So my fitbit suddenly stopped working, @FitbitSupport investigated and kindly offered a discount on a new device. Ok I'd have rather they fix it but that's better then nothing, Oh well actually it is nothing - the discount is the same as the current offer so I have nothing.

@FitbitSupport I know from your community area that I am not alone on the Charge 4 issue where the update basically bricked the tracker and it's not usable. Also the 35% discount to buy a new tracker is taken off the list price, not the sale price, so it's not that big of a deal.

I contacted @fitbit again for, I lost track of how many times, and a supervisor changed my email address thinking that might help to get my reimbursement after almost 6 months, for their defective watch! NOPE!
