  @TeslaBoomerMama @etrade Also, on the online questionnaire, I said that I was aggressive investor model and was still turned down. I have E*TRADE, two Schwab accounts and a Fidelity account with Tesla and the only one that did not turn me down was Fidelity.

  @AccessIPOs @etrade @MorganStanley Yes have to give them credit - they fix their IPO process and are doing a much better job w allocations. I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

  @NarcissistX10 @etrade if e*trade defaulted you into a margin account type, you're subject to maintenance calls even without borrowing. with 1.1% cash a settlement timing gap alone could trigger one.

  @etrade @MorganStanley he never disputed or authorized any reversal. An innocent seller is now missing funds, a credit card payment was reversed after posting, and no one can explain why or who initiated it. Hours on the phone with no answers.Please DM me immediately to fix this

  @etrade is the worst! They’ve screwed up with my submitting a stock certificate for deposit. I’ve had to call them more than a dozen times over the past two months. And I always get the same answer: Call back in a few days. I can’t wait to close my account there.

  Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either?   @NarcissistX10 @etrade ha fair enough. the swing from 1.66% to -5.22% in one session says the printer jams fast though. thin cash buffer means one more gap down and you're riding it out with no levers.
