    @FitbitSupport Hi my charge 3 display is getting increasingly dim so much so I cannot see the time. This is getting progressively worse. I have tried adjusting brightness but this did not help. I think my charge3 is defective.

    @FitbitSupport hello. I have a charge 3 and the screen is completely unreadable. It has pixelated. Started off with a few horizontal lines, progressively got worse and now cannot read at all. Tried all trouble shooting and restarts nothing has worked. Last step reach out for help

    @FitbitIN With in 1 year 5 months, the @FitbitIN #versa stopped working. Moreover sales refused and there is no way to fix it. There is no service of @fitbit. Better not to buy... #worst #CustomerExperience

    @FitbitSupport my 84 year old mom has called support for her Versa3 for weeks. They trblshoot & tell her to ‘see if that works’. Nothing changed but now they told her it’s PAST THE 45 day return window & won’t refund her!?! $300. Worst business practices! Shame on you Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport I raised a case via the help livechat. So far lots of hassle and no solution but someone is supposed to be emailing me from a different support team but that has yet to happen.

    I know other people having this issue too @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport . Is it a glitch over the last months or something deeper. Please investigate and don't be like most companies putting menstrual issues at the bottom of the priority list.

    @FitbitSupport I recently got a Fitbit Charge 4 and using Huawei Mate 20 Pro. I kept getting this error message, app:"Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker.". Restarting my phone won't work unless I reinstall

    @FitbitSupport Seems to be related to the relationship you have with Curry’s. They say Fitbit want all the item returned even if it is just a broken strap. Some Fitbit’s have only lasted 6 days before they broke.

    @FitbitSupport Please help me to replace my strap still under guarantee. My fitbit3 was activated on 28.6.2020 Please help. I am out of my depth having to deal with this via twitter. I will NOT BUY another fitbit if I cant get this sorted in more straightforward way.

    @FitbitSupport hey i have only had my versa 3 for a day and it's not working properly at all. support can't find why the language won't change despite me following the instructions and the heart rate measure is wildly inaccurate. barely puts me in cardio zone when my inspire 2

    @FitbitSupport I’m not able to use my charge 4. The attachment on the face that connects to the strap has broken, it looks like there is still a bit stuck in the watch section. Is there any way this can be fixed? I love Fitbit but they don’t seem to last more than 2 years.
