    @FitbitSupport Dear god. This has nothing to do with the model. It has to do with your servers going down twice this week, resulting in no sleep metrics for two nights in a row. Yes, definitely time for a new brand. One with a support team that can pass a reading comprehension test.

    @FitbitSupport Whilst you have now fixed it, the issue spanned over two days. No serious tech firm can possibly think this acceptable. Your tech team are clearly poorly supported and a bit of a shambles and that’s not good enough.,

    @FitbitSupport Yep, hence the frustration after lots of fiddling with it. My working theory is that time sync (plus any other device updates) only happens after 100% of the rest of the sync completes. And it’s throwing an uncaught error during data sync, so skipping the watch push.

    @FitbitSupport Thank u for ur kind reply but my phone is also not pairing it.. Hence can not use the phone for changing device pin... Only option left is to reset the watch only pls help

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport why can’t you replace my Fitbit luxe I purchased less than a month ago? the watch face doesn’t connect to the metal band properly so It fell off my wrist & is lost… this is a product malfunction- I doubt it’s intended to come off while wearing? Pls help!

    @FitbitSupport bought my husband a Sense Watch Christmas 2021, charger stopped working 9 months later, so he used mine which was bought 2020, it has also stopped working! Is this unusual? So my issue is the poor quality of the chargers, they have no signs of damage?

    @FitbitSupport the good news - the missing tiles problem on Monday and Tuesday is resolved. Bad news is Bluetooth unable to connect after about an hour, have to remove Versa 3 and reconnect it to sync. All day everyday since Monday’s problem. Please fix this.

    @FitbitSupport Ok. So after the recent app update ( Feb 2023) my fitbit has been declared dead!! This was no fault of mine. The app should have been tested before release. Fitbit support now have said i need a new device. Been offered a 35% discount on a new device! Bad review incoming!!

    @allin_dude @fitbit I have a bad shoulder (see ortho Monday for a plan) so it allows me to PT my shoulder and swim even though I have to make accommodations for the bad wing. I’m down 10 lbs since starting.
