@ring your process to transfer the cameras after a spouse passes is the worst of any company I’ve dealt with. You keep asking for docs that don’t exist and making this process worse than it should be. You’re a doorbell cam and more difficult than the house it’s attached to.

@notthateric @ring Correction: they've determined that nothing magically bad happened with the power supply after wasting a bunch of my time, so now they can't help me unless I call them and waste more time that way. Fabulous.

@ring has the worst Customer Service in the industry. They should call it Customer Harassment and Disservice. When I asked for a manager I was told I could speak to one but they wouldn't help me. If you are buying home video cameras, look elsewhere.

@ring You have tried via phone support, grainy picture at night and poor sound from phone to doorbell. The answer was buy a new one from support and it's not even that old, less then 2 years.

@ring is there an issue with connection today. Doorbell has lost WiFi connection although chime still ok. When trying to reconnect says “incorrect WiFi password”. It can’t be because the chime is connected and I have re entered the password . Any ideas ????

I am so over @ring Ever since you sold out to Amazon your customer support has gone completely down the toilet. I paid for a new solar path light and you sent me a used one. I contacted support & the rep was completely clueless (probably an off-shore Amazon call center) 1/2

@ring Terrible experience with your company we will no longer use your cameras. Since the outrage out camera does not work and two separate reps admitted many customers are experiencing this but can only offer a 30% rebate. You caused this issue you should replace it!

So I learned something important today — @ring ’s security cameras are battery powered and they shut down at -20C; the solar charger charges the batteries but does not power the cam directly. So, in a typical Canadian winter where -20C is common, these damn things don’t work.

@ring They told me to DM to look good but then didn't actually help. They told me to call the same number that had previously told me to call when I got home. Why have a camera to check on your home if you need to be home to access it?

@ring My ring doorbell (at another property). Is showing as offline but can still capture motion events and takes snapshots every minute. Support say it isn’t connected to the internet but can’t explain how I can see images! And they say as it is offline they cannot do anything.

@ring Nothing to do with the post. Just thought of it, but the only issue I find with the floodlight ring cameras, is that the light flickers like crazy after the temperature goes below early -30's celcius temp in winter climate for me. Have to shut these ring ones when hits this temp

It would be nice if my @ring doorbell wouldn’t stop working when the temperature gets below 40. Anyone else have that issue?
