    @fitbit I work in an office all day. Not so many steps but up and down to move short distances. I’m very active but steps do not show it. Almost like doing squats all day. We need a way to measure that into the app. Thx.

    Thanks @fitbit for the horrible customer service. Your solution to every problem is "just buy a new device." No, that isn't possible for all & does not fix the problem of your products. Such a scam!

    @FitbitSupport i’m experiencing issues with syncing fitbit versa 2 with my pacer. When I disconnected and connected them again there was message about fitbit host issue. Are you aware about this problem?

    @fitbit NO, Did that got a replacement, and its equally useless as the one it replaced. I suggest you issue a firmware update for the Charge 5 that disables the GPS, and you repackage the device as assisted GPS only. This is a known issue that you choose to ignore #fitbitcharge5 #fitbit

    Anyone else get rid of their FitBit Ionic, due to the recall, and not get their recall refund? I’ve been waiting 15 weeks. They said 3 to 4 weeks. Is this a scam? @fitbit @FitbitSupport absolutely no help from Fitbit after numerous tweets and emails.

    @FitbitSupport Hey i’m wondering if you could offer some assistance please, I bought a versa 2 last november for my partner via @verynetwork and since the new update all he gets is the red exclamation mark on screen. Tried doing the help in fitbit forum but nothing works.

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 3 seems to have a significant battery issue. For the last 3 nights i have had to fully charge my watch but by the morning it's back down to less than 10%. The watch is less than 2 years old, it was purchased in January 2021. Is this a widespread issue?

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit So, have you been able to fix what you have called a product-wide problem? If it's a yes, assign me a support person to see me through until my #Inspire2 works properly. If it's a no, just admit it, and don't try to waste my time with a rep taking a shot in the dark.

    @FitbitSupport I bought FITBIT versa special edition more than a year back, but 2 days back I tried changing its strap, the starp got cracked from the center(cracked like a dry plastic). Seems to be manufacturing defect. Can you please help me in overcoming this defect?

    @FitbitSupport my Charge 5 screen went blank . I tried 3 hits on charger cable button numerous times. It gives one vibration but nothing more. What needs doing to fix?

    @FitbitSupport Before I do that, please examine my communication history with fitbit support. One major problem is that you do not allow your support reps to take ownership and to see a problem through its resolution. I've exchanged with more than 3 dozen reps, so one more likely won't help.

    @FitbitSupport No not daily total, just the calorie total for the workout. If I edit workout duration from 60mins to 45, all data is adjusted accordingly but not the calories. Small thing but annoying. Others have mentioned it so it’s a known issue. I’d just like to know if/when it’ll be fixed.

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Sense intermittently drops connection with phone. I've factory reset it and reset it up. Hasn't solved the problem.

    @fitbit Is there a “Find my Fitbit” app to help you find the device if the band breaks? In my experience, the band breaks about 3 or 4 times a year.

    @FitbitSupport Same issue for me on charge 3. Its been working fine but graph not updated since Sunday. Reinstalled, restarted, different device tried... all the usual. Heart rates zones have updated so I don't think it's the watch.

    My @fitbit charge 4 kablooey'd itself and the screws holding the whole band connector assembly just... pulled out. RIP poor plastic =(
