@EAHelp Well the update dropped and tried to see if ea fixed the issue with the reset password loop to finally use what I paid for and no still not fixed still got the barcode and the msg following cannot connect to ea servers, why is it taking so long to fix?

@BattlefieldComm @Battlefield @EAHelp ever since right before new update I keep getting the persistence error. Has anyone found a way around this on PC? ive rebooted modem, factory reset modem, used a DNS, redownloaded game, verified files. And if I hear one person tell me to " shut off crossplay" i'll lose it :D

@LeoFacex @playWildHearts @EAHelp Yikes, I feel for you fam , Its brutal how badly this game was optimized. The amount of Inexcusable issues is really sad considering how complete and solid the gameplay is. Wish they had waited a month or so to launch it, the performance and constant bugs are depressing.

@EAHelp I have played madden for 10 years... I pulled every limited from mut before Christmas, I have pulled 0 since... Play 6 hrs a day minimum an spend 50 dollars every week on this game... If you don't not fix my pack odds in the next 24 hrs I'm uninstalling forever

@CoachMattJG @EAHelp @Xbox But most people are going to be done of the campaign by the time a fix comes. This early dlc would have helped and it’s what I paid for. Will we be compensated in any way. Probably not. They have our money. Xbox won’t refund over set amount of hours.
