@EAHelp I'm trying to open the new "Rare Silver 5 Player Pack" on the FUT web app (as I have too many packs to open it in game) but everytime I click open it gives me an error message and logs me out.

@EAHelp You also are telling your EA cadets over on the forum to gaslight us. Claiming it's all user problem instead of admitting EA is at full fault. This is not just cheap laptops from Walmart having problems. Full decked-out custom pcs worth thousands are also affected.

@EAHelp Tried dm but got no response. Issues with mass effect 3 digital deluxe, reckoning dlc not authorised and claims I need to purchase the multiplayer pass too. Also can’t redownload dlcs as they’re now in the installed content section on ea app with no download button. Help!
