@ring I understand a short delay, problems happen. But how many hours now has it been down? I'm in the U.K. this seems to be a world wide issue? To my knowledge, its been no less than five hours. I'm glad I don't use your full security system! You need a better way of notifying people

@ring The App should have at least had a message on it. I spent most of the day arguing with my service provider, only to find out you guys are at fault. You should have been far more proactive with such a time sensitive issue and time sensitive service.

@TweetHeart777 @ap93xx @ring You should google everything first. I mean when I woke up to my app not working it never crossed my mind that it was an internet issue considering everything else was working as they should. What is surprising is it isn't ring, it's Amazon that's down.

@ring You should have notified customers of this problem... this has been going on for hours and I've recieved no email, text or anything! Missed opportunity to stay ahead of this @ring. It does make me rethink my personal security needs and how safe I feel.

@ring We just got Ring and thought it was something we did to make it not work. Does this happen often? I was doing research and resetting everything just to come across this tweet, just to find out it's nothing we did or can do to fix it the problem. How about a mass text or email?
