@JetsetTX @ring I haven't attached my Ring device to anything, so I put it on the floor. At one point to check if there actually was a rat or mouse (yup), and to watch the new rescue dog's potty times to help him be successful. Friend used hers to verify her own snoring. Also yup.

@ring There is an ongoing issue with the ring app refusing to use wifi, instead it will only use cell data. Pausing or turning off cell data will result in it switching to wifi. Many people are experiencing this. Ring support has been unhelpful. Unacceptable.

@ring Your customer service is horrible. It's been 1 month and I have not received any shipping updates on my replacement item. When I call they tell me they can't really help with any shipping updates! Is this how you always handle customer problems?

@ring When customizing my neighborhood area I noticed that the map has an incorrect location for me even though my address is right. So I’m getting alerts for areas that are irrelevant to me. Is there a fix for this?

I have to get with @ring now, which will be a LOT tougher most likely, as they are NOT local and I probably won't be able to do it without help because no doubt they will require a phone call, which I cannot do. 😔 Have only had these things a few months and already toast.😥

@ring we had a break in lastnight and your poor camera didnt even detect it because of the constant issues YOU are having. Its not my connection or battery or wifi signal all fine all checked. Its YOUR system!! Ive had enough now, paying for a service that you are not providing!!
