@EAHelp The problem is that the game did not freeze! The game was running even after the disconnection, only the connection between EA servers and stadia went off!

@EAHelp i got an email saying my Apex Legends account on PC was banned. I believe this was done in error as I've never cheated, & I rarely, if ever play on PC (mainly play on PS4) Im not sure if my account was hacked as I have 2FA turned on. I submitted a ticket as well.

@EAHelp can someone help me understand the rules engine on a disconnect. When I’m down it’s an automatic loss and when I’m up it’s a redo/no count? That doesn’t make sense. Are there pitch notes somewhere that explain this? After 5 times this weekend, Im pretty frustrated.

@EAHelp I bought madden packs and it charged me twice. It shows 2 charges of $21.29. I only purchased $19.99 and $1.99 in madden points. I've been very disappointed with madden this year as this is my 6th time contacting u guys because of an issue.

@heymanokok @EAHelp @EASPORTS_MUT Got the same problem but on FIFA, is it that easy to hack someone EA account. I saw a lot of people got their account hacked even when they had login verification on. And the waiting time for them to solve our problem is unacceptable.

Figured out my PSN @PlayApex crashing/“blue screen” issue. After A LOT of online searches & YouTube rabbit holes, turns out to be related to how many friends you have. I had nearly 2000 PSN friends from my streaming days. I deleted the list down and problem solved! @EAHelp
