    @facebook @Meta @_chriscox You seem like a pretty cool guy, I'm sure that that if you paid attention to the people FB is hurting by their lack of customer service, you might try doing something. The least FB could do is fix their mistakes.

    On February 10, 2023 I followed the steps to memorialize my father's facebook account. Within 30 minutes, they removed it in error. I responded immediately that they made an error. 2 weeks later, I still have not heard back from 1 person to fix the error. @facebook @Meta

    @facebook something really should be done about messenger. It does not interact correctly with voiceover as in you can’t read messages very well, voice messages, even 30 seconds, or taking forever to load. 10 minutes in some cases, please fix this.

    @facebook @Meta @nickclegg Hi Nick, I know my issue is small compared to what you normally work on but if you multiply it by the masses of people that Facebook has hurt, I think the least you could do is ask someone to fix this mistake and as an employee & board member, maybe fix the process?
