    @FitbitSupport is anyone from FitBit going to acknowledge that there is a global issue with syncing the Aria? What have you done to cause this and what are you doing to fix it? I speak to your customer service they ask to troubleshoot my device, which then doesn’t work. Obvs.

    @FitbitSupport May I ask again regarding #arianosync. your reply suggesting troubleshooting at the user end has all been done. No it is not a matter of troubleshooting this at the user end, it is a matter of Fitbit accepting there is a problem at their end.

    @FitbitSupport Had syncing issues and now can no longer log into the app at all. "Oops, something went wrong." Please don't tell me I'm the problem - and yes, I have tried all the usual fixes.

    @FitbitSupport Yep, followed all the steps and my option is to contact customer support. Someone said that it’s a software issue on Fitbit’s end. Is this true? If so, when can we expect a resolution? #arianosync

    @FitbitSupport I’ve gone through all of those steps. I’m still seeing NO SYNC. It is connecting fine to my network. My last good sync was at 8:36 AM EST on 1/6/2021. Are you addressing the fact that so many of us started having this problem on the same day?

    @FitbitSupport I’ve followed all the steps repeatedly and like I said this is not the first time this has happened. I wasted countless hours trying to fix it. This time though I can’t fix it.

    @FitbitSupport my Aria stopped syncing as of Jan 5 and from the community threads this is happening to a lot of people not just me. It’s not the first time either! I’m ready to throw it in the garbage.

    @FitbitSupport hey my gfs versa won't stay connected to the app on iphone 11, it was working fine all day, now suddenly won't stay connected. Keeps saying it's out of range even though it's next to it. Tried all the resets, off and on, updates, all sorts. Nothings working, help??

    @ShelleyACook @fitbit Fitbit is in a weird state of limbo right now as the Google merger is pending. It could be things really change with them in a year or so or they could stay the same. No way to really know. As you are an Apple person the Apple Watch makes sense if money isn't an issue

    @FitbitSupport I am another with an Aria 1 that stopped working yesterday morning. Looking at the Fitbit Community board, that is at least 120 people worldwide!! What has gone wrong and what is being done to fix this as a matter of urgency?

    @runner8527888 @fitbit I echo this...i expect issues from time to time, dont expect to be ignored & lack of ownership. have tried various channels, where ive said "I have done all troubleshooting, the same as everyone else having the same issue" all replied "We recommend you do this troubleshooting"
