@ring why do I keep being booted out of the app? I go to have a look at the live view and after 5 seconds the app shuts down and takes me back to my Home Screen where all of my apps are!

@ring need support on why my new doorbell worked when I first installed it. Then realized I needed the mounting bracket. Uninstall it. Add mounting brackets and now nothing and no chat screen to help me

@ring I was being billed $3 monthly even though I have a Protect plan. Your chat attendant seemed to understand my concern, confirmed that monthly charge would stop and then CANCELLED my entire Protect plan rather than only stopping the $3! Help!

@ring Bloody down again. Useless network. Fix your problems. Even when it works video takes forever to load and you need to make it that videos load full resolution immediately. With the first part of the video where the important motion is you can't see unless you download

@bissett62 @Free__Tech @ring I think they are very poor, charge supposed to last 6 months +, mine lasts a week if I’m lucky!!ring say I’ve got poor wifi, everything else anywhere in house is ok and I have fibre broadband. They just make up things to avoid a refund I’ve been trying now for three weeks
