    I've heard a lot how terrible @fitbit customer support is, but it's worse than the hype. A friend w/heart issues needed her device to monitor her heartrate when training. Her battery died after slightly more than a year, and @FitbitSupport said batteries can't be replaced ... (1)

    @cromaretail assured us for any service issue to contact them & they will help resolve My @fitbit sense watch was not charging ( just 3 months old) & they refused to support & asked us to contact @FitbitSupport directly! Pls don’t buy from #Croma , their Service support Stinks!

    @FitbitSupport A rep took care of it, said a return label will be sent. Issue:wife’s Fitbit battery died extremely fast (rep verified 2 weeks ago) said to wait on an update. Believe it’s tied to GPS lock; goes from 100% to 0% in 10 min. Done waiting, just want a new watch sent to her.

    @FitbitSupport With reference to my earlier Tweet, I submitted my complaint to the centre in Muscat and they refuse to replace it as its outside warranty, missing it by few months. Also they are not sure if it can be repaired. I request you to kindly help Serial Number- SPF2NNRV3

    @FitbitSupport Just had an email to say my case is now closed and asking me to do a survey, nothings been resolved and I’ve waited over 2 weeks for them to just close my case, great help!!!

    It gets worse! She got an email saying that after she returns the device, it will take 10 days for @Fitbit to send a replacement. So 2 weeks before she'd get it, even though she sent a pic proving the device arrived broken. @Fitbit, why do you punish customers for your mistakes?

    @FitbitSupport I have just had the face of my Versa 3 pop out of the base. Luckily the screen is still working, so it looks like it may be a problem with the glue. Do you know how I can get this looked into? I attempted to push it back in, but it popped out again.

    @stoner253420 @fitbit I'm interested in Bigfoot. While backpacking here in our Mountains I would All most say that I saw one. I hadn't even smoked a joint at that point. But I set down on a log and lite one after that.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I purchased Fitbit Versa 3 from Sharaf DG Muscat in March, 2021. Last week it started giving me burning rashes on my wrist and then it suddenly stopped working. I tried re-charging but it didn't help, instead it became so so hot that I had to unplug it.

    Day 106 since @fitbit recalled my #Ionic and promised me a #refund of $ 329 USD. Still waiting. No more answers from @FitbitSupport or the management (cc @parkjames ). Customer service is as bad as their trackers these days #FitbitIonicRefundPending

    I did returned it and … it has been 3 months and no money received so far. I called @fitbit several times asking for an update and … nothing. The issue has been escalated … people dealing with escalated issues must be very busy. Very disappointing.

    @FitbitSupport You're not sorry. You spout the same unhelpful nonsense! I've called the helpline at least 4 times and no one could tell me anything. "Allison" said the help was misleading re: time to get the refund. WHAT THE HELL?!

    I know it’s a first world problem, but the fact that @fitbit doesn’t support rotating rosters, nor mid week starts for the work week (last week was Thursday, this coming week is Tuesday) means it doesn’t think I’m meeting my fitness goals EVEN THOUGH I EXCEED MY STEPS EVERY DAY

    I am convinced @fitbit is heading in the wrong direction. Twice now the device has shut down and Support says sorry warranty is up then offer a discount towards another Fitbit! Now why would I continue with Fitbit? Twice is too many times for me: @applewatchology am coming

    I was very happy and promoting @fitbit to my friends until I had a problem in Jan’22. It took @FitbitSupport 3 months to give me a solution. Then they said there was a problem with my device, asked me to retuned it and I would get my money back …

    @FitbitSupport Why do you adopt double standards to resolve exactly similar issues. My ionic recall refund amount got reversed as my paypal account was not ready. You are asking me to contact a phone in London and not resolving the issue through email. What support is this?
