@ring @ring what is the ETA for resolution? No communication email was sent by ring for this outage and only showing message that your device has poor connectivity or no connection to internet when there is no internet issues obviously.

@ring Update at 3:20 pm ET: Services are slowly being restored. At this time, it appears that Amazon's website, Disney+, Ring, and several other services are slowly coming back online. Some services, like iRobot, still appear to be down per @androidcentral

@morts1993 @ring Went thru same thing when was onmy 1st vaca 4 years right afr Thanksgiving only reason found out there was problem that time was because an IT outages site revealed it but before that #RingOutage #Amazon wasted my time me doing all kinds troubleshooting knowing issue on their end

@ring one request, if you have an outage, send a notification to your customers. There is no reason with all the technology that you have that you can’t send a mass notification out on the app or via email. Even Xfinity and Cox cable does that.

@ring we should be able to connect to our cameras regardless of something being down on YOUR end.This is just showing me that our devices have to "call home" in order to work for security purposes. It should not be this way.

@ring 3 weeks since the last outage. Which was 2 weeks after the previous one. You literally renewed my subscription yesterday. 3 outages in 5 weeks is completely unacceptable
