@EAHelp Hello, I claimed the Twitch prime pack #9, however I didn't receive it in-game. Maybe it's got something to do with my amazon email being different than the one on the origin account? But I haven't had any problems when redeeming other twitch packs before.

@EAHelp Simpsons tapped out won't let me sign in. It asks me to plug in my email address and then enter a code EA is to send to me, but the email NEVER arrives (not in spam). I've done it a half dozen times over the past 3 days and uninstalled/reinstalled..... Nothing.
