    @GreenTeamDFLY @ldev117 This problem is going on for me still too @etrade. For example a sell will partially fill a bid, but that bids size doesnt update for over 5 minutes sometimes. Still the same for you guys?

    @etrade There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #techietask_support on Insta and it was positive. I think they can help you too

    Bro @etrade wait times longer than 2 hours. This company doesn’t care about their customers, or helping them with any potential account issues. A joke!

    So @etrade has done something so that even changing my password won't get me into my account and when I try to call my "wait time is greater than two hours." And they want to give me a survey regarding improving service. (#3Gusses)

    Feels like a bunch of trading desks are gonna be missing the $SIDU ticker when it IPOs tomorrow: just called @etrade customer service to inform them that it's not currently listing on their site ( $VINE, also tomorrow, is showing up, so the issue is isolated to $SIDU)

    @etrade Sorry but your customer service has become atrocious! I have tried numerous times to get coherent answers to my questions. My letters are IGNROED! Over $1,000 discrepancy in my balance, other trade questions, hour+ hold wait times-- NO ANSWERS! SHAME on you!

    @etrade So there is no way for me to get my user ID to login to my account for the first time without speaking to a Financial Advisor? No one answers the phone and the wait time is over 2 hours. I have 0 response via email. How do you do business this way?

    @etrade Trying to reach customer care 800-387-2331 for two weeks now. Wait time is always greater than 2 hours. This is ridiculous. Please do something about it.

    @ThrowinTrades @ldev117 @etrade Yup. After being great for all these years then to revert to this crap is just bad biz & bad for all relying on the L2s/chains. Been about a year now & obv they don't care enough or else would have been fixed long ago! Hope they do fix ASAP b/c unreliable is unacceptable nowadays

    @stock_mj @OGSirBe @etrade The issue at hand in the warning is clearly the federal status of the plant, along with the related banking risks because of that status. OTC is inherently high risk.

    @stock_mj @etrade Just food for thought b/c this was likely part of the new risk oversight from Morgan Stanley. Could be way worse given the alternative solution (E*Trade adopt MS's custodian & no longer able to buy the MSOs).
