    @PrimeVideo Your streaming in Sydney, for all titles, is terrible. Literally unwatchable. Plays for 1 minute then freezes continually. I'm cancelling. Most of the titles don't even come with the subscription. Scam.

    @PrimeVideo This is actually a fun show. But I have to ask. Does anyone working on this series know ANYTHING about soundtracks. Cause whoever wrote this one should f*cking FIRED. You are a right idiot. You missed every chance to elevate this work and failed. You should never work again.

    @AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo Unable to view 4K content. I've done all the basic troubleshooting: Restarted Fire stick, checked for software updates, restarted WiFi modem, my nominal bandwidth speed is 300 Mbps (fiber). Is it your servers? Unable to watch Project Hail Mary!!

    @PrimeVideo @amazon it's absolutely crazy that after two seasons of vox machina that I literally can't name a single character. The animation and everything is awesome, but the character development is actively terrible.

    @WesleyLHuff @primevideo how did you get it to play? I’ve been trying for days. Once I get past their MC Escher maze of a UI, the movie won’t load. Prime inching towards unusable every day.
