    @FitbitSupport Hi, my app is up to date. I use an iPhone 7 and it’s on 14.4.2 of the OS. This problem has been happening for the past couple of months. Prior to that it worked fine.

    @FitbitSupport I tried to sign up for the 3 month free premium on my account and it charged me $12.99. I immediately cancelled and it won't refund me. Called the help line. They hung up on me after saying they'd transfer my call. Do I need to do a chargeback with my credit card?

    @FitbitSupport why is my charge 4 losing GPS about ten minutes into any activity. Notification that says its lost GPS. Having to use the fitbit GPS which is draining my battery. It used to work properly. I know this is an issue & not just my fitbit

    @FitbitSupport more and more people are having issues with the sudden battery drain of Versa 2s. I, and hundreds of others, have tried to raise awareness of the issue. We are being told it's our issue. I've tried DMing with you all and have been dismissed.

    Finally got my Fitbit back after not having it for two weeks. I must say, @fitbit and @FitbitSupport were awesome to work with and replaced my device for free when it had a malfunction. Shout out to them today for awesome customer service and issue resolution.

    Despite the fact a @fitbit representative actually admitted to me on the phone that he could see that my device was not holding a charge properly, they are refusing to replace my device because it is out of warranty. This is been an argument issue. #poorcustomerservice

    @fitbit Customer service on a faulty Versa 2 is poor. 1st watch lasted 9 months, replacement 5 months, replacement 6 months, now 8 months later the same issue of battery won't last more than a few hours after fully charged. They do not accept there is an issue with Versa 2.

    @FitbitSupport Hi. I just got a notification on my fit bit app that my email has been changed. When I looked at my account setting my email address has been changed and I did not request this change. I cant contact live chat as I'm unable to sign in. Please help.

    @FitbitSupport It's not possible. Heartrate monitoring is so inaccurate I can't even guess at how my workouts are going. Online chat failed to fix it, so sent to email. After many emails telling me to do exactly the same things and fixing nothing, they quit responding. Device is worthless.

    @fitbit How about you fix your return/warranty policy so it stops screwing over your consumers. Horrible policy with customer service and supervisors that have done nothing but make the issue worst and then not take responsibility for it.

    @emmanolers @FitbitSupport They often just stop working. It's a known problem. They usually just replace it. I have had 3 and I'm waiting for my fourth replacement but since they became google, it's been really difficult.

    @FitbitSupport I have spoken with your support team several times and they’re all very nice and try to help. However, there is no green light on the back of my versa and my heart rate doesn’t record. Very disappointed

    @FitbitSupport I have had my Charge 3 since September 2019. Less than 2 years is not that long. As of today there are lines running across the screen. This is disappointing, as I have no hardware damage to the device. This seems like a common problem. Warrants more than discount
