    Hey @UPS how about when your drivers attempt to deliver a signature required package…i don’t know, maybe knock on the door or ring the doorbell, and not just put a sticker on your door and walk off. Thanks @ring for letting me see this go down. Unbelievable.

    @YNB @florenceRN78 @ring These nice car mother ******* are the worst. They look down on your for not getting an electric car to save the environment but, as they drive down the roads, (after I can now assume stealing peoples ****) they are also littering all of the trash inside their cars.

    @ring hi...was working fine until 2 days ago...live view on outdoor cam and indoor cam works fine. When trying to access live view on doorbell it goes black until I hit full screen. Using Android app. On play store looks like others may be experiencing this issue. Thanks.

    @ring So frustrated with your chimes, had the standard chime and it stopped ringing when the doorbell is pressed, purchased the chime Pro and still having the same issue! Missed a few visitor's this week, really disappointing! Any help?

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @ring Is there a reason why our doorbell decides when it wants to record? We can go live no problem and it does record when it wants to, but the last 2 days there's chunks of videos, hours! Missing. No settings have been changed and our Internet connection has been stable

    @ring Why did you sell footage from my doorbell to @progressive insurance so they could show my neighbors they have prior damage to a vehicle? Ring is trash and I’m getting rid of today.

    @ring I ordered a ring sensor in July 2022 and never received it. I have tried several times with your online twitter team and your process of messages, forms and customer service agents is very bad.

    @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

    Hey @ring Why have you upgraded your entire range - but not the peephole camera? Bit **** for us renters!!!! Can you maybe upgrade this to 4k like all your other cameras?!! Then I’ll buy a new one and replace this one!!

    @ring #useless hey Ring. By the time I've managed to complete all the security to view my notification on the doorbell the visitor has already arrive back home and had 2 glasses of wine. I want to be able to log in and STAY logged in as long as I want. And "remember" not working!

    @C_Garcia014 @ring Is that why certain cameras stop connecting to the WiFi and fail to record events or go into live view after a while? Tried to troubleshoot via text and phone but no help. I wonder if weather exposure can make the devices stop connecting too.

    @ring I’m trying to get an update on a pre-order placed in Jan for a KIDDE Smart Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm that was supposed to ship 2/25. I’ve called in and tried the chat option and am getting nowhere. Can you please help? This was not cheap! I’d like the order shipped.

    @ring how come I’ve been waiting for my replacement device for nearly two months, you take the money out of my acc knowing I do not have the device yet but yet your customer service team do nothing to ensure my device is delivered? Terrible service!

    @ring I have never ever had such a bad experience. I just bought these cameras and you can't connect to my account. Return and would never use you again after over 5 hours on the phone of wasted time with you today. #ringdoorbells #ringcamera ring sucks

    @ring just had a poor customer service experience. My ring doorbell has become faulty and been told by staff that some devices last longer then others so just buy a new. Not the helpful experience I expected 🙈😭 #googlenest

    @ring are you ever going to respond to my issue with the chimes not working it’s really beyond the pale now not even replying anymore and it’s a thing I alerted you to weeks ago and I can see is now a huge issue for your customers .

    @ring once again one of my ring devices has gone tits up straight after warranty period has ended. This time floodlight cam strobing , pretty obvious that is a manufacturing issue the amount of complaints.
