    @BlizzardCS Any time the game is remotely popular the servers absolutely cannot handle it. I know it's not your fault and these are just the things that the higher-ups make you say, but if the devs were actually working on these issues when they happened, they would stop happening.

    @BlizzardCS we have opened a ticket 3 days ago, 2 days ago we got a response with guides completely unrelated to the issue and it was marked as resolved, we have opened another ticket but no response in over 36 hours

    @BlizzardCS So if you're busy fixing problems, why hasn't Zul'jin come online? Everyone else is at least able to " log in " yet Zul'jin is just forced to sit back and stare at an offline server....
