    Has anyone else had issues with #Fitbit and the #Ionic being deregistered? I have had no joy with either my discount on a new watch or my refund. Is it just me or are other’s finding @fitbit customer services poor?

    I might be finally done with @fitbit. Not only did I have to get yet another replacement under warranty (within the first year), but they sent me a broken replacement that I now have to send back before I can get another replacement for my replacement. 🙄

    @FitbitSupport Nothing seems to work have restarted if restarted Bluetooth after it refuse to sync. This is third fitbit but never had this problem with first two

    @WKBN Hey are you interested in doing a piece on a local person getting burned and scarred by a @fitbit Sense Smartwatch and asking for a replacement and only getting a refund of the sale price so he can't even buy a new one and @FitbitSupport not doing anything to help? #unfair

    @fitbit WHERE IS MY REPLACEMENT??? I SENT MY BROKEN FITBIT BACK IN JANUARY. NOW YOU SAID YOU CLOSED MY CASE???? AND I LOOSE OVER $150.00..... IM IN TEARS.

    Still no satisfactory response from @fitbit after sending me just a watchface in a plastic bag. In fact in their email they wrote “please apologize to us for this issue that was suffered your delivery.” I’m assuming they don’t want me to apologise to them!!

    @FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, I'm having issues with an order. @DHLexpress are supposed to be delivering it, but they've failed to do so the past two days. Today they say they've delivered it, but not to me, and I've no idea who or where it's gone to. Are you able to help please?

    If I increase my activity, my @fitbit Cardio Fitness Level goes down. If I rest, it improves. I am sick, not deconditioned. #MECFS

    @thinkbluee @fitbit Happened to me too......I got 2 replacements within the warranty.....both were bad and by the time the 2. replacement was broken, the warranty was over and Fitbit basically gave me the finger. I'm also done with fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport They said they cannot fix it and even though it's not 2 years old it's not under warranty. You offered me 35% off another one. Which was the same deal I saw last week but that's okay. No need to follow up thanks

    @FitbitSupport Fab service from Fitbit with a 18 month old broken device! Given the choice of a replacement or discounted new one. Replacement arrived in 3 days! 9/10! Would have been 10/10 but the box for the tracker was far bigger than the one for the tracker/charger/strap!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Help. I am so upset and in tears. I sent my fitbit back in January to have it replaced because it stopped charging after 6 months.They closed my case and I never got a replacement or money back. Their so called "warranty" is bogus. Now I'm the looser. I'm out over $150

    @ConnorS52613955 @fitbit My previous Fitbits were good at sleep tracking. My current one not so much. When I upgraded, I went through all the help stuff, but never got it right. I hope my next upgrade does it. No complaints, really; They have treated me well, I'm sure it's my fault.

    @FitbitSupport bought fitbit 5 on 9th Feb 2022, stopped registering sleep, first time experienced a problem since 2016, and 4 fitbit charge watches.

    @FitbitSupport guys what is up with your website? Trying to log in via ipad safari to view your store and all it's giving me is a login page. I don't want to log in I want to view products?! works ok on laptop but help chat is blanked out.
