    @fitbit @FitbitSupport Fitbit makes the worst watches. Last watch didn’t even last 6 months and the most recent one, the sense broke within 4 months. It’s been a month since I’ve sent it in for a warranty replacement also and still nothing. Will never buy another @fitbit again.

    @FitbitSupport I spoke with FB tel support 2 days ago. T1 couldn’t fix the problem & said I would be contacted by email. No email came so I tried to contact FB chat but that isn’t working! My issue is that my Aria scale has started doubling my body fat figure. How to get help?

    @FitbitIN I received google play gift vouchers as refund for my Fitbit ionic recall. Very sad to see that I cannot buy a Fitbit device using google play balance..the refund seems useless now. Need your help to sort this please…#Fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit I spent all week dealing with (very polite) Fitbit Support & messing with lousy software. Now a watch is coming that I have to return. I missed the discount field. Nobody can cancel the order to let me try again. This is the worst customer experience I've had in ages.

    @kinsonalley @FitbitSupport I’m curious, are you using an iPhone 11 and the Fitbit Versa 2 too? My brother has the same watch as me, but a different phone, so he’s not having the same issue.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks for screwing over the people that waited for their refund for the Ionic recall by limiting them to 1 band, where as the people at the start of the recall could get 5 bands. Bad customer service all around in my opinion

    @FitbitSupport Okay, don't know how to do any of that. The issue is with the literal watch, I was just curious about how I managed to switch the order and how to switch it back, there was some combination of swiping that made it happen.

    @fitbit I’ve purchased Versa 2 less than 2 years ago. Customer service said it’s out of warranty I understand they can’t exchange it but they can’t even fix it. I find it unacceptable that a Fitbit device would last less than 2 years.

    @housuke @FitbitSupport For me, it started just before midnight when I went in the app to sync. I’m beyond annoyed and support was no help—since I already did most of the troubleshooting before contacting them. I am thisclose to just trashing it and buying an Apple Watch once my premium is up.

    @FitbitSupport After wasting so much time on the phone with CS and then here DM’ing Fitbit the full story, they responded that I should register to get a refund on Ionic. A product which I don’t own. Has nothing to do with the problem I’ve been explaining to them for well over a month.

    @FitbitSupport Problem with my Fitbit Versa, my hourly steps are suddenly appearing above my core stats, it used to be core stats on top. I've tried disabling and re-enabling one or the other or both but nothing works.
