    @atomichawk01 @EA @EAHelp Sadly 😔 I dealt with the same problem before. Support couldn’t resolve it, and an telegram user (moore_geek) ended up helping me recover my account. Hope this info helps you.

    @EASPORTSFC @EASFCDirect @EAHelp Alert don't play this game it's a scam and completely broken. Last playable player I packed was during thanks giving, as I don't pay any money to EA they don't give anything to me. Don't buy fc27, don't fall for fake claims by influencers. Completely bycot

    Did #ApexLegends fix their matchmaking? No matter how much I lose with less than 100 dmg (over 20 matches in a row), I was playing against the same tryhards with statistics better than mine 10 or 100 times. EACH MATCH. Did you fix it? @PlayApex @EAHelp

    @EASPORTS_MUT @EA @EAHelp I understand draft week pushing a whole lot of content but to drop season 8 and the servers since at minimum Tuesday have not worked properly thats a big issue I’ve maybe have gotten to play 3 games in 5 days

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

    @EA @EAHelp Please fix the Nintendo Switch It Takes Two friend pass error. Result Code: 105-80190000 This has obviously been an issue for years with forum posts dating back 2 years to today. People solely buy this game to play online, and cannot play at all. Thanks

    Third denial for Case #243232532 despite providing technical proof of session conflict (Xiaomi/PS5). Why is @EAHelp ignoring login timestamps and IP logs? This is a false positive ban due to your own system's error. I need a real person to review this! #EAFC26 #UnfairBan

    @EAHelp After FINALLY getting to the point where I can request to chat with a CS rep, I am met with a page telling me that "This issue isn't supported by advisors" when I literally just went through the process of getting another EA account deleted this way. Your CS is SH*T EA!

    @EAHelp My Sim keeps coming up with an error about missing packs, but when I put the Sim in, the pack is there. Fix this.

    The cpu draft even on madden 26 is lagging and running slow on pc it has been like this since the visa draft I never got to ever play the event once because it’s unplayable, please fix @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL
