please fix the quickcast bug for vector targeted spells @DOTA2 cancelling spells with quickcast on key up causes the range indicator to open up again when you take your finger off the key

@JoshuaMathewL @redditdota2 @DOTA2 Stay behind your team? How you gonna ult in the middle of the enemy team if you playing far back so you don't die? There is nothing that a Pos 5 CM can buy to guarantee a full duration ult. It is such an easy fix too. Just change her ult to be a ground targeted instead of channel

@DOTA2 Support all casual players that are playing in behavior score F with conduct summary of less than 1k while muted chat/voice for months! JUST BCS valves reporting system is broken and bugged!
