@EAHelp I tried almost everything, restarting pc, reinstalled the game ( I was playing on steam platform previously reinstalled it on origin because of the problem.) repairing the files and they all didn't work.

@FabianChills @EAHelp Good thing I didn’t wait for the customer support as they were unresponsive for my account to be fixed, I was referred to @zems_ins by a friend and they were able to resolve the problem.

@EAHelp f1 22 on xbox series x crashes randomly, it even shuts down the console (then the error report says that overheated). Latest patch is installed, xbox is ventilated and nothing similar happens with other games... I read others had the very same problem, even with f1 21...

@EAHelp Hey there, it doesn't connect to the login server at all, the problem is not with My ability to log in, I also went to the Origin website, & it was very, Very, VERY laggy while everything else internet wise worked just fine, and normally lag free, but thanks anyway.

@FabianChills @EAHelp The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @zems_ins for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.
