    @BlizzardCS Hi there. The Murloc Satch-Shells aren't appearing in some people's collections after claiming them, but also the other promotional transmogs are gone (Sprite Darter's Wings and Blizzcon Wendigo, and also the old Cataclysm-era three head transmogs). Please fix that.

    @BlizzardCS hello. there are disconnection issues in asian severs. I saw many players crashed today and yesterday. and I also crashed for 3 times for 5or 6 hours and got banned for this reasons.I also lost more than 4games cos of this, not my crash. please check servers!

    Unlucky that @BlizzardCS cannot issue a partial refund to make up the difference on a purchase I made 4 days prior to the service going on sale. I would have waited if I knew it'd be going on sale soon.

    @BlizzardCS i just started having choppy lag issues i went to clean and update my brand new pc to find out the issue is ONLY with WoW and it won’t go away. others have had the same issue in the past few months but no fixes have worked to fix the 1-2 sec lag chops i have a geforce nvidia

    @BlizzardCS What was the issue? I put in a ticket and they said that there was funds on hold blah blah, called my bank and they confirmed nothing was on hold and that the money got taken out of my account the second i payed for cod vangaurd.

    @BlizzardCS @BlizzHeroes help, I can't install HotS. My windows user is an admin, and same issue if I create a secondary admin. But I can install Diablo 3 just fine.

    @BlizzardCS Have been unable to play any of the campaigns of SC2 for about a week now with no explanation or message on the forums. There are many people on the forums all with the same issue. The Forums are the only way to report a bug. Is there any kind of ETA on this issue?
