    Disappointingly, letting everyone know that @discord_support is the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Month-long response times, AI-chatbot replies, AND they charged for a year-long Nitro subscription on the hacked account I no longer have access to! @discord

    @discord You guys gotta work on your account recovery help gang. I know youre the social media manager but my friend’s new account got suspended for ban evasion. She got hacked on her old one and that account got mass reported. This is our main form of communication, please help!

    @MicoDevRBLX @discord_support @discord Reminds me of the time where my old main got beamed out of existance for no reason, contacted Discord and they said that the email associated with the account wasn't even banned. Yet when I try to login, the app says it's banned lmao, good luck with that OP!
