@EAHelp there’s a bug with the sims 4 that makes it unplayable on the ps5 the game just freezes for no reason about 5 mins into play. It doesn’t crash or restart it just freezes completely

@EAHelp Hi @EAHelp I can not play Apex because when I try to get into the game I get stuck the loading screen with the red logo at the bottom right. After waiting for a while it will give me code net or code pin. Is there a way to fix this? I have tried everything.
