    @FitbitSupport I purchased my watch in August 20 and the strap has split. @johnlewishelp say they do not guarantee the strap and have referred me to you. This is the only way I can find to connect. Please can @FitbitUK help! Thank you.

    @FitbitSupport great service guys — spoke with Alfredo online Fitbit not working had it 15 months and has sorted a replacement !!10/10 would recommend the service from these guys 👌

    @FitbitSupport I can assure you’ve I’ve read through the forums. None of the recommendations fix anything. The concept behind this product is great but the execution is poor. I previously owned a charge 3 that always got my heart rate correct. The more “advanced” tracker should perform like it.

    Good news for #blind users of @fitbit products: version 3.52 for #iOS fixes the broken #VoiceOver support when reading tracker statistics. Wish it hadn’t taken over 8 months for them to get around to it, but better late than never I guess.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, since recent update I cannot get my iPhone to connect with my HR, I’ve done all the usual reset, sign out, restart phone, delete app, reinstall etc. Bluetooth on phone can’t seem to find tracker, HELP…………!

    @FitbitSupport I just got a new watch a month ago and already I am having to play with it to get it to count my steps especially at the beginning of the day. Is there a problem with the newest update? I had this problem with my old versa 3.

    @FitbitSupport honestly the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. Was communicating to someone via email about not getting a band back with my watch and have not received any sort of communication back. I would strongly advise to save the money and just buy an Apple Watch.

    @FitbitSupport I deleted my fitbit account and am going elsewhere. If you want to look into the issue, I suggest asking your developers what they're doing wrong, rather than looking at user accounts.

    Why would I want to buy another @fitbit even with 35% off coupon after I had 2 Sense models have the screen separate within 15 months? First one lasted 7 months and the replacement lasted 8 months. A friends did the same thing too. Terrible Warranty #Fitbit #Sense #PoorQuality

    @FitbitSupport Question for you all: Is there nickel in the Sense bands? I'm getting really bad rashes on my wrists and my allergist thinks it might be a nickel allergy. I've had to stop wearing the stock band and get something different.

    @KordingLab @fitbit This hasn’t been my experience but have noticed other inaccuracies mainly related to step counts and sleep. As my excellent cardiology teacher said, “life is a struggle against bad data.” He meant Swan-Ganz catheters but applies generally!

    Just had the worst experience with @fitbit and @FitbitSupport Such an easy problem to fix, but they just lack any interest in helping their customers.

    @mbulance1 @fitbit It's not as bad as it was before I reset it, since it kept going off with notifications to tell me there were no notifications, and maybe that's what drained the battery so fast? But I charged it last night and it's already at 90%, which is way less than a 10 day charge.

    @fitbit Bought a brand new Fitbit in October hasn’t been working properly. We have tried all suggestions and the customer support lacks. You won’t accept a return and refund with out packaging which is no longer available. Clearly wasted money on a bad product.
