@etrade Would you really want to trust a company that will freeze and close a customers account that's been with them for over 20 years. If they did it to me they'll do it to you. Ask them why and they hang up and send you their vague terms of service that equates to we can if we want to

@etrade - bad customer services. Etrade response - The Account Performance tool provides performance information based on a rolling timer period, which is why the beginning date changes each day you access the page. I understand that you expect to see information from January 1
