    @EAHelp I was just playing my second to last champs game. the score was 5-2 i was winning. The final whistle went and as the game was shutting down i got a unable to process your request error and got a loss for it !!!

    @EASFCDirect It’s been almost a week since the Asia & Oceania objectives dropped broken in #FC26 and we STILL don’t have our missing rewards. Can we get an actual update? @EASFCDirect @EAHelp We can’t even finish the other objectives without cards like Cahill! 🤬📉 #UltimateTeam

    @EAHelp Need help with Case #242000397 (lost rewards/server error). Two agents (Gaurav and Shanti C) have now disconnected active support chats when I requested manager escalation. Was told managers aren't available despite your website saying escalation is an option.

    @EAHelp Please fix your disconnection glitch. It happens in all first play attempts. The issue is when u need to fulfil limited game objectives, it counts against u as games played but not for the requirements, so I forfeit qualification due to no fault or action of my own.

    Hi @EAHelp, I bought Ultimate/Icon Edition of EA Sports FC 26 on Steam. Earlier I refunded the EA version. Now in Ultimate Team I only see “Browse” and “FC Points” — no “My Packs” tab and no rewards. Can you fix my account?

    @EASFCDirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFC This game would be much better, if you idiots would fix key things like gameplay and matchmaking. Perfect round in gauntlet is impossible for me bc despite having a bad form in "friendlies", I am still getting matched against elite players.

    @EASFCMOBILE @EAHelp Still no fix days later. I submitted receipts, order numbers, screenshots and UID multiple times, yet nothing has been resolved. Now my account is locked from purchases because your system says the previous transaction is still processing. Terrible support experience and WORST.

    @EAHelp @EAMaddenNFL @EASPORTS_MUT Hey ******** fix your dam servers! Got to tier 2 for the CPU Event finished and won the first game but due to being “kicked” out it’s now counted as a loss and means I’d have to do the first 5 games again! Class action lawsuit is what you need!

    @EAHelp you have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Zero live people. Impossible to chat. Our account was banned because someone else tried to hack us. Zero resolution and son banned from his apex. Horrendous company

    @EAHelp playing squad battles and winning, game decides to bug out and disconnect from the server resulting in me losing squad battle game how does that work out? Also completed an objective yet now it’s not what bullshit!!

    Way to show the people(your customer base) that you don’t care about them. Servers have been garbage for weeks and you’ve done nothing to fix it. Ignoring each and every one of our concerns. Sitting in silence collecting money for services you can’t provide @EAMaddenNFL @EAHelp
