@EAHelp your customer service is TRASH! Spoke with Microsoft & they’re REFUNDING myself, my brother, nephew’s and cousins. I spent $300 on this game for my family & we couldn’t even play it. U all didn’t even respond to any of my msgs, tweets etc I’ll never buy tht POS again 🖕🏿

@EAHelp No, its pointless because last time @EAHelp reach out it said the issues could he talked through and i dont see how franchise mode not saving is my issue when numerous users have the same issue. The only way to fix is by having an online league and that cost money.

@EAHelp Yeah. Somehow. All I did was the same things over and over again until it finally worked. FIX YOUR SOFTWARE, EA. I'm sick and tired of constant issues with it. It's ALWAYS something with Origin. Installer craps out. Cloud saves screw you over. Etc. FIX IT.

@EAHelp Not really, browser and discord at most. its never the first game either, this time was after around 3 games prior, and as soon as the penalty finishes i go straight back in no issue (not reloaded the game from desktop)

@EAHelp i havent but its not that old, i had to do it mid way through season 9 so maybe a month and half ago? i think if it was more regular like every day that i played it i would, but i had it once on thursday last week and then today (played later thursday, friday, sunday no issue)

@EAHelp Near full? Absolutely NOT. I'm not ignorant of how my system works or what's on it. But, suddenly, the THIN client doesn't crash when trying to update. It finally finished. Now my C: partition is back down to 135GB free out of 199GB. Your client did something FUCKY.

@EAHelp For two days running on fifa mobile when I log in it says there is a WiFi/server connection issue. My wifi is fine and I have tried restarting my device,turning WiFi on and off,redownloading the app,but nothing works. My app only works after 6/7 pm. What should I do?
