    Ah great - it's not just me. @etrade customer service is abysmal. That 65 minute chat wait was abandoned by me after 240 minutes. Email response is a form-letter FAQ. I won't bother with the 800 number #customerservice #failure

    @etrade I have called customer service 4 times to try & recover my User ID and reset my password and I can NEVER speak to a representative. Wait times greater than 2 hours. Trying to do it online isn’t working. This is the worst customer service.

    @mjcostel27 @etrade I have everything with them, but am also considering a move away, maybe Schwab. We have 2 IRA, my taxable acct, and our checking. Moving is painful but I'm sick of this crap, not to mention the terrible performance every single morning.

    @brianmonarch @etrade I finally connected after an hour and I was out through to persona that handles life insurance or some ****. I said I’m platinum member why ******** are u on with me and then the call dropped. Guess u need 3 commas these days.
