    @BlizzardCS on D2R patch 2.4 (XOne) I have never been able to connect to Bnet. Now I can't get past load screen to offline characters. Is this a temporary issue? Is there somewhere I can get support? Game is now a very expensive intro screen.

    @Blizzard_Ent @BlizzardCS I would like to see if I could remove the current authenticator without having to go into the authenticator app as the phone I used for that has recently broken.

    @BlizzardCS It's been 15+mins since I ordered my 200 OWL tokens, I'm currently continuously checking on it. I want the new Reaper OWL skin, and I don't get how this works, is there a queue on OWL tokens because everyone is buying OWL tokens at this time or a different error?

    @BlizzardCS Im having trouble with a transmog that I had gotten from a friend awhile ago, its the fairy looking one from the in game store and its not showing up in my transmogs, what do I do to fix this??

    @BlizzardCS It's actually working correctly now. FFR, all I did was disable auto sign in. I connected to bnet by manually signing in and then enabled auto again. Everything works.

    @BlizzardCS Logged in for first time since Vol 2 update. No audio upon starting game(intro vid, game play, etc.). Eventually get a loud 'tick tick tick tick'. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Issue persists. 2 headsets tried. Issue persists. Is there a known issue?

    I was going to start playing OW a long time ago, but I'm waiting for the OWL tokens that I already paid 10 bucks for to appear in my account, I got an error message that said "The shop is currently busy and my product will arrive shortly." an hour ago! @BlizzardCS
