    @FitbitSupport I bought a Versa 3 in sept & am having a major problem with it causing a welt & rash the size of the back on my wrist. I have switched wrists, bought a loose band (that used the catch on the watch , & finally, an elastic band. Nothing is making a difference HELP!!

    not DHL ******* up **** and me not receiving my fitbit band replacement. so they send it back and now i have to wait even longer for my replacement, if they even want to send it my way again 😭 @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport my charge3 won't come back on, it vibrates when I press the button and is counting steps and syncing but no screen. I've tried all the reset methods and nothing works. Help please. TIA

    @FitbitSupport Hi. The problem is not the band. The problem is the piece of plastic that the band attaches to. I followed the link you provided and it was for a band replacement which i don’t need AND it sent me into a never ending loop where i couldnt file a claim. Do you have a betyer link?

    @fitbit Why doesn't your Administrative Team respond to emails?? A $250 watch that stops barely 2 months out of warranty deserves more than a discount on a new item that will just break down. Absolutely poor customer service

    Seems I’ll be changing from @fitbit @FitbitSupport to Apple Watch after less than a year. Versa 2 has a white line going down the screen & checking on the community forum it’s a common problem. I thought this would be durable but again, proven wrong. You were right @chevixter.

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit had to replace sense cable 2x in a year, pins are getting stuck and not charging. in fitbit forums MANY people have the same issue, some are taking apart cables to fix. support just told me to "buy another cable"...is that really how support is handling?

    @fitbit I spent ££s on a Charge 5 and waited 1 wk for u to send me a broken one. I now must print label, go post office, wait another wk for it to arrive at warehouse, wait "5-10 days" for them to process, then another wk for you to send me one that works. Is this good service?
