    @FitbitSupport I’ve contacted the CS multiple times since March 10 regarding an issue with my premium subscription. Several phone calls, several emails, hours wasted, and nobody seems to care to fix a problem that was the CS’s fault to begin with.

    @FitbitSupport Hello! I keep getting an error message each time I open the app that says my device doesn’t support Bluetooth. It doesn’t seem to effect my ability to sync, but I don’t know what to do to make the message stop popping up.

    @Luis_Nord @fitbit Having the same issue with extra charging cables I bought which are now useless. Contacted customer service and talked to a “manager” who only read off the script they provided her. Couldn’t find a number to anyone above her. Their customer service sucks

    @fitbit Fitbit's customer service may be the worst I have ever experienced. Attempting to file a warranty claim is a battle. Either your customer service people are AI or they have not been empowered to actually help people.

    @FitbitSupport - someone has used my email for their Fitbit account, and there is no way to unsubscribe. Unsub requires me to login, and there's nothing in your help or support for this. I can't even chat with support unless I login. Why don't you verify email addresses?

    @FitbitSupport Fit bit is one of worst company. I use fit bit for just 3 days and now. It's not getting charge. This is the quality of fitbit. A 2 day working product.

    @fitbit Terrible customer service regarding this recall. Cannot get an answer from customer service and they refuse to provide a number to call the department handling the recall.

    @fitbit Thanks for screwing over the people that waited for their refund for the Ionic recall by limiting them to 1 ban, where as the people at the start of the recall could get 5 bands. Bad customer service all around in my opinion
