@PrimeVideo Our Prime Video app on the XBOX 1 stopped working a couple of months ago. We've reinstalled the app and removed and reconnected the account with no luck. Any ideas what we can try now? Xbox support wasn't able to help. Note that we can use the app on our Roku Tvs.

@PrimeVideo I’ve contacted customer service several times.... I have playback issues ONLY on movies and shows included with PRIME. All of my subscription channels play correctly and my rentals play as well. Is this to encourage more money spent? It’s been months like this.

@PrimeVideo Why is prime video not playing 1080p videos on my iPad? Youtube is streaming on 1080p and so is netflix. I have asked prime video support staff fpr this issue. They didn't help. I think now its time not to subscribe prime video and see pirated copy.

I regret so much getting a @TPVision Oled, it’s #hdr only works on #Netflix but it doesn’t in @PrimeVideo nor @disneyplus and I don’t have connection issues! And the apps are updated! #dissapointed
