    @FitbitSupport hello, I’m not sure what is going on but I think my charging cord for my Sense has gone bad. No matter what outlet it’s plugged into it says that it is slow charging.

    @FitbitSupport your app is not allowing any food tracking entries and is super slow to sync. Closing and relaunching, logging out and logging back in does not fix.

    @east_ursula @FitbitSupport Send a DM and keep tweeting at them! Hopefully they’ll get back to you soon! For my issue I had tried restarting the app, my phone, my Fitbit. Wound up just having to go to my profile (top left in app), click the device, scroll down and hit sync manually. Maybe that would work?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport no. Please stop. Absolute **** software. I’m going back to an Apple Watch or a @whoop Every time I open the app it forces me to decline always sharing. Horrible design and horrible development. **** off.

    @FitbitSupport I just bought an Inspire 2 and the link to the year trial of premium is not working. It says "Google play store not available " when I click on the link from the Fitbit app.

    @IndexandC @fitbit Cardio burns calories, sure. But the idea that there's some magical fat burning zone that you must be in in order for calories to be burned is a crock of ****.

    @FitbitSupport Chatted to one of your agents this morning on your website, I'm having problems with run activites with connected GPS not syncing with map data (and not syncing to Strava). I've been advised that this is a known issue, how can I track this? ETA on a fix?

    @FitbitSupport My FitBit app will not sync today. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned phone off and back on and checked the contactors under the battery. 2 other friends are having the same issue. Please advise.

    @fitbit "known issue" ,"no estimation to fix it", out of warranty, won't work as a watch, we eventually will fix it but we won't call you and let you know it's done. & I have a smartwatch that won't even work as a watch. Over 2 weeks now. Grade A customer service😐. Thanks guys
