@etrade customer service is shocking. I waited on hold 45 minutes to talk to someone yesterday; the issue is still not solved today. Trying chat now, and have been waiting for 4 hours. What's up e-trade? This doesn't seem like a good way to do business.

@etrade How do I setup MFA? Your MFA doc doesn't help. I already had VIP access installed and there is no option to add another account except for scanning a QR code. Do you have a QR code?

Asked to be transferred to someone who could help. Was told I'd be transferred to a trader. On hold -- their hold music is at least tolerable -- for 25 more minutes before the line opened with a automated voice mail saying my call could not be answered. Thanks @Etrade!
