Then tried to contact Facebook messenger, which not said: “If you are experiencing issues scheduling an appointment, call your local center for help scheduling your next donation appointment.” But the call just tells me to check out the website and hangs up.

And surprise! Uninstalling Facebook & Facebook Messenger on my #Apple device leaves that blueprint icon behind and doesn't remove the app. Everyone needs a lot of help.
