Still no call back. Still no help. @CoreSecurity doesn't care. And I'm sure it has be against something thay an alarm company can essentially lock you inside you house and go, "Too bad so sad". Get @Ring. Or @SimpliSafe like I should have. 9/?

@ring Events have nothing to do with my solar panel not charging when it says “connected and able to charge”. The Best part is you guys send me an email to buy a solar panel when I have one hooked up that is not charging. Fix your firmware.

@ring the absolute worst service ever. 5 months, countless calls, promises of delivery that never happened to get a replacement for a defective light. Now on the same pattern for defective doorbell- promised 3-5 days is now 2 weeks with no replacement- here we go again.

@ring I am done with your products, every other day your door bells disconnect from the damn wifi and no my signal isn't bad at the doorbell. Yes I do have a Chime Pro and no it doesn't help either. I pay a monthly fee for the privilege of having to reset the door bell once a week!

@ring Sad, upping subscription prices and using "extra features" as a cover. We dont need extra cloud storage! We NEED an app that works properly! How about investing in whats already there first guys? So slow. Or how about 24/7 recording ..you know, like a security camera :|

@ring after several years, I'm giving you another try. One annoyance you must fix. I hate having to relog in every few hours when I click on live view, I'm usually clicking to see something right away. The delay is annoying.

@ring is a joke,they cancelled my plan because the @firstdirecthelp raised thier charge as fraud even tough I've been paying for a year....email said I had 23hrs at 5:49am today, plan was cancelled at 11:35am today so now I've lost all my data & support can't help 🙃🙃

@ring hello. I wanted to ask if ring is addressing the issue with the devices that send out deauth commands. I noticed that the camera does not support WPA 3 which would defend against such attacks.

We’ve been broken into twice (we’re not survivors), and every time the internet goes down or *****, you lose your safety blanket, visibly and confidence in the product. Power cut, all gone..

Avoid buying @ring doorbell cams with your life. It picks up all the cars on my street that go by, but I can cut my grass and go up and down the lawn and it doesn’t pick me up. It’s quite hilarious that it can be that bad. And yes it’s setup correctly lol

@ring your doorbell consistently goes “offline” in the app whilst actually still being connected to wifi and requiring a deep reset for the app to recognize it again. It’s been an issue for six months. Maybe patch it?

@phatoftheland10 @tweetdeez757 @ring I did scroll their twitter and noticed how it could help with car break ins, however there is tech that works like ring that wakes up when there’s action around your car, if it feels slightest movements it starts recording it’s pretty neat

@JeffBezos @ring perhaps u should triple check mass emails about price increases. Having 2 fees depending on ur language skill isnt acceptable 2 those who speak both. Making me go in circles w customer service 4 an explanation doesnt help; it just makes me want 2 tweet my anger.
