@mrmoneymustache @ecohen16 @etrade Every time I have had an issue, I have just had to submit a request and they email or call me back. It has worked much better than trying to get someone on the phone.

@etrade your customer service has been terrible lately. After an hour and a half waiting for a chat i was told they werent authorized to process my request. They called and "transferred me to a trader". I was on hold for an hour and gave up. Over this.

@MoeMone86107922 @ClairvoyantINVT @etrade Sounds like you should all get together with others out there with the same problem, and hit them with a big lawsuit, and make them state the reason why for their actions, because that's total BS, it's one thing if you are using many accts to trade the same stock at the same time

@etrade - I got a cash call today after selling some of my stocks . The cash call required to be deposited is more than the profit I gained by selling the stocks . Why should I be in a situation when I am selling my long term shares. E*TRADE customer care call keeps me waiting !

Then put my money in a check.The customer service guy told me people call him everyday shocked asking why Etrade kicked em out. He said they never tell them why. I did nothing wrong. Things. I’ve gotten switched 5 different agents spent over 10 hours on the phone for NO reason. **** @etrade never use them. No agent has helped me. Not even an email back.
