    @spunonlife @ring They kinda tried to help, and the support person I spoke to was very polite and efficient, but they were unable to send out a replacement as apparently the Ring I'm using is one that should have been replaced before so it's all a bit of a mess..

    @ring support at it's worst. Ordered a doorbell pro 2 with accessories. Only received the accessories but not the doorbell. All support has been doing is escalate my ticket with absolutely no other useful response!

    @ring Placed an order for Ring 3 Doorbell camera on 07/17/21 and the status still is Sent to Fulfillment. If I had ordered on web, would have received next day or could have procured from a local store same day. #001-3092122 Sent for Fulfillment. Help please!

    @ring most recent version of iOS app has a bug when you delete all unstarred videos at once in bulk. It throws an “An Error Has Occurred” yet somehow it has deleted them anyway. #annoying #didntusedtodothat

    @ring product is terrible. Offline for months won’t connect. Btw right beside a camera, no connectivity issues. Change phones and the hoops you hop through are stupid. Take my ring off the wall to verify after you’ve verified me. Customer service. Not very customer focused.

    @SWChris @ring Let me know if they help you. I’m seriously thinking they just get people offline to deal so no one knows. Our customer service call was ridiculous.

    @ring can you advise on a issue that I have just started to experience. I have my gen 3 door bell hardwired to a ring adapter and the battery has drained and gone flat. This has worked fine for months but now have had to remove battery and charge. No settings have been changed

    @ring @JoeSarsero Check out Reddit. Lots of buzz there with people with same issue. I have issue too at 2 locations so it is Ring and not you. They need to admit that.

    @ring be aware that if you get a new phone you automatically are locked out of your account. Customer service tried to send a text and email but when it didn’t come said I had no other options. I asked for management she said they won’t help you either. #changingservice #horrible

    @ring Why is our ring cam saying offline on the app but is connected to WiFi? Seems to be problem with live view as it captured movement when I went to reconnect it. First noticed this at 4am today.

    @ring the flex cable on my ring peephole is broken. Should be an easy fix. According to your troubleshooting guides, there is an extra flex cable in the box. Wrong. I talked to your support team and they even confirmed that not all boxes come with an extra flex cable.

    @ring has got to be the worst company I’ve ever dealt with customer service wise. You’d think after purchasing thousands of dollars in products you’d get one competent customer service rep. Super disappointed

    @Vnxe90 @ring I didn't touch a thing and it happened. 2 locations on different wifi. So it is a Ring issue. Probably an update that they pushed out. Scary that they can cause big issues like that.

    @ring I have a ring stick up cam that I just bought. I was going to put it on the ceiling w the included screws but my app doesn’t have a rotate view. Obviously this doesn’t work as the view is upside down. Please help. Thank you.

    @ring Selling doorbells with fragile parts that break after a year and then not producing the spare parts for a cheap and easy fix and expecting customers to upgrade their doorbell is neither ethical nor is it sustainable. Whole Ring product rendered useless because of a cable.

    Ring(@ring) Absolutely incensed at this company . Ring doorbell broken and after asking for a replacement was offered 30% discount off a new one because it’s ‘out of warranty’ . Even bought one for my daughter plus recommended to people . Don’t touch them people . Disgusting

    @whitehousemagic @ring I have the same issue ring doorbel not wired anymore in app it show battery now. Everything was working fine till i got app update.
