"The Service You Requested in Temporarily Unavailable" on @etrade all year long. At this point in time it's not temporary anymore. FWIW though mobile app has never had an issue, it just sucks trying to trade options on a 4" screen.

This morning I was short a few thousand shares of a stock that went up on news. At the bell I saw this and @etrade system magically goes down and I cant get back in for 9 Minutes to close costing me over $7000! Their response: we had no outages...this is how you treat loyal

@etrade I’m frustrated with E*TRADE right now! I’ve been unable to log in to for over 3 years! I’ve done everything to get in touch, including sending registered letters but NO ONE RESPONDS. I’ve been on hold more than 3 hours both “live chat” and the phone line. I NEED HELP!!

@etrade Stop tweeting and get somebody to answer at your call center. This is ridiculous nobody cares about your ability to reach new customers. EXISTING CLIENTS care when they can’t have their issues solved with your miserable excuse for customer services.
