    @ArloSmartHome Not happy with customer service. Spent over $400 with home smart security. Not working due to apps updated. Left without security. Cannot connect with new app😡

    @arlosmarthome Very Poor customer service, I've submitted a support request through the Arlo App since I'm not able to see my library videos any more, I have voiced my discontent but not response from Arlo.

    @BrianfromSTL @googlenest Agreed. I LOVE my @ArloSmartHome setup. Have multiple wifi w 2way audio cams outside. Solar panel powered. Even have a very ancient gen1 of theirs STILL going like a champ. Was wooed by Google in the worst way to buy a Nest doorbell. Please don’t be a fool like me.

    @ArloSmartHome - same contact issues as other tweeters. Trying to subscribe but web, chat, and phone have not worked for days. Please help me give you money & save more nighttime wildlife recordings! (Related: no more subscription reminder emails needed.)

    @ArloSmartHome Suddenly stopped receiving notifications on iOS app. Problem began with latest app version 3.0.1. Kind of important to have notifications. When will this be fixed?

    @ArloSmartHome support team continues 2 disappoint-Since January I have been trying 2 update my credit card info-exp date changed-with no success-I must have 4 case numbers-latest one 42330551- I'm not sure how good they R at product support-but 4 account support- they R TERRIBLE

    @ArloSmartHome Your RMA and support process is 1 of the most fundamentally broken things I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. One month after raising the initial support ticket, I can finally send the broken item, no idea as to when I might receive the replacement.

    @ArloSmartHome @mbmcrae @reviewed i have just spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get help with my Arlo account from someone who has only confused me 1000x more than I was when I called. Why are you farming out your customers service to non-english speakers? it's ludicrous. problem NOT resolved.

    @ArloSmartHome any chance we might get a firmware update soon? Constant false “vehicle alerts” are making me cranky. Camera records for 4-5 minutes and there’s literally nothing there. I’ve set the position well below the shaded area and turned sensitivity way down. Not helping

    @ArloSmartHome seriously I'm getting fed up coming home to find my cameras are offline, I have no confidence in your system and I'm on a subscription with yourselves. Really poor. Why not let the customer choose if they want an update and more importantly be there when it updates

    .@ArloSmartHome your products really are terrible. The baby cam shows a live stream that froze at some point in the night. It lags by at least a couple of seconds and quite often, it just sits there trying to connect. You should be ashamed of selling this as a baby safety device

    The only thing reliable about our Arlo is knowing that whenever we want to use it, it will tell us that the devices "appear to be offline". @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome worst support I have ever seen. 5 open tickets no replies response or answer. Paid for overnight camera and it never came. 8 days and counting....

    Hey @ArloSmartHome your schedule & geofencing settings have stopped working and I'm having to manually arm & disarm the system... Any update coming to fix this? Using VMB3010r2, H16/H7 cameras & doorbell. With iPhone as my controller.

    @ArloSmartHome It is the same issue on your forums since 2018. Cannot drag cam from inactive to active. Now my smart notifications are off, and I get 100 notifications a day, and my battery dies in 2 weeks. Cannot ignore cars or animals.

    @ArloSmartHome App is allowing me to select, then it just gets stuck or I have to deselect geofencing every day for it to recheck my GPS location. No error message, just nothing working properly. Will contact support tomorrow, thanks.

    Hey @ArloSmartHome love the video doorbell but changing WiFi networks is almost impossible. The doorbell WONT scan the QRcode and there’s no work around. The support is terrible. No answer on phone. Help please

    @ArloSmartHome As a developer I know off by one errors are very common but I’d hope your team could fix the issue on the iOS doorbell app badge count

    @ArloSmartHome anyone able to help with UK support? Raised a support case, waiting days on reply, call contact number and jump through automated hoops and wait for 10 mins only for it to cut off due to "technical difficulties" and no live chat for UK either! Awful service.
