    Imagine if a billionaire could buy up the entire email system in the world and shut it down to force us all onto Facebook Messenger or something! They can't do that, and that's the beauty and resiliency of distributed systems.

    Oh wow I actually hate how Facebook messenger has added a button when viewing images I've sent that turns them into a fb story with just two simple misclicks. And the button is right over/on top of the back button so that's actually terrible

    @VerizonSupport I absolutely will but almost a year and only call I’ve had to make to you guys was done by fb messenger about my bill because the agent who sold me my phone lied but other than that agent not a single issue with service or anything. Even switched internet to you for home.

    @UtilitaEnergy Perhaps you could sort out why a customer in need has not received their Oct & Nov energy vouchers? Promised on 8 Nov they would take 10 days. Here we are on 24 Nov & still nothing. FB messenger no answer. Phone rings & cuts off. Complain email unanswered. Disgusting service.
