@EAHelp Hi there, I’m having an issue with Fifa 21 (disc) on my ps5. I have downloaded the next gen upgrade version, however every time I put the disc in or turn the ps5 on, it tries to download the PS4 version as well. Is there a way to stop this from happening?

@adrianma1991 @EAHelp @adrianma1991 I had problems as well but if you go to David Beckham edition you would see a tiny box says free upgrade click on it then it will download it you do need to keep your FIFA 21 PS4 version disc in your PS5

hello @EAHelp is there some issues with the fifa servers on PC ? I got disconnected several times , and the match doesn't count (no L or W ). At this point it's gonna be impossible to finish the FUT at time if we need to play the games x2 or x3.

@EAHelp Oh again this is not just a PS5 issue, exactly the same issue with Series X. I think the ea trial is mucking up this whole dual entitlement, piss it off now and fix the damn thing, not "be patient, we are working on it" bullshit. No it has nothing to do with regions either.
