If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

I was charged twice for the cams and customer support can't/won't help me. Today's interaction was the worst CS experience I have had w/ any Co in years. #NPSscore is Zero!

I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML
