@googlenest customer service is INSANELY GOOD. Possibly the best experience ever. We spent 2 days troubleshooting (over facebook messenger no less) a battery issue with our thermostat to no avail; they're promptly replacing it for us. #topnotch

@HilaryJHendel I think what you’re describing is the issue with the other party involved. This is why communication was flawed & I am now since blocked. I did sadly scare him & appear toxic due to technology issues on fb messenger. I have complained & they have changed it.
