    @FitbitSupport my Sense tracks way more stairs than I actually do. I can get a bunch of stairs just walking on my treadmill. How do I fix this?

    @FitbitSupport How can I get help on my two Charge 3's. The screens have gotten so dim we can hardly see them. I have searched and preformed all of the recommended actions but this seems to be a problem that Fitbit needs to correct.

    @fitbit Disappointed I’ve been without my Fitbit for over a month. It needed warrant work, but a slow return process means I am still waiting for a device. I paid a premium for the top of the line device only to have nothing!

    Something is up with my Fitbit! I have only walked down the stairs this morning and it says I’ve climbed 6 flights??? @FitbitSupport help! Between this and heart rate monitor issues I’m pretty frustrated lately!

    @FitbitSupport installed my Versa 2 this morning, won't allow me to install the SpO2 face. Also, Alexa on this device doesn't recognize anything I tell it. This is a replacement for another Versa 2 I returned for nonstop aggravating issues & glitches. HELP

    @FitbitSupport I’ve tried repositioning it several times and adjusting the band. I’ve also tried restarting the device and that didn’t help. I will DM me email.

    @FitbitSupport Ive also just charged it overnight and it was on 100% and its just dropped down to medium battery? I haven't even done anything on it other than wear it 🙄

    @FitbitSupport Yeah ive just got it. However this problem has been going on for nearly a month and ive only had the fitbit just over a month and a half 😩 I dont want a watch which isnt full working. Im sure not everyone with a fitbit is experiencing this problem?

    Brilliant that during a global pandemic @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport insist that they won't replace my faulty, 5 month old device without me risking my health by forcing me to have to go to a post office to ship the old one back to them first. Terrible customer service

    @FitbitSupport Play mindfulness sessions and sleep stories with the screen turned off and offline. Really sad to see this is not fixed for long time. This is one reason why I might discontinue Premium account. Other mindful apps like headspace provide option to switch off screen

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my Fit-Bit is no longer measuring my heart rate and the battery now lasts less than a day. How can I get the issue fixed? Is there a service center I could send it to to get it repaired? Thanks.

    @fitbit Heart rate is not accurate at all on fitbit sense while exercising and this issue is known by fitbit.

    “@fitbit does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.” Some warranty Fitbit has there. But at least I tried. All because the Floors Climbed counter is completely out of line. Guess who’s not buying another Fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport I bought versa 2 just a month back and now I am facing issue with the watch, it is not syncing and I am not getting notification. I tried all the troubleshooting steps still it won't connect. So many of us have messaged on the app about the problem no solution.

    @FitbitSupport hi I have a problem with my sense when I got up this morning I couldn’t get the screen to display anything ( blank screen ) the rear is still showing green lights and it appears to still be recording data to the app I have tried to reboot but it now won’t start

    @FitbitSupport Good morning. Woke up to my charge 3 misbehaving. Initially a thick white line down one side of it, now it's gone totally black. Will not restart though I can feel vibrations despite the black screen when I press the side button. Can you help?

    @FitbitSupport so my Fitbit charge 2 is dieing pretty quickly I can charge it it be at 100% then within 4-5 hours it’s dead. And I’ve tried putting it on the charger and holding the button down till the little Fitbit image pops up but that doesn’t seem to help.

    @FitbitSupport Is there a reason that on the app, my heart rate stops being “live” after a while and just stays on the resting heart rate? To correct, I have to hard close the app and start it again. No problems with the Fitbit itself. Tried all the usual stuff to fix it.
