@EAHelp I feel as though this is a major issue with the game itself as i have stated in previous conversation with you guys on the madden team in ea support but the issue has not been resolved. It happens when loading into a match for the first time the game will crash.

@EAHelp If this helps, The error code is (CE-34878-0) the crash code is from loading into a Franchise mode game as well as ultimate team challenge or game. And this is upon first initial launch of the gameplay session as well.

@ONEEYEJOEL @EAHelp Exactly what i went through, I couldn’t access my account even after reaching their support service and never got a respond until a friend referred me to @unihacksupport so I reached them and they succeeded reinstating my account, they can help.

@EAHelp Yes, that is the part I'm stuck one. What is the point of you then? To scam people out of money for buggy unfinished games that don't work properly? If you aren't going to make a game properly, then you should at a bare minimum be able to fix it.

On Fifa 22, FUT says that the service is experiencing high volume of traffic, but my friend is able to get in. It has been doing this for days now. Any thought on why? @EAHelp

This issue has been present for a month now. @EAHelp community managers have known about this issue since the first day. There are multiple threads on their site, including one that is now at 68 pages that started back in October. (yesterday it was 64)

@EAHelp Hi, was wondering if there are any plans on fixing the DDoS problem on Titanfall 2. I really love the game, but it is literally not possible to play multiplayer now. I would as the Respawn twitter, but they ignore everything titanfall, and I know you guys do listen thnx:)

@EAHelp Bruce, i play on the ps4 pro i have gone through the entire list of steps received in a previous support conversation i have had with you guys and the game still crashes, i have bought and played both nhl and fifa 22 and the issue doesn’t happen on either one of those titles

@EAHelp i was pretty close to max level( in mut) and i log in one day and i’m at 1, i still have all of my players and power up passes . i thought i was a glitch at first so i played a couple of mut games too see if i would fix it and it didn’t fix , i’m now at level three
