Smart people I need help: for two weeks the only apps giving me notifications are FB messenger, Gmail, and twitter. Everything else (FB, discord, Instagram, slack etc) isn't. Feel like I've checked every notif setting in my phone and can't figure out what's wrong. Suggestions?

Always document/make a record of your complaints. Take note of the date, time and the name of CS representatives when you call their hotline. Keep copies of emails to their customer service. Screenshot messages sent to their fb messenger or twitter customer service.

@TeamKnowhowUK I have DM'd daily for 2 weeks with no reply, nothing!! Have done so via Twitter & FB messenger & each time its ignored. Funny how the only answer I got was when I cancelled the support plan as yr not getting another penny! Yr driver stole from me & you've done nothing to help me
