@etrade Hi. Why did you turn off messaging capabilities in the app in the message center? Nobody answers your 800 number and live chat is down. A lot of us never received a proxy vote control number email for voting ape/amc. This is shady. Please turn on messaging in the app

@etrade Explain Rule 611 to me. I had a sale limit order set for $NGE. It met and went way above it and yet my sell never triggered. I asked support, they simply said "Rule 611, basically a block trade went up. You are not due anything..." What the hell?

Hey @etrade , had my stock certificate for days and still not hit my account. Already cost me $1000’s. Schwab did it same day. You’re horribly slow. Pathetic. Looking at moving my account with service like this.

@etrade Customer Service @etrade is the worst and it’s been horrible since the pandemic. It is impossible to speak to someone in less than 30 minutes between 8:30am-5:30pm cst. Switching to @CharlesSchwab

@MerrillEdge Agreed on worst service. And average wait time of 60+ minutes (on 3 separate calls this week). Associates place you on hold to never return and test your wait patience. It is in no way a model of any kind of business. @etrade has been pretty efficient.

@etrade @etrade is going to get sued #bigly one day. Issues everywhere. I had enough of their Pro platform. Too many bugs. Every few months some bullshit bug would negate a sell execution leading to losses. Funny how it never happened in my favor. Moved to IBKR … no issues

@etrade E*trade how do I know that my proxy vote for my AMC and Ape shares actually get processed? I called E*trade last week and was told my brokerage shares were lent out without my authorization then you called back and said that was in error so how do I know the truth?
