    Soooooo checked my Fitbit location to see if it made it to the place it’s suppose to. Sent out last Saturday-told Tuesday delivery, moved to this Saturday, as of today it’s not Tuesday delivery. Sooo still Fitbit-less. Spent $350 & worst experience. @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport No, it doesn’t vibrate and doesn’t turn on when plugged in. I replaced my old charge 3 because the screen died after about 2 years. It is not a screen issue. the battery only lasted a couple of days too even when charged. I’ll DM now

    @FitbitSupport hi! I bought a new Charge 4 a few weeks ago to replace a broken Charge 3 but the battery life is dreadful. It also was on charge all last night but won’t even turn on. It’s clearly faulty. How can I exchange please?

    @FitbitSupport Since upgrading my tracking software at the app’s continued insistence my heart rate monitor is wildly inaccurate. It’s gone from giving me an accurate snapshot of my workouts to being wrong by about 50% or more. Fix please?

    @fitbit Yes. The process is convoluted and rubbish. Go buy a Withings scale and compare. Then cry about how terrible the aria is.

    @FitbitSupport I did try most of the battery life enhancing tips, before I sought help. Nothing seems to work. I use cable that came with the product. As the product and its accessory are in good condition, with no visible scratch or any damage.

    @FitbitSupport extremely disappointed in your customer service. A small piece that holds my band down cracked and broke (not due to user error) and @fitbit will not replace, instead requiring that I cover the cost despite being a clear defect. Extremely disappointed
