    @FitbitSupport @fitbit It's affecting all services and has been since early this morning! Would have e been nice to receive a heads up rather than have me go through all of the trouble shooting steps multiple times which has now left me unpaired and unable to repair!

    @FitbitSupport It's been hours and the issue continues. It also showed some really disturbing HRV results from last night. I have no idea if that was a real cardiac issue...or just part of this technical problem.

    I tweeted this out so all @fitbit users know there's an issue & I'm sure @FitbitSupport is being slammed w/msgs. Having been on the other side of this, I know they're T/S'g TF out of it to isolate the problem. They'll fix it. They also know it's affecting their subscription svc

    @TracyHornschuch @FitbitSupport They also waited a few hours before acknowledging the issue, meanwhile telling users to do exactly what you did to fix their issues or "We DM'd you" to try to take the convo off of twitter. They tried to hide the issue for as long as possible before posting.

    @FitbitSupport Hello..something is definitely off with my Fitbit Alta .. I am a disciplined active exerciser 6 days a week..and constantly moving; I have RA so not a matter I can debate.. I have a treadmill and Recumbent bike.. Fitbit is not adjusting to calories burned at all..help😵‍💫

    @FitbitSupport Hi @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport my fit bit data is not correlating to my fitbit iPhone app. Could this be a problem with your server being down? I’ve deleted app and updated my iPhone etc but it’s still not resolved the issue.

    @FitbitSupport "A series of unfortunate events": App stops syncing. After troubleshooting, app won't login (can't reach server). After 3 attempts acc is locked. App asks to send email. Email asks to use chat. Chat won't open bc acc is locked. Call CS and heard acc can't be unlocked today...🤦

    @verge I can handle the outage (file under sh*t happens). But @fitbit comms around this has been awful. They routinely hammer our emails with ads but zero comms (aside from the support Twitter page) about a major outage (worse one that makes it look like it’s your device). Unacceptable

    @FitbitSupport Guess this was a bad day to buy a new fitbit Charge 5? As part of the set up it deleted my Charge 4 so now I've got nothing because I can't pair either to my phone. Is there any update?
