    @etrade I was in Europe. I used my account and next day Etrade deactivated my account. For the last month I called Etrade many times and was on hold for appx 1 hour, every time. Still couldn’t talk to anyone…Time is money.definitely this is the worst financial customer service.

    $KZR this won’t be an easy short, any size you put out they’re swiping up off, and it’s easy to borrow at the horrible retail brokers, so they prob blow everyone out and down side halt in the same candle and bail out @etrade from having to pay anyone short side for a few days

    Tried logging in to my @etrade acct. App, web, & phone (after giving my SSN) said my account couldn't be found. Rep said they're running a major update. What kind of update tells customers their acct doesn't exist? Give us a "system down" msg instead of a heart attack, please!

    A bad look for @etrade to not be able to load customer data for hours. Some things you expect to work, 24/7. Ironically checking on a deposit, which maybe isn’t such a great idea, considering.

    @MerrillLynch the worst answering service of any brokerage. Won’t get anyone on the line for 30+min. Can’t trade this way. Supposed to be some fancy firm, it’s crap. Do not use. Go to @TDBank_US or @etrade

    @etrade Why does it still take over an hour to speak with customer service? No call back feature at the very least? This is the 3rd time in 6 months. Time to start shopping around...

    If you use @etrade delete it! They got hacked and ran up over $8000 in transactions on my bank. I tried calling their support and got absolutely no where, while holding for over 60 mins!

    @etrade I have ANET stock plan, but today its not allowing me to login, everytime after login, its showing me Page not found.
