@ring just had stick up cam replaced and new one same not recording and no live view ? I have video doorbell it works fine so don’t say this is wi fi , shocking product with lots of online reviews having the same issue I would like a refund now as this item is useless

Hey @ring when my doorbell video goes off and says there’s a person at my front door, I expect someone to literally be at my front door, not a motion of someone walking past the door 50 FEET AWAY. They are NOT at my front door at the point. Sort your **** out.

@ring having an issue with our ring doorbell 2, looking at search results we’re far from alone. A month ago support fixed the issue, it returned the other day and support wasn’t able to do anything but offer a small discount. Issue is hardwired doorbell is showing as on battery.

Ahhah I did install my @ring correctly per the electrician. Problem was the defunct ring. See… I’m not as dumb as I thought. It worked for a solid 5 minutes before it crashed…

@Garyscott62 @ring After several hours troubleshooting w/ my Internet service provider, neighbors, ring etc finally found downdetector. realized #Ring issue then what was it like 12 hours later #Ring finally admitted there was an issue. Only have video doorbell so can’t speak to the cameras issue.
