Soooo.... im just finding out that the @ring system is down. i spent a few hrs tryin2 restart the system, reinstall the app. i wish it was a bigger news story @AP @ReutersBiz i know they dont want to stall holiday sales but at least notify ur customers via email #Ringdoorbell

People are joking about it, but I really do think burglars are taking advantage of the @Ring outage. Someone rang my gate bell, but backed away quickly and left when I opened the gate. I didn’t know there was an outage until I tried to check the video.

@ring Such a disappointing range of products. Have purchased several ring devices, all are temperamental and lack video quality when reviewing alerts. Now a service outage without an official warning or direct message. Regret investing in such a poor product.

@AndrewM497 @ring My Alexa has been fine just ring. It doesn’t happen often but they should have backup plans redundancies should a service go down. So it’s pretty poor. This isn’t down to ring but Amazon obviously saving on costs.
