Plan 9 From Outer Space (@edwoodplan9) reported@FitbitSupport my charge 6 will not sync to iPhone. tried all the “fixes”. Rebooted Charge 6. Uninstalled and reinstalled app. Turned phone off. When Charge 6 does appear in Bluetooth menu it’s missing info symbol that tells it to forget this device. Pls help.

They haven’t even bothered replying but then it’s probably because they’re inundated with the same problem - the move to Google isn’t working! Jessica Young (@Jessicayoung_99) reported@FitbitSupport the app is doing a weird glitch where it took randomly took away how many calories I had left to eat for the day and somehow defaulted to a random total calorie intake. I changed it to a 500 calorie deficit and I have watched it revert back 3x. Please fix.
