@etrade I had the best customer service experience with Righteous just now. He patiently and kindly helped me fix the errors on my account. He laughed at all my ridiculous stock jokes, too. I dunno how you get this info to his superior, but please do.

@etrade I have been contributing POST tax dollars to my Rollover IRA. I want to move them to my new Roth IRA. One of the Roth benefits I want to use is withdrawing my post tax contributions without penalty. I can't do that because I put funds in the wrong account. Help...

@ZealouslyQuoted @etrade So I bank with Schwab too because they refund ATM fees if you invest with them and are at least nice to me versus my old bank. I’m happy with them but I’m low maintenance.

@etrade This month I rolled 2020 Roth 401k contributions from TransAmerica to my eTrade IRA. U categorized the post tax contribution as 2022, creating an overage since I already maxed out 2022. Despite me & Transamerica letting u know the funds were 2020. How can u fix this?
