    @ArloSmartHome Thank you AI slop but it all worked fine. Then you changed UI. Now it’s broke. I’m still waiting for my call back from your awful Pakistan based support team about this issue from 4 weeks ago. I don’t need an article to tell me how to work location services

    @CNETNews Arlo is a scam. Advertise cloud storage and camera notifications for years - the main reason for choosing them - and then just announce they’re EOLing and shutting it down. Why would anyone buy from @ArloSmartHome again?

    @ArloSmartHome researched chowing your cameras and quickly regretting it. Not interested in you using you help portal which is useless. DM me an email address that I can email normally. Your CVR prices on your website do not reflect what you actually want !!! Not impressed !!!

    @ArloSmartHome is there an issue with Trusting new devices for 2FA? My new iPhone and iPad both get error messages when I try to add as trusted devices. My old phone and iPad have been deleted.

    @ArloSmartHome officially done with arlo. Cameras constantly disconnect now base station no longer connects at all. Garbage, buy @ring

    @ArloSmartHome I have been with Arlo for four years. I got an EOL notice, so I bought new equip today. I was charged twice for the cams and customer support can't/won't help me. Today's interaction was the worst CS experience I have had w/ any Co in years. #NPSscore is Zero!

    @ArloSmartHome Your always happy to help Unless you purchased a Pro 2 series, then 0 help, TRUE? Your always happy to help except you produced a model with a battery that can’t be replaced and it dies in 2-6 years Again, no support, Correct?
