    As soon as I transferred the money again. I mean as soon as I clicked the button all the securities were sold at a $1400 loss. @etrade says they are not responsible for their own issues and that I'm screwed. I could not do this to one of my customers. I would make it right

    @etrade is as bad as robin hood, their market orders are way off the market and their systems are so slow!

    @T1PClub Ahhhh your bs scanner, i forgot about that. Lol its caveat emptor, anyways my broker @etrade doesn’t allow me to trade it. 😒😒😒 its too risky, since when did my money become their problem?

    @etrade your customer service is terrible. I transferred a large account in, and in attempting to transfer another and make a change all I get are roadblocks and reps who don't follow through. Now should I transfer out of etrade?

    @etrade You need to hire more people in customer service. Every time I call, I am on hold for 45 minutes. Get it together for crying out loud. Sincerely, a long time customer here since 2014.

    E*TRADE has got to be the worst ******* broker to trade through, once your money is on their service there’s so many hoops to jump through to withdraw it, not only this every trade gets an error and cannot be completed... @etrade fix ur **** lol

    @etrade worst customer service i have ever spoken with. Wow. Bid at 27..Orders fill at 25..How did my order not fill? "MM's aren't obligated to fill your orders" That was their answer. Iv'e heard it all.

    I will say that the wait times are much shorter and message deliveries are much easier on my brokerage now compared to 2020. The growth crash really did scatter a lot of people last month. @etrade

    @etrade can't stand to wait hours on end and not have the chat option for customer care. GET MORE PEOPLE to work your phones and chat. @TDAmeritrade thinking of switching to @TDAmeritrade or who else????
