So I was excited as I got a new Fitbit Sense but I have it for less then 24hrs and now it doesn't sync at all. What is going on @fitbit @FitbitSupport now I'm stuck as my app on my Samsung 20 phone is just not working. Help or this fitbit will be returned.

@FitbitSupport Are guys aware tht there is a bug in the menstrual tracker part of the app? For the past few weeks every time I open it, the calendar defaults to my DOB &I have to scroll all the way down to get to today’s date, where it then freezes and I can’t log anything.

@FitbitSupport please help! The screen on my Fitbit charge 3 is so dim it’s impossible to see in any light. I’ve tried changing it in the settings but it makes no difference. It’s pointless wearing it currently & it’s only 2 years old 😞

@FitbitSupport can you help fix charge 3 blank screen. I have tried all forum fixes. 8 sec, 15 sec and disconnecting Bluetooth to no avail. It’s not shown a face for over 7 days and now I can’t get it to sync so it’s stopped tracking. Help appreciated.

@AmyMort6 @curryspcworld @fitbit products are only made to break so quickly so new products can be released for people to buy. If you have an issue with broken tracker don’t rely on them that you can get a great support.
