@Not_that_AStark @ring I had the exact same problem. I finally spoke with a customer service rep who told me the truth. They discontinued the Ring 3 Plus but they still have it on their website. I ended up buying the Ring 4. Talk about a bait & switch. Ring customer service is not what it used to be.

@ring Well I have another wish list request, but I know it's a very complex issue. I'd really really really love to be able to stream my ring cameras to my Google Nest Hub displays, very much especially when someone presses doorbell. I do however realise you are competitors 😳

@ring Your policies SUCK. I’ve been in my house for well over a month. The jackass owner can’t release ownership of the floodlight camera, and I STILL CANT USE IT, AND RING WONT RELEASE IT. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’m ripping all of these devices out. GARBAGE

@ring Your app is a joke. Just moved house. App says: ‘you have one unsubscribed device’. & ‘you have a plan with no device attached’. No easy fix, except to unsubscribe, then pay you another $24.99. Last time I buy a device from you. Hope ripping me off for few $ was worth it.

If you're thinking about installing an @ring wired doorbell, I'd encourage you to think again. This @Amazon owned company is a nightmare, an example of a company that doesn't think of its customers needs, despite what @JeffBezos says of his values.

@ring @KTK1990 I am also having the same issue. I’ve had the chime pro replaced twice now. Both unit get hot and disconnect from my WiFi. I’ve rebooted my router several times, tried to reconnect the devices and even disconnected the WiFi protection. I’m at whits end.

Also, a @GEICO x @ring bit about how both protect you from damages. Gecko sipping a cold drink in his backyard and hearing a large crash—turns out to be the car so he investigates further by rolling back ring footage from his phone. Idk. There’s something there though. 😎
