    If @ArloSmartHome could develop a camera algorithm that tracked a subject from one view cam1 to cam2 and show the subject transition from one cam to the next cam if the cameras had overlap it would help them sell more cameras and increase the density of sold cams per house.

    @ArloSmartHome I’ve been trying to contact customer service through the app and it won’t work. My question is that we have one of our cameras went bad but we have an older system am I able to buy a new camera and just add it to the old system oh will not be compatible?

    @ArloSmartHome It’s now 1/18. I have been trying to get my malfunctioning doorbell replaced since 1/7. @wirecutter - Please rethink your recommendation! This is a nightmare!

    @ArloSmartHome Pro 2 camera fail after 6 months/. No replacement battery orderable on your site. Looks like you are sunsetting to price gouge. Worst of all - Support is a useless BOT - no phone number. Arlo will go to recycling. People are not stupid.

    @ArloSmartHome why is your indoor camera $99 when the outdoor is the same price, also shoots color night vision, is weather resistant, and battery powered, and every other spec is the same? That indoor camera costs nothing to design and produce, uses the same code-base, etc. Bad!

    @ArloSmartHome This is getting to be the worst devices. Cameras are good. They sent a notification of a vehicle and person on the porch, yet, it took 8 minutes of attempts to get to see wtf was going on at my home. Logging in shouldn't require 10 minutes

    @ArloSmartHome I need help with determining if the cameras I bought can work with my mobile hotspot (which gets 5G speeds). I don't/can't subscribe until I determine if this is possible. But your chatbot won't let me talk to someone. Community + Support pages are not helpful

    If you've been considering home security cameras, I recommend avoiding @ArloSmartHome . Their camera systems are very expensive and their customer service is poor. @WyzeCam is a much better alternative. They don't rip you off and they actually care about their customers.

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo….. worst customer service I experienced. More a toy than a tool! Arlo doesn’t function if temperatures are too low… we don’t all live in California and this should not be sold North . Bought them, we have to live with them until feed up & throw them in the garbage 🤬

    I dont recommend the @ArloSmartHome for the long haul. My cameras won't connect now to the base station and I've tried every troubleshoot article I've been given. I'm not "entitled" to a live agent. So all of this money down the drain. stay away

    @FTC @netflix @ArloSmartHome Both of these companies increased rates by 7.5%! WTF! THIS is causing inflation for no justifiable reason. Plus, we aren't notified about increases. WHY IS THIS ALLOWED?

    @ArloSmartHome customer service is the WORST! I’ve wasted hours trying to get my smart notification issues fixed. Broken promise after broken promises by your support people. Today I’m filling a complaint with the Better Business Bureau! Buyers Beware, don’t buy Arlo products!

    Shame on @ArloSmartHome For not taking care of your customer base and providing quality support and bug fixes for your equipment. 30 days of inactive motion detection being sent to smartthings. No fix, No updates and your support is horrendous.

    😠 @ArloSmartHome sucks. I've been communicating with @ArloSupportUS for two days now after I stopped receiving push notifications on my iPhone. I have followed all and every step suggested but the issue remains unresolved

    I'm not sure why I am seeing all these ads for #arlo products when they do NOT work correctly. Instead of an ad campaign maybe a top notch coding team that can fix your mess of a non existing security system that does NOT work. @ArloSmartHome

    @ArloSmartHome Fantastic quality, only when they work!!! But it is ok, just to drop connection, go offline any time without any reason. Stop charging, just because ... I DONT EVEN ******* KNOW WHY????

    Normally don't do this, but my interaction with @ArloSmartHome customer service has been "challenging". Their awful service, is matched by their poor functioning Doorbell. Should have gone with @ring #DontBuyArlo

    @ArloSmartHome I had my internet go down this past weekend. I had no acces to any of my cameras, no local access, no recodings, nothing. Once your wifi goes out you have nothings with Arlo.

    @ArloSmartHome Customer Service is terrible! Doorbell 1 month old, needs replacing. 5 calls, multiple photos uploaded. Was sent only part of what’s needed. @wirecutter might need to rethink this recommendation!

    @ArloSmartHome Arlo Go 2 is not ready for prime time. The battery drains super fast. The only charging option - magnetic charging cable - is super SLOW. And it looks as if you don't even sell replacement batteries yet?
