    @PrimeVideo using PrimeVideo player via Firefox and Subtitles settings aren't saving, keep resettling.. tried clearing Cache, reinstalling browser, problem appears to be on your end... Kindly fix this issue, TY

    Don’t think Netflix has an engagement problem , they have an Amazon prime problem . Both will exist but Netflix is losing share . I think prime is even better than Netflix at this point. That’s never happened before . $AMZN $NFLX @PrimeVideo

    Oh okay @PrimeVideo. When an ad starts to play, you're forcing people to watch ads, because when ever I go to skip, without fail I get and error code 9008 unless I watch them. Every. Time. The app is upto date, uninstalled/reinstalled, cleared data/cache. Error still persists.

    PrimeVideo audio codec is probably and most likely the worst in the streaming domain Just horrible to use the product at this point This is after asking to pay 2x to remove ads. Pure greed 😕 It’s like asking users to watch luna 😜 (same 1080 though, video codec also 💩)
