@2KSupport (2K 21 problem) I have the ps5(disk edition) with the disk game, normal edition. I start my game my console is already louder but when I go into a game it, becomes incredibly loud and in a few seconds the console just turns off with out a error screen

@2K u guys are the worst I've lost my custom shoes , your customer support suggested I delete and reinstall the game. Did that now I cant even play at all due to synchronize issue Worst yet the live chat customer support said jus go to play now and wait for how ever long it takes
