    @EASFCMOBILE @EASFCMobile @EAHelp Many players didn't receive the 200 Draft Vouchers after completing the Heroism Chapter due to a glitch. Others got extra rewards, so it's unfair. Please check and provide compensation to affected players. #FCMobile #FixTheGlitch

    I was actually having fun in Madden 26 Superstar mode. But now I cant play due to Error (512). Why force us to be online to play Superstar in the first place? @EAHelp

    Please fix this problem. Every time I want to play, I can't access the game. Stop updating the content; you're reducing the number of users. I've been trying to connect to the game for 5 hours and haven't been able to connect even once. Remove this problem from Türkiye. @EAHelp

    @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp My Madden26 mobile overall went down from like 4150 to 3845. Second time has happened. I lost players and some had attributes decreased. All after the maintenance yall did. Fix my team please. So much work to build it up. Geez @EAHelp me! UID# 58154169. Is it even possible?

    @EAHelp High ping issue in FC 26. My normal ping is <10ms , but now it’s constantly 100ms+. Only happens in FC 26, all other games are fine. Likely server routing or matchmaking issue (connected to distant server). Please investigate and fix. Platform: PS5 Region: Saudi Arabia

    Hi @EAHelp, I bought Ultimate/Icon Edition of EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. Earlier I refunded the EA version. Now in Ultimate Team I only see “Browse” and “FC Points” — no “My Packs” tab and no rewards. Can you fix my account?

    Say @EA I entered my password for the EA app, due to unnecessary security measures..You require me to enter a passcode that you are supposed to send to my e-mail…30 mins and 10 requests later, no code. How do we fix this? @EAHelp

    @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL My Madden 26 Superstar import is broken. Getting "can't find player on EA server" for months. Can't start a new career or delete the old one. I've tried all local fixes. Please help reset my Superstar cloud data so I can play! #Madden26

    @EAHelp why is there so many cheats in your game? Dont you have filters to remove or stop cheaters? Almost every match we come across cheaters...and guess what? Although the player isnt skilled, they still win...PLEASE FIX YOUR GAMEPLAY

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

    I’ve tried every possible fix: password resets, VPNs, and clearing cache. I’ve opened multiple tickets and even tried local consumer complaint sites, but no luck. @EAHelp

    @EA @EAHelp you need to fix dead space 2, it will not start on my pc, I get the audio but all my monitor says is "resolution not supported". I had the for a while with 2008 dead space but it seems to have fixed itself, it did start in a weird revolution but could fix in settings

    @AskEASupport playing Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam. I have 900mbps Wi-Fi 6, but my in-game ping is suddenly stuck between 110ms–160ms. I already flushed my DNS and reset my hardware. Matchmaking is routing me to the wrong regional servers. Any known server issues right now?
