Hi @FitbitSupport It’s been 3 days with no response here or in the Fitbit Community forum. I’m disappointed that my case is being ignored. My Charge 6’s vibration defect started the same month the warranty ended. Please help resolve this fairly. @Google @madebygoogle

NEVER buy @fitbit @FitbitSupport they lie about their products and if you warranty just expired, they do nothing to help you to get a new one when they claim that their device is water resistant. They should do something to replace it based on that.

I think it’s absolutely **** that @fitbit @FitbitSupport claims there Fitbit Charge 5 is water resistant I got about 5 drops of water on it now it’s dead! How is that water resistant? Never buy there products they lie about what they can do and don’t do!

@FitbitSupport please help. My @fitbit charge 5 is not turning on at all. I’ve put it on charge and used the charger reset button but still nothing. Before this the battery died and when I put it on charge turned it back on at 38%. But now it doesn’t even turn on. Please help

BYE @fitbit I've enjoyed using your #fitbit's for 18 years having purchased 11 fitbits even thru your faulty strap phase & after you dumped the option to download data w/dongle on a laptop. BUT, I just threw my last 2 fitbits in the trash per I'm NOT logging in via #google.

@AnonIdentifier @fitbit @madebygoogle When there's an outage and they decide it's better to give us generic responses telling us to uninstall/reinstall, shutdown/restart instead of being transparent and letting us know then that's a poor business model that does not value the time of it's customers.

@FitbitSupport @tribilindiaz The app isn’t working for me either, not syncing with my inspire3, didn’t let me update food. I’ve done the updates, turned phone off and on, deleted and reinstalled app and now it won’t let me log in giving me an error. Please could you kindly address what the issue is? Thanks.
