I had to change Internet service now they want me to take all the equipment down to reset it I’m disabled so I can’t be doing that. They don’t make anything easy and they don’t care. Dave (@djt81) reported@ring Don't want to advertise this but my doorbell doesn't pick up anything at all despite tinkering with the settings and several reboots it just doesn't register any movement at all, it's close to the wifi router so that's not the issue

If on public property and “owned” by a city, county, etc. it is a violation of my rights and shouldn’t exist.

Vikas Chowdhry (@english_august) reportedI’ve spent 10 minutes on @ring app trying to figure out how to configure which @AmazonAlexa device rings for my ring camera but I don’t have a clue! Apparently “linked chimes” does it if you have a chime but “linked devices” option is something entirely else. Alexa and Ring apps are two worst designed apps and despite all the talk about AI capabilities from Amazon, their AI supported queries functionality is absolutely unusable.

It couldn't help so directed me to a live person - but the system is asking me what I need help with. It's 2026, these things need to talk to each other so we don't have to repeat everything. 🙏

HeIsRightAgain𝕏 (@HeIsRightAgainX) reportedThere is nothing more insufferable than ordering @ring products, having the shipment arrive without the key component, calling customer service (apparently in SE Asia)...encountering an accent so thick it's not understandable (and I've traveled to SE Asia frequently on business), and trying to resolve the issue, being told the phone number on your profile is not in their system, and the phone number on your order (same number) is not in their system, but that the order number IS, but that is still not sufficiently identifiable. Thank God I recorded the call.
