@etrade Most unintuitive trading interface, longest funds settlement times, stupid delayed tickers and 3+ hours wait times for phone support. ETrade is trash. If you're serious about trading go with @TDAmeritrade

I don't love blasting brands on social media, but @etrade I've now spent more than 4 hours (cumulative) on the phone over the past 24 hours, with no resolution to a very simple account problem. Live chat seems not to be working. Any other way to talk to a real person?

@etrade you guys really need to fix this bug on iOS where one of your accounts isn’t shown in the total balance nothing scarier than seeing my net ratings have dropped $70k in a matter of minutes :) I’ve seen it for a year and it’s just as scary as the first time

@MikoyBass @Fidelity @etrade I was able to get approved to buy and sell options on Fidelity with little trouble and I’m a regular average Joe trader. Just apply for the highest level to be safe.

@etrade how does time work in your live chat estimated waiting time feature? Because it goes slower than normal time. And can go back as well. Add to that that there is no way for me to send an asynchronous email to your customer support. Just awesome, really feeling the respect.
