    @shablagoosh @BlizzardCS It must be problem on their side. I can browse support/gifts but if i want to go to account settings I get that error.

    @BlizzardCS there’s a bug where using telekinesis on portals insta kicks you. Why is the feature there when it’s clearly broken? Maybe it’s just on console that’s why you dgaf. This bug has happened since launch

    @BlizzardCS First of all, I’ve been playing D2 HC for years, I accept death. The server returns me an error. I wait the 60seconds queue timer. The servers returns me: “dead HC characters cannot create games”. WTF To die in the character selection screen is a first.

    @BlizzardCS Now they say I can not ask for escalation or contact them again or it will result in account suspension. Which may not end up being as big an issue as this is. We literally had crashes from the second day, nothing resolved or addressed. Very upset.

    @BlizzardCS Whatever the hell update you pushed today has broken the wow login…stuck in constant update loop and even reinstalled blizzard launcher app to achieve success with that only do be perpetually stuck at CAS system unable to initialize. Trash game and company

    @BlizzardCS Live chat is not available to me. Is was recommended but will I will get in trouble for talking to them as well? I am unsure of hierarchy and what my options are. But I have never been more certain something is not right. I wish to use every legal option available to communicate.

    @BlizzardCS my login client keeps updating - I tried repair and it's now stuck in a loop saying "whoops something went wrong" when it finishes. Any thoughts on this??
