    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit Charge 3 won't sync. I'm I'm using iPhone. I removed Fitbit from bluetooth devices. Restarted Fitbit. Now Fitbit won't appear under Bluetooth devices. Reinstalled Fitbit app too. Can't afford to lose several weeks of data. HELP!

    Hi @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport please can you help? My Fitbit Versa keeps freezing on different screens even if no buttons have been pushed. I have to hold down all buttons to turn it off. The battery is not even lasting 48hrs. I've checked the OS & the app says it's up to date.

    @FitbitSupport I have checked my email. and this is what I had .We’re sorry to hear about your band issue. See s/warranty to determine if the issue qualifies for a band replacement. If you don’t qualify for a band replacement, please visit fitbit to view options for purchasing a new band.

    @FitbitSupport I have a new Fitbit sense, an iPhone 11 and sense controls does not work consistently, followed all the help, deleted and downloaded several times, all notifications are on? Thinking of sending it back? Can you help?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport I’m so disappointed and dissatisfied. You pay over 250$ for a watch that last just over a year and then they don’t help even if there clearly is a defect with the item. Will be spending my money elsewhere

    Thanks to the rep that told us to get an extended warranty though. This is our 3rd @fitbit that has broken just out of regular warranty. Hope we can actually use it.

    Its been around 2 months since I first reported issue with @fitbit Sense smartwatch (of intermittent restarts) with @FitbitIN and @FitbitSupport. Since then they haven't initiatited resolution process. Has anyone ever seen such a slow customer support ever?

    @FitbitSupport Hi After trying to restart my divice with help from support spoke to your customer care executive Nala today , she claimed expiry of warranty which is ok . Am i to understand nothing can be done about the device now and it's redundant or something can still be done

    @FitbitSupport Yeah this a script you read to not admit you guys are selling broken sense and versa 3's. I have already talked to support. They acknowledged that there is a problem and day they are trying to fix it but no updates to date have. Waste of money.

    @FitbitSupport please help! 2 month old nspire 2 stopped syncing, followed all advice (remove from Bluetooth, reinstall, restart device, update app, etc.) Now it won't even pair with Bluetooth - lots of people on the forums have same issue! #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I'm so frustrated that ONCE AGAIN my screen seems to be going out on the Charge 3. This problem seems to happen to many users. my "normal" setting is barely visible - not visible at all outside, esp in sun. This is on normal or auto. Dim is black.

    @FitbitSupport contacted fitbit and did a live chat. Got a broken fitbit and it is only 10 months and was told it wouldnt be replaced...as a customer is fitbit not responsible for the manufacturer warranty due to it only being less than a yr old.

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit is barely a year old and the screen is no longer working, the battery life is also shorter. I am not the only one with this problem, my sister in law also bought a Fitbit at the same time, her Fitbit is also doing the same thing! I don’t want to buy a Fitbit every year.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks @FitbitSupport for letting me know that although outside of warranty and your company has no fox for the 1000s of users with this problem...we get a 35% discount on buying more of your products LOL
