Returned my broken @fitbit via @FedEx on Jan 18. As of today 2/14 delivery is still pending. So, if you’re looking for reliable shipping or fitness tracking…..can’t say I’d recommend either of these companies

@fitbit my scales are no longer working. It appears to be stuck in the loop of sensing and step off the scale. I’ve removed the battery and put back but didn’t help. What are my options? Community boards are implying there are no repair places in Melbourne. Is this true?

@FitbitSupport my Fitbit stopped working. I have done the trouble shooting “reboot” it is not responding. I have cleaned the the charger and the little sense holes. It had a charge of 48% and just turned off. Black screen and no sign of it turning back on. Please help!

@FitbitSupport The Aria Air I got syncs fine. That's not the point. The point is that it should sync in the background automatically. Requiring me to open the app and save the weight log is inconvenient and bad UX. What if my phone is dead or what if I forget my phone in another room?

@FitbitSupport I am having an issue where my steps etc are not updated in a workweek challenge nor a bingo. This only started yesterday. Previous never an issue. I restarted my phone a few times and logged out and back into the APP. Anyone else experiencing this?

@FitbitSupport My comments about battery life were about the Apple Watch I recently bought, to replace my Fitbit ionic. I replaced my Fitbit b/c you weren’t able to answer my question as to whether the issue I had was fixable or I needed to replace. I was referred to FAQs which did not help.

@FitbitSupport SO disappointed with support on Charge 5. Ordered 12/31-broken-you replaced 1/17-it also is broken, but you won't refund as it's a few days past 45d. However, replacement watch isn't a month old. I'm happy to swap for another model and pay diff. Work with me!
