@etrade You wanna explain somewhere on the site how authentication is being processed into password encryption wise? Cannot compare authentication 6 digit added to the end without the password being cleartext. Terrible 2FA implementation.

Been on the phone, on HOLD with @etrade for 2 hours and 20 minutes now. I cannot express enough how you should avoid this company at all cost. Unless you want this level of non customer service.

@SassyB2020 I’ve been having issues with @profitly importing from @etrade. I know they were having technical issues lately. I guess I won’t be posting verified trades anytime soon. I prefer to do verified over manual postings. hopefully it will get fixed permanently soon...

@etrade just lost some Dollars $$$$ thanks to your shitty service, you have no one to pick up the phones. Since this is the case, get rid of call in on all orders or pick of the phone and provide support!!!!
