  Way to show the people(your customer base) that you don’t care about them. Servers have been garbage for weeks and you’ve done nothing to fix it. Ignoring each and every one of our concerns. Sitting in silence collecting money for services you can’t provide @EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp

  @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp My Madden26 mobile overall went down from like 4150 to 3845. Second time has happened. I lost players and some had attributes decreased. All after the maintenance yall did. Fix my team please. So much work to build it up. Geez @EAHelp me! UID# 58154169. Is it even possible?

  @AskEASupport playing Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam. I have 900mbps Wi-Fi 6, but my in-game ping is suddenly stuck between 110ms–160ms. I already flushed my DNS and reset my hardware. Matchmaking is routing me to the wrong regional servers. Any known server issues right now?

  @EASPORTSFC @EASFCDirect @EAHelp Alert don't play this game it's a scam and completely broken. Last playable player I packed was during thanks giving, as I don't pay any money to EA they don't give anything to me. Don't buy fc27, don't fall for fake claims by influencers. Completely bycot

  @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL @EASPORTS_MUT Hey ******** fix your dam servers! Got to tier 2 for the CPU Event finished and won the first game but due to being “kicked” out it’s now counted as a loss and means I’d have to do the first 5 games again! Class action lawsuit is what you need!

  @EASPORTSCollege @EAHelp, I purchased the EA SPORTS MVP+ Membership on PS5. My PS account shows the subscription is active, the PS Store says I own it, and I’ve restored licenses. However, CFB27 still shows the July 6 Deluxe unlock instead of the July 2 MVP+ early access. Is this a known entitlement issue? I can provide screenshots.

  @EAHelp You guys need to fix the bug on FC 26. I don't understand how one would be winning comfortably in an online game, and once the opponent abruptly cancels the game, the win would not be recorded. That is frustrating.

  @EAHelp while i was on my 4th on ultimate gauntlet (on a streak win btw) i was vsing this guy and i won the game but as soon as the game finshed i got dc and i had to login back in to ultimate team and it pop up a disconnect message but my internet was not booted or dropped out.

  @EAHelp because of all the TERRIBLE CRASHING! I missed all the early Draft store content 👏 thanks. This game’s been broken for weeks Home Screen Home Screen can’t connect. Yet it’s still doing it right now thanks for nothing as usual
