@Diablo Calling BS on 90% of this. Excuses don't fix problems. The game has been out for more than 3 weeks. Get it under control and stop being cheap. There should have been foresight on these issues. The person without the intelligence to see these problems in advance should be replaced

@Diablo Hey, I give them props for all the details. I think their biggest error was underestimating how popular this would be. Literally EVERYONE I know who played D2 back in the day is playing D2R. They pulled a "Biden" although underestimating Afghanistan was probably a bigger deal....

@Diablo wow what a bunch of amateurs .. it's clear in 55 years of business in no way you have to talk about (piracy) problem. Then, you ADD a waiting list ... already when going out on consoles (The problem of loading to enter a game or to change act, it is 30-40 sec .... it has no sense

@Diablo @d2resurrected So now all console players can not change characters to get a piece of gear transfered to shared stash will take 15 mins because we can't rejoin the first game we create?? This isn't a fix at all. Maybe for pc. But most certainly not for consoles. You guys fckd us.

@Diablo Server tip. Don't auto backup to a server when you have mass relogs, just set aside a day and time for maintenance where you backup regional servers to database. And keep regional servers raided for redundancy incase something happens. Pretty sure that would fix those issues.

@Diablo This is actually WAY more transparency than I expected. Big Props for that!👍 Seems that one of the main issues for the servers is Pindle (and similar) runners. So there was a good reason this was limited in the original game and removing that limit was maybe a bit too ambitious
