@ring My ring’s battery died in December (within warranty) according to monitoring. I just brought it in and the battery is shot. Contacted ring and they don’t want to help. They admitted it died within the warranty period but I contacted them out of warranty period 1/2

@rcchello @ring App not working for alarm staus, controls, camera feeds, devices tab blank. Website won't connect to alarm. Camera feeds work only outside the app such as via Alexa, web, or smarthings.

@ring Your customer support sucks, nothing but scripts when I want to report 2 serious deficiencies with your device firmware and I am sent a form that does not solve the issue.

@ring @WestHamSteven I have the same problem and I will save you hours of everyone's time. They will just tell you your device is out of warranty and you are SOL. This was my 3rd Ring device that has failed so I guess it is my fault for sticking with the company

@ring disappointed after spending £££s on a Ring alarm, that your customer service team advise me to go and buy new spare parts when your sensors don’t work with the fittings provided. Poor quality and service!

@ring Ring sent me a message, that they can't take off, that keeps saying my camera is offline. But it still sends notifications and video clips. Their message suggests buying a wifi booster from them to correct the situation. Anyone else have this issue?

Just swapped out 6 @ring cameras with 3 @EufyOfficial C24's and 2 Floodlights Pro 2's. 2K video 24/7 local recording with no need for cloud storage. No more dead batteries or devices offline. No more servers down for a half day problem. Make the switch 👍

@trafficbabe @LaserShip I’ve had this issue from UPS and FedEx in the past. Another reason to have something like a @ring Video Doorbell. You can show proof that your package wasn’t delivered to your home. I’ve had to use that a few times over the past couple years.
