    @is_chumps @Me_MovingFwd @fitbit If there is a law and it‘s confirmed by the tribunals, it will be used. If there is no law, or it get‘s stroke down by the tribunals, they will try to circumvent it and to get the data anyway. Only remedy is voting the right people.

    @fitbit Hey fitbit, my $250 fitbit sense has quit charging after 3 months and you're answer is to offer me a 35% discount on a new one? Why would I keep spending $250 dollars every 3 months? Your customer support is garbage just like your product.

    @fitbit DO NOT BUY THE CHARGE 5 biggies piece of crap I've ever purchased. NOTHING WORKS, NOTHING RECORDS. Returned the first one and the second one is even more defective. They know these are bad, and they keep selling them. DO NOT BUY!

    @fitbit It's been over 6 weeks and still no refund on my Ionic. Contact center doesn't help and phone number doesn't even exist. When will you solve this issue?!!!

    @FitbitSupport my fitbit is not working. It is under warranty. It is not turning on. It's a pathetic product. It has been replaced earlier and then it did not even last one month and eent dead again. Plese replace again

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit using fitbit versa for a year now, the straps are damaged due to pin associated for fixing it to watch,need replacement, straps are not available on fitbit website,request for help.

    @FitbitSupport my daughter's pebble fell out of her ACE strap at the park. Ruined her birthday party. An hour onto customer service, countless emails, won't honour warranty & cover the clearly defective device. Seems lots of people having the same issue with ACE.

    @fitbit I have a newish fitbit Sense (8 months old) that won't charge. It used to be that when I had it off my arm, there was green flashing on the back. It doesn't do that anymore. Is that the problem?

    @FitbitSupport Has the Android app been fixed? The vague "bug fix" note against the newest version isn't filling me with confidence. I really don't want to spend ages weighing/measuring & inputting food for it to spout nonsense numbers at me again.

    Seriously Fitbit! Such poor customer service! Tried to claim my refund through PayPal & was denied. 3 weeks leaving messages with humans at the "help" number you provided to me. No refund. Big headache! Such a run around... Where's my refund Fitbit? @fitbit @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport hello! I sent you a DM regarding my broken Fitbit Inspire 2. Had it since December of 2021 with several small electrical problems. However, it just broke where the bands attach to the Fitbit when I was putting it on.

    @FitbitSupport Again, I have rang them 10 times and they cannot answer me. I have dates, peoples names and times when I rang. I have even escalated the problem and they told me a supervisor would contact me. No one ever does. You have stolen my broken watch. I now want it back.

    @fitbit my Charge 5 is less than a year old and its battery life has dropped from a week to less than 24hrs. Your support team has provided no help beyond "We know this happens, sorry," and has been super disappointing and frustrating. @FitbitSupport

    @FitbitSupport Can I get some assistance? I’ve logged into the FitBit website and selected LiveChat only to get some generic message that “Sorry, that page is following a different trail.” Huh? My inspire 2 will not charge no matter what, something it seems is a common problem
