Problems with @airtransat ...booked flight on Jan 27, got an email confirmation, they took full payment from my Visa card and now I cannot find the booking on website or app ?? Tried to call (over 3 hr wait) and FB messenger is only advertising...maybe I need to call HO in MTL

@Eagle_SSB Have you tried the email that’s on the Glitch page on Smash GG? Usually the email is the best way to contact. If that doesn’t work try to use Facebook messenger for Xanadu.

Hello, it seems we have a bug going on in fb messenger. A few of my friends are unable to respond from my messages. If you encounter the problem, the trick is to archive and unarchive the conversation. ;)
