    @ArloSmartHome @appleinsider how do I change my doorbell to be connected to my hub - its currently on Wifi. Your in-app Help link points to an article that doesn't describe how to do this either.

    At some point after 2:42am Eastern our cameras are no longer recording motion. Reboot of base station didn’t change anything. No other settings have been changed. Help! @arlosmarthome @toinecl

    @ArloSmartHome This has been the worst customer service experience ever, also my first time using Arlo and I am extremely disappointed, they should be out of business.

    @ArloSmartHome Reboot of the Arlo hub solved the problem. Cameras back in #HomeKit. Any timetable on when the doorbell will get the firmware update to be exposed to #HomeKit ?

    @ArloSmartHome Your support system is absolutely horrible. This is the 2nd time I've had to contact Arlo and the 2nd time I've have to jump through hoops to get support. I've wasted hours of my time trying to get a resolution to my problem!

    @ArloSmartHome I received a wired video doorbell for Christmas. Since I installed it have not been able to get smart alerts. I have been trying to get help from support. Nothing. No answers. No help. Nothing. Terrible.

    Ffs! @ArloSmartHome drives me bloody mental!!! It NEVER WORKS i have to restart my base hub about 20 times a day, it’s absolute ****. Please everyone never buy a #arlo product it’ll send you loopy. #ArloDumbHome

    @ArloSmartHome pretty disappointed that I can’t have my Video Doorbell record locally (w/ base station) without buying a subscription. Y offer local recording at all? My other cams record no problem. I was trying to replace one cam w the doorbell so I dont have to change batts

    @ArloSmartHome We bought 3 external cameras in May 2018 however 1 has stopped working. Technical guys told us it’s broken and we need to buy new as out of warranty. So that another £180 after only 32 months! Contact form completed but ignored by Arlo. #terriblecustomerservice

    @ArloSmartHome I am a loyal new customer and I need to complete a return. The terms are 30 days and I am out 7 days and you won't allow the return. This is poor customer service.

    @ArloSmartHome your Arlo pro base stations stop working after two years??? Support says they can’t do anything else to help...

    There’s a gap in notifications from 4pm Sunday to 4:30am Monday. There’s NEVER no activity at that time. I usually have between 30-50 notifications from that camera, during that time, each night. But not when it matters, apparently. @ArloSmartHome, that’s just absolute trash.
