On top of that, I'm getting around 6 ads per episode. At that point, it's hard to blame people for looking elsewhere, even with slightly worse picture quality.

Every time someone speaks it shows up like "cassie speaks french". This doesn't help. Where's the proper subtitles?

Have tried to contact @PrimeVideo customer service, to no avail. Other shows work fine, just Professor T, Season Three, Episode Three.
