@PrimeVideo look, Jack Ryan is not working on my TV. Have rebooted, Apple TV Device, my modem, my router and my TV! I deleted and readded the Amazon app and still, it starts and then goes to a looping white circle and then to all black. WTH?

Having trouble accessing Jack Ryan @PrimeVideo. There only solution was to unplug the TV each time the program freezes up. I know @amazon had early trouble with sound on this show, but mine is just that it stops, and the screen turns black.
