@EAHelp @PlantsvsZombies A few hours ago there was server maintenance for PvZ: Heroes and since that maintenance ended the queue times have skyrocketed drastically. Please look into this issue as soon as possible, it's making the game almost unplayable.

@EAHelp It’s not a connection issue at all, it’s the game itself. CHEL Clubs and Drop Ins are absolute garbage. The matchmaking is terrible, we get matched up with teams that have clearly played hundreds of games and have no chance, it’s not fun. All these teams do are glitch goals.

@PlayApexMobile @EAHelp There is a big in the game , where if any of your teammates use mics the game sound gets lowered as in the background and SFX and stuff . Pls fix this as soon as possible.

@EAHelp ..disappointing that no help whatsoever came from your customer service. We can't even find out the reason why the account was banned. Apex Legends isn't even that big of a game here in the Philippines but we've been loyal all throughout. After years of playing we get this. HELP.

@easports_mut @eahelp @maddennfldirect So Day 20 now... Your Daily Objective tracking is still not working in Season 2 and Most Feared. No tracking = No XP = No rewards. And your Week 1 of Legend Challenges are still sending me back to the Madden 23 home screen. What's next EA!

@EAHelp It’s been 3 weeks it’s not like you’re just now running into it. The problem is all in the sets. Sets only count to get the coin pack not for the overall daily completions. Idk how it takes 3 weeks to diagnose a problem

Fifa 23 is by far the worst Fifa game EA have ever released. Its broken all over. From passing, to tackling to shooting. Game quality is shocking. It keeps disconnecting you, you then message them an they tell you to change your stadium. Pathetic. @EASPORTSFIFA #FIFA23 @EAHelp

@EAHelp 9/10 games, doesn’t matter if it’s rivals or champs, I have delay. I have a wired connection, my ping is 17, my DL speed is 130mbps, my UL speed is 20mbps. There is no way it’s a problem my end. I’m so close to uninstalling, it’s almost unplayable.
