    @ConsrvtveGaming @EAHelp As a developer, I can tell you that the more information you have on an issue, the quicker you can determine the root cause and fix it. If they can't get the bug to happen for them, they can't fix it. Info from users helps.

    @EAHelp Hello, I’ve had some issues with my rivals rewards. I tried to open them on the web app and I could see them but couldn’t claim them. So I went on console on there was nothing. Now I think they have completely gone.
