@ah_dusse @2KSupport Na, I have the disk version on ps4 and I have the digital edition of ps5 so we dont know how to fix this issue. The ps5 tells me "you cant play disk version on this ps5" but it doesnt even let me purchase current gen if I wanted to digitally.

@GameSpot @NBA2K @2KSupport do you guys see how a real company handles a faulty game? They reimburse the players!!! Your game hasn’t worked for me since 11/10, release day. I’ve gotten the run around for a month saying you were looking into it and the develops were gonna fix it!!!!!!!!!

@lebignelio @CivGame So, @2KSupport has received very few tickets about multiplayer issues, and our team has been unable to reproduce any issues when they try to investigate. Unfortunately, we don't have enough information on what is happening with multiplayer to really address this.

@NBA2K Still cant play, game freezes everytime I load up the city. Been a waste this whole month not being able to play. Any help from @2KSupport? Nope not one ounce of help whatsoever. Same company line for a MONTH!I would love some help with my issue! Ticket has been open a MONTH!
