    If FB Messenger isnt working right, do the following: Go to settings->apps->messenger and clear cache and clear data. Then try to reopen it, it'll ask you to login and it'll work.

    Sent a DM through Twitter and also reached out through FB messenger. Rogers support helped me reset my password and I finally have access to my email. Still lot sure of what the underlying problem was, but suggest you try one of these methods to get support

    @umobile Why your app is not working? I am unable to login or topup. Your Artificial intelligence (stupidity) based bot on fb messenger is taking me circles not letting me connect with humans to resolve the query. Kindly get some humans to respond.

    @Metro_Fibre we have been down with no internet in Lonehill since last night with no one answering calls, support chat, WhatsApp and no actual feedback on FB Messenger. This is affecting a large area and we would@like to know when this will be resolved please. 2 tickets open

    Tech help needed - how do I get messages on WhatsApp, fb messenger and iMessage not to show up a preview of the message when my phone is locked. Can’t for the life of me sort it …brain is not functioning today. But I need to make sure mini moo doesn’t see contents of anything
