@talk2GLOBE 5 days no service. 211 directs me to an app that does not recognize my ph#. Support said l will know my acct# when l recieve my bill. The app is useless. It takes hours to have support reply on fb messenger; only to refer me back to the app. I signed up oct 13. /22

Had to deal with the customer service of two different low cost airlines this week. @FlairAirlines online customer service chat was great. @FlySwoop has a Facebook messenger chatbot which is absolutely horrendous. @FlySwoop please get some live agents.
