    @etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.

    Time to close my decades old @etrade account. The web page is so broken and badly designed: its chat doesn't work consistently, unnotified rule changes prevent acct mgmt, and the web pages do not encourage successful navigation😢

    @etrade WTF is wrong with your trading platform.... its not loading. .. THIS IS UNACCEOPTABLE... how bout an update... the wait time to talk to anyone is over an HOUR!!!!! WTF??

    @etrade costing me money today. Somehow was able to enter a sell order at market, but now it won't execute ffs..... Already cost me $50 in profits. Probably turn into a loss before they fix this ****

    @etrade Why dont you post here how long will the outage last instead of leaving so many people guessing? If you dont have an estimate, that is fine too, but right now you have a lot of people anxious and helpless without any information.
