@EAHelp Hello, I've got a problem and a question. When I'm supposed to receive my company coins for Battlefield 5, I get nothing. Daily assignments or anything alike works just fine but ranking up doesn't actually grant me the coins. Is there any way for me to fix this?

@mehmet_ali_zyrk @EAHelp I had similar problems,I've made several appeals to support system over and over but no help was rendered until I was referred to #dacktech on Instagram they helped me fix my account they can help you too I admit he's good and legit i think such consistency makes him the best

@EAHelp hello! I have a questions related to the new pack. I’m not sure if you can go with your sims to classes, I’m still new to this pack. But it doesn’t give me the option. They just go to classes by themselves. Is there something I can do to fix this?

@EAHelp whenever I go into a match in the serie a cup it kicks me out and says 'We are sorry but there was an error connecting to the FIFA 22 servers' and redirects me to the main menu. This happens whenever me or my opponent leaves and the match doesnt count

@EAHelp Right so the problem is (on bf2042)when I matchmake into breakthrough I get put into s match that has ended and get awarded 0 points. When this happens if exposure is the next map I'm not able to get past the map loading screen. It'll be there for abit then back to lobby

@EAHelp It says I dint have ant game eligible for return. Says you have 24 hours to return it. Since you guys never replied to my freaking messages, amd I dint check my notifications all the time.. I want my money back. This game is broken and unplayable

@EAHelp I am really struggling to enjoy #F122Game. I have owned the game since release day and have only managed to actually complete 1 race without the game crashing. Another issue I encounter is FPS drops. I’ll be running at around 90fps and then it’ll keep stuttering to 30fps
