    Since 7 March I have been conversing with @FitbitSupport only for them to ask me today what the issue is…. Please can you sort out my syncing issue once and for all I have but been able to use my watch for ages 😤

    @FitbitSupport my heart rate monitor is not working. I’ve tried restarting the watch, charging it, turning the setting off and back on again and nothing is working. It just shows 2 - - by the heart.

    Very unhappy with @fitbit. Got a Sense 2 in Nov/22. My 3rd fitbit. Does’nt accurately track heart rate. Still can’t get a resolution from them after 3 weeks of seeking support even though device is under warranty. Was refused option of speaking to a supervisor. Terrible service!!

    Well that’s my @fitbit @FitbitSupport sense 2 died after 6 months. £300+ watch. This is the 3rd or fourth time I’ve had fitbit watches glitch and need replacement. Fitbit is great at giving you a replacement or 50% off a newer model but it’s the inconvenience. Sick of it

    @FitbitSupport Why is it taking so long for the Ionic refunds to pay out?!? Called customer service, no help or direction at all. It’s kind of ridiculous how hard it is to get y’all to follow through. No wonder people have to take you to court!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK bought a Charge 4 via Amazon July 20 (item number 202-2501663-7891565) which still works in general but screen no longer illuminates so most functionality is lost. It should have lasted longer than < 3 years. Please help!

    @parkjames Hi James hope you can help. My daughters Fitbit has stopped working, blank screen. It is a known fault, all I want is either to fix it or a replacement. It is less then 5 years old. The customer service is poor. @FitbitSupport

    Hey @FitbitSupport why did you guys **** up my readiness score and sleep profiles? For some reason, when I woke up this morning, after an 8.5 hour sleep, it told me that my readiness was 15%.

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit Charge 2 bought on 21.12.2022 from Helios, Adayar Chennai. battery which used to last 6 days now drains out in less than 3 days. Last few days time is also wrong. We went to Helios. They said they don’t repair and we have to approach you directly - HELP !!

    @RichieWray05 @Apple @fitbit I honestly havent had an issue, but so long as im never hungry, then im fully good. But yeah-If you love sugar etc, then it is a big lifestyle change

    @FitbitSupport Hello, my Versa 2 shows one hour ahead of what it currently is and I have not been able to fix it. I went to my App and confirmed my city but it seems that it brings an old summer time, not the current one. How can you help me? Thanks in advance.

    @MeliD712 @fitbit Good luck with that. I used to love Fitbit. No longer. They sold me a Fitbit that burned me (literally). They were slow and completely unresponsive in the trade in. I don't know if they've gone down hill or if their customer care has always been this bad.
