It has been months. Isn't it false advertising stating you have voice assistant and voice text on a watch then dont allow it?

They did a software update a while back and my battery went from lasting several days to lasting just about 6 hours. Yesterday I plugged it in at 68%, after 10minutes it went down to 63%. I canโt fathom a reason something like that would happen. This morning at 7am it was 100%. It died around noon time. This is designed obsolescence. @FitbitSupport What brand should I swap to?
