    @ring Just spent over an hour resolving what should not been an issue. First @ring system said I had no plan. I checked and I was billed in March 2026 for annual charge. Could not resolve on app or chat. Called @ring and spent about an hour on the phone. 1st told go to contact my bank.

    @ring I can't get on to my account on my laptop. When I click on the login tab all I get is a message "not acceptable". Please advise. Also the contact phone number (UK) is not recognised when I tried to phone you.

    @ring As a security business is really weird that I cannot reconnect my cameras to wifi when I am not home. Thats when I most care my cameras are online. To fix I have to share my login information with a friend willing to go to my house. Awful security design.

    @ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.

    @Hurrikeen @ring I had this issue last year. They replaced my cameras 2 in in the end it was an algorithm change at the ring end. It was all good up until a few weeks ago and not mine is picking up cars too. Needs sorting out

    @ring my floodlight camera plus died and I’ve been waiting for a replacement under warranty for 2 weeks.Your support told me today that they are out of stock and don’t have a date on when they will be available.This is bad,I don’t have security on my patio. Ring must resolve this

    @Ask_Spectrum @ring Can one of you please help me? I’ve had a working Ring doorbell for a while. I just got a new Spectrum router. Every device connected to the new router immediately (network named the same) except the doorbell. I’ve spent at least 4 hours on the phone with you two. Ring says the firewall needs to be lowered. Spectrum says they can’t adjust it. My old router had to have only WPA2 selected and I’m told this can’t be done with this router. Basically now Spectrum said “Talk to Ring and let them know that you can’t get a dedicated 2.4 network or control the security” and Ring said “Adjust the security or get a new doorbell”. Can someone please help? Give me a list of compatible doorbells with Spectrum or doorbells that Ring makes that will connect if you can’t isolate the security setting.

    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    Amazing how a multi-million dollar company like @ring can have such terrible UX in their app/website that it doesn’t let you subscribe to their pro package… like I’m trying to give you money & you’re not letting me - crazy! This page opens whenever I click to upgrade and it’s a dead page with info about the plan… and says “plans can’t be managed in the ring app” and there’s nowhere to click!! Madness.
