What utter tosh - trying to login to my @ring account and app, but the Google Authenticator app isn’t working for the mandatory 2-step verification. Called the helpline & I need to be at home for them to provide me with a verification code instead! Absolutely useless! 🤯😡🤬

@SHAQ @ring I told the police I did not want to help or be involved and Ring still gave them my videos. Now me and my family have to live in fear. If I knew this I would have never bought there product.

@ring Too bad that it probably couldn’t be shared “neighbors” area on app. I had people kicking my door and it was not allowed to be shared. The cameras are good but the app is only good for lost pets.

@ADT I don’t know who I’m more pissed off at, @ADT for your ****** service or me for sticking with the ****** service. But that’s ok, because I’m switching to @ring ASAP! You guys are fcukin trash!!

@ring why have you deprecated the “Rapid Ring” app ?? It’s one of THE best features. We use it all the time to ‘rapidly’ check one of our cameras. The main Ring app is good, but very slow in comparison. Perhaps reconsider? I won’t be the only one to miss it. #rapidring

@ring why have you made the idiotic decision to stop supporting the excellent Rapid Ring app…..??????? 🙄……….and so now forced to use your really 💩 Ring app which is slow, clunky, poor UI/UX 🤢…sort it quick or Eufy cam (which do not charge subscription fees) will be busy

@ring I can't pull up my account on my Android phone. After 20 minutes with support they said it's an Android wide problem, that doesn't seem true. Is there a widespread issue?

@ring Strives for customers satisfaction?!?!? How about nine implementing a predatory subscription-based service that pretty much makes the camera irrelevant. It’s going to be in the trash in two days.

What doorbell camera is everyone using? Taking suggestions for anything except @ring & @googlenest. Ring hardly ever worked properly and google nest customer support is trash.

So disappointed in @ring. Their devices are complete garbage. I have had to replace EVERY device I've installed because they all keep failing! Not to mention waiting MONTHS for replacement devices! Save your time and sanity and DO NOT BUY RING!

This is horrendous behavior on a network. You don't advertise yourself as being the destination for an IP address that isn't yours, ESPECIALLY not the network's gateway. It effectively kicks EVERYONE off the network briefly. FIX THIS, @Ring. And don't tell me to call support.

I ordered a @googlenest doorbell camera because I’m sick of the @ring f’ing up. They “tried” delivering it Saturday said no one was home spoiler alert, @ups never knock. It’s supposed to be re-delivered today. Got an an email from google that it was back in the warehouse. WTF

@ring Dear Ring, the fact you no longer support the Rapid Ring app is one thing, but to disable it completely is just mean. To force users to go through a slow, clunky, multi-step app just to check a camera now is insane. Moving to another solution. 🖕

@ring @leolaporte Ring should stop marketing its products as security devices. They are not. Bad guys know how to easily circumvent Rings recording with inexpensive signal blockers. The user finds blank spots in the recording history.

Are you aware that customers can’t see the “LIVE” feeds from the @ring doorbell if they have @expressvpn activated on their phones? You have to turn the vpn off in order to see it. Should a fix come from the doorbell company, or the vpn company?

@ASUSUSA an awesome router feature would be to have it filter broadcast ARP for devices attempting to advertise themselves using the router's address, since some companies like @Ring won't fix their egregious networking bugs.
