    @tobyw_w @FitbitSupport I’ve had the same issue and after doing the reconnecting it’s not syncing new exercise 😐 I’m assuming just waiting until they’ve fixed something will be the solution!

    @FitbitSupport Just threw my Charge 3 in the trash. It will not stay connected to phone no matter want. Calls to the “Help” center do not work. Every process you are told does not work to keep this thing connected. Anyone reading this DO NOT BUY A FITBIT. They offer no help

    @TGyton @fitbit @FitbitSupport Buy an Apple Watch...all their products are low quality and pieces of the app are constantly down.

    @FitbitSupport Again met with no answers and too bad so sad our devices don’t work. I would not recommend a FitBit to anyone as their customer “support” is all stall and no answers.

    @FitbitSupport Thanks. The issue with the SpO2 was on my end, I wasn't aware that SpO2 was an app and that it wasn't updated. I updated it so I will see how it goes tonight. I didn't see anything in the article regarding why the HRV readings aren't being populated.

    @Jason @fitbit your fitbits last longer than mine. I had 3 warranty replacements in a year. Gave up when the fourth broke down as well.

    Pretty sure I walked at least 15 miles at work and my ****** piece of **** @fitbit says I walked all of 345 **steps**

    @FitbitSupport My Fitbit display is getting very dim. It can no longer be seen outside. The brightness level is set to “Normal”. I have restarted the device multiple times. Please help.

    @Jason @fitbit I had a Charge 3 and it was a piece of ****. It died on me, and the replacement died two months after I got it. I picked up a Garmin Forerunner 945 and have been incredibly happy with it.

    @fitbit I noticed last night that my Fitbit is skipping a minute only reason I know this is at 4:40pm I made myself a coffee then I saw it jump to 4:42pm also it kept freezing & then next it went back thirty minutes & has been like that ever since. Any help please

    @FitbitSupport my ionic was prompting me to update the software and did promptly and now ionic is not able to detect the calories burnt, distance ran etc. For the past two days I ran 5 kms below 30 minutes and ionic is not giving me the distance and says I burnt 31 calories. Help
