@EAHelp Hey Winston, I did the password reset yesterday, but still could not log into my account. It gives an error when I log in via the application. When I try to login over the web, I get the "your information wrong" error. Can you check my account information if I share it DM?

@EAHelp Can't play the game these past couple days. Because of the infinite loading screen. Already rebooted/restarted the system. Nothing seems to work. Game is simply unplayable.. It's the same old story every year. Cyberpunk gets refunded but not this broken game? I'm baffled.

@EAHelp The only issues that I have seen lately would be matchmaking quality and the RP system.The current ranked system is broken to say the least. The main contributing factor is the existence of tier demotion protection.There are too many boosted and carried players in plat and above.

@EAHelp I’m playing FIFA Mobile. As I was playing a h2h match in boxing day event with West Ham United I was 1 goal ahead of my opponent then the match got disconnected at the 88th minute. I didn't receive anything when the match was finished. There were no connectivity issues.

will never buy another @EAHelp game. Used to love Madden and NHL and even Star Wars games, but the help experience. i just had over the phone and through their chat on their website was horrendous and they tried to blame Sony for all of the problems.
