    @BlizzardCS @dewliciouz I purchased the watchpoint pack but it’s not showing that I own it in the game but it shows I do in the Xbox store? Is this a known issue or is this just affecting me?

    @BlizzardCS @BlizzardCS - For those of us that are missing all of our cosmetics, should we not play until the issue has been resolved? I don't want to risk playing, only to be told 'there's nothing we can do' since you've already progressed whatever this new bare-bones account is. Thanks.

    @BlizzardCS I had my Overwatch PS4 account linked to Battlenet for years but none of my progress is shown in Overwatch 2, it's as if I never played the game before. Is there any way to fix it?

    @BlizzardCS @dewliciouz "Some" probably wasn't the best choice of words in this case. For those of us that are missing ALL cosmetics, we don't know if the known issue applies to us.
