Kent Walls (@kentwalls) reported@ring bought two cameras and two solar panels this year in May. The solar panel already no longer charges my camera 7 months later. I've cleaned it properly, unplugged it, etc. Everything you are supposed to do and no fix. Do these have warranties? Bought on @amazon

Alex (@Real_Alex_Y) reported@ring I am DM’ng and getting the usual “it’s user issue” response. You done an update on the 3rd Dec and I suspect it has caused an issue! I have never had to charge my hardwired doorbell 2 and suddenly my battery is running out in a matter of days. The wiring is fine!

Ever since AWS servers had problems and the app went down twice in the last 2 weeks videos have had issues. Please look into it and fix ASAP.
