@Kohls unfortunately it only got worse. The Customer Service number says one thing. The FB messenger asks me to call UPS. It's very annoying. I've never seen customer service like this before.

@SamsungUK Not a lot of point. I discussed with Facebook messenger and you can’t do anything other than make me wait. Even though Samsung have provided the incorrect email addresses since Thursday. I’m appalled by the lack of service. 5 days waiting and now at the back of the queue

@EmiratesSupport I am flying from JFK to AHM on November 15th and back to JFK on December 4th. Today morning I got message that my flight to JFK from AHM is cancelled. I have tried to reach customer care, Facebook messenger but no response so far. Need help in rebooking. Help !!

Does anyone know how I can reach @enjoyGLOBE customer service and actually talk to someone? I've been trying to get them in FB messenger for more than a month, and pinapaikot ikot lang ako e. I wanna get my account terminated now na. Very poor customer service. PLEASE HELP!

@windowscentral Thinking people would choose that chat thing over carrier based messaging (via SMS, RCS, iMessage, WhatsApp), Facebook Messenger, etc. shows Microsoft's leaders don't look to solve problem; they look to stay relevant, while those other options were created to solve problems.
