    @FitbitSupport I can't pay with my new Fitbit charge 4. I did the update, I added my chase card. Impossible to pay with it, I did set up the pin, and activated it, still nothing. Can you help ??? If I can't use it, the watch is useless for me.

    @FitbitSupport I have a problem with my versa 3. I don't know whats happen but my versa application on my cell phone didn't work anymore. It can't syncronise my versa with the application. Everything was working properly, I charge it and now it didn't work. I boot my cell too.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport This is Boki. Case No-38823720. I’m still waiting to hear from y’all regarding my Versa lite. I’m getting increasingly frustrated with the back and forth on this issue. Let me reiterate that this would be the FOURTH device that has broken down this year.

    @FitbitSupport my track exercise when choosing the “+” turns off while I’m still exercising.I am loosing all my data (gps) then it will not allow me to reopen despite restarting app or phone. Is this a known issue? It’s happen for at the past 3 weeks.

    @FitbitSupport My Charge 4 is unable to sync with my phone, and now my Charge 4 won't do stuff like keeping track of pulse or steps. I followed the instruction, kept a stable internet and the devices close together, but after half an hour it just says sync "failed". Help, please.

    @FitbitSupport This is about when notifications don’t arrive. The problem is that there appears to be a known problem whereby notifications are sent again and again and again for the same calendar event.

    @FitbitSupport I have a charge HR Fitbit and the tracker is not keeping track of every time I go up the stairs in my home. It's a steep staircase and I have counted 11 times for today, but the app says I've done 4 floors. Is there a way to adjust this? Thank you for your help
