    @fitbit My kms target is wonky on the Google Pixel / Fitbit. Daily target is set at 8 kms, but even after crossing 8kms it shows that around 3.91 kms are remaining. Have tried changing the targets but there is alwaysd a difference. This problem was not there on previous fitbits!

    Why does @FitbitSupport sell a wrist ban that cannot be used, why no help? Why no instructions? I tried and found Tony surprise that I had a @Fitbit account which I do not. Therefor, I cannot use the new #Fitbit. This company has great PR and forgot hot to deliver

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit versa 3 won't turn on. I assumed the battery died but after leaving it on charge for a day using different ports and plugs, it still won't turn on. when I hold down the button the logo just flashes on the screen for a while and eventually stops

    @Google @fitbit Since Google took over fitbit you have gone down hill. I just bought a new product from you that's defective out of the box and you won't replace it. Nice Christmas Present to me. Glad I've bought 3 watches from you, that's how you treat loyal customers #BahHumbug #fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit Versa 4 is fully charged, vibrates when side button is pushed, screen is black and won't display pairing code. This was a Christmas present. In August/September my Versa 2 had the same issue. I'll be at @Target buying a @Samsung watch with the refund.

    @fitbit just got two Fitbit Sense 2... they don't have Google Assistant?? 😡 Why even make this product? Aren't you owned by Google? Who even uses Alexa? This issue isn't even just a drive to the mall, I have to travel to the US to return them. Thanks 😒 Sorry for the rant folks

    Very disappointed with @FitbitSupport and @fitbit. My versa died completely after only a year and a half. It’s a known issue with many complaints on the Fitbit message board but they won’t replace it and only offered a small discount on purchasing a new one. Not cool.

    @StravaSupport @fitbit has no intention of fixing such a simple issue . @strava should update their website stating Fitbit doesn’t support automatic gps activity upload anymore

    @FitbitSupport hv been completely poor n their conversation & behaviour. Not listening to customer, going mute 4 long time, not record the concern & even refusing to support. When asked them on filing complaint, they clearly mentioned that @fitbit dant have any complaint unit.
