    @discord_support @discord What a terrible situation. This ticket (#65048376) was also processed by AI and unilaterally closed. Every time, I receive an automated reply email from the AI ​​10-11 hours after submitting a ticket. It's eerily regular and mechanical.

    I was shocked by how terrible @discord support system is. Isn't it awful that they completely ignore what the customer is saying and unilaterally end the conversation with an automated AI response? Such a sloppy support system is unthinkable in Japan, so I'm truly surprised...

    @discord How are you going to go through with XBOX but you can't even fix your support? I was FALSELY banned because of malware. And y'all kept the ban. I have not once violated the TOS and I was an active developer who can no longer work on her projects!
