@AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo used to be my favourite streaming platform. I liked it more than Netflix, and I would gladly pay $9 a month for it. But after this, literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, and no solution I’ll never use it again. And I encourage y’all to check ur charges

He was overlooked once again his hard work paid off but he didn't get an award this is not fair. Man worked hard and deserves award.

Worth to mention that my @PrimeVideo streaming purchases are higher quality HD. And a player that is less frustrating (changing the volume via keyboard shortcut, does not show the player's timeline bar, which when it happens, spoils me the left duration).

There's this bug/defect on Amazon @PrimeVideo when you open the app on Apple TV, where it takes you to the last page before you leave the application. It’s almost like it forgot to authenticate you and remembered midway, redirecting you to the login page. 😫 (1/2)
