    …but despite her having contact initially, it’s all gone dark. She’s tried calling, talking via Instagram, FB messenger.. nothing. Can anyone help please? I can send screenshots of what’s sent so far if needed.

    @UBAGroup @OluwadepoJerer1 It is a shame that a transaction of N150,000 dispense error transaction was not reversed since February 3 after several complains via a branch office, Twitter, email and Facebook messenger. This business money for God sake. Pls I need urgent help.

    @hibry06 Wouldn’t suggest it I placed an order 2/13 tracking says never picked up and no one answers phones, emails or FB messenger and I really want my stuff instead of fighting to dispute chargers. My husband got me some at Christmas no issues and loved them so much. Very disappointed.

    Cannot get over how bad @WestJet service is. Not the fault of the front-line folks, but no support on the phones, online links that are broken, and you have to use Facebook Messenger to chat to an agent. What a sad decline.
