@ring Are you guys having another issue? Rings are very delayed today. Echo Show keeps saying that it is unable to show video. Phone app took about a minute after the doorbell rang for the video to show up.

@ring my new doorbell v3 device was bricked by an update (can’t connect to WiFi anymore) support acknowledge the issue but won’t issue a replacement. Other have the same issue in Reddit. Poor communication and bad customer service.

@stevebrazill @ring I hear ya! I’ve been waiting for a way to consolidate all my devices into one service to control them all. While Amazon’s Alexa just about does it, the Alexa service has gotten very slow to respond lately. My Ring cameras are slow, too, with 1gig internet service.

When you buy a refurbished device from @ring, they don't clear the previous owner. That is ridiculous. I paid for a device I cannot access for 2 weeks. That is a bad policy @ring.
