@AmazonPrime #PrimeVideoindia @PrimeVideo Do some consumer immersions for older generations to learn the pain points. I have spent 1hr on video call with my mom being stuck with a fast moving captcha and still cant login!! Plz make it user friendly for older ppl plz understand🙏

What is it about the Nvidia Shield apps? They’re the worst of the apps on all platforms. The latest crapola is the @PrimeVideo app’s zombie shows that keep reappearing after I remove them from the Watch next list. The kids who are coding this slop better stay off my lawn.

Class @PrimeVideo sign in experience on PS5. App shows QR code, scan with phone, opens Prime Video app on phone to approve the sign in. So quick, love it.
