An innocent seller is now missing funds, a credit card payment was reversed after posting, and no one can explain why or who initiated it. Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

Then I get this stupid form letter that says nothing but had to come in a secure portal. It only serves to remind my how poorly this entire situation from beginning to now was handled by @etrade.
