@JeffBezos @PrimeVideo @amazon yo the interface of prime video is really crap, it's very inconvenient and makes the experience not an "Amazon" experience. Amazon has a good reputation for an easy and quick method to do the task but prime is just awful and feels old.

@PrimeVideo officially has the worst tech support I've ever experienced... Prime Video decided out of the blue that I have a VPN running (which I do not), I googled the issue, and discovered that its actually been brought to their attention many times (1/11)

But once again, sound problems will kill this movie 🍿If you watch this movie at home on TV you will be disappointed. The sound effects are way too loud. @JamesRBrown_3 @DisneyPlusHelp @PrimeVideo FYI, despite Disney+ only having issues on ALL my Fire Sticks but NONE of the other devices in my home (all using the same wifi), I fixed the issue by pulling the power from my cable modem and all my mesh access points for 30 seconds. After my wireless came back, all was fine.
