@etrade Customer service hold times are ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to open an account with eTrade. All I want to do is close my account and it’s apparently not possible online. They make you call in and wait for hours.

@etrade is the worst. Over 75 hours on the phone with them and STILL they cannot properly transfer my deceased father's assets to his kids. They are so incompetent. Who can I complain to? @CFPB does not take complaints re E*Trade.

@etrade I had to reset my phone recently and reinstall the Symantec VIP Access app, I think this unlinked my device from the E*TRADE 2FA system. Now, I'm unable to login with my password and security code, it says I've not entered the correct security code.
