    @EAHelp @EASPORTS @DoonansNDragons I hit Rank 1 (15 wins) but a server crash at the final whistle blocked my rewards. I've finished all my games so I'm stuck. Case #245744688 has the photo proof of the 15/15 screen attached. Could you please flag this for a manual sync so the rewards trigger thank

    @EAHelp while i was on my 4th on ultimate gauntlet (on a streak win btw) i was vsing this guy and i won the game but as soon as the game finshed i got dc and i had to login back in to ultimate team and it pop up a disconnect message but my internet was not booted or dropped out.

    @MaddenNFLDirect @EASPORTS_MUT @EAHelp just wasted 6 hours on the CPU event to get a 95 player pack after 10 wins and I never got the player just 1400 karrots. Please fix this

    @EAHelp Need help with Case #242000397 (lost rewards/server error). Two agents (Gaurav and Shanti C) have now disconnected active support chats when I requested manager escalation. Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.

    @EAHelp @EASPORTS_MUT @EASPORTS What in the actual hell is going on with your servers.. A total lack of communication, no service and still no way to play the game. It’s really frustrating that I can’t play a game I Bought due to ur company’s incompetence! Fix ur servers!🤬😤😡

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This game would be much better, if you idiots would fix key things like gameplay and matchmaking. Perfect round in gauntlet is impossible for me bc despite having a bad form in "friendlies", I am still getting matched against elite players.

    @EAHelp is there a reason I have to dashboard my game every time I search my club, the market, claim an objective or complete and SBC? I have had my internet provider out twice no issue, master rest my console and re downloaded the game and still the same connection issue?

    @EAHelp Hey, I tried contacting EA customer service but I keep getting an AI bot and can't seem to get through to an actual human. The bot just keeps suggesting the same basic fixes that I've already tried. Do you know how to get through to a real person at EA support?

    @EASFCMOBILE @EASFCMobile @EAHelp Many players didn't receive the 200 Draft Vouchers after completing the Heroism Chapter due to a glitch. Others got extra rewards, so it's unfair. Please check and provide compensation to affected players. #FCMobile #FixTheGlitch

    @EAHelp Please fix your disconnection glitch. It happens in all first play attempts. The issue is when u need to fulfil limited game objectives, it counts against u as games played but not for the requirements, so I forfeit qualification due to no fault or action of my own.

    @EAHelp @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC Your game is unplayable!! Its been like this for weeks now, I can take a day or 2 but its been weeks! I'd hoped the update was to fix it! Buying and selling, sbcs, searching players, buying/opening packs all freeze the menu for a minute!

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC please fix your game on ps5 me and other users are having issues when trying to do sbcs squad changes objectives packs you name it on the menu and your game just freezes with that silly triangle thing just loading causing me to restart my game 15-30 times aday

    Please fix this problem. Every time I want to play, I can't access the game. Stop updating the content; you're reducing the number of users. I've been trying to connect to the game for 5 hours and haven't been able to connect even once. Remove this problem from Türkiye. @EAHelp
