    @ArloSmartHome “Arlo support phone # for location” is a lie. Went thru auto support and it couldn’t help. It said - Give email and we’ll contact you. Weeks later still nothing. NO way to talk to anyone bout my faulty device. And I’m told won’t be able to becuz don’t pay $2.99?!?

    @ArloSmartHome the scheduling feature in your app is horrible. I would think being a leader in security it would be better. Paid lots of money and I have to manually arm and disarm certain parts of the day. Fix it!

    @ArloSmartHome when your app tells me my doorbell has 35 new videos I think someone is trying to break in only to look in the app and see 3 new videos. Please fix your app, it's a terrible experience when you tell me the wrong amount of video updates in notifications.

    @AutonomousHoag @ArloSmartHome I couldn’t agree more! I had an issue with my account where it started to not recognize my device and I couldn’t sign in. Had to create a new account but Arlo is not able to cancel my old account! Keep telling me to log in which I can’t do. This service is ******* GARBAGE!!

    I am pretty disappointed lately with my @ArloSmartHome go cameras with cell service provided by @ATT. They keep going offline. 20 miles apart. Tried everything. Seems like it’s pretty common as of the last month with other customers. What’s up with them????

    Choosing @ArloSmartHome has to be the worst decision ever. I would not recommend them for home security. No one has helped me set up my device. What a waste

    @ArloSmartHome isn't so smart for the home. I've tried over countless support cases and hours to resolve a simple issue. We're being charged for an Arlo Smart subscription, with none of the subscription services enabled on our accounts! #arloessential #arlosmarthome #arlo

    @LoudMouthTre @ArloSmartHome Mine go for periods when they’re fine. Then they randomly disconnect, run the batteries down and then I have to jump through hoops to reconnect them. #1 thing you need in a security system is reliability

    @ArloSmartHome May be the worst company out there. There is an issue with my camera and I am unable to cancel my subscription and I cant contact support due to this issue as my camera is not linked to my account anymore. I am stuck paying lol
