    @Martin01937884 @BlizzardCS Blizzard still have the nerve to deny refunds in this ridiculous situation, but Sony doesnt. Just write to PSN support describe your issues with this game, get a refund, and forget this cr@p game was ever released...

    @BlizzardCS Your "solution/fix" is worse than the original issue. Players are going to experience more total downtime under this current "Fix" then they were from the server instability issues..... having a couple hours downtime, is better than countless hours of downtime in queue.

    @BlizzardCS trying to log into D2R and position in queue is 359, and it hasn't moved at all, AND after your game crashed on me? I feel bad about all the aggressive feedback you guys have been getting but it feels not good to crash (out of my control) and be forced into a queue.

    @Diablo @BlizzardCS I haven’t been able to log in AT ALL since these changes and yet I can’t get a refund this is a major issue and to think you charged top $ for this 21 yr old game and can’t get it to work. To focused on harassing female employees I guess

    @BlizzardCS Just wondering when your copy and paste apology is coming this morning... Ps5 version is not working and the PC version seems to just be a glorified queue simulator right now... We need some sort of communication...

    @BlizzardCS D2R Queued at 236. Wait 15 minutes to get in. Only Offline Character. I click online, back in queue at 316. Good Job Blizzard. If I have to wait 30-45 to login to a game I bought, you guys giving me my money back?

    @BlizzardCS Been trying for hours now. No one on consoles can even log in. This is not a temporary fix this is a denial of service. You can't just lock out console players entirely. This needs to be addressed.

    @BlizzardCS After waiting a day, I got a canned response from customer service that had very little to do with my question. Is there a phone number I can call or a human I can talk to via live chat? This is very frustrating @BlizzardCS
