@ring despite having good internet and WiFi coverage our ring doorbell 3 has a tendency to drop offline. My fix is to remove the battery and replace which then seems to work. Obviously I can’t do this if we are away which then defeats the object. Very very frustrating.

@ring Can you please solve the “black videos” issue? If your products cannot do what they’re supposed to do, the product will be replaced. This is a well known ongoing issue, which is still unresolved.

Since I've bought an @ring, I caught an @amazon driver just throwing a package onto my steps like a piece of garbage. Luckily it was very small and the glass vile didn't break. I also watched a neighbor bring his 100lb dog all the way onto my property to piss on my house.

@ring Disgusted that you can’t help. Phone got repaired and reset yesterday. Have no access to the email on the account. I have username and password but need the Authenticator taking off. You couldn’t manage that. Now waiting for a manager to ring within 4 hours. #Ring

When will @ring @ring_uk be set to notify a user when a camera goes offline? Not in app, but with a notification. Builder unplugged camera while stealing items, but I was unaware. Same goes for a camera that was covered up - surely Ring should recognise tampering and notify us?

@PlainsBelle02 @YNB @ring True, true, that's a problem here too. When you're not home they sometimes will try to deliver it again a day later, drop it off at the neighbours or a pick up point. I understand it's more convenient for both the delivery company and the recipient, I just find it too dangerous.
