    @FitbitSupport the app keeps on glitching and doubles the calorie intake. I track a meal on @MyFitnessPal and then it doubles on the Fitbit app, why? Can you fix this

    @FitbitSupport since the most recent update I no longer get a notification of text or calls to my #fitbit #Charge2. I just realized I can pull my notifications screen down and they'll be there but there no vibration or notification when they come in anymore.

    @FitbitSupport I am having problem contacting the customer support team. My watch is having an issue, it's wrist sensor is not working and is under warranty period. Tried contacting fitbit india team so much but no response was found. Sad to see such poor quality service

    Experienced THE WORST customer service ever from @FitbitSupport My 6mnth old watch drops from 100% to 0% battery in a few hrs after a full charge. Told I have to wait for an update to the app before this fault can be addressed! They also have no idea of how long this will take!😡

    I HATE my @fitbit. I had 9K steps. Almost there. Now I have 6K. WHY? And no way to get them back. You're ****. And yes, I am running the latest software on a new Versa 3. Why even bother if you're just gonna steal my steps and screw my week? @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport It changed back to a much more realistic 10% of that figure by morning. Seems something in the app x10 the actual figure. Not using a fitbit device, just the app on a Pixel. Other step counting apps (Google Fit) didn't get the weird number so assuming a fitbit app glitch

    @FitbitSupport Just a note, since you turned off your email system or the support chat was unavailable I would have messaged you that way. The answer to my problem with the altimeter is to clean it with a tooth brush and rubbing alcohol.

    @FitbitSupport Very frustrated. My Charge 3 is acting up and your customer service rep could not resolve the issue and ended the conversation with “Is there anything else I can help you with?” Extremely disappointed with customer service and tech support.

    @Real_RobRossi @fitbit Rob, u should correct your statement, you aren’t having trouble with Fitbit trackers, u r having issues with Fitbit watches. I have had a Charge 4 since It came out no issues and before that a 3….no issues in 2 years. iwatch sucks too…

    Hey @fitbit if I wear my Fitbit charge 4 in the sun it starts vibrating and says it can't charge... but it is already fully charged 🥴....whats up with that? Is that a common problem? How can i fix it?

    My @Garmin Vivosmart 4 doesn’t give me sleep credit for naps as my @fitbit did. Asked about it. Garmin apparently sees that as a feature, not a problem.
