Their customer service/help is terrible. 3 days so far to transfer crypto. cust serv stalls to delay transaction! help session close,no more responses, money/crypto trapped. possibly senior citizen SCAM. However, history of this Fed shows a type 1 error / bias = underestimating inflation risk (e.g. transitory) and bias towards labor market. We will see if QT alone in 2023 will work or they need another round of FRR hikes.
