@cathysinden @FitbitSupport Good luck. I had the same exact problem with the Charge 5. Brand new and black screen. Took them over a month to send replacement. Replacement gets here and does same exact thing. Customer support is a joke. Google black screen Charge 5. Apparently its a pretty common problem.

@rkbentley @fitbit @FitbitSupport Always been a fitbit user, but the Charge 5 has a some sort of glitch. I sent my first one back on Nov 28, said it was delivered according to tracking, but they couldn't find it at facility. Finally got replacement today. It does exact same thing, black screen of death. Good luck

@FitbitSupport hello wondering if you can help my wifes fitbit model FB412 has unpaired itself and will not pair again. We have tried to reset it when it's charging but it's not working the phone can find it but won't pair and then the fitbit dissapears. Thanks Darren.

@fitbit I really like the smart wake alarm feature. You should make a smart no wake alarm feature where if it detects your sleep quality was bad enough it cancels the alarm.

@FitbitSupport Called customer support to inquire about the extra insurance offed for 39 dollars covers loss, breaking and if it’s lost. Agent wouldn’t listen misunderstood then hung up on me. Some of the worst service I’ve received. I was kind.
