Arlo turned off local storage of recordings and now all my cameras don't record to my USB drive anymore (4 Pro 3's and 1 Pro 3 floodlight). In addition the flood light does not turn on anymore when there is motion detected. Seems like a poor quality product.

Others having same problem with your automated support stating it’s resolved. And yes, I have the most current App available. Impossible to get a “live human” to help.
