@EAHelp I think you may need to train your case agents to read properly, submitted a case regarding a ban and was told to contact Xbox ( don't see how Xbox can sort out an issue when the game is contacting your servers and the message is saying that your EA account is disabled)

@Shen_blaze @EAHelp That usually happens of you leave the hosts session without the host ending the session. Sometimes occurs rarely even if not cooping. It'll cause the game to say you can't connect to EA and say your offline. To fix it restart your console. Always works that way.

@EAHelp I was gold 2 and got reset to rookie 4 cause of a bug and now i have climbed to play 4. I experienced a -8000 error in plat 4 lobby again but it was only a display error. Scary. The worst fix would be reset me to gold 2 cause I spent 2 days climbing from rookie4 to plat.
