@ArloSmartHome I cannot log in on app or browser or reset my password. I get an error each time and it tells me to contact support but then says I don’t have access to support. Can you help me so I can use the system I paid hundreds of dollars to install? This is insane.

@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

@ArloSmartHome has the worst customer service in the world. no phone number, and no live agent in chat. a bot that circles you into nowhere. and all i want is to cancel my account so i stop getting "important updates" for products i no longer own. frustrated af.
