Yesterday, after 6 weeks, I get a notification that it was delivered. Reached out to the buyer and let him know. Buyer provided @ring video showing that no delivery was made. @USPS where did this package end up?

When I inspected it, it looks like some of the terminals are scratched and aren't making a good connection anymore.
