@FitbitSupport This is the first page then when you click on product to add to basket the 2nd picture is what comes up. Seems I'm also not the only person having this issue. Same thing happens on a computer too.

Shocked at the appalling quality of @FitbitUK @fitbit products. Just had to post my 9 week old sense (top of the range apparently) as it died. sons too 3 weeks ago. Same as 2 of my ionic units. Of 3 devices 4 failures (133% fail rate!). Imagine fuss if @Apple were so poor?

@StevanG @FitbitSupport I’ve noticed a large group of us in the fitbit forums have Versa2s that suddenly stopped tracking sleep/HR a few days ago. No fix seems to work and factory reset completely killed mine it seems.

@FitbitSupport It's functioning normally this morning. All-day yesterday, it wouldn't let me log in on my phone, stated my password was incorrect but said Fitbit dot com was down when I tried to reset it. I could log in on my tablet but it wouldn't sync.

What the **** @fitbit? For the second time a Charge 3’s display has crapped out on me. Still works fine, just can’t read anything on the face of it. This is the second one to do this. 🙄
