    @ArloSmartHome Horrible support from Arlo today. I’ve been a early adopter since 2014 back before the split from NetGear. There was an issue with my account which I didn’t realize until Saturday and which Arlo said I had two days to correct the issue so I call Monday.

    @ArloSmartHome Is the Arlo cloud down? I get alerts but nothing is being recorded to my library. I see my devices in the Arlo app but can’t “play” any of my devices. Yes, everything’s been restarted to no effect.

    Very disappointed that my @ArloSmartHome cameras have both stopped working without warning and not getting any help to sort the problem out....unless I want to pay another £65 with no guarantees they will work after.....

    Need some @ArloSmartHome @ask_Arlo help. Added my base/cameras to HomeKit and by default it added 3 of my 4 cams as “favorite cameras” on the My Home screen. For the life of me I can’t figure out how to add the last camera to the favorites. Any ideas?
