    Hi @gsmarena_com your @fitbit Sense2 Versa4 and Inspire3 review is Garbage5. Your readers take you seriously and don’t know reviews are all about quid pro quo? Otherwise Fitbit products suck and are trash.

    @fitbit A fair warning…think twice before buying a Fitbit. Recall on lots of its watches, very poor customer service plus waiting 5 for a refund with no feedback from their support! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

    @MyFitnessPal you have to be a premium subscriber for the use of the barcode feature? That's pathetic. I've been a long term member and have NO problem paying for a useful product. But I don't give a damn about macro and micro whatever TF. @fitbit has the barcode 4 free

    @FitbitSupport Straps were broken, when I have received them. I requested for a replacement, even after receiving replacement they were not in a good shape.

    Its a bad decision to have a @fitbit in india, no proper customer support, no repair centre. Any issues you face, the only option is to throw it off.

    So my fitbit suddenly stopped working, @FitbitSupport investigated and kindly offered a discount on a new device. Ok I'd have rather they fix it but that's better then nothing, Oh well actually it is nothing - the discount is the same as the current offer so I have nothing.

    @fitbit so after waiting for 6 months for the firmware to fix the battery, then syncing issue I now have a fitness tracker that doesn't count calories with no fix from tech support. At what point can get a working watch?

    @FitbitSupport please can you sort my issue? I ordered a Fitbit from your store nearly 4 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it! Last updated tracking shows somewhere in England on the 04th Aug!!! I contacted @parcelforce and they have said to contact yourselves again.
