    @ring we have just moved house and our ring doorbell is still registered in the previous owners name. Help please 🙏 we completed the request for you to contact them, but it’s been 4 weeks now and nothing. It seems such a shame to throw it in the bin as it was included new build

    @ring Love how you did not resolve the CS issue with any admission that your policy is the actual problem….. but if a customer calls you out on your ethically poor decisions, you take care of them. Note to public.. ring may be unethical, but they are just waiting for you to tell them

    @LifeOnTheBeach7 @AliVelshi @ring Sheriff en route. Never use assurances w/percentages like 150% but I was certain…turns out I was correct. Literally see me locking the door and then return. Nothing in between. But that has been a problem for forever. It never shows a fedex delivery or just random ppl. Just me

    @kentonsmith @ring Upon further inspection on a bigger screen, it does appear that it could be a very small bug crawling across the glass cover, particularly at the end when it goes down and disappears. I am going with that as I will sleep better tonight lol

    @ring Thanks to your support team who spent ages trying to fix my stick up cam to no avail , however even with a good WiFi signal it would not work , just tried a Wi-Fi booster as a last resort and all perfect now so this seems to have been a good way of fixing the problems

    Hi @ring when you advertise your home security plans, I never see BIPoC represented. I saw a commercial where there was a break-in at a white family's house/cops called. My first thought was, if this was a black family, the cops probably would've shot the family calling for help

    @BWalkerTTAGGG @ring I've been there 22 years and my only encounter with a bear before this last year was like 5 years ago. It was chilling on the side of my house. I went for my phone and it ran away. They never attacked my garbage cans until last year. 4th bear trash incident now.

    @ring can I get 24hr recording like I used to have with my @googlenest camera?? Moved into a house with your doorbell and added cameras that are all wired for power. Battery drain would not be an issue.

    @lizzzyk66 @AliVelshi @ring Place it down low a few inch from the bottom. When you come home it should still be there unless you’re door was opened. Call 911 if it’s laying on the ground.

    @ring Okay. What do I do? Range extender okay. Several sensors off-line. So, I must bypass or not activate alarm. This has been going on all day. I have pro monitoring. Please help.
