    @EAHelp I preordered cottage living probably about 2 weeks ago and I was so excited to play. The issue is it won’t let me download the pack at all but it says I own it.

    @TheSims @EAHelp Had an issue with is not downloading and couldn't find where to download it. However, I restarted my origin and it started to download.

    @TheSims @EAHelp I’m now chatting with @AskPlayStation and they appear to not know there’s a problem. Utterly ridiculous, all of you. It’s like no one ever learns anything from previous problems, they just do it again and again. On the upside, they haven’t taken the money out of my bank account.

    @TheSims @EAHelp Support told me that there was an issue and the preorder never processed so I had to cancel and reorder, check with your banking if you were charged for your order. They waited till now to email me that they had an issue processing, so this might be the problem for some of you.
