    @ring if I have a door floodlight. Charged the battery to 100%. Not a week later and the light is offline. I have a Lorraine devices that go for weeks to months without the battery dying. Is the solar flood light battery different from those for other devices?

    @ring Thanks - somebody contacted me by email and the problem is resolved now. It seems strange that your customer care team had such trouble calling Ireland. I had no missed calls. Maybe something to look into?

    @ring, I have been trying to resolve a problem with your customer support that requires a callback. Three times I've waited for the call, three times you haven't called. Each time I call back it's as though they have no record of prior calls. It's getting a bit old now!

    Just have to say @ring customer service is the absolute worst. I worked customer care and I absolutely can’t stand the way I’m treated when I’ve had to call in.

    @ring is there a problem with notifications for the iPhone 12 as my phone does not notify me of detection but my partners iPhone se has no problem or what do I need to do to get the notifications I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still no notifications

    Apparently after telling me I'd get a replacement, @GetKuna has decided to go back on their promise because of issues on their own end and now I have to pay full price for a replacement. Should have just gone with @ring A bad month for customer service over here

    @ring tried setting up our new doorbell Sunday and the set up just gives us a blank screen. Called customer service same day and they said it’s an issue on your end. Any idea when this will be resolved? I’ve been without any doorbell since Sunday afternoon.

    @JamieSiminoff @ring @AmazonUK DO NoT waste your money on a ring security alarm system. It had a technical issue right from start (confirmed by their tech team).Still, you have to wait for 30days for replacement based on their policy! &

    Came home to find someone, poss the waste hauler redistributed trash from my toter, into the green waste & recycling bins BUT since it was neither green waste nor recycling, the green waste truck wouldn't pick it up. Who DOES that? 🤔 And why didn't my @ring camera pick it up? 🤬

    Unfortunate that the @ring team are taking orders, accepting payments and not informing the consumers that the product on back order. You had no problem taking the money, now you are having a problem meeting your promise. But yet and still @BestBuy got the product on the shelves.
