    Hey @ring - I understand security measures, I do. BUT, when your security measures preclude me from being able to log onto my account to check on my families well being cause of new phones... Its a problem. Needing 2 be IN front of the cams 2 fix as well - I'm NOT HOME! #FAIL

    @ring I have my notifications turned off at night for motion detection. However my Amazon devices still alert at 2-3am when the milkman delivers!!!! HELP!!!! 😡😴🥱

    .@ring I’ve had trouble with my video doorbell since day one, and the best you could offer me is a discount on a new product? Very disappointed. Poor customer svc.

    @JamieSiminoff @ring considering your owned by Amazon your e-commerce is the worst. I’ve been trying to arrange a return since Thursday. I was promised a return label in 48 hours. It didn’t happen then the next guy promised on Saturday shortly and will arrive by morning. This 1/2

    @AmazonHelp @ring When I try to use my Alexa to show my Ring Doorbell 2 Camera on my 2nd gen Fire TV Stick, Alexa says “front door camera is not supported on this version of Fire TV.” According to the website all three devices in their current updates are compatible. Please help!

    @ring No DM yet, because I am interested how many other users have this problem, I upgraded to most expensive Ring Pro doorbell for my parents who are in their 80s because they loved their old ring WHEN It worked, battery ran out SO hard to remove!

    I look forward to receiving my money back from @ring . They are absolutely terrible. 3 separate problems again from their doorbells today, including silent notifications, NO notifications and a 1 minute 30 seconds late notification. What an absolute scam.

    Hey @UPSHelp, what’s the point in having a package bin (with signage that says to drop it in said bin) if your drivers leave my package on the stoop to be potentially stolen... and before you fix those thumbs to tweet back i saw the whole thing on my @ring doorbell 🤬🤬

    @ring Spoke to a technician this morning about my ring camera. Unfortunately was not able to help. Told me that a higher tear technician will be calling me at 3 PM. It’s now 4 o’clock and still waiting?

    @KirkBevins180 @ring Never had an issue. I’ve got a doorbell, 4 cameras and very accurate movement detection. Either a simple product failure or user error I’m afraid.

    The @ring password reset feature will email you telling you it was reset, but then the app and web won’t let you login. I know I’ve tried resetting mine over 20 times now.

    Hey anyone else have really bad luck with @ring chimes disconnecting? I even bought two new ones and I can’t keep them connected to my normal WiFi that everything else stays on just fine. I’m a network admin, so this isnt a case of PEBKAC, but they seem really unreliable.

    @ring Question. One of my first generation keypads used to always have the green light solid. Now all of a sudden the green light is out and won’t come back on. Is there a problem with the keypad?

    @ring just called into support to get replacement for broken doorbell. Rep processed replacement with wrong address. I called back 30 minutes later new rep thinks they escalated the issue but couldn't give me any confirmation that it was escalated or would be resolved.

    @ring Doorbell stopped working. Replacement refurb also not working. Hours on the phone with support and hours waiting for a call back is unacceptable. Several other ring cameras are working. Issue isn't my infrastructure

    @ring has the worst support. Anyone want to buy 7 cameras? I'll sell them cheap. Time to switch platforms. Not sure if the @amazon buy out has anything to do with outsourcing support.

    @ring None are relevant. No other device has dhcp issues, and these never come back up on their own. I’m running WPA2, got plenty of bandwidth, and didn’t go down overnight. I think they are just unreliable, or firmware updates have made them so. Looking at other products instead :(

    @ring "you should receive your returns label within the 48 hours. If you do need more assistance with this, we're more than happy to help." Not! Twice now your procedure has failed - all I want to do is return two orders, both unused and within terms. Rocket science?

    Have to completely replace @Ring Floodlight Cam just because bulb is out. $200 down the drain. You would think it would last longer than 30 months.
