Hey @ring please fix your service. I rely on my #RingDoorbell to watch people walking by and to yell at potential visitors. As it stands now I’ll have to look out my window to yell at my neighbors, and that’s just unacceptable. Definitely going to hurt my work productivity.

If you have @ring at home or business check it right now it’s probably not working if you try and call 1 (800) 656-1918 their official # its drops call the call on you @amazon @JeffBezos better fix there billion dollar company or get sued....

@BernholzJ @ring Seriously, like you - I can't do a single thing. This isn't a singular issue either. It seems like every single day I have issues with terrible video quality, especially at night - as in you can't see more than a foot away from my front door, and constant "Mode" errors.
