    @JeffBezos I found out @ring is not a preventative measure but a reactionary service. In other words I have to be hurt or crime in progress for Ring to actually help my community. #CriticalRole

    Hi @ring, how can I check if my account is still locked out or not? You locked me out for 10 minutes because I entered the wrong 2-factor auth code a few times. I then entered the correct code before the 10 minutes was up and you locked me out for 24 hours. Please help. Thanks.

    @ring your latest update has made it extremely difficult for VoiceOver users to change the preset message for the ring doorbell. Please fix this at your earliest. It may sound like I complain about access issues. If organisations were committed to #InclusiveDesign I wouldn’t.

    @ring Why do none of my lights follow a time schedule?! Setting up hours doesn’t work and setting up dusk to dawn doesn’t work. Please fix your app.

    has anyone else noticed that @ring has broken support for Voice Over #a11y in the majority of their iOS app with the last update? Makes the application unuseable for blind users. Quite frustrating and of course you can't roll back to an earlier version...

    "Button, logo other, moon and night sky". This is how VoiceOver reads @ring app Options screens now, in addition to the broken Hamburger menu and broken History. If you use VoiceOver, do not buy or subscribe to Ring services. They are now almost entirely incompatible.

    Super frustrating. Setting up @ring motion detectors: to change the sensitivity, the instructions walk you through steps 'in the app' They MEAN 'in the iPhone app', as this feature IS NOT in the Android version. (Borrowed spouse's phone and solved the issue, but what a PITA)

    @JesseF100 @BryanSmart @ring thing is I don't give two shits if accessibility goes off script. if you don't know something pass it higher up. maybe your manager? that is unexcusable in my book, and if a company pulls that ****, I tell them so.

    @BryanSmart I think @ring needs to understand the same thing I have tried telling other companies like instacart, and uber that your accessibility problems are not in my personal account, but in your buggy software! try feeding me another one, as I just spat that one out in the toilet!

    @ring I just set up my ring app and it's telling me to enter a valid phone number. I'm using the correct formatting and the same ph# it already sent me a verification to. What's the problem?
