    @marytufts @ring Well, maybe yours has a technical problem, mine works just fine since 2 years. And never forget: It‘s a technical device, connected BY you and IN your network. So who knows where the faulty device realy sits... ;)

    @ring try to make relevant posts about person checking mailbox with other neighbors witnessing event. But according to ring it isn’t relevant but blaming neighbors for picking up trash is. SMH #neigbors

    On the verge of removing and uninstalling our @Ring doorbell. At least twice weekly offline. No suggestions from Ring. Possibly linked to @TPLINKHelp smart sockets - possibly not. If anyone has any suggestions for a replacement I’d welcome your ideas.

    @ring finally dark mode after all these years on Android. Now if you can fix it so my cam tiles show up every time I open the app. 8 cams shouldn't be too many ..

    @ring No thanks. I don't have the time for these "Its your setup, reinstall your app and reset your wifi" suggestions anymore. Same problem on 3 different wifi networks, 2 routers, 2 ISPs, 3 different phones on 3 carriers over the last 4 years. It's not me, it's you.

    @ring I have 5 cameras a doorbell I thought was wireless that isn’t and I have used cameras and system for awhile now and like it all when it works, but now I have 2 cameras that won’t charge or work at all and one of them never worked. I need help please

    @ring my Ring2 speaker is so loud my neighbors can hear my front door conversations. After much back and forth, I was told that’s just the way it is. Piss poor product.

    @ring how's your doorbell going to ask me if I have changed wifi, I say no and it still won't connect to the wifi?? I'm literally next to the wifi, the chime is connected to wifi but doorbell won't reconnect. This is like the 3rd I have this annoying issue with your product

    @ring terrible customer service. Husband passed away in November & @ring wont accept death certificate/marriage certificate to allow me to lay subs. No empathy at all from customer services! Told me to buy a new doorbell!

    The @ring doorbell is useless. Goes offline when you’re a thousand miles away and asks you to restart it by standing next to it and pushing a button. Useless.

    @ring @ring still not help at all. Basically the same answer which is to buy another doorbell or go to court/get a letter from a lawyer. Absolutely appalling - I will purchase another doorbell & it will not be a @ring product! Never again!

    @ring Ring Doorbell catches a lot of bass themselves with faulty cameras, failure to correct auto payments and posting that you are let. Cameras refuse to pickup people on your property but they have no problem telling credit agencies it was your fault.

    Hey @ring you should let customers know that if your camera goes offline you have to be in the same physical location as the camera to reconnect! Defeating the whole purpose of remote access!
