    --- No LIE @etrade has to be the WORST trading platform in the world. Nothing works. Zero customer service. The last guy I spoke to there lied his pants off about their cheap platform.

    @wallstengine i bet mostly @etrade accounts that can't stand their new trading platform which they refuse to fix after 6 months released

    @etrade Do better @etrade have been trying for over a month to access my money to no avail. On top of it, I am now also out money because of your error. The case manager won’t let me escalate beyond him and I still don’t have my money. At my wits end and no one is willing to help me

    @etrade @MorganStanley did they buy Etrade or did MS sell themselves in a merger because they are one of the worst shops on Wall St that survived by getting bailed out by American taxpayers through trickery and blackmail? can't even keep the lights on properly on a trading day.

    --- @etrade Your platform has become nearly unusable for active trading. Constant delays, broken links, and inaccurate data make it impossible to rely on. Real‑time performance shouldn’t feel optional. This needs serious attention. $MS
