    @ArloSmartHome is there an issue with Trusting new devices for 2FA? My new iPhone and iPad both get error messages when I try to add as trusted devices. My old phone and iPad have been deleted.

    @ArloSmartHome hi any support on trying to get the redeemable code to work? Currently have an EOL camera system, and we wanted to get our annual subscription, but keep getting error message when trying to suscribe to the annual multi camera plan.

    @ArloSmartHome Also, a fun bug I found - if I add someone as a friend, it will log them out of _their_ account anytime I change the access settings. Let me help you with the test case: User A should not be able to force User B to log out of their account. #cybersecurity #vulnerability

    @ArloSmartHome App is not muting notifications on IOS... Please fix... No matter how many times I press "mute notifications" in arlo app, it still sends them...

    @ArloSmartHome officially done with arlo. Cameras constantly disconnect now base station no longer connects at all. Garbage, buy @ring

    @ArloSmartHome Based on the bait-and-switch tactics @ArloSmartHome has employed, I can no longer recommend their products. I look forward to joining the class action lawsuit for my 5 cameras if they go through with their plan. $ARLO down almost 64% over the last year.

    @ArloSmartHome Why is it so hard to get help ? It seems so many people are having trouble with battery problems and I need help ! You have to have a subscription to receive live support ? My cameras don’t work !

    Tried to swap my broken camera for new one in my Arlo Secure Single Camera subscription. This used to be flawless but @ArloSmartHome removed this from the functionality. Now I have to cancel my subscription with still 8 months to go, lose my money and start a new subscription.

    @ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

    @Its_Jamin @ArloSmartHome I’m trying to but it gives me a warning that I’ll lose that feature. I shouldn’t lose it. They’re aware of the conflict and are working on a fix.

    @ArloSmartHome @Pocketlint I have over 9 cameras. When I purchased them I did not need a monthly subscription to view my recordings. Since the update 4/24/26 my features are gone. Arlo Tech help can not fix it. Why did Arlo remove my features I’ve had for years?

    Love how it takes over 3 weeks for @ArloSmartHome to get back to me to fix my geofencing issues. ‘We have to escalate this to a higher level’ You need to fire your development team and stop outsourcing your help to India who just read scripts. Fix your trash

    Rug-pull by @ArloSmartHome. Purchased two Arlo Baby’s when they were advertising free cloud storage and now they took it away. This is poor business practice. Also there’s no way to get any service support online unless you pay money for a plan. Do better!

    I should have listened to the reviews @ArloSmartHome had terrible customer service reviews for a reason. Buy something else. Not this.

    @ArloSmartHome Your system is terrible. Your cameras will not stay connected. When you try to reconnect it takes multiple, multiple attempts, if they even ever do connect. Can’t get help from a live person. Customer service is almost non existent.

    @ArloSmartHome It was clearly a big mistake advising your products to my friends and family, which I now have to explain this terrible EOL decision. Off course will tell them not to use Arlo products ever again after his little stunt.

    Dude this video surveillance company really doesn’t have a way to download 24/7 video snippets. That’s like a plumber not working on toilets @ArloSmartHome figure this out or I gotta find another company. Sucks cause I’ve really liked u so far

    @ArloSmartHome @SusannWalters @Pocketlint I have 9 camera I purchased them when Arlo advertised that I would not need a monthly subscription. On April 24th 2026 I lost the features when they did an update. I’m on a fixed income & this was an investment in my home security. Arlo’s technical advisors are no help!

    @ArloSmartHome how the hell does someone get to speak w CS person? I’m locked out of my own damn cameras on the app. If I don’t hear from someone soon, I’m gonna trash these things and buy another company’s cameras. There is NOTHING worse than menu aftr menu of support w no help

    @ArloSmartHome I got a new phone and now my system won’t let me log in even with verification and doesn’t “trust” device even after I select trust. No one is answering phone calls and your online chat doesn’t help

    @ArloSmartHome Trying to upgrade my EOL cameras. Credit card got charged the full amount twice. The CS chats were filled with canned answers and completely unhelpful. No idea if my order is good or not. It's been a while since I've had customer service this bad.
