Why--during market hours, on a WED, in a volatile-news week--is the -$5k question. Im screen recordn rest of the day. I hear ToS quality declined around '19-'20.

@etrade I had an account for 25 years they just closed it without reason or cause. Refused to take calls or answer me other than sending me some terms of service BS that says they can. Would you trust a business like that with your money? Run.

@SMalikjo Its funny, I am a shareholder of $MS for a long time but also I use @etrade which Morgan Stanley owns and it makes me really sad that they bought Etrade given how terrible it is.

@BerminghamKevin @etrade I feel that the community is more likely to understand the risk/reward nature of investments. Perhaps I'm being naive. The true risk to Voyager's survival is the net loss last quarter. The runway isn't "customer funds," it's market downturn and ability to pay the bills.

Amazed at decline in @etrade customer service competence over the years. Now, if a phone rep tells me something "will be taken care of", it's basically a guarantee that they will drop the ball. Do they not know there's a lot of competition out there? 🤔
