She went into research mode and said not on my watch! She didn’t ask me to troubleshoot, she said you’ve done that.

Even though it took an hour, I’d happily sit on the phone with someone who enjoys their job and assisting customers the way she does. Kudos to her and to Amazon for hiring this gem!

The showrunners have lives and will have no choice but to move on at some point (if they don't have infinite wealth) and the fellowship will be broken.
