@Ring doesn't keep its word. What's proactive about not being able to write an email? Such matters are actually easy to resolve. I'm sorry you're not satisfied. We will do everything to fix the situation. But that's not @Ring's approach.

@DunnFloppem @amazon @ring 1) Garbage device networks don't work on cloud things. 2) The whole problem is that Amazon/Ring devices will use 900 MHz to find another way to phone home to Amazon via someone else's connection.

@ring what’s happened to people detection? Used to be really good, but over the last week or so it seems to trigger all the time for what is definitely not people. Any ideas? Anything I can do to fix this, or is it something changed server side?

@ring why are police video share requests now enabled by default on your app? I don't support your effort build an even more authoritarian police state with your ****. Sell your police **** to cops not innocent civilians just trying to protect themselves. #garbagecompany

@xblazeh I don't think there is a fix other than removing the ring system. Lots of people having this issue. @ring has already had issues in the past with security, all this is going to do is open it up more.

@LukeDashjr @amazon @ring I wouldn't worry if it is not your wifi. From what I understand it only repeats small amounts of data from other nearby devices. If not connected to your network, no issue
