@ring Worst ever. had to upgrade to a new phone. downloaded the ring app, tried to log in, it said “sent code to old device.” I called, spoke to a rep who said the same. I no longer have my old device! How do you not have a process of simply sending code via text message? #goodbyering

@ring Tis' the season for Ring to get there stuff together and make sure things work right for a whole month without drop outs or issues.. I think you should refund people when we can't use out products cause of your always down with network issues..

@stevebrazill @ring I hear ya! I’ve been waiting for a way to consolidate all my devices into one service to control them all. While Amazon’s Alexa just about does it, the Alexa service has gotten very slow to respond lately. My Ring cameras are slow, too, with 1gig internet service.

@ring Not going down that rabbit hole again. I spent days w/ your support people on here before w/ no resolve. It just stopped working. Front door one, back door one, all the light bulbs, etc... only thing that halfway works are the indoor stick up cams. Such a waste...
