    @FitbitSupport hello, my Ionic battery seems to not hold a charge more than about 10 hours. It’s down to less than 7% each far around 7:30 pm despite starting with 100% in the morning. Can you help?

    @fitbit Thinking about upgrading to a @FVersa3? Do ya homework, you cannot upload music files to be played offline, like with previous models.

    @FitbitSupport This was clearly a proforma response. If it wasn't a robot, it was someone clicking on a menu button. It didn't mean anything. This issue has been live since December 21 and left unresolved, despite undertakings. I was misled and left in the dark by @fitbit Appalling service 0/10

    @FitbitSupport morning, is there a problem with the app this morning? My versa won't sync since 10pm last night. I've turned Bluetooth on and off and uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it's still not working

    @FitbitSupport - you should absolutely know how terrible your iOS software is. Use the face, (THE ONLY ONE) with SpO2 and the firmware doesn’t update. Sync times are truly awful. I honestly regret buying one. The firmware won’t even find my watch. I could never recommend Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport I’m very disappointed that despite all the complaints of the new zone calculations and the custom max heart rate and custom zone not working that the update didn’t resolve any issues. Please listen to customer feedback or they’ll become Apple’s customers

    @FitbitSupport hi! Versa 2 tracks my stairs from my basement to main floor, but from main floor to upstairs. They are the same amount of stairs. I have tried resetting it. And tips on how to fix it? Thanks!
