@EAHelp I was told that the solo battle glitch for @EAMaddenNFL would be taken care of. But all it’s done is allowed me to play but not fixed my loss caused by the glitch. I thought it would be taken care of for me to be able to play. It’s costing me regards. #MaddenNFL22

@EAHelp So nothing I can do then, lost out on the best rank to this, I can’t believe it. I had a game winning 1-0 guy disconnects it says it’s under review, and I don’t get the win? That would’ve been enough even with the lagging. Man..

@EAHelp It's 9 days and You still did nothing to fix "stutter lag" on PC in FIFA 22. When do You wanna do smth? You didn't even apologized or oficially announced that problem. You have no respect for PC players. Ppl can't play for 8 days. PS problems are fixed right away

Im trying to find a solution for a colleague of mine. He is getting dashboard (desync) every time. Did all the steps such as delete and install reset MAC address, delete saved data, is hard wired with stable connection. No error code just dashboard. @EAHelp

@EAFIFADirect @EAHelp while u investigate no loss glitch players can you fix the fact that when you play friendly if a player gets a red card it stays for the next match but does not clear when you play a new game so the red card stays unless you play a different mode. Ty
