However he did call me back and tried to help me with my issue and couldn’t figure out how to fix my issue and hung up again.

App will show notification but simply spins non-stop even though the video is being recorded and can be viewed afterwards. Tried logging out, deleting and reinstalling the app with zero luck? Any ETA for a fix?

Your developers are either inept and incapable, your tech subpar and not strong enough or there’s a privacy issue and y’all are harvesting user data to sell and Homekit would stop it. It's better for the local ecosystem to have leaves on the ground anyway and lawns are awful. Tell your neighbor to get ******** off your property and stay off.
