@PrimeVideo can’t get prime to work on Apple TV. Worked fine for years now nada. Tried all the usual things, uninstalling the reinstalling, everything is up to date. “prime video” comes up then it just stalls there. Works fine on my phone or iPad.

Hey @PrimeVideo - no issues with you having a tier of shows that carry adverts, but for the love of all holy can you *not* run the commercials halfway through a line of dialogue?!! Pretty much every punchline in Parks and Rec has been ruined by ad for bloody Meta!

Why is @PrimeVideo not prepared for #indvsnzlive ? They don't have match recap, don't highlight match turning moments, rather than changing quality as per internet bandwidth they stop the play. Poor prep. @DisneyPlusHS was much better.

@AmazonHelp Yes I understand all of that. My speed is 350mbps. Device information is already given. Movie you can check for example is The Batman 2022 (which as in the pic, is UHD). I heard @PrimeVideo has purposely locked quality at 1k for non firestick devices
