I'm with you on this one. Once Kapershit took his knee and neither the team or the league did anything to address the issue I was done. I decided If they can't stand for our anthem and our country I can't stand the NFL.

@POTUS75 I have no problem calling the yesterday’s out. It’s sad how divided our country is that some won’t clap for veterans or stand up for the national anthem... so unpatriotic.

@Truegreen7 All I know is that when I was a senior in high school the “Fireflies, but ____” meme had started getting popular so my class decided it would be cool to make it our senior anthem. I also don’t have a problem with that because I voted for it to be 😎

@SaraCarterDC It was sung beautifully, but they made an error in using the word “for” instead of “O’er”. When anyone sings our National Anthem, they MUST get the words RIGHT!!! Call it a pet peeve of mine, but I believe others would agree.#GodBlessAmerica🇺🇸

One of the most overrated and overblown issues out there today is whether or not someone stands for the national anthem. I’ll never understand how we hinge someone’s respect of country or patriotism on whether they stood for an anthem during a sporting event. This isn’t the USSR
