    @EAHelp (and allow him to PAY THEM) because of their own **** up? My partner spent £130 in that @SWTOR account, with money left in escrow which he can't get back and customer service was no help at all.

    @EAHelp I just had the worse glitch ever I’m not sure if my opponent was cheating? But he paused and seemed as if it just cancelled and carried on playing he went as a CPU and showed his game tag above my players also had to quit at 90 minutes as the game froze after winning 4-1

    @EAHelp are @EA_DICE ever going to fix the aim assist and controller issues with Battlefield 2042? It's making aiming terrible which is kind of needed in a FPS game.

    @EAHelp customer service deleted the account for him telling him that there was no linked games to it. My partner didn't even receive email confirmation for this. Now @EAHelp says that there is nothing they can do to link the account to an existing EA account
