    @FitbitSupport As others have said, there’s clearly an issue your end. For information, it’s also not synced my run to my Strava as it would usually.

    @james_crichton @FitbitSupport Same problem. Sense wouldn't sync, so I removed the device and am having the same issue. I've restarted the sense, I've rebooted my phone, I've cut the bluetooth off and on...nothing has worked!!!

    @FitbitSupport Your call center is an embarrassment. On hold for 37 minutes so far, no update on wait time, no option to have a call back. This is pathetic, your service is garbage
