    @amazon @PrimeVideo @movies_anywhere They need to see what you see, so let’s show them. I provided her the information required plus photographic proof. She wrote up the notes and thanked me for my help. She did what most failed to do which was actively listen. Once she understood, she adjusted her approach.

    If you care: #ProjectHailMary streams on @PrimeVideo on July 3rd. Terrible marketing since July 2nd is National UFO Day. It's Ryan Gosling so I ain't expecting quality. I'll give it 10 minutes or so. And that's mostly for the genre. #SetTheVCR

    as usual @PrimeVideo is doing the "watch with x-ray" bullshit & unresponsive. not only is @amazon illegally trying to brick my firestick, their ****** app doesn't work on their own device. trash company, trash app, & great device that they deliberately trash so you'll buy again.

    @Undoomed @PrimeVideo I would join this effort, but I dumped Prime a few years ago. Endless rate increases for less quality was finally the limit for me.
