@fitbit The sleep duration tracker doesn't work past the first day 🫤 doesn't even sync either on any device. I wouldn't buy this as they won't even fix mine, lots of money for a birthday present that doesn't even work properly 😒

@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport really disappointed with your customer support. Daughters Fitbit will not sync properly on any device & needs a restart & won't even sync. Also only tracked sleep for 2 days now it just doesn't work. Your "support" just sent lots of self help guides 1/2

Shame on @fitbit @FitbitSupport I requested a refund for a susbscription that had not gone into effect yet and they wouldn’t refund me even though their Terms of Service (as noted on their website) clearly allows for a full refund. Poor customer service. #betterbusinessbureau

Applied Fitbit Charge5 firmware update last week - since then, battery lasts about 2 hours. I'm paying for Premium but pretty pointless without the actual device. How can a firmware update take the thing backwards and take so long to fix? @FitbitSupport @FitbitsupportK

@fitbit There is a known issue with the oxygen variation chart and the macros chart since the last update which was over a week ago. It is still not fixed. There are tons of messages about this on the community board but no ETA on when it will be fixed. Correct the software please.

@jotwyman @FitbitSupport Yea, my warranty had expired but for the smartwatch to only last 2 yrs is something that needs to be worked out. I will say @FitbitSupport went above and beyond to solve the issue and when they couldn't solve the issue they did offer a discount. Great customer service.

@FitbitSupport YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I have 2 WATCHES BOTH BROKE AND YOUR REP IS GOING TO SEND IT TO A WARRANTY TEAM WHEN CLEARLY THESE ARE BEYOND WARRANTY. I've been a user since 2012. It makes sense why ppl have quit using your devices. They just keep breaking.

@FitbitSupport @KevinGreeves I will ring them for you dad, surely they have to send you a new code as it was there fault they couldn't refund the watch in time as it was a problem on there we have it written all down we have all the emails the multiple phone calls we had with them, it took like 5 months.

Has anyone else stopped receiving text notifications on their @fitbit Sense ~2 weeks ago on their Android phone (Android 12)? Each help article I've done hasn't brought them back (calls show up 🙄), latest security patch was in the beginning of July...not sure what to do

@FitbitSupport - 2/2 Each time I have called to inquire about the status of my rebate, I am told it should have been processed. And, I cannot escalate the issue until a magical and constantly moving 42 day period expires. Starting to feel like a ripoff program.
