I’m 49/55 and I literally salvaged 20 pieces of gear yesterday but no luck. I’m gonna try it on my other / newer toon and see if it works and will report back on this thread. For whatever reason, I was locked out of Butcher boss fights as well. That fixed itself once I used my 2nd toon to unlock the 1st quest that didn’t unlock correctly at beginning of season. I’ll post you up if I have any luck
