    @ring your process to transfer the cameras after a spouse passes is the worst of any company I’ve dealt with. You keep asking for docs that don’t exist and making this process worse than it should be. You’re a doorbell cam and more difficult than the house it’s attached to.

    Ring can’t help me. They don’t know their product and they don’t care. Don’t be like @ring. Go with another brand of video doorbell.

    @ring is there an issue with connection today. Doorbell has lost WiFi connection although chime still ok. When trying to reconnect says “incorrect WiFi password”. It can’t be because the chime is connected and I have re entered the password . Any ideas ????

    Hi @ring I heard some people got free replacements of their Gen1 keypad with a Gen2 keypad due to the sound going out issue. I have this problem, no sound on the keypad, but I never got the email for the upgrade. Was this for everyone with gen1 keypad or just a few lucky people?

    @VivintHome why does my panel just randomly disconnect? It's not just me, neighbors and friends have the exact same issue miles away? It's bogus and no way keeping me safe. @ring here I come.

    @ring is there a firmware problem with the ring floodlight pro? Because it is detecting people up to 35 feet away with the settings down to 5 feet

    @notthateric @ring Correction: they've determined that nothing magically bad happened with the power supply after wasting a bunch of my time, so now they can't help me unless I call them and waste more time that way. Fabulous.

    @ring is there an outage on using the app? Can’t even log in using rapid ring or the website. All other apps and sites work for me

    @DARKMIRROR002 @ring Wow I've had my original doorbell in direct sunlight for years and it's not doing that. I do agree that the solar charger is garbage and was barely charging in direct sunlight.

    @ring They told me to DM to look good but then didn't actually help. They told me to call the same number that had previously told me to call when I got home. Why have a camera to check on your home if you need to be home to access it?

    @ArloSmartHome 6 months since I purchased Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras: 3 cameras w/ hardware issues, 2 days + 4 customer agents later, no offer of replacement despite being within my 1 year warranty. Should’ve picked @ring 😭 one of the worst customer experiences ever.

    @ring is there in outage in Southern California? I have no been able to view videos for almost 8 hours. I rebooted the ring pro. Still nothing. None of my other devices are having issues.

    @ring charged me an annual fee and wont give me a refund. I cancelled my service 6 months ago because I sold that house. Even my video history shows camera offline for months. @googlenest

    @ring so your ring doorbell won't connect to the wifi. I have internet and router has been rebooted 3 times. When I call for help. I go through the setup again and told nothing wrong with device contact isp. Ask for manager/supervisor told not available. BS! This is the only

    mom was just on the phone with @ring for over 2 hours trying to fix her Ring unused Video 3 that can’t do live view something is wrong with the hardware after figuring that out and saying the device is out of warranty as of OCT20 they offered a 30% store discount 🗑 not cool 🤬😡

    @ring RING Video Doorbell 3 is saying it is offline. Yet in the app it shows that it has great connection. Even still we rebooted and it still says the same thing. Are there any issues because we had no idea it has been off since LAST NIGHT!

    @frontpoint has had frustrating service for years, it used to just be bad service communication, now they've applied 2-factor auth to my account without my consent. I'm beyond frustrated. Don't waste your time with these guys, just go to a proper vendor like @SimpliSafe or @ring

    Why do I have constant problems w/ my @ring video doorbell 3? I’m on my 3rd replacement unit. No help from ring other than “try everything again”. I don’t have time 2 stand in front of it for 1.5 hours speaking 2 someone who can’t help me w/o escalating the call. #buyersremorse

    @ring has the worst Customer Service in the industry. They should call it Customer Harassment and Disservice. When I asked for a manager I was told I could speak to one but they wouldn't help me. If you are buying home video cameras, look elsewhere.

    Hi @ring. I should have received 6 months ring protect with my Spotlight Cam Battery 2 pack purchased from Costco UK. I've set up the cameras but have no option on how to set up the Ring protect for 6 months? Are you able to help me?
