Hello @EAHelp. I have black screen problem in fifa 22 game. I tried all your suggestions, but got no results. I reinstalled the game twice. And it didn't happen again. This issue has not been resolved. I hope you can help.

Halo EA, im having issue during fut champs match Win 5 in rows & crash after the game end and logout from fut either finish match / oppnt leaving. login again, it says "DNF". Its doesnt make sense. Please get my point back #fifa23 #FUTChampions @EAFIFADirect @EAHelp

@EAHelp I just opened the 100 players pack in the store with 2000 fifa points and it had duplicate Kroos and Donnarumma when I sent the non duplicate items to my club it said there was a problem communicating with the ea servers when I went back into my duplicates they were 1/2
