@2KSupport I’m opening another ticket in reference to this ticket if I don’t receive an actual update by the end of the day. I haven’t heard anything since September 23. This is ridiculous. If you can’t fix the problem give me the VC I put into this mycareer.

@Rockstar801 @2KSupport I don’t get 2k.They are well aware that their game is shutting off consoles for a month now but yet their still telling you to submit a ticket.For what fix y’all game or reimburse the customers.I sent my Xbox in last week Friday and I’m sure it’ll come back turning off still😢

@Beluba why does my game keep freezing and kicking me out of games after this last patch? I had no problems until this last patch. And at the rate you guys fix things I wont be able to get my last 5 levels for 40! #2k22 #heated @2KSupport @NBA2K

@2KSupport in NBA 2k22 on the Nintendo Switch version in MyCareer for All-Star games when you are going to play the All-Star Games it comes out the sortware was closed because an error occurred you can see that there is a problem with the game

@2KSupport I cannot connect and play MyCareer in 2k21 either but can play online in any other game. There is an issue with connecting to the 2k servers specifically and haven’t received a response on my ticket. Is there no solution? Been happening for over a week.

@2KSupport Still not working and no help from your support. ticketID:9380872. I wont ever buy a game from 2k again. Your support sucks and the game is really bad. Who the F thought its a great Idea to make a huge map which bugs all the time? And why isnt the main focus basketball anymore?
