@EAHelp I'm getting help two times via live chat but still not working. Today I can't login origin "Your credentials are incorrect or have expired". Try from reset my password, clear origin cache, clear browser cache, reinstall origin & STILL NOT SOLVED. Almost 10day

@EAMaddenNFL_MCS @EASPORTS_MUT @EAHelp I did not receive youtube drops after watching nearly half the stream on the app. My account is linked and it worked for the ultimate kickoff stream. I did receive 5 or 6 random golds at one point that said customer service grant.

@EAHelp My FIFA 23 crashes every time i open it after the Worldcup update. Seriously EA, i couldn’t finish my Rivals Rewards because of that. I want my money back for this expensive piece of **** game. There has been nothing but only an unfinished game with a lot of errors. Shame

@NeedforSpeed @EAHelp How can I claim the dlc through my phone?? My PC is at the service center. May take 2-3 weeks. 😭 Origin used to show my Game Library in mobile browser. I can even claim it directly. but new EA app doesn't have anything. It is confusing

@EAHelp I played 6 of my fut champions qualifying games and won 4 of them, I went on fifa today and found it had all been wiped, I had got enough points to qualify and now all of my progress has gone. I have to restart again. Fix this

. @EAHelp @TheSimsDirect is there any status of the Sims 3 Expansion Pack fix? I bought my wife the game and expansions but without access to the expansion there is no desire to play. Is there a way to process a refund if not resolved soon? It’s unfair to sell unusable packs.
