@EAHelp @ReactedJules1 I have the same problem. Freezes halfway through the race at imola on my team, then crashes at the same point 3 times in a row! Unable to play my team until this is fixed, unbelievable 🙄😞

@Barrett_Sammons @EAHelp The game was killed with the last patch, it's impossible to play now, it's not user error, it's ea corruption, kill the game and hope ppl preorder 23, no thanks, I just reported ea to trading standards instead, the game now is not even close to what it was at release, it's junk.

@EAHelp I haven't been able to login to my ultimate team account since this morning. It logged me out after a friendly game and haven't been able to login since - tried some different things but nothing has worked yet. On psn - other people seem to be fine.

@Formula1game @EAHelp how about fix XBOX ONE - FIX race starts tired of spinning wheels or almost spinning out no traction at all well the AI launches off the start like I'm not even there. Does not matter how little throttle you use or revs.

@tShanks8601 @MacikSeba @EAHelp After 2 seasons since I suffered the issue for the first time, they'ven't answered it yet. I quit from the game for a time. It's good to see how they heard the community about content (come back R-301) but not for connection errors. Improve the servers are trully necessary...

@EAHelp I tried a new save but the same issue keeps arising, the first save file this happened to has just entirely disappeared from my game, and this has now happened with the save file I have now. I’ve lost all data from both saves as if there was no evidence of them even existing.

@EAHelp I tried the forum, but I find it difficult to navigate. I don’t have a PC, hence-why I play on Xbox one, at this rate my games unplayable because all progress is lost and any progress i make is all for not. Until the issue is resolved I won’t be playing the sims 4 unfortunately.

@EAHelp Hey, i have problems in both single player my team career and two player career, the delta is showing then not then it’s back multiple times during a safety car, it’s impossible to catch the queue. And my teammate didn’t get a rival. AI have 2 much traction and speed

@EAHelp Hi I unlocked 2 Apex packs, 1 for a treasure pack & 1 from battle pass level up. But they are not showing up. This has happened multiple times now, can you resolve the issue please
