    @queenlori99 @fitbit Stole my money also. Lost Fitbit Luxe due to Stainless Steel magnetic band which is not fit for purpose and comes undone continuously. Lost on beach today and someone will find but they will lose it also shortly due to poor design which doesn’t work

    @fitbit really disappointed that your products don't last. Had my fitbit versa for only 15 months and it has suddenly given up on me. This is really bad timing as I'm currently taking part in a huge charity swim even for Diabetes UK and needed it to track my lengths.

    @fitbit I’m stressed with Fitbit as customer support is poor they do not care about their customers. Lost Fitbit due to poor design of Stainless Steel magnetic band which everyone knows about but Fitbit just say buy another one.

    @fitbit I have a confession to make. I haven't been wearing my Versa Lite for 6 months, because it has decided to crap the bed on me. I'm not holding you accountable. It probably was a bad seed, as it were. But, know that I hold you in high regard for being great!

    @PoGoKieng @fitbit If you think it will help with your motivation, then go for it. Personally, I have never needed one as I've always been very self-motivated to work-out, and I saw it as just another piece of tech that complicated my life for no other real purpose other than it was somewhat cool.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, registered my ionic recall on 8th March. Heard nothing rang the support line on the 14th April and the operate saw that it had been registered but an issue with missing S/N was going to escalate.Heard nothing. Ringing the support line now 28 mins onhold so far

    @YokaiByte @PoGoKieng @fitbit I've had a total of 2 fitbits (upgraded from charge 2 to charge 5 this past Christmas). Neither has ever broken despite me going in the water multiple times with the charge 2 (not waterproof), banging them on things, dropping them, etc. I love the charge model of fitbits

    Be careful when buying a @fitbit smartwatch had mine recalled for a fault. They issue a refund in Australia with a gift card that cannot be used anywhere in Australia. And device was disabled by them as well. Been trying for weeks to get this resolved no luck.
