@etrade This back and forth has been going on for literally weeks. When I ask if there is anything else I can do, they say that no, someone will contact me if so. No one has ever contacted me. I am liquidating all my holdings with them to rebuy in another broker because this is terrible

@etrade I have faxed, mailed my estate account application now I’m being asked to email it because it hasn’t been received! I verified addresses etc. after waiting 1 hour on the phone for CS. No one answers my emails. Horrible customer service.

@etrade I tried to log into my account but got a message to contact customer service. Don’t have a problem calling. However I’m now on hold for 90min waiting to speak with someone and can’t get into my account!

@etrade customer service sucks because MBA/CPA cheap operation. Servers are slow buy/sell transactions take forever to complete. Could be they lost a lot of customers. Someone I know who left them is getting emails soliciting business. No way. Morgan Stanley screwed @etrade up.

@etrade all they Can do is apologize, which is weakness! Meaning they can’t take care of their business, and the apology does nothing for the customer. The service reps are actually very helpful it’s the others who you can’t talk to that just don’t care.

It boggles the mind that it's 2021 & the @etrade contact form stops you from using characters that can show up in SQL, implying no data sanitisation. Worse yet, what it disallows is more than they show in the error so you need to spend time guessing where you got it wrong.

@etrade My recent experience is that this has happened *again*. I have recertified my status TWICE and my account is still restricted even though I was assured I would not need to do anything else. I am now in the 107 minute queue to talk to support, I wonder what it will be this time?

@etrade the service rep sometimes can’t find the reason it was declined, and when they do and inform and you take care of it they find another reason and then fail to inform you that it was declined and for what reason pg2

@etrade I am unable to log in to my brokerage account -- there's a 2 hour wait to talk to a rep -- I've changed my pw 3 times, tried the app, different browsers, cleared cookies --I know it's correct, and simply won't let me login.
