    Hey @etrade why is it that if I can log in to my account on the app, I cannot get in via the website and vice versa? And then customer service helps me get in on the website and I'm locked out of the app?? JFC, are you trying to make me dump you?????

    @etrade The tech support people are just "clear cache / try a different browser." They refuse to acknowledge there's a bug in your web page that needs to be fixed. See the subtweets on my previous tweet. It's a simple, secure fix to make.
