    @fitbit Fitbit used to be a quality product with good customer support. I used my charge2 until I lost it. Replaced it with a Charge 5. 3wks and the band is irritating my skin. Fitbit refuses to acknowledge the problem. Won’t replace the band. Switching to Apple Watch.

    @fitbit shocked by this company’s service. Bought a kids watch. The band broke. They replaced it. This band broke. Won’t replace. 1000s of people complaining of the same issue. If you make a shoddy product at least admit it and fix it. Won’t be buying from this brand ever again

    When your @fitbit has a swimming option, so you swim with your device. Device stops working, messaged @FitbitSupport and they only offer you 30% off a new watch and nothing to help your device that is under 2 years old. 🙃🙃🙃 we love a good customer service company

    @FitbitSupport Message received: you won't help. I'll start recruiting more people to drop Fitbit products. I want to continue our family weekly steps challenges, but I think we can do that with Xiaomi. I like my Xiaomi phone. Bought it 2 years ago and unlike my Fitbit Ionic it will charge.

    @fitbit my versa 3 has suddenly stopped working. Just the logo on the watch face. I need this watch as a watch and as a health monitor, I have tried everywhere to find resolution. HELP ! It is fully charged … but then I grind to a halt … I even bought the premium deal. HELP!!

    And now I still have to wait for @FitbitSupport to process my return when fedex finally delivers it (assuming they ever do), and then wait for a replacement to be shipped to me. When I called to get support on my broken fitbit, they assured me the process wouldn't take too long

    @fitbit I have sent 3 private messages after reporting that my sons watch (Xmas present) has broken. Staff on here told me to private message. I’ve sent pics and text. No response. Your helpline number is ringing out, but no one picking up. Anyone any ideas what I do now?

    @robertsgem21 @fitbit Mine doesn’t even track my sleep properly anymore, it’s been replaced by @fitbit twice due to the screen freezing, no other support has been given to try sort the problem. Alot of people I know have swapped to Apple Watch.. I might too 🧐

    @FitbitSupport If you state publicly you will solve the issues or stand behind your product and replace if you can't fix the product defect, then we can discuss privately. But every time I've had a problem you've deflected and ultimately done nothing.

    @FitbitSupport Before placing an order, I should have read through the previous tweets individuals had made about the same problem they were having. It's difficult to comprehend how such a well-known and established brand as Fitbit can't manage customer service in India.

    @FitbitSupport Since 2020 we have private messages about this issue. And it only gets worse. What will change this time? Do you consider that solving a problem by saying the same thing every time over the past 2 years with no result? If anyone reads this its been 2 years with the same problems!
