    @tvchick1313 @Apple @fitbit I like my apple watch 3, but I don't wear it overnight, I put it back on the charger most nights. It is easier to wear than a fitbit IMO. One problem is it diminishes the sound your iPhone normally makes. Haven't figured out how to stop that bug/feature.

    I was told by @AsurionCares last Aug that after 3 repair attempts I would receive refund for malfunctioning @fitbit watch. Now I'm told "full battery drained and needed recharge" is a different problem than "watch keeps on shutting down and reboot." Cmon @Asurion gimmie a break!

    @FitbitSupport I have tried this link and when I do it asks my to login or sign up. I don't have an account to login with. Is there any other way. Its for a broken strap, we have bought 3 so far and it keeps happening.

    @FitbitSupport Seriously again it wants me to log in and why would I buy another one when I have bought three already for the same thing to happen. Surely there has to be a way to contact support or get help without having an account.

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit UK is saying under maintenance this has been going on for 24-hours totally unacceptable please advise I have cleared cache uninstalled and reinstalled still Fitbit under maintenance ridiculous guys please sort this out.

    @fitbit I bought the charge 4 for sleep analysis, no where did it say I needed to pay a monthly fee for that. You really havent changed, your app still sucks, you dont embrace open standards like BT/Ant for my bike computer, im out, **** you #Fail #ReturnToAmazon

    @FitbitSupport Customer services said the warranty is 1 year. I threw my Fitbit Zip away as you no longer support it. My Fitbit One just won’t charge. neither would my Fitbit Charge. ironic really. Customer service offered me a rebate to buy another 1 but am not throwing good money after bad 3x

    Yesterday and tonight has been a BAD pain day. Generally, a warmer day means less pain, so I'm going guess that it is stress. Stress does affect pain levels. Still upset about @Fitbit. I was really looking forward to using it.

    @FitbitSupport My Sense that is less than 2 months old has a cracked screen from a fall off the counter while charging and I'm told nothing is covered under warranty. A search shows that many, many people have this problem.

    @FitbitSupport Hi, I have an up-to-date Versa 3 and Fitbit app. But my Versa 3 has not given me a sleep score, but is showing sleep stages. I’ve followed help tips on the fitbit forums and none of it works. I did have to stop wearing it for 2 or 3 weeks due to a rash. Help please

    @FitbitSupport I was using the official charger. HSN is replacing the unit, but if the problem persists with the new device I’ll reach out to both of you. I have enjoyed my Inspire in the past and wanted to give you all support by purchasing the Charge 4. Be a shame to have to go to a new brand

    @FitbitSupport need support assistance for a Versa Lite that started glitching about a week ago. Bought it in December 2020. Have tried hard reboot, resetting, updating and syncing many times but it’s still not working properly. Losing time and screen is going off. Please advise?

    @fitbit Thanks, but there's nothing to look into - this thing is from Feb 2012, lol. It's just old, eats through batteries, and has hands-down the worst, most obnoxious setup process EVER when you change the batteries.
