Hey @UPS is it proper procedure for your deliverer to NOT use my @ring and leave my huge package outside in the dirt? P.s also watched him drive down the block at top speed afterwards.

@ring Many customers are now aware there's been an app outage all day, however, many could've avoided wasted time trying to troubleshoot what was thought to be an isolated problem. Your website and social media accounts make no mention of an outage.

@ring after seeing the news about today’s outage, I’m pretty sure my 1st camera wasn’t bunk as I was told, bc this was the same crap that made me replace it. Welp, when this breaks I’ll just get something else. What a headache
