    @FitbitSupport 3. COPPA specifically allows for parental consent override or with 30 minutes of coding you could treat the data like you do with the Ace devices. This is problem of laziness and one (if you actually read your community boards) people have been complaining about for years.

    @FitbitSupport another day another issue. No heartrate graphs since Wednesday. Its tracking my HR, shoes exercise HR. I can see my live HR on the app and syncing everything else is fine but no graph since Wednesday. Any ideas? I've tried the usual restarts etc.

    @jwijnings @FitbitSupport My battery, less than 5 months old drains 100 % within 2 hrs. Is this due to the outage or the battery itself?

    @FitbitSupport Restarting doesn’t help, unfortunately! The display keeps showing the fitbit logo for +/- 10 seconds, then goes dark for 10 +/- seconds, then shows the logo again, etc. It has been doing this for an hr since I charged it after the battery had died.

    @FitbitSupport my app is not working, its the latest update,version, phone is upto date, its version 12 android. I have followed all support steps & chat, now been told it will take another week for me to get some form of response. Really not happy as I can't use it at all!

    Anyone else's #fitbitsense quickly deplete its battery after the last firmware update and die? I'm unable to get it to charge and @FitbitSupport only gave me really basic troubleshooting steps with no resolution. $330 for a watch that can't even last 2 years is a terrible value.

    @fitbit I just wish you would do your job and give customers our money back from the Ionic Recall! I was supposed to get my refund withing 4-6 weeks, and it's week 12 now... No money or updates! The worst decision I've ever made was to purchase another device from them! #wheresmymoney

    @fitbit I have a Fitbit luxe. When I edit a workout to shorten the duration, the calories are not automatically adjusted down. Why not? How do I fix this please? I’ve tried the forum & others have also asked this but no reply! Thanks for your help.

    @FitbitSupport I'm having a problem with my app today. It is synching with my Charge 4 but if I try to look at the data in the app (eg. Exercise, heart rate etc) I just get get circles going round. Is there a problem today?

    @fitbit More time wasted with @FitbitSupport answering questions— fool me twice, I guess—just to have them ignore my request and restate their return policy. I was paying $10/month for premium on a watch that hasn’t worked. $150 to break in 7 months is amazingly bad.
