing to refund or replace. Don't buy Fitbit...

    @FitbitSupport I just remembered I have a small (wimpy) HP Windows 10 laptop I bought for my weather station, that didn't work very well. Will get that out of storage, booted up, and get the Fitbit Connect running. Thanks for your help. Will let you know within the hour (hopefully) if it works.

    @fitbit please fix your app. There are issues with logging things and the app is having trouble connecting to my watch. Yes, I've done everything by restarting my phone, the watch, disconnecting Bluetooth, setting the device up again from start. So it's YOU, not me lol.
