    I've seen multiple posts with this issue, apparently accounts linked to xbox gamepass are being banned and after you unlink, your account is back. Please be careful and make sure to report this so they look into it @BlizzardCS

    @BlizzardCS @PlayOverwatch your gaming currently locking players out and saying there account is banned if they have an xbox game pass account linked. pls fix this! we have to disconnect our game pass benefits just to play the game!

    @BlizzardCS @ayyyyluhmao Yea that's some customer service there. People get frustrated reporting the same things over and over. Like rampant cheating in epic BG's to have nothing ever done about it. Or bots who never seem to go away. But hey way to be the adult in the conversation lol.

    @BlizzardCS i see no issues in the original response. as a company you’re obviously held to a higher standard than the everyday consumer, however responses like PJs add depth to the overall customer service experience, whether it’s about a good or bad thing
