    @ring 2nd gen video doorbell not working. Hard wired for power. Support is bad for consumers if you ask me. Do hard wired video doorbell batteries charge from the existing door bell power? Need help because the doorbell just stop working and isn't there a 1 year warranty?

    My @ring app tells me my doorbell is offline. But I still get notifications for motion and when the doorbell rings. So clearly it’s not offline. Why?

    @ring I received an email today telling me to contact Google as because the app does not work properly I have been told it's Google's problem..what a cop out, it's not even Google's app Ring, notifications at night instead of day...sorry but Tucker can't even tell me what's wrong

    @ring hi I am having consistent issues with my account as I have paid for a plan but the app reverts back to default. I sent a private message outlining the issues. Been on hold for 35 min waiting for customer service. Can’t wait longer. Please help. Thanks

    @bt_uk Yes, so I have Ring doorbell devices and they struggle, this has been the case since we’ve moved here but it is now causing the devices to not capture or work properly so it’s now an issue and @ring say it’s a broadband strength issue

    @ring Why blur the faces in these example videos? At the very least, the people in them are trespassing. Make them and their actions famous to help them think twice about doing it again.

    @ring I’ve had a @googlenest doorbell for a few years. Anytime there’s a power outage I have to remove the camera and reinstall it. I’m getting tired of doing this. Does yours have the same problem. I want to switch

    @ring Thank you. Could you please suggest how the person who accidentally shared access to a device that they purchased to keep them secure, can be notified of their error so that it doesn't happen again, when they think their request has been ignored?

    @ring HELP I have 3 Ring doorbell cameras. The main one has stopped providing notifications via Amazon. Nothing has chang d. Wifi is stable and strong. Tried all setups including factory default. No joy. Need help.

    @ring I want my £199.99 for this crap device I was duped into buying. Constantly having live video issues even though my wifi is 2m away and 1 wall between it. Bad I have to put up with it and for the price I paid...it's a rip off and demand my money as @JDWFashion won't take it!

    @ring Has the worst customer service I have run across in all my time on the internet. All they do is delay, delay, delay. And if I am honest...flat out lie. Supervisors are never 'available’. I will never recommend this product line to anyone.

    @ring Why do notifications, that may be important, pop up when I open the app to view a camera? As I’m clicking on the image it then removes the notification at the bottom of the screen & I never know what it said... This also slows down opening camera b/c I need to click twice.

    @ring How do I surface mount a Ring floodlight cam on a wall? I'm running conduit on the brick wall surface and cannot flush mount the junction box. Is there a round junction box that can surface mount to the wall that would allow for a tight seal with the camera? Help please!

    @ring @ringuk The ring doorbell 3 was bought as a present at Christmas....what an absolute pile of Pooh this is ...the live feed hardly ever works or takes ages to connect... The "person detected" is that slow at sending notifications the person has gone when I get to the door.
