    @awalmartparking @FitbitSupport @googlehealth When Google changed so much of the original Fitbit app i just switched to an apple watch, which doesnt mean their app is better its trash but at least its synced to my phone :/ RIP FitBit app

    @Google @FitbitSupport Why do you need to make my life difficult? Can you both stop pointing at each other and help? We can't upgrade his child account in Fitbit app under our family group? And he gets a 403 forbidden error on the Google store when he tries to login?

    @FitbitSupport I have a Charge 6 and the screen is blank. Only had it since Christmas 2024. App has been deleted and restored. Can you please help?

    Disappointed in @fitbit app. Trying to update food plan & keeps saying the website is down for maintenance. Others having some problem, no solution in sight. Support was useless. Probably time to switch to @Garmin or other product.

    Quelle surprise! My @FitbitSupport is just past the 2 year warranty period and it suddenly crashes and i can’t now see the screen! This is the third one i have had this happen with 🤯🔫 @googlehealth **** product you’ve bought when it doesn’t last. I’ve bought 3 in 6 years and won’t be buying any more! Time for a new more durable fitness tracker. #fitbitisshit Don’t waste your money

    @FitbitSupport The new Fitbit app is terrible. I woke up this morning to discover my Fitbit app was updated. My Fitbit is now useless. Bloated piece of software crap. Goodbye #Fitbit, #Google ruin what I bought from you. Normal people don't have hours to relearn your app.

    @dfteach @FitbitSupport @googlehealth I have a fitbit, and I have had nothing but trouble since Google got involved. Now my fitbit reads one thing, and the app has a number almost double what the device says.

    @FitbitSupport Look, I'm poor and can't afford to upgrade my Inspire 2 and OS 12 Android. But I would appreciate it the app didn't delete my water intake after I type it in!

    @FitbitSupport hello, I purchased a new sense 2 this week and I have tried all the troubleshooting ways to get WhatsApp notifications to come through and I’m having no luck. There is nothing there under apps in notifications to allow me to select WhatsApp. Can you help please?

    Versa 2 got shut down by water in a swimming pool of maximum depth 1.5 mts. Previously it worked perfectly in and after the swimming pool. Not in warranty. How can I get it repaired? @FitbitSupport @FitbitDev @IndiaFitbit

    @Und3DraKe fr. i tells me to do 10k steps daily, but i'm doing 5k-8k steps and it's like, "you didn't reach your 10k goal, bad. you also did too many steps, bad." which is it, @fitbit?

    @FitbitSupport your new @googlehealth app is absolute trash. Time to trade in my pixel phone and pixel watch 4 and just get an iPhone and Apple watch. Just a terrible redesign. Looks like a first grader did the UI #

    @FitbitSupport your watches are junk, just stopped charging. Cleaned the charger, swapped sources and restarted. Still nothing. Threw it out. Total garbage.

    @FitbitSupport @Google I’m a Fitbit Premium customer. I can’t migrate my acc. 'cuz a deleted child account is stuck in 'pending deletion.' No support no human no fix! Please escalate. I need the family link removed so I can access the service I’m paying for.

    Whatever @FitbitSupport @fitbit did with that last update, the pixel watch is now trash. Most features don't work anymore. Im tired of being told to do ANOTHER reset!

    @southlondonphil @googlehealth @FitbitSupport My charge 6 wasn’t able to sync after the changeover. Support told me to return it since it was under warranty. Waited over a week for the replacement to arrive and when it did it wouldn’t sync either! Problem was finally fixed by someone in support who knew what they were doing.

    @Google just passed $4T in market cap. This week @Fitbit rolled out new sleep tracking and it's a complete jackass disaster. The old one I thought worked well. Now, the watch tells me one score, the app a different one, and apparently if you ever wakeup at all in the night you cannot have had great sleep (which is complete BS). Yes I know I already griped about this but here is today's new spin: if you are scoring things, and your scores whipsaw all over the place and are just pulled out of your ***, please just ***. Can I just get the data from the watch myself? next up, on @Apple I could and did, BUT the problem is those idiots admitted their monitoring of deep was not accurate because it would have taken too much battery to be correct. *** to them too!! #everythingisbroken

    @FitbitSupport I've just been told by your support team you can't help me log in because I had an old account registered? He couldn't remove my old one. He wouldn't pass the call. So what now? I just return the device because I can't login? Really disappointed

    @FitbitSupport I’m not paying for Fitbit premium to have Google garbage. Thanks so much for selling out. It looks like utter trash now. I will probably be canceling my paid subscription.

    The service from @FitbitSupport is horrific. I got a woman called Jona guessing from the Phillipines who has absolutely no idea what she is doing or how to behave to someone. I can’t synch my charge 6 to the disastrous new app. Never had an issue before. She even pretended she couldn’t hear me but then could when I said I want to speak to a manager then claimed she will call me straight back and hasn’t!!! What on earth? I pay good money Fitbit and premium membership.

    @FitbitSupport disappointed when I get a new watch and support keeps telling me that they know of the issue and are working hard looking into it. It has been months. Isn't it false advertising stating you have voice assistant and voice text on a watch then dont allow it?

    I'm about to throw my @fitbit Charge 5 in the trash. Some time after Google took over, the App just launches to a blank screen half the time until I reinstall or clear cache/data. Are there any good alternatives I should consider?
