    Customer service at @etrade is the worst I’ve ever experienced—anywhere. After waiting on hold for 40 minutes, the call was dropped. Do they even have customer service reps anymore?

    @JJHils @etrade literally never believe all this hacking stuffs works not until I was recommended to cyber_hack_security on instagram they where able to unlock my account in less than 1hr they are good and reliable they can help you

    @jeremyjudkins Mine is so buggy (mostly in PM/AH) that it shows 100% LOSS on random positions - very scary in the morning. Dear @etrade, please fix your mobile app, the new one is as buggy in its calculations as the old one. Likewise balances should be live/accurate in PM/AH too.

    @etrade I am really losing patience with you guys. Can’t speak to anyone, app has slowed down and you just locked my account because of the PDT rule when my account is well over 25k. What is going on!!????

    @etrade @MorganStanley I consistently, on daily basis, have trouble loading the portfolio page and receive the following message: "The service you requested is temporarily unavailable. Please try back later". Can you please improve this?

    Feels bad that @etrade wouldn’t execute my sell order for GME calls. Not happy whatsoever. If the price drops I will have incurred substantive harm given that you wouldn’t let me sell. Looking for alternative brokers

    @etrade just spent nearly 45 mins on the phone for what I thought would be a fairly simple process. speaking to someone in another country and could barely make out what she was saying plus the delay and bad reception. TERRIBLE customer service as we have 5 accounts with Etrade.

    @Rogers22283 @etrade I had problems with 1-800-Flowers once. Couldn’t find any contact for customer service.
