    @BlizzardCS you should offer refunds to anyone who bought Diablo 2 Resurrected before now. It's insane that I can't get a refund on a game you've launched but is still broken. I've only been able to play it *once* out of 12+ tries! I'll never preorder/buy at launch from you again

    @BlizzardCS I work for an ISP and when we have issues it sometimes does take a couple of hours but for a company this size to have these issues every other month is not customer friendly.

    @CraigStockman @BlizzardCS I was initially able to fix this for myself twice by sitting through a few DCs myself, then going into retail, getting DCd, getting in, then going back to TBC. But seems everything is broke at this point for people not already in.
