@ring Even “subscribe to incident” isn’t working!!! It just hangs. These days a “protected by Ring” sign is almost an invitation to break in to someone’s house because chances are the system is down.

@ring Doorbell and chime are offline prior to that I couldn’t access live view and no doorbell ringing notifications. Motion is also not being recorded, please fix this as it seems to be an outage and not something on my part

ordered a @ring system over two weeks ago. since it hasn't been shipped yet, I wanted to change the color of the flood light. Nope! can't even when it hasn't and wont be shipped for another 2 weeks. I'm afraid This company will be no help.

@ring Brand new ring doorbell has now stopped working since 6pm. Down detector shows multiple issues UK wide and your status page says multiple unresolved issues. Can you advise when this is likely to be fixed? I'd like a door bell that works at very least!

Stupid @virginmedia had to have the broadband go down today, meaning my @ring stopped working no I've missed my parcel... ffs! The courier didnt even bother knocking on the door. Should have done a hermes and left it anywhere in my garden.

@petes_meats @ring My doorbell and 3 stick up camera’s are down and cannot access live views and they are not recording motion either. Looks like the app is being updated at the moment because chimes and alarm have just been added as tiles

Here is a tip.. let people know what is going on using your twitter account. It's a great way to communicate to your customers. Maybe I should have just got normal camera's that just work.
