I leave my house for a few hours. My ring alert goes off but the app won't open. Error messages. I have a subscription but doesn't do any good if i can't open it. Thankfully my arlo camera was working. @ArloSmartHome @ring

@ArloSmartHome seriously I'm getting fed up coming home to find my cameras are offline, I have no confidence in your system and I'm on a subscription with yourselves. Really poor. Why not let the customer choose if they want an update and more importantly be there when it updates

@BrianfromSTL @googlenest Agreed. I LOVE my @ArloSmartHome setup. Have multiple wifi w 2way audio cams outside. Solar panel powered. Even have a very ancient gen1 of theirs STILL going like a champ. Was wooed by Google in the worst way to buy a Nest doorbell. Please don’t be a fool like me.

@ArloSmartHome this is the biggest joke system having issue with the wirefree doorbell and they can't even fix the problem when you call a second and they can't they can't even raise a urgent ticket

@ArloSmartHome So how do I avoid this from happening? It was fine for the first 5 or so months I had it and once I had to recharge something seems to have changed and it drained in literal days. Don't activity zones help here?

@ArloSmartHome Your RMA and support process is 1 of the most fundamentally broken things I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. One month after raising the initial support ticket, I can finally send the broken item, no idea as to when I might receive the replacement.

@ArloSmartHome I spoke to 2 different people & no fix. On Android & Apple phone, I get 4 notifications on every alert. I've reset the phones, reset the base, stopped & started notifications & no fix. Please help. It's an annoyance! Thanks!

@ArloSmartHome To invest so much money in Arlo has been one of the worst decisions I've made. The amount of time they are not working is equal to the amount of time I've spent on hold trying to get support (in both cases way too much time).

Hey @ArloSmartHome your schedule & geofencing settings have stopped working and I'm having to manually arm & disarm the system... Any update coming to fix this? Using VMB3010r2, H16/H7 cameras & doorbell. With iPhone as my controller.

The only thing reliable about our Arlo is knowing that whenever we want to use it, it will tell us that the devices "appear to be offline". @ArloSmartHome

@ArloSmartHome It is the same issue on your forums since 2018. Cannot drag cam from inactive to active. Now my smart notifications are off, and I get 100 notifications a day, and my battery dies in 2 weeks. Cannot ignore cars or animals.
