Was gonna try and play some Madden today, but the auction house is closed and I still can't play solos. A patch came out to fix exploits, but not the the main bugs of the game. Worst start for @EAMaddenNFL in years. What is @EAHelp even for?

@EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp for the 2nd day in a row, madden is crashing nonstop. I called yesterday, did a power cycle on Xbox Series X, and uninstalled/reinstalled Madden 22. It crashed multiple times. What is going on? I either need some type of refund or a fix
