    @lovesnowmen @FitbitSupport They pushed out an update that broke the Versa 2 and made the screen not work. They refuse to fix it and will tell you to purchase a new device. They are the ones who broke the device, very poor business.

    @LincolnW @FitbitSupport I just googled that & that is exactly what happened to mine. The screen was unresponsive, and after trying everything including the factory reset as instructed my Fitbit is now not working at all. That’s unfortunate

    If anyone has been contemplating getting a @FitbitSupport luxe, my review is: DON’T. Had one for like 5 months. Syncing has always been an issue and it won’t sync at all now. At this point my only option is to get a 3rd replacement. 5 months in. Save yourself

    @FitbitSupport Any advice pls for Fitbit that just randomly died. Had 37% battery when it shut down. Now totally lifeless. Obv can’t reset in app or device because it’s fully dead and unresponsive. It’s a versa 2. Any suggestions?

    @FitbitSupport Grr. Brand new FitBit Sense 2 won't hold a charge for even 8 hours when fully charged. Not using anything on it but basic functions and GPS is off. What's the issue? Do I return it?

    @fitbit Seems @fitbit does not have a fix for the 13 update on the Android phones as yet. This has been a problem since the beginning of December for some fitbit users. I have been a user since December 2015. THIS IS NOT A GOOD LOOK FOR YOU, especially at Christmas time.

    @FitbitSupport please reply to my DM ASAP. My partner's Versa 3 has become an expensive paperweight which will not reconnect to his app and only shows the Fitbit icon on screen. I have tried every fix I can find with no result

    @FitbitSupport Thanks as mentioned, it’s fully dead so not responsive to buttons being held down. However your help article says “Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons” and I can’t see any buttons on my Versa2 bar the main side button?

    i've just in trouble I have Pixel Watch and Fitbit inspire 3, but it's couldn't pair both on fitbit app📱 When Pixel Watch's paired Cannot be used to another Fitbit devices. I hope so future updates will improve them💭💭💭 @FitbitSupport @PichaiSunder @madebygoogle

    @FitbitSupport I have a problem with the battery of my Charge 4 2 times the Fitbit was completely dead but when I connected it to the charger it showed a battery of 35% and 42%.

    @fitbit Hi @fitbit like I stated I’ve had multiple Fitbit’s so I know how to restart and factory restart a Fitbit. **** still don’t work. #fitbit still says null on my HR monitor

    @FitbitSupport No it doesn't and now I can't read what's on the screen after a factory reset. I just restarted my versa 3 times as your moderator adviced. I've already contacted support but this is just crazy. If you had reports of this, why update other devices and not fix it 1st?!

    @FitbitSupport No one contacted me re the sync issue with Fold and Flip devices running Android 13. Only what appears to be a bot here providing automated responses. That's a disgrace for a company like fitbit. Please get your act together and figure out what's going on @FitbitSupport @fitbit
