Being told to download a client and reinstall or turn ur computer off then back on again is unacceptable. This game has been running for 20+ years. Quit bs us and actually get some real people back in there for QA and CS.

It has been a problem in the past, but had been good for months. Real shame it's happening again as the game sucks with high ping. #overwatch

I'm not able to download bnet and with all the files that Blizzard cs suggested I delete I cannot uninstall the game now, trying to remove all hidden files etc. I tried. I ended up just cancelling my subscription.

Bribable Mango (@BribableMango) reported@TheAjMc1 @BlizzardCS With emergency maintenance it’s very hard. Usually when you are responding to an emergency you don’t know what the problem is. So you have to find what is causing the issue. I’ve seen it take anywhere between 2 hrs to over a day. It’s bad practice to give an eta for an emergency.
