Sheldon Gage (@zabergau) reported@BlizzardCS Just found out that orc melee animations and sounds are broken. Went to make ticket. No way to talk to a person digitally or over the phone. Many people reporting this bug and problem and no word from blizzard. Why pay a monthly if you get no support?

Matthew Thomas (@Mthomas9123) reported@BlizzardCS what is happening with east coast servers. I keep getting disconnected after just a few moments in game. Never had this issue before and started randomally last night in middle of SSC. I’ve uninstalled and reloaded game. Reset router, cleared DNS. Nothing working

Dirk (@Zigpep) reported@BlizzardCS I'm having real issues with quests from Icecrown this week. Last week I was able to get my warrior through the first few Shadowmourne quests, but this week I have 3 toons stuck on the first quest. The hammer will not spawn in the cavern for me at all.

roxrussell (@roxrussell) reported@BlizzardCS Maintenance is FAR from complete. The game is unplayable. Check your Tech Support forums for people begging for it to be fixed. Put up a notice on the Battlenet Login screen that you at least are aware of it.
