    @fitbit will not crash if I turn off the Wi-Fi or put it on Airplane mode. It will crash if I turn Wi-Fi on. Weird. If off Wi-Fi I cannot sync phone to watch or get recent updates from my groups. My games disappeared though.

    @FitbitSupport any updates on the app issue? It’s funny that companies get you addicted to their products then it feels like we’re stuck when they don’t work. 🤔

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit So it looks like there’s another system problem. My and my partner’s Fitbit apps crash immediately and on the Fitbit support site many users are reporting the same.

    @FitbitSupport when will you resolve the app issue, still can’t get on it? I’ve done everything you’ve asked of others. Deleted the app and re-downloaded it, deleted it and forced shutdown. iOS 16.3.1

    @FitbitSupport @Brian4Builders Hey Fitbit, please actually read. Closing and signing out doesn't work. Neither does deleting and reinstalling the app. Fitbit, you've broken it... please fix it ASAP and stop recommending actions that many have already stated do NOT work.

    @FitbitSupport this is an issue associated with internet connectivity. If I put my iPhone in airplane mode the app loads fine. Then turn on connectivity and the app tanks. Resetting phone or re-download app isn’t a fix. It need a fitbit fix.

    @FitbitSupport im using an iPhone 11 Pro Max iOS 16.3.1. Fitbit app will not stay open. Restarted phone, deleted and downloaded app back with same result. Fix ASAP
