@etrade Etrade is a NIGHTMARE! One must NEVER EVER open an account with Etrade. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever . They lock your debit card 3 times a week for ridiculous reasons , and now my debit card won't let me withdrawal money with my pin code

About to move all of my money from @etrade to a competitor because my account won’t unenroll from DRIP and I can’t get through vis phone or live chat. Been trying all week. E*TRADE customer service is living unemployment office 2020 lifestyle.

@richmisner @etrade The only allocations I've gotten from ETrade were $DNUT and $DIDI ... not worth getting any given how those debuted and the requisite that they want you hold for 30 days. Never got any on the 'good' ones: almost a bad sign for $GFS that you got any at all.

I have an issue with my @etrade account. I can not post on their FB page. Their 24/7 chat is unavailable. No email to be found. Their 800 number indicates a 2 hour wait. I’ve been on hold for 2 hours. No one is answering. How do I get their customer service? Beyond unacceptable

@AMCbiggums @etrade Etrade you need to go through Etrade Pro. Etrade is just as bad as RH. They're owned by the criminal enterprise Morgan Stanley. I use Etrade simply because they have the simplest quick trading platform. You can get your trades in and make edits within split seconds.

@etrade Did that. Been clearing cache since the last time I called for this problem. Called support and was on hold for 1:45 min. Total call length was 2 hrs. Sheesh. Uninstalled and reinstalled. We’ll see what happens

@ApeShit84 @AMCbiggums @etrade I find the UX on all of them pretty bad, especially compared to Webull. I've slowly gotten used to TOS and Fidelity ATP and now use them both. But I'll admit Fidelity is sometimes painfully slow

@etrade Etrade totally screwed me today. Automatically closed out my option contract early before the end of the day. I was watching it for 5 hours. Closed it out right before it made good gains. Customer support told me they can do this at anytime and tough luck.
