I noticed @etrade immediately after the fraud happened, spent hours talking with customer services, but no one was able to tell me what happened and why the hacker was so easily transfer my money out of my account without verifications.

My @etrade account was hacked last week and the hackers transferred more than $5,000 out of my @etrade account which was a substantial sum. How @etrade deals with the fraud situation and customer is horrible and I don't know when/whether my money will be back (1/4).
