phil webb (@philwebb5) reported from Kenilworth, England@fitbit I bought 2 Fitbit versa 3 watch’s at Christmas one went wrong on the 15th March 2021 and Fitbit will do nothing to help now 6 months on they are waiting for the guarantee to run out, I have done everything they have asked, I can now only advise do not buy a Fitbit watch
