    @fitbit I would have considered buying Fitbit Sense if it hadn't been for that slow menu. Oximeter must work without exercise, by itself. if that were fixed, I would buy one

    @FitbitSupport I have two problems maybe related. First no data is showing up in Sleeping Heart Rate graph in sleep restoration. The second is often the resting heart rate on the Home Screen shows a broken heart even though my Charge4 is reading my heart rate

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit I have a Charge 2 and the screen has gone blank. I've followed the usual advice of holding the button to reset but still not working. Is it true that you've designed this watch so it only last so long? I love it but this is really irritating me now. Help!

    @FitbitSupport Every time we've talked in DM's since that 1/8 contact, you've promised that fixes were in the works. They've never materialized. I can't help but feel that as long as they're out of sight, you're lacking incentive to cure them, especially as you push newer products. 2/3

    Friends, beware of Fitbit products. I got one brand new one two weeks ago and it has been giving me shocks on my wrist debilitating my arm and hurting my wrist. Fitbit will not refund or help me since it was bought on eBay USA, they will not honour their warranty.@fitbit #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit my versa 3 is broken/defective and the elevation feature is broken. After two support chats I'm being told to wait because there may be a firmware update (some day) and that's the only solution. My watch cost me hundreds of $ (Canadian). This is not okay!

    @FitbitSupport Logged out, logged in (as done several times in the last few days). Still nothing in 7 day stats, still no sync to fitbit app. Others have same issue, so please fix and don't ask Premium customers to fix it for you. Thank you.

    @FitbitSupport My 2 yr old Alta HR keeps dying despite me restarting it every day. I see from the internets a lot of people have the same problem. You sold a defective product it seems.

    @fitbit #fitbit customer support stinks . Bought an inspire 2 for my wife less than 2 months ago . Now keeps flashing and buzzing. Not working. Called and emailed numerous times . No help. Do not buy Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I've taken this into DM's with you multiple times on this deteriorating situation, starting 1/8, 1/10 (when you said tech team was aware of & working on a fix for no hourly reminders to move), 3/2 (when it stopped vibrating for all step goal achievements). 1/?

    @FitbitSupport Hi, thanks for the reply, but this isn't whst I'm looking for, I don't have a problem with what activities my Charge 4 uses with and on the app, the screenshot was from the 'track workout' within the app... There's only those 3 to choose from and no way to add any more

    @FitbitSupport my charge 3 is unreadable. It seems to have black@lines across the display so I can’t read anything but when I scroll it’s partly visible. How can I fix this?!
