Danny Seabrook (@dannyseabs) reported@ring I’m having trouble setting up some of your devices. I called your Helpdesk yesterday, a technician was supposed to call be back with two hours. It’s nearly 24 hours later. Is this how you treat all your new customers? Very very poor customer service

My camera caught a kid stealing a package from one of our neighbors went to look for the footage but nothing is showing up? Any ideas how I can fix it? I have good internet connection, subscription, and no other problems.
