    @FitbitSupport I already logged out from the app, force quit the app, restarted my mobile device, and then relaunch the app. Didn’t work. Seems I have to perform your ‘fix’ several times a day to keep your product working.

    @FitbitSupport why is it when I take my Fitbit off at night, put it on the next day, it shows that I burned over 400 calories when I haven't even worn it? I called customer service yesterday and they said they fix the issue but it still is not fixed

    @FitbitSupport After looking at the Community page, there seem to be a lot of people experiencing the same issue with their Inspire trackers yet @fitbit doesn’t seem to be addressing this other than offering discounts that can’t be used.

    @FitbitSupport the worst service. For 3 months after numerous calls and emails my smart phone after 6 months broken and still waiting for delivery.

    @fitbit This is my god honest review of your fitbit after 6 months of wearing Charge 4. The touchscreen is bad. It sometimes hangs and unable to press anything. The HR monitor sometimes tells my HR is at cardio/peak when Im either relaxing or just walking. #FitbitReview #Fitbit

    @fitbit I suggest you look at your warranty protocol as I am going round in circles trying to claim. The strap connector broke and the device lost. I expected better from a £100+ device in less than 6months. (have pics of proof) Help please @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Thank you. But, the syncing tips don't ever resolve it. I was in contact with you a few months ago, for the same issue. But all I ever heard from you was - we are trying to resolve this. With no real explanation or time scale given each time. It went on for months

    @FitbitSupport For anyone interested, Fitbit did not resolve my issue. I do not recommend this company and will not be purchasing another. My device was only 14 months old and they did nothing to replace/make this right. So disappointing.

    @FitbitSupport Very disappointed to know that after just over a year, my Fitbit broke at the band. Contacted Fitbit, I am no longer under warranty. I will not buy another Fitbit. Poor workmanship is not the customer's fault!

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport FYI my issue was that my screen went dim out of nowhere, and I was advised to restart my device, followed all instructions and then suddenly a large black spot appeared on my screen (centre) and now it’s unusable as I can’t see the screen at all!
