    @fitbit This is the pathetic experience one can get. Hv spent 20k to get a watch and then not able to use it since last 5 months just because of pin band detachment issue. Not at all a customer centric approach. Seriously bull **** service in India @FitbitSupport @fitbit

    @FitbitSupport I couldn't do that reboot procedure bc I can't see enough of the screen to find it. I did what I saw elsewhere called the "long reboot" where you hold down the button 8 seconds while it's on the charger. The clock face steps are what I did, however.

    I am a competent IT person ... so the last 9o mins struggling with @fitbit 's Laptop app's login has been a garbage experience. Password work on laptop to login to website but the app from their store says nope. Reboot, cache clear, etc Garbage app @FitbitSupport

    @fitbit worst customer service ever. July 1: brand new sense - next day the face started to crumble and crack. They wouldn’t do anything. Asked for an executive they refused. Now at 4 months it won’t charge. Won’t do anything- said they are proud of enforcing policies!!!

    I’ve been chatting with @FitbitSupport via DMs. My issue? Whenever I reboot my phone I get duplicate notifications on my watch. Their latest response: “please try rebooting your phone…” Seriously FitBit? Do you even read what I’m telling you?

    the @fitbit app is so slow at adding new foods to my intake tracking it is faster to go on the gd website and add it that way rather than on the app @FitbitSupport its been a long time bug wtf

    @FitbitSupport my heart rate graph isn't showing on my app, it says "no measurement" I've unpaired the device, uninstalled the app, cleared cache, and every other solution I can find online. None of them are working. I've had this issue before. Its infuriating.

    @FitbitSupport can someone please help me to reconnect my fitbit to my phone. After speaking to one of your colleagues, who told me to restart my fitbit and then set up the replacement. Now my fitbit won't connect to my app and on top of it my fitbit is now loosing time!!

    @FitbitSupport another strap breaks...have tried to do your online claim form and it just freezes halfway through the process. The old system was much more user friendly. Please help with replacement

    @FitbitSupport how can joining an aria2 scale be so hard. Eventually “finds” my scale, been connecting for about 15 mins. Try other way via invite from existing user. Email arrives, tap accept invite - page not found. It’s appalling. Please help me?

    @FitbitSupport Fitbit needs to take restructure the production of their products and the operations that provide support. Eventually, everyone will realize the financial investment in these faulty devices and the time investment spent attempting to fix them with little support is not worth it.
