@FitbitSupport lastnight I was trying to update my Fitbit Versa 2 as I noticed an update available, however now I only see the Fitbit logo on the screen and it now unresponsive. Tried reset and even a factory reset with the same results. Help!!

@FitbitSupport so last Friday my watch turned completely off at midnight I had to reboot the watch to have it come back on. Then today I was using the bike tracking turned it on before I started my ride and it did not tack at all. Not sure what I need to do to fix my watch.

@FitbitSupport hi. I’ve received my new replacement Fitbit Senco and the notifications have stopped working. I have tried going into settings and then notifications, but the section won’t open. My phone is receiving notifications but the watch isn’t. Please help😪😪

@FitbitSupport I can see on my app there is a update for the Versa, but my device has stopes syncing with my phone so I am also unable to update firmware. I have uninstall and reinstalled the app, I have shutdown the device, I have also reset the device to factory settings.

@FitbitSupport my wife’s Versa 2 will receive notifications from iMessage, but not Facebook Messenger or Snapchat. In the Fitbit app, we go to account, her Versa 2. When we try to open Notifications, the button doesn’t open anything up. Can you please help?

There is a problem with the charge 4 graphing (graph is BLANK) of sleeping heart rate in Premium @FitbitSupport. This is obviously a software glitch on your end that may have started with last update. Others have the same problem. Please fix ASAP. We pay for Premium. @Google

@FitbitSupport had the Charge2, then upgraded to the Sense. The floors is reading like 178 floors a day which is crazy, it might be 12 or 22 tops but the altimeter or something must be off. It was working fine and after couple of weeks, this problem began. Help
