Wow. @MorganStanley is killing off @etrade more swiftly than I thought possible. They can't seem to get anything right, and it's costing me time. Guess I'll start the process of moving everything to @Fidelity...sigh. Has any merger ever worked out well for the customer?

Wow @etrade is scammy af. Just got off the phone with customer service after they margin called me. Apparently Etrade automatically puts all your stocks and securities on margin even if you don’t want to, and you have to manually remove the margin if you don’t want it. Shady!

In the last two months, I have spent 5 hours on the phone with @etrade trying to resolve issues with my account (of Trade’s own creation). I am still trying to close my IRA with them due to an incomplete transfer. I have no idea how many more calls it will take.

@etrade Thinking of taking my account elsewhere. Application for changing title to trust was submitted late August. 45+ days later still no reply. Accts at 4 other brokerages completed transfer in September no problem. ETrade no reply. I've only been a customer for like 30 yrs
