  @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad

  @All186Am Mine completely died and nothing worked to get it back. Customer service walked me through each way to fix (after I had already tried each option solo) and nada. I hate having to buy a new one when my old one was perfectly fine until the migration.😡 @googlehealth @FitbitSupport

  @FitbitSupport why can't we sync with the new fitbit/Google marriage? Why has the "Sync now" button been removed? Why can't I find a help screen in the updated app? You took an easy to follow app and made ridiculously more difficult.

  @southlondonphil @googlehealth @FitbitSupport My charge 6 wasn’t able to sync after the changeover. Support told me to return it since it was under warranty. Waited over a week for the replacement to arrive and when it did it wouldn’t sync either! Problem was finally fixed by someone in support who knew what they were doing.

  My @fitbit @FitbitSupport has gone to trash. Won't count steps in workout modes, so I cant use them anymore. Steps given are later taken within a couple hours. Absolutely impossible to track now. Text messages are no longer coming through. @FitbitSupport has been unhelpful.

  @FitbitSupport hi..I am having issues with my fitbit charge 5. The screen has gone blank. Tried all troubleshooting but nothing is working. The logo comes on after pressing the button 3 times on the charging cable. But the watch does not reboot. Please help

  @FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

  The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice.   @FitbitSupport your watches are junk, just stopped charging. Cleaned the charger, swapped sources and restarted. Still nothing. Threw it out. Total garbage.
