@fitbit is the worst no one at @FitbitSupport can help me. App won’t let me log in had to change my password on desktop I did all the trouble shooting and still nothing. It’s been hours with no help. Website down call center no one answers. Should have gotten a iwatch

@FitbitSupport why don't you post your outage on your website so it isn't a freaking mystery. I just got a pop up in the app about the outage after dicking around with the Bluetooth pairing for 30 minutes. Your IT team and coders suck

@mailorderninja @Abbie_thfc @FitbitSupport The rare times that it was working, I liked it. I got sick off all the uninstalling/resetting/rebooting after every update. Posting to the help forum didn’t get answers. Now my comments are deleted when they weren’t harsh or inappropriate. They don’t want the deletion comments up

@FitbitSupport I blame their software design for this. Everything relies on the online account, but the data is still distributed across several devices (tracker, scale, phone). These can't seem to agree on how to merge data after getting out of sync when offline, leading to loss of data.

@mailorderninja @FitbitSupport This isn’t the first time. Go get an Apple Watch. This should have been a high priority issue resolved in less than 24 hours. It’s been longer than that. Took them a whole day to even acknowledge it was their issue.

@mailorderninja @FitbitSupport I’ve been with Fitbit for 5 years and my patience it’s now over. I had few Fitbit trackers, replacements, upgrades on more expensive ones and non of them last longer than a year! Now waiting to resolve an issue with my versa which died yesterday! Again!

@FitbitSupport I've only had my Versa 3 for 4 days and checking my sleep score after waking up this morning@8am GMT it wasnt working properly. Spent hours trying to get it to sync, only to find the server is down. Hope you guys can fix it soon. I'm sure you have everyone on it!

@FitbitSupport Communication is terrible. I have been checking and rechecking my password, Bluetooth, deleted the app and reloaded etc etc. If they had communicated that they are experiencing problems I would not have needed to do any of that!

@jackieshoes @FitbitSupport Agree 100% I often have syncing issues I assumed that was the problem so installed app, Bluetooth to forget my versa 3 etc only to find out they've gone down! Terrible service could easily have put an alert on the app! BTW Fitbit not impressed with constant sync issues either!

@FitbitSupport I'm really disappointed Fitbit has so many technical issues. It's really getting to me now. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and now I can't even log back in. I'm BEYOND disappointed with this app! Put some money in the app and develop technology to fix these issues!

@FitbitSupport what’s wrong with the app today ?! I’ve reinstalled it can’t set up the kids ace 2 as soon as you switch to kids view it crashes the app ! Also buggy and so slow . Help appreciated

@drguildo @adamwbb @FitbitSupport Exactly. There’s even a link to click on in the app when syncing fails that tells you it’s YOUR problem. If other tech company can add a banner to their page when experiencing issues so could Fitbit.
