  @OffRunn @EAHelp Hey there - we're currently looking into an issue with NFS Shift that potentially could be similar to what you mentioned. The age of the titles makes it difficult to pin it down, but there are eyes on it. Unfortunately I don't have anything more solid to share as of now.

  @TheSims @EAHelp I dunno if anyone else has had this problem but the fair like seems to never happen? I read it was supposed to happen weekly (on the weekends) and it's been like 2 weeks since the first one with no sign of another? I feel like im just cleaning ***** sheds every 30 min for nothing

  @TheSims @SimGuruNick @EAHelp Game play tryi g to puchase anything and I get the pop up that says it was successful but my sims simoleons remains unchanged and the purchases do not appear in the inventory. I purchased usong the plot and from the town vendors same issue.

  @EAHelp Thank you for this reply. I did figure it out after 2h of trials: Looks like it was not coming from Origin but from a problem with my DNS server who couldn't reach ea's website (so Including Origin). Working fine until yesterday, I think need to check with my internet provider.

  1/2 Hello @EAHelp I was playin Apex Legends less then 12 hours ago and I had some problem with my internet so I got disconnected few times. Once I’ve got abandon penalty and lost 72 RP but @Respawn promised before that it will not happen - penalties due to disconnect.
