    @etrade Your International Call support service is like a criminal activity! Customers need to spend 1 hr on the line waiting to be assist and nothing but only financial cost!!! i also save proof ur support chat about my missing money! it i did not notice it will be stolen!

    @etrade @Jackleion E*TRADE still won’t allow me to withdraw my funds. —nobody answers your phone —the chat doesn’t work —your site won’t allow me to verify my bank to withdraw funds. You don’t get to just steal my money. Reach out and fix this immediately you greedy jerks.

    @zerohedge next should be @etrade just recently my money was less in my account after selling a shares.. if i did not notice it it will be stolen.. i informed them from customer service and my acct was restricted, spend 1 hr on the line w/ no support.. very costly.

    @etrade HELLO SCAM!!! I've been on the line for 30 mins calling from international!!! You restricted my account and says call your Support!!! Is this how Your company making profit?! Your support is a Big SCAM and last time some of my money was not accounted and missing!

    Hey @etrade - what's it going to take to get a human being on the phone to help me? I need 2 minutes of someone's time, and have so far suffered through 90+ minutes of being on hold. 1. Unacceptable - hire more folks 2. Invest in a freakin' callback system 3. Answer the phone

    Bought 100 shares of $GBTC on the dip at 51 and sold 4 minutes later for just under 52. Got a terrible execution by @etrade . Not only do they no longer have customer service, but their app is constantly lagging and having all sorts of issues.

    @etrade your customer service is server-less & not in a good way. It literally provides nothing, 2-3 hr hold times for calls and even longer for chat. You need to reach out to @awscloud to find better solutions. People's financial livelihoods are at stake. #etrade #AmazonConnect

    @etrade Possibly the worst experience I had to endure signing up to this place. Restricted my account with no reason. Been 48 minutes on the phone.... 173 for live chat. Cannot withdrawal or transfer my own money due to Etrades non-existent customer service.
