    @etrade Hi, my brother passed in 11/‘21, I never had access to his acct/w you. Benef Svcs had me trfr to Estate acct, I did, closed in Feb’21. Now my probate accountant says I need info fr bro’s personal acct for 2020 estate taxes due 2/15. Left msgs, no response - help?

    hey @etrade , i initiated a wire transfer thursday and it still has not gone out today. i’ve tried calling multiple times each day and it’s always a 2 hour wait w no online support. this doesn’t seem like good business practice when you claim next day wire and charge for it?

    @tradinggrounds @etrade Is there a reason need to contact E Trade that I need to be aware of. I use E Trade. If it’s a personal issue, of course I’m not asking for personal or private info. Just when you said others as well I wanted to ask.

    If you are going to use a trading platform, DO NOT use @etrade . I have tried MANY times to get a hold of them over the past EIGHT days with ZERO response. Imagine trying to get your shares transferred in a timely manner. Customer service is non-existent.

    @TheNotFakeDC @etrade I was told they had sold some of my holding because of a $38 Reorganization fee. No communication nothing. Found out it’s like the 4th or 5th time within the last year this has happened. Don’t charge your customer because a company mergers or stop split! #ImOut

    Yesterday I got an email from @etrade asking me to contact them ASAP. After 2 hours on hold my international call gets dropped. I called again and wait time is >2 hrs. No other way to contact them. Thank you for providing such a terrible customer experience. 23 years as a clt.
