@SCymbal21 @EAHelp My account got hacked too...i tried contacting support service but no response so..I went online and searched for a hacker then I got referred to @vizmitech on Twitter i was doubtful at first until they helped me recovered it.

@EAHelp hey I got banned in Apex for "cheating" despite the fact that I was unable to open the game without it crashing my PC for over a month. I filled out two ban appeals and I would appreciate if this problem could be resolved.

@EAHelp @PlayApex my boyfriend had his origin account hacked the other day and now his apex account is banned... there was no reason given either as to why the ban happened. He's not the only person to face this issue either, when's it going to be fixed?

@EAHelp I was told it was an ongoing issue and the issue was being looked into. If the drops have been fixed, then I will inform you as soon as i am able. If the drops are not fixed, can i be pleased be notified when it is fixed.
