Will not refund so I can get from Amazon stock or credit service. Camera down and security risk. Suggest do not buy ring.

Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?
