@IanCockerill2 @ring Yes it’s down but RING failed to notify customers despite knowing the least they could have done was put a msg out rather than customers messaging with there network/router/ring device & the app ... wasted over an hour of my time then 30min wait on call to get tro. I am In UK

.@ring I keep getting an error message saying the battery door of my spotlight cam is open. I just checked, opened, closed, still getting the error. I have it in a silicone cover for extra weatherproofing, so this seems to be a software error.
