@_jomckinney @paradisecitytv @PrimeVideo Kinda both actually. I mean no one who's been reaching out to amazon has actually been getting any help. And any comments or questions to the correct avenues for the show regarding canada go unanswered. Its kinda ridiculous and poor planning by the people profiting off the show.

@IqooInd @gagan_arora1 my phone had rolled to widevine L3 from L1 in January. I hope to get it fixed asap as i am unable to enjoy movies in full quality on primevideo and Netflix. Service team asks me to have patience but isnt 3 months enough?

@Xbox @XboxP3 @PrimeVideo It’s been 2 yrs since an update broke wired-headphone audio on the Prime Video app in Xbox. The app allows the controller to idle-poweroff and it kills my audio. This carried over to Series X. No other apps do this. Why can’t you guys fix this?

@PrimeVideo needs to reevaluate its quality service. The picture is never consistently clear. It's too glitchy. I never have these issues with my other streaming services. Time for Amazon to make Prime Video a separate app.
