@EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp On madden mobile I received my X factor points today for the 3x multiplier glitch and I received 60,000 points then minutes later I got another message that had 60,000 subtracted from my account. Why is this and can you fix this? Thanks

@EAHelp @TheSims in the sims 4 neighbours keep coming round and trying to make white cakes then never leave and just keep making cakes, there’s no send home option and even when there is it doesn’t work 🙈 can this glitch please be fixed soon cause it’s driving me insane 🙃

My Origin wasn't working so I did what's recommend - reinstall, restart pc, and still nothing. But it did delete my sims game. I am currently downloading it on ea desktop, but it says I don't own paranormal sp 🤦 @EAHelp @SimGuruNick any suggestions how to fix this?

@EAHelp Hi my Apex legends is really in a bad state, after you pushed out a patch my games started laggin and I couldn’t her any audio, some of your advisors said that it is internet connection but it can’t because my brother play on the same wired internet and had no issues.

@EAHelp got an issue. I can get into Fut on the old fifa 21. But can’t on the Series x/s version. Both being on a Xbox seriesS. It says ultimate team encountered a problem and will now leave ultimate team. This pops up on the loading screen into fut? I reset internet and ports.

@TheSims @EAHelp @TheSims since downloading the kits & paranormal, Brindelton Bay has no lots at all, Windenburg is only pictures of llamas on the lots, and my in game CAS looks like broken CC. I have no CC, or mods in/on right now.

@EAHelp I have tried logging into my FIFA 21 UT on PS4 and I keep getting a “we are sorry there has been an error connecting to fifa 21 ultimate team” message. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, disconnected and reconnected my internet connection but I still can’t get into UT.
