    Day 31 of @ring STILL not fixing an easy iOS Widget problem even though they pretend they’re working on it. YEP! That’s ONE WHOLE MONTH!! They literally don’t care about customers, do they!?

    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    I’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.

    @ring Wow I've never had bad customer experience from you until just now. Person on webchat just sent templates saying they are not able to troubleshoot and to call instead. Ignoring my offers to send screenshot etc

    @ring They must of been the lucky one that ring did not have a system failure as when I got broken into they did so no evidence to be obtained. Opened a case no one coming back and today shortage of staff to deal with customer

    Car got broken into last night and ofc my @ring security camera somehow magically didn't pick anything up between 8pm and 7am, not a single notification or anything. Most useless and expensive security device ever created. Do not buy. If you have it, get rid of it.

    @ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.

    @ring I noticed my address is incorrect on my app. It shows a different area with the same street name. However when I try to change it I am told I will have to leave assisted monitoring. Is this the paid monitoring or something different. Hope you can help. 🙏🏼

    I'm pretty sure someone at @Ring is telling people what's going on with my camera footage or some other ****. Sure seems like it. Maybe get a different company. Nobody knows certain **** about my cams but me, but the neighbors sure seem to. And when I'd make complaints, the Ring outreach team or whatever it's called would constantly try to contact me and their reps would all have obviously black names, and my neighbors are black, so... Not hard to fathom in this age, especially when employees got caught looking at video (and this was before that story broke. I've had Ring for years now).

    @ring once again one of my ring devices has gone tits up straight after warranty period has ended. This time floodlight cam strobing , pretty obvious that is a manufacturing issue the amount of complaints.

    @ring I need help, kinda a trespassing thing and bf of 9 years cheating . He Turned off the backyard camera. So it went off line everyday around the same time from maybe June 2022 to Nov 2022 To bring her in my house and into my bed. I need the exact dates the camera was taken…

    Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.
