@EAHelp From the free packs from the ramsdale issue i’m still waiting to be granted a tradable 100k pack and 50k pack as it states “Players who opened Packs that could contain Rare Gold Player Items, while the issue was active, will receive a Pack of the same type for each Pack”

@EAFIFADirect @EAHelp @EASPORTSFIFA You gave someone I know, 20 100k packs, 26 125k packs & loads of 50ks & mega packs. He had 86 in total yet opened 0 packs during the Ramsdale error. I have tried to get onto live chat, but it won't let me. Please help? You're a multi billion pound company, this shouldn't happen

@EAHelp I never received any of the packs back that I opened on ultimate team while there was an issue with the Headliner Aaron Ramsdale card. I opened multiple packs during the issue, such as 2 100k packs, etc.
