@etrade your security is insane. I can't get my money because you decided I'm defrauding myself. I've been kicked around to multiple departments and finally got someone on the phone, verified my identity, but now I have to get on a 3 way call? You've lost a customer for life.

@etrade: a “more that 30 minute hold time” in 2022 for someone trying to open an account is a fantastic advertisement for Charles Schwab and Fidelity. This is Robinhood level service. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

@etrade @lkngrrr Worst customer service ever. Long wait time for reaching customer service. Unable to update person phone number after log into account. Reaching customer service over phone takes 30 to 40 minutes. After connecting them, even they can't update customer's personal information.

I'm on the phone *again* with @etrade . These guys are the worst -Unless you love waiting on hold and talking to people about why they locked your account again, or why they messed up your transaction, or weren't smart enough to execute the transaction in the first place.
