@bdaleypsu @ring Terrible isn’t it! Never normally happens near us but typical same night we don’t have cameras! And we use a ring cam as our baby cam so now I’m having to nip in every 10 mins to check instead.

@abc123Camch @TitiRGlitz @ring Could be down to your phone, device you are using. Also your internet speeds are a factor too. You can check the device health to understand how strong your signal is. Well once ring is working. If the strength is weak then yes it will be delayed. Ping me if you need help

@TTBoldaf @ring I permanently disabled the siren by disconnecting the wires inside it. As there is no way to manually turn of the siren via software. I just want it to call me discretely upon a break in. It worked fine up until this outage today!
