    Just tried now to pre-purchase @Diablo Lord of Hatred on the @Xbox but it doesn't work. I get "There was an error loading, unable to make the offer at this time." Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    @MiLLiEN_86 @Diablo Had the same problem at launch. Really liked the Druid design, but unfortunately there is too many other issues with the game. Either fix the rest of the game (unlikely) or just save these ideas for the next one IMO

    @Diablo @blizzardcs told me there's a widespread gifting issue on the website but I still can't claim the gift my wife sent to me, they told me to check X for updates on it but there's nothing even posted that there's an issue. I feel like they aren't telling me something, why can't they just see it and claim it to my account?

    @Diablo I am an admin of the biggest French Diablo IV fan group. Many players suffer from bugs, errors when buying, loss of the Vessel of Hatred DLC, and needing to buy it several times to get the pre-order. They are also unable to see the DLC to buy on Playstation.

    @Diablo You should stop advertising until you fix the vessel of hatred issue for Xbox. We are unable to access what we’ve already paid for. I don’t think promoting other content while not even allowing people to play what they’ve already purchased is a good move #DiabloIV #blizzard
