  @BlizzardCS Not in your known issues, I own OW1, had paid and played the OW2 beta, skins/cosmetics all show up but all of my characters are locked and unplayable. Shows 0/19 hero challenges but I shouldn’t have the challenges, husband got in and had to unlock nothing on his end. What gives?
