My firestick just did a forced update complete with passwords having to log in etc. you must know Friday at 7;00 pm is about the worst time for this? Over 15 minutes and it still not working. Whether watching on the phone, on a laptop, or on the TV, there are problems with buffering, freezing, being thrown out of the app, etc etc. This is only with tennis.

As he loved war movies I had no problem getting him to sit down for it initially. Perhaps I emotionally scared him but he was terrified and had me turn it off. It is terrifying.

Prime Video app was running HDR fine few days ago, but for last 1 week none of the videos are playing in HDR in the app. HDR is working fine in other apps like Netflix. Customer care said its an app issue.
