    @ring My Gen1 Ring is randomly ringing during the night, waking us and our barking dogs & the only solution is physically disconnecting the doorbell? leaving us with no camera. Poor design. Any of the newer versions have a doorbell disable feature?

    @ring it is insane that I purchased cameras on 10/10/21, called customer service on 10/26/21 inquired why my items were not received even though it should have been “expedited” shipping. Yet no one has resolved my issue. You sure took my money quickly. Not a happy customer.

    @ring how much longer is the issue with not recording between ‘events’ going on for? You keep saying it’s fixed or to DM you and then ask the same questions over again. There’s clearly an issue again your side. Sort it out, you don’t seem to get through a month without an issue.

    @ring @tyfondren This is ridiculous! Again, no recording between ‘events’. No snapshots taken just sliding between recording. How long is this going to take to fix this time?! If you haven’t got the infrastructure to support your systems why are you still selling them!

    What’s wrong with @amazon horrible service selling bad products than saying it’s 3rd party seller doesn’t cut. Furthermore, @ring and @amazon are same dishonest why would you give run around with your Indian and oooh lord Philippine employees. Items are purchased through u fix it

    My @ring consistently goes offline and of all nights for it to go offline, it must be tonight. Sorry to the trick or treaters who miss out on candy at my house tonight. @ring is glitching again.

    @ring I'm very frustrated at our Ring setup that we have at our house. Nothing is working right. No live view from our cameras ect. We think this is to do with no 5g support with your devices. Please help.

    @ring Is there an iOS 15/15.1 bug that shows a false battery issue with a hard wired doorbell? Can’t use live view due to a dead battery. I’m not using a battery.

    .@ring Some five months ago I ordered a device for a lady with dementia. Obviously, this is urgent as the lady's condition is deteriorating and her personal safety is at risk. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, no-one has taken ownership. Please resolve ASAP.

    @VanJohnson @ring Oh no! One of the more expensive models, too. Ring has acknowledged there's a fairly widespread defective IR shutter issue (sticking) on this model. May well replace if you push a little, whilst stating you're aware of the sticking shutter issue. Other customers have succeeded!!!

    Howdy, @ring - I am not getting notifications for a doorbell or stick-up cam on my account, nor are family members for their doorbell and stick-up cams on their account. Is there an issue for users of the iOS app in the U.S.? App/device are updated, notifications are on, etc.

    @ring absolutely shocking customer service. Move into a new house with a ring video doorbell where QR code is damaged because of your terrible design. Why is the QR code a sticker that gets damaged by the front plate being taken on and off?

    Tonight someone kicked our front door in and I’m pissed! I have tried for over a month to have @ring to fix the piece of crap doorbell after they had serious of freakin updates that caused it to not work. I will never purchase another ring product!!!!!!!!!!!
