    @etrade - What's up? I can no longer get through on the phone to customer service. Online chat has been offline for a very long time. Uploaded documents are ignored. What is going on? I have a request that is a week in 2 days with no response.

    @etrade I am not sure why your service is so pathetic. Not able to reach you by any mean. Live chat estimate was 52 minutes but even after 110 minutes I haven't got any representative to help. There is no email is to send email also.

    @etrade 90 min. phone wait times. Live Chat never operating, snail pace funds deposit clearance times. Delayed quotes for whatvr stupid reason. I cant believe this company has not gone out of business yet. Step up your game, @etrade. @TDAmeritrade is eating your lunch.

    @HIOTrading @etrade Avoid this company like the plague. 3 hour wait times for phone support, probably the slowest funds clearance in the industry, delayed tickers, trading software that seems like it was developed by 1st graders, I can on and on....

    What hell @etrade, no email about maintenance to anyone?? Scare everyone with the "your password has been changed" this has upset me greatly to move from your platform elsewhere. Why not let your customers know, isn't that what business' do esp when dealing with $$? #etrade

    @etrade I have tried for 2 weeks to speak with a human at etrade. Phone waits are longer than 2 hours! My name is misspelled on my account! I spoke with someone over 3 weeks ago and it still has not been corrected. Your customer service is a joke.
