@ring Hello Ring. I am having an issue with my wired floodlight cam. The floodlights are no longer illuminating when there is motion detected. I still get notifications so I know that the sensor is working. Just NOT the floodlights. Any ideas? Is this a warranty issue?

@ring is there an issue with logging into accounts today? Trying to log in and it’s as if the link on the log in button doesn’t work. Tried different web browsers, different computer abs no luck.

Hey @ring. This stuff is not rocket science. Why does your website continue to make deleting events challenging? If I Select All the vague error msg 'Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.' is displayed. Not the most helpful msg! 1/2
