@EAHelp Hey Apex, how about you not only fix your servers, but fix your matchmaking as well? Not even two weeks in and were getting server lag still? And how is it fair to have 4 diamonds, 2 predators and smurfs in pub matches?? Seriously.

@EAHelp hello Owen..did everything suggested, including hard uninstall. reinstalled Origin and still does not load. I get as far as the "do you want origin...etc" window, then nothing. I spent about 2 hours on this. Can't find the problem. And, can't play my games.

Every time I try the buy now feature in the Auction House for NHL21 I get an error code: B7DD78AF2E5CF670-0000000000009999-16A9B3866F25BCD3 and I get booted from HUT, its a negative escrow issue. I've had this issue in the past and you guys were able to help me @EAHelp

@EAHelp Hey Frank, yes I’ve tried logging in through my web browser and it lets me play but the problem is I can’t seem to get online to use the Gallery which requires me to use the origin app to be online and the app tells me there’s a problem with the app ,I play on a Mac Desktop.
