  the annoying thing about @etrade is that their software doesnt group your options trades as you add them... if i sell a weekly 310/300 put spread it should stay like that in portfolio... not broken apart and have the 300 strike paired with previously sold 327.50 strike

  @JohnnyTabacco @etrade So @PlatnumSparkles is trying to say that because the drop down tab at the top (Order Status) says Rejected that ALL of the orders in this picture were Market Rejects... "TOO LATE TO CANCEL: THE REQUEST TO CANCEL IS RECEIVED AND THE ORDER IS NO LONGER ABLE TO BE CANCELED. THE ORDER HAS ALREADY BEEN EXECUTED OR IS IN THE POROCESS OF EXECUTING." You can do mental backflips accross the universe all you want but it doesn't make what you want to (and others) believe, true. MINCHIONE!

  @etrade fix your platform. Every time I try to sell a position since this morning your platform swaps the sell to a buy. Not sure what is going on...

  I've been using @etrade for about 10 years now. I loved their Etrade Pro platform. But today, I got an error message when I tried to log in. I called customer service and they told me there have discontinued the service for me and there is nothing they can do. It was fun.

  @tbonetrades @etrade There is a bug on the sell/limit orders that swaps everything to a buy or removes lot selection. What an expensive and ridiculous mistake for a company of their scale. It's still not fixed.

  TradFi nonsense. Is @etrade having liquidity issues? 7 weeks ago I liquidated a Roth IRA account in order to transfer funds to an existing @iTrustCapital Roth I’ve called them 6 times. Each time I get a completely different reason for the delay. Today BS reason #6 @FINRA

  Just waited on hold for 39 minutes only to be hung up on by @etrade. called back and they said there is another 39 minute wait. What kind of customer service is this? Why do you guys not offer chat or email support? horrible!

  @etrade customer service and fraud department are terrible. My first fraud investigation, after decades of being a customer, and they treated me as a culprit rather the victim. Escalating has been met with inaction. Very disappointed.

  @etrade wtf. i transferred money out to fidelity and you guys RESTRICTED my account permanently without bothering to contact me, and also sold a fractional stock, again without getting my authorization. and i just wasted 30 minutes on the phone with a clueless agent. do better.

  @etrade one of the worst places to place any of your resources. Ridiculous fees on top of waiting 3 business days for every jump around. I’ve been trying to liquidate and move my money from this crooked platform for weeks. Now magically my money has moved into a sweep- bank deposit program. A Morgan Stanley private bank. Go figure. Now another 3 days to clear and then another 3 days to transfer out. E*Trade blows

  @etrade -- stay away from Etrade at all costs. In trying to transfer funds, they've frozen my account for 3 weeks. (how this is legal?) Made me upload 7 different documents. And forced me to call customer service 5 times. It's still not resolved. WARNING: DO NOT USE ETRADE.

  I'm trying to get a new acct set up w/ @ETRADE, and can't get document upload to work. Max doc size is 5 Mb, & all they see is "white" PDFs. After 4 phone calls with support, I'll have to mail in the forms. These companies are tech dinosaurs, I see why $SOFI is skyrocketing lol..
