@EAHelp Hi! sorry for the late reply. For the past month and most of season 8 i’ve had unplayable lag almost every game. I get teleported around and run in place. I also frequently get kicked out of the game and are forced to reconnect. Usually it will say, Code:leaf or Code:shoe. thx

@EAHelp I have tried restarting my xbox and my router but no matter how many times i do so, i’m faced with server issues that send me straight out of the game. i think a lot of players are dealing with similar issues too.

@EAHelp I’m not so sure this has something to do with the times changing as I had 42 fut champs points then all of a sudden that jumped to 542 which does make any sense for 18 win I would’ve got 2000 points and on top of that I didn’t get my rewards so maybe there’s another issue here

@EAHelp wouldn’t be surprised if you guys knew about this but there’s a glitch on @PlayApex when you buy coins... they don’t show up on your screen... so after 3 attempts of buying coins I got charges 3x (still with no sight of the coins) until after I restarted my game.

@EAHelp On Apex Legends, by friend has proof that he got 8 kills in one game, but for some reason in his overall stats menu it says 5. He plays on the switch, not sure if this is a new issue or just because it came out so recently.
