    @ArloSmartHome Horrible support from Arlo today. I’ve been a early adopter since 2014 back before the split from NetGear. There was an issue with my account which I didn’t realize until Saturday and which Arlo said I had two days to correct the issue so I call Monday.

    @ArloSmartHome Is the Arlo cloud down? I get alerts but nothing is being recorded to my library. I see my devices in the Arlo app but can’t “play” any of my devices. Yes, everything’s been restarted to no effect.

    @ArloSmartHome your app is terrible. When I’m away from home and want to connect to one of my cameras, it should work instantly, and every time. You’ve failed, and there are competitors. That’s capitalism.

    If you were maybe thinking of purchasing an @ArloSmartHome product for someone for the holidays, maybe run far far FAR away. On top of all 3 of my cameras now not working, customer service just said "no refunds" and ended our conversation.

    @ArloSmartHome We sent our Video Doorbell and all parts as requested back on a RMA to have it replaced. We received the replacement doorbell but not the screws and part that is installed in the doorbell. Can you help?

    Hello all another if you out there have @ArloSmartHome this service is the most unsafe service I’ve ever seen . They do nothing to help but tell you to buy more product . The Arlo dies in less than a year , snd now no ones responding. Covid? ? ?no to arlo
