    @jason_kint I need to call @etrade for a password reset, the online system won't let me do it online. Every time I call they tell me the wait time is > 30 minutes. For a password reset. I don't have time for that. So my account is unretreivable because they don't pay for enough help.

    @etrade nice update, but your mobile app is still broken. Bid / ask volume etc, all of that info is not showing on quotes.

    @etrade How can you charge a $38 "reorganization fee" on $MMTLP holders who did NOT authorize their shares to be carried over to Next Bridge Hydrocarbons. Not only is @FINRA deciding our investment options now you kick people while there down? You should be ashamed. #MMTLP

    @DanielMCharter @etrade @TDAmeritrade I love etrade. Never restricts anything or glitches out like the rest of the brokers. Everytime I hear about broker issues or some bullshit brokers are pulling during squeezes, I'm never affected on Etrade.

    @etrade @etrade stole my $COSM and $COMS shares !!! Their Customer Service doesn't answer any calls. They $FTX'ed me... They took my shares from my portfolio arbitrarily...

    @thru_wandering @etrade I just called etrade customer service. We can buy but not sell due to the R/S, which they confirmed. I can only guess the reasons why the company wasn't out in front of this. Maybe to catch out the short sellers? Either way, I'm going to ride it out.

    @etrade has great customer service, but when you go to tell them how good their service was, their automated system proceeds to mess up. Hearing "I'm sorry" in a computer generated voice is my personal hell.

    @lfan_nh With @etrade as well and my opinion is this is a great big waiting game as they have zero idea at this point. If the #FINRAFRAUD is as bad as it appears? They've got a lot of work cut out for em to figure this out.

    Example 1: Financial Services I'm currently traveling in Thailand, and my @etrade (owned by @morganstanley) ATM card expired. Customer service blamed me twice in two contradictory ways. Then told me they couldn't send a replacement card.

    @DanielMCharter @etrade @TDAmeritrade I already have both… think or swim is the best if you’re on your phone to place the trade… reps are much more knowledgeable and actually work with you. E*trade first line is like talking to customer service at an airline - usually never have been an active trader

    @msharif83 Have criminals been buying customer shares directly from the brokers (@etrade or @TradeStation) for approx $1000/share during the U3 trading halt? To me, that makes it clear that the garbage basement 'insider' price is $1000. It's that plus pain, suffering & emotional distress

    $mmtlp I noticed today I owe @etrade $38 for something that I cannot see as their drop down menu instantly rolls back up when clicked (convenient). On hold waiting for a rep. Did anyone else get charges? I assume it is for AST transfer. #finrafraud is real
