    @ArloSmartHome I sent my in laws a request to access one camera on my system. I sent them the email invite and they got the app and set up an account. Now when they open the app, it wants them to set up an arlo system. They just want to view mine, not set one up. Help please.

    @ArloSmartHome So my replacement is set up and working but the battery has drained 40% in a lil over 24 hrs. The solar panel charger seems to do nothing. Now I gotta worry abt short battery life and a solar charger that does nothing? C'mon guys, wtf?

    @EufyOfficial Are there any plans to offer solar panels we can plug directly into the cameras so we don’t have to take them down to charge every 200 days or so? Similar to how @ArloSmartHome does it with their cameras?

    @ArloSmartHome help! I bought 6 ultra 2 cameras but when I change the settings away from super wide 180 I can’t change back! I’m stuck at 155 or 120. Also can I use 2 base stations? Thanks!

    @ArloSmartHome @ArloSucks typical Arlo garbage. Don’t think I’ve seen a thumbnail update properly despite their being footage and a crap lod of it. Plus it’s not recording and missing things anyway. If I were paying for it I would be even more pissed off. #stayaway #arlo

    @dflieb @ArloSmartHome it's maybe not the android app itself as opposed to the hardware but it takes a good 10-15 seconds to show a live feed from a single camera and the Google home integration has been broken for months with no sign of a fix.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo makes massive amounts of defective products and customer service is terrible. STILL waiting for a refund or replacement for my defective product. Since AUGUST!!!!!

    @ArloSmartHome WORST SERVICE EVER! I have spent thousands of dollars on these cameras and can’t get them to replace a camera that doesn’t have the ability to be mounted. 9 phone calls, several online chats, emails, all of the above.

    Hey @ArloSmartHome I'm over these Pro cameras continually going offline, putting in a new battery only to have it start sending messages indicating low battery. Have Arlo solar panels attached also to 'keep batteries charged'.

    @sealevel86 @ArloSmartHome Also if you have the money to pay for a Arlo 4K you should have the money to pay for more bandwidth which I’ve never had a problem with.

    Been having loads of issues with my @ArloSmartHome in the last month. Stops recording for no apparent reason requiring a reset. The latest issue is the timeline is all out of synch and showing the older footage than the time stamp. Did you not consider daylight savings ??

    @dusteater @stkbullgod @ArloSmartHome I would argue the biggest tech fix to sell a new smart phone today would be ability to go days without a charge . By the way , my outdoor Arlo cameras get triggered all the time by wind shaking trees , animals , gardeners , pool guy , etc and still last months on single charge

    @ArloSmartHome how should activity zones work? I keep getting alerts for activity outside of the zone.I have adjusted my camera down such that most of the traffic is in the “gray” upper band but still get activity triggered
