  @2KSupport It also doesn’t even let me sign in to a support account or see my ticket number anywhere. The button for “sign in” is dim and un-clickable. I have also not received an email from 2KSupport whatsoever.

  @2KSupport @Henny_king89 @Ronnie2K I did submit a ticket that’s what you sent me. I lost my brand new rebirth player after I spent 100 on VC. My file gets corrupted and I followed the clearing cache and connection trouble shooting. Still no resolution.

  @BugsoBunny @2KSupport They are going to give you a bullshit response that’ll it’ll fix itself in 30 mins or so…. Mine is going on for 3 hours now…. This game just went to complete *** very quickly. The game has been a W till this new season patch

  @2KSupport I tried creating an account but it said that I already have one under the email. I try to sign in with it and it’s none of my normal passwords. I requested a password change and it said that you will immediately send an email but I haven’t received anything in the last 2 hours.

  @2KSupport I followed the instructions on the email they sent me and it’s still not working and I already did the ticket. I never got the quest to do the rebirth thing.
