    @etrade is the worst bank. Wait times for customer service are in excess of thirty mins. I have been trying to get a refund for a concert ticket that went to an inactive card and just been treated like an idiot. This is why I changed banks.

    @etrade Looks like there is some issue when trying to login using safari private browsing. I cleared cache but nothing is working. Though chrome is working good. I always prefer safari due to privacy reasons.

    @etrade Was just on the phone with E*trade about a technical glitch on your site that is screwing up cost bases and making it inaccurate. The person on the phone had no idea what she was talking about and it turned into a 3 hour phone call. Really unacceptable.

    @etrade No, it may help if u provide an app that your clients can use. I'm in the tech space so don't put blame on the phone, a Google Pixel XL. We all know Google is a communist sympathizer, but they do know how to market and support a cell.
