@EAHelp every time I log in to an EA game, it asks for a verification code that is sent to my primary email. Every time I’ve tried to log in like this, I’ve never gotten sent the code and I’m unable to login to EA games. I checked the email on my EA account and it’s verified.

@EAHelp Must be nice not lagging in a game that you enjoy. Guess I’ll have to watch others. Pls do something about the lag. It’s unplayable for me, not able to play ranked how I want because I lag every and casual is hard enough playing with randoms. 🙏🏽🙏🏽One day I hope.

@AskEASupport @TheSims there’s a bug on console preventing players from using the D-pad on Xbox and the only way to fix it is to delete everything. Please fix it, I just lost months of play.
