Yep, you gotta be in at 3am every Wednesday so that maintenance doesn't interrupt service during prime time. No, you don't get bonus pay for those hours. Doesn't seem like good business.

I’ve submitted many tickets to blizzard to remove authenticator and I can’t check those tickets cause I can’t login! Help!
