    @FitbitSupport I feel like my fitbit sense is having done trouble. It’s draining it’s battery SO quickly but I’m not sure why. I don’t know if it’s my clock face, the update, or the scratch on got on it, something seems off 😭

    @fitbit my Fitbit scale is not syncing with my Motorola edge. This is an ongoing problem and is now not working even when I reboot my phone. Definitely the last @MotorolaUS phone I will ever buy.

    @FitbitSupport I have tried swiping down from the clock screen on the FitBit, but nothing displays so I can't SEE the clock screen. Next I tried the help for "If your device is unresponsive." I pressed the button on the flat end of the charger 3 times, pausing 1 second between presses.

    @FitbitSupport hello a while back I received a message saying my Fitbit is not safe and it's been call back for replacement, I fill in the online application and I still haven't received nothing and my fit bit is not working anymore either, I won't mind if you can just restore it

    Aaarrrggg!!! I'm in a #StepChallenge and my @fitbit app isn't reporting my accurate steps. I'm gonna lose because of a technical glitch. 🤬🤬🤬 My app shows I've had 53 steps today. Really? I'm almost at 10k!

    So @fitbit.... Want to tell me more about the 1000s of people that had the same problem as me? The back terminals rioting away just after the 1 year warranty? Did a little digging. I'm not the first. Your customer service sucks.

    @FitbitSupport is very helpful if you have issues with Fitbit. My sense charger broke and they helped resolve the issue

    @FitbitSupport Hey Fitbitsupport - where is my refund? Its been way past the time you said it would be! Now it seems you are ghosting me for no other reason than not answering my inquiries. I think you can help me so please do. I followed all your advice still no refund.

    @AskWithings @fitbit @Garmin I've been deleting them every day since I've had the watch and it isn't learning at all. Sometimes it even thinks I'm swimming! There are hundreds of complaints about thus on the Withings support boards, it's not just me! Please fix this!

    @burberry_sara @FitbitSupport Check out their business profile on the Better Business Bureau site. Heaps of customer complaints, D- rating, non-accredited. Just so you know where to file the complaint when they fail to help you. Good luck.

    @FitbitSupport 1.) Already did the troubleshooting routine. Did not work. Do you replace out of warranty fitbits for this issue? 2.) Suggestions to make the Aria scale work with other fitness trackers is consistently marked as "not planned" on the forums. It's been suggested thousands of times

    @fitbit they are telling me they can’t find my order. When they found it to send the fedex return label. As ofthe 5th of Sept it will be a month of back and forth. No return label for post office, as I stated I live nowhere near a fed ex facility. FB refuses help in any way!!!!!
