@FitbitSupport Hi! My fitbit luxe doesn't work off charger. While it's charging i can use it just fine but when i plug it off the screen becomes black and unresponsive. Any way to fix that? Forcefully restarting didn't help.

@fitbit All you have to do (until you can solve the problem) is to disable that field in the profile. Sure, some people's legit descriptions will get lost but you'll get rid all of the "Follow my sport blog" links.

@fitbit It's working now. Could have been user error; at the time of the problem, I only saw Record option, not a choice of activities. Interestingly, Strava, which gets data from the Fitbit, had a message to the effect "It looks like your run was a bike ride."

@FitbitSupport Seems to be related to the relationship you have with Curry’s. They say Fitbit want all the item returned even if it is just a broken strap. Some Fitbit’s have only lasted 6 days before they broke.

Just a month ago I got a Fitbit Force. Yeah, old news. But got no help from @FitbitSupport on how to contact @Stericycle_Inc for refunding or at least eco recycling the gadged. Wrote a bunch of letters to no avail. That's sad. :(

@fitbit The Fitbit app stopped tracking my steps sometime yesterday morning. I had over 15,000 steps, but it only registered 2,950. Today, I have 1,879 but the app says I have zero. Is this a problem on your end again, or something I need to fix?
