@etrade needs to step up their game when it comes to customer service. Currently waiting over an hour on hold on the phone and 132 minutes online for #onlinechat. Buyer beware if you are looking to switch. I used to be a ShareBuilder customer, didn’t come to E*TRADE by choice

@IBKR is the worst. I tried transferring all my Robinhood positions but they rejected it even though I hold great companies with good margin requirements. @etrade here I come. Thanks @RobinhoodApp it’s been a wonderful ride. May be I’ll reconsider when you decrease your margin

@etrade 3 cust service attempts to fix my issue w/ buying power not refreshing. This has been happening for a month. No luck, even your reps can’t get ahold of your own margin reps. Last week couldn’t sell $TAOP and put me down -$5000. In the last 5d @etrade has cost me -$9000

I hope you all never have to talk to an @etrade representative. I’m sure they’re lovely people but looking at an hour + on hold to not fix my issue. It does have robinhood beat though —> the start up doesn’t have a listed service # to dial. Locked accounts are stressful!
