    @FitbitSupport just upgraded from a Versa 3 to a Versa 4... Couple of things: 1. No 3rd party apps? Is that likely to change? I use the GPS golf app...surely an upgrade isn't a downgrade? 2. I used to switch off the display with a palm on the screen. Not working on Versa 4?

    Because of everything going down with @GoogleStadia I will be giving up on all things google except for the stuff I have to use because of work. That means no more android, no more @fitbit no more chrome, etc etc etc

    @fitbit Are you sure all the data you used is accurate? Your devices tend to show wildly inaccurate numbers. Maybe you should focus on fixing that issue first

    @MissSeaPeaches @fitbit @Strava The syncing is as reliable as a chocolate fireguard. All you get as a reply is the usual troubleshooting which is only a temporary fix. Would never purchase fitbit again

    @FitbitSupport I have not received my refund of Fitbit Ionic. Customer care is giving various excuses like device is not synched, serial number of watch required, longer wait etc etc. Going on since June. Very very bad & sad experience.... Wilson Nadar, India

    @FitbitSupport I bought Fitbit Inspire in 3/2022, got injured, haven't used it since May. I resumed workouts but I can't find the app in the Google store so I downloaded it to my laptop (Windows 10) but it won't recognize my device. 😠Help! I live in Australia if that matters.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Versa 3 syncs but doesn’t sync important events like my sleep and does not even record my oxygen sat. This has been going on for more than a week. I have tried to delete the device from my phone and added again (Bluetooth) but the problems persists. Please help

    @fitbit Why don’t we share the negative impacts Fitbit devices have on our lives? Paying $200 for a versa that stops working properly after a few months And Fitbit can’t fix the issue? Let’s make a story about the effects of stress on my health dealing with a faulty device!

    @FitbitSupport Yep, have tried that. There is no option for GPS that I can find in the exercise portion of the phone UI at all. I spent a good chunk of my lunch hour today trying to find it. If I select walk I get about 1 sec to scroll down before the exercise starts, but there's nothing there.
