Selim Oz (@selim_oz) reported@FitbitSupport We’ve been through this, you guys can’t even explain how my two year old Sense 2 turned into a brick a day after I installed the update. It’s not a free watch, I paid $200 two years ago. I think the update had malware in there because Fitbit sales slowed down.

Privacy nightmare, limited functionality unless you give it all of your data, not designed for purpose. Looking at the statistics I cannot understand why this is dropping. It would help you gave a brief explanation e.g. less deep sleep or more light sleep or not enough rem🤫
