Fitbit products are unreliable and consistently have battery problems! Every 10 months I end up having a battery problem with NEW FITBITS. Now @fitbit wants me to buy yet a 4th item from their product line. I'll be looking for another brand to use! #ARipOff

Dear @fitbit, the alarm functionality is soooo bad on the Charge 5. You took the very best thing about the charge 2 and ruined it, basically rendering the feature useless on the charge 5.

@FitbitSupport my Versa 2 is operating like a lemon car. A few days ago, I had trouble syncing it (fixed). During that time, my free premium trial got cut off (in progress). And now the GPS won't connect from my phone and watch face uninstalled on its own. I had a full signal too

@FitbitSupport can I get some help. I sold my fitbit and forgot I had a pin in. The person tried putting in a pin but got it wrong 10 times so it asked to unlock with phone. The problem is I removed it from my phone. Is there another way to fix this?

Why can't I set time in my @fitbit device? I can only select time zone. My cell, laptop, etc show a different time and fitbit shows a different time. I prefer to sync it to the minute (if not seconds). Isn't this a basic feature? Help articles only show how to change zone.

@FitbitSupport I paid for my premium subscription, but the app won’t let me access the content. Your customer service dept is a joke. Should be an easy fix, but I’m forced to sit and wait while you guys “escalate” the issue. Fix it. It shouldn’t be that hard to force your end to accept my info.

@emmasonsmommy @fitbit That's terrible. I'm not a big believer in them... my wife's fitbits always seem to die at the end of the warranty period. Probably better off with a five dollar pedometer.

@FITBITSUPPORT WOW! Have been a fitbit user for 10 years and prob bought ten devices. Screen died - out of warranty but it is a very common problem on Charge 3. Fitbit offered me a 35% discount - great! but only applicable to old technology. I'm done. #fitbitsucks

@fitbit hi guys. I think I'm out. This is my fourth Fitbit in two years. This newest one won't turn on when I turn my wrist, when I tap it, when I hold the button down. I can see it's still registered on the app So i can use my phone to see my steps, by thats not the thing right?
