Really strange that the quality of Primeval on @primevideo is about the same as a VHS tape. There's nothing wrong with the source material, so why is the streaming content so bad. Doesn't matter whether I select Good, Better, or Best quality. It's about 320x480 resolution.

Even when I tell my firetv to play in native frame rate, I'm still seeing movies in 60hz (with interpolation) on HBO Max. @amazonfiretv and @hbomax - any idea what's wrong? Seems to work fine for Radioactive on PrimeVideo, but Ready Player One is interpolated 60hz, not 24.

@PrimeVideo Please add the option to show captions on replay in the Prime Video desktop player and Android app. It is a feature on the Roku app and is very helpful. I sometimes miss dialogue and the captions on replay help me figure out what was said while minimizing distraction.
