    @ArloSmartHome Guys your support is unbelievably BAD .... first time I've had to use it and it's absolutely archaic in the way it operates. No access to your support cases and the WORST chatbot assistant I've come across in a very long time. Honestly will have a direct influence on any future purchase or comment from me.

    @ArloSmartHome researched chowing your cameras and quickly regretting it. Not interested in you using you help portal which is useless. DM me an email address that I can email normally. Your CVR prices on your website do not reflect what you actually want !!! Not impressed !!!

    @ArloSmartHome Where do I start… •Your 6month battery claim appears to be more like 1 week •you have more or less double your CVR prices • Why can CVR not be locally stored • I can’t view my cameras live on a laptop • poor customer service Poor company. Would never choose again

    @ArloSmartHome Thinking of buying Arlo? I’d think twice. An 18-month-old camera fails, it’s just out of warranty, yet I’ve paid a monthly subscription throughout. This isn’t my first poor experience either 1/4

    @ArloSmartHome Why is it so hard to get assistance on my camera, when I do get someone they hang up on me and are talking to someone else while talking to me. Still haven't resolved my camera issue

    @ArloSmartHome Betcha the arbitrary EOL feature removal = class action. No plans to ever spend time and money on Arlo in the future. Arlo couldn’t even make its touted geofencing function reliably and regularly service was down. Now we are rewarded with EOL. Not me.

    .@ArloSmartHome is the only way to unsubscribe from email alerts (but maintain push notification alerts) is to mark your emails as spam? There is no ability on the website nor mobile app to stop the email alerts (baby monitor) - I've looked everywhere. Help.
