    @ring We did that and they were no help. We have actually done it TWICE and still no help. Your guidelines are trash. People can’t really help protect their neighbors of what we are trying to alert them of is constantly denied. How can you guys say someone may be a neighbor…

    @beynate @CQualtro Threatening letter does not provide any contact method to check in. The @ring doorbell history shows a press at 08:44 - shower time. The Ring app is not working for me and will not alert me in real time or show me video of missed rings so I am only guessing that’s when. 6/

    @ring hi I’ve been having issues with my ring doorbell recently. My WiFi works perfectly except with this doorbell. We even have a WiFi extender. Please can I arrange a call with one of your team to help resolve this issue? I’m paying monthly for zero output for the last 4 months

    Then when you don’t pick one they keep sending you push notifications of motions you can’t see until you subscribe? I can’t even reset my password or anything until I agree to a paid subscription. What type of forced **** is this? @ring

    @beekyd @SchnitzAndGrins @ring I had to remove the camera and re add it. Seems like it’s a bad firmware update that caused it to lock up.

    Hi @ring is there any reason why my front door always has trouble with wifi but the floodlight cam works perfectly, i have boosters and whateber attached but the ring 3 is being a nightmare.

    @ring hi. One of my outdoor cameras is acting weird. It says it's offline, and I can't click to view it live, but I can see the video it just recorded seconds ago. I reset it and it came back online but now it's offline again. Any ideas?

    @ring Past two days my floodlight cam is showing it is offline but when motion is tripped it records as normal. Rebooted device and reconnected to network to same issue. Is this a service issue? Please advise, thanks!

    Time for some Twitter tech support - I have a @ring doorbell pro that turns off every night at random times. Only way to restart it in the morning is to take of the face plate and hold down the reset button for 45-60 seconds. Any ideas what the problem could be?
