    @Gutimoney @BlizzardCS I had Similar issues too without me knowing what's going on I ask for explanation from their support team after series of appeal sending mails and no response I was referred to JAVA_CRACKS on IG he got mine fixed and now am back.

    @BlizzardCS That was the first thing I tried actually haha. No luck. I just had a ticket response from "GM Yarisend", but even their efforts were unable to fix the problem. I even had my brother log in from his computer and the bags were still missing This is only impacting my Main, not alts

    @BlizzardCS similar issue here that i'm seeing everyone else have, but even though i claimed the skin, it is still locked in my game. first time having this issue too. i was able to collect all the other drops and nothing has changed on my end so i'm not sure what happened.

    @BlizzardCS Hey! So I've got an issue where I didn't receive an axe I won in LFR via postmaster, ticket US89702915. I've done this exact thing of not waiting to loot a boss and still getting the item via Postmaster. I don't want the logs to expire before this is resolved. Thanks!

    @BlizzardCS I’m on console. This issue is only happening on my account. Tried my friends and girlfriend account and it doesn’t disconnect when I play. I’ve even tried on other consoles as well and still have the same issue.

    @PlayOverwatch @BlizzardCS please fix the sombra bug on capture the flag my enemies keep abusing a bug where they can teleport the flag back to our spawn it’s really annoying and is ruining the gamemode for me trying to climb up the ranks

    @BlizzardCS I messaged you guys ten days ago about an issue I’m facing about my account. Since then I’ve put in an additional two tickets with no fix. I’m going on a month and a half now without this being fixed. Is there a way I can actually talk to a person to get this fixed?
