    After talking with several of the "help chats" @FitbitSupport It is very frustrating that the simple task of changing the date on logged information is "out of your control." How is it possible that your app is so lacking that support cannot complete even that simple of a task?

    @FitbitSupport I bought a Fitbit charge 5 last November. The bracelet keeps coming off the Fitbit, one side of fitbit isn’t locking into bracelet. I am lucky I haven’t lost it. Please help me.

    @FitbitSupport worst customer service support i have ever received. Watch is under warranty and im being given the run around to file a claim. Your representatives are not familiar with the products and your website literally has a loop when you try to initiate a claim. Horrible

    @FitbitSupport I have been contacting them, they kept telling me different things each time you spend long waiting queues to finally speak with someone. They even lied about paypal being the issue why my refund has not gone through, reached out to paypal and no issue from their end

    So my @fitbit #versa3 got into bootlop today suddenly and I can use it anymore. I've honestly in my life haven't seen an expensive product that is so bad that I just want to throw it out. @Google @FitbitSupport please just refund me my money.

    Anyone thinking of buying a #Fitbit, DON’T. The app is trash, they continue to make it worse & don’t fix bugs. Had my Step Streak reset twice since Feb. Once with 300+ days, now with 70+ days. Steps disappear after you meet your goal. Very frustrating and disappointing! @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Hello Re Fitbit sense (Amazon , 06 Aug 2021). The device, still under warranty, has excessive battery drain. Tips from the forums or factory reset and pairing doesn't solve it. Fitbit app version is 3.58, Firmware version 44.128.6.12 Kindly help to resolve this.

    @FitbitSupport I would like to know who if anyone is capable of helping a customer with charge 3 issue? I have followed all routes including returning item however the replacement item does not work either and for some reason emails live chat etc are being ignored Not impressed

    @FitbitSupport This isn’t a product suggestion this is something you rolled out 2 years ago. It doesn’t work and you’ve never fixed it despite lots of people reporting the problem.

    @Jayanthjj @FitbitSupport Sounds like help desks everywhere. Just reading from a script. If the script actually worked, nobody would call the help desk b/c everyone knows to do a restart first, BEFORE calling the help desk. Companies should save $ and direct questions to Tier 2 support.
