@ebosshoops Have a Roku. When I first turned game on it said device may not work well. Throughout night video buffered and audio was multiple seconds ahead. Pretty poor performance for a very widely used device. Needs to be better #TNFonPrime @PrimeVideo

@PrimeVideo @chargers @Chiefs Video quality was mostly fine, audio out of sync all night. Stop and start to fix it, but it got more and more out of sync as I watched. Super annoying, plus the audio was lackluster to begin with. Do better next week. Not worth $15+ per month if you signed up for just NFL games.

@NFLonPrime @PrimeVideo Did anybody else have the same problem that the video and audio did not match? The announcer tonight said "touchdown" before the receiver even clocked the ball on my television. I thought I was watching a Godzilla movie where you would hear the words and then see the lips move.

@NFL game tonight was outstanding!!! @PrimeVideo broadcast was a joke. Al Michaels was ahead of every single play in the 4th quarter on my feed. I'm guessing it was different for everyone. Bottom line it was awful. 1st quarter players looked slow moving around. Grade F #MNF

@MaxHeadSwivel It was awful on our Firesticks, but great pic on our SmartTV plugged into internet. 500/500 even on WiFi, so seemed like an @PrimeVideo issue over WiFi. Audio was at least a sec ahead. Weird seeing ball in air and Michaels saying “TD!!” before WR even in the pic.

@BaileyCarlin @PrimeVideo Did it get better? I changed after the first couple minutes to local (live in KC) because it kept freezing and lagging. It wasn’t buffering that caused the issue either.

@VeganTom @RyanHarer01 @PrimeVideo What’s the problem with that? They’re conveying to the audience what you apparently had trouble understanding: that ideally they must move in darkness. Presumably bc at the time of their creation when Morgoth had dominion M-e was in literal darkness

@trevaben I watch all but the last 3 minutes of #TNF on #PrimeVideo via ROKU without any video problems. Watched the last 3 minutes on Prime Video on Apple TV with huge video problems. Video was very choppy but audio was unaffected. Usually the problem is with ROKU. Unacceptable.

@TheNotoriousGPB @PrimeVideo @NFL Mine was horrid for over half the game. Most of 3rd and 4th quarter were fine. I remembered really quick why I quit watching anything on Amazon Prime. It's always been lackluster quality.

@ajassy @NFL @PrimeVideo We have 1 gbps internet speed, which is A LOT for a home. My 12 year asked me, “Hey dad, is this what TV looked like in the 70’s when you had to use rabbit ears & antennas? It looks like a football version Mindcraft.” The feed was awful. We’ve never had live sports look that bad.

Biggest takeaway from that game. @PrimeVideo needs to get their act together if they’re airing @NFL games every week on Thursday night. Some of THE WORST streaming quality I’ve seen, No matter the platform.
