If you get an email about one of the long delayed refunds for a @fitbit @FitbitUK refund, might as well not bother to register with @B4BPayments as they have made it impossible to log in and use it Even phoning them gets a "we can't help" answer Well done fitbit

@elaineversic @fitbit @FitbitSupport oh i do CG too! i've honestly never had much luck with a fitbit - they break so easily (and i'm not rough with them). this last one only lasted me a month. really trying to get back in better health since this last year has been ROUGH and hoped a tracker would help.

@fitbit I've done all that previously, more than once. I was told by @FitbitSupport that each "flight" equals 10ft. If you climb 9ft then it doesn't count. If I walk too slow the elevation does not count. I have a FREE app on my phone which is more accurate 😡complete waste of money

Really disappointed in the process and assistance of @fitbit with their @FitbitIonic recall. Multiple follow ups have been made since April 2022 with absolutely no indication or help to complete the process. No matter when I call the answer remains: "this could take weeks".

@revsully @Apple @fitbit I think the reseting option will probably be your best bet. If it doesn't work after that it's looking like an actual issue with watch. Try the network reset on your iPhone like it says then the watch reset. Good luck dude.👍

@babroughton @fitbit Yes, they have a habit of "dumbing down" (lack of "smart watch" features) their trackers so people have to get the more expensive (and bulky) Watches. There is no reason why a C5 can"t have WX, CAL and 🎶 control. All of which the C4 + C3 had.

@fitbit I'd have settled for a strap that didn't de-laminate, actually waterproof & heart rate monitor that worked. When support told me that there was known issue with the accuracy of the HR function I went to Apple watch, and it just works, and is waterproof/strap hasn't delaminated
