@catfishanddog @qrsupport They stated they would be happy to help me via FB messenger however it is now over 2 days and they will not respond to my requests. I'll wait another day, then simply report them to Chase Visa and get a refund that way. So far, my customer service experience is Unacceptable

Facebook messenger scammed. Gf had a message from our friend last night. Unusually asking for a favour of a small loan until today. But could it go to their other account? That should’ve been the red light (If I was reading) Their FB was hacked. £200 down. Beware of scam scum.😡
