@ring No, your system is bullshit. I literally tried to return one of your stolen base units that was throw into my yard to the owner and your company told me to “keep it” & refused to pass on my info to the owner. Bad customer service, zero help, just a loud noise to wake up neighbors

@ring hi team, noticed this morning WiFi wasn't connecting to my doorbell, went to check and seems battery was flat despite it being at 45% last health check. Is there some sort of issue where the % is showing higher than actual? Or could there be a random battery glitch?

@ring perhaps you can help. 3 phone calls over 10 days and over an hour wasted talking to customer support I still haven't received a returns label for a product that wasn't what I needed. How difficult can it be to generate a label and email it?

They insist I remove the working camera and send it back to them otherwise I will be charged. The other upgraded camera they were going to send is out of stock, despite being owned by Amazon who has them on Prime. I just want to keep my existing cameras - what's the problem @ring

Hi @ring I'm NOT a happy bunny. Why have you changed your login system making a dash in a domain name an illegal character (it isn't according to the RFC otherwise 000's of domains with a dash would'nt exist!)? Please get devs to change this ASAP as I can't access my account.

OMG @ring has to be the worst company ever for customer service! They wanted to replace two cameras that I couldn't set up (unbeknownst to me it was a router issue) so the order was made and only one was sent. NOW my originals are working but they can't/won't retract the upgrade!

@ring I would but I just replaced the battery with a fully charged spare and it fixed the issue. Hoping its a one off as I'm guessing from the response it's not a known thing, but if it occurs next time, I'll be sure to grab screens!

If anyone is ever buying/renting a home use @ring. Unfortunately we bought @VivintHome and it was probably the worst decision I ever made. Do not get stuck using Vivint like I did.

Well done @AmazonUK for delivering my @pinkfloyd piper at the gates of dawn and there it stops. Sent wrapped in paper and then thrown over the fence when was told on @ring doorbell to deliver next door .. never rang next door and they were in .. bent sleeve poor service 😡
