@fitbit @jess I care more about a working Sense device than a clock face. Some of us value function. Clearly not FitBit or @FitbitSupport . Worst customer service ever. Device that doesn't work for crap. And ad campaigns that outright LIE about what devices can do. FITBIT SUCKS!!

@fitbit - I ordered a watch which was not delivered , raised a case 1 month ago ...Support is always coming up with different reason and now have stopped completely ...pretty poor from a company which charges 20% premium for its products ...never again

@fitbit you sell your products in India but is there no service center in India. What if my watch is out of warranty and has a broken screen where do I get this fixed? Tried @FitbitSupport but all they recommend is for something that is software based. I have a hardware issue.

@FitbitSupport my versa2 will not pair with my phone. I have tried several times but it keeps saying there’s a problem. The number comes up on the screen when it finds the Bluetooth but it then will not sync. I have tried to delete the device and start again but it still will not

Wow @fitbit has the worst customer experience. Anyone else?? Bought mine, 2 mo later battery wasn't holding a charge, contacted support several times, told me to turn off all settings including HR (??) but won't replace. Now warranty is over, it died, told me to buy a new one..

I've been using Fitbits for 6 years from their very first HR monitor to the Sense which I use now. My favourite was definitely the Ionic for my purpose which is primarily an active lifestyle. The Sense battery is terrible and the HR does not pick up as well 🥺 @fitbit

I feel bad, But I really need a break From my @fitbit. I didn't have this problem with my versa, But my sense? More and more I **need** it off. I have even taken it off in my sleep, which was weird. I dont know why. But the part under the watch feels really weird

Somehow managed to create an exercise event on my @fitbit that crashed the app and now I can’t do anything with it - edit, sync, share all crash the app 100% reliably. Obviously if I was a m4d h4x0r I’d figure out some way to exploit this to, I dunno, burn my own phone 🙄

Riddle me this, @fitbit. My house is 1 1/2 stories; my bathroom is on my top floor. I must've went up and down 14 stairs at least 10 times today, but my tracker says zero. Why is that?

@fitbit your wallet system is an EXTREME disappointment. Like more disappointing than any other electronics I’ve ever used… you don’t accept USAA, NavyFederal, Venmo debit or cash app debit. When I look at the list of banks you DO accept, I’ve never heard of them. Fix it.

Well, it's been a full month since @fitbit @Google said they'd get back to me about an escalated support issue, and it's not happening. Remember that when you're shopping health trackers - Fitbit doesn't care if they ruin your purchase just to force to you buy more.

@FitbitSupport wanted to give feedback on bad design for magnetic clasp on Luxe stainless steel mesh band. Sticks to any metal, causing to loosen band or fall off wrist! Easy to lose or thief to walk around with magnet and easily steal!! Horrible design.

@FitbitSupport I "replied" to you via email multiple times since YOU started the email string on 7/10 to see if the "issue" was resolved. It WAS not and IS not. And today... I finally heard back nearly a month later (Really?) and it wasn't even about the right issue!

@FitbitSupport In other words: Fitbit only counts lengths, but DOESN'T break down the progress or show SWOLF, both of which were already tracked by my Samsung Active Watch 3 years ago...? Hmm... Are you guys at least working on enabling this? The functionality does exist for walks...

My @fitbit Sense notifications disconnect every night. Told them about the problem and they said to force quit the app so now I have to do that every morning to receive notifications on my smart watch. Really disappointing.
