@EAFIFAMOBILE Why is it that if we did the "rivals tickets x5" exchange last week and had tickets left over we are unable to do it again this week??? I'd have rather lost the extra tickets and be able to do it again. Makes no sense. Fix it ASAP!!! @EAHelp

@EAHelp I just bought a new bundle of Sims packs and downloaded them last night and when I loaded my game they weren’t there, I left it and then woke up this morning and tried to repair it but now Sims wont boot up at all as it says there is an error with my game. help please!!

Is anyone getting emails saying they’re having payment issues with the preorder for Growing Together and you did it like a month ago or so?? I just find it odd and I contacted EA Help and they said it’s fine and I’m ok 😬#TheSims4GrowingTogether #TheSims4 @TheSims @EAHelp

@Simbico @TheSims @EAHelp I just don’t understand why and even after chatting with them they kept saying it’s fine it’s fine…I used PayPal and I know they don’t take payments out until closer to release…and I’ve never had and issues using PayPal and buying or preordering packs before 😭
