@jayeshpkm22 @geekyranjit @PrimeVideo has some issues. I use the same on my Laptop & get HD quality after 2-3 minute of playback. Until last year, I used to get HD quality on my smartphone but it no longer show in HD quality. Infact the quality is so bad that I can only expect resolution to be 360p.
