    @ring please make a small battery camera with a siren. Or a peephole camera. Some of us have nightmare neighbours that harass us. I used to tape the Siren camera on my balcony (I have a basement apartment). And have been threatened by drunk 30 year old men and women.

    Anyone else getting black video footage (no content) on their @ring doorbell. Also 2ft away from 100mg broadband and device keeps going offline. Can only think it’s a software update as it’s been fine for the past 12 months. #ring #ringdoorbell

    Today @ring cancelled my sub, deleted all my videos and left my remote home unprotected. Without prior notice. Ring agents confirmed that this was their error but nothing more could be done to retrieve recordings. Repeated requests for explanations ignored! #badcustomerservice

    Bought several @Ring cameras for around the outside of my house. I’m disappointed. They are terrible and all teir support does is blame your home wifi. Truth is these are terribly made cameras that don’t play well with ANY Wi-Fi.

    @ring at one time you were a great company to deal with regarding customer service. Not only has that gone down the tubes but the quality of your devices have also. Change it now or soon you’ll be out of business. Also stop outsourcing customer service calls. Awful results!

    Omg @ring camera is so bad. If it wasn't given to me I would return it. Tired of having to play around with it for it to work properly. I don't have any faith it's going to record anything meaningful if need be.

    @ring is the worst. I spent $400 on floodlights, mounted them on the house, spent an hour on the phone with tech support, just to be told that they are defective and I need to return them to Home Depot. What a load of ****!

    Frustrating that after just 2 years my @ring doorbell has completely died. Poor product quality & durability and very disappointing. Offered just a 30% reduction on a new device from the website too. At least the customer service guy was nice.

    @ring @nick_porter I’ve had same issue. Told I’d receive replacement 6 weeks ago. Just called again & was told my request was ‘expedited’ again. Been promised emails within 24 hrs 3x now. 6 weeks isn’t acceptable for nothing to have been done at all. I can’t speak to team dealing with my request.
