@EAHelp I can't launch any of my games on origin or EA Desktop. When I click the "Play" nothing happens, Play button goes grey just for few seconds and it coming regular colour. However, it does not launch the game and it is not give any error. I tried everyting on ea forums.....

@EAHelp I don’t receive the access code to login TheSimpsons game for more 20 days.I’ve already signaled it,changed email and password,disinstalled the game but the issue can’t resolve itself.I’ve also tried with backup codes but they result incorrect. Please,resolve this problem

@EAHelp hey i've been trying to get an old EA account removed from my xbox live account and have no solution. the recovery email I made 10 years ago does not exist. Customer service said they couldn't verify my account because the card I used in 2016 also does not exist anymore.
