    i never do this, but i spent hours on the phone with @FitbitSupport about my Fitbit not working correctly and after putting me on hold for 20 minute intervals they will not just let me use the WARRANTY i took out i have had FitBits for 5+ years and i am so deeply unhappy rn

    @FitbitSupport sooo back on April 15th was the LAST time my run produced a map. It also doesnt produce a map for biking any longer?? Did I miss an update or something. Please help me.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit sense measures a heart even when I'm not wearing it. Any suggestions? Other forum posts suggest only a replacement has fixed the issue.

    @FitbitSupport I don't really know how to use Twitter so I may be putting this in the wrong place ~ however, my Versa 2 won't charge and I need help in a big way. I'm not tech inclined so words of one syllable would be great.

    @B4BPayments Recall on Ionic Fitbit watch led to refund from @FitbitSupport into new B4B account rather than pay me thru my existing bank accounts 🤬 I am unable to register the card with your app & access the £. I cannot find a help contact on your website, pls help!

    Really disappointed with the service from @fitbit my watch was replaced under warranty for a fault and now this one has stopped working but they won’t help as my original warranty is expired! Maybe the replacement you sent me should have it’s own warranty added 😤

    @fitbit I had to return (in window) the sense I bought with my Ionic recall refund/coupon because the battery life is soo bad, I want to replace it with a charge5 but you're charging me a $60 restocking fee and won't give me a new coupon, wtf! Can I get some support from a human?

    @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport - Why promise in-warranty replacement when you can not deliver? I had shipped my Sense watch to your Hub on 02-Mar. After hundreds of followup I got an update on 28-Apr as shipment delivered back to customer. I haven't received anything. Please fix this!!

    @fitbit my versa 3 suddenly started turning off & on. It will not go passed the logo screen & flashes at the back until it switches off again. It just keeps doing this repeatedly. I have tried restarting numerous times, it doesn’t resolve the issue.

    @fitbit I purchased a Fitbit charge 5 in February and I am constantly having trouble with the Bluetooth connection. There is literally nothing you can tell me to try that I have not tried. It never syncs and it’s really frustrating at this point
