@EAHelp That don’t matter you never actually fix people’s problems with accounts or lost coin/disappearing cards/un receives packs. I won’t hold my breath if anything happens again. Crazy thing is I actually spent real hard earned cash on this game.

@EAHelp is absolutely worthless to deal with.I can’t access an old email account so I can’t reset my log in information.I’ve searched their archive for people having the same problem and it is very disappointing that it has gone all the way back to 2014 with no way of fixing it.
