@liam96892068 @EAHelp I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but I was able to recover my acc with the help of #CYBERCR3CK on Instagram .He is legit and trusted.

@EAHelp I'm rank 2 and have won the 7 games for upgraded rewards in rivals but it says I need to be rank to to earn these rewards and I'm going to get rank 3 tomorrow which is wrong... What can I do to fix this?

@EAFIFADirect @EAHelp @EAFIFADirect It's been longer than 7 days since your email has been sent to me and I am still banned from FIFA. It says I am banned for 993 days longer, whereas you guys said this was a visual glitch and in the email I was sent it said 7 days as well. Please help me!!
