    @ArloSmartHome your equipment is garbage! Doesn’t even last a year! Water leaks into the system. Always buffers when trying to check on an alert. Save your money everyone and go with someone else. Arlo is the worst system around and I bought the high end one!!!!

    @ArloSmartHome Been on "chat" about an issue for nearly 30 minutes about an issue with an arlo charging cable and the arlo floodlight. Purchased 25', over priced, exterior arlo charging cable which is not charging the arlo floodlight camera! #CustomerService #CustomerExperience

    @ArloSmartHome Already Tried your customer service. I was just out of one year so they told me nothing they can do, so been throwing them in the garbage where they belong and switching to ring. No one waster your money on Arlo!!! I spent a grand on the Arlo ultras and they are overpriced junk!

    @ArloSmartHome going on day 3 of zero help from support chat/tickets about our doorbell that can’t properly record videos without freezing or malfunctioning. Technical support is absolutely awful. How is someone supposed to resolve an issue with your cameras?

    @ArloSmartHome I'm actually really disappointed with this camera.2 of my cars were broken into and the Arlo floodlight camera didn't record anything. The event happened 2-4 meters aways from the camera it self.Trying to find support from the Arlo support team has made my whole experience worse

    Hi @ArloSmartHome Neither the app or web is working for login. I've emailed dev. According to your website, the last time the system status was updated was March 10th. It is not 'all good', as it currently suggest. Please fix your bugs! Thanks!

    @ArloSmartHome Making me reset the camera and the next day it was flat and not working. I feel like I been robbed twice, once with the robbery and now with the subscription and support. The support team keeps on bring me around in circles hoping I will disappear.

    @ArloSmartHome Nothing smart about the Camera App that doesn't work. You can't log into it been down for days. So what's the use of having this sketchy camera system that you can't access.
