@Wildhearts_fan @ring Yeah, I’ve had Ring for several years and this is the first issue I’ve had with the service. If it was a connstant issue I’d be upset. Everyone is entitled to a bad day, even a business. I’m sure they’ll have it resolved soon.

@ring doorbell doesn't work UNLESS it can connect to your network (now down)? Given all the problems its had connecting to MY network, I'm looking at replacing the siding on my house to rid myself of ring.

@ring any update on resolving the outage? Also, is ring reimbursing stolen packages due to the outage. I am expecting a package today, was kinda spendy. But due to this outage I can not see if package was delivered to my door or not.

@ring i know you are offline right now, but I have a feature request: I'd like to be able to group two or more cameras so that if one detects motion all of the cameras in the group are activated.

@AndrewMcQuerry @ring So this isn't a regular thing? I literally installed it yesterday and had a problem which involved ringing customer service. Guess its just unfortunate timing. I'm not unreasonable, let's see how it gets resolved eh! Fingers crossed its just a one off.

@ring won't ring fails to elaborate on is that when their website is down you can't even access you ring dashboard. You cant check cams you cant reset passwords or switch from home to away.
