Amazon Prime Video Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • AthleticTiger Bradley Kellmayer (@AthleticTiger) reported

@NFLonPrime @PrimeVideo Did anybody else have the same problem that the video and audio did not match? The announcer tonight said "touchdown" before the receiver even clocked the ball on my television. I thought I was watching a Godzilla movie where you would hear the words and then see the lips move.

  • Tom013013 Tom (@Tom013013) reported

@PrimeVideo the steaming quality for the game was horrible it would freeze get real slow and just poor quality. Feel bad for Sl Michaels broadcasting a third rate experience.

  • pameladayton pamela (@pameladayton) reported

Dear @PrimeVideo — Please figure out how to stream #nfl games before next Thursday. That was awful.

  • a30secdirector1 Brando (@a30secdirector1) reported

@NFLonCBS Yes He did... good game if not for @PrimeVideo being an internet company... yet they can not stream a game without having audio and video issues...

  • AndreaCollins84 Andrea M Collins (@AndreaCollins84) reported

@PrimeVideo @chargers @Chiefs Could not watch 😡 video and sound choppy. Not like this for any of my other streaming !!! Fix it by next Thursday !!!!!

  • Shurshik14 Gleb Sokolovskiy (@Shurshik14) reported

@PrimeVideo made the Thursday - the #worstday . The worst football viewing experience by far. (Recorded).

  • NickKroeker Nick Kroeker 🌻 (@NickKroeker) reported

@ebosshoops Have a Roku. When I first turned game on it said device may not work well. Throughout night video buffered and audio was multiple seconds ahead. Pretty poor performance for a very widely used device. Needs to be better #TNFonPrime @PrimeVideo

  • PolarHighRoller Polar High Roller Cards (@PolarHighRoller) reported

@TheNotoriousGPB @PrimeVideo @NFL Mine was horrid for over half the game. Most of 3rd and 4th quarter were fine. I remembered really quick why I quit watching anything on Amazon Prime. It's always been lackluster quality.

  • 1PebblesTheCat Pebbles-the-Cat (@1PebblesTheCat) reported

@NFL The streaming quality of game action is unconscionable! Are they using a dial-up modem at stadium? Of course the commercials are perfect. @PrimeVideo SUCKS for putting out a product like that. @NFLonPrime needs to get kicked to the curb & let a real network show the game.

  • morfisright Boden’s Pop (he’s here!) (@morfisright) reported

@BaileyCarlin @PrimeVideo Did it get better? I changed after the first couple minutes to local (live in KC) because it kept freezing and lagging. It wasn’t buffering that caused the issue either.

  • TheKennyClaude Mark Duncan (@TheKennyClaude) reported

@FlyerTom23 @PrimeVideo App ? No issues thru website with USB cable

  • emcpikejr Edward McPike Jr (@emcpikejr) reported

@MaxHeadSwivel It was awful on our Firesticks, but great pic on our SmartTV plugged into internet. 500/500 even on WiFi, so seemed like an @PrimeVideo issue over WiFi. Audio was at least a sec ahead. Weird seeing ball in air and Michaels saying “TD!!” before WR even in the pic.

  • Josuizzy9_TVO Josue Mendoza (@Josuizzy9_TVO) reported

@PrimeVideo really giving us ****** camera quality and inability to pause and rewind the game or record @NFL whats the fookin point

  • MarkRanes Lazy Brewer (@MarkRanes) reported

@PrimeVideo @KingJames Your stream of tonight’s NFL game was all but unwatchable. I hope you fix this before you try to run with the big boys again…

  • sportsguymatt The FACTual Fan (@sportsguymatt) reported

Watching #tnf on Amazon prime video was truly a terrible experience. Their live stream was fuzzier than a pair of slippers. @PrimeVideo
