    @discord @discord_support @discord_support just sent a generic response saying the account was closed for “violating Terms/Guidelines,” with no specific reason, no evidence, and no real help. I’m a paid user and I use Discord daily for business. This is honestly unacceptable

    @discord @discord_support Saying support cannot help with email change requests is not a real solution especially when it has clearly been possible before especially for specific people. Please do better for your users and give people a real path to recover their accounts. I also still need help! (3/3)

    So I resolved that Discord session token issue all on my own, but I've been telling Discord support over email about how my session token was stolen and for some reason someone at Discord saw my recent activity of switching emails and assumed that was the theft. @discord

    @discord Hi, I’ve been trying to resolve a support issue regarding my permanently suspended account since December 2025. Over the past few months, I’ve submitted appeals and multiple tickets, but they’ve either been automatically denied or marked as solved without any response.
