@beynate @CQualtro Threatening letter does not provide any contact method to check in. The @ring doorbell history shows a press at 08:44 - shower time. The Ring app is not working for me and will not alert me in real time or show me video of missed rings so I am only guessing that’s when. 6/

@ring That’s GREAT! Unfortunately, my Ring Pro STOPPED working after having it for only 1 year. Called RING but they were unable to resolve issue and said I had to purchase another device. How long are Ring devices expected to last???

@ring sells broken cameras and doesn't support after the fact. Save your money and buy eufy or nest or Anker or one of the other dozens of options.

@MsScarlett @ring Better than my issue with my doorbell. Every time they do an update I have to change my motion sounds because it gets every car on the street Even though the motion sensor said about 30 feet away. Ring has turned to crap since Amazon bought it

Had a bad long-haul #COVID day yesterday; forgot about my Amazon delivery. When I realized it sat outside all day, I ran to the front door and felt really lucky my package was still there. I loved not having stress over it because I know my @Ring video would have caught a thief.

@ring hi still waiting for John at CS to return my emails regarding refund or upgrade, haven't heard from him for a while, and issue are still ongoing, 8 months now, si asked John for me to upgrade to see if that would cure the problems but no answer....🤔

@ring I use Ring to monitor my elderly parents’ home 14 hours away. The password reset and authentication issue is ridiculous. What’s the point of a monitoring system if I can’t utilize without being at their home? This is exactly why I use @googlenest for my home here.

@ring I'm over it. Ring tech support is a waste of my time. Is your signal strong? Yes. Do you have the latest version? Yes. Power cycle the camera. Uninstall the app then reinstall and login again. Blah blah blah... The hardware and platforn are deeply flawed. Thanks anyway, neighbor.

I’d like to know if anyone else has this issue— 1) i am asked to log in - 2) i get your six digit number -3) i get the same log in request email again - repeating doesn’t help & your iphone app goes nowhere - @ring phone customer service has no clue & they do not folo up

So today I spent half an hour on the phone with @ring support as I was experiencing a known issue that requires hardware replacement. But the support guy made me change some unrelated settings and told me that it should be fixed...
