    Thanks @etrade for allowing me to purchase a stock this morning, not allowing me to sell it when I was up and attempting to and then having customer service call me back almost 2 hours after I reached out so I could finally sell at a big loss. Terrible.

    @etrade I’ve been locked out my account pending reactivation by your “account access team”. on the phone with the same hold music 2+ hours today. If another hour goes by I’m closing the accounts the min I get access. Miserable service

    @etrade I have lost access to my symantic authenticator so online password reset is impossible. There is no phone assistance for this and e-mail requires authenticator. Help needed

    Hey @etrade, listening to your terrible hold tune on endless loop for 4 hours in one week is making me miserable. Still no answer, still can't trade. Why do you treat your customers like this?

    @etrade There is no resolution even after 5 weeks ! There is utter confusion between the teams in @etrade. Everyone is just passing the ball with no answer even after 5 weeks!! The long wait time and inefficiency of @etrade is causing so much pain. THIS IS THE WORST!
