    @YNB @ring There's a white woman on my Nextdoor app who has been caught by MULTIPLE ring cameras stealing packages from porches. She drives a yellow car and just pulls up to people's houses and casually steals their **** in broad daylight, no fear whatsoever.

    @ring I’d return the garbage but of course it’s past the return window. I never thought such a basic setting would be out of reach of these people. Great business decision, it sure pays to make your customers furious. I’d buy an Asian hornet sting to my bits before I’d buy ring again.

    Hey @ring, i bought 2 of your indoor/outdoor battery cams. And my problem is installing on wall inside. Your official video shows just screw on to wall. But YouTuber videos show using the anchors. So can you guys make a updated video explaining do you need anchors inside or not.

    @ring I have one of your ring alarms, whenever we lose power the system Never resets to the network, You have to do a reset. Surely this known glitch can be fixed. What if I was away and had power cut: the when would go offline until I got back. That goes against the whole idea

    Our @ring doorbell has only been up for less than 2 hours and I’ve already discovered a major problem with it… I can no longer sneak @ChickfilA into the house while my wife’s at work without her knowing about it.

    @ring so ring have said it could be my hub that’s the problem that’s why I’m not receiving a signal to the ring bell how about that’s not the problem it’s worked all week now it plays up. And I’ve not got much going though my wifi

    How scary is it to look through your home surveillance “safety” camera & see items missing/ disturbed in the view but no recording of how it happened? @ring I updated my app and still this **** is missing motion. On a dead end street. Please explain yourself.

    @ring hi...was working fine until 2 days ago...live view on outdoor cam and indoor cam works fine. When trying to access live view on doorbell it goes black until I hit full screen. Using Android app. On play store looks like others may be experiencing this issue. Thanks.

    @ring my chime pro 2 has been flashing green/blue for over two hours now. I’ve tried turning it off and on again, holding button down for 15 seconds. No joy can you help?

    @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

    @ring your ios app has become so bloated and slow that it's made the doorbell cam worthless. I don't need sales pitches in the app. I need it to work.
