    @ring I have a battery Doorbell Plus that doesn't work for crap. Deliveries? Didn't see a thing. USPS? Nope. Meter Reader? Oh, please. Cat on the porch, in the middle of the night? I got it! Stick Up Cam (Gen3), just about as bad unless you want to see people walking away.

    @ring doorbell is shite, very bad lag upto 3 minutes by then i have seen someone at door and answered it before it alerts me ! time to bin it

    Most times I attempt to view my @ring Safety Cameras I get error messages cause the robbery rings that Friended me are viewing & ILLEGALLY INVADING MY PRIVACY Even with Small Children in PLAIN VIEW being Normal.     Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.

    @ring Then I was told I had not paid. Sent screenshot (don't know why @ring couldn't see I paid?) showing I paid. Then I was told I didn't have the plan showing on the @ring payment history. Then I had to hold multiple times for CS to talk to a supervisor. All seems to boil down to...

    @ring how come I’ve been waiting for my replacement device for nearly two months, you take the money out of my acc knowing I do not have the device yet but yet your customer service team do nothing to ensure my device is delivered? Terrible service!

    Kia boys broke into wife's car overnight. Nothing was in the car and they couldn't get the thing started. @ring camera was absolutely garbage and caught nothing but human-free snapshots before and after. I am going to refrain from stating my thoughts or feelings on the matter, since I kinda like X.

    @ring Your 4K POE Retinal Camera picture quality is not so great with very poor picture degradation when zooming in. Why did you bother releasing the 2K Cameras?

    @ring I only need a replacement part. If Ring can't provide the part needed to fix my device, they should replace the unit with a comparable upgraded model at no cost. Customers shouldn't be penalized because parts are unavailable.

    @FedEx One out of every three deliveries lately seems to end with: “Customer not available.” The problem? @Ring cameras exist. If your driver doesn’t want to make the stop, that’s one thing. But claiming I wasn’t home when the cameras show nobody ever arrived is something else entirely. @FedExHelp

    @amazon @ring Most inept company I have seen. More packages coming today and tomorrow and I guarantee going to wrong street again. Your drivers are too stupid to realize 9th street is not 9th place despite me leaving delivery instructions pointing that out. Your automated bots in customer service is worse. How Fkn hard can this be????? This is 9th street not 9th place! Fkn fix it!!!!!!!

    @ring You failed me. Five cameras, Premium Legacy with Alarm Professional Monitoring. When I needed you most, I have no video. I've got years of cat videos and random cars going up and down my street, and yet the one time I NEED these videos they're not there!!!

    @HDCares @HomeDepot Sunnyvale CA Kifer Rd store couldn't help with @ring cameras. It was self service but I couldn't get to any of the product as it was in a cage . I even showed the staff members the product and its location in the app and still couldn't get any assistance.

    Moved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN
