    @ring Big problem. We just opened box of order that is supposed to have sign, chime, and doorbell. The doorbell is not in the box!!!! What the hell is going on here?!

    @ring any estimate to when it will be fixed. We use ring doorbell for access to a building and we have to keep going down 5 flights of stairs to see who wants to enter. We can't just buzz them in

    I have NEVER experienced worse customer service than I have with @ring . Ordered a brand new device in September, it stopped working after 3 weeks, spent HOURS on calls only to be sent a REFURBISHED unit, then be told we can’t get a refund when it doesn’t work either! TERRIBLE!

    @GunnerMamba @ring Subscribed to Ring.... 3 outages in 2 weeks is disgraceful.. The fact they let all the criminals know on their website it's gone down is very clever @MartinSLewis please look into this.

    @SewScandalous @ring Ring is trash always having problems, not loading video, completely missing movement right in front of it. Currently as of this writing the damn thing cant load live video and isnt working at all. Up to date firmware and app up to date. Full grabage
