    @libertypeg Yes and I’ve been in contact with @FitbitSupport about the issue; they’ve stated that they will “open a case”. I can’t continue wearing this thing for a “case”; I asked for a refund and received no response. I’m looking for a new fitness tracker now.

    Hey @fitbit , @FitbitSupport & @Google getting rid of challenges is a terrible idea, it's the only thing keeping me in the Fitbit echo system. Also responding to everyone complaining about it with the same canned reply about hearing our frustrations isn't at all believable

    @FitbitSupport So what is being done to correct this terrible mistake? Is the change being rescinded? These are basic features that customers use to stay motivated, which is the ENTIRE point of paying fitbit money. Without it, we could just walk around on our own. Planning on canceling

    Hey @FitbitSupport , I’ve had a Fitbit before it was a thing and I will cancel my subscription if you take away the only reason people keep using you. I have an Apple Watch and a Sense, only one keeps me connected with friends doing the challenges. Bad move

    @fitbit Except you never asked your customers and are getting terrible feedback now, after the fact. Doing something other than copying and pasting the same reply to every negative post might be a better look.

    @kielderlass @FitbitSupport My charge 5 worked for 13 month only and had the same issue. There quality is very bad and there customer service is very poor.

    @FitbitSupport why can't you just make an app that WORKS?! Months & months with broken food tracker. Now that's fixed(ish), I can't add any manual exercise. Adds then just deletes itself. Such a disappointment, loved Fitbit for years but the app is just so poor I give up.

    Any other @fitbit users switching to a different tracker since #fitbit announced they are getting rid of the challenges and basically anything that made it worth having a Fitbit? Bad marketing move or what? I won’t be buying another. I’ll also be switching

    @mtdewmomma @fitbit I agree it's a great motivational tool. It's going to be a great loss to the fitbit platform. Challenges are what I'm here for being a fitbit customer since 2014 left came back now they want to change things. It's not broken. no need to fix it.

    @FitbitSupport Hi there! I have a Fitbit charge 5 I hvnt charged for a couple of days after the batt run down. I got it charged today but I’m noticing I can’t log into my account on the fon app. Tried resetting my password multiple times without any success. Can anyone help pls?

    @fitbit terrible decision to remove challenges and adventures in March. Having seen customer feedback, no one seems happy about this. Hope you come up with similar alternatives

    @FitbitUK @FitbitSupport @Google - Utterly terrible idea to remove a major USP for the brand I’ve been loyal to and advocated for years. Terrible service to customers who have recently bought or replaced a device with this in mind. Short notice, no indication of a replacement.
