@etrade I e-mailed on 1/29/21 about a IRS 1099 form error and STILL have not received a reply. I've been on hold 40 minutes now so it appears a FINRA complaint is the next step as E*Trade is way too big now to care about customers (bought my old BD and merged my account 2 yrs ago).

@AlNuman62159584 @traderkylec @etrade Pretty good actually. The only issue I’ve ran into is that if you’re buying an otc within the first 2 minutes of the market open it takes roughly a minute for it to tell you if you’re filled or not. But it does fill you pretty quickly it’s just the message that lags

@etrade Feedback on your platform 1) While trading SHORT IRON CONDORS for SPX, even though my maximum loss in the trade is say $300, etrade throws an error that insufficient funds. TD does accept and the margin blocked for short spreads,etc is = max loss. Pls update/fix this

@etrade Etrade it'll be nice to not have to wait for 4 hrs to talk to an agent. That's not an exaggeration. I get that you're busy but in which planet does someone have 4-6 hrs to wait on freaking hold? Esp when you're having urgent issues with your account like being unable to trade.

@jlong78la @etrade Nice! It wasn’t working at all for me. I’ve spent all day trying to get through - not even exaggerating. My chat said 400 minutes away from getting through. Their whole site is a joke. Once I can finally login, I’m leaving too.

@etrade the latest android app update is terrible. Apparently it's fine on apple. On android this is the worst you've had in 7+ years. Please revert back to the old version. Logged out non-stop for no reason.

Hey @etrade I spent 6 total hours on hold this week, and still havent spoken to customer service about the time you filled a canceled market order and then wouldn’t let me sell it.

@Ben_BrainDoctor @etrade This exactly what's happening to me. I'm still sat in a customer service queue from a query I asked at 12. I've currently been on hold for 5hrs and 15 minutes. The chat windows says an agent will be with me in 70 minutes. What a load of horseshit.

@0001_Trader @etrade Schwab let’s you buy CE with no problem.I use them and E*TRADE. The only drawback with Schwab is that they limit your buys/sells to 999,999 per order not even the full mil. So you would need to put 10 separate orders if you wanted to buy/sell 10mil shares minus 10.

is @etrade going under? Third try for customer service call the last 2 days...."5 1/2 HOURS wait until your representative will be with you". I have NEVER heard anything as bad ever. What is going on??? (previous two calls not even a time estimate - gave up after 30 mins or so..)

@etrade You have the worst customer service ever! Your “Customer Service” line puts me on hold for 30 mins then hangs up. 3x now i’ve been hung up on after being on the line for 30 mins or more! Your “Live Chat” wait time is 4 hours. How do I get through? Please help me!!

@etrade How dumb are we to wait for hours to speak with somebody? Log-in issues at the open and 15-30 mins to trade on top of that are frequent occurrences. Investments move tomorrow at 9 am. I doubt Im the first.
