@MTNza Do yourselves a favour people, stay away from MTN impossible to get through to retentions after your contract expired and want to move to prepaid, FB messenger is another dead end. They just escalate the problems back to retentions who don’t reply back full circle

@airtransat @patmarso WHY IS NO ONE ANSWERING?!? I’ve been on the phone for an average of 5 HOURS A DAY. I tried calling every possible number, contacting through Facebook messenger, even going to the AIRPORT!! I need to change my ticket today or I will lose a $1k reservation. PLEASE HELP!

@talk2GLOBE I have been chatting on FB messenger and calling but have never been handled by a human. Only Bot that kept repeating the same things and did not really help. Thank you very much for your greatly wanting customer service. This is the best ad for the competition.
