    @FitbitSupport hello! Alexa no longer works on my Fitbit Versa 2. I have deleted the app, restarted my Fitbit, signed out and back in of Amazon, and I continue to get “sorry an error occurred.” I also changed WiFi on my phone. Help, please!!

    @FitbitSupport Taking the app off my iPad and phone! Also tossing my Fitbit into the trash! Why? Because you are NOW GOOGLE! And I won’t have,anything to do with google except my phone! Start supporting 1st amendment again!!!

    @FitbitSupport I got the Fitbit Versa 2 smart watch, today. It was charged to 100% today by noon and it dropped to half by night and stands at 53%, presently. The product is said to have a battery life of 5+ days round the clock with a few changes with respect to use. Need help.

    @FitbitSupport I am having trouble with my Versa 2 and the tracking of calories. I have 17800 steps today and it is only showing 600 calories burned. This has occurred often in the past. I am very active but the calories don’t reflect this

    @fitbit as a previous one my Fitbit Versa lite stopped working after 6 months of usage. Had the same problem with previous one, it got replaced and now same thing happened to second one. Suddenly my phone or any other device can't see the watch, nor it can't sync with it.

    @FitbitSupport When I set my alarms on my Fitbit versa 2 at 8am it is going off at 9 am, it’s always an hour after I would like to be, however when it goes off the alarm says 8:00. How do I fix this? Thank you

    @FitbitSupport I wanted my full refund for my charge 3, as it failed under warranty, but because I had it over 45 days, I’m not entitled?! Disgraceful. If you advertised this fact I bet ur sales would decrease. Useless, inconsistent tracking, causing me stress and time to fix YOUR PROBLEMS!

    @FitbitSupport i haven’t been able to click into any of the sections on my homepage this afternoon to record food intake or look at sleep info or anything else. I tried rebooting my phone, which did not help. What else can o do??

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit Sense app all of a sudden does not show a sleep app or summary or even give me that option to add. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and the device. Please help ASAP!

    I recently purchased a $300 Fitbit watch (owned by Google now) @Google , and I accidentally cracked the screen. I was told by the @FitbitSupport there is no store which can repair my broken watch. I finally realized why my wife laughed at me for not getting an apple watch!

    @fitbit I bought 3 of these Charge 3s, one for myself and 2 for grandkids, your software update bricked all 3 all with nothing showing on screen now, I have asked you guys numerous times to send out a fix or give the ability to roll back to the working software but your not interested.

    Absolutely annoyed with @fitbit. For whatever reason, texts won’t go to to my #fitbit but yet calls and notifications from my other apps will show up 🙄 basically bought a new iPhone to get it to work and still nothing. Get your **** together Fitbit!
