    @ring hello. Door bell says its offline and not capturing video. Thumbnail seems to be live. Its still activating through motion detection. But Live Feeds are not available.

    Happy with @ring Doorbell broke 2 days ago, bad connection between batterypack and doorbell. After professional troubleshooting by their helpdesk, received a new device today! What a service!!! 👍💪
