If you're thinking about installing an @ring wired doorbell, I'd encourage you to think again. This @Amazon owned company is a nightmare, an example of a company that doesn't think of its customers needs, despite what @JeffBezos says of his values.

@ring Your policies SUCK. I’ve been in my house for well over a month. The jackass owner can’t release ownership of the floodlight camera, and I STILL CANT USE IT, AND RING WONT RELEASE IT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m ripping all of these devices out. GARBAGE

@Ring doesn't keep its word. What's proactive about not being able to write an email? Such matters are actually easy to resolve. I'm sorry you're not satisfied. We will do everything to fix the situation. But that's not @Ring's approach.

@ring two hours now & videos aren’t saving. Notifications are working, etc. Judging by the number of ppl sending you messages, looks to be system-wide. Any ETA on the fix?

@fanboy1979 @ring same problem here. i have a peephole cam in an apartment. Getting notifications there is motion at the door, but no saved videos now for a few hours. Live view works fine.

@ring can’t delete videos. Tried 3 different ways (the … and the timeline and the edit) and the video events will pop back up again. Tried it on both iPhone and iPad. Same problem. Please fix so I won’t have hundreds of video events a day! (neighbors like to drive back and forth

@ring doesn't empower its staff to help customers. I'm shipping all their equipment back to them for a refund. What I can't get back is all the time I wasted with them. @Ring is good at selling, bad at delivering. That's the worst.

@ring @KTK1990 I am also having the same issue. I’ve had the chime pro replaced twice now. Both unit get hot and disconnect from my WiFi. I’ve rebooted my router several times, tried to reconnect the devices and even disconnected the WiFi protection. I’m at whits end.

@xblazeh I don't think there is a fix other than removing the ring system. Lots of people having this issue. @ring has already had issues in the past with security, all this is going to do is open it up more.

@ring hi, just wondering how I can fix a problem? My camera caught a kid stealing a package from one of our neighbors went to look for the footage but nothing is showing up? Any ideas how I can fix it? I have good internet connection, subscription, and no other problems.

Hey @ring you think we can fix the android app crashing issue that's been with us for the last 2 months and 2 updates? 3 different devices all crashing. Deleted app, reinstalled the app, cleared the cache.
