    @BlizzardCS do you have an update? The game has been down and it takes but a minute for you to give us an update. Most sitting waiting while others could probably find something to do until you figure out something that should be an easy fix. It's not maintenance day afterall.

    @BlizzardCS Having an issue where after i attempt to search for a match, it hangs and states it cannot connect to a server. Just started occurring in the last 10min.

    @BlizzardCS Having trouble logging into game. Shows a realm list, selected one, then get "Retrieving character list" and after many minutes, it still has not populated. Checked Wowhead and MMO-Champions but no reports that I could find. My realms are Duskwood and Spirestone.

    @BlizzardCS Just resetting the password and computer. I'm going to go at it in a little bit. See if it's just a connection issue, maybe just a little time to reset.

    @empressNoxima @MsMedved_ @BlizzardCS Blizzard's quality team is actually just AI, but this is a super edge case issue that clearly doesn't happen to very many people so I don't think I can blame them for this one.

    Hey @BlizzardCS , I and likely many others have been plagued by a bug where on the character select screen my characters will display their incorrect transmogs. I believe its only happening with tier sets where it displays different colors of the set. Any fix to this?

    @BlizzardCS HOW WHEN I CANT EVEN GET SMS CODES TO REMOVE THE AUTHENTICATOR. YALLS AUTHENTICATOR HAS CAUSED ME SO MANY ISSUES. AND YALL WONT HELP ME REMOVE THE DAMN THING

    @BlizzardCS Having constant disconnection issues on tbc anniversary and all classic servers. I have reset modem and done all suggested fixes online

    @BlizzardCS pathetic costumer service, driving their paying clients away 1 by 1. I don’t know how we got here. But this company went from best to worse in client relations in a few years. Good job to those involved.

    @starpilotnix @BlizzardCS Half the servers going offline out of nowhere isn't ddos though. That happened about an hour before they announced they were doing emergency maintenance.
