Worth of Amazon gift cards. You're supposed to claim your prize within 20 days of winning. I did that for all 3 times I won something. The times I won were October, November, and December. I was in contact with them via their Facebook messenger until they shut that down

@makemytrip there is no contact number to reach you, mails do not get responded,your fb Messenger is handled by a BOT and Instagram you refuse to even reply. I have been struggling like literally struggling for a refund since last 6M plus Crappiest service ever.
