@ring I understand that, I’m questioning why Ring hasn’t been proactive in notifying customers there’s an issue? Instead your customers are uninstalling the App, calling internet providers thinking something is wrong on their end, only to find out wasted hours later it’s Ring’s issue!

@ring Guessing this is world wide outage, I've been able to get live video on rapid ring just, but nothing else working. Missing visitors when it's torrential rain outside is really bad when you find out it's the tech letting you down...maybe time to try a new provider...

@ring Having had my property recently broken into I put a lot of trust and installed ring devices to be let down after few days. In the UK the weather is hideous and I had to do all of this in the pouring rain… all they need is a notification on the ring app to say it’s having issues
