@wbtourlondon had tickets couldn’t make it tried dozen times to call in queue up to 40 mins before hanging up. Contacted through FB messenger and totally ignored didn’t even read my message. Warning to those who want refunds/move dates, customer service is absolutely terrible!!!

It's maybe the last free online "service" I can remember using that was actually free and actually a service. It was ubiquitous, Facebook Messenger replaced it, but then Facebook fell heavily out of use and favour with many folks, who are now off FB but still on its Messenger

@OrwellianNz84 Noticed this on FB early in the year. Trouble is if you use either FB Messenger or WhatsApp for calls, they need access to the microphone. Clearly they abuse this. Evil pricks.
