    @FitbitSupport hey guys, I am getting progressivly angry with my watch inspire hr. For some reason over the past few months when I workout my heart rate isn't being picked up the whole time. I am wearing the watch correctly, but it's really effecting my performance. Any help?

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 2 got stuck on the Fitbit logo. I tried to reset it but now it’s stuck on a “Data not cleared. Sync and try again” screen. I also can’t sync because it’s no longer recognized as one of my Bluetooth devices. Please help.

    I like @fitbit a lot but it keeps disappointing me. This time I bought a Versa 2 because of the oximeter and it doesn't work for me because a problem with the version of my device. I'm frustrated and want my money back.

    @FitbitSupport I have tried to reset any times - resetting is never going to fix the ongoing issues your product had with developing black lines across the face of the watch. A quick Google shows it is a very common and ongoing problem with you products.

    @FitbitSupport The issue is not resolved, very disappointing 😣 Very annoyed continuously wasting my time going through this time and again and still not working properly, all I have now is an expensive watch that counts my steps because nothing else works without sync and it won't sync😡

    @FitbitSupport Hi I'm having issue with my Ionic it will not charge, it's completely dead showing the 0% screen. Have tried tips fr forum, factory reset etc which will not work just continues to display 0%. Very disappointed with this. Nov update seems to be when it started.

    @FitbitSupport hey y'all gonna fix that horrible firmware update for the versa anytime soon? The heart rate monitor is pure trash now. HIIT workouts should not result in my HR only getting to 120 max. Yes I've done all the resets. Any news on a patch or something?

    @FitbitSupport It’s amazing how unhelpful and uninterested Fitbit advisors are in customer issues with faulty products. So far I’ve been sent 2 faulty replacements and they still won’t help. I’d hoped that with @Google buying Fitbit their customer service would improve. Sadly not

    There are numerous blog and forum posting of people complaining about the same issue with @fitbit for serveral years already. At least it's not as bad as the @Beurer_UK fitness tracker that estimated 1600KCal one day and 4900KCal the next (identical) day.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport how do I change my active hours to overnight bcuz I am a 3rd shifter?? It will not let me start past 7pm even when I try to change the end time to something other than 12am. I keep getting a 5 - 14 hour error message.

    @FitbitSupport my charge3 that I bought a year and half ago from Kohl’s has stopped working. The screen has completely gone dark. Need help here to rectify this or replace.

    @FitbitSupport please help I have a new Alta and the screen constantly goes blank. When I recharge it the screen comes on and instantly says there is about 80% charge. I think there is a fault with the screen or something. This is really annoying.

    @fitbit my blaze is out of battery after max 2 hours. Can this be fixed? Read numerous reviews saying if it’s out of 1 year warranty, there’s nothing you can do. Is this correct?? can fitbit help fix the issue? Thanks in advance.
