    @ArloSmartHome Repairing a device after it has unpaird from the basestation is a nightmare, are you serious? I makes me do a full system reset, remove and re add the device every time. Is this thw quality of your systems?

    I forgive a lot of ads and shows for obnoxious sound effects. But an ad playing actual smoke alarm sounds, well you can go **** yourselves. My wife can sleep through me watching TV but not when an actual smoke alarm sound goes off unexpectedly. **** @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome Ditch Arlo. The worst company ever. Installation instructions useless. No customer support whatsoever. Your disrespect for customers is disgraceful. How you remain in business is a mystery. Good people: stay away from this awful product. Waste of time and money.

    Any of my tech friends here have an @ArloSmartHome Wired #Video #Doorbell ? Just installed a new one and keeps dropping off network, although my #Pro3 cameras all working. Hub connected all OK. Doorbell is only 6 ft from Wi-Fi router (ASUS RT-AX92U). Help!

    @ring Customer service USED to be good. I’ve been with them since their prototype door camera. But now their customer service is awful. They know there’s an issue with their cameras but they quote their TOS and offer 35% off a new camera! @ArloSmartHome seems a better choice.

    Can not log in to @ArloSmartHome camera app on 2 different phones. Impossible to contact support on the web, only have an AI chatbot that gives no answer to problem.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo will NOT connect to Alexa. Code sent to authenticate does not send. Please correct this problem I bought the doorbell specifically to access through Echo Show.

I'm able to access the footage on my dream machine pro over the local network, even during an internet outage, and my (very comprehensive) network stats show no evidence of such a connection to ubiquiti's servers.
