They used them as shock material and it made the whole thing seem terrible. Gecko was the only gay guy who was slightly normal, although they made him partake in fetishy **** too

@2ndSTGTRBNBLD @PrimeVideo Well it’s kind of a joke because I actually liked the ending of season 2. But making a mediocre movie or show woke is a good way to protect it from universal criticism. Take Captain Marvel for example, probably the worst marvel movie since Thor Dark World.

@Im_just_Mangle @PrimeVideo i did like the concept as well, but found myself similarly put off by the "misery porn" of it all. i didn't have any problems with the writing it acting or anything. just felt like a generally miserable show, and that's not something i'm particularly interested in.
