@2KSupport when are you guys going to acknowledge and fix the problems with Borderlands 2 on the Nintendo Switch? It’s been over 2 weeks now and we still can’t even play the game and all of our tickets, tweets, NEWS ARTICLES, etc are being completely ignored.

@2KSupport is there an update on borderlands 2 goty on the switch? Software error and closes as soon as you're given the prompt to press A. Can't even get into the game. It's a widespread issue as well. I'd love to get into the the great dlc with my wife on our switch. Thanks!
