  My @fitbit @FitbitSupport has gone to trash. Won't count steps in workout modes, so I cant use them anymore. Steps given are later taken within a couple hours. Absolutely impossible to track now. Text messages are no longer coming through. @FitbitSupport has been unhelpful.

  @FitbitSupport I've just been told by your support team you can't help me log in because I had an old account registered? He couldn't remove my old one. He wouldn't pass the call. So what now? I just return the device because I can't login? Really disappointed

  UGH! @googlehealth has made my FitBit watch nearly useless. I've depended upon being able to see my calories burned & calories consumed but it's just gone! Calorie deficit is is what I paid for. There's more frustrations, but that's the biggie. FIX THIS! @FitbitSupport

  The Charge 6 hardware is fine. The problem is the new Google Health app. What used to take one swipe now takes multiple taps and screens. I’ve already added a Garmin Vivosmart 5 to my Amazon cart—even though I just bought a Charge 6. Please bring back the classic Fitbit dashboard or give users a choice.
