@ring This is such a joke! 6 hours (!!) outage and still no fix! Everthing we get is the same tweet over and over from @ring. My whole house is equiped with Ring alarm and cams, but after this I think I will cancel my protect plan and change to another brand!

@ring I understand a short delay, problems happen. But how many hours now has it been down? I'm in the U.K. this seems to be a world wide issue? To my knowledge, its been no less than five hours. I'm glad I don't use your full security system! You need a better way of notifying people

Hi @ring I appreciate that the app is down however because I couldn’t get into it, I triggered my own alarm and couldn’t turn off the siren without resetting the base station! That was fun for gone 9pm. Your helpline is also cutting calls off…

@ring well rings slogan is " with ring . Your always home " yeah that's if the service isn't offline for hours . I had someone call at 9 at night and without the security of ring it was a little un nerving. Hope the issue gets resolved ASAP.

@jhoustonphoto1 @ring I'd honestly just take it back and look into something else that isn't hosted by a third-party so you can have real security. Made the same mistake buying this garbage a year ago and have had nothing but time wasting issues left and right.
