    @FitbitSupport your app is not working, it’s doing all sorts of odd things. I’ve seen quite a few people reporting it, please look into it.

    @FitbitSupport I definitely tried but since the screen isn’t working, it’s not able to restart… maybe y’all should focus on making devices that don’t break down after a year because you want me to buy the newest one. I’ve had a Fitbit for years but this is pathetic

    @FitbitSupport @tadahitsjenni The Fitbit community has mentioned these issues for the past 5 months. Zero communication from Fitbit or Google leaving loyal customers who have spent their hard earned cash in the dark. Fitbit used to have such a good relationship with users, that has now broken down….

    Trying everything to get my @fitbit to connect. I have reset both phone and watch, deleted the watch from the app and everything else I can think of. Now when I try to setup my watch as a new device, I get a "Network error" message.

    @JordanOSullivan @FitbitSupport I’ve got the same issues. Lots of people also reporting this. Shame Fitbit won’t admit to it and are fobbing you off effectively saying it’s your problem!! Wish they were just honest

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit isn't syncing correctly and it's just showing readiness score, exercise, and the food log. Not sleep, health metrics, or heart rate. I'm paying for premium. Why is it not working?

    @FitbitSupport Are there issues again today as I cannot get my versa 2 to connect with app to sync? Had trouble yesterday too but finally got a connection doing all the usual tricks. Not today tho.

    @FitbitSupport I think your app is broken. Tried all the steps to get my Versa 4 to sync. It did, but it was only showing my calories burned and something else, and not my full dashboard. Logged out to see if that would work and now cannot log back in.

    @FitbitSupport I deleted the app as not only was it not syncing, the display wasn’t working properly. It wasn’t showing steps as my main stat, or all of the functionality eg stress, readiness. I’ve redownloaded and can no longer login. The website doesn’t seem to be working properly either

    @JordanOSullivan @FitbitSupport Same - app looks like crap and it won’t sync. At this point Fitbit needs to stop replying to ppl about how to fix it on their own. It’s not user error.

    @FitbitSupport Okay well that still doesn’t solve my problem. I was bragging on y’all last week for how helpful you were but I didn’t realize that help was just getting me to spend more money on a lesser product that is falsely advertised as a smart watch.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Charge 4 hasn't synched since 31st January. I have worked my way through all of the troubleshooting but nothing is working. I've tried with multiple devices and they can see that my Fitbit is there but won't connect. Please help, it isn't even that old!
