She still has access to the original email, but she is not receiving any Discord recovery emails there. We have submitted a support request and can provide any information needed to verify that she is the original owner of the account. Could you please help us get this case looked at or direct us to the appropriate recovery team? 🙏 If anyone could Repost or Tag Discord in the comments that would be great! Thanks!
