    @fitbit Hey there, I have a premium subscription to fitstar yoga, but when I enter the app it just says “go premium”, then when I go into that it says I already am premium. But I can’t actually access the premium sessions! Help please? Is the app actually still active & working?

    @FitbitSupport They do a great job of selling Fitbits and an even better job of avoiding replacing bad devices. Their support team has diversion down to a science.

    @fitbit I have had issues with GPS for the last week & your customer service team have said you are aware of the issue but there is not expected resolution date. Have you published any information on this so that people do not waste time troubleshooting this issue?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport so not only have you charged my account 79.99 when you shouldn’t have then refused to refund the money. Now I have a brand new tracker that refuses to set up I have been through your help options and also your chat #whatiscustomerservice not Fitbit for sure

    @FitbitSupport Horrible experience with Fitbit support. They have been giving me the run around on a problem that they know is happening and they know the troubleshooting did not work. The response is to call back if it happens again. The device is 6 mons old

    @PhysicalRevelry @fitbit @FitbitSupport Unsure-- I covered the sensors and port in a couple layers tape. I read somewhere that the battery fluid leeching out could be an issue. Haven't worn mine in awhile though. They are so neat and also so gross...

    @FitbitSupport Since your latest update all of my premium features aren't working, I've tried rebooting, force closing and reinstalling the app, any more bright ideas that aren't just a standard copy and paste? I'm close to cancelling my subscription due to this. Very poor.

    @fitbit My son has had a Fitbit sense since October. It initially worked but now the he gets a message saying the notifications service isn’t running. He has spoken to Fitbit by phone and they tell him that because he has a huawei phone there is a problem.

    I’m a big fan of @Fitbit & generally like the technology. But, when tracking exercise, (1) ‘Poor GPS’ and (2) “not enough heart rate data available” always, ALWAYS, display, regardless where I am. Something doesn’t make sense....🙄. Fix it please. @FitbitSupport
