@Ring when are you going to fix your desktop app? I can only watch my cameras for 30 seconds before I get kicked back to the dashboard and that's IF I am lucky enough to get connected in the first place. It's not my internet connection because it works fine on the phone app.

@ring. Why is the device not working if it is not on the internet? Your app kicks it off and then no monitor. It say it’s off. It doe not automatically turn on. Great for thieves. It’s suppose to be on 24/7. I think your hacked?

@ring support has really gone down hill! I returned a product on 2nd March and still no refund, chased up and all the support team can do is email the billing team who take 3 to 4 business days to reply!! I want my money back please, NOW! You can take my money in seconds!

@ring @ryan_tee Hello, just chiming (hah!) in to say I have a similar problem; doorbell 2.0 shows as offline, no video. Stick up cam works fine, as does the ringing of the doorbell itself. WiFi is connected, even though app says it is not.

Got a defective @ring camera, ring has sent me 2 replacements, both of which were the wrong item. No one on their support lines speaks fluent English, or at least well-enough to help us. Avoid #Ring at all costs.

@ring I don't understand why Ring will not answer my returned tweet, Google say it's Rings problem as it's Rings app, and that as 150 apps work then there is nothing wrong with the phone, so therefore Ring must look at the way their app is created....any thoughts please...

@ring No, because: 1. If you're human you didn't read what I wrote. If you're a bot, your model sucks. Either way, your training failed to comprehend the problem. 2. None of that matters when your API is so abysmally inefficient. 3. DMs are a way to hide poor customer service.

@ring That's the problem @ring. I have called that number, and am currently on hold with them now, yet they cannot understand they continue to send me the wrong camera. @ring customer service SUCKS. They also refuse to let me speak to manager, or someone that can help me further.
