@EAHelp Out of Wisconsin here. Platform is Nintendo Switch. Game is Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered. Error code fa2 in connecting to EA Account. Husband's in NC connects just fine, same game, same platform. Spoke to Nintendo AND EA on the phone. HELP!

@EAHelp Can you fix the servers? Pre game I get 56 ping (normal), but during the games packet loss, connections etc. It's normal on every other game.
