@ring What other people think that’s missing, hence the poll. Think this may help Ring understand what customers would love to see from Ring. Your new cameras are 1080p again, lots of people I know including myself wish Ring was HomeKit compatible. Extra sensors for cameras be good to.

@ADT Extremely disgruntled by you’re dealer “safe haven”. Our door bell is malfunctioning. Had it less than a year and we have to pay for someone to come out to fix an issue we didn’t create. #dontbuy buy @ring doorbell instead.

Hey @ring, the accessibility of your app has gone from usable to ****: most elements are no longer labeled, including, but not limited to, the menu, device list, chime tone selection screen, and the audio settings screen from where the chime tone selection screen is accessed.

It seems like Hurricane Ian killed my @ring doorbell :( It went offline at 3 am during the worst of the storm and is completely unresponsive.

@queen_of_cups_ I was stalked for a couple of years, had 2 flats broken into to come and 'get me'. Get a @ring or other video doorbell, you'll be able to see on your phone who's at the door, it records if you subscribe, for evidence. Be firm and detached with him.

My ring floodlight when bad! One led is dim and after calling customer service, they said I have to replace the entire unit. I thought @ring cared about their customers a lot more then to make the replace the entire unit for $250 just to replace an led light. Horrible quality!!

@ring help. My ring keypad was off. I have been recharging it for a few hours. No light flashing. If I unplug it, it does not work. The red lights are on around the three circle (police, fire and safety) buttons.
