    @FitbitSupport I identified this issue in February 2020 and several times since. You've done nothing to fix it. Doesn't much look like striving to me. Don't put the blame on me not wanting to work with you. I have, you've done nothing, ignored my questions and blamed me throughout.

    @FitbitSupport Pretty disappointed in Fitbit's products. Two Versa's in 2 years, both broken and won't turn on even after hard resetting with all help/support tricks. Should I throw in the bin?

    @FitbitSupport I really don't think there's any point. Every time I've done that you tell me to buy a new phone and ignore the serious flaws in your app. I just can't bring myself to waste yet more time on your appalling customer service responses. Just want people to be aware of your poor app.

    @FitbitSupport My Versa 2 isn't recording sleep data consistently. Sometimes it doesn't record at all and sometimes it stops during the night. Is there a fix for this please?

    @FitbitSupport The app is not letting anyone start a new work week or restart a new work week. What’s going on with the app? All of the people in my work week group or having this issue since yesterday. We can’t restart our work week work out

    @FitbitSupport Your customer service responses are facile and irritating. You have ignored specific requests, treated me like an ignorant child (I teach Computing) and done nothing to fix your app in over a year. I'm going to buy a Garmin and an Apple device. I'm done with Google/Fitbit.

    @11DanTheMan11 @fitbit I lost 2 in about a year. Thought the first was a “fluke” and they sent a replacement but it happened again. Looking on the forums, it looks like a common issue

    @FitbitSupport There's no point. I've done so several times in the last 14 months. You do nothing except basically gaslight me by telling me I'm deleting my exercise data, suggesting that I manually log all my data (no point having the device) & telling me to buy a new phone. Fix your app.

    @FitbitSupport I have a problem with my fitbit flex 2, I hope that you can help me fix it. If I tap the fitbit nothing happens and it doesn't register steps either. However when I place the fitbit in the charger all the lights start blinking very fast. Do you know what's wrong?

    So my new replacement Fitbit is having the same issue that my old one is, & I emailed them. The jerk who answered me told me that it “wasn’t supposed to used in place of a medical device.” Umm, it cheats me out of several MILES each day, not FEET, but MILES! @fitbit, do better.😕

    @FitbitUK @fitbit @FitbitSupport anyone wanting to buy Fitbit don’t. After “care” worst ever. Wasted my time. Straps breaks less than a year in. Fitbit ask for pictures (twice) and make me jump hoops then send email saying “we won’t help” #digrace #fitbitcon

    @FitbitSupport Let me tell you something, you have my details for months and months and months. True me it's not human control. How does a device just shut down, his does a device just reboot? It's a watch not a God dam computer..its simple, you click start and finish..but not this one.
