    @schneid3306 @Warcraft @BlizzardCS You pay a monthly fee to pay their wages so they can tell you they are unable to help. The best part is when they can't help and then have you fill out a survey describing how good the service they were unable to provide was.

    @BlizzardCS Can someone look at Issue ID: #109159082. A GM did reply to the ticket asking for some info, but I could not answer on the ticket; I had to reply via email.

    @BlizzardCS I think it still needs some more maintenance. Taking ages on "logging in to game server" and got DCed 20 secs after I was able to login into a character. But hey, 40% increase in your subscription

    @BlizzardCS Hi, WOW, midnight, I only got 1 of my 2 Voidcores back after the bug. I sent a ticket, but all I got was a repeat of the blue post without looking at my specific situation. Can you help look at the issue? My Issue ID is #109036645. Ty!

    @Cptn_Bubbles @buitenbeentje66 @BlizzardCS I did a new install, new folders, deleted an slowly re-added addons, remade my in game Edit Mode UI and there were so many problems. I replied to your other comment as well but it’s been rough.

    @BlizzardCS i see no issues in the original response. as a company you’re obviously held to a higher standard than the everyday consumer, however responses like PJs add depth to the overall customer service experience, whether it’s about a good or bad thing

    @BlizzardCS The complaint is not about how you conducted yourself in this response. Honestly, I don't think anybody had a problem with that. The problem is that these WoW accounts can have thousands of dollars of purchases on them, so when you do ban, it had better be VERY serious or an obvious bot account. The complaint is a culmination of so many things. The game direction is actually part of it. The community being scared and tight-lipped in-game is another. The destruction of server communities is also part of it. It's the botting problems, especially on Classic. It's the private server shutdowns which don't have these problems somehow. It's the low quality customer service in general. It's the fact that you run severely afoul of Stop Killing Games because you've tied them all to this awful BattleNet launcher. And your takeaway is "yeah maybe our post wasn't clear enough"? This is getting more and more outrageous by the minute!

    @BlizzardCS @ayyyyluhmao "Watch your clever mouth, *****" WoW has become a prime example of the mental state of the US. Everyone is easily offended by nothing. Saying **** is still 😱 in 2026, in a game for adults. Everything is problematic BESIDES the actual issues. Laughing stock of the world.

    @BlizzardCS @Moobies_BS Prediction: The CS will tell you they can do nothing to fix the issue. You will still be charged a monthly fee to pay their wages and then they will give you a survey asking how good the service they were unable to provide was.
