@SKYserves I already did that as per instruction from your end but to no avail. Can i get at least ref #,job order or service order #? You can check on how many times i have been reporting this even in your fb messenger and they have also been asking me to check the cables, unplug & replug.

if you think no E2EE is a mayor security problem then do not use social media dms at all. bc most of them do not do it xD facebook messenger does it by saving your messages in your browser, not on their Server. So that's that.

Imagine if a billionaire could buy up the entire email system in the world and shut it down to force us all onto Facebook Messenger or something! They can't do that, and that's the beauty and resiliency of distributed systems.
