    Shame on @ArloSmartHome For not taking care of your customer base and providing quality support and bug fixes for your equipment. 30 days of inactive motion detection being sent to smartthings. No fix, No updates and your support is horrendous.

    @ArloSmartHome Customer Service is terrible! Doorbell 1 month old, needs replacing. 5 calls, multiple photos uploaded. Was sent only part of what’s needed. @wirecutter might need to rethink this recommendation!

    @ArloSmartHome Pro 2 camera fail after 6 months/. No replacement battery orderable on your site. Looks like you are sunsetting to price gouge. Worst of all - Support is a useless BOT - no phone number. Arlo will go to recycling. People are not stupid.

    If @ArloSmartHome could develop a camera algorithm that tracked a subject from one view cam1 to cam2 and show the subject transition from one cam to the next cam if the cameras had overlap it would help them sell more cameras and increase the density of sold cams per house.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo Go 2 is not ready for prime time. The battery drains super fast. The only charging option - magnetic charging cable - is super SLOW. And it looks as if you don't even sell replacement batteries yet?

    @ArloSmartHome customer service is the WORST! I’ve wasted hours trying to get my smart notification issues fixed. Broken promise after broken promises by your support people. Today I’m filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Buyers Beware, don’t buy Arlo products!

    @FTC @netflix @ArloSmartHome Both of these companies increased rates by 7.5%! WTF! THIS is causing inflation for no justifiable reason. Plus, we aren't notified about increases. WHY IS THIS ALLOWED?

    Normally don't do this, but my interaction with @ArloSmartHome customer service has been "challenging". Their awful service, is matched by their poor functioning Doorbell. Should have gone with @ring #DontBuyArlo

    If you've been considering home security cameras, I recommend avoiding @ArloSmartHome . Their camera systems are very expensive and their customer service is poor. @WyzeCam is a much better alternative. They don't rip you off and they actually care about their customers.

    @ArloSmartHome need tech support but your website/app don’t allow it without a subscription. Audio doesn’t work on my doorbell- delivery people cannot hear me. Sometimes I can hear them, sometimes not. Pls help.

    @ArloSmartHome we bought an Arlo Pro System but lost the cord to charge the cameras with! How can we charge them? We can’t call you because we don’t have a subscription. Help!

    @ArloSmartHome Very disappointed in the Arlo App and ultra 2 functionality. No recording in 4K live view. You have to scale down to 1080 which defeats the damn purpose of getting them in the first place. Also if you’re on an iPhone you can’t change the notification sounds/tone. Wth?

    Constant problems with our arlo camera system from day one. And they don’t offer support or troubleshooting after the first 90 days. I think that’s terrible for a $700 camera system. Not recommended @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome Problem is you can’t find batteries for the Arlo floodlight. Don’t buy it cause the battery drains fast and no one sells them.

    @ArloSmartHome can't get my doorbell to be detected, can't access support that actually can help without a subscription, can't get a subscription until my doorbell is on my account. No idea what to do next. Did live chat with the bot until it ran about of answers

    @ArloSmartHome @techradar Just fix the tech problem where you CAN’T turn on silent mode to mute incoming calls AND turn off the leave a message feature, without having issues. There’s threads dating 2+ year with no resolution. I just want my doorbell to ring w/no call to my phone or a prompt to leave a VM

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve spent 6 to 8 hours on chat with your customer service concerning 2 cameras that won’t work. Have tried EVERY trouble shooting recommendation to no avail. And now your support people flat out refuse to replace the cameras. Very disappointed in your company!

    @ArloSmartHome after going through a loop with the “support” team I still have come up with nothing. Paid over $300 for 3 cameras and 2 of them broke before a year was even up. which sucks since they’re still under warranty & I got zero help.

    @ArloSmartHome 6 months since I purchased Arlo Essential Spotlight cameras: 3 cameras w/ hardware issues, 2 days + 4 customer agents later, no offer of replacement despite being within my 1 year warranty. Should’ve picked @ring 😭 one of the worst customer experiences ever.
