    @grabph @grabph I cashed in from my mobile banking app and it's still not reflecting in my GrabPay. You customer service is terrible and no one is replying in FB messenger and email ticket is being ignored. (169109147)

    @SuperSaf The main problem with IMs that everybody has to use one or you need to have a lot of them installed. In Europe the majority of the people uses Facebook and FB messenger. A reasonable size group may use Viber for IM but basically that's all, so we doesn't reall have an option

    @portree_kid That's not the point. If the reasons they mention for taking down Parler hold for other apps as well then why are Facebook messenger, Telegram, Signal, FaceTime, etc still available? And since Signal experiences a boost lately - will Signal be next in line to be banned?

    @RichardAScott The issue is that ultimately you have to go with the service that the people you want to talk to are on. I've been stuck with WA and Facebook Messenger for years just because there's no way I could convince everyone to move to a different service...

    @WritingnAfraid I treat all syntax and grammar rules as suggestions and focus on my own diction Then i write each line as if i'd been speaking in real life (accounting for pauses) or like messages on fb messenger (accounting for broken/pieced out chat bubbles) HAHA

    Had a problem with @PLDTHome. Reported it via FB Messenger @ around 7am. They called and resolved it @ 12nn. I was actually worried that it won't be resolved because I just filed a ticket online. Nicely done.
