@pramandaclark @fitbit My band broke while I was early in my service in Uganda. I reached out to Fitbit asking what I might do to avoid this common issue and they decided that since I wasn’t in warranty (it had just expired), they didn’t have to talk to me. I had hoped to count all my steps in-country.

So far @fitbit app, @gmail app, @Google app all crashing on my Samsung S9. I see some people have fixed the crashing today by uninstalling Android System Webview, but I do not have that listed in my google play installed apps or my apps list under settings. So... hoping for a fix

@fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN if the Ionic is advertised as waterproof then even after warranty period it should stay as waterproof . my watch was not working after swim and the support tell me that it is out of warranty - please do not alter property after warranty period

Hello @FitbitSupport this morning I stood on scale (Aria 2) and I almost got heart attack seeing that my fat level all of sudden jumped over 6%. Any idea what went wrong or how to fix it? Many thanks ☺

@FitbitSupport my charge 3 is flickering non stop between screen wake screen and home screen. Rebooting does not help, nor does reinstalling the tracker. I don't know what to do. I can't sleep with it on as it is turning on incessantly.
