    @etrade Known acc/pass not working, reset password asks to verify tel# - "unable to process at this time", call the hotline 28 mins wait, support can't hear me, called again on another phone, 24 mins wait, support can't hear, try online chat - wait time 130 mins, is this a joke?

    @etrade why is your customer service so ridiculous? 162 mins for chat, endless loop on the phone and 2 days for email reply??? It's 2021, do better. Let me move my account peacefully.

    Hey @etrade , the functionality on the "Orders" page where you click the ">" next to an order to get the details of that order has been BROKEN FOR WEEKS. I'm trying to collect information for my taxes, and can't find information on commissions paid anywhere else. What gives?

    @etrade poor customer service. Class action!?!? Lost $25000 backup withholding, they failed to pay me back. Their excuse is because they joined #JPMorgan. Costumer service said I was not the only the one there are many. I don’t need the apologies I need the money back.

    @etrade way to turn your nose up at traders by removing their ability to make custom scans. Your etrade pro is now a worthless platform and your live action scans on power are crap. Bad move and total lapse of judgement on your part. Fix it. @MorganStanley

    the most mindblowingly stupid thing about the @ETRADE website is that it tries to AUTOCOMPLETE the ticker symbols you enter into the ticker field !!WHEN YOU TRY TO BUY/SELL!! and it doesn't even cull the suggestions from stuff you've already traded, just RANDOM TICKERS DURRR
