@PrimeVideo WTF is up with your streaming service? Any time I try to FF or rewind, or use the "skip intro" feature it crashes...and before you say it's my internet. ITS NOT. No other streaming service I use has this issue. For what I pay, it should work!!

@PrimeVideo is absolutely amazing, the speed as which they deliver can solve any issue very quickly. Schedule deliveries like toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bag, etc when cleaners arrive.

@PrimeVideo purchased movie rental yesterday but it kept cutting out after first ten minutes no issues with other apps and not had issue with prime before. Has to purchase on Now tv in the end. Do you reimburse?
