@Ring Get your **** together. Entire ring service is screwed right now, can't login, can't access cameras. This is the problem with systems that are locked down to "Cloud" services. Give the owners the ability to take the damn devices offline and put it on their own local net.

@ring #RingDoorbell Ring floodlight camera seems to have stopped working. Resetting the device doesn’t work either. The motion sensor lights is the only thing which seems to work.Does anyone else facing the same issue?

@JRansomWright @ring Sorry, I follow a mix of techie people and 3D printing people, and assumed you were in the first set! When Amazon have a bad day generally half the internet goes with it so your ring probably isn't the only thing you'll have issues with.

@DanHewitt_ @ring Ring floodlight camera stopped working as well.. spent 1 good hour trying to re-install the app, reconfigure the cam .. still the only thing working is motion sensor light. @ring hope you fix it soon.. was planning to buy another one on Black Friday sale but this has put me off.

@ring I understand there is an outage I’m in the UK and it’s forced my floodlight cam to stay on . It’s upsetting the neighbours a little can I switch the light off manually, normally I can do on the app but it’s just staying on

@ring I know it’s not a good look to have a tweet on your profile revealing that your service isn’t 100% reliable, but it’s incredibly frustrating for your customers to have to look through your mentions to see they aren’t the only ones having an issue accessing their cameras.
