    True story: 1 key issue w/ @ArloSmartHome Tried2resolve via cust svc, had to sw 5 reps by ph & chat. 0 fixed BUT they made 6 CASE #s & now pushing me to "Update" 6cases daily ea w/diff reps rotating doing 0. What hellish "service" is this? Nothing resolved+ torment tactic!

    @johrghost @ArloSmartHome I'm really baffled as to how they've stayed in business this long. I can't even log into their website. The 2 factor doesn't work via push nor email. "Internal Server Error" - but yet somehow CS blames my ISP...? #Terrible #ArloSucks #RipOff

    @AmazonHelp I purchased an @ArloSmartHome solar charger, and it stopped working. I initially thought it was the camera so I replaced the camera. Only2realize the charger was the issue. Now I'm stuck with a broken device.

    The only complaint with @ArloSmartHome is the lack of charger support. DIY solutions for solar panels that are inexpensive, readily available and reliable is not a problem. The issue is Arlo running a racket and not having failover to legacy charging via USB.

    @ArloSmartHome Keeping note of which providers deserve any more of my business. @ArloSmartHome If they can't take a valid issue & handle properly, refuse to escalate as requested, where's incentive to buy more ugly treatment? All: Do you keep buying from those who treat you shabbily?

    Buying a wireless @ArloSmartHome device was a terrible decision. Two way communication broken. Never getting six month battery life. Their support channels do not read replies properly and are overall hopeless.

    @ArloSmartHome Really? Because all my cameras just went offline for no reason and I've had to spend an hour trying to get them all working. One of them still isn't syncing. Your products used to provide peace of mind. Not any more.

    hey @ArloSmartHome Any luck? Just got a camera set up, and it just spins and spins. Doesn't say it's offline, I just can't view the video. Tried on app and website.
