@ring There appears to be still issues with Samsung phone compatibility regarding low voice on the doorbells. Looking at the forums this has been raised and been an issue since 2018 and yet there are still issues reported. Still waiting a reply from your support 2 weeks later!

Another @ring smart light successfully installed here in the uk. They have good products, great customer service but utterly **** at explaining WHY they can’t launch products here in the uk. ‘We want to create the best experience’ 🙄

@MUTGuru @ring Someone is doing that here with a tree service. They got my wife's aunt. Offered to trim some trees for her, and she said yes. Then they complelty cut some trees down and gave her a$1500 bill. She said no and gave them 400. Still shouldn't have gave them anything. That was today

@ring Tucker tries but can't resolve the issue, he says it's Google's problem, but it's your app, phones are set as required...and nothing....the unit does not even know I am standing in front of it....then someone will walk passed and if will fire off....

@ring the bullshit posts you’re allowing on neighbors has completely degraded the purpose of your app. I’ve had about 5k power outage notices, 3k “how do I fix my internet” posts and now people are trying to sell their plumbing services. All marked as “safety” posts. Fix it!

@ring Yes, I am waiting until I have a whole day for Customer Services to tell me to factory reset my whole system, blame my router that's 12ft away then ask me to change all its settings... Only for the problem to remain... Just like all your other hardware. 🙄

@ring Ring was really good during the video trial period. After the trial period both the video and live no longer work. I guess I’m returning the ring and going with google. Too bad cus it worked great during the trial period.
