    Seriously for three weeks I have been working to replace a stinking power cord for @ArloSmartHome - I am ready to end my subscription because I cannot recharge my cameras and am paying for nothing with them. Chats end abruptly. Need help.

    @ArloSmartHome It was clearly a big mistake advising your products to my friends and family, which I now have to explain this terrible EOL decision. Off course I will tell them not to use Arlo products ever again after this little stunt.

    @ArloSmartHome On top of that my camera barely worked when it did and now it’s broken due to water damage that’s why I canceled it I have no use to subcribe and you guys still charge my card half a month after I cancel it wtf is that bullshit you guys just wanna finesse our hard earned money?!

    @ArloSmartHome Thank you AI slop but it all worked fine. Then you changed UI. Now it’s broke. I’m still waiting for my call back from your awful Pakistan based support team about this issue from 4 weeks ago. I don’t need an article to tell me how to work location services

    @ArloSmartHome I cannot log in on app or browser or reset my password. I get an error each time and it tells me to contact support but then says I don’t have access to support. Can you help me so I can use the system I paid hundreds of dollars to install? This is insane.

    @ArloSmartHome WTF Arlo. Will not sell me my upgrade cameras because I live in NC or is it because I'm not woke! I'm a huge @NETGEAR fan with a lot of their product. I'm about to throw everything out and go find the equipment else where! UNBELIEVABLE

    So sick of @ArloSmartHome cams. Constant issues. I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML

And you offer a phone number, which just happens to be one number short of an actual phone number. Can you please give me a number ? I need help.
