WTF @ArloSmartHome … Literally nothing has changed in my home, doorbell still works, lights still work, but ALL cameras take a ****? What update did you push out? Anybody else?

@ArloSmartHome after the latest two app updates, my two cameras no longer take up my entire iPad screen, but are diminished top two tiny boxes that are hard to see. Is there any fix for this? It renders my Arlo Baby monitor almost useless.

@ArloSmartHome your latest iOS update is bugged. Shows my camera and base is offline but it isn't. Data is still retrievable in the library

@ArloSmartHome Your customer support is below par. Answered all the questions. No remedy. Others having same problem with your automated support stating it’s resolved. And yes, I have the most current App available. Impossible to get a “live human” to help.

@ArloSmartHome I am desperate to have contact with customer care ar Arlo to return an item sent to me in error. I get through to technical support who cannot help. They sold me the wrong item, now say there are 'policies' to stop me getting a collection return.

Dear @ArloSmartHome. Please fix your crappy android app. Please. It is incredibly unfair to customers who spent $$ on your cameras to have their ability to use them degrade over the past few years because your app has gotten worse.

@ArloSmartHome is there a limit to how many cameras I could see from HomeKit? I am planning to buy 10, but if there is a limit, it wouldn’t serve my purpose. Need some #help answering the question.

@DeeCee65058630 @ArloSmartHome Oh no. They told me to reinstall app as it’s apparently my app which is problem!!! I have to keep going into library, click filter top left, device, select all, save and then recordings appear, but selection doesn’t remain. Try and see if works for you, hope it does
