ケビン ･ᴗ･ (@k3vjd) reported@MsMedved_ @BlizzardCS had this same issue this patch and just had to go into task manage and kill all wow/blizzard/bnet related processes. sounds like you've exhausted all options so far though so i'm sure you've tried this and restarted your computer already

Kenza 🍉 (@MsMedved_) reported@HeresHavi @BlizzardCS It didn't update as it usually does, so I closed out multiple times, then I scan and repaired and nothing. I tried to okay and it showed the incompatible thing. That's when I read to reinstall it and it gives me the error code.

Ive done a character stuck request and it continues to happen. Ive also scanned and repaired. Now another issue is that everyone in Silvermoon is stuck in place.
