  Kia boys broke into wife's car overnight. Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after. I am going to refrain from stating my thoughts or feelings on the matter, since I kinda like X.

  @ring my wifi is fine all other devices and the tv work fine… why does your door bell and chime device suddenly have a problem? Only your device i rang my provider it is actually a you problem which is now a me problem

  @amazon @ring I'd say it's staged because.. 1) It's not hot as hell. 2) He's not rushing around on an overburdened route. 3) He has time enough to fix the flag but not a couple of seconds to walk on the sidewalk? Amazon posts this, but they treat their delivery drivers like expendable crap!

  @AngieJandro @ring I was in my bedroom and the phone went off- there was a message saying a delivery from Amazon was left at the door AND then I check the video and there it was, the driver was putting another package down. This is AWESOME.

  @ring you have the worst logistics department out there. I placed an order on 7/22 with an arrives by 7/28 and nothing. I wait on hold to be told hopefully by 8/10 but no guarantee yet I can order it today on your site and it says “Arrives 8/8” and no one is willing to do ****!

  @amazon @ring Most inept company I have seen. More packages coming today and tomorrow and I guarantee going to wrong street again. Your drivers are too stupid to realize 9th street is not 9th place despite me leaving delivery instructions pointing that out. Your automated bots in customer service is worse.   @ring - just "chatted" w/ your AI chatbot for 15 minutes trying to fix something. It couldn't help so directed me to a live person - but the system is asking me what I need help with. It's 2026, these things need to talk to each other so we don't have to repeat everything. 🙏

  @ring Though the signal strength is still poor, it seems the Spotlight Cam is not discounting from the WiFi as much as before the extender was installed. It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

  Disappointed in @ring My monitoring subscription is doubling because of a ton of features I don’t want or need. And my previous plan which was perfect for me and fairly priced has been stripped down to not even include camera recording OR professional monitoring.
