Just tried now to pre-purchase @Diablo Lord of Hatred on the @Xbox but it doesn't work. I get "There was an error loading, unable to make the offer at this time." Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

@MiLLiEN_86 @Diablo Had the same problem at launch. Really liked the Druid design, but unfortunately there is too many other issues with the game. Either fix the rest of the game (unlikely) or just save these ideas for the next one IMO

@Diablo it's been almost 12hrs since I can't claim the game, no updates on @BlizzardCS of anybody having this issue....yet I'm being told by website support it's a widespread issue. I need an update. Ya'll advertising but people can't even purchase.

@Diablo @blizzardcs told me there's a widespread gifting issue on the website but I still can't claim the gift my wife sent to me, they told me to check X for updates on it but there's nothing even posted that there's an issue. I feel like they aren't telling me something, why can't they just see it and claim it to my account?
