@Rachelgpeters @liamkernaghannz Yes I think the issue is that people can't even share a link to news articles over Facebook, even on their private pages. I'm not sure if this covers Facebook messenger though.

@ATT AT&T business service is the worse. One loves being transferred 32 times and still on hold. This will cause blood pressure to rise. Still no solution. Even tried fb messenger. Does anyone know who handles what there?? #at&t #attbusiness #awfulservice

Insta messaging seems to be very confused atm. Sometimes it sends story reacts as messages, sometimes it alerts you in notifications. Sometimes it attempts to send insta reels etc via FB messenger, the next moment sends a text message via its own service. Maybe *don't* merge?

@MrDouglasCook @IKEAUKSupport I had marginally better luck with Facebook messenger (i.e. it only took 5 days for someone to get back to me rather than 2 weeks on Twitter) but only got a solution when I called customer service as soon as it opened and sat on hold for 45 minutes
