@EA @EAHelp A support representative reached out to me via Twitter and we were able to resolve the issue with direct support from them. Thanks. The email support/website support was really horrible. But the Twitter support was fantastic and issue was resolved within an hour.

@EAHelp my nhl 23 game is getting error code 736C3F99F74BDD20 failed to retrieve data when trying to enter world of chel. Any known ways to resolve this? I tried restarting ps5 and app and also deleted and uninstalled and downloaded again.

@EAHelp Sometimes when loading in to a match of Apex Legends on PS4, the screen will be black on the character selection screen, and sometimes stuck at 0.0 seconds until match starts. Are you aware of this issue?
