    @fbcards2022 @fitbit @FitbitSupport Same issue here.. They finally fixed syncing after like 8 months it worked for maybe a month then they completely brick it with this update 😢

    @FitbitSupport Charge 5 and iphone won't sync. I've done every action item on your support page to no avail, and two of my friends' Charge 5 trackers are also not syncing. Can you provide an update on when this issue might be cleared up? Thank you!

    As with many others @FitbitSupport , my Charge 5 is not syncing, and I've gone through all the trouble shooting steps. Step counts are updating, and I can use the find phone feature from the Charge 5, but it won't sync. As you have requested from others, I sent a DM with details.

    Fitbit "updated" the Charge 5 app engine last night and it "bricked" a lot of trackers worldwide. Their @FitbitSupport is diverting complaints blaming a Bluetooth connection issue and asking people to waste their time in worthless install / uninstall actions #comeclean

    @fitbit please help me. My fitbit 5 is not syncing properly with the app. Its taking to it because I've just changed the clock face, but I had to delete it from my app and add it back to get the info to transfer. I've inly had it a few months. I'm really disappointed.

    @FitbitSupport Its not just 1 issue. Its overall. You need to fix the app. Its slow, its unresponsive, it never updates and the completely INTRUSIVE nature of "premium" is so in your face.... Fix all that

    Hey @Google, when are you going to fix @fitbit? My Charge 4 does everything really well except what it was designed to do, track fitness. GPS performance is almost nonexistent. @FitbitSupport

    @jr_hardman @FitbitSupport The fitbit community board is full of complaints concerning this issue. It seems the link from watch to mobile device is broken. I have seen reports (and can confirm myself) that changing the face via the app works fine.

    @arkaydee @fitbit I'm in the same boat. They told me to force quit the app, reinstall it, restart my device, unpair/repair bluetooth when all along the problem is on their end? Gas lit by Fit bit is the theme of the day!

    @fitbit #fitbit Charge 5 has had sync issues since early this morning. I have escalated, so have dozens of others. Here and on reddit. Still no public acknowledgement that it's a widespread issue. Keeps making people jump through hoops. Public PostMortem of issue needed!
