    @ArloSmartHome can't login on Android or iOS, "internal error", but the status page says all services are good. Any ideas?

    @ArloSmartHome I cannot create an account. I have tried multiple devices and emails. Is there some kind of software issue at this time? I also noticed a few people in the Google play store.

    I wonder if @ArloSmartHome is better than @EufyOfficial, it wouldn’t be hard to beat Eufy support which is terrible.

    @ArloSmartHome I have an Arlo pro, my library recordings have disappeared and I can't seem to find any help on the website. Is the free 7 day cloud storage still a thing or is it disabled?

    @mbmcrae @ArloSmartHome The Arlo integration with the largest smart home platform on the planet (@smartthings) has been broken for over 3 months. Arlo support rarely responds to anyone, and when they do, they said it's fixed, when it has not been. It's unacceptable this has been broken for so long.

    @ArloSmartHome I have been having issues and can not get anyone to help me with the problem. They say you can call them but there is no phone number to call.

    @ArloSmartHome Yes, this was the first thing I did. I wanted to know if there's a problem with your systems before I call a support line which is always time consuming. I tried again, and I think your card payment gateway is down. Paypal, however, works.

    @ArloSmartHome Warning! Arlo Go users having problems in the last month or so. Our cameras having problems connecting and going offline. Doesn’t seem to be Att issue. See complaints in Arlo support no resolution. Just too bad had camera for years no issues. I need for elderly parent.

    @ArloSmartHome Is there an enterprise issue going on affecting all Arlo users for smart alerts ? Ref case number: 42954060. Asking because this is the 1st time that I have heard this happen ..03/10/2022, approx 3pm EST.

    @ArloSmartHome I’m also not going to be ran around or made to go outside just to check cameras that claim to be offline.. I usually just reset one of the base stations and that fixes. Also, the screens seem locked at times and don’t function when I login.

    Hi @ArloSmartHome Neither the app or web is working for login. I've emailed dev. According to your website, the last time the system status was updated was March 10th. It is not 'all good', as it currently suggest. Please fix your bugs! Thanks!
