Where can I contact customer support? Anyone know? I haven't got a response even though I've tried so many places!

Alec.ETH (@AlecNFTs) reported@DOTA2 Five ranked games in a row where I’m playing on US servers but everyone on my team is from Peru/Ecuador. When will you fix this because losing games because you can’t coordinate is more frustrating because the majority of players deal with this issue and not cheating.
