IPODave (@IPODave) reported@AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

Charlie Harper (@CharlieBHarper) reported@etrade That call, where I was again told there was a "known technical problem" was resolved, despite it taking the online agent 45 minutes of mostly delayed, circular conversation before he attempted to understand the problem, much less direct me to a solution. But he continued to tell me he couldn't get into any specifics unless I capitulated on my identifying data.

Charlie Harper (@CharlieBHarper) reported@etrade A day or so after the initial exchange, I got a call from someone at @etrade. He immediately asked me to give him personally identifiable information. This is one of the worst practices across multiple industries that is helping propagate identify theft. It needs to be banned.

Shrooms on stocks (@Shroomsonstocks) reported@etrade horrible executions on options trading and you can only go in .05 increments. good customer service. horrible app, that also freezes up constantly. the pro app is simple enough. the desktop app is garbage and the regular app is too.
