A small blips fine, however by this point we should compensated for such a debacle of an issue, loss of time and rank places ect ect show the player base you care

@EAHelp This isn't a router or connectivity issue. I have no issue with other games or any other internet issues. This is a serverside problem from EA/Respawn specific to the servers used for Apex. Appreciate the individual help but this is something bigger than an EAHelp ticket can fix.

@EAHelp purchased #fifa22 for my OH, he literally can’t play it on his #ps5 due to constant lagging. £90 wasted! Nothing wrong with internet speed but it’s literally unplayable. Refund an option??? What’s the point in playing if he can’t actually play it?

@EAHelp just been playing proclubs hit my 80th game (lvl 21) now it's saying I had -14 skill points... I took of 6 seeing it might be a visual glitch but its not I've resetting the game more than once etc.. I'm on -8 skill points now. Anyway of fixing this?

@EAHelp Thanks for your reply. I’ve tried the steps but still having the same problem. In h2h mode it sometimes runs as usual, but then it’s like the frames are jumping from one to the other, skipping some in between. I’m using the iPhone XR, maybe it can no longer handle the graphics?
