    @FitbitSupport hi, I'm suddenly having issues charging my fitbit versa 3. I've tried the cable on every compatible USB charger and battery pack in the house and none work. Is this an issue following the update? Thanks

    @FitbitSupport on going issue, it's 1030am I woke up at 700am, went to the gym, did some weight training and 15 min walk on the treadmill. My Fitbit states I've climbed 38 floors. Does my versa 3 detect an incline on the treadmill?

    @jacobcoker @fitbit They have terrible customer service and their products always break right after warranty is over based on my research after what happened to mine. I’d honestly just buy with a different company.

    @FitbitSupport I can't send a screenshot of what doesnt exist... You can't assist further. You don't have simple, readable, watch faces. That's it. That's the issue. Make accessible faces with readable numbers in one line without clutter. That's how you fix it.

    It appears my @fitbit has broken a month after the warranty ended 😭 Says it’s waterproof but seems to have fried in the sea… Still seeing if I have any options but looks like a sure-fire way to stop me from returning to @FitbitUK !

    @FitbitSupport I have a versa 3 and when driving short distances, I can see my watch counting steps while I am driving. It clearly has a problem. I have restarted many times, but to no avail. Please assist. The watch is no good, if it is not recording properly

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit versa two ent bad and it was returned 07/22. After waiting one month I got the replacement August 27. I am not able to get there active zone minute icon on the device please someone tell me what to do. All I am seeing is the active minute icon.

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitSupport You would offer a discount instead of actually fixing the problem, but why would I want to buy another Fitbit product if that is the quality of product now acceptable? Please provide me a reasonable solution to fixing this issue with this defective product.
