    @ScouseMarkie @PaulOBrien @fitbit What is surprising is that even the cheapest (4$) aftermarket silicon straps don't have this problem. I don't understand why the giants cannot figure it out. Or maybe they don't want to because then they have customers buying 20$ nylon staps additionally.

    @meghan_bee @fitbit Thank you 🙏🏼 this was a little while ago but it was traumatizing. We needed Serv pro to come clean and then a new floor and the fire crept into the closet and ruined a lot of clothes. BUT the house didn’t burn down and no one got hurt THANK GOD.

    @fitbit The #FitbitCharge5 Could be a good thing, but it's bogged down by terrible software, and #Fitbit won't share the data collected with the user.

    @Fitbit has announced it will issue a $299 refund for its recalled Iconic watches, which reflects the typical retail price when it was still selling them. The company, now owned by @Google, is also offering owners a 40% discount on a new Fitbit device, if they want to replace it.

    @fitbit We’re stuck on the first page, it keeps clocking. Once the form loads and you click next, it gives an error message. FIX THIS!

    @roochric @fitbit They had to wait to find 1000 burn victims & waited for govt to force them into a “voluntary” recall. they only care if lawsuit threatened or someone dies. There are no proactive companies when it comes to safety. I mean, what if someone tossed theirs bcuz of the issue.

    @fitbit @CDNmiche Mine burned up a couple of years ago and the company offered to replace it with another Ionic or half off a newer model. I took the offer of half off a new fitbit. This issue should of been dealt with years ago. Fitbit knew this was a problem.

    @fitbit Loved my Ionic but have completed the recall/refund process. That said seems there is an issue with the promised "40% discount" as it drops the prices to current retail for new customers. Care to explain ? Cc @FitbitSupport
