y’know for someone who sells home security, i didnt feel very safe calling @ring to troubleshoot my camera with your “agent” asking to verify accounts & asking for login info that have nothing to do with this. don’t feel safe AT ALL with your product or your customer support

The @ring Neighbors removes most of my posts. Because standing on every porch is not a crime and suspicious doesn't count. Several cars broken into last night. I didn't even mention he is homeless. #Ring camera didn't even start recording when he entered the block.

@Garyscott62 @ring After several hours troubleshooting w/ my Internet service provider, neighbors, ring etc finally found downdetector. realized #Ring issue then what was it like 12 hours later #Ring finally admitted there was an issue. Only have video doorbell so can’t speak to the cameras issue.

Anyone else’s @ring doorbells and devices not working? Can’t even hard reset them. Reinstalled the #Ring app and now I can’t even verify log in… Why would Ring devices on my network be affected by Ring’s servers? I thought everything was stored locally 🥴

@ring Holy hell your UX is terrible. Two back buttons, dropping in and out of the app to try and pay you… long way from 5FS (if anyone there remembers that). You win though.. I paid even though your experience is awful.

@ring It's done now so I don't want to get into DMs. But there was a glitch on my laptop & my phone last few days when I tried to upgrade, there was no option to do so, kept being brought to home screen. Finally was able to do it today. But couldn't do a simple upgrade.

@ring just had stick up cam replaced and new one same not recording and no live view ? I have video doorbell it works fine so don’t say this is wi fi , shocking product with lots of online reviews having the same issue I would like a refund now as this item is useless
