@BlizzardCS my guild and I are on Mankrik as Alliance. It is untenable. There are many servers where there is one overwhelmingly large contingent of horde or alliance and it essentially makes the game a non-game. When are you going to fix servers?

This wasn’t me, btw, but… you can’t do that to a paying customer, you work to find a solution. #badcs

@BlizzardCS All caps issue is also causing our custom controls to be reset every time the game is restarted. The search for ctlo and keyo files in C:/Users/Saved Games/Diablo II Resurrected" is case sensitive. That makes game basically unplayable for many. Needs fixing now, not in weeks.

@BlizzardCS How about the issue with online character names being changed to all caps and it causing custom control settings to reset to defaults every time the game restarts? Where's the emergency maintenance to fix these problems introduced by the last round of maintenance?
