    @FitbitSupport I already have, but it would be a good idea to train your staff on this instead of trying to get help or support for issue that can't be changed. You could have just said it's not possible to hide your step count.

    @FitbitSupport No need to check unlike your employees I was able to get help from people that had the same issue. There are years of forum posts with the same issue. This is a problem your company apparently doesn't care to fix.

    @fitbit 10 days ago you disabled my Ionic, with a registration code which does not work. I have called at least an hour every day for 9 days now with no resolve. Promises every day that it will be, but nothing. Can you please help me!?!?!?!?

    @FitbitSupport my mum has the Versa 2 and it's time hasn't moved since 4.49am. When trying to log in, it says email or password isn't recognised. Reset password 3 times no difference. Help!

    @fitbit Oh like your customer service rep telling me it's not our problem if every avenue you go down to cancel fitbit premium doesn't work. I actually had to go to forums to have non-fitbit employees help me.

    @fitbit customer service regarding replacement policy is the worst. Sent my charge 5 on Mar 3 and they don't have it 2 wks later and won't send a replacement until they do. I'm guessing it's lost. Delivery is pending but they tell me it's be being delivered today. I think not.

    @FitbitSupport we’re trying to sync my sons charge 4 as the date and time are way off. I even uninstalled it and disconnect it from Bluetooth. But now it’s not finding it. I tried to restart the actual Fitbit in the charger but it’s not restarting. Help please.

    @FitbitSupport I even chatted with customer service today and they said there is no option to make average daily step count private, the only options are friends and public as you can see from the drop down. The option to hide your daily step count from everyone that does not exist.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport My Charge 5 now only holds a charge for 3 hrs. Bought in January,had problems with Bluetooth, have reset numerous times and now it’s just not staying on. Support said it’s a known problem and I should just wait for firmware upgrades, but they don’t know when that will happen?

    All I want to do is order a replacement for my recalled Fitbit Ionic. First registered on the 4th March and still unable to even place an order for its replacement. @FitbitSupport offer no solution. Really poor handling of the process by @fitbit .

    @FitbitSupport I just bought a Versa 3 to track my sleep. It consistently says I go to sleep 2 hrs after I really go to bed. I know I'm asleep but the tracker doesn't see it. The problem may be that I have a low resting heart rate - about 50. Can I tell it I am going to bed?

    Most consumer electronics are now functionally immortal, but the @fitbit Charge 3 stands out as a real piece of ****. Original stopped working in less than a year. Warranty replacement then also dies after a year. Anyone have recs for alternatives? I'm done with this brand

    So here we go again @FitbitSupport . I told you that my almost new Fitbit sense wasn’t charging. You then agreed to send a new Fitbit sense replacement watch but no new replacement charger. Now I’m having exactly the same problem. I so wish I’d gone for the Apple Watch!

    It’s been 2 weeks conversing with @FitbitSupport trying to fix my sense. It just erases steps when I sync. After my first sense shattering after 1 drop and 29 days having it, plus these issues, I cannot recommend this model at all. I’m so frustrated
