@FitbitSupport contacted CS about my 8 month old watch not working. Was told it was out of warranty. Contacted again notifying them that the watch is only 8 mts old and the warranty says its for 1 year. Was told they would get back to me within a few hours. That was 2 days ago(1)

@FitbitSupport My versa lite has broken? Stopped displaying the time and the only screen I get when holding down the side button is Quick Settings. Removed from app and tried to add as a new device but it showed error message following connection. Advice please?

@FitbitSupport Your returned DM is the reason I will NEVER buy another one of your products. The screen being too dim is a KNOWN issue. You’ve had LOTS of complaints. There is message board after message board with the same complaint. Your customer service is 💩.

@FitbitSupport The issue does persist. The battery life was fine and has taken a nose dive lately. I went to sleep last night and it was on 25% and now it is dead. I’m not sure how it can go through that much battery with minimal movement and no notifications.

@FitbitSupport I bought my versa 2 last December and the battery used to last me a week. Now it only lasts 24 hours and I haven't changed how I use it. It hasn't even lasted a year. Shocking considering how expensive it was. Any help?

@Paredster @fitbit @FitbitSupport I've had a number of replacement devices off them, the refurbished devices are terrible. The only way they'll replace it is if the device is deemed to be a safety hazard ie. if the device gets uncomfortable hot when charging, this may differ for you as i'm in the EU.

@FitbitSupport @fitbit Let me get this straight. The app was working perfectly with the version of the app I have on my iPhone. #Fitbit changed it so now the app does not work on my iPhone. And my iPhone6 cannot update to iOS 13 to run your new app. Do you see the problem here?
