    @Teevz @discord @discord_support Discord is incompetent. Your friend is probably not getting the account back. If you've resorted to Twitter for help, it's already too late. Your friend's best bet is to just make a new account, assuming all options have been exhausted.

    @WashableLime296 @discord yep, i've been banned for the exact same reason a little over 2 weeks ago. they can talk about the grid bans publicly but not this ban evasion glitch that has been going around. i am so annoyed with discord.

    @discord @discord_support and it will be another two weeks before you respond again with the standard reply for me to open a ticket via that email and me saying once again I can't cause 2FA is broken. Rinse and repeat. Is there a human being that can fix it?

    Well, despite having a provably false suspension on my Discord account it has now been 7 days, and my appeals have been auto rejected after that time period. My attempts to contact @discord @discord_support have been ignored, and I'm not going to be getting any help.

    @discord @discord_support customer support is absolutely useless because they only reply to posts that gain the most traction to save face and then leave everyone else to die. Your grid ban is literally costing my sister her job and you refuse to give us any help

    @discord I have a problem so when people report messages that didn’t affect systems but that same message got deleted and it doesn’t show so discord doesn’t check or what because I have to deal with this a lot and they never respond so I can’t do anything

    I really do hope @discord learns from the stuff that's happen recently and completely scraps all AI and Automated Moderation and start from scratch because their systems as they are atm are soo broken
