    @BlizzardCS It's not a new issue. It's been on and off since launch for a lot of people. I know we need to be patient but it really feels like one issue after another and it really makes playing unenjoyable.

    @BlizzardCS @PlayOverwatch How about just making everyone but battlepass characters free for everyone. This issue of characters getting locked all the time is ridiculous

    @BlizzardCS Also I would guess that it's some issue with that being in the game in the first place that is stopping veteran players from having access to their own characters. Keep the 150 points (2for a win, 1 for a loss) needed to unlock competitive. Just let us have the heroes.

    @xD4rkSoundx @BlizzardCS Keep it together, dude. There's no point in pinning the blame on them. It's still a fairly new game for them to maintain. Doesn't also help the fact that those DDOS attacks probably made it worse on their part
