    @EVFollower1 @etrade I actually got a really good service rep today. If you do finally get somebody on the line after a very long hold make sure they take your number because sometimes say “accidentally“ disconnect you. They are not using any offshore customer service agents. Many complaints.

    @etrade @khaleessiiiiii E*trade is very poor and it closed my account when I had no open position and above the requirements…customer service responded after 90 mins…ridiculous

    Has anyone else had problems getting through to Customer Service at @etrade ? They rejected my 401K rollover check and I can't speak with anyone to fix it. Before @MorganStanley bought them was able to reach CSR. Losing confidence in E*Trade for my IRA.

    How is it possible that any banking service presents customer resources without TLS? Huh, @MorganStanley, How the hell do you present @etrade resources to your customers without encryption? You are a bank, right? Inexcusable!

    @etrade I have been trying to get through the beneficiary's department for weeks now. I have requested multiple call backs with no response. My plan is to cancel all services, since Morgan Stanley acquired Etrade the service is horrible. I need someone to contact me

    @etrade hi! I have been trying to contact your customer support team for the past 3 months, each time I called, there is a 90mins+ wait time. There is no online chat option. You also do not operate during the weekend. Please tell me what is the best way to speak to someone??

    @etrade Same here - Estimated waiting time is greater than two hours ???? And no call back option . Used to was one of the best support . Time to move money to someplace else
