@elizadoalot54 @FitbitSupport I have an issue with one of the functions within Fitbit premium, reported it nearly 8 weeks ago now. Still being told I’m in a queue. Every 2/3 weeks I get an email asking me if I still have the problem. Unbelievable-YES because they haven’t fixed it!!! 🙄

The screen just feel off of my @fitbit Versa 2! What is your plan to repair it? It appears that this is a known issue at Fitbit but the product has never been recalled. Yeesh what if it feel into the crib quietly instead into a street!!! Choking Hazard!

@FitbitSupport @fitbit your policy to replace a product in year one is good. But when the replacement breaks down, twice, and your response is that the policy only covers the replacement for 30 day, not so good. Only respond if you have a solution that doesn’t include me buying another product.
