    @FitbitSupport Customer policies are terrible! Devices break, then a discount code provided doesn't apply to the sale price on the website anyone can purchase the device for. No assistance for a loyal customer. No one has authority to make it right. Which brands are better?

    My @fitbit Flex 2 cracked, not charging. 8 years of great service. R.I.P. I guess. Sad. I'm in the market for a new one, but, Amazon has them listed for 200 bucks-ish, wtf? Discontinued? Crowdsourcing: Low profile, not a big watch display. SIMPLE. Your suggestions?

    @huddie71 @FitbitSupport @ChristosKonst17 I got a new charge 5 from fitbit and still the same problem... have a samsung tablet that i could pair with it and it works fine... also tested my Flip4 with other devices with zero issues.

    @SamsungMobile @Fitbit You guys have known there were compatibility problems with your product and Android OS13 since the BETA version came out. Y'all should have been working together to fix it. Instead, you waited for someone else to do it, and nobody did. Shame on you both!

    @FitbitSupport I have been waiting since the 23/08/2022 for my refund numerous calls to refund centre and DM sent and escalation raised in November still nothing, was told an issue in summer meant a whole batch of payments missed, not good enough.

    face of my Sense popped off for no reason. others w/ same problem. unfortunately I’m 90 days past warranty…this is my 2nd FitBit that has failed. @fitbit offering a 35% discount to purchase a 3rd device. had Ionic that was recalled. should I give up on @fitbit ? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport my free premium trial is not up and this fitbit luxe is not working. I have pushed the button 3 times on the charger. I have disconnected it from Bluetooth and at this point I am close to being done with Fitbit, do you have any suggestions?

    @Sharia69892757 @FitbitSupport Yes! They told me they are aware of the issue w Android 13 software release (I downloaded yesterday morning and that's when my Fitbit stopped synching) and to sit tight - they are working on a fix. Customer support had told me to mail it back, so ignore that guidance. 🤞🤞

    A lession in how to not run a help desk courtesy of @fitbit. Fitbit botched a code upgrade that broke the Charge 4 on Samsung Z-Series phones. Their solution? Replace phone with phone from a different vendor. Not happening. Do better, Fitbit.

    If the "official" solution to a software problem is for your customer to replace a $1,000+ phone, then it's time to revisit my use of @fitbit and @Google hardware in general. Absolutely poor response from the support team.

    @FitbitSupport the app (android) has an issue with the sleep schedule chart - rounded corners extend well past the actual time so the peaks of the bars don't represent the time spent sleeping. It's incredibly hard to read meaningfully! The other charts don't have this issue.

    @FitbitSupport I received a Fitbit Sense 2 that is not working. I’ve been on chat with Fitbit and on the phone with no resolution. I paid for a Fitbit and I expect to receive a device that is working. This is an absolute joke.
