    @etrade @lkngrrr Worst customer service ever. Long wait time for reaching customer service. Unable to update person phone number after log into account. Reaching customer service over phone takes 30 to 40 minutes. After connecting them, even they can't update customer's personal information.

    @etrade E*Trade is awful. Constantly changing margin requirements to screw investors over. So many better brokers out there.

    I'm on the phone *again* with @etrade . These guys are the worst -Unless you love waiting on hold and talking to people about why they locked your account again, or why they messed up your transaction, or weren't smart enough to execute the transaction in the first place.

    @rendermack @etrade Had same experience, @etrade prevented me from selling a position. No issues with my account (sufficient funds/day trading power). They said they reserve the right to restrict. Had to call to place an order

    Stay away from @etrade. Very understaffed and could address simple account issues. Go elsewhere. @morganstanley got a dud.

    @etrade I provided an example from my account but this isn't an account-specific issue. This is a *general* query about how you are marking option prices to market in accounts and why/how you're using something other than the bid/ask prices.
