    @ArloSmartHome @HomeDepot Alright arlo has proven to be a crap brand. 1. Bad batteries 2. Cameras continue to go offline constantly! I will never recommend this brand again!

    @ArloSmartHome - Your Customer Service is worst of all! There is no after sales / warranty support in Australia. I had bought Pro2 cameras and within 1 week the battery died! I have been following with customer service since 2 months 42121207 and 42093876 no response from arlo

    @ArloSmartHome All three of my Arlo Pro 4s went dead and I got NO help from the support team! Over $500 down the drain apparently!

    @ArloSmartHome Guess I'll look at returning it since you guys couldn't help me out. Would rather lose out on $400 than send me a $5 outdoor mount that shouldve came with the kit. One indoor and one outdoor makes no sense

    .@ArloSmartHome Hi, You guys have got BIG problems. Arlo Library instead of having 7 days now only showing 2. All clips being deleted instead of the 7 days. No one to answer the Australian customer service line. People can't create new posts in the community. Please FIX this. TY

    @GiveMeSpace3 @ArloSmartHome They keep dropping from our network and when I attempt to add them back, the app can't find them. Keep getting an error stating that they are offline and not connected to a network. And on one, the battery dies after just 3 or 4 days of use (when it's actually working).

    @ArloSmartHome video doorbell firmware update won’t work. It times out. Customer support is unhelpful. Please post a protocol for dealing with this issue.

    If you are shopping for security cameras, my advice would be stay away from @ArloSmartHome. Support is incompetent. Such a bad experience. The cameras are going back.

    @ArloSmartHome - All three of my cameras stopped working 3 weeks ago and your support team has done nothing to help. Your customer support has been piss poor considering the price of your cameras! WTF???

    @AlexTillas17 @ArloSmartHome I just got another unbelievably useless email from their team that supposedly handles warranty claims. I swear, it's a robot handling this department. This can't be an actual human... Unless they are purposefully screwing with me at this point. Worst customer service ever.

    @mluisbrown @ArloSmartHome I regret purchasing @ArloSmartHome , automated software updates have left mine offline waiting for me to push a button on the device (when I was 800km away). Or lose synch for no reason. I'm sure my cameras will be very expensive paperweights soon.

    @ArloSmartHome Experiencing software issues. 4 different smart hubs 3 are shown offline - 2 CONFIRMED connected w/correct indicator lights. Receive notifications now and then. Cannot access or view videos. Need a fix!

    @ArloSmartHome my arlo baby disconnects from our network every 30 seconds. It is NOT my router /network causing the issue which leads me to believe the WiFi in the monitor is going bad...

    @ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae Wish mine had bothered to record when broken into but apparently motion detection can start recording minutes After it detects motion.....and cant record audio and motion together....useless, expensive piece of kit

    @ArloSmartHome Poor customer service. Get an Arlo 3 for Christmas and give me an indoor mount and an outdoor mount for 2 cameras I want outside. So I have to pay $20 to mount my camera

    @ArloSmartHome your baby cam is the most expensive, buggy, broken, piece of crap I’ve used. I’d only buy another one to give to someone I wanted to suffer enormously.
