    @ring new warranty with allstate. they will only replace three covered items in term. so if we have alarm, camera, and lights (30 devices). Once three pieces go bad they do not have to cover warranty?

    @ring when logging in, I get promoted for multi factor authentication using a mobile number but this was an old number I no longer have access to. I can’t access my account and there is no way to change the number assigned to the account without being logged in. Help please!

    @ring I added two more cameras and requested they be added to my protection plan. Well they screwed up and actually cancelled my plan. I’ve called 3 times now to get the issue resolved and still nothing. Been waiting 2+ hours for a call back from a supervisor. Get NEST!!!

    @ring 2. For battery operated devices, provide a graph of battery level over time. This allows for easier prediction on when a battery needs to be charged/replaced. Now I manually put the replacement timestamps in my calendar for that which is error prone and quite a hassle.

    First time downloading @ring videos en mass, and **** does their UI and logic suck. Here’s a few improvements they need to make ASAP: 1. Download “First XX” should be in ascending order, not descending. Why ******** would I want to download starting at the end of a day, forward?

    @ring I set up my Alarm last week and had a power outage on Tuesday now the base station is not turning on. Called CS and they decided to ship a power cable replacement. I'm pretty sure it is the base station the one that needs to be replaced Need my alarm to be functioning ASAP!

    @ring First you double the price if you want your alarm monitored. Now you put Allstate in place of the warranty you promised. A few big issues.. Says we have to ship out a doorbell for repair if determined to be bad. So missing a doorbell for weeks vs advance replacement.

    Do you want a security system that goes down all the time? Panel issues and get the run around when you call? Then by ALL means get @ADT 4 calls and transferred dept to dept and STILL not resolved. Why I am going to @ring #dontwastemoney #getring #ADTsucks

    @ring Not much into jokes. I am leaving my apartment now and activating the alarm but I will stay mainly in sight of my door, but not continuously. If a camera goes offline, or it goes down before I go back inside I certainly hope you can turn the stuff back on remotely or something.

    Checked my @ring Doorbell cam footage this morning as the key safe flap was hanging down. What do I see....... 1.30am - 2 @Ldn_Ambulance Paramedics ringing the doorbell, and then trying to access the key safe 👀👀 wait 20 minutes for someone else from either @hackneycouncil ....

    @ring Good luck if you need customer support from ring. They screwed up my subscription and I’ve been waiting 2 hours and 50 minutes for a call back from a supervisor to remedy the issue. Worthless.. get a NEST

    @ring - my doorbell has disconnected from wifi (wifi and all all other devices are OK) - this happened around 2300 last night and it won’t reconnect at all. Is the system down? Internal chime is showing as connected still..

    @ring I brought one of your doorbell cameras about 18 months via @amazon. They advised they would replace the item for me after the battery stopped charging.Apparently now they are out of stock and they won’t be getting anymore. I have MS and can’t get to the door. Can you help?
