@etrade why can I not get an answer on my GTII warrants. Your online live chat is not working. Your secure messaging system gives a basic response. I was on hold for over an hour last week trying to get an answer. I want my warrants transferred to the transfer agent.

WTF @etrade!!! Been trying to log onto Power all morning and DATA NOT AVAILABLE!! Zero % info, zero premarket info, zero chart info. Nothing. And not the first time this has happened. Oh and Live Chat is apparently not a thing anymore so that's cool 🤬

Does @Etrade even care that their quote price for the Dow Jones Utility average does not work and hasn’t worked for past 3 weeks on E*TRADE Pro. Not sure how many times I have to tell them. $DJU Their service has gone in toilet since $MS bought them.

@etrade worst platform ever !! I have called twice and never received a call back.UNACCEPTABLE UNBELIEVABLE everyone beware ! I rolled over my 401k with these guys .. trying to purchase a trade when I have buying power. Getting insufficient funds.

@etrade I’ve asked in writing FOUR TIMES to have my $GTII warrants transferred. I got a reference # but no response. Where are they? I know they were delivered by 4-17. Did you sell me fake shares? I’ve been a customer for almost 20 years! What do I have to do for an answer?

@etrade part 2 no one has even called back n the issue is still presenting itself when there is enough funds in the account.I have two other platforms and don’t have this issue.I will be not putting any more funds in this account and will be looking to move it in the near future.
