@fitbit What happened to the o2 variation since the update on the charge? Mine were in range always on all devices. Since update they are not and if I go back to days that previously said they were in range those are off too. Is this an error in the update?

@PressIntaglio @FitbitSupport Good luck with that. I have been begging for a refund for 5 months. It all comes back to, call the refund center. Then the refund center does noting. Contact the ACFA because fitbit will not help you at all.

And they don't want to refund any of us, they just make it look like they want to help and then don't and block u! B very careful and try get ur money bk!

@FitbitSupport Those are merely words after 18 months of waiting and literally scores of tweets and calls between me and @fitbit reps. Your customers deserve better than this. Why should anyone buy a Fitbit with these ongoing problems that you won’t fix?

The one time I actually managed to webchat with someone having failed via phone, they basically fobbed me off. Very much feels like any refund will purposely come too late to use towards a discounted fitbit as per their offer

@FitbitSupport You don't need to KNOW WHERE I SLEEP. You don't need to know where I am when I REVIEW MY SLEEP. It's a pedometer. It counts my steps. I've no problem using Location services when on a run but, beyond that, @fitbit needs to tone it down. I STOPPED using the product because of this

@fitbit The charts in the updated app are terrible! There's a difference of 50 pounds on the y-axis for the weight charts for each time frame that the user can't change - even one week! No one's weight changes that much that time frame unless they have major surgery!

My sense is Joe heating up while charging, it's not accurate and I'm now 20 weeks waiting on a refund for the ionic recall, no one is getting their refund! @fitbit

@FitbitSupport It was working fine, and then now since a week it doesn't hold more than a couple hours charge. I was told by the customer service agent that there's nothing they can do and I have to wait for a fix. How's this your policy? Also what if the warranty runs out while I wait?

@DaisyDisk @fitbit Bad enough that it had created gigabytes of useless files in the first place, but to not delete them when the app was uninstalled is really shoddy practice. Highly recommend @DaisyDisk for picking this kind of stuff up on MacOS Here endeth the 🤓 rant.

@fitbit my Sense keeps telling me that it’s ‘slow charging’ no matter which charger I put it on. Done it from new but it only takes an hour or so to charge! What’s the problem?
