    @RING PLEASE DO SOMETHING about your customer service agents who cannot fix a simple problem but make things worse by their inability to help. All I needed was help signing in. FIX THE PROBLEM. Grateful I can buy another company's product next time, sorry I won't buy yours again!

    @xfinity Your customer service is useless. Offered me $5 after U shut down service in my area on 9/15 for entire day (no phone, internet, tv) to "upgrade." You locked my @Ring video out of connection to your platform. Cost $130 to fix with @Ontech.

    @ring The problem with this is we're not requesting an improvement this used to work it now does not in the latest version of the app. It is not only broken but unusable in this regard. People who are #Blind can't access some settings their sighted counterparts can and that's not good

    @ring my doorbell is not staying on so I called technical support. They said they see the issue and will update my firmware. Now my device will not even turn on. The representative said oh ok well you can buy a new one because that one may be broken. How does this make sense?
