    @ArloSmartHome I sent my in laws a request to access one camera on my system. I sent them the email invite and they got the app and set up an account. Now when they open the app, it wants them to set up an arlo system. They just want to view mine, not set one up. Help please.

    @ArloSmartHome So my replacement is set up and working but the battery has drained 40% in a lil over 24 hrs. The solar panel charger seems to do nothing. Now I gotta worry abt short battery life and a solar charger that does nothing? C'mon guys, wtf?

    @EufyOfficial Are there any plans to offer solar panels we can plug directly into the cameras so we don’t have to take them down to charge every 200 days or so? Similar to how @ArloSmartHome does it with their cameras?

    @ArloSmartHome help! I bought 6 ultra 2 cameras but when I change the settings away from super wide 180 I can’t change back! I’m stuck at 155 or 120. Also can I use 2 base stations? Thanks!

    @ArloSmartHome @ArloSucks typical Arlo garbage. Don’t think I’ve seen a thumbnail update properly despite their being footage and a crap lod of it. Plus it’s not recording and missing things anyway. If I were paying for it I would be even more pissed off. #stayaway #arlo

    @dflieb @ArloSmartHome it's maybe not the android app itself as opposed to the hardware but it takes a good 10-15 seconds to show a live feed from a single camera and the Google home integration has been broken for months with no sign of a fix.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo makes massive amounts of defective products and customer service is terrible. STILL waiting for a refund or replacement for my defective product. Since AUGUST!!!!!

    @ArloSmartHome WORST SERVICE EVER! I have spent thousands of dollars on these cameras and can’t get them to replace a camera that doesn’t have the ability to be mounted. 9 phone calls, several online chats, emails, all of the above.

    @ArloSmartHome #worst customer service is TERRIBLE. #CustomerService TERRIBLE!!! Long waits which they blame on COVID. Take your money and information and give you crap back. Go buy @SimpliSafe
