    @FitbitSupport so I received and set up my replacement Fitbit capsule yesterday. With help from Fitbit I got it set up, but today, yet again, not receiving text messages and my iPhone shows that it is connected to 2 charge 4’s! What do I do now?

    @FitbitSupport after less than a year in use my Charge 4 has developed multiple scratches on the screen surface. It is annoying and bring down the value of owning an otherwise good device

    @FitbitSupport I have read all Fitbit tips on HR monitoring..."Differences between heart-rate readings on your device and on exercise equipment are likely due to wrist or hand position. Make sure the back of your device is in contact with your wrist and that your band is snug.." Please help

    @FitbitSupport my Fitbit suddenly ( from lasting 4-5 days) doesn’t even last a day after a full charge. Have reset it it ( as have had this problem about 4/5 times now) and slightly better but still only half full after one night ( after charging to 100% and putting it on at 11pm

    We seriously need someone like @Apple , @fitbit or @Sysco to drop this #vaccine across the country. wtf my mom should have it by now. How difficult can it be to distribute in a network? Slime mold can figure out better logistics.

    @FitbitSupport I received a charge 4 as a birthday gift in August, & it's worked fine until last Thursday. Have been waiting for your "fix" as I saw this was a known issue you had. I did all the troubleshooting dozens of times over and still cannot get it to connect. Please help!

    @FitbitSupport Same problem. It started when the app updated this weekend. Have quit and restarted. Stopped working immediately after that.

    @FitbitSupport The aria air RARELY syncs on it's own. Get used to: going into app settings, force stop, clear cache, restart app. Soooooo tedious, too frustrating. Terrible experience daily. Not worth it.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, when I measure REAL HR during training session is say 130, Charge 4 says 60....So there is an issue with my device, deviation is more than 100%! I tried everything.... Please help

    @FitbitSupport Since updating to 3.37.1 my fitbit has started completely draining from full charge in matter of hours. All support pages say turn off All Day Sync, but this option has disappeared with 3.37.1. Please advise how to stop battery drain issue now, device is barely over a year old!

    @Sifuri_Ibex @fitbit Yeah, they seem to always crack or break. I'm a fan of stainless after the last band I had, but leather is nice too. If you can find real leather. These things always have proprietary bands, which doesn't help.

    @FitbitSupport mine is still not working. I'm very disappointed that my charge 4 and the app dont sync. I didnt pay for premium for a year and stop working after a month. It better get fixed or I want all my money back. I should have gotten a knock off. Would of been better.

    @dhlexpressuk I'm waiting on a replacement @fitbit and when I enter the tracking code provided by fitbit I get an error saying "Sorry, your tracking attempt was not successful. Please check your tracking number. " Can someone help please.
