    So... @etrade created an account with me over the phone but put in a typo'd email address so i got a letter (instead of an email) but now i can't correct the email address because @etrade Support can't see it the account (?) please help.

    @etrade Have you guys completely given up on your platform? 1. Takes price multiple minutes to update. 2. Not showing the actual value. 3. Displaying some crazy numbers that have nothing to do with anything. 4. Percentages are wayyyyy off. What ******** is going on??

    @toomchcoffee @etrade Agreed! You can't save a layout and the moment you place a trade, the order ticket tab disappears and you have to readd it. And the worst is there's no option to customize this settings.

    Absolutely embarrassing that it took me 2 separate days + 3 different support calls to simply START the process of opening a savings account @etrade, your devs are ***. Also your main website is having trouble pulling APIs for the DOW, NASDAQ, and S&P

    @etrade offers the worst online banking experience ever. I understand US banks have KYC and they are obligated to ask questions, but eTrade is very bad at dealing with people and customer service is very impatient and hostile. I'll never, ever deal with Morgan Stanley again.

    @etrade your checking account is terrible. Asking me to get my tenant and their bank on the line so I can access the funds I deposited from their rent check? This is a joke. Also rejecting my direct deposit? This is garbage. @RobinhoodApp @vladtenev Can’t get to get $hood private banking.

    @etrade When are you going to get rid of your awful "new" platform (Power Etrade Pro) and bring back the great Etrade Pro? What an awful thing to do to your customers.

    @etrade working for 4 months with my elderly MIL after the death of my FIL to transfer their trust. Easy process for 4 other firms - somehow this can't be resolved by what seems to be dueling bureaucracies. We've uploaded the same docs multiple times. Called in > 20 X. Help!

    @etrade Stay away from Power ETrade "Pro". It is a garbage platform. They discontinued ETrade Pro and are forcing Power ETrade "Pro" onto their clients. Morgan Stanley is the worst thing to ever happen to ETrade. There are many better options out there.
