    It's been over 10 years, I started with a zip then proceeded to many over the years with fitbits over £200 a watch but I've not heard from @fitbit since Tuesday and ive not had a watch for over a week due to terrible service. Today they have lost my custom. #ByeFitbit

    @fitbit Don't buy it! Worst customer service ever. Called today 4-4-2022 and they refused to help with something they have the ability to correct - they just threw policy jargon at me & didn't lift a finger to help. Good riddance Fitbit - Hello Applewatch! #fitbit

    @fitbit My Sense stopped charging. I am my way to Oz on Wed. They said they would send one there as under warranty. Then it worked so I said all good. Not working for last 3 days but no response from Fitbit to 3 emails.

    .@fitbit I appreciate your customer service helping to try to fix the HR monitor on my watch and the discount code, but 35% off is not enough when this is the third watch I have had to replace. I am tired of them dying every 2 years. Please make a better product.

    @FitbitSupport my Sense is really terrible at picking up my heart rate, especially when I'm lifting weights. I'll feel my heart racing and it'll say I'm at 85bpm. What's up with this? It does the same for the first 5 minutes of cardio too. I've looked at your FAQs.

    Yo @fitbit I walked for 45 mins yesterday with a pram and Fitbit registered like 600 steps. This, along with your absent pregnancy support (telling me my fitness was poor because of normal pregnancy changes) is driving me to your competitors. Your key demographic is having kids!!

    @FitbitSupport - good morning! My Charge4 won’t swipe past the exercise “page” and when I tap on exercise it won’t show me my preprogrammed exercises so I couldn’t connect to my Spin class this morning to get calories/HR etc. please advise how to fix.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN @fitbit Even after notifying you the next day that i needed the refund in Paypal instead of google play , you guys didnt help me with this refund. Even After multiple calls , emails to you none of your executives helped me but rather gave false assurances

    @emmafarley81 @fitbit Get a replacement strap. the silicone traps sweat next tothe skin and causes this. Terrible design choice that everyone seems to be following
