    I’m ready to switch to a new camera system and get away from @ArloSmartHome. They’re killing old cameras and customer service is the worst. They only let me talk to robots. Any security camera suggestions???

    @ArloSmartHome super disappointed got doorbell in December. Been looking for help back-and-forth. No one will call me.Still not hooked up 30th message back-and-forth. You gonna make me pay for your defective device to send it back. Why can no one help me this is a joke.

    @ArloSmartHome your reseller @BestBuy has dropped the ball and lost my $1000 order for your products. Canceled the order the day after the sale.. due to a glitch. Ordered it a week ago, could have fixed it but 👎 Lost a customer!

    @RyanAma9 @ArloSmartHome I dont think my arlos are that old, but mine are definitely not working.. Maybe its just a bug right now? Mine were working fine earlier.. still even get notifications.

    @ArloSmartHome finally pushed me over the edge… after debating on replacing the battery powered cameras and looking at @Ubiquiti equipment I’ll be replacing all Arlo smart home devices with unifi, however the issue is where I don’t have PoE.

    @ArloSmartHome @ArloSmartHome why am I not allowed to talk to a live agent even though I bought your equipment and it’s not working??? I have to pay you again for a subscription before someone will talk to me, if anybody is considering Arlo, don’t buy it!

    @ArloSmartHome @Arlo - stop advertising new products while you are scamming your existing customer base. Your "end of life" scam is nothing but a money grab. We paid good money for a product that you are artificially shutting down (unless we pay you more money).

    @ArloSmartHome I will never trust your products again. If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

    @ArloSmartHome I will never reco your products. Killing my camera systems I've invested in for years is poor practice. My cams that I paid for will keep working fine... But only if now years after I purchased them, I start to pay a subscription fee! You can get bent!

    So sick of @ArloSmartHome cams. Constant issues. I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML

    @0zFoggy @ArloSmartHome I completely agree. I am fed up with @ArloSmartHome and seriously considering alternatives. The support has been poor for a long time and is not of the quality you'd expect for the price they charge. Not much tangible problem solving from tier 1 support

    @ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

    @ArloSmartHome Where do I start… •Your 6month battery claim appears to be more like 1 week •you have more or less double your CVR prices • Why can CVR not be locally stored • I can’t view my cameras live on a laptop • poor customer service Poor company. Would never choose again

    @ArloSmartHome so not only us who bought some of the original Arlos put up with bugs and just bad performance are now getting EOL and no 7 day storage or anything any more. You guys are giant pricks. Everyone should avoid #Arlo and go with #eufy or someone else.

    @ArloSmartHome 2 months notice of EOL support for Arlo Pro cameras before they become bricks? Not even a trade in program or anything? Terrible customer service. Won't be buying another Arlo product.
