@FitbitSupport I have this update and the device doesn't even come up on my Bluetooth now. Its been more than a week with the syncing issues. Apple iwatch looks like trustworthy and reliable replacement. Very bad updates.

So apparently @fitbit or @FitbitSupport do not fix watches in South Africa. Even pulled an excuse on my warranty. NEVER buy a fitbit - buy anything else. Casio!

@FitbitSupport I understand this. However, this is how you lose loyal customers, such as myself. My #Fitbit is only just out of warranty, which is an inconvenience. To invest in a new device with such a poor discount isn’t much of an incentive. How will I know if a new device will fail again?

Hey @fitbitsupport my versa 3 won't pair with my Samsung Galaxy s9. It was fine until I use the exercise function earlier and then wouldn't synch and now isn't even recognised. Have tried ALL the suggestions in the forum - help please!

@FitbitSupport a few weeks ago my heart rate was getting stuck, I did a complete reset and set up as new tracker as instructed by Fitbit support, after following those directions, my Fitbit is not reading my heart rate at all, it is a versa 2, I have done all trouble shooting

@FitbitSupport I’ve not been getting any sleep insights. The pebble seems to be working well and syncing etc. I’ve also purchased a new Fitbit sports strap to get the perfect fit. But still no luck? And help?
