Not sure what the heck the devs were thinking especially after the negative feedback from the PTR, but its exactly the opposite of what made the last few seasons fun and replayable. You went from having each class being able to have multiple S-tier builds to just 2. So if you even want to finish the seasonal objectives, well, you gotta play Barb. Then the mythic changes are, for lack of a better term, asinine. I get the objective: to get people to grind and spend more time in-game, but that's not your player base. People who have time to grind for 240 hours just to get the mythics they need are playing other games. An easy change to fix this season would be all spark forged mythics to NOT be "crafted" and when you use the pandemonium fragments to upgrade a unique, IT DOESN"T CHANGE THE UNIQUE to something worthless. The new system could have been amazing, but you made sparks and fragments worthless. Force people to grind bosses just to try to gear up. Things your content creators warned you of in the PTR. You need to also beef up the classes, IMO, each class should have at least 1 S tier and multiple A tier builds a season. It can rotate with new uniques per season, like the original design, which was fun, and I enjoyed playing different styles. Making the game a boring grind isn't the winning strategy here, not when you have so many tools that can make this game a ton of fun (war plans need to be account sync'd tbh), but then focus on the wrong things.

Donovan Mowatt (@canhasbucket) reported@PandaTVoce @Diablo People keep talking about the problem and not being specific about WHY there is a problem and imo it all has to do with tossing off the IP to a new lead game designer every bloody expansion. What's going on with Brent Gibson and why is he so insanely stubborn he's making the game a D3 clone in the face of massive disapproval. Why should we not look to the people in charge and point the blame towards them first.

Cyber Frog 🐸 (@CyberFrog_1337) reported@Diablo wth? After 1 year pause I decide to play Diablo 4 on PS5, try to see what’s new before buying the extension… Boy it’s unplayable, so much lag! 1 can play for 1 minute then my character does not move for 1 minute and boom dead! Awesome experience!
