Hey @PrimeVideo why can’t I play #buffythevampireslayer season 1? On X1 box from @xfinity. Tried Scrubs, same issue. But a random movie works, so did all my other streaming apps. My daughter & I finally agreed to watch from the beginning, it’s on Prime but we’re denied!

@PrimeVideo officially has the worst tech support I've ever experienced... Prime Video decided out of the blue that I have a VPN running (which I do not), I googled the issue, and discovered that its actually been brought to their attention many times (1/11)

the article on @PrimeVideo's own forums that show that the issue has previously been raised with them, and met with hostility in return. To which his response was "Are you using a VPN?" OF COURSE NOT, THATS WHY I'M HERE... Then he asked if I could restart my router (6/11)

@JeffBezos @PrimeVideo @amazon yo the interface of prime video is really crap, it's very inconvenient and makes the experience not an "Amazon" experience. Amazon has a good reputation for an easy and quick method to do the task but prime is just awful and feels old.
