@PrimeVideo @PrimeVideoIN The Grand Tour S5E1 & many other 4K titles are not working in 4K. I've tried rings of power and it instantly plays in 4K. There is some fault from your end and NO its not my internet, TV or device or app version. Many 4K titles not playing in 4K.

@PatMcAfeeShow I was curious, so I switched over to my phone, using wifi, and watching a side by side comparison. I had no issues with streaming it on my phone, but it was choppy on my computer. I didn't test out how it would look on my tv. I'll try it next time. @PrimeVideo

@NFL My experience of @amazon TNF on @PrimeVideo was absolutely awful! In school, it would get an F minus. Gorgeous picture, audio was fine. BUT streaming quality was abysmal. Picture froze every 5-15 seconds & audio dropped. These 'freezes' lasted up to 30 seconds each.

Note to @GameCreekVideo, Amazon @PrimeVideo, @GrassValleyLive and all the other relevant folks: there are *lots* of TV people out here who will never ever ever get to work in a $25M sports truck, and the longer those behind-the-scenes glamour videos are, the happier we'll be. :-)
