    I’m reaching out as a last resort. For about two years, I’ve been stuck in an 'Expired Credential Loop' with my @EAHelp account linked to Xbox. I’ve tried every possible fix: password resets, VPNs, and clearing cache.

    @EAHelp Your EA NextStep is garbage. All I want to do is chat with a customer service rep so I can delete my EA account and it refuses to put me through to one.

    @EASPORTSFC @EAHelp Unable to access Ultimate Team on console for 48+ hours. Other modes + web app work. Support closed case without fix. Evo expired due to this. Need this escalated.

    @MaddenNFLDirect @EAHelp My Madden26 mobile overall went down from like 4150 to 3845. Second time has happened. I lost players and some had attributes decreased. All after the maintenance yall did. Fix my team please. So much work to build it up. Geez @EAHelp me! UID# 58154169. Is it even possible?

    Third denial for Case #243232532 despite providing technical proof of session conflict (Xiaomi/PS5). Why is @EAHelp ignoring login timestamps and IP logs? This is a false positive ban due to your own system's error. I need a real person to review this! #EAFC26 #UnfairBan

    @Zirksee I’m sure if anyone else has this issue they would tweet you I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue with the small eggs from solos I did the cut bnd eggs before I did mut solos and wonder if that could’ve messed it up but never got my eggs from them I’ll start on eahelp

    Please fix this problem. Every time I want to play, I can't access the game. Stop updating the content; you're reducing the number of users. I've been trying to connect to the game for 5 hours and haven't been able to connect even once. Remove this problem from Türkiye. @EAHelp

    @EAHelp I was just playing my second to last champs game. the score was 5-2 i was winning. The final whistle went and as the game was shutting down i got a unable to process your request error and got a loss for it !!!

    @EAHelp After FINALLY getting to the point where I can request to chat with a CS rep, I am met with a page telling me that "This issue isn't supported by advisors" when I literally just went through the process of getting another EA account deleted this way. Your CS is SH*T EA!

    @EAHelp are you going to update battlefield 6 and actually fix the servers. Why do servers start from scratch after every game? Why is there not console only servers and PC only servers? Are any of you actually gamers? Why do I have all of these yellow dots on my screen?

    @EAHelp Why can’t I buy the“ultimate legends token pack”? It says “an issue has occurred, please try again later. Contact customer service if the issue continues to occur. Also fix your game. There is a serious glitch in the sugar rush h2h game mode with safeties. Put in some effort

    @EASFCDirect Yeah, issues with connecting. Issues with connecting with real humans at @EAHelp. Accounts are kept being banned for coin distribution even tho no one sells/buys coins. The issue has been going for so long now it's amazing how incopetent your ToS team is. I've been banned for over 3months now on few seperate accounts, and unbanned multiple times only to be banned again the next day EVEN WITHOUT ANY ACTIVITY ON THE ACCOUNTS.

    @EAHelp Hello, im having a error on battlefield 2042 that you can't start a match and it's giving a " matchmaking failed " and it starts happening on the past week and I've seen a great amount of people talking about it on the " EA forum ".

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass and because of this bug I can’t open any packs. looks like There are a lot of players having the same issue, it’s been almost a month. Will you guys do something about that??

    @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This is unacceptable. My account was hacked, password/2FA changed (Case #243136005). Your own support CONFIRMED the hack/unrecognized IPs this morning. Now your ToS team lies saying "no signs of compromise". I spent €100. Fix this!

    @EAHelp Hey, I tried contacting EA customer service but I keep getting an AI bot and can't seem to get through to an actual human. The bot just keeps suggesting the same basic fixes that I've already tried. Do you know how to get through to a real person at EA support?

    @EAHelp …. We have a franchise season going and we notice teams are shaded with no user icons and are unavailable for new users select them. What is the issue and how can it be fixed?
