    @ShaunStent @TheNameIsIsh @FitbitSupport Same thing happened when I tried to help my mom with hers. Did you deal with them directly or through a store you got it from? I ended up having to deal with the store and they gave me a new one because the old one was "destroyed" at the fitbit place+they just never followed up

    @fitbit he has contacted this number several times and nobody can help other than say refund was approved on 22 June. A delay is one thing but this is now double the time it should have taken. He is contacting consumer advice at present as to how to proceed from here.

    Absolutely terrible customer service from @fitbit as part of the Ionic recall, I’ve been waiting over 8 weeks for a refund when I was promised 3-6 weeks. Just called their dedicated recall team and all they could say was my refund was ‘processing’ but no date when I will be paid!

    Honestly though I'm kind of impressed with @fitbit for this. I would have expected it to chirp at me about getting my exercise in at all costs and today is exactly the kind of day that gets me into trouble from pushing myself when I shouldn't. I needed this reminder.

    @fitbit Was just a bad update... it happens... but wish there had been notice on the app or email before panic set in thinking something was wrong with me. I already sleep like crap. Last thing I want to see is that my breathing stopped.

    @FitbitSupport I sent a video on Monday, the issue is the strap continously detaches from the device including falling off when I sleep. I've had to switch to the plastic strap. I bought the luxe for the jewellery style but now unusable like that. I should have stuck with the HR I was using

    How can anyone be so religious to update their weight, what they ate, drank and what exercises they did?? Every minute of the day, 16 hours and yes, I've had trouble with my tracking and connecting to @fitbit and @Garmin...

    @evalantsoght @fitbit Dr Eva I can help you with that. A majority of us are now entering our 6 month of waiting. Fitbit will do noting to help us, only tell us to wait longer. I have reported them to the FTC, BBB and Consumer Product Safety Commission. It appears they are ignoring those also.

    DAMNIT! I've been trying to find a GOOD smartwatch for my 8 year old. Can't use Wear cause @madebygoogle blocks family link accounts... Bought him a Fitbit Versa 3 and it looks like @fitbit / Google blocks that as well. WTF Google? Are you trying to not compete in this market?

    @catladyactivist @fitbit I didn’t want to hijack your thread, but if that’s how you feel, I’ll add that I finally pitched my Aria scale in the trash because they weren’t addressing the issue that causes the scales to turn themselves on repeatedly until the batteries die!

    @FitbitSupport That would be the one. I found a lot of other people upset too on firbit community. It is the first thing I do when I wake up for years now since it helped me get checked and treated for sleep apnea, but I still rely on it to tell me what's going on in my sleep to help treatment

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a new device, set up account, connected device, but now says my password not recognised anywhere so can't connect to other services nor chabgempassword within the app?! Also means I can't login via web browser either?!?! Shocking start! Help!
