    @MaddenNFLDirect Still haven’t gotten a single thing! Contacted ea help today and they said they ARENT done fixing the problem and I just need to wait more time. So why did they claim all but so rewards were fixed then? Which is the truth and which is a lie? So frustrated with EA now! @EAHelp

    @EAHelp @Rhys_Owen21 Also, could you confirm if something has been done to fix the multiple errors that banned REAL players just for sourcing in the transfer market few minutes at a high speed? Because I didn't read anywhere there was a maximum market time, but I got repeatedly soft banned.

    @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp Madden 23 franchise is broken. Can't advance in the seasons. Keeps kicking me off for "inactivity" when I'm clearly active, and then sending me back to a previous draft even tho I'm half way through a season
