Well after 2 years of low use my @ring Pro doorbell suddenly died, no power on. PSU tests ok so it's the doorbell. Not amused at all and for a premium product terrible longevity, no more Ring for me

@ring Also, the solution by @ring to neglecting to tell your customers that there's a non-replaceable battery that will go bad seems to be eventually offering a discount on a new one that is pretty much the same as what one would get on Prime Day.

@ring Take some responsibility, deal with the fact that you didn't disclose that the batteryless device has a battery that goes bad, do the right thing about the fact that your device craps out because of it even if it has power, and be a good company.

When @ring technical support sucks trying to troubleshoot a Chime but while waiting on a long hold for a Level 2 tech you figure out the problem & resolve it yourself after they told you it was fine and no problem. WRONG. 2nd Chime Pro was offline & Chime was indicating a fault.

@ring How about fixing the tiles will not refresh thing once again please. I have 7 cameras and none of the tiles will refresh using Pixel 5G stock newest Android version. Yes we've had this problem before... TIA

Well...@ring gave me some help with my video doorbell in mid-April, and it worked for about 3 weeks. Now the damn thing won’t hold a charge and is back to being a useless eyesore at our front door. I hate my Ring doorbell!

@ring This does not seem to be true, @ring. What I've experienced is that you do not want to solve this problem. What you'd rather do is literally ignore the fact that you sold this as a wired/no-battery solution and tell me that it's old and so the battery not working is my problem.

Hi @ring I bought a Doorbell back in 2016. Gifted parents, never opened the box. They gave it back as a gift for my new home. Tried setup, no dice. Contacted support, they said it is not supported and I could only get 35% off a new one. So your products only last 1 year? #garbage

@ring Disappointed that my @ring floodlight cam is defective after 19 months of use. Customer support was good in isolating the issue but it is beyond the pale that a $249.00 device fails and the company won't replace it. They did offer a 35% promo code but please. #quality

The design flaw in the @ring Video Doorbell is making my doorbell useless. Almost as useless as your customer support. When you can't help, you put me on hold and transfer me to someone else? Then make me go through troubleshooting steps that don't help, but w/ someone else?
