@DJuggath @fitbit agreed, they are terrible, I have had fitbit since 2013... 9 years and 1 terrible customer experience with a broken charge 3 and they lost a customer based on thier response. my money will go elsewhere.

I did a search on "fitbit screen popped out" and you will see pages and pages of people having the same issue. 35% off..umm yeah like I'm really going to drop another $200 after the initial $300. They know its a defect on their end!

I’ve been trying to setup my mom’s @fitbit for days and while registering her account I kept getting an error message. Only went I check the “optional” consent to receiving promotional emails did it finally go through 🙃. Way to go @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport I don't have a case number. I just see lots of people, incl. me, reporting the missing temperature issue and they all get the same autoreply. I just don't get that. The issue is clearly on the side of fitbit and not on the individual devices...
