Bill Ferriter (@plugusin) reported. @SimpliSafe is an absolutely horrible product and company. I replaced my @ring system in October and it was a big mistake. My @SimpliSafe system is offline at least twice a week, leading to hours on the phone with technical support.

I called support and they said it no longer works on a PC desktop/Goggle and to use my phone, strange as it was working approximately one hour ago. Also very rude and hard to understand.

Danny Geraci (@DannyGeraci) reported@ring I have a new Ring 4 doorbell, 2x ring internal cameras & a Ring 1 doorbell. I also have a chime & a chime pro. I also subscribed to you for two devices. The Ring 1 doorbell keeps disconnecting and the battery life is really bad - lasts 3 wks. Can I replace the Ring 1 batt?

Won’t let you talk to a person, unhelpful, dishonest, & been dealing w/same issue for 2YRS! When they 1st started they were nice. No longer.
