    @fitbit Also can you fix the app so that kids can have PIN or something to access their own profile so they can be independent in syncing their devices and not require me and my password every time they want to change between kids views.

    @FitbitSupport Hi. Received my Versa 4 today and the brightness settings seem to be in the wrong order, ie ‘dim’ is actually the brightest while ‘max’ is the dimmest. Is this a known issue? I’m guessing it can be fixed via software update.

    @FitbitSupport would love to be able to jot a brief note about my nightly sleep log, for example: "bad storms" because there wasn't much sleep in NorCal last night. Another could be "writing" or family issue. Brief notes would add context to the sleep data.

    @FitbitSupport I’ve currently got a versa 2 and I love it, get me motivated to get moving! However, I currently drive for a living and I’ve noticed say I’ve done 1000 steps in the morning get in a vehicle drive for an hour or so then it will read 1700 or so. How to fix?

    @FitbitSupport Very frustrating customer support . My watch is not working from past three months.Raised replacement request in Nov and haven’t received watch yet. Now Fitbit is saying they need old watch first which was not communicated at all.This is how you harass ur customer.

    @FitbitSupport This watch is rubbish, that's the problem. I've been complaining about many random stuff for a long time now. @fibit by @google did something to the software in the last 6 months that destroyed my investment... rubbish.

    @FitbitSupport Nope, when my stupid fitbit "synched", it was still a half hour off, and thought it was November - then dropped back another hour two weeks ago when it thought daylight saving came. Can't I fix it manually?

    @FitbitSupport The problem with my @fitbit by @Google Charge 5 is that the only way to trust it is by verifying, every hour, if the watch is working properly, otherwise you need to reset, forget, Bluetooth pair... that's NOT how a smart watch is supposed to work.

    @FitbitSupport your lovely support team sent me a replacement watch which @parcelforce received on 29.12 and they have failed to deliver it to me even though they have sent it out for delivery every. Is there anything you can do to help? They have been so unhelpful. Thanks

    @FitbitSupport I have recently purchased the versa 4 , the skin temperature , Heart rate variability are not working it been 8-9 days since i am using i have dropped mail as well but no response , i am frustated seeing this spending this much money and still no use of it.

    Hi @FitbitSupport . I bought a charge 5 tracker watch around 23rd November 2022 through Amazon. The watch stopped working for the past two days and even after charging charge lasts only 2 hours. I have disabled the GPS and other features but still the battery is low. Please help.

    Hey @fitbit I contacted customer support a few months ago about my Sense not working correctly and was basically told to wait for you to get back to me. Can you just send me a new watch? This one doesn't work and it doesn't seem like you're going to fix it.

    @fitbit Had no idea you only get the data by playing with phone. I also switched watch faces and now even if I go back to ugly default watch face it will no longer show me any data at a glance, just the time and date with dashes for the rest.i thought point is you can look down anytime
