@etrade Maybe hire some people and pay them well so waiting time is cut down, and while you're at it why the hell is there no asynchronous messaging feature? Requiring me to either wait in line on the phone or on your live chat is seriously wasting my time.

@etrade Most unintuitive trading interface, longest funds settlement times, stupid delayed tickers and 3+ hours wait times for phone support. ETrade is trash. If you're serious about trading go with @TDAmeritrade

@etrade how does time work in your live chat estimated waiting time feature? Because it goes slower than normal time. And can go back as well. Add to that that there is no way for me to send an asynchronous email to your customer support. Just awesome, really feeling the respect.
