My @etrade account has been restricted and not letting me log in for 3 weeks now and I haven’t been able to get anyone to help me with it, everytime I call I’m placed on hold for more than 2 hours and get no where. Someone please help me lol

@GameplayAndTalk @etrade That’s if you even find a telephone number. Lots of companies just have a contact form. They’ll contact you whenever they feel like it. Customer support is at an all-time low I feel. Some companies are exceptions and I try to stick with them as much as possible.

About to move all of my money from @etrade to a competitor because my account won’t unenroll from DRIP and I can’t get through vis phone or live chat. Been trying all week. E*TRADE customer service is living unemployment office 2020 lifestyle.

@MikeMeyers @WellsFargo @etrade First of all, sorry to hear this happened. Secondly, please contact WF if you haven't already. You're almost certainly protected by customer protection policy (gets dicey wrt fintech credential sharing potentially voiding this). Lastly, you'd be screwed in defi. No recourse?

@etrade Etrade is a NIGHTMARE! One must NEVER EVER open an account with Etrade. There is absolutely no customer service whatsoever . They lock your debit card 3 times a week for ridiculous reasons , and now my debit card won't let me withdrawal money with my pin code

@etrade Etrade totally screwed me today. Automatically closed out my option contract early before the end of the day. I was watching it for 5 hours. Closed it out right before it made good gains. Customer support told me they can do this at anytime and tough luck.

@Fabio_NYC_ They removed a bit but didn’t drop all the way down to the shiba reported figure… not sure how they think they can do such a thing without explanation… imagine if @Tesla stock had 40% more shares added to total by @etrade ! There would be lawsuits for years!!!

@thetradingchick I put $2000 in Compuware $CPWR in 2000. I was in high school and it was the first stock I ever bought (@etrade). One day later they reported earnings and the stock went down 50%. Then came the bursting of the tech bubble, and I was left with about $500. #Y2K

@etrade I just waited 4 hours and 3 minutes to speak with customer service only to be disconnected. There is a serious problem. What is going on that you’re not telling us about? How do I get ahold of customer service if you don’t answer calls and the messaging center in down?
