@EAHelp Yes, I'm still having the issues. I bought the pack yesterday in the EA app for sale. But after purchasing, the pack never downloaded and it was still marked as 'unowned'. I did pay directly and got an order confirmation email from EA.. Is there any way I can get my pack to work?

@EAHelp So my friend bought @EASPORTSFIFA for christmas. A glitch has happened to me where if I try to play I can't. My controller will just not work. It also only happens in online matches. I searched the Internet and I found it was a glitch that no one has found a solution.
