  @PhillyFanatic69 @BlizzardCS The problem is the 6 hours of maintenance yesterday and another 8 hours today, which until about 3 hours ago, only said the normal 1 hour. 14 hours of maintenance in a 32 hour period is rather unacceptable, or percentage-wise, that's almost 44% downtime.

  @BlizzardCS @GirlGoblin1 You guys at Blizzard are particularly stupid. Supposed to be insane programmers which are working on the biggest MMORPG, yet doesn't know that by upgrading the database from the Oceanic Servers every realms needs to go down. I'd have no problem if we had a warning before.

  @BlizzardCS Has there ever been discussions about doing downtime maintenance during off-hours, like 3rd shift? Taking the servers down for 8 hours during the day, during the week seems a bit counter productive

  @ClintTaggart @BlizzardCS Thanks! I didn’t realize it got delayed further. I think the overall issue is Blizzard’s lack of clear, concise, and punctual communication on what’s going on. It’s not just poor communication on social either. Even in the client and game they communicate so haphazardly.

  @Kamalii63 @BlizzardCS Tuesdays have always been maintenance days, and we all know times can vary. That’s not going to change just because it doesn’t work with your schedule. I suggest switching your schedule if it’s that much of an issue.

  @Omyslash0 @BlizzardCS yea no if its only for South American server no reason to bring all us realms down to fix that Literally he can isolate the servers they need to do work on and only bring them down I am a server engineer for my company and you can isolate servers

  @BlizzardCS Not sure what maintenance was done but now that the server is back up, it keeps dropping me and will no longer let me connect. Have not had this issue until now.

  @JosephLaurich @BlizzardCS So employees should be required to work extra hours on maintenance days like this to ensure we have a good experience? Or should they schedule the maintenances to go off automatically and then come into the office with a plethora of issues that aren't resolved?

  @BlizzardCS every time i go to appeal it says You can't submit this ticket. An error has occurred. This may be a temporary error, so please try again later. i just want someone to look into this incident as people were taking advantage of the report abuse system.

  @Khaivet @NikoTheBudgie @BlizzardCS I'll just go off context clues from your reply Khaivet, you did a good job addressing it but also it's the principle of the issue. they are a huge company now and can afford to have redundant servers to pre-patch and get ready, then just roll traffic over to. or give real notice
