    @ArloSmartHome Terrible new EOL policy. Will never buy another of your products again. I have 5 cameras myself and know of three other families who bought on my recommendation.

    @ArloSmartHome I have 300 archived videos that takes 3 taps to delete.. at this point it will take close to #onethousand tapes to delete archived videos.. your app interface is ****!!

    @AndyBaryer @ArloSmartHome @Dlink need some more cameras...i have 4 swann 1080p with dvr for sale..i used the setup for 4 months till i got reno-victed and i took them down, old landlord wanted me to leave them because i put screw holes in fascia but i said NO been boxed for over a year not allowed in apt.

    @ArloSmartHome Why can't I get my new phone to be "trusted" by Arlo online. Now it won't trust any of my devices, computer or iPad, not new. I can't find a phone number anywhere and when I tried to chat, the response was "please put this in different terms. I'm new". Somebody please help me.

    @ArloSmartHome I am in the middle of choosing a security camera system for my home and daughters home and I read about ARLO’s deceitful behavior. I don’t care that they changed their minds when confronted by bad press. Not buying ARLO. Can’t be trusted. Shameful. Somebody should be fired.

    @ArloSmartHome @ArloSmartHome why am I not allowed to talk to a live agent even though I bought your equipment and it’s not working??? I have to pay you again for a subscription before someone will talk to me, if anybody is considering Arlo, don’t buy it!

    @ArloSmartHome your customer service is absolutely the worse!! You have no phone number to contact for support, nothing but automotive questions. I wish I had never bought your cameras!! Can’t get any help from any. Straight trash!!

    @ArloSmartHome is the app down. Can’t connect no matter uninstalling and reinstalling. Web log in works but app doesn’t. All device updates installed

    @ArloSmartHome terrible customer service experience. Calls dropped. No call backs for open service requests despite assurances that calls were scheduled.

    @ArloSmartHome Terrible company and products. People who used them from the start were beta testers and have now been thrown aside from End of Life products. Stay away and literally chose any other company. Its a disgrace.
