    @EAHelp hello ea, what the hell is happening to servers on FC26 my ping jumps to over 1100 and stays like this for long time , last week not even one stable game, i live in uk and can easly say i am not the only one having this issues

    @EAHelp You guys need to fix the bug on FC 26. I don't understand how one would be winning comfortably in an online game, and once the opponent abruptly cancels the game, the win would not be recorded. That is frustrating.

    @EAHelp, I need help logging into clubs in EA FC 26. I haven't been able to log in to Pro Clubs for days now. I can switch accounts or use the older Xbox One console version, and it works fine. I can't play with anyone on my main account on the Xbox Series S version. It allows me to play all other game modes. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

    EA Help is failing. Too many people are getting false bans and only receiving automated responses instead of real investigations. Players deserve exact reasons and human reviews—not AI replies. Legit players shouldn’t be ignored. EA needs to fix this. #Respawn #EAHelp #FalseBan

    @EAHelp there is a lot of lagging in the H2H Match system as if I play with higher ovr or even play H2H with extremely good network it still lags a lot

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass and because of this bug I can’t open any packs. looks like There are a lot of players having the same issue, it’s been almost a month. Will you guys do something about that??

    @AskEASupport playing Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam. I have 900mbps Wi-Fi 6, but my in-game ping is suddenly stuck between 110ms–160ms. I already flushed my DNS and reset my hardware. Matchmaking is routing me to the wrong regional servers. Any known server issues right now?

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC please fix your game on ps5 me and other users are having issues when trying to do sbcs squad changes objectives packs you name it on the menu and your game just freezes with that silly triangle thing just loading causing me to restart my game 15-30 times aday

    @EAHelp Need help with Case #242000397 (lost rewards/server error). Two agents (Gaurav and Shanti C) have now disconnected active support chats when I requested manager escalation. Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.

    UPDATE: After days of troubleshooting, support tickets and useless answers, the problem is finally fixed. And no, the solution did NOT come from EA Support. @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp
