    was the csgo community really sitting around waiting for better smoke physics and map updates this whole time? i'm confused by the hype, i thought there were bigger issues with the game?

    CSGO was was on source engine so the code was old spaghetti code.Trouble hiring devs just to teach them source code to port over to Source 2 which is why CSGO barley had updates. Now that CS2 is in Source2 engine, more devs can work on it easily. Meaning more updates a lot faster

    @LaggyOw But graphically, even though it does now function better, it wasn't even bad and the only major, super issues (from what I had heard) were the balancing issues and dogshit state of the game. (I could be wrong) - CSGO is a much, much older game with aging graphics.

    @Get_Flanked Because unlike with Overwatch 2 CSGO is a well-designed game which Overwatch isn't and hasn't been for a while and the falsely marketed "sequel" didn't fix ANY of those issues if anything it's made the game WORSE. CS2 is just more and better CSGO.

    @Entroff_ @b0qzCS @PimpCS2 Bhop on 1.6 was really broken, so that why they intentionally "nerfed" on CSGO. And bhop wasn't the most broken "feature" of 1.6, because ducking was the most one

    @DonHaci my Hydroponic had been very ugly in CS2, instead the metal skin in csgo, to become a dark plastic, even though I know this is bug maybe, but how to fix it，so sad

    @StrikerHLTVorg Of course, and it's probably to gently ease it in I imagine and not crash the servers or w.e too advanced tech for me reason. There's just a pretty large sour taste in a lot of people's mouths due to csgo pros, talent, and people who play constantly not having access even still

    @AntiWarDevil @JakeSucky This has been an on going issues. The first time I heard about it was around 2016(?) when c9 player claimed they were all using address during a csgo tournament

    A CS2 poem.. @fl0mtv lied, our trust is broken. We cried with no CS2 token. CSGO is dead 'tis a RIP, but CS2 is lookin sick. New smokes and lighting and graphics galore. I can't wait to see what CS2 has in store.

    @jminhtv Pretty sure its the entire opposite feeling of the ping system in val where if you shoot a person wide swinging with high ping, you probs wont hit it meanwhile im assuming csgo avoids that issue by having 2 different sets of communication to the server from both sides

    Nevermind, gotta love the BROKEN *** report system in CSGO. Played one game, team wasn't talking, so I muted them all. One teammate got 0 kills the whole game, AND I GET A BAN FOR RECIEVEING GRIEF REPORTS. THE LAST TIME I PLAYED CSGO WAS OVER A WEEK AGO. HOW!?????? I GIVE UP
