Which person at @ring thought it was a good idea to let the camera ask to be reconnected every 15min 24hrs a day? My neighbor is even woken up by it every night while I am abroad. Send help please before I have to go to the drive through judge TV program.

@ring Ring devices must be designed to only be fully functional for less than 2 years in order to maintain sales. My device is less than 2 years old and stopped sensing/ recording motion, but only records if a person knocks on the door. Customer support wasn’t able to help at all

@ring my doorbell cam isn’t working. device health says good. live view won’t load and isn’t detecting motion anymore. three days ago, everything worked fine. tried to reboot, keep getting an error message. i recently just charged it to 100%. any suggestions?

@ring why is my device constantly going offline when my WiFi is fine, as is my security system on the house. It’s always *just* the ring camera. And I’m away from home. And this is a service I pay for? What’s the point if I can’t remedy this without unplugging the battery? Awful.

@ring is an absolute nightmare. The product support helpline hangs up on you every time you verify your identity. The smart lights that came with our house have no QR code or PIN on them, making it an impossible nightmare to connect to the Bridge. @ring is evedently a scam.

The fact that the @ring agent told me my doorbell is defective and it’s an error on their end but the “best they can do” is offer 35% off a new one and “they graciously refunded me for this month” like… obviously? I can’t ******* use your service? I need a new video doorbell
