@etrade What a disgrace, 3.5 hr waiting on the phone with your dumb music playing, and still no response. HELL of a customer service !. See you in court for not providing tax info in timely manner. You'll be liable for any latencies on my tax report !.

…Just wondering. Does this mean a) @etrade can’t hire enough customer service reps (poor pay?), b) E*Trade has problems & is being flooded with calls (it is the end of tax season), or c) a bit of both. Whatever it is doesn’t bode well for the company - time to move investments?

@etrade I have been contributing POST tax dollars to my Rollover IRA. I want to move them to my new Roth IRA. One of the Roth benefits I want to use is withdrawing my post tax contributions without penalty. I can't do that because I put funds in the wrong account. Help...

@etrade I had the best customer service experience with Righteous just now. He patiently and kindly helped me fix the errors on my account. He laughed at all my ridiculous stock jokes, too. I dunno how you get this info to his superior, but please do.

@etrade your technology doesn’t work. Resetting password through IVR and temporary password does not work. Virtual chat flips off password reset process when trying to enter your user ID. Maybe fix your technology and you would not have two hour wait times for customer service.

@etrade This month I rolled 2020 Roth 401k contributions from TransAmerica to my eTrade IRA. U categorized the post tax contribution as 2022, creating an overage since I already maxed out 2022. Despite me & Transamerica letting u know the funds were 2020. How can u fix this?

@etrade your app has a bug in it. If I have 10 options and want to sell 1 option at market, the preview screen will put the order for 10 and not 1. Then I have to cancel and do it again and then it will work. Happens every time. Just tried it now.
