Hey guys, I set up my hot keys on #etradepro. I set one key to buy at .01 above bid. The key itself executes but attempts to purchase the stock at .01 and doesn’t take into account the price of the stock. Help me @etrade

@etrade TSNPD does not show price paid after the ticker change took place. This seems to be a common problem. Is there a way to rectify this on my end or do I just need to wait for it to show up?

@etrade why have I called multiple times, been on hold for as long as 40 minutes and still no answer on your customer “service” line? This is ridiculous and what I am calling (lifting a restriction on account) about cannot be done online.

Hey guys, I am having trouble with my #hotkeys on #etradepro. I set my hot to but x amount of shares at .01 above bid and when I use it it attempts to purchase the shares at .01? It isn’t picking up the bid or ask for that matter ?? Help me @etrade

Hey @Etrade why does it cost me $25 each time a creditor tries the same autopay on my empty checking account, when it costs you nothing to reject that payment? I have plenty of money with you in other accounts. Citibank can't cancel it. Is this what you want for your customer?

Do not use brokers that are bare bones like Robinhood that lie to their investors. Use a legitimate broker like @fidelity, @TDAmeritrade, or @etrade. Their customer service will be way better.

$TSNPD this minor sell off is due to @etrade finally converting the $TSNP shares to $TSNPD. It’s great to be down -$200K on a midday update since every other platform was able to trade at opening. Thanks @etrade I guess you’ll be crediting my account for the lost selling op?
