    @fitbit @FitbitSupport after 4 Fitbits in the last few years, each breaking due to a “hardware” issue a day after my warranty expired, and your response is to buy a new one. Never again will I buy any Fitbit products. Terrible customer service and terrible products.

    Anyone else having @FitbitSupport app issues? I've been offered 35% discount on a new #Fitbit but mine's working perfectly, it's the app that's the issue! Dropped to a 3.6 ⭐ rating, lots of complaints & nobody at @FitbitUK is telling me the app isn't working, so frustrated!

    @fitbit Shame that it does not count the stats accurately, even though you've admitted you known there is a problem with it but dont have a solution with a firmware update anytime soon.

    @FitbitSupport can someone please reply. This is about my 5th or 6th time asking for help. I'm not getting sleep details and I've tried the suggestions. Directing customers to a Q&A for everything isn't really help.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve tried going into your website to view the Fitbit Inspire and inspire HR bands bands but everytime I click on them the page keeps flicking between that & the inspire clips. I’ve tried on 3 devices now and having same problem. How long will this website be down?

    @FitbitSupport Please help! For the past few months, the sleep section of the app has been so buggy. When I click to look at my past nights of sleep, the app freezes for around 30 seconds while it loads. Super frustrating and makes my favorite part of the app basically unusable.

    @FitbitSupport I purchased a device in April ‘20 which stopped working after 7 months. You sent a “replacement” in January ‘21 which is defective and stopped working after 4 months, and response I get from customer service equates to “too bad.” You really expect repeat customers?

    Pretty frustrated with Fitbit Sense. I paid good money for this thing and the features I want to work are not working consistently. I’ve even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the watch. Very disappointed with this. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport my wife has a Fitbit charge 3 which started having intermittent screen issues which has now developed into no screen whatsoever. We’ve tried all of the suggested tips to fix it with no success. The Fitbit still pairs with a phone but nothing on the screen. Help!

    @FitbitSupport Yes we have but have been fobbed off. We've been told that there is a known problem with some versa 3 devices but don't know if a fix will be ever be done. Never had this issue with the charge 2 watch.
