    @AmazonHelp I rented the Phenomenon, and the app keeps saying "bad internet connection." Everything else works fine, no internet problems. Tried rebooting TV and FireStick, as well. How much truth must be contained in this film?? What doesn't @PrimeVideo want me to know???

    @PrimeVideo Hi. I was told that my HBO sub now included HBOMax. However, I download the app, sign in, but when I hit play on any video, it tells me I have to subscribe. But I’m already subscribed? But it can’t find my sub? #confused
