@qatarairways are u in melt down? i can’t get any customer support on any channel. you app and online does not give clear options. no one is picking up your phones. the end of facebook messenger just leads to repetitive do it online or call someone. oh dear

@CommBank Thanks, you can't ontrol the IT problem, but communication isn't good. 5 hrs to answer and 7 hrs ago sent a message on FB messenger, until now, no reply.

Can't log into Facebook messenger bc the login code doesn't show up on my phone until it expires and won't work in the app... I'm tired.. I don't even want to use the damn app but there are army friends with no other contact with me😩

@qatarairways I have been calling your customer service number to get my parent's flights rebooked and I get the message to communicate over Facebook messenger or Twitter. You aren't responding on either platforms, phone numbers don't work. No help from @qatarairways

@gsmarena_com I hope they can fix it because i have many issues with the MIUI 12.5 update on my REDMI 10X 5G. Too many glitches, bugs and laggy Ui. Sometimes when i open my home screen the animations are dropping so bad like i think 15-25fps. Phone heats up to 40°c when i only use Fb messenger

I told the food stamp ppl I cannot afford food they need to give me my stamps … they really sent a message back stating here’s a food pantry in the meantime 😭. Man **** yal! & btw if u didn’t know you can contact them and they respond on Facebook messenger. The issue be fixed

@Converge_CSU here's a privacy concern for you: -I'm NOT a subscriber -I receive SMS from you regarding account issues -This has been happening for years -I've tried emailing, FB Messenger, & tagging you in posts, all to no avail Maybe THIS will get an actual human's attention

Hey @Allegiant does anyone work in customer service? I’ve been on hold for two plus hours! Number says user busy, chat option doesn’t work, Facebook messenger shows you saw my message but never replied, and I’ve sent at least 4 emails! Make this right!
