    Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either? I just need to expect some trades might have a confirmation follow up now? wtf?

    @ChrisCyberBTC @etrade How is BTC not Crypto? What is the book value of BTC, besides whatever the greater fools will pay for it? What are the fundamentals that would tell the market that BTC should go up or down? Or is it, as I suspect, just more fashionista bullshit, price 100% determined by fools?

    @etrade @EricGrossman — I have now exhausted customer service, filed regulatory complaints, and documented everything. Two promised deadlines have passed with zero explanation. Nearly $10,000 remains restricted and I still cannot speak with anyone who actually controls the case.

    @etrade @JedFinn — your Wealth Management organization has a customer with nearly $10,000 inaccessible, legitimate payments reversed, and approximately $6,815 of personal funds diverted to clean up the resulting damage. I’ve called 15+ times. Still no answers.
