@SurfNukumoi @Facebook Strange. As a workaround, if this is blocking you from something urgent, just DM me and I will buy it for you and you can Venmo me. I want to see your issue resolved but I understand timely needs as well. I ran into Paypal payment issues before 4 years ago on the mobile app.

@Connect2STeam @Facebook @FBBusiness I am now encountering same thing! All the Facebook Concierge Support Team do is send scripted template emails saying they will refer an enquiry to the fb internal Team. The Internal team don’t resolve the problem, just send you FB policy links!

@SurfNukumoi @Facebook Weird. Is the card on the same name you have set on your profile? If it is, than there is somewhere a form to report a problem with the card. If it won't help than a new card is the only option

I had contacted @Facebook a lot of times before to recover my page since April 2021, and you all know I was about to give up on recovering the page, because I had asked you to report the page, so that it can be taken down.
