Even when you load back in to resume expedition

MasterDarkseid (@PrimeDarkseid) reported@BethesdaSupport @Fallout No fix for the Ultracite Gatling Laser. Ultracite Fusion Core degrade overtime even when not using the weapon. Makes the weapon unusable. Needs fixes and a slight buff.

Now after every battle I do my character glitches to slow motion until I put my weapon away. Also can’t pick up anything until I put my weapons away. Glitch, glitch, glitch! Fix it please.
