    @dodgepacklake @FitbitSupport Sorry mate, this experience is very frustrating, I have been in situations like this and gladly for me I was able to recover my coins through the help of Markcyberr217 on Instagram he will recover all that was lost.

    @FitbitSupport having the same trouble re brand new fit bit, sign up, go to login still saying email password doesn’t match even though all correctly keyed in. Took the other watch back to retailer because if same issue! What to do? Stuck? Tried everything suggested on website

    Just had very helpful online support with the @fitbitsupport online chat, for a problem with the app. All solved. Much better than some other sites.

    @FitbitSupport I'll wait to see if it stops syncing again, and contact you for troubleshooting. I didn't want to get into my problem and the workaround on their thread if my problem was different than theirs. It's bad form to hijack a thread. :) 3/3

    @fitbit Yeah you are kidding me, I´m upvote but these suggestion is since 2018, and still not available. And now with pixel watch this will increase a problem with it. I guess this would be a killer for fitbit users with an accu which longs only for a day without sleep tracking.

    The latest @fitbit firmware update disabled my touchscreen on my #versa2 then @FitbitSupport had me factory reset my device. And that disabled my device completely. Their only solution was a 35% off coupon on a new device. I've seen many other users with this issue. Help! #scam

    @FitbitSupport No response to any of my recent messages......your customer service is terrible. I can only conclude that your financial stability and going concern status as an organisation must be in question if you need to withhold my refund for this length of time!

    @FitbitSupport Contacted support over a minor issue, every time i followed one of their steps it got worse and now my device is so broken they say it must be replaced. This feels like a scam

    I should have never gotten a @fitbit. I should have gotten an Apple Watch instead. This is a new Sense and it dies all the time. Out getting my steps in, look down to see where I am, dead. Also, it loses the link to my Withings scale every few months. Horrible experience.

    @FitbitSupport You didn't address what I said. I have read your links. I've also used watches for many decades without trouble. The problem is in what your band is made of, not your customers. Your additional non-silicone bands are grossly overpriced compared to 3rd party bands.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport so frustrating that any time my watch accidentally goes dead, it’s a 30 minute headache getting it synced. Seriously. Design some better tech. It’s terrible. I guarantee @Apple Watch won’t give me that trouble.

    @FitbitSupport is there a way to reset the battery in a Fitbit Alta? Battery goes down to 50% then just goes off

    @FitbitSupport Yes, those are the steps. Syncing has gone down completely twice about a week apart. I found an odd little workaround that got the syncing working again. I signed into my account from a different device and syncing started working again as soon as I signed in. 1/3

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit absolutely embarrassing how terrible you treat your customers. Multiple customer service agents have lied to me and no one can give me a direct answer. Wasting time over and again. All because I wanted to get a new FitBit...lesson learned, I suppose.

    @AndroidPolice Interesting is still that it will not be possible to have two fitbit devices within one account. Example Sense and Pixel watch. I tried to start the login process with pixel watch and immediately sense will be deleted. I ask @fitbit how it should be possible with a accu...1/2

    Anyone else having an issue with their @fitbit Versa 3 where the alarms go off 9-12 minutes late instead of the actual time you set it for? Having a number of issues with my Versa 3 of late, but this is one of the most irritating.

    @fitbit, @FitbitSupport, @FitbitDev where's the custom faces and apps for my new sense 2? I need to transfer a screen onto my watch to monitor my blood glucose, which has always been possible with fitbit, but now isn't? No SDK, no news, Dev channels are dead. Help?
