  @EAHelp Your Madden servers are trash. I have tried 7 different troubleshooting methods and I get about 5 plays into a game on FotF before it disconnects. Its not my wifi, as it is working perfectly fine (to send this tweet). FIX THIS! #Madden23 #easerverssuck

  @EA @EAHelp @EASPORTSNHL I have called your customer support line 3 times. the phone calls have all ended with your customer service reps hanging up due to your information being old in the system and not being able to verify it due to the email being shut down years ago.

  @ChrissieYT @EAHelp Sadly EA could not fix the bug with the new app and have asked me to wait till they release a fix. Until then I can't play The Sims ,😫😫😫 I feel terrible that I can't even go back to origin either as it is not supported by EA.

  @EAHelp @joeybosa616 So it has been 5 days...server issues are making the game unplayable...your troubleshooting steps are unhelpful and plain incorrect. What are you doing to fix the issues causing one of your flagship games to be utterly unplayable? Is it time for you to admit you stole our money?

You provide service for money, you are not free2play or startup. I know that EA HELP guys are not the one to blame.

  @EAHelp hey ea support. I just finished the new mid icon sbc but I never got the icon pack. I have restarted my PlayStation and ultimate but nothing happened and my icon pack did not come. Can you fix the problem
