    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass and because of this bug I can’t open any packs. looks like There are a lot of players having the same issue, it’s been almost a month. Will you guys do something about that??

    It’s crazy that the community keeps finding solutions to issues that official support can’t solve... @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp Still grateful to everyone who tried helping. At least if someone else gets stuck with this weird Clubs issue, now there’s a possible fix.

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This is unacceptable. My account was hacked, password/2FA changed (Case #243136005). Your own support CONFIRMED the hack/unrecognized IPs this morning. Now your ToS team lies saying "no signs of compromise". I spent €100. Fix this!

    @EAHelp while i was on my 4th on ultimate gauntlet (on a streak win btw) i was vsing this guy and i won the game but as soon as the game finshed i got dc and i had to login back in to ultimate team and it pop up a disconnect message but my internet was not booted or dropped out.

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC @EASFCDirect Instead of releasing a new promo team every week, fix your game, you ******* lazy idiots. I'm in ***. 5 on my PC account and almost every opponent is between rank 3 and rank 1. The rivals matchmaking is so ******* broken, it's not funny anymore.

    @EAHelp you have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Zero live people. Impossible to chat. Our account was banned because someone else tried to hack us. Zero resolution and son banned from his apex. Horrendous company

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m experiencing high ping (98ms) in FC26 Champions. My internet is 546Mbps and I tested on both home network and 5G hotspot with same result. The issue started recently, ping was 30ms before. Please investigate Middle East servers.”
