    @mkhammer @etrade In my experience E*Trade has excellent customer service by phone, just saying. If your friend's father was well off they have a higher-level of service, also by phone.

    @mkhammer @etrade I work in estate planning/rstate admin law. Many of these companies are a huge PITA to deal w/. Maybe getting an attorney involved to assist would help. Some of our clients get nowhere but an atty calling gets a response. It's terrible how hard they make this on grieving families

    @OfBetters @etrade Exactly. Twitter sometimes gets to that person faster. I’ve had some hilariously nightmarish exchanges. One company argued w me about canceling a service in the wake of my husband’s death and then TRIED TO UPSELL ME. “Did you hear WHY I’m canceling?!”

    The MFA implementation of @etrade is most likely the worst on the planet. Why can't I choose my MFA app? Why no push to approve on mobile like everyone else?

    @mkhammer @etrade My father-in-law died a few months ago and I’ve witnessed the madness that my wife has had to go through to clear up his finances. Unreturned emails and phone calls, rude behavior and totAl lack of interest in resolving issues. Amazingly sad and maddening.

    @etrade Your customer service is the best, but the big problem is that you are not willing to improve E*TRADE pro, it has been there without improving for years, and power E*TRADE is worse.

    @Blair_24_ALB @etrade Quite a few of us had this issue with @Fidelity. I contacted the corporate rights department and they told me that the issue lies with the subscription agent. Fidelity said they were actively working the issue to get a resolution ASAP. $HCMC #HCMC #HCMCArmy

    @etrade It’s not just me. Many people reporting the same issues. Many charts showing it’s after 4pm when there’s still 45 min left till the close. Whatever update you guys did on the app has caused multiple glitches.

    @etrade Considering signing up with E-trade but I have 1 main issue. I prefer to have Benzinga news included on the platform as it is a far superior news service than the one currently used by E-trade. Make this happen and I will open an E-trade account.

    @etrade is disappointing with their customer service changes in eliminating all online help. The only contact options are now calling (wait times though) or go into an office. They have: - disabled online chat - eliminated online secure messaging Seriously - it’s 2021!?!

    First time having ****** customer service @etrade how unfortunate. Couldn't even help me try to figure out how Etrade changed my order but bkuz I clicked confirm on the confirmation screen they said I put that ****** price in above the Bid when $ALYI was panicking.
