@airtransat @ElliotHrtington WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING?!? I’ve been on the phone for an average of 5 HOURS A DAY. I tried calling every possible number, contacting through Facebook messenger, even going to the AIRPORT!! I need to change my ticket today or I will lose a $1k reservation. PLEASE HELP!

Request page IS still down for my shows on @AWakeningWorlds, so use Twitter, FB Messenger, text/imessage, and things like that to make requests. I'll have to call Aira to get the passcode info off this router so I can get in and forward the right port.

@talk2GLOBE I have been chatting on FB messenger and calling but have never been handled by a human. Only Bot that kept repeating the same things and did not really help. Thank you very much for your greatly wanting customer service. This is the best ad for the competition.

@BKK_FLYER @base_thai @Ajarncom I was actually communicating with the thai consulate in DC via FB messenger which was great. Having said that the COE is unsustainable. The main issue is how to verify the immunisations given there are so many different types of reporting.

@Outfoxthemarket To be fair,I got issues resolved 2 days ago via FB messenger, but the credit owed to me (& to many others public messages read) has not been returned. You also need to write here that FB is now the ONLY way most of us can get through to you; why no emails, chat,phone?Ominous!
