@sheepyk @Gethin76 @PrimeVideo This isn’t an encoding issue anyone with a decent gaming pc could encode this. Heck even a mediocre laptop could encode this in 1080p. This is a bitrate or bandwidth issue given the fluctuations in stream quality

@PrimeVideo Not a good movie, I kept waiting for something to happen but there was nothing. Was there an actual script that was approved? The casting was terrible for Lucy but truly awful for Desi. In real life he was younger than Lucy but they made him a decade older.

Dear @PrimeVideo the image quality of your premier league football coverage is appalling. It’s grainy, constantly buffer/lags and has a ghost effect. Awful.
