    @FitbitSupport hello, In an effort to change out my bands, a piece of plastic came off from one side, which is crucial to keep said band on and the Fitbit in use. It’s the part that you hold down to remove the band, it just fell off. How can I get this fixed?

    @fitbit why do you make it virtually impossible to contact you....? Anybody else having problems with no chat option showing up, no readily found phone number or email address. You hit support and it wants you to find everything from the community or FAQ. Bad customer service.

    @fitbit Mean to provide high grade heart rate sensor like apple watch which works until watch broken into pieces not like fitbit sensor stopped within 1.5 years. It gives mental peace (health).

    @FitbitSupport @therobinevans Im having the same exact problem. It no longer stays charged a full day and the option to turn off constant sync no longer appears. Sounds like the old Apple batter drain trick to force us to buy a new device.

    @fitbit I am having so many issues with my new fitbit connecting to my Huawei, it's will not allow my notifications and says I need to switch off my phone and I do but same error. I need the devise to notify me with messages. Frustrating can anyone help?

    @FitbitSupport My Ionic has the blue screen of death ....It quit keeping track of the steps first .....did a reset it counted for about a week and now this .....i feel pressure to roll with the I-watch....help

    Fitbit Inspire bought late December, failed late Feb. Fitbit won't refund because I didn't buy it from their store. I sent it back mid Feb & it's probably being rowed across the Atlantic as it is "still in transit". Thanks @FitbitSupport @fitbit for poor customer service.

    @fitbitsupport I don’t know what you changed in the app, but it is now as slow as a snail... The app freezes regularly. Just updated it this morning but no improvement.. version 3.39.1
