@ring i keep troubles with my ring doorbel. 90% of the time when i press the doorbeel i see the blue led circle but there is nothing happens. Do you have a fix otherwise i bring the doorbell back to the shop.

WTF @ring? Could you make it harder to unsub from email: 1) click link in mail; 2) log in to site; 3) back to email for OTP code; 4) find “manage preferences” link; 5) click “unsubscribe”; 6) retype email address to confirm (case sensitive too, even tho email addresses aren’t)

@ring hello ring, I’ve recently received a replacement doorbell. Thanks for that, problem is since changing them over you are now saying my subscription is due to expire but we have set that up over 2 years ago.

@ring I've fixed it myself. For anyone else experiencing this, my issue was I had to restart the WiFi extenders my cameras were linked to. Clearly ring couldn't be bothered with troubleshooting my issue.

@ring What a joke! I sent a DM and they literally told me the same thing I knew and still haven't refunded my account for UNAUTHORIZED charges. Furthermore, instead of resolving anything they only requested a DM to avoid bad publicity instead of providing legitimate customer service!
