And you offer a phone number, which just happens to be one number short of an actual phone number. Can you please give me a number ? I need help.

    @ArloSmartHome What a difficult time I have had with any customer support from Arlo. It’s been terrible. 17x trying to update a firmware update with an existing camera. On the phone an hour. Had to buy a new camera. Absolutely terrible experience.

    @ArloSmartHome has the worst customer service in the world. no phone number, and no live agent in chat. a bot that circles you into nowhere. and all i want is to cancel my account so i stop getting "important updates" for products i no longer own. frustrated af.

    @ArloSmartHome is there an issue with Trusting new devices for 2FA? My new iPhone and iPad both get error messages when I try to add as trusted devices. My old phone and iPad have been deleted.

    @ArloSmartHome I cannot log in on app or browser or reset my password. I get an error each time and it tells me to contact support but then says I don’t have access to support. Can you help me so I can use the system I paid hundreds of dollars to install? This is insane.

    @BeljicaPeak @ArloSmartHome Even better they still lie to their android users forcing them to turn on insecure permissions. I dropped Arlo completely after they doubled down on the permissions.
