I don't normally tweet about stuff like this but I have never come across a company such as @fitbit @FitbitSupport who are 100% about customer service. A major issue to me resolved as a minor issue to them. Other companies should take note. Can't praise them enough. Thanks FITBIT

@fitbit my luxe doesn’t work. I’ve wasted many hours trying to fix it via live chat, phone calls and tweets. It’s a poor product that doesn’t work and customer services is terrible. I want a refund for this faulty product and no one will help.
