@FitbitSupport continually passed between two teams- fitbit support says go to ionic recall- when I eventually get through they say to go to fitbit support 🙄 I'm piggy in the middle! Is everyone just a signpost to another department? does anyone actually help or fix things??

@randallcmoore @fitbit @parkjames Greetings - How about a replacement for Adidas recall, took 3 weeks to get it. Bought the sense, band lasted a week at best. Called for replacement, told it i s3 weeks out, so bad product line.........Company does not care

@kendallkotcher @FitbitSupport When they recalled my Ionic, I got the Sense. So far I am unhappy with it. My biggest complaint is the terrible battery life. Also, many watch faces are still not formatted for the Sense.

@fitbit so if my Fitbit Sense heart rate tracker (on sale now described as “innovative EDA sensor and put heart health first with an ECG app on this advanced health smartwatch”) does not track accurately, and no fix is in sight, should I just switch to @Apple?

On Monday I had a pretty bad wreck. While I was sitting in the ambulance, waiting to go to the hospital, my brother approached the door. My @fitbit was in his hand and it was broken. I said “nooo I was almost done with my steps!!!”

@FitbitSupport Hi, I have a Versa 2 and it keeps giving me steps I don't do. I woke up and I had 5 or 600 steps. I wasn't wearing it in bed last night cuz I thought that might stop it. Then I walked to the bathroom and it gave me 3000 steps. It's not that far. Help me please

@fitbit So 3 weeks for Ionic replacement, go with the Sense, took a week for band to break, new band is back ordered for 2 more weeks. But will not extend warranty...just in case.....ha, Nope, so there is a problem with bands.............. asking for refund

Day 4 #UFFProgram Night shift! My @fitbit says I got around 3 1/2 hours kip during the day, in between shifts. Damn sugar cravings all night, I put it down to being so tired. I caved and had some birthday cake. Clearly, getting adequate sleep is a priority which I need to fix.

@fitbit @FitbitSupport Help. I recently purchased a Sense device. Several times I’ve not been able to wake it up when I try to check the time. Once it was so bad I had to perform a reboot. Any idea what the issue could be? It’s all quite random.

I wonder if @FitbitSupport is ever going to issue my refund for the ionic recall. I’m going on week 7 after being told 3-6 weeks. Was told my case was getting escalated and would hear back soon. Still haven’t heard anything back. I just want my money.

Hi @FitbitSupport My daughter’s Fitbit Charge 3 has vertical lines down the screen. It does still work. We have done the hard reset (smiley face) but the lines are still there. Any advice?

@FitbitSupport Such bad customer support. Fitbit less than two weeks old, charge won't last two days even though not using GPS or anything else, contacted customer support and they don't care. It should be recalled with a battery this bad, not usable at all

@_gilbo @fitbit Just been on the Fitbit community board and people have been having the same problem with refunds and virtual cards since 2019 where they cannot use the virtual card. This now needs to be sorted out as people are not being treated fairly. I have tweeted Martin Lewis on this.

I ordered a new Fitbit nearly 3 weeks ago. I was in for delivery and it didn’t arrive. Everytime I book redelivery, it doesn’t arrive. @fitbit @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport are taking zero responsibility for this and ignoring emails. Has anyone else had bad CS with them? #fitbit
