    @ring where are you recruiting your service support personnel who don't understand Americans? No common sense but must follow a BS script from beginning to end to then realize the device is not working! Unacceptable! Also telling a customer to 'relax' is unacceptable!

    @ring Well that was a waste of time. @ring blames our order cancellation on @amazon logistics. No help at all. Such poor customer service from both companies. Very disappointed.

    I gotta say, the Ring my wife bought us years ago (before we learned they were also narcs) when we kept getting packages stolen is probably the most useless thing we’ve ever owned. The Live View only works like 1/200 tries, and nothing seems to fix it. Garbage. @ring

    @ring You have a bug. Live view does not resolve on app for iPadOS 15.4.1 for Stickup Cam, but it records. No problem on Safari, iPhone. Doorbell and Indoor Cam work fine on all platforms. Would appreciate a fix.

    @ring Or stop using ring. Such bull ****. I use a vpn for security so you want to downgrade my internet security to use your network.

    @ring can you tell me why we are for a broken camera. several times on hold for 2.5 hours to be helped. What a bad service

    @ring I don't know but Ring is getting worse at notifications. EVERY morning, when I leave I to wotk i get an alert 3 minutes later down the road, that someone at my door. It's constantly lagging. I call tech. They tell me to reset it. My internet connection is great.

    @ring how can I delete the history of my Alarmsystem 2th gen? Deleting the history of the indoorcam is no problem, but can’t find the deleting of the history of the sensors etc.

    @ring Thanks but no. It's always an issue. Tired of having to reach out to fix this thing. I have the ring spotlight cam hard wired and still. And its close to the router. I think there's an issue with YOUR system. Shouldn't have to pay for something I generally have to "fix" an issue

    @ring Live View does not work over a cellular connection for those with an iphone 13. It is a known bug and sits with Ring to fix. Go figure they’d ask this question.

    @ring Subscriber with two devices in separate locations. Both down and customer service asked to uninstall and reinstall app because of an update. Now can’t login. Seriously?

    I set it up indoors so we can check on pets when we’re outside the house (and make sure nobody has broken in) but it’s more reliable to use the baby monitor camera since the @ring Live View literally never works despite being like 2 feet from the router.

    Hugely disappointed with the terrible customer service at @ring - a lack of common sense and an unwillingness to listen to the customer. Why don't companies take customer service seriously?

    @Nick_GGTB BUT as much as I love Jim Thome (is there anyone alive who doesn’t). It kind of DID turn us into a 16” softball team. Paulie and Thome just turned small ball into either HR or Slow Train on the base path. And I feel horrible typing this. Or maybe it was seeing AR cry @ring day 😢

    @ring I missed a doorbell notification on my phone and it was the police about my ADT bugler alarm. I can no longer get the ring tones on my phone. Ring later notified me with a video and the sheriff was trying to get me on my ring doorbell. Please fix this.

    @ring Hi, my ring will no longer connect to my Wi-Fi. Password is correct, Wi-Fi health/strength is all fine. It just keeps saying set up failed. Can anyone help please. Thanks.

    @ring FED UP! We have FOUR security cameras & the two newest ones, lights do NOT work at all. We’ve tried every setting. Waited on hold 4 tech support. ZERO help! Our tech guy called & now u won’t speak w/him unless he’s a Ring owner. I’ve been ripped off!!

    @ring Probably nothing as my RING won’t charge anymore and after 5 to 7 calls to support they finally figured out the board went bad 2 days after the warranty expired

    @ring my doorbell breaks so I have a replacement sent.I contacted your chat service to ask about my 12 month subscription I paid for. To my knowledge he transferred it to the new device but no you have taken money out for another 12 months when I had 5 months left anyway. Help!!

    @ring We’ve been there and done that. Unfortunately it is down to the batteries you use. I have an 18v transformer but they don’t charge in low temperatures

    @ring The point of this system is to catch things quickly. I don't feel it's reliable anymore. Your tech people don't help. I think I'll try something else. This is ridiculous
