Followed up quickly with my additional questions and were quite pleasant. I have no idea why that is their secret haven of good customer service.

i can't scroll down past the first 4 names in my Facebook messenger list anymore because name #5 is my mother and she passed away on Thursday. She never saw the last messages i sent her there. i was not aware this would upset me until it very violently did.

It’s pathetic that the customer service is neither receiving calls, nor replying to emails, whatsapp or fb messenger. They delivered the package with half order and received full payment and now no where to go to complain. Poor service. Lost trust #JDot @_JunaidJamshed
