I'm not sure how to configure a server to prevent DMs or get the user list.

Its sad cause I've interacted with him a few times and he came off as a classic British gentleman. Didn't know he was that young. At this point i think @discord needs to verify age. I know this leeds to a digital society but its getting really bad there. Parents aren't parenting their kids online at all.
