  @etrade the fact that yall close a 0dte spy trade in my account after 2 mins of holding when I bought it 10 mins before close is crazy. Stopping me for profit or a loss - wild behavior. Why sell for a loss for your customer when you claim you closed it because it was ending in $

  Do yourself a favor and avoid @etrade like a plague. The worst financial institution I've encountered. Agents lying and giving out contradicting statements like there is no tomorrow. Zero accountability. Absolutely horrendous.

  @nnarum @etrade Good reference. It’s quite sad. I mean I have no idea what happened in that man’s life to get him there, but I could imagine that in any scenario saving and investing your money will help avoid that.

  @HenryLuMencken @etrade I just deposited/bought shares on E*trade and it let me…When we were in the dark days and my account was down 80-90% it wouldn’t let me and I needed to wait for the money to clear. Now that I’m only down 59%, it lets me.

  @etrade Hey guy I have a tiny account with you all. The end of Etrade pro and the new system rollout is a disaster. I have never seen anything this bad. Your tech support team cant even get the system to work. Basic functionality is missing. Let alone they cant fix a font, size, or data feed. Its a joke. Glad I did not have a large account but my legacy thats been there almost 25 years. You should halt this rollout till it works

  @etrade ETrade is honestly the worst trading platform that I have ever used. It was great until Morgan Stanley took over. There are many better options out there if you actually care about your money.

  Tokenized equity trading is about to dominate. Been waiting about a week to get cash proceeds from an RSU stock trade on @etrade Once settled, I couldn't withdrawal cash. Just got off the phone with a support rep. A "withdrawl restriction" was on the account. Ok? Slow, archaic UX. Massive disruption coming to banking, wealth management, trading, retirement. Anyone below 30 won't tolerate anything of this nature much longer.

  @etrade Why are you not allowing submitting tickets? Ever since MS acquired the service is pathetic. statement shows transaction, whereas online activity is missing them, and gains and losses reports partial. On top of that your online agents cannot even explain..

  Started a @etrade account 2 months ago learning and getting started to getting an alert that my account can no longer be used and couldn’t give me a reason why! And it had to happen when investments went down and made me lose money. Thanks @etrade for screwing me! #etrade #sad

  @BigPennyStocks1 @etrade I use Fidelity, Robinhood, and SoFi. Fidelity is #1, not even close. Then Robinhood #2, and SoFi is awful.
