@EAHelp Hadn't checked my twitter, sorry. I'm still having the issue. Redownloaded the game, rebuilt database, cleared cache, and it still crashes when I try to spawn.

@ValleyBoyz4L @AshMUFC94 @EAHelp U tube it bud. Unlimited 10 hrs u basically glitch from s second account to your main to keep getting 10 hours I've gas 40 odd do far for the ripe old price of 2£ lol. And if I had remembered it would have been 0£ because u can claim a refund

@EAHelp Apologies, different time zones meant I only saw these replies just now. Thank you Amy; unfortunately I have already tried those suggested workarounds and they are not solving the issue for me. I removed my headset and plugged in my controller, to no avail.

@ValleyBoyz4L @AshMUFC94 @EAHelp Easy u tube it. I've had 40 hours for 1£ so far and until they fix the game I'll continue this and not buy it. Basically second account adds your main, invites to season friendly, switch to main account. Your able to play on it

@jonwitter10 @EAHelp I had similar problems,I’ve made several appeals to support system over and over but no help was rendered until I was referred to @24support_service_ on Instagram they helped me fix my account they can help you too
