Garmin would offer me roughly the same level of discount after I smashed my old watch, as Fitbit would after their watch developed a fault 3 months after warranty expired, and would do so without providing terrible service. I know what I'm buying next and it ain't @fitbit

@FitbitSupport I have a problem with my Versa 2 . The screen keeps coming loose , it just dangles by the wires. I can replace it but it happens again immediately which makes it impossible to wear and use. Can it be repaired and how do I go about getting it repaired. Thank you.

Ah great. Got a @fitbit years ago to help me lose weight and then Covid hit..lost the charger so can't charge the Fitbit itself.. £16-£17 for a charger is not doable right now, so no Fitbit to help me..

@fitbit That you have bought the #Vector #Watch company wasn’t good for #VectorWatch users, because you have not developed appropriate watches, that could hold a candle to them 😕 and the shutdown of the server was another death blow …we want this watches back cause they are awesome!!!

@FitbitSupport I’m receiving some of the worry customer service I’ve ever experienced from your company. Order placed and paid for and customer service team seem completely unable to help resolve why the order hasn’t been shipped. Don’t buy direct from Fitbit is my advice!!

@FitbitSupport I must have just had bad luck with this one. It got crazy hot on the charger and went black a few months shy of two years. It was nice while it lasted. My Aria scale is still going strong. Been with Fitbit for several years, but it seems it’s time to look around.

@VeryHelpers Hello how long do you offer returns on faulty electrical goods? purchased a fitbit sense just under a year ago and had nothing but issues im on my third replacement from @FitbitSupport and having issue again with my third one, I don’t want another I want a refund.

@jdl1962 @fitbit Luckily I was able to purchase protection program through the app this morning for $59 as I mentioned. But it took me talking to 4 different people until that solution was even brought to my attention which is still poor customer service/resolution.

@FitbitSupport You know how you can "improve the fitbit experience?" How about making a device that lasts more than 18 months. At least stand by the product. 35% discount on a non-charge device is garbage. It will make sure I am no longer a part of the "FitBit Family"
