@EAHelp It's a little unsettling to have issues like this pop out of nowhere and stay. I played since week 1 experienced all kinds of issues. But after having played 2k+ hours, spent almost the same in money, to not have your account work is just worrying and I didnt get proper help

@EAHelp Thanks Logan, well I've been unable to get into Lobby for 3 days straight now. Code:net usually goes away within a few minutes/hours. Support staff couldn't tell me what's up with my account. I'm not suspended/banned. So I am a little helpls tbh. + my case got a "no fix found"

@EAHelp Whenever I try open fifa 20 it says my login credentials have expired and have to renew my password I did that but it’s still not working I don’t know if I did it right or not. This happened about a month ago and I tried again today after deleting the saved data on fifa

@EAHelp FIFA 21 is failing to load my games progress (this is what I believe the issue to be) when I launch into the game. I've repaired the game on the Origin launcher and logged in and out of my Origin account.

@EAHelp There is an issue where some players who have contacted support to delete an old persona from their account are unable to link new persona to this account, seeing the error message saying the “old” persona is still linked to their account.
