B) my wife has been on the phone with you pretty much every day, and she pretty much every day gets an email from you saying “we haven’t heard from you in a while, so we’re closing your file”.

Have tried following online instructions but nothing is helpful. I’ve now managed to impair the device from her iPad and it won’t re-pair. 😡🤬 Help!! 😩

So at best I spent $200 for a product that I can't fully use for at least 15 months. @fitbit

What a waste of money. On another note, I've gone upstairs once today and have allegedly done 32 floors already. My house isn't that big. Useless device.

L0stSole🛡⚔️ (@L0stSole) reported@fitbit just had my pin stick on my Sense charger. I’m not eligible for a replacement because I bought the watch on eBay. It was new, not that it matters, there is a known issue with the charging pins sticking. Just support your damn product. It’s a crappy design.
