@FitbitSupport I was given a new Fitbit Versa Lite in July 2019 for my birthday. It has now stopped working, it suddenly ran out of battery Sunday night so I charged it yesterday and it was 100%, then by the time I went to bed was flat again and now won’t charge. Please help.

@FitbitSupport Hi: I renewed the Premium feature for Sense at end of March on an annual Basis(!) after my trial ended and cannot get many of the Premium features like SPO2 etc and when I go to Premium for support, they say I no longer a Premium member but ask to try Premium? Help

@FitbitSupport I am on vacation in Costa Rica and my fitbit just died. It started flashing and vibrating. It would not sync. I tried restarting it by holding down the button and plugged it in and now it will not turn on. It is a charge 3.

@FitbitSupport - your products are garbage. I’ve had this inspire2 for less than 2 wks and already the “squeeze bit sides” feature is broke-nothing like trying to keep a pace but not being able to pause at lights. Shame on me for buying my 3rd Fitbit after the other 2 also died.

@FitbitSupport need help my Sense shutdown after it was on the charger. When i put it back on I couldnt get it to respond. The first time was after daylight savings and after a day it finally told me that it needed to be charged. I put it back on the charger and it worked fine.

@FitbitSupport after doing a fitbit update prompted by google 2 weeks back. I have suffered with extreme battery drain. Im having to charge my fitbit twice daily. Never had this issue before. It would last at least 3 days. I have deleted app. Done a restore and still not resolved

@FitbitSupport I have a fitbit versa and it is connected to my Hauwai p30 phone. It is a disgrace that every day i must clear my storage in my app setting and log back in to my fitbit settings to get my notifications.. Please can you help me or replace this fitbit.

I’m about to throw my @fitbit and @MyFitnessPal in the effing trash. Because that’s what they’ve both become. ✨Trash✨ Sync issues for over a week now. Stupid GPS message every time I launch @fitbit. Over 16k steps on Saturday alone but only 11 steps sync between both apps. 🙄

@FitbitSupport I have the inspire 2 and it is over-recording steps wildly. I have set my stride length and changed it to say its on my dominant hand when it isn't as per advice . I apparently did 80 steps getting out of bed... help.
