    @fearthegun @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame I'm reaching out again. Since the Dec.30th/22 issue, I can't access my DLC, all my Jasons and counselors. And the worst is losing my Level 150!! I'll be a 6-year player this coming May. 2391 hours of gameplay, and this is how it ends?

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame On ps5 and ps4 I can only play the game for about 10 mins then get an error that makes u restart everything. Have deleted the game and redownloaded it but nothing works. Same thing is also happening for my friends on PlayStation.

    @Friday13thGame I'm very upset with the game, this database error ended my games..... I was at level 150, and when I went to check I'm at 1.... I'm outraged with the producers, it's time to resolve this. .. Detail was nothing for free, I invested in the game....

    @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame @weskeltner Day 8 of asking you to do the right thing and communicate to your loyal F13 players on how you are fixing ongoing log-in errors, loss of levels, perks, CPs, etc. The last update on this was on 12/30- 24 days without effective communication. Do better.
