THE PICTURE of the heroic outland pack shows you get a bunch of mounts you don't get. How many people are buying this and ending up angry that what they bought isn't even in the picture? Why is the issue inconsistent? It doesn't always show this? No one responds and this is a serious concern about misrepresenting something you guys are selling.

This happened to someone I know today and it was because they were banned on a previous account that had their Xbox account connected. And they connected it to their new account it had no issues until today. Once removing it. He’s able to play again.
