    @fitbit the Fitbit Sense that I bought for significant $ has a cracked screen despite careful treatment. Your onsite support doesn't work and your warranty pages end in a recursive loop to nowhere. I want a replacement without wasting more time. How can you help?

    @FitbitSupport How do I remove/reset the battery symbol with an exclamation point. My Versa2 is rendered useless .It won’t charge and thus can’t be shutdown, nor allow me to reset.

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have tried to resolve the issue of a refund for my ionic and no one has been able to help me. I have sent pictures, proof of purchase and yet you seem to be ignoring me. I am very close to buying a Samsung watch and leaving fitbit for ever.

    @FitbitSupport another charger for my Sense broken. The pins are useless and combined with magnetic connection, is a recipe for faulty gear. Can I have another replacement please?

    @fitbit I have been having a GPS connection issue on my device for over a month where it would disconnect mid-exercise. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps and tried all the solutions and the overall final advice I have gotten was - "wait for an update" useless.

    @fitbit Hi @fitbit unfortunately you are still not willing to help me. I was expecting Fitbit to stand by their product and assist a long-term customer like myself rather than offering no help with a faulty product. I’m very disappointed and will no linger be a Fitbit customer! 😢

    Y'all don't buy a @fitbit Less than a year old and it's broken, after speaking to 4 different reps they still won't send me a replacement, despite it being under warranty. @FitbitSupport is no help and the product is absolutely not worth the money.

    @FitbitSupport Last firmware update attempted to install on 8/13 destroyed my Sense. When charged it's stuck on logo screen until it dies. Customer Service is horrible sending me an email about a discount to purchase a new one. Totally unacceptable u broke it u should fix it.
