    @ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

    I have been spammed by @ArloSmartHome for a few weeks about a sale. I own several Pro 4 cameras and have questions about a newer model. But the AI chat (which IS NOT very intelligent at all) refuses to connect to a human because my cameras are too old. WHAT THE ACTUAL **** ?

    @ArloSmartHome I will never trust your products again. If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

    @ArloSmartHome What a difficult time I have had with any customer support from Arlo. It’s been terrible. 17x trying to update a firmware update with an existing camera. On the phone an hour. Had to buy a new camera. Absolutely terrible experience.

    @ArloSmartHome WTF Arlo. Will not sell me my upgrade cameras because I live in NC or is it because I'm not woke! I'm a huge @NETGEAR fan with a lot of their product. I'm about to throw everything out and go find the equipment else where! UNBELIEVABLE

    Dude this video surveillance company really doesn’t have a way to download 24/7 video snippets. That’s like a plumber not working on toilets @ArloSmartHome figure this out or I gotta find another company. Sucks cause I’ve really liked u so far

    I spent $100 on an @ArloSmartHome wired doorbell. I would have rather lit it on fire, cause it may have given me more joy than dealing with their terrible products, apps, and excuse of customer service. I would NEVER purchase from them again.

    @ArloSmartHome I spent an hour and half yesterday with your team explaining the situation 3 times to 3 different agents. If you don’t have records of those conversations then you can’t help.
