@Qantas my wife had her flight back to Australia cancelled late 2021 and she was told she had to contact customer service to use the credit. She is attempting to get in touch to book & sat on hold for over 1.5 hours & now waited for a reply on facebook messenger for over a week

@ThumbWarriorDX In 2018 I upgraded my phone plan to include overseas calls. I had a terrible time hearing them, got cut off... The video quality was very very pixelated aliens. I always had better luck with calls through the apps: facebook messenger, whatsapp, hangout (now dead), instagram, etc.
