Fitbit's are really a piece of ****. I wish I had known earlier. Screen breaks all by itself (literally no way it could have been me) but you cannot replace it. Strap breaks and the only replacement you have is the part that hadn't broke. @fitbit support say it is my fault

@fitbit I purchased my fitbit in 7/21. Now it's not responding or connecting to my app. I spent over $200 for this and now it's useless. You offer me a 35% discount for what? Fitbit is a ripoff! The lifespan is BASURA (garbage). Gonna get Apple. Lifespan longer. SO LONG fitbit!

@FitbitSupport so hub’s fitbit is less than 2 yrs old and green light won’t go so heart rate not being measured. Chatted with fitbit who replaced straps. Problem still happening but Fitbit closed the case without checking if solved! Have rebooted and resynched numerous times.

@FitbitSupport hi my Aria 2 scale says ‘connection error’ after a weigh in. I went into app removed the device then reconnected it to Wi-Fi and it connected to Wi-Fi. Is there another solution?

Hey @FitbitSupport, the HR LEDs on my Ulta stopped working a month ago, I've tried all the reset options, and finally upgraded to a Versa 2. Exact same problem - no LEDs and no changes when I reset or try toggling options. Quite disappointed :/

Hi @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK I’m a little disappointed that after only 3 years that the backlight on my Charge 3 has gotten so dim I can’t even see it in the black on night. All the other functions work okay. Do you have a repair centre that can fix it?

@fitbit no matter how many times I pair/unpair my fit bit,synch or let it run its battery down and start again my versa lite loses time constantly, rendering it useless as a watch. What would you recommend here?

@alysha_lobo @fitbit My experience: I had an afib episode. My charge 5 detected it. i took an ecg on the watch’s app, made de ecg graph and the doctor was able to see that my problem was real. I am glad I change a charge 3 for the 5.
