@ArloSmartHome I have been with Arlo for four years. I got an EOL notice, so I bought new equip today. I was charged twice for the cams and customer support can't/won't help me. Today's interaction was the worst CS experience I have had w/ any Co in years. #NPSscore is Zero!

@ArloSmartHome Thanks, but it doesn’t help. It appeared plans, including LTE, were provided by Arlo & outside LTE not recommended. Conflicting cellular info has halted a Go2 purch a live agent could easily clarify. Seems bad social media is only way to get attention/answers to product Q’s.

@ArloSmartHome As I shop for a different brand of camera thanks to your EOL announcement, I’ll be sure to tell as many people as I can along the way why you’re the last, and worst, choice. Maddening.

Tried to swap my broken camera for new one in my Arlo Secure Single Camera subscription. This used to be flawless but @ArloSmartHome removed this from the functionality. Now I have to cancel my subscription with still 8 months to go, lose my money and start a new subscription.

@ArloSmartHome I don’t need a link to help me. Your tech support couldn’t even add a device to my account. Your own team can’t even work your stupid interface. Go play in traffic

@ArloSmartHome Is there some sort of system-wide firmware update issue?

@ArloSmartHome tech support is crap. Terrible experience. I’m ripping it off the house and going to buy something else.

@ArloSmartHome @TechHive Customer service is the worst, not worth it. Do not buy from this company.

@ArloSmartHome fix your servers. What good is a “security” system that is down for hours.

@ArloSmartHome please fire whoever designed this interface. This is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life.

So sick of @ArloSmartHome cams. Constant issues. I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML

@ArloSmartHome I changed my iPhone device after that I am not able to login back. It's sending the verification code to my email and that's not working. Unfortunately there is no support number.

@ArloSmartHome @Arlo - stop advertising new products while you are scamming your existing customer base. Your "end of life" scam is nothing but a money grab. We paid good money for a product that you are artificially shutting down (unless we pay you more money).
