@FitbitSupport on going issue, it's 1030am I woke up at 700am, went to the gym, did some weight training and 15 min walk on the treadmill. My Fitbit states I've climbed 38 floors. Does my versa 3 detect an incline on the treadmill?

@FitbitSupport @CTSI_UK Fitbit issued a product recall on faulty goods in March. Their process was followed and completed on the 9th May. Since then Fitbit have done nothing but present obstacles to issue a refund. Can you investigate them? I'm not the only one in this position.

@FitbitSupport Will send a DM and of no use to resolve issue. I think our Indian govt right to repair act will ban such products soon. Worst part is no call centre to tell your issue. If this is the fate of buying international product, it’s very easy to go global business without service

After just 2 years, my @fitbit Versa 2 crashed; I was told it could not be fixed. 100s of people online saying the same issues about Versa 2. I was given 35% discount for next one, but only to purchase ANOTHER Versa 2. They offer NO HELP to buy a newer model that actually works

@FitbitSupport @FitbitSupport You would offer a discount instead of actually fixing the problem, but why would I want to buy another Fitbit product if that is the quality of product now acceptable? Please provide me a reasonable solution to fixing this issue with this defective product.
