@EAHelp Hello, After the Fifa 22 Patch on PC the game is unplayable due to constant freezes and lags after every skill move and major event. Many people have experienced this but there is no statement from EA on this problem. When do we expect a fix, cant play Champs like that.

@EAHelp The servers are down and a error pop up screen with a close or retry button would pop up. Everytime I hit retry to reconnect, it take a few mins but it wouldn’t connect me. I have a Xbox Series X

@EAHelp help. #ApexLegends is unplayable rn. When someone shoots me from the back I can't hear it, when I turn around the shots are louder than a jet braking the sound barrier. Same with voicelines from my tm. Pls fix.

@JokerReview @EAHelp @EA_DICE Support teams have scripts and procedures they must go through before they can escalate your issue. It is also very VERY likely that most employees in CS are not gamers at all. So this is not out of incompetence or maliciousness.

@EAHelp I’ve done all that. Nothing works. And it’s not just me. A lot of my friends on Xbox have this problem. My version say 1.1.7.5 on my PlayStation it’s like 1.8.7 so y’all slacking on @Xbox servers. @PlayApex
