The house is gone. The doorbell is gone. We have tried over and over to stop the recurring charge but you won’t help us. We can’t get an email on her account that no longer exists. How can you help me?

I ordered on 13th February, with no sign of products or delivery date. 3 times told I’ve got to wait for products to arrive back at @ring HQ before they can issue a refund or resend items, as they’re missing in transit. 😔

Just makes you wonder. Idk. Maybe there's some other way they can tell **** like that.

Having the post master lady yell at you for asking that question and walk off. Thats what I just dealt with. I went out the door screaming profanities happily. @USPSHelp just like any government ran thing, is a pile of dog ****.

Renee Brown (@naybrown86) reported@ring As a security business is really weird that I cannot reconnect my cameras to wifi when I am not home. Thats when I most care my cameras are online. To fix I have to share my login information with a friend willing to go to my house. Awful security design.

Paul DiMaggio (@pldmgg) reported@ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

Josh Underwood (@Thejcunderwood) reported@Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.
