Seems like it decides it will either be 1080p or 480, but maybe you can normally get 720p. Just want to offer a middle ground for people, no need for arguing.

Amazon you need to train your staff to be more effective because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t take almost a year to fix a known system issue. Your customers deserve better!
