@etrade is the worst! They’ve screwed up with my submitting a stock certificate for deposit. I’ve had to call them more than a dozen times over the past two months. And I always get the same answer: Call back in a few days. I can’t wait to close my account there.

@GailHedglin @etrade They’ve been ******* with my account all week. Every day this week I have not been able to make round trip day trades as if I don’t have over 25k. I’ve called them every day, they say they fixed it but same problem the next day. I’ve been on the phone with them for 1 hour as I type this

@etrade I print PDFs of portfolio positions, and one of your incompetent web developers made a major change that screwed up the formatting. Left image was from 2026-04-02, which has been the same format for many years, perhaps decades. Right image was today (2026-04-06), where the dropdown for Account and View now hogs up precious vertical space. Please revert to the previous style ASAP. "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!"

@etrade Each time I provide the requested documents, the response is delayed for a long period, and the processing has been extremely slow. I have also been informed that certain documents have become outdated and need to be resubmitted.

Imagine being in trades and @etrade crashes. Can't login, can't access funds or trades, fully locked out while watching a trade slowly decay from profit to loss. This is BS
