    @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp This is one awful fix for people that haven’t had the issue yet. which in turn they won’t search for help and know about this till their time also magically disappears as well

    @EAHelp Does anybody know the fix for the trial not even starting or opening on EA Play? It either takes me to the “you’re too early” screen or the manage subscription screen of EA Play. @EAHelp

    @EAHelp the ES client hasn't let me cancel my EA play membership for months now, it keep redirecting me to sign in then tells me sign in is currently unavailable.

    @EAHelp @risqyyyy Dont message them. They will tell you to call ea support and even then they cant fix the issue they will just tell you their working on this issue sorry your having this problem. I would know because I had to message them yesterday told me to call support. Bascially waste of time

    @EAHelp i didnt respond because I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game. that was a temporary fix. so i went and repaired the game.. i have not played yet to figure it out.. so i didnt want to waste your time haha

    @MaddenNFLDirect It's been 12 hours. The workaround provided last night does not work, still same #timergate problem. Also, crickets when it comes to giving the players the lost hours back. Top notch customer service from @EAHelp like always!

    @stargetebig @EAHelp @Respawn A lot of Players have this issue, my Mate also Lost 700 Platin Points but i don't See an Investigation on Trello, or that EA/Respawn Aware of that. I even don't want to spend Money in this Time on Lootboxes in Apex if the Servers are keeping my stuff that i earned on Resett.

    @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL Since I only launched the game and then exited the trial timer kept running. I didn't even get to try the game. Now I def won't be buying it since you can't fix the issue. We have about had it with the BS EA.
