    @BlizzardCS I have an issue, I bought the watchpoint pack but I didn't get my skins, battle pass, or currency like I was supposed to, I have the online receipt but didn't get the in game items only overwatch 2 beta

    @BlizzardCS Can't login to play 99.9% of the time, the merge thing says it is in queue ect and appears to be stuck, a lot of the stats seem messed up/wrong, I did get my skins ect but are some old emotes not in OW2?, also my Watchpoint pass hasn't, what is the word? Populated.

    @BlizzardCS Yeah and logging out and back in doesnt fix nothing showing up for owning ow1 since launch and tickets get no response. What happened to y’all? I remember when even during craziest of times tickets got responses quick. Now 22 hours waiting for a response and nothing

    @juan79348942 @BlizzardCS Yeah, it stinks :(( I don’t understand why they haven’t gotten past these issues yet either. I just wanted to enjoy my only day off with Overwatch 2 and the watchpoint pack but I don’t have it ! But I have the receipt so I’m not paying again :(

    @BlizzardCS What about those of us with prepaid cellphones as our only phone who can no longer access our game at all? Will you be refunding us all the money we’ve spent over the years? Are you going to fix that? Why are y’all not using IP addresses to go after Smurf accounts?

    @BlizzardCS All my game updates are stuck on initializing. I've uninstalled the launcher and games, cleared every battle net file from my computer and still the same problem.

    @BlizzardCS Are they going to fix consoles? I’ve had my que open since yesterday and only got in 1 time for literally 45 seconds and got booted. Now it says 2k in que for like 5 hours

    @BlizzardCS How do I get in contact with a live person. I sent a support ticket 2 days ago and another one today about disabling my authenticator and havent heard back. I changed my password to my account to "unlock" it and it signed me out and I cant login!

    How are the @PlayOverwatch @BlizzardCS problems somehow worse on night number 2? Can't get the queue to go down from 1,999 on the west coast. So glad the game went free to play.......
