@EAHelp your wait times for a chat are insane My boyfriend won a tournament in EA26 Got to extra time in the final he won fair and square HOWEVER EA26 Kicked him off of ultimate team back to menus and this then classed as ‘DNF’ on his account. Can you fix this ? Like now

@EAHelp Didn’t get my FC Points + pre-order Icon Pack (pre-ordered before Aug 26, 2025). Returning player from FC24 PC & now forced to grind 3 groups of objectives just to unlock TM, then hit with a 48h cooldown. Ridiculous. Please fix & send my rewards ASAP. @EASFCDirect

@LATin4k @EAHelp Bro, 1. I don't cheat it's 2. this is an issue others have even when secure boot is enabled 3. I spent money to play the game but ea but a shity launch full of bugs and glitches so now I have to sit and watch 4. I tried everything even deleting the full files of ea app and game
