Because I pay for continuous recording, this interruption is concerning. The recording stopped unexpectedly, and your customer service department informed me that the issue was due to low internet connectivity. Please advise.

Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?
