    @etrade Do not use Etrade! I just checked my account and am getting charged some crazy reorganizing fee that I've never seen on any other broker app! The customer service is none existence! Be very careful will app and do some research, Etrade does not have your best interest in mind!

    @wp4home @CblastBT @etrade Problem is any cash you use on that trade has to settle which takes a day. It’s so annoying I wait 4 days for my $400 funds to settle use it all on one trade then I have to wait the next day to use those same funds again!?!?!

    @Slaven_D @etrade I Agree, it's frustrating, It's after Morgan Stanley acquired it that these problems seem to happen. Balance problem in account. Account is to settle everyday and daily balance is not posted.... They need to give futures customers 2 months free (no fees) for this.

    $ROKU Anyone having any issues with @etrade Pro platform & $ROKU? Look at all the data. Nothing is right & hasn't been all day & only with this ticker. It dropped 137-125! Then the data has never been correct; Level 2, no date/time sales, incorrect current Bid/Ask, etc. Anyone?

    Hi @etrade current customer and made a request to transfer funds on 02/11. Why havent you transferred my money. Not calling cause hold times are 90 minutes

    @etrade I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CLOSE MY DEAD FATHER'S ETRADE ACCOUNT FOR OVER 8 MONTHS. NO ONE WILL GET BACK TO ME AND CLOSE IT AND I CAN NOT GET THROUGH ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

    @etrade Since Morgan Stanley took over, ETRADE has become the worse customer support I've experienced in my life no joke. No chat support, no answering phone calls, no email to send support tickets... are you guys serious??? This is why you guys will fail and you don't realize it.

    @etrade why is your chat function not working and I have to wait on hold fit two hours to speak to someone. You have my $2000 and I can’t access it because my “account services are limited”. I can’t even transfer it BACK to my bank account!!!! Do better. I’m angry grrrrr 🤬

    Hey @etrade. What’s the status of my DRS request from 3 weeks ago? I had to wait on hold for three damn hours to talk to someone for ten minutes. I’m not doing that again. Should I just move everything to @Fidelity? Why is your customer service so horrible??? HELP!
