@fitbit I bought an Ionic for over $200. It died 1 month after the warranty ended so I threw it out. Now I see there's a recall and I'd be eligible for a refund IF I HAD IT. I don't, so I'm not. I hope your company goes bankrupt. Rashes, fires, etc. GARBAGE! #fitbit

@FitbitSupport please help me cancel my subscription and I also don’t want to pay the first invoice. You should make this customer friendly! And impossible so people cannot change it. This is a reason people choose for different companies. What a shame.

Warning about @fitbit -- don't accept the free trials in the app because you might get billed anyway, and then get lost in a @Google customer service nightmare. The app is terribly buggy too. I need a refund but there is no way to do it and it's already a wasted hour over $20. 👎

This tweet prompted a very nice @fedex agent to look into the package but was unable to help at all. Since @fitbit will not send the replacement until they receive the defective one, I guess I will need to buy a new one from somewhere else.

@Fitbit has announced it will issue a $299 refund for its recalled Iconic watches, which reflects the typical retail price when it was still selling them. The company, now owned by @Google, is also offering owners a 40% discount on a new Fitbit device, if they want to replace it.
