@ring @sammaantthaa @ring can you explain why an “outage” effects local devices on local private networks? This is sketchy and raises privacy concerns. Not to mention any would-be thief now knows cameras are down across the country... not good.

@ring not sure if everyone is effected, but can’t access account, looks like it has gone down 🙈 login freezes on the verify code screen. Unable to access cameras / health check of cameras. Internet speed checked and 56 download, 24 upload, 12 ping.

@ring hmm I know outages happen but when you essentially are a security service your product shouldn't be down for hours on end. Pretty bad security when all the cameras I pay for are not operational for hours. Needs to be fixed faster
