@EAHelp @Bxkkon As someone who worked in customer service for many years, it’s kinda tone deaf and just a bad look to keep repeating “reach out to a live agent” when responding to a post and a reply which both express that live agents can’t assist due to policy and procedure.

@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp The Game is terrible broken on PS4, also not having crossplay with new gen seems a pretty dumb choice, I need to have PS4 and PS5 versions installed for playing with my Friends that are on the PS4 version. The experience on the old gen versions feel kind of wack

@EAHelp Thank you for your response, i logged in a topic at your official forum too. Hoping the fix comes in soon. Extreme Frame rate dip / stuttering in a MP makes it unplayable.

@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp Why is crossplay not input based? And why did you disable the in-game option for Xbox users? I can't stress enough, controller vs KBM is such a huge issue. I can't play with my friends on PS unless we both opt into mandatory crossplay with PC, which the majority are on KBM.
