So with @awscloud us-east-1 taking an early turkey day and having a few too many sherbets, it also appears that @ring is also utterly broken. So much for having a distributed architecture. Wonder how many burglaries coincide with their mass service outages?

@ring Please actually post updates on your main feed. By just replying to people your trying to hide the fact the whole network is down, you need to actively tell people they're not protected currently.

@ring @Anju__B So - what are we tracking on the status page exactly? It hasn't had a single update since the incident was first put on, 4 hours ago. I understand outages happen but lack of updates for such a major outage is really pretty poor.

@ring I think your service is down. My battery was 60% yesterday and today says 0% but when I put to charge it shows half charged already. I get streaming error when trying to go live. I tried to redownload the app and now it won’t accept verification codes.

@ring Service down for over two hours. Cannot Access: Live Stream, Open the Ring Application (Android & Windows), and Website. Even your US Call Center (listed #) fails. Are you on top of this critical issue? There needs to be communication with such a wide system outage.

@ring why does my ring dashboard, and camera take so long to start up? its gotten to the point where I'm about to just go with a different camera company because it take so damn long just to get a connection error even though my ring doorbell is right next to my wifi

@ring I’m having trouble connecting to ring video doorbell. It’s not connecting to phone app. When I click on live view it’s says streaming error. When doorbell rings, I can’t see anything on my phone. I have tried with other devices but no joy. Can you please advise
