I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML

If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?

You time out the app two step verification while I’m looking at email on the same device& it becomes an endless circle of frustration.

I can't find a phone number anywhere and when I tried to chat, the response was "please put this in different terms. I'm new". Somebody please help me.

Now I have to cancel my subscription with still 8 months to go, lose my money and start a new subscription.
