    @etrade Why can’t I make a simple withdrawal? This is ridiculous that I can no longer do this online. I need this immediately and can’t wait on hold for an hour. Poor customer service!

    @raymalouf @etrade This is now the 4th time I've had this issue with etrade on a weekend. The other times it was due to holding positions through a merger and the new ticker took a weekend to update the cost basis. Couldn't tell you what the issue is now

    I use @etrade for my otcs if you guys are curious. I’ve heard TD does the same but E*TRADE doesn’t have the same problems other brokers share. Only complaint I have is an outdated interface and when you open an account t it takes 3-5 days for cash to settle. That’s all

    @bankomcfly2 @etrade Found the first disparity. A few March options that I'm holding were down 7.5% yesterday and are showing -24% today. That accounts for over half of the missing balance. We should be in the clear

    @etrade worst customer service ever! I requested that my deceased husband's E*Trade account be transferred into my E*Trade on January 7. I emailed Beneficiary Services on January 25 - silence. I emailed Beneficiary Services today. I waited on hold for 1 hour and 12 minutes

    Signed up for @RobinhoodApp just to see what all the fuss is about (besides the $GME issues). The UI is pretty, shows import overview data clearly, and the iOS Widgets actually work (unlike @etrade's), but portfolio and list management stinks.

    @WillyMeatsauce1 @etrade Gotcha - I’ve had Issues with Fidelity not showing my funds before. Turns out it was related to some type of delayed processing. Very annoying

    @WillyMeatsauce1 @etrade Hmm. Could literally be an internal network feed issue that may fix itself later today. I’ve seen balance errors before that were auto fixed within 24 hrs. Obviously that’s a big maybe in this situation.

    @etrade Hey thank you guys for not being efficient enough to get that dividend payout amount change from $0.00833. $ 0.0833. You guys are so bad. Not to mention very inefficient in your bookkeeping and accounting methods. Yes I’m a customer. For a while longer

    @etrade The WORST bank in existence. Been waiting on checks and an ATM card since January 14th. They were “reissued” two weeks ago, and told they’d arrive by this FRIDAY. NADA, ZIP, ZERO!!! WTF?!!! You guys are the WORST. JUST TERRIBLE!!! 🤬🤬🤬

    @bankomcfly2 @etrade I'm seeing several users on TD are showing down 100% so maybe these brokers are having some severe internal issues. Regardless, it's not fun seeing yourself down nearly 3k over the weekend and no one has any answers as to where it went 💀 They'll call me Tuesday, they say...
