    @Apple My watch isn't accurate. Motion Calibration and Distance is switched on. However, my runs are off by at least 10%. Your service centre denies any help. Would you recommend shifting to @fitbit or @SamsungIndia for more accurate tracking and results?

    @Google I'm holding out for @googlewatch later this fall to replace my worthless Fibit Sense affected with the terminal battery issue, then it dawned on me...Google owns @fitbit . Is the Google Watch going to suck as bad as Fitbit high end devices?

    .@FitbitSupport Hi! My Charge 5 hasn’t been tracking my rides properly since I got it! I’ve tried using both ‘dynamic’ and ‘built-in’ -as per Fitbit Charge 5 help forum- but to no avail. This hasn’t happened before on my Charge 3 & 4. I’m seriously disappointed with this product!

    @FitbitSupport three days now and I can’t get my Versa2 to receive texts. I’ve restarted, deleted & installed the app, checked notifications & Bluetooth, etc. Nothing is working. Please help

    @FitbitSupport Surely the strap keeper is part of the strap which is part of the product I purchased. I should not have to spend a lot of money to fix a faulty product. The strap should be replaced? My friend had a sma discolouration appear on hers and she was sent a new strap immediately.

    @rmfornari @FitbitUK @fitbit Rogerio, they won’t help you. I have been waiting for 5 months. All they tell you to do it contact the recall center and they do nothing. Most of us now are forced to take legal action against then.

    I bought a @fitbit charge5 (via pre order) last year, and it has stopped working while still under warranty. @FitbitSupport says this is a common issue and I just have to wait. How can this be an official policy? Is the plan to make people wait till their warranty runs out!? Wtf?

    @fitbit My watch is defective, battery drains in less than 3 hours. You blame it on firmware, ask me to wait for it, no ETA. My subscription time keeps running and I can't use your product. Really bad support experience. Going back to Garmin.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit @fitbitquality Why would you DM me asking for more information on the critical battery issue my Sense, as well as hundreds if not thousands of others have experienced causing failure of their devices, then never reply? Why not replace my device?

    @FitbitSupport My Versa 3 battery 25% down just sleeping. Always-on mode was off, no notif, no automatic screen wake. What gives?

    .@FitbitSupport I'm a long time @fitbit wearer. Just recently my sleep won't record well and then if I try to pick the start and stop I can't. Never had this before. I can update if I'm on the computer but that's a pain. I like this function and hope you fix. I see I'm not alone.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Are refusing to replace my Fitbit it runs out of battery in 30 mins despite it being charged fully! They say they are working on an issue that has been ongoing for months! Think an @Apple watch is required now!

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 5 was previously working fine and would hold a battery charge for several days. I allowed it to do the firmware update and now the battery goes from 100% to dead in about 2 hours. No settings were changed. Are other people having this problem?

    @fitbit I went through 3 before I bought an Apple watch. I didnt want to do it, I loved Fitbit but you let me down too many times 😢

    @FitbitSupport Unfortunately I cannot get any response other than “it’s in progress” I believe that there is an issue with this that dealt with. It has been escalated but no response received. Customer service has been very poor.

    @fitbit Just bought the "Sense" for my wife (her birthday today). It's charged up ready, on the table for when she gets home. Problem is, my Samsung phone keeps getting a "Set Up" prompt on MY OWN phone. How can I stop it trying to connect and setup? #WRONGMOBILE

    @FitbitSupport what is the life span of a fitbit versa lite edition? I purchased mine in 12/19 and now the battery is draining like crazy. Even when I have it shutdown it will completely drain. TIA

    Im getting so frustrated with @fitbit! 7 mile walk wiped off my day. Lost the map showing all heart rate and pace info. I can exercise back in manually, but all the valuable stuff I use to track my exercise gone. It is just so inconsistent whether it logs or not. Terrible app!

    @fitbit Thanks for the offer of help, but I've read the FAQs, there is no way to restore the deleted map. The GPS tracks fine. It's the app that then logs the exercise 4 times instead of once then deletes it all. It happens all the time. I need a new fitness tracking app.

    @sachtab24 @FitbitSupport All they do is send the same message said, wait longer, call the recall center. In 5 month not once has support done a thing to actually help a ionic customer.
