@EAHelp Hello patrick , yes the problem is not my internet connection. I was under the impression that this was a bug since the beginning of season 9 that the developers were aware of and it is xbox specific .The game will freeze for about one full second often. I will Dm and example

@PlayApex @EA @EAHelp Took 7days to get my coins sorted by then the event ended, no apology etc. Worse of all customer service decided to take there 1hour lunchbreak during chat without informing me took 2.5hours not impressed 🤬

@JoaoFutTrader @EAHelp Someone got into my account and managed to steal 500k from my account, and got me transfer banned.I spent a few days without getting in my account. I can't believe you still can't fix the hacking problems. I have two factor authentication btw.

@EAHelp And your processes are set up poorly. Your front-line chat employees are not empowered to resolve issues, and your 'escalation' team feels at liberty to close cases without actually waiting for the customer to disagree with their lack of effort at resolving them.

@EAHelp I am extremely disappointed with EA Help. It should not take multiple contact attempts, 5+ hours of my time and still no hope of a resolution of a known issue that was publicized in the Pogo blog. Your employee John E. is incompetent, uncaring or both.

@Respawn @EAHelp @PlayApex Why every-time you say u fixed connectivity issues things gets worse. Cant even play a game without hight ping and packet loss. Just dont touch anything or try to unfix things maybe things gets better

@EAHelp @markt4372 Investigating for 21 hours is abit ridiculous! If this was content in which created money for EA . Etc packs, Fifa points ….. the issue would have been resolved in an hour! I personally think EA staff need a reality check because theyve been pretty atrocious the last few years
