    The alert video is not saved, my country was not added to the system, I bought the camera in December 2020 and so far my country has not activated, why was I not informed of this big problem before buying @ArloSmartHome @NETGEAR #Arlo #Netgear

    @mbmcrae Arlo customer service is trash. I have had to submit 3 tickets for the same thing, no updates from your company, a ticket lasting over 13 months, the entire duration of my subscription. @ArloSmartHome is the worst and should be seen as false advertisement at this point.

    @ArloSmartHome anyone able to help with UK support? Raised a support case, waiting days on reply, call contact number and jump through automated hoops and wait for 10 mins only for it to cut off due to "technical difficulties" and no live chat for UK either! Awful service.

    @ArloSmartHome any chance we might get a firmware update soon? Constant false “vehicle alerts” are making me cranky. Camera records for 4-5 minutes and there’s literally nothing there. I’ve set the position well below the shaded area and turned sensitivity way down. Not helping

    @ArloSmartHome App is allowing me to select, then it just gets stuck or I have to deselect geofencing every day for it to recheck my GPS location. No error message, just nothing working properly. Will contact support tomorrow, thanks.

    @ArloSmartHome seriously I'm getting fed up coming home to find my cameras are offline, I have no confidence in your system and I'm on a subscription with yourselves. Really poor. Why not let the customer choose if they want an update and more importantly be there when it updates

    Hey @ArloSmartHome your schedule & geofencing settings have stopped working and I'm having to manually arm & disarm the system... Any update coming to fix this? Using VMB3010r2, H16/H7 cameras & doorbell. With iPhone as my controller.
