    @FitbitSupport Had the same issue, done all the troubleshooting even deleted the app, reinstalled it it synced, thought problem was solved til it never did again, all since new update. Was told my phone was the issue by live chat tech, been using same device since August. Your update needs help

    @StormOfMastodon @FitbitSupport Seems it has been fixed with version 3.37.1 of the Android app. Could pair my charge 4 again on the first try (after restarting both devices for good measure and the process is still quite slow)

    @FitbitSupport one of my Fitbit charge 3 is not turning on and I tried all the steps mentioned on website for over 10 days and 100 times. Mailed the support centre as well but no reply. Can someone help here ?

    @debbied007 @FitbitSupport That is my next step. I always try and fix it outside the hours that online chat is available. I have tried all the troubleshooting recommended in the online guides though.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I have serious issues with Heart Rate monitoring with my new Charge 4. After few minutes I have started a training session, on the display HR readings go from 60 to 120. At the same time, with a Garmin HR I can read 130. Please help

    @fitbit why is your server always unreachable? Can't setup new fit bit on any device because it appears it's impossible to download the updated firmware. Very disappointed as a loyal Fitbit customer...or at least I have been

    @FitbitSupport is probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever boughten from. If you want a defective watch and a customer service team that takes over a month to respond to you, only to tell you to just restart the device... go with Fitbit

    @valmetcalf My versa 2 stopped talking to my iphone. Contacted @FitbitSupport on Twitter. They gave me a few things to try which did not help. Then I got an update message (to fix bugs) and it has been fine since.

    @FitbitSupport when are you finally going to resolve this issue for Android users without no errors ? Timescale and explanation of what went so drastically wrong your end and public apology to those affected would be nice as well. Don't you test updates before release to public?

    @FitbitSupport Thank you for fixing the sync problem. So far mine seems to be working now I had to uninstall and reinstall the app a few times but doing that + user data reset on my Charge 4 seemed to make it finally sync

    @FitbitSupport I've restarted it multiple times. This morning it synced, and I was also able to change the clockface (which resolved an issue I had a few months ago) but this didn't resolve the problem, either. :(

    @FitbitSupport my inspire 2 won't hold charge for more more a day. Less than a month old. Have tried the simple display, cleaned the contacts and reset the device. Please help, was working fine. It's also stopped tracking my sleep score.

    @FitbitSupport just bought a new Ace 2 for my son but it is not displaying any sleep data on the watch for last night. Kid view in the App ver 3.36 (1013) shows incomplete sleep data for last night - says we woke up at 23.15. Please help resolve

    @dinnyballs @FitbitSupport They said my watch was broken so they offered me a discount. The funny thing was I could sync my watch with my pc but not my phone. Kind of weird for a broken watch.

    @fitbit hey there, I have an old blaze that I want to give to a friend. I have tried logging in to my account to remove the device, but a reset password is not working with any of my email adds. I may have used Facebook to sign up but no longer have Facebook. Help!!!!!!

    @CADman1865 @FitbitSupport They are rolling out a new update on playstore. Not everyone can see it yet, but if you go to playstore and search for Fitbit if you see the last update was 1/28 download it and it should fix the problem.

    @FitbitSupport I literally purchased a versa 2 because the specs stated I could use Spotify without paying for premium. I downloaded and it’s telling me I need a premium subscription. Tried Deezer...same thing. Should I return and purchase an Apple Watch instead? Help
