Now I have to cancel my subscription with still 8 months to go, lose my money and start a new subscription.

Conflicting cellular info has halted a Go2 purch a live agent could easily clarify. Seems bad social media is only way to get attention/answers to product Q’s.

The CS chats were filled with canned answers and completely unhelpful. No idea if my order is good or not. It's been a while since I've had customer service this bad.

Your company can't get basic languages right. Sigh, amateur hour at the zoo. Not even counting how unstable your entire platform is.
