It was explained to me previously that was a primary issue for the fast battery drain. I’ll send a DM. Thanks.

Will not refund so I can get from Amazon stock or credit service. Camera down and security risk. Suggest do not buy ring.

This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.
