@FitbitSupport Seriously... time to go with another company. Technical issues happen but there is no excuse for garbage customer service. Maybe they thought no one would notice that their devices wouldn’t synch because it’s so common to begin with.

@FitbitSupport Lousy lousy service. I just bought a fitbit sense and I am unable to register it. I wore chinese brands before and this kind of problem NEVER happened. So it's true that chinese products are becoming better than yours ?!

@FitbitSupport Since your website said nothing about an outage, I went through the whole troubleshooting routine. Now I'm logged out and can't get back in. Gonna cancel premium and my next smart watch won't be fitbit. Lack of communication is a showstopper for me.

@fitbit @FitbitSupport My family gave me FitBit Versa 2 for Xmas 2019. I’ve worn it most days since. This week, a couple months outside the one-year warranty, it literally fell apart with the screen hanging on by a wire. FitBit said too bad but we will discount a new one. No thx.

@adamwbb @FitbitSupport I think they generally need to overhaul how errors of this nature are reported to users. The app was giving me the distinct impression that the problem was with either my phone or device to the point where I wasted time rebooting and reinstalling a bunch of things.
