    @ring Another week has gone by with phone support refusing to troubleshoot my issue. Instead, they want me to switch products, admitting that this won’t solve my issue because the other products do different things. Will anyone ever help me resolve the issue?

    @ring why does the doorbell go offline every time after the bell has been rung? Had problems every day since I bought it. I have to turn it on and off again at the plug at least once a day to reset.

    @KlaudiaJurewicz @ring When this happened to me I had to check the signal strength of my internet provider. Not saying that could be your issue. My experience. Checked wifi router Checked modem log Found disconnect was due to Downstream Power, SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio), and Upstream Power.

    @ring customer service which was one of the best is now the worst. They moved call center out of American since amazon acquired them. It took 3 calls to unqualified robots reading from scripts, in past it was resolved in one call. Rethink your purchase of ring products,

    @ring Mine is offline in less than 2 yrs of installation..I have followed all the info offered by RING on how to get it back online AND IT STILL DOESNT WORK. NOW I HAVE TO PAY AN ELECTRICIAN TO COME TO HOME TO FIND OUT WHY DOORBELL IS NOT WORKING..

    So glad that @ring isn't the only camera(s) for my house, now all of a sudden they Stay Needing A Charge! And they Have To Be Taken Down to be charged! Would be nice if the port was on the Side! Can't even get a live view 🙄 #trash

    @ring hey bought some smart lighting products. Got to say it’s the absolute worst deployment of technology I have ever seen. It took me 3 hours to get the bridge to connect to wifi and another 45 min to add a single light.

    @ring nobody seems interested in fixing the multiple rich notifications on Apple Watch and iPhone. I see a lot of complaints--Ring staff keeps telling people to reboot their phone or engineers requesting more info. Come on--acknowledge that there is a problem!!

    @ring hi bought a ring door bell works fine. Just bought a spotlight cam for the back of my house and it says the WiFi is wi go too poor”so I checked it on everything (checking download speeds independently just outside the cam) Tried to contact Ring ‘. No chance , not a pray

    @ring Hi, could you pls assist wit the access issue with the ring doorbell. I tried to log into the app but it’s requesting a code for the 2nd level verification but the problem is, instead of sending the code to my email, it’s asking to change settings in the app I can’t access.

    Either @ring has had a massive glitch all day, or their tactic to try & get me to pay for service after my 30 day free trial is to annoy me to death with false “motion at your front door” alerts approximately 50 times the day after you it trial ends

    @ring We live in the UK and had bad snow last week and this has resulted in our 4yr old Ring doorbell2 dying! It’s got water in it and won’t work (been through Trouble shooting with Ring). Is this acceptable to you? It’s not to us!

    @ring Then any haven’t you updated your iPhone app instructions to reflect that? You are asking people to email an address that is no longer monitored, then asking them to call a number which doesn’t work because of your typo, and I still haven’t even told you actual problem yet.

    @ring your customer service is the worst. doorbell goes off every second called 3 times and told if I don't pay the subscription it's just going to always do that. Wtf I wouldn't buy a $100 doorbell if I knew that would be the case.

    @ring Video doorbell. It has been working for the past two years or more. It is hardwired and has been charging just fine. Today I got a notice it was down to 3%. Replaced battery and also checked the wires and they were tight. Door bell works, but not charging. Any ideas?

    @ring Not looking good! My Pre-Roll feature has stopped working and it's stating my subscription has ended. The website says the Pre-Roll feature comes standard with the 3 plus. I have reset the device, my internet router and reinstalled the app and it still asks, Help me please!

    @ring Been having a lot of trouble with this company... When I want to see things live no cant app works when it is convenient for the app. As a 25yr security pro I am moving away form this till it's fixed.when it counts it wont work in my experience and opinion

    @LindaFo86558624 @ring Wait till you call for technical support, you’ll get robots reading scripts that are out of the USA. Amazon after acquiring ring, made what used to be the best customer service to one of the worst. So sad greed at its best
