@fitbit currently has terrible cust service experience. Purchased the Sense which came with Premium for free for trial period. Their systems wouldn't enable cancelation (error message) and phone support systems don't work. It's not the $10, it's the customer service principle.

@FitbitSupport Wireless charging could provide a consistent ability to actually charge my Sense. Currently it is a crap shoot whether the device will charge. I've had the Sense just over 4 months now. If I don't vigorously wipe the device contacts, is an assured Not charging or Slow Charging.

@QuikSusan @FitbitSupport This guy's will never respond I’ve tried so many times none responded, all I had to do was get an external support specialist who was able to resolve this whole issue of my account getting messed up and it worked out perfectly, his page is @utopiantechh I suggest you look him up

@FitbitSupport I have just purchased fitibit versa 3 and the steps count is inaccurate. I tried everything, switching off and on, removed a bangle I had on the wrist, added driving exercise it worked but the next day it is the same issue again. I wake up with 100 steps already.

@FitbitSupport Also the number of times the Sense flies off my wrist due to poor placement of the quick release for the band doesn't even surprise me anymore. Putting a jacket on, putting a backpack on, reaching for something, flexing, putting my hand in a pocket... and the Sense flies off.

Really tired of @fitbit attempting to "reinvent the wheel" when it comes to device bands. A breathable fabric or leather band that uses industry-standard quick releases is far better than the rubber garbage that falls off with the slightest movement.

1 My @fitbit charge 4 strap gave in. I called @fitbit hoping to be referred to a service desk and no sorry, your watch is a 1 year 3 months meaning out of warranty so you need to spend another 4k and buy a new one. We don't fix. Oh by the way thank you for being our customer

@FitbitSupport No - my reference to WhatsApp is merely to say that your 24/7 WhatsApp help chat has been unavailable for over a week. My Fitbit issue is getting “battery is not charging” on my screen every time my 2 x charge 4 units are outdoors (get warm)
