Stream is in HD, but like so many other sports streams, its choppy video/judder is unwatchable. Not a great start @primevideosport @PrimeVideo Scout audio concept is ok, but needs more structure...but the video quality makes this a complete no go. #NFL #NFLonPrime

The @NFL one @PrimeVideo really is great picture quality...but it literally freezes every commercial break and I have to exit and restart. Pretty annoying. Save your troubleshooting reply - I have a wired AppleTV 4k to a Gigabit connection pulling over 500 Mbps. @AmazonHelp

What an awful experience watching @PrimeVideo. I’m watching the #SFvsAZ game on an @amazon device, right next to my router. Feels like I’m watching TV in the 90s. The picture hadn’t been clear since I turned it on at kickoff.
