I use @fitbit Flex 2 only for its silent alarm. It wakes me in the morning, not everyone in the house. I rarely sync it (which is buggy). Today I synced & saw on the website the company became part of @Google on 14 Jan. I was surprised. They never tweeted about it!

@fitbit I have been corresponding with your support team and have still not had a further update from a week ago! My versa lite has stopped syncing, therefore unable to use. The initial advice offered did not resolve the issue and my response has not been acknowledged.

@FitbitSupport I’ve already been through the Chat help twice, each time getting new suggestions for how to fix it. I now have to wait until my workout tomorrow to see if it works. I wish Fitbit would just realize it was the update that messed things up.

@SeanMichaelSmif @FitbitSupport Mine seems to be asleep. It will keep me around 94 despite an intense workout, and then 20-30 minutes into the workout it suddenly jumps to 140+. But if it ever drops back down, it stays there.
