    @Shawmeck @BlizzardCS After doing baal run and exiting the room, my character suddenly locked out 3 hours ago. At that time, the official announcement was the authentication server has a problem.

If its a DB issue; unless every single user has a different data issue; then there should be a way to do this is batches; not individually. Why would it take 2 hours unless they are "guessing" and have not identified the root cause yet.
