    @etrade Hi, thanks for your reply. I tried calling the number but it said there was a 30 minute wait. I will probably be fine as an Ameritrade customer; if your service did not lock me out, which is a pet peeve for me as a disabled person, I would probably be happy using it. -Philip

    @etrade I changed my phone number on my account and it's still trying to see the phone check to an old number I haven't had in years. Every time I try to use a different #, it fails. I wouldn't be having this issue if you hadn't FORCED me to do it. I'd rather never buy stocks agn

    @JackAss09396834 @etrade Just happened to me at EOD. Now my accounts show no balances, no buying power, and contracts are listed as "SPX call" with no contract specified.....wtf @etrade Can't sell. Can't buy. This is CRIMINAL

    @TDAmeritrade is willing to argue over minor discrepancies rather than keep a loyal customer that has been with the broker for over 15 years. I will be sure to let them know how I feel daily and well after I finish transferring my positions to @etrade #Disappointing

    @MorganStanley bought @etrade and the service and timeliness of their service has gone straight downhill. I deposit checks now and they Don't credit my account for at least one week while they use my cash for their own gains. Scumbag company in my opinion

    @mint and @etrade c'mon, SO many users haven't been able to sync our Etrade account on Mint after adding 2FA using @symantec 's VIP Access auth app....The issue has been there for a few years...WHAT'S UP?
