    @PrimeVideo Not happy. Pay for Prime but unable to watch programmes I choose which are free to me. Message on tv directs me to help page. But No help exists. It doesn’t work. Please deal with it.

    @amazon @PrimeVideo I bought 2 echo studios and a sub and it can work together but when you try to connect with an ordinary Samsung smart TV the sub is not compatible. WTF? Why do you produce speakers that can connect but your sub can't? What JB had in mind when he was releasing it??
