    @etrade why is your live chat feature never functional? I can’t even send an email through the app. Calling by phone is impossible too. Should I send a carrier pigeon to your HQ or outsourced customer service? 🥰

    @etrade Where are the tax forms? I see you have conveniently turned off the "Chat" feature on the App. Just because you are required to have them postmarked by a certain date, that doesn't mean you HAVE to wait until then. How about some customer service?

    @Etrade_Sucks @etrade is needs be shutdown. Hold deposits $3000 for 7days company policy but online says 1-2days, CS 45min waits standard and zero help!

    @SteveUrkelDude My plans always blow up & terrible at taking profits/setting SLs due to FOMO. Also, @eTrade seems to trigger my SLs below the bid so I can't trust 'em. 🤬 Absolutely hated doing it, but managed to exit $BBAI & $MGAM at the top today. Is this what personal growth feels like? 🧐

    @etrade This has to be the worse trading platform ever . So many scammy in there . Their charts are so horrible and customer services sucks ! On the phone with them forever and my issues wasn’t resolved . Investigate them

    @etrade If you are an #ActiveTrader / #daytrader STAY AWAY from @etrade. Their Pro platform is the poster child of false advertisement. Their fills delay - so much for zero commissions. Also, their pro platform has a tendency to crash or not send orders. Imagine when a STOP is breached.

    @AllenBolinger @etrade After MS took over, they have butchered the brilliant chat support team. Pretty sad for a company that is making billions...I have entire trades missing and no gains in my account!?!?! No adequate or logical explanation given - 'give it a few days'. How about you give my money?!?
