    @FitbitSupport I have a Charge 3 that wouldn’t sync. After I let it sit for a few weeks it then just went dead, and never turned back on. I’ve tried everything!!! Please help!

    @FitbitSupport I bought an Inspire 2 as a gift for Xmas and the screen isn't working. Contacted support on Sunday and someone was meant to get in touch on Monday. Still waiting as apparently the issue is 'higher up'. What does that even mean? And when will my watch work?

    @FitbitSupport, your agent Sara F. Was extremely rude to me today regarding customer service for my moms broken Versa 2. Bad enough your product is no good, shouldn’t have to tolerate bad attitudes from customer service.

    @FitbitSupport is it just me or is anyone else having a horrible experience with fitbit trackers. This is my 4th tracker in less than 3 years. I had the fitbit ionic Adidas.. in less than two years had to be replaced twice under warranty. The 2nd was bad again within months

    @Leftyguitar1963 @FitbitSupport You might also find that your band and device have a gap in between the top and bottom. This is a quality control issue. But Fitbit are not concerned about this.

    @musicgamer460 @fitbit I switched from Fitbit to a Garmin watch about a year ago and have been very happy with it. (Can't speak to customer service issue b/c I've had no problems.) I didn't have the issues with Fitbit you've had, but I wasn't crazy about it either.

    @FitbitSupport my charge 2 is no longer holding its battery charge. It’s a couple of years old. I have tried all suggestions to rectify the issue, but I’m still getting 2 days out of it? Can you help please ?

    @fitbit before pushing out marketing emails to the customers please improve your customer service team. Most unhelpful customer service I have ever seen , I am sorry to say! I have been trying to make them understand my issue but no luck . #38953362

    hey @FitbitSupport i just did 55 minutes of pilates, i’m dripping sweat, had my watch logging the workout as i did it, and it says i have 0 active minutes for the day? is this for real???? i just busted my ***! this has been an ongoing issue for pilates/barre/yoga, do something!

    @FitbitSupport Only to ask for details you already have, still no help whatsoever. You have my email address, the order number, the address to which it was delivered so why the delay tactics? The decent thing for you to do right now is have a courier pick the unwanted item up and issue a refund

    @FitbitSupport hey fitbit, my device should still continue working longer than 2 years correct? Mine no longer will even hold a charge and has lines through the screen. I've tried all the trouble shooting and updates offered, nothing works. Please replace.

    @FitbitSupport Is there an issue with the app this morning? I could not sync up my device, and now that I am trying to set up the device again, it is not working. I'm not near another device, my One is charged to 95%, and it is on.

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Fitbit sense and I can't seem to do the ECG check. Despite being in the UK and it being approved here it's telling me it's not available in my country. It's been set to UK and now automatic but still not working. Any thoughts? Thanks

    @FitbitSupport I tried factory resetting my Versa Lite. Since then it's giving me 'Data Not cleared Sync & try Again' error every time I try setting up. Please help, been struggling for 3 weeks now.

    so I've had two Fitbits over the last two years....both of which have now proven to be faulty in some way..... this is really eroding my confidence in @fitbit and their products (not to mention they have terrible customer service)

    @FitbitSupport my charge 4 GPS seems to have stopped tracking activities with GPS. It tracks distance, HR etc but no GPS data -no map in activity history and tried exporting the .tcx file to Strava but couldn’t as file was empty. Removed Strava, added again, issue still there.
