    @EAHelp Why can’t I buy the“ultimate legends token pack”? It says “an issue has occurred, please try again later. Contact customer service if the issue continues to occur. Also fix your game. There is a serious glitch in the sugar rush h2h game mode with safeties. Put in some effort

    @TapXMikey Wins don’t count at all for so many of us. Been broken since the Honors event. I’m still fighting it with @EAHelp

    I’ve tried every possible fix: password resets, VPNs, and clearing cache. I’ve opened multiple tickets and even tried local consumer complaint sites, but no luck. @EAHelp

    @EAHelp there is a lot of lagging in the H2H Match system as if I play with higher ovr or even play H2H with extremely good network it still lags a lot

    Hi @EAHelp, I bought Ultimate/Icon Edition of EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. Earlier I refunded the EA version. Now in Ultimate Team I only see “Browse” and “FC Points” — no “My Packs” tab and no rewards. Can you fix my account?

    @EAHelp is there a reason I have to dashboard my game every time I search my club, the market, claim an objective or complete and SBC? I have had my internet provider out twice no issue, master rest my console and re downloaded the game and still the same connection issue?

    @EAHelp @EAHelp I've been trying to fix FC26 not launching on PC for days now. EasyAntiCheat runs for a second then straight back to EA App, no error message. Tried every possible fix. Can someone please help me?

    @EAHelp High ping issue in FC 26. My normal ping is <10ms , but now it’s constantly 100ms+. Only happens in FC 26, all other games are fine. Likely server routing or matchmaking issue (connected to distant server). Please investigate and fix. Platform: PS5 Region: Saudi Arabia

    Way to show the people(your customer base) that you don’t care about them. Servers have been garbage for weeks and you’ve done nothing to fix it. Ignoring each and every one of our concerns. Sitting in silence collecting money for services you can’t provide @EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp

    @FUT_Accountant @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC My account is blocked for over a week due to a stuck Evolution item in unassigned. I cannot access packs or use purchased FC Points. Support confirmed but no fix yet. This needs urgent manual intervention.

    @EAHelp we have a serious problem. I bought apex packs and have been receiving multiple items I already owned. I would either like a refund or something. I've sent emails, I've done everything possible and still ignored. Im not some little kid you can push around.

    @EAHelp @EASFCDirect @EASPORTSFC Your game is unplayable!! Its been like this for weeks now, I can take a day or 2 but its been weeks! I'd hoped the update was to fix it! Buying and selling, sbcs, searching players, buying/opening packs all freeze the menu for a minute!
