    sent messages to your facebook messenger to resolve this issue all proves abortive. All I kept receiving is an automated reply from your facebook and WhatsApp messenger.

    @Ebony_B_1 @buildabear I have had the same problem order doesn't go through and gift vouchers then say zero balance. I contacted build a bear through Facebook messenger and they eventually got back to me. Re-credited the gift vouchers. I then had to place the order without using gift vouchers.

    @im_ars7 Oh no, you may check the settings of your phone and make sure that the "Do Not Disturb" mode is disabled. It's one of the factors that automatically block incoming calls. If the issue persists, try reaching out to Globe through their customer support channels like FB Messenger

    Facebook Messenger should really look into this glitch where when you message someone, after you send, it goes automatically to the next message in your inbox -- and the next line of message you intend to send to the previous recipient goes to that message instead. @Meta
