@fitbit I live nowhere near fedex, the post office won’t take a fedex label, it must also state usps. And you refuse to send. Keep asking me, if I did this and that, of course I did. Sense broken, now send me the correct label. Or give me my money back.

@FitbitSupport I have a broken hearted child whose Fitbit fell off today when he crashed his bike, and it’s now lost. Kids products should be more durable to withstand being a kid. 😩 he used all his bday money to buy it.
