@FitbitSupport having used this for almost a yr it astounds me ur unable to make an app that has even a basic working function. Syncing a nightmare. I mean its not like where syncing a dvd of data right? Takes forever, incomplete. Just awful. So sick of it.

@FitbitSupport Got a Versa 3 for xmas, but the heart rate monitor seems to report my HR ~20BPM higher than it actually is. My partner got the same one, and it's closer to my manual count. Is there any way to recalibrate it, or anything like that? Restarting didn't help. Thx!

@fitbit Hi Folks, my fitbit sense was not syncing with my phone to I shut it down from settings. It hasn't start since and there is no vibration in power button. The is watch merely 1 month old. I bought other fitbit sense at besybuy sametime and it seems to work fine Please help

@FitbitSupport Got a Versa 3 for Xmas. Set up completed successfully have Internet and Bluetooth connection. When I try to access clockfaces, media, etc.... i get a display error.... oops! No Internet connection. Can you help

@fitbit my versa lite stopped syncing a week ago . I reset and now it won’t find the Fitbit at all. Several weeks ago it started to lose time. Clock would be minutes slow , then an hour slow , then 5 hours slow.

@FitbitSupport I’m trying to reset my Charge2 to give away but it’s not responding. Thoughts? I’ve plugged it in and held down the button. The Fitbit symbol come up but it’s still counting my steps. I deleted the account after removing the device from the account but no luck.

@FitbitSupport I've had my versa 2 for just over 18 months now and it's been great but now the battery isn't working properly it was on 45% before bed and now is on 11%. Is there anything I can do to help the battery as I have only been to sleep and it has drained it already.
