    @etrade please help I can't get on my tax center on my etrade app. Continually getting "service you requested temporarily unavailable" I have been getting this notice quite often this week. i put this on twitter because someone responded before.

    @etrade Hi! I tried calling both but to no avail. Not sure why the call keeps on dropping. Is there any other way I can contact your support? When I emailed my concern, it says I have to call your support to assist me on my concern since I would be needing the help of a broker. Thanks!

    @etrade what is going on with y'all lately? Power Etrade never loads correctly, it just throws errors, and I have to refresh the portfolio view of my individual brokerage account 3-4 times before it will actually load. What gives?

    Leaving @etrade was the greatest thing ever. I know people on there still having issues with quotes, crashes, logging in, execution, charting.. the app is a complete mess

    2. No, I didn't buy more to change my average. I executed only 1 order on etrade to test it out. I don't sign in for a week and they changed my average! This is not tolerable. I don't care if it cost me a ******* penny! Don't mess with my account! Fix this **** @etrade

    @etrade My payroll direct deposits not appearing. I call, service rep says "Yeah, here is a not saying 12,000 couldn't be processed, but there is no other info. Hoping it is fixed today" No email to me, nothing. That right there is Etrade "service in a nutshell. #pathetic

    WFH customer service is going to be tough for companies like .@etrade. No swivel chair option to ask colleagues. 2nd time I've called etrade for my moms estate acct and they ask "is your mom there?". Estate = deceased.
