    @smerconish @JoeBiden @Facebook Agree. But the fundamental issue is why we have so many people willing to swallow the misinformation. FB just adds fuel to the fire, and provides a platform for those who spew disinformation.

    @CurfewX @Facebook I’ve had at least 50 friends report it and nothing. The problem is they’re taking posts from my public business page and pretending to be me as a public figure not my private account.

    So far EVERY PERSON that’s reported this FAKE account has been told “We reviewed your report and found that it doesn’t go against any of our Community Standards” @Facebook needs to fix this - I may not be “verified” on FB but a 3rd grader could tell it’s not my profile.

    @smerconish @JoeBiden @Facebook While #Section230 may provide protection for the social media companies, it does not provide protection to the person who made the post or repost. A simple fix for stopping most misinformation would be a repeal of Section 230. 2/

    Hey @Facebook your help services are atrocious. Have to login to do anything but I can’t login. I reset the password but the verification text message says it can’t be sent but I’m receiving them. I guess I’m done with FB.

    @KaivanShroff Time to take away @Facebook’s immunity for content that is spread on their site. Newspapers & Journalists etc. are protected for knowingly spreading harmful or untrue malicious attacks for defamation. If it’s true then no problem disinformation is not TRUE. Should be sued
