    @fitbit I have a fit bit charge 3 and got it on my birthday 14th July 2020. Now the battery life is poor after charging it full and also u can't see the screen. Can you please help as I use it daily ?

    @FitbitSupport After 6 months of the fitbit working perfectly for once, it is now not working correctly. Just not collecting or calculating sleep/hrs monitor data among other things!

    @FitbitSupport So the *look* of it isn't bad, and some of the data is presented really nicely. It's just the organisation of how you access different features, and the confusing differences between how things are presented in the mobile app and on the website.

    @fitbit @FitbitUK had my watch on while out yesterday. It wasn't low or on red, but died. Since then it won't recharge and occasionally shows a red battery with an exclamation ❗ symbol. Is this a common issue? Can it be fixed? I have a Versa 2

    @FitbitSupport My expensive paper weight Charge 5 still doesn't work. Talked to a tech via chat and they said it needed to be replaced and got disconnected. Tried again and I typed out all of the trouble shooting the former tech had tried and the tech said have you tried any troubleshooting? 😭

    @fitbitsupport Just got a Versa2 so I factory reset my Versa to give to my girlfriend and now its dead. Seems to be a common fault, no C/Service contact on site either. Very poor.

    @RetroTechx @fitbit Did you try customer support? Had problem with Charge just past warranty. Had to take photos with code they sent but sent brand new replacement.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport not responding to request for help. #versa3 has worked sporadically since day 1, notifications stop. Factory reset, app update, nothing works to restore functionality. Any advice other than donate to landfill?

    So trying to cancel @FitbitSupport @fitbitireland premium subscription but it's not showing up in the subscription page. Got charged for it through my revolut today but no way of cancelling the subscription through Fitbit app or my Play Store app. Help please?

    @fitbit Worst device and customer service ever. Versa 3 user since July. All I did was trouble shooting. Rude customer service agents. Being a premium service user i feel so disappointed

    @FitbitSupport My husband has a Charge 2 with the UHC Wellness app installed. We are unable to remove the app from his device. After reading about this issue on the forum, contacting Fitbit support seems to be the only solution. What information do you need?

    @FitbitSupport The reason you're sending a replacement is because I tried all of that and it failed to sync. The issue is the replacement is being sent from Germany and the tracking numbers tells me nothing

    @FitbitSupport why did Fitbit slashed off price of charge 5 after just releasing it last quarter of last year? Is it because the product does not sell? Felt bad knowing in a matter of days after buying a new product, price is greatly reduced

    @FitbitSupport very poor support model for most premium device - fitbit sense. In 13 months, the screen popped out of the case and i wont get a replacement? It’s because of the poor design and i am given 35% discount for another new device.does it make SENSE? @fitbit #Fitbit

    @fitbit hi, I am having problems syncing my Fitbit watch. It kept on asking me to allow gps access at all time during my exercise. I put it on only when in use I don’t want it all the time and because of that it’s not syncing. Can I get some help.

    @FitbitSupport when a WhatsApp message is sent to me it appears on my phone as a calendar invite. When I turn off the calendar notification on the iPhone 11, the WhatsApp notification starts going through again. I need both. Help pls?
