    @Diablo if i knew blizzard would have added a waiting list instead of Fixing or adding servers, i would not have purchased this game. server issues are the only problems this game has. again, im very disappointed in blizzard.

    @Diablo When is the error that doesn't load the characters on the home screen going to be fixed. I shouldn't have to make a new character every time I start up the game

    @amedeo602 @Diablo Sounds like a temporary issue. I swap back and forth between my Switch and my PC. What's the platform and have you reached out to @BlizzardCS? With my Switch, I do have to go and manually update the software cloud save from time to time if the characters don't auto-update.

    @Diablo I literally never played this game the way you're describing in the server issue analysis until #D2R: the entirety of my 'classic' experience was doing runs and restarting games with friends. This would have been over a decade ago, now. Maybe the code always sucked?

    Havnt been able to log onto @Diablo for 3 hrs on switch qnd this is a daily thing @BlizzardCS what is the problem now u going to blame gamers again this is bs. I want my 80$ back for pc qnd switch

    @Diablo so there is no loss or collapse of information, much less servers that go down. Recommendation ... hire a computer analyst to discover new forms of workflows. The backends have enough already mitigating problems and doing everything in a hurry with the pressure of the bosses. End
