  @Anonymo_Trading @etrade Pulled out earlier this week. And now they only transferred half my account. Customer service won't pick up and live chat is frozen. Will never use them again. I suggest Fidelity.

  @etrade I have been on hold for 45 minutes. All I need help with is changing my password. The Symantec VIP code isn't working for me and I need to talk to someone about getting logged into my account. 45 minutes!! Online chat wait is 2+ hours! Help!

  In 2018 I opened a @RobinhoodApp due to its user friendly platform. However, due to their lack of transparency and constant issues, especially after the whole #GME debacle, I decided to shift my entire stock portfolio to @etrade. Everyone deserves a chance to #invest.

  @etrade My login says I need to call you due to unusual activity, yet I'm on hold for HOURS then get disconnected. I try chat, and get a red error saying "something went wrong" when I try to connect. This is AWFUL customer service. Maybe @Fidelity will be a better option now.

  @etrade @pennystawkcawk “Your call could not be completed due to technical difficulties. Please try calling again later. Goodbye.” Now $20 is stuck in my account without me being able to withdraw it because “new accounts within 60 days are not allowed to withdraw”. Non-existent customer service.
