    @BlizzardCS I completed the account merge before OW2 came out. I am not able to even get into OW2 to see if the account merge worked or not because I am still getting the Unknown Server Error and then i get kicked out. I’ve tried logging into on my ps5 and pc. Tried since launch.

    @BlizzardCS US864066437 coming up on 5 days waiting for an answer. I have since opened up tickets asking for $200+ in refunds. Abysmal service. Please save yourself lost revenue and take care of what I’m asking for. About to be a lost customer forever.

    @BlizzardCS US86406437 Coming up on day 5 of no response on a ticket. Have since asked for $200+ refund on multiple purchases. Unacceptable service. Need movement on this with an acceptable result or I’m permanently dropping blizzard.

    @PlayOverwatch @BlizzardCS I've got an issue where im in queue at 2000 but it wont go down at all. It's been an hour, ive restarted, scaned & repaired and uninstalled and reinstalled the game. still, it wont go down. any thoughts?

    @pineapp26670271 @BlizzardCS I know right. I play on xbox and I got the watch point pack thank to a friend and I don't have anything from it all. All I been told to try and fix it is to uninstall my game reinstall it and hope that fixes it.

    @BlizzardCS I've submitted a ticket to fix the phone issue, but I have to say, when I have an authenticator literally linked to the account, sending an SMS to an outdated phone number seems like a major design flaw. Ticket number US86919387

    @BlizzardCS @truckdude239 GAME BREAKING ISSUE of “The application encountered an unrecoverable error" on OW2. I have made numerous forum posts, reddit post, tweets, and even a support ticket (which has been open for 19 hours with no help/acknowledgement).
