    @Firas07332179 @DOTA2 That's a coincidence in this case He likely lost FPS but the restart fixes the issue with Dota itself

    @DOTA2 Pls, change rubick's agh effect to steal an extra random basic ability(including passive) from the target. The current rubick is so broken and has many bugs.
