  @SHADERSOP @discord @discord_support recovering a support account is just going to the support site, clicking forgot password, and going from there. if you can't get it back, you can create a ticket without being signed in or just directly email their support, but via email your request will end up in the general unsorted queue and might take longer. if you had a phone linked to your discord, as long as you have sms backup authentication on you can typically recover it yourself. go to the login page and enter your number, then hit forgot password. they'll text you a code and then you can reset it. they stopped allowing voip numbers a few years ago so it's somewhat unlikely the scammer changed it. still make a support ticket. even if you get it back, if you contact support about it beforehand whatever the scammer does on the account shouldn't fall back on you. support will probably ask for past payment history to verify you're you. 5+ years ago this was info (dates, payment method, name on card) about the last purchase but might be different now. in terms of damage control if you can't self recover, you can make an alt and contact staff above you in servers you're in to get your main banned for the time being. at the very least should get your staff roles taken away. if you want invites I'm in a fair few mutual servers. hope this helps <3

  @discord New employee created account and a few minutes later an email saying violated terms of service. Wasn’t logged in long enough to violate anything. Ideas?

  @discord I have a problem so when people report messages that didn’t affect systems but that same message got deleted and it doesn’t show so discord doesn’t check or what because I have to deal with this a lot and they never respond so I can’t do anything
