    @ArloSmartHome cameras intermittently connect and reconnect to WiFi. Let’s hope they are connected when it is no longer a drill... my camera has been offline for 3+ Hours

    @ArloSmartHome sucks that it takes over 1m to sync up camera to my phone while on the same network. What is it with security about always been last to the show? Well I invested in the system and seems to be a big let down especially coming from a subscriber. #CustomerService

    @ArloSmartHome has been the second worst customer service I have seen... they are currently behind a cable company with no competitors in the area. Multiple unanswered support tickets and once you get someone on the phone they run you in circles and complete 1/3 of the agreement

    Bought a 3 pack of @ArloSmartHome cameras from @BestBuy @BestBuySupport One bad camera and being told we have to return all 3 even though 2 are installed. Please help! #CustomerService

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo base station switches to the same wifi channel of adjacent router no matter what. This is idiotic and fundamentally broken. Please fix.

    @ArloSmartHome So I have 5 cameras. I want to put one outside. I buy a solar panel at @BestBuy. They don't work together. Go back to BB , buy another panel but now told not available. So the only way to make this work is to buy a new camera? Arlo help support isn't helping.
