    @FitbitSupport Google pay on Fitbit Sense won't allow me to add any cards. My banks/cards are listed on the Fitbit site as compatible. It either says card not supported or something went wrong - Is this a known issue?

    @FitbitSupport As of this morning, Fitbit is not syncing with Carb Manager app. YES, I have tried restarting both of the apps, and YES I have checked the settings to make sure they are supposed to work, if they have up until today, but it's not working.

    @FitbitSupport I had a Fitbit and it died. You replaced it with a new Sense, which never worked. When I asked for help, you told me to “charge it”. Been “charging” for 5 months. Even paid for new cords. Is there nothing you can do for me after $200+ total 3 weeks of use??

    @FitbitSupport Bought a Versa 4 to replace my Versa 3 and noted it didn't even come close to accurate heart rate and calorie burn. I look down and see - - for heart rate. Same thing with a Sense 2 I just bought. WTF is up? GPS too is very inaccurate, I know exactly how far around my hood.

    @Shan_Mixhelle @fitbit Omg this happened to me too!! I didn’t realize it was a thing I thought my skin was just sensitive. I know I’m not allergic to nickel and it happened so it could be something else. I wear Apple Watch now though and haven’t had this issue

    @FitbitSupport Seriously, I was using it with no issue for *5 months* after the supposed end of service, this was not a strain on Fitbit's servers. How long will it keep working without being able to sync? What happens when the clocks change next week?

    Hi @FitbitSupport My one year old Versa 2 has never given me a problem until the new IOS update. I now can’t sync it, or set alarms etc. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and turning Bluetooth on and off

    Cool. I’ve owned my newest @fitbit (the luxe) for two months. It’s fallen off my wrist multiple times because the connection pieces suck. Today it fell off in the parking garage. A nice neighbor turned it in, but it’s scratched to hell. Do not recommend. $200 down the drain.
