    @BlizzardCS I do not want any refund mate. Main problem is how second boosted charged? And why u banned me when I try to explain that on ticketing! Please focus here. That was a bug and you try to cover up. I do not do anything for buying the second one. I wasn't even in the shop screen?

    @PlayOverwatch Hi @PlayOverwatch @BlizzardCS I'm on PS5. The "Appear Offline" feature is broken. Even with PSN set to offline, my Overwatch account shows as Online right after launching the game. It won't stay offline. This started after the recent update. Please fix this bug soon. Thanks!

    @BlizzardCS Thank you for trying to fix housing, I bought several items and won the roll on a few and did not get credit, my poor horde house lost out and I was not getting credit for neighborly nor healing the wounded artist...so thanks for looking out for us, signed, Aoibheil #1296

    @BlizzardCS I seriously doubt it's due to any complexity of the client or even backend services per se; it's the complexity of maintaining consistency of data that often is 20+ years old, like ledgers of items dropped and looted. Migrations at scale always encounter unforeseen problems.

    @BlizzardCS based on volume of reports rather than content. Mark my words, the report system and weak handling of customer dissatisfaction with it will be what actually kills the game, not rivals or any other hero shooter, but an easily rectifiable problem that you refuse to acknowledge.

    @BlizzardCS I was playing on my phone literally 1 hour ago. Now the game is unplayable. I tried deleting the game on my phone and reinstalling on my phone. Still the same problem.

    @BlizzardCS the past two days I’m regularly getting stuck at the loading screen and being kicked for inactivity. I’ve been suspended 4 times now I just want to play drives :’) (I normally have no connectivity issues at all)
