I have been trying to connect with an advisor since the beginning of Israel, US, Iran due to a severe drop in my ping which prevented me from playing and losing a lot of in-game progress. This is truly disappointing! You’re stupid AI EA Help website kept asking me to read articles on troubleshooting without any benefits. I understand corporations now are depending on AI instead of real humans, but there must be an option to reach out to an advisor since. FYI.
