hello @EAHelp, this weekend at the end of the fut champions a poster appeared to me that they had not given me all the rewards and that I should contact customer service, they did not give me the fut champions red player picks and I have been waiting for them for a long time days

@EAHelp Yes sorry, so I didn’t get a screen shot of them. But it was 3 separate error messages. One containing weight and height modules, Second was a graphical module error. (This one happen multiple times) nvidia drivers up to date Third. Can’t remember

@EAHelp Ok, quick one for starters, why doesn't sprint get an option to have it fully manual (only as long as I press a certain button)? In its current state there's a huge issue that's been described over the forums.

@EAHelp @PlayApex Hello EA! Game is randomly crashing in game, happened twice in a match! Major FPS drop, then freeze, then closes the executable without any error message or any pop up! I was still able to re-join the game though !

@EAHelp My PS Plus pack seems to be broken. I downloaded it on the PS App but when I go to Ultimate Team my pack isn’t there. If I select the PS Plus pack on the main menu of my PS5 it says the pack can’t be bought because I already own it. Any help would be appreciated

@EAHelp Xbox series S. I've tried everything I can think of. Power cycling. Changing the router settings. Reinstalled the game several times. Going wired, and wireless. Same problem. I can't play with the default settings. I've played since the 90's and like to use manual settings.

@EAHelp I’m getting the error “our server can’t process your request this time” when I try to play solo challenges in MUT Madden 22. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting suggestions. I want to unlink my PS account but the EA site doesn’t give me the option. Please help.
