@DOTA2 pls, fix rubick change agh effect to steal one random basic ability(including passive) from the target. this current rubick is more like a custom game 'ability draft' and has so many bugs. I prefer previous 'spell steal' with 2s cool down then this slow pace ult.

@DOTA2 I almost started crying from happiness. You have no idea how long I've wanted this change. When a hero respawns in the fountain, they are invulnerable as long as there's at least one enemy hero in the base until they issue a command
