@LOTPLAirlines Help. I have a booking in less than 48h that I want to change and can't do myself, and it is literally impossible to get through WhatsApp or FB Messenger. Got hung up after 2.5h on the phone. Filled in the online form, with no response. How do I speak to a person?!

@chanclatrix @lescoggi Up & down still.😫 I have 3 bars now, but service was out when I started typing this reply. TBH I don't make many *actual phone calls since everyone around me uses LINE or FB Messenger for text and audio or video calls, but I do need to leave the comfort of my home WiFi later.

@airtransat I've been on hold for almost 3 hours trying to get a hold of your customer service to make changes to my travel plans in Sept. I tried to "manage my booking" online but that didn't work. I tried Facebook messenger and was told to call customer service. Please help.

@silvergelpen That is a format limitation of text messaging (all the SMS/MMS chirping that’s going on). Send it through a more modern service like WhatsApp, Signal, Facebook Messenger, etc. until these phone carriers get their act together.

@airfrance @Delta delayed over 2 hours leaving Rome, couldn’t get bags checked in a reasonable timeframe, missed my connection in Paris and now we’re just standing in line at the AirFrance desk. Customer service line isn’t open, no response on FB messenger….this is ridiculous

@SkyHelpTeam Managed to eventually get this sorted via Facebook messenger. Service over the phone is shocking… either the phone line cuts off, you spend an incredibly long time on hold, and when you speak to someone they are not the correct person to resolve your problem 🤬😡
