@ring Help with live view on Android device, tried all the suggestions from first line support. All resets all cache cleared and storage cleared. Deleted app, reinstalled. Rebooted phone, reset network settings. Works in Rapid Ring not in main Ring app. Can only be app fault!

@ring Yes, it’s installed on my Mac desktop. I have deleted and re-installed and still have the same issue. CAN’T SEE SAFETY ALERTS without clicking out of the pop-up window first. Why does the app itself prompt me to get the app?

It’s fun to check in on the companies that didn’t get an offer on @ABCSharkTank but watching all 5 shark pass on @ring at a $7m valuation only to be acquired by Amazon later for A BILLION DOLLARS has to be the biggest **** up in shark tank history. That’d be a 143x return haha.

@ring Why does the app keep crashing? About once a week for the last month it says "error trying to connect" then i usially have to delete and reinstall the app and restart my phone then it will sometimes work then.

@ring @ryan_tee Hello, just chiming (hah!) in to say I have a similar problem; doorbell 2.0 shows as offline, no video. Stick up cam works fine, as does the ringing of the doorbell itself. WiFi is connected, even though app says it is not.

@Ring when are you going to fix your desktop app? I can only watch my cameras for 30 seconds before I get kicked back to the dashboard and that's IF I am lucky enough to get connected in the first place. It's not my internet connection because it works fine on the phone app.

@ring No, because: 1. If you're human you didn't read what I wrote. If you're a bot, your model sucks. Either way, your training failed to comprehend the problem. 2. None of that matters when your API is so abysmally inefficient. 3. DMs are a way to hide poor customer service.

@ring support has really gone down hill! I returned a product on 2nd March and still no refund, chased up and all the support team can do is email the billing team who take 3 to 4 business days to reply!! I want my money back please, NOW! You can take my money in seconds!

@ring I don't understand why Ring will not answer my returned tweet, Google say it's Rings problem as it's Rings app, and that as 150 apps work then there is nothing wrong with the phone, so therefore Ring must look at the way their app is created....any thoughts please...
