FB messenger has auto reply about not what wanting to hear and to contact customer svc (expect same here). Website is to have area to check status of service and there is NONE. Over couple hours lost already.

I didn’t even know what it was years ago and didn’t have it on my phone and ultimately found out a constituent was furious w/me for not fixing an issue - though she’d never called or emailed my office. Only used Facebook messenger. 😳
