    @SamsungUK I just bought my Wife a Samsung Watch (3), I'm toying with the idea of buying one for me. Problem is that I already have a @fitbit Versa2. Do you do trade-ins? And do you lock any features behind a "Premium" subscription? Thanks.

    @FitbitSupport Or maybe u are referring to my heart rate? No u decided didnt need that after buying 5 fitbit in 6 years. You mean fact have to clean cache 6 to 10 times day? Reboot watch 4 times day to try get my stats in challenges? Next update? Last 10 updates no better..fitbit trash

    @FitbitSupport I manually tracked a walk on my phone (watch out of battery) it’s all synced back up but the steps are not counting towards my workweek hustle challenge. Can you help.

    I tell you this, 4000M on the rower in 15mins doesn't count for **** on a @fitbit. Now I gotta hoof it a couple more miles to hit my 10K. This is the price I pay to not be a fat *** any longer.

    what is a good #fitnesstracker that isn't fitbit? i tried my phone, but my phone is not always with me. i tried @fitbit versa but it led to a really bad irritation that lasted a whole year (& they just kept sending me cleaning instructions w/ a "boohoo" when i pinged them)

    Ah @FitbitUK . My Versa died after a year and my Versa 2 lasted only 1 month more. Think it's time to replace it with something a whole world more reliable. Poor show, @fitbit , poor show.

    @FitbitSupport I have been bk in the phone as the new device isn't syncing either but I cannot fault the people i have spoken to they were all helpful just cant get it to sync. I'm sure there must be a problem with the ap on Android

    My 7-month old Charge 4 broke 10 days ago and @fitbit support still hasn’t told me whether my warranty will cover a replacement. Can’t help but think that @apple would have replaced an Apple Watch by now. Maybe I should just make the switch?
