    @fitbit Someone needs to re-examine errors and how to react, my phone said sync worked but few stats displayed, no error message, so I cleared cache, then t wanted me to sign in only then did I check the web site.. and it simply did not know me, no proper error displayed. BAD Design.

    @FitbitSupport was experiencing issues getting my stats to load on the app. I tried uninstalling it and logging back in but keep getting a error message saying you aren't available? Can't login on the website either.

    @FitbitSupport The point is, if you are aware of the issue, the first thing to do is to communicate with your customers that you are aware of it. Millions of people around the world are wasting their time troubleshooting, because there is no info on your website or Twitter feed.

    you know what would be nice, @FitbitSupport - if logging in wasn't an absolute nightmare every time you get a new phone. 1-new phone 2- app installed 3- open fitbit app 4- nothing shows up when synced 5- reinstall app 6- login - oh wait, cant why cant it just work?

    is the @fitbit @FitbitSupport server down? the app isn’t work, syncing, updating. i did all the troubleshooting steps. now that i’m trying to log in all i get is “oops something went wrong” 😑😡

    @FitbitSupport good evening my fitbit app is not working, it's not registering my steps on the home screen. When I click on my picture I can see they are there, but on the home page in the steps circle it's just blank

    @FitbitSupport I keep getting oops something went wrong error when trying to log into Fitbit app. iPhone 11 , charge 5. This happened when I checked why my daughters kids fitbit hadn’t synced any data. Now can’t get either on app
