    @ring The Amazon Sidewalk setting in Control Center in your Android app is not working. When you tap on the setting in Control Center, it doesn't respond at all. Maybe every 20th time I can get it to open, but there is no option to enable or disable. Please fix.

    @highlander317 @ring Yeah terrible, they asked me questions and told me the signal isn't great, I actually bought a chime pro to improve the connectivity and its made no difference, what a waste of money and terrible customer service.

    @DunnFloppem @amazon @ring 1) Garbage device networks don't work on cloud things. 2) The whole problem is that Amazon/Ring devices will use 900 MHz to find another way to phone home to Amazon via someone else's connection.

    @ring Had a ring doorbell 3 for 6 months and it's been brilliant. It's hardwired and up until a few weeks ago it's kept above 90%. Since then it keeps dropping. Still show charging & nothing changed but yesterday had to swap battery as down to 38%. Any ideas?

    Then I went round and round with @ring. Even with my email address they couldn't find my order number. And they told me they couldn't send an email on Twitter. No kidding! They concluded by asking me to call customer support, who had been powerless to help in the first place.

    @Ring videos uploaded to Instagram look terrible b/c Ring app uploads the full 1920x1080 video to Instagram, which Instagram overcompresses down to 720. If Ring app sent only a 1080 wide video to Instagram, it would stay at 1080 wide and look so much better... Any hope for a fix?

    @ring your customer service sucks. I’ve been locked out of my ring account with multiple device plans on it for over a week now and people on the phones just say I don’t know the right email. It’s the same one emails have been going to since I got it!! PLEASE FIX THIS! Insanity.

    @ring I recently changed broadband supplier and now my chime doesn’t work. The doorbell does. I’ve tried to add the chime as a new device but it says unable to join network in the set up process. Please help

    @LukeDashjr @amazon @ring I wouldn't worry if it is not your wifi. From what I understand it only repeats small amounts of data from other nearby devices. If not connected to your network, no issue
