  So @BlizzardCS, I’ve noticed the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Overwatch doesn’t swap to 120hz mode when the game is started, like how it does if you boot up DayZ, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 4, Cyberpunk 2077, or Hades 2. Maybe that’s why mouse and keyboard feels so sluggish? Please fix the game. Also Diablo 2 still deserves to run better on the console. It’s a slap in the face it still doesn’t run at 60 fps or have mouse and keyboard control support. Ignoring me isn’t going to make the problem go away. I thought you liked money. If you build it, they will come.

  @BlizzardCS @3PiecesOfBread Are there currently issues with the support page? I can't seem to load my tickets as I accidentally submit the same ticket twice. I want to delete one, but it doesn't let me even get to the ticket page.

  @BlizzardCS numerous accounts, including mine, have been falsely banned within the last few weeks, and many of us have been met with little to no support. There seems to be a bigger issue here that needs to be investigated.

  @MsMedved_ @BlizzardCS had this same issue this patch and just had to go into task manage and kill all wow/blizzard/bnet related processes. sounds like you've exhausted all options so far though so i'm sure you've tried this and restarted your computer already

  I really, REALLY try to do my best and be positive about @Warcraft. It’s a game and franchise I’ve loved for 20 yrs. However watching over and over the decisions made on gameplay being overly reactionary or heavy handed or not even thought out has really worn thin with me. The latest amazing decision to an issue took the cake. Valeera and the Dunduns favor curio. They decided since people “abused it” to power level Valeera, they were just going to stop Valeera from getting XP at all from Mislaid Curiosities. Yep you read that right, a core mechanic in Delves since day one to help level your NPC character is now shut off to everyone. So now to get her XP you have to rely on the horribly low XP from kills and the delve completions. There is zero reasons for this overreaction. There is zero common sense in the decision. It’s issues like these that scratch away at the goodwill you have with your player base. Unacceptable. @BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent

  @BlizzardCS So disappointed to see just how far off your customer service has fallen in recent years. Gonna go ahead and have my bank challenge those payments, that you can’t connect to my account. Something tells me you guys are gonna recognize which account they are linked to right away.

  @itsmekatsa @BlizzardCS Good luck! They respond faster if it's a billing issue even if you don't have a billing issue, just explain that you need help with something else instead.

  @BlizzardCS What does CS mean? Is that customer service? Let me know because I have a few bones to pick with Blizzard about Midnight season 2. Things that need to be fixed BEFORE I stop my quarterly payment and quit for another 12 years.

  @BlizzardCS Since last week world quest weapon drops for my hunter and melee classes have been for off-specs and nothing seems to fix it. I don't mean some or most, 100% of weapons in Midnight zones are for the wrong spec. i.e. beast mastery hunter only gets survival spec weapons
