    If you’re having an issue with Jack Ryan audio then playing the episode on your iPhone and AirPlay it to your TV (I have AppleTV). Audio sync issues gone and CC matches as well. Too bad @AmazonHelp sucks! @JeffBezos you got to get them and @PrimeVideo to communicate better.

    @PrimeVideo @JackRyanPV is unwatchable. Streaming issues starting at S3E2. Audio out of sync & getting “something went wrong error”. Not happening on any other title. Problem exists across Apple TV4K 2022 & native Sony Android TV app.

    @PrimeVideo having terrible trouble trying to watch Jack Ryan on the latest gen 4K Apple TV. Episode 1 played fine, but when I started episode 2 your app keeps crashing and the brief time it plays the audio is out of sync by several seconds.

    @PrimeVideo @johnkrasinski @JackRyanPV JackRyan Season 3,Episode 2 audio and video are out of synch. Lots of people have the same issue . It works for other languages but English is ******. Maybe check before releasing next time ? #jackryanseason3

    @JackRyanPV Episode 2 the audio is way off from the video. 3 second delay. I thought it was my end of things, refreshed, same problem. The primevideo intro in on track. So its the episode itself.

    @PrimeVideo JackRyan season 3 episode 2 has a coding error on sound it’s behind by 2-3 seconds; episode 1 no such issues. Please check and fix.

    Dear @PrimeVideo while your new app has had its extremely annoying session restart issues for two months, tonight’s error 28 appearing Deutsch and some other languages then closing out the app totally is a major problem. You doke messed up somewhere! @AppleTV check it.

    Anyone trying to watch @PrimeVideo and their season three of #JackRyan? Seems that the editing on the sound is totally off on episodes two and three. Just wondering if anyone else was having issues with it. Hard to watch when the sound is that far off.
