@FitbitSupport hi. My daughter has. Charge 3 and the screen has gone black. I’ve tried various holding of the button to force a reset but nothing seems to be bringing it back. Is this a known issue and are there any fixes available please?

The problem is actually SW related that is not even created due to me bit still since is not under warranty I am ready to pay for the service, but they just won’t help me. That’s just not done. @fitbit @FitbitIN That was certainly not expected from a renowned brand.

@FitbitSupport It takes multiple attempts to sync my FitBit Charge 5 to my iPhone 13 - turning Fitbit off/on and iPhone off/on does not help - very frustrating - been a FitBit user for over 5 years but going to get an iWatch is syncing does not improve

@FitbitSupport has such a pathetic service. I have a problem with my watch and they say they don’t have service centres. I am ready to pay for the expense and still they won’t help me. Just because of that should I just let go of an expensive tracker?

@fitbit @FitbitSupport The Charge 5 only records ACCURATE heart beats per minute ONLY when you choose to select an activity.. Fitbits are truly worthless pieces of garbage, you had one job.

.@FitbitSupport dont let your fitbit break in jakarta. No where to repair it and no help from customer service. Basically now a $300 paperweight thats just a little bit over two years old.

@FitbitSupport Good Luck in the future , because your company policies and customer support are worst in class. Your product is even worse. I had my NonSense 2 for 35 days and it died but Fitbit will only replace after you mail it back to them and you are w/o your watch for 20d

@fitbit puts out an inferior and flawed product with the Sense 2 watch and when a thread on the #fitbit community forum becomes too active with people complaining they just shut it down. Much easier than addressing the actual problem and it silences critics.

So, I finally got sent a replacement Fitbit. It connected to my iPhone fine, went to do the update, and my Fitbit decided to disconnect from my phone halfway through, and now it’s stuck on the update screen and won’t reconnect to my phone. Help? @FitbitSupport

@FitbitSupport recently my Fitbit started counting every pat to a kid's back as a step. I teach prescool and pat backs for an hour a day. So I'm suddenly getting thousands more "steps" a day than I used to. How do I fix this? I don't get what changed.

@HipstersChoice @FitbitSupport Same issue. I was on the phone twice w/ @FitbitSupport (got disconnected the first time after being on for 15 min) They can't figure it out. I've rebooted the device, my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the ap. I have a case # to use if it's acting the same way tomorrow
