  @Discord_Support @discord I need an urgent human intervention regarding my 9-year-old clean account (sloo_). My account was recently compromised in a security breach, and right after I successfully recovered it, your automated system hit it with a false "Ban Evasion" flag! I have opened multiple tickets with full technical evidence and screenshots, but your automated support bot keeps closing my tickets instantly without any real human review! This is completely unfair; I am a victim of a hack, and your system is punishing me for the hacker's IP activity. Please look at my newest ticket #66812606. Stop letting bots close it, look at the attached evidence, and help me recover my account!

  @AaronAmarok @discord this is a known glitch in their AI detection. any images showing some sort of “grid” (a QR code, spreadsheet, even down to a house with brick walls) is causing accounts to be flagged and banned. put in a support ticket and it should get fixed in a few days.

  @discord I have a problem so when people report messages that didn’t affect systems but that same message got deleted and it doesn’t show so discord doesn’t check or what because I have to deal with this a lot and they never respond so I can’t do anything

  See everyone keeps calling this a bug or glitch or vulnerability with @discord's AI moderation. It isn't. It's EXACTLY how AI works and was designed to work. Which is why it shouldn't ever be used, because it can't think for itself. But they'll spend money on it over humans!

  @discord_support @discord Urgent help required. My account was compromised via a token grabber on Wednesday, and the hacker is currently using it to actively phish my friends list. I can't access my frozen email to fix it. I have a pending ticket associated with the case.
