@EAHelp Here's the problem. How do you roll out make rights to only SOME that were affected? They got their training back and got a chance to roll for DK. Now, DK is no longer in the tvp. So, even when EA figures out the issue, we still don't have that same opportunity to get that card.

@EAHelp I've had TONS of problems launching the game through steam. I get the error telling me that my free trial is up after Origin pops up. I bought the game... I updated graphics drivers, uninstalled/reinstalled, repaired game, cleared Origin cache, and restarted my PC a ton

@EAHelp Fifa 23 on PS5, FUT games keeping getting disconnected with error lost connection to EA servers this has now happened in at least 10 games. My internet is working fine for other games.

Hi @EAHelp I am unable to buy players on Fifa 23 transfer market. Every time i try to bid or buy now the game tells me there has been an error connecting to EA server. It’s over 36hours and i still can’t buy anything. Any help resolving the issue would be great!

@EAHelp I was supposed to get 10 hours trial of fifa 23 with ea access but game ke0t saying couldn't validate my ea play subscription and then another error message stating couldn't connect. I would have to consistently keep restarting game and xbox, can i get hours back?
