  @CrispinCowan0 @etrade Bitcoin is a long term play. It rips violently when everyone gives up on it. There will only ever be 21M coins. MU will issue shares and dillute shareholders. A new competitor will steal market share. The AI trade is already unwinding. Bitcoin will rip to 500K and crash to 350K and you’ll have this same convo with someone else.

  @etrade I even called, your system kept saying I didnt have a valid account or SSN linked to an account then was on hold for so long I gave up. Despite me being logged in, can't do anything on the platform. Awful, I'll be moving it all off once it re-opens. Too many times now!

  And after getting an agent, telling him the problem, I got a boilerplate answer about how balances are calculated rather then the agent addressing the error. His follow up - after 20+ minutes of wasted time - was to tell me to call @etrade. We've institutionalized failure.

  Hey @etrade since your feedback form fails to submit: Got locked out of my account because you decided to send a text message without mentioning that message is coming. This is a terrible user experience and is making me consider closing the account. There is no way to turn off that setting either?   @ETRADE @MorganStanley Froze all my accounts, including Social Security, over a $118 overdraft. Blocked me from linking outside funds to fix it. Phone and chat both dead ends today. Need funds for food and meds. Zero urgency/care Twenty years a customer. I need this resolved.

  @etrade why is it taking you 2 months to fix a cost basis after my equity was transferred to my @etrade account. Probably the biggest mistake I made was to transfer my account to @etrade.
