  @TabuleyAnim @discord I strongly discourage companies to use AI as a customer service. Even OpenAI's AI customer service is terrible.

  @kln_nurv @discord @discord_support Well, never trust the processor - Discord (or any other entity) may be the clearest but the verification process often goes thru a third app/service. It’s them to blame for non-transparent procedures. Tho, a company which uses that processor, MUST be informed.

  They routinely do this for reasons that no one understands. Just contact (email) @discord and tell them that you want to appeal their decision or perhaps contact there employee @Robbfixx he can be of help to you

  @BenWatson90 I experienced same issues and tried reaching out to @discord but got no help and was introduced to Message @Robbfixx ON TWITTER and he helped me out. You could try him too

  @discord not even sure if you can help me but I haven’t been hacked but simply lost access my discord account on my computer and don’t remember my password or have any passkeys saved, and can’t sign back in with scanning a QR code as a I don’t have an authentication app setup

  @509Kingofkings @discord Literally, I don't think anyone is involved in support. Support page is atrocious, a relation who is a Nitro Subscriber had the same issue but got no help. A colleague then advised he reach out to @Robbfixx And the guy was able to get the issue rectified for him
