It’s funny how the first “hello world” program people write when learning about TCP sockets is a chat app when every single mainstream messaging app (WhatsApp, iMessage, Facebook Messenger) are all just bug riddled and terrible

@UntamedAcademic @SamLMontano Exactly, and with cross-platforms such as FB Messenger and IG DMs, you could reach a significant amount of people with 1 portal and actively let them respond if they need help. (Even post disaster) We have so many 1 way warning dissemination channels, this would be a great 2 way
