@fitbit @Michell58870424 The weekly challenges were the only great thing about Fitbit to use. Who decided that this feature was unnecessary? Maybe now is the time to switch to an Apple Watch, as there is no reason to use a Fitbit anymore. Poor decision Fitbit. 😡

@FitbitSupport Should have figured changes out before taking away what every one likes the best. All will be gone by the time you figure it out. Do you know how hard it is to get someone back once they are gone? This bad move will be studied in marking class w/New Coke #fitbitisdead I’m sad

@FitbitSupport is there an issue again with Fitbit synchronisation? Watch working but phone not updating. Tried switching off / on Bluetooth but still nothing. Last time it was a problem at your end & not the only one in family with this issue.

I got my first @FitBit & am in a really bad mood, so I did the "Reset Your Bad Mood" Mindfulness session. It didn't help at all, because it kept giving instructions to breathe through my nose, which...ALLERGIES...so it just made me more stressed.

@FitbitSupport one problem. The hourly activity now shows 1 out of 14. My hourly activity starts at 9 am and ends at 11 pm. It is as if my Charge 5 did not record my hourly activity between 9 AM and 3 PM. oh well.

@FitbitSupport My Versa3 will not turn on, is a dead black screen despite restarting and rebooting. This device is very gently used and worked perfectly up until last night. I was able to restart it last night and it was working all to have it repeat the problem again today.

Hey @Google please give everyone a VALID reason for killing @fitbit . Just couldn't handle real competition could you? So you buy @fitbit and then killed it. BAD PLAIN BAD. You can't force people to switch to Google WearOS. It sucks. We'll go elsewhere.

Since @fitbit and @google decided to **** up and delete what made Fitbit a must have, I've decided to delete and sell my Fitbit and return to Samsung watch. I like it better but Fitbit had those features. Without them there's no point! You've lost a customer @fitbit and lots more

@FitbitSupport @DrDCH The community aspect of FitBit was far superior to the devices. I no longer have to wear a Fitbit and an Apple Watch. Fitbit is headed for the trash.
