Donovan Mowatt (@canhasbucket) reported@PandaTVoce @Diablo People keep talking about the problem and not being specific about WHY there is a problem and imo it all has to do with tossing off the IP to a new lead game designer every bloody expansion. What's going on with Brent Gibson and why is he so insanely stubborn he's making the game a D3 clone in the face of massive disapproval. Why should we not look to the people in charge and point the blame towards them first.

pix (@pix8181) reported@PandaTVoce @Diablo this all season is a huge bullshit... 30 % on same unique we already have , all the previous issues still there, some breach that drop same old **** in game; and they also did 1 week ptr for testing and release what a 16 years old would do better.

Most likely they'll adjust drop rate of mythics in the open world and from bosses, including drop rate of iconic mythics, and that's all (that's just a simple change of percentage numbers). I doubt they have means to address RNG of creating mythics from pandemonium fragments right now: the loot table is random, you get randomly generated item. What you want is direct transformation, i.e., upgrading your unique to max rolls. I don't think the system exists in game to do that, and one week is too short to write it from scratch.
