    Hey @BlizzardCS a friend lost over 4k Stygia because of a bug. They opened a ticket and were told nothing can be done?? This is ridiculous. I have been playing for 14 years but FFXIV is looking more and more tempting. Restore my faith, help me fix this.

    @Finasy63 @BlizzardCS How about you realize this is a customer support rep not a game dev, and use the damn bug report forum where the devs can keep track of bugs. They can't exactly fix a bug they don't know about.

    @BlizzardCS There are 5 lvl 70s on the TBC server Kirtonos on Alliance side at this moment. Explain to me why I need to pay @Blizzard_Ent for every character I have on the server to transfer to one that actually has enough people to do the content? You created the problem, fix it

    @BlizzardCS Well, I guess I'm screwed then? They even changed the email address, marked the tickets as solved, etc. From Blizzards POV, the issue is resolved but that is not the case. I have screenshots (sent from my guildies) of this person being logged onto ALL of my characters.
