7x around Earth Traveler (@jmf__23) reported@ring Why does my ring floodlight wired stay on during the day? On the app I press the button to turn it off and the ring light won’t turn off. It just stays on all day long. I talked to a ring customer service person and they have not fixed the issue. Please send someone to fix

Called @ring after securing the perimeter and they tell me to check the camera on another device. Yes the bad people outside will wait for me to get my tablet. #CSFail 👎🏽

You often see fascist language get used on xenophobic "Safety" posts right next to a @Ring ad that makes you think crime is high and you need their camera to feel safe. It's gross.

richy (@xcloudski) reported@ring y’all need to fix your ****. someone stole a bunch of stuff from my front porch and I only got 1 notification when i have 4 cameras around the driveway. not to mention i tried tapping the notification and it took 6 seconds for it to load and by then the perpetrator was gone.

I get an alert that someone is at my door,open the app and all it does it say loading and never connects. It’s not my Wi-Fi & it’s not my cell phone data everything else seems to work just fine!

Within 24 hours it was at 17%. Wtf. Then, I call you all and get hung up on…. Twice. Call me! Fix this. #switchingCompanies
