Even have a very ancient gen1 of theirs STILL going like a champ. Was wooed by Google in the worst way to buy a Nest doorbell. Please don’t be a fool like me.

Why are you farming out your customers service to non-english speakers? it's ludicrous. problem NOT resolved.

Camera records for 4-5 minutes and there’s literally nothing there. I’ve set the position well below the shaded area and turned sensitivity way down. Not helping

Really poor. Why not let the customer choose if they want an update and more importantly be there when it updates

It lags by at least a couple of seconds and quite often, it just sits there trying to connect. You should be ashamed of selling this as a baby safety device

Dave, Not Dave (@davidcouncil) reported@ArloSmartHome It is the same issue on your forums since 2018. Cannot drag cam from inactive to active. Now my smart notifications are off, and I get 100 notifications a day, and my battery dies in 2 weeks. Cannot ignore cars or animals.

Raised a support case, waiting days on reply, call contact number and jump through automated hoops and wait for 10 mins only for it to cut off due to "technical difficulties" and no live chat for UK either! Awful service.
