My Fitbit Sense @fitbit will not charge again, 4th time calling in a year. Now out of warranty so NO help. Offered discount on new watch. Shame on you @fitbit for not standing behind your products and replacing a defective product. I can kiss that $200 away. Shame

@FitbitSupport I’ve had this problem since I purchased it. It’s defective and offering to replace a defective item with a defective item after not attempting a fix for WEEKS is a problem.

One day my @fitbit was working and the next it wasn't. @FitbitSupport simply told me to buy a new one rather than offer any advice on how to fix it. Why would I spend more $$ on a device with a bad track record, knowing that I will receive poor customer support if it breaks?

@fitbit I already did everything you ask me, but you tell me you could not help me because my #fitbit was defective but I not reach you sooner. How could I know it was not working if I had 2 years in lockdown in home? 🙄

@FitbitSupport My new luxe has a display that dims in a patchy way intermittently. What number do you have ? I went through the app. Do I have to debate the issue in public here?!

@Argos_Online @FitbitSupport Product experts who are not contactable and who assure in their calls that any ‘dropped out calls’ will be returned. That’s not happening either. Meanwhile my @FitbitSupport premium product is still not working and repetition of the Argos guidance isn’t getting it sorted.

@AlwynWn123 @FitbitSupport Hi Alwyn, sorry FitBit are the product experts. If they can't assist with the issue usually they'll provide you with a reference number so the item can then be returned to us. Ryan

@FitbitSupport Yes they have all tried those fixes and they simply are not related to the issues. Check the forums. Charge4, Charge5 and Versa3 units are all being bricked by the most recent FitBit Firmware updates DAILY. DM doesn't help. Support is offering no firmware downgrade or fix.

@fitbit No positives. First @fitbit bricked just after an update at 13 months old. Of course no help cause the warranty was expired. Then I got an ionic. Sent it back in April...still waiting for my refund.

@fitbit When I try to send a DM to @Fitbit, it shows an error message that “you can no longer send messages to this person”. Other options are Fitbit Support, Fitbit Developers and country specific options. Are any of those correct? My initial message went to Developers & Support.
