@AndrewMcQuerry @ring So this isn't a regular thing? I literally installed it yesterday and had a problem which involved ringing customer service. Guess its just unfortunate timing. I'm not unreasonable, let's see how it gets resolved eh! Fingers crossed its just a one off.

@ring what is happening to the App and website? The App had issues locating my location, unistalled, reinstalled the app like 3 times, have rebooted my phone multiple times but now the App won't let me sign in. When is the issue going to be fixed? #Ring

Hey @ring , been a customer for while, but lately your service is terrible. Not sure why I should pay my bill when you can't deliver? Terrible lag on a 300/30 mb/s line. Can't snooze motion (errors). It's a #customerexperience #fail of the first degree! #RingDoorbell

I’m in my home on local network and my @ring system is down. There should be no reason for my system to not work locally on my private network, regardless of their system being down.

@ring i know you are offline right now, but I have a feature request: I'd like to be able to group two or more cameras so that if one detects motion all of the cameras in the group are activated.

@ring why aren't you using Twitter for updates about your system outage? The whole customer service train seems broken, meanwhile I'm getting constant motion alerts from a Ring that I have had to deinstall. Just an acknowledgement and an ETA would be helpful.
