@FitbitSupport My battery is now down to 0 and it hasn't charged even after 30 mins!! Charging a device shouldn't be so difficult. Haven't we been doing that for decades now?? My first dinky nokia never had any charging issues and that was the early 2000s!!

@FitbitSupport Hi there! My wife bought a FitBit Sense about a month and half ago and she's having a few issues. 1- The battery doesn't last more than 3 days, and 2- there's some rubber starting to poke out of the back of the watch (I have a picture of the issue).

@fitbit However, the second band also broke very quickly and I was told it was then out of warranty and I could only get another replacement. Now I am on my THIRD BAND and it has broken in the same way again after only a month.

@fitbit I'm extremely upset with the customer service I have received with Fitbit. I have the Luxe Mesh band, which broke within a month of my purchase. Instead of asking for a refund, I got a replacement band since I assumed it was just a problem with that particular band.

@FitbitSupport The Stress Management value system is far from reliable as its' values change. Ex. A week ago, all my stress values were in the high 90's, now those same values have changed this week. Unreliable. My confidence in all the data is now broken.

@FitbitSupport I charged my Inspire HR last night and today my active minutes are disappearing off of my device and not showing in the app. I did 2.0 miles in about 33 minutes. At one point I had 12 minutes, it went down to 3, then to 1 and then 0. I went to the community pages

@FitbitSupport I just got a new Fitbit sense & not sure if it’s accurate in recording heart rate? Also it’s not recording the floors either? Any help? It’s saying my heart rate is up in the 90’s while at rest & I know it’s not.
