    The picture quality from @PrimeVideo on its premier league coverage is piss poor. Pixelated images half the time… fuzzy the other half.

    @joefairs @IpsRich @PrimeVideo Further to this, my mate had this issue tonight via sky box and switched to TV app and now has no issues. I've been watching via TV app with no issues as well. Maybe give thay a go - although guess you're probably at PR!

    @PrimeVideo please sort out your stream of the Merseyside derby. The sound is dropping out constantly and keeps lagging. You will never be taken seriously if you don’t sort these issues out

    @PrimeVideo my live stream looks like it fast forwards for a few seconds and it starts to buffer infinitely after that. It's not my WiFi as it was streaming perfectly fine earlier. Any fixes?
