I'm able to access the footage on my dream machine pro over the local network, even during an internet outage, and my (very comprehensive) network stats show no evidence of such a connection to ubiquiti's servers.

@ArloSmartHome Repairing a device after it has unpaird from the basestation is a nightmare, are you serious? I makes me do a full system reset, remove and re add the device every time. Is this thw quality of your systems?

Any of my tech friends here have an @ArloSmartHome Wired #Video #Doorbell ? Just installed a new one and keeps dropping off network, although my #Pro3 cameras all working. Hub connected all OK. Doorbell is only 6 ft from Wi-Fi router (ASUS RT-AX92U). Help!

@ArloSmartHome Arlo will NOT connect to Alexa. Code sent to authenticate does not send. Please correct this problem I bought the doorbell specifically to access through Echo Show.

@ArloSmartHome It'd be nice to talk to a human when you chat says "it's new and has no answer" TERRIBLE customer service. I have to pay Xtra for cameras that originally came as a pack With Arlo secure IF I join the multiple & pay that monthly fee will you stop the other fees?

@ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae @scottpmcm 2hrs 38m on phone support for a problem reported since 2020 (no HomeKit code shipped with "HomeKit compatible" Arlo devices). Token reset on hub didn't work so now waiting to hear back from engineering.. Really??

Hey @KTLA my @ArloSmartHome battery stopped working in three days instead of 365. That sure seems unreasonable. None of their people will help so I had to turn to twitter. Hope you guys aren’t using them. Love your show.

Hi @ArloSmartHome, for as much as we paid for a doorbell camera and two additional cameras, we shouldn’t be having as much trouble working with these devices as we’ve experienced (somewhat consistently) since purchase. Very disappointed in your systems.

My Mother in law has @ArloSmartHome cameras. They aren’t working and on line help is hard for a 77 year old woman. No phone number to call for support in the US but they want to keep people safe. Yea right. #epicfail

@ArloSmartHome I will have you know that your cameras are dissapointing because they are constantly disconnecting from the wifi. Constantly! It's terrible quality made worse that connecting them back to the wifi is difficult. Makes me regret ever getting them.

@ring Customer service USED to be good. I’ve been with them since their prototype door camera. But now their customer service is awful. They know there’s an issue with their cameras but they quote their TOS and offer 35% off a new camera! @ArloSmartHome seems a better choice.
