@FitbitSupport my Fitbit is not tracking my sleep accurately. This has always been an issue with this device, and I have been unable to remedy it. It records only a portion of my sleep time.

@FitbitSupport my Charge 4 does no longer auto recognise exercises and also keeps loosing gps half way through a long bikeride, REALLY frustrating. Tried all forum and help suggestions, don‘t work. 😫

@fitbit Absolutely atrocious customer service! Think twice before you buy a Fitbit product because when something goes wrong (which it inevitably will because Fitbit bands are terrible quality), you’re on your own, Fitbit Support couldn’t care less!

@FitbitSupport I have already spoken to you on several occasions regarding this issue, after long drawn out attempts at solving this problem including resetting, uninstalling app reinstall you can't fix it and say its down to incompatibility with Sony.

@fitbit bought a Versa2 that has malfunctioned just after the warranty expired. The most you can do is offer a discount on another one and a free wristband? I spent 150.00 on your product, but I wouldn’t spend another dime. It’s TRASH and your policy is too! It is deplorable!

There's nothing more disheartening than having a problem with a product like @fitbit @FitbitSupport charge 3 and you get sent from pillar to post because there's no service centre in your country, now I'm stuck😭😭😭
