    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA your company and policies are a complete and utter joke. I received an email after a month of “investigation” to tell me I won’t be provided details and my acct is permanently suspended, after having no issues in 10+ years and spending thousands....

    @EAHelp I’m having problems logging into my account on the companion app as I am never receiving the confirmation code through email, and when I go to contact an advisor, the option is never there.
