@EAHelp i got banned from apex on april 18th for cheating but have a .69 kdr and am liquid trash? never cheated never downloaded cheats nothing, not sure why it happened but could you fix it so all my money doesnt go to waste?

@EAHelp these errors are not frequent at all, they come and go with game updates. At least for me. This was the only time I had problems since the event update. It's all good for now.

@EAHelp Didn’t miss it just thought I’d take my time to reply like ea normally do. It was an issue that’s resolved once you put the game update out. Just a shame nobody’s ever responded to my other dm’s about game issues

@EAHelp They have disabled the game mode. It seems to have fixed the issue with the game crashing when reviving.

@EAHelp All good now. Thanks for checking in. When I logged in a few hours later, everything was fine. Initially I was kicked from 5 of 6 games with the code:leaf error, but that seems to have been fixed.

@EAHelp Thank you for the info! My issue's not with connectivity problems. It's with the fact that I can go straight from being about to go 1-0 up in Squad Battles to losing 3-0 and maybe dropping a level because you don't have a mechanism to recognise a lost signal. Kind of draconian.

@EAHelp having issues with pro clubs on fifa 21. The players energy/stamina bar is empty by the 50th min. This is happening with the AL controlled players as well as those controlled by me & my mates. I am also no longer able to name my pro as my own actual name. Please help
