    @FIFA22_INFO It’s been almost a week since the Asia & Oceania objectives dropped broken in #FC26 and we STILL don’t have our missing rewards. Can we get an actual update? @EASFCDirect @EAHelp We can’t even finish the other objectives without cards like Cahill! 🤬📉 #UltimateTeam

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This is unacceptable. My account was hacked, password/2FA changed (Case #243136005). Your own support CONFIRMED the hack/unrecognized IPs this morning. Now your ToS team lies saying "no signs of compromise" and bans me. I spent €100 recently. Fix this!

    EA Help is failing. Too many people are getting false bans and only receiving automated responses instead of real investigations. Players deserve exact reasons and human reviews—not AI replies. Legit players shouldn’t be ignored. EA needs to fix this. #Respawn #EAHelp #FalseBan

    @AskEASupport playing Battlefield 6 on PC via Steam. I have 900mbps Wi-Fi 6, but my in-game ping is suddenly stuck between 110ms–160ms. I already flushed my DNS and reset my hardware. Matchmaking is routing me to the wrong regional servers. Any known server issues right now?

    @EAHelp I was just playing my second to last champs game. the score was 5-2 i was winning. The final whistle went and as the game was shutting down i got a unable to process your request error and got a loss for it !!!

    @EAHelp @ApexLiveComms @PlayApex I had extreme FPS drops! I think it is related to shader chach related to the Axel Premium skin! I removed it and entered firing range, the FPS suddenly became stable! I put it again, it also remained stable! Is this the problem? I have i9-14900K
