@ring @AsylumWarp If you had a text alert option for outages that would help. I reloaded my app as that was the first suggestion I found online for the issue. I didn't know about the outage until I came here.

@ring Just bought two door cams, two chimes, a camera and two spare batteries. Cant set anything up however as your 'security' website is down with no back up it appears. Not a great start - I smell a refund in my future.

hi friends @ring is unavailable for comment... or customer support. Or anything. You cannot access your own system. So if you are burglarized or anything make sure to hold them financially responsible just as they hold us responsible to pay the bill every month for **** service.
