@usarmygunz @Diablo Refunds based off server problems hold zero ground in this case im afraid. Not being able to connect to online gameplay is not a reasonable excuse for a refund when single player is available.

@usarmygunz @Diablo Never had a single crash or bug of any kind, maybe your PC is broke, no problem with online at all, played 8 hours straight with no disconnection while playing online. Sorry this problem effects you, none of the people i play with have the problem as well

@Diablo Doesn't matter because in 5 minutes there'll be disconnect, then 5 hours of "maintenance" and then my character will be downgraded to yesterday's state.

So @Diablo , 2 weeks ago I had trouble logging in. A week ago, no problem. Now I'm on a queue that takes forever, and I don't have an offline save to use. 🙁

All it would take to effect change at the top is a demonstration that fans aren't forgiving them based on lip service.
