@FitbitSupport fitbit flex 2 shows 528 steps. This increases, but on next sync goes back to 528? Have reset device 3 times, have unistalled and reinstalled app. Have removed device and re added. Can you help?

@FitbitSupport All they do is tell me to trouble shoot.. After 4 non working devices I have gone through these steps many times. We go round in circles and you replace the devices with a faulty one every time after weeks of emails. Till the warranty runs out? Is this your goal?

@FitbitSupport You really go out on a limb to not understand what I am saying. I do not want it to ask me ever again as I have not allowed access and said “No Thanks” when it nags me. Can you please turn this issue over to someone who really understands instead of sending canned answers.

@FitbitSupport Good morning.... Thanks for your help. I've been offered a replacement pebble or discount on a new device. I chose the discount but there was no where to add the code at checkout so now I've paid full price, because I assumed the discount code box must be on the next screen 😢

@FitbitSupport No, thank you! I've already received two emails from customer support today and talked via DMs twice. I've shared this concern in both places but I only keep getting discount codes for a new Fitbit which doesn't solve the problem since the update has caused the issue.

.@FitbitSupport, is the Sense wristband the same material as the Alta HR? I've had the Sense for 2 weeks and I've been having terrible hives/rashes/burning where the wristband is. I never had that issue with the Alta HR. I'm trying to ID what I'm allergic to.

@FitbitSupport I bought the charge 4 11/27/20 Yesterday I started had trouble with the screen not displaying when I am outside. When I am inside it works fine I have reset it 4 times. The battery is always above 80%. I know that I have to be in shade to see it. Phone or not.
