    @fitbit I'm extremely upset with the customer service I have received with Fitbit. I have the Luxe Mesh band, which broke within a month of my purchase. Instead of asking for a refund, I got a replacement band since I assumed it was just a problem with that particular band.

    @fitbit However, the second band also broke very quickly and I was told it was then out of warranty and I could only get another replacement. Now I am on my THIRD BAND and it has broken in the same way again after only a month.

    @FitbitSupport I just got a new Fitbit sense & not sure if it’s accurate in recording heart rate? Also it’s not recording the floors either? Any help? It’s saying my heart rate is up in the 90’s while at rest & I know it’s not.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I’ve just been on holiday & after swimming in the sea, my Fitbit Ionic has totally died. I thought it was water resistant to 50M otherwise I wouldn’t have worn it for swimming. I’ve tried it in rice for 24hrs, still dead. Please help 🙏

    @FitbitSupport The Stress Management value system is far from reliable as its' values change. Ex. A week ago, all my stress values were in the high 90's, now those same values have changed this week. Unreliable. My confidence in all the data is now broken.

    @FitbitSupport I gave up trying to fix my old charge. So I purchased a charge 4 , 2 months ago (December 2022) the ******** the one side completely broke along with piece from the watch . Do I take it back to Costco or send it to fitbit ? @fitbit really enjoy having it

    @FitbitSupport What would I need to be suggesting to the developers? That they need to fix the app? I already saw Many boards, and a Lot of people asking @fitbit for #NightShift support For Years. #FitbitCharge5 hasn't worked properly since I bought it, and emailing support is a nightmare.

    @FitbitSupport hi, I got a charge 5 and I am really disappointed how this one works compared vs a charge 4, my battery went down from 60% till 0% within a day! No notification the battery level is low at all! How can it run down so fast? It give me no time to charge it

    @fitbit Don’t waste your money on Fitbit. I’m on my 4th device in just over a yr, 3 of which were exchanges for my original bc each 1 has the same issue I had to turn off all options bc it wouldn’t hold a charge & I’m still having issues with the latest device. Absolute GARBAGE.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for your reply but no thanks, I already got the song and dance about the replacement policy from some poor customer service guy. You could have just told the truth when I asked and I wouldn't have sent my broken (but clean) device. #Fitbit

    @FitbitSupport My battery is now down to 0 and it hasn't charged even after 30 mins!! Charging a device shouldn't be so difficult. Haven't we been doing that for decades now?? My first dinky nokia never had any charging issues and that was the early 2000s!!

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for the info and I already saw this but again that doesn't apply to me to have that many floors climbed per day honestly. Before the latest update, it didn't have that issue/bug.

    @FitbitSupport Be more truthful in your advertising, or be more open in your shortcomings and you wouldn't have so many people dissatisfied with @fitbit It's probably not a coincidence that most of the social media posts have Multiple users saying to avoid, or asking for help with support.

    @FitbitSupport No thank you anymore. My Original ticket started early December. After 5 different agents kept asking me to explain the problem again, and again, (aren't there supposed to be notes on the case?) With the only solutions being read this, and No Actual Support. I stopped.

    @FitbitSupport Hi there! My wife bought a FitBit Sense about a month and half ago and she's having a few issues. 1- The battery doesn't last more than 3 days, and 2- there's some rubber starting to poke out of the back of the watch (I have a picture of the issue).
