@eon_next, I am needing someone to make contact with me by phone as your facebook messenger service is taking days to get a reply and i am fed up with waiting on the phone over an hour to then be cut off. Very unhappy new customer here!!

There are 7 Slacks, 3 emails, Linkedin, FB Messenger, Twitter DMs, WhatsApp and SMS where people message me things that warrant a response. Any tools that help centralize all of those sources?!

@washingtongas Been on hold for over an hour. Tried stopping service online as I am moving out of state but online says error and that I must call. Tried fb messenger like the recording says and no response either guess next step will be to contact the Virginia state corporation commission.

@AirCanada Due to failure of your gate agent to board my flight by zone number, there was no overhead bin space available and now my checked bag is missing. I reached out by FB messenger and Twitter DM. No response. Can’t reach you by phone. Your customer service is dreadful!

@marksandspencer Item missing from my delivery. No help on the telephone. Operator just kept saying your order will be delivered by 30 Sept. Even when I said I had the package which should have 3 items but only 2 in parcel. Now sent FB messenger contact and not read.

@azd_lowry @EwanToo I vaguely remember having a similar issue with Facebook Messenger and “Sony Messenger” on my old Sony phone. Both supported SMS and it got so confused.
