    @superdork3xl @BlizzardCS The reset has been done and the crash stop successful but it was temporary due to the sypwares and bugs I installed was not enough to completely stop the crashing so there is a last tool need to make it permanent

    @BlizzardCS No, no characters on any of the servers are able to be logged into, the error code is (WoW51900319) and none of the forums have helped.

    @BlizzardCS Yes I have and I’ve got nothing but a reach around from them. Y’all need to add some funds to my account. A good amount of funds. See blizzard isnt doing so well lately y’all should try to keep customers that want play your games still. This msg was ridiculous. Customer service?

    @BlizzardCS Can't use points on warzone card because it says card redeemed after I followed the directions on the back of the card, redeemed the points and it still say my account has $0.00 balance on my account and the cards not working nomore cause it says it was redeemed

    @BlizzardCS for the world of warcraft nerf on Moroes in lower Karazhan. The 1 minute debuff isn't applying it's still the permanent. Can we get a fix on this??? Bug reports don't get fixed hardly.

    @BlizzardCS So I walked to Walmart and bought a 20 dollar card and put the card number after I scratched it in the launcher, web browser, my phone app, my phone browser and it says it’s not valid. Your customer service told me I have to wait until they constant someone else idk….
