  @PrimeVideo @chargers @Chiefs All these people having trouble connecting or with quality: 1: have you tried multiple browsers 2: are other apps/tabs running on your computer/device 3: try another browser 4: try to stream a lower quality so that your device isn't trying to manage HD constantly
