  Globe support chat on Facebook Messenger is really good for nothing. Been trying to get help for a week but nothing helpful came my way. Couldn’t even actually chat with a support staff. Not very nice to deceive your customers like this. @talk2GLOBE

  So this is odd issue. LG Stylo phone refuses to connect to internet or show new posts in apps or even messages in fb messenger (cannot even connect to pokemon go or other stuff on wifi) But works perfectly fine once i turn off the wifi. Wtfh phone?

  Yup. Their ''website for applications'' was down for maintenance. Asked me for my Driver's License front AND back, through FB Messenger. I'm not stupid.

  Any FB Messenger users here, preferably the desktop/web version? A few changes appeared yesterday. One, presumably unintentional, is that that text pane on the left is blank and text messaging is not possible on that screen. Anyone else have this issue?
