    @ring Oh I am good with getting the settings down, I was mostly hoping for a larger selection of tones that the app will play for alerts. I have some assigned, but just wish there was more of a selection is all. Being able to add custom ones would be cool.

    @ring Hey. I've been kicked from my app and account today. I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Also changed the password on the account. Still unable to log in or use the app. Just keep getting an error message. Shed any light please?

    @ring I have a new ring 4 doorbell and once setting it up, I got an email saying I can get a complimentary faceplate, but when I enter the code it doesn’t work, as it says it can only be used for the doorbell pro 2 but the email says the free faceplate is for my ring 4? Help!

    @FedExHelp Website advises package was delivered to my front door... however... nothing was there and no one came to my door at the time says delivered (thank you @ring). When I use your "virtual" help it says not the correct address ... wth? This is a mother's day gift ...

    @ring by the time any of your cameras “Activate Device” the bad guys could already be inside someone’s house. FIX IT. Cameras that are sitting on top of my router can’t even connect without taking 5 minutes to think about it. My @SimpliSafe camera connects instantly.

    @RING live cam alerts do not load until activity is gone, or the app crashes or loads black screens.. *Now 'Neighbor's feature is not working and completely crashes #RING. Have reinstalled. Come on #RING @Amazon... FIX your frigging app! Read recent reviews in Play Store.

    @ring I put TWO different returns in ONE box to ship and your return team can't figure it out. Refunded me for one item. And the" support" help desk in Asia is terrible. Multiple phone calls this week and still no resolution.

    @LNS_MissJ No, chime is part of the ring system. Fine connecting to WiFi App not slow usually, but when out and about with naff signal, it can be. Their customer service has been AMAZING too. @ring

    @ring why is it that every video in my event dashboard (in the web version) refuses to play with the message "Sorry we had trouble loading your event." I can't play a single video. So why am I paying you a monthly fee?

    @ring So… not gonna happen and I should move on? I know, caveat emptor but here’s an idea… Maybe don’t announce/advertise things multiple times with no intention of following though. Instead of a non-customer with no opinion you have a lost customer with a really, really bad opinion.

    @MarketStar4 @ring No help, at all. When people come to my door, my doorbell cam & floodlight cam become a regular floodlight and doorbell. Forget about answering a live doorbell. Try to get "help" from ring & the end all be all of their help is questioning your RSSI signal.

    @ring you've provided the worst service I can remember ever having. No complaints team. You received a returned device back (still sealed) on 6 April, I'm still waiting on a refund. Lies after lies from your agents. If you're considering buying from ring, my advice look elsewhere

    @ring its a shame that you promised to replace our broken video doorbell and then changed your mind without letting us know. I was only told this when I called chasing delivery. No reply to my compliant as per your advised timelines either. Very poor customer service.
