E TRADE @etrade customer service was atrocious during the bull run @TDANetwork had a far better response time Have to admit tho that e trade stepped up its’ game and I’ve been able to speak to a customer service reps within 1 minute of calling Well done etrade

@etrade Sorry I can not spend another 2hrs on the phone trying to get help it’s the same story every time your back end 👻 team has not responded in 2 weeks. The follow up calls never happen literally the worst experience I’ve ever had banking… I just want my 💴 at this point.

Amazed at decline in @etrade customer service competence over the years. Now, if a phone rep tells me something "will be taken care of", it's basically a guarantee that they will drop the ball. Do they not know there's a lot of competition out there? 🤔
