    @ArloSmartHome Help- New camera&Account: Husband at the house set it up. I'm at different location and set up account too not realizing I needed to have his invite sent to me. How do I delete the account I started (no devices on) to accept his friend invite and set up our camera remotely?

    @ArloSmartHome 8 weeks later still no fix, still no call back from customer service. You should just offer us all refunds if you know your product will never work as advertised. SO pissed I spent so much on this system. I was a stock holder, but this made me bail.

    @ArloSmartHome Hey folks I found out how to get the attention of Arlo “support”. Call Bob at 408-824-7000 and he will forward your info to Arlo “support”. Bob’s a nice guy but doesn’t understand how Arlo support got so broken.

    @ryangjchandler @jbrooksuk @ArloSmartHome Apparently even if Eufy servers are down, you can’t view the recordings on the base. We just went with Eufy because of price and HomeKit.

    Hello, @ArloSmartHome. Did you know that if your push notification system isn't working a user can't login to their account to update their payment info? And if they don't update their info you cancel their account? I messaged you with this issue but haven't heard back.

    @ArloSmartHome terrible customer service, they are not capable to arrange for a courrier to return purchased by items. It has been going on for weeks now, I must not be the first customer to return an item…

    @Zenia1019 @ArloSmartHome Worst customer service ever. I'm convinced the product is trash. We all have the same complaints and we all get a copy and paste response on how to fix...which never ever works. They have sooooo many 1* reviews with the same complaints.

    @VerisureUK customer service joke as usual. Got the @ArloSmartHome doorbell which was poor. Returned it, told twice that the £4.99 would not be charged but it has been. Was told I would be refunded postage which hasn't - 30min phone call, have to wait and see if they take it

    Hey @ArloSmartHome - your support is closed on weekends - that is really crazy for a security company. My system is down and i have nowhere to turn until Monday. Not ok!

    @ArloSmartHome Why is your product and customer service so garbage? We pay far too much for a crappy experience. EVERYONE that uses your products have the same complaints. Super long delay for motion alerts, if you even get the alert. LONG delay for live stream.

    I’ve been attempting to get help with an issue since August but @ArloSmartHome decided to longer have a phone option and their chat bot is absolute trash. To top things off, now you have to PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION for support? I’m switching to Google Nest.
