@jonesusHchrist I use Facebook Messenger and Telegram, but I build on Matrix. I have nothing to hide, so I don't need Signal. I do not want to use Adblock or anything what blocks trackers. I want to see ads targeted for me and sell my data to spend less money for a service.

Tough Mudder customer service is non-existent! Tried for several months to get in touch; email, Facebook messenger, their website etc... - there isn't a phone number. we are a party of 3 - one has a 11:15am slot, one a 1pm and I don't have one at all!!! the race is in 5 days!

@ODEONCinemas absolutely horrendous customer service. I have now had to rebook the tickets costing me an additional 20 pounds. I have tried to contact the odeon through phone, Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, Twitter DM, various tweets and through email and not one response

Is there any open source app, where the Facebook messenger is still working? I was using #Frost for a long time, but the messenger is not working. I heard the same problem is happening with #slimSocial for FB.

@jeshyr I can't recall all what happened. But when I first told them about health care card they either did something wrong & so they ended up back date it which was great. I did it all via Facebook messenger when was an issue. Very good customer service person I got.
