@ring day 3 (4?) of issues. Your alarm system is reporting offline now. It keeps bouncing from Wi-Fi to cellular to offline then back on. Has done this 3 or 4 times since last night.

@ring do you have any idea when things will work again? I'm getting "connection error" and I know my connection is great, so I assume it's your servers. I'm expecting several packages today from different shipping companies. I dont want them stolen just because ring doesn't work!

@ring need help, Ring Video Doorbell 2 stopped working now have solid white light, tried all recommendations, incl 15sec setup reset, battery fully charged and wired but nothing fixes problem
