@ring rang your helpline today after an issue with my doorbell. Himmit, the lady I spoke to was really lovely and got me back online really quickly, she was a great example of what you want but often don’t get in customer support 👍👍👍

Hey @ring, your new app update just now has prevented me from accessing any of my devices. When I try to open a video it just says streaming error every time. I can access my cameras on your website just fine. Fix the iOS update, please.

@ring There are door bells and cameras that support the standard. It’s possible. Your developers are either inept and incapable, your tech subpar and not strong enough or there’s a privacy issue and y’all are harvesting user data to sell and Homekit would stop it. Doesn’t look good 4 u

@SimonLundLarsen @ring It’s one of their cameras. I have the doorbell, but I’m the worst person to ask - I’ve had it 18 months and had two visitors. Don’t have to charge it very often.

@ring We are going to change to verisure we looked into this last time you went down but we are missing 9 minutes of footage in which my car was fiddled with and someone was trying to break in and my neighbour came and got me. Not ideal

@ring is there a way to keep my lenses clear on my spotlight cams. When it gets frosty out they get blurry. Can't see anyone steeling my **** at night. Just curious. Love the cameras too. Arlo can kiss it.
