    After an hour, Google Nest support's solution to doorbell camera false positive alerts caused by image artifacts is to move the camera or change the zones being monitored. That's right, you should move your doorbell (wtf?) or not monitor your front porch. Genius. Hey @ring 👋

    @ring your App does not work, worked fine until three days ago now won't connect. Reset password on website, but now requires me to go to app and get a code, but the App won't work! Fix this or we will move to another system.

    @funkofinderz @FedEx @ring Agree. ****, I’ve caught the fedex guy plenty just driving past my place without stopping then marking my package as no access to building and rerouting my package to a pickup location, fedex never got back to me on many occasions. Fedex sucks ***.

    @ring I have several Ring products. I’ve been having a software issue for 5+ months w/ Stick Up cams only. I’ve patiently worked with Support all this time but was told today that Ring’s official position is I should stop using my Ring cameras. Why is this response acceptable?

    I don't know who's worse when it comes to software development on Windows. @Ring or @DYMOPrinting just... terrible apps all around. Horrible. 10/10 I hate them.

    @ring I have been patiently waiting months for a resolution to an on-going issue. You had a social media rep. e-mail me. When I replied, I got a response that you no longer offer support over e-mail. What is going on? Will anyone ever help or is my security just a game?

    @ring You always reply with the same thing, I have called your help desk twice and all they can do is email the billing team who do nothing! I want my money back!

    @badasscaregivr @ring So, in a way, it's kind of like a baby monitor for your mom?! Please understand, I'm in no way hating (especially since this is something my own mom might benefit from)! Is it that wherever you are in your house, you'll hear your mom if she's in trouble?

    @ring Trying to update payment method on ring account but won’t let me login on laptop and I can successfully login on my phone but when I get to the payment method it states “undefined” and it won’t let me add a new card?

    bought a £199 alarm as a gift, returned within days as it was unwanted, been waiting 22 days for my refund, phoned the @ring help desk twice who on two occasions have emailed their billing team, still no refund, time to take legal action, this is a joke!

    @ring Im having some serious trouble with my RIng Doorbell 3 Plus Freezing when switching from Pre-Roll to video. Ive tried Everything my router is roughly 5 steps from my Doorbell, and roughly 10 steps from my Chime Pro.

    @ring @WhiteHouse I have it on. It is turned off. They did not fix the app. It turns off no alarm. Wrong email.

    I leave my house for a few hours. My ring alert goes off but the app won't open. Error messages. I have a subscription but doesn't do any good if i can't open it. Thankfully my arlo camera was working. @ArloSmartHome @ring

    Yet again came home to a package on the porch without a single @ring notification, but have several of cars driving down the road 😡 this is seriously bullshit and they better be glad I'm not calling customer service cussing smdh

    We have a @ring light for our patio and it keeps going on and off, really becoming annoying!!!, thinking of shutting this thing down and taking it back to Costco!!!!😡 would not recommend @ring products if they are this defective!!!

    @ring you are cooperating with them? I told you gmail and you are not right to do that to my app too. If you don’t fix it then you might be charged. Then they are also trying to buy you out and get rid of you. It’s allegedly an identity theft ring and cheap. Lose your jobs?

    Y’all @ring ‘s costumer service is the worst. Idk If I would recommend them as a system. They double charged my account after multiple failed attempts and when I messaged them about it they said tough luck, deal with your bank. It’s been 10 days. I need that money back.

    @ring not sure why Ring can not talk to me or answer any of the questions raised regarding the Ring app on my phone, you say it's a fault on my phone, can you direct me to the area of my phone so that I can correct the problem so the app works like the other 150 apps do....TY

    @ring When I got home I did check that out, the battery is running low but I would expect it to still work unless the battery was dead. Do you think that would be the issue? Also when I tap speaker it’s a little muffled . Guest have a hard time understanding the audio. DM👌
