@etrade every week there is an issue with you guys, losing your clients millions of dollar because of incompetency. On top of that your terribly outdated e-trade PRO. I'm tired of this **** and terrible service, try calling in during trading hours and you'll wait 5 hours on hold

@AOuvier @etrade Just keep resetting connection til get a good server. Since they have these new servers they are going with which are obviously WHACK @etrade. Not cool. Over a month of problems here and still no call back or fix.

@etrade How bout you fix L2. I swear since January y’all have become horrible at timely executions, E*TRADE Pro Issues, Etc. Luckily I run another platform to account for your constant fuckups. Thinking I should just upgrade my game and give @CenterPointSec a try.

@etrade Customer Service needs to do a better job about alerting customers when there are issues. I know you are having issues with L2 quoting right now. It would be nice to get an Alert in #EtradePro knowing there is a problem and when it is resolved.

@Canyonaro @etrade EXACTLY! Not to mention quotes not updating properly or at all w/ blank L2s and screwed up option chains. This new version is HORRENDOUS! Spent enough time on w/ tech support least they finally seen it on their end. Then told me about new servers etc hmm. Crappy new version1.0!
