    @MansaTariq @CoinbaseSupport WOW only 31 minutes- I am on hold with Etrade and they say it will be 2 ******* HOURS - I think @Etrade just took the WORST EXCHANGE place from Coinbase, OMG say it not so!

    I need information for my @etrade account and they disabled CHAT, have no published email so I have to call which I did and the recording says I have a 2 ******* HOUR WAIT- That is unacceptable-service has degraded since the sale-ae they trying to be like Coinsbase

    @etrade I executed a trade on the E*Trade Pro desktop. It shows it was executed but it also shows I have no open positions. I also checked the E*Trade website and it’s showing the same but my account says it’s losing money. I need help

    @etrade so E-Trade's new customer service is all about customer not being able to send an e-mail, nor a secured message thru a logged-in account. Just call up the call center and get ready for a 100-minute waiting time. Love this brokerage company! 👍

    TWO HOURS AND ELEVEN MINUTES on hold for @Etrade support to ask a simple question that they can answer in 60 seconds. ABSOLUTELY DEPLORABLE, Why did they turn off their chat service?

    @etrade Was on hold for over 3 hours for customer service and no one ever picked up. 3 HOURS+. All I want to do is verify a transaction to unlock my card. Geeze.
