    @FitbitSupport I'm done with Fitbit! I've had 5 or 6. Each one had issues right after warranty expired. Face on my Versa came off. This is a known problem with no fix. I'M DONE WITH FITBIT!!

    @FitbitSupport My fitbit Alta seems to erase my steps by the next day. I see a setting that says Clear Use. If i set that by mistake how do I undo it? Or is there a problem?

    @fitbit Versa 3 has THE worst heart rate monitor. It's way off during HIIT workouts & runs. Average +-15 bpm lower than my previous devices. So much for latest & greatest.Lots of people in the forums complaining about it but still no firmware fix. 😡🤬 @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport since the recent sync outage was resolved, my inspire 2 hasn't synced unless I open the app. I swear it used to happen in the background (all day sync I think it was called), did something change? I tried removing it from the app & repairing.

    @FitbitSupport @lynelle25059639 You should get on the phone and walk through the issue instead of cutting and pasting a manual. When I had a question about my @whoop , not only did they get on the phone, they followed up to ensure it continued to work. Cust Svc should be considered when choosing a product!!!!

    @fitbit You sent me a new Flex 2 in December because the battery on the old was broken. It won't set up on my Android phone. Customer support tell me you are aware of the problem & I just have to wait. I have waited 3 months. I expect a better resolution than this, now!

    @FitbitSupport Just realised that the issue I had with Ace 2 has been going on for over 2 years. Clearly product fault but you hide behind warranty. Terrible customer service; plain lies that we value your feedback and improve our products! Such BS!

    @FitbitSupport - the display on my Fitbit Charge 3 is very pale. I have followed the instructions to turn it off and wait 8 seconds. The smiling face is very sharp but the display continues to be faint. I rang the helpline given 0800 069 8505 which does not work! Help!
