@alanvanpelt @etrade thanks for your help. i was able to submit the form to Green first last night and they wrote back today with acceptance and approve for me to exerc rights. i thought the form was confusion at best, but in end got it done. Thanks again

Gotta say, @Plaid gives great customer service! Reached out for help & they were thorough & helpful. Ultimately the connection problem with @etrade needed some real dev time to solve, but they didn't forget about me & notified me weeks later once the problem was fixed. Thanks!

@etrade It would be nice if we were allowed to customize the pre-defined scans like the moving average scans. There are just too many results and no way to filter them down. Not very useful that way #customized #trading

@jsmithxc11 @etrade @TDAmeritrade I use TOS and E*TRADE pro software but E*TRADE as my main trading account. They lowered the otc trading fee for me since I trade them frequently, but sub penny fees are higher. I haven’t had much trouble with availability in trading any otc’s though

@theraceforever @etrade I do think there’s an opportunity down the road when the company gets current. They’re staying on my watchlist for sure. It’s a shame. This E*TRADE rule of sale only just kills it for them. I use Schwab.

@adamnash @RobinhoodApp @etrade Would be interesting to see if robinhood better UX / lower friction drives more trading activity than a platform with bad UX. Because if so, then for most investors the good UX isn’t a feature, it’s a bug.
