    @ring wrong address on Apple Pay buying a product. There is no way to amend this online. Your solution is giving customers 45 minutes to call before order is sent to the fulfilment Center - but you are closed! What are my options??! Please help me resolve this

    @_One8Seven1_ @ring This is the same **** I am going through. I'm about to rip all the @Ring camera's off the walls. The only thing these apps and camera's are good for are wasting time watching the screen say "Loading.. 🔄"

    @Cooksensei @ring Our plans continue to be significantly lower-priced than our competitors. Our price increase is 70% lower than their recent price increases. But understand that any billing changes can be difficult. Can you give us a call at 800-548-9508 in case we're able to find a way to help?

    @ring Just send me a replacement unit. It failed inside of warranty as evidenced by the monitoring subscription I was paying for. I invested over $300 on the unit/brackets/monitoring for only 12 months of use and no help from Ring.

    @ring If you think about it, I had the camera since June 2021. It worked until February, when it began to go offline after I would reset it. what I know would happen when I deal with the supports service is it will work until I go home the next day. Then it will go offline.

    @ring Hello. We were set up with a new wifi yesterday. Under Device Health, my Ring does not show reconnect wifi nor change wifi network. It’s a first generation Ring. I need to put the new wifi on here. Help please.

    It's interesting that the @ring app insists that my doorbell is offline yet I get motion alerts. And only motion alerts.

    @h_duk @ring Omg. I called them out AFTER 3 different attempts being completely cooperative. Ring has all the messages from my third attempt at trying to get answers. They can post them to show how cooperative I was up until they said too bad.

    @ring @ring_uk Firstly are you interested to resolve my issue? You sound giving up by repeatedly mentioning to cancel the plan - is that how Ring to customers? These are becoming very discouraging and providing me with a very negative picture about Ring.

    @ring Tried to recharge the battery, it is kaput. Ring made my particular model in a way the consumer can’t replace the battery on their own which is what I need to do seeing as Ring has refused to help me in any way. Pure abandonment on a product 12 months old. Horrible customer care.

    @h_duk @ring I treated them right through three different processes. After they said too bad even though the monitoring proved it was within warranty I let people know. How is that not treating them right? Calling out bad customer service isn’t wrong.

    @ring I purchased a ring camera on Amazon on June 29, 2021. It worked until recently but now has to be reset everyday and then will only work for a hour or so then goes offline. I spoke with the customer support and they have to approve it's bad.

    @ring All the information is in previous DMs. I went through the online helper then an operator then DMing your Twitter account. Why would I do it a fourth time and getting treated the same way? Again, proof of poor customer care. Going through the scripted motions wasting my time.

    @ring I just did and I got through to someone but it was a very bad line (couldn’t understand what they were saying as lots of chatter in the background!) and then they hung up!

    @DerekLinfitt @ring Judging by your replies to me and Ring I am starting to understand why they didn't rush to sort you out. Calling out bad customer service publicly is the right thing to do, but you seem to be one of those 'whatever someone suggests you find a reason to not do it' kinda folk.

    @ring Is there still no way to promote a second account to “owner”? My spouse has owner and I have shared, cams keep disconnecting and the help docs tell me to do something I am unable to do with my limited access.

    @ANCCostello We’re checking our @ring here but didn’t have anything! But Eli and I definitely saw the car while we were playing inside. Someone knocked down the sign at MI & SD too (unrelated but maybe not?) so I sent that to @311DCgov !

    @ring I would have to drive 100 miles to my beach-home and then go through all of the trouble shooting so they will agree that it is defective. I am positive it is defective. Why would it suddenly stop working? Not fair and poor customer support.

    @ring I already went through the DM process with Ring. This is what I mean by horrible customer care. You’ve already told me to take hike and not back your product. It failed before warranty was up and because I reported it a few weeks afterwards it was your opportunity not to help.

    Gutted, got a @ring doorbell for Christmas finally got it fitted in the new house but it's not what I thought! It won't connect to WiFi after 3days, doesn't show you the camera just sits offline, then you need to disconnect it and re-add to the device. Hardwork!

    @ring Friendly relatable content here to suck u in. Don’t be fooled they are corporate & don’t care about their customers. Worst possible returns experience & still waiting on a returns label. They’re part of @amazon. How can it be so convoluted when returns to Amazon are simple?

    Poor delivery from @YodelOnline for my @ASOS parcel today. Looked at the @ring doorbell, knocked once on the door (lightly) and left the parcel on my doorstep before walking off. Parcel is open and soaked and the best bit...I was in! I just didn't know as he dropped and ran!

    @ring why is my camera offline at least 3-4 times a day? I shouldn’t have to reset it for it to work. It’s ridiculous. My internet is good enough for everything else I use it for so has to be the camera.

    My lovely brother-in-law bought us a @ring but @verizon internet is totally **** and the ring won't work. Yet verizon claims they provide the best internet. . . NOT!!!!!!
