@etrade My wife opened an IRA account with you about a week ago and you don’t allow her to fund the account. The chat doesn’t work and after spending 2.5 hours on the phone waiting, she has decided she’ll just close it and move to Fidelity. Worst customer service ever!

@etrade is the worst! I put money into my existing verified account today to be told AFTERWARDS that the money will not be available to trade with for 5 working days. I guess when the funds are available I'll just close the account and go to Robinhood.

@etrade so E-Trade's new customer service is all about customer not being able to send an e-mail, nor a secured message thru a logged-in account. Just call up the call center and get ready for a 100-minute waiting time. Love this brokerage company! 👍

@sushilnayak84 @etrade 3 hours and 45 minutes for me last month. Slowest funds settlement times, worst interface, highest OTC fees and, as mentioned, worst customer service. I can't believe @MorganStanley paid $13 billion to acquire this POS company.

@etrade Your Live Chat being consistently down defeats the purpose, especially when I was on hold for 85(!) minutes on the phone, only to be disconnected. The customer service so far has been a nightmare.
