@ring I’ve tried to update our new wifi multiple times with the app shutting down and refusing to update. Everyone I know has have had similar frustrations updating, and a simple Google search shows this is common. This is a massive security risk. Please fix ASAP

@ring Well I Have NO Service thanks to Customer Support, I will give insight how bad Ring is,Since Dec of 2020 I had to purchase 3 different units for Breaking,Brand New Units Breaking & Since December 2020,I have Not Payed one Cent to @ring I have been Compensated approx 8 months

@ring Hi, just installed my new Floodlight Cam Wired Pro. There's a permanent crackling/static sound coming from camera speaker - mic isn't open in app and installation wiring is good, rebooting makes no difference. Return or software fix?

@ring After buying my ring doorbell 3Plus on June 16 2020. The audio stop working. After spending $245.23 all they could offer is a code for some kind of discount that I have yet to receive to purchase on a product that has no warranty it will last more than a year. Garbage

@ring looks like my house was unsuccessfully broken in to, and we realize the blinking light on our unit may have made us a target. Why have such a feature broadcasting a vulnerability when it’s known updating wifi is extremely difficult.

My "smart" thermostat had a remote sensor to help keep hotter rooms in the house cooler. After a nearly $400 electric bill I moved that sensor to test it and damned if that damn @ecobee sensor isn't reading high by 3 degrees at all times. #Trash give me my @ring nest

@ring I just got off the phone with your support. I am having an issue with my ring floodlight cam wired plus where it doesnt show up in the windows 10 app. Your technical support tells me that support for my new cam won't be added to the windows 10 app has ceased. Is this True?!
