@EAHelp I own FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition but after last update for World Cup the Edition changed to Standard ?! I bought the Ultimate Edition with extra price for the additional items but I didn’t receive my World Cup hero… Fix it because I bought Ultimate Edition not Standard. @EASPORTS

@EAHelp would love if you guys could fix M23. I have purchased this game faithfully since 1991 & M23 is such a disaster. Countless hrs in Franchise & we will have to start over because a glitch is killing our draft and season. Quite frankly y'all owe us. M23 was not ready. TRASH!

@EAHelp Taking the absolute piss that we pay extra for the ultimate edition for the WC hero OTW etc then get absolutely shafted by not getting it when we should. Absolutely abysmal service once again!
