    @EAHelp Hi, I bought The Sims 3 + all the DLCs on Steam but cannot play on Mac and Steam provides no CD keys. Your support page is not working for me. Can you help add the Mac 64-bit version to my EA account? i can provide proof of purchase.

    @EA @EAHelp Please fix the Nintendo Switch It Takes Two friend pass error. Result Code: 105-80190000 This has obviously been an issue for years with forum posts dating back 2 years to today. People solely buy this game to play online, and cannot play at all. Thanks

    @Gator_FPS @EAHelp This happened to me as well—I was banned despite playing legitimately for years. My appeals only got automated replies, but the issue was eventually resolved after I reached out to JOE_UNBAN here on X.

    Every single one of my FUT Champs games ive been hit with lag compensation. This is the last title i ever buy from @EASPORTSFC. #FC26 is a rigged gambling simulator, nothing more. The whole development team should be replaced. @EASFCDirect @EAHelp

    @EASFCDirect Yeah, issues with connecting. Issues with connecting with real humans at @EAHelp. Accounts are kept being banned for coin distribution even tho no one sells/buys coins. The issue has been going for so long now it's amazing how incopetent your ToS team is. I've been banned for over 3months now on few seperate accounts, and unbanned multiple times only to be banned again the next day EVEN WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY ON THE ACCOUNTS.
