@EAHelp Good day. I have been unable to access Madden 23 solo battles for the past 2 days (i.e. Monday & Today). I was able to play them on Sunday. I just wanted to know if this was a me problem that needed attention. Or a bigger problem that you are looking into. Thank you.

@EAHelp there is a bug in career mode when you play highlights, it switches over to the next scene right before the ball is about to go in the back of the net. I don’t even get the goals. Has happened many times now. Please fix this.

@DanielCAFCLay @EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp When you get the “connecting to ea sports servers” in the loading screen just cancel it and continue in to the game without connecting manually, you can go into kickoff or UT for it to connect automatically. This didn’t fix the problem for me but it’s a temporary solution

@Lou__Green @EAHelp You pay for something and expect to be able get/use the product. Or after reporting that the product you received is not working properly that it will be fixed. They don’t want to fix this issue so I have to go to small claims court over it.

@EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp You desperately need to turn PC players off from crossplay or have a separate option where you can select to turn off PC players only. Every single game you play against them if you are winning or drawing but all over them they do the PC quit glitch
