GOPmom (@lisadolgos) reported@ring worst customer service. Spent over $500 on cameras and a doorbell. I never received the doorbell, even though UPS says it was delivered. Spent an hour on the phone to get them to agree to send a replacement. Have yet to receive it.

My second ring camera stopped working and I was told I’d have to buy a third one because it’s been 4 months out of the warranty. I get it the first time but a second. I’ve canceled my subscription. Do better

Her email is under shared access for both cams. Is there an easy fix for this? Or do I delete her access and add it back?

Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

Motion detection seems just as bad and the image quality is marginally better. Improved night vision though. #Ring
