@ring @AmazonUK just had the email regarding bills going up. But cancelling the plan is impossible as you’ve put a banner at the bottom of the account page, which blocks the cancel plan option. And a help bubble blocks you from closing the banner!

@ring Just got the email about 33% increase. Terrible time for it and Ring should know better. I understand an occasional increase but 1/3! Insulting to your customers. Forget it. I’ll be cancelling my subscription.

Their customer service gave me a full refund after I explained the problem. they never mentioned the new tariff wouldn’t apply until Dec.Worrying that a random guy on Twitter knows more than trained staff!

@ring I think your latest app has a bug. Whenever I try to view timeline snapshots from my doorbell, eg overnight activity, it shows "Loading..." and nothing EVER loads. I reset/reinstalled everything but didn't fix it. So downgraded to previous APK and problem solved.
