@EAHelp yah, no thanks. i don't want to do that, i want EA to fix the game. this is why i haven't been buying kits and i won't be buying any EPs or Stuff packs in the future. it shouldn't be up to players to work around what's broken.

@EAHelp I spent 15k for online draft. I was just on the mode and an EA server error code showed up saying I had no connection, went straight back to Ultimate team and I’m told I have to pay for it all over again. Please fix this

@EAHelp 💙When I have an internet connection it lets me sign into Origin & from there I can use offline mode no problem.But my issue is when I have no internet connection, Origin won't allow me to sign in at all. I used to be able to play The Sims 4 entirely without internet with Origin

@EAHelp GM! Thank you for your response the issue is in the game it originally had the MVP level at 15 wins in game and when I logged in yesterday it had moved up to 16 wins required for MVP level. I also had 2 games left that had I know about the change I would played those games.

@EAHelp That works when I have internet connection. I can get in, set it offline mode, sign out & then get in offline. If I to launch Origin with no internet connection it doesn't show the option to even sign in. it used to let me sign in with no internet connection to play sims offline

@EAHelp That’s my point. This isn’t my issue. This is a potential issue for the entire community. The rewards themselves have been delayed. But my goal was to make sure you all were aware because this will create a massive issue. It’s bad to false advertise in game.
