@EAHelp Your forum is literally filled with people with similar issues without resolve. 2nd stage support actually said, sorry we can't update your email or add a phone either. I'd simply like a fix, I want to be a customer.

@EAFIFADirect @EASPORTSFIFA @EAHelp Fix ur game man i’ve just played like 10 games in rivals, been 1-0 or 2-0 up, then my game froze and i got “match under review” and then i played one full game, lost, and then went into next, started winning and the thing happened again.

@EAHelp I won some players on bid on FUT22, and they are stuck in my transfer target page. In game, I cannot assign them/move to unassigned and I get an error message. I went into the webapp, the players show as untradeable in my transfer target (this is impossible).

@ZamyaZamyaZamya @EAHelp It depends on your position, it’s stupid but if your position isn’t in the starting line up formation you just glitch out. Change your position to suit the team or change club. Found out myself

@EAHelp The now 4th person I've spoken with was actually trying hard to help, but had to talk to multiple teams, etc. I'm just not understanding how you can implement identity verification without a mechanism to fix it when your automated process fails
