  @EAHelp I still have not received my pre-order packs from this weekend. Like many others, I saw they were available on mobile but disappeared entirely when accessing them on PS5 (post free upgrade). Is there an ETA on when this issue will be resolved?

  @EAHelp My fifa 21 players have disappeared in my FUT team. I logged four cases and no one wants to help. I deleted my team n built a new squad but my players are not appearing. They were not quick sold so they cannot be in quick sell recovery. Please fix this.
