    @FitbitSupport I bought a brand new Fitbit that was confirmed defective by your CS team. It’s been in transit with fedex since 4/20 and CS won’t replace because it hasn’t delivered yet. This is taking forever and I haven’t gotten to even use it yet. Can you help me?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport has been the worst to deal with. (2) #customerservicefail #fitbitionicrecall #fitbitsucks After 2.5 months still no resolution on how to solve this problem. I bought it in Singapore yet they make you call a UK nr., the person answering is in Central Am. 😑

    @FitbitSupport It shouldn’t be down to the customer to “monitor the behaviour” of the device. The product she bought new was faulty, why can she not have a brand new device in replacement?

    @FitbitSupport - hi, my app isn’t working properly on my phone. When I tap on it, it won’t load and simply closes. Have turned my phone on and off a few times to see if it is a phone issue - but that hasn’t solved it. Do I need to delete the app and re-install?

    On a day I walk more than 20k steps my @fitbit app won’t work, just crashing as soon as you open it. Updating both app & iPhone, deleting & reinstalling app multiple times and of course turning phone off and on don’t help. Nor did 4 calls to @FitbitSupport. I am fit to be tied.

    @FitbitSupport I cannot charge my Fitbit charge 4. Had this for few months charging no problem. But now I can see in display it shows battery % and scanning up n down. % do not increase even charging it for few hours.

    @fitbit FYI… ramming your commercial down my throat on YouTube every 3 minutes for +30 times per day only convinced me to never buy a Fitbit… just saying… less is more

    @Nealnf @FitbitSupport @fitbit I was told by the help center the issue is that fitbit just does not have the staff to process the refunds and they are either unable or unwilling to recruit more. So I think we will all be waiting a lot longer until we see our refunds.

    @FitbitSupport @MightyApe delivered the Fitbit. I don't understand why are you harassing us for a refund for a product recall? This has caused an issue with my mum in law and she is no longer talking to us as we forced her to go through her dead husband's belongings for a refund!

    @yo_rocky @fitbit I turned off snoring monitoring and battery life went waaaaaay up. I noticed lost battery drain was happening at night. SPO2 monitoring I turned off, too, but it didn’t help as much as turning off snoring monitoring which said I don’t snore anyway

    @FitbitSupport I’ve had my charge 3 for less than a year and it had broken right at where you attach bands. I’ve done nothing except change bands in the correct manner. What will you do about this? Please message me.
