@etrade Your pages for viewing orders and for viewing options chains have just now broken. Redirects to a page that just says "Error:" Was working a few minutes ago. Quote pages are still working (for now).

@etrade What the heck is going on with your company? The website will not let me submit a beneficiary IRA distribution form. You won't fix this. You removed the option to send messages to customer service. You kept me on hold for 3 hours because you do not use a call back service.

@etrade Customer service hold times are ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone to open an account with eTrade. All I want to do is close my account and it’s apparently not possible online. They make you call in and wait for hours.

maybe I need a new broker. Missed a beautiful opportunity but couldn’t set a bracket/conditional order.. error message claims OTC/pinksheet/under $1 can’t set conditionals but that isn’t true for $GNFT @etrade
