App will show notification but simply spins non-stop even though the video is being recorded and can be viewed afterwards. Tried logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app with zero luck? Any ETA for a fix?

I have @ring and no notifications. Was then told I cancelled it which I didn't. The absolute worst customer service I've received from you.

It's better for the local ecosystem to have leaves on the ground anyway and lawns are awful. Tell your neighbor to get ******** off your property and stay off.

Tristan Morrissey (@TJ_Morrissey) reportedI’d caution anyone against buying a @ring doorbell. The warranty support is very poor. Ours broke in warranty, the issue was reported in warranty but because we couldn’t get the faceplate off to test a reset they won’t replace it under warranty. Ridiculous for a $400 doorbell.

However he did call me back and tried to help me with my issue and couldn’t figure out how to fix my issue and hung up again.
