@ring I had a simple issue and received an RMA with the wrong part…just got off a 1h40min phone call with multiple support agents to correct the incorrect replacement. Not impressed.

@ring guys, how do I change the sound that my ring doorbell pro makes? I can use the ring app to change the sound my PHONE makes, but how do I change the sound the actual doorbell makes? Help and support pages on your website go round in circles and your support number is down.

@piacsm @buyvpnservice Still no "per app settings" for #Ring_cameras. ¯\(°_o)/¯ @Ring is now blocking #VPN_Services to #data_mine its customers. This is a serious security issue and for those who work from home.

@ring #Ring_Security_System blocks your VPN "only" if #Ring decides they want to block access. Ring want to know your location for their data needs. A VPN stops them doing this. Its a Major privacy & security issue. Especially if you're working from home. #Ring_blocks_VPN_service

@ring I can’t get tech support by calling. After 3 tries they verified my account and either hung up or went to constant busy. Need help with my Bridge not connecting. Just chatted with Lindsay, she sent me straight back to tech and abruptly ended the chat 😡

@ring Ring started blocking my companie's VPN. I work remotely and have to disconnect if I get a security alert. This is so they can collect location and data. I see it as a security issue.

@ring I traced the fault! The last App update on android has broken the bell push notification. It just doesn't work now on any phone, but does on Alexas as before. Motion sense works fine. Bell pushes only show on the timeline as "missed". Can I go back to the last App ?

@ring I can't condemn this product enough. I am remote and my devices have mysteriously gone offline. There is no way apparently to reboot remotely. So now I am without ring devices in my residence. This is a wacko crazy out of control and should be investigated by the government.

@ring Who knows? I am remote and I can't reconnect ring devices that mysteriously went offline even though I have another device that says Wi-Fi is up and running with a strong signal. Who thought this was a good design function?
