    Thanks @etrade for allowing me to purchase a stock this morning, not allowing me to sell it when I was up and attempting to and then having customer service call me back almost 2 hours after I reached out so I could finally sell at a big loss. Terrible.

    @etrade You guys need to hire more call center agents ...due to the poor service you lost an account . It should be a crime to be on hold for two hours. I should report you to @bbb_us

    @etrade: a “more that 30 minute hold time” in 2022 for someone trying to open an account is a fantastic advertisement for Charles Schwab and Fidelity. This is Robinhood level service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

    @etrade I'm a former Capital One Investing customer. I get this message "Your account(s) have moved to E*TRADE. For access, you'll need to retrieve your user ID and reset your password." but it won't reset password. I don't want to have to sit on hold. make this easier. Please

    @etrade this surprises me, but as of now, looks like I will be taking my business elsewhere when I leave my current job. Not the least bit happy with the service I am getting today and while trying to respond to latest message the system is not working at all.

    @etrade There is no resolution even after 5 weeks ! There is utter confusion between the teams in @etrade. Everyone is just passing the ball with no answer even after 5 weeks!! The long wait time and inefficiency of @etrade is causing so much pain. THIS IS THE WORST!

    When speaking to customer service I told the rep that I was scalping and he said at one point “Its not a good idea to use an app for day trading.” So what they’re saying is that their app designed for day trading should not be used for day trading? @etrade please do the right…

    @etrade E*Trade is awful. Constantly changing margin requirements to screw investors over. So many better brokers out there.
