    @FitbitSupport hello. I’m having trouble updating my contacts on Fitbit. FB contacts nor regular contacts will add. Turning phone on/off did not fix the issue Tried contacting regular support and it is not working. Have you any suggestions?

    @fitbit hello - just opened brand new Fitbit Sense. It will not charge. Have tried multiple plugs/outlets and cleaned sensors. I now see lots of people get brand new faulty products from @fitbit Please help. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit Versa 2's screen turned to green all of the sudden. The screen is dim as well in all brightness modes. The problem remained the same even after the factory reset. @FitbitIN @fitbit

    Such a poor customer experience. Got @fitbit sense for Christmas, spent the whole day trying to get it to sync with the Samsung Note. Does not work!! If technology is not plug and play these days your company is not future proof, sending back will try get @Garmin watch!

    @FitbitSupport I ordered on 15/12 had an email confirming it had been shipped on 16th and was told 4 working days. It’s now 6 working days and still nothing When I try to track the shipping it says it’s was dispatched from the Netherlands!? on 16/12 but nothing after please help?

    @FitbitSupport my brand new Fitbit versa lite doesn't have an upgraded Firmware, it's not sending me notifications from my phone, and Spotify app is not getting installed. I have tried every solution recommended on the internet. Can't find your service center in Indore. HELP!

    Never order from the @fitbit website! They say delivery in 2 working days, then 4-5 on the email...it’s now been 5 days, no delivery! And the support is just terrible! Maybe go to @curryspcworld instead!

    @FitbitSupport Thanks fitbit support. Actually I have a question for you. When I try and change my photo it says Access Denied and Unable to Save Cropped Images. I tried pre cropping the image but it doesn't help. What should I do?

    @FitbitSupport my sleep records are really off. I wear my Fitbit 24/7 except for shower and charging the device. But sometimes the sleep mode doesn’t even record? What can be done to fix this glitch? Thx!

    @FitbitSupport When I was setting up a new Charge 4 I tried to add a new watch face and was told to update the Fitbit, but there was no update other than the settings app, after that app update the settings app doesn’t work anymore and I don’t know how to fix it.

    Have had a heart problem from birth and asked for the fitbit sense for Christmas only to find out that ECG is not supported in Canada... thats half the reason I got the watch. Will be returning and getting apple watch instead. @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport What’s up with my versa lite. Loses about 12-15 while I sleep. And also has slow synching issues. I’ve tried all the regular 💩 you suggest. Reboot. Turn off bluetooth. Delete readd app
