    @ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

    @ArloSmartHome your "customer service" is non-existent. Three cameras functionally inoperable and I can't get any responses worth a **** within a reasonable (it's been a week) amount of time. Really disappointing.

    @ArloSmartHome I ordered from @ecobee the same time I ordered from yall and ecobee has shipped…yall haven’t. What’s the delay? And your rep wondered why I didn’t outfit the whole house in Arlo. If you can’t ship in 24 hours I have 0 faith in you getting help out on time.

    @ArloSmartHome researched chowing your cameras and quickly regretting it. Not interested in you using you help portal which is useless. DM me an email address that I can email normally. Your CVR prices on your website do not reflect what you actually want !!! Not impressed !!!

    @ArloSmartHome I cannot log in on app or browser or reset my password. I get an error each time and it tells me to contact support but then says I don’t have access to support. Can you help me so I can use the system I paid hundreds of dollars to install? This is insane.
