I ordered on 13th February, with no sign of products or delivery date. 3 times told I’ve got to wait for products to arrive back at @ring HQ before they can issue a refund or resend items, as they’re missing in transit. 😔

By the time I've managed to complete all the security to view my notification on the doorbell the visitor has already arrive back home and had 2 glasses of wine. Stuff = criminal activity that would get other folks long prison sentences or on a very bad day quickly shot & killed by police. I think of that watching @ring.

Will not refund so I can get from Amazon stock or credit service. Camera down and security risk. Suggest do not buy ring.

We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

Great business decision, it sure pays to make your customers furious. I’d buy an Asian hornet sting to my bits before I’d buy ring again.
