    .@etrade Your chat is down, you are not responding to messages, your phone lines say over 60mins wait, and your systems can't seem to interact with bank accounts to do verification. Are you still a functioning broker?

    @etrade How do I get a waiver for the fee you guys charged for GE changing their stock name? It made my account negative. Other brokerage firms they will waive that fee. How do I go about trying to get it waived from you guy? The guy I called wasn't trying to help at all.

    @CaffeinatedUser @etrade I've tried hundreds of times, twice just now. I don't have 2 step authentication enabled. I have 5 accounts in my etrade login. I wonder if that complexity is causing the issue. $AMC #say #plaid @etrade

    @etrade So after being an E*TRADE customer for 24 years, E*Trade is now charging $38 for any simple stock split, re-organization, or any minor activity in the stock. However Merrill Lynch Vanguard and Schwab as well as Fidelity do not charge these fees. E*Trade doesn’t care.

    OK @etrade I have my sons college tuition invested in you, but I cannot make a withdrawal.. I've tried the app, the website/phone. Next step is a complaint to my state rep as well as my Congresswoman and Senator. What gives? You made it easy to invest, why can't I get my $ back?

    @etrade is it really impossible to transfer money electronically between business and personal (separate) checking accounts or did i just get bad information from the phone rep? your plaid setup refuses to add an etrade account as an "external" account.

    @etrade Really @ETrade. I traded yesterday $VXRT using FIFO for my tax lots. and this morning I wake up to changes in my account they made to LIFO. SO FRICKEN FRUSTRATING> This is a KNOWN issue by ETRADE.

    @etrade why did you close my account for linking my checking account to @Venmo ? I called customer service and jumped through all the hoops the friendly guy on the phone said to give it 10 minutes and the account will be active again and instead you close it.

    @etrade you guys are terrible. The only ones that don't waive the restructuring fee if a stock that makes an account go negative. So glad that I'm choosing to shut down my accounts through you. You guys don't do anything to help ur customers.

    @chadbstewart @etrade You should be able to with etrade. Try again. Plaid is having intermittent connection issues with Etrade. It may take a few tries.

    @etrade I just waited on hold for over 30 minutes to speak with one of your Retirement Specialists regarding an existing account, and gave up as I do not have the time to wait any longer. You need to figure out how to improve your customer service responsiveness. #DoBetter

    @AllyCare are you actively working on improving the login process? I would say I’m able to access my account less than 50% of the time...have been slowly transitioning everything over to @etrade

    @etrade Nope didn't help. The momentum bar on the right continues to show all red on buy and sales order in pre-market and post- market trade. It's a problem with your system. Corrects itself during regular trade hours. Your system is deficient in transparency pre/post trading hours.
