Tech support confirmed it wasn't a simple issue, said to get in touch with warranty department. Warranty department says our 1-year warranty doesn't cover it. Bought it June 5, 2020.

In my experience,@Fitbit always sent device and then asked for customer to return..Looks like they stopped trusting customers. Not trusting customers is bad strategy. Costco Vs Bestbuy. Its hard. Waste of money

It was agreed that a replacement would be sent, I received an email for order received on the 29th April. Chased a couple of times, trackers says it is still in germany!

Go to linked accounts sign into Fitbit select items to share and the get server error which goes to invalid certificate.
