    @ring RING Video Doorbell 3 is saying it is offline. Yet in the app it shows that it has great connection. Even still we rebooted and it still says the same thing. Are there any issues because we had no idea it has been off since LAST NIGHT!

    @ring I literally tried to work with you guys and every time you send me a replacement or whatever it's trash flat and simple. Believe me I've been waiting for your company to live up to the expectations that you guys present to the public and I know it works for some and not for other

    @ArloSmartHome 6 months since I purchased Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras: 3 cameras w/ hardware issues, 2 days + 4 customer agents later, no offer of replacement despite being within my 1 year warranty. Should’ve picked @ring 😭 one of the worst customer experiences ever.

    Hi @ring. I should have received 6 months ring protect with my Spotlight Cam Battery 2 pack purchased from Costco UK. I've set up the cameras but have no option on how to set up the Ring protect for 6 months? Are you able to help me?

    Ring can’t help me. They don’t know their product and they don’t care. Don’t be like @ring. Go with another brand of video doorbell.

    @stu_pot_1 @ring They're going to tell you that it's a problem with your Wi-Fi they're going to tell you that this is your fault that's not true their products are ****** and tons of people are reporting the same issue or when you pull up the app it's not letting you connect.

    @ring the app is now almost a week reaction slow to not responding when i open it. The update i had but its Just getting worse. This way i dont get to awnser calls etc.

    @ring Bought a ring doorbell in July 2021. Runs out of battery after a week despite changing all setting. Can you help? Need a replacement asap.

    @DARKMIRROR002 @ring Wow I've had my original doorbell in direct sunlight for years and it's not doing that. I do agree that the solar charger is garbage and was barely charging in direct sunlight.

    @frontpoint has had frustrating service for years, it used to just be bad service communication, now they've applied 2-factor auth to my account without my consent. I'm beyond frustrated. Don't waste your time with these guys, just go to a proper vendor like @SimpliSafe or @ring

    @ring charged me an annual fee and wont give me a refund. I cancelled my service 6 months ago because I sold that house. Even my video history shows camera offline for months. @googlenest

    @ring your customer support is garbage. Trying to set up a ring cam. Says can’t do it cos of technical issues. Tried ringing and chat - both no response. Can’t believe I ignored all the negative comments about your product and bought this crap

    Hi @ring I heard some people got free replacements of their Gen1 keypad with a Gen2 keypad due to the sound going out issue. I have this problem, no sound on the keypad, but I never got the email for the upgrade. Was this for everyone with gen1 keypad or just a few lucky people?

    @VivintHome why does my panel just randomly disconnect? It's not just me, neighbors and friends have the exact same issue miles away? It's bogus and no way keeping me safe. @ring here I come.

    @ring is there in outage in Southern California? I have no been able to view videos for almost 8 hours. I rebooted the ring pro. Still nothing. None of my other devices are having issues.

    Why do I have constant problems w/ my @ring video doorbell 3? I’m on my 3rd replacement unit. No help from ring other than “try everything again”. I don’t have time 2 stand in front of it for 1.5 hours speaking 2 someone who can’t help me w/o escalating the call. #buyersremorse

    @ring so your ring doorbell won't connect to the wifi. I have internet and router has been rebooted 3 times. When I call for help. I go through the setup again and told nothing wrong with device contact isp. Ask for manager/supervisor told not available. BS! This is the only

    @ring Hi, I called your UK support regarding an issue with my doorbell. Couldn't sort it out over the phone but said technical support would resolve it remotely. Been a few days and the same issue remains. Can you help?
