The rep didn’t listen when I explained my situation, gave bad information, and when I asked for a senior rep said there wasn’t any. I asked for a survey to document my experience and she hung up on me.

Nanabozho (@SaltyRiverWater) reportedMan, @USPS has a serious problem. I mailed a sealed box of cards back in April. Box was never scanned so I opened up a Missing Mail Search. Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

Despite paying for Ring Protect Solo subscription, weeks of troubleshooting & contact with support have failed to resolve the issue. Ring also makes it difficult to escalate complaints!

Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after.
