When I play something on Prime Video, it freezes every few seconds. I had my internet checked, and it's OK. I signed out and cleared the cache, but still doesn't work. Netflix doesn't do this. @PrimeVideo @AmazonHelp

@LOTRonPrime @PrimeVideo Seen better looking rings out of a Christmas cracker. And what it the joke size laurel wreath on Gil-galad’s head? Did they make clown sized shoes for him as well? Elf ears so big they are in danger of taking off in a stiff breeze. The design is awful and the dialogue wooden.

Hey @PrimeVideo, could you please correct this issue wherein several movies I rent on PrimeVideo have capital letter subtitles ("LIKE THIS"), instead of properly formatted ones ("Like this"). This is especially annoying when I have just paid separately to watch a movie.
