    Yo @EAHelp - why does Rank 3 and above Fut Champs rewards only have 1 player packs as a reward in game, when your website says it should be a 3 player pack. Someone going 20-0 has worse rewards than 14-6 right now. Can you fix it? @EASPORTSFIFA @EAFIFADirect

    @walkerjono2 @EAHelp @MatthewTripcony Just give everyone the packs how hard could it be. It's been 36 hours and still nothing. Your a billionaire company and you can't fix a pack issue. It's a bit sad.

    @EAHelp I have had multiple interaction with EA Support, They told me to contact Microsoft and explain the the EA downloads is not working. Microsoft had a chucle and explained that they cannot help me with EA Games.
