    @BlizzardCS @ATVI_AB @Blizzard_Ent DAY 3, still nothing back in regards to being wrongfully banned. Abysmal customer service from you all. Nothing but 1 automated response. 4 members of my guild was banned, the one person that actually was looked into by a GM was overturned.

    @BlizzardCS Having latency issues that seem to not be on my side only with Overwatch over the past few days and they've been worse today. It's unplayable at the moment. Are there any known issues on your server side that would be causing this?

    @Blizzard_Ent @BlizzardCS day 5 of dealing with a nonexistent customer service department in a game that thousands of people pay a subscription for. I will be tweeting and appealing every single day until ANYONE from blizzard treats me like a player and customer. Story below.

    @BlizzardCS this inconsistency proves that your customer service is not doing their due diligence in reviewing the appeals because I know none of us broke the TOS. Every response has just been automated for me confirming my ban and it's absolute bullshit that I have to tweet this

    @Kahnics @BlizzardCS Having is the same issue dude. It looks like so far they're just ignoring me after giving me one automated response. My account is 7 years old and I have never ever used hacks during my games. It even has pink mercy and pre-order widow. :(

    @BlizzardCS So all of my payments have processed. And my account has no "account management" page. , just an overview and the various breakdowns. As for opening or submitting a ticket I looked for over an hour trying to find one for this issue. Best I could do was reopen an old ticket.

    @BlizzardCS @Blizzard_Ent @ATVI_AB day 4 of still not getting a real response from customer service. My account was banned incorrectly. 5 members of my guild ran a GDKP, 4 was banned, one had their appeal approved, one need further review, two were declined.
