    @ring I've has to completely turn off all notifications because this cam that says it's working 100% correctly won't stop giving me fales erroneous alerts. What good is a security cam that cries wolf OVER AND OVER AND OVER. ANSWER: It's uselessdon't have this problem w/ Nest cams

    Since I was already using @ring on my phone I tried to login from my phone. I get the same problem. Tried from a desktop where it asks me to verify photos to prove I’m human, then tells me my session is timed out. 45 minute phone wait. Literally no way to get a code.

    @ring a company that is not customer oriented, they don’t help with issues, instead they say connect with the ring community when they’re the one who should assist with your issue, since they’re the maker of the product

    I think the @ring tech is really good. But I would advise against buying their products as their customer “service” is the worst in the sector - patronising, ignoring your feedback, and even ignore your actual questions. It’s probably a bot.

    @ring why is firefox not supported? this browser is way more often updated and used by way more users then these browsers you guys recommend. they are weak and bad and rarely used. please enable liveview for firefox!

    @ring Morning, Sorry need some help please. I must have changed a setting for one of my camera, and now when I click on the image from my dashboard it takes me straight to live view as opposed to the settings. How do I revert back please? Thank you

    @EthanBearman @Maltomash @ring It's just some techny glitch and nothing at all spooky or special. Our fascination with and addiction to mushy-headed supernatural bullshit is one of the main things that led to QAnon and conspiracy crap and really has to stop.

    @ring If you read both comments then you know i dislike going on forums for this. Just fix it already yeah? Or leave our app enabled till the website part is out of BETA Phase? Cause afinnished product would work on all browsers and not just chrome / edge……. These browsers are weak!.

    @ring @ring OMFG! Sent 400$ in merch back as instructed by CS. Only received 40.00 refund. CS is in a foreign country who cannot understand the problem. Called 5 times. Last call 45 minutes Rep hung up on me.

    Hey @ring, is this some kind of sick joke? Wanted to install the app on my wife’s phone. Couldn’t remember PW so reset it. Tried to sign in and said I needed a code emailed to me. Email said device wasn’t recognized so I had to login from a recognized device.

    @ring why am I not able to add a second device to a basic protect basic plan? I don't want to upgrade to a plus plan with only 2 devices but am not being given any other option. Your help article doesn't reflect the current UI.

    @ring seems a little preposterous that I have call customer service because I had to replace a damaged phone and now I can't log in to my Ring account on my new one without the old one (which is broken and useless). I get the security aspect but this goes beyond inconvenient.
