    @EAHelp Hi, after purchasing the ultimate edition of FIFA 22, I never received the hero/icon card we were promised for Ultimate Team. Believe a number of players had the same issue.

    Dear @Respawn @EAHelp, this is my 6th attempt at trying to get an answer for on behalf of the Titanfall 2 community. As of 12/15/21 the servers are STILL unplayable due to constant ddos attacks. No statements have been given on this ongoing situation. Is there an adult around? 🤔

    @fifasavedmylife @EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp due to an EA mistake of making MBappe a ST istead of a LW. After the fix we all get one for playing and the MBappe ST will be deleted and replaced by a LW for players who received a ST card. (read on the internet)

    @BFBulletin @EAHelp Still no news about the freeze and crash problems on series x. I'm playing more of the game right now until the problem is solved. I bought the ultimate version of the game.

    @EAHelp Fix your game, That's how. Hit registration is broken, spawn-in system is broken, game balance is broken, etc. Yet again another multi-million dollar company releasing a broken unfinished game. Really hope you guys don't ruin the franchise.
