    @FitbitSupport first my charge4 could not sync. And now i can’t login for about an hour now. I hope my workouts will be updated if the server is back up🙈🤞🏼

    @bam_bam74 @FitbitSupport I've been a fitbit customer for 5 years, I really do like them. Normally they have outstanding customer service. Loads of people told me to move to apple watch but I chose to stay with fitbit as they are so reliable & can't cope with poor battery life of apple watch 😱

    Looks like @FitbitSupport tracker is down, both the app and the online site. Been trying to input data for the last 2+ hours, still not working. App says unavailable, website just loops me out of login.

    @FitbitSupport I still don't get why my watch data has to transmit to your server through the app, , then from your server back to my app, THEN it shows up in my app. It should get stored on my device with the app for display, then get synced to your servers.

    @FitbitSupport my versa won't even track my heart rate - no green led lights... no troubleshooting has helped, please sort this out for new products it seems to be a common issue

    @fitbit so the Fitbit servers are down. I didn't know that if the servers were down, the watch would not even sync with the phone and app at all via WiFi and/or Bluetooth!! Honestly that's not good!!! Maybe you guys should change how the watch sync with the phone and app @Google

    @FitbitSupport @Shumilady TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!!!! your servers are down but you are saying it must be everyone else and not your issue??? Up until that comment, I loved your company. being a support rep myself, how could you in good conscience do that?
