@DOTA2 When the game was lagging and everything was slow the list of heroes was no there so I thought the Ogre one was the only one. I tried to ask support if they can reset so I can pick another one, but was told they can't. 😭

They haven’t fixed smurf issues at all. Smurfs never get banned. It’s a total **** show whether you play ranked or unranked.
