@FitbitSupport Just took delivery of my new Fitbit. Downloaded the app but it keeps crashing whenever I try and open it. Restarting the phone doesn’t work, reinstalling the app doesn’t fix it either.

@sandradee77 @FitbitSupport @GwenllianSouth And their support is as bad as the app. Rather than acknowledging it and working on it, they blame everyone else and give a bunch of phony time wasting exercises for people to go through.

@fitbit This is great, but why continue to invest when you cannot keep the app up and running. It's been down since early this morning without any acknowledgment from Fitbit/Google and the customer service number, forget about it, unless you have hours to invest.

@JanetForbes @FitbitSupport @GwenllianSouth I wouldn't bother. You can't force close it if it won't open. And I have actually deleted it, re-downloaded it, restarted it, logged in, and the same thing is happening. Fitbit has a problem, they are not acknowledging it.

@FitbitSupport this is an issue associated with internet connectivity. If I put my iPhone in airplane mode the app loads fine. Then turn on connectivity and the app tanks. Resetting phone or re-download app isn’t a fix. It needs a fitbit fix.
