    Day 16 asking @Discord_Support for a human agent to review my account. My account was wrongfully banned during the recent automated glitch and bots keep auto-closing my tickets. @discord

    @discord @MamboMachitan Hello Discord Support, I honestly did nothing wrong, and I am completely innocent in this situation. My 9-year-old account (sloo_) was falsely flagged right after I recovered it from a hacker who bypassed my SMS 2FA Please, just have a real human look at my account logs and messages—you will see that I never broke any TOS. If my account EVER violates any rule in the future, feel free to ban me permanently without appeal! But why should I suffer a 2-year suspension for something a hacker did during a security breach? As a Twitch Partner, my community server is completely unmanaged because of this automated error. Please review my active tickets manually: Hacked Account: #66812770 General Support: #67063553

    Well this sucks, had something done for this. @Discord should definitely add this back or atleast let companies request access that could benefit from this. Think the major issue was that everybody was making their own custom ones and they didn't like that

    @lovelyrecover @discord discord doesn't want snitches to uncover wrongdoing, because if you get discord in legal trouble. Instead, they want to deter reporting, and cover up bad behavior, so they remove those trying to shed light on the problem. Instead, they want to train ****** AI tools to moderate

    @discord @discord_support Ive been on discord for over a decade at this point, and have never had an issue with anything at all. I wake up one morning to a perma bab. No heads up, no info, nothing. Ive seen too many stories of the automatic AI mod reviewing ban appeals and losing accounts in the void
