    @queenlori99 @fitbit Stole my money also. Lost Fitbit Luxe due to Stainless Steel magnetic band which is not fit for purpose and comes undone continuously. Lost on beach today and someone will find but they will lose it also shortly due to poor design which doesn’t work

    And like that my Fitbit is in a drawer. Uninstalled the app, canceled my subscription. After 48 hours of nothing but troubles, and help boards are useless and then find out if it’s purchased out of the US your not going to get help. @fitbit

    @fitbit my charge 3 goes faulty out of warranty. Great customer service they offer 35% discount.I do my research and choose a Versa3.This is where the good turns into bad service As there is an Easter sale I cant use the discount according to customer service. Madness !!!

    @FitbitSupport I have a Sense & have been through 3 chargers! The prong in the same location keeps collapsing into the charging unit. CS was no help. It is obvious that you have a quality issue with the chargers. I've been a customer since 2014 and just about done.

    @Ronkjf @FitbitSupport same **** I experienced, I also registered last March 4, the stress and anxiety this refund issue has been giving me. Fitbit seriously if you cannot stick to your words with Refund of 3-6weeks, better that you didn’t blast emails to everyone of us. Rubbish service!!
