    @GrayLeaf3 No problem! They IMO are great, I’ve never had an issue with @etrade they have phone number and live chat support as well so you can usually get an answer fairly soon. 👏

    @etrade pro platform gone to ****. Alerts never work anymore. They only wanna use app. Power etrade the worst. Who the hell designed that pos. You guys just wanna drive away business? Look at webull and take a lesson.

    @etrade Etrade told me to go file a police report rather than assisting me with a fraudulent trade on my account... this is the lack of quality service and loyalty I got as a client. Wow!

    @etrade - your customer service sucks. I need help. After weeks and literally 22 hours on hold --- I keep getting hung up on and they don't call back. No one can help me resolve. F-ing do something.

    I'm having an absolutely horrid time trying to get @etrade to satisfy a basic rollover request. Latest example: 5 weeks after a form was submitted, complaining of a missing signature. Any idea how to escalate to someone in leadership? Tempted to file a complaint with @SECGov

    What’s happened to @etrade? They lock my account and tell me to call and they don’t answer “account activation”…. Waited for over 30 minutes. No call back feature, no estimate of how much time of mine they are wasting, no help. I’m still locked out. 🤬

    @etrade As a loyal customer and one holding many shares of #AMC I am hearing disturbing rumors that @etrade will not honor the APE dividend and instead issue a .01 cent one. Would you care to comment? If true, I will be finding another broker asap.

    @etrade I'm a current ETrade customer, and I've been trying to open a checking account for the past week. I called customer-service number, and the system told me that the wait time was 2 hours! I want to open an account, and ETrade/Morgan Stanley is making it nearly impossible.

    @etrade Bug: On the Market View widget, the @Nasdaq futures symbol (/NQ) is the only sym that is never retained. It seems to disappear from the list every 24-48 hrs. Reproduce: Add /NQ symbol to Market View list via widget. Wait 24-48h; it won't be there. #BrokerageBugTracker

    @etrade so disappointed and actually on the verge of anger, and I never get angry. Account has been restricted for over a month, and cust service has been worthless, rude & condescending. My $ is locked away from me. This is painful & you’re costing me $. I will spread the word.

    @etrade Your service is beyond awful. Waiting on that message reply from you, it's only been 43 days since I sent it. Unprofessional clowns run this show that would rather have their clientele leave than hire more staff and pay them a living wage.

    @etrade It's fine, my W8-BEN was submitted and processed quickly which is reassuring. :) This is a usability issue though, not a support issue. It'd be great if it gets passed up the chain for improvement
