    Pretty incredible that @fitbit's food/calorie tracking has been down for -everyone- for over 24 hours and they are owned by Google which is a 3.8 Trillion dollar company. This is something you'd expect from an independent developer.

    @FitbitSupport I know that. But after the March update to my Pixel watch 4 Fitbit doesn't count steps when I'm on the elliptical (it did before the March update). I know that @Google also fixed the problem but it's not fixed for me! I've done so many troubleshooting and nothing. I sent the DM

    @FitbitSupport your watches are junk, just stopped charging. Cleaned the charger, swapped sources and restarted. Still nothing. Threw it out. Total garbage.

    @FitbitSupport How come I can't even send you a private message. Im a paid subscriber, and why is it i either wake up with a blank screen and I never get my spo2 anymore. Please fix this problem, and next time, please inform me when you're taking money out of my account (premium)

    @FitbitSupport Trying to lodge a (late) Ionic recall for refund & keep getting passed from Customer Services to the Recall Dept & back again as neither can fix the other ones issues. There is an impacted Ionic on my account, I provide the ref number, then says it's not connected.

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit, im a paid premium subscriber, and why am I anticipating a problem each morning? Now, I can't even send you a private message. What's going on? I get a spo2 score whenever they feel like giving it to me. Please straighten this out and tell me how to get my score, please?

    @FitbitSupport hello, I purchased a new sense 2 this week and I have tried all the troubleshooting ways to get WhatsApp notifications to come through and Iโ€™m having no luck. There is nothing there under apps in notifications to allow me to select WhatsApp. Can you help please?

    Just bought a fitbit Charge 6. The user experience is a nightmare, The documentation is complete trash. Severe buyer's remorse. Eventually, after several hours, I got the ecg working, no thanks to @FitbitSupport But still no spO2 readings, just "no data". It does not help that with every release they change everything and the documentation does not reflect the changes. Look at the help forums, they are full of frustrated customers. Try harder @google. Suggestion: Put the Z team on something else.

    .@FitbitSupport The fact that you all turned off the ability to assign weigh-ins to a user on my Aria scale isn't going to make me buy a new Fitbit scale. It's going to make me never buy another Fitbit scale again. Absolute garbage move.

    @ManchesterBlond @FitbitSupport I get the same problem. I go to settings to apps, select fitbit, force stop it, and reopen it again. See if that works.

    @susanelizabet28 @FitbitSupport @Google Yup. Canceled my premium. Not gonna keep paying for a system that has gotten worse, offers fewer benefits and now it's broken - regularly. In a bad economy, canceling was an easy decision.

    @crossbosox @fitbit And whatโ€™s even more aggravating is their @FitbitSupport boiler plate trouble shorting response when they know itโ€™s a system issue. Issue has been reported since yesterday. And still no update or communication about a fix.

    @FitbitSupport help!! My versa 4 wonโ€™t charge, showing a big red โŒ tried everything that was recommended, I did a full restart and now since my battery is low it canโ€™t find anything?? Super frustrated!

    @FitbitSupport For the last day I have not been able to connect my phone to Fitbit. I have tried to force shutdown the app, and restart the phone, with no luck.

    @Und3DraKe fr. i tells me to do 10k steps daily, but i'm doing 5k-8k steps and it's like, "you didn't reach your 10k goal, bad. you also did too many steps, bad." which is it, @fitbit?

    @FitbitSupport Hi guys. I'll contact @EE too but but the battery life has taken a real nose dive the last few weeks. Perfectly fine for 8 months or so and now the battery life is really bad
