  @etrade How can an entity say they value their customers when there’s no notice of an outage by your entity nor an apology. Don’t bother calling them, they have a clause regarding outages and won’t even offer a good faith credit for the ordeal. Customer service isn’t their priority, it’s charging fees.

  --- @etrade Your platform has become nearly unusable for active trading. Constant delays, broken links, and inaccurate data make it impossible to rely on. Real‑time performance shouldn’t feel optional. This needs serious attention. $MS
