    @Patrici54187851 This is not true, the customer service at @ArloSmartHome is not professional. My experience with them so far has been very poor. I am ready to take all of the products back and try a different company.

    @ArloSmartHome I need some help. I feel like I was mislead/scammed when I ordered my Arlo device. It advertised the magnetic mounts on the website but I was sent the screw mounts. It doesn't mention screw mounts anywhere on the PDP

    @ArloSmartHome Can’t see birds on my Arlo cameras, because - one keeps shutting down - one the sensor doesn’t work - one actually works …..so Arlo cameras are a 66% failure for me. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @ArloSmartHome Do not buy Arlo cameras. You will never get in touch with customer service & cameras will break after 1 year. Every single camera will have something go wrong. - sensor goes bad - won’t connect to internet - software will not show features after a while #ConsumerReports

    @ArloSmartHome #offline! Everything is connected, strong signal, I have xfi , and yet…… offline!! What the heck @ArloSmartHome ? Cams are in a separate home and can’t get there so it’s useless.

    @ArloSmartHome It's great for watching bugs and birds but it's not a very good security system. It does work some of the time. They have the worst customer support ever.

    @ArloSmartHome just bought Ultra 2 and the doorbell cam. Only setup instructions were to download the app and follow instructions. App just giving error messages. Customer service hung up on me 5 times. Worst customer service! Returning all to @BestBuy. #arlo #scuritycameras

    @247_arlo @ArloSmartHome @ArloStuff are even capable of comprehending and yet I’m still being given the run around as if I’m some kind of moron. I have done so much troubleshooting and pinpointed the issue to a faulty base station 2/3

    @ArloSmartHome Worst Customer Service Ever! Arlo is a company that takes your money and doesn't care about its customers. Customer Service is outsourced to India, where agents read from scripts and speaks broken English.

    Pretty sure I'm done with @ArloSmartHome . Every time I have an issue they avoid responding or delay until the item is no longer under warranty. Time to look for a company who cares

    @ArloSmartHome , what’s up with your device registration DNS server and the Security floodlight? Using the iOS app I’ve paired a doorbell, but can’t connect to the floodlight. The device joins the network and immediately fails to register. What’s up?

    @GuySie This says $3 a month, the guy at @ArloSmartHome I spoke to was pushing packages for hundreds of $. When I asked about monthly, he only offered $15/month with $160 down. That didn’t seem right!… and still haven’t helped me set up my cameras. About to return them to @BestBuy

    @ArloSmartHome yall are killing me I fully reset 1 camera by disconnecting the battery to fix the auto motion recording one week and then the next week the other one stops working and I need to do the same thing...

    Wasted the entire morning trying to pair my 4 @ArloSmartHome essential cams with my network - yes a 2.4g network - and NOTHING WILL PAIR! No help on their site - no chat - immediate return - awful!

    Hey @ArloSmartHome, you’ve got a real problem with base stations not recording video from your cameras, and it honest to god feels like an effort to make us pay a subscription fee for peace of mind. You going to actual fix this problem?

    @rightytoo @ArloSmartHome This has been my experience as well. Have had the cameras for 5 days now and still can’t get them to turn on. The app doesn’t work, and the customer service line is the worst I’ve experienced with any company. Thinking about trying Ring.
