This morning I attempted to exercise stock options but accidentally sold them instead. I called @etrade support and after explaining my mistake and what I was attempting to do, they were able to undo my snafu. I really appreciated Ryan's assistance! Thanks again!

@CallsPuts1 The @eTrade website seems to actually be getting worse since $MS acquired them. Things are breaking, like the "positions" window on the order placing page (checkbox can't be checked), and they don't even try to fix them, customer service pretends I'm requesting a new feature. 🙄

@etrade I have been trying since *December* to transfer out my remaining assets, and every time, you’ve rejected the request from my receiving firm despite processing them previously on a regular basis. You’ve now rejected my own request. This is borderline criminal. Please help?

@IBKR Since 24 Jan I have been in touch with #IBKR customer service to help solve a critical issue with my portfolio positions. It's end of March and very little to no progress has been made. Defo NOT a no. 1 #Platform . @etrade did a much better job in a fraction of time.

@etrade So far I tried reaching you guys 34 times in customer call waiting for 30 min at least each time. Useless portal. My stocks are executed in one price but next day the paid price is shown higher price. My profits are entirely rated by your frustrating system.
