@rockmonkey84 @FitbitSupport It’s a bad band! Even loosening and during sleep it was causing moisture build up! Yuck! They did not make the band well…. I’m disappointed.

@FitbitSupport No problem in terms of app functionality (though categorisation/filtering by equipment would be helpful). More the complete lifelessness of the sessions e.g. cycling is closer to an audi textbook than being in a spin class. Completely unengaging

@FitbitSupport I have a Charge 4, this was purchased Dec 2020. A few days ago i noticed my battery life reduce from about a week to less than 1 day. I search the forums and it seems others have this issue as well. Response has been, get a new one. Not acceptable.

@FitbitSupport hi, my Versa 3 screen has suddenly stopped letting me swipe and the battery is suddenly draining very quickly too. I’ve tried all of the restart tricks but it’s still not working and my fitbit is only 14 months old! Any ideas on how to fix this?

@FitbitSupport I have a Fitbit Ionic device from Oct 2020. Today (30th March), it stopped pairing with the Fitbit app on my phone. I tried to reconfigure the device using the app, it reports that the "device is locked", can not be reconfogired. Can you help with this. Thanks
