@prvashisht @etrade It was unbearable for me after numerous appeals to the support team and nothing was done, until i came across @Ray14richard and he fixed it completely he can help you with your account recovery/unlock, 2FA recovery/bypass.

Etrade, you need to have better customer service. CSR didn't havr any trading knowledge and I am told to wait for 3 hours to talk to another CSR. My cash covered put was exercised incorrectly today. Reference# on message center is 9505246.@etrade #fairtrading #CustomerService
