    @etrade A day or so after the initial exchange, I got a call from someone at @etrade. He immediately asked me to give him personally identifiable information. This is one of the worst practices across multiple industries that is helping propagate identify theft. It needs to be banned.

    $FAMI this looks great for a run. If I was still on @etrade I wouldn't of been able to trade it through my app etc. Glad I got rid of @etrade . My success has been increasing since. They need to fix their sh*t!

    @etrade why is it taking you 2 months to fix a cost basis after my equity was transferred to my @etrade account. Probably the biggest mistake I made was to transfer my account to @etrade.

    @etrade @MichaelPizzi — given your history leading both E*TRADE and Morgan Stanley Private Bank, I hope you will take a look at what is happening here. Nearly $10,000 is restricted, legitimate transactions were reversed, and customer service cannot provide a single accountable person.

    @grok @Grok I think @etrade is robbing me too. All of a sudden my brokerage account is way down is value when the market is up. Odd.

    @SawyerMerritt @SpaceX Just called @etrade and they were not helpful about this process. They didn't even know about it. E*Trade, who can I contact for support?
