@FitbitSupport That’s the issue. Majority of stores sell knock-off stating it’s Fitbit but reviews say otherwise with bands being flimsy and material breaking easily. I’ve checked Amazon bookstores electronic section and they only sell the current Fitbit models or Alta HR (not the bands)

Hi @FitbitSupport my charge 3 is playing up. Charged to 100% removed from charger. Within 5 mins it is reading 6%. Repeated several times. Have rebooted. Have resynced to my phone. Problem persists. Are you able to help? Thanks.

@fitbit 3 weeks into having a new Versa 3 watch, the band already uncoupled and fell off when getting into a stream. Was unable to find it after. Losing my brand new Versa 3 after 3 weeks due to the band design really sucked, never had an issue with Versa 2’s band….

@fitbit contacted fitbit because the HR is incredibly inaacurat on my watch. They acknowledged it has been an ongoing problem but said "sorry" there is nothing we can do to help. I asked for a refund and was told no because it's an ongoing issue. Don't buy a fitbit.
