-
mauriciobond (@mauriciobond23) reported@ArloSmartHome Worst quality control and customer service I’ve seen in a while. I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”
-
Melissa (@llprncs) reported@ArloSmartHome #junk #disappointed how can such a huge company not get on the phone to help you when you purchase their equipment and now the answer is I should pay to send back the doorbell to get another one because it took them four months and now I can’t return it
-
dylan (@DylanStratton) reportedI’m ready to switch to a new camera system and get away from @ArloSmartHome. They’re killing old cameras and customer service is the worst. They only let me talk to robots. Any security camera suggestions???
-
Frank (@taita1965) reportedTried to swap my broken camera for new one in my Arlo Secure Single Camera subscription. This used to be flawless but @ArloSmartHome removed this from the functionality. Now I have to cancel my subscription with still 8 months to go, lose my money and start a new subscription.
-
Finchwizard (@Finchwizard) reported@ArloSmartHome Terrible company and products. People who used them from the start were beta testers and have now been thrown aside from End of Life products. Stay away and literally chose any other company. Its a disgrace.
-
avfc (@krispycremekef) reported@ArloSmartHome One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made, end of

🌹🌹QuinneyUte🌹🌹 (@QuinneyUte) reported**** @ArloSmartHome for abandoning its products and trying to force customers into subscriptions

Alex (@alex__0113) reported@ArloSmartHome Where do I start… •Your 6month battery claim appears to be more like 1 week •you have more or less double your CVR prices • Why can CVR not be locally stored • I can’t view my cameras live on a laptop • poor customer service Poor company. Would never choose again

Eric W (@ejtt7ciia) reportedTo add insult to injury, 4 days after a new controversial EoL policy, @ArloSmartHome sends an email about 20% price increases. Congrats Arlo - you lost a lifelong fan after two bad decisions. It's the timing - you have to give users more than a couple months notice...
-
mrspeeed (@mrspeeed4) reported@ArloSmartHome EOL policy is trash will not be buying anymore arlo products and giving you poor reviews where I can
-
🏎 (@wrinkled_lemon) reported@ArloSmartHome I will never trust your products again. If you can do this to earlier models, what's stopping you from EOL-ing current models a couple of years down the road? Why would I *upgrade* to new models when you can just pull the infrastructural support for it later?
-
Victorious HazaEL (@Praise2ADONAI) reported@CeriCerilou @shumirunnessa Beware that they may hack your cameras. My cameras were hacked and I was unable to access them. One, they set the image upside down and denied me access to change it. Another, suddenly, the company decided to discontinue service @ArloSmartHome I know 👇🏾 #JustAnotherCoincidence
-
Skeldor (@skeldor) reported@ArloSmartHome you guys are the Southwest Airlines of video doorbell companies. Got one for Christmas and have tried for hours to install just to be told you don’t have the bandwidth to handle all the new customers and my doorbell is now offline. Uninstalling and returning.
-
I am no one. (@mahasitavati) reported@ArloSmartHome @AndroidAuth Customer service is the worst, not worth it. Do not buy from this company.
-
LUGA (@luga2020) reported@ArloSmartHome Still not working…
-
Ellen Foster (@ellennnfoster) reported@ArloSmartHome is there an outage on your doorbell server? I'm unable to access any smart features and am getting generic motion notifications, no previews, etc. (I have a subscription)
-
Jacob dailey (@Jacobdailey1517) reported@ArloSmartHome might be one of the worst products and app I’ve ever used..

Julie Younglove (@YoungloveJulie) reported@ArloSmartHome has the worst customer service in the world. no phone number, and no live agent in chat. a bot that circles you into nowhere. and all i want is to cancel my account so i stop getting "important updates" for products i no longer own. frustrated af.
-
Melissa (@llprncs) reported@ArloSmartHome super disappointed got doorbell in December. Been looking for help back-and-forth. No one will call me.Still not hooked up 30th message back-and-forth. You gonna make me pay for your defective device to send it back. Why can no one help me this is a joke.
-
Joey Bartz (@JoeyBartz) reported@koyote19 @ArloSmartHome Have they updated you on this? I hate paying for a service that is not working. I called customer service and they said their software is cooked and the engineers are working on it.
-
Pepe Reporting (@U_R_Not_A_Woman) reported@ArloSmartHome So you can EOL this product too and not support the hardware that I paid more for? No thanks no one wants your ****.
-
Alex Mereness (@MerenessAlex) reported@ArloSmartHome I’ve spent well over $700 into this system, based on promises and claims made by you. It’s disappointing that you now choose to go back on said promises, I understand not supporting old hardware, but effectively bricking/paywalling the system unless more money is spent is trash.
-
Scott 🌻 (@ScottyWitte) reported@ArloSmartHome It’s normal to be frequently, randomly logged out of the Arlo app. But now, this time, I’m unable to log back in. No reason or error given. I’m assuming the people that run this company don’t use their own products.
-
Gaaiz (@gaaiz) reported@ArloSmartHome It was clearly a big mistake advising your products to my friends and family, which I now have to explain this terrible EOL decision. Off course will tell them not to use Arlo products ever again after his little stunt.
-
Dayne Turner (@DayneTurner1) reportedArlo EOLing devices that are 5 years old. Piss poor action by this company. Will be moving to someone else after this move. Tisk tisk. #arlo @ArloSmartHome
-
Josh (@jblanier) reported@ArloSmartHome finally pushed me over the edge… after debating on replacing the battery powered cameras and looking at @Ubiquiti equipment I’ll be replacing all Arlo smart home devices with unifi, however the issue is where I don’t have PoE.
