@ring I just bought a Ring wifi range extender. (UK) instructions say go to 'set up device', then 'security' then to choose 'range extender'. It isn't showing up though. When I click 'Security' it asks me to set up a base station - no way of selecting wifi extender. Please help

@ring Hi.....we have now bought the ring chime pro to help with our apparent range issues. However, this is stating that the WiFi signal is too weak during set up, even though its literally 3 feet from the router!! Please please help. I'm getting sick of your products!!

@MikeHorn_Curls @ring Did you try the web login? I want to see if you're getting the same error message as I am. Mine too has skipping on the phone app but no error msg. "Sorry we had trouble loading your event" is on the web login. I am hoping you get that msg too to see if this is widespread

Shout out to this @ring camera I impulsively bought on Black Friday. Ran inside after letting the dog out at 1am bc I got bad vibes from a person across the street. Camera alerted me that they’d followed me and were pacing in front of my door 😬

@ring My doorbell keeps going offline and then states it’s unable to connect to ring network. Initially this was due to the update but it’s recently happening again and I’ve got very good reliable wifi. I need the Ring to be more reliable then it currently has been.
