@FitbitSupport The latest software update for Versa 3 has an issue that renders the fitbit watch unusable. The software update does not completely finish the install and leaves the watch with the fitbit logo permanently n the screen. Please provide a solution.

@FitbitSupport Please think 100 times before you buy any fitbit. The response time of their support is extremely poor. I just got off twitter chat, and after 3 hours of chatting, I am being told to wait for an indefinite period of time for an email.

@catladyactivist @fitbit Terrible company. I knew they were hoping Google would buy them with all the data they were slurping up. They refused to let their customers turn off the Bluetooth on their devices, even though @Garmin allows it. Far happier with Garmin.

@FitbitSupport this doesn't really help. Its just shows you how to track your exercises. I know how to do that. I had done that and it did record on Fitbit, but not Strava

@juliannehough I believe you have worked with @fitbit in the past. I'm sure lots of your followers have will have been affected by this. Fitbit pushed an update that's bricked people's devices. Instead of helping they are just offering a discount on a new one! Can you help?!

Wow, @fitbit watches & customer service are absolute TRASH. My watch has been buggy & completely stopped working at only seven months old. I just had to spend 45 minutes jumping through hoops (including filming 2 videos) to finally "qualify" for warranty service.

@FitbitSupport my Flex 2 stopped synching. It’s just showing a single flashing blue light. My app said my tracker needed to be set up again, but now all my step data seems to be missing along with active minutes, distance and a bunch of other stuff. Please help.
