I like to play a video game or something while I watch the less important games so I use my desktop, quality is consistently terrible with no manual quality adjustment. Unacceptable when I KNOW my desktop with a wired Ethernet connection is faster than my ****** 10 year old Roku on the other side of the house.

But Season 2 was a very clear dip in quality (an almost universal observation), did not bother with anything beyond that point. I've heard of things here and there, but they killed my interest early and none of what's happened since sounds like it's worth seeing. Word across the Internet is that it got really, really bad. I can't confirm, but I'm not watching to find out. Don't care to.

People can be a rather normal individual, and yet be dominated in ways that are non-obvious. For example, take a "Super Experiencer" (people with 10,000+ hours of contact and in person contact) and confine them and interrogate them on hidden information from the NHI. They will resist giving up confidential information. I'd hazard a guess a part of their mind will resist divulging critical information. Or they will under hypnosis (subconsciously) resist divulging information. Or they will have latent/active connections if you cross into categories of information which are restricted. Some will even get remotely connected to and influenced to experience physically debilitating symptoms if they knowingly try to divulge highly sensitive information. ----------- [Secret] I am not even including NHI projects where they are trying to add subroutines to conscious and living people to prevent certain behaviors. It is akin to adding programmable subroutines in living things. Anything from simply involuntary veering off a thought processes when they get into contexts which "aren't good for them" to self reinforcing behaviors. (you can think of it like a programmable suggestions or latent hypnotic reactions.) A person isn't one monolithic thing. But a collection of many individual pieces that (usually) work together and in some semblance of ~harmony~.
