@curryspcworld Your customer service is shocking. Speaking to none less than 5 operatives on the Facebook messenger finally get somewhere and they stop replying. No response on twitter and phone lines a joke! Promise call back then don’t!!

@jayzcoz @vanOnselenP Why would “Parliament IT” have any oversight over people’s private phones and encrypted social media channels (as FB Messenger is)? That’s not the main issue at play here - unless they were using publicly-funded work phones, which is unlikely

@SamsungSupport When trying to post a picture on @Facebook FB Messenger or @instagram the phone's gallery to choose from is all jumble from their timelines or pics don't show at all. Extremely frustrating when trying to post. I've deleted the apps and reinstalled but it doesn't fix it.
