    Fair play to @fitbit @FitbitUK responded well to my complaint and tweet, credit where it is due. Should not close down channels of engagement with customers but we are now talking. Let’s see how the support goes, usually Fitbit support is good. Fingers crossed

    @FitbitSupport Hi team. My fitbit no longer vibrates. I've set the vibrations to strong and checked the do not disturb and sleep modes. They're both off. I don't know how to fix this

    @fitbit the interoperability between the Pixel 7 pro and the Fitbit sense 2 is poor. When it does pick up the steps there is a 20% difference in step count. I bought the Fitbit sense 2 because the Pixel watch isn't available in Singapore @Google Do more testing !

    @FitbitSupport Do you guys always steal overnight shipping money and then not even send a device that's ordered? According to my order status for a Charge 5 and replacement band they have both been delivered a day late! Oh just one problem. There's no Charge 5! What a joke.

    I just saw that @fitbit is part of @Google now. I can’t believe I finally caved and bought one two months ago. I was already concerned about my #privacy, but finding another slim fitness tracker was impossible. My device is going in the garbage now.

    @fitbit ACTIVE ZONE MINUTES doesn't display the heart rate graph for a swim. Anyone else having this problem. Was working fine then stopped. Then the historical data disappeared as well? What gives?

    @FitbitSupport Nope, it stopped. But is there no way to trigger a restart from the app? Something to consider in the future. All my alarms kept going off and I couldn’t turn them off from the glitch, which was very distracting. I was surprised that a sync didn’t fix it.

    @FitbitSupport New issue with my FitbitCharge5. No reaction to any touch. Now when I put the fitbit in the charger cable it starts the logo but nothing more happen, and when removed it goes off. I can push the button of the cable but nothing happen as the logo is on. What to do ?

    Just bought my first @fitbit today and I'll unfortunately will have to return it. The damn wrist band is too ******* small....does it cost do much to make longer bands? WTF!! I tried other brands before and they are all short but at least I was able to put it on but not this one

    @FitbitSupport It'd be nice if your Customer Support "24-Hr Chat" didn't just go to a non-existent page. I shouldn't have to go on Twitter and yell into the void to get a response. I paid more money to get a device that only worked for a month. My #AppleWatch worked for YEARS w/ out a problem
