@EAHelp Im not a EA play subscriber or have not preordered the game but I'm trying to get into the #BattlefieldBeta on PC, keep getting the QR error, any tips on how to fix or will this be fixed by EA? Or perhaps I am too early for the beta unless its open to everyone?

@harrytdixon20 @cal_rufc @BSmith_Esports I know I was on an EAHelp chat for over an hour this morning until I remembered that it was the Joe Cole issue and before I did they were making me test all my connections etc….. and trying to make out it was an issue my end. They couldn’t say when it will be fixed

@EAHelp I posted on someone else’s post about the same issues I am having where my gun just fires on its own. Only way to stop it is pressing ‘v’. Tried a controller but it doesn’t even see it as a device. All my other games work fine.

Hello, @EASPORTSFIFA. I recently purchased your game off amazon to play it on my new ps5, I was having no issues until recently when my FUT player 'Lewandowski' never seemed to get out of the penalty box even if I get control of it and manually try it. This is costing me @EAHelp

@EAHelp @Kevw2012 Seeing similar freeze issues on PS5 that are pretty consistent now (roughly 1/4 to 1/3 of my recent games). Will try the guidance here and report back. Have also submitted multiple error reports via the console when prompted. Not loving how I lose ranked points with each crash😕
