    @ArloSmartHome Arlo has the WORST customer service I have ever received. I have been in communication with them for 2 months and have yet to get the problem solved. I never talk with the same person and have to re-explain….

    @ArloSmartHome It sucks when you put a wall between the consumer and the company. customer service is terrible and you don't allow us to talk to anybody on the phone. The company "ring" does you can actually talk to somebody. Why would you not want to talk to your customers #arlo

    @jbrooksuk @ArloSmartHome Another vote for @EufyOfficial from me. Battery can be an issue when using with HomeKit though

    @ArloSmartHome Hey folks I found out how to get the attention of Arlo “support”. Call Bob at 408-824-7000 and he will forward your info to Arlo “support”. Bob’s a nice guy but doesn’t understand how Arlo support got so broken.

    @ArloSmartHome Support was not helpful. Trying to blame a battery issue when the batteries have run only three days. Awful, just awful

    While @ArloSmartHome makes products that work well until they fail. After 5 months my doorbell died. Then 2 weeks with the worst customer service. Then we'll send you a replacement, at your cost. I'd avoid. The singular worst customer service I've experienced.

    @ArloSmartHome I spent four hours trying to get the simplest of questions answered by your support today. No luck, even when I tried to pay your support extortion. I guess tomorrow I’ll rip out your garbage equipment and find a company who cares about paying customers. #ripoff

    @ArloSmartHome the issue each time. They are claiming the cameras no longer work do to my wi-fi. The cameras were connected to the SANE WiFi for TEN MONTHS before this issue occurred. There were no changes made to our network.

    @ArloSmartHome your product is trash. Your costumer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. How you’re still in business is baffling! After an hour of absolute frustration, you still didnt help. If this company bankrupts, it will all fall on this **** infrastructure. Get bendt
