@clarebyrne1 @PrimeVideo They don't look hard-coded, which is what I'd expect if they were actually part of the original video, but who knows? It has to be an error (regardless of whether that Amazon's or the content creator's).

@PrimeVideo I have “Prime”Video, YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney+ and HBOMax. Guess which one routinely doesn’t work and or has streaming lag issues when non of the others do? I’ll give you one guess and a hint…I’m tweeting at them right now.

No one can turn the subtitles/audio description off the new George Ezra: End To End documentary series on @PrimeVideo. This is not an individual user problem. I've tried 3 different devices: same problem.

@PrimeVideo Please sort out the forced subtitles on the new 'George Ezra: End To End' series, please. Many, many people are complaining that they cannot switch them off, and they are incredibly distracting. I assume it's an error rather than deliberate.
