shay (@ShayGamerD3) reported@PandaTVoce @Diablo Yeah, I don't think the patch will address many of these issues. Most likely they'll adjust drop rate of mythics in the open world and from bosses, including drop rate of iconic mythics, and that's all (that's just a simple change of percentage numbers). I doubt they have means to address RNG of creating mythics from pandemonium fragments right now: the loot table is random, you get randomly generated item. What you want is direct transformation, i.e., upgrading your unique to max rolls. I don't think the system exists in game to do that, and one week is too short to write it from scratch.

Ninjablaze (@Ninjablaze1) reported@SwaGy4412 @Diablo I feel like this is a classic Diablo 4 (and to some extent 3) problem. Things either do 0 damage or 1 shot you. There is no in between to let you even know you are in danger. You go from pure safety to death.
