fighting with @EAHelp for hours now. I have yet to receive the 3150 apex coins. This is by far the worst experience with customer service. And this comes after losing all my legend unlocks and skins since the game launched (my fault for not reading the disclaimer) @EA @Respawn

@EAHelp The problem is that there are no local african servers for don't @PlayApex Amazon have many server tech available here and with dollar rand conversion it would be relatively cheap to host here. You can't play competitively at 100ms. This cannot be excepted by the community.

Hey @EAHelp, I can't access my origin account right after a purchase was made in it. Whenever I enter the login credentials, origin says "They are incorrect or expired" and the same happens when I change my pass. Spoke to an EA advisor but no changes!! Need a solution...

@EAHelp : Have issue to link my EA account to my PSN account. Each game I'm trying to connect to EA on my PS5 always ask me to reset my EA password (which I did several times). But in my profile I can't see any connection between my PSN account and EA account.

@EAHelp it's very suspicious that your monetized Microtransaction MUT is working perfectly, but the mode you can't get more money out of people for is down with no fix in sight. Might be something a Class Action Lawyer can look into.
