I just changed my texting service from Facebook Messenger back to the native texting feature on Samsung phones and a bunch of old undelivered messages just got sent to like 50 people. Lovely.

@HannahDevoy @AerLingus The only thing I've been getting from them is that god awful music and the "all of our agents...." message. Absolutely appalling customer service from @AerLingus. I did get a response on FB messenger telling me to phone and that I wouldn't be waiting long. What a #lie that was.

I think the post office online help team does not exist. I have tried both @USPSHelp @USPS Its impossible just to send an email through the actual website. I have tried Facebook Messenger and they said they would connect me to the next available agent that was at 3:30 today….

@Stunning_Brave1 @RedPocketMobile After DAYS of trying chat, email, and Twitter, I contacted RP via FB Messenger. They got back to me in a couple of hours! Followed up quickly with my additional questions and were quite pleasant. I have no idea why that is their secret haven of good customer service.
