    @etrade , why do my deposits take 5 days to process? Literally any other platform I use, my money's available instantly to invest. Does my money need to complete an exam or something? Wtf does it take 5 days to process a simple money transfer. Pretty sure western union is faster

    @etrade Seriously fix your app before trying to get more users to feed order flow to Morgan Stanley traders. Also stop all those popup warnings for every order you're trying to press. You're purposely making users waste several seconds. helps your market maker get ahead of our trades

    @etrade been on hold for 55 minutes trying to get access to use the $5k I wired into my Acct this morning. Please help. If I setup a new wire destination to replace you, you will never see another dime from me. Almost worked up the courage to put in that effort.

    @etrade are you guys just falling apart? I can’t pull my 1099 as no docs are loading to the tax center- I’ve opened 2 tix and support is refusing to help in a meaningful way- I’ve only received automated responses telling me that tax forms can be found via tax center...no duh!

    @etrade Hi Everyone, I just got off the phone with Etrade. It took 15 minutes, and the service was fast. This just happened and it is 02/07 at 6:00 p.m. Central Time. I am sure the Superbowl had something to do with it. Lines are open. If you need to reach someone, I would call now
