@ring Hi.....we have now bought the ring chime pro to help with our apparent range issues. However, this is stating that the WiFi signal is too weak during set up, even though its literally 3 feet from the router!! Please please help. I'm getting sick of your products!!

@ring Hey, you customer service after about a half hour was able to figure out the issue and was super in helping us except the fact that I can’t tighten the security screws because the blue handle screwdriver doesn’t fit the security screws

Shout out to this @ring camera I impulsively bought on Black Friday. Ran inside after letting the dog out at 1am bc I got bad vibes from a person across the street. Camera alerted me that they’d followed me and were pacing in front of my door 😬
