@etrade MT199 is not issues by your bank hence my money is stuck in bank even target bank sent many reminders. No live chat support, no calling support. You guys really shut down all the communication channel !! I can share transaction details here , can u resolve issue asap

@AllyCare How you determine your rates is up to. I'll say it again, @etrade is currently offering 150% of the interest rate @ally is on their high yield savings account. For people with reasonable money in savings, that's too much of a difference not to move. I say this as a customer.

Tried logging in to my @etrade acct. App, web, & phone (after giving my SSN) said my account couldn't be found. Rep said they're running a major update. What kind of update tells customers their acct doesn't exist? Give us a "system down" msg instead of a heart attack, please!

@etrade It’s ridiculous, hikes on interest rates is not the solution. The government needs to STOP spending money on senseless unwarranted issues and aids. Plus, they need to control immigration, this is depleting funds and assistance that should go to elderly, vets, lower medical costs.

If you use @etrade delete it! They got hacked and ran up over $8000 in transactions on my bank. I tried calling their support and got absolutely no where, while holding for over 60 mins!
