@2KSupport I fixed it and got to my email the same didn’t realize it I been playing 2k since 2k15 so how I know the email wouldn’t match but then y’all send a bot to talk to me instead of the agent again to help resolve my problem. That’s not right

Friendly reminder to all if you get auto-sync / saved data problem in PS5 don’t do dumb **** like I did. Just lost my player and the other ones progression. @2KSupport said they will give the player back but it’s so easy in next gen to lose your player be careful.

@ShakeDown2012 @2KSupport @NBA2K (#7417294) ticket been open a month. If I was a 'dedicated' player, I'm certainly not now. Customer service leaves something to be desired. Two builds snapped from existence after 2k's "shadow" patch for experience glitchers😩. I was legitimately playing the game.
