@TheSims There should be lemon laws for expensive games like The Sims 4. Stop putting out games that aren't functioning. Majority of the bug fixes were for scenarios. Why not fix the things the community has been asking for. Oh, I guess @EAHelp just said eff it & no longer responds? WOW!

@EAHelp Hello, things are working now, seems like it worked after I waited for a while. Another issue arose. I'm not able to play breakthrough. I'm able to play conquest. I chatted with other players in game and they were having the same problem. Again this seems to be a problem for Asia
