@ring worst experience ever with your product. Brand new doorbell purchased from @Lowes_Canada Only to have your software tell me it’s used and linked to someone else’s account. 40 minutes with support and my only recourse is to bring it back to the store? Terrible service

Purchased @ring security cameras 3 weeks ago. Doorbell camera was missing mount. Been back and forth with customer service. What gives, @ring ? Y'all are too pricey for poor customer service.

Kinda wild to think we may not be too far away from a future where a bad guy could break into our home and be greeted by a drone with a camera on it (@ring Always Home Cam) and a robotic vacuum with camera (@SamsungUS JetBot 90 AI+). I welcome our new robots!

@ring My ring camera chimer is not working. Although its connected by electric Direct Current. It used to work since I bought it. Additionally, the batteries are running out faster. The first battery lasted over two years. What changed.?

@ring I DM’d and spoke to someone from 13:50ish to 15:15, they gave me invalid codes and were no help at all, after exhausting their ideas just stopped replying, this is not the usual Ring Support service I am used to, I have spent £sss with you! !

@SJArobbins_ma @ring They messed up delivery .. so gave my four months trial not 1 .. great ... but it stoped working/recording ... so the lady fixed it over the phone ... Great ... but it cleared off my trial ... noone can help with a complaint .. will cal back in 24hr ... except they never do 😩

@ring I spent 2 hours on the phone to support line on Friday, was eventually transferred to advanced support, who flagged my floodlight cam issue to engineers to be fixed. That was 4 days ago, and it's now a week since we have had no notifications from the camera!!

We bought a Ring Doorbell at Christmas the free "Protection Plan" expired. Then the Live View stopped working and now I'm getting random motion alerts with nothing there. Is anyone else having the same problem? It seems they are trying to force you into extending it. @ring

@thors_joker @ring Fair argument but I’ve been using Ring for 4 years now and am sick of paying the subs and having no control over my own hardware. Besides, I’ve just forked out £500 on Unifi network stuff with a Cloudkey Gen2+ so may as well continue down that rabbit hole!

@ring that does not help. looking at ways to schedule the door bell to not chime because of @amazon delivery drivers ringing the bell at bed time. and yes, i know i can manually snooze the doorbell every night, but that sounds very manual. maybe create a DND feature?

@ring It doesn’t help because I’m paying for the plan that only records 1 device which is my doorbell, so it actually isn’t recording on my camera. To turn off that motion schedule, I have to drill down into about 7 sub levels which is ridiculous. Should be an easier way to disable it.
