@_sebastiansimon We use FB Messenger a fair amount, but WhatsApp ran into issues because of Chinese government connections, if I recall. Still pretty reliant on SMS.

@RVARapidTransit The form on our website is maintained by our Planning Dept. Since this is a maintenance issue, anyone can contact us by phone, email, or social media (Facebook Messenger, Instagram, Twitter) to create a ticket. Customer Service submits info directly to that department.

@Android the problem is that @apple phones send SMS and MMS? How come when apple to apple phone send messages they come through full size? Your phones can’t even send over @facebook messenger full size. 🤔
