@JackSnook6 @EAHelp ah that’s rough, try and find your pre order confirmation email from wherever you ordered from - if ea haven’t fixed it soon as it seems like a widespread issue try contact their helpline via phone/ email showing proof of the pre order date. Good luck 👍🏻

@paralolum @EAHelp You've clearly never been on the 2042 Subreddit mate, tons of people still talk about how the badges never update past random points and EA Help are no help, i've contacted them about other things and they've never done anything, plus this is a fix DICE would need to implement.

@EAHelp Have a soft ban for DNF appears, however, this is because your new World Cup Swaps game mode has a golden goal option, is there a way to fix this? Shouldn't really be punished for playing one of your game modes as it is meant to be played.
