@EAHelp I made a case on contact EA about an issue that a good amount of players and I are facing on FIFA 23 but only the ultimate team game mode. I spoke to a EA advisor and they said the issue would be sent to the developer team. Its been since 12-18-22 since the case was made.

@EAHelp hey im having problems w fifa 23 on ps5, it’s giving me error code WV-109156-2 . I switched wifi to my phone and it let me get through and gave me a QR code that sent me to reset my password which I did, and agree to terms but it still does nothing. Game won’t work at all

@EAHelp Some of your friends told me, they can't help to unblock my account... they said "my account is not connected with EA account"... whereas when I create account, there are only login options as guest, via facebook, or google play games.
