@EAHelp @4thQtrGaming Fix the “connection issues” glitch and you will fix most of the cheating going on... The notification shouldn’t come up more than once or at most twice, and damn sure shouldn’t turn into “your connection is having issues” followed by being completely unable to control your team.

@EAHelp Just as a follow up, I don't think custom content creators should be so consistently relied upon to fix the broken stuff in this game. Console players don't get to. We have to wait for EA and The Sims to fix stuff. It's a great game but too much is broken.

@EAHelp launched the game for the first time, no prompt was given to log into my EA account, then it said there “unable to complete EA sign in” and i have error code 100. not sure what’s wrong? cant find anyone else having a server issue :/

@EAHelp The game has a lag switch exploit which could be fixed simply but you choose to frustrate your customers and pretend you know nothing about it. Garbage. Truly my last EA game. Haven’t purchased your trash in Madden or battlefield for years. Done with this trash poorly made game.

Ugh. I have had a long and heartbreaking day of loss and just wanted to escape into the sims 4 for a bit. Turns out 2 of my @TheSims 4 kits got removed from my game and now show as not owned. Now to spend time I didn’t have waiting for @EAHelp chat to resolve this issue.

@EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp Any chance you guys are going to fix the censorship filter on madden 21? All of a sudden normal words are being censored such as Penei, Dickerson, Stokes, and Azeez. Franchise is completely unplayable because any random generated player could be censored
