    @ring my chime pro 2 has been flashing green/blue for over two hours now. I’ve tried turning it off and on again, holding button down for 15 seconds. No joy can you help?

    They’ve been trying to shove Ai down our throats for years now. Look at the @ring Super Bowl ad. We should resist Ai as much as possible

    I had to tell the delivery guy in the @ring camera that we had already scheduled a new time because you all are so damn bad at your job. I need a rep to contact me because I’m about to go nuclear. For a luxury furniture brand, how the hell can you all mess up so many times? HOW?!

    Called .@ring and got ******* AI...said I want a person. Then I get some foreigner who I can't ******* understand. Told him I can't understand . He says wait a minute. Comes back and says wants to help. I said, I don't want to talk to you. I can't understand you. Get rid of your Ai and foreign customer service, because it isn't helpful

    My @ring Floodlight Camera Pro that is less than six months old went dead on 3/8, and after two contacts with your customer service I still do not know when the replacement will come. Terrible service so far

    Hey @ring Why have you upgraded your entire range - but not the peephole camera? Bit **** for us renters!!!! Can you maybe upgrade this to 4k like all your other cameras?!! Then I’ll buy a new one and replace this one!!

    @tesleen2025 @davidma77507034 @ring White folk is not a slur or used in a pejorative way. Folks or folk is the same as people. I use it interchangeably depending on my mood. Adding the qualifier “white” is no different then saying “Black” before the word. It isn’t code for bad behavior or bad people.

    Hey @UPS how about when your drivers attempt to deliver a signature required package…i don’t know, maybe knock on the door or ring the doorbell, and not just put a sticker on your door and walk off. Thanks @ring for letting me see this go down. Unbelievable.

    @ring I’ve tried reading help articles but my doorbell is at 2%. I changed the motion settings and did the zones again. Will it go up on its own or do I need to manually charge it at this point and if so how do I do that?

    Our @ring doorbell has only been up for less than 2 hours and I’ve already discovered a major problem with it… I can no longer sneak @ChickfilA into the house while my wife’s at work without her knowing about it.

    @ring Wow! Your customer service has gotten terrible. I’ve had your cameras since the beginning. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with no help. Can’t add a user to a new camera. Software is broken!!!!

    @roslynholcomb @YNB @ring It is so crazy! People feel free to steal. My sister’s landlord feels that it is okay to go into her apartment anytime that she wishes when my sister is NOT THERE and TAKE ****. People are nuts!

    @ring hi please can you help. For weeks now the battery on my doorbell doesn’t change in the app after I’ve charged it so it keeps dying and not telling me it’s at low battery. I’ve tried rebooting via the orange button and the app but it keeps saying ‘something went wrong’

    @davidma77507034 @YNB @ring Yvette is not saying all white people, cut her a break. It seems that some people just have issue with anything that comes out of her mouth. I happen to love the fact that Yvette keeps it 100, if certain people take issue with that then keep scrolling or just unfollow her.

    I just had the worst customer experience trying to trblsht my @ring device. The rep didn’t listen when I explained my situation, gave bad information, and when I asked for a senior rep said there wasn’t any. I asked for a survey to document my experience and she hung up on me.

    @ring Hi I have recently purchased the new ring doorbell plus and have been try to link it to my @smartthings account so I get notifications on my Samsung smart TV. Every time I link my Ring account to smart things my new doorbell doesn’t appear. Please help

    @ring Given that a bunch of features are missing from lower tier Ring Protect subscriptions, you guys really need to allow for testing at those low tier levels. Currently, you *cannot* configure a brand new system to operate at a level below Protect Pro for 30 days... Please fix.

    @ring can you please stop shoving the AI **** down our throat. I do not need to see the notification about my trial for AI description being expired every time I open the app. If I wanted that feature I’d sign up for it. I’m about to just go with a different company at this rate.

    @ring once again one of my ring devices has gone tits up straight after warranty period has ended. This time floodlight cam strobing , pretty obvious that is a manufacturing issue the amount of complaints.

    How scary is it to look through your home surveillance “safety” camera & see items missing/ disturbed in the view but no recording of how it happened? @ring I updated my app and still this **** is missing motion. On a dead end street. Please explain yourself.

    Hey @ring i have already called twice about my chime not working when my doorbell is pushed. Havent heard from you at all! Why is this taking so long? I aleeady called for the first time in the beginning of february! Is this customer service?
