@EAHelp Disconnected and losses given in two #FUT23 draft finals, both times occurring in the 1st min of the games. I used FIFA points to play both, and the self service tool states I am ineligible for a token refund. Can I please speak to someone about this?

@EAHelp @Sofleea Telekom have directly responded with: "At the same time, EA has the option of directing its data traffic to our network via a more suitable path. You can also contact EA directly for this." They have not solved the problem for at least 2 years, please if EA can do something<3

Anyone has any idea when an optimization fix is gonna come out for Apex? I see so many people (including me) having issues on the new map. FPS are fine but the game keeps randomly crashing. Before this season everything was fine. @PlayApex @Respawn @EAHelp

@EAHelp you guys need to fix pro clubs as soon as possible, i'm struggling to play a game with a full team because someone either gets disconnected in the lobby when searching or when we finally found a match after waiting 20 mins. The friendlies are not working as well.
