@blackoutpete @facebook I don't know if it made a difference, but almost immediately after my previous post, I got through to BRENFIXER on Instagram chat and he was incredibly helpful in helping me resolve a months long issue that other agents would not help with. Someone give that man a raise!

@facebook I stopped getting any notifications whatsoever 5 days ago for no reason. (Very frustrating, as I only use FB for business.) No way to fix it. Then, no actual support option. I literally just have to "report a problem" like it's a bug. Your entire product is broken! WTAF
