@HouseofHelpers. Shocking customer service-have tried getting in touch since Saturday and not getting any answers. No response from Facebook messenger, email or twitter. No telephone number to call-at this point I need to speak with someone!!!

@SingaporeAir We have been discussing this problem through Facebook messenger with Sidhika. They advised us to contact the agent we booked the tickets through. However that agent has been following this problem since 17 August with that result so far.
