  Absolutely horrendous customer service from @FidoSolutions. Started a Facebook messenger chat on Saturday at 11 am. They replied on Sunday at 6:00 pm and then vanished again with no further replies till now. Even on their community pages,ppl are complaining about wait times.

  @kobohelp faulty device (Kobo Sage & power cover), but worse than that, terrible service. Website chatbot is useless, Facebook messenger bot just sends articles based off of keywords. All negative trustpilot reviews just have the same copy/paste response directing you to use them

  @fbsecurity @CISAgov verifying texts or emails go elsewhere now. The hackers have sent out requests for money using FB Messenger. So far, FB doesn’t seem to care. No FB phone to call. I wouldn’t brag about FB security if I was you. Please DM me for account info So you can FIX THIS!

  @josephmring @Verizon The rep on fb messenger told me there's an outage in our area (Florence). She does not have a repair time. I've seen many others in Florence posting about Verizon phone outages!

  @nsandihelp Every time I enter the texted authorisation code it just goes back into the login page. My browser google chrome is up to date. Your live chat is not available. The Facebook messenger is an automated response. The freephone number you provide only works in UK and I’m on holiday.
