    @EAHelp I had over 8 hours left on my trial, I quit out of the game and got on today and it claims I have less than 30 minutes? That’s crazy please fix this y’all had NO problem taking my $ for EAplAy I’m just trying to get what I paid for!!!

    @EAHelp @EAHelp thank you for the quick response! as if I dont have to sleep or dont have anything better to do with my time. been trying to fix this **** since 8:30, its now 3 am. Im getting seriously frustrated by not getting anyone to help me out for a bit. 24/7 support btw.

    @EAHelp Game keeps on resetting everytime I win a game. I’ve lost five badges and progress on three weekly challenges that I had to play for a whole day to complete. I understand the developers are working hard to research and resolve this problem but, I would love to get some feedback.

    @EAHelp @Respawn Yeo respawn your game is bugging out like it’s get resetting to my original level and it’s annoying I played for a whole day to get legend tokens but I never received them when leveling up like I’m trying to get a skin please fix it like I’m stressing out

    @EAHelp non of my kills/damage/ranked RP on apex has registered for the last couple days. I have videos of my 4k game and +92 rp which I didn’t get, is there a fix coming ?

    @EAHelp I can't do anything in MUT. No auctions, no packs, etc. An error pops up when I click to play the very first solo. I've deleted saved data, deleted the game, re-installed, everything.

    @EAHelp Really concerning that @PlayApex hasn’t addressed this @RKRigney. Not touching the game until a fix has been pushed. Would just be nice to hear from RSPN acknowledging the issue and giving us a timeframe on a fix
