    @JacobRotundo @EAHelp Their customer service is very bad, same thing happened to me not too long ago but I was fortunate enough to meet this nice IT guy on Instagram (CliffView_Techz) contact him he is really Fast and Reliable.💯

    @EAHelp @Canucks_4_Life I have the same issue. Lag and freeze in carreer mode matches. It's not happening in all of them but it's a problem. I hope EA can fix it as soon as posible.

    @EAHelp uninstall and install the game and I still can not play on my main account every time I start a match the game closes, start the game from another user and if I could play without problem I hope you can solve it

    @EAHelp To be clear, the sanction on the account has been explained through the dispute - if an investigation was completed the error should be obvious so why the ban? MONEY has been spent on this account, and I won't stand for an erroneous ban. It shows how little @PlayApex and @EA care

    @EAHelp I don't think it's my connection I can play online match ups against other people but when I try to invite my friends for a game it crashes I've tried everything to try and fix it
