    @EBITDAtiger @etrade @thinkorswim It "magically" started working right after my last tweet, then just failed again. Appears to be testing in ****. Why--during market hours, on a WED, in a volatile-news week--is the -$5k question. Im screen recordn rest of the day. I hear ToS quality declined around '19-'20.

    @etrade I had an account for 25 years they just closed it without reason or cause. Refused to take calls or answer me other than sending me some terms of service BS that says they can. Would you trust a business like that with your money? Run.

    @etrade I called and talked to a few different people to ask why Etrade doesn't have a price window pop up when a Candle say on a 10 min chart drops down, wicks up like 4-6 SPX points & a price window let's you know intra price is in. Stockcharts & many other platforms offer?

    @etrade I’ve been on hold for two hours because your company like to lock peoples account with no warning just verify info. Do you know how much money this costs people? Even Robinhood has better customer service then you. That’s sad

    Amazed at decline in @etrade customer service competence over the years. Now, if a phone rep tells me something "will be taken care of", it's basically a guarantee that they will drop the ball. Do they not know there's a lot of competition out there? 🤔

    @etrade had one of the worst banking products and even worse customer service. When you 📞 your on hold for hours and my 💵 is still missing… hey @etrade I need some answers my money been missing for 2 weeks 😡

    @etrade Damn it's almost like we should cut the millions of dollars in bonuses from the execs and distribute it accordingly to the workers that make them their billions as a company..... thoughts?
