    @2KSupport I’ve been having this problem sinse yesterday, I can’t enter the playoffs, I’ve done 83 games but when ever I click in the playoffs it says would you like to sum to playoffs. But I can’t because I’m not a starter. So I can’t grind my career, this is frustrating.

    @2KSupport CAN SOMEONE HELP US !!! Your sure don’t have a problem when I’m adding VC but when I lose all the VC on my player TWICE it takes an act of CONGRESS to refund me!!! It’s been over 2 Freaking weeks

    Fix the damn defenses appreciation event for rec. no one is getting their xp it’s only working in park…. No one wants to play play… @2KSupport and yes I’ve already submitted a ticket. But none of your customers support people have brains so fix this crap please @NBA2K

    @2KSupport I’m experiencing a problem advancing through mycareer. After each game, the app closes and I get sent to the Home Screen causing me not to move to the next game. Is there a fix to this problem?

    @2KSupport @MattyG_GetAtMe I've been having this same issue since launch and alot of other players aswell....I payed 100+ for this game and can't even play it not to mention all the vc .....soon as I play a rec game my xbox series x powers off smh ...will there be a patch?

    @2KSupport im having issues with my 2K22 next gen on Xbox series x when im in a career game after the Match is over I get a black screen and the game crashes and it will not let me quit I literally cannot play the game I even reinstalled it and still same thing
