  @HAMShortkiller @etrade I have been saying for months that Alpine was in bed with Kramers. Probably a 50/50 split. We, Alpine will play stupid, look the other way, not charge a borrow fee, and split 50/50.

  @whereyouatkev @notenoughchairs @etrade Same issue here. eTrade support person this morning said it was on their end, but possible they hadn't pieced it together yet. Currently on Spectrum in Ohio, issue started last night. Can't access on any computer or phone via WiFi, can access via cellular data.

  @Liathetrader @MorganStanley @etrade US banks giving more bad deals. Down here in Australia where our central bank funds rate is 2.85%, St George Bank is giving me 4% without some premium elite BS. ING bank 4.3%! Many others too! How can a bank offer a savings account rate below the fed funds rate?

  getting shady again @etrade ... close a short SPY call option for .08 debit .. then status shows i have a $10k maintenance call ... 20 min later shows i have no maintenance call with same buying power as when market opened.

  @etrade Whoever had the bright idea to add a refer-a-friend pop-up after trade confirmation on PowerEtrade app needs to be fired. For the 100th time I don't want a $50 amazon gift card. You give 2 choices: Refer-a-friend and Not Now and you know damn well we want "Never Again"

  Rolled over an IRA from @TRowePrice to @etrade but they left the cash at Trowe. I can't anyone on either end to help finish the transaction. It's a nominal amount of money but I need them to finish the job and close the TRowe account. I can see fees and penalties festering.

  Today’s #buildinpublic adventure … validating ticker symbol inputs. Interesting when the @etrade API returns diff results for the same string input … lots of if - elif - else going on here. Now I’m being told to go on a walk with my fam in the form of 404 errors @pyquantnews

  @ATLnsider @the_scottmartin @etrade I just called Etrade & spoke with a customer service representative. He said “in play“ means big news for the company, *not necessarily buyout* or merger related. He said even earnings or something else that’s causing movement in the stock price could trigger that alert

  @PeterSchiff About a year ago made close to 8k off a # Grayscale trade. Total FOMO on a crypto trade, since I didn't/still don't understand the whole crypto, buy, wallet, etc. I'll stick with equities. @etrade is a garage app, no problems buying n selling n getting your 💰
