@FitbitSupport Never every gift anyone a fitbit. I got a fitbit from my ex-coworkers when I left my job, it stopped working after a few months and when I tried getting help, I was told that since I didn't buy it, I can't claim the warranty.

@FitbitSupport Can you explain why, if it says I got 6 hours sleep, with 40 minutes of REM, and 55 minutes of deep sleep, then I go back to sleep for another hour, the REM and deep go down to like 15 minutes? I simply don't believe these numbers any more.

So I just found out that @fitbit / @Google will increase the price of ownership of their smartwatches for Canadians by $138 - PER YEAR. WTF? The only option for local music is Deezer (no Pandora here), and that's $11/month. What a complete f'n crock. No longer recommend

@FitbitSupport Within 7 months my belt's clip of Fitbit Sense broke, preventing me from wearing the watch. Repeated calls went unanswered while the email ids were shown invalid. It's unexpected seeing such bad customer service. Would be helpful if Fitbit looks into the matter.

@fitbit seems to've gotten worse since acquisition by @Google . As a long time fitbit wearer i've made 5 phone calls to get replacement of an in warranty device which is dead & all i get is "we've escalated your request". Worst customer service ever. #FitnessandHealth @parkjames
