@EAHelp hey I opened my fut champs rewards and when I opened the first player pick it was just some normal gold player so I decided to wait before picking the player and opening the 2nd one. I looked at twitter and saw that this is an issue. Wondering if you could help?

@EAHelp Don't even know if you guys can help but I'm having horrible connection and ping problems starting from yesterday, did a speed test on my ps4 and the ping is around the 30-50 mark but when I'm in the loading screen of a game the ping jumps to crazy numbers in the hundreds
