    Is an actual joke, my support ticket gets marked as solved and ignored by your support team when no help or reply was given to me! Why is so hard find someone to just speak to and review my case?? Especially when I am paying for Nitro 1+ years. @discord_support @discord

    @discord not only is this a massive issue, but I’ve made reports myself with video and photo evidence of actual crimes and NO REPERCUSSIONS,,, but someone is doing the same to get their account BACK and you PUNISH THEM TOO?? Just say you don’t care!!

    Like I’m paying you actual money just for discord. And we can’t even get decent customer service? Why would I keep it? I am owed 4 server boosts or I am cancelling. This is theft as far as I’m concerned @discord @discord_support

    When things like this happen, it just goes to prove why @discord is a terrible platform. He didn't violate any discord rules. He got hacked and did his best to recover his account. We *need* an alternative to discord. One that's self-hostable and free from this crap
