Ready to return the #Versa3 from @fitbit. Syncing issues with the Versa are a nightmare which is a shame because the features on the watch are really nice. And don't hit me disconnecting all my Bluetooth devices, etc. Resolve the issues cause I regret this purchase.

@darren_toogood I use a @fitbit and @Nutracheck to help calorie count cut a lot of carbs and have increased my exercise. Lost 2 stone since start of November lockdown, and clearly built new habits as I feel stuffed if I order too big a takeaway and can’t finish it.

@FitbitSupport This is still not fixed. Synching is very slow, sleep tracking is even worse, still can’t get text notifications 2 YEARS later and can’t even access the notification settings!

@FitbitSupport please help - my watch / the app has added 16000 steps I haven’t done today and it’s not the first time. Can I edit it anywhere? Wouldn’t really matter except I’m doing the 310000 step challenge for #Samaritans so I feel I’m cheating myself and my sponsors!!!

@PastorRyanK @fitbit :-( I also continue to have problems with mine and the regular updates do not fix it. I have to restart my phone and go to Fitbit first to fix the problem--but only temporarily. It is a hassle. I had 0 problems with my old Fitbit. Sorry for you and your daughter :-(

Hey @FitbitSupport! Have you fixed the issue yet where iOS 14 devices do not send text message notifications to fitbit devices? My phone is running iOS 14.5 beta 3. I can get every other notification to my Inspire 2 except my text messages 😒

@fitbitsupport @fitbit Server issues????. My Versa is not recording sleep and I switched to my Ionic where is recorded a run at under zone minutes despite my heartrate being 184. Clearly an issue with your servers processing data. Your customers chat were as useless as always.
