Feels like a bunch of trading desks are gonna be missing the $SIDU ticker when it IPOs tomorrow: just called @etrade customer service to inform them that it's not currently listing on their site ( $VINE, also tomorrow, is showing up, so the issue is isolated to $SIDU)

I would highly suggest not banking with @Chase they don’t help their customers & they don’t follow up on claims properly. I also suggest not getting an @etrade they have taken my money & refused me access to my account. Yet won’t give me back my $1K. They have horrible service

@etrade Im not going to sit on hold for an hour .You have serious issues with pro and i thk you already know that. Im going to try to use the website not pro. Ive had same issue several times recently with pro. You just need to either fix the bugs in oro or cancel it.Freida Hedglin

Been about a year now & obv they don't care enough or else would have been fixed long ago! Hope they do fix ASAP b/c unreliable is unacceptable nowadays

@ThrowinTrades @ldev117 @etrade Unreal. Yah not happy. Everyone I know having same issues its not a 1 off it's EVERYBODY! Just most that dont stare at L2s and option chains all day don't even realize, which makes it even worse. Not cool.
