    @EAHelp I've accepted that I can't get my lost sims back. But please, fix the busy sim bug. As far as I know, it's been in the game for at least a year, and honestly I don't why you guys are choosing to ignore it.

    @EAHelp @TheSimsMobile I want to do eco shifts to try to get all the gorgeous items there, but I can't because of this constant fear that I'd lose my sims again. Marrying them back in isn't really a solution; it's just a temporary fix.

    @EAHelp I purchased 300 donuts in The Simpsons: Tapped Out and didn’t receive any. The game was lagging and I had to leave the game, but the transaction went through. I would like my money back.

    @EAHelp @CeceInfinite Yeah so it's been almost a year and this issue is still on going?? In game server timed out and then an abandon penalty. Glitching and kicking me out mid-game. What's going on? I've tried everything under the sun so I'm sure it isn't my connection nor specs.

    @EAHelp Hi. FIFA 22 using PS4. We used 2 x 15,000 FUT to do single player draft modes but there was an error and the mode reset, meaning we lost the 30,000. Can we get our FUT back please. Can you reply please. Thanks. D

    @EAHelp origin has always let me login with just my ID and password for years, i've never needed to verify the email (which i now don't have access to) but today it won't let me login without verifying. is there any other way i can access my account and games?
