@ring hoping you can help, my doorbell is constantly showing poor WiFi signal and therefore not taking screenshots every hour and possibly not capturing all motion. I've done multiple speed tests in the same location at 150mb/s and can't move the router any closer?

@ring The alarm is bullshit: zero support from the company. Someone stole one from my neighbor, threw the unit in my yard, and when I called ring to try to provide my info so they could return it they refused to help. Don’t buy this product

@ring For any would be burglars out there... If you see a Ring sign in front of a house, make sure the occupants aren't home and make your way in. You have 30 seconds to locate the glowing blue light and unplug it. Then do as you please for as long as you want. Ring sucks.

@travthis @ring Same. They work like garbage. Twice it sent false calls to the police. Not fun to have guns out police confront you in your own home. The camera doesn’t work right or the speakers

@ring Just a terrible product experience. Tracks every single car that drives by on my block and triggers every 30 seconds to record however when someone walks up to my door it completely ignores. What kind of security is this. If anyone knows of a better product I’m done w/Ring

@ring Have done no reply again. Doorbell is critical as disabled use. Your forums have countless reports of dead hardwire systems dying magically after subscriptions elapse or your broken firmware updates.

@ring At approx 6.30am this morning we had someone come to our porch, remove an item and drive off in his van. The doorbell picked up nothing, yet it detected every fox that even ran across the road. The consept of Ring is great, the reality is terrible. #wouldneverrecommend
