  This is absolute bullshit!! Thank you @discord for having an amazing support team. (Sarcasm) I have 14 years of clean history and you throw me away like trash due to messages that were sent out of my control! You have the absolute worst team, if someone decides to make a social platform to destroy y'all I happily welcome it. You are a shell of the former discord that I knew that would actually help me with a human support member if I asked.

  @discord_support @discord I can't say silent about this, but this has never happened in my entire time I've been on discord, and it's also affecting other discord users as well. This year and late last year for whatever reason, your AI moderation has falsely flagged me for something that I have NEVER DONE before, TWICE, and this is the THIRD time now that it has happened, and there was no evidence shown on what I violated. Those previous falsely violations appeals were approved and they were removed, but I tried to appeal this one, got rejected after several days, even though it's the same violation and issue, NO EVIDENCE in the violation. Can someone human on discord help me with this, cause everyone I'm trying to get in contact with is all been automated bot replies.

  @discord These **** bag gave me a strike for changing my card number so they couldn't keep trying to take my money over & over. They have no support system its completely broken too, you can't dispute it even if u tried for a hour. @discord you might be loosing a customer over it.

  @discord @discord_support Our server (ID: 1486457938892689548) has been locked out of Discovery for over a month We started a respectful campaign on August 16 asking for a human review. Since then we have not received any real human response. An agent rejected our appeal and closed the ticket without explaining a single issue. We asked what needs to be fixed but got no reply. We also sent the Ticket ID via DM last week. The server has 0 NSFW channels and fully follows Discord’s guidelines. Our community of over 5,000 members is genuinely saddened by this situation We kindly ask for a real human review or a clear list of what needs to be changed so we can fix it immediately Thank you..
