    @discord A suggestion. If the support Can't provide help to people fast enough, please, don't put a 2-weeks deadline on the disabled accounts to delete them permanently. Having my account that I payed you money for permanently deleted without any reason is extremely unfair

    @discord No worries I'm good. My ISP @ATT was dropping the connection to the your servers' IPs for like 2 days. 100% packet loss when pinged lol. used mobile hotspot and it was fine. went down a googling rabbithole and I think AS peering was the issue but networking isn't in my wheelhouse
