    @AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo Unable to view 4K content. I've done all the basic troubleshooting: Restarted Fire stick, checked for software updates, restarted WiFi modem, my nominal bandwidth speed is 300 Mbps (fiber). Is it your servers? Unable to watch Project Hail Mary!!

    prepared a delicious snack to watch a movie on prime video but the ads were like 7 minutes long so i finished it before the movie even stated. fix this. @PrimeVideo and no i will not pay for no ads.
