    @Seriously10001 @whomethed @FitbitSupport Since the new OS it's all gone wrong..i know about the duplicate data issue..but the heart rate and time is messed up sometimes. I can't keep resetting and rebooting all the time.

    @FitbitSupport you are offering a discount on a new verse when my 13 months old one just had the faceplate popped off. An issue that is obviously happens all the time. So what happens if the one that one, no confidence if all I get is a 35% discount off of the original price

    Hi @FitbitSupport I have a fitbit versa and have started to seriously log water but when I add it through the versa, some crazy numbers sync with the app. I added 600ml and later on 570ml and it logged 17,744.1 ml and 16,856.9 respectively. Is this a known issue?

    I broke down and bought a @fitbit Inspire 2, since my Alta HR died in September, and I hate it. It CONSTANTLY vibrates. Anytime the screen lights up, it vibrates, anytime I bend my wrist and the sensors touch my skin, it vibrates. I miss my Alta 😫

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 2 hasn't been accurate, so I reset it to factory settings and now I can't get it to repair. I've restarted my phone, turned off Bluetooth, and I can't get anything. It just can't find the versa. Please help =( This device is less than 6 months old.

    Hey @FitbitSupport my inspire hr seems to be adding 30 000 steps to my days for the last 4 days. I've done a hard reset. I've disconnected it from all over devices & reconnected it.. I don't know what else to do.... help please... *its not even a year old yet- til May* #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I’ve have the Aria Air Scales and it is not picking up body fat percentage. I’ve tried taking out the batteries for 30 seconds and then standing in it 5 times to reset the scales but it’s still not working. I was bare foot when stood on it. Can you please help.

    @FitbitSupport I tried that too. Jumping all over the place today...goes from 139 to 103 and my wrists aren’t bent or anything. Is there a fix in the works? Otherwise I think I’m giving up on Fitbit...

    @FitbitSupport hi guys, my Versa 2 (under warranty) is malfunctioning regularly - not counting steps, clock running slow, intermittent HR capture. I have reset on a number of occasions as advised, also checked forums for solution, but issue is persistent. Can you help, please?

    @FitbitSupport do your ever get complaints about the band of the charge 4 smelling bad and do you recommend a solution? Mine gives me a rash on my wrist and smells like a fungus or something. I thought the band is antimicrobial material and shouldn’t do this.
