    @ring Best practice for Ring or in general? I ask as I’ve never had a problem with any device until just recently with Ring. No DM necessary. I’m going to change the password & hope that fixes the connection trouble. If so, then I’ll bite the bullet and update all our devices. 🙄

    @ring I have a suite of ring devices in my home, also a premium for ring security. I see that most of the devices would go offline and come back online after some time. My wifi is super fast btw. Called your csr and they disconnected my call themselves twice. I felt disrespectful

    @ring my floodlight cam's IR filter is stuck. Apparently a common issue. But you offer no support email, your chat is not for technical support, & your phone support wait is >45 mins with no callback option. Can I please get some reasonable support for this defective product?

    I wish there was a way to get my money back for the thousands of dollars I've spent on @ring devices and services. It's the only service & app that has a issue connecting to my gigabit service 🤔

    @ring My ring bridge is 20 feet away from a gigabit router with gigabit speed and all my devices 13 in total are within 50-70 feet of the router and bridge. Every day I have to unplug batteries to try and get them to reconnect. Seems to be a common issue with your bridge.

    @ring why doesn’t live view work on Spotlight Cam Bat. We have done everything yet it never works. They have static ips, DMZ’d them, what it’s an app issue it’s a firmware issue this isn’t what I paid for, this isn’t good service/product esp. since I pay monthly

    In the last month @ring smart lighting keeps going offline for no reason. You have to unplug & replug the batteries back in to get them back online then they go back offline again. The bridge is in the middle of all devices, gigabit internet and no device is more than 70'away.

    @Ring understanding your push to sign up folks for video saving, but what is the basic saved time for those who do not signup for your service? Anyone know? It is tough to get info from #Ring . Also, who do we contact at #Ring for help on installation? Guidance is bad.

    @ring Need help! My ring doorbell stopped working after a recent update. I spoke with support and received an updated power pack for the chime and still no luck.

    Nice, now @ring is helping come by not letting me share video of juveniles checking the doors of my truck and my wife’s car because they might be juveniles. This is how criminals get away with ****.

    @WyzeCam Just got in touch with WYZE cs service. Supervisor didn't want to address the issue, rather asked lower level rep to hang up.. Why such games are being played when people are spending MILLIONS buying the product. Should people be buying @ring instead?

    Hey @ring @amazon. New doorbell pro doesn't ring my chime (it's on the supported list). Works if you disco the pwr kit. Hours with adv. support multiple times. Been months and no follows ups. Can you get me a fix or a replacement ring/power kit please? Love the product otherwise!

    Hey @ring I had a medical emergency and needed help, so I pressed the help button on my keypad... Thankfully, I also called an ambulance myself. I'm shocked to learn the "help buttons" on the keypad are useless without a paid subscription. Why?

    @ring I just called your customer service in regards to an issue that I have with our Pro 2 doorbell. Amani refused to honor your 1-year limited warranty & hung up on me. I hope this is not the customer service that you always give. I will be making a complaint with the BBB
