Bought in January,had problems with Bluetooth, have reset numerous times and now it’s just not staying on. Support said it’s a known problem and I should just wait for firmware upgrades, but they don’t know when that will happen?

No thank you I've had enough 2020 (@VeryFeministy) reported@FitbitSupport I even chatted with customer service today and they said there is no option to make average daily step count private, the only options are friends and public as you can see from the drop down. The option to hide your daily step count from everyone that does not exist.

Don McMillan (@donmcmillan) reported@FitbitSupport I just bought a Versa 3 to track my sleep. It consistently says I go to sleep 2 hrs after I really go to bed. I know I'm asleep but the tracker doesn't see it. The problem may be that I have a low resting heart rate - about 50. Can I tell it I am going to bed?
