@ring Now, I’m only on the $3/month plan, (bc I’m poor and I only have one camera) so it’s not about a loss of money, but on principle. The fact that there’s a complete and total service outage literally less than 48 hours after I paid for this service, unacceptable.

@MrCoombzy @daisbelllo @ring I check my ring often and I've experienced this at least a half a dozen times this year alone. It was frustrating when there was an outage when there was a burglary scare happening in my neighborhood.

@ring @pink_dottie You've gone down worldwide... and you've announced when it happened and that it isn't back, how many robberies are going to happen because of this... perhaps just text Ring customers about the down time as I know you have that info.

@ring I've removed the doorbell completely after re booting WiFi and trying in vain to reconnect. A simple email or text notifying us there was a problem would have been cerebral

@TaylorSicard @ring AWS is having problems so likely why the Ring app is down. Have Google Nest at home and cameras work great and cloud storage is cheap. Use @Ubiquiti at all of our warehouses and they are great as well. Also, POE so if your house is wired can eliminate wiring.

@ring these instances are happening far too often. Get your stuff together. People rely on you. Stop screwing up and stop tweeting 'DM us so we can look at what's wrong' stuff repeatedly when you know damn well your systems have crashed. Fix it. Apologies are not enough.

@ring I'm comforted to know that it's not on my end. It is less comforting, to know that a huge company would suffer anything more than a momentary outage. At this point (1250 pm), it's been about 2½ hours. Sales & service are equally important.

@RING All cams are not loading (more than one location). #RING App does not load. 'LIVE VIEW does not load. 'HELP' does not load. What is going on?! And when is this going to be fixed? (And no, it is not the Wi-Fi connection.)
