    @BlizzardCS HOW WHEN I CANT EVEN GET SMS CODES TO REMOVE THE AUTHENTICATOR. YALLS AUTHENTICATOR HAS CAUSED ME SO MANY ISSUES. AND YALL WONT HELP ME REMOVE THE DAMN THING

    maybe @asha_shar can give @Blizzard_Ent a call to get @BlizzardCS to give some sort of news on this outage. It's been over an hour and they've been radio silent. No tweets, no announcement on the Blizzard app. :(

    @BlizzardCS Hours later and I see people still having the same issue. Only thing we've seen is a couple of responses on thr forums from basically moderators deflecting blame from blizzard. Poorest billion dollar company I've ever seen.

    @BlizzardCS Blizzard costumer service is rediculous, unresponsive and ineffective, $15 dollars a month and have to wait more then 10 hours for a ticket response? This is how a game dies. Poor support, lack of fair judgement to its community.

    @BlizzardCS Having constant disconnection issues on tbc anniversary and all classic servers. I have reset modem and done all suggested fixes online
