@FitbitSupport I have had my Sense for about 6 weeks. I have had nothing but problems. First it wouldn't hold a charge for more than a few hours. It has never held a charge for more than 24 hours. Now I it will not charge. It has been cleaned, I have tried different plugs. HELP

@FitbitSupport I've done all the usual tips, it's an ongoing issue with @MyFitnessPal which I'm sure you are aware of. Any idea if you have any plans to improve on the food diary feature? I could then delete their app.

Such a poor service by @FitbitSupport team. They just use autosend message by their computer and ask customer to follow certain fixed solutions online to fix problems. Never getting a permanent solution. #banthefitbitband #versa2worsaa2 #worstaaaa2

@FitbitSupport I’m sorry, bit I’m fed up with all the fixes. The fact is it continuously fails to sync every few days. It’s obviously over 45 days since the 14 January but I definitely reported this issue to your helpline within the 45 days and it still remains a huge issue!

@fit4footy @FitbitSupport I had this same issue on my Ionic. My fitbit app had device "mobiletrack" activated on your account. When I synced in am it added duplicate steps from day before from my phone.

@FitbitSupport I’ve just got a new Fitbit Inspire 2 but I can’t get notifications to appear on the watch. In the app I can’t open the notifications in the menu. All other menu items open but this just won’t open so clearly an app issue. This is majorly annoying! Help!
