Dan Owen (@dowen1960) reported@BlizzardCS 3 hours and 22 minutes later still looking at a black screen. Until a disconnect you and you get to start all over again. Can't take a different server because you can't even get to that part of the interface.

Brian Fuller (@Brian_Fuller7) reported@Leetstick @kadieahlynn @BlizzardCS I mean as a paying customer I can’t play every Tuesday for a few hours. This same issue popped up during the first week of the event. It’s not F2P, but it is a 16 year old game that doesn’t have the same tech as newer persistent games and has to be patched for content and bugs.
