    fear of brand damage on Twitter is amazing. I tried to get customer support for >3 days with @etrade to no avail. DM'd them on twitter and resolved issue within an hour.

    @etrade Waiting 27 minutes and counting for your customer service. Live chat quotes an 87 minute wait for assistance. All because keep receiving emails telling me some functionality may not be available due to account changes. Unacceptable!

    @etrade Glad to hear e*trade was acquired by Morgan Stanley. No phone numbers to customer service, chat agents wait queue 25 minutes, or you can send a message that takes 3 business days. WTF? This is NOT service. This is a bad joke. Discount brokerage = discount service or no service.

    @etrade On hold for 37 minutes. I have been trying to speak with someone for over 3 weeks. My account has been restricted, and am told the only way to fix it is to talk with a rep. Claim to have 24/7 service. What a joke. An closing this account as soon as I can!
