  @SarahmfJessica @EAHelp Yeah it’s customer service. I worked in that field for a while. I would never be unfriendly to them in normal situation. They’re the punching bag between often rightfully grieving customers and corporate bs of only caring about the bottom line and stakeholders

  @SarahmfJessica @EAHelp I was just curious because I hadn’t heard anyone mention it for so long. I usually play legacy playthroughs and going into the actor career means studying it at uni first.   @OriginInsider @EAHelp origin key won't activate, it acknowledges which game it is then when you click confirm, it comes up with an error message & to try later. It's been hours now

  @EAHelp - a class A crash bug in the final two minutes of a 60hr game (Mass Effect Legendary ME1, Saren fight) MUST be something you could have addressed in the past four plus weeks? This game cannot be completed on Series X. This is unacceptable.
