    @etrade @pennystawkcawk What happened to your customer service ? This is platinum service to be put on hold for hours and not be able to get through to anyone ? It's concerning that nobody is available to assist when there is an issue with your platform.

    @Michael47514166 @hdanielferrari5 @etrade On the Orders page, for me it shows none having executed - but I haven't traded extended hours before so no idea if the site is just broken or if this is par for the course for extended hours trading. Seems broken to me. Either way, will not try again on etrade anytime soon.

    Are we going to have another “technical issue” caused by “an increase in traffic” tomorrow at market open tomorrow @etrade @TDAmeritrade or did you get the “bugs” worked out? $AMC $GME $NOK asking for millions of friends.

    @DCarey3 @BullionNation @etrade yep Reagan-era. these issues are noted change no matter what BS they spew out. def have less people/consolidation & firings +using lesser servers since closing that deal. i used to work IS/IT & build my own rigs. they try tell me servers have reserve capacity for new peeps online

    @newyorkbrett @etrade Dang. That stinks. At least you got through to someone. What terrible customer service. I get through to @Fidelity right away most times, and if not, they at least have a call back service. Happy to be moving my funds there.

    @etrade @CitiesOfHeroes My bad. I recently turned on 2FA and didn’t know I had to append pwd + token. Having said that, it’s highly unintuitive.

    @StanTradingMan My @etrade worked perfectly fine until right at open. Then I couldn't log back in all day. Browser worked but super slow
