@fitbit very disappointed that you are again removing functionality, ‘sleep score’ and I assume putting it behind your premium service. Also your app update throws an error code every 8 seconds or so.

@FitbitSupport this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that my Charge 4 stopped syncing with my iPhone 12. I’ve tried to disconnect and repair with Bluetooth and have also reset the Charge 4 twice. Still says trouble connecting to Fitbit.

Hi @FitbitSupport I’ve seen tweets from others reporting issues. My Fitbit is syncing to the app on Apple but when I try to load by Get Fit Bingo this week it comes back with a fault. I know you’re working on it, just letting you know of this issue as well. Thanks

@FitbitSupport @fitbit @FitbitUK is the Fitbit app down??? I fell asleep and it was fine. Now it won’t sync my watch- I’ve done all the troubleshooting, just uninstalled app, gone back on to log in & set it all up again & it’s the only app that’s not working on my phone.

@FitbitSupport I have tried the fix suggested for Bluetooth syncing, and I have even uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I can't sign in on my iPhone 12 or my PC. This is really frustrating.

@FitbitSupport You can go and find my details OR we can address this issue right here, I have nothing to hide. My 2 year warranty expires in November 2021! Why is my issue not being resolved? Why should a customer accept faulty devices, 2 of them refurbs? Is this how you treat customers?

@FitbitSupport @fifth_thirty Hoping that’s the cause of the issue I’m having. The only thing that will show on my dashboard is Sleep. No data of any type for previous days, and each time I’ve tried syncing, it changes the sleep data for last night. I updated my app and restarted phone. Same issue remains
