Mama needs a margarita (@cunextmommy) reported@ring thanks for the horrific customer service only using generative AI- I have a dog who was hit by a car and my acct is not permitting me to post. Your AI can’t help fixing my acct or get a human so I can post to help this dog find its owner. If this dog passes- it’s on you.
-
Jack Rabbit (@Jack_Blast194) reported@ring because your software notices trigger words and will automatically delete the post. I posted about a homeless guy walking in a park near a playground and you deleted the post. No profanity at all. Just a warning to my neighbors and your system deleted it. **** you.

HeIsRightAgain𝕏 (@HeIsRightAgainX) reportedThere is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.
-
Nakatomi2010 (@nakatomi2010) reported@ring I need you to understand that the reason I haven't signed up for the AI plan isn't because I haven't tried it, but rather because I am tired of subscription cost increases. I appreciate the trial, but you're asking for too much money. That's the problem.

Startup Academy (@vc__backed) reportedThe story of Ring and Jamie Siminoff is one of the best examples of waiting for the right moment. Jamie was able to sell Ring for $1.2 billion to Amazon, but first he had to turn down an offer from Shark Tank. "Kevin O'Leary gives me this offer, which was it just going to bankrupt the business. It was like royalties and all this stuff. Like we needed to build something bigger." - @ring Founder, @JamieSiminoff on @The_RoomPodcast
-
Scott Donohue (@rushfan634) reported@ring Why do you always portray dumb white guys as burglars in your commercials? Is there a WOKE problem in the company? Look at crime stats
-
Ran Nahmias (@rnahmias) reported@FedEx One out of every three deliveries lately seems to end with: “Customer not available.” The problem? @Ring cameras exist. If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp
-
FULLΛM (@waynefullam) reported@Ring the fact that I was able to seamlessly resume a support chat I started yesterday, with the new agent already having full context of the previous conversation, is a really elegant system. They had the issue resolved in under 5 minutes once I was on-site with the hardware. More companies need to do this.
-
BRYDISNEY (@BryDisney) reportedWhatever you do don’t buy @ring security cameras. If you change your WiFi password you have to take everything down and reset them like it’s 1980. Ridiculous bro.
-
Front St. Finance (@luke4696) reported@ring your **** sucks…. @SimpliSafe is way better. I regret switching at my new house so much. Just trash.
-

Toby Benson (@tobymedia) reportedAmazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.
-
Jane Brooke (@phm5kzb6nr2) reported@ring I can’t figure out how to update or upgrade my items - bc it says I can’t do it via the app…please help. 2 days left

Davey Allen (@DaveyAllen54264) reported@ring I have called and asked well within six months. Then I promised that they were sending something out to me. Hoping it would help. That never showed up. What ever that was. I stopped my cloud because the cameras didn’t work all the time
-
Davey Allen (@DaveyAllen54264) reported@ring I keep calling customer service. For some reason. You people can’t hear me. I can call anyone else and they hear me with no problem. So they just hang up. I keep getting screwed with this company. I told you I would call. Then this

₿iblical.btc (@Cryptobruhdd) reportedImagine going into your post office and asking why they claim they delivered a package to your door when they didn’t, thanks @ring Than asking how your usps became an Amazon delivery of a 25lb box when it’s suppose to be an envelope of a card. Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.
-
Pumblechook (@pumblechook) reported@ring Your 4K POE Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. Why did you bother releasing the 2K Cameras?
-
JeroenS (@JeroenPJS) reported@ring my video doorbell 2 suddenly has white stripes in the night footage. What could be the issue?
-
Recovering Republican (@DannyByersII) reported@ring I'm sick of my phone blowing up because folks are using "Neighbors" as if it was Twitter. There needs to be a setting to disable all of these non-safety related messages. I don't care if someone is driving down the highway and wants to know if there is gas at the next exit
-
Toby on X (@tobymedia) reported@ring Yeah that’s pretty pathetic to be honest. Your app could at least link to the relevant website page! I managed to login to website & find the page to subscribe but again there were issues. So I may go with Blink instead.
-
Michael Gardner (@Duch3s5) reported@ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.
-
Maze (@MAZEHUD) reported@ring has got the worst customer service ever. The reviews speak for itself. Look at the X replies. Also, look into your Privacy rights you. Very concerning!!!
-
heraldo sánchez (@freetaiwan99) reported@jsrailton @ring @jason_koebler throw your ring cameras in the ******* trash
-
Misses microwaving fish in the office (@richgjaci) reported@HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.
-
RhysvWZAR (@RhysvW_ZAR) reported@ring why MUST I miss all of my calls. All of my notifications EVERYTHING. SERIOUSLY WTF
-
Obleo A. Beck (@oab) reported@ring omg 😡 could you please stop 🛑 sending nonsensical messages in the ring app that have nothing to do with home security! WTF! 🤬 This A.I. nonsense is annoying snd off topic!
-
Roland 🛸 Burnem (@RolandBurnem) reported@excel_ranger @ring Eat **** you pathetic karen.
