    @FitbitSupport The Charge 4 has a know issue where the clasp meets the watch. The peice does not hold up to stress. Because failure will happen after 45 days Fitbit continues to sell the Charge 4

    Just wondering if anyone can help me; I have a @fitbit versa 2, I've recently had to change my number and therefore got logged out of my @fitbit account after EVENTUALLY getting back into my @fitbit account my Versa 2 died- will not charge or turn on at all

    @fitbit & @FitbitSupport very dissapointed about your customer service I had a charge 3 that used to have a problem to sync and load new upgrades, after applying a workaround from your tech support the device is not longer, PLEASE HELP !!!!!

    I flushed my @fitbit down the toilet at work today. My clip fell. I quickly submerge my hand (yes, I did) and a millisecond before I reached it the POWERFUL industrial automatic flush spirited it way. It belongs to the sewer gators now.

    Need help with #Fitbit #charge4 The screen has totally gone and I've tried turning it off, rebooting etc to no avail. The watch is still tracking to my phone though. Anyone know how I can get the screen info back? @FitbitSupport @fitbit

    @fitbit I just spent an hour “troubleshooting” a broken Sense. I’m supposed to trouble shoot more … how?! It’s a dead 300 dollar watch. How do I get this fixed without wasting more time? Google tells me this is common for ya’all.

    @FitbitSupport hey. I used to be able to raise my wrist and my Fitbit would light up or give me my alerts but it’s stopped doing that since the battery died on Sunday m. Is there anything that can be done to fix this. Thank you. It’s a inspire HR model.

    Is there a glitch in the newest update for Versa Lite @FitbitSupport ? I’ve been dealing with mine not syncing and falling behind on time. Based on the Fitbit forums, it looks like I’m not alone. I’ve tried everything recommended, as it appears others have too, without success.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, my wife's fitbit has stopped working, won't turn on at all. Bought in Nov 2019 (UK) so hoping still in warranty. It's an Inspire HR. Can't find the serial number but bought from Amazon and have the ASIN. Any chance of a fix or replace?

    Help @fitbit! I just got new Charge 5. giving Inspire 2 to son. When clear data on fitbit, it doesn't go to the "pairing" screen. Is there a good tutorial or other resource to COMPLETELY factory reset?
