@EAHelp every time I log in to an EA game, it asks for a verification code that is sent to my primary email. Every time I’ve tried to log in like this, I’ve never gotten sent the code and I’m unable to login to EA games. I checked the email on my EA account and it’s verified.

@EAFIFADirect @EAHelp What is wrong with servers, i’m on ps5 and trying to play weekend league but everytime i get in ,i get kicked out by losing connection to servers and have had 5 games of weekend league gone by starting the match and instantly me and my opponent disconnect.

@EAHelp Went through this yesterday. Secured the account and email related to it. I was then told I'd get an email from a different team? Terms of Service team? .. I haven't had that yet. How long should that take. Account security is all sorted but what's missing hasn't been. Thank you

@EAHelp my apex is not letting me play in a game. If I do get into a game, the game crashes my ps4 hard drive that recently happened at the start of season 9. Theres also a HUGE problem that no one I know gets. Since the mirage’s Christmas train game mode (I will continue)
