@etrade customer service is the absolute worst you get switched to someone new every time you call. And no one helps. They haven’t let me take MY money out for 2 months!!! Literally 2 months in the middle of a pandemic that I needed for rent and bills. EVIL COMPANY #etrade

I've been on the phone waiting for @etrade customer service for over 2 hours and 15 minutes. I am trying to ask why I can no longer complete trades online and I'm told to call customer service. They only have 1 song that plays on a loop. This is not how I want to spend my time.

After 3 hours on hold, I gave up on @etrade because I had other stuff to do. I went to head to the post office, but my car wouldn't start. I keep reminding myself how grateful I am for these inconveniences. If I could pick out my problems, I would definitely pick the ones I have.

@etrade has the WORST customer service ever!!! Called yesterday, held for 45min, then answered & transferred me “to the right department” and waited another 30min for no one to answer. Calling today & NO ONE ANSWERS.

Wow @etrade customer service used to be awesome but now you can’t get them on the phone you can’t chat with them they don’t even reply to you messages like WTF. I thought they had better class than @robinhoodApp but I guess @thinkorswim will able be the best.
