    @fitbit please help the green light on my Charge 4 suddenly stopped working and my heart rate doesn’t show. It still vibrates it’s just the HR sensor. What do I do?

    @fitbit doesn’t care about you, @FitbitSupport is a joke. They will take your money and if something doesn’t work it’s too bad for you. Makes you go back and forth in emails for over a month, and then gives you a song and dance about how they care but can’t help you. It’s all $$$

    @FitbitSupport My time zone is correct. I have not traveled. I sync the watch and it changes to correct time, which it takes 3-5 mins to sync. Then it starts slowing down again. It always seems these watches survive less than 2 years. :/

    Hi @FitbitSupport @fitbit , I just bought a Fitbit Charge 4 and I am having an issue with the SpO2 readings. I have to restart my Fitbit every morning in order to see the values! My device is update. Do you have any idea how can I solve the this? Thank you in advance #Fitbit

    @CBoyle312 @FitbitSupport Good luck Christina. I’ve had similar - over 2 wks with a complaint and I’ve had countless copy & paste emails, most of which make no sense and don’t answer or acknowledge the complaint or problem. It’s such a disappointment 😢

    .@FitbitSupport thank you for your DM “We want to help! What can we do for you today?” So in the aim of resolution. If I can recall correctly I am now on my third warranty replacement, the previous two both lasted less than six months… this one the screen has died and a full🧵

    @amp5138 @fitbit My Fitbit also randomly restarts itself randomly during exercise session. I told @FitbitSupport via DM and tweet several times and they are non responsive. Probably because it’s about the 10th problem I’ve reported to them. None have been solved

    @FitbitSupport Hi Fitbit, I got my Versa 2 about 4 months ago and it has been great, however, recently the battery has started to drain all of a sudden. I’ve contacted support twice and i’ve done all the suggestions but none have seemed to work. Are you aware of this issue?

    @fitbit bought a Sense 5 days ago but doesn’t track sleep, apparently I do a 2h activity during my sleep. I reached my 5 day goal activity without doing anything. Did 2x factory resets and multiple hard resets but without result. Help?

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN I bought a versa lite and couldn't even set it up once. Phone always shows looking for versa lite or sometime download status. Tried with OnePlus and iPhone. It's like the worst way to waste money. Should I throw the versa in dump. #FitbitIsWorst

    @FitbitSupport I've tried everything to sync my Fitbit charge 2 to Google pixel 3 since it stopped syncing in Oct. It only did it once via iPad for 24 hours and then stopped. It still works and charges but won't sync. Don't want to buy a new one! This seems to be a known problem.

    Ready to throw my @fitbit sense out the window. Always problems syncing, recording things and just generally so slow. Only had it 8 weeks aswell, phone and internet both fine 😡😡😡

    @parkjames @fitbit @fitbitsupport this company has terrible customer service. I have over 30 emails between myself and them and each asks for the same information. No help! They do not care about you, only $$. If you want a brand that stands behind their products this is not it.

    @FitbitSupport Your processing GPS data is too slow. The last few days it's taking 5 hours for my GPS data to make it to the app. This is unacceptable. Please fix asap or I have no choice but to cancel my membership and look elsewhere
