@PrimeVideo Literally my only problem with this movie is that they never put mattresses down for the people returning. It's like there was a designated area for people to drop 10ft out of the sky, and they had them land on concrete. Not even a gym mat. Like damn, that was cold.

@PrimeVideo I liked this movie, it was entertaining, didn't push any particular set of values on its audience, and it ended with a happy, united family! Every time travel movie has contradictions/problems so that aspect didn't bother me.

He went & told his wife at her job, then he went to see his dad after they argued & then when he decided not to take his dad's help he came & told his daughter he was drafted and she was still the same age. So even if there was a jump, it was a tiny one.

@sandra16499046 @PrimeVideo Oh, good. We aren’t alone in this problem! I found the episode on dailymotion and watched it there, sadly. But the wife and I were in total agreement at the end that we are glad we didn’t let Prime Video’s mistake force us to skip it. It’s a good — and important! — episode!

@wolf7074 @PrimeVideo The aliens we see in the movie were being transported on a ship that crash landed on Earth over a thousand years ago. They were stuck under ice. So they've been on earth the entire time which explains why there was never a spaceship coming from above.

@PrimeVideo I thought the 1st hour or so was somewhat engaging, then the story just stopped and pivoted mid-movie. Needed either be focused on the aliens or the feel good family reconciliation, but both in one movie didn't work to keep me engaged enough to suspend my reality...clunky at best

@PrimeVideo I'd say that it was solid. It plodded a bit in spots. I agree with the people that have a problem with guns that never, ever run out of ammo. If you want suspension of disbelief, don't treat your audience like an idiot. I'd give it 7 out of 10.
