@Reuters @Facebook is lying. The outage was intentional. They were A) trying to distract their own users from the devastating #Whistleblower news, and B) making it known they have the ability to bring a large part of the economy to a halt.

It’s another @Facebook con job I know the corporate world and the IT world. Anyone who has basic knowledge of how leadership and decision making works in a corporation knows this. I am rather disgusted at FB for trying to devalue a whistleblower. Time to break FB down.

@kn0wmadic There is an old saying "there are 2 types of network engineers, those that have dropped a DC & those that will drop a DC". In light of the @Facebook outage the scale numbers in that saying might need revisiting. I hope that those responsible are not sacrificed as scapegoats.
