    @FitbitSupport I’ll send you it but it’s funny because your customer service reps sure didn’t seem to “get it”. So not sure why it took me filing a complaint with the FTC and posting on Twitter for you to even pretend to care. The customer service has gotten worse each time I had an issue.

    @fitbit Nope…been down that road too many times,you were no help at all. My Fitbit still does not work properly and you have completely ignored the known floor counting issue. This happened 2 months after I bought it, over a year ago, you clearly don’t care.

    @tnv4me @FitbitSupport This is a known user issue since their update. Fitbit directs you to DMs or a community forum where they delete comments they don't like, then tell you they've made charts "easier to read" when they're anything but. Their upgrade was a downgrade.

    @AndroidPolice Did you install the update or just copy/paste the crap Fitbit sent you.The updates crap, and the charts are ****, does @fitbit pay you to print their PR stories? Don't see how the charts are more easily readable when I've now got to put glasses on to view the charts. 🤡

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitIN strap broken complaint no-45595150 It is really sorry to note the delaying tactics employed by you for despatch of strap. Now even the watch has stopped charging. Whenever I try to charge the watch, it shows zero battery but doesn’t charge.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN First both the straps were broken and now this charging problem. I am regretting buying such a costly watch from. Fitbit. I should have stuck to renowned brands like Apple or Garmin or Fossil. Will wait for your reply.

    @fitbit There are reports/photos of wrist burns from your trackers online dating back to at least 2014. You’ve had plenty of time to research AND fix this issue, but clearly this is not a priority for you.

    @FitbitSupport Got my Versa 3 through my EE mobile acc in Apr 22. Battery dies within a few hours. Havent used it sonce 4th Jul 22. EE can't help. Can you??

    hey @fitbit, the Charge 5 is supposed to be water resistant up to 50 meters, but 2 have broken on me in the last 6 months after Ive tried to track my swimming. One of them had a permanent red x on the screen and the other just never turned back on no matter what I tried

    @fitbit @ManitoGarcia4 Y'all, unless it is something Fitbit needs your personal information for, I recommend discussing issues here where they cannot dismiss, delete, and otherwise silence you. This is a huge issue with their company. Speak up, warn others, benefit from info Fitbit can't delete.

    @fitbit Can't get ionic discount code. I had 2 devices - got the code for the 1st device, but didn't use it. It won't give me a code for the second device - apparently I'm already registered? I've been on phone to customer service for literally hours - no solution. Help please?

    @fitbit I WAS enjoying using my Fitbit Luxe but then I updated it - big mistake. The new firmware is buggy as anything, the charts are much harder to read, and we lost one of the heart rate variables! Also, please give us a dark theme. :(

    @fitbit I know there's no option to return the app to its pre-update state, that's why I'm asking for you to release a fix which allows users to choose to return to the previous data display. Why do you need me to send the requested data? I don't understand what you would do with it.

    @fitbit This was last year, I was never given a case number..just told they knew it was an issue with the Versa but didn’t know if/when it could be fixed..that was it. So, unless you have fixed the issue and have an update for it, there is no point in going down this road again.

    @FitbitSupport Or you could listen to complaints. Literallllllly everyone is pointing out that this is an issue with the update. It literally changed past charts that showed no high variations to having a ridiculous amount. there is a bug with your update. Not just me.

    @FitbitSupport Am I speaking to a bot? The update that has been rolling out over the last few days is badly designed. My email address and phone version isn't going to change that. I just bought a Garmin watch. If y'all fix your app, maybe I will come back when the pixel watch comes out.

    @AidanK31166257 @fitbit It's terrible. And the oxygen variation is completely glitchy and inaccurate now, a main feature of the device for a lot of users.

    @tashalizzie @fitbit Last summer they deleted the option to share your daily stats w/a photo. I had an entire Instagram account built around that feature. Bad move on their part, it was free advertising for them! This year they've revamped graphs. Poor readability and O2 variation is full of errors.
