@LakeplaySteve @etrade I have tried for a week to reach them, and spent over 6 hours on hold at this point. This is so incredibly inappropriate and borderline unethical at this point. I can’t access my own money. I’m filling a complaint with the SEC.

@etrade Please do better with your customer service. Wait time for live chat is 298 minutes and after 45 minutes on hold on the phone, your system hung up on me....... issue still not resolved.

@etrade ETrade Pro platform would not open my layouts this morning. I re-made entire layout (watchlist, charts, etc). Saved it multiple times. Was still slow and glitchy. Logged out. Logged on again later and the layout I just created was gone. Unacceptable!!

@etrade Option traders are just expecting you to fill the orders. Your platform has been a mess for two days now. It takes 4 hours to get through to customer support on phone AND chat. This has cost me money yesterday and today.

@JanusSpawn @etrade The bad thing about Etrade is that they have "Good Faith Violations." When you sell a stock it takes them 2 days to pay you. You are allowed to buy a different stock, but you can't sell it for 2 days.
