    @AndyBaryer @ArloSmartHome @Dlink need some more cameras...i have 4 swann 1080p with dvr for sale..i used the setup for 4 months till i got reno-victed and i took them down, old landlord wanted me to leave them because i put screw holes in fascia but i said NO been boxed for over a year not allowed in apt.

    I have been spammed by @ArloSmartHome for a few weeks about a sale. I own several Pro 4 cameras and have questions about a newer model. But the AI chat (which IS NOT very intelligent at all) refuses to connect to a human because my cameras are too old. WHAT THE ACTUAL **** ?

    @ArloSmartHome please DM me about issue w a new phone being distrusted and unable to get help from Support for my Arlo Pro 4 iOS app lock out. You time out the app two step verification while I’m looking at email on the same device& it becomes an endless circle of frustration.

    @ArloSmartHome @SusannWalters @Pocketlint I have 9 camera I purchased them when Arlo advertised that I would not need a monthly subscription. On April 24th 2026 I lost the features when they did an update. I’m on a fixed income & this was an investment in my home security. Arlo’s technical advisors are no help!

    @ArloSmartHome End of life is bull **** they don't tell you that when you buy their cameras 4 years and they shut your cameras off I won't purchase arlo again

    @koyote19 @ArloSmartHome Have they updated you on this? I hate paying for a service that is not working. I called customer service and they said their software is cooked and the engineers are working on it.

    @ArloSmartHome has probably the worst customer support ever. I have contacted them several weeks ago and I still did not received any response. Amazing how these companies treat customers nowadays

    @ArloSmartHome I changed my iPhone device after that I am not able to login back. It's sending the verification code to my email and that's not working. Unfortunately there is no support number.

    @ArloSmartHome I have 300 archived videos that takes 3 taps to delete.. at this point it will take close to #onethousand tapes to delete archived videos.. your app interface is ****!!
