@ArloSmartHome Please advise on how to grant another person access on my new wireless video doorbell. I’ve granted additional access in the invite but is still not working. Not impressed so far - stuff like this should be totally intuitive 😢

  • TheDunlaps2001 SEDunlap (@TheDunlaps2001) reported

@mbmcrae @John_C_Velasco @ArloSmartHome Really? At the cost of forcing your customers to log in with a 6 digit verification code every 20 minutes when they want to view camera feeds on a computer? Huge, HUGE problem!

  • TinCanAlastor Spectre (@TinCanAlastor) reported

@boyscout137 @Arcon_ @ArloSmartHome I literally reach out on the 1st or the 2nd, and it is days to get a response from the team that they have started working on it. Then days to receive the receipt. There is no self-help option. No e-mailed receipt. Nothing.

  • Jasonryan12 Jason Ryan (@Jasonryan12) reported

@ArloSmartHome has sadly provided terrible customer service. We’ve tried to resolve purchasing some cameras with multiple cases opened and nothing has been resolved. They have yet to call back or email and it’s been over a week. They advertise promotions that aren’t available.

  • gallorody gallorody (@gallorody) reported

Hey @ArloSmartHome why does your system always crash? We reset it, update it, make sure everything is charged and working and when we want to check in on our home while we’re away the damn system isn’t working. Why???

  • freshtonic James Sadler (@freshtonic) reported

Never buy @ArloSmartHome gear if you want a home security camera setup that actually works. 1. Only one family member can use the iPhone/Android app or web interface at a time - everyone else is automatically signed out when someone else signs in. *slow clap*

  • TinCanAlastor Spectre (@TinCanAlastor) reported

@boyscout137 @Arcon_ @ArloSmartHome Lastly, and possibly the most maddening part – To get support, you must log in to access the e-mail ticket system. If that is down, there is no way to get assistance. The chat is unmanned and redirects you to the broken login for support.

  • Sleeping_Dahlia Sleeping Dahlia (@Sleeping_Dahlia) reported

Why is it every time I update my @ArloSmartHome app lately it just completely stops functioning? 🙄 Either the mic doesn’t work, or I have repeated login issues, or I just can’t access the feed at all. It’s always something, lately. It’s become completely useless.

  • delphijunkie David Clegg 🇳🇿 🤘😆🤘 (@delphijunkie) reported

I give up. Time to contact @ArloSmartHome support to get them to help me connect my video doorbell to my smart hub. Despite their FAQ docs telling me my hardware and firmware versions support this, their software (iOS or Android) just doesn’t give me the option to do this.

  • CraigNYC2 Craig (@CraigNYC2) reported

Thank you @ArloSmartHome for offering zero help and compassion because my “BABY CAMERA” stopped working but is out of warranty by 3 weeks!!! Embarrassing customer service. #Arlo #Netgear @NETGEAR

  • TheRealTomJames Tom James (@TheRealTomJames) reported

So @ArloSmartHome talked me into trying their Pro 3 camera system again, and after a couple of months I have the same problem as with the last system. The base station randomly goes offline and my cameras are useless. Seriously disappointed!! May return to Costco!

  • Kincer5 Daniel Kincer (@Kincer5) reported

@ArloSmartHome 1 year warranty ran out less than a week ago. Should have told me they were not going to do anything once I provided my proof of purchase. Terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing @ArloSmartHome

  • scottstephan Scottie Steph (@scottstephan) reported

@ArloSmartHome - I spent over 3 weeks trying to get your customer support people to replace your broken doorbell. I even called an actual electrician to have him confirm the issue. Then you just closed the case. Please reach out to me, this is infuriating

  • walshi01 Declan (@walshi01) reported

@ArloSmartHome so I have a base station that will not update, comes online then cannot add cameras because it says the base station is offline. But it’s NOT. What now?

  • jpurnell Justin Purnell (@jpurnell) reported

@nadabakos @ArloSmartHome Roubling down on the baby monitor, but only because it’s HomeKit secure, beyond that Arlo build quality seems a bit suspect
