@2KSupport @Ronnie2K Ticket number is 10744511. I spent 20 dollars on player upgrades and got my player to a 73. I bought clothes and animations as well that I still have. I was at the promenade and got a network error and when I logged back in I lost all my attribute upgrades

@2KSupport Yea cause ur sh1t broken as ***. I’ve completed multiple games and then didn’t receive completion rewards cause server error. A lot of people have token glitch. Lag/latency is a joke

@matdinoh90 @2KSupport Is your system abnormally warm after it shuts off? Me and many other Xbox users are running into this issue right now as well. Assuming like everyone else, no other games are hard crashing your system but nba2k correct?
