@etrade If you are an #ActiveTrader / #daytrader STAY AWAY from @etrade. Their Pro platform is the poster child of false advertisement. Their fills delay - so much for zero commissions. Also, their pro platform has a tendency to crash or not send orders. Imagine when a STOP is breached.

I have just waisted 70 minutes on the phone with @etrade . First there was a 30 wait, then a transfer, then more wait, then a conversation, then more wait and then finally they dropped my call! They couldn't explain a custody fee they charged me. Bad customer service!!

@SaraGoingUp Not a broker problem. Its a market data problem. Talked with @Etrade about it and there is no way to get the information to see if this will be fixed soon or not. At least that is what I was told.

Pretty sad for a company that is making billions...I have entire trades missing and no gains in my account!?!?! No adequate or logical explanation given - 'give it a few days'. @etrade Etrade uses ACH to move $$$.. It is really slow for 2023.. When balances are not equal when transaction are in process ETrade makes folks nervous. This is intentional to maximize profits..
