@SantanderBankUS Why is Santander always so SLOW to get with it. Nine million banks allow payment through @fitbit , but NOT Santander. Not shocked, they were SLOW to introduce app. Nearly 2 years after my other babk introduced theirs. Frustrating!

@mintiestmel @FitbitSupport Mel I had a constant problem with my ionics GPS. Would drop on runs & pick up miles later. Like yours, no obstacles around. I began to wear my garmin at the same time. Fitbit would drop GPS, Garmin would keep perfect tracking. They won’t fix this, just give you a run around.

@FitbitSupport How else should I feel? This case has been ongoing since February. The support team has been part of the problem. I want to talk to an executive who has the power to expedite resolution of my case.

@FitbitSupport had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They told me that a firmware update would fix the issue of my battery not holding a charge. I got the update and it still won’t hold a charge. Now they’re telling me they are working on another update.

@FitbitSupport How about escalate the problem and issue the refunds to numerous people you promised would receive them within 3-6 weeks. Why is the burden on the customer to make sure your company follows through with promises?

I may just be one person, but @fitbit 100% doesn’t care about customer retention. They make enough money that they don’t need to, but wow what a disappointment. I’ve just had negative and poor experience one after the other.#nosupport #strictrules #fitbit

@fitbit A few days ago, my battery started dying within 24 hours. After doing all the troubleshooting, today I talked to customer service and they said it was a known problem and Fitbit would be sending a new update soon. True? What's the ETA?
