@quanymack123 @EAHelp Mine was locked 3 days ago, then it unlocked. Then it locked again yesterday. It’s so bad, and I can’t even do anything with my team now. They need to fix it asap. The live chat told me last night no idea when it’d be fixed.

@EAHelp @MateSmelley Well Riley, my investigation has been open since Monday. No email, nothing. No ban is on my record. Yet I cant play a game I paid for and you people wont tell me why. Last I checked, defrauding customers of access to an online service with no explanation is grounds for a lawsuit.

@EAHelp I am still having issues with Madden 22 on Xbox Series X. If I spend over 3 minutes in the menus of Franchise mode the game Hard crashes. Sometimes even forcing my Xbox to crash and turn itself off.

@EAHelp trying to play it takes two online for the first time on ps4, I keep getting “unable to connect to the ea servers, please check your internet connection and try again” My internet is perfectly fine, I just connected my accounts no problem too

@EAHelp I know I am not the only person complaining about this, but Madden 22 is unplayable. How do you fix the glitch in franchise mode that turns a won game into a loss? It's ridiculous that you'd release such a glitchy game.
