@EAHelp Currently, at the moment, The Sims 4 is installing its recent update v1.55 on the PS4. I haven’t experienced any past issues with the game. I’ve certainly never experienced this issue before in any version of the game. The ordering popup menu doesn’t display at all (pizza, etc.).

@EAHelp I myself message the guru,s when I have a problem with my game, sins4, but don't get any reply back,,I got be honest its very very rare think I have had one or two, in the past, not good, plus me as a sim player want werewolves, alot fans do, :)

@EAFIFADirect I opened the mid or prime player pick and didn’t get a moments icon in my pick as there was more icons available my odds of packing the icon I wanted were lowered there for should be compensated for your mistake. If you d not sort this matter you will face legal issues @EAHelp

@EAHelp It’s a new PS4 Slim. Same PSN account, same EA account. I’ve restored licenses as soon as I logged back into my PSN account and reinstalled The Sims 4. I always check for game updates & system updates before starting any game. The issue seems to be in the game as is.

@EAFIFADirect @EAHelp The only way to fix this is by giving everyone who did the icon pp a compensation pack, how is it fair that those who did the glitch and got the moments get a pack but everyone else just has to sit there and watch? I just think that makes no sense.
