@2KSupport I entered the locker code from the game yesterday that was supposed to give us GO Lebron, PD Jokic, and a fan favorite pack but none of the rewards are showing up. I know a lot of other people had this problem too.

@2KSupport keyed in locker code on phone app for play-in-2k21 & nothing’s appeared on my console. Restarted everything & submitted a ticket #8762027 but all I got was an auto response that didn’t help. Can you do something about the cards? Seeing that others have this issue
