Dear @etrade - I am a customer and I wish to inform you that you never answer your phone calls (at least no human representative) and you never pair me with anyone when I go to chat for a specific question - your customer service is terrible, just awful!

@TDAmeritrade Bought AMBL for $2.50. Woke up a day later with a 3.59 costs basis. I call no one answers. Wtf , how is that possible? And that’s Not The Only Stonk I hold With Discrepancies😩 . might be time to move to @etrade or @Fidelity
