    @UberTroy @fitbit It's gotten worse since Google bought them literally are selling them broken and they acknowledge ir and won't fix. I'm thinking a Garmin or galaxy watch next myself. I do enjoy tracking my steps and what not. I think with your new lifestyle you'll enjoy the watch

    @FitbitSupport I have a fitbit versa lite for a couple of years and when on full charge lasts for 3-4 days until 3 days ago when the battery started to drain fast - 2 hrs before its fully drained. I have remove notifications, sych but to no avail. Where do I get help in AK?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport is the absolute worst. Hard to get my steps in when I have to contact them every few hours to have them have me do a reset and contact them later. Loololololo

    @RachieBlossom @FitbitSupport From what I’ve read on the support forums it’s been a known problem for a while and nothing seems to have been done about it. Let’s see how their customer service holds up but I wouldn’t be purchasing again as it stands

    @FitbitSupport I charged my Inspire HR last night and today my active minutes are disappearing off of my device and not showing in the app. I did 2.0 miles in about 33 minutes. At one point I had 12 minutes, it went down to 3, then to 1 and then 0. I went to the community pages

    Hi @FitbitSupport I bought my son Lux and trying to set up his Fitbit under my account but the only options for setup are Ace for kids. Can he not use his Lux in my family account? Help pls. I have a very disappointed child rn. 🙏🏼

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for your reply but no thanks, I already got the song and dance about the replacement policy from some poor customer service guy. You could have just told the truth when I asked and I wouldn't have sent my broken (but clean) device. #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the info and I already saw this but again that doesn't apply to me to have that many floors climbed per day honestly. Before the latest update, it didn't have that issue/bug.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Hope it lasts longer than my Charge 3 I’ve had 3 replacements in 3 years and the latest replacement failed after 10 months and all you offer is a discount - from another unit which will probably fail?? Poor quality poor customer service

    Welp it officially happened today The @fitbit Charge 4 I bought in Nov 2020 (to replace a defunct Alta HR) is broken/has lost its strap connector clips. They (made of relatively cheap plastic) have snapped off *into the strap*. What the heck do I do now, @FitbitSupport ?!

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I’ve just been on holiday & after swimming in the sea, my Fitbit Ionic has totally died. I thought it was water resistant to 50M otherwise I wouldn’t have worn it for swimming. I’ve tried it in rice for 24hrs, still dead. Please help 🙏

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I spoke on live chat this morning as my versa 3 doesn't sync well anymore. I have to do the troubleshooting steps every day almost. The guy said this morning that it shouldn't happen again, but it's not syncing again tonight. Can someone help please?

    @fitbit My wife and I have owned various Fitbit for years, but I just tried to change the band on her Versa and it is without a doubt the worst piece of product engineering I have ever encountered! Who designed this piece of crap? Time to switch to an @Apple watch!

    @FitbitSupport I gave up trying to fix my old charge. So I purchased a charge 4 , 2 months ago (December 2022) the ******** the one side completely broke along with piece from the watch . Do I take it back to Costco or send it to fitbit ? @fitbit really enjoy having it

    @FitbitSupport Hi there! My wife bought a FitBit Sense about a month and half ago and she's having a few issues. 1- The battery doesn't last more than 3 days, and 2- there's some rubber starting to poke out of the back of the watch (I have a picture of the issue).

    @FitbitSupport I just got a new Fitbit sense & not sure if it’s accurate in recording heart rate? Also it’s not recording the floors either? Any help? It’s saying my heart rate is up in the 90’s while at rest & I know it’s not.

    @FitbitSupport The Stress Management value system is far from reliable as its' values change. Ex. A week ago, all my stress values were in the high 90's, now those same values have changed this week. Unreliable. My confidence in all the data is now broken.

    @FitbitSupport So i have a replacement device on the way. Will i get a new charger?? One of the prongs on the charger has retracted. On your forum it seems several ppl have same issue, causing charging probs. Btw, fitbit sense hasn't charged in 2 days!!

    @THEREELBROW @fitbit Fit bits seem so complicated. I have a friend who had a **** time with their customer service. I’ve not been an apple fan either. Gone back and forth a lot. It was cheaper this time and way less trouble than before so I caved.
