@SonyUK Not tried the link yet or re checked my firmware, however watching @PrimeVideo through an Apple TV is fine. Leads me to think the traffic on the forums about Sony TV processors not being up to the job is about right. £1500 for a TV and then an but an Apple TV for Prime to work🤔

@PrimeVideo here's a thought for product dev team, would you ever considered a Fire branded NAS or a stick with more significant storage? Broadband can be patchy where I live and I'd love to download/back up my purchase collection to watch in guaranteed best quality.

But as long as corporate giants displace small businesses with people like you encouraging them to pay less for labor than it costs labor to live,this problem will only grow.

You cannot expect anything except fraud and cheating from offsprings of Dhirubhai Ambani. I recharged a monthly charge of Rs. 1,769/- effective 20.03.2021 but I can’t watch @netflix and Amazon @PrimeVideo. No sensible customer help is available. Thank you @fiber_jio .
