  @discord in the nicest way possible it would be greatly appreciated if you guys would hire more people for your support instead of using AI that give the same information we would already know as basic trouble shoots and also when your people are looking at the tickets I think it would be nice if they actually tried to help instead of just looking at a ticket and not doing anything or saying anything for example I have a ticket that was created a month ago and shows someone been looking at it a couple days ago but still no response. Please as respectful as I can say this you guys are really big and popular so please have better support staff and not rely on only the ai and would love to hear from you if a human on support could help me out in getting my account back.

  @discord_support @discord my account was hacked, I got it back but it was limited and flag as spam and now had been banned falsely but im getting ignored by your appeal thread id like a real humab response as this truly is an issue and I pay yearly for my nitro for this to happen

  @HossOnTwit @discord So, how do you avoid it? This one is a bit simpler. First of all, no, you didn't win any giveway. Second of all, simply look a bit into the website before clicking on the login button. And finally, if the login button opens a pop up that looks like that, run away.

  @discord hey discord fix your 2 step authorization. If i CANNOT log in, how would i have the codes to LOG IN? also cant access account to message you, why is that a necessary step for support if i cant sign in?

  Hey @discord @discord_support this is completely unacceptable. To ban our carefully designed official server, and yet allowing an impersonating server, is genuinely harmful. You’re hurting our community through this by drawing them towards scams. Please help us resolve this.

  @discord @discord_support You removed our official server and won’t allow us to create more Discord servers, yet an unofficial server using the invite /qsmp is still active and appears to be mimicking us while allegedly stealing passwords and Microsoft accounts. Please investigate this urgently, remove the impersonating/phishing server, and explain why our official community was taken down.
