@EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp They kept saying they had no way to transfer my chat or call to management. For a company this large, it’s sad how this was all handled. Rather than accepting fault that it was a technical issue on your end and rectifying the situation, your company blamed the customer.

@barry_vangool @EAHelp I'm on PC. Don't know why it happened. I did the Average Spees Zone challenge and thought I'd get Gold in all 3 Attempts, just to flex. But afterwards, the game crash and now I can load my MyTeam save.

@EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp EA has the absolute worst customer service chat function and call center I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They were completely incompetent. They kept saying it was my fault that the rewards were not received even though I had evidence to indicate it was not my fault.
