Kenza 🍉 (@MsMedved_) reported@BlizzardCS Yes 😔 Usually when a new patch is released it automatically downloads, this time it did not. So I did a scan and repair, and nothing, I tried to log in and got this screen. So I stupidly uninstalled and reinstalled bnet as suggested and I get an error code

Kenza 🍉 (@MsMedved_) reported@BlizzardCS Yep. It's still the same damn thing today, I contacted MS they reinstalled Windows made sure it's update, did every thing. I try to download the desktop battle net and it still gives me the error code BLZBNTBTS00000028

Máthair (@Mathair_) reported@BlizzardCS every time someone in my group, and me, has been MCed by Baroness Anastari, they can no longer use any spells or abilities. Action bars and buttons are useless. You have to alt-f4 to fix it and that sucks.

Marcelo Giacomini (@celogiacomini) reported@BlizzardCS Blizzard costumer service is rediculous, unresponsive and ineffective, $15 dollars a month and have to wait more then 10 hours for a ticket response? This is how a game dies. Poor support, lack of fair judgement to its community.

Ive done a character stuck request and it continues to happen. Ive also scanned and repaired. Now another issue is that everyone in Silvermoon is stuck in place.
