@Samanthanshuti @airtransat absolutely crap service from @airtransat I totally believe you it took that long, many people are reporting absurd wait times such as yours. I had to wait on phone long time, then they say to go to FB messenger, which I did, then FB AT agent says must call service center!!!😡🙃

So I broke down and got FB messenger. 🤢 I was forced back onto FB after a 5 hiatus bc of my new job. I've been missing messages so now I'm forced to download it on my phone and I'm sick about it.

@airtransat Your facebook messenger is just a chatbot. Not a human. It just sends me links to the broken web site. Did get a reply from customer services confirming meals. We will see if we get the pre-ordered meals in club for tomorrow's flight. Didn't on outward leg.

@BharatVarma3 Last week: My doctor tod me to send the test report over WhatsApp. 2. Service person wants to share home address over WhatsApp. 3. Company's support operates over Facebook messenger. 4. Customer told he'll WhatsApp me on the same number. etc.

@AerLingus I have made contacts with Aer Lingus by phone, on the online case update form and on Facebook messenger but they have not been able to give me the specifics of this alleged bank transfer or refund status. I keep getting generic responses from the customer service agents.

@airtransat I wish to make a complaint, but your FB Messenger service is non responsive. Subject of complaint: no care of dietary restrictions on intercontinental flight (=next to no food on 7hr flight) + lost/delayed baggage.

@MTN180 please what's happening to my SIM, since last week Monday whenever I make data subscription, I can only make use of WhatsApp, Facebook and Facebook messenger. Other apps like Google, chrome, Twitter and so on don't work. And it is not social bundle I did...Please help!

I can’t get anyone @iberiaexpress to respond to me. Have some problems with tickets. I got an initial response through Facebook messenger but silent for the last 48 hours. My phone calls will connect and then are disconnected. No chat function. Pretty frustrating!
