    @FitbitSupport The problem is that up until this issue with iOS app today my Fitbit held its charge very well. I charged it up to 84% 45 mins ago. It’s now on 63%. I’m doing nothing with it other than wearing it on my wrist. (In fact I removed it for 20 mins whilst I showered just now.)

    @FitbitSupport All of these recent app & server issues over the past several weeks are completely unacceptable. Your issues are going to drive away many of your customers, especially those like me who are “premium” subscribers. Please correct these issues or I’m leaving for something better

    @FitbitSupport Has Elon Musk bought fitbit? An update once in a while would be helpful. I pay for premium and all of my stats have been erased since May of last year. If you don't get this sorted I am going to be needing a refund. This is ridiculous. And you shut down chat????

    @FitbitSupport Happy to report that after about 6 hours downtime, the App is now working again as it should. Would be good to know what the issue was and why it affected me and other iOS App users..

    @fitbit terrible idea getting rid of challenges. 9 year loyal customer will be switching to an apple watch. You are going to go out of business.

    @FitbitSupport yes this glitch has been extremely frustrating please fix it quickly and Fitbit by the way don't end the challenges even if you had to pay to do it that would make more sense a lot of people are not happy with that choice

    @Slowguyfastride @WHOOP @fitbit I'm the same. I'd hope that I could lock it down, turn off all alerts, etc., and keep it as much a regular watch as possible. On that note, Garmin watches don't annoy me at all. I get only a couple of notifications and that's about it. Easily muted totally too.

    @FitbitSupport I had the problem a couple hours ago. Force quit the app in my iPhone and it works now. I tried restarting the phone first but did not work.

    @FitbitSupport Fitbits are garbage. Made the switch to an Apple Watch after owning 2 Fitbits and dealing with their “known issues” and “ awaiting a software upgrade” BS.
