    @FitbitSupport I can accept one defective item. But 3 ? Come on. Obviously this means the quality of your products have seriously declined. I have spent months jumping through hoops for you to help me. Waited weeks in between responses.

    @FitbitSupport is Versa 3 not counting stair climbs anymore? Mine has been at zero since early Feb. At first, I thought just a sync glitch, but it hasn't fixed itself.

    @FitbitSupport The “automatically set time zone” option is not working. While the workaround was to manually set, is this something that you are aware & working on?

    @FitbitSupport Theres entire threads about it on your forums, it’s the Alta HR. Appears to be an age related issue and mine is over a year and a half old. It switches off in half a day, then won’t turn on until you leave it on charge for a few hours... then only lasts half a day again.

    @FitbitSupport No, it's the band attaching to Versa 3 that keeps disconnecting. Wrist band is coming away from the watch. I doubt a restart will fix it

    @FitbitSupport I am currently sitting on your hold cue for the fourth time this morning. I have a case number from the first rep who had me restart phone and promised to call back. Never did. Really bad customer service on a new feature you added, advertised and now doesn’t work!

    @FitbitSupport No, thank you! I've already received two emails from customer support today and talked via DMs twice. I've shared this concern in both places but I only keep getting discount codes for a new Fitbit which doesn't solve the problem since the update has caused the issue.

    Today's walk solidified my decision to ditch my crappy #fitbit with a #garmin #Smartwatch as soon as I have the money. Fitbit was at 94% battery before I left, didn't even completely track my walk, & was at 37% about an hour later when I got home. That's b.s. @fitbit is garbage

    @FitbitSupport did the update for versa and it has now died wasn’t holding the charge and the screen only showed the Fitbit logo for about an hour the only time lost steps and the next day needed to charge it again then it showed 100% power and by lunch time it was down to 20%.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Weather App reads “No weather data available, sync Fitbit mobile app to update”. I have synced three times. My mobile app shows it is connected to my Fitbit! Any ideas to fix?

    @FitbitSupport i bought my fitbit yesterday (Charge 4) theres a gap between the band and the pebble. Ive spoken to support but after trying my different straps its not solved the issue. I need the fitbit this week but im worried a lot of dust and dirt is getting stuck in between

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Alta hr I tap and nothing shows I can’t get the time and a text hardly comes through. It says it connected and it shows my steps on the app. I’ve synced it twice and still I can’t get the time help. Beth 714-865-1707

    @fitbit Problem is the devices are often poor quality, beak often, and even when under warranty looks like takes a month for replacement. Had Fitbit since 2015 but I can see why friends prefer other products.

    @fitbit after resetting versa to factory settings it will no longer charge? All was fine before hand and I am now waiting for an email about warranty. This was working perfectly fine. I was told it was unusual but looking on the community it’s not! Any help !?

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I'm quite new to the fitbit ionic, and due to health issues would like the sleep logging to work, currently it's missing the start part of my sleep cycle over 90% of the time, I've followed advice in positioning and strap tightness, but still no luck. HELP!

    @FitbitSupport my Versa Lite is almost 3 yrs old & a couple times has slowed down by 4-5 mins. Also few wks ago the charge only lasted 1 day two different days but now the charge is normal again. Do u think this means it’s on the verge of breaking down completely due to age?
