@FitbitSupport I need help. 2 Fitbit sense stopped working back to back within 3 months. Call center is horrible. Astrid, in particular. I was told via chat that the shipping would be expedited both ways so I can receive a replacement before my vacation. They lied!

Hey @FitbitSupport I am not sure but this something too disappointing. I had two Charge 4 watches and both have a broken belt within the waranti period. I replaced one of them and based on my recent communication with customer care, they say the other one doesn’t exist?

Purchased my youngest @fitbit a couple of years ago. Supposed to be waterproof according to specs. Stopped working immediately after swimming with it. Zero support in South Africa. Vague response from various retailers. Now HQ respond with we don’t fix them? Disappointing.

.@fitbit Your website & tech support needs updating. My device time was off 10 mins. Website had no help that I could find. Tech on chat told me I don't have an account (I do). Eventually tried force quit and restart of app by myself (hail mary pass). It worked. Not enchanting
