@EAHelp This is so annoying. I'm getting abandon penalties in ranked now because of the crashing. I repaired the game twice and its crashed about 20 times total since the new update. I've lowered my settings to see if that was the issue and nothing still!!! PLEASE FIXXXXXX

@EAHelp @Jared_BWelty Really Patrick? The "connectivity issue" is that Franchise mode is offline for server maintenance, but the maintenance began at 6:00 am ET and it's now 1:00 pm ET.

@Richie12167185 @AskEASupport Are you playing other games and using it at the same time? Step 1 get an ethernet cable. Your connection could be your entire problem. When reinstalling, closes ask other apps and put in “rest mode”. With a proper Internet connection it will be done in 40 min.

@MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp Can you please make sure Preason Injuries carry over to regular season in #Madden21 ! This can’t be a hard issue to figure out. I believe last year had the same issue until a late update such as this came out to fix it! It’s back again!!

@EAHelp Hi, can I please get some help regarding connectivity issues. FUT is unplayable for me and has been for about a month; red/orange connection every game. Every other online game is fine for lag and even gamemodes like Pro clubs and Volta are working fine. Not FUT though.
