I sent a ticket explaining my issue of my account being flagged as banned only on my pc, however it is able to be logged into on other computers and I get an automated response which explains nothing.

This happened to someone I know today and it was because they were banned on a previous account that had their Xbox account connected. And they connected it to their new account it had no issues until today. Once removing it. He’s able to play again.

I am going to yet again ask - what steps are being taken to prevent players from mass report banning each other? Because I keep seeing people reporting they got spam reported into a ban and then they post weeks later they got unbanned after appealing dozens of times. It shouldn't take dozens of tickets and weeks to revert an erroneous ban. A company this big needs customer service and needs a real system in place to prevent players from banning other players maliciously.
