@etrade Fix your wait times for Customer Service or lose my business. I waited for two hours on two different days to reach customer service because it was the only way to transfer cash from my Roth to my bank account. Unacceptable. There ARE many other choices. Fix it or lose us.

the most mindblowingly stupid thing about the @ETRADE website is that it tries to AUTOCOMPLETE the ticker symbols you enter into the ticker field !!WHEN YOU TRY TO BUY/SELL!! and it doesn't even cull the suggestions from stuff you've already traded, just RANDOM TICKERS DURRR

Hey @etrade , the functionality on the "Orders" page where you click the ">" next to an order to get the details of that order has been BROKEN FOR WEEKS. I'm trying to collect information for my taxes, and can't find information on commissions paid anywhere else. What gives?
