@FelixCrampleton @EAHelp Oh they have just replied. Same old, we know there is a issue, be patient. We have no resolution for this problem at this time. 18 days been waiting on a resolution. Quick enough resolving everything else. Nothing short of shambolic, to be fair!

@EAHelp I retested: It seems when my SIM is Very Focused, Focused, Inspired & Very Inspired he goes overboard with his "Like" of Painting and the glitch occurs. Turning off the "Like" aspect solved the issue. The glitch seems to be related to the Likes/Dislikes, not the mood or easel.

@EAHelp hope you can help For the Neymar SBC you need 3 FUT Captains and there are no Captains on the market anymore and you can’t use FUT Captains Hero’s so is there any chance to fix that ? That’s the only sbc I need for Neymar and I can’t complete it @EAFussball #FIFA23

Seriously @BattlefieldComm @EAHelp the battle tier points needs to be fixed. Constantly getting double digit points that should be adding to the season tier badge yet next to none add to it. I should be on over 40 yet I have been only given 10. Is there a fix coming? #BF2042

@EAHelp I have received many emails from the support team in the past days and non of them are relevant to my problem. First about how to fix a game crash/freeze and second telling me my account is not allowed to have the game even if i received a redeem code. No explanation. 🤷
