@StevenSokulski The rouse is that everyone is on Twitter. More people use Facebook Messenger monthly. 23% of Americans say they use Twitter. Perhaps people should be checking their local health service pages instead of relying on a private company’s editorial decisions.

@shapermint Why is there no phone support? Some of hate typing what we want to say. I’m not going to use Facebook messenger. It’s too much to type. I already had this experience this morning trying to type my issues and they almost ended the chat.

@WorldRemit It hasn't been resolved in 4 days. I need more assurance that the issue will be resolved today. I have been on Facebook messenger since Thursday, a day after the transaction has status "In progress" for more than 24 hrs. I only get empty promises. I don't know what to do now

@SafyHallanFarah Makes sense. I can tell you that I just drop the channels with my friends down to one: texting. That way I have more control and can avoid SM time drains (ironic I know while typing on Twitter). I don't use FB messenger, IG or SnapChat (or whatever TikTok is).
