Tried troubleshooting the device ended back in setup mode and then to go hours without the decide working to find out your services are down and you knew about it but didn’t give us updates!

Brad b.... (@brad_bieraugel) reported@ring New version2 alarm was working great until this morning when all push notifications to iPhones stopped for open sensors and when alarm had sensors tripped, mode changes etc. no settings have been changed so somethings related to your server issues. Help!
