    @ring after seeing the news about today’s outage, I’m pretty sure my 1st camera wasn’t bunk as I was told, bc this was the same crap that made me replace it. Welp, when this breaks I’ll just get something else. What a headache

    @ring @ring I can login to the app but I’m not receiving any notifications to my phone except for when a door is open. None of my motion detector alerts are working. When will this be fixed??? I can’t believe y’all dropped the ball like this the day before a holiday.

    @ring do you know how long its going to take for you to fix your service my doorbell keeps saying the battery is dead (its fully charged) and my wifi signal is so poor my chime isnt working and the app is being spicy, HELP!

    @ring why is it that now when I do live view the microphone is automatically turned on, previously I had to turn it on to speak to those at my door! This is since the outage today, how can I sort this out to how it was
