.@ArloSmartHome I am really pained by your customer service. Complained about a non working camera back in April (case # 42451689) and till date did not get a replacement (even after repeated follow up). This is such a bad service for a company who should take security seriously!

@appleinsider I wouldn't be recommending anything from @ArloSmartHome - Arlo / HomeKit has been broken and still no fix. Can't use Arlo cameras on apple HomeKit

@ArloSmartHome @ask_Arlo It happened again, at 14-15% which is when battery saver kicks in. This seems to be the cause. The problem is this Arlo notification is not dismissable. Even if I turn off battery saver, it does not go away. Location services continue to be on, so I'm not sure why it complains.

@ArloSmartHome your cameras are the worst. It goes offline for no reason, then I have to troubleshoot and waste my time on the phone, only for this issue to happen all over again the following month. EVERY MONTH. It’s a useless security because it’s offline

Is anyone else completely unable to login to @ArloSmartHome website? "Internal Server Error". Their 2 factor simply does not work. Their cameras are trash. the app is even worse. How are you still in business?? #RipOff #ArloSucks

@ArloSmartHome What if that had been a HUMAN intruder? Luckily, I didn’t dismiss the alerts even though we have pets. Who do you have accessing the feeds besides parents? As soon as I made a comment out loud about contacting Corp., the issue was miraculously resolved!

@AmazonHelp I purchased an @ArloSmartHome solar charger, and it stopped working. I initially thought it was the camera so I replaced the camera. Only2realize the charger was the issue. Now I'm stuck with a broken device.

So I'm having issues with my @ArloSmartHome go. Not even half paid off yet its missing motions. I've contacted customer service. Took battery out 5 times blah blah nothing. Tried via Twitter. No help whats so ever. So I will have to say I have 3 @ring cameras. Awesome

@ArloSmartHome customer service experience is the worst imaginable. Have tried to get help to resolve Arlos issue with Arlo subscription and there is no human to get hold of. My patience is stretched and I contemplating replacing every Arlo cam. #badcustomerexperience

@ArloSmartHome just “waited in line” for 10 minutes. Then nobody was there - call ended. Then connected with someone, worked for 20 minutes - and then he just ended the call. Please help me get my 3rd camera connected!

True story: 1 key issue w/ @ArloSmartHome Tried2resolve via cust svc, had to sw 5 reps by ph & chat. 0 fixed BUT they made 6 CASE #s & now pushing me to "Update" 6cases daily ea w/diff reps rotating doing 0. What hellish "service" is this? Nothing resolved+ torment tactic!

I asked yesterday that my issue be escalated after multiple customer service contacts including multiple "dropped" calls and suddenly "closed" chats while I was typing a response. No response yet @ArloSmartHome Is anyone escalating or is this just a norm?

@ArloSmartHome when will connectivity issues related to your smart hub not connecting with Apple HomeKit be fixed? Bought pro 3 cameras as you specifically market them as HomeKit compatible yet many people including me can’t connect there cameras to home kit since 07/19. Help?

Buying a wireless @ArloSmartHome device was a terrible decision. Two way communication broken. Never getting six month battery life. Their support channels do not read replies properly and are overall hopeless.
