@fitbit I have an issue with the bands of my Fitbit. My first band cracked near the holes to fasten the Fitbit. Today, the hook and I piece from the second band that came with it came a part from the band.

If my @fitbit actually thinks I'm going to achieve my step goal for the day, well I'm afraid I have some bad news

  • bluedonkey John Gordon (@bluedonkey) reported

@FitbitSupport @rcadden The terms of service that your lawyers wrote. So not a law. Just your own poor decision to restrict the devices a child can use. If you let lawyers make product decisions this is the kind of nonsense you get. #fail

@FitbitSupport Have DM you my email address. The troubleshooting doesn't help though.

  • ajcshtc andy cooke (@ajcshtc) reported

@FitbitSupport Would be a happy holiday if the fitbit lux I bought my wife would actually connect. Done everything every help page advises. Should I go back to a #garmin

  • rcadden Ricky Cadden (@rcadden) reported

@FitbitSupport That's not the problem. She already HAS a child's account. That part works well. The problem is that child accounts are inexplicably restricted to the ACE devices. Why can't I activate an Inspire 2 on a kids account?

  • ThomasHaeberlen Thomas Haeberlen (@ThomasHaeberlen) reported

Hey, @fitbit / @FitbitSupport, setting up a new device for my kid sucks to no end.🤬 Why does the thing try to connect every bluetooth enabled device in the room? Why do you want me to sign in on my kid's device? Why does it still fail in the end? Terrible customer experience!

  • gmen48225 matt genzman (@gmen48225) reported

Got a @fitbit sense today. Not sure if anyone has one. For something that is supposed to help with stress, I have spent about 4 hours and tried to set it up on 3 devices. It's getting returned tomorrow

  • rcadden Ricky Cadden (@rcadden) reported

@FitbitSupport Yes that's the problem. There's no reason for that. I do not "understand" why the hardware should make a difference if the account itself is "protected"

  • KKHeavens Kris Heavens (@KKHeavens) reported

@FitbitSupport @OSullyj79 Getting the same issue fitbit sense bought for father cannot setup and no emails sent to his gmail ac which is working fine.

  • Nadia_Faulkner Nadia Faulkner 🪶 (@Nadia_Faulkner) reported

@fitbit any idea why I no longer get notifications on my Charge 3? I've restarted my phone and Fitbit about a dozen times. I've connected and reconnected to Versa Controls with no luck. Guess I just have a fancy watch now?!?! #WTF #POS #sotiredofthisshit

  • Xairezero Voltaire Sayco (@Xairezero) reported

@FitbitSupport is there an issue with app login right now? Can't login to my app and via website.

  • MsKerriSS Kerri M.Ed. (@MsKerriSS) reported

@IceManIsaac I wanted the Fitbit Surge so bad. Not in the budget for a looooonnnnnggggg time. @fitbit

  • JoeTPublic Joe T Public (@JoeTPublic) reported

@fitbit i got away from you bc you were always difficult in staying connected. new phone, new device. same problem. smh. taking it back and going diff direction.

  • bluedonkey John Gordon (@bluedonkey) reported

@FitbitSupport @rcadden If you read the post @FitbitSupport you’d see the issue was not the account, but the fact that you’re not allowing other devices to be associated with a child account. Others have the 13 limit, but don’t restrict the devices under 13s can use. Just manage the data safely.
