  @DOTA2 I detected a change in dazzle: now Octarine Core doesnt reduce time with bad juju. Is it ok or a problem? E.g. Before Shallow grave was cooldown for 5.5 (same duration time) if you had Octarine Core and Spell Prism and now it is 9 seconds without difference by objects

  @scissor_bitch_ @TheGreen_Shorts @DOTA2 A change being a fix to something that was intentional or not is not relevant, what matters is the impact on gameplay. This single bugfix has a bigger impact on gameplay than 90% of the patchnotes in 7.30 and most people dont know what happened in the first place.

  @DOTA2 part two of the tutorial is currently broken as there’s a step to select the 20% buff but the only option is 15 …. Pretty annoying for a new player wanting to learn :-(

  @DOTA2 fix 1 thing Valve for later patch notes, be consistent in your language with in game mechanics (new Clinkz q and new tear 5 jungle item is best example of poor wording)
