@EAHelp bought the Battlefield 2042 on PS5. Been having trouble starting the game. It keeps giving error while connecting to online services and keeps asking to reset password, although I have reset the psw. PS plus is connected and working for other games. Please help!

@EAHelp I typed the wrong password for Origin 2 times and had to verify my account. I am not reciving my verification code and its been like 20 minutes and several attempts at resending. I've check my spam folder. Never had this issue before.

@EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp I have had it, this is where I have to come to in order to address my issue. On the game whenever I go to play franchise and the teams that are playing in the week show up on the screen the controller icon is stuck in the middle.

@EAHelp I purchased it from the Microsoft store on @Xbox. I contacted your team and they told me to contact @XboxSupport about the missing content. After multiple attempts, they just kept redirecting me to forums. Horrible customer service. It's been 48 hours and I have zero mvp content.

Hey @EAPlay your website won’t allow me to cancel. Clicking “cancel my subscription” just forwards me to the EA store. Not to mention the user login is broken on Origin. @EA @EAHelp

@EAHelp I got sims 4 (Xbox one) for Xmas but when I try to install it I get error 8B050033 saying xbox servers are undergoing maintenance try again later- this has happened everuday Xmas day so I can't play it. It hasn't affected any other games. Xbox support said to contact you
