    @Friday13thGame Yeah hey. My nephew logged into the game and saw he was at lvl 1. He was at lvl 150. I looked it up in case it was a glitch but there seems to be a ton of people having the same experience but only on the PlayStation. Is there something we can do?

    @fearthegun @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame I'm reaching out again. Since the Dec.30th/22 issue, I can't access my DLC, all my Jasons and counselors. And the worst is losing my Level 150!! I'll be a 6-year player this coming May. 2391 hours of gameplay, and this is how it ends?

    @Pobster8815 @GunMediaSupport @Friday13thGame Didn't they have this issue back in June/July and they sorted it? I don't know I'm just going on what I've been reading on YouTube, I've only been playing this for like 3 month, discovered it late.
