@Hertz Last time I was told this I was ghosted on fb messenger and on Twitter DMs you mentioned my issue was solved and the car is be returned to Vegas. However, in the DM you did not disclose the extra 1000 dollars you all were planning on charging my card when I returned the car.

Filipino customer service really sucks— and this is coming from a customer care representative as well. But Karen from chat support in Facebook Messenger at @SKYserves proved that wrong. Your other representatives lack human empathy. They could learn from her.

@IanMorris78 The devil is in the details, of course, but if someone is only available on Facebook Messenger and I have the option to communicate with them from another platform and that option is clearly labeled, then I see no problem. It's my choice to use that option.
