    @discord Wish Discord had usable interface. It's an absolute nightmare to navigate. Your account constantly gets logged out, forcing password resets, can't post suddenly, locked out again minutes after a reset (this happens a lot), the support has a diff login (lol?). just a mess

    Love how @discord @discord_support is just actively stealing money from my account with a Nitro sub that they refused to actually help me recover due to an email address that hasn't been supported from an old ISP for years at this point. Immaculate system team!

    @discord and @Google both want you to speak to an AI, or a 'community support group' about recovering hacked accounts. Bots are useless, and other users can't help me. There's no way to talk to a HUMAN, and I've lost both money, information, and security...

    Just a gentle reminder that #discord has yet to allow me to speak to a human about a real issue I am having with my account. @discord and @discord_support dms have not worked, using the support website does not work, nor does emailing them work. It's all AI who can't help at all.

    A couple of days ago, I was randomly logged out of my @discord account and can't log back in. I know my login and password, I know conversations I've had and the most recent ones, I know my phone number, but the app simply won't let me back in, and my corporate account is lost.

    @discord @discord_support can you please take a look at this and help my friend out by having an actual human check on this? The AI systems are just bad and useless when it comes to hacked accounts. I do get that you need a degree of automation, but please give people a chance.
