@EAHelp y am I having so many issues with this game? Not only that but the help I am receiving is terrible! The answer I recieve for everything is that your Team is aware and are working on it. This is the worst experience I've had with a game. Madden22 has been a disaster!

@EAHelp I've done everything you're going to suggest, from reinstalling the Game, to clearing the cache. Yall just need to fix the fact the game crashes uncontrollably from the franchise menu. My series x literally shuts off because of the game.

@EAHelp The issue seems to have started when my brother logged into his xbox gamer tag and played. Both our gamer tags are connected to the same EA account. I think there is a bug caused by the two profiles having the same ea account maybe. I want the account removed

I’ve been patient but now I’m just irritated.. I spent $100+ on your game to play mut and I can’t even access the mode to open my packs without getting an error message and I can’t even play a friendly game without my game crashing. @EAHelp @EASPORTS_MUT @Xbox
