@ring please allow modes to auto switch between home and away using geofence. So if i leave my home to go shopping, it switches to away, and when i arrive home it switches to home. Please this would be a huge help.

@ring cameras are not worth the money, or time. DIY security where you let another company own the software is an objectively bad idea. But Ring manages to be the worst of that group too.

It is all up and down @Ring dozens of people in my area and not once have I seen a police presence in my area in 2 full years. But to use "defunding of the police and covid" as an excuse is straight BS and MUST STOP immediately.What say you @LAPD? Get your people to actually WORK

Psst, @ring How do you power down 2nd gen doorbell? I've already called customer service and was first told to press and hold the orange button for 20 seconds, then was told to just leave it alone for about 10 minutes. No dice. Why isn't there a way to shut this thing off?

This is after my alarm hasn't worked in months. It may be legal, but it's a total garbage way to treat customers, @northstar_home. A great product sells itself. No need to force people to stay. Moved to @ring - better service, $200 per year, no contract.

@ring @ring_uk My Ring 3 Plus has been offline (unknowingly) for two days and I cannot receive a live feed, doorbell presses, or motion alerts. It is hard wired in, I’ve tried resetting it but the white circle won’t spin.
