    Amazon Prime has started that awful thing that Netflix used to do where wherever you hover over a movie the preview starts playing. Please let us disable this. It makes searching for movies 100% worse. @PrimeVideo

    Though I understand why they chose it, I would have rather seen it when the time comes. I also experienced technical glitches in that my browser couldn’t open them. I had to watch them on my phone. @PrimeVideo Fix the glitch?

    I love Amazon and the @PrimeVideo service that they offer, BUT it's so outdated and not user friendly that I feel that I've been "forced" to use another streaming service as my primary for watching and purchasing videos... @PrimeVideo let's work together to make it the best!!!

    @PrimeVideo @PrimeVideoIN After the recent update, the videos downloaded offline are getting auto downloaded again and again. It's like you never downloaded them before. Too frustrating. Uses up entire data of my phone! Please resolve the issue

I realize changes need to be made for adaptation but it seems to me theyre just making up their own story loosely based on Jordan's work
