    @ring since the outage last night my outdoor camera no longer has live view. I have tried setting it up again. Reinstalling the app. It’s saying to charge the battery but it’s a plug in. The light is on so it’s working. No live view!!

    @carlwills85 @ring I know it’s really aggravating however I did check and everything is back online but my god this is weird so many things were down I feel like it was a DDOS attack. It’s just too weird that all those things were down at one time so I changed all my passwords immediately

    @beaukpad @ring @theblingfisher We're on the same page; they're slimy &it sucks. It's not *impossible* to escape the slimy megacorporations &go completely off grid, but thats infeasible for most ppl. calling out **** behavior is step 1 in doing anything abt it. submitting to this being the norm will keep it so.

    @BVDGRRL @ring Uhhh ... my comment was more about we had a perfectly good solution before someone thought that what a doorbell really needs is a cloud integration. Ring is a solution in search of a problem and if you buy it, expect downtimes.

    @ring Hi I'm also one of your loyal ring doorbell customers but my ring app is down again did you had another outage because I saw that you had one this early morning at 2:44 but was resolved now is down again. What is going on with AWS did y'all get hacked or something.

    @ring I enjoy having my ring cameras. While it sucked yesterday having issues with the app and connectivity. I also understand that sometimes systems go down and can take a while to figure out the issue and correct it.

    @beaukpad @ring @theblingfisher yes i am just now realizing this for the first time now today /s just bc we know it already doesnt mean we shouldnt bother call it out. especially when today's outage shows just how much of vital internet infrastructure amazon is responsible for. they should be HELD responsible.

    @ring I bought an Arlo doorbell camera tonight and tomorrow I’m canceling my Ring service and selling the device. Shame on #Ring for not even sending a ******* email to its customers about the hours-long outage today. Your company is a ******* joke. Bye!

    @ring Thank you. Was the Ioss of connection related to today’s system outage? I just called support to help me reconnect and found CSR to be unhelpful and rude. This is the second ring device I’ve purchased in 5 months and it seems to be more trouble than it’s helpful.
