  Okay @discord @Google now how does it feel that you let some freaks abuse session key insertion to steal accounts? Literally one node.js script ran locally can take down the whole years of user experience. I was involved in this situation too, and my Google account is now deleted

  @discord Can we fix the problem with gif on mobile lagging or even softlocking discord. I know this is a mobile app problem as loading the same gif that locked my app on any broswer on my phone has no effect like this app ending one, and it runs smoothly too

  @discord hey discord fix your 2 step authorization. If i CANNOT log in, how would i have the codes to LOG IN? also cant access account to message you, why is that a necessary step for support if i cant sign in?

  @discord in the nicest way possible it would be greatly appreciated if you guys would hire more people for your support instead of using AI that give the same information we would already know as basic trouble shoots and also when your people are looking at the tickets I think it would be nice if they actually tried to help instead of just looking at a ticket and not doing anything or saying anything for example I have a ticket that was created a month ago and shows someone been looking at it a couple days ago but still no response. Please as respectful as I can say this you guys are really big and popular so please have better support staff and not rely on only the ai and would love to hear from you if a human on support could help me out in getting my account back.

  @sight_l0 @discord_support @discord The hacker enabled their own 2FA to lock you out after taking control of the account. Preserve any login emails and ownership evidence, and avoid opening multiple recovery cases. DM me and I’ll help you strengthen your recovery request
