@2KSupport Can’t login to MyTeam like everyone else keep getting error code a40c9996 6550f7ef. Loading problems all year. Have spent more time trying to load this game this year than play it. For next gen that is totally unacceptable and make it impossible to complete agendas.

@NBA2K @NBA2K_MyTEAM @2KSupport We all understand that issues happen. However, 10 hours in, it's nearly incomprehensible that no one has clicked send on a tweet saying, "We understand users are experiencing server issues when trying to log into MyTeam."

@2KSupport I played for 3 hours and always sent me a code error "c3854bcc" and never gave me the prize so I waste my team playing... in 4 hours I have to go to work.. I expect an apologize for this. I paid the game for playing in right conditions no for wasting my time
