My spo2 hasn't been working for days, and I have to keep force stopping the app because I get a blank page in the morning and have to start it back up. Im a paid subscriber, and I shouldn't have these problems. Help

There is an impacted Ionic on my account, I provide the ref number, then says it's not connected.

Ankit Srivastava (@ankit_0202) reported@FitbitSupport can u help?? As Fitbit is now part of google only and the issue is reg google pixel 2 watch. @consumerforum_ , FYI we are observing products by google and Fitbit, that can burn hands due to heat generated by inbuilt sensors.

Shashank (@joinshashank) reported@fitbit one of the worst electronic gadgets i have used and lost. Claims 50m water resistant, when swimming it stopped. Waste of hard earned money and emotions. Why have you given a swimming tracker? So that it stops and customer should by new one???
