    I'll say it again. Brokers who continue to have issues should be fined by the gov't and required to pay individuals any losses they occur. Bet these MF would stop having issues. @etrade.

    @etrade If you're an active trader then do not choose Etrade for a broker! Their platform is complete crap, and they do not care. There are significant problems every single day. Look at the coments to their other posts.

    @VGaykin @etrade I'm not exaggerating, @etrade had me on hold for 5 and 1/2 hours. I called in at 11 am because I had an issue with e-trade "pro" and went the entire trading day on hold listening to background music. I don't understand why they are so understaffed, its ridiculous!

    Just a reminder that I've been trying to get an account approved simply for buying crypto since Jan. @binance hasn't approved my ****, again, since ******* Jan! @etrade approved my **** but not Binance. 4 month wait and going. Go **** yourselves @binance.

    @etrade had to call customer support yesterday for help with a 2 factor authentication login problem. I had an agent on the phone within a minute and he was friendly and efficient in getting my problem resolved. Kudos for hiring great agents and training them well!

    @cintrix26 @etrade Yep, ridiculous. And this has been going on for days. Write to them and they say reboot or clear your cache. They won't even acknowledge their problems, it's always the user's fault

    @StockRetail @etrade Download the standard app and the power app for etrade to your phone. When I have issues with one the other seems to work
