    @ring thank you!! we have lots of windows and doors but don’t need more than one keypad and don’t need an indoor motion sensor. debating an outdoor camera but was hoping someone could help with customizing a package that won’t break the bank?

    Be wary of @ring. For known functionality, you have to pay for a subscription, and in our case, it’s not working at all after the free trial ended (we should still see a live view).

    @ring Are the doorbells having trouble connecting with the iPhone 12 Pro Max? Ever since I got my phone, I can’t see live video and it is constantly disconnecting. Internet/WiFi is not an issue!

    Wow. Has anyone else had trouble with sending stuff back to @ring??? All I need is a returns label, I’ve called once, now they want me to call again???! It shouldn’t be this difficult.

    @ring I had to ask the neighbour to provide cctv footage of a friends accidents outside my house. My ring only covers my driveway on purpose. Ring really is lacking continuous proper recording it really lets this system down. Yes will require more cloud storage...

    @ring please turn down the ads you play when you call the help line. It's much louder than the music it switches between and if it was designed to make me want to hang up it almost worked

    @ring I have ring doorbell pro and flood light cam. Both went offline and won’t go back. I am out of town (which is why I have security cams) how do I get them online without physically being there to reset?! The whole purpose of these devices is compromised right now!

    @ring I’m trying to have a package customized for my home at a reasonable cost. I went on chat and they can’t help me and told me to call and now there’s at least a 45 minute to even SEE if i can afford something. there has to be a better way.

    @ring I’ve been down this path with you loads of times ... It never improves I’ve even had the router in the window and the camera directly above it about 3ft away it’s only going through a window and it still shows low signal ... The sooner you put an Ethernet option on the better

    @ring your system is garbage. You can place your camera on top of a router and it would still struggle to connect. Very unstable connection, instead of ******* around with the app, just concentrate on the connection.

    @ring hi guys - my Ring is only two months old and won’t hold a charge for longer than five minutes. I charged it all last night and mounted it and then got a notice a few minutes later that it was dead again. Can someone please help?

    @ring I still haven’t resolved my issue, the social care team highlighted my order was showing as unfulfilled which would be escalated to the warehouse department which was on Sunday and no reply to date. FYI - Order placed 21 Nov, Funds taken 22 Nov

    @isma_i @ring The doorbell I ordered is the wrong one, trying to return it but they won’t send me a returns label so it’s just sitting here. They are really slow to respond and seem to be based in America so wanted me to call them on an American number!

    The way @ring doesn't ring during a aws outage is ridiculous. I understand why it wouldn't record of it's offline but the bell and chime are always connected. Why won't it just... RING?

    @BenjaminCook @elisabethos @ring Yes, but my mailbox isn't that close to the door for it to necessarily detect the Person... Nest is far superior, but not every home setting lends itself to an ideal setup. Delivery people would rather throw things on the steps than walk up and ring the bell. That's my issue.

    @Haje .@ring just required me to sign in to unsubscribe. Then when I was signed in, they required me to enter my email before unsubscribe. Terrible UX. Don't do that. You will end up in the Spam folder instead.

    @ring two step authentication🤬I am unable to login into my ring acct, I need the code that’s “emailed” to me.... you know, the one I NEVER received 😭 I’ve checked, spam, junk, trash, neighbors yard, under my couch... nothing. Currently have zero access to my camera. Help.
