. @AmazonHelp @PrimeVideo I have to say your customer services is exceptionally poor. In Feb I asked for help and got no response. Finally after re-asking over a month later I got a response but it was not helpful and I got no reply when I tried to explain the issue again.

@PrimeVideo I tried to watch it. Made it through the first episode. Slow and exhausting. Then, when the a real train came as the Underground Railroad, I just couldn’t do it. The weird mix of fantasy with reality doesn’t work in my opinion and makes the whole show untrustworthy.
