@AmazonHelp Thanks but I think I’d a general issue and not isolated to my hardware alone. The glitch only started to appear on my Series X, it never happened on my One X. Getting out an upgrade to the @PrimeVideo app that’s specific to Xbox Series S|X hardware should be the best remedy

So @reliancejio was slick to remove @PrimeVideo from its list of OTT apps without a corresponding reduction in subscription charges. They haven't provided the desired speed or the streaming quality. Reliance and daylight robberies go hand in hand.

@peacockTV you really need to work out the bugs on your app. Rewind needs to be more accessible/faster like @PrimeVideo with a quick click to rewind 10 sec and subtitles are trash. It only shows every other sentence and it also plays slow sometimes so I have to exit out alot

@amazon @AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo Just found out that Amazon been charging my accounts twice every month for the same prime account. When I spoke to associate to help me 3 mints ago, she said "her lead, Manger, and her can only refund 3 months" that's ridiculous, unprofessional
