mauriciobond (@mauriciobond23) reported@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

justin (@BadRammaJamma) reported@ArloSmartHome @ArloSmartHome why am I not allowed to talk to a live agent even though I bought your equipment and it’s not working??? I have to pay you again for a subscription before someone will talk to me, if anybody is considering Arlo, don’t buy it!
-
ARLO THE NIGHTMARE (@ArloSmartHomes) reported@ArloSmartHome No, it doesn’t pair well at all. In fact, it is one of the worst cameras in existence. #pos

Steven Loi (@StevenLoi) reported.@ArloSmartHome is the only way to unsubscribe from email alerts (but maintain push notification alerts) is to mark your emails as spam? There is no ability on the website nor mobile app to stop the email alerts (baby monitor) - I've looked everywhere. Help.

AJG (@AntJGumm) reported@ArloSmartHome Guys your support is unbelievably BAD .... first time I've had to use it and it's absolutely archaic in the way it operates. No access to your support cases and the WORST chatbot assistant I've come across in a very long time. Honestly will have a direct influence on any future purchase or comment from me.

FjR (@fjr2320gmailco1) reported@ArloSmartHome I used to like Arlo, I've spent a considerable amount on their products. NOW they refuse to answer my emails regarding a fault in my £179. Door Bell. It mysteriously stopped working, they gave me a few things to try and resolve this issue, none of them worked.

Tungen Gasche (@TungenGasche) reported@ArloSmartHome How many times an hour does an "unexpected error" have to occur before it's not "unexpected" any more?

BeljicaPeak (@BeljicaPeak) reported@ArloSmartHome Betcha the arbitrary EOL feature removal = class action. No plans to ever spend time and money on Arlo in the future. Arlo couldn’t even make its touted geofencing function reliably and regularly service was down. Now we are rewarded with EOL. Not me.
