    @fitbit Has anyone actually managed to get further than putting in reference no. and being told is not found? Two days later it’s still not working for me and no one even looking at DM’s 🤯

    @AmazonHelp good morning wonder if you can help me please brought a Fitbit ionic from you back in 2020 but they have done a recall on the watch the code they sent me for refund is not working and @FitbitSupport are ignoring me and not helping now stuck with an unsafe watch thanks

    @FitbitSupport My partners Fitbit versa 3 stuck in reboot loop, have sent a DM no reply and gone through the help forums and community forums and tried all the comments from force closing app to factory resetting the watch

    @parkjames I’m sure you’ve been inundated with tweets about your ionic refund process but it’s a nightmare. I have an ionic, proof of purchase & an account and have followed your process but it’s just not working - all I get is it doesn’t recognise my reference @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK it’s now 3 days since you recalled my ionic and I started the recall process you have ignored all mine and others tweets as it’s doesn’t work and discounts aren’t happening! Your service to customers is the worst I have ever encountered! No reply!

    @ElainePiggot @FitbitSupport Yeah this is what my oh is getting as well, been like that since Friday night. Mine went thorough OK on Friday and I just got my confirmation email, Just wish they would let those know it hasn't worked for a timescale on the fix.

    @FitbitSupport have 2 ionics in the household and refund process started but codes to working on either registration. No reply from online help today or yesterday and no option on telephone support

    @FitbitSupport @HEichtinger I have the exact same issue. It’s not a problem with entering the code wrong. The guy on live chat yesterday said it’s a technical issue but couldn’t say when it’ll be fixed, “It means for now the only option is to wait and try later”. Any updates on when it’ll be fixed, please?

    @pollyflinders81 @fitbit I am having the same issue. They asked me to register a second time and it's still the same problem. Doing a research on Twitter make it clear that their process is NOT working.

    @fitbit Jo Fitbit, I also have the problem that the Reference Code is not working after 24 hours. Support says "wait more, bye". Is the recall a hoax and everyone is facing the same "problem"?

    @Marshmallow3UK @fitbit The email they sent me was to the eu store, and if you changed it to uk, it took you out of the discount. I eventually found away into the uk discount store via the faq on fitbit uk, with no help from fitbit 👀😮‍💨
