@EAHelp Fix dual entitlement and let us download our next gen versions of the game we already paid for. It's almost been a week. Ridiculous I have the disc version and the ps5 disc version and it only shows the option to buy the game again. Not to upgrade it as it should.

@EAHelp so I believe my account got hacked into and I'd like to talk to someone asap and I realize this now because I got banned on fifa but I don't play the game and don't have it installed on my computer. So I'd like to talk to somebody asap because waiting a week is an issue.

@EAHelp Still can't play the next gen version on PS5, it's been a couple of days since you last updated us with the state of the issue. The only thing that appears in my store is the trial version and everytime I select the free upgrade purchase it gives me an error saying I own fifa 21.

@EAHelp EA customer service is a JOKE and has forced me to buy the digital version after repeatedly sending in forms with required info to get free upgrade since 12/3/2020 every time I call them, please wait 72 hours, everything you have sent in is complete. No code and no help.

@EAHelp not sure if this is an ea issue or not. Everytime I load fifa 21 up my profile is linked to controller 1 and 2.... and won’t let me select controller 1. Only when I delete personal settings and reset the console that it goes back to normal. Any ideas?

@EAHelp It's okay daddy I think I managed to find a way around it but don't think the overall issue seems to be fixed. So basically left the selected date open and left the app running and went back and clicked search after 5 mins and it worked. 🙌
