I want to be able to log in and STAY logged in as long as I want. And "remember" not working!

When trying to access live view on doorbell it goes black until I hit full screen. Using Android app. On play store looks like others may be experiencing this issue. Thanks.

The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists.
