@WestJet on hold for 4 hours on phone when call dropped on my land line - not my phone -- still waiting for a reply on facebook messenger since yesterday and waiting for a reply on twitter messages for over 2 hours - terrible service!

@barcarstar Gave up at 4 hours and eventually turned to Facebook Messenger to get a hold of them. They got back to me a couple days later and fixed my issue.

@XiaomiSupport just asking when will you fix the issue with files manager? because still when i'm deleting pictures through manager instead of gallery, deleted pictures appear as black squares (twitter) or loading error (facebook messenger). it's really annoying.

@PhilDWeather @WestJet I had to use social media (Facebook messenger) to reach out to them after waiting on the phone for over 4 hours. It still took a few days for them to get back to me but eventually my issue was resolved
