    @BritishGasHelp I've have sent via FB Messenger - however, auto reply says only available 9-5, when I'm at work. However, hoping for resolution as promised email not materialised. You do make it hard to reach you and deal with issues!

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    @OPayNigeria Hello, Opay. It seems your service is deteriorating. You are also not responding on facebook messenger. I have two transactions on the 21st of February that is still pending. The transaction numbers are 230221026441870870 and 230221036392644493.

    @Coles Already done all that via Facebook messenger only to be told, "Not our product, not our problem." Obviously very little regard for customer safety. I've messaged Pepsi Co directly.

    @maildotcom I have been unable to access my email for the 3rd day. Submitted issue thru your online help.. no response. Contacted thru Facebook messenger got a reply at 1:15am EST we were closed. I need access to my email this is not acceptable.

    @Joker10555 @gomo_ph OMG!...just retry on the GOMO PH FB Messenger...also, there's a chat option on the HELP CENTER menu of the GOMO PH app...try there as well...

    @Metro_Fibre we have been down with no internet in Lonehill since last night with no one answering calls, support chat, WhatsApp and no actual feedback on FB Messenger. This is affecting a large area and we would@like to know when this will be resolved please. 2 tickets open

    I got a scam Facebook messenger scaring me thinking I was about to have to endure ANOTHER death of someone I knew only to look at the link and recognize it as a hack. But **** man, that still doesn’t help me at all.

    @InsecurityPolic @enjoyGLOBE Shocks!...aside from Globe At Home FB Messenger, you may coordinate your connection concern on the GlobeOne app HELP...if you have a broadband postpaid service, search Alagang Globe Viber groups...then select your location on their list to join...
