@PrimeVideo whenever we connect to prime video through any smart tv, we are getting the internet connectivity problem.After clearing cache in app, we are able to login. Every time after cache cleanup, it asks us to give the credentials. Can you please help us with permanent sol?

It's just me or #Amazon hates @firefox? @PrimeVideo suggest me to "upgrade my browser" even though I allow the DRM ****. @amazonmusic give terrible audio quality on it while compared to other sites (e.g. youtube). The amazon shopping website often give random issues.

@PrimeVideo I see your app on the PS4 has gone back to the poor performance that it had a few years ago. Picture quality is all over the place now especially if you happen to pause what you’re watching and then try and carry on. I don’t have any of these issues with Netflix!

@PrimeVideo I'm only going to send you one message about this. If the wheel of time is filmed on dark, low contrast backgrounds (easier to cgi, looks awful to watch) then your series will be wind up abyssmal failure. Do yourself and us the favor of using bright contrasts.

Choosing something to watch on @PrimeVideo: D-grade, bad quality films OR PAY EXTRA ON TOP OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION for a decent film. Truly has the worst film selection. It’s a good thing it’s free as part of Amazon Prime because my gosh no one would pay for it 😤

The monotony of Heidi insipidly asking judges “Have you changed your mind” is a terrible prop. Winners & losers should be selected on what they produced not what was in their head
