@etrade After having call on hold for > 30 mins for 2 times on the so-called 24/7 customer care to understd the reason of abrupt deactivation, next submitting reqd docs, still my brokerage account remains deactivated. Pathetic service, will never recommend this brokerage

I'm on the phone *again* with @etrade . These guys are the worst -Unless you love waiting on hold and talking to people about why they locked your account again, or why they messed up your transaction, or weren't smart enough to execute the transaction in the first place.

@etrade I have been dealing with an issue over a month. I call your customer service to put on hold for over 15 minutes every time. It has gone long enough and I need compensation for my wasted time and effort.

@rendermack @etrade Had same experience, @etrade prevented me from selling a position. No issues with my account (sufficient funds/day trading power). They said they reserve the right to restrict. Had to call to place an order
