    So disappointed with @fitbit today. Contacted them as my charge 3 is broken & can’t be fixed. It’s 4 months out of warranty but all they can give me is a lousy 35% discount!! Poor product and customer service!

    @DisappearedNews @FitbitSupport I have been watching your back and forth with them. Fitbit responded to my response, stating I could set up an account with my email and didn't address the Facebook issue. I won't need a Fitbit account because I won't get one knowing of the requirement to sync with Facebook. 🤔

    @FitbitSupport can you help me to understand why my Versa 2 is unable to track sleep and also why it no longer displays on movement of my wrist and only displays if I tap it very hard several times. Thank you.

    Planning to buy an Apple Watch after work, this is ridiculous. Telling me to update my app when your device loses 100% battery in under an hour at only 1.5 years old is such poor customer support. Thanks for making my decision to switch to Apple easier, @fitbit 😒

    @kaiwisurfdiva @FitbitSupport ...they refused to confirm or discuss and kept asking me to DM them. This is not my personal problem so I repeatedly declined. Their privacy notice did not say anything about giving my data to Facebook that I could find. So I am not going to benefit from the Fitbit. 2/2

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Versa2 takes way long to sync with the app on my phone. This is a recent issue. Earlier it used to synchronize immediately. How can I fix this? @HarjinHs

    @FitbitSupport You responded with the same canned email about it being out of warranty. This is nuts. Working great, @fitbit says to install a firmware update, I do, device fails instantly. I don't care it is 15 mos old (3 past warranty). It broke because of your software. REPLACE IT OR FIX IT

    @FitbitSupport you really need to fix the HR sensor on the Sense or I’m sending this back. The RHR is higher than my AppleWatch substantially. I’m in 30 day window and see A LOT of other complaints about same. What are you doing to fix it???

    @FitbitSupport My versa 3 never syncs I need to do it from app. Battery life is terrible. Customer service on phone is terrible also. Only wanna read from a script and not listen.

    @kaiwisurfdiva @FitbitSupport It's really amazing to me that @FitbitSupport keeps avoiding an answer about their app contacting Facebook as a requirement to use the app, and that instead they want me to take the issue offline and DM them. It's a very nice watch, by the way. But it needs the app to work.

    @FitbitSupport there doesn’t seem to be any details in my sleep data particularly the heart rate restoration section. I charged it. Updated the app and restarted it. Still not working.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I'm having issues with my versa 1 It's stopped tracking my heart rate & sleep, I first noticed it a couple of weeks ago & I managed to get it working again by restarting, which is what I've tried doing several times&shutting it down, it's still not working

    @FitbitSupport Dear Concern, I have been using fitbit iconic watch for 1 year but now I am unable to find notification of calls, msgs and even while connecting the watch through bluetooth it says an app is required to connect this device It's a great a great trouble for me

    @cagcahalane @fitbit @FitbitSupport Not seeing much quality support from them. Can't believe that installing an update they pushed killed the #Fitbit and then they won't fix it. The cost to manufacture one is so much less than the horrible story I am telling to everyone costs them.

    @FitbitSupport Done that . No luck . And I changed the clock face no luck . This is a replace Fitbit btw and I can’t believe two in a row had the same issue . The original one had an issue around month 9 and it was replaced to the one I have now which has the screen issue

    @fitbit hi. Last couple of weeks the period calendar on the app is opening at my birth year, not current date. How do I log a ticket for you to fix that?
