Update: Called/Spoke to @etrade. This is a known issue on their end, but they do not have an ETA for a fix. On another note, 30+ min wait times to speak to a level 1 tech is unacceptable. ETrade, you need to hire more CSRs.

It's almost like @etrade has no idea they have 2FA option on their site. They certainly don't support it in the traditional sense of it working, device resets etc... Nothing being on hold for an hour shouldn't fix though right? Worst best decision I've made re:banking security

Thanks @etrade for allowing me to purchase a stock this morning, not allowing me to sell it when I was up and attempting to and then having customer service call me back almost 2 hours after I reached out so I could finally sell at a big loss. Terrible.

@etrade There is no resolution even after 5 weeks ! There is utter confusion between the teams in @etrade. Everyone is just passing the ball with no answer even after 5 weeks!! The long wait time and inefficiency of @etrade is causing so much pain. THIS IS THE WORST!
