We opened an @etrade account for our daughter and for some reason they blocked her from doing any trading? after waiting an hour an a half on the phone they apparently resolved the problem. They are still blocking her account. What the heck? has anyone else experienced this?

@etrade Be careful using the Bay Bridge for this advert. They bought inferior Chinese steel and had all kinds of problems. It took years to "fix" - longer than building the original bridge many decades ago.

@etrade tried to use live chat support Monday. Doesn’t work. Called, was put on 65 minute hold, then disconnected. Tried live web chat again today, doesn’t work. Called, was put on 90 minute hold and never connected. Starting to feel very very sketchy. Is support impossible?
