    @ArloSmartHome Yeah, your DMs are sending me generic links for tech support and subscription services. There was nothing addressing the issue of 7 day cloud storage being deactivated on my account.

    @ArloSmartHome I love how “out of nowhere” the cameras always disconnect from wifi. It’s great when you’re about to go to sleep and have to instead go outside, take the camera down, and manually reset the battery so it reconnects to wifi. Straight garbage.

    @koyote19 @ArloSmartHome Have they updated you on this? I hate paying for a service that is not working. I called customer service and they said their software is cooked and the engineers are working on it.

    @ArloSmartHome Thank you AI slop but it all worked fine. Then you changed UI. Now it’s broke. I’m still waiting for my call back from your awful Pakistan based support team about this issue from 4 weeks ago. I don’t need an article to tell me how to work location services

    Just learned that as of Jan 1, 2023 @ArloSmartHome is ******* all their customers and the equipment we have installed in going to end up in the trash.

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve spent well over $700 into this system, based on promises and claims made by you. It’s disappointing that you now choose to go back on said promises, I understand not supporting old hardware, but effectively bricking/paywalling the system unless more money is spent is trash.

    @ArloSmartHome please have my case #43366554 addressed and handled immediately. 26 cameras, 3 base stations are now useless paperweights costing me thousands of $ because my subscription is not working any longer.

    Love how it takes over 3 weeks for @ArloSmartHome to get back to me to fix my geofencing issues. ‘We have to escalate this to a higher level’ You need to fire your development team and stop outsourcing your help to India who just read scripts. Fix your trash

    @ArloSmartHome researched chowing your cameras and quickly regretting it. Not interested in you using you help portal which is useless. DM me an email address that I can email normally. Your CVR prices on your website do not reflect what you actually want !!! Not impressed !!!

    @ArloSmartHome Why is it so hard to get help ? It seems so many people are having trouble with battery problems and I need help ! You have to have a subscription to receive live support ? My cameras don’t work !
