The problem is that these WoW accounts can have thousands of dollars of purchases on them, so when you do ban, it had better be VERY serious or an obvious bot account. The complaint is a culmination of so many things. The game direction is actually part of it. The community being scared and tight-lipped in-game is another. The destruction of server communities is also part of it. It's the botting problems, especially on Classic. It's the private server shutdowns which don't have these problems somehow. It's the low quality customer service in general. It's the fact that you run severely afoul of Stop Killing Games because you've tied them all to this awful BattleNet launcher. And your takeaway is "yeah maybe our post wasn't clear enough"? This is getting more and more outrageous by the minute!

AoE is great, but the single target is extremely lacking, about 8-12% behind other classes. UA could use a substantial buff, which would resolve alot of it's issues currently. Thanks again!
