@ring I'm getting so frustrated with your app not connecting to devices. I've got full strength on my devices and I'm on the wifi they are on and yet they just keep attempting to load the video. The app had continued to crash several times this week.

@ring why are your stickup cams not working on live view consistently! There are numerous threads on your community and no one has this resolved! I’ve just purchased one and I have the same problem as the others back in January which is still unresolved.. it is not a signal issue

@ring I’m getting notifications every few minutes on my Indoor cam. I have “People Only Mode” enabled but the notifications are for every motion event, even when there are no people. I have spent hours on the phone with zero results. Can you help?

@ring I'm starting to think that buying the chime was a bad idea, when the service is toast or anything happens, the chime is the first thing to let us down, then the doorbell stops recording .. might be time to get rid :/ too many issues.

@ring Annoying app Bug: view historical events (scroll down events) and say you viewed an event yesterday morning, when you click the phone's back button it always snaps back to the latest event. Very annoying if you wanted to see the previous event in the above scenario.
