  @discord @discord_support The email for password reset will not send, it does not send to my inbox or spam. I cant open a ticket because you guys require a login to send a ticket. Which would be cool, if the reason I was having trouble wasnt because I couldn't access my account

  my 2 accounts were hacked and the hackers changed my password and locked me out of my account by enabling 2fa on it, i have made a support ticken for both accounts with original emails yet i have gotten no help thus far, i also sent you guys msges on x @discord_support @discord

  @Elesoterik @discord Yeah, from a dev he was in talks with. Who got his own account hacked during the meeting. It wasn’t installing a random program for the lulz. Fry recovered his other accounts. But is completely locked out of Discord. That’s the main problem atm.

  Hey, this is already day 3 of trying to get my @discord account back and I’m still stuck. Writing emails to @discord_support doesn’t help, the auto-reply immediately says they can’t assist this way. I’ve submitted more tickets, but my account is still suspended. I still haven’t received any explanation why it was suspended in the first place. Every ticket gets instantly closed with zero response. It looks like Discord’s bot auto-banned me for using the word “Kisiel” (because the user had that exact nickname). I only wrote “Kisiel nie znam się” while kicking people I didn’t know. The American AI bot probably misunderstood the Polish word. But why is the actual support team not replying at all? I’m describing the whole situation in detail and attaching screenshots as proof. @discord_support do you have only bots or are there any normal people working there who would finally like to explain something?

  is this seriously the only way to get my account back? you have my payment information. my account is literally older than your system thinks I am. i cant access your help site at all because it isnt loading. this is absolutely ridiculous @discord
