    Officially switching from @fitbit to an @apple watch. Too many glitches with the Fitbit software and terrible quality of hardware. I’ve had my charge 4 for one year and the band has broken twice. Plus, the app keeps telling me I burned 1500 calories in an hour.

    @fitbit- can not believe how poor the Fitbit support and customer service is- my wife had a 1 year sub taken after a free trial following buying one of their watches and they say 'talk to APPLE' - stay away from Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I didn’t bother doing those steps, having done them dozens of times since 2015 with various #Fitbit devices. I didn’t see much point seeing as I still haven’t had a reply to the latest email I sent with a case number regarding an ongoing issue.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks tried all those fixes. Not responding. Only thing that consistently works is the watch. Heart rate is blank and not responding. I'm wearing my German on one hand to compare. (both arms as well) not working. Kindly help or advise how we can replace or send for service

    @fitbit Thanks for the reply. Here's my point, though: I'm on vacation. Monkeying with my Fitbit, to get it to acquire the correct time, shouldn't be part of my travel plans. Neither should searching your support or community forums. Please fix the problem so we don't need this dialog.

    @ZoeJane77 @FitbitSupport That’s absolutely disgusting what terrible customer service. I’ve asked multiple times for an email to complain and they just ignore that part of my comments. It’s making me so annoyed. I did find an email for the Ceo so I am probably going to email them but I won’t get a reply

    @FitbitSupport Yes, that is how I restarted the Charge 5. I called support and all they said was "we're working on a firmware update to fix the issue." I've seen reports that this has been going on for months now. What gives? #fitbit #fitbitcharge #chargingissues

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit Ionic Recall…I elected to return my Ionic watch for a refund so I could take my time researching replacement. Watch returned approximately 9 weeks ago, but refund has not been sent. Told refund would be sent within 3-6 weeks. Need help and how to escalate?

    @HowatClint @FitbitSupport Hey @HowatClint So according to my understanding the step one is done and the ionic got disabled but no confirmation regarding the same right? If this is the case I'm with the same problem. My ionic got disabled and I completed the recall successfully, but no confirmation yet.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Returned fitbit iconic as part of recall. Was received by you 4/6. Fitbit claimed I was issued payment end of April. Never received it. Have called 7 times looking for payment since. I want my money. Terrible customer care. Please follow up with me.

    Help @FitbitSupport ordered Charge4 from @FitbitUK site via @Vitality_UK, said two day delivery, but still not dispatched 3days later. I leave the country for work in under a week, will it arrive or do I need to cancel order and get something else? Can't find phone number online

    Note to @fitbit: Fix the rudimentary problem that prevents the device from acquiring the correct time when syncing with the phone. My phone has the correct time and the app is set correctly. Why, days after my arrival in a new timezone, is the device's time still incorrect?

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit When are you going to fix the food tracker in the app? It's been broken for weeks. Contacted you end of May and told it is being looked into but now at and of June still NO improvement. Seems like you don't actually care that your product no longer works?

    @FitbitSupport I need assistance on my claim 45783060. I have tried Fitbit support via phone and email. This Fitbit was purchased on 9/21/2021 and stopped working on 6/15/2022. Please help before warranty expires.
