    @ArloSmartHome is your subscription server down? I added a doorbell but it won’t activate it because it says I don’t have a subscription so tried updating it. App will not let me.

    @ArloSmartHome worst customer service ever! Refuses to cancel my service. I no longer have the device and have been trying to cancel since June 28th. No one calls me back or answers me in anyway. Crooks!

    @ArloSmartHome my pro 2 cameras went offline after a code update on 9/18/22. I was point to Support but there isn’t any help if your cameras are over a year old except for a bot or the Arlo community. Arlo pushes the updates but has no responsibility if they break you cameras.

    @ArloSmartHome Cannot live view anymore. Your app is broken! In order to live view I have to toggle off ‘local 2k live streaming’ under video settings. Fix this!!!
