@SAS I have just waited for 2,5 hours in the chat-queue & when it was finally my turn and I had given my booking reference, agent Beata disconnected and I got no response anymore. Customer service? Unbelievable. 2,5 hours, and no response on FB messenger either, since yesterday.

I told him to calm down and that shouting is not the solution. He was also talking to the receiver via Facebook Messenger while we were still talking to each other. He was blaming me for what happened, and that made the receiver believe. I know because I heard them.

@craig_labenz I switched 5 years ago, while I continued using iMessage on my macbook for a bit I eventually came to know everyone has WhatsApp or FB Messenger or some other IM. I was hesitant at first but it came to be no problem whatsoever.
