@EAHelp Also it's 1 A not 2. I'd suggest you read to comprehend and also get your own team not whoever does the forum cause this is NOT resolved and still needs fixed. Yes it's a minor bug but it's the fact that it was from 7 years ago and it still causes issues.

@EAHelp yesterday i opened my mid or prime icon player pick. and no i didn’t get the glitch where you got moments but either way i feel it’s really unfair for everyone who did the same pack but others got something they shouldn’t of which game them an advantage.

@EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA Yesterday, I opened a mid/prime icon player pick and got one prime icon and two mid icons. This was during the glitch where you could get a prime moments icon. I didn’t get one when others did which I think is unfair. Can I get a refund on another pick?
