    @ArloSmartHome To invest so much money in Arlo has been one of the worst decisions I've made. The amount of time they are not working is equal to the amount of time I've spent on hold trying to get support (in both cases way too much time).

    @ArloSmartHome I spoke to 2 different people & no fix. On Android & Apple phone, I get 4 notifications on every alert. I've reset the phones, reset the base, stopped & started notifications & no fix. Please help. It's an annoyance! Thanks!

    It's really remarkable how much faster to connect and respond @EufyOfficial cameras are than @ArloSmartHome cameras. Most of the time, I can walk down two flights of stairs and answer my door before I even get a still-image preview of who pressed my Arlo doorbell.

    @ArloSmartHome whats the point of having these wire free cameras if all it does is appears offline.....literally 15 feet away from hub.....

    @ArloSmartHome Spent years dealing with ArloQ and multiple replacements to put up with that stupid camera. No thanks not again. The baby cam seems to be fine and how it should act but the Q’s have been terrible!

    @ArloSmartHome Used to be very happy with your products; but with now reaching 6+ months trying to resolve a technical issue with the cameras...perception has changed!! tragic! Will seek a refund. but disappointment is worse.

    @ArloSmartHome your baby cams and operating systems are a joke! They’re a liability to anyone that issues them! Constant crashing and reconnecting issues (no it’s not my service!) you guys suck *** and are going on the trash! #fuckarlo

    @ArloSmartHome has sadly provided terrible customer service. We’ve tried to resolve purchasing some cameras with multiple cases opened and nothing has been resolved. They have yet to call back or email and it’s been over a week. They advertise promotions that aren’t available.

    @ArloSmartHome this is the biggest joke system having issue with the wirefree doorbell and they can't even fix the problem when you call a second and they can't they can't even raise a urgent ticket

    @ArloSmartHome please fix your website. Can’t subscribe cuz my account doesn’t have paymentid and it won’t let me add a payment method. 5 months w/cameras and can’t use them. Customer service is no help.

    @ArloSmartHome BS. You'll miss PLENTY while trying to deal with the idiotic 2 step verification process that Arlo just shoved down our throats! Think there's an emergency at home? Loved one in danger? Well, just be patient while Arlo texts you a code EVERY TIME YOU WANT TO LOG ON. Boneheads!!
