    @ArloSmartHome has the worst multi factor authentication. Using email and setting a low time limit (2 minutes) is crazy pants. Their email usually take 3-5 minutes to arrive. #silly2fa

    @ArloSmartHome My app says it doesn’t recognize my device from my phone & 2 computers (no way to login). Email verification doesn’t hit my inbox or spam box. I can’t use my camera and Arlo has no method to help me log into my camera. This is terrible. I need to speak to a human!

    @ArloSmartHome Customers be warned: Arlo cameras will NOT automatically reconnect to internet after outage, nor can this be done via app. Requires physical reconnect. What good is this when you are away from your home…? #unfitforpurpose

    @ArloSmartHome is a garbage company , they will sell you cameras and then almost immediately turn them off and extort money from you for meaningless reasons! DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

    @ArloSmartHome you have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. How am I supposed to have an active device and account if I can’t even get the doorbell to work? This has to be the dumbest way possible to approach install support.

    @TechNinjaSpeaks @Arlo Just started.. seems to work fine.. only issue I’m having is trying to cast the camera video to a Roku tv.. “Siri show front door camera on office tv” keep getting a “some of your devices failed to respond” response from Siri.. @ArloSmartHome any help would be great!

    Hey @ArloSmartHome we pay for a monthly sub program yet cannot get live chat. Your customer support options are BAD. Our camera remains offline. Pro 3 Floodlight w/solar. How do we get it connected to wifi again without climbing up and pulling it off the house?

    @ArloSmartHome The worst scam on the market, your cameras battery life is 3 months, then you have to buy new cameras, now they charge you monthly as opposed to nothing the first 3 months, and without your knowledge, be aware…

    @ArloSmartHome This would be a great product if it wasn't constantly on and offline randomly. Even following all of the support and having a router virtually on top of it, same problem. Stay as far away from these as you can. Check out the community forums - Arlo don't care.

    @ArloSmartHome The Arlo pro 4 has a known defect where the camera does not reconnect if your Internet goes down you have to take the battery out and put it back in so if away or if its up a ladder or you are in a wheelchair like myself you left vulnerable #ArloPatheticSecurity

    @ArloSmartHome Absolutely the worst support of any company I’ve ever dealt with! Spent 4hrs trying to sync cameras to no avail and was disconnected from “live chat” twice! Complete joke!

    @ArloSmartHome Took 6 days to get a response from you. After day 3 I returned the Arlo, bought a Nest and haven't had any issues. Its a shame Arlo's customer service is so poor.

    @ArloSmartHome the baby camera that I had previously set up and was working will not connect to the app. Your products have been extremely difficult to set up. How can I resolve this issue?
