  I'm simply asking for someone to investigate why 3 separate accounts on the same PC were all banned for the same reason. If something on my system is triggering EA AntiCheat, I genuinely want to fix it before ever logging into my main account again. @Respawn @EAHelp @PlayApex

  @EASPORTS_MUT @EAHelp @EA Fix your servers ! People, including myself keep getting kicked today, Do your job! I don’t understand how your heads let you all keep your jobs with how bad this has been this year. FPS & racing games don’t have this much of a problem!

  It’s crazy that the community keeps finding solutions to issues that official support can’t solve... @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp Still grateful to everyone who tried helping. At least if someone else gets stuck with this weird Clubs issue, now there’s a possible fix.

  @EAHelp hello ea, what the hell is happening to servers on FC26 my ping jumps to over 1100 and stays like this for long time , last week not even one stable game, i live in uk and can easly say i am not the only one having this issues

  Hey @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp, FC 27 has a Turkey server, but Azerbaijan players are still being connected to distant servers. Our ping hasn't improved. Please fix the server routing. #FC27 #EASPORTSFC

  @EASFCDirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This game would be much better, if you idiots would fix key things like gameplay and matchmaking. Perfect round in gauntlet is impossible for me bc despite having a bad form in "friendlies", I am still getting matched against elite players.

  @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

  @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC I am requesting an immediate escalation for Case #[243220939]. I have a server-side data corruption issue: an unclaimed Evolution reward is stuck and unredeemable, causing my account’s Store access to crash entirely.

  Hey @OperationSports you may want to warn Madden players about Madden’s broken customer support. The links and avenues here no longer exist. @eahelp is gone. Facebook is gone too. Most importantly: EA Support literally told me I can’t play EA games online unless I regain access to an old Xbox that was factory-reset and traded in. I know my EA password, control the linked Xbox account, and can prove ownership, but their recovery system has no workable fallback. Case #252552383. What a waste of money!
