    @BlizzardCS Initial ticket submitted on 11/26 US76496509 I received no response. On 11/28 I opened another ticket because I assumed my initial ticket had been overlooked. US76631817 The tickets have been merged but nobody from CS has contacted me. Issue still unresolved

    @BlizzardCS @azvdg I am getting a similar problem: it takes a longer in “retrieving realm list”. it shows the list with no characters per realm. I look for mine “Stormrage”. then i get a Black Screen. After a while it shows my toons. Try to log at 70% of the blue bar, I get “character not found”

    @BlizzardCS Keep getting “World Server Down” in WoW retail. Now sound, either. Fresh install on brand new SSD and was working perfectly before maintenance.
