    Having the most terrible time with @Facebook trying to log into my account from a desktop (even though I’m already logged in on the @facebookapp) & getting a hold of an actual person is like finding a literal needle in a haystack the size of Texas. HELP ME!

    I'm surprised that he puts so much emphasis on Cambridge Analytica. It's *a* problem, but definitely not *the* problem. A hateful monster weaponizing his shouted hatred and misinformation was a much bigger problem. @Facebook and @Twitter doing jack about it was much bigger.
