Jason (@megabyte682) reportedand again .@FitbitSupport is blaming the app when its clearly not. its a hardware issue. I guess I will just trash this pixel watch 3 since neither company wants to support it.
-
Lex (@TheLexTimes) reportedHi @fitbit how does one report potential security incidents to the team? I’ve had intermittent issues with my Fitbit where it unpairs with my phone and displays an error message “no phone contact” and for a brief moment the health data becomes inaccurate.
-
Crystal (@CryssyJ824) reported@FitbitSupport Look, I'm poor and can't afford to upgrade my Inspire 2 and OS 12 Android. But I would appreciate it the app didn't delete my water intake after I type it in!
-
Sandra 💙 (@Santhebeach) reportedDon’t buy a Fitbit @FitbitSupport They don’t last. Their support is useless. Will send you round in circles rather than fix the problem!!!
-
aztecab (@aztecabhuijing) reported@FitbitSupport Hi, I'm contacting you to request a refund for my Fitbit Premium subscription which auto-renewed on April 15. It was an accidental renewal due to my oversight, and I haven't used the service since the charge. Could you please help me process a one-time refund?
-
Sandwichbagdad (@sandwichbagdad) reported@Fitbit @MadeByGoogle I returned a faulty Fitbit weeks ago and am still waiting for my refund. Two written promises of payment this week — both broken. Formal complaint lodged with Consumer Affairs Victoria. Case ref: 5-4942000039518. This is unacceptable. #Fitbit #GoogleSupport

🌈Joe Lenington🏳️🌈 (@joelenington) reported@FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

-
alt-your-ristics (@EugeneGeis) reported@GSIVentures Can you point us to a product rep or customer service endpoint? So far, this band is a piece of garbage. My @fitbit Luxe is far more accurate, readable, and costs 70% less than full price. Oh, and it has a clock, display, alarms, etc. Please link me with someone who can explain the competitive advantage here.
-
Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported@FitbitSupport the app is doing a weird glitch where it took randomly took away how many calories I had left to eat for the day and somehow defaulted to a random total calorie intake. I changed it to a 500 calorie deficit and I have watched it revert back 3x. Please fix.

-
Tallestpurpl (@Tallestpurpl) reported@charlesarthur A Nest thermostat is the worst bit of tech I ever bought. Privacy nightmare, limited functionality unless you give it all of your data, not designed for purpose. I would have said the @FitbitSupport that needed replacing four times but I got my money back for that. Both Google.
