@Marc_McLovin @etrade Imagine being in @etrade customer service. Yeah boss I really think making clients wait 280 minutes is totally reasonable. I'm mean we have a recording on the line stating due to high call volume you may experience longer than normal (LOL) waits.

Hi @etrade , why do I get locked out and have to call customer support and wait multiple hours just to unlock my password?? WORST customer experience. I’m still on hold on phone and chat not. This is rediculous. My advise, do NOT use E*TRADE #etrade #theworst

@stock_mj @etrade @CharlesSchwab I love Schwab. They have top tier customer reps and their system always works. Never an issue at schwab. I was trading AMC options when everyone in RH was locked out. They let you trade whatever OTC you want. You get to decide not the big boys.

@Ravenmode @coinbase @etrade I think tZERO could become a very real competitor if it gets its act together. The $20k daily limits that I’ve heard will be happening with the update in April would certainly help. They also need to allow people to sell coins on tZERO that weren’t purchased on tZERO, imho.

I opened an @etrade account in December, only to be receive a “some features may be temporarily unavailable until we can speak with you” after funding my account. Now, @etrade won’t let me withdraw my funds that I have not even invested. I have called the customer service

Friends I've been trading since 2014 on @etrade last Friday w/o notice/reason they restricted my account will only allow me to sell after speaking to customer service they terminating my account w/o stating the reason & I must liquidate/transfer @JMacInvesting @Matthew_Hibbing

@etrade platform cripple if try anything like refresh it freezes. Tech support can't fix issues despite multiple same issue customers complaints. A promise of call back by supervisor in 30min nonexistant. 2 hr weekly phone calls for issues instead of trading. What's up @etrade?
