@EAHelp It’s been two months and still no supercharge pack! @EAHelp have now stopped replying to messages asking for assistance. Please refund my EA Play subscription as your service is and always has been subpar for a company that extracts billions from loyal customers. I’ve had enough.

@EAHelp im playing madden23 and i made it to level 20, it says i can reset my abilities and reallocate them at anytime. When i did i was able to reset my points but all my abilities are locked. Is their a fix for that?

@EAHelp I hope you fix it before the event ends. Cause it won’t make sense if the ends and you guys now figure out the issue. And the consolation tokens/prizes you guys give sometimes isn’t up to half of what some of loose due to the bugs.
