    @fitbit I have had a Fitbit since 2014. Over the years, I have purchased multiple Fitbits despite the terrible performance for one reason; the challenges. Now, I feel lost. I and my challenge buddies will be moving to Apple Watch. Bad business decision.

    @FitbitSupport did the update that removed the beloved challenges also shut down the ability to sync with my watch? The app isn't pulling any data from the watch this morning.

    @FitbitSupport My current position is that: 1. I had a subscription renew that I did not want to renew and lost £79.99 2. The device is broken so I cannot even use this subscription but 3. You are telling me it is non refundable anyway but 4. You are sorry. Is this correct?

    @FitbitSupport I can't login my fitbit iconic device. When am trying to connect it's showing ur device has been locked ,contact to customer care. and I forgot everything. What should I do.. !!? Plz give me a solution. As soon as a possible 🙏🏻 am getting trouble 🙏🏻

    For such a pricey device, the @fitbit is extremely unreliable. Sleep tracking is flaky, run stats are overinflated and battery is ok at best. The only thing they did well is marketing it as a premium device. Garbage.

    @FitbitSupport folks, I bought the versa 3 in India a year ago. The belt has now broken. How do I buy a new belt? I cannot see any official places to buy. Amazon is full of poor quality products. Need help, else this is my last fitbit purchase for sure. As much as I like it.

    @FitbitSupport Not at all satisfactory response . Just provide me a solution, need to replace a strap so asked where can it be done in Mumbai otherwise how can I use it ? Wear and tear is a common problem for any wearable #badcustomerservice

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit @fitbitireland Hi Iv recently bought the Fitbit versa 4 and the time stay on 8.02am. I have paired and unpaired device and synced numerous times but the time is not changing? Can your fix the fault?

    @FitbitSupport my Versa 2 stopped syncing and side botton wouldn’t work a replacement was sent out and it’s locked so now I can’t use it no help might as well go with Apple !!!

    I did 100,000 steps on my @fitbit in one day last year for charity. Mostly supported by my friends and driven by weekly walking challenges. This week, I can't workweek Hustle with my friends. It's a really poor decision from Fitbit. I'm looking elsewhere. #fitbitisdead

    It’s now been a full month and a half and still no resolution from @FitbitSupport @fitbit I e done everything recommended and my notifications are STILL unreliable. I keep sending screenshots upon request with no follow up. Perhaps the Luxe is just a bust and there’s no fix??

    @FitbitSupport hi, I've flagged my addidas ionic. For recall on 13 Feb 2023. The issue here is that a discount code was sent to me upon successful registration of the watch recall. However, the discount code is not working and the fitbit support team is beating around the bush!

    @FitbitSupport @fitbit The strange thing is that I had been doing all of those troubleshooting things before it happened. I've had several FitBits and not once bad something like this happen. I hadn't even worn it for a week and this happened on the first night wearing it again. So strange.

    @FitbitSupport At the moment I’m furious I’ve been at the gym for over an hour and have 0 move minutes/100cal burner because my Fitbit is not tracking my pulse. Not the first, or second, or 10th time this has happened. Could fix it with a restart but that required the charger, insanely dumb.

    @FitbitSupport Your DM told me that you couldn’t provide a refund even though i cancelled my subscription on the day and my Fitbit has broken.
