    Signed up for @RobinhoodApp just to see what all the fuss is about (besides the $GME issues). The UI is pretty, shows import overview data clearly, and the iOS Widgets actually work (unlike @etrade's), but portfolio and list management stinks.

    @etrade You know what I am tired of is E*TRADE APP not working properly the first 30 minutes of trading! Selling and buying issues the first 30 minutes of market open needs to get fixed.

Regardless, it's not fun seeing yourself down nearly 3k over the weekend and no one has any answers as to where it went 💀 They'll call me Tuesday, they say...

    @WillyMeatsauce1 @etrade Hmm. Could literally be an internal network feed issue that may fix itself later today. I’ve seen balance errors before that were auto fixed within 24 hrs. Obviously that’s a big maybe in this situation.

    @etrade worst customer service ever! I requested that my deceased husband's E*Trade account be transferred into my E*Trade on January 7. I emailed Beneficiary Services on January 25 - silence. I emailed Beneficiary Services today. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes

    @raymalouf @etrade This is now the 4th time I've had this issue with etrade on a weekend. The other times it was due to holding positions through a merger and the new ticker took a weekend to update the cost basis. Couldn't tell you what the issue is now

    Ah great - it's not just me. @etrade customer service is abysmal. That 65 minute chat wait was abandoned by me after 240 minutes. Email response is a form-letter FAQ. I won't bother with the 800 number #customerservice #failure

    @etrade The WORST bank in existence. Been waiting on checks and an ATM card since January 14th. They were “reissued” two weeks ago, and told they’d arrive by this FRIDAY. NADA, ZIP, ZERO!!! WTF?!!! You guys are the WORST. JUST TERRIBLE!!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @WillyMeatsauce1 @etrade Gotcha - I’ve had Issues with Fidelity not showing my funds before. Turns out it was related to some type of delayed processing. Very annoying
