    @etrade I waited a total of 17 hours on the phone last week, on one 5 hour wait waiting to speak to a trader the line just hung up after 5 hours. Today it hung up yet again after 5 hours. This is the worst cust service I have ever seen.

    @etrade Still out at 9:58. This is the most prolonged disconnect or outage I've ever experienced from trading online. I'll be shopping for a new app @etrade, this is unreal.

    @etrade what a coincidence every time there is a lot of buying in the markets, E*TRADE goes down. It’s as if they are trying to protect those rich and powerful investors from losing. Or maybe they are just stupid

    @Augustus81118 @etrade It is very time consuming to get thru to them, have to plan for a call. That's my concern, but outage for an extended period and the market moves on. All this easy tech could really bite hard if it fails for an extended time.
