    @EAHelp @EAHelp there is problem with high ping in Clubs in FC26. In every match players have exactly 260 ping and they are kicked out from match when it’s substitute. Since one week. No one can play…

    @EAHelp we have a serious problem. I bought apex packs and have been receiving multiple items I already owned. I would either like a refund or something. I've sent emails, I've done everything possible and still ignored. Im not some little kid you can push around.

    @FUT_Accountant @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC My account is blocked for over a week due to a stuck Evolution item in unassigned. I cannot access packs or use purchased FC Points. Support confirmed but no fix yet. This needs urgent manual intervention.

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp I can’t redeem an evolution that was rewarded to me from the season premium pass and because of this bug I can’t open any packs. looks like There are a lot of players having the same issue, it’s been almost a month. Will you guys do something about that??

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This game would be much better, if you idiots would fix key things like gameplay and matchmaking. Perfect round in gauntlet is impossible for me bc despite having a bad form in "friendlies", I am still getting matched against elite players.

    @EAHelp Hi, I’m reaching out regarding an ongoing issue on EA Sports FC 26 that has not been resolved through troubleshooting. I was previously given Case ID #241739143 and advised to follow up. I am consistently experiencing the following errors every time I attempt to play Clubs: •“The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.” •“Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection and try again.” Important details: •Platform: Xbox Series S •NAT Type: Open •Ping: 40–47 ms •Ultimate Team works normally •Issue only affects Clubs and Season Pass Troubleshooting already completed: •Restarted console and network •Cleared MAC address •Reinstalled the game •Tested multiple networks (including hotspot) •Disabled VPN (Verizon Secure Wi-Fi) This issue is consistent on every attempt (not intermittent) and appears to be server-side or account-related rather than a connection issue. Can you please escalate this case or confirm if this is a known issue affecting Clubs/Season Pass? I can provide screenshots or additional details if needed. Thank you for your assistance.

    @EAHelp I was just playing my second to last champs game. the score was 5-2 i was winning. The final whistle went and as the game was shutting down i got a unable to process your request error and got a loss for it !!!

    @EAHelp is there a reason I have to dashboard my game every time I search my club, the market, claim an objective or complete and SBC? I have had my internet provider out twice no issue, master rest my console and re downloaded the game and still the same connection issue?

    Hi @EAHelp, I bought Ultimate/Icon Edition of EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. Earlier I refunded the EA version. Now in Ultimate Team I only see “Browse” and “FC Points” — no “My Packs” tab and no rewards. Can you fix my account?

    Hey @EAHelp are you ever going to fix the Battlefield 6 glitch where when a player comes into close contact with another player, PS5 players automatically “knife” without a button being hit? Very annoying. @Battlefield @BF6Updates
