Despite paying for Ring Protect Solo subscription, weeks of troubleshooting & contact with support have failed to resolve the issue. Ring also makes it difficult to escalate complaints!

Misses microwaving fish in the office (@richgjaci) reported@HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

The issue isn’t a lack of information, it’s that I’ve already spoken to advisers on three separate occasions and each call was terminated before my issue was resolved.
