    @FitbitSupport Hello Fitbit Support - of course i have done all the suggested fixes. I don't feel you are reading the room well here - the problem is that the android update means that Samsung Flip and Fold won't sync to fitbit. end of story.

    @FitbitSupport I am having an issue with my Fitbit Charge 3. This is the second time with the same issue where the screen does not work. I can not get a replacement but offered 35% off a new watch but can not purchase a charge 3/4 on the site.

    @FitbitSupport @ChristosKonst17 We're all having this problem with Samsung phones and our Fitbits since updating to Android 13 and OneUI5. We've done the troubleshooting steps many times. This is a known issue with no user workaround, so @FitbitSupport need to work with Google and Samsung on a resolution pls.

    In my @fitbit versa 4, I get fitbit pay notification (double tap to pay). Even though I haven’t setup my wallet, and I’m in Nepal. Pls fix this, checked online no solution yet. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @drvoice @FitbitSupport the problem is widely reported online. We all did the troubleshooting steps and many contacted support. It's not working. My wife had Samsung Flip and I have Fold 4. Fitbits just stopped communicating. Please fix!

    @FitbitSupport @drvoice Fitbit Support, please get with the program. The problem doesn't lie with the consumers. The problem is Samsung foldable phones + Fitbit + Android OS13 = failure. All the standard trouble shooting advice is useless until Fitbit updates programming.

    @FitbitSupport I have had a hard time getting the support I need over the phone and via email. My fitbit keeps failing to charge and I have been unable to use it for a meaningful length of time for over a month. Now the strap and its attachment hvd broken.

    @FitbitSupport I've done every troubleshooting item listed. The problem is that I can't even add my Fitbit device to the app because of the issue. This is 100% a known Fitbit/Samsung issue and has been known since Beta version. No DMs for this issue so others can benefit from the help

    @fitbit @FitbitUK i have a versa 2 and ive had it since the beginning of 2022. Very disappointed to report that it's started faulting, touch screen isn't responsive and display is faulting. This after my ionic was recalled too! Tried all the recommended resets. Poor products!

    @FitbitSupport Versa 3 strap broke again today, fitbit now lost. Chat didn't seem to care,the email I was promised just offers a discount code! That doesn't help find the device! Fitbit really need to come up with a better strap design that doesn't come undone all the time!

Since 11/26 our devices are unusable and you are doing nothing to fix it. We paid you for the device and the premium subscription, but we can't take advantage of either...

    @FitbitSupport Do not purchase if you are running Android OS 13. The device will *not* connect to the Fitbit app and you will have no functionality with any Fitbit device. Known issue and they have not resolved.

    Dont buy a @fitbit They dont support their products past a year, and make inferior stuff. @FitbitSupport is less than helpful in fixing their broken charge 5 issues.

    @FitbitSupport @Android What is going on with Android 13 and Fitbit app?? My Fitbit won't connect and I'm stuck with a useless watch since the update to A13 and this has been a known issue with the Beta version of A13. Get it together!!
