Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

I've been complaining since 2016 about how they restrict setting up trades pre open but after a rocky last few years they solved that problem too.

Despite providing valid phone number no code is sent, just get "Unable to use your phone to verify your identify." Agent acknowledge this is known issue
