@XiaomiSupport just asking when will you fix the issue with files manager? because still when i'm deleting pictures through manager instead of gallery, deleted pictures appear as black squares (twitter) or loading error (facebook messenger). it's really annoying.

In the midst of this process we contact Snaptravel for help. This happens, for some reason, via Facebook messenger. I convince the person on the other end that this is a serious problem, and he says he's going to forward to the Urgent Care team and they'll call me.

@LatransCanis1 Then a few days later she said she was having further problems, and again, he sent her another $500. But he wasn't sure what was up so he called her on FB messenger. Only she didn't answer the phone, another American guy did and asked "why are you calling my girlfriend?"
