    @valeahtine @fitbit @FitbitSupport Yup after the latest update thousands of us are left with useless watches. Fitbit’s response? It’s a warranty issue so if it’s passed warranty they’ll offer you a 35% discount for one of their newer pieces of garbage

    @FitbitSupport Support to find a way to reverse the last update from my device or fix the issue with the current update. Thank you. A discount code for me to purchase a new device for this same instance to occur is unacceptable.

    @endabxls @fitbit That’s ridiculous! Fitbit’s quality is absolute garbage anymore. They’ll probably offer you a 35% discount just for a final slap to your face 🙄

    @FitbitSupport Ok here is the issue. It’s sleep data not showing. I know i fully slept last night because normally a bad sleeper so I love to see the data. It’s worked right until your latest update. Sleep itself is not syncing.

    @FitbitSupport my Dad’s brand new Fitbit is frozen on “login to Spotify” Has been for days. The “fix it” video on community is a 5-minute youtube add sell on fitness. Is this a joke? Tell me how to fix it now or refund me.

    I called up @fitbit (6th time) and insisted that I want to speak with the technical team directly (it was already July). I was told that the technical team NEVER had my case and this was the first time they are hearing about it! The ONLY solution to battery issue is replacement!

    @FitbitSupport They keep saying to@do the same thing that does not work They need to wake up and come up with effective interventions and one step every day is too slow other digital devices actually work you threw the process In one call this should. Not take weeks

    @FitbitSupport Has something changed in the app? used to be able to drill down on the steps and get the data in 15 minute increments. Cant do that anymore.

    @FitbitSupport just bought a versa 2 to replace my versa 1, it apparently needs an update to get the SpO2 clock face, this wasn’t the case with my versa 1, please help as your in app support was no use whatsoever

    I love my @fitbit Ionic and I rely on it everyday. Paid approx. $200 for it & it's only 2 years old. Out of nowhere, the face fell off.......Did I make a mistake and make a poor choice in my product selection....hopeful @FitbitSupport will help me find a resolution.

    @evleaks Can they maybe fix the app to allow more than one fitbit on the account again instead of coming up with new models? Most who know about this issue refuse to buy a new @Fitbit because it's a waste of money!

    @fitbit What's the point of buying a Fitbit if you people don't take any responsibility of the product after 1 year? I have a Fitbit Ionic $200, & it's out of warranty,now you people are telling me that it's a piece of garbage and useless. You won't repair or replace it. Insane

    @FitbitSupport I’ve tried all those steps and it still doesn’t switch on. And yes I am using the correct charger, the one that came with my Versa. I’ve never had issues with it before, I don’t think the charger is the problem.

    @theboopzone @FitbitSupport Probably best to throw it out. Sounds like Fitbit has the same answer and will try to say it’s a warranty issue. If it’s passed warranty they’ll offer you a 35% discount 🙄 Thousands of us are left with broken watches after the latest update.
