  @EAHelp High ping issue in FC 26. My normal ping is <10ms , but now it’s constantly 100ms+. Only happens in FC 26, all other games are fine. Likely server routing or matchmaking issue (connected to distant server). Please investigate and fix. Platform: PS5 Region: Saudi Arabia

  @EAHelp You need to Rename MUT into Crash. Because Crash is all it does! Take some of those Billions of Dollars a buy a few servers! Your CEO should be Fired!

  @EAHelp @ApexLiveComms @PlayApex I had extreme FPS drops! I think it is related to shader chach related to the Axel Premium skin! I removed it and entered firing range, the FPS suddenly became stable! I put it again, it also remained stable! Is this the problem? I have i9-14900K

  @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp My Madden26 mobile overall went down from like 4150 to 3845. Second time has happened. I lost players and some had attributes decreased. All after the maintenance yall did.   @EASFCDirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC If you clowns would play your own game, fc 26 wouldn't be so ***. The AI defenders and keepers in SB on semi pro are so OP, it's stupid. Objectives like scoring from outside are impossible. Also for days I have insane speed up lag in online modes.

  Did #ApexLegends fix their matchmaking? No matter how much I lose with less than 100 dmg (over 20 matches in a row), I was playing against the same tryhards with statistics better than mine 10 or 100 times. EACH MATCH. Did you fix it? @PlayApex @EAHelp

  @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC please fix your game on ps5 me and other users are having issues when trying to do sbcs squad changes objectives packs you name it on the menu and your game just freezes with that silly triangle thing just loading causing me to restart my game 15-30 times aday

  @atomichawk01 @EA @EAHelp Sadly 😔 I dealt with the same problem before. Support couldn’t resolve it, and an telegram user (moore_geek) ended up helping me recover my account. Hope this info helps you.

  @EAHelp, I need help logging into clubs in EA FC 26. I haven't been able to log in to Pro Clubs for days now. I can switch accounts or use the older Xbox One console version, and it works fine. I can't play with anyone on my main account on the Xbox Series S version. It allows me to play all other game modes. Can someone please help me resolve this issue?

  Hi @EAHelp, I bought Ultimate/Icon Edition of EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. Earlier I refunded the EA version. Now in Ultimate Team I only see “Browse” and “FC Points” — no “My Packs” tab and no rewards. Can you fix my account?
