    Hey, @fitbit @FitbitSupport I purchased a charge 4 yesterday, thinkin it was an upgrade from the 2. Imagine my surprise I had major issues gettin the heart rate to work. After hours of frustratin trial & error, I figured out, it's my tattoos causin my device not to work. Really?!

    @fitbit having trouble getting into my account on the app. Telling me my password isn’t safe and asking to change and then saying that the password link isn’t working. Scam or a real issue??

    @FitbitSupport Further investigations show that the problem is apparently with Fitbit, there’s been an issue for lots of users for days now, not just for me. I already unlinked/re-linked my accounts via desktop settings. I really don’t want to manually upload data files.

    @FitbitSupport hi I have a Fitbit charge 3 and have started to have terrible problems with it not holding a charge. It will charge to 100% then within an hour or two shows at 28%? It was at 80% last night but woke me up at 4.45am vibrating as it was dead. Please help 😫

    @FitbitSupport I did a factory reset on a Fitbit charge HR for a family member that hadn't been used in a couple of years and now they are saying the display is really dim. How do I fix this?

    @neonamelia @FitbitSupport @StravaSupport Same problem. Generally have to wait a few days to a week and it normally gets resolved. For GPS tracked activities I manually export the tcx files from fitbit and upload to strava.

    @FitbitSupport I have had my fitbit versa 2 for about 1 month and my side button to turn it on has stopped working I went through amazon and they said as its 30 day old they can't do anything even though its a mth old Help please im really disappointed it has stopped working

    @FitbitSupport Can you help me? Fitbit is 2 months old, syncing with iPhone has always been difficult and took a long time, but now syncing does not work at all anymore. Tried to connect Fitbit to another iPhone with same issue, while iPhone connects with any other device...

    @fitbit @StravaSupport what is going on with the syncing issue between my fitbit device and strava? Can't even manually upload as strava won't accept csv or excel files! Please sort it out!

    I bought Fitbit Sense watch (top model) few months back. The product and service are not up to the mark. I would say 2/5. The watch reboots intermittently and shows wrong heart beat many times. I told @FitbitSupport about the issue and its been month since I got any mail. 1/2

    2/n Not even a single scratch. It is just the software issue. It makes no sense why the customer has to pay when there fault is ZERO. A reputed company like @fitbit should make exceptions on warranty and see to it with their loyal customer base.

    My @fitbit Versa 2 has stopped connecting to my device. They say nothing can be done and all I am being offered is 35% auto generated discount since I am few months over 1 year. @FitbitSupport The software issue should not be the customer's fault! Disappointed. 1/n #fitbitversa

    @FitbitSupport The company really needs to have a look at versa sync. Unable to sync for 3 days, took1 hour to fix, lasted for a day before going back to the usual 'couldn't sync your device' FYI, I have tried everything in the 'fix it' module Never had this issue with Blaze.

    3/n Hope they see that customer's don't have to pay because of software issues with their fault being ZERO. @FitbitSupport it is disappointing to see that such a big company cannot replace a fitbit out of its warranty period when it is their software issue.

    @fitbit My versa suddenly start showing lines on the screen then stopped working. the same thing happened with my sister but she is lucky her warranty wasn’t finished and she replaced it .now I discovered that there is so many people have the same issue and they reported that in youtube
