    @ring With all due respect I've had this camera for a few years, worked fine until you guys pushed an update to it, I called support a dozen times, they can't fix it. I'm tired of wasting time adding & removing it, trying to get it fixed. I'll never buy another ring product again.

    Called customer service with @ring and the worst possible sound quality. I guess you want to save bandwidth on your VOIP but gads that was a mess. English was not his first language did not help but I can make that work if the phone works.

    @mislukt12345 @ring It's only a waste of money if you are technically "challenged"... Been using Ring for years in multiple residences without issue. Ring rocks!

    @ring why should I recommend your door bell camera? I've owned it for only about six months. But every time we have a power surge or quick blip of an outage. Your product can't reconnect to the network. I have to disable the 5g wifi do a reboot and then reconnect the ring.

    @ring Dont buy the ring. I bought wone it worked fine but I forget to renew my membership! Now they have no record of me at all so it is worthless!!! 200 bucks down the drain thanks Cosco and ring!!! UGGG

    Dozens of @ring Spotlight camera owners having issues with light not turning off (only at night) after being triggered by "motion". Having same issue called support, he did some "checks" says motion sensors is broken, tries to sell me a new camera. Not passing the smell test. #bs

    Anyone else having sudden problems with their @ring doorbell connecting to WiFi? Nothing changed on the @geteero wifi and all other devices, cameras have no issue. Tried changing the battery and same issue. Just keeps connecting for a moment and then disconnecting.

    @ianbennell75 @probbins @ring I would unplug the eero and modem for 2 mins then back in. If that doesn't work, try holding down the reset button until the LED on the eero flashes yellow then release the button immediately. There should be a short reboot cycle then the eero LED will go solid white. Please D...

    @ring It's crazy how nobody from customer service from "Ring" help you get into your account, even if you give them your info like your email. My ring has my old phone number and they can't even change that. I had my account on my phone, phone broke so I changed phone and number.

    By the time @ring let's you know someone was in your yard, and you pull up the camera. It's been 5 minutes, they already got your **** and left... or you're dead cause they was coming in. Sad and scary all at the same time.

    Just had an excellent #customerservice experience with @ring - my doorbell had gone offline and was not working. Within a few messages they had my doorbell up and running again. Others could learn a lot from this level of 1:1 customer engagement

    @ring I have cancelled my plan. No point having a system where you have to turn notifications off as so many domestic animals ect are detected. Having a decent system that can differentiate between a cat and human is a start. No I won’t DM. Or call. Fix your product.

    Has anyone found they’ve been having interference issues (or similar) with @Ring devices and @tplink Tapo devices? Doorbell3 keeps going offline. Think it may have started when I installed a few smart sockets. Thanks. #technology #hometech

    @ring and they sent me a new device that I could register under myself that he won’t have access to and it will help to keep me safe. I cried after this phone call. Ring could have said oh well, but they really helped me! 🥺

    @ring hello. I’m having an issue with my camera. I can see the view, but can’t hear anything. It’s a floodlight camera. It’s a weird noise like there’s a defect. Can someone help troubleshoot the issue?

    @ring why did you stop sending screws with install kits? Screws that are not readily available anywhere. First step down the poor service stairs in my opinion. So disappointed

    @ring Maybe you should fix your buggy software. I've added and removed this camera several times now, the last update keeps the bloody light on, even if I turn it off in the settings it just comes back on. It won't stay off, it should only come on of when it detects motion. #ring

    @ring fix the Spotlight cameras and stop the lights from coming on during daylight hours. This wasn't a problem before Don't need to be burning electricity in the daytime. Gone through every setting and turned off everything for motion detection the lights are still coming on.

    I got into the old @RING account. The device last used was in 2018 — March 15 to be precise. The cell phone is in bad shape. I may have ‘damaged’ it after upgrading and before tossing. I was thinking it was the cell BEFORE that one.

    @ring doorbell 2, not connecting to WiFi. Tried resetting router, tried resetting doorbell. Both didn’t fix the issue. Any ideas. Got a full battery and nothing in house has changed WiFi wise. Other devices no issue. Time for an upgrade?
