    @ring you can send out emails all the time to inform me of deals and whatnot, but you can only tweet about a known problem?! How about keeping us informed! So is this system even safe anymore? If you got hacked, how much info was lost?!

    @ring Im in Disable Mode but the camera is still recording motions. I’ve toggled between Modes, signing in and out but it is still happening. Help.

    @ko993c4s @martinw2000 @ring Mine, too. Terrible products, from the devices to the app, to the customer service. Worst choice I ever made was going with Ring over SimpliSafe. My boss has SimpleSafe and NEVER has issues.

    @ring It took you more than 4 hours to announce this!!! And whatever happened caused one of my cameras to freak out so bad it STILL is not back online. And I am not there to fix it, so god knows what will happen while I am gone. YOU SUCK!

    Thanks to @ring my apartment was broken into while their system was down earlier today. WTF is the point of #ring if it doesn't work when you need it most. 10 out of 10 pissed and 0 out of 10 recommend.

    @ring You should be notifying customers as soon as you are aware of the outage, this is home security and peace of mind not a frivolous luxury

    @Billy_5722 @ring They must have had a major issue and reset everything. But I just want everything how it was ASAP as I don't get Motion Alerts, Ring Alerts, and doesn't connect to Alexa. Firmware says unknown. Ring just says keep checking the Status website, but there is no change.

    @ChiefGossard @ring Bad timing. This is the second significant outage I’ve had that I can recall with my Ring devices in two years. Amazon Web Services is having network issues and Ring is affected.

    @ring You really should notify customers as soon as there's a widespread issue, be it email or text. The shear volume of wasted time trying to troubleshoot is insane.

    @ring Stop with the robot automated response to the tweets! It’s just as frustrating as your lack of response to the outage! Credits to customers should be high on your list. I just ordered bing and ring will be replaced. Wish i could send the ring cam back

    @Billy_5722 @AlexMarleyUK @ring Same problem here, all ring devices are showing RSSI of 0 when our Wi-fi is fine? Also battery showing 100% when it was less than 50 yesterday!
