@FitbitSupport Hi, my wife's fitbit has stopped working, won't turn on at all. Bought in Nov 2019 (UK) so hoping still in warranty. It's an Inspire HR. Can't find the serial number but bought from Amazon and have the ASIN. Any chance of a fix or replace?

Just spent 2 hours trying to fix Julie's @fitbit Versa lite after it stopped working and updates kept failing but I got the firmware update to install eventually even when it kept dropping the connection. Tell you what though the @pine64 PineTime works everytime without issues.

@fitbit Do not buy this band. I bought one and while the band is in perfect shape, the little rubber loop which holds the band after the catch is cheap and breaks easily rendering the band unusable. Fitbit will not sell you the part, so you need to fork over another 30 bucks to fix it.

Just when I was thinking of buying fitbit for my family... I recieved the worst customer assistance from fitbit. Few days back, my charge 3 stopped display all together. Customer support responded that they can't do anything as my warrant was 2 month expired. @fitbit @FitbitIN

@FitbitSupport The Charge 4 has a know issue where the clasp meets the watch. The peice does not hold up to stress. Because failure will happen after 45 days Fitbit continues to sell the Charge 4

Is there a glitch in the newest update for Versa Lite @FitbitSupport ? I’ve been dealing with mine not syncing and falling behind on time. Based on the Fitbit forums, it looks like I’m not alone. I’ve tried everything recommended, as it appears others have too, without success.

I flushed my @fitbit down the toilet at work today. My clip fell. I quickly submerge my hand (yes, I did) and a millisecond before I reached it the POWERFUL industrial automatic flush spirited it way. It belongs to the sewer gators now.
