    @FitbitSupport Yep, already did all that yesterday and still got nothing today. It's affecting many people on the nights of the 22nd and 23rd where there is no skin temp recording. I've had it since January and it's recorded the temp every night with no issue so something isn't right.

    @FitbitSupport I'm not sure if you got my question correctly. It's related to the previous issue (two devices of same model). > 1 fitbit account installed in two phones > device 1 added and synced to account in phone 1 > device 2 added and synced to account in phone 2 Is that possible?

    @fitbit is it company policy to give customers the runaround until they give up? Been trying to resolve issue with you for 3 months now. Can't get my device back and can't talk to someone who can actually do something for me 🤔

    @fitbit absolute shocking customer service! I’m on my 3rd product in 4 years which is now broken and they refuse to replace even though under warranty! Avoid at all cost! And customer service agent Gelvis V!, very rude!

    Have been a big fan of @FitbitUK for a decade, premium sub and on my 3rd device..but absolutely done with @FitbitSupport after waiting 3wks for reply about broken Ionic after 2hrs on phone...all so I can 'prove' I still own it before they give me the recall-refund! Very poor.

    @FitbitSupport It is up to date, I have tried everything and clearly there is an issue on your side since I am not the only one having that skin temperature issue. Please fix and please stop just replying with generic messages. This is a poor form of support honestly.

    @FitbitSupport Well I'm having the same issue that's why I reported it. So that's another issue including with the over stairs issue....it's getting worse and worse now honestly! I can't honestly not suggest a Fitbit anymore to anyone. Is your team aware about this issue also???

    @FitbitSupport Many people on some threads on the Community boards, including myself, are having issues where our Sense has stopped recording skin temperature the last two nights. Can someone please look into this issue? Everything else is recording, sleep, HR etc.
