Not an April Fools. I'm not sure the @PrimeVideo app works as well as it could. Either that or I'm missing something obvious. All I want to do is to be able to see the available episodes for #StarTrekPicard. Watching on #XboxOne in the UK. Any help appreciated. #AmazonPrime

@mrnickhansen @PrimeVideo It’s definitely not, and the sad part is that it was and it used to work perfectly. I don’t know why these companies keep pushing new horrible players. At least HBO Max turned back to the predetermined UI, I hope Amazon too.

Dear @netflix and @PrimeVideo STOP CANCELLING EVERYTHING GOOD. I lost interest in terrestrial TV because high-quality shows with original, intelligent storylines were vanishing under a tide of "Reality TV". Now it's happening again.

Hey @PrimeVideo, why is your app on @PlayStation 5 so buggy? I’ve never seen something that locks up, lags, and has to be force restarted so much. I use it on a Fire TV stick as well and rarely have issues there, but the PS5 one I’ve never NOT had issues.

@PrimeVideo I subscribe on Prime video to Discovery+, Hayu and a couple of others, but it's the first two I have issues with. Shows that should appear as available often arrive late or not at all! Who's job is it to add them? Can you please fix it?
