The error code doesn’t match the problem happening as I’ve moved 2 characters using unstuck service as suggested and the issue persists. They weren’t stuck originally either 😥

Nothing. Tried everything. CS no help. I'm begging you. Loyal fan and player for over 20 years. Please fix this.
