    @ArloSmartHome Cute video. I would share one too but my Arlo Pro 4 stopped working after 60 days. Wasted days trying to fix through Arlo app. No support to be found

    @ArloSmartHome what do I need to do to speak to a human for customer support? I have had an atrocious experience with my Arlo purchase and I absolutely need a human to help troubleshoot. The Arlo chatbot is a complete dead-end.

    @ArloSmartHome is pure garbage. Replacement camera suffering the same constant disconnect issues as first one. How can their engineers build this and say, yes, this is ready for production.

    @oed_huerta @ArloSmartHome Hell no. I only have Arlo because Google didn't have a floodcam. They have one now sooo @ArloSmartHome do I need to trash this one since it just randomly stops recording????

    @ArloSmartHome $200 for a camera that doesn’t come with a monitor and is super slow to load when you open the app. Then the charging port stops working I’m sent a replacement with the same issue and now I’m blocked from being helped 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

    @AutonomousHoag @ArloSmartHome I couldn’t agree more! I had an issue with my account where it started to not recognize my device and I couldn’t sign in. Had to create a new account but Arlo is not able to cancel my old account! Keep telling me to log in which I can’t do. This service is ******* GARBAGE!!

    @ArloSmartHome why do you not stand behind your products? I can't get help from a real person unless I pay the extra money for the privilege? Seems to me that you know customers will have issues, so you want the extra money to cover their replacements.

    @ArloSmartHome No customer support at all. Not in app and not on phone. Arlo cameras break within 90 days. Have 3 cameras. All broken and worthless. Spend money on different brand. Avoid ARLO at all cost. #ArloCameras

    @ArloSmartHome I bought the baby camera in June and it stopped charging. Finally was able to get a replacement that has the same issue??

    @ArloSmartHome Your batteries are absolutely terrible, but not as bad as your customer service. Don't even bother purchasing these devices.

    @ArloSmartHome Nothing new came from the extensive DMs I sent to @ArloSmartHome support and somebody called with no help! Worst off shore support I have ever experienced. I canceled Smart plan and will give the Arlo cameras to my enemies!

    @ArloSmartHome I haven't been able to log into the iPhone app all day long, with "an error occurred". What's up? Will this be fixed soon?
