@EAHelp No, because this isn't the first time I've been through this dog and pony show and I'm done hearing the "re-download the game" and "have you tried clearing the cache"? It's time to actually fix your product and listen to the community. It constantly crashes at the franchise menu.

@issabucslife4me @EAHelp I was able to fix it myself. My issue was my gameshare with my friend, I had to disconnect and reconnect it. If you don’t have a gameshare, I also deleted and then re downloaded. One of the two resulted in it working

@EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL fix y’all game! Franchise mode freezes at halftime every single game. Gives you an overhead look at the stadium without being able to skip it.

@EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL please can you guys fix the bug that ruins Franchise mode by zeroing out all stats and resetting the scores once the game is completed? This is a launch bug that has been alerted to for OVER 2 weeks and still no update or fix. Franchise players still exist.

@EAHelp I haven’t been able log into ultimate team since Friday. It says my account has been denied access to MUT. I have no ban history and I’m not sure what the issue is, I have been in live chats all weekend with EA support.

@EAHelp is there any fix to the error that says some of our services could not be accessed. Please try again, when trying to get into the yard. Also is there a fix for the ultimate team error that said our servers cannot process your request at this time

@MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp Your servers just kicked me off right before I was awarded my xp for a solo battle. This cost me a tier of rewards and 2 extra packs of rewards and a bunch of coins. My dailies have been broken and not awarding a win for my first win of the day since release...
