@Conor92657278 @EAHelp Mine just kicks me out of a game when I'm winning, I don't even have to re connect to the ea servers cause it never disconnected. Now I'm playing a meta team which is 100% in a higher ELO than I am yet we are matching up. Ea are the worst company ever for customer service

@EAHelp Hi, the disconnects have been continuous, just won a wl game to see a message saying the ea servers are unable to complete your request . Log back on to find ive been kicked out of ultimate team. Multiple times on various game modes. Can take a friendly disconnect but wl is jokes

@EAHelp @alex_n0rth_ have changed 4 telephone operators and the gameplay has not improved with any operator Now I play with pure ftth fiber. My players are not running .They change direction late .Gameplay is not responsive. My ping is low... My jitter is also no packet loss. problem no my connect

@pistolpeeze @EAHelp @yostball I guess theres some consolation that Im not special and EA just have terrible customer service. Created a case over a week ago. I received the ban after logging in for the very first time to FIFA21. Worst thing to get an instant ban after literally buying the game an hour before.
