    @FitbitSupport Why my fitbit inspire battery gets drained so fast. Yesterday when I slept it was more than 60%and in morning it was just 11%. Earlier never observed it. Please help

    @FitbitSupport Sense constantly shows multiple floors when I have not climbed any stairs or hills, e.g. “5 floors” when I haven’t stepped outside my single level home. Is this a known issue that will be fixed soon? iOS 14.5.1, app 3.41.1.

    @FitbitSupport That doesn't help, as running a sync only temporarily fix this issue. It has happened at least three times already with me only noticing after checking different clocks such as mobile phone (such as the one it syncs), train station signage and traditional clocks.

    @fitbit The only electronic device in the uk where you get to play Jenga by accident and see if it charges. Why do they persist with such a poor system that does not work?

    @FitbitSupport I ended up getting a new fitbit with no help from you guys. 🙃 the least you can do is offer me a year of premium or something for a week of back and forth with no help. Other companies would've offered a new device at this point

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Fitbit provides the WORST customer service. They will not stand by their products, even when there is a known issue.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK my versa 2 isn’t tracking exercise. It does while I’m doing it, but then doesn’t save it. I’ve rebooted twice, disconnected from Bluetooth etc. Help?

    @FitbitSupport No, I think I'll just trash your device and tell everyone to never use the service. Do you really think I haven't been through your "troubleshooting" steps before? Do you think I'd be complaining about it if they worked? Terrible service that can only respond with scripted text

    @SangerNYT I'd be interested in a similar article as today's #Alabama pipeline hack in @nytimes with reference to @FitbitSupport. I've had two terrible experiences with new watches and both were disabled by network interference, either federal or federated. Pricey techno junk.

    @FitbitSupport You don't get it. If your devices or support articles were any good, I wouldn't be needing help getting the device to sync to the phone. Since I do, I can tell everyone they're crap to not have any money wasted on.

    @FitbitSupport Dead Versa 2 with a full battery, less than a year old. Can’t load update, because it’s dead. Called but closed. Message says to check the Help section for hours of service. Help section continually down for maintenance. 🤨

    @FitbitSupport I bought a Fitbit Sense the last week and can’t log into my payment tab to change old credit card. Button not working on mobile or computer. When I called customer service they said that was the only way to get extended warranty. Can you help or may return asap.
