    4 days of a significant outage at my place of work and @AESIndiana has not returned our calls. The only communication we have received is via Facebook Messenger. When I asked to speak directly to a supervisor, they left me on read.

    @LinksysCares using an E5400 in bridge mode but wifi calling is not working, 2 different phones on 2 different networks. Web works fine. FB messenger works. Seems like port is blocked?

    @DHLParcelUK I know its such a busy time but I’ve still not received a reply to any of my enquires over email, facebook messenger, Whatsapp, here on twitter (via DM) or over the phone even after 5 working days. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @CareDotCom This company's customer service is useless and pretty much nonexistent. The website isn't functional. Communication on Facebook messenger is sketchy. I do not recommend #caredotcom

    @O2 What does it take for someone from O2 to get in touch with a new customer? No replies to emails, Twitter and FB messenger messages and staff at the nearest 02 shop say they can’t help either. Despite all this they still look for money for a contract that doesn’t work! 😡
