@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp You guys are just fixing things for the next gen and pc. All the game fixes and graphics issues are solved for the them. There is not even a single tweet about improving the game graphics wise for the last gens. The community had high hopes with this game.

@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp While I do appreciate you working on these bugs, you should also fix the snipers in this game, whenever I deploy the bipod, my scope doesn't fully zoom, and it can get disorienting when I'm trying to steady my aim, targets get so tiny... 😵

@EAHelp Abbout the laggy problem i found a video on youtube on how to activate the dx12 on the documents folder And mod the scrip And it work now iam playing supper stable conection My shooting got better 20+ kill now I was only getting 4 to 6 kills due to the laggi gameplay

@EAHelp Most of the info in the link provided pertains to MUT. My issues with franchise.Most of the workarounds in link posted I'm not able 2 do as I can't access the leauge. Me or the other 31 users can access the leauge. I can't even get into the leauge via the madden companion app.

Yo @EAHelp @BattlefieldComm @Battlefield I preordered Battlefield 2042 and picked it up on Friday very excited to play but haven’t been able to and it’s about to be Sunday ! I keep getting error 15-7A and can’t even get into the menu. Very disappointing and bad experience.

@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp Please fix the bug that does not let you deploy at the start of a game because your operator and loadout appears to be blank. You can force a deploy by selecting a operator but you then deploy with a gadget missing and a gun I didn't want to start with.

Please communicate with us, apologize for the bad game and make it better. please, I love the series, please dont let it be the end. @parkes87 @EAHelp It has to do (in my case) with canceling the pre-order. Idk if that's your case too. Unfortunately I can't get a fix, I've been several times on EA's c.s. support but they blamed it on Sony....and Sony comes always with a scripted answer that we already tried and didn't work...
