@FitbitSupport My grandmas FitBit account seems to be locked. There was an unrecognized password change back in November in their email inbox. We can’t seem to change the password now, either. It appears that I can’t do a live chat without signing into the locked account. Help!

@daniellesimps27 @FitbitSupport This is the second time mine fails just out of warranty. And they don't help although I take really good care of my fitbit, dont get it wet and dont over charge it. You should check their website on this issue.

@FitbitSupport Just found your reply. Already deleted @Pandora. Getting @Spotify set-up. Long time customer at both 🎶 sites. The problem was with your download not having the last 2 Versa and products on it. The HP app would not recognize the Versa 3. I want the data back Pandora gobbled up.

The clock face of my @fitbit Sense has just kinda popped off and even though I've tried to push it back in, I can see it's not 100% secure, like wtf. Such an expensive watch and I'm too paranoid to wear it now, I know one clumsy knock from me and it'll be gone.

Bought a @fitbit May last year and it has never worked. I have spoken to customer support multiple times they just say it's a known problem they're trying to fix but don't know when it will be fixed. Nearly a yr later, they are refusing to refund or replace. Don't buy Fitbit...

@fitbit please fix your app. There are issues with logging things and the app is having trouble connecting to my watch. Yes, I've done everything by restarting my phone, the watch, disconnecting Bluetooth, setting the device up again from start. So it's YOU, not me lol.

@FitbitSupport I just remembered I have a small (wimpy) HP Windows 10 laptop I bought for my weather station, that didn't work very well. Will get that out of storage, booted up, and get the Fitbit Connect running. Thanks for your help. Will let you know within the hour (hopefully) if it works.
