Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

Charlie Harper (@CharlieBHarper) reported@etrade That call, where I was again told there was a "known technical problem" was resolved, despite it taking the online agent 45 minutes of mostly delayed, circular conversation before he attempted to understand the problem, much less direct me to a solution. But he continued to tell me he couldn't get into any specifics unless I capitulated on my identifying data.
