@ring Stop with the robot automated response to the tweets! It’s just as frustrating as your lack of response to the outage! Credits to customers should be high on your list. I just ordered bing and ring will be replaced. Wish i could send the ring cam back

Thanks to @ring my apartment was broken into while their system was down earlier today. WTF is the point of #ring if it doesn't work when you need it most. 10 out of 10 pissed and 0 out of 10 recommend.

@ring Maybe after this event you can revisit depending solely on a single AWS region. When one goes down your service should bounce to another. Home security is a big deal.

@ring New version2 alarm was working great until this morning when all push notifications to iPhones stopped for open sensors and when alarm had sensors tripped, mode changes etc. no settings have been changed so somethings related to your server issues. Help!
