Has anyone else tried to do a recharacterization with @Fidelity ? It’s been like 3 weeks about I’ve received nothing. Was able to do my @etrade account in less than a week. Sort of regret moving over to fidelity now. Anyone have the same issue?

@TDAmeritrade @etrade i applied for an account transfer like 3 weeks ago (td->etrade) Since it wouldn’t transfer, I liquidated my assests and tried to transfer the cash, but it said it can’t bc I have a current transfer going on. I’m not sure what to do now. plz help

I, like many others, am unable to resolve urgent issues with @etrade. There should be ramifications for this abdication of customer support. I have been on hold for two hours. After <1 hour someone came on and said I had to transfer to a "trader". It has been another hour.
