@EAHelp when I play a match in fifa22, in the second half when the opponent makes an contact or a close tackle the game starts lagging alot and its not from the connection this only happens on old gen, second half. This has been happening since the launch of the game.

@FMChrisJC @EAHelp This error has already happened to me, all you have to do is wait at least 5 minutes, in that start menu and enter again (it always works for me, I hope it helps you)

@EAHelp I’m having an issue in Madden 22 for the PS5? We were in the draft when the screen just got stuck and we cannot move forward at all. Our draft started at 10am and up till now when we log back on, the game takes us back to the draft where we were stuck.

@EAHelp Hello Bruce, and yeah I know its not my fault because my connection was perfect prior to the crash I.E no lag whatsoever. I play on Ps4 but this isn't the first time. This is just my last straw because the bugs and hackers are getting worse. Error name was "Seed" so idk what's up

I am done with #FIFA22 Final Game to qualify for Champs, I take the lead, my opponent keeps pausing the game, then I get a disconnect. But oh wonder I havent actually lost connection and I could log straight back in to see I got the loss :) @EAHelp @EAFIFADirect @MattHDGamer

@EAHelp Good morning, I have been encountering a bug with regards to Madden 22 CFM mode. I went to replace a user by kicking the old one and the league says the team is still available but the new user can't take the team because it says he already has. Any fix actions?
