@FitbitSupport @MaheshA62093212 I’m having issues aswell device won’t connect to phone, remove device cannot reconnect it as error accepting terms. Remove app reinstall can’t log in.error 500 when trying to go to your website think Fitbit have an issue

@FitbitSupport @MRedmagster Yes the website is down for lots of people, and because it is down the app can't connect and won't work. Checking your dync settings won't help fix the website though.... so save your time.
