Dear @etrade I’ve been on hold for 2.5+ hours. Was “helped” 2 hours in by someone who couldn’t do anything to help. So he put me back on hold and here I am. Pretty bad customer service.

@MorganStanley @etrade Your futures department seems incompetent and hiding behind bureaucratic walls. Failing to follow up with your customers on an escalation that the customer has no insight to is not acceptable, as is failing to commit to a timeframe to follow up.

@etrade Dividend posts on payout date for Ameritrade. Etrade it takes 2 to 3 business days longer. What's the deal? Is it lack of workers or slow computer or are they trying to make money off dividends before posting? #stockmarkets

@etrade super disgusted with your lack of customer service. Acct was locked due to "suspicious activity" (I tried to access my money). I've since spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get my account unlocked. 2 agents said they'll call back, and didn't. min 45 min wait each time.

@etrade Sent you a message. Issue finally resolved after another hour on the phone, and after my transfers were randomly cancelled after being reinstated by the phone support agent.
