    @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN Fitbit versa that I had bought in end of 2019, started showing wrong time now. And on trying factory data reset it's not coming up at all. I see many complaints that fitbit is dead after factory data reset. But no clear resolution. Can you please help?

    @FitbitSupport my charge 3 kept losing time. I was adviced to remove it then connect it and set it up again. I removed it but can’t set it up again it keeps saying device found and connecting but then just keeps buffering but doesn’t actually connect. Please can anyone help?

    actually mad that you pay over £150 for a fitbit and you then have to pay for premium to get the best out of it? @fitbit that’s a bit **** ain’t it

    @FitbitSupport Thanks @FitbitSupport I did tried to follow the steps in the provided link. The problem is, post login to Uber account, nothing happens and we are kind of stuck without redirecting back to login page

    @FitbitSupport Apparently there's an issue with the Mindfulness content, I cannot scroll down all the options anymore. The "See All" button disappeared. Are you going to fix it soon?

    @FitbitSupport Maybe a verbal conversation will remove the communication barriers, ease my stress & resolve the issues quicker... It is very frustrating that different people respond without reading or understanding the issue with pictures. Id never get anywhere at this rate.

    @FitbitSupport First day with Charge 4 and ALREADY it doesnt show sleep stages. Seems to be a issue with Fitbit for YEARS per community boards. And now theres an uptick with C4s. What are you doing to fix? Plz no rote fix responses...

    @FitbitSupport My charge4 broke after 8 months. You lock features behind a subscription. It’s uncomfortable to wear anyways. Horribly disappointed. Total junk and bad business practices.

    @FitbitSupport my mother’s phone won’t connect with her versa 2. It just stopped syncing yesterday evening. Trying to update the firmware and nothing is happening. Deleted and re-installed the app. Nothing but trouble since it arrived last week.

    @FitbitSupport You clearly aren't reading my messages. I cannot move past that screen. I've unpaired from Bluetooth etc etc....NOTHING WORKS!! Stop asking me to try things I've done myself or suggested previously. IT IS NOT WORKING 😒

    @FitbitSupport On the iPad whenever you click on the charge 4 under your devices the app crashes this is so frustrating problem for 5 days now

    @FitbitSupport hi I had a versa for my b-day I’m realy upset as my son got it for me ! And am having trouble getting it to set up ! And I don’t want to upset him by telling him ! Not sure what to do !?get so far in the update then gets a Red Cross then freezes

    @FitbitSupport I have done everything asked and it still doesn't work correctly..... Shouldn't take numerous emails and instructions at this stage. It should just work. I don't have spare hours to keep trying to resolve this ongoing issue. Too erratic and not consistent Fitbit 😭

    @FitbitSupport The email response is not helping. I'm seriously starting to think my emails aren't being read! I'm clear with the issue and included several pictures! I just want to be able to use the device I paid for... which I can't due to the ongoing issues....

    @FitbitSupport I’ve noticed the app is super glitchy at the moment. It freezes and is super slow. The newest update helped a tiny bit but it’s still freezing

    @FitbitSupport last night I synced my Versa 2 and, all of a sudden, my 12,000+ steps changed to approx. 6,400. Also changed my total steps for the day before that was over 11,000 to 8,500. I’ve tried resetting my Versa, didn’t help.
