One, they set the image upside down and denied me access to change it. Another, suddenly, the company decided to discontinue service @ArloSmartHome I know 👇🏾 #JustAnotherCoincidence

It’s disappointing that you now choose to go back on said promises, I understand not supporting old hardware, but effectively bricking/paywalling the system unless more money is spent is trash.

I can't find a phone number anywhere and when I tried to chat, the response was "please put this in different terms. I'm new". Somebody please help me.

I have 6 cameras and 2 of them died misteriously 2 months after the warranty had expired. Their response after hours of “troubleshooting” with them (making me waste hours on stuff that’s on the manua): “Tough luck”

The CS chats were filled with canned answers and completely unhelpful. No idea if my order is good or not. It's been a while since I've had customer service this bad.
