@BlizzardCS I think you should give everyone some free game time. This is Ridiculous. How long has this game been out? and you guys still have issues with it. After all, we do pay money to play this game

@Nekkerlord @JDH0986 @BlizzardCS Maybe there is something about union to it, but normally the extra pay for the employees pales in comparison to the money lost while the service is offline (I cant affirm this is the case for WoW but in many other systems thats the case)

@RipjawzTV @BlizzardCS No one wants to patch on a Friday or US holiday (Monday). So you pick a day you can fix it ASAP with the most people at the office or online.

@legalize420yay @BlizzardCS How dare blizzard inconvenience me instead of the people who play at night who will complain about the same thing I’m complaining about, because I’m more important. How dare they not know what issues their maintenance will bring. That’s what you sound like.

@BlizzardCS Don't hold back with the time extensions. Might as well just make it the whole day. Apology not accepted however. Full maintenance / service disruption days like this should be credited to peoples accounts. I never understood why they aren't. Do something about that maybe.

@NickyIsa488 @BlizzardCS True, they have PTR to test and iron out most issues. But it's not production, and sometimes issues aren't apparent until they're magnified at a larger scale. I'd hope they take additional time to fix any bugs they missed. I prefer to not play a broken game.

@BlizzardCS But I need my fix….. You monsters. :-(

@John_Gonzalez66 @BlizzardCS Its not so much PTR per say as they have gathered enough info from PTR to proceed with the release, but its the deployment to production itself, sometimes things don't go as planned causing server issues, DB performance issues etc. PTR is a fairly sanitized environment

Hey @BlizzardCS are your servers ready for the mass login attempts they are about to receive if/when you finish the content patch? It's prime time for raids/vault openings!

@lessisabore @RipjawzTV @BlizzardCS no shot it's the cross faction thing. they just gotta hit a button for that. it has to be the 20% buff to windwalker causing all the problems

@MelSizeUrOrder @BlizzardCS Should we tell them that this happens in every business, with all system updates and test servers cannot find all issues?

@BlizzardCS I guess releasing a patch on time is frankly a skill issue eh boys and girls ehh ehhh!!!!....

@BlizzardCS So much hate, when patch hours get pushed back there is a literal team of people under pressure to fix it for you trolls. Thanks @BlizzardCS hope you realize many of us don’t comment and are just waiting for you to finish.

@Nekkerlord @Reverend_Rose @BlizzardCS I think the bigger point is that the PTR is a waste of time, since players tell them of these bugs, and they don’t fix them until it’s too late. Every. Patch. Every. Expansion.
