@ArloSmartHome recently purchased Pro4 Spotlight with Hub. Cameras keep randomly dropping while others on the same hub stay connected. Sometimes they reconnect. What is the fix?

    @ArloSmartHome Still not working…

  • MerenessAlex
    Alex Mereness (@MerenessAlex) reported

@ArloSmartHome I’ve spent well over $700 into this system, based on promises and claims made by you. It’s disappointing that you now choose to go back on said promises, I understand not supporting old hardware, but effectively bricking/paywalling the system unless more money is spent is trash.

@ArloSmartHome Your system is terrible. Your cameras will not stay connected. When you try to reconnect it takes multiple, multiple attempts, if they even ever do connect. Can’t get help from a live person. Customer service is almost non existent.

@ArloSmartHome Arlo we have a problem, I can no longer connect to a 2.4 ghz and now my floodlight camera is useless. Can you help?

@ArloSmartHome The absolute worst doorbell ever made! No support help, can even speak to a live person. Don’t wast your money!

@ArloSmartHome Absolute trash. Never ever buy Arlo.

@ArloSmartHome might be one of the worst products and app I’ve ever used..

@ArloSmartHome So you can EOL this product too and not support the hardware that I paid more for? No thanks no one wants your ****.

@ArloSmartHome @ArloSmartHome system gone bye bye now--in the trash. Here's to hoping losing a customer hurts 🥂Been replaced with @blinkforhome ; hopefully they will continue to support their products 7 years down the road.

To add insult to injury, 4 days after a new controversial EoL policy, @ArloSmartHome sends an email about 20% price increases. Congrats Arlo - you lost a lifelong fan after two bad decisions. It's the timing - you have to give users more than a couple months notice...

  • safcbee
    Brian (@safcbee) reported

@ArloSmartHome Hey! Can anyone reach out and help determine why the batteries in my Arlo Ultra 2 cameras are shockingly bad? The last a matter of days rather than months as advertised..

  • BillKampouris
    Bill Kampouris (@BillKampouris) reported

@ArloSmartHome Your cameras suck and so do you as a company. DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!

  • wrinkled_lemon
    🏎 (@wrinkled_lemon) reported

@ArloSmartHome I will never trust your products again. If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

  • JoeyBartz
    Joey Bartz (@JoeyBartz) reported

@koyote19 @ArloSmartHome Have they updated you on this? I hate paying for a service that is not working. I called customer service and they said their software is cooked and the engineers are working on it.
