Things. I’ve gotten switched 5 different agents spent over 10 hours on the phone for NO reason. **** @etrade never use them. No agent has helped me. Not even an email back.

@etrade your customer service has been terrible lately. After an hour and a half waiting for a chat i was told they werent authorized to process my request. They called and "transferred me to a trader". I was on hold for an hour and gave up. Over this.

Then put my money in a check.The customer service guy told me people call him everyday shocked asking why Etrade kicked em out. He said they never tell them why. I did nothing wrong. I would like to go on record and say @etrade customer support is horrific. I'm most likely going to move my account elsewhere. The double speak, non-answers and moving of the goalposts is repugnant.
