@EAHelp when are you going to fix allowing people to d/c in the last minute after conceding a penalty on fifa? This should be easy to fix? You can see that it was their d/c with the game at a draw and just conceded a penalty?

@EAHelp hi, I’m playing Plants Vs Zombies GW2 on Xbox1 EA Play Game Pass Ultimate. When i try split screen sign in with my son’s profile it asks me to sign in to an EA account. I enter my EA username and pw (he doesn’t have one) and it says “unable to login, we cannot complete..”

@EAHelp No, because this problem isn't a isolated case. Its been happening since launch and has gotten worse. If I'm at the point where I'm deleting the game, I'm not reinstalling

There are reports that players have tried submitting @EAHelp tickets in regard to the DDoS issue and these tickets are being ignored and closed without any response. When calling EA Help, people are told they will be transferred to get help and then they are hung up on @Respawn

@EAHelp Thank you for single handedly ruining my night. I've gone through 3 different customer support assistants and not a single one has been able to fix my problem. I deleted, repaired, and updated everything that I feasibly can do but here I am.🙃
