@Crimson_wh0re @Caroline_Arbour @FitbitSupport Yeah, there’s clearly a problem at their end. The app is totally corrupted now. No Steps, and no Sleep on the homepage. As Caroline said, can’t add them back in. Need a proper response from Fitbit, not boilerplate troubleshoot.

@FitbitSupport @EmEnSea Charge 5 not synching, many issues with the app, restarted phone and watch. Re-installed app, played with bluetooth settings. All didn't work. The issue is on Fitbit's end. Downdetector has thousands of reports.

Fitbit chat support says the app is under maintenance and will be back running in a few hours. Not sure why @FitbitSupport is still suggesting these are user based issues instead of saying they’re under maintenance
