    @ArloSmartHome My app says it doesn’t recognize my device from my phone & 2 computers (no way to login). Email verification doesn’t hit my inbox or spam box. I can’t use my camera and Arlo has no method to help me log into my camera. This is terrible. I need to speak to a human!

    @ArloSmartHome has the worst multi factor authentication. Using email and setting a low time limit (2 minutes) is crazy pants. Their email usually take 3-5 minutes to arrive. #silly2fa

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve spent 6 to 8 hours on chat with your customer service concerning 2 cameras that won’t work. Have tried EVERY trouble shooting recommendation to no avail. And now your support people flat out refuse to replace the cameras. Very disappointed in your company!

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve purchased the chime 2. Set it all up but it won’t chime. It’s not on mute, I’ve tried resetting it and even removing it and re adding it, but still not working

    @ArloSmartHome need tech support but your website/app don’t allow it without a subscription. Audio doesn’t work on my doorbell- delivery people cannot hear me. Sometimes I can hear them, sometimes not. Pls help.

    @ArloSmartHome hi, I’m trying to subscribe to be able to record and access my Arlo cam recordings however i get an error every time. I opened many tickets with the support but no one is responding to the tickets! Here’s my last opened ticket: #42809584

    @ArloSmartHome Very disappointed in the Arlo App and ultra 2 functionality. No recording in 4K live view. You have to scale down to 1080 which defeats the damn purpose of getting them in the first place. Also if you’re on an iPhone you can’t change the notification sounds/tone. Wth?

    @ArloSmartHome can't get my doorbell to be detected, can't access support that actually can help without a subscription, can't get a subscription until my doorbell is on my account. No idea what to do next. Did live chat with the bot until it ran about of answers

    @ArloSmartHome 6 months since I purchased Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras: 3 cameras w/ hardware issues, 2 days + 4 customer agents later, no offer of replacement despite being within my 1 year warranty. Should’ve picked @ring 😭 one of the worst customer experiences ever.

    @ArloSmartHome The Arlo pro 4 has a known defect where the camera does not reconnect if your Internet goes down you have to take the battery out and put it back in so if away or if its up a ladder or you are in a wheelchair like myself you left vulnerable #ArloPatheticSecurity

    @ArloSmartHome The worst scam on the market, your cameras battery life is 3 months, then you have to buy new cameras, now they charge you monthly as opposed to nothing the first 3 months, and without your knowledge, be aware…

    @ArloSmartHome Problem is you can’t find batteries for the Arlo floodlight. Don’t buy it cause the battery drains fast and no one sells them.

    Constant problems with our arlo camera system from day one. And they don’t offer support or troubleshooting after the first 90 days. I think that’s terrible for a $700 camera system. Not recommended @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome @techradar Just fix the tech problem where you CAN’T turn on silent mode to mute incoming calls AND turn off the leave a message feature, without having issues. There’s threads dating 2+ year with no resolution. I just want my doorbell to ring w/no call to my phone or a prompt to leave a VM

    Hey @ArloSmartHome! I placed an order for over $500 over 2 weeks ago and the status update shows an error. I called the automated number and got no response. I used the chat and was told I am not eligible for support! This is not okay- my experience has been really poor so far.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo in the UK have the worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere. I purchased 4 x Ultra 2 and 3 x Pro 3 cameras and am now seriously regretting it. I have clearly made a dreadful choice. In spite of the cost I am ditching Arlo totally and finding an alternative. 🙁

    @ArloSmartHome Took 6 days to get a response from you. After day 3 I returned the Arlo, bought a Nest and haven't had any issues. Its a shame Arlo's customer service is so poor.

    @ArloSmartHome we bought an Arlo Pro System but lost the cord to charge the cameras with! How can we charge them? We can’t call you because we don’t have a subscription. Help!

    @ArloSmartHome after going through a loop with the “support” team I still have come up with nothing. Paid over $300 for 3 cameras and 2 of them broke before a year was even up. which sucks since they’re still under warranty & I got zero help.
