Total lack of customer service and transparency from @etrade My account balances are going haywire, but I have no options to get help other than a 90 minute plus wait to call someone (no callback option) and no email/message option other than a poorly executed chatbot.

@etrade have been trying since Friday to get thru to ETrade bank and no one picks up the phone EVER. Currently on the phone trying again and have been waiting 15 minutes so far. Is this the customer service you and @MorganStanley aspire to??

@etrade Has anyone had any trouble with their stop losses not executing with E*trade or any platform? Despite good volume? I’ve seen my stop losses not executed then I have to log in and cancel them, then replace the order manually. Kind of defeats the purpose…

@etrade so disappointed and actually on the verge of anger, and I never get angry. Account has been restricted for over a month, and cust service has been worthless, rude & condescending. My $ is locked away from me. This is painful & you’re costing me $. I will spread the word.

. @etrade why on earth am I not allowed to withdraw my own cash from my brokerage account? I’ve been on hold with customer service for cumulatively 2 hours. Outrageous. I was told a callback will take a WEEK…so it’ll be a week until I have access to my own money?!

@etrade I sure hope you aren't turning into a **** show like these other platforms. All my other trades updated at market open. Why did it take almost 2 minutes for my $AMC Puts to update? I know for a fact I was not the only one that had this issue. #trashy #scammer

@etrade You guys have the absolute WORST customer service. On hold for over an hour and a half last night to unlock my checking account. Finally got it done. Then AGAIN today the account is locked. Now I am going on one hour on hold just to talk to someone to restart this process.

@etrade That is so amazing I figured all that out about 5 months ago and have ben. Bracking it to ever sence I have figured out what it will do in the next gen and I need to invest but I'm in a tight spot I need help. I need a new phone and a good computer bad.
