    Hi @EAHelp, I bought Ultimate/Icon Edition of EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. Earlier I refunded the EA version. Now in Ultimate Team I only see “Browse” and “FC Points” — no “My Packs” tab and no rewards. Can you fix my account?

    @EAHelp My extra token cannot exchange with my player that means it is limited player. Exactly, I have more the player to change the extra token. Please fix it to now.

    Please fix this problem. Every time I want to play, I can't access the game. Stop updating the content; you're reducing the number of users. I've been trying to connect to the game for 5 hours and haven't been able to connect even once. Remove this problem from Türkiye. @EAHelp

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This is unacceptable. My account was hacked, password/2FA changed (Case #243136005). Your own support CONFIRMED the hack/unrecognized IPs this morning. Now your ToS team lies saying "no signs of compromise" and bans me. I spent €100 recently. Fix this!

    @EAHelp My Sim keeps coming up with an error about missing packs, but when I put the Sim in, the pack is there. Fix this.

    @EAHelp High ping issue in FC 26. My normal ping is <10ms , but now it’s constantly 100ms+. Only happens in FC 26, all other games are fine. Likely server routing or matchmaking issue (connected to distant server). Please investigate and fix. Platform: PS5 Region: Saudi Arabia

    @EASFCMOBILE @EAHelp Still no fix days later. I submitted receipts, order numbers, screenshots and UID multiple times, yet nothing has been resolved. Now my account is locked from purchases because your system says the previous transaction is still processing. Terrible support experience and WORST.

    @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL @EASPORTS_MUT Hey ******** fix your dam servers! Got to tier 2 for the CPU Event finished and won the first game but due to being “kicked” out it’s now counted as a loss and means I’d have to do the first 5 games again! Class action lawsuit is what you need!

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m experiencing high ping (98ms) in FC26 Champions. My internet is 546Mbps and I tested on both home network and 5G hotspot with same result. The issue started recently, ping was 30ms before. Please investigate Middle East servers.”
