@trashyfarmer Genuine suggestion from a been-there-doing/done-that: switch genres entirely e.g.if comedy no longer working try sport (not Arsenal,won't help) or a documentary.Failing that, short bursts of e.g. candy crush as book reading involves too long a concentration time for serotonin hit

After numerous occasions of us fighting. Me sulking and crying. Deleting one another, the back and forth.. Me and Candy Crush have finally gotten back together and we are working on making the relationship work. Candy Crush has promised not to hurt me again. 🙏🏾
