Quality on the @PrimeVideo #TNF game is just awful. Hopefully the little startup company Amazon can figure it out for the rest of the season.

  • probationguy101 Nicholas Charles (@probationguy101) reported

@danorlovsky7 @PrimeVideo your Thursday night football stinks. It keeps buffering and telling me I have low bandwidth. I don’t have that problem with ANYTHING else I stream

  • flater_anthony Anthony Flater (@flater_anthony) reported

@PrimeVideo TNF audio is ahead of video. Happens every 10 minutes for me. Only fix is to exit the broadcast then go back to live

  • thecriminator Frank Crim (@thecriminator) reported

@2ptconversing His bout checking the quality of the video instead of ignoring your product. Looks like **** not a good experience guys. So disappointed #primevideo sucks

  • ckmorano Chris Morano (@ckmorano) reported

  • r_yaus RYaus (@r_yaus) reported

@PrimeVideo @chargers @Chiefs The quality of this video makes the game unwatchable. The game keeps freezing up, grainy and buffers. I don’t have any other issues on any other app, just Amazon prime. But the commercials are playing with no issues

  • Matheso32178121 The_RealAndrew_Left (@Matheso32178121) reported

@ajassy @NFL @PrimeVideo Fix your ******* stream!!!!! This is the worst broadcast ever.

@PrimeVideo guys the production for this is ASSSSSSSS. Why is my picture at dial up quality? Poor audio. Y’all need some kinks worked out

  • sjc_md SJC (@sjc_md) reported

The stream for the #nfl on @PrimeVideo is garbage. HD for 30 seconds, then a total pixelated, unwatchable mess. Fix your ****, jeff

  • JohnSkiWolk John from Phoenix (@JohnSkiWolk) reported

Who’s idea was this? The quality of Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime is terrible. Now that we have to buy Prime to watch you’d think this wouldn’t happen. @NFL @PrimeVideo @amazon

  • EStFan1964 E Street Fan (@EStFan1964) reported

@PrimeVideo Picture quality is not consistent— do better

  • kenczubaj Ken (@kenczubaj) reported

@CaraMDavis @AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo Football game view was terrible until I got out of the Amazon Prime App. I then went and picked the advertisement banner for the game on my YouTube tv screen and now the picture is great.

  • goron32 Ron LeMaster (@goron32) reported from Kenova, West Virginia

@PrimeVideo @NFLonPrime streaming football is awful. The game is hard to watch due to poor quality video for most of the game.
