@fitbit Versa 2 just dies. Suck it up,buy another. Versa 3. Has not worked since I got it. Set up per instructions. features work randomly. Will not align w/ my settings. Total nightmare. Trying to get support is like trying to break into the Pentagon. Should've gone Apple?

Hey @MyFitnessPal, have you thought about adding a manual @fitbit synch option where the user can add something manually from the fitbit app when it decides to get dementia all day? The continually broken synch is becoming a massive joke.

@FitbitSupport @fitbit My husband bought the #Sense with me. We had the same Versas before this. His Premium trial works, mine doesn't. Heart rate monitoring in the Sense is trash as well. Don't buy #FitBit.

@FitbitSupport Opened the app and went to friends tab and I see soo many Michael entries. Also some numbers and question marks as you can see in the image. I checked again just now and the issue is solved so ok for now.

I m facing issue with versa 2 battery since May 2nd week. its draining in 2 hrs. with bluetooth off its lasting 4 days but wats the point of a fitness watch without sync. I tried contacting cust care & they are unaware of this issue. pls help @fitbit @FitbitSupport @FitbitIN

@FitbitUK @FitbitSupport my device seems to be playing up - for my last two morning workouts it’s told me I’d burned 500 calories in under 10 minutes (for low intensity workouts that would normally burn 200 max) - is there a known issue?

@Bepboppbop @AppleSupport @FitbitSupport “This is definitely not the experience they want you to have.” Although it’s the experience THOUSANDS are having and they will not fix issues on the old product, they just keep producing new trash. I bought an Apple Watch after my 85 day old Versa 2 stopped. They are a JOKE!

@FitbitSupport app does not count steps correctly. Ordered free trial and charged within 5 seconds. Customer support addresses none of my concerns just says no refunds. My fit bit worked perfect until I was tricked into the premium plan. No it’s terrible. Refund immediately

@FitBitSupport @FedExHelp I am getting upset. It has been one month that I returned a broken @FitBit Charge 4. Since April 24 this small 10x7 padded envelope has been traveling the western USA headed to Calexico CA. It has been in LosAngeles 2x now. Now it is stuck in Sacramento.
