@ring my keypad that is plugged in all the time keep going offline this last month. If unplug/ plug in from the elec socket, nothing happens. Had to unplug/plug on the cord to keypad side to be online & charge battery. Then it goes offline again a few days later. Any suggestions?

@ring 24/7 support sounds great but if you can’t ever get ahold of them and then when you finally do they can’t connect with some advanced support team then what’s the point? 3 tries, several very long holds and I still haven’t talked with anyone who can help. Very frustrated

Big shoutout to @ring for working with me to fix my Elite doorbell. I for sure thought I was out of luck until they decided to ship out a replacement unit. Two times in the last month they’ve come though for me.
