    @FitbitSupport The HR reading on my device was working just fine during this period. In fact, the app on my phone even showed my HR when the syncing problems were going on. However, that data never was synced and stored once the fix occurred today. Only data after 9:25 a.m. today was added.

    @FitbitSupport None of the standard steps for sync issues worked. The latest app update 3.65 seems to resolve it so presumably it was a known issue that wasn't fixed in time for the Android release.

    Hey @FitbitSupport last night (as with many nights recently) my Fitbit claims I walked 5+ KMS or 6000 steps while asleep and within 10 minutes. This is not a sensitivity issue - fitbit confirms i'm asleep and even if sleepwalking, I'd have to be an Olympic runner.

    @krozzer_mag @FitbitSupport They never do. I’ve seen multiple threads archived because “it’s a known issue” and never get fixed.

    @fitbit @FitbitSupport your devices are CRAP at maintaining a Bluetooth handshake. Every time I charge this watch I have to forget the device and start over like it’s new. That’s terrible.

    @FitbitSupport I don’t need anything since I was sent a replacement. But I still receive emails with many people who are still having battery issues after your so called update which was supposed to have fixed them. Because of your poor response people are dumping Fitbit.

    @FitbitSupport What about the charging trouble i guess u people should be sorry about a lot of things. I have versa 2 charger is not working and i m not able to buy a new one as there is no supplier. The product is not available online too since 3 months not able to use it #verybadexperience

    @FitbitSupport @FitbitUK can you help? My fitbit versa lite won't update. It goes through the motions then says update failed. I've tried now on 2 different phones, I've deleted the app and started again and still the same outcome 😭😭😭
