    @bt_uk had an engineer out today to fix a broadband issue. Since its been "fixed" the hub has lost internet access EIGHT times! How is anyone supposed to run a business, or use @HiveHomeUK or @ring systems with a totally unreliable WiFi service? Not acceptable! #fail

    @ring I've tried that. Told that accounting will not issue a refund and the purchase date is what matters, despite the fact the unit was defective and replacement is defective and this issue was raised on Jan 16.

    @ring Any chance you can support 1080P/60 with HDR for the video? Having crust videos with plenty of details to turn over to a police officer is great for help an investigation. 24 or 30fps doesn’t cut it any more.

    @ring You're garbage. Constantly getting smart alerts from some random spiderweb in front of a camera, have had to basically disable every single thing I have after a couple thousand invested in your **** ecosystem

    . @SimpliSafe is an absolutely horrible product and company. I replaced my @ring system in October and it was a big mistake. My @SimpliSafe system is offline at least twice a week, leading to hours on the phone with technical support.

    @ring I have a new Ring 4 doorbell, 2x ring internal cameras & a Ring 1 doorbell. I also have a chime & a chime pro. I also subscribed to you for two devices. The Ring 1 doorbell keeps disconnecting and the battery life is really bad - lasts 3 wks. Can I replace the Ring 1 batt?

    @ring I give up and the rings are headed to the trash. It only records people motions and ignores 30 pound raccoons messing with my cat. Tried support and reached out numerous times before but this is the end.

    @ring Love the customer service. Had an issue with our spot light cam and customer service sent us a new one right away. Will be installing more cameras around our property in spring. Wanted to make sure it works in our harsh Ontario winters. No complaints

    @ring Hi @ring as you can see in the video I have tried multiple outlets. Also I tried to charge another battery for the older camera which was defective and even that was charging. problem seems to be in the refurbished unit which was sent to me.

    @ring your installation booklet is a little confusing. Chapter 6 ‘Learn to use Ring Alarm’ shows the three icons for the different modes- armed, disarmed and home. The descriptions beneath th icons do not correlate with the icon displayed. My neighbour had same issue.

    @ring Fix your website and I might like it again. Can't access from work, and IT says it is coming from your side. 'Not acceptable' It is a Ring problem not out network problem.
