@cloudthethings @PrimeVideo Some of it is clear that there's an American firm doing some of it - very typical English/American errors. Or if it's an AI doing it, it's not being checked properly.

You would think that if I signed up for a streaming service via @PrimeVideo, I’d be able to use the app on the fire-stick without having to figure out what login it’s using or the app asking me to sign-up for a service I already purchased.

@AmazonUK @PrimeVideo worst customer exp ever. You offer refund & don’t process it. I query, you lay blame elsewhere. I challenge, you promise callback & don’t call back. I file complaint, 6 weeks no reply. I call again, you say I “don’t qualify for refund.” Useless.

Started watching #ClarksonsFarm today. It's fun, tells a story, and even pulls on the heart strings. Very well edited. But, I'm not sure who did the @PrimeVideo subtitling for the show. If I handed in an article with that many errors, I'd be laughed at.

Ah, @PrimeVideo. Wanted to stream a movie I bought, couldn't because the quality was sub-SD, mostly just fuzzy shapes & artifacts + lots of buffering. Started download before bed, woke up, still not d/l'ed. ~325 *bits* per second d/l speed. Terrible app.
