@PrimeVideo I could NOT turn off some subtitles in The Electrical Life of Louis Wain. WHY did I see subtitles IN THE MIDDLE of the screen whenever text, like a flyer, appeared? Yes, subtitles were OFF. Who decided we needed help to read text that is part of the IMAGE?? DUMB.

@AmazonHelp You're problem is INTERNAL. Whatever program you run that (FALSELY) says I'm using a VPN needs to be corrected or just thrown out. I've been a Prime member without the ability to view PrimeVideo for FAR TOO LONG NOW. Customer service and even your tech team haven't helped at all.

…with @PrimeVideo or Amazon Prime, the delivery was supposed to make it in time. Wal-Mart never has this issue, doordash may be 20 min. late, but never “we left our warehouse 10 miles away at noon and still did not get you your order by 11pm despite saying it was arriving today”

Still can’t get @PrimeVideo to work on my @Roku TV. @Ask_Spectrum referred me to Amazon, Amazon referred me to Roku, and Roku isn’t taking technical support calls. I don’t to miss The Expanse when it comes back. WTH, guys? How do I fix this?!?

Anyone else feel that scrolling through amazon @PrimeVideo is creepy af? When you scroll @netflix it's like being at the part of the video store where all the lights work. Amazon is like the shady *** dark corner of the video store where 100% of rapes happen.
