@ring requiring an old device to login to a new device is a horrible idea. Requiring someone to be home for customer service is a horrible idea. Many people use your service because they are abroad or away (including me).

@ring 15+ year customer of Amazon. My Peephole doorbell stopped working and I found the reason is likely the flex cable. No replacements are available so everything else works, but it's useless. If you no longer make them can you sell the rights to someone who will? Help!

Sixth time we've had our car broken into on our drive, and sixth time our @ring cameras (doorbell and camera) has failed to even activate, let alone record. Absolutely pointless tech with the blockers available for £1.50 on ebay.
