    @ring I’m starting to hate my ring doorbell. It goes offline. Then doesn’t want to connect. The light spins. But no video. This happens every time router is reset or if the battery runs down. Then I have to call someone and I go through 20 steps to get it working

    @ring Not sure why but I bought a Ring Pro in 2019 based on this 3 year old promise. Thinking it’s gotta be close now, but 2 years later..... looks like I’m trading up for a Logitech circle view. I’ve tried to get service on my doorbell for crackling, sent a DM and email and no help

    4) Consider: a) the first @ring doorbell defective, b) wrong replacement sent c) took 4 days to get wrong replacement d) supervisor refused to come to phone e) would @JamieSiminoff overnight correct 1 for Moms safety? #ringdoorbell poor customer service!

    @ring Ring one which was just Out of warranty, ring support simply told me to buy another . I had four ring devices aswell, rusty and water ingress into camera . I can’t buy another it’s simply not cost effective + a subscription on top . Poor build quality

    @ring #ring Renewed my Ring doorbell service today for $30.00 but they charged my account $59.31. Called customer service and they could not provide an answer so they said they have to cancel my service. Terrible service.

    @CastilloAdam24 @ring I sent them two screenshots showing the error and the health of my ring camera stating that I have trouble accessing live view and they replied sorry you cannot access your videos I don’t think whoever is replying he’s reading the messages

    @ring I took down my Smart Spotlight Battery (Black) for wall painting and I have lost the locking screw that goes in the bottom of the base to secure the light to the base. Where can I order a replacement? Thanks!

    Our @ring security camera is great, especially after a neighbor's car was stolen. Except for today. Today, it informs me our neighbor has started mowing their lawn. Guess it's time for lawn maintenance again... It was fun while it lasted.

    @ring can someone please help me. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting tips but my chime2 will not stay connected for more than an hour. And can only be reconnected by unplugging it but@I get no alert it’s offline. It’s very frustrating and has not worked properly ever.

    @ring I have been waiting sometime now to get my ring doorbell sorted out as still absolutely no notifications, why has this been going on for 5 months now?, why won't anyone help me fix the problem or tell me what to do? If you can't help fix it can you refund me please, thanx.

    @welshref @ring Its ok if you never have problems but when you have problems on a regular basis I don't recommend it! It's not the same problem either, it's a list as long as your arm. A common one is delayed notifications such that by the time you've clicked it, the person has long gone!

    @ring @CNNUnderscored What an atrocious install! Probably the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. Might have “every bell and whistle imaginable”, but nothing a good pair of wire snips can’t overcome.

    The new @ring 2FA process is terrible! You have to call support to do it. - call - wait 5m - give email - receive email code (not usable in app) - verbal code confirmation - support needs *device serial number* - find screwdriver, get S/N - support provides code for app 🤬🤯🤡
