The @etrade mobile app has been absolute trash these past few weeks. Fix it. I get that mobile apps can have issues form time to time, but this isn’t clash of clans on the toilet - this is people’s livelihoods.

@Augustus81118 @etrade It is very time consuming to get thru to them, have to plan for a call. That's my concern, but outage for an extended period and the market moves on. All this easy tech could really bite hard if it fails for an extended time.

@etrade I waited a total of 17 hours on the phone last week, on one 5 hour wait waiting to speak to a trader the line just hung up after 5 hours. Today it hung up yet again after 5 hours. This is the worst cust service I have ever seen.
