    Do not buy @ring products from Amazon. Ring will not support you if you do even if the issue is due to their negligence. I bought a Ring alarm and it came missing parts. Amazon did not pack that box, someone at Ring did. Ring should be ashamed of their product support.

    @ring what’s happened to the U.K. app latest update is bad. Can’t even get to the part where you set the cctv.. now choice of home or away etc..

    @ring Yes I was able to set up and it captured video but only for a couple of minutes before it went offline. I then checked the transformer using a meter and it no longer had power. This happened twice with two different transformers

    @googlenest @googlenesthelp you guys need to clean up this mess you created with purchasing Nest, this living in limbo between both is a POOR customer experience. Do the right thing and combine them with out forcing customers to purchase less feature rich cameras or Hello @ring

    @ring the warranty finished a few months ago and now I have a doorbell that doesn’t turn on. Have had an electrican out and power seems to be going fine. Because I’m 2 months out of warranty you won’t replace.. wtf.. help? Chat agents are no help!!

    @ring doorbell keeps dropping off Wi-Fi, never used to be this bad, nest camera even further away is fine. Bought Wi-Fi boosters to try and help but done nothing. Getting very annoying now as don’t know when people are at the door

    @ring You probably should have got consumer feedback first. Putting more features into an app that all your consumers know is to slow is not considered an improvement. The point of rapid ring was it was LIGHTWEIGHT right! So it works faster.

    @ring Customer service USED to be good. I’ve been with them since their prototype door camera. But now their customer service is awful. They know there’s an issue with their cameras but they quote their TOS and offer 35% off a new camera! @ArloSmartHome seems a better choice.

    @ring I don’t understand. This is an indoor cam. The setup process asked if it’s installed indoors and if it’s connected to power. I think this is a miss on the app side to not allow rotation on this camera as I can see this be installed upside-down outdoors as well.

    @ring despite using the same device I have for years I’m suddenly unable to log into the app requiring TSA. My phone is broken that the account number is linked too atm (thanks @Google #googlepixel ) and as a result I now can’t login to my account from any of the hundred devices

    @ring worst customer support ever. How do you expect someone to call when they finish work and your lines have closed?You have promised a replacement,after sending images you still cannot give the replacement.The owner of the account has authorised me to speak.why can’t you help?

    @ring @akhan999 It still takes over 3 seconds to load a live view from notifications where as it takes less than 1 for Rapid Ring. I always wondered why you couldn’t do it in the regular app but fix it first before dropping it.

    @Danoleary11 @ring @ADT I’ve never had a problem with ADT, but my contract is up, they raised my rate and when I spoke to a rep they gave me a higher rate and no deal to stay. It seems like Ring is a solid system too.

    .@ring Since July 15 at about 9 AM, NONE of the events from our doorbell camera have videos available- trying to view from notifications just spins forever, and from the event list it's "video not available" for ALL of them. Live View works, but nothing else. Fix your service.

    @ring Can you show me some indication from your QA team on their testing to show exactly what improvements there has been? I tested it only last week and it was slow as hell to alert making the entire System pointless.

    Why is my wired @ring doorbell playing the notification itself? How to turn that off? How can I increase the volume on connected Echoes? Notification volume is at max but seems not effecting the Ring-notification when someone is at the door. @AmazonHelp says its a Ring problem.
