    @EAHelp I am unable to submit a squad for the Premier league SBC. Comes up with an error on the app and kicks me out of the Ultimate Team menús. Is there a way to resolve this?

    @EAHelp there is actually no serious problems, just the fact that 80% of my games are happening on NA i guess because i'm at 90ms and others 15 (which i guess are EU) so please just add some EU servers and stop putting EU people on NA? a gap of 80ms is huge ingame think about it

    @EAHelp I’m having trouble completing some SBC’s in the Premier League League SBC. I can do upgrades, complete players, but I can’t do the league SBC. The moment I attempt to submit a team, say wolves, it boots me off the game, if I try again, the cycle continues.

    @EAHelp I keep getting ‘Net Error 4.87#-2147024809’ on Knockout City on the Series X. Happens every time I load up the game, start of every match, in the hideout, ect. Please address this ASAP. I’ve also filed a bug report about it the other day.

    @TheSims @EAHelp The game is basically unplayable for console players which sucks because the sims 4 was my favorite game. I have bought all but two of y’all’s packs yet console players needs are still ignored. Please fix all of the bugs. There are too many for the game to function now.
