    Urgh @ring two-factor is really annoying.. I can't turn it off and I'm already locked out of the platform. If I don't have access to my email anymore... how am I supposed to login.

    Neighbor's dog went after a @UPS driver delivering to our house today. Poor guy. They REALLY need to get that vicious think on a strong leash. My @ring filmed it all.

    @ring I installed my Car Cam but exterior notifications are not working. My motion sensitivity is set to maximum and interior motion verification is turned off so I should be receiving alerts for outside of my vehicle. Motion frequency is set to frequently. Can someone help?

    @ring It just took me 50 minutes on the phone with your help line for me to return some of my Ring devices! Why do I have give the serial numbers for every device? I have a Ring account and order numbers, it should be a much easier customer experience than this

    @VerizonSupport One would think it should be plug and play however 3+ hours of frustration say otherwise, I suspect it's a port or firewall issue and I really need a conference call with you and @ring

    @ring Doorbell 3. I just got off the phone with customer service and they again are telling me I need to take the device off of the door. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I would’ve known I needed a pin code I would’ve gotten that and wrote it down before screwing it to the door

    @flicksnews @ring Same issues here! Two chimes, both not giving a sound notice when ring video doorbell pro is pushed. Is it a firmware issue? All devices health is good/green also wifi signal values are RSSi 53 or better…

    @ring use to do outstanding customer care. Straight to the point, folk who genuinely wanted to listen, help, not faff about & just prolong the problem. My DMs are unreal I’ve given every possible nugget of info, examples, its like talking to a wall. You aint what you use to be :/

    It’s official, I’m gonna have to switch the @ring doorbell! @googlenest is terrible! If I wanted to be able to talk to someone outside I’d have to wait five years for the swirl to stop going around! 👎🏻

    **** you @ring and @KnivesOut for using the ring doorbell tone in your commercial. It’s midnight here and the dogs are going batshit wild cuz they heard it on the tv. I cannot undo / untrained them to to know the ring tone. Stop using it in tv commercials! I regret having ring.

    @jareddipane @Jon4Lakers @ring It depends on your vehicle, I use a splitter and it’s concealed so no risk of anything dangling by my foot. But I can see that to be an issue with some vehicles.

    @Jon4Lakers @ZacksJerryRig @ring They can use GPS for speed. It sounds like a security nightmare if they are allowed access to OBDII ports. Not only do we have to worry about automakers securing vehicle tech, now we have to worry about dash cam providers too.

    @flicksnews @ring Same issue here in 2 different houses, and ring won't admit they have issues. How can 2 different houses have the same issues. Customer services didn't care really when i spoke to them, I'm still waiting for the higher technical department to get back to me for the past week.
