  @etrade when two become one is cute, but what exactly is merging here? accounts, tools, or costs? if this means one login for brokerage and retirement, a single tax pack, better cash sweep, and clearer order routing, my portfolio will actually feel it. if not, it’s just copy. what changes on day one, and is there a transfer bonus for consolidating assets?

  @etrade why doesn’t the download feature in the portfolio view work at all? I’ve tried two different OS (windows and OSX), different browsers and so on. Keep getting “invalid rewuest” errors showing up in the csv file. This has been ongoing for months

  @etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.

  @NotFinancialRep @SchwabTrading @etrade Same happening with TD Canada. Used to be great. Now cant make a trade there. Worsr decision they made was reviewing every trade and making people call in trades. Worst part is when someone answers they have to get approval for a trade cause they are not licensed. 10 min execution for a trade that moves in milliseconds. 🗑 is a compliment to TD. Junk.

  @etrade For past 2 years I submitted >100 feedback issues on how to make power E-Trade Pro the same as E-Trade pro desktop Nothing has been done except some tiny tweaks. ETrade management needs to get somebody to crack the whip and get this thing working

  Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either?   @etrade I print PDFs of portfolio positions, and one of your incompetent web developers made a major change that screwed up the formatting. Left image was from 2026-04-02, which has been the same format for many years, perhaps decades. Right image was today (2026-04-06), where the dropdown for Account and View now hogs up precious vertical space. Please revert to the previous style ASAP. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"
