    @EAHelp please fix madden 23 bugs where 1) controller input fails while selecting play/snapping ball. 2) certain plays disappear from playbook when using custom playbook. Resolves after next play. 3) LAN cable disconnect error. Only happens with madden.

    @EAHelp your customer service is a joke! I've had to open 3 tickets for the same issue, been asked for my email 3 times in a SINGLE ticket again and again. Still, nothing is resolved, I can't access what I paid for. I feel like I'm talking to chatbots. Latest Case ID: 121746321

    @EAHelp so glad I spent 2 days on Face of the Franchise. With an amazing undefeated season. Only for me not to sing to a new team in off season. No fix nothing. This is sad that nothing is patched for the main game mode you advertise. #Madden23

    @Formula1game Everytime I load up the game it says I need an EA login which of course I have, and it tells me to retry connection to login but when I press that the exact same message appears, my internet is completely fine so Im not sure, can you please help, @EAHelp
