@ArloSmartHome I'm actually really disappointed with this camera.2 of my cars were broken into and the Arlo floodlight camera didn't record anything. The event happened 2-4 meters aways from the camera it self.Trying to find support from the Arlo support team has made my whole experience worse

@ArloSmartHome I can’t purchase a subscription because your website is garbage and full of glitches. My $400 cameras are dummy cams now. I need a refund because you won’t support my camera after the trial period ended. Case number 42998053. Your IT department can’t even help

@ArloSmartHome Hello. I have a problem w/ my security light hub that shows up in my wifi, but no longer shows up in the app under base stations/hubs. I've tried reconnecting ( add new device, etc) and I can't get it on my wifi - likely because it's already there. Thoughts?

@ArloSmartHome Been on "chat" about an issue for nearly 30 minutes about an issue with an arlo charging cable and the arlo floodlight. Purchased 25', over priced, exterior arlo charging cable which is not charging the arlo floodlight camera! #CustomerService #CustomerExperience

@ArloSmartHome Making me reset the camera and the next day it was flat and not working. I feel like I been robbed twice, once with the robbery and now with the subscription and support. The support team keeps on bring me around in circles hoping I will disappear.
