    My son has @fitbit ace 3 and after you setting a countdown or a timer, once you leave that screen and go back to it, it resets and the timer has been cancelled? Can you help? You should be able to check other things while a timer has been set and go back to it? @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport @ScottCuthbert14 Fitbit you claimed your team would get refunds out in 6 weeks. I am entering my 5th month. So the questions before us is, how big is your team?     @FitbitSupport @fitbit gave me an offer in the app for premium that Said that i was going to get free months. I used the offer but they charged me immediatly. Now they tell me they cant help me with a refund! full scam company. Dont take sny offers from fitbit!

    @FitbitSupport Still hadn't resolved it! They can now see my post but not comment on anything! And sometimes it deletes things! Never had a problem before! Getting a little tiresome

    Hey @FitbitSupport, when are u going to fix the sync problem w the Charge5? Cause I’ve been trying to manually sync for 20 min. Hasn’t synced right in weeks. Seriously looking at an @Apple watch at this point!

    @fitbit I have been singing praises and purchasing your products for the better part of a decade but I have been very dissapointed in the constant desync issues with my charge 5. Why hasnt there been an update/fix for this? Constantly losing days/nights of data

    @FitbitSupport They were proactive, and contacted me and offered to help. Actually, it would probably do more good for you to contact @FedEx first. I’ve been in frequent contact with you, and it hasn’t gotten us very far.

    @FitbitSupport @PRawcliffe I dont want to get deezer and pandora sucks. All my music is on spotify and I havent bought a fitbit smartwatch because of the lack of spotify offline. You guys made and deel with deezer and pandora and said screw your actual customers choices.

    @fitbit @lisamarieheslop You knew the number of watches you needed to recall AND YOU made the claim the process world be 3 to 6 wks. Now it’s closer to 3 to 6 months for the process. How could you have so underestimated the timeframe? Do you have a cash flow problem, or is it just incompetence?

    definitely switching from Fitbit to another watch after this go of it bc @FitbitSupport is garbage. emailed them with my case number and everything for a replacement and still havent heard back in a week. complete nonsense

    @FitbitSupport a new Charger 5 stopped measuring heart rate twice in a month a couple of weeks apart. Restarting the device fixed it. Is it a known issue?

    @fitbit Not sure how to DM you, but it does this periodically. It will tell me a bigger number throughout the day and then later it will go back down. I'm wondering if it adds up my days and gives me a week total and then fixes back to daily.
