    @wildegeeks @Luvvie I have had 3 @fitbit and my LAST one is my LAST one. The face literally fell off when I was sitting down, they begrudgingly sent a replacement, it was still under warranty and that one did the same thing less than 2 months later...one week after the war. expired. DONE!

    I have tried to stick to @fitbit watches. This is my third watch and I’m over it. I did a factory reset on my watch and now it will not sync to my phone. I was supposed to go to the gym over an hour ago but I’ve been trying to fix my watch. Guess I’ll be getting an Apple Watch

    Got a Fitbit sense for my mother the charging cable stops to work and now Fitbit says it’s not in stock and no estimate when stocks arrive!! Such a poor service please suggest alternative for such poor service and product!! @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN

    @FitbitSupport Still not working properly, been out for a 90 walk with my dogs and the heart rate not picked up, not picked up the steps per hour and only logged 79 calories. The only thing that correct is the steps per day.

    @wildegeeks @Luvvie @fitbit The worst thing was how rude they were, acting like it was an anomaly and offering a discount on another one. I went online and found out this was happening constantly with the Versa 2. I still wear it but the screen is black. I can only see stats on the app. Saving for an Apple

    @drasticsturgeon @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I used their Chat Live service on their “contact us” page, and it was phenomenal. They did troubleshooting with me, then confirmed it was a weird problem with the FitBit and arranged to send me a new one! Are you inside your warranty period?

    @FitbitSupport u hav to improve ur pathetic service. 1st ur bad quality band breaks, ur agree to replace it but it's out of stock then u ask us to REMIND YOU of this claim after 2 week. Once we do it, we find the ticket has been closed. Is this a bloody joke to you. #fraudfitbit

    @FitbitSupport It turns out it's not possible to fix my charge 3. It's only 2.5 years old. I was sent a discount code for another model. After sleeping on it I bought it but the screen didn't show the net amount so paid top price. Apparently discount doesn't apply charge 5. Told can't cancel.

    @FitbitSupport But i can't rely on this, I don't want to be checking it every hour. It's just too unreliable, unfortunately I've had this for over one year (it was my partner's but she moved to Garmin at xmas as she found this issue too).

    @FitbitSupport 2. or anything was offered from Fitbit. Because of their poor response to me and my broken tracker that is 2 months old. I have decided to leave Fitbit and shop for a different tracker.

    @jessicashortall @FitbitSupport Software developers often have a poor grasp of precision vs accuracy (see also: the number of decimal points google maps puts in the lat/lon when you tap a location with your fat finger on a phone screen).
