I'm paying with my own credit card, the PC I use it for work and I'm working in the financial and accounting sector and I'm aware about safeguarding.     @mightygrippers @Wowhead Well, blizzard's customer service team might at least show you the proper steps on how to appeal the chat ban Just tagged blizzardcs on X But still, I myself said things out of hands in the heat of the moment but I don't go wild and never caught any ban or warning.

    @BlizzardCS As a 20 year paying customer, may I please know how I can submit feedback on what I and many others feel is considered poor customer service? This question has not been answered or even acknowledged in the tickets that led to the retaliatory warning nor in this thread.
