    @BlizzardCS i see no issues in the original response. as a company you’re obviously held to a higher standard than the everyday consumer, however responses like PJs add depth to the overall customer service experience, whether it’s about a good or bad thing

    @BlizzardCS Your customer service is a ******* joke, i was trying to get help with a achivement on serin isle i said had done everything for the daily quest mount to show up but your customer service told me i had to and achivement for the mount daily to show up, so i got a link to wowhead..

    @BlizzardCS hey man if your servers disconnect me randomly AGAIN and I lose ANOTHER legendary tribute I'm going to get really really really pissed dude. Maybe implement something where if your garbage servers **** me out of the game I don't lose my really valuable consumable

    @BlizzardCS I have reported this numerous times and its still not fixed. Why is the in game shop bugged? THE PICTURE of the heroic outland pack shows you get a bunch of mounts you don't get. How many people are buying this and ending up angry that what they bought isn't even in the picture? Why is the issue inconsistent? It doesn't always show this? No one responds and this is a serious concern about misrepresenting something you guys are selling.

    @BigJ5_ @BlizzardCS Hey! This happened to someone I know today and it was because they were banned on a previous account that had their Xbox account connected. And they connected it to their new account it had no issues until today. Once removing it. He’s able to play again.

    @BlizzardCS Do you ever feel embarrassed by your poor standards and bad quality work? First thing we have all looked at every day all xpac long so far is your glaring transmog bug on the login/warcamp screen that you refuse to spend a few minutes to fix.
