    @ArloSmartHome I am in the middle of choosing a security camera system for my home and daughters home and I read about ARLO’s deceitful behavior. I don’t care that they changed their minds when confronted by bad press. Not buying ARLO. Can’t be trusted. Shameful. Somebody should be fired.

    @ArloSmartHome @Pocketlint Hey, arlo how can I get a hold of a life person... I have tried every route and cannot get anyone to help me on my arlo back online. And you offer a phone number, which just happens to be one number short of an actual phone number. Can you please give me a number ? I need help.

    In case you're wondering, yes @ArloSmartHome security cameras are currently down. The entire ******* network. So I'm not saying anyone *should* rob anyone, but it certainly would be a good time if you were the kind of person who'd do such a thing.

    I’m ready to switch to a new camera system and get away from @ArloSmartHome. They’re killing old cameras and customer service is the worst. They only let me talk to robots. Any security camera suggestions???

    @ArloSmartHome why are your doorbell speakers so bad? I talk through it with the volume set at 100% and people barely hear me.

    @CreationsRoss @ArloSmartHome Stop at a red light but be 10 cars back. Be the passenger to get out walk down to the red because it’s faster than waiting

    @OffBalanze @ArloSmartHome Agreed. With essential functions shutting down, our VMC4030 cameras will be basically useless. I can live without firmware updates for awhile... but... Arlo won't be a part of any decision matrix when looking for replacements.

    @ArloSmartHome Why is it so hard to get assistance on my camera, when I do get someone they hang up on me and are talking to someone else while talking to me. Still haven't resolved my camera issue

    @ArloSmartHome super disappointed got doorbell in December. Been looking for help back-and-forth. No one will call me.Still not hooked up 30th message back-and-forth. You gonna make me pay for your defective device to send it back. Why can no one help me this is a joke.

    @ArloSmartHome On top of that my camera barely worked when it did and now it’s broken due to water damage that’s why I canceled it I have no use to subcribe and you guys still charge my card half a month after I cancel it wtf is that bullshit you guys just wanna finesse our hard earned money?!

    @ArloSmartHome I will never reco your products. Killing my camera systems I've invested in for years is poor practice. My cams that I paid for will keep working fine... But only if now years after I purchased them, I start to pay a subscription fee! You can get bent!

    @ArloSmartHome After >1 year of problem free use, my Arlo Wire-Free Video Doorbell (ADV2001) stopped working & chime box makes loud humming noise. No online support for products w/o subscription (tried the chat function - did not work). HELP @ArloSmartHome
