    @FitbitSupport hi! I recently got my replacement verse 2 when the face came off. But I am having a lot of trouble getting it set up and connected. I searched online. Updated the app. Restated phone and watch, turned on and off blue tooth, disconnected my old versa. Help plz

    @FitbitIN @FitbitSupport ... is there no way to repair an out of warranty Fitbit versa special edition. Have a case of a device where display is not working and am gutted that it can’t be fixed

    @FitbitSupport bought on dec 17 the Fitbit Sense, haven't received yet. Problem with the delivery company, they say depends on you, contacted your support service just had partial and not really useful answers. Not a very good customer service for a 330€ product of yours

    @Ragan98045834 @FitbitSupport You might also find that your band and device have a gap in between the top and bottom. This is a quality control issue. But Fitbit are not concerned about this.

    @FitbitSupport I bought an Inspire 2 as a gift for Xmas and the screen isn't working. Contacted support on Sunday and someone was meant to get in touch on Monday. Still waiting as apparently the issue is 'higher up'. What does that even mean? And when will my watch work?

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit is acting strange. It says I walked 10,000 steps yesterday, but I didn’t. It isn’t counting my sleep very accurately. It thinks I had active hours at 12am this morning but all I did was get up to use the bathroom. What can I do to fix it?

    @FitbitSupport Only to ask for details you already have, still no help whatsoever. You have my email address, the order number, the address to which it was delivered so why the delay tactics? The decent thing for you to do right now is have a courier pick the unwanted item up and issue a refund
