    @JamesEadrich @etrade They finally answered the call 1 hr and 22 minutes on hold. Although they fixed one issue they unlinked my checking account. Worthless customer service @Etrade

    @AmericTx @etrade Had a call from my ***** delivery guy, was having issues with options on Questtrade for $AMC. Basically, retail is being blocked out of the derivatives market.

    @etrade support remains horrible as usual... last time they were able to help me out via chat, (same issue), and now just shielding off questions and keeping my money in limbo for weeks...

    @etrade @CharlesSchwab Customer service extremely rude. I dont blame them because the company's policies are ****. @MorganStanley can't save this ship. Google etrade and customer service.

    @SteveEsker @etrade I'm missing one account right now that is in my portfolio and there is a message at the top that says "we're experiencing technical issues, but your account is secure." That somehow makes it feel less secure.

    @INIGO_M0NT0YA @etrade @CEOAdam I think liquidity is the issue. Do they want to stay in this fight with it drying up quickly? Holding a company has never been an issue with me. And I hold trust on many fronts, AMC is a Cinderella story, & this community gets it.

    @etrade I've been a long time satisfied @CharlesSchwab customer but i was attracted to trade's low fees and ability to access vgfunds fee free. I transferred of $10k worth of assets (small part) just to try out the platform and regret it. Locked out for transferring money to et??

    I have had the WORST experience with a rollover with @etrade. After several weeks Etrade did not receive a check from my previous IRA. Etrade blamed things getting lost in mail and said best to have a new check sent out.

    .@etrade not showing any options for $AMC.....which is frustrating since I am holding puts which I would like to sell.... Their customer service says it will be 2-3 days before I can sell them. I can hope the crash continues.... Very frustrating.

    @etrade Ridiculous! This post is from 2 years ago and you still haven't invested money into your Customer Support?! I bet you gave your CEO a ton of money, but none invested back into your product. This crap needs to stop! Leadership squandering money and not investing in the product.

    Hey @etrade, after selling my vested REUs, Why would it take one whole week to see the cash in my bank account? 2-3 business days to settle 2-3 business days to transfer money from eTrade to WellsFargo! This is unbelievably slow.

    Very disappointed in @etrade. To close an account, you must send a request via the messaging/chat feature which has been down for who knows how long, or by phone and the wait time is hours long. #etrade @MorganStanley

    APPARENTLY @etrade CALL IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO IDEA WHEN WE WILL GET OUR $APE SHARES. I CALLED THEM, “THEY HAD NO INFORMATION & HOPED IT WOULD BE RESOLVED SOON.” SHE SAID POSSIBLY TUESDAY. $AMC #APE @CEOAdam @AMCTheatres LET’S SEE WHAT HAPPENS COME MONDAY THE 22ND.

    @harryhaller62 @etrade Not sure it’s worth it. Getting 1.75 at other banks, they’re paying 2% … but the hoops they expect customers to jump through seem excessive. I was surprised no one ever got back to me. Application limbo. If I weren’t already a customer.. maybe justifiable, but not really.🏦

    @etrade How is it you can ELECTRONICALLY broker billions of trades per day without issue, but delivering a few million dividends is a huge ordeal. Not enough $APE to go around? #amc

    @etrade time to take my money out of this platform. Continually underperforms, poor updates on new ipo's especially when they have option chains, poor order execution, overall bad experience. Put your funds in td ameritrade or Charles Schwab.

    @harryhaller62 @etrade I have been a customer for decades; when I tried to open a savings acct they just IGNORED it. I asked via Twitter, they said to call. When I called, excessive wait time. They clearly don’t want our money. With customer service like this, might be for the best that it failed.
