@FitbitSupport Its from past 20 days i am trying to get my issue resolved. And its regarding fitbit ionic recall. I am from india but no one is working on to get my refund issue resolved. After following up multiple times. And whenever i try to connect fitbit india no one is answering.

@FitbitSupport fact that the device is only 4 months old they denied my claim because the tracker was lost! Of course the tracker was lost! That is the issue. It became lost because there is an issue with the band becoming loose and then the tracker falls out.

@FitbitSupport This doesn’t help me when my keeper has broken off, my strap comes loose and could be lost. I can’t buy the petal strap, but I also shouldn’t have to when it is a known issue and as I said, family members with the same problem have had a replacement

@FitbitSupport is there anyone who can help with getting a part replaced for my versa 2 strap? I filed a claim and it has been denied. Yet I know this is a fault and have friends who have had theirs replaced. The piece that holds the strap together when fastened has snapped off!

@FitbitSupport My issue is I think it’s unfair that I’m being told I don’t qualify. The keeper has broken off, I have friends and family who have had their band replaced. I’ve had fitbits since 2015 and I’ve never had a problem with customer service, the issues have always been fixed
