@etrade I was in Europe. I used my account and next day Etrade deactivated my account. For the last month I called Etrade many times and was on hold for appx 1 hour, every time. Still couldn’t talk to anyone…Time is money.definitely this is the worst financial customer service.

@etrade hey is there ANY chance that you’ll offer 2FV without using Symantec’s weird solution? I don’t want to download a 3rd security app and there’s plenty of cross-platform protocols out there!

@AllyCare How you determine your rates is up to. I'll say it again, @etrade is currently offering 150% of the interest rate @ally is on their high yield savings account. For people with reasonable money in savings, that's too much of a difference not to move. I say this as a customer.

$KZR this won’t be an easy short, any size you put out they’re swiping up off, and it’s easy to borrow at the horrible retail brokers, so they prob blow everyone out and down side halt in the same candle and bail out @etrade from having to pay anyone short side for a few days

Request to @SECGov , please look into matter, there was fraud transaction ACAT transfer from @Stash to @etrade without my consent, tried multiple times to talk with these firms, none of theme taking responsibility, my entire portfolio has been lost . Kindly help.

@etrade the cost basis team is so useless I had to discover their own accounting error and hold their hand and show them on my 1099 & after 3 moths, 12 phone calls & 10 hours on hold I’m no closer to a resolution

@displace_dustin @etrade On almost all the platforms for a week now. The float was never big enough to qualify for options (their own words), they messed up and are hurting retailers now to fix their mistake
