    @FitbitSupport the app is not working properly since the last update!! The sleep function does not work. It tracks sleep, but whenever I open this part of the app is sticks and you then have to close the app as you can’t go back or get the app to do anything else.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the quick reply. 1) Charging cable is the one that came with the Sense. I do not have another one. 2) I did multiple restarts before the battery was completely drained. It did not fix either issue. Next steps?

    @FitbitSupport I got a charge 4 fir Christmas and since I’ve had it the app doesn’t record my heart rate as it did before and the fat burn/ cardio recordings seem very odd. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport Hello, @FitbitSupport. I’m not seeing my sleep scores for the past two nights. I’m uncomfortable navigating Twitter communication. Is there another method of contacting you? I have variously logged out, deleted the app, shut down my phone and checked my settings. Help?

    @FitbitSupport There is also a problem with activity tracking - my Versa 2 no longer vibrates at 1km increments when tracking walks. Both these problems started with the last firmware update.

    @FitbitSupport ...And they still haven’t fixed the iPad Dashboard issue. I refuse to waste anymore man hours helping them debug their own problems!! I use Surge & Ionic on the iPad. That’s all I’m sharing! Now fix your problems!

    @msree60 @FitbitSupport If you waiting for any issues to be resolved by @FitbitSupport you wasted your time! All what you can get from them there are the same standard replies send out to everyone! There is no support! I tried get my issue resolved for a week now without the success!

    Really thinking about dumping the @fitbit. Have already had to replace the pebble once and the new one is having the same issue a few months in. If you can’t read my heart rate for two minutes straight what is the point? #disappointed #promiseimnotdead

    My @fitbit sense overstates the number of steps I’m taking, by around three times. Not sure why or if there’s a fix. Anyone else face this issue? My Garmin and even my phone is more accurate on general daily activity. It’s fine when I tell it I’m actually going on a walk.

    Hi @FitbitSupport. Running Fitbit 3.39 on iOS 14.4 on iPhone X with Versa 2. After syncing in the am, going to Sleep page now takes 10-15 secs for last nights sleep to appear. This is new this week. Has been great for 2+ years. Suggestions? Known issue?

    @FitbitSupport There is a problem with the Versa 2 heart rate tracking / active minutes since the last update. I’m not getting anywhere near the usual active mins. A 40 min high intensity cardio workout got me 1 min in the fat burn zone.
