@ring ~ maybe put something up on your social media regarding the systemwide outage so customers don't waste time deleting/reinstalling the app and such, trying to solve what they assume is a problem with their individual setup...

.@ring I keep getting an error message saying the battery door of my spotlight cam is open. I just checked, opened, closed, still getting the error. I have it in a silicone cover for extra weatherproofing, so this seems to be a software error.

@ring are you having issues with app/cameras? Had a camera for 3 days been working fine. Today I get alerts but no recordings or history! Live cam won’t load! App is really slow and won’t load! Close app and go back on, is recording but can’t load!

@ring got a dilemma. My wife set the ring alarm for away when she left this morning before your system went down. now that she's on her way home she will not be able to turn it off , question will the alarm go off when she opens the door

@ring It’s 5hrs and counting since your MAJOR outage affected my doorbell & stick up cam, but your updates are pitiful, with cut & paste replies to tweets - how many people do you have working in Customer Services .... 2, 3, 4 ..... ? Your tag line ‘always home’ needs a rethink!

The ring app is down. All morning it wouldn’t connect. Now it connects but says battery is 0 and signal strength is 0. It’s hard wired and the doorbell rings when pressed. No notifications, motion or doorbell. @ring #RingDoorbell #ring
