@etrade @etrade Web site has issues with transfers, circular refs when I try to delete a scheduled transfer. Garbage can icon, blank screen, wash rinse repeat. On hold for a loooooong time.

@etrade I got your DM, not helpful at all. As others have noted, call wait times are ridiculous. Etrade decided to make this unnecessarily difficult - could choose to do what many companies done - customer leaves a message, gets a call back instead of waiting on hold.

Hey @etrade been trying to fix an issue for last 2wks. Tried to fix online, couldn't, called support 3x, 4hrs later support made mistake, now worse, called 3x more, 2hrs more on phone, still not fixed, no ETA, no contact for me to call/email. Pls help! Need to do taxes ASAP!

@Etrade I have been trying to get support. Every time I call, I only get the voice mail bot and then the info the waiting time for a rep is 60+ min. That is completely unacceptable. No one wants to wait 60+min for something that should take no longer than a few minutes.
