    @FitbitSupport I am having an issue with my Fitbit Charge 3. This is the second time with the same issue where the screen does not work. I can not get a replacement but offered 35% off a new watch but can not purchase a charge 3/4 on the site.

    @FitbitSupport @ChristosKonst17 We're all having this problem with Samsung phones and our Fitbits since updating to Android 13 and OneUI5. We've done the troubleshooting steps many times. This is a known issue with no user workaround, so @FitbitSupport need to work with Google and Samsung on a resolution pls.

    Thanks to @FitbitSupport for getting a fix to my problems. @SamsungUK you broke it with your update, so get all these problems fixed. You have really ruined my phone experience

    face of my Sense popped off for no reason. others w/ same problem. unfortunately I’m 90 days past warranty…this is my 2nd FitBit that has failed. @fitbit offering a 35% discount to purchase a 3rd device. had Ionic that was recalled. should I give up on @fitbit ? @FitbitSupport

    Why ******** do i have to resync my @fitbit EVERY SINGLE MORNING? I keep missing calls and texts because it isn't notifying me. It's getting really old!! 😠

    @FitbitSupport @drvoice Fitbit Support, please get with the program. The problem doesn't lie with the consumers. The problem is Samsung foldable phones + Fitbit + Android OS13 = failure. All the standard trouble shooting advice is useless until Fitbit updates programming.

    @FitbitSupport @ChristosKonst17 This is not a one user issue. This isn't just some flowchart support issue. It's a known widespread problem everyone on the Flip and Fold phones are having with syncing to the Fitbit Charge. The Charge is useless on those phones at the moment.

    @FitbitSupport Hello Fitbit Support - of course i have done all the suggested fixes. I don't feel you are reading the room well here - the problem is that the android update means that Samsung Flip and Fold won't sync to fitbit. end of story.

    Used #fitbit for 8 years, no issues, but #Android13 has basically bricked my #Charge4 @FitbitSupport knew of sync/pairing issue since beta, didn't fixed it! Good luck anyone getting a Fitbit for Xmas, it might work! Maybe time to swap @SamsungUK galaxy watch recommendation?

    @FitbitSupport No there isn't . At 0702 It says we want to help Posted screen shot and info on problem with sleep tracking on versa. No response. Only response is from Nov 16th's problem with Heart Rate query

    @FitbitSupport @drvoice @FitbitSupport the problem is widely reported online. We all did the troubleshooting steps and many contacted support. It's not working. My wife had Samsung Flip and I have Fold 4. Fitbits just stopped communicating. Please fix!

    @Sharia69892757 @FitbitSupport Yes! They told me they are aware of the issue w Android 13 software release (I downloaded yesterday morning and that's when my Fitbit stopped synching) and to sit tight - they are working on a fix. Customer support had told me to mail it back, so ignore that guidance. 🤞🤞

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for prompt responses. After 2 tries I got connected. Sadly issue could not be resolved and I’ve been instructed to return sense 2 as it appears to be defective. Issue is that post EDA scan, the selected watch face goes away. So I have to go to app->device->redo clock face.

    @FitbitSupport hi, I registered for my Fitbit ionic refund at the end of August and was told the refund would take 3-6 weeks. Over 3 months later and still no refund. I've spoken to the Fitbit ionic helpdesk and they've been no help. Can you assist please?
