I've been having an issue with my new phone where my Facebook messenger notifications get delayed by up to a few hours sometimes. I'd google the fix, but I really quite like it this way.

@VodafoneUK your online chat function isn't working and the phone number you provide on your website doesn't help at all. I've even tried using VOXI's chat service on both the voxi site and facebook messenger. nothing works. how can I speak to a person about the issue I'm having?

@backlon Other than USA it is not an issue. People uses WhatsApp, signal, Facebook messenger etc. On the contrary all my family members uses iPhone but our chat choice is WhatsApp.

@backlon I never understood the iMessage hype until I switched to an iPhone. Yeah it's super convenient, but I wouldn't miss it at if it was gone. Everyone I know has and uses FB Messenger and/or some other DM service so there are so many substitutes

@Qantas Serious 2 hrs on hold and 2 days to get a response via Facebook messenger, you need to resource and upgrade your customer service or people will start flight Virgin (I know I will). Ridiculous!

Trying to cancel a flight and finding it impossible. Phone service isn't available. FB messenger can't retrieve the reservation. Website says I can't do the cancellation or change on-line. And call-back service is scheduled for next Friday, well after the flight. Suggestions?

@isawitfirst_CS by a country mile, you have the worst customer service!!! I have emailed twice, creating two cases! I have sent multiple messages on Facebook messenger and I have sent 4 maybe 5 messages on twitter and I have not had one single response!!! Someone contact me ASAP
