  @stephfuccio And that is my problem. As part of a project, there are emails, WhatsApp conversation groups, FB Messenger conversation groups. That all has to remain active if I want to participate in the project. so, yeah...probably not happening

  @British_Airways @CrowtherSabine Thanks but I’ve already had a stone cold “we can’t help you” via Facebook messenger. Disgraceful service to be fair. I know you’re busy but refusing to help people due to being 2 days out of the 8 weeks is not great 🙄

  After receiving zero help from Facebook for years, I was finally able to remove the “Get Started” bot button on of Facebook Messenger for Business. People were treating me like a 🤖. Annoying AF. 😖 Thanks, Cromwell Bayon and @getpostman. I feel slightly more human again.

  @BoopyMcDoopy I was on WiFi using FB Messenger to tell my roommates I might have to borrow one of their phones to figure it out when I get home. Then it clicked after I had already restarted my phone and pulled down my control center to turn off my WiFi to test my data. 🙃🙃

  @tapairportugal I've been trying to reach customer support since 18th - by phone (where I'm on endless hold), Facebook Messenger (no reply), Instagram (no reply), Twitter DM (no reply), and even at Lisbon airport (office not open and 100's of others waiting for the same. HELP PLEASE!!

  @Tesco After over 45 minutes of waiting for a response via your customer service DM finally got a response via FB Messenger so issue sorted now. If you ask customers to DM it would be nice if you actually responded. 4 times I supplied the same information!
