@2KSupport @Beluba ticket #9798690 the problem is i hit lvl 40 in every season since the game released but 2k is only showing that i have 1 season completed (showing 1 star when i should have 3 stars). i did have 3 stars up until a couple days ago. now it's only showing 1 star

@2KSupport I made a ticket 5 days ago still have no response , I had my PS4 card 85ovr playshot with full badges, but I bought my PS5 but still wanted to play PS4 version in my ps5. So I tried login in the mycareer PS4 files in the ps5 but they don’t appear.

Sad part is @NBA2K @2K don't give ****, because they make you dumb sh!t to try and get what you paid for back. It's ridiculous. Never had this problem with any other #2K but #2k22
