hey @etrade ,i see the power etrade app now has color coded fill/open/saved bars which is good but your algorithm that groups positions is still horrible .if i sell a 5lot 230/240 call spreads they should post as such..not broken down into 2 coverd calls, 3 spreads, 2long calls

@etrade Yeah, not into long waits on the phone line. Was just fishing to see if there was a known quick fix. Guess not. But, being dropped from JMS server (losing RT charting) is a frequent problem now. Often it's only solved by closing down, logging in again. Painful.

@etrade keep on getting calls from an Etrade number that just hang up on me. Called back numerous times and reached the VM of a financial advisor. This happens several times a week. My mother is an Etrade customer but I'm home to get these calls while working. Please help.

@wdmorgan2 @Fidelity @etrade Exactly. So if too many apes starting selling and withdrawing. Run on brokers. They could shut down withdrawals and maybe even selling. We already saw them turn off buy button. We see crypto halt withdrawals. These brokers are making money with our shares.

@etrade Power Etrade is a mess. Not honoring LIFO, not updating when trades are closed in Profit/Loss Center, nor on sidebar. Called yesterday, said they would fix it with last night upgrade. Well, not fixed. I'm at that spot again where I may have to leave.

@MontyMilne @etrade maybe relaunch the browser... I have had a lot of issues the last few days. (on the computer browser) lost my watch list.... changed my columns in position widget. I see new color coded order book... but now all my orders i do are in there.... not happy.

If all the clients of securities firms like @CharlesSchwab or @etrade decided to transfer out their stocks could they support these transfers? Or do they not actually hold the securities in their ledger?

@etrade I am a customer with Optionshouse/Etrade over 10 years. I have no choice but to close out all my accounts. Etrade has an system error and make me take a heavy loss in a option spread trade. Stop using Etrade, they are not responsible for their system error

@etrade I’ve been trying to order a new debit card for a week now. It won’t let me do it from the app and says I must call. Well calling, puts you on a wait of a hour Everytime I call. My car was broken in and my purse was stolen. Please fix this ASAP

Hello @etrade - is there some issue with your app. It's not giving real-time updates. It's just sitting there staring at me. Deleted it off ipad and reloaded and nothing. I have to refresh it to get new info and that's costing me money!

@etrade Why is JMS Server always being disconnected when flipping between stk charts? This problem started happening about 3 or 4 months ago. Have been patient thinking you'd get around to a fix, but its not happening.
