    @EAHelp can't access community files on Madden, I've been trying for 2 days now and it continues to say the connection to the server is lost but it has no issue connecting me to an online game. I've reset my router even though my connection is NOT the problem. Please help

    @EAHelp Or is this regarding the stuck sims? If the stuck sims issue, yes it hasn't been resolved. Same goes to my old issues being kick to ghost server, all aren't resolved yet.

    @EAHelp I’ve been trying to contact you via DM. Your game’s servers are beyond terrible, got booted out of back-to-back FUT Champs games because of an “error connecting to the servers” then wasn’t compensated for it and now I’m unable to log back on completely. Sort it out!

    @EAHelp/@Respawn can you guys give a good reason you yall don't update titanfall or at the least fix the game (by getting rid of the ddosser) like when apex legends was being hacked and being ddossed yall fixed it immediately and titanfall on the other hand is still under fire.

    @EAHelp Okay, I'm glad you're aware of this issue, but it's been several days. I work in IT and keep track of our servers. If we have a client server going down for a half hour we catch hell. How this can go down for days and not even know the cause is inexcusable.
