Its the same as appealing a court decision before you have supporting evidebce. Once they have turned the appeal against you, they selectively wont unban the appealed accounts affected by the issue.

My account has been clear of violations of any kind and after the Tyler kirk thing you changed it to appease the government well you didn't do a good job and please fix it because I cant chat and I'm appealing it for a screenshot that isn't offensive. Like come on I have several violations that I appealed and all got rejected over matters that have nothing to do with breaking TOS I'm getting tired of it and your gonna loose a lot of people from your program if you don't start caring about what you put out. I'm not the only one who thinks this.
