@PrimeVideo @VanityFair @LOTRonPrime There goes Tolkien's Anglo-Saxon, Germanic, Celtic Mythology, in the shiter. Most commenters are clueless, but that is the fading of the west, so to speak. Jackson was a fat-slob who butchered Tolkien's work, as his son stated. This will be an order of magnitude worse.

@LOTRonPrime @PrimeVideo My only problem with the show is that they never called it a fan-fiction story using elements that resemble Middle Earth history as written by Tolkien.They made it seem as if we were getting a dramatization of the Second Age with the obvious changes that all adaptation go through
