    Moved @amazonalexa Echo Show to a bathroom closet where it will be used as a clock. Inability to turn off pop-up ads is unacceptable. Nonstop motion in my peripheral vision in my office. Wanted @Ring notifications, but that implementation is piss poor & the device chokes. FU AMZN

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @ring what terrible customer service you have. For a company owned by @amazon you really need to step up your order management and customer service people. Just terrible experience and I’m trying buy a product!

    @ring Wow! Your customer service has gotten terrible. I’ve had your cameras since the beginning. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. Can’t add a user to a new camera. Software is broken!!!!

    @ring Just spent over an hour resolving what should not been an issue. First @ring system said I had no plan. I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.

    @ring why with a click of a button cant i link my indoor ring camera to start recording when my doorbell ring camera detects motion? If your company cannot fix this problem then ill be forced to do business elsewhere. This is super frustrating! I dont want to be recorded 24-7!

    @ring when you wanted my business everyone at ring and on tech wanted to help. Have emergent situation w a ring camera light fixture hanging by wires off my garage needing to be re-connected yet on tech wants me to wait a week! I’m a post chemo patient and can’t climb ladder.

    My @ring Floodlight Camera Pro that is less than six months old went dead on 3/8, and after two contacts with your customer service I still do not know when the replacement will come. Terrible service so far

    @ring Had to unplug my Stick Up Gen 3 Cam, remove battery and plug it back in to get back "Online." The other issue I have this with this cam is that sometimes it takes a long time to open Live View. This problem doesn't occur with my Outdoor Cam Plus. Always connected, fast Live View

    @ring Can’t add a user to a new camera. Your software is NOT WORKING. There used to be a page that showed all the users and what access they had. Can’t find it anywhere. CS agents don’t speak ENGLISH. Awful!!!!!

    @ring it's ridiculous that with the neighborhood feature you can't ask neighbors to keep music down because it goes against guideline. What guidelines? I think that's a very respectful thing to ask. Ridiculous.

    My Ring order shipped via USPS tracking #9361289735052383424743 shows "Out for Delivery" since Aug 15, but no delivery yet. Dropped off to local post office by Ring/Amazon on Aug 10. Ring support is of no help. Why is a simple order stuck in limbo? @Ring @Amazon @USPS
