@ring have been trying to subscribe to a plan. EVERY SINGLE credit card I’ve tried is rejected for no reason. Turns out it’s a common problem according to complaints on your help page. IM TRYING TO PAY YOU BUT YOUR SYSTEM IS MESSED UP. I HAVE A DEVICE THATS WORTHLESS.

What a complete rip off @ring is and their #ringdoorbell They come with a year warranty and their screens go bad in year 2 and you get a nice 35% coupon to buy another one. What is that gonna break in 2 years too? #ripoff

@ring I don’t need you to help me get it online, that’s done. YOU need to have a notification system in place that tells an owner when something has happened to a device that causes it to lose its integral functionality.

@ring Yes, the icon appeared IN THE APP. But again, we only realized that it was offline when someone showed up at our doorstep and we didn’t get any notification. So it defeats the purpose. If that hadn’t happened, we still wouldn’t know. That is a key feature missing.

@ring what the hell?!? My wife has always had access to our ring account in her phone. Now when she logs in, it says it sent her a code to her email. The email states it won’t send a code and to log in on a previous device. She’s never used any other damn device! Wtf!

@D365Geek @googlenest @ring Yeah we won’t down Alexa route but ultimately most stuff just works together. Have you tried playing with the IFTT app yet? Gonna try see if I can get the hue lights to change colour when the doorbell rings.

@ring I have no idea why this is a problem but if a device loses connection don’t you think a camera should actually reconnect to the server without me having to turn off my router and turn it back on And to also be notified of a camera goes off offline
