@SANJOSEMAILMAN @ring I invite him in and tell him the jack is in the basement. When he goes down the stairs, I close the door and shout, "I don't have a basement!" At that point, the basement, the door, and Johnson cease to have ever existed, and life improves.

@ring hello. Door bell says its offline and not capturing video. Thumbnail seems to be live. Its still activating through motion detection. But Live Feeds are not available.

@ring Ring was really good during the video trial period. After the trial period both the video and live no longer work. I guess I’m returning the ring and going with google. Too bad cus it worked great during the trial period.

Through trial and error and a data sharing partnership with @nlaible @JenniferLaible I’ve learned that the Ring doorbell doesn’t get adequate power at less than 30 degrees... @ring can you help us with a fix?
