    @nickc2122 @BlizzardCS That's why they do a pre-patch and wait 1 week before they start the important stuff. By the time the xpac actually launches, they'll have most of the trouble bugs worked out so when March 2nd comes, you grab your quest and GO!

    @BlizzardCS Have you guys addressed the issue with upgrading gear yet? I can't upgrade my gear at all on retail. It's been broken since Tuesday and I can't seem to find an update on it. Thanks.

    @BlizzardCS yes and i do not want to post publicly why i am asking for consideration but it is in the ticket and i have very little time left and in fairness some of the issues were on the server end. and my issues were out of my control, unfortunate timing, and have since been resolved

    @BlizzardCS can’t get any crafting orders sent to anyone? Get an error message saying Try Again Later ? Wasted like 90 gilded crests! How do I put in a ticket to get them reimbursed?

    @BlizzardCS ... Customer service does not exist like it did in the early years. Fishing in SW standing on the back of the row boat opposite end of the deck where the fish trainer is. As I was fishing along zoomed in on my bobber, I get booted and game banned. Case ID: #107594197

    @Kneckt @BlizzardCS Extending the maintenance isn't a problem, it could even be a 24-hour maintenance. The problem is not compensating the players for the lost day.

    @ChaoticTwigg @BlizzardCS Doesn't mean you need to be okay with subpar service. People are venting their displeasure, which is kool. What's more concerning is, goin on 25 yrs now and nothing's changed. Same old same old. But that's part n parcel of Blizzard operations I guess.

    @BlizzardCS so i said i had it was just resolved even tho last thing i said was "i had extra sparks laying around and wanted to test ... i can craft items from scratch so its just the recraft that is bugged nuthing has changed on the other problems yet" told me to report bug...
