    @discord_support @discord I can't say silent about this, but this has never happened in my entire decade time I've been on discord, and it's also affecting other discord users as well. This year and late last year for whatever reason, your AI moderation has falsely flagged me for something that I have NEVER DONE before, TWICE, and this is the THIRD time now that it has happened, and there was no evidence shown on what I violated. Those previous falsely violations appeals were approved and they were removed, but I tried to appeal this one, got rejected after several days, even though it's the same violation and issue, NO EVIDENCE in the violation. Can someone human on discord help me with this, cause everyone I'm trying to get in contact with is all been automated bot replies.

    @discord Here's a not so fun thing. Our friend @kricket___'s account is hacked & she's been trying to reach your support dept for over a week trying to shut it down to prevent other people from being scammed but you can't give her a real person to help her. Do better. @discord_support

    @discord @discord Account go.hell disabled 3 weeks. Age verification deadlock. k-ID can't help. All tickets auto-solved by bot. Disputes ticket #67855058 open 9 days no human response. 12,500 member server at risk. Please escalate to human agent. 🙏

    Is an actual joke, my support ticket gets marked as solved and ignored by your support team when no help or reply was given to me! Why is so hard find someone to just speak to and review my case?? Especially when I am paying for Nitro 1+ years. @discord_support @discord
