  Finally figured out the @discord support center! If only I took the time to read at the beginning. Having the help center sign in be different from the account sign in is smart, it just beat me for a little too long.

  Hey @discord_support @discord , my account was disabled, but I'm stuck in a loop. The system tells me to log into the app to appeal, but I CANNOT log in at all! The support portal keeps closing my tickets automatically. Please help me escalate this to a human!

  Seven months ago my account got hacked, I reported it, and your team did absolutely nothing. The hacker came back, got it banned, and now I’m banned for a crime I didn’t commit. I have no Premium, no special access, just a stolen account and zero help. @discord_support @discord

  @discord Here's a not so fun thing. Our friend @kricket___'s account is hacked & she's been trying to reach your support dept for over a week trying to shut it down to prevent other people from being scammed but you can't give her a real person to help her. Do better. @discord_support
