    I must say where as @etrade used to be a leader, after Morgan taking over they are garbage. Tech has more bugs than the amazon jungle and their customer service is so slow and lacking you might as well talk to your cat instead.

    @etrade how am I supposed to notify the nature of deposits to be payroll deductions and not employer contributions when phone wait time is 90 min. and there is no way to message through my account anymore since @MorganStanley took over??? would love some help?!

    @DieselUpUSA Sounds like @etrade is a better broker for retain than @WebullGlobal ? Webull's $235 fee is outrageous and damn near extortion.

    @etrade today is Christmas. Where are my shares of NBH? We all know AST is full. I’m an og TRCH share holder, $MMTLP has completed their distribution and I have no confirmation of my NBH shares. Don’t tell me to call and talk to a broker because they don’t help. #finrafraud

    @sanegrain Either an I Bond (buying those is a PAIN!) or help them research a good mutual fund. Let the kid pick so they get excited! @etrade has no fees on mutual funds and now is a good time to buy the dip! also @SmartyPig is high interest savings where I park cash for my kids savings.

    In a thread about good/bad customer service, I said @MorganStanley/@etrade were incapable of handling basic banking functions or returning a call. 1 month later, I still don't have an ATM card and they're still blaming me. Looking for recommendation for a good trading platform.
