Tough Mudder customer service is non-existent! Tried for several months to get in touch; email, Facebook messenger, their website etc... - there isn't a phone number. we are a party of 3 - one has a 11:15am slot, one a 1pm and I don't have one at all!!! the race is in 5 days!

@jonesusHchrist I use Facebook Messenger and Telegram, but I build on Matrix. I have nothing to hide, so I don't need Signal. I do not want to use Adblock or anything what blocks trackers. I want to see ads targeted for me and sell my data to spend less money for a service.

@JeffAHamilton I can't pin down specifics since I've not played for a while, but any sound which appears out of nowhere and is persistent. Real world comparison: getting lots of messages from people on FB messenger, causing lots of *ping* sounds

@ODEONCinemas absolutely horrendous customer service. I have now had to rebook the tickets costing me an additional 20 pounds. I have tried to contact the odeon through phone, Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, Twitter DM, various tweets and through email and not one response

@newlook is an absolute joke!loose your parcel and there’s no way of contact! The phone number doesn’t work you WhatsApp them tweet them and Facebook messenger them and all you get is a crap automated reply! Poor customer service I take it I won’t be getting my parcel or refund
