@digiwonk @fitbit Colton threw my fitbit down the stairs to see if it would bounce after I let him wear it and he cried because the screen broke and he thought he was in trouble, but I just said: "honestly buddy, I'm not mad, but this is why we don't throw things", so it improved all of our lives.

@FitbitSupport @pixelfox911 It's not just me who has thus problem. You have pushed out a broken update. Look at all the complaints on Google play store, the app is broken. You have since removed the latest version and gone back to an older verdion from March. Keep resetting phone and watch is not a fix.

@fitbit I bought the charge 4 for sleep analysis, no where did it say I needed to pay a monthly fee for that. You really havent changed, your app still sucks, you dont embrace open standards like BT/Ant for my bike computer, im out, **** you #Fail #ReturnToAmazon

@FitbitSupport hi!I just wanted to say thank you for having an option to not see my hr.I suffer from a panic disorder so seeing it was causing me physical issues that landed me in the ER.Once we figured out the issue, I was able to hide the HR and ive been slowly getting better

@FitbitSupport Customer services said the warranty is 1 year. I threw my Fitbit Zip away as you no longer support it. My Fitbit One just won’t charge. neither would my Fitbit Charge. ironic really. Customer service offered me a rebate to buy another 1 but am not throwing good money after bad 3x
