    My @FitbitSupport Charge 5 is broken after 6 months. Even after using the water lock feature it won’t turn back on after swimming. Non stop vibrations from the moment I plugged it in! What a bad company!

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Hi, I own a Charge 5 showing a black screen. If i try restarting it via the charging cable the Fitbit shows a logo screen but goes straight back to a black screen. Can you please help as i have not had the device for long?

    @fitbit Good evening I have been a customer for your brand for nearly 5 years My Fitbit charge 5 has unfortunately died and not working after only having had it replaced earlier this year 😥 I have just got off the phone with one of your American colleague.

    @fitbit @lisamarieheslop You knew the number of watches you needed to recall AND YOU made the claim the process world be 3 to 6 wks. Now it’s closer to 3 to 6 months for the process. How could you have so underestimated the timeframe? Do you have a cash flow problem, or is it just incompetence?

    @fitbit Not sure how to DM you, but it does this periodically. It will tell me a bigger number throughout the day and then later it will go back down. I'm wondering if it adds up my days and gives me a week total and then fixes back to daily.

    @FitbitSupport They were proactive, and contacted me and offered to help. Actually, it would probably do more good for you to contact @FedEx first. I’ve been in frequent contact with you, and it hasn’t gotten us very far.

    My son has @fitbit ace 3 and after you setting a countdown or a timer, once you leave that screen and go back to it, it resets and the timer has been cancelled? Can you help? You should be able to check other things while a timer has been set and go back to it? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit gave me an offer in the app for premium that Said that i was going to get free months. I used the offer but they charged me immediatly. Now they tell me they cant help me with a refund! full scam company. Dont take sny offers from fitbit!

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit records my distance when i run but not when I am on a bicycle/bike. Please help to correct the issue..the distance on mone always remain 0
