I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

Offer all EOL system owners two years of the newer gen cloud storage free. Otherwise every EOL system owner is walking bad PR for @ArloSmartHome for life.

You time out the app two step verification while I’m looking at email on the same device& it becomes an endless circle of frustration.

I was sold on the features, but 2 out of 4 appear offline constantly; I'm lucky if a battery lasts 2 weeks on the optimized setting NOT the 3 or 6 months Arlo claims; my Apple TV sees them fine, but MY.Arlo sees them rebooting. FML
