@rissamajere @SimMattically @EAHelp I have heard more reports of it not working than working. I think connection issues might have something to do with it. Few weeks ago even Sims 4 had issues and the app was just unstable.

@Crosimmer @SimMattically @EAHelp So it did it again. I was able to get it back by clearing the cache. It seems to happen every time the app has an issue connecting online. Have you heard of continuing issues with Sims 3 and EA App from anyone else?

@EAHelp @PlayApex i bought apex coins, the purchase went through, contacted microsoft no issues with them. made two cases to get this resolved, both were closed and ignored. nobody reached out to me, the coins were never received. this is ridiculous, its been a week,please help.
