    @FitbitSupport I’ve now exchanged over 40 dm’s with Fitbit support and STILL no help as to when the SP02 app has stopped working. They spend their time fobbing you off, buyer be ware

    @fitbit I am very disappointed that the Versa 3 has a "known issue" that has not been fixed, yet I am unable to get a replacement as this known issue means my device is somehow not defective. I will NOT be purchasing another device from you in the future.

    @avatozoeblog @fitbit @Fitbit already replaced my MIL's tracker with a faulty display only for it to happen again. I am really hoping they will be able to help us with this issue that seems to be very common on the Charge 3. As a family going we have 6 working Fitbits.

    @FitbitSupport , @fitbit : Why does your Charge 4 have such a hard time staying connected to my iPhone? I understand my iPhone 6s is outdated but the Charge 2 was never an issue. I have to reconnect it everyday multiple times. Thank you

    @FitbitSupport Why after 6 years has no major Uk bank been added to Fitbit pay. Really poor. Perhaps you should hire someone from Apple Pay to learn how to do it.

    @fitbit wondering if you’ve considered (or perhaps have and I just am not in the know) a sort of trade in your old watch for a discount on a new one type of deal? You could refurbish, and re-sell I imagine & then we are all cutting down on waste in the world. #fitbitcharge

    @FitbitSupport Hi I was given a fitbit 3 for Christmas 2019. Now 20 months later the display has a lot of horizontal black lines which obstruct the delay. What can I do about this problem?

    In the meantime I've read multiple reviews of people having issues with the Sense. Perhaps if this is the problem you could refund me. To be frank this whole process has been more stressful than before I got the watch! Can you please sort this out ? #fitbitceo @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Can you folks resolve whatever issue you are having that is causing my Sense to show a clock error and also says that the ECG app on it has an update. This happened like 1 month ago and nothing I could do would fix it. You folks had to.

    .@fitbit @FitbitSupport I'm pretty cautious with my watch. I had versa for some time and got replacement few weeks ago. Love the #versa3 but sad to say it's scuffed already on corner of screen. Not sure how but sad. Is there anyway to fix this with home remedy or am I just SOL?

    @FitbitSupport Here is the issue… I have to ‘forget this device’ multiple times a day! This is on your app and not on my phone unless you are saying it’s not compatible with an iPhone 6s?

    @fitbit has a clear business model. 1. Make a bad build quality product 2. Offer a "discount" on your most expensive model when it breaks 1-2 years later 3. Customer pays $150+ 4. Repeat 5. Profit

    @pacificleo @fitbit I consider that bad data then, as Fitbit’s dont record brain waves and thus, cannot determine REM sleep. Makes me suspect of all their data at that point.

    @fitbit we 4 family members traveled 200kms by car with 3 fitbits & 1 #fossil. Found fitbits clocked thousands (5k+ additional) of steps & fossil clocked (1k+ additional) steps. Looks like every bad patch on road clocked 1k+ steps. Data is not real ... so is the info. #Bengaluru
