@2KSupport I still can't even launch the game. I wonder how long would it take to fix such a significant bug. If your codes aren't working then fix it or simply replace this meaningless new version launcher to the previous version, at least give the user a choise to not update.

@2KSupport The email I used for the ticket is the same email for my account. You need to recheck that. Also, what does that have to do with the issue? My gamertag and email were both listed on the account. Fix the issue

@2KSupport Every other mode on 2k is working correctly. Every other game i have downloaded is working correctly. Its a 2k issue. Im not about to go through this push it off on Xbox game. Bro. Imma ask you escalate this issue again to tech and your supervisor.
