@etrade We got screwed over once again, even after two years of learning from 2020 mess nothing ever changed. Its 4:02, my options hit $2.35 before the Close and I had a stuck order for since 2:30 EST. It was a widespread outage, California to Georgia my friends fell like they got scrwd

@etrade Im not going to sit on hold for an hour .You have serious issues with pro and i thk you already know that. Im going to try to use the website not pro. Ive had same issue several times recently with pro. You just need to either fix the bugs in oro or cancel it.Freida Hedglin

@etrade I spoke to a nice broker, his hands are basically tied. They are being told "We are hearing a few people are having problems wit stuck orders". Honestly, everyone in our trading group has stuck orders. Online Reps can't bust trades or get you "Order Out"anymore.

@stock_mj @etrade Just food for thought b/c this was likely part of the new risk oversight from Morgan Stanley. Could be way worse given the alternative solution (E*Trade adopt MS's custodian & no longer able to buy the MSOs).

I would highly suggest not banking with @Chase they don’t help their customers & they don’t follow up on claims properly. I also suggest not getting an @etrade they have taken my money & refused me access to my account. Yet won’t give me back my $1K. They have horrible service

@etrade There was a time my account was locked, I tried changing the password to give me access which continued for a long time after contacting support no response, I contacted #techietask_support on Insta and it was positive. I think they can help you too
