    @SleepwellCap Neither does so many people in the US using Facebook messenger help the case. Tons of poor people who don’t have phone plans use fb messenger

    I don’t like when customers inbox me about their orders on Facebook messenger especially because it has a tendency of shifting messages down to the bottom and I can’t find them I had to make a public announcement to please email me about any orders placed

    @backlon I never understood the iMessage hype until I switched to an iPhone. Yeah it's super convenient, but I wouldn't miss it at if it was gone. Everyone I know has and uses FB Messenger and/or some other DM service so there are so many substitutes

    @TMobile What is happening to t-mobile? The FB messenger chat send a link to authenticate that does not work. The link to say you cannot authenticate also sends an error message. No response on in app chat and the phone line does even know what the term of plans are!

    @PLDTEnterprise @PLDTEnt_Cares Dispatch technicians here in Sogod, Cebu to fix our internet connection,i habe already emailed,sent a chat on fb messenger and called up 171 but still same generic answer, "please wait for 24 hrs we are addressing your cocerns" but that was a week ago..ur service suck

    @Qantas Serious 2 hrs on hold and 2 days to get a response via Facebook messenger, you need to resource and upgrade your customer service or people will start flight Virgin (I know I will). Ridiculous!
