@EAHelp I finished a season on franchise after that I simulated to the next season. for some reason I got an error and it kicked me out of franchise mode, and when I loaded it back up it said I retired. Is there anything you all can do ?

for all those experiencing problems with #apexcoins i finally found the solution through countless of emails & live chat agents. it seems to be a @Xbox @PlayStation problem if i stand corrected but @EAHelp has the solution but their twitter/automated messages will get you nowhere
