Wtf, @ring, suddenly charging people to view recordings on devices they already own?!?! We’ve had ours for over four years and all of a sudden, in order to view our recordings, we have to pay a subscription fee? 🤔

@ring @AssumeNormality I don't know where to start on how terrible it is. Floodlight flickering and ive been told that i will get a replacement but its been 3 weeks and every time i call them the customer service is painfully poor and useless.

@ring Please fix your file naming structure for downloads to include the date and time first, then the camera name [ example = YYYYMMDD_hhmmss_CameraName.mp4 ], also please retain this naming convention for bulk downloads as well.

@ring does make good products but my recent experience with them has been terrible. Ring should own up their products when it’s goes bad after a few days of purchase. It might cost Ring $20-$25 to manufacture their product and they are willing to lose a loyal customer for it!

I need help finding an outdoor security camera for my house that has 24/7 recording. I’ve looked up @ring @WyzeCam and @googlenest but no product info is helpful. They either say they do or don’t or you need a plan too or confusing wording saying yes but no. Any help please!

@ring on Nov 19, 2022 you stated: Ring Video Doorbell Wired devices remain in night vision mode. Resolved - ....... We will be rolling back the changes. My device continues with black and white in night vision since you started it's resolved, I'm waiting for the fix..
