    @AlphaDeltaMike1 @BlizzardCS I don think they can do a refund. Maybe W3R did because zero zero over zero of a review but this game might be controversial at best ... still not seeing any problem on my part tho! :/

    @BlizzardCS If that map issue still exists after this patch im getting a refund. How was this not play tested at all. The entire economy of the game is based around killing like 4 major bosses over and over again.

    @Diablo @BlizzardCS What about the issue where players cant play online at all due to the "character is already in a server" error? Happened when an item failed to be identified and we quit and reloaded. You have thousands reporting / unable to play and no fix?! What a joke

    @BlizzardCS I got the "Character is already in a game" error. Americas servers, ~11am Eastern. Now alternates that and "error connecting to server" I tried creating a new char: when attempting to make a game it loaded a black screen and I had to task manager close D2:R. Thrice.

    @BlizzardCS Please fix the loading issue. Now that I can finally launch (or try to...) window opens, clearly can see its trying to load and then it crashes. I haven't once been able to actually play yet & my computer meets the specs.

    @BlizzardCS How about an update on the launch failure issues. After your update the game at least tries to launch but gets an error everytime that i've sent to blizzard everytime i've tried.

    @KilladeIphia @BlizzardCS They never respond but I was lucky I got access back into my account, the customer service here should do something about there service if it wasn't for the help of @utopiantechh a reliable source of help who helped me fix my account I would have been in same condition till now
