    @FitbitSupport Thanks! Had my fitbit versa for 3 years, still going strong 💪 I look after it though so maybe that's why 👍✅ The app works most of the time but things happen, best thing to do to let the engineers fix it and do something else rather than get angry 🌿

    @FitbitSupport WHAT is going on? I CANNOT get into my account. SO, I've changed my PW ... FIVE TIMES NOW ... I find out your entire SERVER is down! HERE's a suggestion ... WHEN this happens PUT AN ALERT UP! NOW, I have NO idea if my Acct will work after you fix the Server!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport My family gave me FitBit Versa 2 for Xmas 2019. I’ve worn it most days since. This week, a couple months outside the one-year warranty, it literally fell apart with the screen hanging on by a wire. FitBit said too bad but we will discount a new one. No thx.

    @FitbitSupport @samquentin1 The fixes you gave have not worked. I participate in many fitness challenges and bank on my watch to reflect my workout. How long will it take to fix this? Can you please give us a timeline?

    @FitbitSupport Lousy lousy service. I just bought a fitbit sense and I am unable to register it. I wore chinese brands before and this kind of problem NEVER happened. So it's true that chinese products are becoming better than yours ?!

    @FitbitSupport Definitely thought it was my device and went through the full gambit of Forgetting Device, Unpairing, etc, BECAUSE THERE'S NO BANNER ON THE WEBSITE STATING YOU'RE EXPERIENCING AN OUTAGE. That would be very helpful, Support Team.

    @FitbitSupport Really not satisfied that Fitbit didn't send a notice out that it was a server issue. That would've saved me much time and frustration trying to fix my Sense, phone & app!

    @FitbitSupport Since your website said nothing about an outage, I went through the whole troubleshooting routine. Now I'm logged out and can't get back in. Gonna cancel premium and my next smart watch won't be fitbit. Lack of communication is a showstopper for me.
