IPODave (@IPODave) reported@AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

Charlie Harper (@CharlieBHarper) reported@etrade A day or so after the initial exchange, I got a call from someone at @etrade. He immediately asked me to give him personally identifiable information. This is one of the worst practices across multiple industries that is helping propagate identify theft. It needs to be banned.

GF Vault (@GfVault) reported@etrade @MandellCrawley — customer service has been completely unable to provide a solution. I’ve spoken with roughly 15 representatives, and nobody can tell me why my account was restricted or when it will be restored. The department handling it apparently cannot even speak to me.

Chad South (@TheRealCBones) reportedHad a check washed (fraudulently cashed) from @etrade account. Filed a police report, filled out required paper work and it has been over 40 days. No resolution, despite weekly calls to customer service. Really shocking they aren't fixing this like normal banks.
