  @amazon @PrimeVideo @AmazonHelp please do something about the Prime app for LG Smart TVs! On the rare occasion there is something worth watching, it would be good to not be met with “no internet connection” (when Netflix, Youtube etc work fine) & “something went wrong” messages!

  Amazon @PrimeVideo Categories megamenu is the worst one I've had to contend with. I never hit it on purpose and it takes over the whole window and sits there. I'm both glad and sad they can't hear what it makes me say every time. It's like the old Photoshop accidental launch.#ux

  Did anyone else watch #Breach on @PrimeVideo? What a dumpster fire. The visual effects were of such low quality, I found myself wondering if they blew their budget on getting Bruce Willis to star. The script was drab, direction seemingly absent, and the action redundant. Zzz.

  @hulu @netflix @PrimeVideo (and the rest) I NEED YOU TO WORK ON YOUR SOUND DESIGN. I am so SICK of watching a show or a movie where you can barely hear someone talk, so you turn up the volume, then a LOUD *** NOISE to follow. Why do you do this?! It's not dramatic! It's ANNOYING!
